Fortunately, I found your company. Lori ** answered my call and over the next few days of her tireless work and patience, I can now breathe easier again. I was incredibly blessed find ADR AND very impressed with the depth and breadth of knowledge that Ms. ** demonstrated from our initial Telecon through today. She carefully listened, empathetically, to my situation and then took at least 30 minutes to go through how ADR's resources and their affiliated "Partners"

worked together, how and when their Fees (lower than 5 other Debt Relief companies I evaluated) were charged. I also especially like the fact that she is always available to answer my questions/concerns over the phone the same day that I contact her. Plus, the fact that she has an MBA indicates the high level of quality that ADR has available to achieve anyone's credit card, Student Loan, etc. problems.

I would never do business with this company. The first person I spoke with was nice but then he said that they didn't deal with the state of Tennessee and had to transfer me to someone else. When I was transferred the person I spoke with was very rude. Told me that he was going to pull my credit, didn't ask. Then when I asked why he needed to pull my credit he said, "If you need to look into consolidation then that means that your credit is already bad so it doesn't matter." Very rude. I gave him my information, he then went on and said that I didn't qualify and that I just needed to work harder and pay my bills on time. Which I have. The only reason I'm looking for something like this is because I don't want to fall behind on my bills. He was very rude and I don't recommend them to ANYONE.

Yesterday I spoke with a senior consultant regarding a debt consolidation program. He went through every aspect of my responsibilities and the advantages of registering into this program. My first concern was that I could get a debt paid off in a few days. He reassured me that this was feasible. My credit rating was rather poor, and he reassured me that this program would improve my rating in a few months. He did a very good selling job, but neglected to mention some very vital information. I did not discover this until the next day (today). Century contacted me and filled in the areas that ADR forgot to mention. Firstly, my debts were not to be paid until they reached and last stages of collections.

At this time, this company would begin negotiating my settlement. Okay, so my original debt would be elevated due to late fees and collection costs. The timeline they estimated was that this process would take months. At this point, my debt will have doubled. Then, I have to pay the negotiators a fee that would triple my original debt. After all this, my credit rating would take a dive. Thankfully, the representative told me the truth and I could stop this. I did not appreciate the dishonesty exhibited by ADR and I would definitely not recommend this place.

I got a little over my head with some credit cards that it was overwhelming. So, I tried to spread money and I just had to consolidate them. I’ve read all the reviews from several other people on Accredited Debt Relief and I liked them. It seemed to be they had a lot of good reviews. Enrollment was easy and I told them the credits I wanted to consolidate. Accredited got it all together and worked out the payment plan. I gave them the bank and account information and they went from there. They took my total debt together and discussed a payment that I could afford. I had the payment auto debited monthly.

Eddie is a great counselor. He calls and checks in with me at least once a week making sure everything is going okay. He is quick in returning emails and phone calls. I liked the way he handled everything for me and he did an excellent job. I was very comfortable with him that I fully trust him. I've only been with Accredited Debt Relief a couple of months and they made my life extremely easier. It even took a lot of stress. Accredited had been excellent and I’d give them thumbs up. And while a lot of places were charging me a lot more, Accredited Debt has a really good price. I liked their program, and the payment plan I got worked really good with my budget, too. I needed to consolidate my finances so that I can take care of my daughter and husband. And with Accredited Debt, I'm able to buy groceries now, pay all my bills, and take care of things better. Somebody who had used Accredited Debt told me that they were a legit company and I was assured that it was the best place to go. I will also recommend them to a friend.

Accredited Debt Relief is a little fairer than other companies. I heard about them from a friend and I went with them years ago. The enrollment process was smooth and the counselor is very kind and very knowledgeable. She took care of everything and called me back to make sure it's been going well. She’s done everything she could and did a good job. She is excellent. She also called me a couple of times and asked me how things were going if I had any questions or any trouble or I can call her or anything. The experience has also been good so far and I would very much recommend them. People still call me though, even if I've sent text messages and emails to please call Accredited Debt Relief instead to have things resolved.

I'm with 169% interest and that is killing me. But I needed money right away and I didn’t even let the bottom line because I figured that I didn’t get the interest rate. I figured it was going to be 30% or 32% and then when I got the first bill, it was too late and it was 1.49 or 149%. It was not good. Most of the time, I don’t answer the phone. I’m not going to answer the phone now, but you know who it was. The payment plan should be fine. There's only one that I couldn’t get on, which is like 30 or 31%. My pickup was paid off and they put a lien on my pickup so there's nothing I can do. The bank only loans money and there's a lien on my truck. They don’t need me to do anything that’s collateral attached but I owe them a little over $7,000 right now.

My pickup isn't even worth $2,000 so what they do is my pickup is gone. If I didn’t make the payment, they will take my pickup plus charge me for whatever they didn’t get out of my pickup. I've talked to them and told them if they could release my truck, I will get them paid off a lot quicker. They just want to loan more money but it has been good. Accredited Debt Relief said it would take 24 months to complete the program.

During the enrollment process with Accredited Debt Relief I gave them my information which includes my social security number and driver's license number. They pulled up my credit and saw what were the ones qualified and the ones that didn't. I gave them permission to contact my debtors and let them know that I was in a debt relief program. The interaction with the debt relief counselor was good as he talked me through everything. When he said go and call he called. I sent a fax and they had this paper online, which I printed, and then faxed it back to them. The payment plan was supposed to be set up through my bank, which was $200 a month. Also Accredited wasn't supposed to get anything out of it until the debt was paid off.

I like the way the Accredited Debt Relief reps introduced themselves. They did it simply and just gave the offers. Other companies were like forcing it on me. The rep I dealt with explained everything to me, walked me through and made everything simple. They explained the payment plan to me first and told me how much I'd be paying and how long I will be paying will depend on how much they settled for and how much I was paying on each one. They said it could take up to six months. They did all the negotiations for me and I got a lot of settlement offers. I put money into a checking account and they make a payment whenever I deposit money.

On the other hand they charge me about $200 for one of the settlements which was high. The debt collector offered me the same settlement so I would've just took it, made payments directly to them, then it would've saved me the 200-something dollars. Other than that everything's been great so far and Accredited Debt Relief is taking a lot of stress from me. I would recommend them to anyone who was in debt.

I had health issues, as well as very heavy interest and late fees on some of my accounts that put me behind. I needed some help to pay them off or eliminate some of these fees that were being charged on my credit cards. And just by getting information about Accredited Debt Relief, I made the decision to give them a call and talk with them about their program. It sounded reasonable so I went ahead and counted with those people to help me through those hard times.

The enrollment process was very simple. I gave them basic information on my credit cards, and they talked to me about what I can and cannot do. They gave me a number of times to ask questions, which I did. I was satisfied with what I was hearing from their representative, and it just went well. Initially, I had a couple of accounts that I had neglected to inform them of. So we went down the list, and after a couple of days, they got it all squared away. They set up a separate account and I made one payment into that account.

The more money I put into that account, the sooner that they'll be able to negotiate a settlement with each one of my cards. The cost is very little, and just $10 a month. It's not a costly program compared to what I'm trying to eliminate. It looks like I'm in for a savings of around $16,000 over six years. But I called them about several messages from my creditors and I haven't gotten a return call back yet. I've got to make sure they're contacting these other folks and that they know where they're coming from and what's going on. Other than that, I had a good experience with Accredited Debt Relief.

My son-in-law found Accredited Debt Relief and he knew I’m 84, can’t work, and was in a hardship as far as paying payment up to people that I have credit with. I told him and my daughter that with the problem that I was suffering with now as far as my debt I might as well just go to sleep and not wake up. And that’s when they started trying to help me. My husband died two years ago and all the money that we have saved went to all the bills-paying that we had acquired. When I ran out of money I had to do something.

My counselor at Accredited Debt Relief suggested that we call and get some relief there from people having to be paid every month by me with money I didn’t have. So this is the only thing I need to come up with. I want to pay my bills and I know when you owe something and you have a debt, you’re responsible for paying it. But when your money is all gone and you’re my age, can’t work, and living on a Social Security that’s all there was to it.

Hopefully the money that they’re taking out of my Social Security check every month will help to get some of this debt off of me. It’s quite a few individuals, 6 or 7 altogether, and 48 months to take care of them. Hopefully, something will come through that I can do better. So far the experience with Accredited Debt Relief has been good. That’s the only thing that has relieved me month-to-month. I will recommend it to anybody that I know that’s in the same shape that I’m in. It’s been fairly recent that I got on it but I’m very satisfied that I get calls from the creditors now that it’s been over two months. But I just tell them, “I’ve gone as far as I can go” and that it’s been turned over.

I was in a desperate situation. I went online and the rates that Accredited Debt Relief had were like a good start. I called and Jonathan spoke to me. He was the one who took care of me, helped me, and poked a hole in the black whole paper that I had going on. That was my only try, and Jonathan was very helpful. I told him I was concerned about payment because I’m on a budget. When he called me back, he gave me numbers that I was able to deal with and it was cool right away. I was really satisfied because it was quick. He explained everything to me and anybody on the service or the other departments were very nice too. They told me everything step by step. Jonathan also called me every other week to make sure I was okay and if there's something I didn’t understand.

I’m at the beginning of the process so things are a little tough. I'm still getting these phone calls but I always try to keep my payments on time and pay them. ADR sent letters to the creditors that I owed so it's just baby steps. We got to start from somewhere. Jonathan said the creditors will stop calling soon. And every time I call, ADR picks up the phone and Jonathan knows when to answer me back if he doesn’t pick up. Now, when I get my monthly bills, I just fax, screenshot or email it to ADR. I'm doing my part and I'm pretty sure that they are doing theirs. So far, I'm satisfied and hoping that this works as soon as possible. Accredited Debt Relief is great. I would definitely send them to friends because it's worth it. I would give my friend the information so they could actually give ADR a call and they'll have the same luck as me.

I saw an Accredited Debt Relief ad on my computer that said, “Seniors, get rid of your debt” which was what attracted me. I called to find out and the next thing I knew, I was signed up and won’t stop a barrel. The girl knew her job and she knew what she would have to do in order to get me involved. She was very fast talking and was polite until I backed out. I told her that my son was going to help me resolve my debt and she said he could help to resolve using their way.

I didn’t like her attitude then and the more I thought about the program, the more I didn’t want to do it. I told her to just let me just go along and pay what I’ve been paying and it will soon be over. They said it sounded more like a bankruptcy than anything else and we never ever want to do that at this time of my life. It was $12,000 and would take four years to pay. They could reduce the amount wherein I could save $4,000 but I was going to have to pay them almost the same amount. If I could pay upfront someone $4,000 today, I wouldn’t have even made phone calls.

I called customer service and they were extremely helpful and pleasant. They got me over to the person I needed to talk to. They had already taken out a payment out of my checking out and I had sent in something to say that I didn’t want to do this anymore. I signed it and sent it through the mail. They’ve taken out $302 from my checking account every month which I wasn’t expecting at all. Then I started to read the notice of the right of cancellation, and it said that I could cancel any time but I’m going to be responsible for whatever costs. They didn’t tell me that. They just left these pages of fine print for me to read.

Once I got out of it and they refunded my money, I wanted to forget that I was dumb enough to go through that. There were just two accounts that I have that they were going to be involved with and I’m managing them now. At least I got out of Accredited Debt Relief. I would not recommend anybody to do this unless they’d read the fine print and understand it very well, which I don’t have a lot of time to.

I’ve only been with Accredited Debt Relief for a month and my experience with them has been going well. My income-to-debt ratio went up due to a family emergency and I was having a hard time keeping up with the payments, and I was desperate. I didn’t want to ruin my credit again because I was just getting my credit score up good enough. And then, all of a sudden, it was the Puerto Rico hurricane. I lost a family member and I had to help out. I applied for a bunch of debt consolidation companies but I was denied and Accredited Debt Relief was willing to work with me so I’m trying that out to see if I can finally get back to where I was. I filled out the application and I gave them the two accounts that were really high. I told them my situation because I live on social security and they helped a lot. They had to consult with their big bosses and then the team accepted my application and I enrolled.

I did all the paperwork online and they sent me a few papers through the mail that I had to sign. They withdraw from my account once a month for the funds to accumulate so they can try and make a settlement. They are accredited by the BBB. They served me all the documentation and I checked and everything was legit. The debt relief counselor was really awesome, considerate, polite and willing to help in any way possible. They were aware of my situation and willing to help me out. I’m an old lady, and for us old people, sometimes it’s hard to find help. And I was very thankful to them that they’re willing to help me out, and they worked out a program for me to get out of this debt. These two credit cards are the ones that have gotten me crazy. I don’t like to owe money to anybody but sometimes emergencies come up when you least expect it, and these things happen.

Everything is good with the counselor. He calls me all the time to check on me and see how things are going and offers his help in anything that he can. Accredited Debt Relief withdrew the payment out of my checking account and I stopped paying the two credit cards. Instead, I’m giving them the monthly amount. They still save me some money on my monthly expenses because I wasn’t having enough money left over to buy food. The cost of the program is wonderful compared to all the services that I’m getting from them.

The amount of money that they keep for processing is very minimal, other than the money that they take out of my account. Compared to others that I’ve heard about, they’re very good with that and very cheap. They’ve been wonderful to me. They’re giving me peace of mind and I can sleep at night finally. I wish I had known about Accredited Debt Relief a long time ago and I’m hoping I’ll be able to recommend them to other people and help them out, especially my family because they’re going through a really rough time right now. Accredited Debt Relief is sympathetic and their fees are very reasonable so I would recommend them to anybody that needed help like I did.

They help you by telling you the things you already know is wrong with your credit. They cannot get any loan approvals as they have the same if not more stringent rules for lending than your local bank. Basically, what I found was that this is glorified collections agency and debt settlement firm. After being berated by one of their so called "Financial Counselors" I realized he was no better than a debt collection agent. Mind you, none of my debts were behind except three collections accounts that I could handle myself. I would not suggest using this agency. So when they happily give you call back after an hour and say, "Good news, we have an approval!" be very cautious! I will working with a local company to consolidate my debts via a loan for which I was approved before calling them.

    Hi Roger,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your interaction. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service and we are always looking to improve the customer experience. You are correct that debt settlement is an option we provide to get a client out of debt however we do assess for other solutions as well. For example, a loan is a great way to get yourself out of debt, but the terms must be favorable to you. In our opinion, we do not recommend a high interest rate loan as a viable option to becoming debt free. Our goal is to provide clients with a solution to become debt free, but the client ultimately determines what's best for their situation. Good luck on your path to becoming debt free and we wish you the best.

I am trying to establish my credit and Accredited Debt Relief was referred to me by a mutual friend. They pulled my credit report and there were seven items on it. I knew about three of the items but not the other four. Now that I know about it, I can start working to get my credit score to a certain number and then start building it from there. I worked with two different people and their ability to listen and hear my side of the story was impressive.

I feel good about the program. After getting started, it took me a week to get in touch with somebody. I checked my email and didn’t see anything from them. I went back two or three days after we had talked and there was an email with a name of an individual, the address, phone number, and fax number who I can get in touch with. I feel very comfortable working with them.

With the seven items that I have on my credit report, it all added up to $10,000. Accredited Debt Relief got it to where I wouldn’t have to pay half of it and that alone made me very interested. I've heard other people saying about how much companies like Accredited Debt Relief charges. However, as far as the amount that Accredited Debt Relief wants me to pay for a month and as far as my credit and what they got it down to, it's very satisfying.

He was very concerned and polite and I felt very good after I had talked to someone and started working with them.

They set up a plan for me and asked me if I could meet those payments. It was out of my checking account each month and I liked it this way because I don’t have to worry about it. They have stayed in contact and they put me in contact with the bank that I go through to make my payments. Working with Accredited Debt Relief gave me relief. The set up was very easy and they did a good job. I got my welcome packet and have read through that. They have very nice and polite reps who listened to every word I said. I spoke to different people on the phone and the service is good so far. My first payment will be taken out this month and I'm satisfied with them right now.

I have some stuff in collections that have been there for a few years now. I wanted to address them and come up with a game plan where I can pay them all instead of just paying one. I thought that it's best if a professional organization would help me out since it's not fair to pay the whole amount because it's accrued so much interest. I called Accredited Debt Relief to get information on what they could do for me but I wasn't really planning on starting. But then I spoke with their rep and I really liked the way she communicated their services and how it is going to be handled so I went with them. Has she not handled it the way she did, I would have put it off for another year. Now, I have an option to let the process work for me instead of being stressed.

The enrolment process was really quick and smooth. The rep explained what I needed to do. The counselor lets me know that she had to pull my credit and that she had to speak with some other department within the company about the credit review. Then she got back to me in the time that she said she would and we discussed what the company had decided that was needed to be done. We mapped out the course of accomplishing my debt and we finished the process that she had to finalize. I agreed and then she let me know that the company that would be handling my case was a different company, which was Freedom Debt Relief and that they would be the point of contact for certain parts of the ongoing process. If I ever needed to get in touch with her again, she gave me the information to get in touch with her.

She didn't sound like she was condescending and I didn't feel like I was being judged. She has the "I'm here to help" attitude, which was what I needed. She also focused on my budget, which I liked. She listened to me when I told her what I could afford and the range of my monthly payment. She collaborated with the underwriting department and came out with a time and payment that I felt was reasonable. She checks up and is still giving me another point of contact. I don't have just to rely on Freedom Debt Relief's customer service, the company that I'd be dealing with from this point now since she's keeping a relationship going. She also let me know when I was done with the smaller debt, and that there was a program that can help with my student loans too which are out of control. She kept me focused on getting started with my goal being debt-free. She did an exceptional job

I was getting a little overwhelmed and needed some help. Accredited Debt Relief happened to call on the day that I needed them. Jason was my rep and he gave me all the insights and all the what-fors. They gave me a bunch of papers that they wanted me to send over to Century which I did. I assume that they are on their way to talking with several of my creditors. They also have a website that I have access to. Everything that they’ve done so far has been great and I'm pleased. I don’t have any complaints and I am a complainer. I was raised that you pay your bills. And that’s why I decided to go this way instead of bankruptcy. I believe that the true test of a man’s character is his word so I expect Accredited Debt to do what they say they’re going to do. And I’ll do what I say I’m going to do and where that point meets, we’ll both be happy.

They would take everything off real quick and help me out a lot to improve my credit. We worked on the payment plan to see how much I could afford to do. Accredited Debt Relief was the best one to suit my problem when I gave them the information so I signed up. I spoke to a few different people from their lawyer's group who will be deciding if I need such services. Then, I signed the agreement and sent it back over. We scheduled a date for automatic payment twice per month. They made me feel confident in what I was doing. The cost was pretty reasonable and I can afford it with my work. When they started working on my credit score, they texted me about a few debts I have and how to go about them. They kept me up to date to do everything. Accredited Debt Relief is very consistent and amazing and I have already recommended them to my mom.

I got two little babies and I'm trying to buy a house, but the bills kept mounting even after paying the minimum payment. Accredited Debt Relief was the only one willing to work with me. I called and they gave me a few options. I talked to their rep Tom and I like him. He's the one who got me to agree with everything, he helped me understand and was very nice with me. All the while our interaction was perfect. The counselor told me to be straightforward with him with how I got into this, what I want to do and what I see myself doing. He told me I was in bad shape, didn't beat around the bush and told me what I needed to do to get out of it. Accredited Debt Relief carefully picked the easiest plan for me, which is something I can afford. They got all three of my credit cards and gave me a number I can pay a month for all those three put together, so that was perfect for me. Right now, I feel a relief and I'm ready to move my family with no troubles.

I needed to gather up some bills and get them paid off. Accredited seemed to be able to cover the bills that I needed covered and get me the lowest monthly payment so I signed up with them. However, I feel that I was misled a little bit about their service. I thought I was getting approved for an actual loan to pay off those bills myself then pay them back at a monthly payment, but it turned out that that's not the case. After I'd already signed everything and they showed me a bunch of stuff, that's where they explained things a bit clearer. But they should've been a little clearer off the very beginning on whether or not I was getting an actual loan to pay off my debt or they're just going to be helping me to micromanage the bill to pay my debt month by month. Other than that, I'm quite happy with my experience with Accredited.

We then went over the credit report and the payment. Their reps were all helpful. They answered all my questions and gave options too. My first payment is going to be at the end of the month and it's definitely going to help because the payments that I was paying my credit card was a lot more than what I'm going to pay them. I had a type of an epileptic seizure and it changed my ability to work and do what I was doing. I was concerned about being able to make all of my payments and I only have focused security. But I can do other things. I work with people doing a state sale, things that were physical and don't demand a whole lot of good memory because my short-term memory gets a little weird, but not always. I'm not getting better and I have a maid that's taking care of things. But focused security wasn't enough. I was living with my children and it's not even that effective. I moved back to Texas and I noticed that it was even harder here to get things handled so I tried debt relief and Accredited looked like the most integrous so I chose them.

I was searching online and at first, they were called Accredited then they were called something else. The names were different but the companies were the same, which was a little confusing to me. If they hadn't had such good reviews, I would have picked another company because I questioned why they changed their name to something else and nobody was able to answer that question. Other than that, I had a stellar experience with them. They're courteous, thorough and seemed very honest.

Accredited worked with me on something that I could actually live with and still discharge my debt within a two-year period so I was very happy. I just started the program and this is my first month. I feel some relief on having a program that has integrity. I don't tend to just walk off and not pay my debt and their program made me able to do it in a way that makes sense and it's the best way I could find after I did my research.

I have learned that there were many facets of things they did to help a person and they had somebody available to check questions. If I needed to talk to somebody, they were there to help me. I got lots of help with customer service, but at first, I had a one on one with a counselor I could talk to directly. I got in a panic one time and she was there to tell me that there was no need to panic and she let me know what was going on. She was great.

The enrollment went very well and it wasn't long because things were sent electronically and I was able to sign electronically too. When I had a question, I asked my counselor. She started out with helping me do some forms and explained them to me before I signed anything. She made sure I understood everything clearly and I loved that. That was wonderful. Sometimes in my life, I feel like there's somebody out there that cares with Accredited Debt. I was perfectly surprised because they have gone above and beyond what a company would do to help and I'm happy with them. I’d be only saving about $75, so it wasn’t helping me any. Their reps were nice but the one I dealt with couldn't help me get the amount down. I also realized when I talked to someone else that I was paying a fee to them every month. So, I never signed any paperwork with Accredited Debt Relief and I chose a different company. But they got through one time and let me know that they had a settlement offer from one of the creditors. We accepted it and I had to go online to formally accept it. It was a fun conversation and we did paperwork online. They were able to tell me that four of my debts didn't need to be consolidated because they were no longer being reported to the credit bureaus though the other company said that I needed to take care of them. I'm 65 years old, I've been in debt most of my life and I'm getting tired. Part of what set us back was our payment for a new car that we had to have. My wife works in Palmdale now and we had kept on driving our poor Kia Soul into the ground running the three of us around. Nissan offered me a deal I couldn't refuse and I bought my wife a new car for our anniversary.

I was drowning and I figured being a new Christian it'd be good to go with a Christian debt relief program. I gave them a phone call and the guy said they couldn't help me but would check in with the different programs they had and would get back to me in 20-minutes. I waited for three weeks but I never heard from them. I went with Accredited Debt Relief instead and found that they were 100 times better. They took action right away and they immediately emailed me information on my options.

My wife and I did this together. I sent Accredited Debt Relief the documents and they're taking care of it. Juliana is my go-to person and she is awesome. I like her demeanor, the way she handles herself and the way she takes care of me. I'm very comfortable with her. When I had a question about an account, I looked the company up online and found that they are famous for setting up dummy accounts. They're in litigation at this time for that. All of my student loans went through the government influence from the US bank and this was a student loan for $5,000. I've never taken a student loan for $5,000 though. I caught it and I told Juliana about it. She thanked me for taking action and taking interest in helping out with it. She said that most people would just sit back and wait. But I told her that I needed relief and needed to be able to pay my bills. My student loan came to about $3,000 something with interest.

The cost for the service is $244 a month and Accredited Debt Relief split that into two payments. I've had to push those payments twice now and they've had no problem doing that for me. It was because I had to close my old bank and open up a new one but they had some technical glitch putting my wife on there. We struggled with that for three weeks and I advised my wife to open up her own account and she got both our paychecks in direct deposit. So far everything's going good and only Mobiloans is bugging me calling five times a day. But I just reject their phone calls. Accredited Debt Relief has taken a lot of pressure off my wife because she is the breadwinner in this family and I'm on disability. I've told all my friends in the gym to get a hold of Accredited Debt Relief right away if they ever need any credit debt relief.

The person I spoke with was helpful. I kept telling him that I thought they are going to be a company that loans money. I got about $6,000 in debt, in which he said that they could talk to credit card companies to reduce the interest.

I then ask him what if I made a deal with the credit card companies instead. He said they are not going to do that. I insisted they will, so we had to go back and forth over that because if the credit companies would make a deal with me, then I wouldn’t have to deal with him. The interest would be reduced because I'm paying 29% in interest on my credit card. So I signed to ADR's service electronically and they came out with a payment plan where I will only pay $200 for 30 months to settle my debts.

Accredited Debt Relief was the first one whom I talked with and they made sense. I had a pleasant experience with their debt counselor. He answered my questions and his answers were clear. He seemed reasonable and I thought that he could help me do what I needed to do. I also felt comfortable with them.

But they haven't contacted me to let me know the next steps. I’d like to be assured that we’re going to be working together and that we’re going to get this done. But it was a positive experience so far. They considered my debt and my income and I’ve agreed to pay $200 a month which was nice. They're going to withdraw it from my bank account. That brings the debt down so that I can manage it and it has taken some pressure of me. I know now how I can pay and keep my head above water.

My credit card bills were too high and I sought help. I got an email from Accredited and they seemed to be a very safe company to go with. Plus, enrolling was very easy. They took my information, said they would call me back within an hour and they did. They asked me for some more information and it went very quickly and smoothly. DJ, the counselor, explained the whole program and went over the contract with me. It was a good experience and I was very comfortable with him. I had a question about the credit cards that were listed on my contract. The last four numbers were in there. I called at night and left a voice message for him. He called me back first thing the next morning to handle my concerns and told me that they do that for security reasons but they had the full credit card numbers.

DJ smoothly answered any questions I had. Everything he did was excellent and he was well-versed in his position and how to explain it. Also, the consolidation was quite a comfortable number for me to pay and it was better than I expected. The cost is 5% of the debt, so it's a comparable fee for the service they're giving. Working with them gave me a little less pressure in my everyday life. It's a relief and it made me feel like I can handle my responsibilities better in the future. I would recommend Accredited to somebody else going through a financial difficulty.

I did a search and Accredited came out as one of the best companies and I'd rather go with the best. I called Accredited to consolidate our loans to make it easier. I was shocked that the enrollment process was easy. I did a lot of signing with them and they verified with my job and everything that needed to be verified. I spoke to a nice gentleman, Elijah, and he answered all my questions in the way I understood and it was clear. He was very knowledgeable and had a good attitude. He didn't seem stressed out and I felt comfortable. The payment plan was a little lower than I expected, which is great. Elijah told me how it was going to be debited out of my account and that I should get a receipt from the creditors. Working with them made things easier and so far, I felt good about the cost. It was a cool experience. Go with Accredited Debt Relief.

I did it once before for my father but I wanted to do it with a different company for myself so I wouldn’t get them mixed up. I was really interested with Accredited Debt Relief so I went with them. I consolidated eight credits cards with them. They gave me the best monthly payment once a month. So $700 a month’s the minimum, but now it's around $250 and that’s a very good beneficial part that I enjoyed. We signed the documents and then I made my first payment. It took a little bit of time to hear back from the creditors though. But overall, it's been a good experience with them.

I had accumulated debts and I needed less stress in my life, so I can better focus on things and use the money towards something else. I researched and everyone suggested to try Accredited Debt Relief. I submitted an application, and then Chris called and gave me a rundown of all of my options. Accredited Debt Relief was the best option for me. To enroll, I first contacted one of the advisers. The adviser looked at my account and told me everything I needed to do. After that, he told me to go to the website which was a lot easier to fill out what I needed to. After that, everything went smooth. Accredited Debt Relief takes the payments out of my account each month, which is better for me because I tend to forget things.

When I would ask my counselor questions, he would tell me the realistic view versus my fantasies and expectations. He told me about the process and how it’s going to work realistically, what would be the better option, and what route should I take. He also calls me every two weeks to keep an eye on me and see how things are going with me, making sure that I'm not getting more stressed and paranoid. He's been keeping me at ease and he's doing a great job on that. I appreciate he's with me on this instead of neglecting and forgetting about me. The cost and quality of service I get are great. So far, I'm not feeling out of ease. I got an email recently saying that they got me an offer, which means it’s going. Everything's perfect with Accredited Debt Relief. They’re easy and fast and they made me less stressful. I recommended my mother-in-law to do this.

I got injured at the house and got behind the bills. I was also getting swamped in my credit cards and couldn’t keep up. I went into bankruptcy one time before and I didn’t want to do that this time so I wanted to consolidate my credit and pay back my creditors. I called Accredited Debt Relief and they called me back and we got enrolled. Then they wanted some information about my creditors and my job, and everything was easy. The counselor is great, on time, is really working with me, and on top of anything. She’s been able to answer every time I’ve had a question. She told me that I can call her anytime and she calls me back within a reasonable time if I get the voicemail. She stays in contact, which is the main thing, and I feel real comfortable with her.

I had set up the payment plan to start working at the end of the month and it seems they’re working a good, fair price for me. So far, everything’s going okay. I didn’t have to come up with any money upfront to start at least. They’d take it out at the end or in-between which is fine with me. The cost of service didn’t seem too bad and it’s really saving me a lot of money to help me pay off the creditors and get out of debt. One thing that Accredited Debt Relief could improve upon is cutting down on the paperwork processing. I’ve gone through three different steps. I called the creditor and then they called the finance company, and then the bank, to send the money to the bank. And then, I’m still waiting on a welcoming call from the consumer creditors. I would rather deal with one person directly and let them handle everything. Still, I feel better about doing the right thing with Accredited Deb Relief and I would definitely recommend the program.

I’m not happy with my decision to use Accredited Debt Relief. It sounded like the rep would tell me one thing, and then the next thing they've taken different types of money on the account. My ADR counselor never explained to me that there would be two charges and I thought there would only be one. I haven't talked to him yet because whenever I tried to call their number, the reps would say that they don't have any way to get in contact with him unless I send him an email. I sent an email, but I'm still waiting.

I feel like the Accredited Debt Relief people have been tricky to me. Their charge has been too high for each one set of the amount in the accounts they're doing. I think I'll be paying about the same when I pay the charges from the present and the settlement so I am in no way saving some money, but it'd be probably better to set it up by myself with them. I needed to work on some kind of fixing but now I couldn't get anything. I’m dissatisfied with the experience and I wouldn't recommend anybody to Accredited Debt Relief. I’d be telling friends to try the system themselves but the company is only going to take the money. Plus, you don't get to fix your credit right away because you're waiting for the time to get the effect of the program.

I have my college loan that I got to pay off and I also got to pay the support for my wife since we're separated. My medical insurance is finishing now, which is another thing, and my service package is over. Then I got laid off and I couldn't get a job. Even though I have disability, I haven't applied for unemployment because I want to work. All of a sudden, I got an email about Accredited Debt Relief so I checked them out.

Initially, I asked them if they were legit because they made it sound so easy. They said their job is for them to negotiate, bring down the interest then allocate my $250 for them to pay for the bills I have within a specific period of time. I have to put $250 in my banking account and every 15th, they'd take it out and they'd take care of my payments. According to them, their pay already comes from that. First they oriented me on the program. Then they sent me a package so I can see it myself and I started questioning because no matter what, these cameras today are too good. You can't tell what's false and what's not. But I've also seen them on the website and when they sent a portal where I can go into, I read their ratings and that's what led me to make the decision to sign up with them. It was a risk of only $250 and I figured if it doesn't work, I'd just tell my bank not to send them the money.

I had to make an agreement with Accredited Debt Relief for them to negotiate to see if they can bring my payments down and help me out a little bit because the interest was crazy. I also I had to try to do something so I could stay in good standing and I figured that signing up with them was the best opportunity I had. I tried a long time to take a loan but I couldn't get one since my credit is fair and I went bankrupt one-time because my wife went crazy with the card. There's a lot of documentation that I had to sign during the enrollment process and I was working with just my phone. My laptop doesn't do that. Then the printing was also a problem because unless I have somewhere to print, I would have to go pay for that.

Most of my credit is low and I have to pay my debts for when I bought my wife a ring and myself a watch, then the other one's with P.C. Richard because when I moved I had to get some money out. At the same time, I also have debts with Capital and JetBlue on Barclay's card. Then I have another with Synchrony Bank. Those were the real high bills I had and for everything else, the minimum pays I had to make were between $100 and $200. When ADR asked me what would I feel comfortable with for my payment plan, I had to do a new budget based on what I was going to get from SS which is what I was approved for because of work. From there, the $250 would be justful for me and it wouldn't be something that I couldn't make even if I didn't get a check.

The ADR representative I've been working with has been great so far. He took me step by step and when I have to call him, he picks up. But when he doesn't, he usually follows up. Lately he hasn't followed up because now I have the access to the portal. But when I needed him to be clear and advocate for somebody else that wanted some extra paper and I didn't feel comfortable sharing certain papers even though I signed consent, I would ask him and he would go himself. I feel comfortable with him. He told me also that within 60 days, the companies are going to continue to harass me through the phone and that if I pick up the calls, I should forward them to his number. Lately, all I've been doing is ignoring the phone calls.

So far, ADR's been doing what they have to be doing for me. My check would come in and it would go all in paying the bills, which is part of the fight with my wife. That if she didn't listen and kept using the card, I can't pay the bills anymore. Also, ADR is supposed to be negotiating for me and right now, I'm waiting for an update. I got to get into the portal that usually explains everything but I forgot my password. It would be better if they sent a mail once in a while or call a little quicker to say that they negotiated with a creditor. They should communicate with their clients more because it is in the middle after they get our money that we start getting doubtful because in the beginning, we saw so many papers and feel that everything's legit. Then we don't hear anything and we're suddenly not too sure.

I was doing some research and wanted to gather the current debt that I was in and various alternatives on how I could get myself back up and going. Accredited Debt Relief reached out to me. And the person that I spoke with on the phone was with me for a while because I was asking him various questions. He made me feel comfortable with the situation by explaining and mapping out the road I need to take to get out of the current debt I’m in. It made me feel okay with the way he’s directing me to go. I felt like he had a personal interest in my future. It wasn't just him trying to sell me something. He made it seem like this is the best option for me. Plus, he told me, “If you don’t like it, you could go ahead and do XY and Z, but if we do XY and Z, let me show you what are the possible outcomes.” He really sounded genuine.

After the initial call, I thought about it for a day or two and then after that, I called. He explained the process to me. Initially, he just reviewed the steps again and then collected the info he needed. We agreed on an amount to be withdrawn on a monthly basis. He then explained to me the amount it’s to take for my debt to be recuperated, which will depend on the circumstances and the amount I allowed to withdraw. Once we came to an agreement that I felt comfortable with, we followed the rest of the procedure. He also told me that if I feel like I could do more, I could contact him and he would help me. It helps clear my mind knowing that I would be able to get out of this debt that I’m in, and then start building on the future afterward. For the cost of the service, it’s a fair trade and a really good deal. If anyone’s looking for help, it won't hurt to look around.

I was a bit skeptical about it because it was weird. I didn't really understand the whole concept of how it was going to work. But the rep took the time and explained how it works to me, what the job of the negotiators is and why the creditors accept a 50% cut on the actual debt. I didn't know that stuff like that existed. If someone has a question and the person that is helping you is willing to explain the whole process, it makes you feel more comfortable with where you're putting your money to. He also explained to me the negative side of what would happen so I’m not caught off guard. It's an interesting program and it’s really helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Their counselor was wonderful also. He explained everything to me in layman's terms. He was very straightforward about the services and the fees so I was very happy. His enthusiasm impressed me the most. He didn't make me feel like I was a failure because I have all this debt. He gave me hope that, in time, I can eliminate it and become a regular member of society again.

The only thing is that Accredited Debt Relief works with another company so it makes it a little confusing when they're reaching out to you and you don't know who they are. But, their customer support is good. I had to change my payment plan slightly and they were very open about it. They didn't give me a hassle or anything like that so I appreciated it. They were supposed to pull out $100 fixed for the month but it wasn’t pulled out so I tried to call back. I wanted to know why it wasn’t pulled out because when we pay our electric bill, it won’t leave enough money for her on our account. She said she’d call me tomorrow, Sunday. There were no complaints so I decided to go ahead and see what they could do for me. I spoke to their representative. Her name was Karen. She was reassuring and convincing. She wasn’t pushy and left everything to my decision.

She explained how things work so that I could understand. From what I understood, they are going to take all the money that I owe with no interest. They are going to pay that off. Then they take their money out of my account. I used to own a business and I’m very particular with who I trust. I also do my own checking so when I checked the numbers, it evens out right. So I gave her my address, phone number, and Social Security number. She took this information, including how much I owed. She then called me back about an hour later and said they could help me.

We went over 15 sheets – terms and policies, fraud, and other things. Then, I had to fill in the last four digits of my card number and electronically signed everything. They had all my creditors, which I’m hoping they would pay. I make $800 a month on Social Security and with Accredited Debt Relief cutting my debt, I was able to get groceries, which felt good because I don’t normally get to do it. I usually have to wait until the 21st to get my food stamp, which is only $45. So I hope this is a good company. They sounded reasonable and the quality of their service is all good so far.

I was figuring out how to pay people off and move on with my life when I was phoned by the guy from Accredited Debt Relief in California. My heart and my mind said that I needed to go with them and I did. We went through what I had to do and how things will transpire if I went with their program. They also hooked me up with Century.

They made me understand that they can make it happen. I was upset and mad at myself and they relaxed me and told me I’m going to be all right. I feel real comfortable with them and I believe everything's going to work out.

They also told me what to do when the creditors call and that there’s this other company that's working with them for harassment. So if I get any phone calls or letters, they told me to give them the number for Century and they will handle it from there. I've been doing that and now I don't get the calls and emails. Accredited Debt Relief told me of what I had to do and how much I have to give them. They also told me not to take money out of my account once I put it there and that I can choose to add more money on it to make the process speed up. They were honest and they said that when everything’s said and done, I may want my credit moved back up because I'm working on that. I just saw, again, to try to fix it all.

A big burden’s off my shoulders since I had Accredited Debt Relief and they’re like a God-sent. I'm so blessed and happy. I had a couple of personal loans that were high interest. Initially, I wanted to pay off my debts because I wanted to take out an equity loan on my house and do some home improvement. The balance of my house is $95,000 and it's valued at $280,000 so there's equity in there that I can do a loan. But I wanted to pay off those other debts. I was explaining this to the person from Accredited Debt Relief that I talked to and he sounded positive and proactive. Somebody was supposed to contact me and they did. We did something over the phone and then I called them a couple of weeks later trying to get information on the status of what was going on.

The person I talked to was not the person who signed me up. It was a different person and he was negative and uncooperative. I understand that it was written out that they would make offers. I pay $250 a month and within 30 months, everything would be taken care of. I said, "Okay." He said at first I had to build up enough money to the account in order for them to make offers.

I said, "What I thought I understood was you were going to take on this journey and I have 30 months to pay it. So, if you paid everything off, I still would have the 30 months to pay you. I was not under the impression that I'm going to send you money until you bank enough to then pay off somebody." He said, "No. Yes, you have to wait until there's enough money banked in there before we can start making payments." I'm like, "Then that means they're going to report this late until you get enough banked in there and I was trying not to make my credit any worse than it was. But the late payments on there are going to look bad. It means if you're going to make a promise to pay this all then I'm paying you, that's one thing. That will stop them from reporting that."

He said, "No, you have to wait until you've banked this money." And I'm like, "Wait a minute. Maybe I misunderstood that. I don't want that because in the meantime I will try and go a different route. Have an equity loan and have them pay off everything. I'll get the money that I need and I will pay them off and get that over and done with quicker." And my hope was there, hurry up and get that over and done with. And the guy was just on and on about, no, I'd have to wait. I was on the phone with him for about a half hour. And then, he was going to put me on hold to talk to somebody else. He left me on hold for 10 minutes and then, never came back and the phone hung up.

I said it was okay and that I'm not going to be upset and that I will call them back again tomorrow and say this is really not for me. And then, they said, "We already took out this amount. It's going to cost you X amount. You're not going to get your $250 back. It's going to be minus $20 for our fee." I said, "Fine, take your $20. This is not for me."

It sounded like a good deal. However, they're going to report late and if we hurry up and do it, they're not going to be in a hurry to make a deal. So, it's going to sit and become three, four or five months late, then they'll be ready to negotiate. Three, four or five months late looks bad on me and that's not what I thought. The whole experience was bad. They made everything negative. It was something negotiable, something we could have come to some kind of understanding. But because it was so bad, I thought it's okay, I’d forget it and they can take whatever fees they want for administration fees because it's not worth it.

It seemed like it’s taking me forever to pay off each credit card, but then I realized that if I’m still able to make payments and a little bit more of it and I’m not in that situation where I can’t make that payment, I can try and find out more information about how debt relief works. Accredited went through every specific detail and gave me options on which way I could’ve done it and what was so good about it is that I would be coming back to their program for the Accredited Debt because I didn’t feel comfortable with the other ones that I was trying to look for. The enrollment process was excellent and I understood every detail. AJ was the first one who explained everything to me and after that, I spoke with a female. I also had Rey and they were all awesome.

After they spoke with me, I still wasn’t comfortable. If they let me know upfront if I wasn’t able to make these payments, then I should’ve tried to have debt consolidation. I was still able to make the payments even though it’s been a little bit minimum or a little bit more. I thought debt consolidation will help when I'm already in debt to where I can’t make these payments. It’s hard especially when I work hard to get my credit to let go and have that. My problem, as the work made me think of not doing it, is that in the long run after my credit is clean and if I would ever apply for a credit card, in these credit card people's eyes, I’m not an asset to them because I have to get credit consolidation. I won’t be responsible to be able to apply and that is not what I want stalling on my credit.

It was not the right time for me and I had to cancel it at this time. I was not comfortable with going with that yet, but they still have me. They’re on file in case I’m ready. I am still going to try and see if I can do what I can up to when I can’t. They were very good with understanding and explaining every detail and I think that’s why I still went on ahead with my gut feelings first to still keep trying. They also assured me that if I ever wanted that help, they are going to be there for me when I need it. All in all, I would recommend Accredited highly.

I went through a lot and an emergency came so I went ahead and reached out to Accredited Debt Relief. The creditors would also call my job. Accredited Debt Relief gave me a number to call so there can be a different venue. They explained everything clearly and gave me the right numbers to get in contact with people. My payment plan was an automatic withdrawal. I made my first payment to the program on the 28th of August and all of the creditors have been notified that they're speaking on my behalf. Everybody’s gonna get paid but it’s gonna be at a slower pace.

I like that I can go on my laptop and pull up my account and see everything but I like talking to a rep every now and then to make sure that everything was going smoothly. And I felt very comfortable with Accredited Debt Relief’s counselors and there have been noticeable changes now since working with them. Instead of getting on my laptop and clicking about, I can just stick to my basic routine of paying my bills and it’s much easier. They’re a friend in need and I got to give it to them, they’re on top of their game. I’m gonna show them that I’m on top of mine too.

I’ve been having to go back and forth to Birmingham and spend a couple of days there because my sister has been having a lot of heart problems. It’s been putting me in a bit of a bind so I’m trying to consolidate deals so I can have the money to continue that stuff out. I went with Accredited Debt Relief because they wanted to work and match with me.

Enrolling was pretty easy. The rep, Bill, explained everything about what they were going to do. He told me exactly how long it was going to take them to get with my credit people and get all that situated where they need not harass me every month. Though he said the creditors are going to continue and they couldn't stop them from harassing me but he was going to make sure that the creditors knew that my finance is going to go to their thing on first. And then he was going to take care of the debt relief right there.

Their customer courtesy was impressive. There ain't too many people who will take the time to break down everything and tell you, “Hey. For me, this is the best route that you need to go.” A lot of times reps just act like they're there because they're getting a paycheck. But he act like he wanted to actually help me. He was more interested in me getting out of debt than him making a paycheck.

He walked me through everything. He told me what each line was for when I was doing all my signatures. I forgot how it went but when I was trying to put my initials on the computer he was basically telling me what each step was on that page and what it's supposed to do. He actually went more in detail than I was expecting and I was caught off guard.

Before we even agreed on anything, he told me what it would cost me a month. And he actually said, “Well, what's the best time that you could pay and how much could you pay?” And I actually went into detail with him about what I could afford and what I couldn't afford. And he asked me how long would I want it to last. I was very comfortable. I got something better than what I was paying. It’ll be helping my credit and I’ll also be having a little bit more money in my pocket. So far Accredited Debt Relief is actually freeing me up and I would recommend anybody having any kind of debt to go to them.

I've signed up with Accredited Debt Relief a month ago and I made my first payment. They haven't contacted all my creditors and it's still the early stages but it's been okay so far. They've been friendly, informative, and helpful. They have been contacting me and letting me know what they're doing. I went through a painful divorce that left me bankrupt. I used to have a higher income and now I have a part time job and I'm looking for another one.

When I did an online search Accredited Debt Relief came out the number one and they were highly recommended. I filled out an application online, they got in touch with me right away and they immediately worked out a plan. Somebody contacted me and he did everything. I gave him my information, he ran a report, and they told me how much I would have to pay them and they will work on a settlement program with all my creditors. My payment plan included an automatic withdrawal. They sent me an e-mail and made follow-up phone calls to make sure all my questions were answered and if I had any concerns.

However, while they explained to me that the more I make payments to them, they'll have more money to go and make settlements, I'm still getting phone calls from my creditors and not everybody has been contacted. But working with Accredited Debt Relief gives me financial relief. My credit's gonna get ruined but it would get ruined anyway if I'm not able to make payments. Hopefully it will be a good experience and they will say everything that they told me they would do.

I had a loan and a credit card that I was being overcharged for. I spoke with other companies before I spoke with Ryan from Accredited Debt Relief and I went with ADR because I could hear the sincerity and the passion from him. He was definitely awesome and he helped me with what I'm looking at, as far as my credit report goes. He broke everything down for me to let me know what I'm paying versus how long it would take to get some of that debt pay off. He kind of helped save my life. The enrollment process was pretty quick and easy. We went through each item in the contract and I did the electronic signature. I deal with contracts on my job, so being able to understand certain terms and terminology, I was able to catch it all quickly.

I've been in a leasing business for 17 years, so I'm able to scan through and I haven't really made too many great decisions. That's why I was really impressed with Ryan on the information that he gave me. We were able to come to the total amount that is affordable and I had a payment plan sorted out with my employer where it automatically comes out bi-weekly. It’s almost like money that I don't see and it worked perfectly fine. The program was pretty good savings and Ryan said I can add more funds to it, but I prefer to just create it and manage money a bit better.

With Accredited Debt Relief, I won't have to be paying something three or four times on what the values were and I’m relieved. If I know anyone else going through something similar to what I was doing, I told Ryan I will definitely make sure to refer them to the company. I’d tell my friends that if they're looking seriously to get out of debt, Accredited Debt Relief is very professional and organized and they are very knowledgeable of the product. Everything is good and I'm definitely happy with the service.

I had a very old debt and working with Accredited Debt Relief seemed like a good chance for resolving it. What I had originally asked for though was basically a loan to pay off the debt immediately, and one fell through. It would've been better if the creditors were paid off to a zero balance immediately and then I would pay Accredited Debt Relief off in installments. However, I wasn't eligible for that because I don't have the credit. Other than that, the enrollment process went smoothly. The representative who works with me has been helpful and in regular contact with me. He has answered all my questions and got back to me frequently. We've just begun and only one payment has been made to one creditor so it's going to be a long road. But the program is already in place and I have a workable situation now. It's a work in progress.

So, I checked a few places where a company would consolidate and then I pay them, and they pay the places a certain amount. But with a couple of companies that I connected with, the monthly payments were more than the payments on my credit card. So, I talked to the people at Accredited Debt Relief, they made a good presentation and they actually advocate for, not just less interest, but less payments so I chose them. I give them $200 a month and they pay what needs to be paid.

Though my experience with ADR has been good, I'm still a little worried because I’m giving them so much information and they are taking money out of my account to put in another bank account they set up. Plus the paperwork that I have to sign is 22 pages which are a lot to read and take in. It's the first time I've ever done anything like this and it's definitely scary. I just talked to them and signed some paperwork and it officially starts on September 15th but as far as getting set up and going through the process, it was a very good experience.

When you are very forthcoming with information, have pamphlets ready, have people willing to spend 30-45 minutes explaining the program to you over the phone, it makes you more want to trust them. Also, technological advances will help relay information in the future. They might want to do a video conference with their clients in the future to help expedite things, where they could screen share and do things simultaneously. I wanted to use Accredited Debt Relief to pay two credit cards that I had and I initiated that prior to talking with my husband and going all over the paperwork with him. And when you’re reading through everything, sometimes you miss things, so I had asked them whether there could be a lien put on the property. They explained to me that the way they were going to do it was not pay my bills at all and if I do get a call, then I answer and refer it to them. That made me uncomfortable so I talked to my husband and we read over everything and he said that they lied to me and that they can put a lien. My debt was a total of $6,000 with the two cards and they’re going to take $200 a month. My husband told me to pay it myself.

I only have three days to cancel and that was the third day so I called to cancel and initially, they told me that I had to speak with someone else. I spoke with their supervisor Amanda and she said that she would cancel it but when I looked on the site, it had not been canceled. I called back and I printed out the cancellation form even though she told me that I didn’t need to send in the form since I’m doing it over the phone. I faxed it to them and mailed it to Pennsylvania as well. I didn’t like the way they were going to pay off the debt because they’re going to mess up my credit more. I went to Accredited Debt Relief and they turned it over to Century, but that’s not who I was choosing. I didn’t like that because it wasn’t explained to me that my debt will be sent to another company.

Now I’m still getting emails and I let them know that there is an error, that the account has been closed. I just got a letter from the financial services that would have been holding the money. I had to call ADR this morning to let them know that the account was closed and their rep said they’re not going to take any drafts out of my account. I don’t understand why I even received the letter and nothing that they’re sending has dates on it when they were mailed out. No one is signing anything. So I don’t even know who to call or ask for in the event that there’s a problem. I just asked for the person’s name that I speak with each time. I've given them a lot of information and that pissed my husband off, too. They can do whatever they want with that. My experience was so horrific, it really frightened me. Now, everyone is saying they see that the account is closed but I don’t know why I'm still getting emails like I am a new customer.

    Hi Mrs. Nelson,

You are correct that it is possible for a lien to be put on your property, however in our opinion the chances are low. Liens are often put on someone's property after being negligent and not making any arrangements to pay back his or her debt. In your case, you have proactively reached out to a company to help find a more cost-effective way to pay off your debt to avoid not being able to pay anything back altogether. If you truly have the means to pay back the debt on your own, then you are making the best decision for you and your family! Regarding the handling of your debt, we have a partner system established that set our clients up for great success. For example, Accredited Debt Relief provides you with a dedicated account executive who is available to provide information and updates about your specific program. Century specializes in negotiating with your creditors which is why we use them for that specific task. Lastly although your cancelation letter was received it does take up to 48 hours to have everything fully processed which is why you were still receiving emails.

Accredited Debt Relief considers all feedback a gift because it allows us to re-evaluate and modify processes to ensure the client is having the best customer experience. ADR would like to thank you for your feedback and wish you the best!

In January last year, I've been to the hospital 14 times and I have a lot of medical bills. I was not able to work and my income dropped by 80%. That's one of the reasons why we ended up in this situation. The people at Accredited Debt Relief have been absolutely excellent. I've spoken to several people with questions, and they’ve all responded very professionally.

Enrollment was absolutely easy. I've got all my credit card addresses changed and I've closed all my credit cards already. I’ve had all of it forwarded in Tempe, Arizona but I’ve been getting hardly anything. On top of that, we've been doing some things to try and figure out how we can give Accredited Debt Relief more money so we can start the negotiation process a little bit faster. Right now, I'm on early retirement and I'm trying to get Social Security disability. If that ever comes through, half is going into the savings account and the other half is going straight to credit and debit and get rid of our debt.

I'm looking forward to completing the process in a timely manner. The program is for 42 months and we're looking to reduce it down to 30. With the tax refund and my wife’s bonus, we should be able to reduce our debt because they said we can send in additional payments and they'd be able to reset the program without any real issues, which would reduce the timeframe.

Although this month is going to be tough because it's the first month and we're not really seeing an effect yet, but I think we will in September and we’ll be a lot better once we get past this month. We'll be able to have some money put into the savings account, which we needed as an emergency cushion. Right now, we've always been taking money out of there in order to be able to pay the bills and it makes everything very nervous, but working with Accredited has definitely reduced the stress and my wife is very much happier. Overall, our experience was very efficient and the set up was very easy to do which was a lot easier than I have expected.

Other Debt relief companies said that it was too much and they don't loan that much money. It's either they can only loan up to $5,000 or that I don't qualify. When I called Accredited, they also told me I don't qualify for a regular loan. However, we can go through debt solutions process, and they were terrific. The enrollment process was a little bit difficult, but I would call customer service when I had a problem and they took care of it. They explained everything to me and I got through it.

I'm almost 80 years old and I had excellent credit all my life. But all of a sudden, everything went downhill. I am on a fixed income and just started going downhill because I lost part of our income when my husband passed away. The person that I first talked to and walked me through everything, was exceptional and very knowledgeable. They had a certain way to do things and I had a multiple choice of how I want to handle it. I chose one and they said that would be fine and they would handle it my way. Their quality of service is great but the cost and fees are a little bit on the expensive side. But, since it's going to get me to my goal, I would go through with it.

I've already recommended them to a couple of friends. I told them what my experience was and to contact Accredited so they would explain everything to them. I also told them that they don't pay anything upfront, they only pay when all the debts are satisfied. Accredited would take 25 percent of the balance of each loan and debt after it was satisfied. When we first got it, it would be the amount that was owed at the time they took over. Overall, Accredited Debt Relief has lifted a great weight off my shoulders.

They looked at my credit report for all the debt that I had and came back to me with a low monthly payment that I could afford. I appreciate how friendly and informative everybody has been so far.

My income has changed in the last few months due to my health. I was forced to take an early retirement so my income has been cut in half and my credit rating has dropped significantly. Now, I’m working on getting my rating back. I made an inquiry to Accredited Debt Relief and we talked it over and it sounded great. The counselor I worked with was very kind, informative and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him. We’re in the process of getting started right now and it’s only been just a few weeks, but I feel my stress level had decreased greatly.

We had switched over all our credit cards to the address that was supplied, but after we thought about it over the weekend, we changed our mind because we have money on the side in case we get in a bind and that’s the route we ended up going, and we ended up canceling with Accredited Debt Relief.

My counselor was quick and didn’t push stuff on me so I was happy with him. He talked about everything, gave me several options and did a real good job. He did everything. The cost was pretty good too. I was shocked that it turned out as a good experience. I thought it was gonna be a very long and confusing process but it wasn't.

I talked to him on the phone for an hour and he talked me through it and explained every step of the way. I’m still going through their program. They’re still trying to figure out what my lowest payments could be and they’re trying to talk to the collectors and resolve the issues. I’ve put $500 in and I haven’t seen anything happened with it yet and they still haven’t had any settlements. But it's definitely less stress since working with them. I would recommend them.

I felt that my income was not covering my expenses. I don't have any control over my rent and certain other things, but if I could get get away from the credit cards, I can make better choices because I'm not a big spender, and I needed to bring down and get rid of my credit card debts. I was trying to get a loan to see if I could consolidate some stuff. I was not able to get the loan based on my credit score, but I got some emails and calls, and I was asked a whole bunch of questions, and these served as the catalyst to get me through to the Accredited people who offered me their debt relief service, and I considered looking into this instead.

Paul, the Accredited Debt Relief rep, has been following up and I got the package in the mail. He explained how the process works. Basically, I won't have access to my credit cards anymore. They would negotiate a settlement with the credit card companies for me, but it won't look like I did a charge-off but rather that I'm still paying off my credit card debt even though I'm doing the actual payment through Accredited, then they would work things out on the backend with the credit card company.

They asked me to submit all my balances and worked on what I'm paying right now. Paul said they have different tiers for their payment plan. Initially, they offered to put me in a plan for $400, but I wanted to pay a little less than that, and the lowest they could offer was $250. The quality of service of Accredited was excellent. They have called and I've gotten emails from Paul. It's just that my follow-through is horrible and I'm the one that has not been following up. I have so much going on that I have not been able to sit down and really focus. The last time I spoke to Paul, I told him that I'd call in for him to walk me through the introduction, but I still haven't even made that phone call back yet.

I had a lot of debts and I was paying a minimum payment every month for the past four years, and I'm not getting anywhere. Also, at the rate that I was going, I was gonna probably end up paying it off in 20 years. Accredited is going to just wipe my debt for me, instead of me trying to settle it and try to pay some of it off. I was enrolled over the phone with a gentleman named Peter. He was very informative and he asked me what I was comfortable with or what I was looking at. We came to an agreement as far as the payment. It was a little bit high at first, but he said, "Okay, well I can extend it out for a few more months. In that way, the payment will be a little lower." And I said, "Okay, that's fine." So we compromised. He gave me a few more months, so that way I can have the payment a little lower. But I can sense they'd pay it off earlier than the program requires.

Also, the gentleman said it's the best way to re-establish my credit and get everything on the right track. I want to buy a car within a couple of years and that should be the best way to do it. It's only been a month and I've only made one payment but everything seems to be going okay. They told me that when I get anything from creditors, I should send it to them. So I've been scanning, emailing, and downloading all the information by any correspondence. It's a very easy to access my account. I would definitely recommend Accredited Debt Relief to a friend.

I've lost some income and we're in a really bad place, so we're trying to get straight with everybody now that's why we got a hold of Accredited Debt Relief. Enrolling was an easy process. It was great. My counselor was very nice, personable, professional and just very good. However, he told us it would be a four-year payout but when I got the printout that they sent me, it was a five-year payout. And of course after a fit, I've called them and I was really, really upset. The man told me that they do that to give them extra time just in case I needed to talk to our creditors and get things settled with them. So he said, it might not even take four years, but five years is a long time. That's the only thing I think they could improve on.

Cost wise, it's fair and they do an excellent job. So far, my credit has just declined to the point that I'm in tears. I have this credit up until now and all of my bills were paid and paid on time. All of a sudden, I've got people calling me from all points and my credit has fallen by 30 points. I'm sure it's got to fall more before it's all over with. So, I'm really upset, but they had to do what they have to do. They had me sign a form that they were going to send to all of my creditors to cease and desist and that I would take care of their debt. But it hasn't seemed to help. Accredited Debt Relief is doing what they can at the time and until they get a build-up of my payment, they're not going to be able to do much, because I know that I don't start really paying anything off until they get enough money in there to do that.

But it was frustrating that nothing would be sent out to my creditors until the amount that they had agreed upon had built up in the account. Because that would take some time, like for something where they have reached an agreement but I only had it sort of giving them something and not just waiting. I didn’t like that and I didn’t know if that’s how resolutions work but I understand. I was paying my credit card payments, but by the middle of the month, I had to get money back out to pay for things. This was just repeating and I would never get them paid off. I tried to get a loan to consolidate my credit card debt and I got disapproved a couple of times. I got up online to find and get loans. Somebody from Accredited Debt Relief called me about credit counseling and it sounded good.

I gave my information and he told me I could get up to about $7500. He said, "These are the ones that we can take care of." The counselor explained things well to me, he also said, "It would be $250 for 27 months and after that it would be done." And all the fees they charge are included in the price. The payments saved me $150 a month and that helped me. I'm on social security disability. I got one letter from one of the credit cards saying that I cannot use the credit card because I went to credit counseling. I'm glad with that and that's what they should do. The counselor also said that if I pay off so much later on and I want to get another credit card after going through that list, I could do that.

I’ve talked to two people from this company. The original guy was Brian and then a lady called me. I asked them what if the creditors keep calling me. They said, "Well, if they keep calling, give them this number here and tell them to call there if something happens." Every time I ask for something to repeat or say slower, they both did. They took time to explain how the program actually worked and what it would be. Also, the lady didn't try to talk fast and baffle on me over. I could cancel the program anytime if I see it's not satisfactory to what I want as well. And to me, that means a lot when you can do that. I'm just starting with Accredited Debt Relief. I took off from my first payment, but so far, they're handling my situation very well. I'm pleased with them and I would recommend this company.

It's not much less than the payments that I submitted that shows in my online dashboard. He explained that the fees were all included. Their support has been fine and since I've started the program and the steps that they have told me to take, I wasn't being hounded by the credit companies. Some of the customers said they started out really good then things got kind of laid back and Accredited didn’t follow up or return their phone calls. So I became a little concerned. I'm already in a debt management program where they don’t reduce the debt but would work with the creditors to lower my finances on the account then I'd still pay them back. Then this other debt relief place was saying that it was one of the worst ways to go about doing that because it reflects on my credit as I'm not able to pay it myself. Where theirs, if it gets paid, it does not reflect as they paid it but it reflects as a normal paid off account.

They talked to me about it, and the boss tried to convince me to continue to press forward with them. I said that I wanted to cancel and they’ve kind of been taking their time about doing that. They said they would call back, but I haven't talked to them. I'm a stickler, and if they won’t call, then that would cause me not to go with them so I'm kind of leery at this point. I guess I needed to call them back to either confirm or at least to hear what they had to say and then determine if I'm going to press forward or not. Considering the cost in relation to the quality of service, it was great, especially for how much I would end up paying back in interest if I didn't do the plan. Besides, it's very helpful and everything has been a really good deal. It's only been a week but I'm very satisfied.

I sought for credit card relief and I heard that Accredited Debt Relief was reliable. I went over a 22-page document with somebody who explained how it would work. I asked him if I could split it up, of which he said there's no problem, and he split it up into two different dates. The counselor that I talked to was very good. He was reasonable, he understood my concerns, and he explained to me three different ways to go. He was down to earth and he understood the things. I told him a couple of things and he checked them. When he got back with me, he said I was right and the things that I had said were. I feel comfortable with anything I asked after talking with them for a while.

I'm trying to get out of a credit card debt and Accredited Debt Relief was the one that answered me. They did everything on the computer with their rep, Marlon, and then he said that a package would come in the mail. Marlon has been very helpful and very good. I'm impressed with him. He talked me through it and explained everything to me. He also said that the monthly payment would be $512. If I have any problems, I call him. The quality of service I've received has been very good and they'll answer every question if I need them or not. I would recommend Accredited Debt Relief. I'm looking forward to getting myself cleared from this hardship.

I was trying to buy a house and my credit was going down so, I looked online for a debt relief and Accredited Debt Relief had a lot of good comments about them. I called, gave them my Social and told them how much I was paying for all my accounts. I was approved for one of their plans and they told me how much I will put on my account. Marty, my counselor, was good. He told me about the entire process and explained everything to me. Also, he was aware of all the credit debt relief work and every time I ask him a question, he was able to answer. Then, he always calls me once or twice a month to check on me and I was extremely comfortable working with him.

It was basically a struggle to pay all those credit cards. After my paycheck, I basically have no money left between paying all my credit cards. So, Accredited Debt Relief has impacted my life a lot. I pay over a thousand dollars between all my accounts and so far, the plan I was approved for is not even half of what I was paying for all my accounts. So, it worked perfectly for me. Also, the fact that they can tell you about the process, how it worked, how they can lower your payments, and how long it will take you to fix a credit was really good.

I have these bills and I’ve been trying every way to get them paid up. I thought about bankruptcy but decided not to do that. I also tried to do them on my own and it’s not getting anywhere. Then I decided to go for another source of help. Andy from Accredited Debt Relief responded to the email I sent. He explained everything so clearly. You can understand where he's going with it and what he can do for you. I feel like I trusted him so I went with them.

The enrollment process was easy. It tells you what you are up against and what to expect. It’s like somebody taking you out from the misery of the moment and I slept very solemnly that night. I have a monthly payment plan and he made sure that I can afford it. He gave me something that he knows I can keep up with and he doesn’t have to pull me back down while I'm getting up.

I pray every night that he gets to a point where one person can get a settlement and then the next one so they will leave me alone. It takes time and I'm hoping that it works the way I wanted it to be. I read that the people who worked with them had very nice things to say. It sounds good and my husband decided that when Andy hopefully finishes getting me straight, he’s going to get himself straight too. It will take me about two years but we're glad we have it.

My wife got hurt in an accident and she isn't able to go to work and help me out. She was confined by the doctor and just got released. We’re hoping to get a settlement to work and pay the stuff. I didn’t want the walls to come crashing down on me and lose everything I have but I didn’t want to rip off the companies. I hate that it happened and that she was in a wreck. Her physical therapy for eight months and the trigger point injections put a strain on me. Then the creditors would call you up and then you’d tell them you’re trying to do a balancing act and you’re paying one now but they don’t care. I just had to seek help.

Accredited Debt Relief helped me and started getting money and pay the loan. My credit score has dropped so I’ve been paying higher interest. This is the best way other than bankruptcy. Everybody was polite and walked me right through the enrollment process. Evan was my counselor and he’s been great. I feel good working with him. I’m on call 24 hours a day and I’m not always easy to get a hold of. But he waited around for me, got back with me and explained the process. I asked if I can do direct deposits because a lot of times, I’m gone four months at a time and if I’m not there, I can’t take care of it. But if I can make arrangements through direct deposits, I can’t screw it up.

For my payment plan, he gave me a number and asked me if that was good. And it was okay with me. We don’t want to go through it longer than we have to. Even three years sounds a lot. I filled out the paperwork and I made my first payment last month. They told me that they’ll make payments to my creditors and settle the debt and they’ll contact me when that happens. I’ve already received letters from people that they have worked with like Capital One. If you’re in trouble, Accredited Debt Relief is the way to go.

It was getting a little rough and it was starting to get where I couldn’t afford it so I decided to try Accredited Debt Relief instead of going the bankruptcy route. I went right with it. The enrollment process was step by step and I didn’t have to give a lot of info. It was easy. The debt relief counselors were very nice to talk to, caring and tried to help me out with things. We came up with a payment plan and I added a little more money a month for a quicker result. They told me the program would take four years and I’ve only been with them a month and a half but so far, everything is going great. The quality of service is fine and I’m satisfied with the company. It was a fantastic experience.

The enrollment process with Accredited Debt Relief was a little lengthy but it was all right. I had to talk to them on the phone and do it through my email. I had to do it two times because they made a mistake the first time and I had to go back and do it again. I wasn't too thrilled about that, but nobody's perfect. I knew what I had as far as the debt goes, so I didn't have a lot of questions. All I had left to do was fill out the paper, sign it, and send it back to them. My experience with Accredited Debt Relief has been great so far. I'm saving money by not paying off all my cards.

It has been great so far but I'm thinking of going back to Freedom because I found out that Freedom Debt is charging me $16,000 to settle all my debt while Accredited is charging me almost $21,000. Accredited has to be very transparent from the beginning and tell people the pros and cons and not just try to close down a deal with somebody. Let them commit to something because full disclosure is very important. At least let the clients know what they're getting themselves into. From that, they can make a good decision that is good for them and the company as well.

I spoke with Anna a couple of weeks ago during my enrollment process with Accredited Debt Relief. She asked about my concerns and what I was looking to do. I informed her that I was enrolled in credit counseling at that time but they weren't responding quickly enough and I already have a bankruptcy on my credit. So I figured, my credit’s not looking that great, I might as well go ahead and check this out and see how it works. She said I might be a good fit for the program. She enrolled me and gave me all the information I needed. I spoke to somebody else prior to Anna but she was more informative than the gentleman was. I had a better idea of the program because of Anna and she was able to answer any other questions that I had and I felt very comfortable working with her.

The payment plan is fair. Instead of having one monthly lump sum, I split the payments into two which makes it even more affordable. Since they go to Century, I’m working with Century as well. It hasn’t been a full month yet and I’m still waiting for the first negotiation to go through but Accredited Debt Relief has helped because I haven’t had to make the payment to some of the creditors, so I’m able to save money. But hopefully, the negotiations will go through quickly and I’ll be able to put all this behind me and start fresh. It’s been a fantastic experience.

I was using too many credit cards. They got over my head and I was struggling with it, so I said, "I'm going to stop this." It’s hard and I'm getting calls from these credit card people. I'm doing the best I can so I went into credit card debt relief to see about making it better. Accredited Debt Relief was the one who first called me back. One of the ladies from the bank called us on what was going on and I felt good because she said Accredited Debt Relief was okay when she knew they are the ones I’m working with. I was going to cancel it. I was expecting them to immediately do something but the rep said it’s going to take four weeks before I hear from them. I got a lot of information from them but they don't follow up very well. I was supposed to get more paperwork from them but I didn’t receive any. I've called more than once but the person I was working with has not returned my calls and I was bothered about that.

I thought I should go with LendingTree and that's a whole different deal. They send you the money and then you pay them back because they have people invest on them. And this one isn't. It goes to a debt relief place but it's on the West Coast. I've had it very difficult because I thought that it would work out very quickly and I would normally be paying monthly for credit cards. But I left it and let them wait so every credit card in the world has now called and told me I owe them more money now. It's very unpleasant.

I was originally on a payment plan of $400 a month. But I haven't seen any sign of that and I can't get an answer. The people they put forward are okay and knew what they were talking about. It's interesting that they know all your information such as how much credit card money you were paying every month. The company on the West Coast that took over this debt relief said that Accredited Debt Relief was alright. I was going to cancel but they told me not to and that this isn't going to be solved in a week. I have to wait a bit longer.

It's very disconcerting when somebody won't return your calls. It's a good idea to have the right people, but I'd rather have someone who contacted me more. I called them and said this company has taken me over and they sent me a lot of information. But I said, "I would like to know what's going on. And no, you still have some stuff to send to me" and I have not heard a word since. I wouldn't say I'm satisfied with Accredited Debt Relief but I am with the company that they put me on to. They sent me a lot of information and it's a matter of waiting now.

I had a stroke and I got my bills all behind. I was trying to catch up on them and I wanted to keep my good standards with my credit so I applied online to this credit company. The rep messed me up badly when he told me he can help. I went through all the paper processes and they came out to be a fraud. So, when I came across Accredited Debt Relief, I kept speaking about them and I asked some questions. When I finally talked to them, the rep was very assuring that they are legal and they talk to my creditors. So, I went with them.

After I gave their rep the bills, she pulled my credit score and the bills and we discussed them. I gave her most of all the big ones because I can handle the two little bitty ones. Then we agreed on the amount of my monthly payment that she came up with to pay my bills off in 24 months. She said that my debt relief papers are in the mail. I'm waiting for them so I can sign them and send them back. It takes time for the mail. The people whom I talked with rebuilt my confidence back into the debt relief program.

However, I cancelled my Accredited Debt Relief program because I didn’t want to take any risk because some were saying that somebody might sue me. Credit Sesame, another company I use, show a credit report and they ended with a recommendation for new credit cards. They said that my debt was pretty high and told me to check them out. We're starting to get a little thin because I've used all my savings and I was injured at work. I had a motorcycle explode on me and won't be covered by insurance and family issues. I was really stressing out and I wasn't sure if I was going to make my minimum payments on everything. I was completely underwater and I didn't want to drown.

I went with Accredited Debt Relief and Antoine was knowledgeable and helped me along but now, my case is passed along to Freedom Debt Relief. He doesn't get to see as much but he still answers my questions if I ever need anything. I'm really putting a lot of faith in them. I'm using Dollar Loan Center and they told me that they're not going to work with the debt relief company. They said they will hit me with the court since I signed a contract. My experience with Accredited Debt Relief has been good so far. I got one resolution pretty quickly but as of right now, the other creditor is calling me now that all those payments are kind of going to the late side.
