Everyone I have spoken to has been very pleasant and explain the process well. The only problem I have had is the emails and phone calls do not have the company name upfront. So I have not answered calls because I get about 30 telemarketers a day and if no name of the company I don't answer the phone. Also, emails get deleted because they have representatives name in front, not the company name.

I would never do business with this company. The first person I spoke with was nice but then he said that they didn't deal with the state of Tennessee and had to transfer me to someone else. When I was transferred the person I spoke with was very rude. Told me that he was going to pull my credit, didn't ask. Then when I asked why he needed to pull my credit he said, "If you need to look into consolidation then that means that your credit is already bad so it doesn't matter." Very rude. I gave him my information, he then went on and said that I didn't qualify and that I just needed to work harder and pay my bills on time. Which I have. The only reason I'm looking for something like this is because I don't want to fall behind on my bills. He was very rude and I don't recommend them to ANYONE.

Yesterday I spoke with a senior consultant regarding a debt consolidation program. He went through every aspect of my responsibilities and the advantages of registering into this program. My first concern was that I could get a debt paid off in a few days. He reassured me that this was feasible. I’ve read all the reviews from several other people on Accredited Debt Relief and I liked them. It seemed to be they had a lot of good reviews. Enrollment was easy and I told them the credits I wanted to consolidate. Accredited got it all together and worked out the payment plan. I gave them the bank and account information and they went from there. They took my total debt together and discussed a payment that I could afford. I had the payment auto debited monthly.

Accredited Debt Relief has helped me with my budget. My representative did a good job and explained things to where I can understand them. And while a lot of places were charging me a lot more, Accredited Debt has a really good price. I liked their program, and the payment plan I got worked really good with my budget, too. I needed to consolidate my finances so that I can take care of my daughter and husband. And with Accredited Debt, I'm able to buy groceries now, pay all my bills, and take care of things better. Somebody who had used Accredited Debt told me that they were a legit company and I was assured that it was the best place to go. I will also recommend them to a friend.

Accredited Debt Relief is a little fairer than other companies. I heard about them from a friend and I went with them years ago. The enrollment process was smooth and the counselor is very kind and very knowledgeable. She took care of everything and called me back to make sure it's been going well. She’s done everything she could and did a good job. She is excellent. She also called me a couple of times and asked me how things were going if I had any questions or any trouble or I can call her or anything. The experience has also been good so far and I would very much recommend them. People still call me though, even if I've sent text messages and emails to please call Accredited Debt Relief instead to have things resolved.
