I've just started the program but so far it's looking great and the people are so happy to help! I'm really looking forward to getting all of my delinquent accounts taken care of. My hope is to have a high credit rating and be able to buy some land out in Colorado and begin building my forever house. So far I would recommend this company. The app is very easy to use and allows you to track your progress.

I was impressed with how well my debt specialist explained the program and how it works. He was very personable and patient and answered all my questions. I felt a true sense of relief by the end of our phone conversation.

ADR has been the best customer service I’ve ever received. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sean **. He was willing to listen to the situation and said we’d find the best options suited for my personal needs. He was kind, sympathetic, and very knowledgeable. Unlike many companies, I did not feel like he was reading a script or a set of questions and answers. ADR clearly trains their customer service representatives to hold genuine conversations and and see their customers as real people instead of just a credit report.

When I applied for a quote, I received a phone call within 5 minutes from Jeff **. He helped us though the entire process and made it easy and understandable. My husband and I are excited to get debt put behind us and believe this is going to be very beneficial in helping the process.

As most Americans, I am in over my head in debt, not that I couldn't pay it, but it would take forever since I was only able to make minimum payments. So I looked for debt consolidation loans to get everything under one payment, but got rejected even with a FICO of 695, stating my credit balances were too high and too many. DUH, that's why I wanted to consolidate! So I decided to try Accredited Debt Relief/Beyond Finance to see what I can do about my problem. Herb ** explained everything to me about their programs, was patient with this 59 y.o. and his wife while we answered all his inquiries, and he answered ours to our satisfaction. After looking at the numbers we crunched, it is gonna be nice to be able to have some money leftover pay-to-pay that I can use to save for other needs and uses. I had a horrible experience with a local legal company trying to clear out my debt. The company took my money and filed for bankruptcy 6 months in. I was stuck with a horrible credit score. Over the limit and past due Credit cards. I googled best debt relief companies and this one popped up! Upon speaking with Erin I felt immediate relief! She was so personable and polite. I look forward to working with you guys and having financial freedoms finally!

I told Christ twice I wanted to hang up and look over the contract and would call him back. He somehow pushed me into signing when I really didn’t know for sure how I felt yet, saying it would be ***EASY*** to cancel, but after hanging up and reading the docs, they say I HAVE TO WRITE IN and I WILL LOSE MY FIRST AND POSSIBLY SECOND PAYMENT if they don’t stop or cancel the draft immediately. HE DID NOT EXPLAIN THAT I COULD LOSE MY PAYMENT which is essentially lying. I did not understand what I was signing and want to cancel. I called and left a message Friday letting Chris know I wanted to cancel, and he did not call me back on Saturday. I DID NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SIGNING, AND I WISH TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. Am very VERY frustrated with the way I was treated.

It Is never a pleasant experience when going through something like this. But Jessica was understanding and patient when going through the many details that come with the program, making sure my understanding was clear. Unlike other companies that just push you through the system, I feel more confident and aware of what I am getting into!

I was told They could drop my debt of $24320 to $18145. After 6 months of being on their 36 month payment program they eliminated one of my credit cards debt of $3000. Long story short after finishing the program I have collection companies calling my phone telling me I owe for the rest of my debt that was apparently dealt with already by Accredited Debt Relief...

I had a very good experience with encounter. I was informed of all my options. Everything was explained to me in a manner I understood. The process was thorough and explained every bit so I would be able to understand.

When going through something like this you expect to be talked down to and have an extreme feeling of shame. Everyone has been so supportive, so helpful, so understanding. We had tried (and got) loans to consolidate bills, and then something else goes to heck, then something else went to heck, and you have not got up on your feet.. You try to make sure all bills are paid (you skip going out for a meal...for many years..We haven't honestly had a vacation since the 1980's.) (We try to see the grand kids once a year, it doesn't work out, but we try.) Then my employer decides nobody can get overtime. (I had as much overtime as I could handle for 7 years, now NO overtime..worked here for just over 20 years!!! Now we are going backwards VERY fast.)

For understanding my situation and helping me. He was very helpful and took his time to go through everything step by step. He didn't turn me down like one company. and that's what like about him. He worked it out for me.

The associate I spoke with over the phone was extremely cordial and guided me through the whole process of getting my debt literally sliced in quarters. The fee is a little high for their service, but when they negotiate for a lower debt amongst different creditors, you end up paying way less. Incredible.

Have to admit I was really nervous about doing this and at the same time I really hate going this route but after much prayer I felt this was the right way to go. I had been putting off this inevitable call to start this process because I feel great shame about failing. Ramy took my problem seriously, but was not judgmental. Several attempts and voicemail made along with message as to wanting more information before I wanted to enroll with this debt relief program. In which I was unable to speak to Huen ** to move on with all that. She went over as far as my credit debt. I been calling several times as in which I was able to speak to Robert who was very professional and very detailed. In which I was pleased. I do not understand why my messages took a couple of days to respond back. This brought up red flags for me.

I've just started on my road to credit recovery and so far everything is falling in place. At first it's a bit confusing with all the involved entities, Beyond, CFT, Accredited, etc... but I think I'm figuring it out. Sean, my Accredited rep has been very supportive and replies instantly to all my emails... and I have number where he can be reached if I need him. I started this program in January 2019 and Lori ** was my rep. At first I thought this started off great but it's been almost 8 months now and only two debts enrolled and nothing has been settled but ADR taking my money. I am so dissatisfied and upset over this whole situation. I've called several times and keep getting told there is not enough money to settle anything yet. I have $4500 in the account and one account is only $4000 should have been settled already I think. The other debt is much larger and knew it would take longer. My customer service experience was awful. When I stated I wanted to think about my options and didn’t have a specific reason. They acted like I was dumb. I’m allowed to think on and I’m allowed to say no. I don’t appreciate the way they treated me. His response to me saying no was “Based on our conversation yesterday I knew you were going to pass. I got you a lower payment and a much shorter timeframe which is what you said you needed so I’m unsure of your logic behind that decision. Feel free to reach out if you change your mind.
