I started this program in January 2019 and Lori ** was my rep. At first I thought this started off great but it's been almost 8 months now and only two debts enrolled and nothing has been settled but ADR taking my money. I am so dissatisfied and upset over this whole situation. I've called several times and keep getting told there is not enough money to settle anything yet. I have $4500 in the account and one account is only $4000 should have been settled already I think. The other debt is much larger and knew it would take longer. Lori was refusing to answer the one question I had till finally I got an answer. This has been so frustrating and feel like I'm getting nowhere at all with this program. Janet, Denison

I got you a lower payment and a much shorter timeframe which is what you said you needed so I’m unsure of your logic behind that decision. Feel free to reach out if you change your mind. Every interaction that I had with Accredited and Michael was very professional, caring and considerate of the difficulties that one faces when admitting that they need help. Michael explained all of the processes and was considerate of my time and needs. I had thought about the program knowing very basically what it was about for a few months. Then when my job situation wasn't getting better I finally was open to hearing about the program in more detail. I realized that the explanations seemed sensible and very fair and that this was a smart decision to move forward in decreasing my debt. My very good credit will take a dip for a time but in the long run, I will recover with a stronger financial future. Thank you Michael.

Everyone I have spoken to has been very pleasant and explain the process well. The only problem I have had is the emails and phone calls do not have the company name upfront. So I have not answered calls because I get about 30 telemarketers a day and if no name of the company I don't answer the phone. Also, emails get deleted because they have representatives name in front, not the company name.
