My experience with your representative was very professional with positive outcome. I felt that she had my situations at heart and intended to help me be successful and that she did. I feel I will be able to resolve my debt and have some peace of mind for a 81 year old woman doing it on her own.

So I had uploaded all my documents. Then I get an email that says they need same documents I already submitted then you only have a certain length of time to get them to them. Ugh I'm just starting out and not sure this was way to go.

Ever since I got a little bit into debt, I had been slowly getting further and further in, mostly from getting a slightly better paying job and realizing I could spend a little more but not paying attention to how much. I was able to keep up payments on my credit cards so I didn't worry too much about it until I realized the total I owed wasn't going down and I was basically just paying slightly over the interest every month. That worried me enough and I tried to consolidate the debt with the hope I could get it all into a single location and more easily track my progress, but I wasn't able to get a high enough loan for that and just ended up with an additional company I had to make monthly payments to.

I am very happy with my experience so far. The agent I worked with explained everything and went through the process step by step. I was worried about doing the debt consolidation because I had heard mixed reviews, but Accredited made it easy.

Linda was amazing, as well as the rest of the Beyond Finance team in getting me set up for a debt consolidation program. I have been super hesitant & nervous to make this step and they helped to make this easy & comfortable!

I closed my account in Jan. Received a letter from them stating 5-7 business days that was the twenty fourth. It's now the 17th of Feb. And still no funds received in my bank. This company lies to get your business.

Bottom line is that they DO NOT act for the best interest of the clients. Actually, they have NO incentive to actively pursue settlement to reduce the debts. Why would they endeavor to do so when they can collect settlement fees even over the failed settlements? Don’t buy into their words, for which they will not take responsibility at all.

As most Americans, I am in over my head in debt, not that I couldn't pay it, but it would take forever since I was only able to make minimum payments. I had a horrible experience with a local legal company trying to clear out my debt. The company took my money and filed for bankruptcy 6 months in. I was stuck with a horrible credit score. Over the limit and past due Credit cards. I googled best debt relief companies and this one popped up! Upon speaking with Erin I felt immediate relief! She was so personable and polite. I told Christ twice I wanted to hang up and look over the contract and would call him back. He somehow pushed me into signing when I really didn’t know for sure how I felt yet, saying it would be ***EASY*** to cancel, but after hanging up and reading the docs, they say I HAVE TO WRITE IN and I WILL LOSE MY FIRST AND POSSIBLY SECOND PAYMENT if they don’t stop or cancel the draft immediately. HE DID NOT EXPLAIN THAT I COULD LOSE MY PAYMENT which is essentially lying. I did not understand what I was signing and want to cancel. I called and left a message Friday letting Chris know I wanted to cancel, and he did not call me back on Saturday. I DID NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SIGNING, AND I WISH TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. Am very VERY frustrated with the way I was treated.

It Is never a pleasant experience when going through something like this. But Jessica was understanding and patient when going through the many details that come with the program, making sure my understanding was clear. I was told They could drop my debt of $24320 to $18145. After 6 months of being on their 36 month payment program they eliminated one of my credit cards debt of $3000.
