Initial process went smoothly. Waiting to see how well the rest of the process works with auto payment and debt resolution but very optimistic to see what happens in the immediate future. Actually feeling less stressed already and am hopeful for the future. Thank you. I was running out of options.

Edison was very knowledgeable and friendly in helping me understand the process and program. He took his time, ensured I understood everything. The debt program he enrolled me in will no doubt help me secure a better financial future for myself. I did not feel any judgement at all. The entire call took about an hour, so make sure you set time aside. And be honest with your counselor and yourself!

The entire experience with Brittany was awesome! If she wasn't in California we'd be friends in real life.. She helped me really take a deep breath in this process! I know I'm on my way to debt relief! I've been paying on high interest cards for 5 years, I'm so excited to have it all paid off in just 2 years! I'd be paying debt until I am 51!! Not ideal. Though I had been struggling with my debt and finances for some time, I was hesitant to reach out and seek help as I felt like a failure for not being able to handle things myself. Very helpful, pleasant however inaccurate.. Emphasized payment $501 2 times a month. I believed him.. When reviewing contract total $ more, and yes I missed it and signed.. Husband had just died. So rep dishonest. Now get notice from Five lakes. Owe $400 & every 2 weeks. Added debt not mine. Done. Done, done.

Was really impressed with the customer service from Accredited Debt Relief. My rep Aaron was really professional and patient with me. Didn’t get irritated with no matter how many times I asked the same question. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood everything he was explaining. Definitely will recommend Accredited , even the reps at 5 Lakes Group were professional and friendly as well. I’m very happy to have found this company in orders to get the help that I need to resolve my credit card debt. Each month the interest was adding to my late payments. I continued to pay on all of the cards but was not paying the full payments on some of the cards.

My Rep was great. Very professional and polite. Well knowledgeable and even explained some of her own issues. Made me feel right at home. Answered all my questions. I did join. Felt they could help me but during the night my gut made me change my mind so I did cancel that morning.

DBA Beyond Finance!! Please be careful before you sign up!! They are not transparent. Reps are trained to mislead you in order to signed up. After 6 mo they settled 1 account for 28% less and then took 25% fee. I ended up with $400 saving. Look for small print and don’t settle. They ruined my life instead of helping.

Edley has given me back peace of mind. He took what felt like a rat race with no benefits with my debt, and turned that frown upside down. A very bright light at the end of a dark tunnel, and did it with substantial knowledge as he has also gone through the same scenario it felt like coming home. Thanks again Edley!

Very friendly easy to talk to him, because he was from this USA, not way overseas where you can't understand. Helped me a lot. I can't remember if this is who I went with or not. But either way I was going to save the same from 16,000 + and interest just just seems to keep going up. But now I'm going to only pay 13,000+ no interest, and be out of debt in 4 years or less.

I was looking for a way to pay my credit cards off, but the credit card companies do not offer a way to pay off the credit that you acquire. I applied for a debt consolidation loan but did not qualify. I did qualify for the debt resolution program which was not my goal and I canceled in less than 24 hours.
