After reading through the contract I find out that I’ll be left to deal with my creditors on my own. I’m not protected from phone calls, collections, or wage garnishments. Then, what did I sign up for? I need to withdraw from this. It sounded too good to be true, and I guess it is.

The organization explains step by step the process that will guide you through their program. An app is provided to show you the calculations of the amount of debt that is expected to be taken care and how much you will save as a result of using their program.

I was fortunate enough to have Derrick answer the phone when I called. I can't say enough positive things about our interactions. He was VERY patient with me. He repeated reassurance. I’m very happy to have found this company in orders to get the help that I need to resolve my credit card debt. Each month the interest was adding to my late payments. I continued to pay on all of the cards but was not paying the full payments on some of the cards.
