My experience was smooth and quick. Talking with Navid was really wonderful. I have been struggling with getting payments paid for a long time. Fighting the insane interest rates of 29,9% with no avail trying to work it out with my creditors. So I either file bankruptcy or try credit consolidation. I have been pitched by several other companies and decided to find my own route. After looking at review and accredited companies I found Navid. He was patient and kind in my plight to want to negotiate and not bail out. Surely I would like to retain some good standing after all my diligence to repay my debt. This economy is impossible to maintain although my integrity wants to do the right thing. He has lifted my burden without shame and I feel so relieved to have the obvious 3rd party needed to accomplish this.

The debt relief representative, Todd **, was very quick to respond and explain how the debt relief system works after I contacted Accredited. I qualified for the debt relief program and Todd called back at a more convenient time for me to go over the program step by step. He then set up a call with Kristan **, the Virginia attorney with Five Lakes Law Group, to call me the next day and go over any questions or concerns I had regarding the program. She also went over the law firm's role as my representative. I am set up now and good so far. We shall see if I made a the right decision as time goes on.

So far my experience has been exceptional. I’ve spoken to a few different agents and was very satisfied with each. Everyone was very caring and understanding. Everyone has been great so far, Terry has done a great job so far with explaining everything and letting me know what I need to do going forward. Most definitely!!! Rob ** was great. He made it easy to understand and I felt comfortable right off the bat. He also is very knowledgeable about financial areas. I can't believe how easy this was. I guess if I had known about this earlier, I'd be that much closer to being out of debt. I feel like I've been in debt all my life.
