I had a major job change. I sought the services of Accredited Debt Relief to help me stay within budget and control of my finances. I did a little bit of research and found that they had pretty good reviews and availability. Their enrollment process was really easy. It felt like talking to an old friend when I spoke to John, their representative. He explained everything in detail and answered whatever couple of questions I had.
He was very thorough during our initial contact. Then he followed through immediately. Everything that he said happened the way it would happen. I received an email and then the mailed documents. It was refreshing. Also, Accredited Debt Relief was open to my needs. I told them what my budget was and where I needed to stay. They worked with me and were very flexible and open-minded to my circumstances. We're just in the beginning process, but my experience with customer support has been great so far. I already felt some peace just seeing things follow through. I'm confident that everything will be just the way they said and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a few credit cards which were all paid up-to-date. But I had a big cut in my income and I realized I couldn't continue and also pay my car, which I need for work. So, I checked a few places where a company would consolidate and then I pay them, and they pay the places a certain amount. But with a couple of companies that I connected with, the monthly payments were more than the payments on my credit card. So, I talked to the people at Accredited Debt Relief, they made a good presentation and they actually advocate for, not just less interest, but less payments so I chose them. I give them $200 a month and they pay what needs to be paid.
Though my experience with ADR has been good, I'm still a little worried because I’m giving them so much information and they are taking money out of my account to put in another bank account they set up. Plus the paperwork that I have to sign is 22 pages which are a lot to read and take in. It's the first time I've ever done anything like this and it's definitely scary. I just talked to them and signed some paperwork and it officially starts on September 15th but as far as getting set up and going through the process, it was a very good experience.

Accredited Debt Relief contacted me when I needed to consolidate my debt. Their people were professional and very helpful. They explained the whole program in detail and they sent email information for me to read. When you are very forthcoming with information, have pamphlets ready, have people willing to spend 30-45 minutes explaining the program to you over the phone, it makes you more want to trust them. Also, technological advances will help relay information in the future. They might want to do a video conference with their clients in the future to help expedite things, where they could screen share and do things simultaneously. Other than that, they did a good job and I'd recommend them.

Compared to other companies, Accredited Debt Relief has very good reviews. The enrollment process is pretty quick and the counselor was knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. They also have a good customer support and in a hard situation, they help you a lot. Quality and cost-wise, everything's great and I would be able to work with their payment plan. I don’t have much stress anymore since I started working with them. More people should know about it because they know what they're doing and how to do their job properly. I already recommended the company to a friend of mine who is thinking of getting a loan. I told her to try to go this route because it's a lot better and you won't have to struggle with payments for a long period of time.

I’m having a hard time paying for everything I've got to pay for and I don’t have that much money coming in so I sought the services of Accredited Debt Relief. I saw an ad and I talked to them. The enrollment process is good. I sent in my birth certificate and two copies of mail in for my address. I talked to the counselor a couple of times and a couple of gals that are employed there and things went well. She went through everything and I wrote them down. She told me about my payment plan and how much to put in on September 4th. It’s going to be alright.
I was supposed to get a copy of everything that I signed but I haven’t received anything through the mail yet. It’s a welcome pack and I would really like to have something I can read. I wish that I could have gotten it sooner rather than later. But she also told me not to pay anything on my two accounts and I haven’t, and I've gotten a new bill from the one but I haven’t done anything with that either so I'm waiting.

Accredited Debt Relief was the only option I had at the time because I was trying to get a loan to actually pay off my debt. The counselor was an awesome person. He was willing to help and I felt comfortable working with him. In the beginning when he called me, he said, "Okay, let me see what I can do." He went ahead and submit my application and within the next day he gave me back a call to say I was approved and it was done. The payment plan I had with them worked well for me. There's a lot of relief to me right now. I'm waiting to see what will happen in a month or two before I actually get to feel more comfortable that I'm getting out of debt.

I wanted to use Accredited Debt Relief to pay two credit cards that I had and I initiated that prior to talking with my husband and going all over the paperwork with him. And when you’re reading through everything, sometimes you miss things, so I had asked them whether there could be a lien put on the property. They explained to me that the way they were going to do it was not pay my bills at all and if I do get a call, then I answer and refer it to them. That made me uncomfortable so I talked to my husband and we read over everything and he said that they lied to me and that they can put a lien. My debt was a total of $6,000 with the two cards and they’re going to take $200 a month. My husband told me to pay it myself.
I only have three days to cancel and that was the third day so I called to cancel and initially, they told me that I had to speak with someone else. I spoke with their supervisor Amanda and she said that she would cancel it but when I looked on the site, it had not been canceled. I called back and I printed out the cancellation form even though she told me that I didn’t need to send in the form since I’m doing it over the phone. I faxed it to them and mailed it to Pennsylvania as well. I didn’t like the way they were going to pay off the debt because they’re going to mess up my credit more. I went to Accredited Debt Relief and they turned it over to Century, but that’s not who I was choosing. I didn’t like that because it wasn’t explained to me that my debt will be sent to another company.
Now I’m still getting emails and I let them know that there is an error, that the account has been closed. I just got a letter from the financial services that would have been holding the money. I had to call ADR this morning to let them know that the account was closed and their rep said they’re not going to take any drafts out of my account. I don’t understand why I even received the letter and nothing that they’re sending has dates on it when they were mailed out. No one is signing anything. So I don’t even know who to call or ask for in the event that there’s a problem. I just asked for the person’s name that I speak with each time. I've given them a lot of information and that pissed my husband off, too. They can do whatever they want with that. My experience was so horrific, it really frightened me. Now, everyone is saying they see that the account is closed but I don’t know why I'm still getting emails like I am a new customer.
Hi Mrs. Nelson,
You are correct that it is possible for a lien to be put on your property, however in our opinion the chances are low. Liens are often put on someone's property after being negligent and not making any arrangements to pay back his or her debt. In your case, you have proactively reached out to a company to help find a more cost-effective way to pay off your debt to avoid not being able to pay anything back altogether. If you truly have the means to pay back the debt on your own, then you are making the best decision for you and your family! Regarding the handling of your debt, we have a partner system established that set our clients up for great success. For example, Accredited Debt Relief provides you with a dedicated account executive who is available to provide information and updates about your specific program. Century specializes in negotiating with your creditors which is why we use them for that specific task. Lastly although your cancelation letter was received it does take up to 48 hours to have everything fully processed which is why you were still receiving emails.Accredited Debt Relief considers all feedback a gift because it allows us to re-evaluate and modify processes to ensure the client is having the best customer experience. ADR would like to thank you for your feedback and wish you the best!

I had a personal and a couple of credit card debts that I needed help with. My wife had some issues before and Accredited Debt Relief was able to help her. So, she gave me their number and told me to call Accredited and see what they can do for me. I called them right away and they were there to help me out. During the enrollment process, I got started quickly. They called me and I called them back. We did whatever paperwork we had to do on the phone and everything went smoothly and quickly.
My counselor was really helpful, nice and polite. He answered whatever questions I had and on my language. He gave me a great deal of which I'll be comfortable with. He gave me a couple of choices and whatever was convenient for me, we went from there. So far, the service is of great quality. I've been getting a few emails from the company that there is some info that Accredited needs from me. But other than that, everything is great. I had a lot of stress in my mind for the past months and since I've talked to Accredited Debt Relief, my mind cleared up and I'm moving forward. I appreciate Accredited for helping me out. I hope we'll continue the way I respect them and the way we talked. They're great and I'm happy with them. They are willing to help people and do whatever they can. People will feel better with no stress at all.

A couple of my credit cards have high interest rates and they wouldn't work with me to bring them down, even though I was never late and my bills were always paid on time. I had called the credit cards, they weren't that many, and I was paying them off. The thing was I wanted to consolidate all of them, and that's what I did. I got a loan and used that to bring the credit cards down but I still had a balance. Also, I ran into some problems. Accredited Debt Relief was the first one that came to my rescue. They offered their help and they knew where I was coming from. They explained everything that I needed to be told, what was going to happen, how much and how long it was going to be. I agreed and I just started this month.
It’s like an escrow account that I have. From there, they pay off my credit cards and they’re the ones that are gonna be talking to the creditors and that’s what I like. They helped me get rid of the loan and they're gonna try to lower down the interest rate because that was really bad. I appreciate that they're helping me and I am satisfied with what they have done so far.

In January last year, I've been to the hospital 14 times and I have a lot of medical bills. I was not able to work and my income dropped by 80%. That's one of the reasons why we ended up in this situation. The people at Accredited Debt Relief have been absolutely excellent. I've spoken to several people with questions, and they’ve all responded very professionally.
Enrollment was absolutely easy. I've got all my credit card addresses changed and I've closed all my credit cards already. I’ve had all of it forwarded in Tempe, Arizona but I’ve been getting hardly anything. On top of that, we've been doing some things to try and figure out how we can give Accredited Debt Relief more money so we can start the negotiation process a little bit faster. Right now, I'm on early retirement and I'm trying to get Social Security disability. If that ever comes through, half is going into the savings account and the other half is going straight to credit and debit and get rid of our debt.
I'm looking forward to completing the process in a timely manner. The program is for 42 months and we're looking to reduce it down to 30. With the tax refund and my wife’s bonus, we should be able to reduce our debt because they said we can send in additional payments and they'd be able to reset the program without any real issues, which would reduce the timeframe.
Although this month is going to be tough because it's the first month and we're not really seeing an effect yet, but I think we will in September and we’ll be a lot better once we get past this month. We'll be able to have some money put into the savings account, which we needed as an emergency cushion. Right now, we've always been taking money out of there in order to be able to pay the bills and it makes everything very nervous, but working with Accredited has definitely reduced the stress and my wife is very much happier. Overall, our experience was very efficient and the set up was very easy to do which was a lot easier than I have expected.

I have a lot of debt and I have lost my job so I wasn't able to pay all my bills as I usually do. Then, I ran into trouble so I had to get help. I tried to consolidate the debt so I can pay one monthly payment because even if I get money and I pay them, I still have to pay for medication and I don’t make that much. I only work part-time and to better myself, I went to college so that I can get a better job.
Accredited Debt Relief was willing to help me. Someone called me and told me what they do and gave me options. The guy was very good at trying to explain stuff. I couldn’t understand some of it but I get to realize what they were saying. But there are people from Accredited Debt Relief who are still calling and I always get somebody else as a counselor. The first one I had told me I can call and ask for him but I never got him back. More than one person works with me that I don’t really get to understand what and I can’t explain myself that much. Also, I didn’t see anything happen yet. Like anybody can say aloud that this person or company has agreed to anything. Also, I have to put $250 in the bank every month and I don't know what their plan is. But it gives me a little sense of relief that it’s being worked on and everything will be better.

I had over $10,000 in debt on credit cards and in two unsecured loans. I am having medical problems as well. Nobody else would talk to me. Other Debt relief companies said that it was too much and they don't loan that much money. It's either they can only loan up to $5,000 or that I don't qualify. When I called Accredited, they also told me I don't qualify for a regular loan. However, we can go through debt solutions process, and they were terrific. The enrollment process was a little bit difficult, but I would call customer service when I had a problem and they took care of it. They explained everything to me and I got through it.
I'm almost 80 years old and I had excellent credit all my life. But all of a sudden, everything went downhill. I am on a fixed income and just started going downhill because I lost part of our income when my husband passed away. The person that I first talked to and walked me through everything, was exceptional and very knowledgeable. They had a certain way to do things and I had a multiple choice of how I want to handle it. I chose one and they said that would be fine and they would handle it my way. Their quality of service is great but the cost and fees are a little bit on the expensive side. But, since it's going to get me to my goal, I would go through with it.
I've already recommended them to a couple of friends. I told them what my experience was and to contact Accredited so they would explain everything to them. I also told them that they don't pay anything upfront, they only pay when all the debts are satisfied. Accredited would take 25 percent of the balance of each loan and debt after it was satisfied. When we first got it, it would be the amount that was owed at the time they took over. Overall, Accredited Debt Relief has lifted a great weight off my shoulders.

She was very nice to me, was very willing to work with my schedule and was very concerned about my issues that I had going on for my financial situation. She was very willing to help me and she walked me through the process of enrolling in the program. She did a great job and I feel very comfortable working with her. They looked at my credit report for all the debt that I had and came back to me with a low monthly payment that I could afford. I appreciate how friendly and informative everybody has been so far.

We had switched over all our credit cards to the address that was supplied, but after we thought about it over the weekend, we changed our mind because we have money on the side in case we get in a bind and that’s the route we ended up going, and we ended up canceling with Accredited Debt Relief.

I felt that my income was not covering my expenses. I don't have any control over my rent and certain other things, but if I could get get away from the credit cards, I can make better choices because I'm not a big spender, and I needed to bring down and get rid of my credit card debts. I was trying to get a loan to see if I could consolidate some stuff. I was not able to get the loan based on my credit score, but I got some emails and calls, and I was asked a whole bunch of questions, and these served as the catalyst to get me through to the Accredited people who offered me their debt relief service, and I considered looking into this instead.
Paul, the Accredited Debt Relief rep, has been following up and I got the package in the mail. He explained how the process works. Basically, I won't have access to my credit cards anymore. They would negotiate a settlement with the credit card companies for me, but it won't look like I did a charge-off but rather that I'm still paying off my credit card debt even though I'm doing the actual payment through Accredited, then they would work things out on the backend with the credit card company.
They asked me to submit all my balances and worked on what I'm paying right now. Paul said they have different tiers for their payment plan. Initially, they offered to put me in a plan for $400, but I wanted to pay a little less than that, and the lowest they could offer was $250. The quality of service of Accredited was excellent. They have called and I've gotten emails from Paul. It's just that my follow-through is horrible and I'm the one that has not been following up. I have so much going on that I have not been able to sit down and really focus. The last time I spoke to Paul, I told him that I'd call in for him to walk me through the introduction, but I still haven't even made that phone call back yet.

I had a lot of debts and I was paying a minimum payment every month for the past four years, and I'm not getting anywhere. Also, at the rate that I was going, I was gonna probably end up paying it off in 20 years. Accredited is going to just wipe my debt for me, instead of me trying to settle it and try to pay some of it off. I was enrolled over the phone with a gentleman named Peter. He was very informative and he asked me what I was comfortable with or what I was looking at. We came to an agreement as far as the payment. It was a little bit high at first, but he said, "Okay, well I can extend it out for a few more months. In that way, the payment will be a little lower." And I said, "Okay, that's fine." So we compromised. He gave me a few more months, so that way I can have the payment a little lower. But I can sense they'd pay it off earlier than the program requires.
Also, the gentleman said it's the best way to re-establish my credit and get everything on the right track. I want to buy a car within a couple of years and that should be the best way to do it. It's only been a month and I've only made one payment but everything seems to be going okay. They told me that when I get anything from creditors, I should send it to them. So I've been scanning, emailing, and downloading all the information by any correspondence. It's a very easy to access my account. I would definitely recommend Accredited Debt Relief to a friend.

I've lost some income and we're in a really bad place, so we're trying to get straight with everybody now that's why we got a hold of Accredited Debt Relief. Enrolling was an easy process. It was great. My counselor was very nice, personable, professional and just very good. However, he told us it would be a four-year payout but when I got the printout that they sent me, it was a five-year payout. And of course after a fit, I've called them and I was really, really upset. The man told me that they do that to give them extra time just in case I needed to talk to our creditors and get things settled with them. So he said, it might not even take four years, but five years is a long time. That's the only thing I think they could improve on.
Cost wise, it's fair and they do an excellent job. So far, my credit has just declined to the point that I'm in tears. I have this credit up until now and all of my bills were paid and paid on time. All of a sudden, I've got people calling me from all points and my credit has fallen by 30 points. I'm sure it's got to fall more before it's all over with. So, I'm really upset, but they had to do what they have to do. They had me sign a form that they were going to send to all of my creditors to cease and desist and that I would take care of their debt. But it hasn't seemed to help. Accredited Debt Relief is doing what they can at the time and until they get a build-up of my payment, they're not going to be able to do much, because I know that I don't start really paying anything off until they get enough money in there to do that.

I dealt with Bryan and he was very polite, helpful, informative and prompt. I liked the cost. But it was frustrating that nothing would be sent out to my creditors until the amount that they had agreed upon had built up in the account. Because that would take some time, like for something where they have reached an agreement but I only had it sort of giving them something and not just waiting. I didn’t like that and I didn’t know if that’s how resolutions work but I understand. I was paying my credit card payments, but by the middle of the month, I had to get money back out to pay for things. This was just repeating and I would never get them paid off. I tried to get a loan to consolidate my credit card debt and I got disapproved a couple of times. I got up online to find and get loans. Somebody from Accredited Debt Relief called me about credit counseling and it sounded good.
I gave my information and he told me I could get up to about $7500. He said, "These are the ones that we can take care of." The counselor explained things well to me, he also said, "It would be $250 for 27 months and after that it would be done." And all the fees they charge are included in the price. The payments saved me $150 a month and that helped me. I'm on social security disability. I got one letter from one of the credit cards saying that I cannot use the credit card because I went to credit counseling. I'm glad with that and that's what they should do. The counselor also said that if I pay off so much later on and I want to get another credit card after going through that list, I could do that.
I’ve talked to two people from this company. The original guy was Brian and then a lady called me. I asked them what if the creditors keep calling me. They said, "Well, if they keep calling, give them this number here and tell them to call there if something happens." Every time I ask for something to repeat or say slower, they both did. They took time to explain how the program actually worked and what it would be. Also, the lady didn't try to talk fast and baffle on me over. I could cancel the program anytime if I see it's not satisfactory to what I want as well. And to me, that means a lot when you can do that. I'm just starting with Accredited Debt Relief. I took off from my first payment, but so far, they're handling my situation very well. I'm pleased with them and I would recommend this company.

Right now, it seemed okay and they haven't really made any payments yet because I already made all the payments with where we set it up. They were all friendly and the cost seemed like it's going to help my budget a little bit. I already referred them to someone.

My spouse passed away and I lost an income of $700 a month. I was going for a second loan to pay off my debts and that’s what got me through to Accredited Debt Relief. They asked me a few questions and asked me the amount of debt that I was in and what I was seeking for. Now, they're working on it. I was very comfortable with the counselor. He was very informative and nice. They established the amount when we were starting and so far, I'm very satisfied. I am a little relieved because I'm not paying certain things, but there's no change at this point and we'll see how it goes. Everybody has to go through their own experience, but I would recommend ADR for whoever needs it.

I was looking to reduce debt and a website recommended Accredited Debt Relief. They also seemed to have a reasonable reputation. The enrollment process was just two phone calls. The information that they provided was adequate and my comfort level was fine. The only real problem I had was that there's a three-second delay between the time I finished talking and the time they responded. I guess it's because they recorded all their phone calls. But other than that, it has worked easy.

I asked them a whole lot of questions and they put up with me. I talked with their customer support and they were very informative, too. My debt will be paid off in four years, and that would never have happened if I simply kept going the way I was. The payment set up works for me and it has given me a little peace of mind. I have a lot of credit cards, bills and my car was falling apart and I've spent so much money. And then, my wife's on disability and there ain't a check so I had to try a debt relief program. I figured Accredited Debt Relief was one of the best out there because I heard they're advertised on TV. The enrollment was very good. The rep was very polite, she listened and didn't cut me off, and she understood what I was going through. Also, the quality of service was very nice. I also understood everything that the rep talked about so the program worked out in my favor. The customer service was very nice although they never called us back. I figured that the rep has done enough just by adding all of our credit card and things together.
Their payment plan worked good although it's kinda fast. They wanted the payment right then and there and I get it taken bi-weekly. Working with them makes me feel more relieved especially when they started taking a payment. They have respect. What they've talked about and what relief they have for me felt really good. Overall, it has been a very excellent experience. They’re very knowledgeable about their job and I would recommend them to other people.

I was struggling to make all of my payments and provide for my family and Accredited Debt Relief was listed in the top 10 services when I looked it up online. They called me five minutes after I submitted my information and they let me ask whatever questions I had. The guy I spoke to explained their process and options then asked my permission to go ahead and run a credit report. He called back about 30 minutes later and let me know what options suited my situation. The rep gave his phone number as well as his email to reach him and I've been communicating with him by email anytime I've had a question. He gets back to me within a day. If there was something I needed to know sooner, I could call him.
I've only been in the program for about a month and it's been great so far. After the enrollment, I was provided with a log in for an online dashboard, where I could see so much money I have put in and what the process is for the accounts that they're working with. They got my first deposit and the rep explained to me about how long the whole program would take and what I would be paying in versus what I would be paying with all the interest if they weren't working with the programs for me. It's not much less than the payments that I submitted that shows in my online dashboard. He explained that the fees were all included. Their support has been fine and since I've started the program and the steps that they have told me to take, I wasn't being hounded by the credit companies. That worked really well so far and it’s helped me getting by on a month-to-month basis, whereas I wasn't before.

I spoke to somebody yesterday and she said she was going to send it out yesterday.
The counselor was very nice and was very patient with me. He walked me through and he told me what's going to happen, how're they going to setup some money to come out my checking account, how're they going to deal with the creditors, and whenever then they are going to pay off one of the creditors. He explained all of that to me. They also worked well with my payment plan. I get a small pension and I get Social Security and that would come out of that. And that will help me a great deal. Up to now, nothing really has started working as yet, but so far, what I heard, sounds really good to me.

I’m a veteran and I have credit card debts. The interest rate on those is awfully high and if I can’t pay those off, it would take me a long time to pay those off. I'm working on a couple of things like on a VA loan. I also initially called Accredited Debt Relief for a loan and they guided me into that. But I called them again today and I wanted to hold back pushing through with the program because I think there’s a way that I can pay off the balances on the credit cards. The reason being, I know it’ll affect my credit report and I'm concerned about bringing down my credit. I would like to see if this thing works and I want a couple of weeks to decide. If I can’t get the credit paid, then I want to go through with Accredited Debt Relief's service.
Their reps very nice and upfront with me though and the Accredited Debt Relief company was fair to me. The deal was $250 a month out of my checking account. If I added up the payments I’d be making with the credit card companies and the time it would take me to get them paid off, the offer that they made was fine. I know that if I would go their route that would be good on payments for me.

I'm still in the middle of trying to decide with Accredited Debt Relief even though I signed up because I came across some reviews that were a little disturbing. Some of the customers said they started out really good then things got kind of laid back and Accredited didn’t follow up or return their phone calls. So I became a little concerned. I'm already in a debt management program where they don’t reduce the debt but would work with the creditors to lower my finances on the account then I'd still pay them back. Then this other debt relief place was saying that it was one of the worst ways to go about doing that because it reflects on my credit as I'm not able to pay it myself. Where theirs, if it gets paid, it does not reflect as they paid it but it reflects as a normal paid off account.
They talked to me about it, and the boss tried to convince me to continue to press forward with them. I said that I wanted to cancel and they’ve kind of been taking their time about doing that. They said they would call back, but I haven't talked to them. I'm a stickler, and if they won’t call, then that would cause me not to go with them so I'm kind of leery at this point. I guess I needed to call them back to either confirm or at least to hear what they had to say and then determine if I'm going to press forward or not. Then they called me this morning and I'm supposed to call them back today. I might do it with them.

We went from there once I got approved. Then he broke it down to monthly payments and the insurance. It was straightforward. He made it simple for me to understand the whole process. He was friendly, nice and elaborated on everything, so it was perfect. They combined all the debt I had into one loan payment. It was great and I’m saving money too. I'm still reading up on all the stuff that they do and working on some of the paperwork that they sent including the welcome tax. But most of it was done on the phone with my counselor Patrick. Some of the paperwork was a bit confusing and I have to call them up to ask a couple of things that I need but mostly, I'm reading up all the instructions in the booklet and go online to my client dashboard trying to figure my way through everything. Accredited Debt Relief also did well because they figured out what they could add up the cards plus went and see what they can do to lower the amount for what I can pay back. I'm doing the best I can so I went into credit card debt relief to see about making it better. Accredited Debt Relief was the one who first called me back. One of the ladies from the bank called us on what was going on and I felt good because she said Accredited Debt Relief was okay when she knew they are the ones I’m working with. I was going to cancel it. I was expecting them to immediately do something but the rep said it’s going to take four weeks before I hear from them. I got a lot of information from them but they don't follow up very well. I was supposed to get more paperwork from them but I didn’t receive any. I've called more than once but the person I was working with has not returned my calls and I was bothered about that.
I thought I should go with LendingTree and that's a whole different deal. They send you the money and then you pay them back because they have people invest on them. And this one isn't. It goes to a debt relief place but it's on the West Coast. I've had it very difficult because I thought that it would work out very quickly and I would normally be paying monthly for credit cards. But I left it and let them wait so every credit card in the world has now called and told me I owe them more money now. It's very unpleasant.
I was originally on a payment plan of $400 a month. But I haven't seen any sign of that and I can't get an answer. The people they put forward are okay and knew what they were talking about. It's interesting that they know all your information such as how much credit card money you were paying every month. The company on the West Coast that took over this debt relief said that Accredited Debt Relief was alright. I was going to cancel but they told me not to and that this isn't going to be solved in a week. I have to wait a bit longer.
It's very disconcerting when somebody won't return your calls. It's a good idea to have the right people, but I'd rather have someone who contacted me more. I called them and said this company has taken me over and they sent me a lot of information. But I said, "I would like to know what's going on. And no, you still have some stuff to send to me" and I have not heard a word since. I wouldn't say I'm satisfied with Accredited Debt Relief but I am with the company that they put me on to. They sent me a lot of information and it's a matter of waiting now.

Nevertheless, it won't matter for as long as I get good service and everything works out like they said it would. Accredited hasn't let me down yet.

I was falling behind on the payments, charges and interests and I wasn't catching up to anything. I have called another company before and it was very confusing. So I went with Accredited Debt Relief. I liked their services and they made it very clear to me that I understood everything. The way Jonathan, my counselor, explained everything made me understand the process. If I have any questions, I would ask two or three times until I understood until I understood everything. He also told me the pros and cons. I was very at ease when I talk to him. Their enrollment process was very easy. I did everything online, then they called back and we went over the rules. I used to be getting calls constantly but I see some of them have stopped and the calls from creditors have stopped completely. I've only been with them for a month and working with them gives my mind relief and less stress.

My husband was laid off for a year so we got behind on everything and had to take out extra loans. We were not getting anywhere so we decided to go with Accredited Debt Relief. They contacted me, pulled what was on the credit reports and I gave the accounts that weren't listed there. Stephen, the guy from Accredited Debt Relief asked me to send pictures with the account number and the balances. He got back to me in 30 minutes, sent me an email, worked everything up and then called me back and asked me if everything looked good.
There was one account that I wanted to be taken off and he was able to do that and reworked it to see if that’s going to make any difference. He called me back 10 minutes later and everything looked good. And so, he sent the paperwork and the emails so we could sign them. He was super nice and super helpful. We enrolled about a month ago. And then they enroll you with a company called Century who does the work. Even if I have any questions now, I can still email Stephen and he still contacts me to make sure that everything is okay. I have already recommended them.

I’m just waiting on somebody to call me and tell me when the payments are gonna start going or for how much. So far, it’s been good and I would recommend them.

I had way too much debt and sought Accredited Debt Relief's services after looking at their ratings and reviews. I made an inquiry online and got a phone call within a few minutes. The person I talked to explained everything, asked for a little bit of information and told me that he would call me back within a little bit of time. He called back about an hour later and we discussed a few options. The enrollment process was extremely easy. My over-the-phone interaction with the rep, Alfredo, was great. He was very detailed about everything and he seemed concerned to help me rather than just to sell a service. He understood exactly where I was coming from and exactly what I needed. He did a great job. He had an answer for everything that I asked him. He called me to go over all of the paperwork and read over each and every line for me.
I never miss a payment and in order for this whole program to work, I have to not make my payment. It’s scary when the creditors call to reach out because the account is past due. I was told upfront to expect that and the best thing to do is to avoid the phone calls. There are certain things Accredited can do to help me out if I need them to assist me with any phone calls. My credit is going to go down until it's all straightened out. I only had time to make one payment because that's all that's come due, but it worked out perfectly. They told me what I was looking at every month and they allowed me to spread it out between two pay periods, so it worked out even better. It's working so far as far as bills every month goes. I was paying $500 at the beginning of every month for all of my debt. So far this month, I've only paid $150, so I saved $350 and I'm hoping to save more in the future.
The only thing that took me by surprise was the fact that after having communications with Accredited. I got a phone call from Century and I told them I was already dealing with Accredited. They said it's the same company. It wasn't even a big deal, but it would have been nice to have known that upfront because I ignored a bunch of emails from Century, whereas they were the ones taking care of everything for me. Overall, everything went great. Their service is a big relief and worth it to me. I sleep a lot better at night now. Also, the ongoing support from Century is amazing. They call me all the time. They email me and let me know everything that they're doing on their end. If I have any questions, I just let them know, so it's great.

I started everything online and Accredited Debt Relief reached out to me. The rep asked me questions, showed me things in writing and asked for permission, which at that point, I agreed to and enrolled in the program. I was impressed with the time that he took to return my phone calls and explain the information and answer my questions. He was very pleasant and professional, which I appreciate because I had quite a few concerns and questions. I was examining the contract line-per-line. And with me being computer illiterate, there were some things that I didn't want to skip and sign. So, he gave me the time needed to review those.
Working with Accredited Debt Relief took a lot of stress off of me and I'm receiving fewer calls coming in. I understand that I'll have to work with them for the payment plan and it appears that it's going to work pretty good. I've received a couple of letters saying that they have notified the companies already. So, that's a good indication. It's still early in the process but I'm hopeful that the rest of it goes as smoothly as the first part. So far, my experience has been very good and enlightening, and I would recommend them.

Accredited Debt Relief has good reviews online and I like that they have multiple options. I called them and they checked to see how much debt I had. They asked how much I was paying my credit card a month right now and I told them I wanted it a little less than that. They went through the different plans and they found one that was definitely less than what I was paying. They went to their system to pull it up, make sure I could get qualified and what my rates would be. They even gave me the option to do more if I happen to get like a nice bonus. Then when I agreed to it, they followed up with signing all the forms, getting addresses and bank accounts. They called to verify my info and my income. And since then, there has just been emails.
I was impressed about the counselor being knowledgeable and them being very open. I asked questions and they were able to give me easy answers so that I can understand what was going on. The customer support has also been good. It was very easy working with them. And working with Accredited Debt Relief has allowed us to fix some things we've been putting off because we had to keep paying off credit cards and we didn't have the money for. The enrollment process took about an hour and it was simple, quick and streamlined. It was great with the counselor as well. He answered my questions and any doubts I had and everything was there. And for the payment plan, all he did was put everything online. It was simple and my money is taken out bi-weekly. I'm still in the initial part of the process, so I'm still waiting for a little more to happen. I felt like I have gotten in too deep with debt. I was looking into the future but paying all of my debts would have taken forever, so I figured if there was something else out there that could help me out, that would be great. When I was looking for a credit consolidation loan, it directed me to Accredited Debt Relief. I researched on it then I figured that would be my best route. Enrollment went great and everybody was nice and very helpful. The first guy I talked to was very detail-oriented about everything. If I had any questions, he wasn't rude and didn't try to interrupt me. He answered every single question I had. Mostly, by the explanation that he provided, the majority of my questions were answered. He also emailed me and gave me a number I could contact him on. He was great.
He offered two options for my payment. The first one was I would pay it off quicker and with a bit more to pay to them monthly. The second option was my monthly payments would be a little less, but I would pay a bit longer on it. He explained to me that I can always pay more with the second option, but doing it the other way, I can never pay less. I chose the second option and it worked out fairly well. For the moment, I'm just starting out and they explained to me not to pay anything else, but to let them handle it, which I'm doing. So far, I've gotten two payments on two overdue credit cards that I have out there.
The quality and cost of service equals out for the most part so far. They send me random emails every once in a while to explain what's going on or how it works. It's pretty pleasant and like the guy that enrolled me into it explained, if you get in a situation like mine and you're already at the bottom, the only way to go from there is up. I like that that's how he explained it to me because he is extremely right about that. In fact, I'd tell a friend to come and try Accredited out.

I have to do something about my debt because I couldn’t keep up with it when I was short with hours at work. I was over my head and my blood pressure was up. I didn’t want to file bankruptcy so I kept thinking I need to pay the bills. I'm also a single parent.
During the enrollment process, Damien from Accredited was nice, friendly and helpful. I gave him all my information over the phone and explained to him my debt estimation. He explained to me how they were going to help me consolidate my bills for easy low payment of $145 every two weeks. That was manageable. He said, “If you felt you could pay more, that’s great. You can do that. Give us a call. Pay more when you can.” He totally made me feel relieved that I didn’t have to file bankruptcy.
Accredited has been very good to me. Any questions I have, they look it up by my Social Security number. They have no problem helping me because I don’t have everything on hand with me right now. I haven't paid anything off because I just started the program, but they’ve been very helpful with me and made my life easier. It's awesome. With my medical history, it couldn’t have come at a better time for me because I'm going to be off work for a while. I want to make sure that I have those funds. Then I read about Accredited and it sounded like a good company.
The guy I talked to was very helpful in the enrollment process. He walked me through everything that I had to do. Plus, he sent me emails or called me when he didn’t get what he needed or to ask if I needed any help. He also helped me online a lot and gave me his direct number for any questions I had. He was really thoughtful as well. I originally set up payment for the 18th last month, but something came out on my check that I forgot about. I called him and he was real helpful about pushing the date back to the following Friday. The week after that, I had a couple of days off work that I didn’t expect and because of lack of work, I didn’t have the money. Then he pushed it back another week. They were really good about being understanding about how stuff comes up. He seemed to be on top of everything and he took care of all of my problems and everything I needed.
Just on my loan payment, I was making $430 a month payments, plus my credit card. Through Accredited, I only pay them $370 a month, so it's saving me a lot of money. It's a lot easier with my circumstances of making less money. I'd be able to afford what I need. They made it more convenient for me to still have that extra money for gas because I drive two hours every week. I don’t have to worry about my bill being paid either. They’ve also been very good about doing everything they said they were gonna do. They said I'd get my setup letter in the mail, and I got that right away. I have some credit card debt and I was getting a little bit strapped on being able to make my payments. When I got my credit cards, I had planned on trying to get them paid off before the interest rates went up because they were only about 12 or 18 months at 0%. Then one thing after another was happening. My propane cranked up and I had gone through a divorce and just started paying bills on my own that I was not used to doing when I was married. Then before I knew it, all of my interest rates were up to the higher amount, 25-35%, and then it got harder for me to make my payments. I was going to be paying that forever if I didn't get it under control.
I looked for different things online and tried to find the one that would be best for me, and Accredited Debt Relief had a really good rating. I had tried to contact other debt relief agencies before but their prices were a lot higher as charged with what my payments were going to be. I thought that going with Accredited Debt Relief would be my best option and that I would be able to get out of debt as a nurse and it wouldn’t cost me as much as what it would with the other one.
It was easy when I spoke with Accredited Debt Relief. I’m in the process of getting my first payment within the next couple of weeks but I’m not losing anything by making the payments that I’m going to be making because I’m going to be paying the same amount. They gave me a choice on what range I want so I can fit it into my monthly budget. More months, though but that's what I wanted. Somebody called and talked to me very nicely, gave me a lot of advice and I went along with them. At first I didn't want to do it but because I'm poor and behind my credit score which was going to go down to a negative, I went with them. They told me this is going to affect me for a while but I'll be able to get on my feet and I won’t have to lose my life.
It was very easy to sign up with them but it took a little while for me to actually comprehend. Working with Accredited Debt Relief has helped me a lot because I was going to a stage of the pressure. It didn’t seem like I was going to get out of debt and working part time is not enough income for me to pay it off so I needed some relief. My sister is with Accredited Debt Relief and she seemed to be happy with them, and I thought that they could help me as well. Chelsea enrolled me over the phone and walked me through everything. Because I’m new to the program, I was overwhelmed a little bit because of a lot of steps I didn’t understand. Chelsea made me feel comfortable that when I had some questions about certain things, she'd answer it. She was good at helping me to understand what I was doing, was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything. She helped me so much because I’m not good doing stuff online on the computer. I was impressed by her kindness, gentleness, concern and patience. I can just leave a message to her and she would call me back.
I just got started with Accredited Debt Relief so I have made one payment and it was automatically taken out. They said that I could also put in more money into the escrow account, so I’m working on trying to get another part time job. I can also go and look into my account and see what’s being done. The quality of their service seems to be good and the cost is okay for me right now. It would be a good thing if they can negotiate and lower my creditor’s payment to where I won’t have to pay all the extra interest and maybe cut the amount that I owe to half.

I called Accredited Debt Relief and I told them that we were over our head in debt. I'm sick, needing medicine, going to 40 doctors in all directions within 200 miles of the house, getting no answers, not being able to keep up with my housework and my yard work, and being in bed most of the time. I have a very acceptable payment plan with Accredited Debt Relief, and they've helped out tremendously.Their counselors have been wonderful, very attentive, and I couldn't ask for better people than what they are. But as far as customer support, some of them are okay, and have recommended that we continue working with them. But the other ones have been a pain in the butt.
We've only been with Accredited Debt Relief for less than a couple of weeks, but I'd advise anybody who is in the situation that we are in now to go for it. We've had very good response, and they couldn’t have done any better than what they’ve done. However, I've talked with someone the other day that I did not put in with the deal with Accredited Debt. But they responded to me when I tried to work with them to go back to Accredited Debt and try to get them to put in a deal, and add them to the program.

I wanted to be able to buy a house soon so I wanted to try to increase my credit score to better my chances. My husband was looking into Accredited Debt Relief and he told me about it so I gave it a shot. I spoke with Mark, their rep, and he was really nice. The first time I communicated with him when he was trying to figure out if I could be approved or not, he was very easy to contact. I was on the phone with somebody else and he called me back about three times just to make sure that I was still willing to participate. He walked me through everything perfectly. He also explained everything in detail to the point where I could understand it. The transition was very seamless.
We tried to set how I wanted to make payments and what date I want to make payments on. He was very thorough in what needs to be done and how to set things up. Everything was managed underneath. He made me feel like I was in control of what was going on. He was so good so I'm very confident on what's being done. Also, everything was very reasonable. I've just started so I haven't even made a payment yet. So far, everything was great. It's reassuring. It makes me feel like I can get out of those debt and I have somebody to help me and who's there for me throughout this whole process. I can't wait to see where it leads. My situation had changed where I was making good money then I lost my job and had to take what I could find. I was getting into a deeper hole than I could get out of so I had to do something. Accredited Debt Relief was the first one to reach out to me. My counselor was Fred and he walked through everything that would be happening and I was all right with it. I was very comfortable working with him. We talked over the phone about consolidating and it seemed like the right thing to do. The enrollment process was quite simple and they explained everything that would be going on and I was quite pleased with it. They were friendly and helpful and seemed to want to get my best interest set forward.
For the payment plan, Fred asked me if two times a month would be acceptable and I said yes. He gave me a price and what I have got coming out and what they can work with and we went from there. Everything was fine and the cost in relation to the quality of service I received is where it should be. They've promised everything that they were doing and they’re backed by the Better Business Bureau. They seem to be honest and I’m happy with them.

I've never done debt relief before so this is something new. Accredited Debt Relief seemed more legit and honest so I felt more confident. Everything went pretty smoothly with the enrollment and my counselor, Guy, explained everything well the way I would understand it. He also walked me through and told me everything including the expectations or how to handle creditors if they call. Everything was done and they have to get the direct deposit every month so they can settle the debt. I have left everything in good standing with my credit cards up-to-date so hopefully, it won’t impact me so much. Also, it was a 42-month term but I plan to pay it before with my taxes. I've been working with them for a couple of weeks now and everything seems good so far.

He showed me what credit card we're going to join to the same account and walked me through the whole thing before we did the agreement. He was in touch with me the whole time because it took a couple of days because of my work. He was nice and I was comfortable with him. I spoke with him yesterday because he told me I was going to receive a welcome packet because I got my very first withdrawal from the plan yesterday. He said the packet is going to be in the mail anytime.
Working with Accredited Debt Relief has been an awesome relief because I'm tired of paying a lot of payments and most of them are minimum. Also, the payment plan is in the range that I was looking for. I will get my debt paid off quicker and I won't be in a hurry or in need of using any more money making other big payments. Because of a combination of a series of events that happened in the last several years, I sought the services of Accredited Debt Relief. I lost my job and then my wife lost hers. In trying to make ends meet in that process, we incurred cost. Then we had to move out of the state we were living in to get a job. We owned a home down in Orlando, Florida and we had to carry that mortgage along with us with the rent that we're paying. It was consistent for about three years. We built up debt trying to survive. We got to a point of trying to pay it down and also handling the issues of life that came up. It's gotten too much until we finally had to call it and say, "We're done. We can't do it this way. This isn't working."
I was going through different options and I saw Accredited Debt Relief online. The enrollment process was very easy and painless. They walked me through all the options that were available. They had me fill out a couple of very simple forms. They asked for my story to understand how we got to the point we got to. Then they went ahead and evaluated what they were able to do. They came back with a solution that they thought we were able to do because of the amount of debt that we have right now. The loan would not be the best way to go because of the interest rate. So, it would eventually put us in a worse situation. With their program, they told me that what I'm paying now will be reduced to an estimated $566 a month. And then, all of these debts will be renegotiated and that amount of money will go every month to paying down that renegotiated value. It's a fair price. They have not gouged me considering the value that they're bringing.
Accredited Debt Relief is taking a lot of worry off my mind. It's a light at the end of the tunnel. We're gonna have to go through a bit of me and what they did was take the fear out of it. And whenever one would get into that situation, they'd always be skeptical about everybody. I also looked online and made sure that everything is legitimate and it allowed me to come to a point where I was comfortable moving forward. And that's hard, because it is a very emotional thing. But my counselor, Shawki, put me very much at ease and explained everything before it happened. He was very patient with my thousand questions. And he was able to walk me through my concerns. I would recommend Accredited Debt Relief.

I'm not a computer or phone person so I'm limited as to what I do online and he helped me go right through the enrollment process without any problems. He was very patient and kind, and he answered every question I had.
I told them about how much debt I had and then the rep sent my form off to have it approved. It got approved and then he called me back to say that there was one of three plans that I was approved for. He went over it and told me the monthly price and what it would be that will come out of my checking. I saw that I could handle that so I went with it. So far, I've been doing good even with the price I have to pay for the service. I've been so stressed about having surgeries and I had to pay for my sister's funeral. Enrollment was very simple and easy. Joe, the counselor from Accredited Debt Relief, took the information and was thorough. He explained everything step by step. Sometimes I’d jump ahead with the questions I had and he was perfectly fine to stop where he was, answered them and then kept back to where he was going and then when it came upon to the part about my question, he went back over it again just to make sure I understood. It wasn’t a regular script that he’d just read off verbatim. Most of the time, when you get people that are calling, they don’t know what they’re talking about and are reading from a script from something they’ve had to practice over and over.
Joe was there willingly to try to help me out and make me understand everything. With all the questions I was having and interrupting, he did not lose his cool. He knew I was there apprehensive about the companies, and a lot of them are really bad and I've heard horror stories. He told me about different sites that Accredited Debt Relief has been on to look up their ratings so I would know it wasn’t a scam. He also gave me his personal cellphone so that in case I had something, I could get directly to him and wouldn’t have to go through a phone tree.
I told them how much I can probably afford and the company came within that range, so it was great. They're still in talks with all the different credit card companies. I’ve got the introductory phone call and Joe called twice just to follow up with me to make sure everything is okay. I’ve also received several emails from the company making sure if I had any more questions. It's very comforting to have Accredited Debt Relief. It did relieve some anxiety that I’ve had.

I'm in a position now where I can only make minimum payments on my debts. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in November, which I had a bilateral breast mastectomy and a bilateral breast reconstruction. I also have to get chemo once a week for three weeks. It's made my job suffer because I've had to miss work and I haven't been on the job since September. I left the full-time job I had. It interfered with my training on my job. Then I'm getting short from disability along with what I get in working part-time. In addition, I lost my mom last May and things have changed in my life. She would help me with my electric, cable, and internet before.
Accredited Debt Relief happened to pop up on the computer when I looked up something. I've read success stories and reviews that they've helped a lot of people out. They're with the Better Business Bureau as well. So then, I called them. I'm a bit uneasy about it but I believe that they are going to do the job for me. They haven't really started with me yet. They requested for me to stop paying my bills as part of settlements and I didn't like that at first because no matter how much in debt I am, I've always paid my bills. My debt counselor, Branson, figured out what I'm paying a month. What I make is not much more so I've had to take money out of my savings. I called him and he told me that debt relief was my only choice other than bankruptcy.
I've never had collection calls. But, I owe as much as $40,000 and that's just in credit card. I took out a loan for $40,000 on my Discover card two years ago. I'm only down to $11,000 on it now. I have a car payment wherein I owe $6,000 but Branson didn't include that. Also, there are some cards I have that are under $500 that weren't included as well. ADR doesn't do those. But he explained the process very well and let me ask as many times as I wanted to get it straight so I could understand. He told me what was going on and made me see what I owe and what position I'm getting myself into. It didn't scare or bother me, although I have apprehensions about leaving my credit cards to go without payments. But, I know I have to do that in order for them to do their work.
The interest rates on credit card would eat me up as well. He also said that with the program and if I keep making minimum payments, I would get it paid off quicker. He said that if I go with them, it'll be paid off by 2020. And that's a lot better than with the credit cards because with the credit cards, it was a lot longer if I'm paying only the minimum. I liked the way he handled it. I would recommend Accredited Debt Relief.

My counselor made a contact to Century and that continued the conversation. He returned calls a couple of times and followed through on the welcome packet and some of the necessary authorizations. He's pleasant, courteous, non-judgmental, and helpful. I don't have any complaints.
Everything seems to be going well with Accredited Debt Relief. We've just gotten involved with the program and all the letters have gone out with not being harassed. Things have been progressing as I expected. They are trying to maintain a close contact and there's an open line of communication. I don't feel like I've been scammed. They also successfully worked with me on my payment plan. It's a nominal amount of cost. It's not anything out of range from what I was expecting based upon what my debt ratio is. It was reasonable. I have the peace of mind that I took the first step to get all of this in place. Fortunately, each of my creditors that I have spoken to has said, "You know, we're starting to hear this. You have an excellent pay record."

Right now, Accredited is working with me on my payment plan and it seems to be good. But I'm still waiting for the first payment to go through, so these credit card companies won't come after me. As a matter of fact, I called them up yesterday and let them know that I was going through a debt consolidation program, and they weren't too happy about it.
So far, everything's been good with the service that I've received. I feel more relieved knowing that I don't have to make that big payment that I was making every month. I'm looking forward to have that extra money either to save money or pay other bills, or just to have fun. I've been so uptight when it comes to money and I had to count every penny. I couldn't just go and watch a movie or go out for dinner but now, hopefully, I'll be able to do those kinds of things. Not only that. I was actually forced to work overtime just to make ends meet. It was tough.
I would recommend Accredited Debt Relief to my friends. For now, being just at the beginning of the program, I'm happy with them. Once the whole program has been completed, I would recommend Accredited to other people who have problems with debt, so they can go into this program and get rid of the high interest rates from these credit cards.

I let my debt get too big and I don't have the money so we needed to find some way to get it settled. Accredited Debt Relief contacted me. They took the time to sit down and talk and they sounded reliable. The enrollment was very easy. It's right there in front of me and all I had to do is check the box. My payment plan is quite acceptable to me and it saved me almost 5,800 a month. However I would like a clearer information, even the legal ones if it might be available, vis-a-vis the debt settlement process.
My counselor, Christopher, has always been positive about their ability to help. He's been quite that when he talked to me and he's encouraging about being able to get this done. He's also always available to help if you need him. He calls me and I've only had to call him one time. I'm also impressed with his straightforwardness and his honesty.
There's a company called Future Income Payments. They give you a loan but what they do is they buy part of your retirement or your pension plan and for a $2,700 they want you to pay back $21,000. They're getting sued all over the country. They've been banned in New York and some other states and they're working on getting around the country. Christopher told me they can't purchase my pension plan like they say they do. If they did, what they would have purchased on mine is a Federal employee's pension plan and if they had purchased that or a similar thing to it, those people would have let me know. Christopher said he couldn't advise me to do it but what he would do is just stop paying.
Accredited Debt Relief has given me a positive outlook but we'll see what happens when it really gets going and when I stop paying those people.

I wanted to get my debts paid off sooner. Accredited Debt Relief seemed like they would be able to help me more than a Consumer Credit Counseling would. They had me list all my creditors and I told them about the amounts that I owed them. Then I proceeded to enroll. What impressed me the most about my counselor was the willingness to help me out. I felt very comfortable working with him.
I had a welcome call that I had to go through and a little packet in the mail. I expected something more from them and haven't gotten the welcome packet yet. The only thing I'm unhappy about was the payment. I wish it was lower. They didn't work with me as much as I'd like to on the payment plan. I want to check off one or two of my creditors, but it's trying to afford all of them going through this process. The payment which is $169 every two weeks is supposed to come out of my checking account tomorrow and it's not giving me enough towards the other bills that I pay each month and I'm not sure I can manage it. They told me that I should call back in a week or so to drop a couple of creditors if I wanted to after this first week. Nevertheless, I'd recommend them.

I'm 74 now and back then I had very good jobs in my working career, and I made a substantial amount of money. But now I'm not employed and getting jobs at this age is not the easiest nor the best-paid opportunities. I do get enough monthly social security income, but I make too much to get any assistance from any program that is out there in the United States, so I have to make my own way. I had gotten several contacts by email to consult Accredited Debt Relief, but I thought I could turn this around so I ignored it. Then I reached a point where I acknowledged that it wasn't going to happen, so I emailed them and they immediately responded. I went with Accredited Debt Relief as there were credible people behind them saying that they were acknowledged as a reputable firm.
The counselor, Dennis, was very honest, forthright, and very articulate about what the process would be and what options I would have if I changed my mind. He's persistent in making me understand what he was explaining to me since it's difficult to comprehend all aspects of it immediately. I feel very comfortable working with him. Also, I did something like this once so I'm a little bit more ahead of the curve than some people he might have talked to, but that was 20 years ago.
The firm that I worked with was out of New York and I had an exceptionally good experience, which led me back to taking this path because I would never get this debt paid off if I tried to keep my stiff upper lip and do it all by myself. It's a hard decision to make because it's not going to be extremely pleasant. I will have creditors calling me, which I don't look forward to that because I've always honored my debts. But my goal is to get my debt paid off even if I will have to bite the bullet and get along on a very meager amount of money each month.
I'm in the early days of this process with Accredited Debt Relief and so far my experience with them has been very good. However the welcome call I got seemed like a brushoff. The individual who called scurried through his little script and I’ve shared this with Dennis. It just could be a difference in workers or a lot of things, but it was just very brusque and didn't seem that it was very important to him. I didn't take it lightly. I knew the option was out there but I didn’t want to have to do it. So I dragged my feet for several months before I made the contact online.

Accredited Debt Relief so far has been good. My income decreased so I had to find a way of paying my bills, and using their services was the easiest way. I chose them because of the reviews that I found online. A person from Accredited Debt Relief called me and asked me certain questions about my address and the creditors that I had or the debts that I had. He made it so simple that I thought, "Really, that's it?"
My counselor, Evan, was very professional and he knew exactly what he was talking about, all the information that he gave me as far as what was gonna happen and what was the steps to follow, what was I gonna receive next or the emails that I was gonna receive. He walked me through everything that was gonna happen and I'm very comfortable working with him. The only concern that I have is that there was something wrong with the account number supposedly and I asked them to send me the list that they had of the creditors so that I can verify the account numbers. I'm unable to get them done because Evan hasn't sent the list to me. But other than they are outstanding.
They asked me if the amount that they calculated was proper for whatever I was trying to do. And they got to the price where it was very convenient for me to pay. They also called me for a creditor. He was trying to set up an amount that I was supposed to pay and they followed through until they got ahold of me. There was a lot of money that I was putting out and thanks to this company I can breathe a little bit, thinking that payment that I'm doing is gonna reflect on all the debts that I have. I'm happy with Accredited Debt Relief and as a matter of fact, I already referred somebody.

My problem with my credit cards led me to seek Accredited Debt Relief's assistance. After visiting with ADR rep Brandon, he sounded really positive and just what I needed. He was great and went over the forms since I was e-signing on. Also, he was really sociable and ready to answer any questions I had. He was one of those people where no question was too dumb. He made sure I understood the answers and that I had a phone number to get in touch with him directly with any questions that I had.
The payment plan that ADR drew up for me was within my budget. I was able to get set-up on the date that was convenient for my payday. They were very willing to work with me on everything that I needed. We're just getting started. I've made one payment and I'm still getting calls from some of my bills, which they said I would. But, everything has been really good. All in all, the experience has been great and I would recommend ADR to anybody that I know needing help.

I’ve registered as a diabetic and I'm doing well controlling it, but one of these days, I might have to start taking insulin. I want to make sure that I can get the medication and the help that I need to have a long life. I saw that ADR is number one on Better Business Bureau and so I thought I need somebody to help me through this. I was thinking if they're able to help me to get debts paid off in four years, it would be a real blessing.
The ADR rep Brad and I talked for quite some time. Brad tried to figure out what would be the best thing to do. I viewed the welcome checklist and went online while I was talking to him. He knew what he was talking about. He also made me feel more reassured that I'm not in this alone and that I can always find someone to talk to if I have a concern or if I do receive phone calls. He said that they work with the creditors and they try to get my debts lowered. They make arrangements and then they pay them off as I build up my payments to them. He also said that Accredited Debt Relief don’t receive any payments until after creditors are taken care of.
They said that my payment would be $320 a month. And I was able to set it up where it would be out on the 1st, which is a good time for me. Brad said that he projects that it'd be within about 43 months that my debts would be paid but that things can change depending on how it goes with the creditors. I read in the paperwork that, if you do send out a little extra if you have more available after you’ve done something, that also helps. I just want to try to get them paid off quickly. However I'm just starting so I don't know how it's all gonna go but I have confidence that it will go nicely. I feel like Accredited Debt Relief is a reputable company and I would definitely tell people about them. I've been very impressed with all the help. I really do appreciate it. I've had several different people send me paperwork on my email. It tells you exactly what to do. I'm going to email thank yous to them as well because they helped me through things.

Accredited Debt Relief has been fair and honest in helping me out with my experience. I was planning to get a house soon. However, my credit wasn't that good and I wanted to start doing what I could before I'd be able to get the house. For instance, I wanted to increase my credit score, to be in a situation where I'm able to increase my debt to income that I'm debt-free and could prove that. So, I sought for relief help, looked through it, and did some research.
I received an email and replied to one. I was about to do like a bunch or two, but I didn’t. And so, I decided to give it a second chance. Another company offered me $3,500 for my part of the negotiation. But, I didn't go through with it because I didn't understand at that time. After I got off the phone with them, I did more research and found out about ADR. I received some emails about it and I ended up replying to a guy named Mark. He gave me a call and I told him about all the things that I learned about. He indeed helped me out throughout the process.
But what really impressed me about Mark were his explanations, him being able to relate to me, and his honesty. I felt very comfortable with him that's why I wanted to go ahead and do the process even more. They're still working on it and doing an investigation about what's going on and how we can deal to have a settlement. It's in negotiation process and so far, my experience working with ADR is going well.

I was paying out more than I have to live and so I looked into Accredited Debt Relief. The enrollment process was easy, and the counselor was very nice. He did everything. He understood where I was at and why I was doing it. Whatever I asked him, he answered me, so it's good. I felt very comfortable working with him. Working with Accredited Debt Relief is going to give me a little bit more money to buy food and stuff. I would definitely recommend them and would tell my friends to try it.
