I was so nervous to call because I was scared of getting judged and feeling bad for my financial choices but Ashlee was so understanding and so helpful. I just joined this company. I'm hoping it's not a mistake and this is legit because emails and phone numbers I have been given seem not to exist so I don't know how to get hold of these people. May stop payment. So how do you get ahold of them?

Kristen was very polite and patient!! She took time to address all our questions and concerns. We would have loved to have gone the loan route but it just wasn’t feasible. The program allows us to eliminate the debt without the court and in a minimal time frame. 4 years And I’ll be debt free except for my house. That alone is all the peace I need. Sure my credit will take a hit, but that was about to happen anyways. Only difference is I’d be making payments to my creditors and making no difference and have no savings and little cash to live on.

I've just started on my journey to debt relief. This group has been so good. They've won my confidence by their actions not just by words. They equip you so well well for your adventure. Excellent Reps also to guide you! Though they're there to guide you they let you be in control of your decisions.

Service representative explained everything clearly and walked me through the entire process, including the contract line by line to make sure I understood everything. She also answered my questions, and I am very excited to get the program started. I would recommend the service to somebody else, at least to go through the process and understand everything thoroughly.

My counselor was very knowledgeable and professional- he asked questions and really gained an understanding of my situation so that he could make the best recommendations for me. He explained things thoroughly and I felt like I ended the call with a very clear understanding of what was going to happen with this program.

They were easy to work with & very easy payments. I inquired into another agency & they had me jumping through hoops & hurdles & 2 weeks later, still nowhere close to even having an account set up. They said they couldn’t see my debt & all kind of of other things. Ro ** was able to see everything in matter of seconds. The payments here are even 1/2 of what the other agency said what it “might be”. There are always going to be hiccups along the way, nothings runs completely smooth & anyone who thinks that, isn’t living in the real world, but they give you numbers to forward the creditors to & address to forward mail to. They try to relieve you from the creditors as much as possible, but you have to play your part also.

We discussed the situation and Celina was more than helpful. Worked out a solution and I felt comfortable and safe with what we did. The followup from another person was also great even tho I could not get into the dashboard. But not her problem. It was my phone. I got in later, all is fine. Their salesman really sold me that this was the solution of my dreams. Unfortunately I signed up without doing due diligence. After I started reading reviews I was horrified at some of them. Then I contacted a non-profit for help and they told me one of my lenders doesn’t participate with them and would not participate with Beyond Finance either. Funny because the salesman said he “couldn’t guarantee results but they work my all of my lenders all the time. Wink. Wink.” Seems he lied. I’m not in a position to be sued or publicly humiliated. And I think it’s predatory to charge 25% fee when a nonprofit will do it for $50/mo. Just check your options.

Given the nature of how hard it is to make the call that you’ve failed and need help. I’ve never had someone help me so much in that moment of defeat. Walked me through everything and what he said didn’t change as I went from person to person. Painted the exact picture of what to expect. I’ve had some hardships arise in my life and having someone good in your corner just put a lot of worries at ease.
