When I signed up I listed Wells Fargo as one of my creditors.WF gets my SSI monies each month and I wasn’t told to have my monies go to another financial institution w/ another routing number and bank account number or WF could take monies from my deposits to pay towards monies I owe them and that would be monies I didn’t know was taken from my account until it’s too late. I should’ve been told to bank w/ another bank.

Talking with Navid was really wonderful. I have been struggling with getting payments paid for a long time. Fighting the insane interest rates of 29,9% with no avail trying to work it out with my creditors. So I either file bankruptcy or try credit consolidation. I have been pitched by several other companies and decided to find my own route. After looking at review and accredited companies I found Navid. He was patient and kind in my plight to want to negotiate and not bail out. Surely I would like to retain some good standing after all my diligence to repay my debt. This economy is impossible to maintain although my integrity wants to do the right thing. She also went over the law firm's role as my representative. I am set up now and good so far. We shall see if I made a the right decision as time goes on.
