Capital one kept telling me tough luck. It is in our policy. If you make min payment we can charge you interest. Beyond helped a lot. They told me not to use the cards at all because they cannot claim hardship. Which it has been hard for me. Paying over 400 a month and they were charging me 340 in interest...That is not a lot of money paid off on the card. That is wrong. I always make my payment on time
