Awesome service. My representative was very knowledgeable and kind. When talking about your situation you don’t feel ashamed or that the representative is being judgemental. I was pleased with my experience. The steps or should I say the process was very easy to follow. The app that I use to check my progress is user friendly.

Nervous to begin with. Got into bad position due to trusting companies that end up scamming. Needed this to be so. Accredit agent wonderful, then the disrespectful lawyers came in and... nope I backed out. Seems ignorant and trite. Yet if I had listened to my gut in previous situations, I wouldn't have had to call Accredited to begin with.

I was very hesitant to consider debt consolidation or resolution, but I did some research and found that Accredited has a very high rating all around, including an A+ from the BBB. After interacting with my consultant, Jim, and getting some advice from their legal team I understand the reason for the A+ ratings. They have answered every one of my questions, no matter how big or small. I never felt pressured or intimidated by anyone on their team, or the Five Lakes legal team. Also, they have helped to alleviate the anxiety that I felt over entering this process. If the rest of my experience follows the first two days I will be very, very pleased and grateful to them.

I have to admit I was very nervous about this. I had no idea what to expect as I was filling out some info before an agent called me. As soon as Robert called me and we started talking, he had me completely at ease. Rob explained everything in detail so that it made sense to me, instead of all the legal mumbo jumbo terms which are very confusing. This isn’t a fun process, but everyone who I’ve spoken to so far (Josh at Accredited and Tamara at Five Lakes) has been friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. Of course as soon as I hung up with Joshua I thought of more questions, emailed him, and he responded to every email very quickly. I spoke with Tamara today and what was anticipated to be a 5 minute call was over 20 minutes due to all of my questions and she was super patient and helpful. This program was not for me. Too long to negotiate a payoff and, reading the contract, the company owed money may not always accept the settlement price. Takes three to six months to reach an agreement. I'd rather pay high interest than skip six ;months payments and be harassed and get a bad reputation for not paying my bills. Read the complete contract before you sign and make a decision is my advice.
