He held my virtual hand throughout and the entire process, which incredibly was completed within only a day. She was friendly and knowledgeable about credit consolidation. She answered any questions I had and also brought up things I hadn't thought about but needed to know. Regarding my online inquiry on the date of April 12, 2024. Eddie returned my call and was very friendly and patient and answered all of my questions regarding the debt resolution product. He is clearly very knowledgeable and explained well the next steps. I would recommend his advice to others in need of these services. Tiana was also very helpful in describing next steps.

After reading through the contract I find out that I’ll be left to deal with my creditors on my own. I’m not protected from phone calls, collections, or wage garnishments. Then, what did I sign up for? I need to withdraw from this. It sounded too good to be true, and I guess it is.

The initial set up phase was explained well and all my questions were answered. The organization is professional and explains the different services that they can provide. The organization explains step by step the process that will guide you through their program. An app is provided to show you the calculations of the amount of debt that is expected to be taken care and how much you will save as a result of using their program.

I was fortunate enough to have Derrick answer the phone when I called. I can't say enough positive things about our interactions. He was VERY patient with me. He repeated reassurance. I’m very happy to have found this company in orders to get the help that I need to resolve my credit card debt. Each month the interest was adding to my late payments. I continued to pay on all of the cards but was not paying the full payments on some of the cards.

DBA Beyond Finance!! Please be careful before you sign up!! They are not transparent. Reps are trained to mislead you in order to signed up. After 6 mo they settled 1 account for 28% less and then took 25% fee. I ended up with $400 saving. Look for small print and don’t settle. They ruined my life instead of helping.
