I am give this company one star … because they never give people option to choose to make payments like first thing but they force to pay all once as first agreement like I said. What if people can’t afford it but they should give a chance to make 3,, 4, 6 months payment plan with no interest charge or no interest increase but they should include in documentation but wait until end of payment, boom! That's total ripoff!! So I am customer for this loan for long time but it should never happen but it happened so I decided to quit this loan for good.. I borrowed 900 but pay back 1170 but 270 each 2 weeks charge that’s over 1700 I paid for (900) I received.

This company is already paying over a billion for deceptive practices and illegally charging customers undisclosed and inflated fees. Yet the company is still up and running several years later. I took out a loan not knowing any of this. Each debit from my bank account has been accompanied by an INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE. This lender is supposed to be tribally owned - where's the tribe located? Norway? Japan? Antarctica? No mention of an international transaction fee in the loan docs. Sounds like they haven't really learned a lesson yet.

If you are like most you're going to have to need a loan once on your life, if you do please be aware and never get it here. I borrowed 650 because I was in desperate need. I have been paying them off the minimum of 200 for 1 year. My remaining balance is 1040. I have no job at the moment. My only income is child support. I call them trying to come up with an agreement because I am tired of paying the minimum and not going towards the principal balance. They give me my 2 options which is pay the minimum or pay the remaining balance. Spoke to a few agents none could help me, spoke to the manager even worst. So I'm stuck in the same cycle with no help just because I borrowed 650. There should be a law against this.

I made a VERY foolish decision in taking another loan with this company, after I had taken one with them two years ago, paid off that loan and requested that they NEVER, EVER contact me again. I became very ill earlier this year and had mounting medical expenses. During this time, I had an issue with my vehicle that needed to be repaired before I could get my registration renewed. Lo and behold... 500FastCash contacted me. Stupid me... I took another loan with these predators. It wasn't a large loan, ($600.00), but; the amount of interest they charged on this loan is mind boggling.

Seriously, it really is sad that these companies are allowed to get away with what they do! And just to be clear about this; I do not have poor credit, (my score is actually in the fair-good range), but because my score isn't perfect, I could not take a loan out with the vampires that I bank with, (let's just say they have horses and a carriage as their recognizable symbol), 500FastCash is a predatory company. I DO NOT recommend that ANYONE EVER borrow from this company.

I borrowed $200 from this company this year and it took forever to pay it off! There were a few times I could not make the payment and tried to get them to work with me to no avail. Non-sufficient funds were added from the bank and 500FastCash making the loan really expensive. I will never do business with them again!

I had been using their loan service for about 7 years. If I had an issue arise that I needed to get an extension on the timing of when the money was to be taken out of my acct., they had always helped... TILL LAST YEAR! I had an emergency and called 4 days prior to the withdrawal requesting if they could hold off for a week and then do it. I was told that I would have to default and get into collections for them to help me. I asked them why do I have to do that. They claimed that is what needed to be done before they could help me. I informed that a few years back, I didn't have to do that and they just moved the withdrawal out a week. They refused and on the original date for the withdrawal, it bounced causing my bank to charge their fees.

I called 500 that day, and was told that I had to wait for them to get the rejected withdrawal notice then they could help me. The next day, I received ANOTHER bounce fee from my bank. I again called and requested a sup, was told by that person they have not received the rejection as yet, then they could help me. Two days later, I checked with my bank and AGAIN they tried it, and ANOTHER fee was charged to my bank account. I requested the bank to stop them, and they said they couldn't as it was an ACH done online. By then ,I was so ticked. When I called 500, they finally said that yes, it was rejected. And now I owed ALL their fees bringing a 600.00 loan just a little over 1000.00 after the original and the APR and their return fees.

To make it worse, they proceeded to process every week for 3 months. I was happy my bank worked with me their fees. But they had to close me out, leaving 150.00 fee to them, and a report to the Chex till I paid them. All this because something that had been done over the past (like 5 years earlier) was refused with a PROVEN EMERGENCY!

I called them in June for help and they were so rude and ill mannered that I was disgusted with them and told them never again will I borrow from them, and as soon as I am finished with my payments I do not want to call me. They are no good. They do not exp. to people and they should be out of business.

I still have a balance of $325.00, with a monthly payment of $125.00. $50.00 goes to the principal and $75.00. The loan originated 05/2012. I was told "I" was responsible for scheduling the loan repayment and because I'm paying the "minimum" each month, the loan is (according to the CSR I just finished up with) taking longer to repay. Well, duh. Only another $812.00 until I pay off the $325.00 (6 more months). This loan firm is what everyone should consider as a "Predatory Lender." Why? It clearly shows on the very first page of the loan documents "Amount Loaned" $500.00. "Amount to be “financed" $650.00. I plan on filing a complaint with my states Attorney General (who has a great disdain for predatory lenders) along with the BBB and the FTC as well. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. They are in the Money Mutual network of lenders.

Today, December 10, 2012, I found out that after making my four payments that none of them are going toward the balance. The rude manager informed me that those were just fees for establishing the loan and that to pay it off, I have to make one payment in the full amount. I'm extremely disappointed that companies are can had within their legal terminology and take advantage of the people.

After withdrawing $180 from my account this week, they withdrew $45 plus a second withdrawal of $50. They stated that's a "payoff amount." I spoke with a rep and asked her why this was done, and she stated the terms was in an email sent to me. I informed the rep that I received about 5 emails confirming my loan and that was it. This company should be shut down. They are crooks.

I took a $300 loan from this company in June 2012. The payments started in July 2012, so I paid them every pay date which is 2x a month ($110 sometimes$145). After several payments I thought my loan should be paid off. Then, when I checked my bank account this Oct. 2012, they charged me again $110. I called them and said that I still owe $125 which I don't understand. They said I was only paying for some charges of $90 and the loan payment is $50. I paid $110 2 times every mo. for 4 mo. My payments never ends. The $300 loan ends up with $1000+. I asked them to explain it and they never did. Don't ever go to this payday loan. They will milk your bank account. They are very rude to people too. I just hope and pray they will burn in hell.

I took another loan out after paying that one and unexpected events took place. My bank account went into negative and I was upfront with the lender. Still, they continuously ran ACH debits. I tried working out a payment plan but they refused. They were rude and they even threatened me.

Somebody need shut these people down for taking people’s money and ripping people off taking their money. If you paid almost 600 dollars for a 4 dollar loan, it is paid. At least 500 dollars is finance charge.

Their people have over a thousand for a 4 dollar loan and only 50 are going your loan on a 4 dollar loan. United Cash Loan is ripping people off too. They are working together ripping people off. You should investigate their charges and see if legal to be charging a high amount for a loan. I only rec $75 but I at least was able to buy food. Yesterday, I learned that $315 was trying to be taken out of my checking account over and over and over. It had occurred several NSF charges. I found out that this was this company. I called them and they said it was advanced Payday loan company which I did not know and I do believe that they are illegal in NC.

I told the lady I was not paying back the $315 and wanted to know why they had given my checking acct number to so many diff companies that had taken money out of my acct. Of course, she would not answer and stated that I could pay back the 150 I owed. This has been turned in on my credit even though it has not been but 3 months in the making it has resulted costing me a lot.

After searching online for a loan to consolidate my current credit cards, I was referred (by one of the sites that help you find a loan) to 500FastCash. With my credit being fairly poor, I looked at it as an only option. I applied and accepted the first loan of $300 on 01/18/2010. The interest was about 479% APR which brought the amount due (on 02/18/2010) to $390. After receiving and paying off this loan, I had to take a second loan. I thought the first would help out get me some what back on track but it didn't.

So the second time (02/22/2010) I was approved for $350 with the same 479% APR. The amount due came to $455 on 03/18/2010. At this point, with a lot of over time at work, I was able to catch up on all my bills and be able to pay the payday loan in full. Two weeks after receiving the loan, I went online to the site and requested the full loan amount to be taken out on 03/18/2010. It is a two step process. I completed both. On 03/16/2010 and 03/17/2010, I logged into the site to check that everything was okay. It would not allow me to access my payment history/payment request to make sure everything was set. It would send me to a screen saying that this option is not available and I would have to call customer service for this information.

Having faith in this company and site, I let it go. But on 03/18/2010, I noticed they had only taken the interest out of my account. I was unable to contact them that day because of work. On 03/19/2010, I called to talk to someone about this but was told there was no issue with the site and I would have to pay an additional $105 (for interest) on 04/01/2010 plus the principal in order to pay this loan off. After talking to the rep more, he said he would forward to his supervisor to review and I would have to call back. When I called back, I was told the same thing.
