Ryan was the great to work with, very knowledgeable and attentive to our file and always answer our questions. The process was quick, easy and painless. TY for all you did to get us into our first Florida home.

I couldn't afford a house so I looked into a mortgage and heard of 21st Mortgage through my Realtor. I went with the basic mortgage program for a mobile home. I filled out the application and I spoke with the mortgage broker. I called back about the rate because it seemed high, but then I realized that that's pretty normal for mobile homes. Then, there was a miscommunication with a document that was needed and it was never received. If I had been informed that that was a specific thing that was still needed, I could've helped expedite that. Other than that, the application process was pretty easy.

Grant ** was patient and responsive. He made the process easier. I would definitely recommend him and 21st Mortgage to others. I am very satisfied with the service I received as well as how fast the process was.

My parents-in-law had previously had a mortgage through 21st so we also went with them. They were able to make the mortgage process pretty streamlined and simple for our family. The rep we worked with was very transparent with what was going on as we were going through the mortgage process. She sent us everything we needed to sign and fill out and anytime there were any questions on her end, she would send us a message immediately. She was real easy to work with.

When you find a company who offers good rates for manufactured chattel loans you want the process to be smooth and streamlined. The staff was very helpful and everything went smoothly with minor errors being corrected very easily. If you have a manufactured home on and you don’t own this company makes the loan possible.

Though there were some issues with the appraisal company they use (appraiser made some very inappropriate comments), Adam was always on top of things and assisted getting through the process. Very knowledgeable and professional. This is the second time I have used 21st.

Justin T. was awesome. We had to handle everything by phone, mail or email. He was the point person between bank, buyer and seller. He was on top of everything that was going on and he communicated everything that was needed. Best home buying experience I have ever had.

21st Mortgage Corporation is the only company I can find that finances the type of home I have. I did a 15-year mortgage with them and it was super easy. Everything was through email and scanning and everything. Ken was my loan manager person and he was absolutely amazing. He walked me through the stuff I didn't understand and explained them. I got furloughed during the middle of it and he was understanding and they put the loan on hold for the furlough type thing, but I didn't have to redo anything besides my proof of employment.

I bought a used manufactured home and obtaining the mortgage through 21st Mortgage Corporation happened really fast and pretty easy. I was prequalified for it and I generally got answers within the day or the next day. I bought a home before but not a manufactured home, so I felt left flapping out in the wind not knowing. I didn't have my own Realtor, so I felt like I wasn't being represented properly. But the loan officer answered a lot of questions and helped me through the whole thing. He was outstanding. Now, I have moved into my new place and I'm the happiest person you can imagine.

I called to see what help we could get because husband was laid off due to Covid19. Spoke with Max ** who was very rude and talked down to me. Then he hung up on me mid sentence. I've never had a problem in the 3yrs I've been a customer. I paid my payment immediately after he hung up on me. I'd rather go without food and medicine before I'd ever call them again. I'll sell this home and be glad to never have to deal with Max ever again.

The home that I was in was purchased by my dad in 2015. I lived with him. It was already through 21st Mortgage. So I just kept the mortgage there. Everything was good when getting a mortgage with them. The documentation that I had to send to them was accepted in the way that I felt was easy and I was pleased with it. The application process as a little aggravating, but it was okay. It took about a week all together with some documents that weren't right. There were some issues with the person that had to come to meet us for the legal part of it. I had to change my plans and drive an hour away to go meet that person. If you're gonna do business with people in South Carolina, you need to make sure they can come to you. First off, we're going through COVID-19 right now. Secondly, we didn't have anywhere to meet. When my dad closed in 2015, the legal person came to the seller's home and made it convenient for them at their convenience.

The park had some recommended places that we could go through and they pointed us to 21st Mortgage and a couple of other ones. I've heard some better things about 21st, though, and I went with them. Everything was done well, but they need more organization. There were some multiple times where I've sent them things twice, and they said they didn't get it. The process also took about a month. They had to redo the contract once because of a typo in the serial number. Still, my agent was good with responding to me quickly and making sure I had everything.

After years of being a customer of 21st mortgage I have always had Jill ** as my direct contact to my account. She has hands down provided the best customer service I have ever received from a company. To have her as my direct connection to my account has truly been a gift, and I value and appreciate the ease she has made my life by answering my questions and helping me throughout my time as a customer. I would continue to do business with 21st Mortgage Corporation in a heartbeat specifically due to the amazing customer service from Jill. I cannot thank her and this company enough for all of the help through the years!

Applying with 21st Mortgage Corporation went well. It took less than a month. I wasn’t in a hurry so I was fine with how long it took. When we got a chance to meet the rep to sign the paperwork and stuff, she was respectful and friendly, and did it quickly. She answered the questions that I had for her there and gave me the answers I wanted to hear. All my questions during the entire process were answered and I was happy with the answers or results.

Kayla made the whole process seamless. She was excellent. She was a woman of her word. She took care of business, she returned calls on time and she was cheerful, happy and answered every question I had. She's very efficient at what she does. 21st Mortgage did pretty well as far as I’m concerned. I’ve used them before. I'm a real estate broker, so I've used 21st Mortgage before for other clients. Because you call around and people say they do it, but they don't make loans on mobile homes. It's difficult to find one that really does it. I knew 21st Mortgage really did it. I just didn't know the rates were that high.

I had a mortgage with 21st Mortgage Corporation before. This recent time, I was obtaining a mortgage for a modular home and it was fast and easy. 21st Mortgage was responsive and they explained everything. I was approved in two days.

I had been previously with 21st Mortgage from 2016, '17, and '18. Unfortunately, I got sick and I had to move to a cancer facility to be treated, so I sold the house. We spent a year and a half up in Tampa, Florida and after I was finally cleared with no signs of cancer and everything else, I was able to leave that area. And because I live down here in North Fort Myers, we started looking for a home. When we found one, I called 21st Mortgage Corporation. There were no ifs and buts about it because I had been treated well with them before and I figured it'd be no problem with them again.

Refusing to communicate simple things to those authorized in the transaction. Rude throughout the whole process. Went to another lender as fast as possible. They don't care about the consumer. They don't care about clear concise dialog. They don't care about following signed disclosure agreements. Avoid this company.

Joe, the rep, was good and I liked him a lot. We're first-time homebuyers so he talked me through things and helped me to figure out what it was I had to find for him because we've never done this ourselves. I always had my dad to help me. We lived here before and we did an altogether loan. The application and the underwriting process took quite a while but that was partly my fault because of not knowing how to do this process and not knowing what I needed to get.

I had been looking at 21st for a while and I knew that they were strictly a mobile home dealer. Also, I had a family member that went through them and said they had a good experience, so it was easy. I applied online and they had somebody call me within 48 hours then there were some stipulations that needed to be done. They made it an easy process. I couldn't ask for a better loan officer too. Lindsay was great. She did everything I asked and everything that I needed to give her got to her. She looked at it, reviewed it, and had it sent off in a very manageable time frame. All in all, I had a pure enjoyable experience with them.

When calling for specific information needed to complete an application. For a land purchase, customer service has always been very friendly, helpful and professional, and got me the information needed quickly.

I've never gotten a mortgage before, but when I went with 21st, it was easy. Everything was done online and the process was completed in a couple of weeks. I couldn't even keep up with everything.

My friend told me to go through 21st Mortgage. Obtaining the mortgage went really well and it was smooth. The only hiccups were because I failed to sign something. But that was all on me. The process was from the end of March and it closed on the 15th of May. Joy was my rep and she was wonderful.

I liked the way that he sold to people and the way he talked to the people. Communication with him was very good. The process took two months, at least. The representative, Michelle, was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant, answering my questions and told me we could make an over the phone payment. Within a short time I called back and Jacob said he could transfer me back to Michelle. We got everything set up and Michelle told me the process and answered my questions. This lady is definitely an asset to 21st Mortgage.

We still have not received our appliances after being in the home for 3 weeks and y'all picked the cheapest appliances that y'all could find that are on backorder. I would definitely not recommend 21st.

Buying my mobile home. They made every step very easy for me. Sent forms to me for signing and provided return postage and envelope for accuracy. Followed up with phone calls and emails to to assure everything was understood.

We were looking for a property to buy since March of last year but the property that we were interested on had some issues with the deed. We waited for the owner to get all the situation straight up but she wasn't able to do it. So, we ended up looking for another property. There was a brand new mobile home that we were interested in that was for sale and we got connected with 21st Mortgage. We had a conventional loan with them. They made it really easy for us. We were really happy with the person that was in charge of helping us out. He was very helpful.

I’m 74. I was in an apartment for the last seven years. We wanna get away from this snow so we looked down in Texas and found a really nice place. We got a list of people that give out mortgages from our seller, the Realtor called Winter Texan. 21st was at the top of the list so we called them first. Our agent was absolutely excellent. Purchase of double-wide located in MHC. I was pleased with speed and overall organization of process. The only slightly negative is that I wish I would have had more flexibility on the date of signing and when my 1st payment was due.

They kept us updated on any info we needed to get together to put our papers in order to get the application going to purchase the land/home we are living in now. I just wish we would have had started getting all the necessary papers way earlier than what we did thou but this is our first time ever purchasing a home.

Once we filled out an application for 21st Mortgage, they preapproved. They started me for escrow and the rest of the paperwork, my identity, my wife's identity, my daughter's identity, all of that stuff. It was done, and the escrow took over. The whole process was anywhere from 45 to 50 days. We had to wait for a while because the Coronavirus made everything incredibly backlogged, but we finally got it done.

Even with COVID-19, this company somehow maintained a high level of customer support. I was able to fully apply online, while submitting all documents through secure portals. They always worked timely and efficiently when forwarded all conditions.

The entire process took too long. Aways seemed to need more information. I know this was a little tricky because there was a cash assist involved. The settlement papers were hard to understand. Had my Realtor call to get clarification.

All of the people I worked with through 21st Mortgage were really friendly & helpful. There was one paper that was supposed to be obtained before my closing. I wasn't informed of this until after we closed. It was difficult to obtain because it had to come from the court house which was closed. The people at 21st Mortgage were so helpful in obtaining the paper & understanding when things weren't moving quickly. I really appreciated their patience.

I was wanting one of 21st's repo trailers and a guy said that they would only finance their own repo trailer. It was either them or nobody. Their reps were all right. But they weren't kinda clear at first about who to email and stuff. I would email stuff and they were like, "No, don't email it here." I kept getting a couple of different things, but it all worked out in the end. They just need to improve on communication.

There was little verbal interaction, everything was emails, and some of the things were very confusing. I would suggest more personal phone interaction with your clients. All in all, everything went alright at settlement though.

The process was very normal, straightforward, and easy. I didn't have to talk to anybody until we were going to sign. It took altogether for about two months but part of that was me, I took longer to figure everything out. We had an appraiser hiccup but that was because they were trying to price gouge us. I told Tyler of 21st Mortgage that we weren't gonna use them and it all worked out so they saved me a bunch of money too. Everything went really well.

Mobile homes are hard to get into and it's a special field so I was afraid. 21st Mortgage was the second company we've gone with and I was afraid that there were gonna be difficulties but there really weren't. They are one of the only companies that would finance a mobile home without doing a foundation inspection and they made the process smooth and very easy for us. Our bank did not do manufactured homes so we went to 21st Mortgage. I applied online and I got an email back within two days. I liked the communication. That was all we really did besides talking to our agent. Everything is good.

When we were working with Dantes Manufactured Homes, our rep originally had us try Oxford Mortgage and they denied our request because they said we had too many accounts open even though all of our accounts were in good standing. Then she reached out to 21st and asked them if they would consider us even though we had a lot of accounts and they said that as long as we're in good standing, they're fine. And they approved us very quickly.

I never had any problems with 21st Century, it’s a great mortgage company as far as I know. I will recommend them to other. I will recommend to my families and friends. Customer services is good. 21st Century is great in my book.

Obtaining my mortgage from 21st Mortgage was a pain, but it worked out. They did trailer loans and I didn't own the land but bought the trailer, so there were less options. I'm not too happy with the interest rate, but it was better than nothing. Some of it was my fault and but the lady just went back and forth between me being approved or not. Also, a lot of things didn't make any sense. I know my income and my budget, I know I can afford the loan unless they had some of the other stuff. It became a really long process. The rep said the process would take about a month max but I had all my info. Hunting down all the information she needed was a little pain in the butt too.

Cynthia has been very helpful. She is very nice and does a great job. Explains things in a way so that it's understood and there is no confusion. She works diligently to take care of any problems I may have.

They are the worst. They don't have any remorse for what people are going through. You do your best. You might be late on your payment and pay the late charge but that's not good enough. It's not Sam. It's his boss. This is the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. Nobody ever has anything good to say about them.

I called to make my monthly mortgage payment had a bit of difficulty with the automated messaging. I was able to get ahold of Nick who helped me out with my payment and also provided me with my account number which I didn’t know to make it easier for me next time I call or need anything.

I got the same loan that I did my house through. There were a lot of steps to obtain the mortgage. They pretty much want everything but your blood. However, everything worked out well.

My Realtor told me that 21st Mortgage would overlook that, which was how we ended up with them. The process of getting the mortgage was simplistic. My Realtor pretty much did all the work. All I did was sign papers and fill out the usual forms. It was pretty much standard procedure. The application process was kind of a user-friendly thing and there was nothing out of the ordinary. The application and underwriting process took about three days.

Always willing to work with you when I have been in a pickle. Very understanding during the Covid-19 when I was unemployed. I would recommend them to anyone. Also love our their customer service is there when you need them. There is never a long wait time like other companies. The longest I have ever been on hold was 2 minutes. They are always so polite and courteous as well.

Krysstal ** is the person that gave me outstanding care with my issues. Very prompt responding to any all emails, polite, service was out of this world and so helpful. I had never change my name or notified the Housing Authority of moving from one County to the next. I didn’t realize that when I had my home moved from Smith County to Henderson County I needed to even do that. And I had notified the insurance company that I have my home insured with about my name change and I guess I was thinking I was contacting 21st Mortgage.

My mother-in-law used 21st Mortgage in the past and getting my mortgage from them during the Coronavirus was kind of a pain, but I understand. Buying a house is not always the easiest thing. The application and underwriting took four and a half months, but I got what we needed and moved on. Their contact back and forth could be better. We had a dude named Tyler and he was trash. He doesn’t talk to you or do anything. You gotta call him and he calls back about three days later.

He has worked with us on every issue we’ve came across. He made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. He’s very responsive. Very concerned and genuinely customer-oriented Couldn’t recommend him enough. No complaints.

Bailey that handles my account is a very professional and wonderful person. I give her excellent, she is always very productive and handles all my matters With great customer service and she is very knowledgeable!!!

Nicki was a wonderful loan originator! Checklist made things understandable. Lots of paperwork. We are paying much more on monthly mortgage charge than expected. It would have been nice to know prior paying or during the process what the payment would be.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service reps and managers are rude and condescending. They deflect and make you jump through hoops when you ask them for assistance. They try and tell you how to live your life and what choices to make. The managers will tell you what they think is going on in your city and state even though they have no clue! I have never dealt with a company quite like this before. It is truly amazing that they are in business. Their business model seems to be screw you, we will get your money and that's all that matters.

Customer service is excellent. The young lady that helped me today was top notch. Her personality was very professional and I'm glad she is here for your customers. I hope she stays with the company till the end of my loan.

I applied to a couple of different companies and 21st Mortgage's ability to work with people stood out for me. The process was a bit longer than I thought. I expected it to take about three weeks but it ended up taking about six weeks. But it all went pretty smooth for me. They were very polite and easy to work with.

21st Mortgage helped me get my first mortgage easily. My sister-in-law used them and when I was tired of renting, I did an application online and then they emailed me. They told me what I needed and the easiest way to go about getting it and from there, everything was on me. Other than that, it wasn’t super hard. I got all the submissions together, then we closed, and that was it. It was simple. From application to closing, it took a little while (close to eight months) because we had run into a few snags with the title and stuff, but in my opinion, there wasn’t anything that was lacking.

I was looking for somebody to finance a place and I could not find anybody. There was no bank that was will financing a mobile home. It was a challenge. I then came up with the idea that there are people that sell the mobile homes, so I figured I could give them a call. I asked the guy from a place sells mobile homes in Lumberton, Texas who they use to finance the mobile homes, and they gave me 21st Mortgage's number. This company is good. On advertising, they should say that they finance mobile homes.

This was the second time we filled out the mortgage with 21st Mortgage. We did the first time online and it was through a different Realtor that we decided not to use. With the second time, we did it by hand. It was easier to do it online. We did a lot of work through our Realtor at first and then we watched our email and submitted everything when it was asked of us. A lot of the delay was because of the pandemic that's going on.

I have tried to get “This assistances” for a month and a half. Me and my wife have had hours cut and I’m having to take furlough days. All they can come up is how much can you pay now, not how can I help you get approved for assistance. They are not wanting to help with anything until you know how much you can pay! So see how much I can pay and my family can figure out how to have money for food, utilities, food, and transportation payments so we can work. Many thanks guys. I was purchasing a mobile home. It was hard to find somebody that I could trust over the phone but somebody told me about 21st Mortgage. I knew that they are a legit company. I was approved right away, in less than two days. Getting all the paperwork was hard but it’s everything they need. Every time I would turn in something, they would check off my list off and that made me feel better. The percentage can be improved but the rep was able to lower it the most that she can. She always kept in touch through email and phone calls, and she would return my calls, too. I made my payment on a Tuesday, and they only take it out all the way till Thursday or Friday. I wanted them to take it out at least not in those days. They just take too long to take out the money and I want them to take it out right away.

When I purchased the home from a family member they were using 21st Mortgage. The guy I talked to was pretty cool and easy to work with but the process took a while because I'm going through a divorce. I delayed a bunch of paperwork. I haven't really heard anything back from them. I needed to check with them on when my payments are due because I don't wanna miss a payment.

I am a veteran that served more than 20 years and this company is the worst mortgage company I have ever had to work with. When I retired the government made an error and I had to wait for 8 months to start collecting my pension. 21 Mortgage did not care, they tacked on late fee after late fee. When I called to explain, they treated me like I was wasting their time. They didn't care. All they wanted was for me to pay them. To all my veteran brothers and sisters DO NOT use this company, they are not veteran friendly.

She cared enough and I could get ahold of her. She's good at calling me back. If I sent her something, within a short period of time, she had posted it.

I was looking at buying a trailer and 21st Mortgage was the one that was looked at at the mobile homes community site. I was looking at other places. Most places didn’t offer mortgages for mobile homes and I was on a timeframe so I went with them. I applied. They got back to me quickly. It took, from beginning to end, about 30 days. They were responsive. There was a bit of back-and-forth being that I’m out of state. It was just difficult at points to try to fully communicate 'cause we couldn’t catch each other on our phone call. Email isn't always that good. But they got back to me with what I was approved for and then I submitted all my documentation. It flowed really nicely. The only thing that was interesting is what I was approved for was much lower than what a normal mortgage company, like ones in the area. It was a significant amount less for what they approved me for. But my agent was really helpful and overall, the experience was great.

Our loan officer was great. Everything we needed, she helped us out. She got back to us very quickly with whatever we needed, answered all of our questions. When we applied, we heard back a day or two late and then the rest was getting all the paperwork.

He always kept up and told me where I am in the process and what we are going so it was a really good process. I absolutely love my house.
