    On 3 April I placed an order for eyeglasses. In the course of the order I worked with Cindy, who opened the order and with Tiffany F., who concluded the order. I have purchased glasses from 39Dollar a number of times in past years and both people helped me recover information from previous orders to better structure this current order. And both, particularly Tiffany, helped me find a new frame with a combination of features that I need. She was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous and remained with me to conclude the order after 5PM due to a momentary dropped call.

    The 39Dollar products have been quite satisfactory, but the customer service of the sort that Tiffany F. provided is the main reason that I continue to purchase from 39Dollar. When I need eyeglasses I don't shop around. I just call 39Dollar -- because of the customer service.     The Glasses I ordered came quickly but the order was backwards, The one I requested Light tint Had DARK TINT. They were like welding goggles. I requested a return and had my Nurse package and mail them back. On my $88.37 order I was only refunded $24.00. They gave me a had time on the phone and a young person was very disrespectful to me. Calling me by my first name when I stated I did not like that. He blamed my nurse for sending them back the wrong glasses, even though he could not tell me where the Brad names were on their glasses? They messed up the order but it's my nurse's fault? Warning ** These are very bad people to do Business with!

    I've been a customer for more than 10 years, and every pair has been great. Our puppy got hold of a pair I just bought (less than 2 weeks ago) and destroyed the frame.     I ordered the Bellamy glasses on 4/23/22 and received them early May. I only realized a couple weeks ago that they were defective beyond my ability to repair them and contacted 39dollarglasses.com as I had thought this could be fixed. The glasses were too large for my face, and slid down my nose. The biggest issue however was the glasses sitting crooked on my face. I attempted to fix this at home after watching many videos, and tried several times. I even sent them to a shop to be looked at. This took time to coordinate. But 39dollarglasses.com informed me that the glasses couldn’t be fixed and I could only exchange. I was refused a refund. I emailed and called. I explained that this is the second subpar product now that I have purchased from 39dollarglasses.com, I do not wish to have anymore, and I’m only interested in a refund so I can purchase a better pair somewhere else.

    I expressed my frustration to the support staff on the phone, Tiffany, and left the call. I received an unprofessional email back guilt tripping me about how she didn’t have to help me out as much as she did.. I no longer wish to speak with or do business with 39dollarglasses.com. I am currently in disputes with this company for a refund.

    Customer service is outstanding. I have been purchasing glasses online from 39Dollar for 12 years without any problems. This year after macular hole surgery followed by cataract surgery I had some issues with my new glasses. During the entire process to resolve my issues, 39$ customer service (Stephanie) was reachable by phone and email, and worked very proactively to resolved. In the end, I needed a revised prescription from my eye doctor. 39$ arranged for the return, remade the lenses, and monitored the shipment.     My mother’s Tory Burch frame was lost in shipment, order was placed on March 11, 2022. I contacted FedEx and 39DollarGlasses, multiple times via phone and email and was eventually told by FedEx to reach the company as they had already reimbursed them for the lost item. I was sent an email by 39 dollar glasses that they were reimbursing me the cost of the lenses but neither fedex or they will reimburse the cost of the frame. This is appalling. They should show some responsibility. I will not be using their services ever again.

    I contacted 39dollarglasses.com because I hadn't verified my teacher status until after I submitted the order. (They offer a QR code for teachers to give to a student for a free pair of eyeglasses when teachers submit their own order.) I really wanted the QR code for one of my students. Thomas, the customer service rep I spoke with, was quick to respond, got the QR code with me and walked me through future orders so that everything is up to date.     I ordered a new pair for the previous pair I broke and the customer service is terrible. The frames I got had a manufacturer defect and the other frames weren’t the same size as my previous pair. This company told me I had to handle the entire return process because they won’t. I have to fill out a return sheet, print the label, deliver the package to a shipper, and they ultimately didn’t resolve their quality issues or mine.

    These frames are bulk frames available at most other websites that want to keep return customers. Would not recommend, will not be going back. Waiting for my replacement frames so I can have backup junk glasses I guess.

    I had ordered a pair of glasses in September. One of the arms just literally fell out of the frame. I called and spoke with Tiffany. She was able to get me a replacement frame and send me a video of how to swap the lenses. The color I wanted was out of stock so she swapped it out for Gunmetal.     Oh my goodness! I had the most wonderful experience with Tiffany F. today. I wish all persons who work in sales/customer service was as patient, friendly and knowledgeable as she was in helping me place my order for glasses today. I was a bit put out with 39dollarglasses because of the long wait I had. But after working with Tiffany that was all erased.     After some coupon codes offered on the site, I paid 48 dollars each for sunglasses and regular glasses with upgraded lightweight lenses and frames. When I called with a question after ordering they answered right away and answered my question. I've never had a faulty frame or inaccurate prescription. I like the virtual frame fitting which is customized even to where your glasses rest on your nose. Check your email after signing up because they offer fabulous money saving sales from time to time. They have a rewards program also, so it builds up as you buy frames, if you would like, or you can instantly apply your credit to your purchase. All glasses are delivered in a hard shell case with a cleaning cloth and screw, and a card with a link to a video tutorial on how to make minor adjustments to the frames. The company is run by licensed optometrists. Just have your prescription available. There's an easy form for you to fill, then after your order is processed the glasses are shipped in approx two weeks. Bifocals, transition lenses are also available.

    I ordered glasses from 39dollarglasses and did not receive them for over 2 weeks. When they arrived they had red stains on both lens so I returned them. I did not receive any communication that they were processing the refund. When I called they confirmed they had received them but they had not taken action on my refund. I asked for a full refund as the glasses came to me stained. At this point, it had been over a month since my original order. They removed the stains and offered to ship them back. The process had taken too long so I purchased glasses from another vendor. They charged me over $40 in restocking fees. Beware of poor quality, delays and fees.

    Hi Kayla. We apologize for any information which you may have misunderstood with regards to your order. We advise our customers that for progressive lenses, production can take 2-9 business days on average. We see that your order completed production after 9 business days. The glasses began production on 1/4 and completed production on the 14th, which allowed for the glasses to ship on the 15th. Once your return was delivered to our facility, the returns department had the inspection team take a look at the glasses. They found that there were no defects on or within the lenses including the prescription. Any debris that may have been on the lens would easily have been removed by the microfiber cleaning cloth provided with every order. Our return policy is available for the public to access and review on our website prior to placing an order with us. Within our return policy, it states that customers returning a pair of multifocal lenses (such as the progressive lenses you ordered) will incur a refund less a 30% restocking fee. We see that you were advised that the glasses passed inspection and were made correctly on 2/9. We also see that the customer service representative that you spoke to that day, advised you of the 30% restocking fee associated with the return of any pair of progressives. You opted for the refund less 30% and that was issued to you on 2/10 by our billing department. If you ever have any questions or concerns prior to placing an order, please feel free to contact our customer service team so that we are able to provide you with any information it is that you are looking for.

    I recently ordered the identical lens prescription for reading glasses from 39dollarglasses and Zenni. In total I bought four pairs. Within a week after ordering, several weeks ago, my order arrived from 39dollarglasses. Perfectly done, came with two soft cases, a device to tighten/loosen the frames and cleaning cloth, no extra cost. When I called zenni and requested a soft case they told me that I would have to add $5 per pair extra not to mention the other items. The glasses from zenni have yet to arrive.     The glasses as well as the lenses and the coating are good at 39 Dollar Glasses. It’s a full-service shop. The quality is great and they have solid products. I tried the tools but I don't know if I loved that so much. It's a great idea but I don't know how that works out. Still, the prices are great and do not go into hundreds of dollars. It's convenient that it's not $300. I used to go to a LensCrafters and those other guys, and spent quite a premium. I have a son and sons lose and break glasses.     39 Dollar Glasses has a reasonable cost, not the least expensive though. Zenni tends to be a little less expensive, but also their quality is not as good as 39 Dollar Glasses. There's always a slight change and I can afford to renew the prescription better because of the glasses being reasonably priced at 39 Dollar Glasses. Also, the presentation on the internet site, the website is very easy to use, very interactive and very descriptive of what you're going to get. You don't wind up with something arriving in the mail that you did not expect was coming.

    I'm a 75-year-old retired teacher. I'm still pretty active and I'm able to walk through the ordering process without a problem. The quality of the glasses has been excellent too. The shipping could be a little bit faster from when the prescription is submitted though. But that's the only negative comment I would have. I have two new pairs and I'm wearing the bifocals right now. For 80 bucks, I have an outstanding pair of glasses.

    I purchased a pair of eyeglasses, the price ended up being $119. (Not near $39!) When I received them the right lens was distorted (my RX was good). I returned them and was charged $36 for THEIR trouble! They said the glasses were checked out (by them) and nothing was wrong with them. I wouldn't have went through all the trouble if they were ok. The glasses felt like cheap Dollar Store glasses. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

    I ordered glasses, 2 pairs, with progressive lens. The glasses are so big on my face that they fall off if I try to read. I called them to find out that I can return them. After receiving a 100% satisfaction guarantee I found out it’s really only a 70% guarantee because of the progressive lens. They are sending a video to fix them or I can send them back and lose 30% in these times of unemployment and the world falling apart. I can’t afford to return them as I’m unemployed and my unemployment hasn’t even kicked yet. Thanks 39$ glasses. Hope you’re proud of your company.

    First of all, I'm grateful that 39dollarglasses offer a high index of 1.74, which provides thinner lenses in glasses. High index comes at an extra charge, but is worth it, if you have a high prescription. I ordered glasses with a plastic frame at first, but had to exchange them for metal, which are more easily adjusted in the nose bridge area. 39dollarglasses exchanged glasses at no extra charge, and provided free return label.     There is a miscommunication among staffs to assist customers. I asked how to cancel my order for sea view frame and one of the staff went ahead and canceled my order. After I said I did not officially request to cancel, she/he placed the new order with different order number (which is called remake). However, the order she canceled by mistake became back to be in progress. So in the end, I have received 2 same pairs of glasses that I don't want. They are heavy, slide down to my face and out of focus vision.

    I have returned one and asked to return the second pair for refund. They said there is no refund at this time but option to remake at 50% fee. I do not want any more glasses from this company but just want to return their products and get my money back. The miscommunication and remake order are not my fault and that, I should receive my refund as their return policy is applied. The company lies when they stated "100% no worry guarantee." It is a joke! Do not buy.

    I’m horrible with glasses. I'll put them on and drop them. And so, the idea of me paying a lot of money for a pair glasses, I might as well take it out in the yard and burn it. I saw 39DollarGlasses, and they’re pretty high-quality glasses. They’re not the things you see at the checkout counter at Walmart. I took a chance and ordered a pair and was impressed with how well they worked.

    They’re really good. However, there ought to be a tutorial video when people are not sure about how they’re gonna do glasses. Some glasses just aren’t big enough for your fat head or some glasses don't fit your skinny head. Not all of them come in sizes that fit everybody’s head. Also, there’s always confusion about if someone said, as you get older, you’ll need a pair of glasses. You end up needing glasses for reading glasses, for watching television, glasses for driving, and it’s the same prescription, but you’re dealing with the focal length. And most people don’t know what that means. It's better if 39 Dollar Glasses had something that would show people how it works.

    I recently purchased a frame with progressive lenses at a cost of $139. I am fine with that. I have a second frame, also purchased from 39DollarGlasses, identical model/color to the recently purchased frame. They want $133.95 to install the same progressive lenses in these identical frames! Lenses are $80 with the frames but increase to $119 + custom frame fee if I send them my 2nd frame! It is not custom, it is THEIR frame!! How can lenses be only $5 less than an entire set of glasses? All I wanted was for them to send me the lenses and I would install them in the second frame myself, giving me 2 pair of identical glasses.

    Ordered 2 pair lenses, same rx for both. One is perfect the other cant see a darn thing. Courteous customer service for returning BUT.... once sent back no communication no updates.     Hi Joan, We apologize for the delay however, when a customer returns glasses for blurred vision, we like to ensure that all parts of the glasses are made correctly. After further review of your order, I can see that you ordered one pair of single vision (distance only) sunglasses and one pair of clear single vision (reading only) glasses. We would like to clarify that both pairs do no have the same prescription as you have included an ADD power with the prescription information. This means that when you choose distance only, the ADD power is not used as the lenses will be made to correct your visual needs at a distance whereas, the other pair which was ordered as reading only, will accommodate the ADD power in order to assist you with reading and would not work for distance. If you were attempting to use the glasses to see at a distance, you would not be able to see correctly as again, you chose reading only. I do see that they did pass inspection here, meaning that they were made exactly to what you had ordered. Since you state that each pair should have the same prescription, we have since entered a remake order under warranty using distance only lenses as again, they will now match the other pair which you state work correctly. You should receive a tracking number via email once your new remake order has shipped. If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact us again.

    Unexpectedly, my old glasses broke, so I needed a pair quick. I chose 'FedEx Next Day Shipping' as I was leaving the area I needed the glasses shipped to. Little did they say anywhere on their website, it is next day business day shipping even though FedEx delivers on Saturday. Needless to say, I contacted customer support to see if they could refund some of my shipping because it wasn't as stated online. I basically got a "sucks to suck" email response. I replied to the email, with photographic evidence stating and showing that nowhere on their ordering page does it specifically state 'next business day'. I ended the email stating that I was still a dissatisfied customer and if they wanted to run a business that people wanted to use, then something should be done to help with my satisfaction. My guess, is that nothing will be done about this.

    I have just ordered another pair of Glasses from $39. My first pair were "NAVIGATOR" Sunglasses with progressive lenses. I drive Uber/Lift with my phone just to the right of steering wheel.     Used my FSA card to purchase 3 sets of glasses. We decided to opt out afterwards we cancelled read confirmation the order was cancelled. After multiple requests of the refund.. we are now 6 Months after cancelling without a refund issued back to my FSA Card.     Overall efficient service and product is very good. Service is very good and reliable. However, I ordered a grey and brown pair of progressive RX sunglasses. The grey was very much lighter than the brown. I returned the grey pair and they stood by their replacement guarantee. Thank you.     There is one employee identifiable to me, whom is solely responsible for having made up for a what was a horrible experience for me, not so much because I had to wait for so long for my glasses, but because of the service I received while I waited. Because of 1 employee, instead of my struggling to decide if I would rate my experience "zero or one star", I am able to say that this experience was turned around, that I am happy with the experience. The reason I am happy with my experience, is because Tiffany ** apologized for every shortcoming, lack of professionalism, and inappropriate, rude comment made by the representatives prior to her involvement, as well as those who undid her good work to make things right.

    If you review the trail of calls and written communications (email), you should be able to decipher each detail for yourself. In essence, all the way down to the last good faith effort Tiffany made, upgrading my shipping so that I could receive the re-order a couple of days sooner, since it was running behind your projected timeline, there seemed to be an endless supply of employees who clearly were not paying attention to details, in this last detail, failing to read her instructions to upgrade the shipping.

    I have to apologize for taking so long to complete this review, which is unfortunately, loaded with negative commentary where it concerns customer service and attention to details, with exception to, namely, Tiffany **. I hope that you realize the extreme value added to your company, to the customers experience, by having Tiffany ** as an employee. She truly is responsible for restoring my faith in your company. Every representative who only made my experience progressively worse, could learn much from her, as to how to handle problems with orders, not only in their resolution, but in mitigating any additional undesired experiences.     I placed an order from 39dollarglasses.com on 7/4/19. They charged my credit card the full price of the order the following day. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order, I telephoned and was told the glasses were made, but did not pass inspection. I was told the glasses were remade and awaiting re-inspection and then would be shipped overnight by July 26. That did not happen. When I called on July 30, I was left on hold and after about 5 minutes of being on hold, was disconnected. Also, I never received answer to my email inquiries, on 2 occasions. I telephoned customer service again today, July 31 and was told the remake of the glasses didn't pass inspection. I have previously ordered sunglasses from this company in the past and never had any issues, but I cancelled my order today, July 31, 2019, and will never do business with this company again.

    I ordered tinted glasses and requested light tint. They sent darkest tint. I contacted them and they said return them. I returned them and they then told me they could not do light tint for the glasses I ordered, but for 10.00 more they could do them in a different lens. I said I'm not paying more and they shouldn't have sent them when they were not as I ordered. I requested a full refund, they agreed. I received a partial refund. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I will NEVER do business with this company again. They are a ripoff and a total waste of time.

    I have bought at least 8 pairs of glasses from 39$glasses over the years. The quality has always been marginal but I didn't expect much for the price. However my last three orders have been unusable because of defective. I've received 2 pairs where the lens weren't completely inserted into the frames, another pairs had materials so flimsy that they broke at a thin spot around the frame. I have also received 2 pairs with the screws only half screwed in because the tapped holes didn't line up but they shipped them anyway. The price is very tempting but the quality is just terrible.

    I ordered a pair of sunglasses from here and was happy, so when my regular glasses got scratched I ordered two new pair from here. They say they ship in 1-7 days, so on day 8 I called to check on the status, since I needed the glasses for an upcoming trip. I was told that the order would ship out on day 9, putting it at my house after I leave for my trip. I asked if there was anything that could be done, and was told my only option was to pay for 2-day shipping, which would guarantee it arriving in time. I asked if they could cover the cost since they were behind their posted timeline, but was told they don't do that. I needed my glasses, so I just paid the charge for 2-day shipping.

    Fast forward... Even after paying the upcharge, they didn't get them out in time, so my glasses still arrived after I left for my trip. I called customer service again, asking if they could refund the cost of the upgraded shipping, since their "guarantee" had not come to fruition. I was told, "sorry, we don't do that." Excellent. Next time I need glasses, I am definitely going elsewhere. So disappointed. And now, on to week 3 of scratched lenses.

    I have been using 39dollarglasses.com for years. I bought sunglasses and several pairs of frameless glasses. My complaint is with the frameless glasses they now use, the (Rimless 6) Bendable Titanium. At first they feel great, springy and snug against your face and bridge of the nose. However, each temple stem has a joint that is near your temple where the springiness happens. That joint fails after 6-8 months of daily use where you remove your glasses and put them back on in normal use.

    I was told that I needed to be careful to ensure that both temples were held as I removed and put on the glasses. They fixed the glasses and sent them back to me. Respectful of their instructions I was careful to use both hands when adjusting the eyewear. About 6 months after the repair the single bridge connector (connecting the lenses over your nose) snapped as I applied just enough pressure to put them on my face. I called back and advised of the issue. They are now out of warranty and they cannot replace my perfectly good lenses onto another style of frame because they discontinued the "Rimless 6", a similar design with straight, heavier temple stems. They did offer to send me a new frame so that I could have a local optometrist put it on for me.

    I have no complaint about the other, plastic frame sunglasses I have gotten from them. They are inexpensive, look great and last forever. But get rid of the "Bendable Titanium" line and go back to a tried and true frame, or at least offer it as an alternative. EyeBuyDirect seems to be able to do it...

    I have been using $39 Glasses for about 6 years. I ordered some sunglasses on May 29th and was told it would be 7-10 days before it shipped. I kept looking at the site and it said it was still in process. I finally called on June 17th and was told that they failed inspection on the 10th and that I would have them in the next few days. It was very difficult to get an answer from them. They never emailed me about this hold up. Then I was told they would ship yesterday and because I had all this trouble, they would send it FedEx today. They shipped today and are coming by USPS, which I am sure it going to delay them further. I will not be using them in the future as their communication skills are poor and it was almost impossible to get an answer that made sense from a human. I would rather pay more locally than have to go through this process again. They have lost me as a customer.

    I ordered 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses on 5/30/19 and received them today, 6/15/19. I was disappointed at first because after one week, it still only said my order was processing on the "tracking" part of the website. I tried calling the company and was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and emailed them instead. They responded back within the next day and told me it was still processing and that it would be shipped out shortly. I decided to give it another week because I'm basically blind and I figured my prescription was probably a bit more difficult to make, especially for two pairs of sunglasses.

    So I waited exactly one more week and emailed them back after checking the website again, where it still said my order was processing. This time, they got back to me in the same day, and told me that they shipped my order out! It shipped on a Thursday and I got them only TWO days later on Saturday!!!! I was so shocked that I got them THAT QUICK, but that also could be because they are based in New Jersey (I think), and I'm only in Pennsylvania, so not too far at all!

    As for the glasses themselves, I was scared because I read reviews after I already purchased them about people not being able to see out of theirs, or the prescription being wrong, but I think that's mostly due to user error...my doctor wrote my prescription on a blank piece of paper and I was still able to figure it out based on the instructions that the website gave! I wore the glasses outside today and have absolutely no complaints!!

    The frames are very thin, and my lenses are extremely thick, so it sticks out a little but it doesn't feel cheaply made or like the lenses are gonna pop out or anything. I'm used to my lenses sticking out because I have a MUCH higher prescription than lots of other people, but beware of that if that's something that will bother you. So, all in all I give it a 10/10!!! This is the first time I've EVER had prescription sunglasses and I'm so glad that I chose this company. They really did an amazing job!!

    I ordered a pair of eyeglasses using the new prescription I received from my eye doctor. I received the glasses about two weeks later. I couldn't see out of them at all. I tried them on several times and never could see. I had a follow up with my eye doctor, so I took the glasses with me to see if he made a mistake, or if they were made incorrectly. My eye doctor read the prescription on the lenses and they were off. I contacted customer support and was told to return the glasses that they would be corrected.

    I followed up today as I hadn't heard anything further from them. I received an email today that said that the glasses were made within acceptable Ansi standards and are considered correct. Correct? How can they be correct if I can't see out of them? The right eye lens was made with an Axis of 3 degrees off and this is acceptable because the eye wouldn't detect the three degrees? If I can't see out of them they were made incorrectly and shouldn't have passed inspection. SHAME ON YOU! I will be sure to tell all of my friends of your substandard work!!!

After careful review of your prescription in which you have sent to us, we see that you input your "ADD" power of +2.00 within the CYLINDER values for each eye. Also, you added Axis values to the order when we see that your Doctor did not prescribe you any CYLINDER or AXIS values. It is very concerning that this error was not caught while having your Eye Doctor inspect the pair of glasses we made for you however, we are glad that we were able to catch this error and are more than willing to create a new pair of glasses for you with the correct prescription.     I heard about 39 Dollar Glasses through a friend of mine from work. They are cheaper compared to others. I've ordered from them a lot and the 8 glasses I got from them have become my accessory. I wear a different color every day. My prescription is stored, and now, I know the measurements, so I can go in and look up the measurements. So it’s a little too easy.     Both my wife and I have been 39 Dollar Glasses customers for six years. We were with Four Eyes before and 39 Dollar Glasses is half the price. The only difficult thing about the ordering process is getting someone else to take the distance between the middle of your pupil and the outside of the frame because whoever you bought glasses from before won't disclose what that is for you to be able to order online. The website has a paper ruler though.

    I'm 60 and used to use wire frame glasses. Now, we buy schoolboy style glasses with black plastic frames. Their quality is fine. They're identical to what we have from Four Eyes. Once, I took a shot at Glasses For You and the glasses weren’t anywhere near the same quality. They were incredibly cheap and poorly made. 39 Dollar Glasses gets the right balance of quality and price. I don’t see any competitor to them out there. Plus, they have an offer that if you don’t like your glasses for any reason, send them back and they’ll credit the account. One time, when the glasses came in and I didn’t like them, that was what happened and I had no problem, whatsoever. Overall, we're happy with 39 Dollar Glasses. We've used them in the past and we'll use them in the future.

    I ordered 2 sets of sunglasses on March 15th. Single lens nothing fancy. It is now March 27th, 12 days since the order, and I have heard nothing. In checking online, it says "in production." I have no idea what that means, or when that is finished! So I called them today. After being put on hold for "3 minutes" 10 minutes later a recording comes on and says "leave a message, and we will call you back AT OUR CONVENIENCE!" Nice - they have my money - no hurry right guys! They did call back several hours later, and they tell me the glasses would have been shipped out "but they did not pass inspection." Both Pairs? What kind of factory do you have that's making those mistakes! Why was I not informed of that - they have my phone number and my email? Do they really think it is acceptable to just leave a customer hanging for 2 weeks, with no communication?

    So Now I'm being told they are being "re-made" but they have no idea how long that will take. In the meantime I head out for vacation in Mexico next week, without any sunglasses! They will expedite shipping I am told, but regardless, they doubt if they can get them done in time. Seriously guys - right now you are a week longer than Costco - and it will be at least 2 weeks, I guess I need to find another eyeglass provider. Too Bad, I was hoping for the best!

    I’ve been getting glasses from 39 Dollar Glasses for 4 years now and they really cut the cost. I don’t see why people pay hundreds of dollars for glasses and there are less expensive companies even now. I only put on my glasses when I pop my contacts out and drive a car so I don’t want anything expensive. The ordering process with 39 Dollar Glasses has been really easy to follow and they’ve been prompt in following up. Shipping and delivery has been really quick and the glasses have arrived promptly and in good condition. I’ve been happy with the end-product too.     I wanted some prescription shades and came across 39 Dollar Glasses about five years ago. I have gotten regular prescription glasses and sunglasses from them since and it has been very easy ordering through their website. However, the shipping can be a little slow and might take a week. Other than that, the products are packaged well and I’ve never had a damaged one. I’ve had a couple that’s relatively flimsy after a couple of years but I haven’t had any major failures with them.     I’ve been using 39 Dollar Glasses for 8 years now and haven’t had any bad experience with them. I have a young son who goes through glasses quite frequently and their price can’t be beaten. I had the glasses checked to verify that prescriptions were correct. Every time I had that done, they were very accurate. Once you understand what the different things on a prescription mean, it is fairly easy to navigate 39 Dollar Glasses' website and order online. The shipping time is a bit lengthy though. It takes a couple of weeks to get your glasses but other than that, it’s good. They come in a hard-shell case, so I’ve never had any kind of damage in the shipment.

    There was one experience I had with them where they actually tested the glasses before sending out and the glasses did not meet their quality standards. So, they had to remake the glasses and my order was delayed for another week. However, they caught their own error and they fixed it before it even got to me. I’ve had excellent service and it’s a great value.

    I've purchased from 39 Dollar Glasses several times. I have done everything from reading glasses, distance glasses and progressives, including with and without transition lenses. Those products are fantastic although sometimes, finding particular frames is a problem. The situation seems to have gotten better though and everything else seems to work fine. I get the standard shipping and it takes a week or a week and a half for the product to arrive, which is a reasonable amount of time. The glasses are of good quality and I’m happy. The lenses are fine and the heavy-duty frames that I’ve chosen have held up really well. 39 Dollar Glasses was consistent and I've had no problems with them, so I never saw a reason to change.

    I ordered progressive glasses from this online company. The process was very easy. I entered my RX and when the glasses came several weeks later I couldnt see out of them! I've since had to get them at Visionworks and they are perfect so I dont know what happened with this company. When I requested a refund I received a long list of to dos before that was even possible. I think this would be super if they get things right but you are in for a HASSLE if they get it wrong and you want your money back.

    I looked at the reviews and there were more negative reviews on the other competitors, so we went with 39 Dollar Glasses. We’ve been using them for about 10 years and we typically do glasses. If I see a frame that I’m a little concerned about, I go ahead and print it and take a look at it. That helps with the process and it is very easy to go through the steps and order the glasses. As far as the selection, there could be more, but it was sufficient. However, I go to some of the other sites and they have more selections on their website, but, at the same time, I read a lot of the reviews that they weren’t good or it took forever to get them.

    Sometimes, we’ve seen a bit quicker in the delivery of the glasses, but usually, it is the expected timeframe. I am happiest with the frames at 39 Dollar. Once, when I had a frame that broke, the reps were very quick to replace it and we were very satisfied with that.     I ordered a pair of glasses on 39dollarglasses.com. I was confident of the purchase because their website says: "WORRY FREE GUARANTEE 30 DAY FREE RETURNS". When I got the glasses, they were cheap, plastic looking frames that I could have bought at the 99 cent store and the lenses made me dizzy. I opened up an RMA with a very unenthusiastic customer service rep that sent me an RMA. Still no mention of ANY restocking fee. When the refund came, it was a bit more than half the cost of the glasses. They charge a 30% restocking fee. They don't bother to tell you about that during the RMA process or when ordering. You're better off to go to somewhere else to buy your eyewear.

    I have purchased my glasses from 39dolllarglasses.com for the last 8 years and never had a problem until now. I received my glasses just before Christmas, either the prescription is wrong to the pd is wrong, but they are Un-usable. I contacted them to tell them about the mistake. They instantly blame me for entering my prescription wrong, I double check it and it was correctly entered. They then tell me I probably measured my pd wrong, but it's not, and I have purchased at least a 8 pairs from them with the same pd measurement.

    They tell me they will send out a return mail envelope right away. Over 2 weeks later I get a return form in the mail, no return envelope. I'm from Canada so they won't pay return postage, that's fine, but then why waste over 2 weeks sending it in the mail? During a postal strike! Why not email it? My theory is because they want to stall till the 30 day return policy is over. By this time I've already purchased glasses somewhere else. But I will get them corrected so I can use them as a spare.

    I send an email complaining about why they would send the return paperwork in the mail and not email it, other than to just waste time so I could not return the glasses. But I never get a response. Now the holidays are over and I can't find the return paperwork so I message them to see what they can do, and I mention that their email response was very slow. I instantly receive attitude. I ask again why they would send return paperwork in the mail and not by email? She tells me because I requested it, it's my fault. They blame everything on the customer, nothing is their fault! And I see that here also. They blame the customer in every response I've read here. I donated the glasses, hopefully someone else can make use of them. I won't use this company again. I recommend you stay away also.

    I have ordered 7 pairs of glasses from this company within 5 months. Reason for this is I have a toddler boy in glasses... They aren't exactly easy on glasses... That's on me. (Miraflex doesn't fit is nose) What shouldn't be on me is that 2 of the glasses I received had an incorrect prescription! I didn't realize this until 3 months later when my son's ophthalmologist checked the lenses and said they were wrong.

    Of course, this is out of the return window and the company is unwilling to accept these 2 returns. I'm sure an adult would notice that something is off/wrong with their prescription immediately. So, that return window I'm sure works for adults. A toddler can't communicate what the issue is and they take their glasses off constantly so a parent can't tell that there is an issue. So, that return window doesn't work for children. Unfortunately, when I explained this situation I was meet with the coldest customer service!

    I also explained that I spend thousands of dollars on glasses a year and have spent some of that with them these last 5 months. No exceptions! It didn't matter! So 39dollarglasses instead of simply giving me a remake or a refund of $141.90 you will lose a minimum of $1,800 of my minimum annual glasses expense. My son constantly breaks his glasses and I was placing orders with this company and averaging more than 1 pair of glasses being purchased a month.

    Hmmmm, poor customer service and as a business owner I would regret turning away a life long client that spends thousands a year. So, 39dollarglasses dug their heels in on their return policy and I will go elsewhere for accurate prescriptions for my precious little one's eyes and better customer service. We count on you to give us a correct product and I entrusted my child's eye health to you. You made 2 mistakes that I paid for. Shame Shame Shame. Please go elsewhere for children's glasses. Your little one's eyes are too precious for mistakes and carelessness!

    Revised review after speaking with Tiffany in customer service. I have been corrected. My order is impossible to make. Even though the prescription for my son is written as a bifocal with +3 and specifically said split mid pupil, because I checked the single vision box it can't be made as a bifocal. So, here is where I say we... we should still break-up! I am willing to admit when I am wrong, but it seems like I'm not solely the only wrong one here. But, I am the only one paying here. I checked the wrong box for single vision, but provided you with a bifocal prescription and specific directions to have it split mid pupil.

    So, I made a 50% or less mistake, but there isn't a person that says this can't be made and therefore, doesn't make it? If it can't be made DON'T! Don't make the impossible, that doesn't work out for anyone, does it? Clearly, this didn't add up and there isn't a quality control process to check the product. Still no negotiation or even a kind gesture from the company to work with me. So, again, I will say children's eyes are precious and should only be trusted to professionals that have hands on the prescription and hands on the lenses.

    This way you don't end up in my shoes with 2 wrongs equaling 39dollarglasses being right and keeping 100% of your money. Adults shop away on this site, I'm sure you can save money, just as I was attempting to do. For your child's glasses, spend the extra money and get your glasses from a doctor's office. That way any mistake can be caught no matter who made it.

We would like to clarify that the glasses were not made with an incorrect prescription as you've suggested. We produce glasses as per the specifications chosen on our site when the order was placed. The glasses were made as "Single Vision Full-Time Wear" which is what you entered. When placing an order on our site, the first question asked is whether you wish to purchase single vision, bifocals, or progressive lenses. Being that you entered single vision (full time wear), the ADD power of the prescription would not be used since single vision lenses would not accommodate both distance and reading vision in one lens. If you had chosen bifocals, the glasses would have been made as such. We apologize however, we are not sure why you believe we are at fault for this. It appears that this was more of a misunderstanding when the order was placed and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. For future reference, regardless if you have an ADD power included on the order's prescription, choosing "Single Vision Full-Time Wear", will initiate our lab to produce distance vision lenses; please know that bifocals were not chosen nor paid for.

    We are slightly confused by your statement, "Of course, this is out of the return window and the company is unwilling to accept these 2 returns."As per our return policy, the order is technically out of warranty however, we're glad to see that you were sent an RMA and prepaid return label prior to receiving this review.

    We are also confused regarding your statement, "My order is impossible to make. We see that you placed another order for bifocals using the same prescription and we'd like to point out that it is not impossible.     I just paid almost 100 dollars for these glasses. I ordered the Clarke frames with the Seiko ultra thin frames. The price was reasonable. However, the quality is not good. There is a clear lack of symmetry when I put the glasses on my face, as the joints where the frames are welded onto the screws are manufactured differently. The difference is slight but noticeable, enough so for me to be bothered enough to write an online review. I will be contacting the company to remedy my situation, but I am frustrated to know that it will be yet another waiting process until things are resolved.

    The quality control doesn’t seem to be good. Other reviewers are posting favorable reviews, but glasses should NOT arrived with manufacturing defects in the joints. I have tried adjusting with the tool they provided, but the issue lies not with the tightness of the joint itself, but rather with its placements. After waiting over a week to receive my glasses, I am disappointed with the quality control. Hopefully you’ll have better luck. Will update once this issue is resolved with hopefully a new review.

    My previous doctor gave me a similar prescription with a completely different axis. I was having a lot of trouble with headaches and once I got it checked with the right doctor, I had to replace all of my lenses, which was getting very expensive. I looked online for lenses and a bunch of frames, and I found 39 Dollar Glasses. I took a chance with them and I was very impressed.

    For my sunglasses, I wanted to go for what they call pink but I wanted something darker because pink looked a bit more girly on a guy. I requested something darker and they did an amazing job at it. It’s tough to get lenses with a PD right and they’ve taken the time to get the right tint on my order. I also sent three more frames for re-lensing. The two women and the gentleman I talked to at 39 Dollar Glasses were understanding of what I was looking for. They suggested giving them a sample in a picture so they could give me exactly what I wanted. They know their job really well and I’m very impressed with the quality of the work they do.

    Sent them my Rayban frame to relens and was told it would take 5 business days once they receive it. Called them after they received it and they told me that they hadn’t started working on it yet and that it would take 7-10 business days before they ship it to me. 5 business days after I called them I got an email saying that my frame broke while they worked on it. I gave them a call and all they wanted to do was either refund me the money I paid for the lens or get free glasses from their $39 ones even though I paid $60 for the relensing alone and when asked about my $180 frame all they had to say was “sorry”. Never got compensated for the frame and the customer service lady that I called didn’t even wanna hear me. Absolutely horrible experience on my first try with them and definitely my last. I won’t be dealing with them ever again and would never recommend them to anybody.

    The first time I used 39 Dollar Glasses was on April 2007. I’ve been happy with them, because even with my prescription staying the same, I’ve ordered 20 pairs of glasses from them. I tried some places in the mid-2000s before I went and stayed with 39 Dollar Glasses, but the prescription that the the other places got was not particularly accurate. I brought it in to my ophthalmologist and sometimes, he would just smirk but other times, he would laugh. But 39 Dollar Glasses is pretty accurate, and my ophthalmologist recommends them for his patients that need regular glasses.

    39 Dollar Glasses has decent wire frames with springs in the temples and they also have good-looking plastic frames. In the couple of times when they sent the wrong item, they just took it right back and replaced it. They replace things faster than I could find time to go to the optician. I’ve had to exchange a couple of prescriptions. The lenses didn’t quite fit into the frame. But when you force the lenses, the frame had a little bit of hairline cracks in the side. 39 Dollar Glasses was very good at taking anything back like that.

    When my ophthalmologist changed the way he writes prescriptions, I thought that I had got to change it myself back. When I ordered the glasses, they were just horrible. It turned out that I had not made the translation correctly. That was my mistake, but 39 Dollar Glasses took those back too and sent me the ones with the right prescriptions. They were terrific. But my wife won’t use them because they don’t sell fancy enough frames for them. 39 Dollar Glasses could add a luxury line of frames or a mid-luxury to expand their business.

    I liked 39 Dollar Glasses' prices. When someone told me that they buy their son's glasses from them, I said that my daughter has been wearing glasses since second grade, so I ordered a pair which actually lasted longer than the ones I got from Sterling Optical and paid for over $100. I use 39 Dollar Glasses all the time and the ordering process is great. You go online, look at all the different frames and pick them out. I normally get the single vision and it has always been the correct prescription. The delivery is always on time, too.

    There was one time though when my daughter didn’t like the glasses. But with 39 Dollar Glasses, you could replace your purchase and get something else with no questions asked. Also, it was great dealing with their customer service team when we returned the glasses. At one point, I called them because I had a question and they were very responsive. They answered the phone. But, there was one thing that I noticed 39 Dollar Glasses didn't have anymore. I order my mother’s glasses through them now, too, as she used to spend $200 and that's crazy. When I ordered hers online, I didn't see the feature where you could upload a picture of yourself and then kind of put the glasses on to get an idea of what it would look like.     A good friend of mine bought glasses from 39 Dollar a few years ago. I also bought some then and this year, I came back. However, the first time I bought from them, it took me a little while to figure out how to be sure I gave the proper prescription. It turned out that when I got to the doctor's office, the prescription had words like sphere, cylinder, axis and add. But then, 39 Dollar's form uses some other names. Still, with 39 Dollar Glasses, I like the frames I could get. The glasses I ordered came within a week and they've been very good.

    One time, I sent customer service personnel at 39 Dollar a note saying that the glasses I got are really fabulous because I picked a style of lens called the aviator. They're iconic and the nice part about them is that they're very wide vertically. So, when I'm looking down to read something, I get a lot of extra glass there to look through.     I’ve been using 39 Dollar Glasses for years. I’ve used quite a few other eyewear companies and had bad experiences. This company has made good when we had broken parts and their glasses usually have held up better than some of the other ones. I have sometimes noticed, however, that adding all the features I’d like to have makes the glasses too expensive, but I doubt that is completely under their control. A lot of the special lenses, like those with different anti-glare coatings, the professive or bifocals, are pretty pricey. Nevertheless, they are still the better deal. We like them.     39 Dollar Glasses seemed very reasonable and when I gave it a shot, I was floored at how quick their fulfillment process was. I placed my first order on a Tuesday and the glasses arrived that Saturday. They are in upper state New York and I'm in California, and yet I had the glasses delivered that quickly. They are knocking off the styles very quickly. They have a bigger frame that’s more square and almost Run DMC style. It is not exactly like that but the style is going there and they’ve got it. They also did a social media marketing and I saw it on my Facebook feed. That was one of the things that got me to order this last time.

    A part of their website used to show the progression of where your order is. It was really generic but as a consumer, you wouldn’t even care. It shows when your order is moving and you’re like, “Whoa! Look everyone.” They had that little time frame before but this time, they didn’t. So I had to call customer service and the representative said that they were changing up the website. She checked and said it was in processing and ready to get shipped.     I’ve been ordering from 39 Dollar Glasses for several years now. A co-worker told me about them and at that point in time, I presumed they were the only people offering glasses online. Then, for my most recent order, I looked at another provider but I found their pricing to be disingenuous. They would say that the glasses were worth this astronomical amount and your discount was the fact you were getting it for this price. Also, last year I looked at Warby Parker and since I live in San Francisco, I could go into the store. But again, I found that too overwhelming for me and there were too many pairs to try on. So, I still went with 39 Dollar Glasses. Their process was easy and seamless. Plus, they were efficient and my insurance covered them.

    I purchased transitional eyeglasses from them as well as sunglasses. My lenses are progressive and so far, the most challenging thing in ordering products from 39 Dollar Glasses is fitting them to my face after they arrive. In the past, I’ve had my optometrist or technicians in their office do that and make sure they are adjusted correctly. But there’s no information about that on their website. Neither would they follow up or tell you what to do after you get the glasses. So, they haven’t told me how to use my progressive lenses.

    But measuring the pupillary distance is something that they tell you how to do. It is so important with progressive lenses and since I’ve had difficulty with pairs in the past that were probably off, this time I had my optometrist measure that for me. And it’s funny because now that the online market is so robust, my optometrist wanted to charge me an additional fee to measure that distance. But they still ended up doing it for free. Other than that, the glasses I received from 39 Dollar Glasses have all been good quality and they’ve lasted me into the next pair and beyond. So, I have five old pairs here in my house right now.

    I have also called their customer service to check on an order and I recall feeling very comfortable and confident in the information they gave me. Their website has been good, too, though you cannot view what stage your order is in. For example, I ordered mine on October 6th, which was a Saturday, and when I checked on Monday to see if my order had started processing, their website just said “Pending, pending, pending." Then the next thing I know, I got a notice that my order was being shipped to arrive today, but it actually arrived this weekend. So, I thought I was going to be able to go back and see it say, “Your glasses are in the process of having the lenses made,” or “Your glasses are in the process of being assembled,” or “Your glasses are being shipped.” Just something in transition, so I'd know.

    I was tired of paying the $700 for glasses at a doctor’s office. It wasn’t making sense anymore. Also, I had to start paying for glasses on my own as I moved out of my parent’s house and I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay that much for a pair of prescription glasses that you need. 39DollarGlasses.com was a great solution for me. I really liked their website and it was easy to use. I liked that I could print out kind of life-size pictures of the glasses, try them out, and get a good feel for what they look like and how big they actually are. One of the hardest things to understand from an online retailer is what the glasses actually look like in real life, so being able to print out a physical replica definitely helps.

    I've been ordering from their website for two or three years. They have a variety of frames and styles, which is nice. Also, they’ve come up with some new ones recently and they stay up-to-date with that, which is good. They also offer a lot of selections for different types of lenses, which is nice as well, though that can be more expensive. But they have the 30-day return policy. So, if you don’t like your glasses or if they don’t fit well, it's easy to return it. And I like how they give the return label to their customers, so they don’t have to deal with the shipping and figuring out how to get that back. It's a very fluid process and their reps have been very friendly. Tiffany has been wonderful to work with. I ask for her every time I call in because I feel like it's easy to talk to her. All in all, it's a worthwhile experience. If I have issues, they really work hard to resolve those for me.

    I recently broke a pair, and 39DollarGlasses sent me a new frame. The lenses I had didn’t fit the new frame, so I called them. They said, “Yeah. We've been having a slight problem with that, so send us your lenses, and we'll put them in a frame.” So I sent them my lenses. And in the meantime, something happened there, and they had to give me a new pair of glasses. It all worked out in the end. They just took a little longer than expected.     Between my husband, myself and daughter we’ve ordered at least 7 pairs of glasses over the past few years. Some simple, some more complex involving special lenses or unusual needs. The very first order I made I was hesitant because the price was SO MUCH better than anywhere else, I thought there had to be a catch. But, no catch. The quality is of products, the wide selection, and the customer service is superb. Because this a hands-on operation, humans are, well, human. There have been a total of two relatively minor problems with glasses ordered in all this time, one because of an error on our part, the other because of a slip by quality control at 39dollarglasses. On both occasions, customer service was super quick and easy to connect with, followed by prompt resolution and email confirmation.

    Seriously, they go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and satisfied with their products and service. The customer relations reps clearly have been given the authority to make things right and they seem absolutely sincere and pay attention to what the customer is asking about. I highly recommend 39dollarglasses and hope others will too. Not pure altruism on my part — I want them to stay in business so I can keep getting deals in good glasses for years to come!

    Just got my glasses and I am thrilled. Not only did they cost $163 instead of $550, but they arrived quickly and "work" better than any I ever have had. I think it may be due to PD specs being more accurate. So long Kaiser Optical, I'm devoted to 39DollarGlasses from now on.

    I purchased 2 pairs of glasses, one pair fit and corrected my vision perfectly, the second pair had the wrong prescription on one lens. I returned them for repair and they sent them back to me, and still that lens was wrong. They charged me $19.99 for the third try, so I really expected they would be done right. Unfortunately, after sending them in for the third try I never received my glasses back at all.

    I didn't have a lot of confidence in the physician I was seeing before. She hadn't really been able to correct my vision. So I thought of getting temporary glasses, some inexpensive ones to get me by, and then I would buy more expensive ones later. But I never ever bought any other expensive ones. I stuck with 39 Dollar Glasses. It was some friends who directed me away from one of their competitors in the beginning. They said 39 Dollar Glasses has better prices and really good choices. They said I might wanna go there instead so I could afford more pairs than before.

    I like to have choices but I have found that my prescription is a very complicated one. With 39 Dollar Glasses, my prescription didn't always work with the different lens shapes or sizes that I had chosen in the past. But I've had very good luck with the frame name Clark. That was what I got on my first order, along with a Trento. I had trouble with my prescription with Trento, which may be because it had a lower profile on the lens area. But 39 Dollar Glasses was very accommodating. They let me send the Trento back and they replaced it with another pair of Clark in a slightly different color. So that all went really well.

    This year, I am with a new doctor and I was very excited because I no longer need readers. He's been able to figure it all out. I ordered Retro 108 and Oxygen, and I loved the look of the Oxygen but my prescription didn't marry with it well. It was probably because there's a narrower glass area. There was such a noticeable difference between that and the other pair of glasses that I had gotten. With the Retro 108, I can sit at my computer, read the computer screen and look out the window. It's like a miracle.

    I recently sent the Oxygen back and 39 Dollar Glasses is replacing them with Retro Eyewear 108. That's an upgrade in the frame and I was prepared to pay the additional $10 that I thought I owed but when I called to pay, they told me I didn't owe anything. So I'm waiting for them to figure out what was wrong there. I also called them to let them know that even though my contact lens prescription changed recently, the glasses prescription had stayed the same and to put the Retro Eyewear exchange through.

    I've always been a tough fit for glasses, even for the people selling prescriptions for my doctor's office. So I can allay the fears of someone who thinks that their vision is too bad and that they can't go with 39 Dollar Glasses because they need the higher standard. It's just a matter of finding the right lens shape and size for your prescription. I've been very happy with the glasses I've gotten from 39 Dollar Glasses. Everything's working out not only well, but beyond expectations. And I have recommended them multiple times since my good experience last year.

    39 Dollar Glasses offered the amber-colored lenses that I wanted for our fishing trip. I like that color as I can see better with it. There were also a lot of glasses to choose from on their site and it was fun going through them. The ordering process was really simple and good. They have the widths and the heights of the glasses, and that was good enough for me. I just had to call my eye doctor on one thing because there was something on their website that I didn’t quite understand. She told me what it was and that made sense, so it was pretty simple after that.

    Then when I got to the end and got ready to pay for them, I was tickled to death when I found out that I could get another pair for 50% off. So I went back in and got more. The delivery was really quick too. I can see a lot better with my 39 Dollar glasses and I was really impressed. I have already told a couple of my friends and family members about 39 Dollar Glasses and I'm gonna order some more from them.

    39 Dollar Glasses are cheap but have good quality. I order the same pair of glasses from them every five years for my dad and he likes them. The lenses and the frame are its best features. The ordering process is quick and they do it in a timely manner. However, it takes about 7 to 10 business days to get the glasses. It would be better if it's fast. Still, it's been pretty good with 39 Dollar Glasses.

    We've been using 39 Dollar Glasses for a long time and and I tell people to buy their glasses too. They're cheap and they're good. My friends also use 39 Dollar Glasses. Sometimes you can get coupons and we tell each other when you can get coupons. The other thing about 39 Dollar Glasses that's good is that the glasses are like throwaways. They are $39 or less. If you need to buy a new glasses, you can. If they break, you just get another pair. In comparison, Zenni is even cheaper than 39 Dollar Glasses but I bought glasses from them one time and they weren't very good quality.

    We always purchase regular glasses from 39 Dollar Glasses and the ordering process seems okay. You pick out the glasses then the glasses come and they're okay. But I think the company was sold in the last couple of years, or they changed their software system. I was buying glasses one time and there were some issues. Their online service wasn't as good as it used to be. But they seem to have resolved that.

    Also recently, we had an order that was just shipped and I was using the tracking number to see when it would arrive. The tracking number told me the glasses were two towns over in Florida and that they were gonna be delivered the next day. But when I checked the tracking number again the next day, it told me the glasses were in Austin, Texas. There was some kind of mix-up with the shipping so the glasses arrived a couple of days later than the tracking number originally said it was gonna be. That may not have anything to do with 39 Dollar Glasses though. It might be a postal service issue. Nonetheless, I like 39 Dollar Glasses.

    39 Dollar Glasses is great. I went with them because of their cost and quality. I've been ordering from them for years, and the process has been easy. I had bought a pair last fall and they broke, and they replaced them with a similar pair. The lenses were fine and they sent me a frame. I usually get lenses pretty jacked up. They either have all or almost all of the options. I have bifocals so I get the Transitions and I get the photo stuff on the lens, as well as the anti-scratch. Sometimes I leave the computer glare thing off. The customer rep was cool, and they had been excellent every time I had to deal with them.

    I wish, however, that there were more options available. They stay sort of static over the years. It would be nice to have a little more variety. But, other than that, I'll buy my next pair of glasses from them again. They have been very convenient and affordable. It's easy because once I get my script, I can, if it has or has not changed, just jump on and order them. I appreciate the coupons and the nice deals every once in a while, too.
