39DollarGlasses were affordable and had a pretty good quality. I like the modern shape of them. I had to provide them with a prescription, and got the normal ones.
It's pretty easy to access them online. I've ordered a couple of pairs through that and paid through PayPal. I think it came in pretty fast.

I've been ordering from 39dollarglasses for years. I have four kids and my glasses get broken a lot, I tried them because they were cheap, and I liked them, so I kept ordering. The website is excellent and easy to use. I place an order one time, and I can just select it for the next time. They're great. They're just like the designer ones, MyEyeDr.

I've used 39DollarGlasses forever, and I'm very pleased with the quality of their glasses, they're very good. Their options are great. I actually had to return some glasses before, and the process was very good. But if I could stress one thing, it's that their customer service is the main reason I always return to them.

We’ve been ordering from 39dollarglasses.com for years and years, and we probably ordered at least 20 glasses from them. It’s pretty easy to order and to use the try-on tool. We make the order, put in our prescription, and they send us the glasses. They’re at a great cost and are just as good as the 400 ones we get at the store.

I placed an order 3 days ago, which they seem to have lost. Impossible to contact support by phone, email, or through their website. They said at first that I need to pay $19.95 more for prism lens, but gave no way to make the payment, and they do not reply to my emails. No one takes my phone call. Will not use them again. My order # **.

On 3 April I placed an order for eyeglasses. In the course of the order I worked with Cindy, who opened the order and with Tiffany F., who concluded the order. I have purchased glasses from 39Dollar a number of times in past years and both people helped me recover information from previous orders to better structure this current order. And both, particularly Tiffany, helped me find a new frame with a combination of features that I need. She was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous and remained with me to conclude the order after 5PM due to a momentary dropped call.
The 39Dollar products have been quite satisfactory, but the customer service of the sort that Tiffany F. provided is the main reason that I continue to purchase from 39Dollar. When I need eyeglasses I don't shop around. I just call 39Dollar -- because of the customer service. I realize that providing this sort of personal telephone service is expensive and every company wants to drive customers to purchase online,but the high quality of your personal customer service distinguishes 39Dollar.

The Glasses I ordered came quickly but the order was backwards, The one I requested Light tint Had DARK TINT. They were like welding goggles. I requested a return and had my Nurse package and mail them back. On my $88.37 order I was only refunded $24.00. They gave me a had time on the phone and a young person was very disrespectful to me. Calling me by my first name when I stated I did not like that. He blamed my nurse for sending them back the wrong glasses, even though he could not tell me where the Brad names were on their glasses? They messed up the order but it's my nurse's fault? Warning ** These are very bad people to do Business with!

I've been a customer for more than 10 years, and every pair has been great. Our puppy got hold of a pair I just bought (less than 2 weeks ago) and destroyed the frame. To my amazement, 39dollarglasses provides a courtesy frame replacement. My fault, and 39dollarglasses bails me out! Tiffany in the call center helped with this, with speed and good cheer (we laughed about the dog's appetite!). I teach marketing at Georgetown University and will use this story to illustrate that astonishing customer service is what creates customers for life. Take a bow, 39dollarglasses!

I called the 800 number to report that my frame broke about 6 months after purchase. The customer service rep (Tiffany F) was extremely helpful and professional in resolving the problem (mailing a new frame at no cost except for shipping), and even offered me tips on which frames may be more durable for my next purchase next year. She had a great attitude, was very patient and a real pleasure to speak with. I will definitely be ordering more glasses in the future from 39DollarGlasses.com! Thank you!!!

I received my distance and progressives (no line bifocals) and was extremely satisfied with the style and overall finish. Don't let the $39 fool you...I have ordered several pairs before and feel they compete with the name brand store models. Ordering is very easy, staff are very helpful and finished glasses arrive quickly. $39 is certainly a diamond in the rough.

Hang on to this one, Tiffany has mad skills dealing with us old people. :) Tiffany was so patient, kind and helpful when I called in a panic cuz my glasses were completely blurry. Tiffany F. is AWESOME! My Dr. changed my prescription last visit and I ordered new glasses based on that. They were somewhat blurry. I called your CS # and got Tiffany F. on the line. She was VERY knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. She fixed my issue while we were on the phone... Emailed my RMA and label, processed my exchange, and explained everything in easy-to-understand detail. Give her a raise and a promotion!! Tiffany F. is a fabulous customer service representative. I had to call several times because customer service is just so busy, but Tiffany was patient, pleasant and professional. Hold onto her, customers experience when interacting with representatives is a huge factor in repeat business. Next time I need glasses, I'll think of Tiffany and order from 39.

I don't need to say much. Stephanie dealt with all issues I had. I needed my sun glasses to be much darker. Later I needed to replace some glasses whose stem fell off. Another pair I wanted to change frames. She was excellent in her knowledge, solutions, and details! She was extremely nice in every interaction we had. I would highly recommend this company and particularly Stephanie! The other person I dealt with on one occasion, maybe David, was also very very nice & even called me after hours. My needs were met beyond my expectations.

I ordered the Bellamy glasses on 4/23/22 and received them early May. I only realized a couple weeks ago that they were defective beyond my ability to repair them and contacted 39dollarglasses.com as I had thought this could be fixed. The glasses were too large for my face, and slid down my nose. The biggest issue however was the glasses sitting crooked on my face. I attempted to fix this at home after watching many videos, and tried several times. I even sent them to a shop to be looked at. This took time to coordinate. But 39dollarglasses.com informed me that the glasses couldn’t be fixed and I could only exchange. I was refused a refund. I emailed and called. I explained that this is the second subpar product now that I have purchased from 39dollarglasses.com, I do not wish to have anymore, and I’m only interested in a refund so I can purchase a better pair somewhere else.
I expressed my frustration to the support staff on the phone, Tiffany, and left the call. I received an unprofessional email back guilt tripping me about how she didn’t have to help me out as much as she did.. I no longer wish to speak with or do business with 39dollarglasses.com. I am currently in disputes with this company for a refund.

Customer service is outstanding. I have been purchasing glasses online from 39Dollar for 12 years without any problems. This year after macular hole surgery followed by cataract surgery I had some issues with my new glasses. During the entire process to resolve my issues, 39$ customer service (Stephanie) was reachable by phone and email, and worked very proactively to resolved. In the end, I needed a revised prescription from my eye doctor. 39$ arranged for the return, remade the lenses, and monitored the shipment. For those who may be reluctant to purchase glasses online because of the perceived lack of support and interaction, my very positive experience should relieve some of those fears.

Twice I called for status to find out that first my glasses failed inspection; and 1 1/2 weeks later that the lenses that I ordered are no longer available. They never contacted me about problems and now for the second time another up charge of $60 on top of the last up charge of $50. These are no longer affordable prices. I could go anywhere and get better service.

Ordering is fine. Finding glasses, the style and understanding how glasses are different, can be a little confusing. But once I pick out the frame and found it, it has been easy. The frames are great for what I paid them for.
