Easy to navigate. I use this app for everything I need. Basketball concert Hockey tickets. I even buy parking tickets and gifts for everyone I love and care for. There is nothing you can't do with this app. Just open it and search up anything and everything.

Very easy to manipulate the site to find the event we were looking for. We will definitely continue to use Vivid Seats for tickets. We have purchased theater tickets and concert tickets and have never been disappointed in our Vivid Seats experience.

Transaction was fast and easy! Uploading the app and info was a breeze and listing was cheaper than anything I had researched. I received confirmation within minutes as well as my tickets after account setup.

I love Vivid, but it was annoying that my first 2 selections were listed but not actually available. I had to scramble to choose a listing. It would be nice if the listings were arranged by row so all listings at $60 dollars starting with row 1 moving up so it’s easier to choose.

You don’t make this easy…. I want to just be able to accept my tickets, transfer them if I want, and have a nice, easy PDF savable receipt. I have to hunt down allll of these things. Taking me way too long. I’ll remember not to use Vivid Seats again unless the price is significantly better

Great choices. Nothing against them. I just hate when prices go up for 1 ticket (that’s everywhere) and being unable to see which specific seats I’m picking. Can’t wait to start booking this year. Why not Vivid.

I attempted to login with my windstream.net email. Upon email validation, I didn't not receive the "magic email", initially. After speaking with support, my tickets were transferred to ticket master for download. Problem solved!

Received tickets much quicker than expected. Was told they were going to come within 2 days and got them within 2 hours. Process was seamless, wish they’d just show prices with all fees and taxes included

All is good. Think Pacers game for me. I like this app because you could find everything on, concerts, shows and games from all the sports. I recommend to everybody. You can buy and faster can have your tickets ready to be show.

I bought two tickets last night to a college basketball game and forwarded them to my son through his phone number and I got an email confirmation saying that they had been transferred to him, but somehow he never got them in his text messages like he was supposed to. So I’m not sure this was an issue on your end or his end, I’m really not sure but he never got the tickets.

I have twice tried to purchase tickets for comedy shows in Boston. Both times, the tickets sold out from the venue in under a minute. HOWEVER- they claim to be 'available' on Vivid Seats for triple or more the venue price. I am deeply saddened that this is the practice we accept and that people are supporting third-party resellers to bulk purchase blocks. The venue claims it has no knowledge of who/what purchases tickets once they go live, and I am certain neither the venue nor the artists benefit from these fraudulent sales practices. Seeing that I could/would spend $618 per ticket [if purchased through VIvid Seats] to see a show that would actually cost $70 per ticket makes my soul weep (and probably vomit a little, too).

Max was so helpful and patient! For some reason my order kept getting canceled. But he worked hard on it until we could get it all settled. I spent forever on chat support before them finally ghosting me. So much better than the chat support!

Quick and easy service, I am very thankful for how smooth the transfer of tickets was. It has certainly put my mind at ease ahead of my trip to Canada, knowing I have tickets for the events I want to see. Now really got the excitement to go and I can’t wait!

If I could make it a 0, I would. I purchased tickets for a concert over a year ago for 241 dollars and received no refund. I got to the gate and they never worked! I have been checking in consecutively and contacting constantly to no avail. I am looking to continue escalating this to the FTC and BBB. I have attached some of the many numerous calls, the tickets I had to repurchase, and etc. If I am not refunded I will continue to escalate this. I had to repurchase tickets at the gate! This is ridiculous and I will never recommend nor buy tickets from your company again.

The things this app offers is more than other ticketing apps. The game center is intuitive and can give great rewards and tickets are cheaper here than on other sites. The app overall is easy to use and understand and is mostly a seamless experience outside of the occasional lag that I've experienced with the map at times (mainly when I'm off of Wi-Fi). Overall, this is my go-to ticketing app and I doubt that'll change.

I will never use Vivid Seats again - this site is a scam. ABSOLUTE FRAUD!! They price-scalped us on tickets for a Broadway show - these tickets were TEN times the normal price. The tickets never came despite getting an email saying they were on the way. When we called to ask, they kept saying that we will get them soon. This was a lie. They sold us “ghost tickets” - aka they never existed. THREE customer service representatives lied to us. No one admitted the truth until 2 HOURS before the show. Then all of the showtimes were sold out, and we couldn’t even see the show. It was a complete disaster - the lack of professionalism and accountability was amazing. The only thing they helped us with is a refund… after spending 15 hours figuring out what happened. It ruined our day.

Easy, quick, and very efficient. Less expensive than any other second marketplace, will definitely be coming back here again if I need tickets for another event that is sold out. Tickets came super fast, within minutes.

Vivid Seats was an easy ticket site to use. I ordered my e tickets and got them immediately in my Vividseats app. Very pleased and will buy from them again. They were transparent in their pricing and showed total cost plus fees before purchasing.

Easy to find, buy and get tickets on resale! I was unable to get tickets in the original sale event, and as I kept looking, Vivid Seats allowed me to get tickets for one of my favorite rock bands, Rush!

I do not have access to my tickets. I think this is fraud. I have received no less than four emails. I received no advance notice as thus being a secondary sell of tickets. I have been given no info on access

Vivid is my go to for tickets to sporting events and concerts. I’ve bought tickets from other resale apps a couple of times, usually when the seat location I’d like is not offered on Vivid for some reason, but that is rare. Vivid consistently has lower prices and the app is seamless. Only once did an issue occur, but a call to headquarters rectified the problem during the course of the phone call.

Awesome job to a situation that felt like a dead end. The representative took action immediately and found me a solution. Looking forward to working with Vivid again in the near future. Love love ❤️ love.

I wish we could see where the seats are. I bought some because it was a fantastic deal, but not where I wanted them to be in the row. Wanted center...These seats are left side. Wouldn't of happened if wasn't buying seats blind.

I feel the Game Center is such a nice way to play when you’re bored and still feel accomplished. It brings together simple games that don’t demand too much time, yet they keep your mind engaged and entertained. I like how you can jump in for a few minutes, challenge yourself, and walk away feeling like you achieved something. Winning points, unlocking achievements, and seeing progress adds excitement without pressure.

Price of last minute tickets, will definitely use this site again. This is a very reliable site, Greet contact through email, promptly. I'll definitely use this ticket company in the future, will recommend to family and friends for sure
