Ticket download never worked. Even while on wifi, the download link would not go through. The stadium would only take ticket scans through the MLB Ballpark app, and thus I had difficulty getting past the gate.

Poor. I am not sure if I have my tickets or how to get into the ballpark. Too many hoops to jump through. I have received emails from multiple sources concerning these tickets, and this is a very confusing system. Also, I bought 10 tickets. Does this mean all 10 people have to be together to enter the ballpark?

The ticket purchase was easy. Clear indication of the seats and location in stadium. They were transparent about the face value of the tickets being purchased for the event (a FIFA world cup game in Toronto). Fast response after the purchase. Customer service was great on helping me with my issues right away. I was having problems with payments taken out my account and Vivid customer service was able to see my account and help me right away. No long wait. They help me get to the bottom of the issue.

Vivid Seats.com had the best rates! Out of all of the sites I visited Vivid was the best one for my booking needs! There wasn’t a long drawn out process to book & I love that for me! But I just didn’t like the follow up email after purchasing that requires a 150+ review to give my feedback because I can give my opinion in one or two sentences!

I went online and used Vivid's app to purchase tickets. I like that you can click on where you want to sit and they show you the view from that seat.
