I went online and purchased Justin Timberlake tickets for the Las Vegas show on 9/1/07. I purchased 4 tickets for VIP Bar on Stage tickets 1,2,3,4 on July 30.2007 . I paid a high premium for these tickets. I received my email confirming the purchase and would receive an email later with shipping information . The email I received stated that shipping would occur on expected 8-28-07 del on 8-30-07. I called stub hub and explained that we would be traveling and could the tickets be shipped earlier. I was told that someone would contact the seller and get back to me.

I waited two days and did not hear back, I called again and was told they had to leave a message for the seller and had not heard back from them. I waited two more days and called back, I was told the seller was waiting for his tickets and would send them to me as soon as he received. This was boguss information -- tickets where sold out and all VIP tickets where printed and mailed in July. I called back with this information and was told they would check with the seller and advise.

I waited one week and received an email telling me tickets where shipping Aug 14. I keep checking Fed ex with the tracking number and was told no package had been submitted for shipping. I called back to Stub Hub and was told they would contact the seller, but to be patience ( I followed up with emails for my record on these requests). On Aug 23 Fedex showed package begining sent delivery Aug 27. The package was delivered Aug 27 - In the package was for tickets VIP for seats 11,12,27,28 and a note telling us to disregard the numbers and get there early and only 30 of these BAR on Stage tickets where issued and they where one of a kind -- the seats didn't matter.

I trusted this and sent my daughter on what I thought would be a wonderful experience. on 9/1/07 my daughter calls me from the concert and tells me that their tickets and for general admittance by the stag. That the BAR on Stage tickets are coded correctly and provide you with a yellow band for your wrist. I had her go back and ask again as I was sure with the note we had the right tickets. She was forced to fight her way with general admittance tickets for the concert. I immediately on 9/1/07 emailed an complained about this , today after lots of email I was told because I did not contact them within three days of receiving the tickets I was not covered under the fan protection and they where sorry but nothing they could do.

I bought four tickets from stub hub to a Mets/Phillies game at Shea stadium for August 15. When I arrived at the stadium gate only two of my four tickets were admissible. Turns out Stub Hub sold two of my seats twice over. Once to me and another time to another party who arrived at the gate before I did.

The two members of my party that got into the game spoke to the two ticket buyers and they bought the tickets from Stub Hub by the same named agent. Stubhub claims they are investigating the matter and that they would email and telephone me about this. They have yet to do either. I feel as if I should have received a refund already for these tickets.

I paid $200 dollars for these seats.

I ordered tickets in section 213 for the October 6th Texas A&M Football game. StubHub confirmed the order and charged my card for the amount. I then got a shipping number. Several days went by and the order had not been shipped. I called - waited at least 30 minutes for someone to come on the line - and was told they needed to contact the seller. I never heard back - I finally called again - waited on hold again and was told the seller sold the tickets to someone else, but not to worry because we were protected under StubHub's guarantee of providing Comparable or better tickets.

Again, I waited and never heard anything. At this point, we had non-refundable flights booked for Texas. I was told if I came across comparable tickets to call them. I called twice about tickets that were comparable and was told that we couldn't get them. Finally, after hours spent on the phone with them and several false promises, I was offered tickets in the 100 section and told they were comparable. Tickets in the end zone in the 100 section ARE NOT comparable. So finally, I agreed to just take my money back. However, they did not fulfill their guarantee, their customer service people were rude and unresponsive and it was by far the worst retail experience I've had to date.

Several hours of my own time, being out twice the amount I spent as I then purchased a second set of tickets on my own and am now waiting for refund from StubHub and LOTS of aggravation.

This online Company promises to refund ticket price if not delivered by the time of the event. Ticket was not delivered in time for the event. They did not cordinate or recontact as to what could be done in order to obtain a ticket on time. I had to track down where the ticket was and go out of my way by 40 miles to pick up at a Fed Ex office. The company made contact two days later to say they would send a coupon for $40. The ticket price was $100 and it was not delivered on time. It, according to their web site should have been refunded!

I ordered ticket by phone on July 18,2007, for the Baltimore Orioles game on Friday, Aug. 10, 2007. When placing the order I was warned that I may be paying over market value for the tickets. I was then given a breakdown of the cost of the tickets, commission, and Shipping charges for Fedex 2 day delivery. I accepted the charges. I was told I would get an email confirming the order.

I received the first email confirmin the order at 4:27 pm. That email confirmed my order and said I would receive a second email confirming that the seller has shipped your tickets (usually within 24-48 hours). The second email arrived at 4:35pm. It said and I quote again since the tickets for this event have not yet been printed and distributed they will be shipped to you as soon as the seller receives them. The second email then gave a ship date by Fedex 2 day of August 5, 2007. The second email is fraud and a lie. The baseball game is sold out. The tickets have been printed and distributed for months.

Second it is impossible to ship Fedex on Aug. 5 because it is a Sunday. I was NEVER told when I placed the order or in the first email that there may be a delay in shipping of almost 3 weeks. I ordered the tickets 3 weeks in advance so I would have plenty of time to receive them. Stubhub does not disclose important information to phone customers.

I called and complained and was told I was guaranteed delivery by game day. But thats not why I ordered 3 weekes in advance. I have to travel to get to the game. If I don't get the tickets, I am out hotel charges as well as ticket costs. Had I been told the tickets may not be shipped for weeks I would not have ordered them. Now I don't have tickets and can't get other ones because them won't cancel the sale. Patrick S., a supervisor, agreed the phone operators don't tell customers that the seller may not have the tickets in hand and that when you pay for Fedex 2 day shipping it is for the sellers benefit to ship it to you at the last minute not for you, the purchasers, convenience.

I am stuck. NO one at Stubhub will return calls as they said they would. All they will say is I SHOULD have known, and I SHOULD get the tickets by game day.

12.16.04 I decided to buy celtics for my stepson and his wife, I am not a fan and don't know what the tickets go for I typed in celtics tickets and clicked on STUBHUB, I purchased 2 tickets for 45.oo each, paid 9.00 fee and 995 fedex, for the 1.28.05 game (his birthday) I rec'd the tickets today, they are ten dollar tickets, Granted I did not read the disclaimer in my holiday rush, but isn't this basically scalping?? They refuse to take the tickets, back, and I have spent 108.00 and and humiliated to give ten dollar tickets as a special gift..

I am shocked that this is legal!! if it is, all the consumer protection agencies out there are not doing enough. Iif I went into boston and tried to sell those 10.00 tickets for 45.00 I would be arrested for scalping!!
