I'm looking for a full time job, and Indeed sends part time jobs into the mix. I also think some of the job postings on it are a scam. I got contacted by one that set up an interview with me giving me an address to go to for the interview, and guess what, there was no such address. All of it was a total con!

I would not recommend to anyone!! Beware of cost and watch your credit card. Our office was charged over 2000.00 in one month. We put a budget on like we were told so this is absolutely ridiculous. I tried to contact indeed and the representative could care less and could not answer my questions. No response to emails either.

Hello, My company decided to use Indeed as they have done so many times before for free. However, the company decided to pay for posting this time around. Indeed, charged the company $354.00 for four days. They were very excited to use the pay feature in hopes of getting extreme hits. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and we were left very disappointed. We decided to call to get some answers to our concerns. We were told that we received 9000 views, 271 clicks, 44 started app, 39 applied, and out of all that we only actually had 22 candidates.

Hello... I honestly wouldn't even give Indeed a one star review! They are truly a joke. I have applied for sooooo many jobs, with only to get a response that they are moving forward with the next candidate. This company is a true scam! Folks, please don't waste your time!

EMPLOYERS BEWARE!! I was billed $164 for 3 days worth of job posting advertisements. I was told it was due to my budget & 79 clicks at $2.08 each? What??? Where was this info when I was posting? Customer service rep could care less - she has a schmeel she goes through over & over again to justify their untransparent billing. Super disappointed. Closed my account & removed my payment info.

If you were forced to resign from your previous place of employment due to events beyond your control e.g. medical, accident, injury, etc., this platform is a joke!! It forces the user to upload their resume, then from that the algorithm feeds openings that are based on your resume. I had sustained severe injuries as a result of a botched surgery to where I can no longer do physical tasks that my previous job(s) involved. Yet every listing Indeed sends me is physically demanding and requires the ability to do physical tasks I can no longer do.

This used to be a great place to view jobs. Now they make you log in and give your phone number so you can receive unsolicited calls from unqualified opportunities. Whoever thought this was a great business model was horribly wrong and missed the mark completely. I would venture a guess that business has dropped significantly in specialized professions. Good luck Indeed if this is your last ditch effort to capture revenue.

I had to post negative reviews on a handful of review sites, but posting here finally got someone from Indeed to take care of the matter on their end.

I just got scammed by a job offer that used a recruiter from Indeed. All the sudden I got about 10 offers from jobs I never applied for. They got my last four digits saying it was to make sure I was able to work in the USA.

I've received several text message verification codes attempting to verify my log in attempt. I was not trying to log in and believe that someone was trying to "hijack" my account. When attempting to reach out to Indeed I discovered that they have no customer service phone number, live chat or really any visible way to contact them to discuss this. What protocols are in place to prevent someone from using my name, telephone number, address and email address to create a fake account? How am I to protect myself from this?
