I was googling and looking for alternative ways to do StraighterLine's general education courses, and I found out my school had a partnership with them. And then I went to my school to confirm and make sure that this was true. Once I got in StraighterLine and start doing courses, it’s quicker. You eliminate all of the other fluff that you have to go through when you’re doing schoolwork. StraighterLine has quality courses, and to me, they have almost more quality than the school that I go to. And they’re really following the curriculum that you need to do in order to learn the courses. They also use quality books. If I needed help, I utilize the tutoring service that they have. I had to call to ask where I should click to get to it, but all the stuff was self-explanatory on the site. They have a good curriculum, and they’re using the right books. I have my subscription on hold, but I plan on going back there to finish three more courses.

With StraighterLine, I could go at my own pace and it was faster. I knew what I needed to take and a staff member helped me with transferring my credits. To succeed at StraighterLine, you have to read the material and study it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I wanted to graduate at a certain time, but I could only enroll in so many courses at one time because of my financial aid at Strayer University. I called my student adviser and asked her about credits that I could earn while taking college credits and they told me that they were partnered with StraighterLine. They sent me a list of courses that I still needed to take to complete my degree, and then they sent me the link for the StraighterLine equivalent. I had an even amount of numbers I could take at Strayer, but there was one course that didn’t fall in that amount, so I took it through StraighterLine. It was one way to earn college credit and I could work at my own pace instead of the amounts I needed, which was appealing.

My experience was pleasant and I was able to use StraighterLine to get me to my next academic stepping stone. The course was very easy to navigate and the material you are tested on is relevant. If I had to take another course to get into WGU it would be with StraighterLine.

Great courses. I learned a lot and it was definitely worth the time spent studying. Great way to earn college credit with less time spent as opposed to traditional schooling. I look forward to taking more classes in the future with Straighterline.

I was going to University of Phoenix and needed courses 'cause I was trying to graduate earlier. The University was referred to two different providers, Sophia and StraighterLine. StraighterLine wasn't as expensive as Sophia and I called them to get a better understanding of how everything worked. Their reps were helpful in explaining the process stuff to me. I then went online and purchased the classes I needed.

Though I wanted it to be great, the videos were helpful and I was hoping the credit transfer for ACE would work. According to Columbia College, there seems to be a glitch with me--As I asked why it didn't transfer, the best they could give me was if anybody had gotten credit for this specific class before they would give me credit, otherwise--NO!

Intro to Religion. I liked the convenience of this class and its price as well. The subject matter was not my favorite. I would have rathered it be an intro to Christianity, I was surprised that this day in age people in the world believed in elephant nosed, 6 armed god yet people that believe in Jesus are ridiculed and hated. This course was interesting in the variety of faiths covered.

I enjoyed both courses. However, the final exams did not reflect the questions on the previous tests, which I used as study material. Also, please consider allowing students to use handwritten or typed notes for their final exam. I did poorly on both finals expecting to be able to use my notes.

The Proctor was excellent. The course was very interesting and informative. Overall, an excellent experience. Will definitely recommend to friends. I also very much appreciated the quiz system, post each chapter. It helped review each topic clearly before attempting the final exam. The Proctor was thorough, intelligent and helpful, I was extremely comfortable writing the exam.

The class quizzes and exams had typos so if you answered what was asked it was still wrong. They refused to correct it or issue a refund for the typo ridden test. The lesson material is worthless. I wouldn't recommend taking one of their classes. I can't imagine a real college taking these classes as credits.

My school right now gave me courses and told me to take some of it from StraighterLine. I've known StraighterLine a long time. They're really good. When I call them, they're really comprehensive. They give you the time and the answer. They take time to explain everything, and it's like they're willing to help me in anything that I need. There was a time the answer that I was supposed to send was the wrong answer. I called them and they told me there was no problem and that they were gonna try to fix that and let me take it back.

I was in undergrad at the time and I was planning on taking some summer classes so that I could finish my degree a year early. And that was when StraighterLine was recommended to be a cheaper way to take the same classes that I already needed to take. I was able to do the classes at my own pace. I would’ve had to take the other classes in about eight weeks each, but I was able to get the StraighterLine classes done in around a week. It’s a lot faster. I knew that I only had two classes that I needed to take in. So, I just transferred for those two and made sure that my university would accept them. I was able to complete most of the coursework without any issues on my own.

I had a great experience with StraighterLine. I'm very happy with them. I had to cancel for a period of time, but I will be starting again - when my life allows. I'm postponing for the time being but not forever.

It was an amazing experience. I loved the fact that I could go at my own pace and the quick response if I had a question. When life happened and I had to take two weeks off, Straighter Line checked on me every few days. It was encouraging to know that someone was trying to ensure I met my goal of completing the course in a timely fashion.

I needed some electives to take back to University of Maryland and I tried to take advantage of the online program from StraighterLine ’cause I could do it at my own pace. But they could do better with their proctoring. I had to take one exam and they said that I'd have to take a picture of the environment to make sure that nobody is cheating. They said that the picture I was trying to take wasn't right. I'm not very good with my phone. I told the proctor that I wouldn't mind moving my desktop computer so they could scan my environment. I also almost told him that I wouldn't take the exam anymore but I needed the degree, so I had to take it. It took almost an hour before I could even take the exam after all the drama. There's got to be a better way to make it so that the person taking the exam is not anxious. Other than that, their material is very informative and with the last class that I'm doing, I've really learned a lot with it. I'll recommend them to a friend.

I applied for the university and after that some of my friends went to the StraighterLine to save their money. They studied online for the English classes. This is my first time to study online and it’s hard for me. StraighterLine has the course outlined for me. I study only the English class, so it means I have to write a lot. But the assignment on some of the topics are hard to write. It has Frankenstein but under international student. I heard of Frankenstein, but I never read it before. So I have to read and spend a lot of time. I also have to pay for the English for more than three months because I have to read all of them. Other than that, the quality is a bit better than in the classroom. You have to find an available time, but you can choose your time. Also, I just follow the instruction in the course and check when the instructions there were revised already and they'd show me what my mistake was in the assignment. I will recommend StraighterLine.

I have taken A+P in military, vocational school, and community college. Having expired the time limit it became necessary to take it again to begin a new profession. The text book was very disorganized. There are no quizzes, just exams. Too much information required for one exam. It really should have been broken down into smaller segments. I worked hard, but after the first two chapter exams I called it quits. It wasn't worth the effort to invest my energies only to get results that suggest mediocrity. I am sure the investment of my energies would produce better results if applied elsewhere.

I needed to take the summer class. With StraighterLine, I had to do everything at my own pace. It was nice. My experience was good. It only had two of my classes. That's all I needed. Overall, it's a great program. People can learn a lot from it and be able to manage their time by working on their schoolwork. There is no specific deadline for you to meet, which is good in most cases. That way, you can manage your time.

With StraighterLine, I like that the classes were where I could get through my degree faster than waiting and taking two classes with Strayer. I can go to StraighterLine and take classes, and be finished much quicker. At one point you run out of financial aid with Strayer, and then you have to pay for those courses out-of-pocket. If I would’ve taken all the elective classes, I would have been coming out-of-pocket more with the major classes. StraighterLine choose those courses, but I would be coming out-of-pocket. So at StraighterLine, it was faster. It was cheaper.

I’d worked with my guidance counselor to figure out which ones would be best to meet my criteria for getting my bachelor’s. StraighterLine was a cheaper and better option. I already have recommended StraighterLine to family and friends.

Tried the online Statistic course. I tried it for a long period of time - while working. For me, this particular course is set up in a way that was too difficult to maneuver and follow. You have to navigate to so many different places and I personally lost my train of thought in finding it. I feel like, at least for this course, I would benefit from a live class. I've taken a number of online courses during my college career and really like the format.

Straighterline is a fantastic alternative for those seeking affordable and fast college credit transfers. I purchased a subscription and General Calculus 1 and within a month had my transcript sent to my school. I would use it again in a heartbeat if I needed more credits.

I am studying accounting and needed to complete the STATS. I googled how to get a prerequisite for STATS online, and I came across an ad for StraighterLine. I liked that it was the cheapest and the most flexible option. It was self-paced, and also there was a promotion. I did everything online, and the material is great. There's a lot of material though. It's too much. Sometimes I feel like, "Would it be possible to cut some content?" It's a subscription fee, and my goal was to complete it under 30 days to not get charged again because it was a short class. I work full time, and 30 days was challenging. I did it, but it was challenging. Still, it was a great experience.

Thank you very much to ** for taking care of this issue. I appreciate the communication and time that went into finding a resolution. Considering such, my experience with Straighterline feels much more pleasant.

I have bought a few different course through this vendor. My first few experiences were easy enough, but the trouble started not soon after. You see, I enrolled in the college algebra and expected it to go smoothly. It was anything, but that. The tests for this course have several questions in which you have to manually input your answers. I was fine with that. That was until I noticed my answers were seemingly being deleted or removed. I spent countless hours studying for this exam for me to fail due to answers not being properly saved or "magically" disappearing into thin air.

The content is super old and out of date. The course I took didn't teach us how to solve any problems. Instead it explained why. Got on support to get help and they told me to look it up on YouTube. SMH.

I love the module and how convenient it was to study at any time. The only suggestion is to add simple explanation in regard to solving a problem. Due to this class, I was able to graduate with my Associate Degree :). I pass the class with a C.

I had to take 8 courses and I finished in 2 months. I started May 1st and I finished June 28! It was a very positive experience and I would recommend it for anyone who needs to take some courses to finish their degree. Thank you StraighterLine, I was able to finish my Elementary Education degree on time because of YOU!

This course was a fantastic way to quickly and effectively learn the material to satisfy a Calculus requirement for admission to WGU's computer science program. Professor ** did a great job of explaining the concepts and walking through difficult problems.

I am taking their Chemistry course and over the past (almost) 2 months I have spent 3-4 hours a day studying the material. I consider myself a good learner as I already have a Bachelors degree and graduated with a 4.0. I just took my second quiz (there are 6 total and then a final) and it was EXTREMELY hard. I felt totally prepared going into the quiz but there was simply no way to do 25 equations in the hour and 15 minutes you are given. I can’t stress how much I have studied, reading each chapter twice and doing all the practice problems in the book (most of them twice!). I got at 80% on the quiz, but I need an A in the class to keep a scholarship. At this point I’m wishing I had not chosen StraighterLine. I am so disappointed in what feels like so much wasted time (and money).

It just a waste of money and they will not refund. Boss Mike is a fool. My experience was very regretful. They refused to submit my transcript and will charge me extra days. They will not refund my money when their service person told me otherwise. The school I took the transcript don't accept this and it fully garbage.

I was pursuing my business degree and I had finished all my core classes but I needed six electives. I ran out of financial aid money so I needed somewhere to take my additional 17 credits and StraighterLine had the courses that I needed. I also found the ease of the program appealing. I even found, after a while, that I can take more than one class at a time. I also like the fact that they had every class that I paid for on the dashboard and the interface made it very easy for me to go back and forth between classes.

I liked the affordability and flexibility offered by StraighterLine. I went with them and their website was really straightforward and clean. Everything’s put in front of me, and nothing’s really super-confusing. I used their service as an online source to view classes at school where it was really expensive. My professor for my sociology was good. He got me to think a bit more on an intricate level to make sociology an interesting subject. He made me think critically, not problem-wise but in a more emotional and scientific way.

StraighterLine was brought to my attention from Polk State College, and the prices appealed to me. You can finish a class for a lot lower price than the other online classes. I had to take one math class in the fall and then I took one in the spring on campus. The class with StraighterLine helped when I went in the springtime.

I had one single hour to take to graduate college and I took an anatomy and physiology lab through StraighterLine. The lab kit you have to purchase in addition to taking the class is super expensive and eScience labs doesn't work with StraighterLine. So if the lab kit happened to not include something that StraighterLine needed you to have, you were screwed. Also, I submitted my lab 1 which took probably 7 hours to complete, and instead of grading it, it was put on hold several times and no adviser was able to tell me why.

I had one gen ed left, and they wouldn’t accept any of my crap. StraighterLine would be the quickest, easiest way to do it, and it was. Bio 101 sucked to do in three days, but I ended up getting a 79 and I just needed to pass.

I skipped a course at my college, and in order to fulfill it in time for graduation, I had to do it through StraighterLine. I used the customer service chat window for the changing over to the American Credit Council, and they were really helpful. I took the Philosophy class and I enjoyed the simplicity of it. It was pretty easy to figure out. Of course, having an online class means you do it at your own time, which is pretty useful.

Going through StraighterLine was cheaper than going through an actual community college. I went with them and I liked how I could further my education in my own time. It's an easy way to finish my degree. I've told others that if they don't have the time to go to a community college, or they don't have a lot of money, StraighterLine is a good place to go.

Straighterline was extremely helpful and beneficial. Instead of having to drive 40 miles to school one way to take a college algebra course, I was able to do it online and get credit for it with my school. It not only saved me money, but time as well. I cant wait to find another course to take with StraighterLine.

I wanted to get a degree to be a registered nurse. A friend of mine told me about Straighterline and I enrolled since I can do it from home. I have five classes left for the whole prerequisite. I’m halfway done. The price is very reasonable, and the courses are very easy to understand. I can call anybody anytime, and I can chat online if I have any problems, so that really helped me.

I took statistics and religion with Straighterline, and I enjoyed it. My statistics class was very hard. I tried, and wasn't able to pass it. But the rest of them were great. It was so much easier to just test out. You just have to be organized and prepared. The professors were very helpful. Any time you had a question or anything, they were good.

There’s now a lot of demands going through university, and going through StraighterLine is less intense and it works better with my schedule because I’m trying to help my parents run the business and raise a family. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I'd either go to a junior college to take my math class to get into a university or they said I could do StraighterLine. So, I did StraighterLine and I enjoyed it. Going there allows you to be on your own time. I work in the summertime, so it's nice that once I get off work, I could just sit on my computer and get homework done. I knew exactly what I needed to take, then I needed to take an extra couple of credits last time. I didn't get as good a grade on the ending test as I wanted, but that's just lack of studying.

My academic counselor at Phoenix told me what classes I needed to take at StraighterLine and I already knew what I was picking. The courses were cheaper and I could do it on my own. I liked that it’s at my own pace. If I had a question, somebody was always there to answer. If you're trying to save cost, it's the perfect school and there is no one there to rush you. You don't have to feel like you're under pressure to get the course done. I'm currently taking a class now and I have two more to take.

I work a lot in construction. The University of Phoenix is set up like a true classroom which didn't really work for me since I needed something with more flexible dates. They promoted the idea of doing StraighterLine and they walked me through what classes I would need to satisfy my degree. StraighterLine was a teach myself type of thing. Eventually, I got tired of seeing $100 coming out of my account every month, so that was pretty good motivation to finish schooling there. Also, my transcripts were supposed to have been sent to the University of Phoenix but they still have not gotten them. Still, I liked going at my own pace with StraighterLine.

StraighterLine is affordable and I really like the outline of the website. It's very easy to maneuver. The classes I took were online and I had to make sure I created my own schedule and made sure I follow that schedule.

I wanted to go to law school and I found out that I needed to get a Bachelor's degree to make that happen. So I've been doing community college classes and my enrollment advisor at Dove University told me about StraighterLine. Being able to do the classes as fast as I was able to appealed to me and I liked the fact that it was really cost-effective. StraighterLine was great and it was easy to work through the different classes. The material challenged me but I was able to plug through and get a bunch of classes knocked out really quickly. Working hard and focusing for short periods of time are key to being successful there. All in all, I'm very satisfied with StraighterLine.

StraighterLine is doing a really good job. I just wish they were around about 20 years ago. I took English 101 and the staff and the tutors were accessible. I got good feedback every time I had a question and I liked the fact that it was convenient. It was online and it was also reasonable. There was a hold placed on my last assignment so I talked to customer service because I needed the hold released so I could have my transcript sent over to Western Governors University. And they were able to do that pretty simply.

Any positive reviews here, I'm assuming are written by StraighterLine. I have done 99% of my college experience on campus at a reputable school, and decided to take my final course online. This was a huge mistake. Their elementary Spanish course requests you to submit 3 essays, in which if you use a Spanish dictionary you are flagged as cheating, and if you use simple Spanish words you are graded poorly because you don't sound fluent enough (for a an elementary course). There are different graders for every single submission. Once after inputting the draft graders feedback, I received a lower grade because the next grader had a different opinion than the draft grader. Customer Service keeps no notes of past conversations. They send you auto emails, without ever looking at past conversations.

My college mentioned StraighterLine to me when I asked them about websites to seek the remaining credits I had. The service that StraighterLine offered was affordable, easily accessed, and it had direct transfer guaranteed to my college. They had 60 courses that were guaranteed to transfer and I was simply looking for a 100-level class. I was missing one credit and I found a nutrition class that had three credits. It seemed to be a fairly interesting course so that was what I did. Their system was all automated and I was immediately given access after I paid. Then upon completion, I just had to click a button to transfer my credit.

The admission's team at StraighterLine was very helpful and their website provided information that I needed. Also, whenever I have a question, I can call and talk to them and they're very helpful. It was very easy to complete the course. StraighterLine has all the materials that you need to prepare for exam and it provides everything. All they need is your time and passing to complete the course.

If you have time, StraighterLine is the best route to go. You'll be able to do it at your own time and pace. But if you cannot manage your time, you would just be wasting money. You would think you have time to do it and you would be procrastinating because the program is not structured. So if you're considering going through with StraighterLine, find the time.

I was referred to StraighterLine by Western Governors University to obtain certification that would then transfer as college credits. I enrolled in a course under the assumption that everything I needed was in the monthly subscription and course fee. I get partway into the course and see the notification that I will need software for the remainder of the course. I looked online and found that the software I needed is no longer being supported by Microsoft and reaching its end of service date. I did find a link for the software for free, but I wanted to make sure that this is what was needed for the course. I reached out to StraighterLine and was given a similar link to download the software for free.

I enrolled in StraighterLine to assist with raising my GPA to be able to enroll with another university. I had never attended college and had not attended school for nearly 18 years so I was very nervous, needless to say. The course was very challenging in the beginning but I was given all of the tools I needed to succeed. I quickly got back into the swing of things and if I had any questions my Professor and tutors were readily available. I completed my course within a little more than a month and my earned credit was quickly transferred to the college I applied to. Everything was a breeze and I definitely recommend StraighterLine!

The best decision I’ve ever made! It was so convenient and easy. Please don’t be discouraged sign up take the class on your time and before you know it it’s over. I procrastinated for a whole year for a class I completed in 1 week.

My husband was laid off 3 days after signing up for courses and StraighterLine refused to give me my money back. I am aware it’s against policy, but it was crucial for my family to get my money back during such a scary and unsure time and they refused. I expected a little understanding and grace but they would not budge. Luckily I’ll be able to go back to school soon, but I absolutely will not be going through StraighterLine nor will I be recommending them.

I run into StraighterLine online. I've realized that I would never pass Algebra and Chemistry. I don't have the basics down enough and I'm gonna have to go somewhere else to take those classes. When I saw the cost of some of the classes that I had to take, they were a lot less expensive at StraighterLine than the ones I was taking at CSU. It made sense. So far, I've passed the classes and the professors there are very good.

I was unable to finish my undergrad last year due to financial constraints. I ended up later, while working a full-time job, flying back and forth to finish it. It was cheaper doing that commute than attending another school for two years. At that time, I still needed to do Spanish courses so I ended up needing to do it online and I did that with StraighterLine. I tried to do it asynchronously. I was working in theatre and that is not a flexible industry to be working for schedule-wise.

I was with Walden University and I needed to take some Humanity classes. Walden told me StraighterLine is cheap and affordable that was why I chose them and realized that they were flexible. Based on my needs, I could work with them and achieve what I needed to achieve. Everybody I talked to was very helpful and resourceful as well. They responded to my questions on time and they were always available to answer my questions which was beneficial to me and my course. Also, there was this course that I didn't have the required score to validate and when I was about to re-register the course, StraighterLine gave me a discount which was really helpful. I think that's something interesting, which we don't find with other schools or colleges. It was an awesome experience overall.

Enrolling with StraighterLine was fairly easy. They didn't ask too much. I was a student athlete and they told me about a program where you can take up courses while doing athletics to boost your GPA. When I needed to refund a class, I had tech support with a staff member. It took them a while to get back to me at first, which was frustrating. But I emailed them again and within a day they refunded and put the credit on my account, which let me enroll in another course that I could take.

I wanted to do my education at my own pace without having to be rushed or having assignment due dates on top of regular life. The admission team at StraighterLine helped match me with a specific area of study and guided me through the whole way. It was worth it.

I’m 31 years old and going to college for the first time. I decided on WGU but needed some experience to be accepted. My enrollment counselor suggested I take two basic courses through StraighterLine. I ended up take 21 classes, the max WGU would accept in as a transfer. It took me 7 months to complete the courses and everything transferred. My experience was great and they took care of the few small issues I had along the way.

My son was in a situation where he needed hours so that he could graduate on time. I heard about StraighterLine from one of my kids’ academic advisers, and I liked the self pace and the price. After my son finished, my daughter joined as well. It kept them focused, and they both completed their course in under two and a half weeks. He was in College Algebra and she did A&2. She just enrolled in another course because she loved it so much. She's excited about the decision and had she seen it sooner, she could already be in her nursing school. She never found out how the lab grade works though. Other than that, any time they send an e-mail, it was responded to right away.

This was a great experience if you are willing to work hard you can get through classes very quickly. I needed prerequisites to go from a business degree to an education degree. History classes take US History 1, US Constitution and Western Civilization. These classes were nicely put together with 4 tests and a final. I really like that you can take the first test as many times as you want. This allows you to see the types of questions that will be asked moving forward. Health/Nutrition was put into 17 tests. All of the test were only 10 questions long but made sure you had the information down from the chapter they were representing. I saved a lot of time with these classes being online and also quite a bit of money. I really value and love StraighterLine and the fact that these courses hooked directly to my university, which made getting transcripts over very fast and easy.

I used StraighterLine from Sept to Feb 2019 and I could not have asked for a better experience. I saved TONS of time and money which helped me currently move along faster than other students. I took six classes and passed five of them according to my school's guidelines. Though I took longer than I would if I would have taken them at my school, it was so much cheaper and easier to learn at home. I was told about this website/classes through a friend that recommended it and at first it did not sound legitimate. Little did I know I would learn a lot, in the privacy of my own home. I will forever be grateful for your guys and all your support (answering questions, giving advice, etc). Overall, I become a better writer, more proficient in med term, microbiology, and math. Online courses are cheaper, and I had a very easy experience with StraighterLine's admissions team. They were very helpful and they matched me with a specific area of study. Everybody was really nice the whole time. I like that at StraighterLine, you can work at your own pace. Study, read carefully, and then do your best.

My dad works with some nurses at the hospital and they used StraighterLine to start their degree. I was going for the police department and one of the requirements was that we need 60 credits. The online course was manageable for my work schedule, so StraighterLine really worked out. It was also affordable. It’s good that their program is self-paced. So being able to do that and sometimes doing it during work helped out. If I was called out to work while I was right in an exam, I could ask them and they could reset it. StraighterLine helped me further my education and got me to where I needed to be to get into my career.

A few friends took classes at StraighterLine and the way that they described it, they all said it was incredible. I took Stat and another class there and those kinds of classes are better online. Also, the price is incredible and you cannot beat that. I'm a college student and to be able to sit and do the online classes at your own pace is a huge thing. So, getting to use that has been great and I learned a lot better. To be successful, I had to make sure to keep myself accountable instead of having a professor say that you need to have something done on a certain day. I’m on my own for it and you have to be committed to doing something. I had a great experience with StraighterLine and I enjoyed it. I will be doing two more classes again with them soon.

When I went back about halfway through my Bachelor's program at Strayer University, StraighterLine was directly mentioned as a resource to earn some additional credits. Time and speed made me look into online courses. I'm a professional and my workload is pretty heavy. Courses online offer a good alternative to get some things done. I really liked the structure of the site itself. When I first took my first two courses, I did not do as well as I wanted to and tried to rush through them. But the more classes I took, the more I got used to the structure of the program as I started doing better.

I went to StraighterLine to advance in my schooling faster, and I knew exactly the specific area of study that I wanted. I spoke to one counselor who helped and made me believe to sign up for this. I really liked the video presentations. It wasn’t just notes. They had a video there, and I always prefer that. Even in school, I always rely on YouTube for any type of videos I can find online rather than just the book. It helps because I can rewind that video as many times as I need, rather than read over and over. It comes easier to me when I see someone explaining rather than reading. However, I had to use Firefox for StraighterLine because it wasn’t working very well with Safari, the main browser I use. Nevertheless, at StraighterLine, I could do my schooling whenever I had a chance rather than having to show up to class all the time.

I needed to graduate this year so I had to take courses at StraighterLine. Here I can do the courses at my own time, though learning to manage my time was key to being successful.

My guidance counselor recommended StraighterLine or that I do something else, like clubs. I looked at both of them and StraighterLine looked better so I picked that and studied over the stuff they have. I have recommended StraighterLine to all my friends as well.

The classes were great! I did not like the testing however for the finals! But the classes were excellent and very efficient!! I would definitely recommend taking courses from here. I plan on signing up to take more class soon.

I needed an online program that would help me get a certain credit that I needed to be eligible for baseball. I heard about StraighterLine from a counselor through the college and at StraighterLine, it was time-based. It was all you. They were depending on you to finish the work and I managed my time better to be a successful student there.

Through another student, I learned about StraighterLine. I was told that I could get my degree in a shorter time. It's very convenient compared to what I pay for a regular class as well. They have a lot of materials, so there’s a lot of information. Plus, there is no time limit with the lectures and I could do it at my own pace. My counselor told me which classes I could take and which one I didn't need to, so I chose from what she told me that I should take. I called customer service more than once because I have to figure the proctoring and they were very nice. They walked me through it. Just go through the material and try to memorize it as much as you can to be a successful student.

My adviser at Charter Oak State College gave me the information about StraighterLine. I had one class left that I couldn’t take at school and StraighterLine's credits transfer to Charter Oak. Also, the fact that I was able to work at my own pace appealed to me, so I went with them. When I spoke to their customer service for guidance, they gave me the information I needed. The resources were on point with the class that I was taking. Unfortunately, I had two surgeries and completing the class took longer than I anticipated, but I had a fine experience. I plan to take classes in the future and I would definitely use StraighterLine again.

I failed two classes and I had to finish them up because I’m in my last year. I wanted to do something that would be fast and I heard that StraighterLine was a fast road to get credits. In other places, I have to finish it in a month. It's a set time that they want me to finish. On the other hand, StraighterLine worked at my pace and I really appreciated that.

StraighterLine was the fastest and cheapest way possible to get what I needed to get done. Plus, it was flexible to my schedule. I could get the program done as quickly as I needed or take as long as I needed to take. There was no set time limit. Any time that I called and had a question or needed something straightened out, everybody was pretty helpful. It was pretty streamlined and easy process to get through. Everything was pretty clear cut and I didn’t have any trouble navigating through anything. Their curriculum was comparable to an actual university's. It was challenging and quality education. There was not any, “Oh, I will take this because it’s easier.”

I’m changing my career path and I’m going to get my master’s through Western Governors University, and StraighterLine was the easiest way to get the prerequisites that I needed. The pricing at StraighterLine was good, as well as the availability of classes. I also liked the fact that I could do my classes at my own speed. To be a successful student at StraighterLine, one must set a schedule and stick to it. My experience with them was great. I’ve taken some other online classes and StraighterLine was, by far, the easiest as far as scheduling tests and getting help if I had any questions.

I had gotten behind with some of my hours. I knew about StraighterLine from my academic adviser and it was convenient with them. It's mainly online. I needed to get some general education stuff off the list and I still need to do two more classes that I was gonna do with StraighterLine. However, I definitely forgot I had it and I was getting charged for it for a while. And then I was like, “Oh," and I went back on it. So, you just need to not forget about it to become a successful student. You also have to stay focused and keep doing it. Other than that, I've recommended StraighterLine to other people.

I had to complete courses that my university mandated through StraighterLine. I took courses on my pace. I just had to manage completing my task on deadlines and keep track. It was easy to finish the course. Their user interface was good. But one thing that I noticed is between the browsers I sometimes used to get different courses, authors and course prices. So there was a lot of confusion amongst us in my class. Some used to get the lower priced ones and some used to get the higher price. I have called the customer care of StraighterLine a couple of times and I used to get answers saying that they're planning to remove one of them but they have not been able to do. Some of them also suggested that I check in the other browsers. Someone has to really work on that.

My counselor suggested StraighterLine and told me exactly what classes to take. The experience I had with them was positive, good and I like it. Taking good notes is the key to being successful as a student. Every time that I need to get a credit in a quick manner or if I need to test out of a class, I would use StraighterLine. I have another class that I need to take before April and I was hoping that it would be some type of discount or coupon that I would get coming through email. It was a great experience and I will recommend it to anybody that’s looking to test out of a class.

StraighterLine offered a good module and it was quick. Also, the reviews were positive so I decided to go with them. I made a mistake on the option that I chose. They were prompt to respond and correct my issue. It was my fault and they gave me the credit which will send itself to the course that I wanna take. Overall, it was very self-paced. You do everything on your own but there were good lectures in the courses that were put up there. I didn't have any issues with them and the experience was straightforward and simple. You have to be very disciplined to be successful as a student at StraighterLine. Everything’s on you.

I was back in school and I asked my advisor if there were other ways that I could take additional classes that wouldn’t take as long to finish. Initially, I didn’t have anything that was drawing me to StraighterLine but I was told that it is a good service. When I asked if other students had used it, I was told, “Yes”. So, I investigated and signed up. Once I got there, I enjoyed the experience. I knew what I needed and I tracked down and made myself do an elaborate spreadsheet of what I needed to take. Then, I went on StraighterLine to see which classes they had that matched, what the classes I needed from Strayer were, and then I contacted Strayer to make sure that those classes would count as an equivalent so that my credit would transfer. Once I confirmed it, I enrolled those classes based on that.

I was already past the fall or summer session program for regular community college and I needed one more credit. StraighterLine was recommended to me by Western Governors University. I did the Biology or Anatomy and I liked how each section was detailed with extra resources that I could do to understand the concept. There were extra little short presentations on what to read. I also liked how it was not so much in one module and that it was broken down and if I had questions, I could always go back and look at whatever information it has. Moreover, I would either call or chat with the professors if I had any questions aside from what I did not understand.

I needed to take general physics for a requirement in my on-campus college, but I couldn’t for some reason, so my school adviser told me to go ahead and do StraighterLine. What appealed to me was that it was basically on my own terms -- I set up everything I needed to do, I didn’t really have a time limit, and I did everything on my own pace. That was what really made me love it. I already knew what I needed to take, but I always had someone calling me or emailing me if I needed any help, which is really reassuring and helpful. It's a great system. There's always help, like online chatting or calling, 24/7. At one time I needed to get something graded in the last minute, and they, after hours, helped me. It's just an amazing environment overall. Go ahead and sign up. You won't regret it.

I wanted to go back to school and I heard about StraighterLine through the school I was going to. StraighterLine is convenient and it is online, so decided to go with them. They were general education courses, and the key to being a successful student there is self-discipline.

I got interested in StraighterLine given the cost and being able to work at my own pace. The program was all online and it was easy to follow. It was a positive experience. People just need to make sure that the courses that they sign up for are geared towards their learning style since there is independent learning involved.

I'm taking the classes at the University of Phoenix and I needed to take a few prerequisites, so I thought I would take it through StraighterLine. I'm pretty good with navigating my time to get through the classes, but the way the classes are made out is hard because you don't have a book in front of you. The University of Phoenix doesn't either, but the way they navigate their course is very easy because you can refer to a book online. Also, I really didn't like the courses because it seemed like it wasn't pertaining to the program when you take the tests. So, it was very difficult to follow. The only reason I did good in the one class is because I'm a nurse and I know from my past knowledge. But then I tried to take a course had to do with health care and it was just that. I've been a nurse for 30 years and it was difficult for me. It wasn't a good experience for me.

It is self-paced at StraighterLine, so I could get the classes done sooner or later. That definitely helped me out a lot and shaved a lot of time off my degree, and that’s an awesome thing to have. I used whatever the school offered that I could do off of the degree that I'm going for. To succeed there, you gotta read the information and then take the test. But there was always an issue when the staff helped me with booking my exams. A couple of times, they booked me on the wrong time. It was annoying that I was scheduled one time incorrectly to the point where I couldn’t even take the exam until the following day. Other than that, I had a decent experience with StraighterLine and I have recommended them to a classmate.

My academic advisor told me about StraighterLine, and it was a lot cheaper going with them than taking it through the school. I just needed a few Spanish credits to graduate, and StraighterLine was accessible. I was able to work on it whenever I wanted to. The learning experience went well enough, and the Rosetta Stone helped a lot. It was a great experience. It saved me a lot of money so I couldn’t be anything but appreciative.

StraighterLine's price was reasonable and the courses are according to my pace. Furthermore, I didn’t have to purchase any book because they have an online version and they put out a study material. They make their course so I can do it. Their program is really at a pace that you can manage. They also have ongoing promotions where I can get discounts on fees and I find that really good. I didn’t pass at the first time and then I noticed they had a promotion that I don’t have pay. I only pay half price for my next class, and I took advantage of that. Another thing that they do, I failed my finals by one point and they gave me a chance to redo one of my tests that I had the lowest score on. They really work with people because they wanna see you finish with at least a C so you don’t have to do that class again.

I like the way StraighterLine program was structured and I had heard about them through my school. I tried it and understanding and navigating the courses were easy. How they're all structured are a little bit different though and now that I've taken five courses, I've gotten the feel for it. Doing well in the quizzes is the key to success at StraighterLine. One should take all the time that they can to get the best grades on those because the final is a little bit more difficult.

It's very affordable but not appealing. Nothing motivates me to want to finish the classes. I love the coupon offers that you send in my email. Also when I call to ask a quick question they want my email address so that they may send me a survey afterwards, I never agree to that. But I know it's more to help you guys in the customer service area.

I went through StraighterLine and it was very helpful. I was driven to it since I could do the courses at my own pace and that's convenient. The actual course was very clear, simple and direct to the point. Plus, it wasn’t too hard.

I was at Cleveland Chiropractic College and I needed to finish up Gen Eds. I was doing most of those through their undergraduate program. It’s for eight weeks so I can get through things a little faster, but I wanted to make it faster than that. I was talking to some of the students that had already started the program about other options. Their credit hours there is like $600 a credit hour. I didn’t wanna go over what my cash flow would allow. I took the minimum each trimester, about 14 credit hours at Cleveland. And then one of the other students recommended StraighterLine as a good choice for out of pocket.

The college I was going to recommended Straighterline. Everything was online and I enjoyed the class. Essentially, it was just a pass or fail, but I wasn't aware of that at that time. It doesn’t reflect on your GPA. It just comes out as a 3.0 because I made a 99 in the class, but that just means I passed.

I'm upgrading from the LDN to RN and we have a partnership with StraighterLine in WGU. I always studied when I got off of work, and StraighterLine provides everything that you possibly could need online, so it's very easy. I love it. I'm not finished yet and I just stopped at the moment, but I'll be going back in March.

One of my university's directors said that StraighterLine was one way to get one class out of the way without paying as much. I took one history class and the content was straightforward. I'd just read and then take the test. It was a really good course. All the chapters of the reading lessons were great. It wasn't extremely detailed but it wasn't very broad. I haven't taken US History in a while so I learned a lot and I felt like it was just enough. In fact, I wanted to find the chapters and read them again because I found them very useful. I liked that I could get it done at my own pace and that I could make my own deadline so I enjoyed that kind of flexibility, especially because I'm working. I could also make it as expensive or as least expensive as I would want to with the number of months I'd take to get it out of the way.

In StraighterLine, some of the courses were more organized than other courses. The one English course that I took had a lot of assignments and a lot of the assignments were not as easy to find. Most of the courses are developed more like we have reading, videos, test, paper, rulebooks. The one class that I took, I was reading a novel and I was doing a paper on that novel. And then I was also learning how to use the writing manual. But the writing manual was an online writing manual. It was a little bit more difficult to find the information when I get ready to take the quiz. There was just a lot of prompts and a lot of avenues that I was taking instead of just the video and a textbook. There’s no textbook if I was were searching for information in order to be prepared so I wasn't that really knowing whether or not I was prepared.

I was looking up some college credit courses and found out about StraighterLine. It was more understandable than the online prerequisite course I was taking and it was easy to navigate and to find what to study. However, they should have more practice exams. To be successful in the program, students must study, be prepared for the exam and be confident. They also really have to do well on the test before the finals, so they would have room to make mistakes. Overall, going through StraighterLine went well for me.

I was recommended by my school, The University of Phoenix, to StraighterLine. My school told me I needed another three credits and I just needed one class to get my Master’s Degree, so I took any elective class and I chose the criminal justice course. I liked being a student at StraighterLine. It was a bit of a challenge, but it was okay. I was doing the journey there on my own. It was really hard, but as far as the textbooks, they helped me out a lot. I referred my friend to StraighterLine because she needs five classes to graduate her Master’s and I told her that it’s not bad. It’s not the easiest courses, but it is something that she can do and a good little resource to get her credit.

It was quick and easy to go through StraighterLine. There was no fuss and the process was straightforward. Also, WGU recommended them. When I was a StraighterLine student, I did a few courses in a week or so and I did not spend time long in there. But to be successful at StraighterLine, you need to focus, buckle down, and get things done.

My experience with the class was wonderful. If I had any questions, I was helped when needed. The lessons were very educational and helped me to get moving with assignments. I would definitely recommend StraighterLine to others for college courses.

My daughter who is in high school is enrolled with StraighterLine. She likes to get college credits for anything she's doing at home. We picked a college, then a major, and then took classes that would behoove that major. My daughter took some comp classes. She liked the fact that she could get feedback. It was pretty expedient. There might be a day in between her request but somebody would get back to her. Their answers to our questions weren't quick but at least there was a response.

StraighterLine was very good and easy. I wanted to change my major and what I really liked with StraighterLine was that it was your time and your choice. Whenever you wanna do something, you can. I finished my classes on time and not wasted too much time.

The program that I was completing had some courses that I needed to finish and my school suggested that StraighterLine could be a good option for me. So after the exam, I took two courses at StraighterLine which I needed to perform my degree program with my current school. Everything was done strictly online and I didn’t really need to work with anyone. Also, I didn’t have to check in at any specific day and times to complete any assignments. I did things whenever I had time and that was very appealing. Plus, the fact that I was able to simply login and complete my work at my own pace was very beneficial. StraighterLine also offered a lot of tools with the website that allowed me to go in and look up what I needed to look up, and that was very helpful, too. I would recommend them.

I was attending John Brown University when I first heard about StraighterLine from some of my classmates and friends. I had prerequisite classes that I put off ‘til the last minute and I needed to get some of those knocked out, so StraighterLine appealed to me. With StraighterLine, I was able to do it from home and get it done quickly, and I did well on my own. The courses were all well done, easy to follow and understand except for the Philosophy class. The other courses were structured very similarly but the Philosophy class was completely different. Its structure was confusing and hard to catch on. It was also unnecessarily hard considering it was an introductory class. I didn’t like that class at all but it was not because of StraighterLine. Whoever was in-charge of that Philosophy class needed to ease up a bit.

I was not eligible for financial aid. I did not have many classes left and I did not wanna be held up because I couldn't afford to finish the last few classes. My financial aid office told me about StraighterLine. It was very affordable and it was a quick way for me to get credits. My experience was good for the most part. It worked out for me. I was able to do half of the classes that I needed to take through them. The admissions team at Ashford University and StraighterLine helped me with the kind of classes I had to take. Then, I reached out to someone at StraighterLine when I could not upload the documents. I could take pictures and upload them but I could not with the other parts. They said that particular document may be outdated. They said they would look into it and try to update it later but I found a way to upload the pictures. Other than that, the experience was good.

I had a good experience with StraighterLine and I would do it again if I had to. I decided to further my education through them since I could do it faster and cheaper. I also liked the flexibility that I could do it when I wanted and I didn’t have any deadline. I only took two classes through them and I learned to be more efficient with working faster. I knew I could do it faster, so I was more on top of it.

I needed to take up an economics class online and with StraighterLine, I could do the course within my time. That particular class needed to have more study guides though. I went into the cumulative test after learning so many things and I didn’t know what specific topics were gonna be on the test. Indicating that all the topics in the book are gonna be on the test was not effective at all.

There’s a nurse practitioner program that I’m trying to get into and they gave me a list of the prereqs that I needed to take. I needed two Anatomy classes and a Microbiology class and they said that StraighterLine offered them. I wish there were even more classes that were available for the program though. There were still three classes that StraighterLine didn’t offer and that I needed to take through a community college. That makes me think that StraighterLine would eventually have even more classes and I think they would be better for it.

I wanted to set aside one of my degree requirements more quickly. I had to do a math class and I liked the fact that with StraighterLine, it was online and I could access it when I wanted to. Everything worked well for me. I did what I needed to do and I could do it within the timeframe I had to. Everything was great. I was happy with StraighterLine and I would recommend it.

I needed classes that I can get done fast and StraighterLine offers that. They are affordable as well. I knew what I needed, but I called the counselor that was assigned to me once to ask about the course load of her class. I have referred a few friends to them too.

StraighterLine was awesome. I Googled and I found out that some of the classes was the equivalent to Strayer, which is the school I go to. It was a quick experience. The only thing I don’t like is that it took forever to get the test administered. It took like an hour. But besides that it was good. I have three more classes I can take through StraighterLine, but I want to get back enrolled in Strayer, so maybe next semester I’ll come back to StraighterLine. They were some help. The instructors told me what I needed to do, and they gave me some encouraging words, so I got it done. I recommend them.

With Straighterline, I like the ability to take classes very quickly. I was able to do half a bachelor’s degree in two semesters, and I graduated with a 4.0 GPA. I’m part of that list because of StraighterLine. I did 38 credit hours in one semester and most of those were through StraighterLine. One course I did in one day and one I did in three days. Most of them, I only took a week. I also almost had perfect score the entire time that I was taking courses. StraighterLine was incredibly easy for me. But it’s probably not for someone who feel like they need instruction. I could’ve just taken every exam and just not even read a single word and been fine and pass everything, with the exception of philosophy. That was actually hard. But I’ve recommended Straighterline to several different people.

Going through StraighterLine helped me finish my degree. They were able to provide a low-cost tuition for my courses and they were very understanding of work and life situation, so they were flexible with me sometimes being late on my payment. If I asked them to give me a week’s time, they would still give me that week and give me access to my program knowing that I didn’t have the money at that time. It was very helpful. And with the functionality of their website and the actual course design, it was very easy for me to understand what I was reading and doing in those courses. They also had really great customer service. Whoever goes online or whoever I call into is very helpful. I would recommend them.

I’m a student at Liberty University and I was having problems with the Math class. I was recommended to look into StraighterLine. I was told that they were one of the courses that the university recommends to students who do not have the time to sit in the classroom and take Math. The university also said that they had partnered with them. I looked them up and signed up for it. The convenience of StraighterLine was what appealed to me as a student because when I was taking Math at Liberty, it was too much. And we get to a certain age in our life where we go and say that we can’t do it anymore.

I needed prerequisites and my academic counselor recommended StraighterLine. Most of everything worked well. It was straightforward and at my own pace, so it was nice. In the courses I took, however, I would select the right answers to several questions that I would ask within the quizzes or in the material itself, then the system would tell me I'm wrong, or it would be red and say it was correct, just like some glitchy stuff. It was fine, but on StraighterLine's end, it doesn’t look good so they could improve on that.

Other people who are doing online studies introduced me to StraighterLine's site. StraighterLine has the subjects I needed so I went straight to them and it was easy navigating through and finding what I needed to know. They gave me all the resources I needed, so it was very helpful. The only thing is that if I needed to know something, it took a little time for me to get through on the phone, but online, I would know immediately that they would get in touch with me. Sometimes, the only time when I want to talk to someone, there is not anyone available to actually talk with me, but if I use their online chat and send them an email, I usually get through quicker.

I like that with StraighterLine, I could get my degree faster. I could take up some extra courses and that would be cheaper - that I could possibly complete faster than having to do the whole 11 weeks with Strayer. Admissions was helpful because I called to get more information and see if I was reading everything correctly, and the rep went over it and told me it’s at my own terms. I can transfer my credits whenever I’m finished, or I could wait and take more classes and earn more credits that way, and do it all at once, or I can do them as I finish. He was very helpful.

I was on track to finish college and I was always determined to finish school, either on time or early if I could. StraighterLine offered me that choice to finish school early. But I had an elective course to take and I was basically going to school for a semester just for that one chemistry course to finish my degree. A student at my school at Indiana Tech told me that StraighterLine allow transferred credits from our school and I could do it on my own free time. I decided to do the chemistry course through StraighterLine since that would be easier.

Western Governors required online experience and recommended StraighterLine. Western Governors is pretty much the same thing. It's all online. So it was nice to get that experience, doing an individual class, before I started all of my degree classes. The StraighterLine admissions team helped me find the classes I needed and the representatives were very nice and helpful. If they didn't know something, they were very quick to call me back once they found out. Then I mostly did what the class said. I read the textbooks that they recommended and did the assignments.

I looked on StraighterLine's website, saw what their classes were, and how they connect to the school I was going to. I called admissions, and they were very helpful. I also called the school and asked about StraighterLine, and they agreed that it was legitimate. I felt better once I found out the school I wanted to go to did accept them. I was able to do the classes at my pace in StraighterLine. I could do it as fast or as slow as I wanted. I wasn’t committed to a time that they required.

I had some electives that I didn't know that I needed to finish to receive my bachelor's degree and I was looking for a quick way to accelerate. There were CLEP and DAST testing, and some other methods, and my counselor at the university recommended StraighterLine. Once I took my first class, I realized that it was something I possibly could do and I just dove into it. As far as my education is concerned, it was the best thing I've ever experienced. They do a phenomenal job putting things together. Everything is clear and self-explanatory. I studied and I followed the proper guidelines and everything went very smoothly. From doing the proctor session with the final exams, everything has the spirit of excellence. I was really impressed.

I wanted to cut down on the time and money it took to further my education. With StraighterLine, I am able to pay less for a course and complete it in potentially less than the time it takes to complete a course at a university. A month before I actually signed up, there was a contact person that was helpful. It's one thing to take a course with a university and have deadlines and penalties, but with a program that you can do at your own pace, being a successful student takes a little bit of time management.

I was looking through an online class that StraighterLine could offer. I liked their price and the fact that the class depended on my availability. It went with my own time. I was also working full-time and I didn't have much liberty with that, so I could only do classes when I could. Whenever I called them, they were really helpful. I knew from the beginning what I wanted because I needed it for my school and StraighterLine was really good because it didn’t matter how long or how short I took to do the lecture. I went through the assignments carefully and made sure that I answered everything and did my research.

Whenever I applied at Western Governors University, they wanted me to bring on some more credits before they put me on. Instead of going to a community college, StraighterLine was the better choice. I work in banking, on the backside itself, so, I knew that I wanted to go into business. So with StraighterLine, to enter the business, it just seemed like the right choice. StraighterLine has a low cost, they were fast and I like the whole course study. I like the classes and the ease of the website as well.

StraighterLine is a great way to start your education at a lower, cheaper price. I was trying to knock out some of my elective credits. I took up Business Management. I liked that it was online and I could do it at my own time and pace.

I heard about StraighterLine through my WGU enrollment counselor. I liked its cost-effectiveness, ease of use and the partnership with WGU. The format was nice. I liked how their process was structured. It was a good path to my higher education.

I only had some classes I have to finish to complete my degree. So, I just went to StraighterLine because it's a more cost-effective way of doing it. I called the customer service at StraighterLine. I didn't do very well in Philosophy, but I'm a lot more familiar with Introduction to Religion and Religion in general. So, I ended up changing my classes. And the lady who helped me walked me through the whole thing. She did a really nice job. I've already recommended several friends to StraighterLine.

I didn't learn about the $100 monthly fee until I was almost finished signing up for my first class. The teaching videos were mediocre, and I could have gotten better quality at Khan Academy. I also doubt most colleges would accept your courses for credit. In the future, please be more up-front with your fees. Also, I quit StraighterLine shortly after purchasing the first course, so there is no need to thank me for being a student.

I'm a busy mom and through Rasmussen College, I've heard about StraighterLine. I like the flexibility and the fact that you can do your study anytime. When I came in, I just registered to the class and studied my own material. But then, I used to call a lot and when I called, the ladies who work there were very helpful. They know how to help students and guide them on what type of questions they have, whether it's grading or a general question. Navigating the website wasn’t hard either and it was very straightforward. Thus far, I've really liked StraighterLine and I've recommended a couple of students there.

I was looking at Western Governors University, and their counselors recommended StraighterLine for me to complete my prereq. I was looking for a career change, so I checked it. I wanted to look at teaching 'cause I had my undergrad in management and marketing, and I haven't been able to find much success with that so I was looking at doing a master's degree. StraighterLine is a self-paced program. I have kids and I am working also, so it was easy to do it at my own pace and not have to be in a traditional setting.

I work for Liberty University online and we offer StraighterLine to students all the time. I like their flexibility and the fact that I could get my Math credits done a lot cheaper than if I took it with the school. I took my College Algebra course here and I like that as far as the students' experiences, it's very conducive. They were very easy to figure out which was nice. Just make sure that you don't forget about the course and do the homework as it's easy to forget because there are no deadlines. StraighterLine is a great option if you're looking to take some time off, you could definitely get these stuff out of the way while you're taking a break from the traditional setting at school or you can add it on top of any course load that you already have at your current school. I recommend StraighterLine.

Going through StraighterLine was significantly cheaper for a basic course versus taking that same course through the university I graduated from. I also liked the fact that it’s 100% online, which was definitely a requirement for my situation. I got in for two classes then once I was finished, instead of sending regular mail, they sent my transcripts via email, which worked out to be much quicker. StraighterLine is definitely something that people should look into. They offer a great price point, and for people that are trying to do some basic courses maybe in between semesters, there's nothing better. A student just has to study, work hard and stick with it to succeed.

It said it was ACE accredited. When I transferred the credit for the class I was told by the University it’s not ACE accredited and not regionally recognized so I didn’t get any credit for my Math 1040 class and now have to retake the course and am not very happy about it. Other than that the program itself and everything was good.

My friend and I were in college at Fairleigh Dickinson University and we had to cut a certain amount of courses. My friend said that StraighterLine is a very convenient, easy way to get college credits cheap. He also said that he had not had any questions and StraighterLine worked out very well for him. I trusted my friend. It was very economical and online was the best way to do it. The other thing that sounded appealing was that I could do it on my own pace and finish it at my convenience, which was very nice. I came in doing what I had to do and I did a bunch of courses at StraighterLine. I took a course in IT and a course in business as well. I needed to develop self-discipline because it was online and I was kinda busy. Without the self-discipline, it wouldn't have been possible, so that was what I needed to succeed.

I needed to get some credits that I didn't need to pay $350 for. I liked StraighterLine's price and the flexibility they give me to get my work done. So, I did elective courses through them. Not a lot of people can do online courses and those who go through StraighterLine have to be disciplined enough to get the work done.

I felt that StraighterLine is a good way to complete some of my general and elective classes that's why I signed up with them. I had a frequent talk with my adviser, and my adviser suggested what classes I can take from StraighterLine. I took the exact same classes that can be transferred to my university. I have completed all my classes that I was supposed to be taking, so I'm happy. StraighterLine had helped to achieve my goal on my time, so I recommend them to people. Taking classes there is a good way for working people or students who wanna work to finish their few elective and general classes for them to graduate on time.

I’m on course to graduate and I needed to take one course to finish my degree. University of Maryland University College told me about StraighterLine and what they offered, so I decided to take the course there. I took Math and it was fast and easy. At StraighterLine, you can finish classes online in a month or two. The time is based on your work rate and how fast you wanna finish your class or not.

One of my friends from my school told me that they took an online StraighterLine class. I looked into taking a few classes as well so I could get some of my credits out of the way. So far, I'm very satisfied with my experience. I took Intro to College Writing, English 102, and Intro to Psychology and any time there is something wrong with my papers, I would just call and they'll go and look over it. With StraighterLine, I get to do my classes on my own time and not having a set schedule of classes on campus. And it's not that expensive. It would have cost about $900 so it's helpful.

I was looking for how to get things done quickly and Thomas Edison State College was the first thing that I found. But I was also looking online to see how I can check out some things and I didn’t like Saylor's whole set-up was because if I take a test and I take the final, why do I have to take another one? I ran across StraighterLine and it seemed to make sense to me, so I went with it. The staff member was very helpful during the enrollment process. There were some technical difficulties that I had that was beyond my control and they allowed me to go back in and make it happen. At StraighterLine, the first thing you have to do is to read, and you can’t just breeze through everything. You have to read and take the quizzes. You can do some outside study, but the materials are so straightforward and basic that you can read and make it happen.

I did filler courses and electives with StraighterLine and I went with them because of the pricing, convenience, and the "go at your own pace". Also, I was able to use StraighterLine in conjunction with Strayer to get my classes in. If anyone asks about StraighterLine, I would tell them to do it. Spend at least two hours doing homework for them and you'll be successful.

With StraighterLine, I had the ability to go at my own pace which was the biggest thing for me because I have little ones. I had to work with the schedule though to make myself accountable to the end because there were no deadlines. It made me have that drive. I also did everything on my own, but whenever I ran into an issue, I messaged some people and everyone I've talked to was super helpful. I really enjoyed my experience with StraighterLine.

StraighterLine had the pace and pricing that I could go at. The materials were available online and their reps were responsive with the questions that I had. I was assisted by the folks at WGU to determine which classwork I needed to be done. I had six classes I needed to accomplish and I got five of them done with StraighterLine. They didn't have the sixth one, so I had to go somewhere else for that. As a StraighterLine student, you gotta have a lot of self-motivation and be able to work on time management. I'm a full-time employee and I've got a family of five so it was difficult. I had to find the right times and work and that was why their program worked for me. I could do it on my own schedule when I needed it. However, I didn't feel like I got enough information about the instructor assistance from them. Other than that, StraighterLine was very easy to work with and it was easy to find what you needed and what you didn't in terms of coursework.

I tried to find classes that were affordable and that I could take while working a full-time job and would fit into my schedule. With StraighterLine, I could start the classes whenever I wanted to and I could go at my own pace. It was easy. I could do it all myself and I could get it done immediately. I didn't have to wait for a semester to start or anything like that. However, I hope that they add more classes and work on getting more universities to accept the units as valid credits. I've had some schools accept the classes, but some don't. I feel like more and more are going to, but the further that that can happen would be great.

One time, I needed some credits. Then I found out about StraighterLine through my junior college. They said those credits would transfer to my new school and it is accepted at a lot more schools. In addition to that, StraighterLine is affordable. The staff at StraighterLine were helpful. When I call they’d just tell me whatever I needed to do. The classes are self-paced and I just answer questions. It’s all paperless.

Before I could start with my Masters at WGU, I had to get some courses and the people there suggested that I get those through StraighterLine. That option was reasonable and it was to be done at my own pace, so I found it appealing. I also really liked how organized StraighterLine was. The steps were very easy to follow and there weren't a whole lot of different links. It was all right there.
