ABCmouse is the best! My 4 year olds love it, they love the books, games, puzzles, map, classroom and the learning path! Our first grader also loves it! She loves the same thing. I know I got paid a lot, But it was worth it!

ABCMouse was decent when my son was younger. It was a fun and interactive way to introduce him to learning through games and technology. I bought a subscription to Adventure Academy to provide him with a fun avenue for learning at this new age bracket. The topics and curriculum were all over the place. There was entirely no structure at all, and I found multiple facts that the app had provided to my son for learning that were completely inaccurate. We switched to a different online platform that my son really likes and also provides the parent with customizable curriculum. You're able to set expectations and review their work so easily. I highly recommend you don't waste your money on ABCMouse.com.

The last year my child used ABCmouse I paid the full price for the service. There was a sale so I contacted ABCmouse and I was told that I would be refunded the full price. I did not pick up until I did my taxes the following year that ABCmouse had billed me the full price and the sale price. Since I caught the mistake over one year later, customer service told me that they could not refund my money and there was no supervisor who could override this. Under no circumstances, in your last year of service, try to get a sale price for the service once you have already paid for the year. There is a good chance that ABCmouse will keep your money as they did mine. S. **

I ordered the service one time for my child during the summer months. The company continues to bill me $60. I reached out to the company. They asked for my CC info and email used for billing. I sent everything they asked. They told me they could not find the charges. I sent a screenshot of the charge. Since then I haven’t heard a word back from them or my money back.
