The UPS customer service is the worst I have ever encountered! Phone wait times are long especially if you need to speak with someone higher up than low level call center personnel. My wait time is over one hour to try to find a package that every day for over a week keeps saying will be delivered the next day. I feel sure they have lost it and are just hoping to find it by continuing to push the delivery day back by one each day.

In the last year, UPS has not once delivered one of my shipments during the time they stated on the day they stated it would be delivered. In fact, they enter a “delivery attempted” and never even come. I know this because I have cameras. Also, these packages don’t require a signature. If they were really attempting delivery, they should be left at the door, which they never are. Also, many times there is no “delivery attempt” sticker on the door, so they never even come, they just lie!

12 days to get a package is unacceptable. Now it's in a warehouse, in my city, weather is fine, no forest fires. Yet it takes 6 days to get to my house from the hub that is 17 miles away? Twice it has said out for delivery, only to be back at the warehouse at end of day? Absolutely ridiculous. Pay attention people.

The driver of my package stole it, and UPS is doing nothing about it. I had a very expensive computer ordered, with signature required, and it was scheduled to arrive on Thursday (3-day delivery). I made special plans to be home during the time it was to be delivered. While out the night before, the driver came to the house a day early, and left a note saying they would take it to an access point (an access point 4+ miles away from my house, when the UPS facility is less than 1/2 mile from my house - which makes no sense to begin with).
However, the driver did not drop it off that night, nor did it get dropped off the next day, and now the status on the package was changed from "being dropped off at access point" to "unknown delay in network; unable to currently give update". The dude absolutely stole my very nice, very expensive computer and is gaming the system to get away with it. News will be called, and lawyers will be hired. This is unacceptable.

Scammers. A company sending me a Check in a package YESTERDAY using UPS. I paid for next day. Waited all day today for my check just to find out because of their mis-scan I won’t get it by today and PAID FOR!!! Now they’re telling me they can’t deliver my check today, it’s early still and I live by the FACILITY!!! Talk to a supervisor at the facility and he was very RUDE. Not holding his workers accountable and threaten to call the police. I even offered to drive and go pick it up, because I need it today NOT TOMORROW. I have to cash my check today so I can get my Medicines seeing I'm Diabetic and have to pay some bills.
I use to work for UPS and know this company has lazy employees. People pay for your services and you take advantage of hard working people. There is NO WAY I shouldn’t be able to get my package today especially after UPS made a mistake and I paid for it to be delivered today. Please DON’T end up like me, as you hear how they do paying customers with Medical Needs. Will be in contact with corporate next step.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star if there was an option for a ZERO!! Terrible service. Kept delaying my shipment without giving any updates. Made me wait around all day for a package to be signed only to say “sorry we missed you” when they didn’t even try to ring the doorbell or knock once. And wouldn’t even let me pre-sign. People have other things to do than wait around all day to sign a package only for you to say you couldn’t get a hold of us? I had to leave the house but stayed home to sign this package that never got delivered and has been delayed for 3 days already. Aleast give timely updates!!! There’s no way to contact who’s delivering your package and when you call any UPS store, average wait time to speak to a Human is forever. Worst service ever!!!!

Don't bother paying for overpriced overnight next day air saver. From Miami, FL to just south of Fort Worth, TX and 2 days so far but still no package. I was told last night there was severe weather in my area (which is not true, it was a gorgeous day) so the driver was unable to deliver. Today they tried telling me my package was never on the truck yesterday (although tracking showed it out for delivery) but it was on the truck today and would be delivered. Yesterday I watched the driver pass my house twice without delivering.
The Follow my Delivery map showed him aimlessly wandering around a few miles from me, then get within 1/4 mile and head to a town 10 miles away then come back, wander around some more then head to another town. They must get paid hourly because this guy racked up the hours without delivering much. Today more of the same. The delivery time has passed and when I called I was told that was just a suggestion even to me a delayed overnight delivery should be priority. I will be looking for another carrier and I hope enough people quit using UPS that they get their act together.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Losing packages, no response to inquiries.. The CSRs are just fifth graders who read cue cards and cannot provide any solutions. Supervisiors are just as worthless.. Company needs to wake up and seriously re-evaluate internal operations. Need to switch to FedEx or DHL very soon.

I will walk my package to its destination before I ever use UPS again. As a former business owner I have used their services often. Lately the service is terrible. Why is a package on the truck to be delivered and days later it is still not delivered? Your business is delivering packages, and you stink at it.

Terrible, simply terrible service. They send "delivery time" for packages and never deliver in time. When the original time expires - they just give another "estimate" and never deliver in time again. The most sloppy workers, either. This business should be privatized to upgrade its services.

A family member sent me a package from Boston. It was scheduled to arrive on Jan 7, 2025. When it wasn't delivered I called, they said they needed a code. I don't live in a gated area. Then 2 day days later they tell me they can't deliver to my area due to safety concerns. They scheduled a drop off at an access point 34 miles away from my home. I got a notification that my package was delivered. I get to the access point and it's not here. I called and a supervisor spoke with me, said they were looking on the truck for my package for me to wait 2 more hours at the access point. It's been over 2 hours, no call back, no update, nothing. I want my package. This seems like the driver stole my package. I have been going in circles with these people!

I have been waiting for a package, shipped by UPS since Jan 1st, 2024. That is 14 days ago. I have received 5 alerts telling me package is out for delivery, but it never comes. Around 9 PM, the status is changed to severe weather alert. We had snow 7 days ago, but all clear now. USPS is delivering, Amazon is delivering, FedEx is delivering. I have seen a UPS truck in the area but doesn't stop at my house. Terrible service.

I am prescribed a very important medication called **. If I do not get my injections every 3 to 4 weeks I experience severe instances of facial swelling tongue and throat swells and my body becomes covered with red itchy angry hives it feels as if the skin will burst from swells growing so huge. After about 3 or 4 days the injection is late I am on the brink of a mental break from itching. This particular instance started on January 7th. The med was set to be delivered on the 7th. Here it is the 15 still no medication in sight. So yes I have just about had it with UPS Under Par Service especially when I read an article saying that ups has signed up to take on a contract that will cause more work wth. They can't handle the work that they currently have god forbid should they take on more

Whoever the driver was for us, stated they couldn’t find the address, but it’s on the house and Amazon delivery drivers have no problem locating the house. Seems like the driver just wanted to end his shift and made a bogus claim. I just can’t understand how they can’t locate an address with all the technology and maps and oh the numbers located on the front of house too. And then to top it off some lady calls back asking what street it’s off, asking for directions to find the house.

As others have stated, UPS is not delivering packages claiming there is adverse weather when there has been no reason for weather to be impacting deliveries. Specifically I have two packages for overnight delivery sitting at the local facility but not put on a truck to reach me. Both packages are clearly marked as refrigerated items so holding them for an extended period is obviously an issue. UPS was paid so they do not care that both the shipper and the recipient are out of luck. In the future, I will ensure my orders are sent via another carrier!

My package has been at the local hub for over a week, and they still haven't delivered it. Just keep sending delayed a day due to weather notifications. The roads are plowed, and have been for over a week now. There's no reason they haven't finished the delivery, other than they are just very incompetent and lazy.

This is the worst carrier service invented! I’ve been waiting on my package for 4 days!!!! It’s been in my state, an hour away, for 4 days! When you call someone from Asia answers the phone and can’t help with a thing. I absolutely HATE UPS.

Ordered a part for my truck and it came smashed up and almost destroyed. Absolutely ridiculous. Expedited it and it said 2 to 3 days and got it in 2 weeks. I'm hoping my actuator for my truck is fine.

From start to finish this is the latest awful experience. I wish I could give UPS a negative rating but that seems impossible. Terrible customer service. No one can help. The first agent I spoke with guaranteed that the package would be delivered today. Well, apparently not. It has been on a truck for four days. They claim that weather is the culprit but this cannot be the case, since my neighbors have been receiving shipments from UPS. The package is still not here and is/was important to be delivered on time. I guess we'll just suck it up and live with the consequences of a poor company. Don't buy stock in this company and don't trust your deliveries to them. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. There isn't enough space to express my disappointment.

Was standing in my yard, watched the UPS truck go up my neighbor's driveway and come back. Slowed down in front of my house then took off and suddenly I was notified there was a problem delivering my package and now it states my tracking number isn't valid. Freaking ridiculous.

If you have to mail a package or something important, I advise you not to use UPS. They are the most incompetent delivery service. On Jan 2, 2025, a law firm sent me out a settlement check by UPS overnight delivery, with a signature required. The most expensive way. It should have been delivered by Jan. 3. I didn't get it until Jan. 13, 2025.
By making dozens of calls and using their app, they mishandled it completely, leaving it in a UPS store, 250 miles southeast of my home. I haven't lived in the area for over a year, and this law firm does not have my prior address. My correct address was on the label, and they did everything possible to screw it up. Then after they got my envelope to my area, they delayed it by 4 days putting it on a truck. I thought the post office was the worst. UPS has that title. Use the post office or Fedex. If you order things online, you have no control on who the merchant chooses to ship, but if you are the shipper, avoid UPS.

Shipped perishable frozen dog food by 2nd DAY Air on Wednesday and it didn't arrive until the following Monday completely thawed. UPS will not guarantee as they put in a delay as "weather related". Anytime, anything is delayed they will claim weather related and slide out of a so called guarantee.

Terrible service. They have had a package of mine hostage for almost a week because of snow on two days. I have been getting packages from Amazon and fedex and usps all week but for some reason UPS has not noticed that the snow has been off the roads for 6 days. When you are lucky enough to actually reach a human in their customer service dept., they either lie to you or say there's nothing they can do. My company will never use them again. Horrible.

I ordered perishable food items from a vendor that selected UPS for delivery. One would think that after 117 years in business they would know how long it takes to transport a parcel from point A to point B, but they don’t. UPS provided 5 scheduled delivery times and failed to meet any of them. When the last scheduled delivery time passed, I contacted UPS a customer service representative with a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude who told me that my package would be delivered sometime before midnight. After 5 days in transit I was afraid to serve the food and it had to be discarded.

We had a snowstorm that delayed delivery of a large package by at least 2 days. I am not going to be home when the package arrives, and wanted to delay delivery by 24 hours. It will cost me $9.99 to do this. Why? I received an email telling me the parcel would be delivered by 6pm on Saturday. I was okay with the delay because of weather, but UPS wants to rip me off to delay delivery for 1 day? Wow.

Ordered from NYC to DC. 10 days ago. It still says out for delivery. Can see the truck on the map. Then it doesn’t deliver. Yes there was a storm. But it was delayed. Yeah. Business returned to normal. I could see the package had arrived not more than 10 miles away at the sorting facility. 7 days now of nothing and we need this. Fed Ex was out last night delivering until midnight catching people up. No excuses. This is not the first time UPS has utterly dropped the ball or messed things up. Third time. Never again. Forevermore we will pay extra and more to not shop with UPS. If it weren’t for big retailers they would be out of business. Thus look at their rating. Never again if we can help it.

I can't figure out what company takes the top spot for sucking the most, UPS or FedEx. It seems almost every package I get from UPS is delayed and/or rescheduled for delivery. A company mailed a small package to me from Florida to my house in Georgia. I was supposed to receive it Thursday, but as usual, UPS rescheduled it until Friday. Friday comes and we get a whopping 2 inches of snow in Georgia so of course everything shuts down, including UPS canceling the delivery. I get an email stating it will be delivered Saturday, all the snow is off the roads, and they cancel it again! Now it says it's not coming until Monday. These companies are HORRIBLE!!!

Use FEDEX. Never again will I use UPS, you need to talk to someone and they transfer you to Egypt and tell you they have 5-7 days to deliver to you. For three days in a row, they had down my package was being delivered. No such luck, he then told me we had snow and the city was not moving... HORRIBLE company.

I wish I could enumerate all the problems I have had with UPS, from trying to get customer service, to trying to report a claim for damages. I shipped 18 boxes ($1300) of my household belongings from a location in Mass to one in Missouri. The boxes were horribly damaged. I have been in their site trying to report claims all day and have finally reached the end of my patience. The site is impossible to navigate and customer support is useless. Some of my items are irreplaceable, but the replacement value of my losses is $500.

UPS is never on time when delivering my packages. I'm sent time and dates that my packages arrive and they never show up at that time. I'm actually waiting on a package that should of been here on the 7th and still hasn't arrived. Says it'll be here today between 1230 and 230 but what do you know it hasn't made it now they updated and said it should arrive by 730. Also the last package I received was so damaged that what was inside of it was also. Will be switching to FedEx maybe they can do a better job!!

I bought a package not knowing they were using UPS. It's a very important, valuable package. I get the tracking saying that it will be here Friday, so I take off work. They never show. Granted, we got some snow so it's not unreasonable. I check the tracking Friday night at 11pm and it says it will be here Monday, so I take off work Monday to be here when they are AGAIN supposed to show up. I'm out Saturday and come home to a sticker saying, "Sorry we missed you" and explaining there will be no 2nd delivery attempt and it will be left at an access point. So I took TWO days off work, and they show up on the only day they said they wouldn't be here. UPS has phenomenal delivery drivers, but their customer support is less than zero stars. It's a shame you have to get the run-around on what should be a very straight-forward process.

My original delivery date for two shipments (three packages total) was Saturday, 1/4. While I was disappointed when they didn’t arrive, I understood the delay due to freezing rain. The delivery was rescheduled to Monday, 1/6, but again delayed—understandable given the weather. However, it was rescheduled yet again to Tuesday, 1/7.
On Tuesday, the driver arrived but only delivered one of two boxes from the same shipment. This means the second box was on his truck, but he chose not to deliver it. I was also expecting a second shipment, but nothing from that arrived either. The delivery was rescheduled to Wednesday—nothing. Thursday—nothing. UPS claimed severe weather conditions, but we live here. We know the roads were fine. In fact, drivers were out delivering in my neighborhood, yet they didn’t come to my house!
Finally, on Friday, the driver arrived and handed me my daughter's bag (not even related to my shipment). When I politely asked about my packages, he lied and said he didn’t have them. He admitted he had them when I told him how customer service promised my stuff would be delivered. But, he said they were “buried” on the truck. He stated he would return in 30 minutes after making other stops. I agreed and even told him he could leave the packages in the driveway if I wasn’t home. Butz, I’m sure you can imagine, he never came back. I would have gladly unloaded the truck myself just to get my items! I even received an email from UPS stating the driver was nearby, so I knew he had my packages when he originally lied and said he didn’t have them. This behavior is unacceptable—lazy and dishonest.
To make matters worse, customer service is completely ineffective. It’s a nightmare to reach a representative, and when you finally do, no one has the authority to resolve anything. UPS needs to hold their drivers accountable and improve customer service. It’s unacceptable that paying customers are treated this way, especially when it disrupts businesses and leaves customers waiting unnecessarily.

Worst delivery service in the country. They have gone to crap and you can never talk to a real person. US Postal or FedEx from here on out. They changed delivery to 3 days out after sending notice that the package was out for delivery for 12 hours. Now it's gonna take 3 more days to get here? Incompetence.

Horrible. Just horrible customer service over the past two months. No. 3 months because it started in November when I started getting packages about every other week. UPS, FedEx and United States Post Office do not deliver to my address. They deliver it to a neighbor even though it's easy to get to my house. They won't deliver it yet they say it's delivered. The picture attached to this is not my house. How often to send UPS pictures of my front and back porch but they refuse the house that this picture possibly is is about $125 ft from my front door. Ridiculous that they can't deliver to the correct address.

There's only 1 driver that pays attention to extra instructions on delivery form. I am disabled and cannot chase truck down. Been waiting on my package for 3 days after 1 attempt to deliver. It's Friday. Still hasn't came. Was suppose to be here Wednesday. Package contains items I needed before weekend. Now I talked to dispatch in Winnemucca. I live in McDermitt 1 hr away. Driver can see my bright red pick up as extra instructions say along with space # in RV Park.
This started on 1/08/24. Still no packages. So I go without my water and food for 2 more days cause they have to figure out how to read their own address delivery form. I very disappointed that UPS in Winnemucca NV. Only has 1 competent driver Danny that knows how to read. (And he had the week off unfortunately). Hopefully he will work Monday 1/13/24 and I will get my order. Hopeful

UPS delivers very well. However, if there is a problem, it is almost impossible to speak to a person. I tried getting through their automated system for almost an hour with no luck. I went on the chat and finally after typing representative multiple times, they asked if I wanted an email or phone call. I picked phone call and it said there was a 25 minute wait. They did call in 25 minutes, but the girl had to route me to a different department. I was then on hold for 20 more minutes. The girl tried to be helpful, but had little information on my package. I was concerned because it was medicine and needs to stay refrigerated. She said she thought it would be. I will request the pharmacy to use FedEx from now on.

We are very happy with our deliverer, Matt, for he has been delivering our packages for a few weeks, mostly during the holidays. He does his job with a smile and is a very friendly person with a smile, always. Matt is an asset to your company for he always leaves our packages on the front porch in a safe spot. This company has just gone way far downhill, I watched today on my map. This driver came within a mile of my home. Watched this driver zigzag from one town back to another multiple times. There obviously is no intelligence in mapping a route for these drivers, waste of time and fuel. They have a package I had to sign for so I leave work so I can be there to sign. They never show. They have no consideration for their customers. The ceo of this company should resign and let somebody that knows how to run a shipping company make this company better than a second rate delivery company that they are at this point. I’m just disgusted seeing what I watched happen today.

I received a package (Christmas tree) yesterday via UPS. I would be ashamed to deliver something in as bad shape as this was. I took pictures, but they do not do it justice. The box was taped, but they even did a shoddy job of doing that. I can tell that it was done after it was shipped. I ended up putting cardboard in it to sturdy it up because, believe it or not, some people store their trees in the box in the off-season. They need to have better standards! I put the tree together to ensure that any of the parts didn't fall out. Damage to personal property!

Every time I get something with UPS it is delayed and late. Paid for 2 day service and ground would be faster. Fed Ex delivered, Amazon delivered and UPS no show due to weather. LMAO. The package is in town and Fed Ex is capable, Amazon is capable, UPS???? Failure every time.

Needed to get an envelope from Toronto to Halliburton by December 27. Paid $57 for “expedited” delivery which was to arrive on the 27th. The package tracking had it in Bracebridge on the 24th. Thereafter received phony updates about “worldwide weather events” that “may or may not affect your delivery”. By December 31 I had them open an investigation file. The package was delivered finally on January 4. By then I had to resend another way. They now refuse to provide a refund saying “expedited” delivery is not eligible. I did not choose the category, only the delivery date! This is a scam and blatant theft.

I gave UPS a one because you can’t give them less than a one. The help from the representative was useless. I stated to her several times we’re not having extreme weather. Our roads have been clear since Monday. It’s now Friday and each day I get an update saying package can’t be delivered due to extreme weather and that’s all she did is repeat that we’re not having extreme weather I’ve seen Amazon trucks go through the mails running myself and my husband are going to and from work. What’s the problem UPS?

UPS claimed to have come by 2 times. I'm laid off and I haven't gone anywhere in over a week since my order was supposed to be here and they said they didn't want to leave the package somewhere that something would happen. Our UPS driver, Tony **, dropped off a gift for us today up in Idyllwild, CA. He made some spectacular pictures that are on what appears to be stone. He has always loved our dogs and he gave us this gift that we will always treasure. He is a true Gem of an employee.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. UPS customer service stated the driver will retrieve it that day & deliver it today & I would receive a call when the driver had the package, no call came. The item was a Christmas gift & it's no longer available. Of course I’ll be refunded by the store but I would rather have the package. How does a package that is supposed to be delivered to apt 10 ends up at an apt 511? It didn’t even come to my building.

They lost my package and marked it as delivered and the delivery confirmation photo was of the wrong house. I confirmed this with them and they were unable to locate the package so I had to file a claim and reorder my item from the company. Now UPS refuses to deliver my packages without someone home to sign for it and they keep taking it to an alternate pick up location they I never approved. This adds an extra 1-3 days on to every delivery since I work and can’t be home when they deliver. I have called multiple times and they say that it’s because of the lost package claim, which I don’t understand because they are at fault and I had photo proof of them delivering to a house that looks nothing like mine or any other houses on my street. They are saying there is nothing that I can do and that they won’t deliver to my address without a signature for up to 3 years. This is ridiculous and so inconvenient! I would refuse to use them but unfortunately most companies don’t give you a choice on which delivery service to use.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I dread any package especially an expensive one that's handled by UPS. They recently took my package at its destination hub shipped it 200 miles the wrong direction then lied about knowing where it was! You can't rely on them if you need the item by a set date. Furthermore the website lies on its updates and does not have all the available tracking information. Amazon spilled the beans that they messed up. When I called they told me that it was in Jacksonville but when I told them I could see more up to date tracking through their website confirmed the package shipped the wrong direction they admitted they could see that as well. So much for transparency.

I have given UPS so many chances to come pick up my package for a return and they simply won’t pick it up. They will just leave a sorry we missed you not on my building's front door. Won’t even bother coming up to my door number and knocking or even leave a note there. This is my 4 year old's Christmas gift that I am trying to return. All ups does is continue to open up multiple pick up claims. Never come but have the nerve to update their system like the package was picked up. UPS is absolutely pathetic and I am still going back and forth with them as I write this. I don’t think this situation will ever be resolved. I am making a complaint to the FTC as well. This has to be considered unfair practice by a company. I also uploaded a picture of my item that I still have that they keep claiming that they already picked it up.

They use to have very good service but not anymore. Several times some drivers, they don't want to deliver the package, and they just put, "We were unable to deliver your package" but the driver even ring the bell. I am sure they even walk to my apartment.

UPS can not tell the truth. How can you expect them to do their job? Had a package coming. Said it was here. No it was not. I call. Was told it was delivered to the wrong address miles away. If the driver can not read address or name nor the gps fire him. Was told I would get a call. That did not happen so 4 hr later I called back. Was told a different story. 3 phone calls later I was told the driver went back and got the package from the wrong person he gave it to and it would be being delivered today so this morning I looked at the website and see they are returning it to the sender as they did not have a right address yet at every turn ups ask me my address. UPS does not care about their customers. This was jewelry for a wedding. Now it may not be here in time.

Just an awful company to deal with. This Christmas they screwed up 2 package deliveries to our home. First they delivered a package to our home for a law firm in downtown Cleveland, then lost our package. They somehow have no records of the package?? Then, another package has been on a UPS truck for 4 days! They have not made any attempt to deliver the package. Has been sitting on a truck for 4 days.

This is the worst shipping company I ever dealt with. They are always late. They have 0 customer service and if they can find a way to somehow add import fees they will, even if you're shipping from your country to your country. As a business, they will make every customer unhappy and that's the only thing you can rely on from their ends.

I am limited to 200 words on this review. If I could, I would show all the videos on the problems I had with UPS. I had them cancel my packages, I had them lie and say they were at my address and nobody was there to receive the package just to not deliver the order. The absolute worst carrier in the business and some of their employees have serious attitude problems like if you don't tip them all the time, you will not receive your package!

If I could give is zero stars, that would be too much, it deserves a negative value. Summary: sent delivery date notifications 10 times and delivered zero. Meanwhile, moved the package from West Coast of Canada to Seattle, then California for delivery to Arizona, then it shows up in Kentucky and sits there for over a week.
Customer service matches well with the above experience by keeping me on hold for two hours, not responding to my email inquiries for days. When it does respond, the answer simply is a regurgitation of the tracking status and zero explanation to what is actually going on with the package. Because of UPS, my wife did not receive her Christmas present. It's January 6th and she still does not have her "big present". Negative twenty stars for you, UPS!

I paid $20 to get their "premium" service so I could change the delivery address of my package. However, they have no clue what's happening with my package (they say) because the tracking number was "recycled." That's ridiculous to me. I am not a person who gets a ton of packages like others I know. VERY uncomfortable to think they are conducting business in this way. What happens to someone who is expecting medical supplies or some other type of urgently needed items? In my case, it's only jeans from Old Navy. Nevertheless, I asked for a refund and quit their "premium" package one day after signing up and trying to use it the first time out. A really bad first impression. Giving three stars for the excellent drivers and delivery staff out there!!! They are 5 stars for sure!!!

Shipper gave the package to UPS on 12/30/24, shipping from Vermont to Ohio. Delivery was supposed to be 1/3/25. Never came. Updated delivery 1/6/25 between 2:15-4:15, because they apparently can't work weekends. Never came on Monday. IF it comes tomorrow it will be a full week. USPS handled the same delivery a week prior in 2 days!!! What the hell is UPS doing?!?! When I attempt to get an answer from UPS customer service, I have to speak to someone from overseas. When I ask for a supervisor because they can't speak clearly enough, I sit on hold for 25 minutes then get another horribly-speaking person from overseas who provides absolutely no help at all. Forced to wait another day and UPS clearly could care less. Anyone else could have delivered it by bicycle faster. I can't believe they're still in business. Awful.

First delivery didn't get a note, second delivery got a 2nd attempt note. I left the 2nd attempt note next to the door and wrote, "Please call this number when you get here," I checked UPS tracking. It said next delivery is on Monday.. It's Saturday and I'm pulling up to my house and I see the driver walking back to his truck package in hand and put a 2nd note next to my note saying he's returning the package. When I asked for the package he smiled and handed it to me.

I have had issues with the drivers before because of delivery to #4 instead of #8 multiple times and today I had to call because it was saying my address was wrong even though it clearly showed my address correctly online and they have been here before several times.. Let’s see if UPS decides that my personal experience and opinion qualify as “personal insults”. I will stick to the facts. With surmountable evidence that will support this review, the only way to describe my particular experience with them is negligent. It’s beyond me why review givers are limited to star selection. They are not even one star worthy.
Now I have maintained a personal mailbox with a local UPS for a year now and I have only good things to say about that experience. As a truck driver, and a recent grandmother of a special needs baby, I live everywhere and nowhere. So having a PMB to maintain an actual address is great. If needed, the office will ship my mail wherever I need or a family member is able to pick it up and send it to me. But that’s where I draw the line, and highly recommend anyone else do the same.
So here’s what happened…I’m a recent survivor of breast cancer. I’m still required to take medication, hormones and vitamins. My doctor and pharmacy are in Washington state. Meanwhile, I’m in Arizona taking care of my grand baby for several months. So the best, and quickest, course of action was to have my mom pick up my prescription and vitamins and ship them to me.
To make life easy, I went onto UPS.com and purchased overnight Air Saver shipping, which was expensive. The purchase was made Dec. 29th. My receipt showed if the package was dropped off by 4:30 pm (Pacific time), on Dec. 30th, it would arrive by 9:00 pm Dec. 31st. (I considered the holiday and figured worst case scenario it would arrive Jan. 2nd).
Well, Jan. 2nd came and the package hadn’t budged. It sat in Washington. So I called Customer Service, and received their 100% guarantee that my package would arrive in my possession the following day (Jan. 3rd) by 7:00 pm. Well, I received nothing and decided to check for any updates. What was showing now was “a mechanical failure caused a delay” and the package was in Seattle, WA. So I called Customer Service again. This was the second time I received their 100% guarantee the package would be in my possession by the morning of Jan. 4th. By the morning of Jan. 4th, I still had no package and am now currently at the Emergency Room.
It is now the afternoon of Jan. 4th and I have rechecked the status of my overnight Air Saver shipped package. After two days of repeated, 100% guarantees from Customer Service representatives the package would be in my possession, its current status shows its located in Louisville, KY. And it is scheduled to arrive on Jan. 6th by 7:00 pm.
Of course I called Customer Service again. The wait time was so long that I scheduled a callback. UPS called back twice and both times disconnected me. So I called back again only to wait 15 minutes to talk to an actual person. By this time, I am absolutely upset, and rightfully so. But this young man keeps insisting that I need to understand that all I need to do once I receive the package is call back for a refund on the overnight shipping I paid for. I beg your pardon, but this is far more serious than being upset about paying for overnight shipping and not receiving it. This is total negligence and this is my life. Yes I am writing this from the hospital. There are no words to describe how I am feeling about this situation. But I feel that I need to share my experience with the hopes that no one else has to go through the same situation.

My Wedding ring was supposed to be expedited and I was supposed to have it on the 2nd of Jan so I wouldn't be worried about it before my wedding on the 4th but no they single-handedly ruined my day, the driver just put a sticker on the door. They didn't bother knocking and they haven't delivered it still, I contacted customer service. They assured me it would be at the pickup point in the morning of the 4th only to get excuses from the female working that didn't even check. She walked behind a wall and walked right out and said they had nothing while the other one laughed, I've been on UPS CSR hold for a supervisor for an hour now and Nothing, this is ridiculous, even the Jewelry store has been trying to contact them because everyone is giving different information on the location of the ring.

Received an email verification that package had been delivered. Never saw UPS truck pull up in front of my house but went to the door anyway to check. No package. I then checked my delivery confirmation email and it said that the package had been delivered, at 4:30 pm. Only problem was that it was 10:00 am when I got the delivery confirmation! I immediately contacted customer service and was told that the package had been delivered; only it had been delivered to a different city and was “received by Amazon.” What??? Could not file a claim, only the sender can do that. Was told that the driver would be contacted and someone from customer service would call back in one hour to confirm pick up and delivery to my home. Still waiting…

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible, the reps are rude. You wait on hold almost 20 minutes for them to read a script and when you ask a question they catch an attitude with you. When asking for a supervisor I was repeatedly told no and that if I didn’t calm down (upset because she caught an attitude and told me I wasn’t allowed to speak to supervisor) that she would end the call. Finally get sent to supervisor just to wait on hold 30 more minutes and to be hung up on immediately without even being able to talk to anyone.

The worst. We have been at our house for 3 years. They never deliver the packages to us even though Google Maps and Waze are correct plus we have three signs directing people to our house. I have been assured many, many times that they will get it right. Uneven have a sign where they always drop the packages that says this is not.... (My address). I dread when people send packages through UPS.

I made a purchase from a company in OH and it was shipped UPS Ground. On the morning of the day it was due to be delivered, I received a text saying it was delayed. I opened tracking and it said they had made a sorting error. I spoke with customer service which assured me I’d have my package the following day which was a Friday. I looked at tracking Friday morning and it said the package had arrived at my local UPS dist center at 8:30 am so I thought I would get it that day. At 3:30 pm it still hadn’t arrived and no updates to tracking. I contacted UPS Customer service again, spoke to a woman with a strong ** accent who could only tell me how unfortunate it was, but offered no solutions.
I then asked for a supervisor and had to hold for 22 minutes to be told that my package that was already 2 days late, would be an additional 3 days late, and also told me that my package was actually not yet at my local dist center despite tracking saying it had been there all day. Again he had no solution to offer. I despise UPS. They are overpaid, unionized employees that don’t care about you or your package. I can’t control whether these companies use UPS to ship, but I will never ship anything with them personally or professionally. I could’ve walked from OH in 11 days.

Our children ordered us a grill as a Christmas gift. The delivery was supposed to be yesterday. Initially the tracking said "out for delivery." A truck showed up, but the grill was not on the truck. The driver said that's likely because it is heavy and would probably arrive later in the day. Nope. Eventually, the status was changed. Today, checked the status. Delivery was estimated for today. Nope. UPS trucks have driven past our house several times. None have stopped. We live approximately 7 miles from the UPS center. I could have walked there and back in less time than it has taken to NOT receive my package and have my travel plans completely ruined by this tardiness. Shop Amazon. Packages arrive when they're supposed to.

UPS Review: Terrible experience with UPS. Customer service is useless—they lack both the tools and knowledge to actually assist customers. It feels like UPS intentionally makes things frustrating. I ordered something on December 27, and while I understand delays around the holidays, my package arrived at the local office on January 2 (Thursday night). Yet, the delivery date keeps showing as January 7. How does that make any sense? The system is beyond inefficient, and it’s clear we need a new company to replace this broken logistics setup.

UPS thievery! I ordered Salomon boots; first UPS tried to deliver it to the wrong address. The next day, the box was delivered - EMPTY. They stole my boots and won't do anything about it. I tried calling and they said I would have to file a claim through the shipper - apparently they won't do anything about their thieving drivers. I shipped a package paid $16, was to arrive Christmas day. Got a notification the other day the package was returned back to the store, because "company or person unknown". I checked and name and address were correct. When they give me the package it looks as if it was mangled in the machinery. Staff shrug and refer me to corporate. Corp webpage form in addition to tracking and shipping code, also requires transaction ID to be submitted, which is not on receipt. Help chat suggests contacting store. After initial hold, the store staff asks me for my shipping info and then put me on hold. I wait for 15 minutes and then give up. I wish I used US Postal Service.

I mailed a small package several days ago in Rome at the UPS accent point that turned out to be a MBE store. They charged me $30 to ship from Rome to Freisen Germany and said small package-gift would take about three to five days max. The $30 I felt was a high fee BUT I paid it because of the speed of delivery. NOW my family member in Germany just got a notice that “package is delayed until January 11th”. I would have never paid $30 to UPS in Rome Italy if I knew it would take TWO WEEKS to go from Rome to southern Germany. I will refute my credit card charge of $30. I chose NOT to mail via the Rome post office with a much cheaper fee because I felt it would take longer delivery time then I was willing to accept SO I chose UPS. I needed to return a package and had been driving around with it on my passenger seat for about a week. I went by an actual store, but it was crowded because of the holidays. I passed a UPS drop off box and I knew that the package most likely wouldn’t fit. I decided to try to force it into the box, and it got stuck. I couldn’t get it out or get it in! I knew better…but I thought I could make it work. It had a sign that stated that the pick up time was 5:00 PM. This happened on 12/24 at 16:47 PM. The scenarios ran through my mind…the slot was hanging open just enough that if someone was deliberately looking for an opportunity to steal, that it wasn’t blatantly obvious, but then I worried if the UPS driver would notice it. I sat and waited for about 20 minutes…it was the busiest day of deliveries, I’m sure! I deliberated and came to terms with myself that I had done a really stupid thing and at worst, I would be out the $200 item I was trying to ship back.
I also thought about another person who may try to mail something…and there’s my box blocking the ability for their ability to do their business. I honestly didn’t expect for the package to show up when I decided to come face to face with my truth….was my stupidity going to cost me a significant dollar amount? If the driver did happen to notice it, was he or she disgusted at the ignorant individual who jammed up the box? I honestly didn’t expect a positive outcome when I was the problem and cause of my losses. However, I was beyond shocked and relieved to see that the package was accounted for and returned to the place it was going! Thank you so much to whomever drove the truck that day! I’m really sorry for being an idiot and jamming up the box.

UPS required a signature to deliver a package but their web portal doesn’t have a clear path to pre-sign the delivery. Nowhere to find a customer support person and their AI assistant is terrible, not providing any path for solutions. I wasn’t asked for updates nor future delivery attempts, they just sent my package to a lockbox who knows where. They should have at least 3 delivery attempts as stated on their website.

Recently, I shipped a package by UPS and got damaged in shipping. UPS employees mishandled my package, looked like dropped multiple time, very dirty with holes on the box. One of the reason to use UPS is they cover damaged, lost packages up to $100 but UPS denied coverage for damaged package, basically this is a fraud against consumers. The evidence is huge, package had been dropped multiple times and damaged by UPS careless, irresponsible employees. I'm writing this review for all to see how horrible UPS service is and I will take further action to resolve my case in the court. So far no apologies from UPS, ignored my claim!

I’m starting to believe they are taking items out on purpose. This happened a lot lately. I ordered snow globes. They were broken. Box wet and they just leave it on my porch knowing it damaged.

Ordered a limited edition football card for my son for Christmas and only shipping option was UPS. The package made it to our local distribution center and then miraculously disappeared. Customer service asked for details of the item which we provided and then they closed the investigation stating that the sender had to initiate any claim and verify the item. I contact the sender and the limited edition item can’t be replaced or reproduced as one would expect. Contacted UPS again and they said there is nothing else they can do. Thanks for nothing and sure hope that their employee who stole our package enjoys the holiday knowing they stole from a child.

I sent an antique table UPS Ground to a customer. I purchased insurance on it to make sure it would be covered in case it was damaged. The customer received it in pieces. I filed a claim with UPS and they denied claim, quoting some shipping standard I have no clue about. The table was boxed and secured and labeled fragile on every corner and glass labels on it also. I guess UPS employees can’t read or unfortunately under so much pressure from their quotas they have to meet they just don’t care. Now I’m out a table and $1000.00 because I had to refund customer's money. Once again it's profits over customer service. I will never ship UPS again and I ship a lot all over the world.

Ups has been scheduled to deliver today 26 11:30 - 3 pm. I called support many times asking for it but they said it's on one stop. Then 3 pm became 9 pm. Delivery was already late, should have been 12/24 but was scheduled for today, 12/26 at 3 pm. Great, since I have to sign for the package (a new phone, mine broke) and the company disallowed electronic pre-signature, I will be home all day. I had to cancel my holiday plans to be on hand to sign for my phone. Sat not 6 feet from the door waiting for the knock or bell.
At a bit past 3 pm I got a message from UPS saying "sorry we missed you". I looked out my door and saw the UPS tag hanging from it that said I was not home so they will deliver tomorrow. I was home. I was waiting and listening. No one ever knocked nor rang, and this is not a new issue with UPS for me. I cannot be home for the next several days so I won't be here to sign IF they actually come tomorrow and knock or ring. So after three failed deliveries the phone I need will be returned to the company from which I purchased it.
I tried to contact UPS but the phone just rang though it was during business hours. I tried to address the problem online, but there is no way to do that. They have Facebook, and I tried that but all I got were bots. So I put in a refusal to accept delivery and requested they return the phone from whence it came. Not going to cancel life again to sit by my door while they pretend I'm not here. And I will never again do business with any company that ships with UPS.

My package shipped on the 15 for Christmas Eve delivery. It was in CA on the 19. It arrived at facility in FL where I am on the 21. Still didn't get the package by 26 so I called. No updates on it. Suddenly I can't even track it through Amazon or UPS and info on the package changed to, "it will be updated on the 28th." Still no package.

I don't understand why they can just change address, did not contact me & local UPS did not answer my 30+ calls. The 800 number was the one that told me about changing my address. I generally never have any problems with UPS but I ordered a pair of boots. They left Reno Nevada 5 days ago. There has been no updates. They can't tell me where my package is and they're telling me that it's going to be delivered 8 days from now!!?! So basically it's taken 14 days to get a package delivered from Nevada to North Carolina and they have no freaking clue where it is! Tracking packages is their business. They seem to not be able to do their business very well. This is really pissed me off. Especially when the agent hung up on me.

Horrible customer service. My package was last scanned 2 miles from my home on 11/21/24 with a delivery date of 11/22/24. It hasn't been seen since. I've tried to contact them via chat feature, getting an AI bot that makes me repeat my information repeatedly, only to connect me to an agent who apologizes for not having "immediate" answers and that I should contact the sender. Same thing happens when I call the service line. Except that I get transferred several times, but still needing to repeat my information over and over. "I'm sorry we don't have an immediate answer for you." It's been a month.
My definition of immediate is clearly different to that of UPS. I have contact the seller, who has also reached out to UPS with zero resolution. I'd like an explanation as to how a package en route to my home disappears into the ether so soundly. Any with no sense of urgency for a resolution by the responsible party. It's unacceptable if this was a one-time incident. This has happened several times.

Please send your UPS drivers to my home so I can teach them to read and count numbers. I am house number 208, I am not house number 206, 203, 201,198, etc....I am 208. 208 is different from 203, 206, etc....It is 208. I can turn UPS around by teaching these drivers to count to 10 and read numbers on home addresses. Please send them to me for training, I do want to someday actually receive what I order.

I had a very important document sent from my employer. It was delivered to an absolutely wrong address. The proof of delivery photo was vague, I targeted and provided absolutely no credible evidence of delivery (No house number, street sign or landmark). Contacted customer service to notify of the poor service, was told to contact sender. A delivery service should be accountable for properly making a delivery, right?

I needed them to deliver an important package 1st thing in the AM, the packages was delayed, and then they proceeded to hold it for several days. I tried to adjust the delivery on their website but that was a bust. The website is both confusing and completely worthless, on top of that they keep wanting me to pay them money for... some service where I can... adjust my delivery? UPS is a sham. It's bad. We should put money back into the USPS and let this place rot.

Worst service. I would highly recommend spending the extra on FedEx. I requested a delivery. It gave me 3 option with different delivery date. Logically I picked the cheapest one that would deliver within the time I needed (I needed this before a Monday for a job. I ordered it week before. Choose a delivery date of Friday or Saturday ground) so package ships then says will be delivered Saturday so check the tracking still on that Saturday. Tracking say between 2 and 6 pm so I wait and wait and wait. Nothing so I check tracking again. They changed the delivery to say, "We don't guarantee Saturday delivery. We will update estimated delivery time," and that's it so I call customer service and they just give me runaround over and over for 30 minutes. Got me nowhere and now I will not have the required equipment till who knows when. They suck at everything from customer service to timely delivery.

I don’t recommend using UPS when shipping packages. I was supposed to get a package yesterday afternoon and the package left the Louisville facility at 3:36am on that day. Tracking showed it was to be delivered by 9pm. Package never showed up and is now showing they are delivering to usps. I live 20 minutes from the facility and no one can tell me where my package is. I recommend only using usps when shipping items. ONLY have issues with UPS. This is completely ridiculous.

The driver was by our home 5 times around the time he was supposed to drop it off around 12 but he did not come by. We live in a secure apartment complex. So I got home at 530 pm, has not been here then I call asking about it, the rep call the distribution center and told me they would call me back. Never did. We set in our car in snow then he showed up and told me he did not have it. So I called back and talked to a supervisor. She told me that she would call me right before it gets here. So she called this morning saying that that it was 4 stops away that was over hr and a half. This is unacceptable

UPS “attempted” delivery but they didn’t. They never knock or rang a doorbell. Our ring doorbell showed ups drivers doing the least amount including parking outside our house and then driving away. This is not a mailing service. Ups needs to be held accountable.

On December 17, 2024, I went to our local UPS shop in Surprise, AZ, to send a Christmas gift to my son, who lives in New Mexico. The 'expected delivery date' was December 19, 2024. When tracking the package, I learned there was a "sortation issue" with the package being sent to Lubbock, TX (instead of NM). Ok, things happen. I then learned that the next day, it was in Albuquerque, New Mexico, about a 3-hour drive to Lordsburg. When I called customer service, the gentleman told me in all seriousness that they only pick up packages on Saturdays and can't deliver my package till Monday—six full days from when it was sent. To put this in perspective, I could have easily driven to New Mexico three times in 6 days. Needless to say, I will never, never, never use UPS again!

Worst customer service experience. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday that was never attempted and they immediately sent it back to the shipper saying that the address was not correct. There was no attempt made to contact us at the phone number provided. Confirmed that the address provided was the correct address with the shipper but UPS refused to do anything with the package other than return it to the sender.

Save yourself the aggravation and go with Fed-Ex or another competitor instead. A frustrating, fraudulent, and inefficient Claims Process that wasted hundreds of dollars and several hours of my life. I insured a shipment with UPS for $500, expecting peace of mind in case anything went wrong. Unfortunately, the claims process has been nothing short of a nightmare and a $600 juicer (gift for a friend) was completely demolished in transit. Completely inoperable.
The online claims portal is riddled with issues—it doesn’t even allow you to upload and submit the additional documentation they specifically request after submitting the initial claim. After spending several hours trying to resolve this with UPS Corporate, Customer Support, and Claims, I was given conflicting advice by the UPS Store Manager (stay away from UPS Store #7817 in Fairless Hills, PA) with no real solutions. The Store Manager said she couldn't help and directed me to submit a claim online. After the 7th attempt, the claim was processed, weeks later, no resolution. They need additional documentation, which I attempted to upload onto their portal and several people can attest that there's no way to submit it. A dozen phone calls later... UPS Corporate said that the UPS Store should have helped and assisted with the claim. The phone numbers provided are useless, leading to dead ends and unhelpful responses, at best.
It feels as though the system is deliberately designed to delay and discourage payouts for insured items, despite customers paying extra for this service. Weeks later, my claim remains unresolved, and the lack of accountability is both infuriating and disappointing. UPS Capital is their insurance company, and it's a total racket.
BOTTOM LINE: UPS Claims/UPS Capital has been a complete nightmare, marked by broken promises, wasted time, and a lack of accountability. Despite paying for insurance in good faith, the process to resolve a claim is anything but straightforward. Endless loops of attempting to upload documents, ineffective phone support, and no resolution left us feeling dismissed and powerless. It's not just about the money—it’s the principle. This is highly unethical. Paying extra for insurance coverage only to face deliberate avoidance is infuriating and deeply unfair. If you’re considering purchasing UPS insurance for your shipment, think twice—it may not be worth the frustration.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with UPS. I purchased a phone on December 5th using UPS Next Day Air, as I urgently needed it for an upcoming trip. Despite this, UPS only made the first delivery attempt on December 9th — four days later and well beyond the "next day" service I paid for. On the third delivery attempt, December 11th, UPS marked the package as delivered and signed by someone named "LEON." This person is a complete stranger, and no one in my building knows who they are. It's clear the package was delivered to the wrong person or potentially stolen during delivery.
I immediately reported the issue to both the retailer and UPS. On December 12th, UPS updated the tracking status to "investigation opened." However, as of December 20th, no resolution has been provided. I called UPS multiple times to follow up, but customer support has been unhelpful, offering no updates or timeline for resolving the issue.
I expected much better service, especially after paying for a premium shipping option. This experience has caused significant stress and inconvenience, particularly during the holiday season, as I am still without the phone I urgently need. UPS's failure to deliver on their promises and their lack of accountability are unacceptable. I would not recommend using their services if timely and secure delivery is important to you.

I shipped 2 gold coins from Texas to Florida. I paid over $224.00 for second day delivery and the insurance for a high value shipment. ($12,700.00). Dropped the package off at UPS store and sent it on its way. The package was opened in transit by a UPS employee and my 2 coins were stolen. They taped the package back up without my coins and sent it to its final destination, 2 days late! After the claims department investigated it the claim was approved and I was told my check would be here in 5 days. Never came! Then I called them back and they said my claim had been voided because the value of the coins was too high?!?! WHAT???? That's the whole reason I insured them!!! UPS has a thief so I wouldn't ship anything worth more than a piece of paper with them. How can they take my money for insurance and then tell me the insurance doesn't cover the items stolen by their employees. What a scam!!!

I have just had the most horrible delivery experience with this company and I would absolutely tell them that IF THEY HAD A LIVE AGENT ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL What kind of company doesn't want to hear from its patrons? I received a delivery confirmation from UPS for a product I bought on TikTok. The problem is that the proof of delivery photo was of the wrong house. I have no idea where this house is. It is not a neighboring house.
When I TRIED to enter a delivery claim, UPS closed it stating that I needed to reach out to Amazon. Amazon? Why? I didn't buy this product from Amazon. Then, a CS rep called me from a non-working number to again tell me that my claim has been closed. I could not even call them back because the number was non-working. Then, when I tried to enter another claim, the website said the claim had been closed and to contact Amazon. AND THEN BLOCKED ME FROM SUBMITTING ANOTHER CLAIM. Because when UPS says your package has been delivered, they don't mean delivered TO YOU. UPS, your customer service is as bad as your drivers. Lazy, irresponsible and uncaring.

The UPS email below confirmed that my small package were to be delivered between 12:30PM to 2:30PM. I waited at home all day. I tracked the shipping numbered. It showed an attempted delivery at 5:38PM. I didn't hear the door bell, no knocking on the door, and no delivery door tag. I called the UPS customer service inquiring about the delivery. It took me 2 hours on the phone. I was told that I would receive a call back in one hour. After an hour, I called back. I was told that the department was closed and asked me to wait till next morning. This is entirely unacceptable. I would have given a 0 (zero) if it's possible.

If I could give no stars I would. UPS customer service is a JOKE! I spent 45 minutes on the phone. The first person I spoke to couldn’t speak English, then I get transferred, they put me on hold for 15 minutes, and they beat around the bush. I try to talk and they won’t let me a get a word in. I finally cut them off and ask if my package was lost. They tell me yes. No sorry, no nothing. This also came from a manager apparently. UPS needs to get better customer support, I will never use UPS EVER AGAIN. Horrible experience!

If there was a way to leave no a no-star review I would. The short version would be, there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. None, zero, zilch. When I had a package being sent to the wrong address - I needed to intercept it and have it rerouted to my new address. On the website, this is labeled and advertised as an option. Nope. First, calling the customer service number allows you the unique experience of interacting with a broken computer voice that is essentially worthless. After 3 to 4 minutes, you can get to a human who is - surprise - worthless.
Second, the human you get to speak with cannot help in most cases. When I asked to help with my misrouted package, both individuals informed me they could not reroute it, hold it at their hub, or inform the driver to leave it at the management office. Keep in mind, all of these things were requested on the UPS plus or whatever it's called website in which you must sign up for. They said I'd have to call the sender to have it rerouted (even though it's in a UPS truck?) I bought it online... UPS provided me a phone number, which ended up being the phone number to a scam medical device.
Basically, they can move things. They have no idea how to interact with their customer base, or how to resolve any sort of issues. Their prices are high and their staff are incompetent. I used to feel bad that shipping companies like this were in danger of losing business to Amazon... but now I'm not. I have no remorse for UPS whatsoever. Amazon does it better, fixes issues quickly, and has impeccable customer service. So shame on you UPS. Look at the overall reviews and either fix your business model or fold.

I went to the UPS store in Denman Mall here in Vancouver. We’ve had a federal postal strike in Canada and I really needed to mail off an important document to my Union. I’ve bern to this store before for computer, fax and express mail stuff before. I knew they were a bit pricey, but my experience tonight was ridiculous. There was one guy working and about 8 people wanting service. The store was a mess with boxes littered all across the floor. People couldn’t move in there and were bumping into each other. The one worker was overwhelmed and kept apologizing. He was very disorganized as we all were waiting to mail off letters and send gifts with their mail service.
I had to grab a pen behind his desk because he was busy helping someone else. I filled out my envelope and when it was my turn he told me I needed to fill out another form…he did this with everyone which I thought was a waste of time when UPS could have had those forms and pens out and accessible for all people to fill out while he was busy with other customers.
Finally, after a 25 min wait I got up to the workers desk again and I asked him how much it would cost to mail off a single page letter locally to my Union her in Vancouver. I also asked him what my options were? He told me there was only one option to send it express and it would cost me $35 plus tax. I was shocked! The woman before sent out a whole box filled with gifts for $75 and she was sending it to a different province, For a one page letter I was expecting $10 maybe $15 it was a single page letter and being delivered locally. There was no way I was paying that! I remember thinking is UPS using the postal strike and Christmas to rip people off?
Also none of their prices were listed in a price board, I found the store to be extremely disorganized, short staffed for the Christmas season, unprofessional staff, messy interior, no pens or accessible forms to fill out and they wasted my time. I even shared this with the one worker there, but he didn’t seem genuinely sincere and he just kept apologizing almost as a way to get rid of me. Anyways will not be going back….$35 for 1 letter…I can’t get over it! What a joke and ripping people off. Very upset!

Do your business with any company but UPS. They so do not respond to you, reach out or care to solve the issues their drivers cause stretch the truth like no other company I have ever dealt with. I was supposed to received my package on the 12 at 231pm however it was delivered to the wrong place and I immediately call ups at 309pm asking the driver to go back and retrieve my package however he refused and never want back and here it is 5 days later no one knows where my package is and I have not received a refund from the sender or a replacement of what I have order. And my package was coming from fashion nova. Ups is stating they are reaching out to me to resolve the issue however no and I mean no one has once attempted to contact me regarding my package in any form of fashion.
I am just given the run around from both ups and fashion nova. I ask for a refund or a replacement and here it is the 16 I still don't have my items or a refund and ups keep opening and closing my investigation but can't tell me where my package is or any feedback about the driver being able to retrieve my package or not. I have called more than 12 times and each time I am told the same thing. They are still investigating and don't have any futher information at this time call tomorrow morning. My order was placed 11/29/24 and I was supposed to receive it on the 12th of December but the delivery driver doesn't know how to read a address and I am the one who has to suffer and honestly it is just stressful not getting answers and it has been 5 day no update.
Please don't order from companies that use ups as their sender. It's not safe and they're not an honest company. You may or may not get your package but why take the chance just don't do it. We work hard for our money and not to get what we spend are hard earn money on because a company wants to play games and not care about their customers is just ridiculous. Just stay away from this company. You're taking a chance and they will tell you that they are taking notations of your comments but they're not because they have to care first and they don't their job is just a check no compassion or consideration for their customers.

I moved back to farm I grew up on a month ago. The farm has been in my family for 4 generations and delivery has been there since UPS began. Since I have returned, UPS is stopping in the middle of the road and putting our packages by the mailbox near the road. This is 1/4 mile from the home and in danger of weather and theft.
I have a special needs son that receives a month supply of his doctor prescribed liquid food. They leave these boxes out in the rain or heat or cold. I put in delivery instructions and they were ignored. I was told the driveway has blind spots they are not comfortable driving on it now. I receive deliveries from Amazon pretty much weekly, Fed EX on a number of occasions and have multiple contractors in and out on a regular basis. The laziness of this is unbelievable. I wish i could not use the service, but I don't have a choice in the matter. Still working on a resolution. I am attempting to select an alternate location for delivery, but the system will not allow it.

Thanks to UPS truck in front of me this morning on I-29 in Minnehaha county that didn't have his ramp secured to his truck, fell off the back and damaged my vehicle. Most restrictive customer service ever - engineered to prevent UPS from having to hire a person to discuss or customize delivery options. My wife and I live in rural Colorado, south of Elizabeth. Our dogs are trained to run the 35 acres. For the safety of our delivery drivers, we installed a LoxxBoxx with entry codes at our front gate so that no one has to come onto the property. UPS doesn't provide an 'other' description of delivery location, and they only provide access codes for buildings. Their MyChoice website bot doesn't provide any other options. I try to call their number and the automation hangs up on me because my support request doesn't match their options. I try to email, and they only provide four cases for delivery email that don't match my support request.

I had received an email with an invoice. So I had went to check out what was going on. Went to the billing part and found info that a package that I supposedly sent was not paid for by me. Now that is wrong. I saw the tracking number, clicked on it and it said that it was being shipped from New York, which I do not live to someone in Wilmington, NC. I tried to make a dispute. It was denied in 10 minutes. Went to the fraud page to send to UPS and the account number and the invoice number kept going in the red and when I tried to send a copy of the invoice to them they said it was too big (did this several times).
I never use UPS unless I have to. And I wanted to get my granddaughter's gift to her in a reasonable timeframe so that is why I use UPS.. Also I had check further and it says I have a business account. I don't even own a business. I don't have an account with them at all. I received the email today, 12.15.24 but went to the UPS Store on 12.14.24 the date on the invoice. So it is strange how I got a invoice and I was just at UPS the day before. Never had any trouble from UPS until now.

UPS has diminished in quality of delivery service and customer service. My complaint is that they have repeatedly made admitted "mistakes" that cost me time and money. They make no effort, or offer, to rectify those mistakes. As many others have stated here, when you try to contact UPS all that is available is non-local call center that repeatedly states they have no power to do anything.
UPS has repeatedly failed to deliver items to my address, but not consistently. I have noticed a pattern on my security cameras. The days that UPS cant find my address correlate to the days I see them speeding by on camera later than usual. Yes every day they can't see me, I still see them. So after paying them for a service they will only render it when convenient. The solution given is to contact the sender (normally Amazon) and have them resend it. UPS has a partial monopoly on shipping in the USA and it prevents average people like my self from being able to hold them accountable.

I always thought the USPS was the worse delivery service ever, but UPS has taken over first place in my experience. I was expecting a package on Saturday which contained my Granddaughter's Christmas gift. On Saturday I checked to make sure it was out for delivery. Much to my horror, the website said it was delivered on Friday AM and the attached photo was not of my door. So someone else received my package. No one has made an attempt to bring it to me, nor do I have an address where it may have been delivered. We have over 100 bldgs in our community so finding who got my package is impossible.
There were items adding up to $197.00 in this package so someone got themselves a nice Christmas gift thanks to the carelessness of the UPS driver. After two hours trying to find a number for customer service, I spoke to a young lady who told me to file a claim. That is not going to get my Granddaughters Christmas present. Macy's will send the items again but can not guarantee them by Christmas. Another package which I was expecting was coming UPS and due on Monday. I went on to check and it told me there was no such number. Yet last week it showed the delivery date with the same number.

I order packages and hate when I see a business using UPS as the delivery service. My package never came and they marked it delivered. This is the 3rd time it’s happened. My delivery address was in Summerville. Please tell me why my package was delivered somewhere in North Charleston, accepted by some random. Are they hiring ex-cons or convicts? I wish I could get this company zero stars. Constant delays. I ordered a package Thursday, December 12. Pay for overnight express to ensure a Friday the 13th delivery and no package. Call the UPS and they constantly wanna blame the shipper when they already have the package four times in the last two months. I’ve got late deliveries delays and nothing but excuses from this company. They never wanna take the blame for a mess ups, screw ups and never want to refund you for the services that they say they guarantee and don’t guarantee. I hope this company gets bought out by someone who knows what to do with it.

I ordered an outfit for my granddaughter who lives in a low income apartment in Northbrook IL and UPS driver disregarded or couldn’t read and comprehend the apartment number so he/she just dumped it inside a building door and not the apartment. The pic provided clearly didn’t show an apartment number, then it’s just oh sorry says delivered. UPS is incompetent and maybe use illiterates to employ. USPS is way more reliable and Kohl's if you’re paying attention fire their contract. I was refunded but it still is very irksome. UPS hire professionals with clear reading comprehension!

For the 4th day I am receiving "out for delivery" notices, yet the parcel has not arrived. Not only that, each day the time of delivery is being changed at least once varying from 7:40am-10:40am to end-of-day. From previous experiences I know that the drivers ring the doorbell only once, then disappear in a hurry. Since it is difficult for me to pick up a parcel at an outlet, I am sitting here waiting for that one-time ring for days. This is beyond unacceptable. It appears UPS is geared to businesses and ill suited to serve residential customers. They ought to either shape up or not accept residential deliveries.

I was expecting two packages on 12-11-24. I received a message at around 6 pm requesting the code for the entry gate. I called and gave them the code even though they deliver here often. I was told to expect a call from the local office at 7. That call never happened. I then got a message that there was an issue with my address and would need to submit a new address for delivery. I again called and I thought I had everything fixed. I received another message that my packages were returned to sender. Their so called policy is to attempt delivery for three days. Well that never happened. They had an issue with my address even though they make deliveries often. I think the driver was anxious to get home and returned my package. I've blacklisted UPS from every where I do business. My advice is do the same.

I purchased 2 trees from a Florida grower and they came Frozen! The second pair of Overnight delivery, disappeared in the Cedar Rapids Iowa terminal! That would seem that someone there took them home! Must be the PERKS of the job!?

I shipped a Christmas package to from Texas on 12/2/24 to my grandson serving his country, in the military, in Alaska. When I went on-line to set up shipping with UPS it gave me a shipping time of 7-20 days. On 7/11/24 I went online to see if package had been delivered, at this time I saw it had been transferred over to USPS and the new delivery date was 12/23/24 (21 days after I shipped the package). At this point I doubt that my grandson will receive his package before Christmas. If I had been told upfront that it would take 21 days to get to my grandson I would have choose another form of shipment.
I called ups and asked for a refund since I felt I had been given false information regarding the shipment and they just tried to make me feel stupid and keep telling me to call USPS even though I had already told them 5 time I was looking at the usps site on my computer and it showed 12/23/24 as the shipment date. Basically UPS told me they could not do anything since it had been transferred to usps and the 7-10 days was the time for the package to get from ups to usps. I am so disappointed at this point I doubt if I will ever livery times - use UPS again, I normally ship anywhere from 10 to 20 packages a year. Be careful when shipping UPS and watch de- they lie.

My package reached my city three days ago. According to UPS Tracking. This is ridiculous. My order was placed on 12/3/2024. UPS Louisville KY, received it 12/7/2024. Today is 12/11/2024. Simply Ridiculous! Great opportunity for Elon Musk!

I have been thoroughly displeased with UPS' ability to successfully deliver packages this year. In the last 2 weeks since Thanksgiving, I have had 3 failure via UPS. The first two packages were lost in transit and I had to file a complaint and reorder by the company I purchased the product from. Today, I received confirmation that a package was delivered to my address to find that no package was at the house. Completely unacceptable service. I can't control what service delivers my orders. Between Prime, FedEx, and UPS...UPS is the only company that has failed to successfully my packages. Fix the problem

Every year for Christmas I send my sister a package! Keep in mind that sometimes they're big sometimes they're small, sometimes they're odd sizes and shapes! Well I wanted to take the time to thank UPS in Pasadena because every year they don’t disappoint! I come in with wrapped gifts and they help me find the perfect size box and help me get my package together! Hell they even tape the box and print the label! They make sending packages to my sister so easy! I recommend going to this store and from the bottom of my heart thank you UPS!

I had a package to be delivered in Oct. of 2023 with a value of over $7400.00. The driver signed for it himself and signed the name of the neighbor's dog. The neighbor suggested they did not receive my package and that they are friends with the driver, so much so they have his cell phone number. All paperwork and GPS shows the driver stopped at my address and my package was delivered. To a dog!!!

My shipping label came via eBay shipping. UPS scanned the item in when I dropped it off. No complaints. The tracking indicated it was delivered within 3 days. Then about two weeks later I get charged $20 more because they said I didn't pay enough. I will not use UPS ever again. The time to tell me there was something wrong was when it was scanned in. Beware.

I expected a delivery of medicine (time sensitive) but after being delayed for several days waiting, once delivered the shipment was ruined. The first shipment was delivered to the wrong address. Both were supposed to require a signature. I requested all other shipments be sent through another carrier.

I have waited for this delivery since 11/23 when it was ordered. It sat in Jacksonville, Fla for 6 days. I am in Cocoa Beach. Then it was routed to Oregon. I finally received it 16 days later and it was delivered opened. Missing 3 items. I wonder why?

UPS was not able to deliver my 1 day package requiring a signature on its delivery date. It got rescheduled for the next day, but they missed the delivery window provided on the tracking for the package. I had places to be and couldn't wait around ANOTHER full day. They came by today while I was here and did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell and just left the delivery attempted notice. I tried to call the customer service line and just got a pathetic bot that required me to say the tracking number, but it could not recognize the letter 'B' and kept getting it as 'P'. It also would not connect me to an actual person.

In France, UPS has the worst reputation and offers one of the poorest services imaginable. Parcels are not being delivered as promised, and the customer service is appalling—agents even hang up on customers. For a simple parcel, I had to call 6-7 times because the updates on the website were incorrect, which is a complete joke. This sentiment is shared by everyone I know. UPS is consistently the worst, and we avoid using it whenever possible. It has never provided good service, and their customer support is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered.

I could not believe the inefficiency and incompetency shown by UPS with my most recent delivery. The originating company sent the package out to UPS swiftly but that was where it all became a joke. What was supposed to have been a 4 or 5 day delivery process turned into a nearly 3 week scramble through a few dozen tracking updates of the package being out for delivery, then back to the distribution center, to back out for delivery and 3 different updates where it said "recipient was not available" (which was not me because we had someone at home waiting on the delivery nearly everyday day while they said it was due for delivery over and over again). And, of course, getting access to a human to speak with is difficult and when successful, they gave bad or incomplete information. Suffice it to say, I hope to never have to rely on UPS for any important deliveries in the future and would recommend to businesses not to use them.

I always seem to have issues with UPS. I think they don't take responsability with the packages they deliver. A completely torn box and badly taped was delivered to my house yesterday. Without any note explaining the damaged box. I don't understand why Costco chooses to use UPS as a delivery company.

I ordered wine from Oregon for a holiday party. UPS gave me an option of paying $6 extra so I can pick up the package at a UPS location instead of my home, which I thought would be more convenient, so I took the opportunity. The location refused it and I got a message saying they’re gonna deliver the package to my house - no biggie. But they never attempted to deliver the package and instead marked it as an “error” and chose to “return to sender” without ever attempting delivery. While my tracking said it was still on its way. I finally was able to reach customer service this morning, and after an hour on the phone they aren’t helpful at all. Apparently once it’s returned I get my $6 back that I paid for already, even though it obviously didn’t go to the pick up location. UPS is the worst.

Worst experience with incapable people I've ever had. I received 1 notice that my package was even in town and that was to notify me of it being returned. No contact at all. My package was still in my city and I couldn't even pick it up.

I would give UPS a zero if I could. My package was not delivered after having been given a delivery date. When I tried to follow up, it was impossible to get any information. It took multiple questions to even reach an agent, and then all they could tell me is what was online. The hold times were outrageous and each customer service rep had a heavy accent that it made it extremely difficult to understand them. I'm not sure where their customer service is routed through. I won't consider shipping through UPS and will no longer use companies that ship via UPS. They are just too inconsistent and unreliable.

My packages (2 space heaters) were delivered to a nonexistent address!!! The driver even took a picture showing the packages on "someone's" porch. Then when attempting to file a claim with UPS, they said Home Depot has restrictions on said items and won't accept the claims. So now... I will call the CC company to dispute the $200. Charge!

Avoid shipping with UPS at all costs. I had a macbook to be delivered and it never came. Their customer service is like "the package is out for delivery and it should be delivered today but in fact no package was ever delivered". The best part is that after the day the package was supposed to be delivered, the driver or whatever in their system, marks that there was a delivery attempt but the receiver (me) was not available when I was actually waiting for them. No call, no text, no ring to the door, nothing. Still waiting for a package a week after it was supposed to be delivered! I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. Very very disgusting. Their whole staff is a big failure! Please go pick up the packages yourself or use another company for the delivery, you'll save yourself a big headache and worry!!!

I will never use UPS for anything, I understand that there is a postal strike and they have more deliveries than usual, but they should not take more that what they can handle within the timeline they say they will deliver. The online updates were wrong 3-days in a row, and when I called customer service (x3) they said that they will make sure to add notes to the file and communicate the information to the driver. When I called to follow up the next day (as I still didn't have the packages 72-hours after they were to be delivered), there were no notes on the file. I gave them a 1 star because I couldn't give them a 0.

Horrible service. Late, late, late deliveries for weeks. They pocket your two day air fees and don't even attempt to deliver on time. Then write "undeliverable" and drop everything at a "convenient pick-up" hub. I was literally sitting in the living room waiting for deliveries all afternoon. They never even attempted. Horrible carrier.

This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced! Paid for important overnight delivery and never received the package! Called customer service and spoke with a smug, useless person who provided no help. Asked to speak to the supervisor and this person asked me why, put me on hold. Waited 1 half hour on the phone and no supervisor. Received a recording that the time to speak to a supervisor is 1 hour. Still waiting for a package which was supposed to be here Thursday by 1:15 pm and still have not received on Friday 2:10pm. I would recommend to anyone who wishes to use this service not to waste your time any money. It is obvious that their service is outsourced to people who are not in this country and don't care about quality service.!

UPS is terrible. We paid for early morning delivery and have a press sitting down, but have been told the package is delayed and they can't tell us why. We are now sitting here with a critical machine down. The only response from UPS is "oh sorry for the inconvenience, have a nice day".

Under no circumstance should you ever utilize this delivery service. They are the most incompetent, lying group of people I have ever encountered. I’ve been asking for a very basic refund for the past two days and every time they tell me they’re switching me to the billing company they hang up on me. I intentionally called them with mine and my wife’s cell phone and they both sent me to the billing department and immediately hung up on me. It’s comical to think that this is not even happening here in the United States that these are men and women using basic names such as Frank, Billy, Eddie, Sarah yet you cannot understand a thing they’re saying.
UPS is turning into a tragedy and I hope anybody that considers using them as a parcel service reconsiders and utilizes FedEx or Amazon instead. Rest assured they will not call you back to rectify any concerns that you have. They told me to pay a small fee to reroute the package to an access point near my home and when I did, they still miss delivered the package and are sending it back now to the shipper. This is such an easy thing to overcome yet their incompetency is mind blowing. I can go on and on about how you should not utilize this company.

I visited the UPS store on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, NH to ship a tiffany lampshade. I was greeted and helped by Sabrina, the store manager who packed and boxed a large tiffany lampshade I was sending to Oregon. I was hesitant to send it so far because of its age and sentimental value. The recipient called to let me know the package arrived in perfect condition. I am so thankful for her care in packaging the box. Job well done Sabrina!

I wouldn't recommend UPS to anyone. I have had so many bad experiences with them and they do not care about the customer. This last bad experience really did it for me and I am so glad I got it on recording. If you have a business do not use them!! They will suspend your account after 9 days because that is their terms and lock your account for 48 hours even though a payment has been received and even shown it processed and deducted from your bank account. The employees are smug and hateful. I have my account on automatic payment withdrawals and it doesn't work and with a busy business I can't always see every 9 days to make a payment when majority of pay terms are 30. I plan to show everyone what the real UPS is like with these recordings and how they really speak to and treat their customers.

Terrible customer service. I had an item stolen off my front porch by one of their employees and the company did not seem to care. I reached out to the company and they said they needed more proof so the employee stealing something from my front door. Even tho I told them I had a video of that employee coming and leaving the house with nobody else coming by.

I have always had a great delivery experience with UPS. This time was different. I had amazon schedule a pick up of a return item that was damaged. The driver printed out a sticker label and left it beside my return package where it could blow away and did not return to pick it up. Mind you all they had to do was affix the label to the box and take it with them the first time. After 3 days I called customer support and was told that they would not be returning to get the package unless amazon sent them a new shipping label but I could drop off the package at a ups store myself using the label that the driver left on the front porch. I just can't wrap my mind around the amount of laziness it takes to leave the package that weighs 8lbs max after taking the time to print the label. Very poor customer service and a complete lack of care by the driver. I don't think anyone should use ups anymore!!!

UPS customer service doesn't do their job. They rescheduled my delivery without my consent. They tried to put the blame on the driver. The 1st person I spoke with said the driver would call me so I could pick the package up. I waited an hour for them to call and they never called. I called customer service back and they never notified the driver to call me. At this point the 2nd person I was talking to told me it was too late and if the 1st person had did his job I could have picked up the package. Worst customer service ever. We are going on 4 days with no heat because these people won't do their jobs correctly and now I have to wait another day for my furnace part when I could have picked it up.

Unreliable company! They offered me a job and orientation date. Cancelled my orientation last second saying my background check wasn’t processed. A month later they’re still saying the same thing. I doubt they turned in the background check because other jobs have it processed it in less than a week. I imagine others have experienced the same thing. They’re straight up unprofessional jerks to promise a job and then deny it in this crappy economy. I bet people have ended up homeless as a result.

Very bad experience with UPS. I had an order that they deliver to my neighbor's house. I have to knock at my neighbor's house to get it. Second, I ordered 3 beach chairs. It says in their app that it was delivered, but in the wrong address again, because I did not get it. The seller reimbursed my money. Third, they deliver a package in my house that was not mine. I have to catch the delivery truck to give it back to them. Very, very, very bad experience. Not a reliable delivery company.

I have never written a review in my life but what I just experienced requires me to share. I have never experienced poorer customer service than this company right here. I ordered a package and this package required a signature. I live in a secured apartment complex, meaning if you don’t have a key then you cannot get into the elevator to get to the apartments. Nobody ever contacted me or left any sort of paper for me to sign or told me that they were at my building and to come sign for this package. Usually they leave a slip on the door that says “sorry we missed you”, I didn’t even receive that. Nobody tried contacting me in any way, shape, or form to sign for this package.
I called UPS numerous times to try and figure out this My Choice app that’s supposed to allow you to sign for packages online, spoiler alert: it does not work. I was transferred 7 different times (not an exaggeration, I counted) in the span of 30 minutes for someone to tell me to download the app. The app also did not work. So now I’m sitting outside my apartment complex, in my car, in 28 degree weather waiting for the UPS truck to get here so I can sign for this package that has not been delivered for the past 2 days. Not to mention I was visiting family an hour and a half away and had to leave early to not miss the UPS truck. Extremely disappointed in this service!

They give me 4 hour windows of 2 pm - 6 pm which is a ridiculous time since most people pick up their kids during that. Anyway, I waited day 1 and must've been in the bathroom when they came. Fine, I waited the 2nd day. They had out for delivery and then rescheduled. So I waited the 3rd day, same thing. I've now spent 12 hours trying to be home to sign for this package. I call and the guy can't understand me. There's tons of noise in the background with other people talking. I get fed up repeating myself. I'm a very clear speaker, I've never had this issue before.
I speak with another guy and he struggles too. The tracking number is just insane and too long and they've no other way to find it without the ENTIRE thing. Finally get through it and I ask for a guaranteed delivery because I can't keep jumping through hoops and calling in favors to wait by my door. He won't guarantee it. He won't let me pick it up. I will always go out of my way to not use these people.

The delivery driver claimed to have come to my house and didn’t! I was sitting in my living room looking at my tracking, and saw the update. I contacted UPS Belton TX. And have gotten the run around. Last time talk 3 pm, I was told that they would attempt the delivery again, still no show! Terrible service. Just terrible.

For the most part, UPS does a very good job delivering packages to our small apt. Building.... However, for the not-so-most part, UPS SUCKS! A few years ago, they delivered our smoked salmon boxes on the sidewalk.... Left my shoe delivery on the street and most recently (as in today!) they claimed I was not home and therefore could not enter the building. ALL LIES!!! This isn't the first time, UPS has claimed I was not home or that they could not enter the building, when the opposite was true. The drivers don't even come to our address to make a delivery attempt. I'm just curious, what DO the UPS drivers get paid for???? And, to make things even worse, they lie about how a "supervisor" is going to call me in the next hour.... No one calls. It's a scam. I wish more retailers would use FEDEX.... Much more reliable.

Does not deliver within expected window. If you want real time tracking of your package you have to pay $20 extra for a premium service. If you want a specific delivery window you have to pay $15 for a premium service AND it will still not arrive in the scheduled window. You're better off with USPS.

I paid two day shipping for a package. They lost that one from my home state to three states up north. After being on the phone with them they provided no help after they locate the package then they delivered to the wrong address. I’ve never had anything like this happened to me. My experiences with UPS have invariably been very bad- unresponsive, inept, and utterly lacking in customer service. Why merchants choose UPS for deliveries is puzzling. After I escalated my delivery issues, a lady called me back. She was mean and treated me like an idiot after hearing my accent. She was rude and hung up the phone on my face. I felt very humiliated! She did not even know when the next business day is... She told me the next business day is on next Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday...

Every time I get a delivery, it never gets delivered to the correct spot. It doesn’t matter if I leave delivery instructions, they’re never followed. I constantly have to search for the package any time it gets delivered with UPS.

I went into 108-1st Ave UPS store today. I am a disabled senior. The guy working went out of his way to print 3 return labels from my phone so I could return to 3 different places. My ring doorbell went off and I saw the UPS delivery man drop off my packages. He exited my porch. saw something on one of my trees and I saw him put it in his pocket without realizing what it was. I got my packages and came back in the house. As I was reviewing my ring doorbell he came back again and brought it back. It happened to be an envelope a friend dropped off thanking me for something I did. It said thank you and our last name. The UPS man probably thought it was for him. It had cash inside. When I opened it up realized it had been opened. You just don't get that kind of people anymore that would bring back cash. He should be very proud of himself. It's a very tempting nowadays. You can go to sleep at night knowing you did the right thing. Thank you so very very much for being honest. Bless you and have a happy holiday. I hope he gets recognize.

I had an overnight next day package sent from Detroit to Allen Park (8 miles away) with checks enclosed for over $49,000 and it’s taking 8 days to deliver. They make it impossible to contact anyone other than AI. Totally unacceptable service. Called sender who also tried to find out delay with only frustration on their end also!

Unfortunately AMAZON use them as carriers for prime deals and subscriptions. And always delivery on hold because of incorrect address! I updated in UPS app, but next delivery - same status. Now it is a pattern. They have never been able to deliver on time. I am starting to return orders that are delayed. But there is no choice for “delivery delay“ you can only choose other options. Asked Amazon to wake up as it reflects on them.

UPS relief driver fails to deliver Amazon packages to our home as our regular driver does. The relief driver puts the packages in a clear bag and dumps them 2 miles away at the end of our dirt road. The driver is too lazy to open the gate to drive down our road. Now other people have the package. That's theft.
