I had an overnight next day package sent from Detroit to Allen Park (8 miles away) with checks enclosed for over $49,000 and it’s taking 8 days to deliver. They make it impossible to contact anyone other than AI. Totally unacceptable service. Called sender who also tried to find out delay with only frustration on their end also!

UPS delivered my package to the wrong address and took a blurry picture of the door, I believe ups driver stole my package, I get deliveries all the time and I never had this problem, I ordered online some expensive leather knee high boots that I never received.

Garbage service. No direct customer service was provided or accountability for stolen packages. Their "Investigation" consisted of passing the buck to amazon after about twenty minutes. In short, I will never use them again.

Unfortunately AMAZON use them as carriers for prime deals and subscriptions. And always delivery on hold because of incorrect address! I updated in UPS app, but next delivery - same status. Now it is a pattern. They have never been able to deliver on time. I am starting to return orders that are delayed. But there is no choice for “delivery delay“ you can only choose other options. Asked Amazon to wake up as it reflects on them.

UPS relief driver fails to deliver Amazon packages to our home as our regular driver does. The relief driver puts the packages in a clear bag and dumps them 2 miles away at the end of our dirt road. The driver is too lazy to open the gate to drive down our road. Now other people have the package. That's theft.

Twice they have not delivered my child's insulin. Twice they have claimed they couldn't access my unit, yet Amazon delivers all day and FedEx never fails. No human support. How are they still doing business?

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have always had the worst experience with UPS drivers. Either driving like maniacs and being completely rude and disrespectful. Or just completely refusing to deliver packages claiming “weather emergencies” when there has been zero issue. Now my driver just drops my packages off in random places and claims they’re delivered. My roads are fine, the weather is fine. This is absolutely ridiculous and pure laziness. Do better UPS.

UPS, sent my package to another place and I paid overnight delivery. Next day it said it would be here, then again another delay. Yet, I paid overnight night and turns into 7 day delivery. Hopefully, it can get my refund back. Get through customer service is nightmare and no one knows anything. They should have packages that is overnight should be a priority to deliver, yet it sets somewhere for days, but they charge crazy. I just don't get it! The system is not very efficient! Not pleased and probably won't use them again.

UPS doesn't give you any options (unless you pay a fee $$$), such as hold at a location if you are not going to be home. So I get notifications that one item has to be signed for and estimated delivery time will be from 1:30- 4:30. At 10:28 am, I get another notification that estimated delivery is 11:00am to 2:00 pm. It is now 1:36 and nothing delivered. I can just about bet they won't show up until about 4:30 or 5. My poor wife had shopping to do and due to UPS wasn't able to because they Suck!

Bunch of incompetent delinquent challenged humans working for this company, unfortunately the retailer I been buying from for years that went through Canada pot had to use these idiots since Canada post is on strike and of country send my package to some random address in another city saying it's the retailers fault. So here I sit out 200$ and no help, bunch of incompetent humans work for this company, I will never order another package again until Canada post is back up and running. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS!! I would give negative 10 stars if I could.

Still waiting on my package. A "sorting error" caused UPS to take my package right past my town and out another 3 hours to another city, and now I'm going to wait another 3 days if they don't mess it up again. This item was $1500. Their website and support is helpful if you like talking to robots that never pick up what you're saying.

I am extremely disappointed with UPS's handling of my sensitive document delivery. Despite paying for a reliable service, the driver falsely claimed a delivery attempt without even visiting my address. My security cameras confirm there was no attempt made. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable given the importance of the document.
The lack of accountability and disregard for the urgency of the situation is deeply frustrating. It has caused unnecessary delays and stress. I expected better from a company that advertises itself as dependable. UPS needs to address these repeated issues and ensure drivers follow through on their responsibilities. Until then, I’ll be reconsidering my future shipping choices.

UPS in the Greensboro, NC 27409 area is the worst I’ve ever seen. Drivers rarely deliver packages within the original delivery window and more than once, they’ve been blatantly dishonest about their delivery efforts, sometimes denoting that we declined deliveries they never even attempted. Super sorry and lazy service! Would never recommend!! If I could avoid using UPS entirely, I would.

I mailed a package from Virgins to Woodward, Oklahoma that was to arrive on 11/21. On 11/22, the intended recipient went to the Woodward UPS who acknowledged it was taken to the wrong. It is 11/25 and they have not tried to recover the package. Totally unhelpful. Very poor customer service.

This is the worse parcel service ever. I have an urgent package that I paid for two days delivery. Up till now, 13 days gone I am still trying to retrieve this package. I rerouted and UPS charged me $7 to hold at UPS yet they did not hold it. They charged me money and no one still held it. They sent this package back last week and a second one was dispatched and yet I am going through the same mess. I call them and everyone seems confused in UPS, no one knows where my package is. I don’t know what to do further. Can someone help me get my package UPS?

UPS confiscated my package that contained an irreplaceable original artwork, saying that the return shipping label was fraudulent. I purchased the label at a UPS store and have presented to them the receipt. Therefore, UPS sold me a fraudulent label. Now their insurance may not pay me because the package was not technically “lost”. I will NEVER use UPS ever again—Beware of their franchise UPS stores.

This is the worst service with the worst drivers and deliveries. Not only do they never leave my packages, but they also never call my phone or call my door. Sometimes, they don’t even bother to step out of their vehicle, leaving me to constantly monitor the door. I live on the fourth floor, and I often have to either run down to catch them or intercept them on the road. I absolutely hate this company and all the businesses that use them. Their customer service is the worst. I would never choose this service voluntarily, but some companies default to using them, which is incredibly frustrating. This is by far the most unreliable and inconvenient delivery service I’ve ever dealt with.

I brought in a very important, time-sensitive document in a UPS Next Day Air envelope to a UPS Store. I asked about insuring the document. They would not insure it. I expressed that it was very important. The lady at the store showed no concern or gave me any assurances that the envelope would get to its destination. "We just hand it to the guy." Long story short two-weeks later the Next Day Air UPS envelope never arrived. I tried calling the UPS Store but they won't help me. I tried to file a claim online and after typing in all my info the website tells me I am ineligible to file a claim. I tried calling the UPS 800-number but they don't have weekend hours or afternoon hours. The website says it is in KY with no movement. The Next Day Air envelope just needed to go from NJ to FL. This is causing me all sorts of legal and financial trouble. Extremely Unhappy!!!

I was expecting to receive an important document today that I need for an international trip next Saturday. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home because my husband is in the hospital, 40 miles away, and had an important procedure. Using the tracking number, I saw that the driver attempted delivery on Nov 21st and was scheduled to attempt again next day the 22nd, between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM. That information was visible in the UPS system on the afternoon. However, to my surprise, around 9:00 PM tonight—just before I planned to head back home to receive the package—I noticed the tracking status had changed. It now states that the package was "refused" and is being returned to the sender. The claim that the package was refused is a false and inappropriate, as a supervisor recognized by phone. I asked my neighbor to check, and they confirmed that the driver did not leave a notification of attempted delivery.
This seems to be a serious error—or potentially a deliberate misrepresentation—causing me significant problems as this document is crucial for my trip and my husband’s health. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone, and she confirmed that the package was sent back. She advised me to contact the sender to have it resent as soon as possible. However, UPS is responsible for this unacceptable mistake and the inappropriate conduct of the driver and employees at the distribution office in Rockledge, FL. As UPS never took action or responsibility to resolve this issue, and I am seeking for refund of $67, as I will need to pay the sender to mailed me again.

I use to live Ups delivery but these it's horrible. I have waited at the times the tracking said and they show up 5 hours early. I'm in the house waiting for the package and they show up and leave a piece of paper, "Sorry we missed you." I'm about to have a melt down. I use to deliver packages for Usps and Fedex and how hard is to blow your horn or beat on the door. I would give them a 50.00 tip if they did it. But no. These days drivers has forgotten about customers. It's all about filling that quota. I ship packages all of the time. I might have to start going to fedex because I cannot seem to get a courtesy knock or blowing the city horn on your 6 wheel truck. I'm highly disappointed.
I have had to call the shippers and tell them, "Don't worry about. Just reimburse my money." I will do something else. This is not delivery service. Is like dealing with the 3 stooges. I couldn't find a negative 5 stars. It's not available. I have driven a semi truck pulling doubles for 25 yrs. I know about customer service. This is something else.. I'm not happy.

I returned an item from Temu via UPS and on the day of delivery, the tracking update said the package was damaged and they discarded the empty box. So now the seller is saying they aren't able to refund me. They said the system only lets them initiate the refund after the package is delivered. I'm working on disputing the charge but the fact I have to do all these extra steps just to get my money back is very upsetting. UPS should have done a better job at handling the package.

I ordered a package and didn't receive any tracking updates (which is fine). They finally tried to deliver it when I wasn't home (which is fine). I wasn't informed that a signature would be required (which is fine). However, this was the first and only time they came to my place and left a note saying they were returning it to the sender. One attempt and they are returning a package that I've been waiting weeks for? Not even "we'll try again tomorrow" or an option to have it go to my local UPS. So even though each individual thing in theory should have been fine, the fact that I wasn't informed in any way what day or when they'd be showing up and needing a signature otherwise they'd send it back is ridiculous.

Gotta be one of the worst companies to exist. I mean I cannot remember the last time I was this excited for something. The package has been in my city for 3 days, was supposed to be delivered from 12:15 to 2:15 pm on November 21 2024. It had arrived in my city on the 19th. One of the packages arrived but not mine. My package said it was going to be delivered between 12:15 to 2:15. After one package was delivered the app updated to arriving by end of the day 9:00 pm. 9:00 pm rolls around. Nothing. Now I understand things can happen but the package a quite expensive package that was said to be arriving earlier that day never showed up.
A UPS package was already delivered that same day, why wasn’t mine along with it. So now I assume it’s sitting in the back of a truck in very cold weather. This is my first experience with UPS. Will definitely be avoiding them going forward. I also called customer service asking about tracking and my package. Of course it’s a robot and doesn’t help me at all.

I have recently had problems with UPS insurance coverage on goods sent to me. I filed a claim with their insurance company who covered my package. My claim was processed and granted. However, UPS insurance paid the claim money to the person who shipped the item to me (the sender) and not to me (the claimant). So I have not received the amount approved for damages to my packaged goods. It is UPS policy to pay the sender, not the recipient. I have been around and around with both the insurance company and the corporate office and no one will take responsibility for paying for the damage to my item. Their response that it is "POLICY" is not good enough. I want them to review their "policy."
It makes no sense to me that they paid the sender (not the owner of the merchandise) and not the person who now has broken merchandise. It's a Catch 22. I will not be receiving the insurance coverage on my item as it is not their "policy" to pay the recipient (the owner). Tell me if you think this is right. The merchandise in question was mine to begin with, I paid to have the merchandise sent, I paid for the insurance on the package, I was granted the claim. But I do not get the funds. Sound right to you? And no one at UPS or UPS's insurance company will make this right. No one in any position of authority will talk to me about this.
My advice: Don't use UPS. Don't pay for insurance because you will not receive anything if your things are broken. And for goodness sake, don't dispute their "policy" as they will just shuttle you around from place to place and never ever admit they made an error. Try the US post office. They are much more responsible and will talk to you.

I have been talking to no less than about 10 or 12 UPS employees over the past 2 days. It started when I got a shipment from an overseas vendor and there was a duty import tax due. I did not know and did not have the money. The driver (who lied) said they would make the delivery as a "missed delivery" so it would be rescheduled the next day. He didn't do that, he had it marked as receiver "refused". It was then indicated by status on tracking number that it was held for customer pickup.. IN A CITY. NOT AN ADDRESS OR A SPECIFIC PLACE. A CITY!!. I then talked to other UPS people who said it can not be picked up at a location and would be delivered the next day. It was not. Then I was told it was delivered the next day it was not.
Then I was told by others that the shipper requested it be sent back when the shipper sent me an message saying the instructed UPS to deliver the package. Lastly, UPS tried to make me pay for this "fee" even though they knew it was being shipped back. Every time I talked to a person, NOBODY could give me a clear, truthful answer on the what the status was. Another tracking number was assigned to this (I don't know if this was to come to me or be sent back).

ABSOLUTELY absurd & ridiculous freight costs. These 5 packages, 4 long car opening tools and 1 box. Total weight about 35 pounds shipped to Hawaii from Fresno, CA. Total freight cost: $2,077.90!!! Something is very wrong there. It would have been cheaper for me to fly in from Hawaii and pick it up myself than to have it shipped via this carrier.

UPS service has hit the bottom. Last two weeks packages are giving a date for delivery then delivery date is changed while the package sits in their Daytona terminal. I would not pay these idiots to ship a bag of dog crap! Use FedEx. Much better service.

Took a package to be delivered on Labor Day. It was supposed to be there by that Thursday. (Supposedly) Arrived at the city for delivery and then they started putting notes like severe weather and couldn’t deliver due to an unforeseen circumstance (called the UPS Store and they were told there was an accident). Called for the fifth time only to discover they supposedly know that it’s in Lone Star, Tx or at a Lone Star facility and had never even been put on a truck for delivery. They’ve been lying about even knowing where the package is for four days!

I ordered a new iPhone and UPS was tasked with getting it to me. The scheduled delivery date was two days after I ordered it. As it ships out it makes its way to a warehouse or hub in Nashville and an hour after it checked into Nashville my Verizon account was getting hacked in attempts on it. Then naturally my phone never arrived. It actually never even left Nashville which is pretty obvious to me that someone stole it. After filing a claim with UPS and making multiple attempts to explain to them it has been stolen by one of their employees they still can’t seem to come to any conclusion at all and do what is right by me. Calling my phone provider I was able to find out that phones are stolen at a relatively high rate this time of year and placed a new order for me at no charge. I wouldn’t recommend UPS because their employees are thieves and they drag their feet during the claims processes.

I am extremely disappointed in this service. They give you a delivery time, but then change it. I wasn't available to sign with the updated delivery time, and so they rescheduled it after it was already on the truck to be delivered. Now they can't send a message to the driver to go ahead and deliver as originally scheduled. That is absurd. It's already on the truck, just deliver it!

The UPS staff is a bunch of liar. The service is not planned. They just improvised on the road and they decide when to change delivery address or not. The service is trash and the communication is even worst. Don't use UPS. They are not professional and don't know nothing about what they are trying to do. They can't even respect date of delivering even 3 days after. The drivers have the power to not deliver a package at their own discretion if they don't feel like to. UPS is traaassshhh!

After checking my email to track my package, it stated that was delivered also showing where it was delivered. The package was delivered to another townhouse on my block and not my address. Tried to contact UPS but the automatic voice would not allowed me to speak to a representative unless I tell it my concern. UPS drivers need to pay attention to people's names and addresses.

The absolute worst delivery company out there. They gave me a 4 hour window which was from 2:15 - 6:15 11/15/2024. I have it an extra hour until 7:15 and still no package. Wasting time waiting for a package in my mind is ridiculous as my time is very important to me at my age. I promise you that whenever I need shipping, UPS will never be a shipping company that I will use.

**Frustrating Delivery Experience with UPS** I recently ordered an item, and the delivery experience with UPS has been incredibly frustrating. The package requires a signature, and since I’m currently on bed rest, I called UPS to request that they ring the doorbell upon delivery. I even placed a sign on my door today specifically asking them to ring the bell. Despite these efforts, I just received a notice that delivery was unsuccessful. My doorbell was never rung, and no one knocked on the door. This is especially infuriating because I am unable to leave my home right now, and the lack of communication or proper delivery is making a difficult situation even worse.

The last 3 packages delivered by UPS have been delayed and notifications, communications with UPS customer service and tracking have been impossible in cases and fruitless in others. I wish I could choose the courier service provider companies use when delivering to me.

I will NOT use UPS on my next shipment, if given an option. I have a unique issue. Can't talk to a human. When you call, you get put into "phone transfer hell." Never get to actually speak to someone. UPS needs to do better.

For the most part UPS used to always get the packages there on time. But lately, you'll get text messages from them saying the package will be there between a certain time and lately it never comes till the next day. What UPS doesn't understand is that there are times when people take off to get a special package only to find out they lied to you. If people would have known in the morning it might not come till the next day they'd go to work. But UPS they don't care about their customers' time!

This is the worst delivery company. We are on day 10 for a time-sensitive delivery that I paid for from Colorado to Indiana... get stuff quicker from China. Package must be taken a tour of the U.S. They don't update well or at all the package progress. Avoid them if able.

My UPS experience has been outstanding and amazing. I have never felt more welcomed and special. Kevin ** is the best UPS worker I’ve ever met. He always comes and says hi, comes when we need him to and just is an outstanding person. And is super quick with his work that he gets to go home early. Personally I think Kevin is just the best. He works around our differences and make sure that we get our packages on time and to the right places. Hollister Co at Rivertown crossings certainly loves Kevin and thinks he should get a pay raise.

The UPS delivery driver ignored my VERY DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS about delivery to my house. Even took a picture of where he or she delivered it so a neighbor was successfully able to steal something with my information on it plus my entire package. There's a HUGE sign that says N. Main street in startex. The house he or she delivered it to was not the same color, the picture of delivery that was taken was of a wooded fence in a wooded area. I will never under any circumstances ever use Amazon or UPS again no matter what.

Bought their 2nd day air service (from New York to Chicago). The package actually left their New York facility on the third day it was given to them... Then it took over a day to get to Northbrook on Friday. And even then they could deliver on Saturday, given that how late they are, but, apparently, they don't work on Saturdays... Expected delivery day (Monday) appeared on their tracking service only once the package arrived practically at their final facility. UPS does not honor their guarantees and UPS management/planning is beyond being horrible.

I had a LETTER sent from Indianapolis IN to Rockford IL on a Thursday, the estimated delivery was by Tuesday now it's been over a week and the tracker says it's been to a certain facility twice in IL then to California just to come back to Illinois. It's been over a week!

Do NOT rely on the time window the UPS App may show you!!! I had a window of 12-4pm, I was heading home, got home at 11:30am and they had already tried delivery that required a signature at 11am and now I had to take ANOTHER day off from work to go and pick it up at an access point! Was told by UPS the times are estimates only and they can deliver between 8am and 7pm at any time. In other words if a signature is needed stay home all day and wait!

11/6/24. UPS said they delivered my order on 11/1 and placed in locker. I have contacted UPS and they have called 2 locations and the package is nowhere to be found. I cannot get through to a real person to find out what happened. In the meantime I have had to contact Amazon to receive a refund for my order, UPS should have an easier way to talk to an actual rep so an issue can be resolved. I would really like to know where the driver left my order!!! I live in an apartment complex and in the past because they claim they could not get to my apartment they handed the package over to FedeX, if this was this case, THEY could at least tell me!!!!

Spoke to several people over 4 days and received a different response and no one give me any direct answers on where my package is or what’s going on with it … Terrible service. They didn’t ring my bell or try to deliver then they didn’t drop at a UPS access point then they keep giving a different story where and when they package will be delivered … It’s very stressful … UPS has no concern for the consumers.

Package was supposed to be delivered on 10/29/24. Got notice it was delayed 63 miles from my location. It is now 11/04/24 and package is still at same location. I have tried to talk to UPS customer service and all they will tell me is that "it's on the way". I will stop doing business with companies that use UPS as their shipper.

UPS is worst service for any couriers service company better go with DHL or FedEx. I had an overnight delivery sent from Tempe AZ to Las Vegas. I placed my order very early on Thursday morning for a next day early delivery. I placed the order 7am from the shipper on Thursday for Friday morning delivery. The next morning(Friday) when I tracked the shipment it was still sitting in Ontario CA since midnight on Thursday. Called the shipper he said ups driver came at 4:30pm but didn’t have no issue with the next day early morning delivery because if he was the shipper could have used an alternative method.
When I tracked the shipment on the notes it said it was picked at 4:35pm and processed in Tempe location at 6pm but once it got to Ontario that’s when the drama began. They claimed the package was collected late so it didn’t meet the cut off time for next morning delivery. So if that’s the case why did you take the shipment and charge me for the service if you knew you can’t deliver?
I called ups customer service and spoke to a supervisor who after reviewing the case she told me the mistake was done by ups at the processing location. She promised she will escalate the case and the shipment will be delivered first thing on Saturday which is today since Las Vegas they do Saturday delivery it should be an issue. I tracked the shipment this morning but it was still sitting in Ontario same place it was on Thursday night yet it was supposed to be a next day delivery. Called ups no call customer service on weekends. How can such a huge service company not have customer service on weekends. It’s like an airline telling you they got no customer service on weekend. Right now it’s 8pm and the shipment still sitting in Ontario. The worst company ever avoid them during this holiday season if you wanna keep your sanity.

UPS team doesn’t try and deliver. Numerous times we are home and waiting. Then get message they tried to deliver but go to UPS store as they attempted delivery. It is not true. They just don’t care. UPS store says the drivers don’t care and just want to get home early so say they tried. My experience, worst experience on an ongoing basis.

Avoid at all costs. As a small business they are putting me under. I bought 700 plus dollars from England worth of goods and they charged me 800 dollars. Recently I purchased a small packet of rings and they want to charge me 50 dollars. This is beyond fathomable. I will never choose UPS as a carrier again. Just be aware before you buy out of your country.

I ordered a car radiator from Amazon that was delivered by UPS. The packing box had a large crunch on one corner, and the radiator was deformed into a parallelogram. Why did they even bother to deliver it? It was so obviously damaged. There was a Fragile sticker on the box. :( Luckily, I can return through Amazon instead of trying to file a claim.

UPS is a scam. Don't waste your money and go to your local Post Office. I sent a box from US to Canada and UPS charged me the delivery fee. However, they failed to deliver and instead left a message saying that they were not going to deliver the box unless a Brokerage fee with import charges were paid. Ups never told me that all the taxes were not included at the moment I was sending the box. Is unbelievable how this people want to overcharge you and trick you into thinking everything was paid for. I had sent boxes to Canada before by the Post Office and this never happened. This should never be allowed to do.

I am so tired of UPS negligence, it's a fortune to ship with them, they don't deliver in the amount of days (2 day) that I pay for. Tracking is pointless. But my most recent experience is infuriating. I made an order, shipper sent me the tracking number, I track it, it shows delivered at 7pm 10/30/2024. The photo is laughable, it is of my house wall, facing the street in pitch black, partially blurred and nowhere in it shows the delivery box. I check my security camera footage at times before and after said delivery, nothing. I call UPS, give all the details, rep says he has initiated the claim and will be in touch and he sending an email with details.
I get an email, it is requiring me to file a claim to "initiate a claim"! I just did that on the phone, so I call back in and rep says no claim has been filed. That the shipper has to initiate the claim, I can't. Umm, it was my money spent, it was supposedly delivered to my house. But I now have to call an international company and ask them to file a claim.

We happened to use a UPS store when we were in Glenburnie by chance. Our package got lost on the way by the UPS carrier. We tried calling the store but they never pick up the phone nor answer voice messages. After a long frustrating ordeal dealing with UPS customer service and its claim section, we were offered a 100 dollar reimbursement for the lost package whose value was way higher than it. Apparently that was the declared amount which I never did, and also apparently I agreed to all terms when I paid the shipping fees whose conditions I was never informed. I supposed to read a long document when there was a queue of customers waiting for their turn at the store.
We refused the compensation, asked UPS to find the package and the reply we got was always "ask the store to find it for you". Then we had to go back to Glenburnie with hopes of getting help to find our package. When we got back to the store, we got no help from them. We were told to go to Laurel where the package was taken to from the store, but whose location even the store manager does not know! We had to find the location using Google and taking the best guess. It was a big warehouse where the guards did not let us go inside or talk to any rep. Just a wild goose trip for which we had taken a leave of absence from work.
Basically it was our mistake to trust UPS based on hearsay. UPS is here for business only, and it does not care to investigate if a package is lost through them. Just file the claims form is what you will hear from its reps. And they want you to be self aware about its insurance and lost packages policies which we were stupidly naive about. Long story short, if you cannot have your package lost, never use UPS because that is always a possibility and a big business like this will not care to find one lost package. You should have taken insurance is what the answer you will find out.

I have searched and searched the UPS website for how to complain about a reckless UPS driver. There is nowhere to do it. Customer Service doesn't care, and evidently, UPS only wants to hear great things about their employees. I can leave an "atta boy" on the website, but not a complaint. Because of the above, I guess I need to leave 1 star reviews on non-UPS websites and hope they monitor them & care?
On Friday, October 18, 2024, at approximately 5:56 PM, I was almost hit by a UPS driver who failed to yield the right away to me as I entered a shopping center on Centre Park Dr in Columbia, MD. Even blaring my horn at the driver did not prevent him from continuing to accelerate as he exited the shopping center. If he is this aggressive when he's driving in a shopping center, I would hate to see him out on the roads. I guess if I see another UPS driver, I need to be extra careful and practice preemptive accident prevention driving, just in case. I suggest you all do the same. Next time, I'll be better prepared to grab the truck number and license plate & file a police report. Perhaps getting a few tickets for reckless driving will keep him off the roads!

I paid Extra to have an important package held for pickup at a UPS Store office location. Received confirmation message the package would be held. I received a notice that the package was out for delivery by end of day. End of the day comes, and my package was in fact NOT delivered. I checked the tracking to discover it now stated 'Returning to Sender'. Customer service rep at UPS was a frustrating challenge to even reach a human. Once I did, all they could say was that yes there was an error on their part, and now I'd have to deal back with the sender. Phone rep could not care less. UPS - - - more like OOPS. Terrible service, inexcusable error, doesn't care. Do NOT give these clowns business.

I ordered my package on 10/23 and I was told it would arrive on 10/25. It is now 10/28 and still have nothing. I had to ask where my package was and they changed the delivery date shortly after. Makes me feel like they misplaced my package and forgot about it. I am in NC and the shipment started in MD. For some reason the tracking shows it going from MD to IL and it says that it arrived at Hodgkins, IL twice for some reason. Firstly is there not a facility closer to NC? MD is around 5 hours away and IL is over 12, so it ended up going further away from me. Secondly why is it arriving there twice? Did workers check it in, misplace it, then check it in again? Don't know why this is a problem.

I am so disappointed with UPS lately. It seems the time which packages move through has become so slow. Recently, I have been awaiting a package that was shipped from a location a hour away from me. This is day 3 and my package is still not here. Now it's to the point I can't even track it because the system tells me they don't have the package. It's beyond aggravating. UPS is the only delivery service that NEVER opens my gate to deliver packages. Amazon, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and many more delivery services look in my profile for gate code except the idiot UPS drivers that refuse to open the gate. This consistently results in me having to go retrieve my package from the pick up site. However that is even a broken process because it takes usually 2-3 days to get there. I have prescriptions delivered to my home. UPS refuses to deliver to my correct address. My development has roads in front of and in back of my house. They keep leaving my expensive and requiring refrigeration drugs in the alley behind my house. I have called customer service every time it occurred over the last 22 months. They say they are starting an investigation and will be called by local distribution center. I explain the issue and they say they will tell the drivers but the delivery is in the wrong place. Amazon, FEDEX, Chewy, and every other delivery service can find my front door.

Truly horrendous service. They have lost my daughter's medication twice that we get sent long distance from NYC. The customer service begins with utterly frustrating AI voice who doesn't understand anything you say, and just repeats herself over and over and over. I have spent the better part of three (!) hours today on the phone and at ups.com, attempting to locate the undelivered package. I do not recommend UPS in any way, shape, or form. TERRIBLE.

Shipped my library and personal belongings from Colorado to Georgia in a total of 3 boxes. One of them never arrived because UPS damaged and lost it on the way. Although the package was insured, they never refunded me because they required "a picture of the broken package", which I obviously never got. After calling the store and UPS customer service more than 30 times (I swear this number is conservative), they never got back to me or solved the problem. Their strategy is to ignore your calls until you desist (which I ended up doing because time is also valuable).
UPS' customer service, in the rare case when you can talk with a human, is decentralized and doesn't take responsibility for what happens to your package. Each store is a franchise, independent of the others, so what happens in that store needs to be handled by the store. If you live in a different state or they don't pick up the phone, you're sold. So, definitely, avoid them at all costs. UPS works well for massive package delivery by big companies where the loss of a bunch of packages doesn't impact the overall company balance, but is not the appropriate service for individual customers. In my experience, Fedex or DHL are way more customer-friendly and take better care of your package. Even USPS works better (and for a more competitive price).

UPS Macon Bibb GA and the entire corporation SUCKS! I tried to intercede my package that was to be delivered. I called customer service to request a later delivery time for the following day it was scheduled to be delivered. Had to almost argue with the rep to get her to put in the notes to change delivery time. Next day I rush home to meet expected delivery to discover delivery had been attempted prior to the requested time. I called UPS customer service only to be on hold for over an hour. When I get a call from the local hub supervisor to proceed to tell me the driver can’t stay out that long to make a delivery.
I proceeded to inquire how is a whole worldwide corporation not logistical set up to make deliveries past 4:00 pm. When they do the scheduling without customer input (no text, email or anything to select a time frame). The Macon, GA supervisor tells me that corporate called her to call me when I was on hold for corporate. I continued to hold. UPS is not my carrier of choice and I do not recommend if you are in need of carrier services you choose this company.

UPS is ridiculous! They make it impossible to talk to anyone, let alone someone with knowledge! I have spent a month trying to set our company up on ACH and I'm not any closer today then when I started. I have emailed their "SETUP" email address multiple times, I have talked to at least 25 people, none of whom have this info, yet they love to keep transferring me along! In fact they gave me to a supervisor, who did nothing but pass me back to the same # I started with! AI states you can enroll in their billing center, no! If you can it is well hidden! This is all just a ploy to get extra money from their customers as they are now charging to pay any other way! So your stuck being charged until a magical person that must only come out once a year, rises and gives you the info you need to get setup! RIDICULOUS!!

I ordered a wood chipper. A very heavy item to be sure. It was ship via UPS truck from California. My fiance came into the living room and said it sounded like someone had ran into my truck parked in the driveway. When I went out to investigate the UPS truck was in the drive and I assumed she heard the door of it being closed. The truck pull away and I loaded the wood chipper on a hand truck to take to my workshop to unpack. It was clearly marked over 75 lbs., 2 person lift.
The box was heavily damaged and when I opened it so was the motor and various parts of the chipper. It is obvious the driver dropped the box out of the truck. I couldn't lift it alone nor could he. UPS denied the claim for a damaged package. So I spent $500 on a damaged wood chipper. The retailer also filed a claim and it was denied. This was on Oct. 18. 2024. Today another delivery and the box had been cut open on 3 sides horizontally of the box. Luckily the item was not damaged. If this happens again an attorney will be hired to address it.

I am absolutely furious with UPS and their handling of my recent shipment. Their incompetence has cost me time, money, and endless frustration. I shipped 8 packages from Alberta, Canada, to California, USA, and it has been a complete disaster from start to finish. Despite confirming the address multiple times, providing directions, and even suggesting alternative solutions, UPS kept giving me the runaround, with the status constantly bouncing between “More Information Needed” and “On the Way.”
Now, I’m getting even more mixed messages. I received a text saying the shipping labels are missing and that they would send the packages back unless I paid for a new delivery attempt. Meanwhile, another agent is supposedly investigating and will contact me later. To make matters worse, they are now saying that the packages may be missing entirely.
These shipments contained important information, including documents related to my university and professional designation, which I explicitly ensured were to be handled with care. The idea that these vital items could be lost because of UPS's incompetence is beyond infuriating. To claim that UPS is not responsible for the additional costs and inconvenience I’m facing is unacceptable. It’s absurd that a company of their supposed reputation would handle this so poorly and then dismiss their responsibility.
This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed. The lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. I expected better from UPS, but this situation has completely shattered my trust in their service. After ordering materials for my construction company, UPS was assigned delivery. Huge mistake by the company I purchased from. UPS is the worst logistics company on this planet, and it’s not even close. Last time I checked they get hired to deliver for their clients. In my case, they of course left a sticker on the front door with no redelivery date. Two days later I get an email that they returned this item to the sender on the other side of the country. I hate UPS and from this point forward I will not do business with any company that ships with them. It’s an absolute joke that they can continue to treat their customers the way they do.
Based on the other 35000 reviews that have been posted about their company, I would recommend anyone who is shipping something avoid doing business with UPS. If you are business owner and you ship with UPS you deserve a one star review just by association. UPS doesn’t care about their customers and anyone who willingly does business with them should be exiled. UPS you suck.

I sent a package, which never arrived. I tried tracking, but was told by automation that it was wrong address. I checked. It wasn’t. Then I was told it was at another location and that I would receive a call within the hour. Two hours later, no call. I called back and was told I would receive a call from another location. Again, no call. I tried tracking again. Automation will now not accept tracking number. What a company!! I’m totally underwhelmed. And so is my granddaughter. (The pkg contained her “special made” 18th birthday gift. Thank you, UPS.) My advice would be to try Pony Express. It would have to be an improvement.

Instead you get a message that they have been delayed due to their decision to only deliver to this area two days a week. If you are in the mood for a nightmare choose UPS. I have been waiting for two packages without a delivery date, one from Europe. I recently discover that UPS keep accepting packages even though their capacity is full, keeping your package with no attentive delivery date, mine has been held in Germany for 3 weeks already. I was given a delivery date for another of my packages shipped from China and once again that date is been dismissed with no approximate delivery. I had to make sure none of my outsources are going to use UPS for any of my future orders and I suggest others to do the same on any international orders. UPS should not be in the business of delivery if they don't have the capability of doing so.

If I could give 0 stars I would. UPS updated the shipping address to a random person's house, only way I found out about this was the shipper told me, not UPS. It was attempted to be delivered at that random location, an address I NEVER entered, after I spoke with someone saying they had updated the address to the correct one. Employees of customer service all had different things to say.. Some said they updated the address, no surprise it’s still out for delivery in a completely wrong city. Some said there’s absolutely no way they can update the address..?? How is there no way you can update the address when you were the ones who changed it without informing me…
I paid 30 dollars for overnight shipping, 6 days later no sign of my package, still out for delivery in a completely wrong city. Not to mention it’s extremely difficult to even talk to a real person, and even they do absolutely nothing to help. Tried to contact the billing department to file a claim, waited on hold for 20 minutes, someone answered, said nothing, I heard talking in the background, then they hung up. What kind of customer service is that? USPS on the other hand consistently gets my package here 1-2 days early. I’m going to try my best to avoid UPS in the future.

Lazy driver is all I can think of. They left my package at neighbor's. The picture is the only thing that saved them. Still where it was left did not have the number ** on it. As they drove away and passed my place the ** could not have been missed if only they had bothered to look. From looking at the reviews here, this company really needs to make some changes. I just dropped off a package to UPS for a return and they didn’t accept my box. They said they didn’t need it. I asked them to please recycle the box and the sales rep told me they don’t recycle. This absolutely appalled me. This is a perfect box that can be reused or recycled. Instead, I had to throw it out in the regular garbage outside… absolutely outrageous and a waste. SAVE OUR PLANET.

UPS's service has been incredibly disappointing. My next-day delivery didn’t arrive as promised. The tracking then updated, stating the package would arrive on Saturday between 2-6 pm, but no one showed up. The window was pushed to 7 pm, but still no delivery by 9 pm, and the tracking remained stuck on 'expected by 7 pm.' Ridiculous! Their customer service only made things worse. The automated system is useless, looping the same three answers with no option to speak to a live person. I also suspect their internal theft rate is high—UPS once lost my iPod and never reimbursed me. Now, another high-value package is delayed, and the experience has been a nightmare. For high-value items, I’d avoid UPS. Their service is highly unreliable, and customer support is a nightmare.

I went to the UPS store located at 6720 N. Hualapai Way Ste145 Las Vegas, NV. 89149-1373 to have my luggage in a box which was in designer duffle bag ship to my home address in Chicago. The clerk there knew my bag he'd boxed it, so he saw what I was sending because I was talking with him and share my trip and things. I had a great time in Vegas as well as attitude. I'm a older woman, and paid my fees and insurance for my bag to make sure it get delivered in a timely manner. I never got it. I paid over 70 bucks for their services to not receive my luggage.

They lost countless packages recently. Totalling $200,000 in damages. Leaving my wholesale clients angry and leaving. We will never use them again. We have been in contact with their team for months without resolution until today. They said they will not pay any of our claims and closed my account without reason. Horrible and detrimental to a small business.

DO NOT USE UPS!!! They constantly lose, destroy or misdirect packages even when you pay more for 2 day air. As a business, I refuse to use UPS anymore due to the packages they destroy, lose or "get stuck in the rotation of our automated sorter". All the reps can say is sorry for the inconvenience. Well, the customer service sucks! It not an inconvenience if you are repeating the same action over and over again. It's a company policy!

All I wanted was a no-hassle, 2 day shipping experience, as advertised. When it wasn’t fulfilled, it became false advertising to me. The only communication I received was “delayed”. Is that all you give customers that paid for a service you aren’t delivering on? It was delivered on day 6 after a couple days of stressful customer service experiences with their generic comebacks and promises of a 10 day case investigation! UPS opens the door for angry customers with this lack of communication and experience. The manager went above and beyond to find the product I needed, otherwise who knows when I would have received it. The driver was good also. They get the stars. Overall though, the experience was very stressful!

Worst experience ever! The UPS stores are privately owned. Store clerk did not pay attention to detail and put incorrectly the city of the receiver as well as my address. As a result, the tracking number got lost in the transit. After speaking to a supervisor at the store, he stated that he changed the address and there was no need to change the tracking number. I have spoken to many reps and no one can help me. I have lost a very valuable item and sadly, will have to refund the buyer. I will never do business again with UPS.

UPS should be ashamed of themselves by not doing their jobs correctly. I ordered some clothes for my birthday and have always sent the order to my PO BOX and have not had any recent issues. I have had delivery issues with UPS which prompted me to create a UPS MY CHOICE ACCOUNT. Anyway my order was shipped from the company and since they knew it was delivered by UPS the shipper also used what's called Sure Post to ensure finally delivery can be made by USPS.
Well on Oct 7th a UPS employee did not do their job correctly, just looked at the package and saw a PO BOX and immediately marked return to sender. I have spoken to several supervisors who confirmed this was a UPS error and was suppose to have my package either delivered as it was suppose to be or have me pick it up which I was willing to do. Needless say on October 8th my package is still traveling back to original destination and yet I'm still waiting on someone to call me back. To say I’m upset and disappointed is an understatement.

Very unhappy with a damage claim I submitted for a shipment sent via UPS. Contents were two ceramic Disney themed toy houses, one titled "Mickey Mouse's Castle", the other "Donald Duck Toys". I sold the items on eBay and they were going to be Christmas gifts for the buyer's granddaughter. The toy houses were each wrapped in bubble wrap, then inserted into their separate factory boxes. The factory boxes were placed side-by-side, right side up inside a larger cardboard box. The extra space inside the shipping carton was filled with Styrofoam peanuts. The box was securely sealed with packing tape, a FRAGILE sticker affixed to the side, and each side marked with an arrow indicating "UP". The box only traveled one state away (TN to NC). When it arrived, it had every appearance that the box was either dropped, stepped on, or otherwise mishandled. The top was significantly crushed and both ceramic toy houses were damaged.
UPS reviewed the many photos I submitted and determined the items were insufficiently protected for shipment. HORSE CRAP! They are absolving themselves of any liability for the value of the damaged goods and have graciously provided me a link to better understand proper packaging instructions for future shipments. I guess the dozens of other ceramic figurines I've already successfully shipped without any damage were a fluke.

They told me the delivery attempted 3 times. But I stayed my office from 8: 30 am and now (3 p.m) the delivery man not come here. Where is tracking label? He was 4the door open always and we have a recorded camera. Tracking label the customer service man too bad attitude (he is anger). Anyway the delivery man and customer service is too poor today.

We ordered something with an expected delivery to our office on a Monday. UPS wants to deliver on a Saturday when no one will be at the office and charged $9.99 to ask them to deliver in the timeframe ordered. Total nonsense cash grab.

We are a large online shipping store, we PAY for UPS to pick up. This is for the LAKE ELSINORE AREA. These are VERY expensive packages, which require a scan for our insurance coverage (in case they are lost). This also shows the CHAIN OF CUSTODY. The drivers are refusing to scan our items as we load up for 4th quarter. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I would not recommend this company for any shipping. OUR TOP SUPPLIER (MEGA MILLIONS) JUST SWITCHED TO FEDEX.

Missed my package that needed a signature by 10 mins because I needed to go back to work. They said call a representative to send it to a near store for pickup. I did, then they tell me they can't because of the signature. Horrible customer service, people were rude, not trying to help at all. Not thrilled and will not be going through them in the future.

I’ve never had a issue with UPS before. It’s always been FedEx. I always have great experiences with UPS deliveries, they are on time and the drivers are nice. This time I have to say I am disappointed. I ordered an amazon package and it was delivered today, but it is nowhere to be found. No package was delivered to my house today and nothing at the post office.

The staff did a good job. When I tried to pay in cash the staff refused to take payment which included $50 bills. Had to pay by credit card which I am trying not to use because of interest rates. Will no longer use UPS!!! So FEDEX and USPS I’ll be using your service in the future. Date 09/30/2024.

This company do not respect the scheduled of shipping. Beside this they are specialist using false arguments like "Delivery attended." My last experience was yesterday. I was waiting the whole day and they send an email to me saying "Delivery attended", but nobody tried to reach me.

Terrible service from UPS. The driver left my package away from my door and didn’t even bother to ring the bell or knock. As a result, my package was stolen, and now I have to pay for it all over again. Completely unacceptable. Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.

The only reason they are getting a one star is because I cannot give them zero. This is the most unreliable company. My packages have been damaged and stolen from this carrier and they never assume responsibility. They say they will conduct and investigation and they never do their jobs! It is sad to say that this company should not be in business. Customer service is also not helpful.

My cousin’s wedding is this November and she sent my dress through UPS and I have not received it. Their response through the tracking is that it was delivered to a locker but there is no locker. I had a family friend who works for UPS look it up and was told they don’t know who the driver is because the package was not scanned. I will never use UPS again as they are not reliable and their customer service is horrible. The dress took over 3 months to order and the wedding is in a few weeks. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They have offered no help to me and paid only a third of what the dress was worth. All I want is for them to investigate so we can possibly get the dress delivered to us. I will also no longer use them for my business.

Has repeatedly been hours to days late. This company still doesn't deliver on weekends and almost never gets anything I order get here on time at all. Their tracking system is a joke and the the fact they cannot deliver anywhere near their own timeframes is a joke. This company has many many complaints on this site and the BBB and still is the absolute worst shipping company in the US.

I went in at 9 am on 9/26/24 at the Gray LA location to pick up 2 packages and no one was behind the counter. 5 minutes passed, still no one, 10 minutes passed and a driver walked by, 15 minutes passed and another driver walked by saying the lady was outside talking to her friend. Sure enough I went outside and the UPS employee was chatting with her buddy. I told her I needed to pick up my packages and was now going to be late for work. She gave me a dirty look and finally came inside. I tried to hand her the slip left at my home saying I had 2 packages but she just stormed off saying she had to go look in the truck. When she finally returned she only had 1 package stating the driver had already taken off. After spending 20 minutes and being treated disrespectfully I left still not having my 2 packages. I heard this location is closing, good riddance. And from now on when I order something I am going to insist on FedEx.

UPS was used as a 3rd party delivery address. The package I needed required a signature so they said I would be able to pick it up the next day at an access point. First thing in the morning I went to this access point and it had not been delivered there. After wasting time I return home only to find out they said they tried to deliver it while I was gone. The only reason I left was based on the information they gave me. I will now have to spend the only time I have to not work for 3 days at least trying to run around and figure out something that was supposed to be a convenience has now turned into a task stretched through multiple days. Then when I try to do an option so I know when it will be delivered it says the only way I can do that is make an account. I'm waiting for a phone so I can't call customer service and on top of that the virtual assistant is very limited.

I guess the worst thing is that they keep you waiting by--every day--providing a specific time slot for delivery. On the day itself this time slot is not corrected so you keep waiting thinking that delivery might be somewhat delayed. Day three is almost done now. Is there a limit to how many days they will tell you that today it will finally arrive? Something like: 7 days after it was supposed to be delivered it must have arrived? Or can this go on indefinitely?

This experience I had was a joke. Ordered a hemp product that is federally and state legal. Well they had a bird over it. Thought drugs or something was being shipped. Also have had the same order shipped before from the exact same company. Looks like they got a hero in the system that thinks they know. Also read their terms of service. They don't like hemp products for some strange reason but have no problem shipping those pharmaceuticals like adderal etc so we can keep killing our system with pills but hemp that's just going to ruin their day.

Terrible and rude customer service received at Store #9 4974 Kingsway Burnaby UPS on Aug 22 and Sep 25. Female clerk (maybe manager) said, "Do not come same day to store if UPS update says delivered, come next day." In Aug I was expecting delivery asap for a special event, the staff would not even try to look for package. Today I went to the store as my delivery showed delay and was showing processed Sep 18th. I checked on Sep 20th and no delivery.
My sender asked me to check at UPS if received before they will consider reordering. The same lady greeted me with no "Hello" or "Can I help you?" but said, "You have been here before." She said, "I told you before. What your message says is the same as ours." and would not check any further. She has 1000 of boxes and can not check for just one. I was a bit surprised by her response but wanted to verify for sure to advise the sender. She ignored me and sat away and continued to just talk to another employee.
I approached her again and asked her to listen to me, but then she started yelling and said, "I don’t want to see you again and don’t come back to the store." At this point I was shocked at her response with other customers around. I left with saying she was rude and bad customer service and hope the store would close down. From reading a lot of negative reviews about this store and particularly this female staff’s attitude, hope this issue is addressed before more incidents occur. I have worked in front-line and customer service for many years and have learned to put the customer first regardless of the situation. Even how you speak and address a problem, everyone would like to be treated respectfully. Thank you Abby.

I had a scheduled package from Apple, where the driver claimed that I was not home and left a notice saying, "Sorry that we missed you," on the keypad to my gate which is recorded a UPS as an access point. There’s also a passenger gate at the same location where the driver could’ve easily walked onto the property The driver never beeped the horn or made any effort to deliver the package and drove off. I contacted UPS and they basically said oh well. there’s nothing we can do. someone will call you 24 hours later. I received an email from UPS saying, "Sorry, we missed you again," when I had been at home all afternoon with my security camera and my ring camera facing the gate and my iPad in my hand and the driver never even drove down my road and lied about not being able to deliver the package.
Once again contacted UPS, who had not contacted me from the incident before And they said, "We will contact the driver and have him deliver today and hand it to you unless it’s past 7 o’clock." This was at 6:40 PM and of course the driver never showed up. I am assuming the driver was upset that I filed the complaint for the day before so my package was not delivered intentionally. With a tropical storm tomorrow, I am sure my package will be delivered tomorrow as well. The drivers are not professional and cannot be counted to do their job and I do not understand why Apple would use them for a delivery service.

I ordered from Barnes & Noble and they used UPS to send the item. The package was scheduled for a Saturday and I was not going to be home so I rescheduled delivery for Monday, which cost me $9.99 and they billed me twice (UPS did). The item did not arrive on rescheduled delivery date. I called UPS customer service and was told there was no rescheduled date and to look it up on their website. I spoke to a supervisor who advised it would be delivered tomorrow and that he would call me tomorrow to verify. I don't know why I trust that for an answer, we shall see.

UPS is the worst! I shipped a package to my customer. Arrived damage, the customer even said "It looked like someone stepped on it, You can see you package the items nicely with bubble wrap". I sent UPS 8 pictures of items and box damage, invoice between customer and me, prices of items on my website, her text messages between us. I talked with you UPS about 4 different times plus tried using their clams website and They would not do anything. They kept asking me for the same information I provided them already 4 times!! I will not ship anything through them again!

We shipped gold ornaments worth > $10000. These were stolen by the UPS store people and shipped empty box to us. We took declared value program. After 2months, UPS denied the claim stating ‘nothing is lost in transit’. I don’t know why, we had to spend more for taking this program and UPS doesn’t take responsibility for what they promised. We lost the attached gold ornaments at the UPS 1805 store itself. UPS capitol dragged it for 2 months with everyday follow up call, finally declined the case. When UPS doesn’t take responsibility, why should they accept declared value program? Take additional money? Please be careful while using UPS, they’re very dangerous. Horrible experience.

The only reason I'm giving UPS a star at this juncture is due to a wonderful, polite and efficient employee by the name of Jordan. I initially called that office for I was new to the area I needed to ascertain shipping information and I spoke with Jordan. She was detailed and help me navigate my issue with ease. The next day I came into the store and there were 3 employees with name badges working the front desk, neither was Jordan. I then asked if Jordan worked at this location and the young man stated she was at lunch, shortly before leaving Jordan emerged from the back office and she greeted me with such a warm smile, her demeanor was so professional... She reminds me of my younger self when I first entered corporate America.
Immediately, I saw in her leadership abilities. Her hand shake was firm and smile was in sync. She spoke with confident and clarity. I was totally impressed with her... I told her if I wasn't retired I would recruit her to work for me on the spot. She chuckled. UPS nas Shareholders this young lady has star quality and employees like Jordan is why you guys have huge dividends at the end of the year. Recognize Jordan in the way is befitting for keeping UPS Brand, glowing!

UPS IS TERRIBLE!!! I had medication I was waiting on and they didn’t leave it. I then called told them it was medication that has to be refrigerated. They told me to wait an hr and the center would call to make arrangements. Of course I never got a call and I called them back and had to speak to a supervisor. While waiting to speak to a supervisor, I went up to the center and explained the situation and the guy there told me he couldn’t help me and to call customer service. Once the supervisor got on the phone he attempted to call the center and they didn’t answer. I then explained yet again that it was medication the needed to be refrigerated and that I was at the center. The supervisor ended my call. I then requested it be delivered to my house next day and I waited for it to never arrive at my door but a UPS Store.

I have had two extremely bad experience with UPS lately. Will never use UPS again. Will not recommend to anyone. I sent a package (recipient signature required) from Cupertino UPS store to Davis, CA. The package never got delivered. Tracking showed that the shipment was stuck at its West Sacramento site. No reason was mentioned. Since I had been out of the country, I had no choice but to file a claim online. However, the claim process was discouraging. I went on UPS.com, entered all information required and was then directed to visit the UPS customer portal. When I followed instruction to visit the portal, filled in the tracking# and shipment ID#, I was told to do it on UPS.com, so I thought maybe there's something wrong with the system temporarily. I waited and tried, waited and tried.
Eventually, the claim system was not improved, so I emailed the customer service department. They replied me telling me to file the claim on their customer portal or visit the UPS store. What a lousy and unreliable system! It sucked. With no other choice, I visited the UPS store when I returned to the US, but to learned that 3 months had passed and I wasn't allowed to file a claim, or even get back the money I paid for a shipment which was never delivered.
The second incident happened lately when someone sent me a package (my signature is required). I never received it. When I check tracking, UPS record showed that a person name "Anna" signed and received the package. There is no "Anna" in my entire household, so where did UPS deliver my package? Shouldn't it be the person listed on the package to sign as recipient? How could UPS release a package to anyone who sign? What's the point of paying extra to request recipient signature then? This was extremely ridiculous and not acceptable. As such a big company which has been in the logistic business for decades, UPS is not doing a reasonably good job. Where is the consumers' rights? How can consumers rely on UPS any more?

Poor delivery updates (really no updates at all). Twice have had to remain stationary only for the package to not be delivered in the window that they provided. Waiting a 3rd day. Can't leave anywhere in case they come and the package is missed. When calling customer service, they are unable to provide any assistance; only lies for the customer to get off the phone. Lies such as delivery until past 7:00pm, past 8:00pm, until the truck is completely cleared of what was loaded. Any attempts for redelivery, redirecting, or hold of a restricted package requires additional payment to UPS. My package was noted to be out for delivery since 8:39am from a city that is 1 hour away. It is reaching the 11th hour and still nothing.

They lost a valuable package in their system and never found it. We spent several phone calls and were shuffled around to different departments. Finally, they told us they would only refund us 25% of the money that we had to refund our customer. We ship weekly and will NEVER use them again.

My bank sent me a credit card overnight. I was told it would arrive by 7 pm. I left and the driver came. I got a email saying it would be delivered to City Pharmacy the next day. I kept calling City Pharmacy and no one answered. I went there. The place looks abandoned. The windows are broken out, the doors are boarded up and there’s 3 vehicles with expiry tags parked there. I call UPS to let them know the building looks abandoned. I was told the driver was to deliver the credit card back to my house on Friday. It’s Monday noon and I don’t have my credit card. I call UPS. No one knows what happened and the driver is off. Poor customer service and work ethics.

I went to return my package to UPS on 125th Street and the lady in front was returning her package. He printed all the labels but did not put a label one of her packages. When I told him he said "don't tell me how to do my job" and he still did not put the label on the one Amazon package prior to taking my package. He didn't have to be nasty. I thought he forgot. The first time I went to returned an Amazon package a few weeks ago same attitude. What is his problem?

I called out of work to receive this very important package of mine from UPS. Every Five (5) minutes I was checking on the tracking number to see where my package was. It was supposed to be delivered at 12 pm on 9/21/2024. At 10:47 am I received a message from the driver that attempted delivery. "Failed because we missed you." I was home myself with my wife and children. Nobody came to my door as I started tracking this package every 5 minutes from 7 am. Clearly, the driver didn’t come to my door.
I called their customer service and the supervisor told me that driver is a morning person so she has left. If I want the package, I should come to their facility in Bayonne, New Jersey to pick it up otherwise, I would have it on 9/23/2024. I drove to UPS to pick it up paying for all these tolls and my gas. Something that I have already paid for as an overnight delivery. UPS is such a useless company and I would not advise any serious person whose package is so important to patronize them. I’m about to sue them though.

We had two packages from two separate vendors purportedly "delivered" to our address. The photo Ups provided as "proof" of delivery was NOT of our home. Nor of any neighbors. Furthermore they are as completely useless in customer service in fixing this as they are in actually delivering packages to the correct recipient. Their virtual assistant platform is the worst.

I don’t know what happened to UPS. They are the worst company now to ship or receive anything. The CEO needs to step down. UPS has cost me $8635.21 in 2 months with late shipments, shipments being “lost”, delivered to the wrong address, or “rerouted”. Its every shipment shipped to me seems to have an issue. The Phoenix/Glendale warehouse employees either don’t care or can’t read. It’s pathetic. From my experience, it’s this way all across the country. Why do the supervisors and the CEO still have a job? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

Every month an order from Covetrus co.es as my dog is on prescription dog food. This month it was dropped off at a business at the dock! I called customer service, horrible, and was told that a driver would pick it up and drop it at my house. This never happened. I was told the same thing this morning as well. Nothing. Spent an hour talking to 6 people, no one cares. They owe me 57.00 for dog food.

Trying to speak to a human being is very difficult. The AI stinks and it is a long process to eventually speak to a real live person. When you do get one, their English is poor. I asked to please transfer me to the USA, and am told that is not possible. Thank you UPS for outsourcing and hiring less Americans. Just like many American companies are doing.

We have a small distribution business which was started 15 years ago. We used UPS since day one. We usually dropped off all the packages at UPS on a daily basis. As business grew, we have been spending about $150,000 for both domestic and international shipping. In the summer of 2023, they had a strike as everyone recalled. They lost 46 boxes of goods which I imported from overseas. I tried to file for insurance claim afterwards. But they told me that I couldn't file the claim because I was only the importer, not the shipper, even though I paid for all of my goods and the freight. Therefore, I lost my 46 boxes of goods. ON the other hand, I also had about 50,000 reward points on file, which I usually redeem for prizes every year around January for my employees.
In January, they shut down the program. When I called them, they told me they will make the program valid again in 2025 and it will be a better one. However, I won't be able to redeem anything until 2025. My question is that if a company is not ready to roll out a new program, why stop the old program and freeze my points? I have no more loyalty for the company after spending so much money with UPS shipping. I have been using FedEx for 9 months since the beginning of this year. They have been responsible and very cooperative. They lost one of my packages last month, the claim process is so simple and the check was in my box within a week. They usually come to pick up my boxes on a daily basis. Stay away from UPS if you need shipping for your business..

I have noticed a big decline in the overall service from UPS over the last year or so, mostly poor updates and slow moving packages. I currently have a package with the tracking showing "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible". It has shown this for the last 3 days with no movement

This company's system is terrible. I have just about never had a single delivery through them without problems. Terrible customer service. Their app does not work, they do not follow delivery instructions. I will never again purchase anything that will be shipped through UPS. If a company cannot offer a reliable shipper then they aren’t reliable either. Will never do business with UPS for any reason again.

UPS for many years was the best delivery service. Since COVID, they are the worst. They are dishonest. It is hit or miss whether I will even receive my package. Just hung up with them again today. I had a package that was supposed to have been delivered on 9.16.2024. Then I got an update it was going to be on the 18th. Last night I got a message it was being transferred to Surepost and it would be delivered today.

So someone at UPS decided they wanted me to drive an hour one way just to come pick it up. The other things they like to do is mark that I live in a business or school and there is no delivery available here on Fridays. They have become a joke. My regular driver is awesome. Customer service over the phone is a joke. They sound like they are reading from a script and zero sincerity in their voices for issues they have created.

I was to receive a package that needed a signature. It stated that it would be delivered on a certain day between 2:30 and 6:30. I left work early to avoid missing it. They never came!! Then they tried to deliver it the next day at 11:30 in the morning....we're at work!! If you say you will deliver something on a certain day and time frame, DO IT!!! With FedEx, if you're not home they will leave a slip on your door that you can sign and hang back on the door and they will leave the package the next day.

One of the drivers stole an insured package not once but twice and now UPS is trying to deny my insurance claim. I have video proof that the driver picked my package up but it never reached the hub. Now I am getting the run around and have to hire an attorney to get my 25k worth of insurance claims.

June 17 2024 I shipped $7500 of electronic gear from Nashville to Colorado Springs. The coverage was too high, so I settled for $3500, which still cost about $90. I got a brand new Lowe's box rated for 80 lbs. The package weight was 74 lbs. I packed the items tightly using peanuts, bubble wrap, and foam. When it was delivered, it was taped up everywhere because it had split wide open; the driver said it was one of the worst jobs of mishandling he’d ever seen. Most of the packing materials were missing. One of the items, worth over $3500, was destroyed so I made a claim for the $3500 coverage (claim number ** - UPS Capital Insurance Agency, Inc 0C47342).
I sent as many pictures as the site would allow. It was denied with this disclaimer: “Unfortunately, after a thorough investigation, we are unable to approve the claim because the packaging did not meet UPS standards according to the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions.” I appealed and was turned down again with “it does not conform to our guidelines”. So I read their guidelines, and this package checked off every single point. When I explained that they again denied it with “what you have purchased is coverage under the UPS Declared Value program. This is unlike an insurance as you do not have a binding insurance policy.” What???? No further explanation. Being a UPS customer for over 40 years evidently means nothing. Nor does honesty.

I shipped my PC (thankfully I removed my graphics card and took it on the plane with me) to Merida, Mexico to be held for pickup since I wasn't sure what Airbnb hotel I'd be staying in yet. It was almost $250 to ship (full tower case) not included import/VAT fees. This was ground service, which I thought only meant slower service rather than "hey we're going to use your package as a shotput" service. When it first arrived they refused delivery to the service center because I hadn't paid import/VAT fees yet. I contacted customer service via chat where they made me wait for about 6 min before letting me know they were domestic and abruptly dumped me into the international queue. I waited almost 10 min more to find out that I had to call a local Mexico UPS number to get more information.
So I finally get through the prompts and wait for an English speaking rep to help me. She tells me to go down to their service center next to the Merida airport and bring pesos to pay the fees in person. Never having been here before or shipped anything to Mexico I do that. When I get there the guy that answered the UPS service window (it's 9:20am when I arrived and they list hours as 9am-6pm) tells me to come back around 10:30am. I call the local Mexico UPS customer service number and speak to a gentleman that tells me I don't need to go there because I can pay it online. There's a tiny link on the tracking page on the top that says "pay here" that I didn't see on my phone browser previously.
I pay it online and figure I'll still have use for all those pesos I was told I had to withdraw before going down to the location I didn't need to. So the status turns to "request for redelivery" and a message up top that says "fees paid". A couple of days later my package arrives at a completely different location waiting for pick up. When I get there it was even a box anymore. Pieces of the case were falling outside of this shredded half tape, half box and the case was banged up on the edges. I accepted the package and the girl behind the counter could see the look on my face and tells me "it's because you sent it ground". I laughed and said that UPS should have paid me to destroy my computer not charged me $250.
I brought it back to my Airbnb and by some miracle it actually booted up. I'll have to get a new case when I upgrade again since this one is now unusable. But it boggles the mind that they had the audacity to charge me hundreds of dollars to destroy my case because "I chose ground". It seems UPS doesn't have the integrity or quality outside of the USA to hire competent employees to take a modicum of care for the service they charge. Or maybe I'm just too poor for them to bother with giving any standard care to their customers' packages. I will never ship with UPS again.

Had someone's package delivered to my door accidentally because it was stuck to my package. Called customer service to let someone know.... Fifteen minutes of automated "what is the problem", "tell me more". You CANNOT speak to a LIVE PERSON. I then called my local UPS store in Glendora CA and they said I had to call the customer service number or go drop off the package myself. Unbelievable. I'm going to avoid using UPS at all costs just on principle.

We used UPS forever because the competitors are awful. However, the last package we shipped contained urgent material that are hard to replace and very time sensitive. Of course they lost the package!!! Trying to call for some help or resolving the issue end up with giving us the run around. Completely useless. I don't want to hear every person on the phone you transferred me to apologize and send me to someone else. I need someone to step us and resolve the issue. Very frustrated and looking for better future alternatives. "Thanks" for nothing and proving me that all companies are the same as far as caring about their customers.

In Puerto Rico do not use. The post office is quicker every time. Their drivers are lazy and will let your dog die without medicine before delivering it. Stay away. You will end up waiting in line days after it is supposed to be delivered. Picking it up regardless.

Do not sign up for My Choice. I paid for My Choice Premium to delay delivery on a package. If the name and address on the package is different in any way at all from the name and address on the account, it will not show up in the account. (This included both my and my roommate's name.) I tried every method of contact to try to get assistance; all take a very long time to actually get to a person, and then they will not do anything to help. The website is also glitchy - keeps logging you out and trying to get you to sign up for premium, even though I already did.

Literally could not be more frustrated. My package tracking info says it was delivered to the wrong state. It took me over an hour to login to my UPS account because the website was broken. Luckily was able to get access through the app. Then I tried to file a claim, but it won’t let me for some reason. I called and can’t get past the automated system which tells me to file a claim on the website which I can’t do. Absolutely horrendous. AI assistant is completely useless. Companies CANNOT be allowed to rely on their websites/apps/automated systems and not even keep them working for basic operations.

I had a package shipped to my home by UPS and got 3 diff. delivery dates. I saw with tracking number that package was within 3 miles of my home as of 6 am today but last promise is for two days from now! I have spoken to 3 people about not being able to get it today. First person said that it was supposed to go to the post office today for delivery but that did not happen so it sits near my house!! I asked that I could pick it and was told, "NO because the routing could not be changed? but it might happen tomorrow." Next person said 2 more days. Third person said two more days? The package is for my AC so I sit here with the temp to be 106 with no concern from UPS. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH UPS AND WILL ALWAYS REQUEST FEDEX WHEN ORDERING MORE PRODUCTS.

So I’m expecting a package with very important documents. It’s been three days delayed. They keep rescheduling for tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and reschedule again. I called. Was on the phone for almost 40 minutes. When I check my tracking it says it’s at certain location but then they called me back saying they can’t find my package but I get emails again saying rescheduled for tomorrow again.

I scheduled and paid for an 84 lb package pick-up. I work from home, so I am not always available to get to the door. The UPS driver rang the doorbell, and by the time I made it to the door, he was already driving away without the package (see my Ring video for proof). Shortly after, I received an email stating that my pick-up was completed, which was clearly not the case.
I immediately contacted customer service (Mark **), who informed me that UPS policy requires the customer to greet the driver at the door and hand them the package. I double-checked, and nowhere during the pick-up request process does it say that the sender needs to greet the driver at a residential address, nor is this mentioned in the pick-up confirmation email. The customer service representative told me I would have to pay again for another pick-up because this is their policy and implied I should have known this. While I may only be out about $16, it's the principle that's frustrating. I just wanted to inform others about this policy, in case they pay a significant amount for package pick-up.

I ordered a pair of Nike air max. A few weeks ago. The driver dropped them off at the wrong house. He admitted it to the CSR. But my claim was denied. No one at UPS was able to help. 210.00 is gone. I spoke with the the CSR. She got in contact with the driver. He said that he dropped the package at the wrong house. He took a picture of the package on the front porch. It wasn't my house. You can even see the address on the house wasn't my address. The CSR told me to call Nike to file a claim. I did but nothing happened. But the mistake was on the driver not Nike. I got a email from UPS. Saying my claim denied. How can you denied my claim when the driver admitted he dropped my package at the wrong house? Ups is a worldwide multi Billion dollar company. And this how I get treated. It not fair. If you look at the photos you see the different in the house ** s laflin/ my house ** s laflin.

UPS Driver pulled up and did not bring package to my door then left!!! Then when I called to report I had to talk to four different people and none of them helped me including the manager Christopher and they lied to me twice, claiming the package was at the local delivery office, then when I said I would go get it, they said I would have to wait until after 5:30 pm as it was still on the truck! Then when that lie did not work, they again tried to lie for the driver and said he said my address was not updated correctly!!! UPS needs to be shut down and all of their employees fired and the government needs to then have a central location where we all can pick up our own packages, but we should not be made to do their job, while they get paid for not doing so and protected from the consequences!!!

I purchased a cherry tree to memorialize my beloved pet. I got several emails saying that my tree was out for delivery but it never arrived. Finally I searched my package and the driver had marked my address as incorrect. I signed in, and found my address was right... The one the United States Post Office and Amazon uses daily/weekly. The driver clearly did this because he didn't want to deliver it. I'm furious and if my tree is wilted, UPS WILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE!

UPS package received and signed for. Upon opening the box, most of the contents were missing. The inside bubble pouch was torn open. The outer corner of the box had been retaped with clear tape. Reported to sender to make a claim. Also called UPS to report THEFT so they can investigate and they didn't seem to care at all.

Yesterday, the driver made no attempt to deliver my package that requires a signature. I watched their website come up and say it couldn’t be delivered. I called UPS and complained and was told that my concern would be noted on the delivery notes. Today at apparently 7:10 pm (delivery by 7:00 pm) the driver came to my door, did not knock or ring the doorbell and left a delivery slip with no information on it, not even the tracking no. If their drivers refuse to contact for signatures, they need to stop offering the service. This is the second order I’ve made from the same store and the same thing happened.

I’m so sick of the drivers taking a photo of multiple packages instead of the customer’s package they’ve delivered. Not helpful at all. Lazy. Delivery photos should be a photo of the customer's actual package up close. My package was not delivered, even though the photo attached allegedly confirmed delivery. Do better!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with UPS, specifically regarding a package containing alcohol. When the driver arrived, I provided my payroll signature, which I have consistently used when making any alcohol purchases. However, the driver immediately deleted my signature, stating that it was not legible enough because the package contained alcohol. I explained that this was the signature I use for all my alcohol purchases, and that my legal age is determined through my ID, not by the appearance of my signature. Despite this, the driver never once asked to verify my ID to confirm my age.
Upon contacting UPS customer service to address the issue, I was told that my signature needed to match the one on my ID. This explanation is not only illogical but also raises serious concerns about UPS’s delivery practices. By this flawed logic, anyone could easily sign for alcohol, including a minor, as long as the signature is deemed “legible.” I questioned how UPS ensures they are not delivering alcohol to underage individuals if they are solely relying on signature legibility instead of proper age verification through ID checks.
During my call with customer service, I was assured that someone from my local UPS store would contact me to inform me when the package would be redelivered. Instead, I received the following response: **“Good afternoon and thank you for reaching out. We have received your case information and contacted the driver regarding this refused package. After talking with the driver, we were informed that the package was alcohol and your choice of signature was not valid for the driver to release the package. This package will be returned to the shipper and you must contact them to arrange new delivery or refund for items. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you have a great day.”**
Not only did the response incorrectly state that I refused the package (which was entirely inaccurate), but it also failed to address the core issue: the driver’s refusal to accept my valid signature without checking my ID. This experience has been frustrating, and the mishandling of my package has been incredibly inconvenient. UPS’s policy and execution are inconsistent, and this incident reflects poorly on their commitment to secure and proper alcohol delivery. I will be sharing my experience across multiple social media platforms to inform others of the poor service and unprofessional behavior exhibited by UPS and their driver. This situation has demonstrated a clear lack of proper training and communication, and I hope that UPS takes immediate action to address these shortcomings to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.

I used the same UPS store in Houston located on Memorial Drive at Kirkwood for the past 20 years. The store is under new management. I asked the clerk to secure the box with some tape and he charged me $1. I was a little annoyed that this store would charge for placing an extra strip of tape on a box. The shipment was for an overnight delivery of perishable food that was frozen, stored in an insulated box with dry ice. The shipment took a week and was spoiled when it reached Bremen Maine. The cost of the delivery and the loss of spoiled food was approximately $200. I am very disappointed in the UPS store up charging for a piece of tape and to UPS in general for failing to make a simple overnight delivery.

Lost my package the first time then expected me to call the original sender and have them file a claim with UPS. After waiting another week, they finally ship another package. But then they try to deliver it during work hours! I went to the website and it doesn’t work. Downloaded the app-even worse. The automated call-in system says you can use either to reschedule your delivery or request to pick it up…But neither of them work to do so. So, now my package is being returned to the sender and I’ll be another month or more without the product I paid for. Customer service is ZERO help.

I hate when anything I purchase gets delivered by this company. Had a dress I ordered from FN, for a special event shipped express. I watched it literally get sent back and forth between two different cities. Tried to contact them and the agent was rude and said just file a claim and that she had no idea where the package was located. The dress was suppose to be here September 3 through express shipping, and now says it won’t arrive til September 6. The event will be over. And this has happened multiple times with this company, I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy let alone anyone else.

Waiting on a package sent from my cellphone company. It was supposed to be delivered on 8/26/2024. UPS pulled into my driveway to drop off package but driver never got out of the truck and then left so I waited thinking he made a mistake. Later that evening I got an email saying package will be delivered the 27th so after waiting all day I contacted UPS by email because I couldn't reach them by phone but I asked them if I would receive my package today, I got an email next day said I would received it by end of the day but didn't show up. It's now 09/04/2024 and no tracking info is available... I encourage everyone DO NOT DEPEND ON UPS. If you're looking for fast delivery or shipping PLS USE FEDEX or SOMEONE RELIABLE.

I used to Love UPS. We have 30 plus packages every week. Had a customer service center 10 minutes away. They were super helpful and the drivers are great. Just last week, they closed the customer center. No you have to call the 800 number. Totally automated. Can’t talk to a real person. The last 2 months, we have had several next day packages delayed. No way to find out why. The corporate decisions have rendered UPS useless. They don’t care about customer service. Just the bottom line. We will be looking for a new carrier. Sad to see such a good organization crumble because of decisions make by people in corporate office that has no clue about great service. I feel for all the great people we have worked with for years at UPS that really understand the business.

UPS uses an automated phone system that can't understand anything you say to it. It requires you to tell it irrelevant information, is incapable of solving any issue, and refuses to let you speak to a human. If I could give UPS zero or minus stars for customer service, I would. We sent out two packages on the same day. One was delivered and the other showed that UPS wasn't in possession of the package. I questioned the driver as to what our next step was - he said to give him the package. I told him that both were given to him at the same time. He replied that was impossible because he scans everything given to him. I said "so there is zero percent of human error on your part?" and he replied "zero chance." Apparently their drivers feel they are perfect and will not accept any responsibility. Wow...how it must feel to be perfect.

If I could give a zero I would, their drivers are reckless and completely disrespectful. Have them on camera just coming up to my door and putting a sticker on the door without even knocking or ringing the bell when I was home. Had me change a $1,200 flight because the package I needed was for work in which I was supposed to fly out tonight for. Contacted UPS and was told it wasn’t their problem. Well, I’m sure they will be happy to hear from my lawyer, as literally the last 4 packages were literally stolen by the drivers.

Why do we need to start with 1 star? It's absolutely a zero star company!!! Shipment from China to Canada, stuck in the US for 2 days despite I called more than 10 times to add urgent notes in the shipment. Then, with no delivery attempt they say delivery rescheduled to next day! Furthermore, they charge as much as possible for custom taxes, when I called to point out the mistakes, they replied twice with different reduced amounts. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY And still I haven't received the package.

Received a message from UPS: "Your package will be delivered Saturday between 11 AM and 2 PM. Signature required." So I stayed home. No package. Clicked the link to track package. Still displayed delivery on Saturday (it was now Sunday). No email, no changed delivery date, complete silence from UPS. No way to actually contact anyone. It is now end of Monday and I have not received my package. I have no idea where my package is, no idea when it will be delivered and no way to contact the company and get some answers. Useless is too kind a word.

UPS is a leading delivery company and a top competitor in delivering. However, their lack of capability to DELIVER lately is INSANE. Time and time again over the last 6 months I have packages out for delivery and then marked unable to deliver. What. It’s a residence with a porch and a front door. Why are you in a me to deliver!? No dogs. No obstacles of any kind. None. Park the truck. Put the package on the porch. Done. I’m so frustrating this delivery service. When I contact them they are like oh, I’m sorry I’ll tell him to deliver it. WHY DOES THE DELIVERY DRIVER NEED TO BE TOLD TO DELIVER THE PACKAGES. Sets me back several days every time! Because it’s not an easy fix! Why do you want to hang on to my packages like that!? Stop it! Just do your job! UPS needs to do better. I’ll be starting to let my suppliers know the issues I have and suggest they go with fed ex or some other delivery service.

I ordered clothing from Ralph Lauren, gave them the address to send it to my niece’s house when I purchased it 08/28/2024. It was delivered today 08/31/2024. Not to my niece's house. I trying to contact UPS, the IVR system is the system from HELL. It is not user-friendly. When I did get in touch with person, she acted as if she could not understand me. Finally she someone would call me back in hour that never happened, so now they closed for the holidays. So, this will that much long to resolve since they will closed for three days.

I have been waiting here the entire time and not one knock on the door or doorbell ring. No note was left. Worst customer service I can imagine. First attempts to fix online fruitless. Then on phone - no humans answered only robo. Then on a second number - After being on hold for 20 minutes someone barely speaking English tried to help. But couldn’t actually do anything to fix the screwup. So after waiting several days to get my package and 3 lies about when it would be delivered. I just said send it back and refund the price of shipping. I don’t believe they will do that (just another lie!).

Absolutely terrible on every level. They literally didn't deliver four of my packages in a row. There were no pictures even though they give themselves the benefit of the doubt of taking a picture of your delivery not to mention my manager got so many complaints from people in my building he went back through the tapes and never saw UPS guy show up. After the four packages went missing and I lost almost $400 worth and stuff I kept contacting the company and they ended up siding with UPS even though there was no proof of the delivery and they told me they wanted evidence that they didn't deliver it?! Like how am I supposed to do that take a picture of my empty mailbox even though on their site I literally put deliver it to my front door as delivery instructions. I begged that company to not use UPS to deliver to me anymore and they said that they wouldn't which was a lie because the very next package was delivered by UPS.
This time it actually showed up because I saw the person run up the stairs halfway and literally throw the package at the building and it landed underneath the sign that says please do not leave mail outside because it will be stolen and right next to my doorbell that said please ring doorbell for deliveries or the packages will be stolen. I saw the person run back to their car and they were literally dressed in plain clothes and got in a normal car to drive off so they are obviously hiring outside of their normal employee base. Once again there was no picture but my address was on the package and it literally looked like it had been attacked by dogs. There were holes in it so large that some of the jewelry that I ordered was falling out of the package as I was carrying it. I took pictures of everything and the company still sided with UPS. I tried opening up a claim with them but never got any kind of response at all.
I tried chatting with them but it is just a bot that doesn't understand anything so I finally got someone to call me somehow and it was a call center in India and the guy basically couldn't do anything and just like the site if you want anything done at all you have to pay extra money. They do it in the scammiest way possible. They wait for you to go through the process of trying to figure out where your package is or tell you it can be redelivered or held at a UPS store so you fill everything out and then they tell you you have to be a member and try to get you to pay every month for a membership just to get what they act like our regular services instead of just telling you in the first place. It's literal blackmail.
Especially when your packages aren't getting delivered like mine it felt like either I paid them or I wasn't going to get anything because I wouldn't be able to tell them to hold onto my packages instead of just having some random person keep them or throw them at the front door of my apartment building that's in a terrible neighborhood so it instantly gets stolen. I am livid with this company. As far as I'm concerned they owe me over $400 at this point. I don't know why anyone uses them. It just makes no sense to me that instead of blackmailing people why wouldn't you just offer those as regular services and become the best company out of all of them and make more money that way. Why be a scumbag about it? I'm surprised people are such pushovers that they end up paying them just to get their mail but I also lost over $400 so I guess I can see why.
If someone chooses to use them you are pretty much forced to. I am literally sitting outside right now waiting for them because the guy that I finally talk to on the phone told me that my package was being delivered right now and then I needed to get down here. I have been out here for 30 minutes now and no sign of anyone not to mention it said on their website it shouldn't be delivered till between between till 12:45 and 2:45 p.m. and it is only 9:20 a.m. so I think he was just trying to get me off the phone at this point. It's awful though because my intercom is broken at my apartment building and they won't fix it so I'm afraid if I go upstairs they are going to show up.
I have a portable doorbell that my manager took down because he is a jerk and everyone else gets to have their intercom working except me so I need to go grab that and put it down here which the guy said was a good idea but then he told me they're showing up right now so I am stuck sitting down here wondering if I should go back upstairs and do that or just waste my time sitting on this stoop waiting for nothing.
