I have just had the most horrible delivery experience with this company and I would absolutely tell them that IF THEY HAD A LIVE AGENT ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL What kind of company doesn't want to hear from its patrons? I received a delivery confirmation from UPS for a product I bought on TikTok. The problem is that the proof of delivery photo was of the wrong house. I have no idea where this house is. It is not a neighboring house.
When I TRIED to enter a delivery claim, UPS closed it stating that I needed to reach out to Amazon. Amazon? Why? I didn't buy this product from Amazon. Then, a CS rep called me from a non-working number to again tell me that my claim has been closed. I could not even call them back because the number was non-working. Then, when I tried to enter another claim, the website said the claim had been closed and to contact Amazon. AND THEN BLOCKED ME FROM SUBMITTING ANOTHER CLAIM. Because when UPS says your package has been delivered, they don't mean delivered TO YOU. UPS, your customer service is as bad as your drivers. Lazy, irresponsible and uncaring.

For starters y'all need to watch who y'all hire because how is it that everybody is having the same problem. Y'all need to better for it's no way everybody’s package says delivered and nobody ever receives them like y'all don't find that a problem. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. My package said it was delivered and I never received it like come on.

The UPS email below confirmed that my small package were to be delivered between 12:30PM to 2:30PM. I waited at home all day. I tracked the shipping numbered. It showed an attempted delivery at 5:38PM. I didn't hear the door bell, no knocking on the door, and no delivery door tag. I called the UPS customer service inquiring about the delivery. It took me 2 hours on the phone. I was told that I would receive a call back in one hour. After an hour, I called back. I was told that the department was closed and asked me to wait till next morning. This is entirely unacceptable. I would have given a 0 (zero) if it's possible.

If I could give no stars I would. UPS customer service is a JOKE! I spent 45 minutes on the phone. The first person I spoke to couldn’t speak English, then I get transferred, they put me on hold for 15 minutes, and they beat around the bush. I try to talk and they won’t let me a get a word in. I finally cut them off and ask if my package was lost. They tell me yes. No sorry, no nothing. This also came from a manager apparently. UPS needs to get better customer support, I will never use UPS EVER AGAIN. Horrible experience!

If there was a way to leave no a no-star review I would. The short version would be, there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. None, zero, zilch. When I had a package being sent to the wrong address - I needed to intercept it and have it rerouted to my new address. On the website, this is labeled and advertised as an option. Nope. First, calling the customer service number allows you the unique experience of interacting with a broken computer voice that is essentially worthless. After 3 to 4 minutes, you can get to a human who is - surprise - worthless.
Second, the human you get to speak with cannot help in most cases. When I asked to help with my misrouted package, both individuals informed me they could not reroute it, hold it at their hub, or inform the driver to leave it at the management office. Keep in mind, all of these things were requested on the UPS plus or whatever it's called website in which you must sign up for. They said I'd have to call the sender to have it rerouted (even though it's in a UPS truck?) I bought it online... UPS provided me a phone number, which ended up being the phone number to a scam medical device.
Basically, they can move things. They have no idea how to interact with their customer base, or how to resolve any sort of issues. Their prices are high and their staff are incompetent. I used to feel bad that shipping companies like this were in danger of losing business to Amazon... but now I'm not. I have no remorse for UPS whatsoever. Amazon does it better, fixes issues quickly, and has impeccable customer service. So shame on you UPS. Look at the overall reviews and either fix your business model or fold.

I went to the UPS store in Denman Mall here in Vancouver. We’ve had a federal postal strike in Canada and I really needed to mail off an important document to my Union. I’ve bern to this store before for computer, fax and express mail stuff before. I knew they were a bit pricey, but my experience tonight was ridiculous. There was one guy working and about 8 people wanting service. The store was a mess with boxes littered all across the floor. People couldn’t move in there and were bumping into each other. The one worker was overwhelmed and kept apologizing. He was very disorganized as we all were waiting to mail off letters and send gifts with their mail service.
I had to grab a pen behind his desk because he was busy helping someone else. I filled out my envelope and when it was my turn he told me I needed to fill out another form…he did this with everyone which I thought was a waste of time when UPS could have had those forms and pens out and accessible for all people to fill out while he was busy with other customers.
Finally, after a 25 min wait I got up to the workers desk again and I asked him how much it would cost to mail off a single page letter locally to my Union her in Vancouver. I also asked him what my options were? He told me there was only one option to send it express and it would cost me $35 plus tax. I was shocked! The woman before sent out a whole box filled with gifts for $75 and she was sending it to a different province, For a one page letter I was expecting $10 maybe $15 it was a single page letter and being delivered locally. There was no way I was paying that! I remember thinking is UPS using the postal strike and Christmas to rip people off?
Also none of their prices were listed in a price board, I found the store to be extremely disorganized, short staffed for the Christmas season, unprofessional staff, messy interior, no pens or accessible forms to fill out and they wasted my time. I even shared this with the one worker there, but he didn’t seem genuinely sincere and he just kept apologizing almost as a way to get rid of me. Anyways will not be going back….$35 for 1 letter…I can’t get over it! What a joke and ripping people off. Very upset!

Do your business with any company but UPS. They so do not respond to you, reach out or care to solve the issues their drivers cause stretch the truth like no other company I have ever dealt with. I was supposed to received my package on the 12 at 231pm however it was delivered to the wrong place and I immediately call ups at 309pm asking the driver to go back and retrieve my package however he refused and never want back and here it is 5 days later no one knows where my package is and I have not received a refund from the sender or a replacement of what I have order. And my package was coming from fashion nova. Ups is stating they are reaching out to me to resolve the issue however no and I mean no one has once attempted to contact me regarding my package in any form of fashion.
I am just given the run around from both ups and fashion nova. I ask for a refund or a replacement and here it is the 16 I still don't have my items or a refund and ups keep opening and closing my investigation but can't tell me where my package is or any feedback about the driver being able to retrieve my package or not. I have called more than 12 times and each time I am told the same thing. They are still investigating and don't have any futher information at this time call tomorrow morning. My order was placed 11/29/24 and I was supposed to receive it on the 12th of December but the delivery driver doesn't know how to read a address and I am the one who has to suffer and honestly it is just stressful not getting answers and it has been 5 day no update.
Please don't order from companies that use ups as their sender. It's not safe and they're not an honest company. You may or may not get your package but why take the chance just don't do it. We work hard for our money and not to get what we spend are hard earn money on because a company wants to play games and not care about their customers is just ridiculous. Just stay away from this company. You're taking a chance and they will tell you that they are taking notations of your comments but they're not because they have to care first and they don't their job is just a check no compassion or consideration for their customers.

I moved back to farm I grew up on a month ago. The farm has been in my family for 4 generations and delivery has been there since UPS began. Since I have returned, UPS is stopping in the middle of the road and putting our packages by the mailbox near the road. This is 1/4 mile from the home and in danger of weather and theft.
I have a special needs son that receives a month supply of his doctor prescribed liquid food. They leave these boxes out in the rain or heat or cold. I put in delivery instructions and they were ignored. I was told the driveway has blind spots they are not comfortable driving on it now. I receive deliveries from Amazon pretty much weekly, Fed EX on a number of occasions and have multiple contractors in and out on a regular basis. The laziness of this is unbelievable. I wish i could not use the service, but I don't have a choice in the matter. Still working on a resolution. I am attempting to select an alternate location for delivery, but the system will not allow it.

Looks like UPS is taking great care our packages this year again. The one package out of lots that was shipped ups is nearly destroyed. The only thing keeping the 2 packages inside is the Amazon tape.

Thanks to UPS truck in front of me this morning on I-29 in Minnehaha county that didn't have his ramp secured to his truck, fell off the back and damaged my vehicle. This could have been fatal and I hope that this doesn't go unnoticed!🤬 Writing a review because it's impossible to speak directly with anyone at UPS.

Most restrictive customer service ever - engineered to prevent UPS from having to hire a person to discuss or customize delivery options. My wife and I live in rural Colorado, south of Elizabeth. Our dogs are trained to run the 35 acres. For the safety of our delivery drivers, we installed a LoxxBoxx with entry codes at our front gate so that no one has to come onto the property. UPS doesn't provide an 'other' description of delivery location, and they only provide access codes for buildings. Their MyChoice website bot doesn't provide any other options. I try to call their number and the automation hangs up on me because my support request doesn't match their options. I try to email, and they only provide four cases for delivery email that don't match my support request.

I had received an email with an invoice. So I had went to check out what was going on. Went to the billing part and found info that a package that I supposedly sent was not paid for by me. Now that is wrong. I saw the tracking number, clicked on it and it said that it was being shipped from New York, which I do not live to someone in Wilmington, NC. I tried to make a dispute. It was denied in 10 minutes. Went to the fraud page to send to UPS and the account number and the invoice number kept going in the red and when I tried to send a copy of the invoice to them they said it was too big (did this several times).
I never use UPS unless I have to. And I wanted to get my granddaughter's gift to her in a reasonable timeframe so that is why I use UPS.. Also I had check further and it says I have a business account. I don't even own a business. I don't have an account with them at all. I received the email today, 12.15.24 but went to the UPS Store on 12.14.24 the date on the invoice. So it is strange how I got a invoice and I was just at UPS the day before. Never had any trouble from UPS until now.

UPS has diminished in quality of delivery service and customer service. My complaint is that they have repeatedly made admitted "mistakes" that cost me time and money. They make no effort, or offer, to rectify those mistakes. As many others have stated here, when you try to contact UPS all that is available is non-local call center that repeatedly states they have no power to do anything.
UPS has repeatedly failed to deliver items to my address, but not consistently. I have noticed a pattern on my security cameras. The days that UPS cant find my address correlate to the days I see them speeding by on camera later than usual. Yes every day they can't see me, I still see them. So after paying them for a service they will only render it when convenient. The solution given is to contact the sender (normally Amazon) and have them resend it. UPS has a partial monopoly on shipping in the USA and it prevents average people like my self from being able to hold them accountable.

I always thought the USPS was the worse delivery service ever, but UPS has taken over first place in my experience. I was expecting a package on Saturday which contained my Granddaughter's Christmas gift. On Saturday I checked to make sure it was out for delivery. Much to my horror, the website said it was delivered on Friday AM and the attached photo was not of my door. So someone else received my package. No one has made an attempt to bring it to me, nor do I have an address where it may have been delivered. We have over 100 bldgs in our community so finding who got my package is impossible.
There were items adding up to $197.00 in this package so someone got themselves a nice Christmas gift thanks to the carelessness of the UPS driver. After two hours trying to find a number for customer service, I spoke to a young lady who told me to file a claim. That is not going to get my Granddaughters Christmas present. Macy's will send the items again but can not guarantee them by Christmas. Another package which I was expecting was coming UPS and due on Monday. I went on to check and it told me there was no such number. Yet last week it showed the delivery date with the same number.

I order packages and hate when I see a business using UPS as the delivery service. My package never came and they marked it delivered. This is the 3rd time it’s happened. My delivery address was in Summerville. Please tell me why my package was delivered somewhere in North Charleston, accepted by some random. Are they hiring ex-cons or convicts? I don’t understand why businesses use them. I never had an delivery issue with FedEx.

Has to be the horriblest delivery service. Paid for overnight delivery on a very important documentation and of course it's delayed. Not only is it delayed it doesn't show the estimated time of delivery. Been tracking it carefully for days and when it came, apparently it's not sorted. Took 3 customer calls to even understand what's going on and when the delivery date is expected.

I wish I could get this company zero stars. Constant delays. I ordered a package Thursday, December 12. Pay for overnight express to ensure a Friday the 13th delivery and no package. Call the UPS and they constantly wanna blame the shipper when they already have the package four times in the last two months. I’ve got late deliveries delays and nothing but excuses from this company. They never wanna take the blame for a mess ups, screw ups and never want to refund you for the services that they say they guarantee and don’t guarantee. I hope this company gets bought out by someone who knows what to do with it.

I have a package just sitting at the Bath and Body Works Warehouse. It's been there since November 30th! UPS has never picked up! I realize it's Christmas time, but this has never happened when I order from a company that uses FedEx.

I ordered an outfit for my granddaughter who lives in a low income apartment in Northbrook IL and UPS driver disregarded or couldn’t read and comprehend the apartment number so he/she just dumped it inside a building door and not the apartment. The pic provided clearly didn’t show an apartment number, then it’s just oh sorry says delivered. UPS is incompetent and maybe use illiterates to employ. USPS is way more reliable and Kohl's if you’re paying attention fire their contract. I was refunded but it still is very irksome. UPS hire professionals with clear reading comprehension!

Delivery driver showed up an hour 45 mins early 1st day. An hour the second and 3rd day. I took off work early each day to be there in the window given by UPS. Please give accurate times. We all have lives too.

For the 4th day I am receiving "out for delivery" notices, yet the parcel has not arrived. Not only that, each day the time of delivery is being changed at least once varying from 7:40am-10:40am to end-of-day. From previous experiences I know that the drivers ring the doorbell only once, then disappear in a hurry. Since it is difficult for me to pick up a parcel at an outlet, I am sitting here waiting for that one-time ring for days. This is beyond unacceptable. It appears UPS is geared to businesses and ill suited to serve residential customers. They ought to either shape up or not accept residential deliveries.

I was expecting two packages on 12-11-24. I received a message at around 6 pm requesting the code for the entry gate. I called and gave them the code even though they deliver here often. I was told to expect a call from the local office at 7. That call never happened. I then got a message that there was an issue with my address and would need to submit a new address for delivery. I again called and I thought I had everything fixed. I received another message that my packages were returned to sender. Their so called policy is to attempt delivery for three days. Well that never happened. They had an issue with my address even though they make deliveries often. I think the driver was anxious to get home and returned my package. I've blacklisted UPS from every where I do business. My advice is do the same.

I purchased 2 trees from a Florida grower and they came Frozen! The second pair of Overnight delivery, disappeared in the Cedar Rapids Iowa terminal! That would seem that someone there took them home! Must be the PERKS of the job!?

I shipped a Christmas package to from Texas on 12/2/24 to my grandson serving his country, in the military, in Alaska. When I went on-line to set up shipping with UPS it gave me a shipping time of 7-20 days. On 7/11/24 I went online to see if package had been delivered, at this time I saw it had been transferred over to USPS and the new delivery date was 12/23/24 (21 days after I shipped the package). At this point I doubt that my grandson will receive his package before Christmas. If I had been told upfront that it would take 21 days to get to my grandson I would have choose another form of shipment.
I called ups and asked for a refund since I felt I had been given false information regarding the shipment and they just tried to make me feel stupid and keep telling me to call USPS even though I had already told them 5 time I was looking at the usps site on my computer and it showed 12/23/24 as the shipment date. Basically UPS told me they could not do anything since it had been transferred to usps and the 7-10 days was the time for the package to get from ups to usps. I am so disappointed at this point I doubt if I will ever livery times - use UPS again, I normally ship anywhere from 10 to 20 packages a year. Be careful when shipping UPS and watch de- they lie.

My package reached my city three days ago. According to UPS Tracking. This is ridiculous. My order was placed on 12/3/2024. UPS Louisville KY, received it 12/7/2024. Today is 12/11/2024. Simply Ridiculous! Great opportunity for Elon Musk!

I have been thoroughly displeased with UPS' ability to successfully deliver packages this year. In the last 2 weeks since Thanksgiving, I have had 3 failure via UPS. The first two packages were lost in transit and I had to file a complaint and reorder by the company I purchased the product from. Today, I received confirmation that a package was delivered to my address to find that no package was at the house. Completely unacceptable service. I can't control what service delivers my orders. Between Prime, FedEx, and UPS...UPS is the only company that has failed to successfully my packages. Fix the problem

Every year for Christmas I send my sister a package! Keep in mind that sometimes they're big sometimes they're small, sometimes they're odd sizes and shapes! Well I wanted to take the time to thank UPS in Pasadena because every year they don’t disappoint! I come in with wrapped gifts and they help me find the perfect size box and help me get my package together! Hell they even tape the box and print the label! They make sending packages to my sister so easy! I recommend going to this store and from the bottom of my heart thank you UPS!

I had a package to be delivered in Oct. of 2023 with a value of over $7400.00. The driver signed for it himself and signed the name of the neighbor's dog. The neighbor suggested they did not receive my package and that they are friends with the driver, so much so they have his cell phone number. All paperwork and GPS shows the driver stopped at my address and my package was delivered. To a dog!!!

My shipping label came via eBay shipping. UPS scanned the item in when I dropped it off. No complaints. The tracking indicated it was delivered within 3 days. Then about two weeks later I get charged $20 more because they said I didn't pay enough. I will not use UPS ever again. The time to tell me there was something wrong was when it was scanned in. Beware.

I expected a delivery of medicine (time sensitive) but after being delayed for several days waiting, once delivered the shipment was ruined. The first shipment was delivered to the wrong address. Both were supposed to require a signature. I requested all other shipments be sent through another carrier.

I have waited for this delivery since 11/23 when it was ordered. It sat in Jacksonville, Fla for 6 days. I am in Cocoa Beach. Then it was routed to Oregon. I finally received it 16 days later and it was delivered opened. Missing 3 items. I wonder why?

UPS was not able to deliver my 1 day package requiring a signature on its delivery date. It got rescheduled for the next day, but they missed the delivery window provided on the tracking for the package. I had places to be and couldn't wait around ANOTHER full day. They came by today while I was here and did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell and just left the delivery attempted notice. I tried to call the customer service line and just got a pathetic bot that required me to say the tracking number, but it could not recognize the letter 'B' and kept getting it as 'P'. It also would not connect me to an actual person.

In France, UPS has the worst reputation and offers one of the poorest services imaginable. Parcels are not being delivered as promised, and the customer service is appalling—agents even hang up on customers. For a simple parcel, I had to call 6-7 times because the updates on the website were incorrect, which is a complete joke. This sentiment is shared by everyone I know. UPS is consistently the worst, and we avoid using it whenever possible. It has never provided good service, and their customer support is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered.

I could not believe the inefficiency and incompetency shown by UPS with my most recent delivery. The originating company sent the package out to UPS swiftly but that was where it all became a joke. What was supposed to have been a 4 or 5 day delivery process turned into a nearly 3 week scramble through a few dozen tracking updates of the package being out for delivery, then back to the distribution center, to back out for delivery and 3 different updates where it said "recipient was not available" (which was not me because we had someone at home waiting on the delivery nearly everyday day while they said it was due for delivery over and over again). And, of course, getting access to a human to speak with is difficult and when successful, they gave bad or incomplete information. Suffice it to say, I hope to never have to rely on UPS for any important deliveries in the future and would recommend to businesses not to use them.

I always thought of UPS as a quality dependable shipper. But my last several experiences has taught me that they've turned into a mess of incompetence. They lost two of the latest packages I was waiting for. One contained perishable goods, which I no longer even want.

I always seem to have issues with UPS. I think they don't take responsability with the packages they deliver. A completely torn box and badly taped was delivered to my house yesterday. Without any note explaining the damaged box. I don't understand why Costco chooses to use UPS as a delivery company.

I ordered wine from Oregon for a holiday party. UPS gave me an option of paying $6 extra so I can pick up the package at a UPS location instead of my home, which I thought would be more convenient, so I took the opportunity. The location refused it and I got a message saying they’re gonna deliver the package to my house - no biggie. But they never attempted to deliver the package and instead marked it as an “error” and chose to “return to sender” without ever attempting delivery. While my tracking said it was still on its way. I finally was able to reach customer service this morning, and after an hour on the phone they aren’t helpful at all. Apparently once it’s returned I get my $6 back that I paid for already, even though it obviously didn’t go to the pick up location. UPS is the worst.

Worst experience with incapable people I've ever had. I received 1 notice that my package was even in town and that was to notify me of it being returned. No contact at all. My package was still in my city and I couldn't even pick it up.

I would give UPS a zero if I could. My package was not delivered after having been given a delivery date. When I tried to follow up, it was impossible to get any information. It took multiple questions to even reach an agent, and then all they could tell me is what was online. The hold times were outrageous and each customer service rep had a heavy accent that it made it extremely difficult to understand them. I'm not sure where their customer service is routed through. I won't consider shipping through UPS and will no longer use companies that ship via UPS. They are just too inconsistent and unreliable.

My packages (2 space heaters) were delivered to a nonexistent address!!! The driver even took a picture showing the packages on "someone's" porch. Then when attempting to file a claim with UPS, they said Home Depot has restrictions on said items and won't accept the claims. So now... I will call the CC company to dispute the $200. Charge!

Avoid shipping with UPS at all costs. I had a macbook to be delivered and it never came. Their customer service is like "the package is out for delivery and it should be delivered today but in fact no package was ever delivered". The best part is that after the day the package was supposed to be delivered, the driver or whatever in their system, marks that there was a delivery attempt but the receiver (me) was not available when I was actually waiting for them. No call, no text, no ring to the door, nothing. Still waiting for a package a week after it was supposed to be delivered! I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. Very very disgusting. Their whole staff is a big failure! Please go pick up the packages yourself or use another company for the delivery, you'll save yourself a big headache and worry!!!

I will never use UPS for anything, I understand that there is a postal strike and they have more deliveries than usual, but they should not take more that what they can handle within the timeline they say they will deliver. The online updates were wrong 3-days in a row, and when I called customer service (x3) they said that they will make sure to add notes to the file and communicate the information to the driver. When I called to follow up the next day (as I still didn't have the packages 72-hours after they were to be delivered), there were no notes on the file. I gave them a 1 star because I couldn't give them a 0.

Horrible service. Late, late, late deliveries for weeks. They pocket your two day air fees and don't even attempt to deliver on time. Then write "undeliverable" and drop everything at a "convenient pick-up" hub. I was literally sitting in the living room waiting for deliveries all afternoon. They never even attempted. This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced! Paid for important overnight delivery and never received the package! Called customer service and spoke with a smug, useless person who provided no help. Asked to speak to the supervisor and this person asked me why, put me on hold. Waited 1 half hour on the phone and no supervisor. Received a recording that the time to speak to a supervisor is 1 hour. Still waiting for a package which was supposed to be here Thursday by 1:15 pm and still have not received on Friday 2:10pm. I would recommend to anyone who wishes to use this service not to waste your time any money. It is obvious that their service is outsourced to people who are not in this country and don't care about quality service.!

UPS is terrible. We paid for early morning delivery and have a press sitting down, but have been told the package is delayed and they can't tell us why. We are now sitting here with a critical machine down. The only response from UPS is "oh sorry for the inconvenience, have a nice day".

Under no circumstance should you ever utilize this delivery service. They are the most incompetent, lying group of people I have ever encountered. I’ve been asking for a very basic refund for the past two days and every time they tell me they’re switching me to the billing company they hang up on me. I intentionally called them with mine and my wife’s cell phone and they both sent me to the billing department and immediately hung up on me. It’s comical to think that this is not even happening here in the United States that these are men and women using basic names such as Frank, Billy, Eddie, Sarah yet you cannot understand a thing they’re saying.
UPS is turning into a tragedy and I hope anybody that considers using them as a parcel service reconsiders and utilizes FedEx or Amazon instead. Rest assured they will not call you back to rectify any concerns that you have. They told me to pay a small fee to reroute the package to an access point near my home and when I did, they still miss delivered the package and are sending it back now to the shipper. This is such an easy thing to overcome yet their incompetency is mind blowing. I can go on and on about how you should not utilize this company.

I visited the UPS store on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, NH to ship a tiffany lampshade. I was greeted and helped by Sabrina, the store manager who packed and boxed a large tiffany lampshade I was sending to Oregon. I was hesitant to send it so far because of its age and sentimental value. The recipient called to let me know the package arrived in perfect condition. I am so thankful for her care in packaging the box. Job well done Sabrina!

I wouldn't recommend UPS to anyone. I have had so many bad experiences with them and they do not care about the customer. This last bad experience really did it for me and I am so glad I got it on recording. If you have a business do not use them!! They will suspend your account after 9 days because that is their terms and lock your account for 48 hours even though a payment has been received and even shown it processed and deducted from your bank account. The employees are smug and hateful. I have my account on automatic payment withdrawals and it doesn't work and with a busy business I can't always see every 9 days to make a payment when majority of pay terms are 30. I plan to show everyone what the real UPS is like with these recordings and how they really speak to and treat their customers.

I reached out to the company and they said they needed more proof so the employee stealing something from my front door. I have always had a great delivery experience with UPS. This time was different. I had amazon schedule a pick up of a return item that was damaged. The driver printed out a sticker label and left it beside my return package where it could blow away and did not return to pick it up. Mind you all they had to do was affix the label to the box and take it with them the first time. After 3 days I called customer support and was told that they would not be returning to get the package unless amazon sent them a new shipping label but I could drop off the package at a ups store myself using the label that the driver left on the front porch. I just can't wrap my mind around the amount of laziness it takes to leave the package that weighs 8lbs max after taking the time to print the label. Very poor customer service and a complete lack of care by the driver. I don't think anyone should use ups anymore!!!

UPS customer service doesn't do their job. They rescheduled my delivery without my consent. They tried to put the blame on the driver. The 1st person I spoke with said the driver would call me so I could pick the package up. I waited an hour for them to call and they never called. I called customer service back and they never notified the driver to call me. At this point the 2nd person I was talking to told me it was too late and if the 1st person had did his job I could have picked up the package. Worst customer service ever. We are going on 4 days with no heat because these people won't do their jobs correctly and now I have to wait another day for my furnace part when I could have picked it up.

Unreliable company! They offered me a job and orientation date. Cancelled my orientation last second saying my background check wasn’t processed. A month later they’re still saying the same thing. I doubt they turned in the background check because other jobs have it processed it in less than a week. I imagine others have experienced the same thing. They’re straight up unprofessional jerks to promise a job and then deny it in this crappy economy. I bet people have ended up homeless as a result.

Very bad experience with UPS. I had an order that they deliver to my neighbor's house. I have to knock at my neighbor's house to get it. Second, I ordered 3 beach chairs. It says in their app that it was delivered, but in the wrong address again, because I did not get it. The seller reimbursed my money. Third, they deliver a package in my house that was not mine. I have to catch the delivery truck to give it back to them. Very, very, very bad experience. Not a reliable delivery company.

I have never written a review in my life but what I just experienced requires me to share. I have never experienced poorer customer service than this company right here. I ordered a package and this package required a signature. I live in a secured apartment complex, meaning if you don’t have a key then you cannot get into the elevator to get to the apartments. Nobody ever contacted me or left any sort of paper for me to sign or told me that they were at my building and to come sign for this package. Usually they leave a slip on the door that says “sorry we missed you”, I didn’t even receive that. Nobody tried contacting me in any way, shape, or form to sign for this package.
I called UPS numerous times to try and figure out this My Choice app that’s supposed to allow you to sign for packages online, spoiler alert: it does not work. I was transferred 7 different times (not an exaggeration, I counted) in the span of 30 minutes for someone to tell me to download the app. The app also did not work. So now I’m sitting outside my apartment complex, in my car, in 28 degree weather waiting for the UPS truck to get here so I can sign for this package that has not been delivered for the past 2 days. Not to mention I was visiting family an hour and a half away and had to leave early to not miss the UPS truck. Extremely disappointed in this service!

They give me 4 hour windows of 2 pm - 6 pm which is a ridiculous time since most people pick up their kids during that. Anyway, I waited day 1 and must've been in the bathroom when they came. Fine, I waited the 2nd day. They had out for delivery and then rescheduled. So I waited the 3rd day, same thing. I've now spent 12 hours trying to be home to sign for this package. I call and the guy can't understand me. There's tons of noise in the background with other people talking. I get fed up repeating myself. I'm a very clear speaker, I've never had this issue before.
I speak with another guy and he struggles too. The tracking number is just insane and too long and they've no other way to find it without the ENTIRE thing. Finally get through it and I ask for a guaranteed delivery because I can't keep jumping through hoops and calling in favors to wait by my door. He won't guarantee it. He won't let me pick it up. I will always go out of my way to not use these people.

The delivery driver claimed to have come to my house and didn’t! I was sitting in my living room looking at my tracking, and saw the update. I contacted UPS Belton TX. And have gotten the run around. For the most part, UPS does a very good job delivering packages to our small apt. Building.... However, for the not-so-most part, UPS SUCKS! A few years ago, they delivered our smoked salmon boxes on the sidewalk.... Left my shoe delivery on the street and most recently (as in today!) they claimed I was not home and therefore could not enter the building. ALL LIES!!! This isn't the first time, UPS has claimed I was not home or that they could not enter the building, when the opposite was true. The drivers don't even come to our address to make a delivery attempt. I'm just curious, what DO the UPS drivers get paid for???? And, to make things even worse, they lie about how a "supervisor" is going to call me in the next hour.... No one calls. It's a scam. I wish more retailers would use FEDEX.... Much more reliable.

Does not deliver within expected window. If you want real time tracking of your package you have to pay $20 extra for a premium service. If you want a specific delivery window you have to pay $15 for a premium service AND it will still not arrive in the scheduled window. You're better off with USPS.

My ring doorbell went off and I saw the UPS delivery man drop off my packages. He exited my porch. saw something on one of my trees and I saw him put it in his pocket without realizing what it was. I got my packages and came back in the house. As I was reviewing my ring doorbell he came back again and brought it back. It happened to be an envelope a friend dropped off thanking me for something I did. It said thank you and our last name. The UPS man probably thought it was for him. It had cash inside. When I opened it up realized it had been opened. You just don't get that kind of people anymore that would bring back cash. He should be very proud of himself. It's a very tempting nowadays. I had an overnight next day package sent from Detroit to Allen Park (8 miles away) with checks enclosed for over $49,000 and it’s taking 8 days to deliver. They make it impossible to contact anyone other than AI. Totally unacceptable service. Called sender who also tried to find out delay with only frustration on their end also!

UPS relief driver fails to deliver Amazon packages to our home as our regular driver does. The relief driver puts the packages in a clear bag and dumps them 2 miles away at the end of our dirt road. The driver is too lazy to open the gate to drive down our road. Now other people have the package. That's theft.

UPS, sent my package to another place and I paid overnight delivery. Next day it said it would be here, then again another delay. Yet, I paid overnight night and turns into 7 day delivery. Hopefully, it can get my refund back. Get through customer service is nightmare and no one knows anything. They should have packages that is overnight should be a priority to deliver, yet it sets somewhere for days, but they charge crazy. I just don't get it! The system is not very efficient! UPS doesn't give you any options (unless you pay a fee $$$), such as hold at a location if you are not going to be home. So I get notifications that one item has to be signed for and estimated delivery time will be from 1:30- 4:30. At 10:28 am, I get another notification that estimated delivery is 11:00am to 2:00 pm. It is now 1:36 and nothing delivered. I can just about bet they won't show up until about 4:30 or 5. My poor wife had shopping to do and due to UPS wasn't able to because they Suck!

I am extremely disappointed with UPS's handling of my sensitive document delivery. Despite paying for a reliable service, the driver falsely claimed a delivery attempt without even visiting my address. My security cameras confirm there was no attempt made. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable given the importance of the document.
The lack of accountability and disregard for the urgency of the situation is deeply frustrating. It has caused unnecessary delays and stress. I expected better from a company that advertises itself as dependable. UPS needs to address these repeated issues and ensure drivers follow through on their responsibilities. UPS in the Greensboro, NC 27409 area is the worst I’ve ever seen. Drivers rarely deliver packages within the original delivery window and more than once, they’ve been blatantly dishonest about their delivery efforts, sometimes denoting that we declined deliveries they never even attempted. Super sorry and lazy service! Would never recommend!! If I could avoid using UPS entirely, I would.

I mailed a package from Virgins to Woodward, Oklahoma that was to arrive on 11/21. On 11/22, the intended recipient went to the Woodward UPS who acknowledged it was taken to the wrong. It is 11/25 and they have not tried to recover the package. Totally unhelpful. Very poor customer service.

This is the worse parcel service ever. I have an urgent package that I paid for two days delivery. Up till now, 13 days gone I am still trying to retrieve this package. I rerouted and UPS charged me $7 to hold at UPS yet they did not hold it. They charged me money and no one still held it. They sent this package back last week and a second one was dispatched and yet I am going through the same mess. I call them and everyone seems confused in UPS, no one knows where my package is. UPS confiscated my package that contained an irreplaceable original artwork, saying that the return shipping label was fraudulent. I purchased the label at a UPS store and have presented to them the receipt. Therefore, UPS sold me a fraudulent label. This is the worst service with the worst drivers and deliveries. Not only do they never leave my packages, but they also never call my phone or call my door. Sometimes, they don’t even bother to step out of their vehicle, leaving me to constantly monitor the door. I live on the fourth floor, and I often have to either run down to catch them or intercept them on the road. I absolutely hate this company and all the businesses that use them. Their customer service is the worst. I would never choose this service voluntarily, but some companies default to using them, which is incredibly frustrating. This is by far the most unreliable and inconvenient delivery service I’ve ever dealt with.

I brought in a very important, time-sensitive document in a UPS Next Day Air envelope to a UPS Store. I asked about insuring the document. They would not insure it. I expressed that it was very important. The lady at the store showed no concern or gave me any assurances that the envelope would get to its destination. "We just hand it to the guy." Long story short two-weeks later the Next Day Air UPS envelope never arrived. I tried calling the UPS Store but they won't help me. I tried to file a claim online and after typing in all my info the website tells me I am ineligible to file a claim. I tried calling the UPS 800-number but they don't have weekend hours or afternoon hours. The website says it is in KY with no movement. The Next Day Air envelope just needed to go from NJ to FL. This is causing me all sorts of legal and financial trouble. Extremely Unhappy!!!

I was expecting to receive an important document today that I need for an international trip next Saturday. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home because my husband is in the hospital, 40 miles away, and had an important procedure. Using the tracking number, I saw that the driver attempted delivery on Nov 21st and was scheduled to attempt again next day the 22nd, between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM. That information was visible in the UPS system on the afternoon. However, to my surprise, around 9:00 PM tonight—just before I planned to head back home to receive the package—I noticed the tracking status had changed. It now states that the package was "refused" and is being returned to the sender. The claim that the package was refused is a false and inappropriate, as a supervisor recognized by phone. I asked my neighbor to check, and they confirmed that the driver did not leave a notification of attempted delivery.
This seems to be a serious error—or potentially a deliberate misrepresentation—causing me significant problems as this document is crucial for my trip and my husband’s health. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone, and she confirmed that the package was sent back. She advised me to contact the sender to have it resent as soon as possible. However, UPS is responsible for this unacceptable mistake and the inappropriate conduct of the driver and employees at the distribution office in Rockledge, FL. As UPS never took action or responsibility to resolve this issue, and I am seeking for refund of $67, as I will need to pay the sender to mailed me again.

I use to live Ups delivery but these it's horrible. I have waited at the times the tracking said and they show up 5 hours early. I'm in the house waiting for the package and they show up and leave a piece of paper, "Sorry we missed you." I'm about to have a melt down. I use to deliver packages for Usps and Fedex and how hard is to blow your horn or beat on the door. I would give them a 50.00 tip if they did it. But no. These days drivers has forgotten about customers. It's all about filling that quota. I ship packages all of the time. I might have to start going to fedex because I cannot seem to get a courtesy knock or blowing the city horn on your 6 wheel truck. I'm highly disappointed.
I have had to call the shippers and tell them, "Don't worry about. Just reimburse my money." I will do something else. This is not delivery service. Is like dealing with the 3 stooges. I returned an item from Temu via UPS and on the day of delivery, the tracking update said the package was damaged and they discarded the empty box. So now the seller is saying they aren't able to refund me. They said the system only lets them initiate the refund after the package is delivered. I'm working on disputing the charge but the fact I have to do all these extra steps just to get my money back is very upsetting. UPS should have done a better job at handling the package.

I ordered a package and didn't receive any tracking updates (which is fine). They finally tried to deliver it when I wasn't home (which is fine). I wasn't informed that a signature would be required (which is fine). However, this was the first and only time they came to my place and left a note saying they were returning it to the sender. One attempt and they are returning a package that I've been waiting weeks for? Not even "we'll try again tomorrow" or an option to have it go to my local UPS. So even though each individual thing in theory should have been fine, the fact that I wasn't informed in any way what day or when they'd be showing up and needing a signature otherwise they'd send it back is ridiculous.

Gotta be one of the worst companies to exist. I mean I cannot remember the last time I was this excited for something. The package has been in my city for 3 days, was supposed to be delivered from 12:15 to 2:15 pm on November 21 2024. It had arrived in my city on the 19th. One of the packages arrived but not mine. My package said it was going to be delivered between 12:15 to 2:15. After one package was delivered the app updated to arriving by end of the day 9:00 pm. 9:00 pm rolls around. Nothing. Now I understand things can happen but the package a quite expensive package that was said to be arriving earlier that day never showed up.
A UPS package was already delivered that same day, why wasn’t mine along with it. So now I assume it’s sitting in the back of a truck in very cold weather. This is my first experience with UPS. Will definitely be avoiding them going forward. I also called customer service asking about tracking and my package. Of course it’s a robot and doesn’t help me at all.

I have recently had problems with UPS insurance coverage on goods sent to me. I filed a claim with their insurance company who covered my package. My claim was processed and granted. However, UPS insurance paid the claim money to the person who shipped the item to me (the sender) and not to me (the claimant). So I have not received the amount approved for damages to my packaged goods. It is UPS policy to pay the sender, not the recipient. I have been around and around with both the insurance company and the corporate office and no one will take responsibility for paying for the damage to my item. Their response that it is "POLICY" is not good enough. I want them to review their "policy."
It makes no sense to me that they paid the sender (not the owner of the merchandise) and not the person who now has broken merchandise. It's a Catch 22. I will not be receiving the insurance coverage on my item as it is not their "policy" to pay the recipient (the owner). Tell me if you think this is right. The merchandise in question was mine to begin with, I paid to have the merchandise sent, I paid for the insurance on the package, I was granted the claim. But I do not get the funds. Sound right to you? And no one at UPS or UPS's insurance company will make this right. No one in any position of authority will talk to me about this.
My advice: Don't use UPS. Don't pay for insurance because you will not receive anything if your things are broken. And for goodness sake, don't dispute their "policy" as they will just shuttle you around from place to place and never ever admit they made an error. Try the US post office. They are much more responsible and will talk to you.

I have been talking to no less than about 10 or 12 UPS employees over the past 2 days. It started when I got a shipment from an overseas vendor and there was a duty import tax due. I did not know and did not have the money. The driver (who lied) said they would make the delivery as a "missed delivery" so it would be rescheduled the next day. He didn't do that, he had it marked as receiver "refused". It was then indicated by status on tracking number that it was held for customer pickup.. IN A CITY. NOT AN ADDRESS OR A SPECIFIC PLACE. A CITY!!. I then talked to other UPS people who said it can not be picked up at a location and would be delivered the next day. It was not. Then I was told it was delivered the next day it was not.
Then I was told by others that the shipper requested it be sent back when the shipper sent me an message saying the instructed UPS to deliver the package. Lastly, UPS tried to make me pay for this "fee" even though they knew it was being shipped back. Every time I talked to a person, NOBODY could give me a clear, truthful answer on the what the status was. Another tracking number was assigned to this (I don't know if this was to come to me or be sent back).

ABSOLUTELY absurd & ridiculous freight costs. These 5 packages, 4 long car opening tools and 1 box. Total weight about 35 pounds shipped to Hawaii from Fresno, CA. Total freight cost: $2,077.90!!! Something is very wrong there. It would have been cheaper for me to fly in from Hawaii and pick it up myself than to have it shipped via this carrier.

Took a package to be delivered on Labor Day. It was supposed to be there by that Thursday. (Supposedly) Arrived at the city for delivery and then they started putting notes like severe weather and couldn’t deliver due to an unforeseen circumstance (called the UPS Store and they were told there was an accident). Called for the fifth time only to discover they supposedly know that it’s in Lone Star, Tx or at a Lone Star facility and had never even been put on a truck for delivery. They’ve been lying about even knowing where the package is for four days!

I ordered a new iPhone and UPS was tasked with getting it to me. The scheduled delivery date was two days after I ordered it. As it ships out it makes its way to a warehouse or hub in Nashville and an hour after it checked into Nashville my Verizon account was getting hacked in attempts on it. Then naturally my phone never arrived. It actually never even left Nashville which is pretty obvious to me that someone stole it. After filing a claim with UPS and making multiple attempts to explain to them it has been stolen by one of their employees they still can’t seem to come to any conclusion at all and do what is right by me. Calling my phone provider I was able to find out that phones are stolen at a relatively high rate this time of year and placed a new order for me at no charge. I wouldn’t recommend UPS because their employees are thieves and they drag their feet during the claims processes.

I am extremely disappointed in this service. They give you a delivery time, but then change it. I wasn't available to sign with the updated delivery time, and so they rescheduled it after it was already on the truck to be delivered. Now they can't send a message to the driver to go ahead and deliver as originally scheduled. That is absurd. It's already on the truck, just deliver it!

The absolute worst delivery company out there. They gave me a 4 hour window which was from 2:15 - 6:15 11/15/2024. I have it an extra hour until 7:15 and still no package. Wasting time waiting for a package in my mind is ridiculous as my time is very important to me at my age. **Frustrating Delivery Experience with UPS** I recently ordered an item, and the delivery experience with UPS has been incredibly frustrating. The package requires a signature, and since I’m currently on bed rest, I called UPS to request that they ring the doorbell upon delivery. I even placed a sign on my door today specifically asking them to ring the bell. Despite these efforts, I just received a notice that delivery was unsuccessful. My doorbell was never rung, and no one knocked on the door. This is especially infuriating because I am unable to leave my home right now, and the lack of communication or proper delivery is making a difficult situation even worse.

For the most part UPS used to always get the packages there on time. But lately, you'll get text messages from them saying the package will be there between a certain time and lately it never comes till the next day. What UPS doesn't understand is that there are times when people take off to get a special package only to find out they lied to you. If people would have known in the morning it might not come till the next day they'd go to work. But UPS they don't care about their customers' time!

My UPS experience has been outstanding and amazing. I have never felt more welcomed and special. Kevin ** is the best UPS worker I’ve ever met. He always comes and says hi, comes when we need him to and just is an outstanding person. And is super quick with his work that he gets to go home early. Personally I think Kevin is just the best. He works around our differences and make sure that we get our packages on time and to the right places. Hollister Co at Rivertown crossings certainly loves Kevin and thinks he should get a pay raise.

The UPS delivery driver ignored my VERY DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS about delivery to my house. Even took a picture of where he or she delivered it so a neighbor was successfully able to steal something with my information on it plus my entire package. There's a HUGE sign that says N. Main street in startex. The house he or she delivered it to was not the same color, the picture of delivery that was taken was of a wooded fence in a wooded area. I will never under any circumstances ever use Amazon or UPS again no matter what.

Bought their 2nd day air service (from New York to Chicago). The package actually left their New York facility on the third day it was given to them... Then it took over a day to get to Northbrook on Friday. And even then they could deliver on Saturday, given that how late they are, but, apparently, they don't work on Saturdays... Expected delivery day (Monday) appeared on their tracking service only once the package arrived practically at their final facility. UPS does not honor their guarantees and UPS management/planning is beyond being horrible.

Do NOT rely on the time window the UPS App may show you!!! I had a window of 12-4pm, I was heading home, got home at 11:30am and they had already tried delivery that required a signature at 11am and now I had to take ANOTHER day off from work to go and pick it up at an access point! Was told by UPS the times are estimates only and they can deliver between 8am and 7pm at any time. In other words if a signature is needed stay home all day and wait!

11/6/24. UPS said they delivered my order on 11/1 and placed in locker. I have contacted UPS and they have called 2 locations and the package is nowhere to be found. I cannot get through to a real person to find out what happened. In the meantime I have had to contact Amazon to receive a refund for my order, UPS should have an easier way to talk to an actual rep so an issue can be resolved. I would really like to know where the driver left my order!!! I live in an apartment complex and in the past because they claim they could not get to my apartment they handed the package over to FedeX, if this was this case, THEY could at least tell me!!!!

UPS is worst service for any couriers service company better go with DHL or FedEx. I had an overnight delivery sent from Tempe AZ to Las Vegas. I placed my order very early on Thursday morning for a next day early delivery. I placed the order 7am from the shipper on Thursday for Friday morning delivery. The next morning(Friday) when I tracked the shipment it was still sitting in Ontario CA since midnight on Thursday. Called the shipper he said ups driver came at 4:30pm but didn’t have no issue with the next day early morning delivery because if he was the shipper could have used an alternative method.
When I tracked the shipment on the notes it said it was picked at 4:35pm and processed in Tempe location at 6pm but once it got to Ontario that’s when the drama began. They claimed the package was collected late so it didn’t meet the cut off time for next morning delivery. So if that’s the case why did you take the shipment and charge me for the service if you knew you can’t deliver?
I called ups customer service and spoke to a supervisor who after reviewing the case she told me the mistake was done by ups at the processing location. She promised she will escalate the case and the shipment will be delivered first thing on Saturday which is today since Las Vegas they do Saturday delivery it should be an issue. I tracked the shipment this morning but it was still sitting in Ontario same place it was on Thursday night yet it was supposed to be a next day delivery. Called ups no call customer service on weekends. How can such a huge service company not have customer service on weekends. It’s like an airline telling you they got no customer service on weekend. Right now it’s 8pm and the shipment still sitting in Ontario. The worst company ever avoid them during this holiday season if you wanna keep your sanity.

Recently I purchased a small packet of rings and they want to charge me 50 dollars. This is beyond fathomable. I will never choose UPS as a carrier again. I ordered a car radiator from Amazon that was delivered by UPS. The packing box had a large crunch on one corner, and the radiator was deformed into a parallelogram. Why did they even bother to deliver it? It was so obviously damaged. There was a Fragile sticker on the box. :( Luckily, I can return through Amazon instead of trying to file a claim.

UPS is a scam. Don't waste your money and go to your local Post Office. I sent a box from US to Canada and UPS charged me the delivery fee. However, they failed to deliver and instead left a message saying that they were not going to deliver the box unless a Brokerage fee with import charges were paid. Ups never told me that all the taxes were not included at the moment I was sending the box. Is unbelievable how this people want to overcharge you and trick you into thinking everything was paid for. I had sent boxes to Canada before by the Post Office and this never happened. This should never be allowed to do.

I am so tired of UPS negligence, it's a fortune to ship with them, they don't deliver in the amount of days (2 day) that I pay for. Tracking is pointless. But my most recent experience is infuriating. I made an order, shipper sent me the tracking number, I track it, it shows delivered at 7pm 10/30/2024. The photo is laughable, it is of my house wall, facing the street in pitch black, partially blurred and nowhere in it shows the delivery box. I check my security camera footage at times before and after said delivery, nothing. I call UPS, give all the details, rep says he has initiated the claim and will be in touch and he sending an email with details.
I get an email, it is requiring me to file a claim to "initiate a claim"! I just did that on the phone, so I call back in and rep says no claim has been filed. That the shipper has to initiate the claim, I can't. Umm, it was my money spent, it was supposedly delivered to my house. But I now have to call an international company and ask them to file a claim.

We happened to use a UPS store when we were in Glenburnie by chance. Our package got lost on the way by the UPS carrier. We tried calling the store but they never pick up the phone nor answer voice messages. After a long frustrating ordeal dealing with UPS customer service and its claim section, we were offered a 100 dollar reimbursement for the lost package whose value was way higher than it. Apparently that was the declared amount which I never did, and also apparently I agreed to all terms when I paid the shipping fees whose conditions I was never informed. I supposed to read a long document when there was a queue of customers waiting for their turn at the store.
We refused the compensation, asked UPS to find the package and the reply we got was always "ask the store to find it for you". Then we had to go back to Glenburnie with hopes of getting help to find our package. When we got back to the store, we got no help from them. We were told to go to Laurel where the package was taken to from the store, but whose location even the store manager does not know! We had to find the location using Google and taking the best guess. It was a big warehouse where the guards did not let us go inside or talk to any rep. Just a wild goose trip for which we had taken a leave of absence from work.
Basically it was our mistake to trust UPS based on hearsay. UPS is here for business only, and it does not care to investigate if a package is lost through them. Just file the claims form is what you will hear from its reps. And they want you to be self aware about its insurance and lost packages policies which we were stupidly naive about. Long story short, if you cannot have your package lost, never use UPS because that is always a possibility and a big business like this will not care to find one lost package. You should have taken insurance is what the answer you will find out.

I have searched and searched the UPS website for how to complain about a reckless UPS driver. There is nowhere to do it. Customer Service doesn't care, and evidently, UPS only wants to hear great things about their employees. I can leave an "atta boy" on the website, but not a complaint. On Friday, October 18, 2024, at approximately 5:56 PM, I was almost hit by a UPS driver who failed to yield the right away to me as I entered a shopping center on Centre Park Dr in Columbia, MD. Even blaring my horn at the driver did not prevent him from continuing to accelerate as he exited the shopping center. If he is this aggressive when he's driving in a shopping center, I would hate to see him out on the roads. I guess if I see another UPS driver, I need to be extra careful and practice preemptive accident prevention driving, just in case. I suggest you all do the same. Next time, I'll be better prepared to grab the truck number and license plate & file a police report. Perhaps getting a few tickets for reckless driving will keep him off the roads!

I paid Extra to have an important package held for pickup at a UPS Store office location. Received confirmation message the package would be held. I received a notice that the package was out for delivery by end of day. End of the day comes, and my package was in fact NOT delivered. I checked the tracking to discover it now stated 'Returning to Sender'. Customer service rep at UPS was a frustrating challenge to even reach a human. Once I did, all they could say was that yes there was an error on their part, and now I'd have to deal back with the sender. Phone rep could not care less. UPS - - - more like OOPS. Terrible service, inexcusable error, doesn't care. Do NOT give these clowns business.

I ordered my package on 10/23 and I was told it would arrive on 10/25. It is now 10/28 and still have nothing. I had to ask where my package was and they changed the delivery date shortly after. Makes me feel like they misplaced my package and forgot about it. I am in NC and the shipment started in MD. For some reason the tracking shows it going from MD to IL and it says that it arrived at Hodgkins, IL twice for some reason. Firstly is there not a facility closer to NC? MD is around 5 hours away and IL is over 12, so it ended up going further away from me. Secondly why is it arriving there twice? Did workers check it in, misplace it, then check it in again? Don't know why this is a problem.

UPS is the only delivery service that NEVER opens my gate to deliver packages. Amazon, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and many more delivery services look in my profile for gate code except the idiot UPS drivers that refuse to open the gate. This consistently results in me having to go retrieve my package from the pick up site. However that is even a broken process because it takes usually 2-3 days to get there. I have prescriptions delivered to my home. UPS refuses to deliver to my correct address. My development has roads in front of and in back of my house. They keep leaving my expensive and requiring refrigeration drugs in the alley behind my house. I have called customer service every time it occurred over the last 22 months. They say they are starting an investigation and will be called by local distribution center. I explain the issue and they say they will tell the drivers but the delivery is in the wrong place. Amazon, FEDEX, Chewy, and every other delivery service can find my front door.

Truly horrendous service. They have lost my daughter's medication twice that we get sent long distance from NYC. The customer service begins with utterly frustrating AI voice who doesn't understand anything you say, and just repeats herself over and over and over. I have spent the better part of three (!) hours today on the phone and at ups.com, attempting to locate the undelivered package. I do not recommend UPS in any way, shape, or form. TERRIBLE.

Shipped my library and personal belongings from Colorado to Georgia in a total of 3 boxes. One of them never arrived because UPS damaged and lost it on the way. Although the package was insured, they never refunded me because they required "a picture of the broken package", which I obviously never got. After calling the store and UPS customer service more than 30 times (I swear this number is conservative), they never got back to me or solved the problem. Their strategy is to ignore your calls until you desist (which I ended up doing because time is also valuable).
UPS' customer service, in the rare case when you can talk with a human, is decentralized and doesn't take responsibility for what happens to your package. Each store is a franchise, independent of the others, so what happens in that store needs to be handled by the store. If you live in a different state or they don't pick up the phone, you're sold. So, definitely, avoid them at all costs. UPS works well for massive package delivery by big companies where the loss of a bunch of packages doesn't impact the overall company balance, but is not the appropriate service for individual customers. In my experience, Fedex or DHL are way more customer-friendly and take better care of your package. Even USPS works better (and for a more competitive price).

UPS Macon Bibb GA and the entire corporation SUCKS! I tried to intercede my package that was to be delivered. I called customer service to request a later delivery time for the following day it was scheduled to be delivered. Had to almost argue with the rep to get her to put in the notes to change delivery time. Next day I rush home to meet expected delivery to discover delivery had been attempted prior to the requested time. I called UPS customer service only to be on hold for over an hour. When I get a call from the local hub supervisor to proceed to tell me the driver can’t stay out that long to make a delivery.
I proceeded to inquire how is a whole worldwide corporation not logistical set up to make deliveries past 4:00 pm. When they do the scheduling without customer input (no text, email or anything to select a time frame). The Macon, GA supervisor tells me that corporate called her to call me when I was on hold for corporate. I continued to hold. UPS is ridiculous! They make it impossible to talk to anyone, let alone someone with knowledge! I have spent a month trying to set our company up on ACH and I'm not any closer today then when I started. I have emailed their "SETUP" email address multiple times, I have talked to at least 25 people, none of whom have this info, yet they love to keep transferring me along! In fact they gave me to a supervisor, who did nothing but pass me back to the same # I started with! AI states you can enroll in their billing center, no! If you can it is well hidden! This is all just a ploy to get extra money from their customers as they are now charging to pay any other way! So your stuck being charged until a magical person that must only come out once a year, rises and gives you the info you need to get setup! RIDICULOUS!!

I ordered a wood chipper. A very heavy item to be sure. It was ship via UPS truck from California. My fiance came into the living room and said it sounded like someone had ran into my truck parked in the driveway. When I went out to investigate the UPS truck was in the drive and I assumed she heard the door of it being closed. The truck pull away and I loaded the wood chipper on a hand truck to take to my workshop to unpack. It was clearly marked over 75 lbs., 2 person lift.
The box was heavily damaged and when I opened it so was the motor and various parts of the chipper. It is obvious the driver dropped the box out of the truck. I couldn't lift it alone nor could he. UPS denied the claim for a damaged package. So I spent $500 on a damaged wood chipper. The retailer also filed a claim and it was denied. This was on Oct. 18. 2024. Today another delivery and the box had been cut open on 3 sides horizontally of the box. Luckily the item was not damaged. If this happens again an attorney will be hired to address it.

I am absolutely furious with UPS and their handling of my recent shipment. Their incompetence has cost me time, money, and endless frustration. I shipped 8 packages from Alberta, Canada, to California, USA, and it has been a complete disaster from start to finish. Despite confirming the address multiple times, providing directions, and even suggesting alternative solutions, UPS kept giving me the runaround, with the status constantly bouncing between “More Information Needed” and “On the Way.”
Now, I’m getting even more mixed messages. I received a text saying the shipping labels are missing and that they would send the packages back unless I paid for a new delivery attempt. Meanwhile, another agent is supposedly investigating and will contact me later. To make matters worse, they are now saying that the packages may be missing entirely.
These shipments contained important information, including documents related to my university and professional designation, which I explicitly ensured were to be handled with care. The idea that these vital items could be lost because of UPS's incompetence is beyond infuriating. To claim that UPS is not responsible for the additional costs and inconvenience I’m facing is unacceptable. It’s absurd that a company of their supposed reputation would handle this so poorly and then dismiss their responsibility.
This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed. The lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. I expected better from UPS, but this situation has completely shattered my trust in their service. I strongly advise others to think twice before using UPS, as their customer service is seriously lacking, and they seem indifferent to the consequences of their mistakes.

Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Expected a package pickup 2 days ago. Apparently today he decided to show up. The package was on my front steps in plain sight. But yeah for some reason he decided the driver decided to go to the back door. I don't know what he's smoking, totally incompetent. Now I have to drive an hour away to get this package returned.

Tracking is meaningless. I don’t understand the point of having basically false tracking. This kind of thing is okay in a loading screen or while downloading. It makes you feel like something is happening. When it’s about having to be there to receive a package it has real consequences.

After ordering materials for my construction company, UPS was assigned delivery. Huge mistake by the company I purchased from. UPS is the worst logistics company on this planet, and it’s not even close. Last time I checked they get hired to deliver for their clients. In my case, they of course left a sticker on the front door with no redelivery date. Two days later I get an email that they returned this item to the sender on the other side of the country. I hate UPS and from this point forward I will not do business with any company that ships with them. It’s an absolute joke that they can continue to treat their customers the way they do.
Based on the other 35000 reviews that have been posted about their company, I would recommend anyone who is shipping something avoid doing business with UPS. If you are business owner and you ship with UPS you deserve a one star review just by association. UPS doesn’t care about their customers and anyone who willingly does business with them should be exiled. UPS you suck.

I sent a package, which never arrived. I tried tracking, but was told by automation that it was wrong address. I checked. It wasn’t. Then I was told it was at another location and that I would receive a call within the hour. Two hours later, no call. I called back and was told I would receive a call from another location. Again, no call. I tried tracking again. Automation will now not accept tracking number. What a company!! I’m totally underwhelmed. And so is my granddaughter. (The pkg contained her “special made” 18th birthday gift. Thank you, UPS.) My advice would be to try Pony Express. It would have to be an improvement.

The UPS delivery drivers in my area never leave my deliveries at my door or even close to it. My deliveries are consistently left in the middle of steps that lead up to my door. My door is easily accessible and the deliveries are left where someone could easily see and take.

Horrible customer service. When orders are placed and they make it facility to be delivered, they are holding packages instead of delivering them on time. Instead you get a message that they have been delayed due to their decision to only deliver to this area two days a week. Customer service denies that they are doing it but then an employee said that is what is happening.

For being one of the largest shipping and delivery services in the United States, UPS is extremely unreliable. Nearly all of my packages are delayed and delivered late. With the fees they charge punctuality should be a guarantee. Just another company falling victim to corporate greed that treats their customers like disposable scum.

If you are in the mood for a nightmare choose UPS. I have been waiting for two packages without a delivery date, one from Europe. I recently discover that UPS keep accepting packages even though their capacity is full, keeping your package with no attentive delivery date, mine has been held in Germany for 3 weeks already. I was given a delivery date for another of my packages shipped from China and once again that date is been dismissed with no approximate delivery. I had to make sure none of my outsources are going to use UPS for any of my future orders and I suggest others to do the same on any international orders. UPS should not be in the business of delivery if they don't have the capability of doing so.

If I could give 0 stars I would. UPS updated the shipping address to a random person's house, only way I found out about this was the shipper told me, not UPS. It was attempted to be delivered at that random location, an address I NEVER entered, after I spoke with someone saying they had updated the address to the correct one. Employees of customer service all had different things to say.. Some said they updated the address, no surprise it’s still out for delivery in a completely wrong city. Some said there’s absolutely no way they can update the address..?? How is there no way you can update the address when you were the ones who changed it without informing me…
I paid 30 dollars for overnight shipping, 6 days later no sign of my package, still out for delivery in a completely wrong city. Not to mention it’s extremely difficult to even talk to a real person, and even they do absolutely nothing to help. Tried to contact the billing department to file a claim, waited on hold for 20 minutes, someone answered, said nothing, I heard talking in the background, then they hung up. What kind of customer service is that? USPS on the other hand consistently gets my package here 1-2 days early. I’m going to try my best to avoid UPS in the future.

Lazy driver is all I can think of. They left my package at neighbor's. The picture is the only thing that saved them. Still where it was left did not have the number ** on it. As they drove away and passed my place the ** could not have been missed if only they had bothered to look. From looking at the reviews here, this company really needs to make some changes. FED-EX has no problems. When a temp driver was on they called me. Sad a big company is so worthless.

Overnight Priority apparently takes four days. 2 day Flight apparently takes 13+ (still waiting) days. There is no customer service, no updates on package location. It's insane this company is still a thing.

I just dropped off a package to UPS for a return and they didn’t accept my box. They said they didn’t need it. I asked them to please recycle the box and the sales rep told me they don’t recycle. This absolutely appalled me. This is a perfect box that can be reused or recycled. Instead, I had to throw it out in the regular garbage outside… absolutely outrageous and a waste. SAVE OUR PLANET.

UPS's service has been incredibly disappointing. My next-day delivery didn’t arrive as promised. The tracking then updated, stating the package would arrive on Saturday between 2-6 pm, but no one showed up. The window was pushed to 7 pm, but still no delivery by 9 pm, and the tracking remained stuck on 'expected by 7 pm.' Ridiculous! Their customer service only made things worse. The automated system is useless, looping the same three answers with no option to speak to a live person. I also suspect their internal theft rate is high—UPS once lost my iPod and never reimbursed me. Now, another high-value package is delayed, and the experience has been a nightmare. For high-value items, I’d avoid UPS. Their service is highly unreliable, and customer support is a nightmare.

I went to the UPS store located at 6720 N. Hualapai Way Ste145 Las Vegas, NV. 89149-1373 to have my luggage in a box which was in designer duffle bag ship to my home address in Chicago. The clerk there knew my bag he'd boxed it, so he saw what I was sending because I was talking with him and share my trip and things. I had a great time in Vegas as well as attitude. I'm a older woman, and paid my fees and insurance for my bag to make sure it get delivered in a timely manner. I never got it. I paid over 70 bucks for their services to not receive my luggage.

Cannot depend on UPS for overnight deliveries. They were unable to deliver an overnight refrigerated medical shipment. It sat in their Jamaica facility since 6am. Now medication has gone bad. Will use FEDEX next time.

This is a terrible service…. Sent me 3 emails today delivery is in between 12 Noon- 4 pm. I sat around all day… 15 mins before the delivery window was up, they sent an email saying not til tomorrow…. Why lie to your customers…. Then when you call to ask questions they put you through to someone who doesn’t care… they are 2000 miles away and don’t make enough…. 600$ in 2 months is their salary…. Never use this company…. They clearly make money off of equine excrete. And paying their employees 10$ a day….

UPS is the worst company on the face of the Earth. They're impossible to get a hold of their shipping. Times are ridiculous. Their customer service is the worst in the business. I'm waiting for a package and they claim that this receiver refused the package. Meanwhile, it never got to me ever so that's a bold-faced lie and now they're sending my package that I've been waiting for weeks for back to the sender UPS. They lost countless packages recently. Totalling $200,000 in damages. Leaving my wholesale clients angry and leaving. We will never use them again. We have been in contact with their team for months without resolution until today. They said they will not pay any of our claims and closed my account without reason. DO NOT USE UPS!!! They constantly lose, destroy or misdirect packages even when you pay more for 2 day air. As a business, I refuse to use UPS anymore due to the packages they destroy, lose or "get stuck in the rotation of our automated sorter". All the reps can say is sorry for the inconvenience. All I wanted was a no-hassle, 2 day shipping experience, as advertised. When it wasn’t fulfilled, it became false advertising to me. The only communication I received was “delayed”. Is that all you give customers that paid for a service you aren’t delivering on? It was delivered on day 6 after a couple days of stressful customer service experiences with their generic comebacks and promises of a 10 day case investigation! UPS opens the door for angry customers with this lack of communication and experience. The manager went above and beyond to find the product I needed, otherwise who knows when I would have received it. The driver was good also. They get the stars. Overall though, the experience was very stressful!

Worst experience ever! The UPS stores are privately owned. Store clerk did not pay attention to detail and put incorrectly the city of the receiver as well as my address. As a result, the tracking number got lost in the transit. After speaking to a supervisor at the store, he stated that he changed the address and there was no need to change the tracking number. I have spoken to many reps and no one can help me. I have lost a very valuable item and sadly, will have to refund the buyer. I will never do business again with UPS.

UPS should be ashamed of themselves by not doing their jobs correctly. I ordered some clothes for my birthday and have always sent the order to my PO BOX and have not had any recent issues. I have had delivery issues with UPS which prompted me to create a UPS MY CHOICE ACCOUNT. Anyway my order was shipped from the company and since they knew it was delivered by UPS the shipper also used what's called Sure Post to ensure finally delivery can be made by USPS.
Well on Oct 7th a UPS employee did not do their job correctly, just looked at the package and saw a PO BOX and immediately marked return to sender. I have spoken to several supervisors who confirmed this was a UPS error and was suppose to have my package either delivered as it was suppose to be or have me pick it up which I was willing to do. Needless say on October 8th my package is still traveling back to original destination and yet I'm still waiting on someone to call me back. To say I’m upset and disappointed is an understatement.

Very unhappy with a damage claim I submitted for a shipment sent via UPS. Contents were two ceramic Disney themed toy houses, one titled "Mickey Mouse's Castle", the other "Donald Duck Toys". I sold the items on eBay and they were going to be Christmas gifts for the buyer's granddaughter. The toy houses were each wrapped in bubble wrap, then inserted into their separate factory boxes. The factory boxes were placed side-by-side, right side up inside a larger cardboard box. The extra space inside the shipping carton was filled with Styrofoam peanuts. The box was securely sealed with packing tape, a FRAGILE sticker affixed to the side, and each side marked with an arrow indicating "UP". The box only traveled one state away (TN to NC). When it arrived, it had every appearance that the box was either dropped, stepped on, or otherwise mishandled. The top was significantly crushed and both ceramic toy houses were damaged.
UPS reviewed the many photos I submitted and determined the items were insufficiently protected for shipment. HORSE CRAP! They are absolving themselves of any liability for the value of the damaged goods and have graciously provided me a link to better understand proper packaging instructions for future shipments. I guess the dozens of other ceramic figurines I've already successfully shipped without any damage were a fluke.

He was 4the door open always and we have a recorded camera. Tracking label the customer service man too bad attitude (he is anger). Anyway the delivery man and customer service is too poor today.

We are a large online shipping store, we PAY for UPS to pick up. This is for the LAKE ELSINORE AREA. These are VERY expensive packages, which require a scan for our insurance coverage (in case they are lost). This also shows the CHAIN OF CUSTODY. The drivers are refusing to scan our items as we load up for 4th quarter. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I would not recommend this company for any shipping. OUR TOP SUPPLIER (MEGA MILLIONS) JUST SWITCHED TO FEDEX.

Missed my package that needed a signature by 10 mins because I needed to go back to work. They said call a representative to send it to a near store for pickup. I did, then they tell me they can't because of the signature. Horrible customer service, people were rude, not trying to help at all. Not thrilled and will not be going through them in the future.

I’ve never had a issue with UPS before. It’s always been FedEx. I always have great experiences with UPS deliveries, they are on time and the drivers are nice. This time I have to say I am disappointed. I ordered an amazon package and it was delivered today, but it is nowhere to be found. No package was delivered to my house today and nothing at the post office.

The staff did a good job. When I tried to pay in cash the staff refused to take payment which included $50 bills. Had to pay by credit card which I am trying not to use because of interest rates. Will no longer use UPS!!! So FEDEX and USPS I’ll be using your service in the future. Date 09/30/2024.

The only reason they are getting a one star is because I cannot give them zero. This is the most unreliable company. My packages have been damaged and stolen from this carrier and they never assume responsibility. They say they will conduct and investigation and they never do their jobs! It is sad to say that this company should not be in business. Customer service is also not helpful.

My cousin’s wedding is this November and she sent my dress through UPS and I have not received it. Their response through the tracking is that it was delivered to a locker but there is no locker. I had a family friend who works for UPS look it up and was told they don’t know who the driver is because the package was not scanned. I will never use UPS again as they are not reliable and their customer service is horrible. The dress took over 3 months to order and the wedding is in a few weeks. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They have offered no help to me and paid only a third of what the dress was worth. All I want is for them to investigate so we can possibly get the dress delivered to us. I will also no longer use them for my business.
