I have been a UPS Store customer since 2008 and early this year 3-17-25 my store closed without notice. Now I am not the only business customer that has used this Store in Boca Raton. I'm still having issue getting all of my mail. Not only that but those of us who prepaid for our mail boxes located at this store cannot get a response on how we are to have our prepayment handled. Image shown was on the door. The news here is questioning it as "Fraud?" I've tried to contact them several times. **. I've sat on hold multiple times, then it rings and rings at corporate.

So I ordered an expensive computer part, had it expedited delivery for next day. The order was to arrive on time. It required a signature, so I used the UPS app for special instructions to not require a signature and leave it inside my garage. So what happens? The delivery was sent back to the shipping center, because there was an update to the shipping and was sent to an old UPS access point 2000 miles away, I used 2 years ago. I called the UPS number, talked to a rep two times to explain the situation and "nothing we can do, because you made the request." I spent $30 for new shipping delivery instructions for a local access point. I don't know what's going to happen now. A Scooby Doo mystery. Terrible, they have become the USPS at this point.

I dropped off a package at the Fairlawn, Ohio store. I was asked what the package was and I said it was a graduation gift. It disappeared as soon as I left the store. I tried to start tracking it on Monday and then again on Tuesday and nothing was showing up except that a label had been created but UPS did not have possession of my package. When I called the store and inquired about this they instantly responded "It was picked up". I have made between 45 - 50 phone calls to customer service trying to get a manager involved and each time I get the same response "You need to talk to the store". The store tells me I need to talk to UPS. No accountability.
I finally did talk to the manager of the store, and I asked about an investigation into this matter. He said he filed one. So I followed up with him a week later and he said unfortunately he is not able to reach anyone at UPS either to get any information. He asked for my e-mail and I gave it to him, thinking he was going to copy me in on correspondence he was having with UPS about the investigation. Instead I received an e-mail that he had filed a claim on my behalf. He stated in the claim that I had shipped tennis shoes. I can assure you that I did not send my granddaughter tennis shoes for her graduation gift. What I did send was cash and that was my first mistake.
My second mistake was taking it to this store thinking that it was going to make it to my granddaughter. I have received a check from the claim that was filed for $125.00. $3.00 was deducted because a check had to be written! I was trying to find out if an investigation had been done. I also wanted to see video surveillance from the store from the day I was in there. That never happened. I feel like someone knows what happened to my package but there is no accountability. I have sent many, many packages to my granddaughters over the last 15 years (sent with a different carrier) and I have never had an issue with them getting "lost". I went to this store that day because I wanted to get her package out to her. I regret the day I stopped in at this store.
This whole experience has been a nightmare. But I can guarantee you it will never happen again. I did replace my granddaughter's gift. I sent it out thru another carrier, and would you believe it, It was delivered 3 days later. Amazing. The cooperation between your stores and UPS in horrible. So much finger pointing. I thought when you go to a "UPS Store" you were dealing with "UPS" but apparently not.

I have had a package delayed for almost 3 weeks now. I created a claim in the UPS system, which did nothing. Called, sat on hold for 40 minutes, for them to tell me they needed more information, but they didn't know what information. It has notified me 4 separate times that the package was arriving that day, and needs a signature, only for the package to not arrive. There seems to be no way to hold them accountable, or even to reach someone to let them know!

I am with a national account that uses UPS every day. THIS IS THE MOST HORIBLE parcel company I have to deal with. I don't understand how 1 package was delivered for AM NDA but the second package, shipped from the same warehouse at the same time, has yet to arrive. I get passed off to several different departments over the phone that NO ONE seems to want to help. And this company just gave their drivers a substantial raise??!?

I have had numerous issues with UPS, from leaving packages in the wrong place, to speeding through our park doing 35/40 in a 5 mph zone. The latest is marking my package as delayed by weather or natural disaster when the package arrived on time at the delivery hub from me which is only 15 minutes away. The only delay is that the delivery hub had not unloaded the trailer that my package was on per customer service. How could the package be scanned that it arrived then? There was no weather or natural disaster in the area and should not be able to use that as an excuse for poor service.

I Choose the next day delivery option, but 3 days have been passed my customer is waiting his order. This is 3rd times we are facing the bad experience. The tracking information was vague, only showing "In Transit" for days without updates. When I contacted customer service, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, and the representative couldn’t provide any clear answers about where my package was or why it was delayed. The lack of transparency and unhelpful support left me frustrated.

Would give 0 stars. Every month my medication sits on at hot truck till the end of the day and gets delivered when it's dark. Should be at room temp and it's always the end of the day by the time I get it. And today they didn't even deliver it. So now it will be on a hot truck for a second day. Again estimated delivery is at the end of the day and it's always hours later than that. Medication won't even be good by the time I receive it, if I receive it. Absolutely unacceptable for a delivery company dealing with medication.

I shipped a time sensitive letter via UPS at one of my regional franchises. I paid nearly $20 for Priority delivery which had a delivery date (per my receipt) of July 12th. UPS suggested using their UPS innovations method; which apparently switches ownership to USPS and resolves any responsibility on their behalf. It is July 15th and my letter has still NOT been delivered and neither UPS nor USPS will take ownership of the poor service. I will use FEDEX in the future for any time sensitive needs.

UPS and your logistics and package delivery system honestly, is the worst. So much more efficiency can be put into it. I had a package second-day air today that said between 10:45 and 2 o’clock. The driver was literally one block from my house at 11:45 and I still don’t have my package and now it’s showing by 7 pm. So I’ve had to burn instead of a couple hours of sick time, a whole vacation day, because I have to sign for the package and this idiot was literally a block from my house...
So if that he’s gonna backtrack over here, that is stupid. The logistics makes absolutely no sense. It’s like let’s have a delivery right here but go 7 miles the other way to come all the way back makes no sense, especially when my package initially gave me a window of 10:45 am to 2 PM. You guys need some serious work with your logistical software because that actually would make no sense. I understand if it’s an early a.m. package, but it wasn’t..
And another reason why I always have preferred FedEx if a package is set for delivery today, but it was actually at the local hub on Sunday. They would give me a message and I’d get it one day early... Happy me I get a package Monday, UPS it’s been here since Sunday morning. Nope, they wouldn’t deliver it Monday never. Second day, they wouldn’t want to deliver Monday cause then it would’ve been one day. I just see no courteousness from UPS whatsoever.
You need to fix some serious problems with UPS's logistics. I don’t care how big you are, how much money you have. There’s room for major improvement and this is not the first time this has happened in my old address. It happened all the time and I’m finally at the point I’m fed up with it if somebody’s gonna ship UPS and I can’t choose how I want it shipped. I’d rather order from somebody else and pay more money, to me it’s more, it’s worth it.

On July 13, 2025, I visited UPS Store #2091 and was charged $2.95 for a “Work Order Computer Rental” fee — even though I never used a computer. The store received my pre-paid shipping label via email on their private terminal, confirmed my name, and printed the label from a public rental kiosk. I didn’t request that method, didn’t touch the machine, and wasn’t told it would result in a fee.
The label was a standard 8.5x11 sheet. I also received two other printed items — a drop-off confirmation and a long receipt — at no charge. The inconsistency in what’s considered billable printing is troubling. Had I printed the label myself at FedEx, it would’ve cost about $0.21 plus tax. UPS charged over 15x that amount for something their employee did. I understand this is a franchise, but it operates under The UPS Store brand — and this workflow may quietly charge customers without their knowledge. I’m not seeking a refund. I’m asking for transparency. Customers deserve to know when they’re being billed for services they didn’t use.

Everything I purchase online and is shipped through UPS I know it’s going to take 2 x longer than any other postal service provider. If I have to sign for the package I have to have it delivered to an ups pick because the delivery driver doesn’t want to actually follow delivery instructions and walk around back to knock. I've also ordered a gift for my nephew and both times ups refused to even pull into my sister’s driveway and attempt delivery. She lives in a trailer park so I can’t even get a gift from Amazon to my nephew without first having it shipped to me and then shipping it out to Fedex or USPS because UPS is absolutely worthless. They keep claiming the address is wrong but it’s the same address given to my sister by the state of Georgia. I called ups to confirm the address and corporate has no problem finding it but the lazy union protected drivers refuse to do their jobs and actually deliver the package.

UPS is clearly the worst of the major shippers. I have had repeated problems with them. All other major delivery services deliver reliably to my address in Germantown, MD. UPS is the only one who doesn't. Part of this is that they use big trucks more suitable for long haul cross country traffic while the other services use smaller trucks more suitable for residential delivery. UPS focuses on serving businesses, not individuals. This week a package for me was on their truck on Wednesday but they reported missed delivery.
On Thursday, they left a sticky note on my mailbox (on the main road a distance from my house) on my mailbox again saying they missed me, as if they expected me to wait at the mailbox all day until a package came! They made me go to a UPS office to pick up my package, which has happened before with them but never with any other delivery service. In the summer, the gate is up on the private road during the hours a summer camp off the road is in session, but there is a security guard right there who will open it for legitimate traffic. Other delivery services get in that way, and UPS itself does to deliver to the camp but refuses to deliver to the residences on the road when camp is in session.

I get three or four deliveries a week, usually small to medium parcels and the occasional large parcel. It seems like at least once a week I get the dreaded 'delay' and 'your parcel will be delivered the next business day' notification. It happens a lot of the time on Saturday and since there is no Sunday delivery I have to wait until Monday, so in essence it's a two day delay. It's like today (Saturday), I just got the notification at 3:00 pm and I've been waiting all day for a part to finish a rebuild job on my truck and now it's going to push my project back until next Saturday (I work all week and won't have time to work on my project again until next Saturday).
I should have known better on a Saturday delivery and just planned for it not to be here when UPS originally said it would. It's not a great statistic when 25% of your parcels are delayed. I hate to say it, but I will, I have much better service with FedEx and they charge a little less for home service delivery. If I have an option from a seller I always pick FedEx or the US Postal Service (who have gotten much better over the years) over UPS..

Extremely disappointed with UPS. I had four packages shipped from the same location, all going to the same address—yet UPS inexplicably split them up and delivered them over the course of three days. This forced me to reschedule multiple installation appointments and disrupted my plans. There was no clear explanation, no accountability, and no option to consolidate or adjust delivery. I understand occasional delays, but this was avoidable and completely inefficient. If you rely on timely, consistent delivery for projects or professional needs, I’d strongly caution against using them if possible both personally and if your business uses them.

Zero stars. Very disappointed. I use to consider UPS better than its competitors. No longer the case. I overnighted a very important collector item that is very valuable. It was supposed to be here by 12:00pm. Of course it didn’t arrive. It’s evening time. Still no word. Tracking shows it’s still at the original store. The store says it’s not. I called the main UPS number and they said they have no way to find my package. What’s the point in tracking if you’re not going to use it? At least USPS can tell you where your package is at any time. UPS has no idea where my package is. This is not surprising after reading their reviews here. Ridiculous.

I’m heartbroken and outraged by my recent experience with UPS. Three packages shipped to me containing irreplaceable family artwork—keepsakes from my late aunt and uncle—were either destroyed without notice or marked as delivered when they weren’t. No photo proof, no signature, no call, no explanation. These weren’t just packages—they were personal, one-of-a-kind memories entrusted to UPS. I never denied delivery. I was never contacted about damage. Yet somehow, UPS took it upon themselves to discard my family’s belongings without my knowledge or consent. While the local UPS Store in Henderson, NV showed empathy, UPS corporate has been unresponsive and opaque. The emotional toll is immense, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. Unless this is made right, I will never trust UPS again—and I’ll make sure others know the risks.

I purchased two cases of wine from RASA Winery. The wine is shipped in styrofoam boxes with two ice packs to prevent the wine from being damaged by the heat. I have attached a picture of the container. It was a very hot day the wine was to be delivered. We received an email from UPS at 6:34 pm on June 2 (copy attached) that our wine was to be delivered between 12:30 and 3:30 pm on June 3. We adjusted our schedule to be at home to receive the wine. However, without any notification UPS sent another email (also attached) at 10:36 AM June 3 changing the delivery time to 9:45 AM to 1:45 PM June 3. How can that occur?
I spent hours communicating with a computer bot, or on hold, or talking to someone who couldn’t help. There were many dead ends. After a few hours, I finally spoke to a young man who elevated my problem and put me in touch with Sky at the warehouse here in Spokane. The driver refused to deliver the wine even though the failure to deliver was UPS’ fault. I was allowed to drive out to the warehouse at 8pm to pick up the wine.
When I returned home and opened the boxes in our wine cellar the two nordic icepacks in each box were no longer frozen or particularly cold. I am not asking for compensation but I am asking for an explanation as to how this can occur. By that I mean changing the delivery time and notifying me casually in an email an hour after it was to be delivered. The only two people who helped me were the young man who recognized the problem and Sky at the warehouse. I suspect my problem is not a one off and occurs with more regularity than UPS knows or cares about. In most cases the delay of 24 hours rarely matters. In this case if the wine gets hot enough the wine can be ruined. I would hope the Winery Fulfillment Center would use their leverage with UPS to understand how this occurred or perhaps change to FedEX.

The package had all my personal clothes and business inventory. UPS admitted they lost it but just told me to contact the shipper. Both UPS and the shipper are blaming each other, and I’m left with nothing. For such a big, high-value package, this is beyond unacceptable. I saw all the bad reviews after this happened — now I understand why. Never using UPS again.

UPS Cover-Up. My husband paid over $50.00 to UPS to ship a package from NJ to SF. The UPS driver failed to deliver the package at least 2x, even though I was at the delivery address at the times of these failed delivery attempts. The UPS dispatcher at the SF warehouse/distribution center refused to disclose whether this driver tried to ring the buzzer at this apartment building. She was unprofessional/rude when I asked follow-up questions to better understand the situation. One UPS customer service agent would/could not tell me why the UPS driver could not contact me the (at least) 2x they tried to deliver my package.
Karen, the UPS senior supervisor, and the female dispatcher at UPS' SF facility were not disclosing simple/straightforward information about why my package could not be delivered. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Packages from Amazon have been delivered on a consistent basis to this address vs. the one time UPS "attempted" delivery of one package. What is wrong with UPS?

I would give UPS zero stars if I could. On the UPS website, the company says they provide secure shredding services. You make an appointment, you pay the fee, and you are supposed to be able to put the documents in a secured locker yourself, and the documents are shredded by a third party which specializes in secure document destruction. Instead I got to the store, the associate ** took my money, and then said he'd take care of it later, he was too busy. I said, no, I'm not leaving my sensitive documents in a store with strangers. Duh. The whole reason I am shredding the documents are for security. He proceeded to give me a guilt trip that other people were waiting in line. I reminded him I had made a 30 minute appointment, precisely for them to take care of my shredding.
He was rude and impertinent. I asked for the manager's card. He didn't want to give it to me. His colleague had to go get it. Unbelievably bad, rude, condescending customer service, but the truly awful thing was that some people might just leave their documents -- and who knows what this guy's racket is? UPS, you've got to do better if you're promising secure document shredding to the public. If you can't train your employees better, get out of the business. Identity theft is huge problem in this country, and from what I can see, you are contributing to the problem, while taking people's money with false promises.

There is supposedly an enhanced service which should work like Amazon, showing the exact location in transit, so I tried that but it does not work. I even escalated through the Better Business Bureau only to be told that I had to wait for the shipper to finish filing their claim by their corporate relations department. I have never been more frustrated with a delivery company than I am today with UPS. I had a package delivery scheduled today for work and when I checked the website it said to be delivered at 12 PM, there was no text or email to advise of an earlier delivery time. They came to my home at 1027 AM instead of 12 PM. I have cried as I am very livid as the missed delivery notice on the door said that I can pick up my package at the UPS store near my home. I get to the store only to be advised that they won't have my package until tomorrow which was not on the missed delivery notice, so the store associate advised me to call customer service. Boy did that infuriate me more as the rep mispronounced my name several times then added insult to injury that the driver couldn't reattempt delivery to my home as I stressed how this package is affecting my work, and I need to get the package today.
He kept saying that they could deliver to the store tomorrow where I could pick up the package but could not even give me a specific time frame. I asked him why the driver could not come back out this evening since he/she did not even communicate with me about coming earlier as I would have made sure I was home from the office instead of staying longer based on the information on the UPS website that package would be delivered today at 12 PM. This made me so mad that I was in tears because of the lack of urgency to be precise when it was their fault for not communicating the specific time for delivery. I mean FedEx has better delivery and customer service than UPS and when it comes to work equipment that is a very urgent matter and no one and I mean no one should be treated like their package is not an urgent matter or concern.

If you have a business I do not recommend using UPS! They charged us over $3,000. If your package size exceeds 165 inches for length and girth (length + 2 x width + 2 x height) you are billed the Over Maximum Size of $1325.00 in addition to the Large Package Surcharge of $250.00. For this shipment the length plus girth was 81 + 2 x 44 + 2 x 24 which equals 217 inches. Basically, a shipment of this size should not go through the UPS package system. It is more suited for LTL. When measuring the box, we made sure to check it over and over and then they GUESSED on the weight. They moved it from 20lbs to 440lbs!! There is some BS going on at UPS. They never communicated with us about the box. It was completely inexcusable!

After three attempts, they say “sending back out of state to sender”. Went through four service reps(clearly not located in USA based on unintelligible English), who tried and could not redirect the package for pickup. Each very happy to pass off to someone else. Final result: “Nothing we can do”, and returned critical med supplies out of state to start over next month. I recently ordered two items that were shipped by UPS – one from Home Depot and one from Amazon. I was in the process of closing on a house so I intentionally selected the delivery date for after the closing date (the next Monday). The deliveries were scheduled for the following Friday for the Amazon order and the following Saturday for the Home Depot order. On Monday, I got a notification from Home Depot that my order was being delivered early – the day after the notification. I called Home Depot and was referred to UPS but, because they were already closed (I found this out after being on hold for 37 minutes), I had to wait until the morning of the new delivery date to call them. I was told that I would have to pay an $11.99/per box (4 boxes total) “rescheduling” fee. I pointed out that I was not re-scheduling; I was only moving it back to my original delivery date. It didn’t matter. I had to pay $48 to “re-schedule” my delivery.
Then, THEY DELIVERED IT ANYWAY….TO A HOUSE I DIDN’T OWN YET. I had to call my realtor to make arrangements for the package. When I called UPS to complain, the only response I received was, “Don’t worry, you’ll get your $48 back automatically in 2-3 days.” It certainly didn’t take UPS 2-3 days to charge the fee, but more importantly, that wasn’t the point. I explained what they had done wrong and how it had inconvenienced me but they didn’t care. Then, the next day, I received a notification from Amazon that my other UPS package was being delivered early – the following day. I again tried to call and was again placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I also tried to log in and make the change but their website wouldn’t let me and I tried to contact someone by chat. The chat finally offered me a call back option, so I hung up the call, exited the chat, and waited for a call back. This was at approximately 9 pm.
The call back came in at 3 a.m. (this was not a time zone issue). Needless to say, I missed the call. I called them again at 7 am and was again told I would have to pay a rescheduling fee. I told the agent I would not pay since I was not rescheduling; I was only changing the delivery date back to the date I had originally scheduled. He told me my only two options were to pay the fee or let the item be sent back to Amazon. I asked if there was someone who could waive the fee. He said yes. I asked to be transferred to that person. He said no. In the end, to avoid having another item wrongly delivered, I paid the fee. Then, THEY DELIVERED IT ANYWAY….AGAIN….TO A HOUSE I DIDN’T OWN YET…..AGAIN.
This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. It’s also not my first go round with UPS. The last time I had a UPS order half of it was delivered to my home and the other half to the UPS store because the driver arbitrarily decided it was “undeliverable.” If you have the option, NEVER, use UPS. Each day they say it’s coming, but yet on their update it doesn’t even show that it’s at my local station and then it gets delayed again by another day. I’m going to be refusing the shipment from the company that sent it to me because it was something I needed very urgently for an injury and had to buy it locally. UPS has something major going wrong in their distribution centers. They are either understaffed or overworked or have poor management for the package delivery procedure.
I used to think UPS was the best and after what I have experienced over the last few months, I just think they have declined substantially and their ability to get packages to us on time. Sadly, Amazon is able to deliver packages very quickly and most always on time and if it’s late a reasonable late versus days late from UPS. I had a shipment that originated in Naples that was supposed to come to Saint Petersburg, Florida. Instead, it went all the way to Pennsylvania then back to Jacksonville then to Clearwater so clearly this package was sent up north before it came back all the way down south to Florida again. They sit on it for 24 hours or longer to make sure it is not delivered before the original date that was set 4 to 5 days before. If you have a business with normal business hours and have packages delivered to that business they will deliver between 7pm and 10 pm. Way outside normal business hours. It is nothing for them to let a driver carry around a 2000.00 to 10,000.00 dollar firearm for 12 to 14 hours in the truck.

I have started purchasing more products in store vs having an item delivered damaged due to mishandling at their facilities. They obviously don't care as the reviews speak for themselves and are as bad as OnTrac.

For many years UPS was the best courier, and my go-to for shipping. Due to my job I am NEVER home when their drivers are delivering, but their Customer Service center is right around the corner from where I work. So they arranged to hold ALL my UPS packaged at the center, and I would just drop in once or twice a week and pick them up. No problems for 10 years.
Last November (2025) UPS closed all their Customer Service locations (which I guess tells you something). Since then I've not gotten a single delivery of anything shipped by UPS. They try to deliver to my home, and of course I'm never there. Apparently their drivers can't read, because notices on every door advise them to leave all deliveries to my address at the local UPS Store for pickup. That has yet to happen.
When you call UPS it takes at least a half hour to get through to a human, if you ever do. They will tell you that there is NO WAY to have all your packages held for pickup (funny, there used to be a way), and that you have to call in for each individual package. Pain in the **, but it isn't even feasible if you don't know who has shipped the package, or what the tracking number is -- and the drivers never put either bit of information on their door tags.
Recently I called in a doortag and asked to have the package held for pickup. I was told it would be held over the next day or two. It was NOT held. Instead I got another "missed delivery" tag the next day. I called again and asked for the package to be held. Again, when I went to the UPS "access point" the package was NOT held, and again I had another "missed delivery notice on the door. Bad enough they won't hold the packages, but the keep telling you that they WILL, which makes for a bunch of extra, wasted trips.
OK, I go to ups.com to see if I can get the package held on their website. I log in and get told that there are "no packages in transit to my address". But when I put in a tracking number it magically finds that there IS a package in transit to my address. I click "change delivery options" and am told that I have to sign up to UPS My Choice to do this. So I try to login to My Choice -- and again it tells me that I have to sign up. So, I try to sign up for My Choice, and I'm told "you are already signed up for My Choice".
OK, so I log in to My Choice, put in the tracking number, and click "change delivery options" -- to be told that to do this I have to sign up for My Choice -- but when I try that I'm "already signed up". Lather, rinse, repeat. Bottom line, I haven't gotten my package, and I will probably NEVER get my package. I have asked the vendors I buy from to NEVER use UPS to ship to me. Unfortunately, with some of them I don't know what shipper they are going to use until the package is already en route. I don't see that I am ever going to be able to get another shipment through UPS. The only way UPS Customer Service could be worse right now, is if they infected your computer with a virus when you went to their website. If I could I'd have everyone stop using them. In the past 6 months they've gone completely down the toilet.

I will never use UPS again and highly recommend you do not either. We've all seen how the drivers handle packages...can't imagine what happens in their distribution centers! So as you may guess the package I sent via eBay provided label got damaged and I've been on the phone for hours over the course of over a month now. Each time it's some excuse, wrong department, didn't get my documents I sent. It's amateur hour to its finest. My take, they make it so difficult and painful to get a refund that they hope the customer simply gives up. Latest excuse now is they have to transfer me to their eBay claims department. The flipping tracking number indicates that the label was provided by eBay and now after at least a dozen reps they figure that out?!? What a joke! You have been warned.

The Customer Service at UPS is suffering due to UPS representatives that cannot speak or understand English. The most important part of any business is the Customer Service Dept; therefore, if a company defaults in this area the whole company will FAIL. This might be the end of UPS as we know it. Updated on 08/08/2025: OK done this a few times but it gets better. For 1 yr. 8 months there is a driver named Chad in the St. Cloud FL area. Did work for him. He didn't pay me. Then he stopped delivering packages so I would call and complain. Got know were finally ended up with his bosses' cell phone number so started call him and complained directly to his boss and to my surprise got nothing. So long story short I made over 30 complaints got nothing. Last week here did drop off a package and I had one going back for return. Thinking he was gonna do his job I called out to him very politely and he keeps walking to his truck. After getting louder he still walks to his truck and leaves.
So mad as hell I cussed him out and of course he had his phone on record so he turned that in and in 1 day decided he didn't have to deliver to me because he is a coward and is scared to death to come here because he owes me money. But now I cussed him he ain't got to. My thing is if they would have dealt with him over a yr. ago it wouldn't have happened but the union covers those who can't take care of them self so no matter how much you complain about Chad the UPS driver the union has his back. I know it not all UPS drivers.
I am friends with the other 2 drivers that retired from this route and in the past have never had a problem but Chad is a different breed. I only hope the worst for the coward but karma is a ** and loves cowards that rip people off and then hide behind their union so look out in the St. Cloud FL area and Holopaw area. He's sensitive. Be kind or don't getting your packages.
Original Review: Chad a UPS driver has for going on about 2 yrs refused to deliver my packages when he sees I have a package on his truck. He will go on the UPS website and put in a request for the delivery to be held for a future time. I have call countless times and ask how can he continue to do this. Well I guess it pretty obvious UPS drivers are in a union and no matter what the drivers like Chad from St. Cloud, FL do the union will somehow save their job. I was told about 6 months ago after multiple complaints that Chad would never be on this route again. Well that didn't happen.
Now yesterday the 9th I got an email from UPS saying my delivery would be here between 12 and 2 pm. Well I tracked my package at about 130 and noticed it was again put on hold so I called. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes. They told me they would make sure I got my packages and a supervisor would call in 1 hour. Well needless to say no phone call and no delivery.
I can't believe UPS can't control their drivers. I would never use UPS for shipping anything and always ask when ordering something if they can use FedEx. Unfortunately lots of companies have contracts with UPS so unfortunately when this happens I don't get my delivery until UPS is good and ready to send them but now I believe I have found a way to get a refund on delivery charges. I'm expecting a call from billing. Maybe if I get enough refunds they just might do something to this unless driver Chad.

UPS was horrible. This morning, I received a notice that they were delivered and were signed for by someone named Mary. I have no idea who she is but she doesn't live here and my neighbors do not have any Marys living there. You cannot reach a live person at UPS as their automated system blocks you. I even tried two different UPS stores and they were rude and said there is nothing they can do and there is nothing anyone can do. So, I wrote to their CEO and some of the executives at UPS and Snapfish with no reply. The issue is that whoever signed for my package now has 130 photos of my things in my house and has my address on the package.
Snapfish refused to contact UPS and said they could ship me out another set in 6 days. I told them that the issue is this person signed for my package and it doesn't belong to her. And now she knows what is in my house. UPS just ignores the fact that one of their employees delivered my package to someone else. Writing to their CEO does nothing. I told Snapfish I will not buy from them again, as I won't buy from anyone that uses UPS shipping any longer. UPS has gotten to the point that they think they can do whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it. I will always check if a company uses UPS going forward and tell them I can't buy anything from them as UPS is not reliable and doesn't seem to care about end users.

Not out for delivery when I expected it to arrive in the AM. I called. I was told I had to wait. The estimated delivery is listed. I waited until 3 pm. 1 hour before the end time listed online and 1 hr before my warehouse closes. I called. They said they can't do anything until the end of the estimated time has been reached. I called back. I was then told they have until 8 pm to deliver. I told them absolutely not. The package at this point still didn't even say out for delivery. I needed a resolution right now. I was on the phone for 1/2 hr by this point when they were finally willing to escalate this to urgent status, but I have to wait another hour, and they will call me back. Well, I'm still waiting for that call....
Meanwhile on another line a coworker has finally convinced someone at UPS to action this issue. We find out it's still in the last city 4 hours away. Can you imagine if I had kept someone late waiting for a package that's not even on its way?! Anyways the good news is we have got them to pull it and hold it at the closest depot. I'm going to pay another shipping company to go get it so that I can get the package. I won't use them again even if they are the only shipping company available. I will pay triple the amount for an LTL freight next time, and I would still be saving. This adventure that the super friendly call center put me on cost thousands in stand by costs because I trusted UPS and no one would help me escalate this matter. They asked me to upload a receipt to verify that I'm a buyer. I would but I still haven't received my package. So much for Express Plus.

They assured me on more than one occasion my package would be delivered to my home, it wasn’t, so they are either lying or grossly incompetent. I could forgive maybe one or two mess ups, chalking it up to new drivers that didn't know what they were doing but this is now 3 packages in a row in the last two months that have not been delivered! We have gotten every excuse in the books, "address does not exist". It most certainly does, you yourselves delivered here very recently. "Receiver refused package". No we did not! We never saw anyone even attempt to deliver, how could we have refused? "Receiver has moved". No we didn't!! We both work from home and were most DEFINITELY home during your supposed "delivery attempted" time stamp.
We have lived here for over a year and received packages without issue, with the address and all information written the exact same way, up until now and poof! Suddenly, we don't exist? Trying to talk to a person to sort this out is useless and if you ever get ahold of anyone (which is so rare I didn't think it was possible) they lie through their teeth. "Oh! It's out for delivery now, should be there soon!" and the package is already being sent back to the sender as they are spouting this to us.
The UPS app and website are both a joke that send you in circles, never giving you answers or opportunities to even attempt to get your packages back. The option to just pick up my package at a UPS location because their drivers are incompetent? I have to pay them $6 for the privilege. It says they are attempting to obtain a new delivery address for this receiver so I can get my package but there is no way for me to even try and provide them this information, if I want to 'change the delivery address' I'd have to pay the $15! The UPS Customer Center, located at 3100 SW, MacCorkle Ave SW, Charleston, WV 25303 contains the most horrific service I have ever experienced in my life. Despite being marked as ‘permanently closed’ on Google Maps, it is the only place that customers can go if they have a package go missing in the Charleston area.
I ordered a total of 350 live tree seedlings, all of which went missing over the course of several weeks at this facility. The first shipment, 150 seedlings from Virginia, arrived at this facility at 8:28pm on 3/24. By 3/31, when the trees still had not shown up at my office, I called and spoke to a woman who works during the afternoons. After TWENTY calls, stretching from 3/31-4/18, this woman could not give me a single piece of information about my trees, even after I showed up in person, twice, and demanded answers.
She said she could not tell me where they were, what happened to them, or what could be done going forward. During this time, a second package of 150 seedlings from Michigan also arrived. After promising to look out for these trees and promising to hold the package for me to go pick up, the trees STILL were not there for me the following day after she promised me she would be. She then stated that she had no idea where they were, what happened to them, or when I could expect them – same as the first package.
Finally, a different woman called me on 4/8 around 7:30pm. Within 2 minutes, she told me every piece of information that the other woman never was able to, including the fact that my original package sat around for 3 weeks, before being marked ‘damaged and destroyed.’ To this day (4/26) I still have not received any proof, receipts, images, or apologies. If it weren’t for this second woman, my second order of trees would have gone ‘missing’ as well. The third time I visited the UPS Customer Center, I had to wander around for approximately 10 minutes before having to flag down a harried driver, who then took an additional 10 minutes and a hurried ‘we don’t know where this package is’ before she finally handed me my package that, again, had been sitting there for over a week at this point - only after my absolute insistence that it was there (I was just told 15 hours prior that they had it ready for me, after all!!).
Everything about this is wholly unacceptable. The first person I had the misfortune of interacting with is either a thief, or displays a disturbing level of incompetence. The Virginia Department of Forestry and myself will be filing an official claim, as well as an official complaint. I will NEVER use UPS again if I have a choice in the matter and I believe this facility should be formally investigated.

Next thing I see the package has been refused by the store and returned to the sender. This is so wrong on so many levels. I need my personal phone for work and emergencies. Tracking number **, the last package I mailed from this store took 10 days to arrive at American Dentistry. This store needs some serious management intervention. It is not a joke to know your package arrived at a store and then be dismissed by the people who work there. You work for the public not yourselves. Please leave the bad attitudes at home and horrible customer service. I will follow up this with a call to Corporate Headquarters. This store needs an audit of its mailing process. It is not honoring its contractual responsibility.

I was expecting 6 cartons of 20kgs each and we had opted for door-to-door service which meant that the delivery was to be done at my apartment door but the delivery guy just left those parcels in my building lobby even though I told him I am down with 101 degrees fever and it’s practically impossible for me to carry 120kgs on my own. The delivery guy was rude and said, That’s not my problem," and left. By the time I could go down and manage the situations, 2 cartons were already missing. Now who’s responsible for my loss? Please do not opt for their services as they have completely unprofessional staff and another thing, their customer care numbers are a farce, every time you call, it says the number does not exist!!

I placed an order from an Electronics distributor in Texas and was advised I had refused shipment. This is an outright lie, since I get deliveries to my post office as per their instructions to add the post office box number to their physical address. I had to re-place the order, but this time I've instructed them to use USPS service.

UPS had become the absolute worst delivery service. They choose where they want to drop your packages off at. They promise to call you and never do. And they tell you to use the website to find your package yourself. UPS needs to be run out of business!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Absolute garbage company to deal with. They estimated delivery between 11 and 5 so I lined things up to be home around during that time so that I could get my parcel. They decided those times do not matter AT ALL and showed up at 9, left me a ticket with no info. Packages that require a signature have a 3 attempt process to deliver to your home if you try to get them to just take it to the drop off place for you to pick, up you don't see your parcel until the next day, speaking to anyone and getting any help is brushed off with a "Sorry, nothing I can do about it" response. I left work, lost hours on my pay to be home within the window of delivery just to come home and see a paper on the door from hours before!? I've never experienced a more complicated useless company in my life and would trust a bird to deliver parcels more accordingly than these idiots.
