    I purchased an Apple Pencil from apple website. My item was shipped through UPS. I missed two deliveries. I was able to reach out to the driver on my ring doorbell. I asked the driver if I opened my garage can he leave it in there. He told me he needed a signature. He also informed me I can pick my item the ups warehouse. I tried to pick my package up but due to limited hours it doesn't work with my work schedule. I reached out to ups and a supervisor called my back. I addressed my concern and told her I read the paper that the driver left on my door and I see I can sign it and he can leave the package. She explained to me that I couldn't do that and I will have to reach out to apple and get a consent to leave package from them.

    I contacted apple and they informed that no such form exists and my package doesn't require a signature. I called ups customer service and told them that apple said that my package doesn't require a signature. I was giving them permission to leave the package. They explained to me that it was at the driver discretion. I fell like because of my neighborhood that is mostly ** that they won't leave my package. I don't have any issues where I stay with getting packages that are left. Even after sign the little paper the driver left and giving them my verbal consent they still wouldn't leave a package that doesn't require a signature. I feel like them not leaving my package was racially motivated.

    I sent a package using UPS. It arrived broken so I put a claim for $24.00 dollars. The insurance on the package was $100.00 dollars. They refused the claim stating that it's not their fault. They shipped it. Who will be in fault? You can't trust this company I will use them again.

    UPS customer service is nonexistent. Try to use anybody but them. You cannot get a live person and when you go to rate them on their internal poll you are disconnected. I most strongly do NOT recommend them.

    There was a package delivered to my house that was delivered to the wrong address. I just spend 20 minutes trying to reach a live person at UPS only to for them to tell me I have to give them the tracking number. I’m in bed. I’m sick. I’m not walking downstairs and outside to look for a tracking number. I gave her the address. Then she said I need your name. I told her, "Look. I’m sick in bed, I’m being nice and telling you it is no one’s property at this address. Send someone out to get it." She said, "I need a tracking number so I know what city to call." (I JUST TOLD YOU WHAT CITY!!!!) So much for trying to do the right thing. Sorry mister UPS delivered that huge box to me and are being dumb.

    UPS has been slacking on delivering my packages. I have an order. I paid $20 shipping fee that never required a signature. Now they want a signature for the same item they delivered last week without one. This is killing my small business. If you want to change anything on your delivery they expect you to pay. Pay for what I already paid a shipping fee. This is ridiculous.

    If I could give a zero I would. Never reliable. Don’t do what they say on the delivery notice so why even leave one. I will NEVER use UPS for my delivery needs. Will continue with USPS or FEDEX. UPS is terrible and UNRELIABLE.

    0/10 highly do not recommend, UPS workers are lazy and dishonest… I’ve been expecting a pick up delivery for 3 days now and they never once came and they continue to mark it as “failed attempt” when I have cameras and I’m home every time. Never again.

    Every time I use UPS to get my items delivered it's always delayed. Then they don't even take care of the item. The box is dented. I am afraid to see the delayed items tomorrow. They are probably broken.

    United Parcel Service is straight garbage. My retirement was sent out on time from the company, but me getting took forever. I see why FedEx is topnotch. UPS does not care about the customers getting their important mail on time!!!!

    I have had numerous issues with this delivery company when it comes to having packages delivered to me. They either damage it, lose it, or can’t keep up with where it’s at. This time, I had a package stayed at one hub for over 5 days without moving. I called customer service and they denied having it at all. After a few hours of waiting on the phone, no results. Next day, I called the hub and was told it had been sitting on a cart for all that time. I tried filing a complaint with customer service only to be on the phone for two more hours. Had one lady tell me she didn’t hear a word I had said after being on the phone for 30 minutes with her. I ended emailing the CEO to get something started for an investigation. Very poor customer service. Half don’t even speak good English. Just to let you know, my package still hasn’t moved.

    I ordered a computer I needed for school, and was told it would be here a couple days after the order was placed. I waited for it all day and it never showed up. I saw my email to which it said my order was rescheduled for the next day and once again it never came. Another email came through saying it would come the next day and once again never showed. After this I have not received any other email and still have not received my package. The tracking has said it’s been in the same place for 4 days now and I have heard no word. I now don’t have my computer for school. Very disappointed.

    Hello, I ordered one item to eBay and seller sent by UPS, they delivered the package to wrong address, I called UPS to know where was my package delivered to go and pick it up, Wow!!! Incredible some ** agent told me they cannot let me know where my package was delivered, I gave him the tracking number and he told me they left package at wrong address but they cannot tell me where, so I lost my money and never have my item that I ordered. They have very bad service and system.

    My package has been in the city for 3 days and they don't give me any precise information. I contacted the company that sent it to me and after a couple of hours I received an email from UPS telling me that my package would not be delivery yet, but they didn't tell me when either. It's been stressful days. I do not recommend UPS.

    I had problems twice this month receiving my through UPS. The first time they said that there was no one at home, but my daughter works at home office so she is at home all day, the second time they first said that the address was incomplete but the package was coming from the cable company where I have an account for more 10 years, now they reported that the package had been delivered to a place in my town but I went to the location and the CVS/UPS person didn't even want to look for the package, they said it wasn't there yet, but on UPS tracking reports that it had already been delivered with the time and the name of the CVS/UPS person received.

    This is the worse delivered services, then if your package is not delivery you are stuck and their system is set up to not write any complaints and if you intent to speak with someone looking for answers you have to talk with virtual assistant. Terrible services, terrible communication. Now they said that the package is lost. They are so irresponsible.

    Read all the fine notes when using UPS to ship internationally. I already paid 25 USD to have something shipped from US to Canada. Received an invoice for taxes (totally understandable) + a 25% brokerage fee (plus taxes). TWENTY FIVE PERCENT. Just to tick a few boxes to clear customs. On a package that already cost $25 USD to ship. So shipping costs basically doubled. A $205 CAD buy (with shipping) became a $275 one. Use any other service provider to avoid this kind of surprise.

    Overnight Shipped an important and very time sensitive package on Monday 8/19/24, to a destination that was only 50 miles away. Was told it would be there next day! It was finally delivered on Friday 8/23/24. On top of that, the tracking on the package was a complete joke. It still shows that it is on its way to a completely different city than the destination, even after it was delivered!? Not sure how that works but probably the same way the “overnight” thing does.

    The absolute worst delivery I have experienced! Second package driver never delivered. Having issues with Arlo or would upload how driver only walked up to door and stuck note on screen door. Never knocked. I was standing 5 steps away from front door! My cameras went off so I went to door and watched him pull off! I attempted to catch him so I jumped in my car but he was gone so I attempted calling customer service. That was a mistake. Could barely understand her but I did retrieve from her that they would call me within an hour and deliver tonight! Two hours later I called back. Stated was closed and couldn’t do anything! No call nor delivery! I had explained earlier I was going out of town and would not return until Tuesday. Now it is Thursday! Their customer service is totally out of the country so communication is vague! I will never use them again. USPS or FedEx for me from now on! If I buy anything else and has to come UPS I will not buy!

    Usually, I have been very satisfied with UPS, and I love my UPS delivery guy (Carson). But 5 days to ship from Louisville to Cleveland seems excessive to me. I used reliably depend on 1 day with UPS ground if you were within 600 miles. I am hoping this experience is an outlier.

    I recently purchased an item that required UPS as the shipping handler. Worst experience, they misdelivered the package, then said they'll talk to the shipper. They did not do this. Instead, they secretly updated my claim without even explaining why or informing me of the change, to hope I forgot about the missing package. I called the customer service and had all this explained to me. They were no help at all, despite being the reason the package is missing. Avoid UPS at all costs, if I could I would give them zero stars.

    Any time I purchase something online and the seller intends on using UPS to ship the package, I get an email from UPS claiming the package will be delivered on a specific day by a set time. The package NEVER arrives by the specified day. I'm currently waiting for a package that the email claims would be delivered by August 8th by 7pm. As of August 21st at 5pm, tracking shows that UPS isn't even in possession of the package. They need to fix their tracking system and have their automated emails align with the actual tracking. How are they going to send out an email claiming the package will be delivered before they're even in possession of the package? And if I try to contact them about the issues, it directs me to a virtual chat, instead of a real person, and ends up being a complete waste of time that accomplishes nothing. UPS is the absolute worst shipping company to deal with. Which is exactly why I never use them to ship anything I sell.

    I’m extremely dissatisfied with UPS. My experiences with your delivery service have been consistently negative. Packages are frequently delivered to incorrect addresses, and I rarely receive them on time. It’s frustrating to see photos taken as proof of delivery when they clearly show the wrong location. I find this level of service unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly wish that merchants would stop using UPS, as dealing with your company has been nothing but an inconvenience. Clearly, this is not my address. It happens time and time again it’s like they don’t pay attention. They just throw packages at anyone’s store.

    I ordered a car part from eBay. They was suppose to deliver Saturday. Said it was out for delivery. Went from out for delivery to delayed. Would be delivered Monday. Monday same thing. Went from out for delivery to delayed. Today went from out for delivery to rescheduled because receiving party business was closed. What business? It’s my house for gods sake. I call UPS. They have no idea why it says the “business” was closed but the agent said they will investigate the matter and someone will call me. Smh. I will never order from anyone using ups again.     Review of UPS - Lost Irreplaceable Passport. I am extremely disappointed with UPS for losing a package containing my parents’ irreplaceable new passports. This loss has caused significant financial stress, forced us to cancel my sister’s wedding, and led to my parents canceling their much-anticipated trip. The situation is even more dire because there is an ongoing war in Sudan, meaning my parents have no chance of obtaining replacement passports anytime soon. If this passport isn’t found, my parents will be stuck here indefinitely, until our country emerges from this crisis.

    Despite the gravity of the situation, the passport has still not been found, and we haven’t seen any genuine effort from UPS to correct their mistake. I was initially told by a supervisor that everyone at the Haslet hub was aware of the situation and actively searching for the passport. However, when I visited the office today, I encountered another supervisor named Trish, who claimed to have no knowledge of the missing passport or any of the details surrounding it. She was not only uninformed but also incredibly rude, aggressive, and entirely unhelpful. Her lack of compassion and dismissive attitude made an already stressful situation even worse.

    UPS’s failure to locate such an important document has caused irreparable harm to my family, and their lack of proper communication and effort to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I strongly advise against trusting UPS with anything important, as their service is unreliable, and their customer service is severely lacking.

    Paid $24 for a 2 day shipping with them and my item was in my city on a Friday but they won't send it out till Monday as Friday made day 3 of shipping and Monday will make day 6. I wouldn't pay for fast shipping even tho they offer the date. They can't make good on their promised date. Bad shipping experience with UPS.

    I have had the WORST experience with UPS, I was to get my items last Wednesday and still have not gotten them and today is Saturday. They say "they updated my address correctly" but still have the address incorrect in their systems. I have called 7 times as of today, the last 2 times I asked to speak to a supervisor, because they is getting ridiculous and the last 2 times, they hung up on me. Today I called to ask if I could just come pick up my items and they told me no I had to call 24 hrs in advance to get it picked up.

    Would leave 0 stars if I could. I have had issue after issue with UPS. Their staff is very unprofessional. I was supposed to receive a package on a Friday and the package got put on a truck that does not even service my same area. The local warehouse said they would call me with more information later and they never did. I called customer service which put a case to the local dispatch team. The local dispatch told me they would try to find out if I could meet the driver, but then hung up on me. I then called customer service back and they submitted another case to the local dispatch. This time they did not even call me. I then called customer service again and they put another case through to the local dispatch. This time when they called they hung up as soon as I answered the call and before I could even say 1 word.

    I then called customer service yet again and they would not even put another case through to the dispatch. I then drove to the warehouse and talked to a driver who gave me another local number to call. They keep saying there is nothing that they can do to get me my package before Monday. This is also not my only time I have had issues. Another time I was sending a package with a label from the company I was sending to. The package never received a single scan from the origin of the package to the time it was delivered. UPS kept telling me that they did not have the package. They are the worst shipping service ever and they are very unprofessional. I wish companies would not send items through UPS.

    What can I say: rude phone employees, careless drivers/handlers, no communication and liars to top it off! Firstly, the box they delivered to me from my company is empty because it's for returning my equipment, so it weighs a feather, yet somehow UPS managed to deliver this box beat-up and broken, full of holes. Wonderful. I get my return ready and call to schedule a pick-up, the phone rep comes off quite rude but I remain polite because I get it, customer service. He curtly tells me not to give him the information I was asked to say in my return instructions, then I get 20 of the same emails indicating the pickup was scheduled, and that a driver will show up between 9 am and 8 pm.

    No one ever showed up. No communication from UPS, nothing. I check on the "pickup status" and these people had the nerve to claim that they "attempted to pick-up package but were unsuccessful", my Ring camera was on all day and I was home all day. Package outside in plain view, all day. So UPS would rather straight up lie than do their actual jobs.

    UPS will deliver a package to an address that doesn't exist due to a typo, and blame the shipper. They won't flag anything as undeliverable they just drop it off wherever and don't care at all. There should be some sort of check in place to make sure there is a building at an address before the package is shipped.

    This is literally the worst company to exist when it comes to delivery. Every single time I see a tracking number that starts with 1Z. I’m just frustrated from the start. So if you get a UPS tracking and it says it will be here by the 16th please believe you won’t see it till at least the 23rd. They are the worst ever. Packages just disappear and it don’t matter what storm they going through. How’s it possible that a package does not have a scan for 4 days. I don’t understand how it possible. I literally sent myself a package across town just to see how long it would take and I'm not kidding it took 9 days to go 4 miles. Please if any company is reading please I beg you DO NOT USE UPS. FedEx or any other delivery service is the way to go

    The delivery driver lied about stopping at my home for a delivery today. Apparently he wanted an early start to his weekend so he just blew me off. Then their customer service rep lied to me about having someone call me back. Never trust these people. They are lazy irresponsible liars and they should be closed down.

    First they have the worst customer service! When they lose your package you give them the trucking number, your name, your address without your apt # so you see if they delivered it at the right apt # they won’t confirm. They lie a lot and most the time it either they don’t deliver it or they take it to the wrong address. Worst company ever.

    I ordered a high value item from a reputable company. Said company sent the item via 2 day shipping. When, after 3 days I had not yet received my item, I looked up the status via Parcel Pro, only to see this status "All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender". How does this happen? How does an item just completely disappear, no trace, no box, nothing.

    UPS is destined to fail.. The Blockbuster of the shipping industry still expects customers to wait for their shipment, the drivers still are placing missed shipment notices without even trying, and all customer service does is read scripts...You will probably lose thousands of shipment orders just based on my recent experience....YOUR COMPANY IS OPERATING IN THE SAME FASHION IT OPERATED IN IN THE 90'S....

    This company has got to be the worse delivery method around. They tell you between what times to expect your package and then when it's not there they change the time. They drive right by my house and go to another city before back tracking and delivering mine. Totally unacceptable practice. They start in Manhattan KS and deliver all those packages and then drive right by my town and go someplace else to deliver and then around 7 or 8 at night decide to deliver my parcels.

    With no choice on using both deliveries, I had from UPS each time has been terrible!!!! The first time I ordered something there was no option to select who or what day/time I would receive the package. Especially since the package required a signature. Then I got the day, date window time it will be delivered however it was a weekday between 10 am and 1pm est. The same time I'm at work and had no one to sign. Then I get a notification that they will attempt the delivery again the next day same time while I'm at work and no one to sign.

    At this time I call customer service to modify the day or time. I was told there should be a note left on your door with a code to use to modify my delivery online. I get home after work no note. Next day repeated thing the delivery window was between 10 am - 1 pm. I missed the package again because of work. I get a notification a third attempt will be made the next day same time and if failed they will return it back to sender. At this time I'm like ok there's got to be another way. I look online to see how to change without note that wasn't left on door.

    The ONLY option was to pay for UPS my choice which is $20 to change my order to a more convenient time. Sad that's a trap all in itself. I upgraded anyway out of desperation. Changed the delivery to pick up at close by location. Well after work, which is the 2nd day's failed attempt I still don't have a note on the door only email notifications. The next day they tried for the 3rd time and sent a notification that it was being returned. It completely ignored my updated request but yet charged my credit card $19.99 for the mychoice crap. I also was charged a restocking fee from the original seller and was left with nothing. There's a part 2 because I am literally on day two with this terrible experience repeating itself.

    I don't know why companies deal with UPS as their carrier, it's bad for business. Sad thing is yesterday while they "tried" to deliver and once again needed signature this time I had someone available to sign and lo and behold the delivery guy came on the porch, looked at my package, scanned it and left. Of course, he didn't leave a note and didn't even attempt to ring my bell and it's all caught on my ring camera! I spoke with customer service who last experience and this one was not helpful at alllll. I normally wouldn't speak against companies but why wouldn't I this time? They need to be reminded of the disgusting customer service, the lazy delivery driver and the delivery options. I would've given 0 stars!!!!

    Would give 0 star if could. Very frustrating when sign up for my choice only to get conflicting emails stating opposite of what previous email stated. Got total of 7 conflicting emails and request for redelivery was ignored even though got email saying it would be redelivered. It is not being redelivered… I would choose a different delivery service next time I purchase online and if UPS is only choice then would rather not purchased from store that only uses UPS as service is not reliable and trying to get help is just as confusing even after spoke to an actual person. Worst service ever…

    UPS has the worst website ever. The website does not work and wasted five hours of my time. Eventually had to go to the store in person. Also, when the website wasn't working and kept loading, they ended up charging twice on my credit card. And it was hell of an experience trying to get a refund from them because when I call them I can never talk to a live agent and I can't even email them because their website sucks.

    UPS is so incredibly inefficient. I'm trying to receieve a package that requires a signature, yet when they arrive, I get no notification, or a phone call.     UPS is just terrible at this point. Always late/change delivery days and then if the new day doesn’t work, they charge you to change it to a date that does work for you. Best case is you can call customer service and wait for 20-30 minutes and then they may waive the fee for you. I am literally scared to order from new places for the fear they may use UPS.

    I tried to get a car seat delivered through UPS. This was a present from my baby shower. We live in an apartment complex with a mail room which can be accessed Monday through Friday by delivery drivers. Saturday the building is closed to the public. The car seat was delivered on a Saturday. We were out of town and I had a big sign on my door that they please should not drop off packages outside my door since we are out of town. The normal thing to do would have been to deliver the car seat on Monday to the mail room since obviously nobody was home. What did UPS do? They dropped off the almost 600 dollar car seat outside of my door. What was the result? It got stolen, pending police investigation.

    We complained and the company delivered another car seat through UPS. This time we were at home. The delivery was also on a Saturday. We were able to follow the delivery driver on a map. The scheduled delivery was between 10:15am and 12:15pm. This time frame got more and more delayed. In the end the car seat was supposed to be delivered "before 7pm that day". We stayed home all day since the first car seat was stolen and we did not want to risk that anything happens to the package again. Around 5pm the driver was finally in our area. My husband went outside to look for the truck. A minute later I got the notification online that the delivery was attempted, but nobody was home and that they would try again on Monday. The map to follow the truck was also not available anymore.

    After waiting all day for this delivery, we got nothing. We tried calling UPS, but they just said that the driver has off now and they would try again on the following Monday. We explained that I am pregnant and that I cannot lift the car seat package of 20 pounds and bring it from the mail room to my apartment and that my husband is working until late. We were asking them to please deliver the package to our door on Monday since it got stolen before and even the mail room was not a safe place. UPS did not deliver to our door, even after all the hassle. On top of that the package was damaged on 2 sides and now the car seat has a few scratches. This one delivery resulted in weeks full of hassle, extra time spent on our end (police report, calls to the car seat company, calls to UPS, etc), all things that could have been avoided by UPS.

    Horrible experience with UPS, was suppose to pick a treadmill up and return to Amazon. I waited 2 days on them! First day I'm literally at home, no knock on the door and did not call my apartment for entry but a missed note on my door, no not left the next day but state they came, next day I'm informed I was to leave the package in the hall of my apartment buliding, just crazy.     Unbelievable. UPS shut down the Westmont, IL facility and now routes everything through their Addison, IL location. Ever since the change in locations, every single box has arrived at our business absolutely crushed. We deal in premium level guitars and we can no longer trust UPS with our incoming and outgoing packages. After 30 years of using UPS, we are making the switch to FedEx. We have informed our suppliers that we will no longer accept packages from UPS as of September 1, 2024. We recently had a $6000 guitar ruined by UPS and just yesterday, we had an $1200 amp ruined by UPS. I’m quite sure that no one will read this nor will anyone respond.

    When reporting these issues to our rep, no one had the decency to respond. When I filed a claim, nothing but crickets. After 30 years of decent service, UPS has jumped off the cliff. We’re not your biggest account, but you have failed. I hope you are satisfied with your decision to shut down the Westmont, IL facility, but I guarantee that your customers aren’t.     This is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. After detailing that my parcel had been delivered, I searched high and low as to where they would have taken it. It could not be found. The third party that had the contract in our area wouldn’t answer the phone, the UPS store won’t have anything to do with deliveries, and the phone number I used said let’s wait and see. I’ve waited and nothing has been done. They don’t care. And then they had the gall to send me a brokerage fee for the lost passage. I will not use this company or any seller who does again. Apparently I am not in the minority of people who have experienced issues. Find another shipping company who esteems to have customer service. This one most definitely does not.

    Dropped off an envelope at UPS with a passport application in it. Two weeks later I tracked it and was informed "label created...waiting on package." I called the UPS store and they said it must be lost.. ."Probably left on the truck." How incredibly frustrating. It took me weeks to pull together the information. Just assume that anything you send by any courier will either be lost or stolen (two packages ripped open and contents removed from USPS packages in the previous month).

    UPS service is terrible. Supposed to receive a delivery but I guess the delivery driver didn't want to deliver it. It was a 2nd day air so to get away with not showing up they just put in it was a delivery attempt but no one really tried. My camera saw no one nor a clip of movement.     I shipped a duct cleaning machine as a new business owner off for repair. I followed up with the company doing the repair and they told me they never received the equipment. I follow up with UPS at that point who told me that the machine was damaged, they filed a claim on my behalf (I purchased the shipping insurance), and denied the claim. I asked why and they said it was improperly packaged. They referred me to a claims specialist. I have called the claims specialist 5 times, left a few voicemails, and emailed. The only response I have gotten is via email. She has assured me that the claim will continue to be declined.

    I asked for the broken machine to be sent back to me. The next day I was told the machine was lost and not damaged. When I responded via email that if the machine was lost how could they determine that it was improperly packaged. In that same email, I asked for a supervisor to call me. I have yet to be called in this time frame which spans multiple weeks and have not received a response email either. Do not ship with UPS because if they damage/lose your items they will not take responsibility, even if you paid them extra money for insurance.

    This is undoubtedly the worst carrier I have had to deal with. A high value parcel was not delivered to my home address nor to me on the date and time specified by UPS. It was given to some jogger with an identity theft made license a street above where I live. So much for security. Upon investigation, they closed it stating it was delivered. They didn't even volunteer to reimburse the cost of the item. I guess if they pitch it out to the streets, it's considered delivered to the streets. In addition, speaking with a human being is non-existent plus rude if you do get one. Think twice about using these folks. They should consider getting out of the carrier business and convert their trucks to taco trucks. I think they would deliver those better.

    UPS is consistently the worst shipping company I've encountered. Other companies are rarely (if ever) late; I've come to expect that the UPS delivery date will be pushed. In the past I had an issue with my driver climbing only 13 of the 16 steps to my 2nd floor unit ... to leave my package out of sight of my front door in the POURING (not an exaggeration) rain. When I asked the company to address the issue I received the equivalent of a non-apology apology from my local office ... over 2 months and 3 emails later. And today I was not allowed to contact UPS without logging in. Why would I want to continue any relationship at all with a company that can't even perform a basic job reliably.

    Worst claims process ever. First, I want to say that as an eBay Seller 95% of my packages ship USPS and only one lost over 12 years. Occasionally I use UPS for large, heavy packages. The rates are good, but that's about it. When a package was recently lost, I tried to file a claim online. UPS tracking showed that it had arrived at a regional hub, and weeks later there was no update. So, clearly missing.

    The website is terrible, clearly designed to make it difficult to file a claim. Without going into excruciating detail, I supplied all the information, as ridiculous as some of it was. A couple of weeks later I received an email that my claim was denied and NO REASON GIVEN! Don't even bother to try to get online help or talk to anyone in person. If you absolutely have to use UPS I recommend using a service like Pirateship. They will handle the claim for you and provide clear instructions throughout.     You may think that paying $45 to send a check get the job done. Not at UPS. Went to a UPS store to send a check with signature required upon delivery. The letter went nowhere. After a week, I checked the status and UPS did nothing with the check. You may think that this global company has IT systems to flag when orders are not progressing, apparently not. But worse, I called customer service who refused flat out to provide any assistance and forced me to go back to the store.     I paid for guaranteed overnight delivery of four live koi fish from UPS. They were supposed to arrive today by noon to my home in New Orleans.     I have placed four orders for in-shell nuts. Three of the last four orders have been delayed. Inquiries into the cause results in messages stating "Operational Issues" have resulted in the delays.     **** My mother’s death certificate was being sent to me. **** UPS does not care about urgent documents!! My mother’s death certificate was being sent to me from an attorneys office. First attempt was at 11:15am, but the estimated time of delivery was between 2:15-6:15pm, so I wasn’t home at 11:15 because that was out of the “estimated time frame”.

    I called CS and they marked the matter URGENT and I was promised a call back that day to give me a better time for the next day and PROMISED a call the day of delivery to let me know it was on its way. No call!! Called on the last attempt day, talked to a supervisor and nothing done. This company is a disgrace to America and America can have companies like Amazon who provide a better idea of when your package will be delivered by telling you EXACTLY how many stops away your package is, but important documents such as a DEATH CERTIFICATE isn’t?!?? They shipped another package and it was damaged and returned to sender. Customer service doesn't exist, if you call then ATM will not connect you to a representative that could solve my problem in 1 minute, UPS store can't solve the issue since they claim not to have an access to the system and when you click through their website (where they tell you you can change delivery, but you pay...starting $5.99 :-)) then you agree to pay for picking up package in UPS location and get to a final screen saying they have a technical issues. Simply...services in 21st century, 0 out of 10. I wonder how person responsible for IT service can still be employed by the company. I don't blame drivers, it's the system that sucks.     Usually UPS is really good about delivering my packages. I order a new device from Verizon with 2 day shipping and this is the end of the 3rd day and still no delivery. Verizon says to check with UPS and UPS says to check with Verizon. Called UPS and their automated system says that they can't connect me to a person. Is this a joke? The tracking information history says it was out for delivery yesterday and then back to UPS, this morning it says loaded on truck and out for delivery. What a joke, I can't believe that there isn't someone that a person can talk to at UPS.

    I ordered a pair of jeans on eBay for $310 on July 24th. The next day, July 25th, I got an email notification from UPS saying it was delivered at the front door but I never saw a delivery at the front door because I was working from home all day. I went to the customer center and they called the driver and he said he just dropped it off at the front door; he never knocked, he didn't even take a photo.     I had to file a claim about a package I did not receive from NewEgg, but they claimed delivered. The picture they took upon delivery was only the ground with no package on it. The claim is in motion for this issue from last week. So, my Costco order just arrived about 30 minutes ago. I walk out front and there it is. I come back inside and there is the email stating it was delivered. The picture attached was of the ground.... without a package on it. WTH! I don't know what that is all about. Are drivers randomly scamming/taking packages? Are they trained to take a picture of the ground only? What a way to not do business.

    I just don't understand why UPS is never on time. You're given an estimated delivery timeframe, like 12noon To 4:15pm, then by 4:30pm it's changed to end of day 7pm. And it's signature required, so I have to wait around. I DONT UNDERSTAND.

    Home Depot sent me a package through UPS a week ago. Still I don't receive it, yesterday they forgot to load my package and was delay, right now 8:00am they don't know if it will be deliver, they don't update the damn system. Very bad experience. I don't recommend this company at all.

    I ordered a cell phone that was scheduled to be delivered today by 7:00 PM: **. I changed the delivery address from my home address to the CVS store at 6330 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs 30328 around 8:30 AM. After checking with the store around 4:30 PM to inquire when the UPS deliver normally delivers, they claimed that one had already delivered and my and wasn't there.

    I called customer service to inquire about an ETA and they claimed they'd have the driver call me. The agent called back stating he told the driver to deliver to my home instead, and I said fine since I was headed home. After speaking with the driver he confirmed he had it and was in route to deliver to my home, and that his ETA was around 6:00 PM. Around 6:50PM I called him back to see when he'd be arriving and he started acting weird claiming the address on the package said ** and not **, he claimed he didn't have my package and that it was in another truck, then after interrogating my like he was a detective and getting demonstrative he made me verify my address.

    I screenshot a copy of the order from online and texted it to him. I called back and he claimed his scanner was getting a different address, **. Thinking I was a victim of a scam I asked him what company he worked for and he hung up the phone. I called UPS store 7507 and spoke to Kiera ** and told her what transpired. She called the driver (Robert **) who admitted he had my package and that the address was coming up in his scanner from the address on the box, and that it would be delivered tomorrow.

    He erased the information in my account which is now demanding that a delivery address be verified. This is impossible since the address has to have been verified from the first UPS hub, and the delivery address that was OFFICIALLY affirmed by me in the system was the CVS store whose address was not in question, and his duty to deliver to. This is mail tampering plain and simple and I'm demanding that I be made whole and that delivery driver fired immediately.

    I rate them -999. They are lazy liars! They won’t attempt to get out of the truck. They leave your packages on the ground somewhere and lie to say a ghost signed for them. I try my best to find out who will deliver my packages. I would depend on Santa before recommending ups. How are they still in business? They actually put my mail in someone else’s slot at my apartment office instead of getting off their lazy ** to walk into a building to deliver! I hate them with a passion….

    I called UPS on Saturday, July 20, 2024 to ask them to change delivery date from July 22, 2024 to July 25, 2024. They charged me 11.99 for this change and then I paid 19.99 for other changes. The 19.99 was to become a UPS member so it wouldn't cost so much for all the changes. Looked up the item Monday morning on July 22, 2024 and it was out for delivery. Wow. What a way to make extra money on the fly. I called and they said they needed 24 hours to make the change, funny how that was never mentioned on Saturday. They had more than 24 hours as far as I could see. I live in N,O. and I am moving into the house on July 25, 2024 where the package is being delivered. So, now is UPS responsible for the package if it gets stolen before I can get there? YES!

    I was surprised UPS charges for a strip of tape. I was charged for the representative to tape the top of the box closed. Literally, it took one strip of tape measuring twelve inches to close the top. They didn't even offer a military discount. I will not be using UPS for any shipping services in the future and will recommend friends and family not use them as well.

    One of the reasons I signed up with Amazon, is to deliver my packages to my front door. Amazon sent a heavy package with UPS, and it was delivered inside the gate, not inside my front door! Please instruct your drivers to deliver at the front door. The delivery is with tracking number **. Thank you!

    I have been dealing with UPS for package deliveries this year, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Here are the issues we've encountered on at least ten different occasions: Repeated Failure to Deliver on Time: UPS has consistently failed to deliver our packages on time. This has caused us significant inconvenience, especially when we have critical deadlines for projects and events.

    False Claims by the Driver: We have caught the driver on camera several times falsely claiming that he attempted delivery. He has marked packages as requiring a signature and left notices without ever stepping out of his vehicle. On one occasion, he placed a notice on our travel trailer parked in front of the house, claiming he was afraid of our dogs, who were inside the house.

    Lack of Accountability: Despite numerous complaints, the local UPS center has shown a complete lack of concern. They refuse to escalate the matter to the center supervisor, even though this driver has a history of complaints. Discrimination Against Rural Areas: It is clear that UPS does not prioritize customers in rural areas. We are just 9 miles past two towns with over 110k people, yet we are treated as a low priority. FedEx and other vendors manage to deliver to us without any issues, proving that our location is not the problem. Overall, UPS's service has been abysmal, and their lack of response to our complaints shows that they do not care about their customers. I would not recommend UPS to anyone who needs reliable and timely deliveries.

    Very hard to get ahold of customer service. And when you finally get a live person you cannot understand them. Very heavy accent. I had a package that was being delivered to our business address. They came after hours and said they would redeliver. When I checked the next day the hours posted for delivery was again outside of business hours. Why would you redeliver at the same time knowing we are closed. I contacted customer service to try to figure out how I can get package because I need it for this weekend. They were not helpful at all. At least from what I could understand.

    This review concerns UPS's "free returns" offered through Amazon. I live in a rural location, and recently wanted to return one small item from a large Amazon order. The item was only worth a few $, in a small envelope. UPS sent me a QR code with instructions to have it scanned at a UPS store to get a free shipping label. The nearest UPS store capable of that scanning is 90 minutes one-way by car. They refused to handle the return any other way, quoting $7.99 flat rate to print off a shipping label otherwise. Some "free returns", just another example of the demise of real customer service.

    Lazy company. They lie and say they attempted delivery. I have a Ring and nobody came to the door. Then you have to wait for the next business day to pick your package up.     UPS, in it's wisdom, has a policy that will allow me to sign for packages on my doorstep, but not at their facility. For that, whomever sent the package has to make arrangements for you. They also like to deliver during working hours on weekdays, fully ensuring that prompt service for anything requiring a signature will not occur. Here's hoping you order close to a weekend, because if they can't find you within a 3 hour block at your house (during working hours), 3 times, they'll just return your package to the sender. Best of all... you have no way of knowing for certain if a signature will be required. Welp! This experience was one too many with a time-sensitive package that I may or may not even get now. I'm sure that they don't care and plenty will continue to use UPS. I won't.

    When a business ships something via UPS, UPS gets it almost all the way to the purchaser. But not all the way. Then (surprise!) they give it to the USPS to deliver it to the customer. Like a game of hot potato. Which is only good if you're selling hot potatoes. USPS puts the product in their system and delivers it a few days later, depending on their staff, the weather, the availability of working vehicles, and other things. UPS does not do their job. Companies are not getting their money's worth by continuing to work with UPS. And customers are pretty well united in our loathing of UPS. What once was a great company is now a complete waste of money. Why not support the USPS directly, since they end up doing the last mile service anyway?

    I had a iPhone shipped through UPS. Said delivered at 4:27. There was no ups truck in the neighborhood. I was home sick and my doorbell has no UPS truck or delivery driver in the front of my house yesterday. I call, the package is lost. I immediately escalate the claims, spending countless hours with both Verizon & ups. Call ups again the following day to give them some more of my nice words.. but they just randomly “found” the lost package? The $1000 iPhone you marked as delivered to a non pictured “other” location on my property yesterday? This is fraudulent beyond belief. I have been on hold right now for 30 minutes for a supervisor for them to understand this employee yesterday was not just making a simple mistake. Criminals.

    I ordered some things through Amazon and my order was delayed a week. I'm hoping it's because of the weather we had, but then a week later I received an email saying it was on hold that day because the carrier didn't have access to my place. First, it was early morning when I received the email, they usually show up after noon, which tells me they didn't even come by. Second, they do have access, they come very often to our building. Then they bring my order the next day. The box had been ripped open and they just placed a tape horizontally. It was also damaged.

    Seriously, who does that? Who and why did they open it? It was in their hands, because I was home when it was delivered. This is not the first time I receive damaged boxes. I think the drivers are in a hurry and just throw them, not being careful with people's property, because it is our property, we already paid for it. I'm not one to write a bad review, but seriously, what the heck?

    First of all the website for a MyChoice doesn't give customers "their" choice! It only give pre-selected options by UPS, which doesn't really give the customer the option to indicate what the customer's preference is in their own words! Customer Service is All "off shore" in other words "a different country", where English is NOT the CSRs first language. Very difficult to communicate with CSRs, either you do not understand them or they do NOT understand you. They're given scripts and strict responses to the customer's concerns and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor who may or may not speak clearer English or provide better responses.

    The driver/deliverers in my area are lazy and leave your packages anywhere they can set them down and don't notify the recipient!

    Absolutely the worse way to get a package. Tracking is a joke, numbers consistently just don’t work. You cannot use the app or website to do anything, they are extremely buggy and missing things that the website claims should be there.     This company is a joke. No notification they were coming. Leaves note on my door to pickup package at store. Went to store three days in a row. Still hasn’t arrived at the store but was told on their stupid sticker the package would be at the store. I will avoid using this service in the future. These drivers don’t know how lucky they are. They only deliver to the door. My job is to go in the customers' homes/ businesses to perform work no matter how dirty or how impolite the customers are. I wish I had it so easy. UPS stinks.

    On 05/29/2024, I mailed my grandmother a package that contained clothes and sentimental cards for Mother's Day, and her birthday. It was initially sent to a nursing center where she was recovering from a broken leg at 611 s 13th St Fort Pierce Fl 34950. By the time the package got to the facility my grandmother had already been released to go home. Within 3 days later, the package was re issued to my grandmother's home address which is the same zip code. She waited for about a week for the package to be delivered to her home and she never received it. I the sender, then contacted Ups and informed them that the package was not there and they told me that it was delivered and they provided me with gps proof. No delivery photo was taken and the driver walked around my grandmother's house to her back door and delivered her package.

    I don't understand why the driver took this action when my grandmother clearly has a front porch. It makes no sense to me! By the time my grandmother was able to get one of her neighbors to go on the back to check for the package, there was nothing there. After finding out the awful news, I then contacted ups again and they told me to go back to the store that I shipped it from for additional help. I did that with no results because the store directed me back to the 1800 ups number and to mention that I transport by bicycle.

    Today is 7/15/2024 and my grandmother has yet to receive her package and I have had no luck getting this issue resolved. I went back to the store again and the representative 'Cathy' tells me that her store is locked out of the claim portal and have been trying to gain access for days to process my claim. I am so frustrated with this entire situation and I want my freaking money back. This was a horrible situation to deal with theses last couple of months. I have also tried to submit a claim and the portal is asking me for shipment in and transaction id, and when I insert them the system gives my a red wrong information label. I have the original parcel shipment order forms. I called the 1800 number again today and I was given this number to call 18006894623, and when I called, I learned that it was a scam number. Why is this happening ups?

    My package was initially set for July 16 to be delivered. As you can see above they sent me a notification that it was going to be delivered today. I made sure to stay home for the delivery. Then, I received this false notification that I wasn’t for home to receive the package.     I usually don't have many problems with UPS delivery. Yesterday though, I had a package that needed signed for. The driver pulled up to my gate, which I left open and put my dog inside so she wouldn't have any problems, but she didn't bother coming in the yard. She left a note on my delivery box by the gate and left. I called the local office and explained what happened and told them that I could meet her at a delivery location to get it and the manager said he'd have her call me. She never did. Now I can't get my package until the 15th. The driver put on the note and the text that I got that she attempted delivery but she didn't.

    I ordered something through an online shop. The order was being ship through UPS and I thought it was USPS but of course it was UPS. Every single experience I have ever had with UPS has been a total nightmare. My package has been held at a facility for pick up except UPS has not left the address for that facility on my account so I can track my package.

    It lets me know that it’s been there and it’s being held for pick up and I could come pick it up before a certain time but I can’t find my package so I’ve driven all around my city, called multiple different UPS locations and of course the one I Landed at it’s supposed to be open from 9 AM to 8 PM and of course there’s nobody showing up today until 2 PM so I am currently waiting in my car for 45 minutes until someone shows up to the facility and then I proceeded to stand outside the door where they are allowing people in I’m not on the ring the doorbell and I’m ignored. I was ignored for about 10 minutes before someone let me in to let me know that there won’t be anyone at the customer center until 2 PM. This is a horrible place. Ship your packages through anywhere else.

    Abysmal. Zero customer service. Website won't take my claim and sends me to a phone number where I get a BOT who redirects me to the sender. No opportunity offered to talk to a human customer service rep. The BOT just cuts you off. Rude.     This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's incredibly difficult to get in touch with someone, and when I finally do, they seem to know nothing at all. UPS lost a crucial document I urgently needed, and they're unable to locate it. They haven't bothered to provide any updates on my package either. Moreover, none of the phone numbers they list, or those found online, are operational. When I do manage to find a working number, I'm greeted with a recorded message that ends with 'Sorry, I can't transfer you to a representative,' before abruptly hanging up.

    Driver showed up a day early. Left a note saying I wasn't there. That's fair. The next day I take off and reschedule for delivery to that day. I sit by the window on my computer from 9 AM to 10 AM when my order gets marked as no one being home. The driver didn't even show up! It has cost me time. It has cost me money for taking a day off work. I call customer support and they say the package is marked as urgent and will be delivered sometime today before 9 PM but to call back after 5 PM to make sure. I did so and I get told that the drivers weren't notified in time. So now I have to take ANOTHER day off work to recieve this item. You lost a customer forever. Do better.

    I just want to say the UPS website is NOT user-friendly! I have been trying to change my phone number for the past several weeks so I can get updates. Does not let me!     On 7/9/2024 I was scheduled an UPS pickup between 12-4 pm the driver didn’t show so I called to reschedule and to see what I needed to do, the representative rescheduled, so she said for 7/10/2024, I asked, "If I need to be home, do I leave the package my porch." She stated the driver will ring the door and if I leave the package on the porch to leave a note on my door. Well lo and behold the driver came 7/9/2024 at 6:15 pm, I had fell asleep and didn’t hear the doorbell of which I think he pushed the camera and not the door bell because I’m an extremely light sleeper.

    Anyway I called and spoke to another UPS representative and a supervisor and neither one could careless that I wad told he was coming out the next day, and told me I can pay AGAIN for him to come out… How is this my fault, I even took a screen shot of the commitment time and read it to her verbatim… All they said is "I’m sorry for the inconvenience," UPS should be able to reissue and grant for FREE another request for a pick up since I was provided incorrect information. UPS is a multibillion if not multi-trillion dollar company whose workers are in another country other than the United States.

It seems very often that we are waiting for a package for a business that never seems to be able to be delivered because we are closed... This is untrue.     I've used UPS over FEDEx with good results in the past, but when it really counts they failed miserably. Please don't trust this company to deliver an important package. You will be sorely disappointed. To summarize, I paid extra money (over 50$ for a 4"x6"x1" box) to have an important package delivered to a hotel in Nashville TN. This is a major hotel where thousands of people were in attendance. We received a notice around 1 pm on Saturday that the package was attempted to be delivered but the place was closed - IT WAS NOT!!! Immediately, the recipient and I desperately tried to work with customer service to get the package. Five hours later, six phone calls later and many broken UPS promises, it was too late to deliver because everything shuts down. What a nightmare! I could/should have used the post office.

    I was HOME expecting a delivery when I got a notification that an attempt was made but in reality, the driver pushed the door and saw that it was locked and just left. He could have called and I would have come right down but instead, laziness took over and he decided to let me wait 2 days because it was a Saturday. His lack of professionalism and laziness spoiled my whole weekend as I was expecting to wear what was in the package on Sunday. What a lazy driver!!!

    UPS failed to exercise reasonable care in delivering my perishable package on the scheduled time and date. Tracking shipment process details showed it was on the truck for 10 hours before being further delayed an additional 2 days. Despite the box had markings of a popular food company, the package seems to have been exposed to excessive unrefrigerated conditions that caused the meats and other contents inside to spoil and become unusable. This is unacceptable, and I expect to be compensated for the cost of the damaged goods.

    Timeline- July 3, 9:15 am: Perishable package marked as “Out for Delivery”. July 3, 7:24 pm: Approximately 10 hours on the truck and delivery was delayed. Package was returned back to the processing facility. July 3, 7:24 pm to July 5, 9:17 am: Package remained at the processing facility for a total of 38 hours exposed to unrefrigerated conditions. July 5, 9:17 am: Package was once again marked as “Out for Delivery”, initiating its second journey on the delivery truck.

    Deliver my package to the wrong address, I filed a claim, it was closed immediately, said due to picture package was delivered, yes it was delivered but not to my address, they actually took a picture of where they delivered it and it was not my address, didn't even review it. Just closed it immediately. Very unprofessional. Poorly done, the picture I submitted is not my address, but that is the picture that was on UPS tracking of my package where they delivered it.

    I purchased for 4 day shipping, UPS decided to do 7 day shipping. When I tried to talk to a person to see why they did this it would only let me talk to a robot. Not only did the robot let me talk to an agent it hung up in my face. Horrible customer service.

    The parcel was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago, the driver, as in most reviews, did not even deign to call the intercom. Then the parcel was sent back to the store, and now every day they promise to return it. The price of the package is $850

    Had a package that required a signature so I arranged to have someone home all day as I have to work. Driver left a note saying no one was home without knocking or ringing the doorbell. As soon as I saw that on the UPS app I called customer disservice and told some useless call center employee about it. She said she would have dispatch tell him to redeliver it as I had someone there to sign for it. NOPE. No delivery. So now the package is supposed to be delivered on july 5th in the middle of a 4 day weekend which means I have to stay home all day waiting on some lying idiot to maybe do their job....again. The item being deliverd is a regulated by the ATF so I will be contacting them. UPS does all it can to avoid having you talk to an actual person. After work I waited 20 minutes to have an online chat with UPS. Same call center flunky disservice. Canned responses. Zero help.

    I waited all day on my only day off to receive the package. UPS driver didn’t ring the doorbell but left the old note and scheduled drop off date when I go back to work. Highly inconsistent & inconvenient. Do not recommend using this services for businesses. I'll fedex all my future businesses in the future.

    When I tell you no matter where my package is coming from or how high the price I WILL ENSURE MY PACKAGES ARE NOT DELIVERED THRU UPS!!!! How is the facility not even 10 mins (on a good day), my gate to my complex has not been fixed in over a month, my package is undelivered because of secured access? I wish they do a sweep of these lazy drivers since this isn’t first incident. It’s a liquor store where they hang after shift every night but my package can’t be delivered. Shut this damn facility down!!!!

    I ordered an item from Amazon since I never have issue with their delivery service. However, my most recent order was shipped by a third party seller via UPS. And of course, the delivery failed. I live in a secure building which requires being let into the building. This is done via a simple keypad at the door. Or a phone call the number on my order. I was at home during the "attempted" delivery and never received a phone call or notice of any kind they were attempting to gain access. This is common practice to encounter a locked door and leave. Unfortunately with the new union contract giving drivers higher pay and fewer expectations, I have little recourse. There was once a time a worker took pride in their effort to provide the best service of their ability. Unfortunately this has been entirely bred out of UPS.

    My Uncle used to headache Teamsters in my area and if I was UPS they should bring him back. UPS is awful! Customer service is non-existent and difficult to get hold of. They never deliver on time with no responsibility to the consumer. They are now what USPS was. Pretty bad when USPS is better.

    I mailed (3) identical packages to a customer from Idaho to Colorado. Two of items made it, (1) still in the packaging, the other no packaging, just the item and the third was damaged and packaging discarded in Commerce City, CO. After (1) month of dealing with the customer service reps whom you could barely understand I received a letter stating the item was not packaged according to UPS standards and therefore UPS is not liable for the loss. This was a 97# solid rubber tire!!!! AND, this is the second time an item has gone through Commerce City, CO. that it has been lost and packaging thrown away. The first was a wooden crate of solid steel cylinders weighing in at over 150#. That time I was told since I did not add extra insurance UPS was not liable.

    I had the worst experience with a UPS store in Orlando FL. I sent a small and very sentimental package to NJ which never got there. I reach out to the store and customer service and no one could give me a straight answer. All they said was it was lost in transit. I kept trying they put in a claim and no one can tell me what exactly happened. All they say was it was lost in transit. I spoke to someone in NJ warehouse and they said the scan that I see on the app are not physical scan so they couldn’t tell me where my package was last seen. They said my package might not have left Orlando. I’m very, very angry and disappointed with this company. I will never use them again

    Tracking# ** for reference. I am an online reseller and I ship 10-20 packages a day. I primarily use UPS every day because in the past they have had fewer mistakes and issues. I was very happy April 2nd when I sold an Item for $1000 however when my customer received the item it was absolutely destroyed. UPS promptly picked up the package and I was told I would hear back from the claims department. I DIDN'T. I called every week 2-3 times per week only to get put off and transferred to other people. For several weeks UPS could not even locate this item. (Embarrassing). I got more lies and false claims than the government would provide.

    They assured me that UPS would take care of this. June 30th I received a check for $160. Once again I had to make several calls (with robot interference) only to find out that they are not responsible for their actions. This is a customer service complete failure. Big corporations push the little guy around all the time but I didn't expect this from a company that for years had delivered consistent customer service. So what could I do....FEDEX. HAHAHA ya damn right all my packages from now on will go through FEDEX. UPS you have already lost a few hundred dollars and this number will grow everyday until someone calls me with an apology and a check for $840.

    UPS is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. I am not sure who runs the show, but they need a strong lesson on customer service. I had a phone that I purchased through eBay to be sent by UPS. What a mistake! Next time I will have sellers use FedEx or USPS, I have not had such issues as with UPS. None of their features work online. Their customer support is garbage. I have been trying to track the package for about a week and it was stuck in an access point for 5 days. I have tried to change to delivery location via phone and online. I continually get error messages saying that I cannot change the delivery location and when I get someone on the line, they say that they cannot help me with my issue!

    I was told that the package was dropped off at a holding location at UPS after the access point location I selected (Michael's) lost my package and could not locate it at the store. I drive to the new UPS location and they changed their hours! They do not have hours after 5PM and "they are sorry for the inconvenience!" There is a shortage of help everywhere in UPS and their online site is garbage. Their chat feature is not helpful and gives you generic statements. I tried finding a representative online and I had to have them call me back, only to tell me they cannot change the delivery location and that they do not know why I get the error code. I have changed my password 10x over. Nothing! I HATE THIS COMPANY!! I hope to never ever do work with them ever again. I am so glad Fedex and USPS are better options.

    In the late 90's I made an online purchase and the seller used UPS. The day after UPS took possession of the package they went on strike, holding my package hostage for a full month. In the following years I have had poor service from them every time I have been forced to use their services. Not once has a shipment been delivered within the time frame listed by their own shipment trackers. Plus, good luck getting past their automated customer service system, it really doesn't want you talking to a live person. And once you do force your way past the automated system the person on the other end is sitting in a foreign call center. I really wish sellers would let customers pick the preferred shipping company rather than shoving UPS down our throats.

    Been trying for over 3 months to get UPS to find the package they did not deliver or allow me to file a claim. I purchased the insurance, and they are denying the claim even though they sent me an email telling me they lost the package and I need to file the claim. All attempts have been useless. Don't pay extra for insurance, it does you no good.

    This company is objectively the worse delivery service of them all. Certain addresses aren't in their system for some reason, so packages are lost, late or stuck in limbo. The customer service is god awful, and you have to carefully choose what you say or else it'll pretty much tell you "Deal with it yourself, goodbye." Before hanging up on you without solving anything.

    Getting to a human representative is nearly impossible, and when you do, they sound like they are in some third-world countries reading off of a script, meaning if your problem is more complicated than 1+1=2, they can't help you either because they don't know what they're doing! I once heard chickens and roosters in the background of a call with a representative, I wish I was making this up. I'm almost at the point where I won't order from companies that ship through UPS because I feel like I'd died from a heart attack caused by the sheer anger and stress before the package even arrives. One star is too generous.

    UPS lies about tracking updates. I received a notification in the morning that the item was out for delivery. I later received an update stating that shipping was delayed due to receiver instructions. I never contacted UPS and this was likely an excuse for incompetence. This was for four tires that I ordered and for some strange reason, they delivered three of the four a few days earlier. Why not the 4th?! The dishonesty and nerve of them stating that I updated the delivery is extremely troubling. Also, customer service is a complete joke. I was finally able to get to talk to someone and was hung up on without a word said after waiting 10 mins.

    I've had many deliveries, by UPS, but the latest was the worst. The package was finally delivered after multiple changes of times and dates. It was a heavy package and I asked that they wheel it into a room, right by the front door, and they wouldn't. It was heavy and due to a surgery I wasn't allowed to lift anything or bend over. I asked to borrow the cart to get it to the room and they wouldn't do that. I will never purchase anything to be delivered by UPS again.

    We have lived at the same address for 6 years in a quiet cul-de-sac and have no issues receiving packages from any delivery service, except UPS. We had purchased 2 large dressers that showed up broken so needed to be returned. Instead of having to take them to UPS directly, I scheduled a pickup. The driver showed up and seemed rather upset at the large/heavy boxes, and would only take one! I asked why and he just said all he has was orders for 1 box. When I asked for the pick-up receipt so I could track the return he got angry and shoved a crumpled ticket in my hand. I politely said thank you and that I'd see him tomorrow for the other box.

    Since that occurrence, UPS has all of our deliveries marked as "Will call, at customer's request." Not once have we requested to have our packages left at will call instead of being delivered. That's the whole point of using UPS (or any other service) - having things delivered right to your door. The Distro center is 15 miles away. 2 years and we still can't get package left at our door. UPS customer service is the worst! If I knew which companies used UPS as their shipping vendor prior to making a purchase I would 100% go elsewhere.

    This company should be completely obliterated. In the three times that I have used UPS services, all three of my packages/letters were either never delivered or arrived late. To make matters worse, the reasoning was totally unacceptable. The reasoning for my package arriving late was that there were two packages assigned with the same tracking number. This is absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable. My "Proof of Delivery" was incorrect and customer service was not able to provide any answers. On another occasion, I paid extra to have a simple letter delivered early. The letter arrived late. UPS is absolutely horrible. If a mail delivery company cannot deliver mail on time and to the correct address (clearly written on articles), why are they still in business? This is beyond me.

    Shipping is great, but damaged packages are a nightmare. I shipped a Bike. I opened the package and tried to put the bike together. The forks were bent and I could not put the wheel on the bike. I made 6 calls to UPS and 5 attempts to file a claim with no success. The process was time consuming and ineffective. I will not use UPS in the future.

    No service at all. Did my package fall off a truck. Where is it? Your online help is seriously flawed. (Speech Impediment - It just hangs up.) The UPS store my package was sent was very unhelpful, will never use UPS again. It is obvious you don't want to talk to customers. I paid to have a package delivered from Germany, don't take my money if you can't do it, don't take my money if you are not going to be nice, and especially don't take it if you don't like senior citizens (old people). Dealing with your company was awful. It is very very sad that a company with so many trucks, so many planes, so many employees has nobody a customer can talk to and get a guitar to a old man. Next time I think I use a kid on a bike. By the way, I know it can be done. I have had them delivered from China, England, France, Spain and other places.

    Who is writing the bogus one-star reviews of UPS? I would give UPS 10 stars if I could. After leaving my favorite shirt behind at a Halifax hotel, I tried to get FedEx to send it to my home in Austin TX. Every step of the process was a nightmare, including a personal visit to a FedEX store in Austin to navigate their confusing online system to create a shipping label. The employee was clueless as well. In the end, FedEx went to the hotel and rejected the package with the shirt because it wasn't transparent. (It was a FedEx package.) Enter UPS, which saved the day. I emailed the UPS office in Halifax and a human being answered promptly. They offered to pick up the shirt at the hotel, package it, create a shipping label and send it to me in Austin. This was accomplished within minutes, not hours or days, at a lesser cost than FedEx. I am now a loyal UPS customer for life.

    This is the second time UPS was used to delivery an item to my location. Both times I am home, I received a notice that a delivery was attempted, but I was never contacted. This is ridiculous. Whoever on their website says they have a 95% delivery rate must be smoking something.

    Ups has a broken system working for them. My package was mysteriously lost when it arrived at facility in Dallas Texas. How does a package get lost in the facility? That just means an employee has decided to take it because of label on packaging they knew exactly what it was.

    UPS picked up two of my packages with three rather expensive items that were to be shipped to Amazon. Two of them were picked up and sent to the incorrect vendor and the other was picked up and was never logged in their system, which led to me losing $300. When I brought this up with the UPS leadership team both local and otherwise, they took no responsibility of it and blamed me for it. Both Anthony and Becky from the Lowell team were unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. I don’t believe it gets worse than this.

    My package was not delivered as expected. It was allegedly on its way to a UPS “Access Point” for next day pickup. It never arrived at the Access Point destination either. Ironically, was told that it's driver's discretion to not leave a package in a neighborhood deemed “at risk” for pirating. The neighborhood I sent to is quiet and safe- I would say it is UPS itself that is the biggest risk for “losing” a package. In addition, it is impossible to get a location tracker on my package. Called UPS and got no straight answers. The package has gone missing. Don’t use UPS if you want your package to arrive safely to its destination.

    I bought a part at a radiator shop and they said UPS is available and I gladly paid 140 dollars to deliver my part. I have an access point at a UPS 1 mile away however deliver guy came to my house first and left because I need a signature. I work so I'm never home and that's why it can never be delivered to my place. I am so disappointed and I believe UPS is the worst.     Had 2 envelope delivered that were left on my side walk 10 to 15 feet from my door. Got one and discovered the other one in the street next door. Both had significant amount of checks in them.     UPS does not provide the service the company states it will provide in its Customer Service agreement. Their staff is poorly trained. The delivery service is unacceptable. Notary documents signed by me in front of the notary, were sent Overnight Delivery. It was paid in full by the title company which in turn charges me. It is now 5 days later and the title company still hasn’t received the documents!! UPS charges overnight delivery charges but then doesn’t deliver. UPS never refunds money for the mistakes made by their company and staff. Very poor management and customer service.

I have had a problem with them every single time they have put a note on my door saying they tried to deliver my packages and I was in the house each time and no one knocked on the door. I have also received a notification stating my school books was outside before and they wasn't, they was at a neighbor's house down the road from my house.     It's very frustrating when you call and speak to a representative that helps you and states that they will be sending an email to follow up your request for duplicate receipts. But you never receive the email and call back, only for a new agent to say there is no history of you calling or contacting them and that they cannot assist you without a tracking number. The irritating part is the first agent assisted me and found my receipts using my name, phone number, and last four of my credit card (I didn't have the tracking number).

    I don't understand how one agent could find the receipts that way but the 4 others plus a manager, could not. By far the worse experience I've ever had with UPS customer service and adding insult to injury, they kept passing me off to other departments after I explained to them how the first agent found my receipts in their system. The first agent is the only one that helped, wish I had written her name down so she could teach her supervisor how to use their system to find receipts.

    Extremely unreliable service in Canada. They Keep missing my scheduled pickups. I have to file a complaint every time they miss the pickups. It's a waste of my time and their resources. Customer service is also useless and deceiving. Do Not use UPS. Their shipping are experiencing too much delays also. Shipping with them causes massive headaches and frustration.     Every time a supplier sends me a package through UPS it gets held up for over a week or more when it arrives in my hometown (Portland, OR). The expected delivery date is out the window and tracking shows no more access to my packages. The on-line help is useless along with their automated phone service. It can never understand what is being said. It only works with two to three words being spoken. If the issue is more complex than that then you’re screwed. UPS has terrible customer service and poor delivery service also. According to the last tracking listing I receive my packages are languishing at our local UPS and there is never an estimate for delivery. They will just show up randomly or won’t show up at all. Terrible!

    I followed claim cause packages was not delivered to the correct address. I provided pictures of my address and they provided a picture where it was delivered. Absolutely 2 different places. UPS was irresponsible to deliver my package to a wrong door and then close the claim when it's absolutely obvious that it did not get delivered to the right door. Pictures don't lie.

    I would not mind a delayed delivery if they told me first. I would not mind a slow delivery. I would not mind a legitimately rescheduled delivery. But… I do mind it, very much, when Ups lies about whether or not they even showed up. I had a delivery scheduled for this morning. I waited by an open window next to the front door all morning. When 12:30 came and nobody had shown up, I checked my update link. The link said “Receiver was not available for delivery” and that they were rescheduling for the next business day. This was a Saturday, so they meant Monday. This was a lie. The delivery truck never even showed up. They said they left a notice — another lie.

    I called Home Depot, the vendor, to ask what I could do. They said it was beyond their control, but added that “a lot of people say they didn’t get their deliveries when the weather is really nice.” I called Ups, and was told that they would contact the driver and try to get my delivery to me that day, and that I would hear back from them within the hour. I never heard back. So I called again, and suddenly learned that the Ups delivery depot was actually closed on Saturday. So that was two more lies: one to Home Depot, and one to me. Ups, please stop lying. Ups, please let your drivers know that whiffing on deliveries because it’s a good beach day will get them in trouble. Ups, please stop deceiving your big-box customers like Home Depot. Ups…. Please…. Stop….Lying. Thank you.

    I waited a whole day that I took off work for my package. Never arrived. It was delayed for 4 DAYS. Contacted customer service. They have done nothing to help or make it up for my time and money lost. All I can say is never use UPS as your delivery service.

    UPS USED TO BE very good company to ship with. Now over the last several months they scan the packages and say it's been delivered or "bad address" and deliver the next day. I'm in Central Pa, now the driver scanned my package on Wed saying it was delivered and Fri I still don't have my package. I checked my cameras and he drove by, never stopped, didn't even throw it out of his truck. No package anywhere in sight. People, PLEASE STOP SHIPPING WITH UPS!

    I need the UPS hub store to be able to accept the QR codes. It's 50 miles one way to the nearest authorized ups store! That's ridiculous! We have several hubs in the Grands Pass, Oregon area that are ready to accept this technology. One of them being Speedy Pack and Ship.

    I am here to let everyone know that the UPS delivery in Columbus Georgia never deliverers any of my items..I live in Hamilton Georgia and my items always gets delivered to residents in Columbus...Georgia...I ordered a trashcan and...never got it....a dog kennel and... never got it...and now a ladder and ... never got it... I'm calling the Better Business Bureau first chance I get...this has to stop.

    So I ordered a part for my Sidexside. Paid for faster shipping. Part was going to be delivered on time. Then it got rescheduled for three days later so on the second day of not receiving my package I contacted UPS to be told they lost my package. Now I’m waiting still for the sender to go through their process which will be over 7 days past the original delivery date before I can do anything about getting the part I need. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had getting something shipped to me. I have lost all belief in ups. What a joke of a company.

    UPS sent my package to the Mail Innovations black hole in Butner N.C. If your package goes there you probably will never get it. If I ever order again online I will insist ups not be used. Why on earth would ups do this to paying customers?

    I wish I could give it zero. One of the biggest stresses in my life is knowing I'm getting a package via UPS. 10/10 times my package DOESN'T get delivered the day it says it will, or it gets tossed around in every direction and I won't see it until days later. They have never delivered it in the time window it says it will. It is almost impossible to get anything I need for my business on time and I've tried multiple times to get a code for my delivery and they won't send it. I truly can't stand this service.

    Today I received a package delivered by UPS (order from REI), that had been opened, and the blanket that I ordered was replaced with a roll of paper towels. Clearly someone at UPS had ripped open my package, taken the merchandise (a nice blanket) replaced it with the paper towels and taped it back up. I called REI and they were so nice, they refunded my money, but this is horrible that this is happening, and I can no longer order the blanket as it's out of stock. Please don't order from a company that uses UPS.

    This is the worse shipping company on the planet, they damaged my product and nobody can give you updates on how they make it right, they can’t give updates, try going online, and that website is the same as the company. Says they will send password update link to my email and it never comes. Talked with online chat person. They disconnected.

    UPS continuously causes issues when delivering my packages. The most recent is delivering my medication to the wrong house, and leaving the items in the hot sun. The package was labeled to need refrigerated.

    UPS used to be a good delivery service, but not anymore. They leave our packages at a row of 20 mailboxes, 1/2 mile from our house instead of bringing them to the house like all the other delivery services do. We've had packages stolen, and after multiple complaints were told that our packages would now be delivered to our house. But once again, today it was left at the mailboxes. And getting a human on the phone nearly takes an act of congress. Very, very frustrating business.

    I very rarely receive packages from UPS however in the past couple years UPS has my residence down as a business. Years past had no issues at all. I don’t have a business or storefront to this house number. They will not leave the package because they said business was closed. I am at work during the day. Not available and no signature required on package. A couple years ago I had this same issue with them. Wasted lots of time over this. They called me and said problem was resolved both times and back to residential service. Yesterday a package was arriving but would not deliver because business was closed. It’s a resident not a business. I tried to phone about this issue but all I got is a recording to get me to the right person. I explain the issue but the recording doesn’t understand. Now I get to waste time next week to get to the UPS facility in Latham, NY to try to get the package.

    Same waste of time as last year and 2 years ago. I tried to change my package location to drop off online but forgot my username and password. Tried to retrieve it but no response, no emails to change password or username. Will not recommend UPS services to anyone. They just don’t care about customers. They don’t want to hear complaints. I really don’t want shippers anymore to send me packages through UPS. I don’t enjoy not being heard about my issue with UPS. I recommend FedEx, DHL or USPS any day. Not UPS, they just don’t care about their customers at all, not worth one star at all. One very unhappy customer.

    Updated on 06/18/2024: Couldn't figure out how to update my original review, quick summary, couldn't find my house. Lived here 25 years. Receive packages from Amazon, FedEx and UPS before. Nothing but problems from UPS. Told me my address was incorrect. And then no information, finally got a hold of somebody (very difficult to do). I confirm my address and then didn't hear anything but the same message that they couldn't deliver it. Days later someone finally called me and said it would be delivered today. Well they found my house. The package is ripped open and had been retaped with packaging tape directly onto the product which in the heat has melted onto the product itself. What a garbage company, never again!

    Original Review: How does this company stay in business, it is the worst company on the planet. I have had nothing but trouble with UPS. I've lived in this house for 25 years and they say I have a wrong address. The package was ordered through Amazon, it is the correct address. There are only two houses on my street, my neighbor routinely gets packages from UPS. But all of a sudden they can't find the one other house on this street.

    No information since I was first informed by a text that my address was wrong. I tricked the automated "customer service" into letting me talk to a real person who told me my address didn't exist. However, I confirmed my address with her and that is what she had. So she tried to contact the driver of course couldn't get a hold of him but he would be calling me back at a given time, never received a phone call.

    If you simply give them the tracking number on the automated system it is the kiss of death all roads lead to the same place. "They were unable to deliver your package, you can check back later" and they'll tell you the same damn thing or you can sign up create a password etc. and you won't have any more information than you had to begin with. Still have not heard from them, no idea if I'm ever going to receive the package. I once ordered a bed frame that was 30 minutes from my house in Dallas and ended up in New Jersey. When I finally received it it was beat to hell. I will never again buy anything that is shipped by UPS, I simply won't do it. I don't care how bad I want it or how good the price is, if UPS is the shipper I simply will not buy it.
