I just had a random man show up at my door with a picture of it and a UPS package that UPS told him they delivered to my house yesterday. I'm a business owner as is my partner so we get packages all the time. We had NOT recieved his package but UPS told him we had. This is a DANGEROUS practice. I will say if anything happens to us or our home we will seek punitive damages from UPS as a result of this dangerous behavior. In addition when I'm home alone I'm usually carrying if strangers come to the door. Which can also be dangerous as a result of the chaos UPS created. Had this person been more agitated or become aggressive it could have escalated. DO BETTER UPS!

Huge Delay in International Delivery and worst call support:
2. Nobody knows who to forward the call to, I have to go 4 stops to get to the final person who just tells that s/he doesn't know any tentative delivery time and cannot help at all.
3. I was connected with Customs or Brokerage department 3 days ago and I was told that the package has been released and I would definitely receive next working day. But nothing yet.

UPS is the absolute worst. My medical supplier sent a package last week. I was tracking it and it arrived in Fremont CA (near my home) on Thursday 4/17/25 early morning. It was supposed to be delivered the same day, but they failed. Same story on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today (Monday). I have called them several times, and when I was finally able to get hold of a human, they could not locate the package and asked me to contact the shipper to initiate an investigation. Their incompetence has put me in a medical emergency situation. I have asked my supplier to never use UPS again.

I had a package that was supposed to get to me a few days ago. It keeps getting sent back to the sender because, according to the tracking updates, the address was wrong. I spoke to support, and they confirmed the address was correct and said the real reason my package keeps getting sent back is because, according to the delivery driver, I moved. I most certainly did not move, and do not know why the driver would say this, or how the driver would have that information in the first place. I asked support if the driver has access to such information, and the support person refused to answer the question.
Additionally, the tracking info says my package is being resent to me and will be here in a few days, but the support person said it's getting sent back to the sender, and I need to contact the sender to resolve the issue; UPS can't do anything. So I am getting conflicting information from UPS tracking and UPS support. Support was very unhelpful in solving my issue or answering my questions. Further, I am concerned that delivery drivers either have access to personal information they should not, or they are lying in their notes for some reason. Either way, there is something not right with UPS.

UPS generated 2 identical tracking numbers for 2 different addresses and purchasers. Because these were delivered wrongly but nonetheless delivered, the companies say no refund. They are terrible as well as Shein. Ups is Shein's shipper of choice so don't use either.

Elyria, Ohio UPS delivery drivers, not all, but most, don't leave packages at my back door as requested. I live on a busy street where packages are visible and the city isn't the best. People (some) have no problem stealing in this area. I've called several times to no avail. This company has gone way downhill.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with UPS was frustrating enough to deserve one. I had an important package scheduled for delivery, and not only was it delayed twice without explanation, but when I tried to get help, the customer service was completely useless. First off, the tracking updates were vague and inconsistent. The package was marked "out for delivery" for two days straight—and then suddenly changed to “Delivery Attempted” even though I was home all day. No knock, no doorbell, no note. Just... nothing.
I called customer support, and it was like talking to a wall. The representative was clearly reading from a script and offered no actual help or accountability. When I asked to escalate the issue, I was put on hold for 20+ minutes, only to be told there was “nothing they could do.” No effort to rectify the situation, no real apology. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when people rely on timely deliveries. I expect more from a company of this size and reputation. Based on this experience, I will actively avoid using UPS in the future whenever I have the choice.

I use UPS 6 or 7 times a week and every single time they tell me it's going to be delivered and it's not days go by after paying for overnight delivery without even anybody scanning the package. They don't know where it's at. The customer service is absolutely horrible. You're better off anywhere else.

My experience started with the UPS store helping me create a shipment for my valid and completed money order. Delivery expected next day. Before I left I had a notification that delivery was delayed one day. No big deal. Delivery day. Shipment goes out on route with afternoon delivery. At around 8pm the tracking says wait for updated delivery. Come 5 days later no change. After jumping through all the hoops to confirm I'm party to the shipment "it's lost file a claim". I ask, "Can't you reach out to destination to looks for it." "Yes that's what the claims for". Bologna. I have to tell you it's lost to try and get you to looks for it?
I file a claim. They deny claim as the shipment they helped me make. Is against terms of service. The terms are for incomplete money orders not those properly issued and complete, why wasn't I warned the item I properly declared was not allowed. Additionally it cannot be against tariff terms and conditions when it was a domestic shipment. Horrible service. No support and no recourse for my lost or stolen goods. Never again!

Of all the delivery services, UPS is the worst. Drivers give new meaning to the word lazy. I've had packages left literally on the sidewalk in front of my house (50' from the front door) where anyone walking by could just pick them up. If the driver doesn't feel like making a delivery, they make up an excuse for not being able to deliver.

If I could give a zero I would. Had to return a package but I can't get to the store because I am disabled. I've done this same exact pickup before a few times with no hassle. Spent wasted time talking to someone to tell me they could not help me. I not sure why it has a return label that it usually comes with. Now there is a problem to schedule a pick up. Very simple task. UPS you need to do better especially for the handicap. Don't worry. My uncle works for the one of the news station. Maybe they will like the story. I'm sure UPS doesn't want the negative publicity.

Ordered shoes on the 31st of March, they made it all they way to Atlanta where they were then LOST by UPS...GREAT JOB!!! I called and got a refund bc they are sold out of the ones I ordered!?!? How about get your crap together UPS..Just ordered another pair. Hope they don't get lost as well!!!

I think you should be a no star rating. I paid 25$ extra!! For it to be a TWO DAY delivery and it takes FIVE days!!!! And I can't talk to nobody there no number!! Your help/support link won't load anything!! No it's not my end. I tired multiple avenues. My only option is to spend more money!! And the site for real says to "possibly get a day sooner". Won't even know without spending more money first.. Believe me if I had a choice I would have picked anything else.!!!

My package (MEDICATION) was supposed to have been delivered on Monday 4/7/25. The tracking number showed that it was on the truck and in my neighbors on that specific date. My package did not come that day so I tracked the package and it said that it was delayed and rescheduled for delivery on the following day. I did not have a problem with that. Tuesday came and went and still did not have my package. I tracked the package on Wednesday and it showed that it was in California but I live in Illinois!!!
I called UPS customer service and was being given the run around about how my package ended up in CA. The lady said she would find out what happened and give me a call in 3 hours regarding the matter. I never received a phone call. The following day I called UPS customer service because the tracking number still showed that it was in CA. I spoke with a supervisor named, "Jill" who admitted that UPS made a mistake and that's why it was in CA. She promised that it would be expedited and I would receive it that same night. I did not receive my package as promised. UPS customer service will lie to their customers just to appease them and get them off the phone. They are very incompetent!!!

About 75% when I see a company used UPS my package is lost, delivered to the wrong address or takes 3x longer than if they used USPS to ship. I hate UPS with a passion. You pay good money and you have the constant worry that you will not get your package.

I have a very expensive package that’s supposed to be delivered today from 10:45am to 2:45pm requiring a signature. So I made myself available around those times and no delivery. I understand that delays and things happen that’s something out of everyone's control but don’t tell me a window in which the package will come, I set myself up to be here and it gets pushed back to 7pm with no explanation. I would rather you say “package will be delivered by 7pm so it can be left up to me whether I want to sit and wait. Of course I could prematurely sign the package but I don’t want a $700 package left at my doorstep so I’m forced to remain here just in case they come. The site gives you no real time updates at all to at least see where the driver is located. This experience has been bad and it’s 6:10 at the very moment and I still don’t have the package but it’s “on the truck”. So I took off from work for no reason 😃

I’ve been shipping mostly overnight envelopes with legal documents at least 3-4 times a month. Since the beginning of this year (2025) UPS has delivered my shipment late 3 out of 4 times in a month and blamed the weather when I know that the weather along the route to and from the hub have not had any significant weather issues. UPS is using the weather excuse to get around the service guarantee. This must be against the law and who is responsible for penalizing UPS for lying and cheating their customers out of service guaranties?

Received my delivery on time but in badly damaged condition. Arrived in an open box with a poor attempt to retape the bottom and it's damaged on all sides. This is not my first damaged package just the first one I'm reviewing. I don't expect the contents to be in good condition with the outside of the box looking like this. Returning it for replacement.

They are the absolute worse delivery service for consumers. I don't know about businesses but I had a package being delivered to my apartment and they could not figure out how to get into the building. Five delivery notices later, I phoned and said I would pick up. They said that the item was a delivery hazard (weight) and told me I had to go to the UPS depot in Richmond BC. The guard there said we are not a UPS store and basically told me I was lying about the package being a hazard. I talked to Customer service 5 times to arrange for this package to get to me. They want me to be available 5 days a week at their convenience because I need to sign for it as well. Just the worse experience - and the package still hasn't been delivered.

Never trust UPS. They are liars. My package suppose to be here days ago but no package yet. I paid for 2 days delivery and no package. My sister birthday came and gone. They tell me it on the truck and will be here today and now I have to wait until Monday it not they stuff so they don't care. Believe me they to get rid of everyone starting from customer service to the driver and hire dependable people because this is not working so they don't need no star and I want my package today!!!!

Horrible customer service. With a My Choice account I called to resolve a claim for a missing shipment, I was placed on hold for over an hour and transferred several times, it was a Catch 52 nightmare. The computer assistant is an over-programmed robot - "sorry, I don't understand"... I'll never use UPS again. I deleted my 'My Choice' business account.

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Have a package sitting in Tampa at 11am. They said it's on a trailer and they aren’t unloading it. This package was next day air guaranteed delivery, and now will be 3 plus days late. Dana could care less. Do yourself a favor and never use UPS.

UPS are a bunch of crooks, forcing me to use an internal brokerage and charging $40 dollars in brokerage fees for $60 worth of merchandise. Blaming it on the shipper for marking it as a gift and demanding I pay for a customs clearance I could have done myself. They will take you for every penny and then some. Was seriously thinking it was an April Fool's joke but they were serious! We should seriously ban them from servicing Canada all together and let Purolator and Canada Post pick up the slack.

One of my customers package was misdelivered. UPS sent proof of delivery it was not the customer’s home. The investigation has taken weeks. It has been a very difficult process which has resulted in a bad review of my business. They sent this notice which is attached which makes no sense. Then closed the case without resolution. Very bad experience.

My experience is like others mentioned here. I went online to pay duties/import fees. If you pay in advance you pay less. My total was $25.97 in import fees, but paying early, my revised total was $19.19. I paid this via PayPal and never received a payment confirmation email. PayPal states it only went through as an authorization and not a charge, which is not how this should be. I tried to pay the $19.19 two more times, now I have 3 authorizations showing on my PayPal, and 3 pending authorizations/debits to my credit card.
Paypal can only do what UPS indicated for them to do which is pending authorization only, it was entered incorrectly by UPS. UPS billing department will do nothing. They allegedly opened a case and told me someone would get back to me same day. That was 4 days ago and nobody has called, nothing had been done by UPS to correct the issue. No doubt they will try to force me into paying the $25.97 because they have no integrity. I have had consistent problems with UPS, they have lost 6 of my packages in the last year. They have never once actually called me back when they said they would. This is a disgusting company to have to deal with.

I purchased a VEVOR 50FTx1/2Inch Drain Cleaner... **, that was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. Contacting Amazon results in poor customer service, advising UPS was the problem. I want my property which is already paid for. UPS doesn't want to be bothered to talk with me. I still want my property which I paid to be delivered. Why must I order deal with this issue with a company where the employees are OVERPAID and UNDER PERFORM? Someone at UPS needs to find my auger and deliver it. I have a legal right to have my property delivered. Perhaps if customers were able to choose a delivery service, or were compensated for undelivered items. This issue should be on the backs of UPS. What is the address of legal service for UPS and Amazon? Where is this information published? This is my first experience with lost package.

First, UPS loses a package with a NEW iPhone. Then, in ONE week delivers SIX packages to wrong addresses on our street. Our address is clearly displayed on our house. UPS customer service offers NO help, refuses to contact the route driver or anyone to correct this situation. Baxter uses UPS to deliver some of my husband’s dialysis supplies, it is essential that we get them but UPS doesn’t care about delivering packages, just collecting money from the sender.

If I could give ZERO stars, it would better reflect how I feel about UPS. Absolutely worthless. I ordered a part for my car and paid expedited shipping to be sure I had it in time for Sunday 3/30/25, which is my appointment with my mechanic. Arrival was said to be 3/28/25 between 1:00pm-5:00pm according to tracking, and package required a signature, I guess requested by the shipping party. I work as a nurse, so I was not able to be home at that time, but my husband would be home around noon and would stay home all afternoon to make sure I got this package. Husband arrives home a little after 12:00 to find a "Sorry we missed you" note from a 10:55 delivery attempt.
I've now called UPS customer service REPEATEDLY, and nobody is able to help. I've spoken to supervisors, managers from the distribution centers and all I'm ever told is that "someone else will call me back" and apparently I can't get my package now until Monday 3/31/25.... The day AFTER I need it. I've even offered to go pick it up myself, but that doesn't appear to be an option either. Why did I pay an extra $15 for expedited shipping just to end up with the package the same day as if I had paid standard shipping? So now, I'm going to have to go to a dealership, pray that they have it in stock, and pay $200 more than the part I ordered online, or wait another week or two without a car... All thanks to UPS and their incompetence and unwillingness to help or even follow their own timelines. I will go out of my way to never deal with UPS again, if I can help it.

UPS is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Their customer service is horrible. They will not allow me to change the address of my delivery and lack a proper process for helping customer in this situation. They haven't sent my package back to the sender yet so I can receive my refund.

UPS in Lakeport and Ukiah, California does NOT deserve anyone’s business. Their drivers (Alice and Eric-license plate is **) are dangerous and are not trustworthy. Also, the management (Shaun** and Tamara **) supports unacceptable behavior against customers and retaliates by banning deliveries for reporting misconduct such as stalking, harassment, and fraud. I strongly recommend using a different carrier.

I order many things from Amazon and always UPS delays the delivery. On Monday I ordered a coffee machine from Walmart and it supposed to come tomorrow but now UPS sent me a message saying that the coffee machine will be delivered by Monday. UPS really sucks. FedEx is much better than UPS.

On the morning of March 20, I went to the UPS store on East Lake Rd Palm Harbor, FL 34685 with a 25 lb box, a return (my first) of an Amazon purchase. The lady at the counter asked me for "the code".... I didn't have one so I asked her if I could recheck my communications with Amazon for a code, and since the package is heavy for me, I also asked her if I could leave the package there, I only live 5 minutes away. I found an "authorization code" on a phone message and returned, showing them "the code". A gentleman behind the counter started yelling that that wasn't "a code"... I needed a proper code. As I asked him what it might be look like and where I could find it he became ruder and more agitated. I told him I would go back home again and look for this proper code and I would be right back. He now was yelling that I better take my package. He picked up and aggressively tried to push it in my hands.
He threw the box on the sidewalk. I went home.... Found the "proper code" and came back to the store. By this time someone had brought the package back in. The two women politely checked out my new "code" and gave me a receipt. The man had his back turned to me and didn't say a word. Amazon has acknowledged receipt and has posted my refund.

Shipped a package to a friend. Estimate delivery date was their day off work. Well it missed the delivery date, not a big problem. I'll just pay the $5.99 to hold the pack at the store for the night so they can pick it up after work tomorrow. I went through with that. UPS got the hold request at 7pm, accepted the request 12 hours later then and hour later put the package on a truck and left it in front of their apartment door all day.

Have a package that the seller put a adult signature on it. A missed delivery sticker was on my door with a option to sign the back. Signed it and left it on my door. They tried to deliver again today and didn't leave the package. Wasn't till I got on UPS website to check my options that I found out that if I want to change my delivery date they want 12 dollars to do that without a option to have to have it delivered after a certain time. Option 2 is to have to held at one of their stores but want 8 dollars to do that. Option 3 is to return it to the sender. With the cost of shipping getting more and more expensive and now wanting to gouge customers due to not being home at 1pm on a week day.

I took off from work so that I will be home for my package to be delivered. I waited and I did not see any UPS truck. Keep in mind I also have camera and no ups delivery guy was here. I did not hear the door bell. Next thing I know there is a note in my door that they missed me. How can that be when I was in the house! And I did not even see any ups truck or guy and I tried calling the customer service and the local service agent and they were no help. They said that it was my fault that I didn't hear them and that their guy did their job. I wish that the company that I ordered never used UPS. They are very rude and customer service are no good big time.

I am a horse breeder, I rely on timely delivery to inseminate on time. This was a crap show from the beginning. Semen got to UPS on time, we paid for next day early. Needless to say our two days window passed with no delivery, no help to get package for me to run and pick up. This was started on 3/21. It is now 3/25 and they are set to deliver today. Semen lasts 24-48 hour, my mare has ovulated already. I will never use your service and will tell everyone I know not to use your service.

I am so frustrated with UPS. I order cat litter through Whiskers and get 60 lbs of cat litter delivered every couple of months. Whoever my driver is, he always leaves it in my driveway instead of going up my steps to my door. I will pick another company to buy cat litter that uses FedEx.

I am currently waiting for a package that was sent using UPS on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. The package was sent from Georgia to Pennsylvania with 2 day delivery. I was just informed by UPS that the rescheduled delivery date is Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Six days later....maybe?

I ordered a package from Amazon and unfortunately it was shipped with UPS. After 4 "failed" delivery attempts the packages were sent back. This has never happened before with any other shipper. I spoke to "Mark" with customer service and he told me there was nothing he could do even though the last "attempt was made 20 minutes before I spoke to him. Absolute joke of a company. I personally use FedEx and so does my work which is a class 1 railroad that ships parts and package all through the U.S and Canada. If I could leave negative stars I would. Horrible experience.

I lost my package a month ago. I tried contacting UPS and they told to talk to shipper that is world first courier and my shipper is not responding and I told same thing to ups and they said, "We can't do anything." Do not trust this.

I was performing a time sensitive Radon test in my home that cost me $40. I spent extra money and purchased a UPS NEXT DAY AIR label for $23.83 so it should of arrived 2-3 days after I shipped it. UPS lost my package and the test did not arrive until 11 days after shipment. UPS refused to even work with me because the label was purchased from a third party. They refused to give me a claim number and would not let me send my proof and documents. They are forcing me to ask the radon company to file the claim for me. They also will not reimburse me but will only reimburse the radon company who then has to reimburse me. They are a despicable company with disgusting practices.

I spent $95 to send two documents overnight to Charlotte NC. The UPS store was phenomenal (in Mansfield Ohio) however when the UPS envelope arrived it had been sliced open with a utility knife and retaped. I called the store and the UPS customer service as the store suggested. They had no rationale, just file a damage report. Unacceptable for the price... System can't upload the photo...

The UPS distribution center in Citrus Park Florida needs to be shut completely down, supervisors fired and jobs taken away for a more competent staff and the corporate office should be dealt the same fatal blow. It's absolutely ridiculous and disgraceful how they handle customer packages without care. They are so complacent till the point of real work completely baffles the whole staff. Fire them all.

Good grief… I have had nothing but bad service and excuses. I would recommend all stores find another delivery service as I will no longer order items shipped by UPS. I live behind a gate which EVERY OTHER delivery service can access by just reading directions. Not UPS. I’m not even sure they try. They just drive up, see the gate, and drive off. Then I get patronized by some employee who says the driver is not in the area anymore and can’t make the delivery. UPS needs to outsource their shipping to AMAZON.

Package was supposed to be overnight. Tracking said driver will be there between 3-5pm. On UPS website, I requested tracking updates. Now...we took off work early to be there during that time frame, but driver had already showed up outside of delivery time frame. On top of that, never received any updates at all! Why give that option, if you're going to ignore it?? After requesting a call from customer care, I was told by Mary that they can show up anytime and aren't required to give updates. So, the sender lied to me, and she said yes!!! This is how they talk about their customers!! Ridiculous!

I sent out requests for price quote from an auction house in NY. I requested one from UPS store 0647 and 3 others. Their quote was much higher than other quotes and I noted they were charging 100 pick up fee. I emailed back that I had never had a pick up fee that high. And I was using a different shipper At this store. Came back and lowered his quote to almost 30.00 less than the shipper I had already contracted with (MM). I told the guy I did not want to change at this point sine already made arrangements but after some persuasion and a promise that he would not change quote because I told him I did not want to change and then he come back with a higher amount. So I called other shipper (MM) and (unfortunately) they had not picked up and said it would be ok to change. They understood. After 0647 they picked up. They came back with a much higher price (more than any other quotes). They said I had given wrong size.
I looked back and all requests said 30 X 25.5, but under sent emails I did not see the one I sent 0647. So it ended up costing more than any of other quotes. I will NOT be using this UPS store again. Even if I had given wrong size most shippers check auction house listing and he had all that information. It was VERY strange of the shipping quotes I sent under sent emails I did not see the one to 0647. A big mistake changed to UPS store 0647. Not honest.

I have been waiting on a refund check since 8/2024! Today is 3/19/25. They owe me $356.65 and they cannot be bother to respond to any phone calls or emails. They claim they sent the check to the wrong address and that the check did NOT clear. They were to reissue to the correct address back in November. They cannot answer basic questions on phone calls and will NOT return any calls. This place is a total SCAM! Worst place ever.

When I try to gather all of the worst companies in the world, I can find no worse than UPS customer service. Obviously they do not give a crap because it never changes. They work so hard to make sure no one can get ahold of anyone for any kind of service. For example we are a commercial company shipping globally. When they destroy a shipment, they never tell anyone. They actually destroy relationships with our customers in this manner. No one helps. Please someone begging a shipping company that cares so we can send UPS Packing.

I stopped using UPS 5 years ago when they lost my husband's luggage that we had shipped ahead of flying home. One bag made it and the other did not. Very expensive clothing and shoes, etc. We had even purchased insurance for the delivery. We were never able to talk with anyone to resolve it, and they essentially ignored us and we never received any type of service. I had other issues previously, but this was the last straw. Yesterday they tried to deliver a package to our secure apartment building, of which they have access to, and left at least 5 tags on the front door that did not communicate (check off) any information on the tag. Maybe I'll get it tomorrow, maybe I won't. Who knows, there's no customer service to work with to find out.

I would not use UPS if my life depended on it. They charged me almost $100 for next day delivery and did not deliver until 4 days later. They refused to give me a refund or make any kind of adjustment. Very ruthless. From now on it's FedEx only.

This delivery was ridiculous. I was expecting a delivery, so I stayed home all day. When he got here, early, he never even acknowledged me. I told him I was supposed to sign for it, and he stated, “You’re supposed to, but I ain’t with that dog there.” I told him I was walking outside to sign in, and he never said another word to me. I understand that some men are afraid of dogs, but she wasn’t any bit interested in him. She is deaf and my therapy dog, so she barks. She’s also 5 pounds and hurts nothing. She wasn’t the least bit interested in him. I’ve seen some videos where delivery men greet the dog and bring them treats.
If you don’t like your job, find a different profession. Good grief. She was so excited to see someone new. I wasn’t asking him to interact with her. For women who live alone, we have dogs. I was just expecting someone to be professional. He never said anything else…”Have a good day,” “Thank you,” …nothing. I did say thank you and he just said “mpfff.” Seriously? ** I shipped a tree made of resin that was hallow inside measuring about 14". It was NOT cement that weighed 3 lbs and when it arrived to the buyer they took all of my profit. The buyer paid $10.99 and they took everything So I made Zero dollars. Next time I will use FedEx.

I live in a rural town in Idaho. If I pay for overnight delivery, it takes four days to get there. I don’t know why when you pay for an overnight delivery they can’t get it to you on time. When I complained about it, the reps were horrible. Our delivery guy is awesome, but he explained that they have new policies in store that will postpone rural deliveries even more. my advice stay away from this company. It’s noticeably apparent that someone is trying to write good reviews and stack those reviews and a positive way, but that is not the case. They have consistently been late and damaging to my products. As a small business owner, I need my products to arrive in a timely fashion and in good condition. Neither which this company can offer. And if you want to talk to someone that can do anything about it be prepared to wait an hour while they drink their coffee and eat their donuts and watch porn on their computers. In other words this company sucks.

If you are Shipping or Receiving, please stay away from UPS! It took from March 5th until the 13th to deliver an overnight package due to not following business hours. The worst part yet is that you call Corp, and they can't even get anyone from your local hub on the phone. Everyone is playing the guessing game and switching you from 1 Rep to another. I didn't choose this service, it was the option that Amazon sent my package with. Their Authorized Company in Bulgaria mixes their political tyrannical policies even in business. The Package Tracking is claiming that the package is in Skopje BG. This UPS - USA has the worst customer service. I could not confirm the Authorized company in Macedonia for 2 hours (since they were looking for sensitive information). Still, I can't file a complaint for putting me in a situation to be scammed just because of the Bulgarian unprofessionalism. Shame on UPS, I will never ever use them again.

Waited for package to arrive by tracking it every 5-7 minutes. Unfortunately delivery person just left the tag saying it couldn't be delivered due to no response. No one contacted me as I waited. Update on the tracking package was 5 minute delayed. Found out that I missed the driver by no more than 5 minutes. This is totally unacceptable. If I wanted to change pickup to a UPS Store, it would cost me an additional $5.99. This is not the 1st time it happened. Unfortunately I'm unable to pick the delivery service; if I could, I would never use UPS.

I shipped with a UPS store in Pensacola and was asked if I wanted to purchase insurance. I did pay for the coverage. The package was damaged in shipping and now the claims dept says this is not insurance. They are saying that I do not have a clear enough picture of the tracking number but they have enough to see that it is the same package since the address is the same as my receipt. Very poor customer service, cannot talk to a person and everything is very delayed email responses. This is fraud when the representatives at the store describe it as insurance and then when you file a claim they say it is a declared value program. Never trust these people!

On March 5th, 2025, UPS gave my package to an entire stranger! It was an IPhone 16 plus, AirPods and AirPods Pro. Once I called to find out what was going on with my package the supervisor stated that the driver told her that a male Flagged him down asking if he has a package for me stated my Whole name and Address! No one knew I was getting a package and I did not know this person. Mind you this stranger was no where near on my street. On top of that, the delivery guy put it was delivered to a residential and It was Not. That package required an signature and he Did not. I have not heard anything else about my claim that I filed. The UPS driver dropped the ball and now and I’m going back and fourth with T-Mobile about paying a $433.00 bill! Why would I pay that and I didn’t even get my new equipment?!?

UPS solicits shipping luggage, suggesting that it is better than checking luggage with an airline. They also say you can ship it "as is." What they don't tell you is they reserve the right to damage your luggage and will deny a claim saying it was "improperly packaged." Why then do they accept the luggage but not advise you to "ship at your own risk." Under the UPS umbrella you have the UPS store that accepts the luggage with no warning, and UPS Capital that then denies the claim saying it was not properly packaged.

Horrible delivery service. They never look at the actual address. They just deliver the package wherever. They take forever to track your item to even find out where they delivered your package. They don't take photos like they're supposed to. They constantly steal people's packages and you have to go back to the dealer or the seller to reorder and get your items. UPS is horrible. The workers there need to stop stealing people's packages. It's your job to deliver to us.

UPS makes it very difficult for elderly/disabled customers to have a pkg/envelope picked up to be returned. My zip code is not eligible for pkg pickup and have to walk almost a mile to get to the nearest store. Very inconvenient for me, using a walker to get around.

Every level of security to package has been tampered with and damaged. Security tape removed and replaced with clear plastic tape. Security sticker visibly removed partially from original spot and relocated to another side of the box. Contents inside were wet and it just happened to be raining today. Security case to contents show recent pry marks. Content in box do not match what was purchased. Tried to file claim through UPS and even had to sign up for an account to do so only for it to fail every single time claiming unable to process claim.

I've been a member of a record club in the US for the last four years; over that time they have shipped via USPS and Canada Post. My membership cost includes the postage to my home in Canada. I have never had any additional charges for shipping until last December during the postal strike in Canada. My record was shipped via UPS that time, and upon arrival at my home in Canada UPS tried to charge me over $40 in shipping and handling in addition to what they had already charged the record club. That is ridiculous. Their business practices are misleading, predatory, and unethical.
I spoke with the record club and was told that they were never made aware that UPS would be adding unnecessary charges on top of what they were paid initially. They also assured me they will never again use UPS for shipping. I will also never again do business with any company that uses UPS for shipping; there are plenty of other options using companies that believe in delivering a service at a fair price.

If I could opt out of using this company forever I would, unfortunately the companies who use them are unaware but it never fails, every time I have to use them it’s something. If I could get a plausible explanation as to why a delivery driver would mark the delivery as delivered to lockers when in all actuality, he delivered it to a HOUSE in a whole nother state that I don’t live in anymore. I knew he couldn’t have left it at the lockers because in order to do that, he would have to provide me with a code. But no instead I get a phone call 10 hours later from an UPS employee in another state stating that she has the package that was supposed to had been marked as delivered to my address. I would love for you all to just get me my packages when they’re supposed to come!!!!

Disabled veteran. I had recently ordered a PS5. I got no kind of notice they came, they made sure to message me I missed it though. I called to try and find a solution, and was told the driver would be sent back today, got called shortly after, and was told the driver would not come today, and that I would not get a notification the next day either, as they don't carry phones. I explained my injuries from the military, and why I can't just keep running up and down stairs all day with notifications, and was met with indifference. Didn't use it by choice, never had a good experience with them, this is just the final straw for me.

Their system falsely claims that it was delivered to a pickup point I have never used or authorized. After contacting their customer service multiple times, all they do is send the same generic response without actually investigating the issue. No refund, no real assistance—just silence and a closed case. This is beyond incompetence; it feels like fraud. UPS has lost my trust entirely, and I will never use their services again. UPS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I have 4 packages now that have been disappeared off the grid on UPS's watch. Someone from UPS is stealing! Package from sender is picked up, scanned and then disappears off grid. Four packages have gone missing. When you call in to UPS, they are not helpful and have no idea what has happened to package. Either UPS driver who picks up package in Pennsylvania or UPS employee at Pennsylvania Hub is stealing the packages. I do not recommend UPS.

My package was supposed to be delivered on February 27. I did not receive it. I received a phone call and stated that they promised it will be delivered on the 28th. I never received the package. I called UPS on March 1. They told me that it would be Monday or a few days after that that I would receive my package promised a phone call back within an hour of when I spoke with them because they had escalated it and in the call back it stated that the call center was closed. UPS is a bunch of liars and they’re holding my package When I could’ve went to the hub and picked it up.
I recommend never using UPS. Use FedEx. Much friendlier. They are not liars. They deliver packages when they state that they will and they have delivered to my house for the past seven years, but they claim they cannot find my house. The lady that had called me on the 28th. I gave her explicit directions to my house because she had stated that it was a brand new driver and had promised it will be delivered on the first and here we sit with no package but the funny thing is is FedEx delivered to my house yesterday with no issues.

I would like to give 5 stars to Matt. Matt delivered my 3 oversized packages with care and respect. He placed it at the front door without blocking the door so I could still easily get in and out. I asked him to put them in the garage because I couldn't lift them and he said no problem. He put them against the wall nice and neatly. He left room for me to walk if needed. I paid express overnight shipping of license plate that was a 90 minute drive. 3 days ago. Won't let me pick it up even though it's in UPS 2 minute drive away. Optum RX uses UPS to deliver prescriptions. Recently had a RX undeliverable because UPS stated the street address was incorrect. This is the same address they have delivered several RXs to before. Unable to reach any type of customer service by phone or through chat to correct and they did not appear to follow through with investigating why it couldn't be delivered even though they have delivered to same (correct) address before. Had to call Optum RX, but now missing doses of medically necessary RX which will cause serious health issues. Will now look for another option for RX as will not support UPS business again.

To be open and honest, I work for a competitor. That being said... I work in a union shop. I support the union brothers and sisters. If I ever saw one of them treat a package the way mine was handled by my UPS delivery person, I would be asking management to fire them immediately. I would be writing a statement against them, and I would even show up to the arbitration when they fought to get their job back. My driveway gets crappy in the wintertime. I have lived here for over 20 years. When my driveway is bad, I do not expect the delivery people to drive or walk up it. I always have gone to pick up my undeliverable packages from the UPS terminal, Post office, FEDEX terminal.
The last 4 deliveries, I have checked the tracking. Seen that it is marked delivered and had to search for it. On the last 4 deliveries this jackhole has stacked my packages in the snow against a tree, stacked my package under the mailbox next to the road on the busiest road in town (luckily I happened to pull out of my driveway 10 minutes later), and the latest 2 were "wrapped" in a white plastic bags and thrown off the side of the driveway into snow and left to be snowed and rained on for an entire day before I found the package, that was full of snow and rainwater, trying to clean up what I thought was a bag of trash thrown out the window by a passing car. Simply could have taken it back to the terminal undeliverable, but the company is a horribly irresponsible dumpster fire of a long game shipping con.
I hope someday if this delivery person needs a medical transplant that it gets delivered to them by UPS. Then maybe they will know why good customer service is important. And speaking of customer service... They have none. So good luck if your packages are shipped to you by these thieves. They will steal the shipper's money and leave you hanging because they make half the shippers sign a hold harmless (or some language like that) that says they aren't responsible for actually getting your package to you. Where do I begin? Oh, let’s begin with the website in the tracking of packages. The website would give you a timeframe and a plan in checking at timeframe. It may update to another timeframe. Package arrive outside of that timeframe. Package needed a signature. An important package. Call Customer Care for some assistance. Was told that I had to do everything online. I explained to the representative that it was not giving me an option to do any of that. Representative kept on insisting that I did not know how to work the online website by myself.

My 91-year-old father had to return an Amazon package while wintering in Florida. I contacted the nearest UPS store and spoke to ** at store #7656 in Wauchula Florida. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was very nice and helpful on the phone and gave me a way to get the job done!!! UPS has really gone downhill. I have owned an ecommerce business since 2006. I used to have my own account executive for years. Those days are long gone. Customer Service is a call center overseas. Clueless and a total waste of time. They also make it extremely difficult to file a claim. Constant late packages. Broken trailers, arriving late at disbursement centers. Will not reimburse you for next day late packages. Started using ground advantage since UPS is not more reliable and more expensive.

UPS has lost its way. It took 7 days to receive my 2nd day air delivery, hours on the phone with customer assistance and a disruption to my life. My delivery required a signature. We based our time to be available on a time window we received in email notifications. However, the drivers deliver based on their personal delivery schedule. Their website is terrible and provides very little detail, customer assistance reps were all very nice but not very helpful. This company has been around since 1907, this is their only job and I expect much better. When finally able to get our package, the driver said, "I wish they wouldn't send out emails and give delivery windows, it just causes confusion". Amen to that!

Driver lied twice, one week apart each about attempted delivery. No truck drove by on my CCTV camera or on my ring video either time. In fact I took a day off work to receive a signature delivery package and was watching my cameras when the alleged attempted delivery took place. Customer service is no help. They are the same as an automated AI. "We are so sorry Sir, we will make another attempt at delivery tomorrow." Why have a live agent say that. Just give it to a AI. Escalating this complaint falls on deaf ears.

UPS has hired thieves and UPS does not do anything after your package is stolen internally then after their ridiculous protocols that they only make the customers follow not their employees they refuse to pay the value of the claim and only want to pay pennies. I was notified by UPS on Thursday that my package (which required a signature) would be delivered on Saturday between 2-6 PM, then I received another email on Friday indicating that "due to weather" my package was delayed and would be delivered on Monday between 2-6 PM. Saturday evening I arrived home to find a note on my door that UPS had attempted to make the delivery "sorry we missed you..." I received another e-mail stating that the package would be delivered on Monday between 2-6 PM (just like the prior email stated).
On Monday, I went out in the morning and rushed home to make sure I would be home before 2 PM. As I pulled up, I observed another note on my door indicating that UPS had attempted to make the delivery "sorry we missed you..." At that point I called UPS, after a lengthy hold I spoke to an "agent" who did everything he could to have me go to one of their facilities and pick up my package. I asked for a supervisor, spent an hour on hold, finally hung up. I called back (same lengthy wait time) spoke to another agent who apologized and said he would transfer me to a supervisor. UPS phone system said the wait would be approximately 15 minutes, it has been over 25 minutes on hold when I wrote and posted this. Hard to understand how UPS is still in business. Maybe Amazon should take over UPS, they seem to have very few issues with same day/ next day deliveries.

If a choice of shipper is allowed and you live in the Midwest, choose another Carrier!!! My package has been sitting at a hub 5 hours from me since 2/21/25. Delivery is supposed to be by 7:00pm on 2/24/25. It's now 5:21pm on the 24th and there has been absolutely no activity since it arrived in Hodgkins, IL at 5:50AM on the 21st. I paid MORE for my product and way over-inflated shipping costs to avoid the US Postal Service because of this same exact problem.

I know I’m not the only person who has many complaints about how packages are delivered these days. It isn’t just UPS that totally smashes and annihilates packages going to your home. Lately UPS can’t even get the packages to the right houses. You have to be lucky that someone honest finds it or you find it first. I went out to find my package that said was delivered only to find nothing. When I looked at the picture for proof of delivery, the driver didn’t even take a picture of the package. He took a picture of his shadow on the corner of a porch that wasn’t even mine. So I had to go up and down the street to find my package. That much carelessness is just unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was happy with their service until my package—a Canada Goose jacket that clearly required a signature upon delivery—was mishandled. After reviewing the camera footage, it became clear that the delivery person never even entered my building and instead had a random individual sign for it. I'm left wondering if they swiped my jacket and falsely claimed it was delivered or if they simply don’t care. Regardless, I’ve lost my item. When the sender filed a claim, it was denied twice, as UPS insisted it was delivered based on the signature they have. I'm still battling to get my money back. Avoid using their unreliable service!

2 packages delayed due to weather. One was in Norfolk where I live on Thur Feb 20th but can't be delivered until Monday the 24th. The other was in Richmond, 2 hrs away, on the 20th and can't be delivered until Monday the 24th. Meanwhile, FedEx, facing the same weather and with the package being located 4 hrs away in North Carolina on Feb 21st, is competent and capable enough to deliver a package on Saturday the 22nd. This has happened more than once and I'm pretty much done with UPS. Especially since they closed the store in my town. It's difficult now to ship or get packages, so thanks for that UPS. Anyway... I ordered an item, and got a notification that it had been delivered. I asked my fiance to please open our door and grab it but there wasn't anything there, nor was there a notification stuck to the door saying a delivery had been attempted like the information in the email stated. So like anyone else, I called. The first person said they would "escalate" the delivery and have it delivered again that the same day. Go figure, it never came.
I called back the same night and the new person allowed me to change the pickup location to a local business in town but it would be Monday and not the weekend. I am a traveling healthcare worker so I am on contract in another state, but my lovely fiance is at our home and could surely pick this up for me, but nope, that wont work says the representative, because she isn't you. I need to pick this up in person and that there is no way to add someone's name to pick it up. I would have to get a hold of the sender in order to alter the shipping. Like the sender wants to deal with me and alter something that they had already shipped and relied on UPS to make it happen.
So fast forward to the day after I again called customer service and they told me they couldn't get a hold of the warehouse where my package was to ask if maybe I could make an arrangement to drive and get it myself. Also the representative said that they would call me back in an hour, as did every other representative that I spoke with. No one ever made the call. Even as I sit here and write this review, it has been over two hours since the representative said that they would call. I just want my expensive product that I ordered and expected to be delivered to me. I want UPS to make it easy for the consumer to get their items and to have some moral code that the drivers follow to insure that they actually go to the correct addresses and when they say they made an attempt to deliver, it's actually true.
My package, unfortunately, isn't going to be picked up because I won't be physically in the state that my package is in and there can't be a way to add a pickup person other than myself. UPS has the poorest customer service that I've ever dealt with. There mlst certainly is a major disconnect from "UPS global" to the distribution warehouses and stores that send out the drivers. Honestly it doesn't feel like they actually communicate with them as the customer service people claim. If I have a choice, I will not choose to use UPS. The customer service department needs a major audit. Thank you.

Why give customers the option for overnight delivery if you know you cannot deliver overnight? I purchased overnight delivery because this package is IMPORTANT! But hey we will break promises and steal money from customers willingly! My only pleasant aspect of dealing with ups this round, their automated system is actually better than Usps or Fedex's!! But anyhow I'd like a refund of the money that I had to pay for overnight delivery! I paid with that as the expectation based off of your promise! Since you broke your promise, I need my end returned as well! If not, I can start collecting data of others that you have done this too, then we can class action you! 🤙

I would never use UPS again. I had next day air delivery and it didn’t arrive next day. It’s saying my package it’s delivered on Monday and their excuses they had mechanical problems with their plane. Don’t they have many others they can replace the plane with? This isn’t fair to the receiver and especially it’s an important package. Also UPS doesn’t help resolve this issue. Never again and will never use UPS again!!!!

One star is too much. Their customer service is less than professional. I supposedly spoke to a supervisor named Linda, who was very abrasive, talked over me the whole time. I could not speak at all then to prevent me from responding to her very abrasive comments, she hangs up. Very dissatisfied with UPS! Will seek out other avenues of shipping in the future!

The worst carrier ever. Thanks to their horrible job I lost $4000 because the item I shipped was received with severe damages. It looks like they didn't have any care on delivering and the package was completely slammed and banged. Of course started a claim and it was denied without letting me know. Absolutely ridiculous.

Beware the thieves at the Stafford facility. My shipment arrived 6 days ago, and now it can't be found, obviously it's been stolen. I can't file a claim, can't login, they lie about sending you a new password, I've gotten nothing after 5 requests. I'm guessing they know they stole my stuff, my complaints are intercepted, and now won't honor any type of responsibility for the shipment. So their modus operandi is to steal the goods, then ignore the customer because he has no recourse.

I would give less than 1 star but it is not possible... Impossible to get to talk to a human being when problems arrive, and they often do. Had a delivery scheduled to come today before 5pm, and then at 4:30 I checked the status and find that it said that a delivery attempt was made at 4:15 despite nobody coming here... After contacting the company turns out the delivery guy didn't notice that the fees were already paid, so he just decided to not leave the package at the door. Now I'm hoping that they will come on Monday and they won't lie about it... Otherwise I'm guessing the package will be sent back to Japan...

It's almost pointless to leave a review since their score is so bad. Anyhow, if you purchase something from a vendor and find out that they drop-shipped it, then good luck getting any help from UPS. I sent the correct address to the vendor, they copied and pasted it to the drop-shipper and it was sent out to me only to have UPS update and change the address at the SLC facility. UPS won't help me even though it is their mistake. They told me to call the shipper, but they won't help me since I didn't make the order with them. I tried to get the package address changed through UPS My Choice, but since I am making the changes on behalf of the business I work for, it won't recognize the address I entered since it is not a residential address. This is the only time I have ever been disappointed with UPS and you would have to believe this is not the first time this has happened. Why isn't there a SOP in place at UPS for this kind of problem?

I ordered a long winter jacket for myself since my previous gave up. I thought I would be ready for these extremely cold days. Unfortunately my jacket never arrived. Never made to my home even though according to the UPS tracking information it says delivered. I honestly do not know if they dropped it at the post office or somewhere else because it was not delivered to my house. Apparently UPS can do that. They can mark a package delivered even though is not, it’s very irresponsible for the company to mark it delivered when in reality it’s NOT. I get packages all the time. I work from home so I’m always home. I have never missed or lost a package. Now I have to wait 10 more days for the investigation to take place and in the meantime I have no coat.

Terrible company. I’m supposed to have two packages delivered Phoenixville Pennsylvania. They ended up dropping them off at some random house in West Chester Pennsylvania and they had the nerve to take the picture not even the right house. Thank God I bought it through Amazon and Amazon refunded me and ordered two more packages and thank God Amazon delivering the package this time. I wouldn’t recommend UPS anybody. It all started when the rude woman at the post net office put the wrong address on my package which was a surprise for my daughter in college. The address the lady put on the label was one number off from the address I gave her. Then supposedly the UPS driver couldn't find that address and so took it upon himself to randomly select an address to deliver the package to. The numbers and street name weren't even close to the giant label I had placed on the box. The label that the rude woman printed had the wrong address but it also had my daughter's name and phone number. Why wouldn't they contact her to check the address? Instead, they took it to some random place.
When I contacted the rude woman at the postnet location she informed me the address was wrong and it was my fault for approving the delivery. Then she said she could give me the address it was delivered to but UPS wasn't going to do anything about it because it was my fault. Told me to send my daughter out to look for it. I tried to file a claim on UPS website and it would send me in circles and never allow me to do anything. Wow... That's what our world is these days. No customer service just losers who don't care about anyone but themselves and blame everyone else for their stupid mistakes. Then they have the nerve to send me a confirmation that my package was delivered..wow. Will never use PostNet or UPS.

Waited for a package for five days with every day on their app, said it's loaded on delivery truck to be delivered that day three times. I found out that it never was on a delivery truck. It was sitting in a semi. So UPS lies to their customers knowing it is not coming that day!. When your initial delivery day is missed. You may not get an accurate rescheduled date.

I ordered a camera for an event, which required a signature upon delivery. Since I wasn’t home, I called customer service to ask about my options. They advised me to pre-sign, which I did. However, UPS kept changing the delivery date and providing different reasons for the delay. Every time I called customer service, I received inconsistent answers from different representatives. The entire process was frustrating and stressful. I even had to take time off work twice to be available for the delivery, but each time, they either rescheduled or claimed they couldn’t access the building due to security restrictions—something that had never been an issue with other deliveries. UPS should offer more flexible options for driver instructions and create a system that allows real-time communication between drivers and recipients on the day of delivery. This would help avoid unnecessary delays and reduce customer frustration.

Per a call to the UPS store in Moon, PA, I inquired about the cost to have an antique cedar chest that was my Mom’s who passed away shipped to me to Florida. I was misquoted (now I’m aware) and told they will pack it properly if dropped off directly. I gave a family member who lives in PA the info provided so it can be shipped. Upon her arrival to UPS, another employee told her she would have to buy her own packing material at UHaul. Baffles me! You’re UPS!! And you send us to U-HAUL?
Two boxes wrapped and taped around a cedar chest, no “fragile” label, no label stating “this side up”... delivered through multiple States and banged around on truck, the UPS driver in my local area then proceeded to roll my chest and slammed down it up and down repeating this to deliver to my door! My chest is destroyed!!
And UPS denied claim for “improper packaging.” This falls fully on UPS as instructions from them were provided! They never marked or packaged the box accordingly and properly. Apparently, UPS does not know how to ship a chest and they partner with U-HAUL for service needs and don’t ship packages properly at this location. I am not a UPS packager or employee! It’s your job! The staff at the Moon location and management have failed me and my package! A sentimental piece that is irreplaceable! I do not recommend this store!

If I could give UPS zero stars, I would. Their delivery service is a complete joke. Every single time I order something, they manage to screw it up. The estimated delivery time? Might as well be a random guess because they NEVER deliver on time. I’ve had packages delayed for days with no explanation, and when I try to contact customer service, all I get are excuses.
Their tracking system is useless—it’ll say “Out for Delivery” all day, and then suddenly, “Delivery Rescheduled” for no reason. Meanwhile, I’ve been sitting at home waiting for a package that never arrives. The worst part? They don’t take any responsibility. I’m tired all all pretending UPS is a good service. If you check any major source they praise ups but if you read reviews from actual customers it’s as bad as it gets. Rarely are my packages delivered by UPS on time. For instance, I currently have a package that was supposed to arrive 2 days ago, just alerted it will be here 4 days from now, while I’m out of town. When I request delivery to my local UPS store it often gets sent to different one a mile away.

I live in Crittenden. I'm 7 miles south of Walton and 56 miles north of Lexington. Seems my package is taking the scenic route. Read from the bottom up. I was supposed to get it Friday and now I have to wait until Monday. What is all this about foot prints? Why does UPS do this? They say ups has a 97.5% on time delivery rate. They are running these packages all over the country back and forth while people are waiting on their stuff. I paid for the shipping and this is what I got.

UPS time has come and it has gone, they're still doing things the old standard way of shipping with inaccurate time frames and huge gaps in between. If this company is gonna last the next 3 years they need to get accurate shipping times with GPS tracking. Not only should customers know that the delivery is out to be delivered but where exactly the truck is with the package. Walmart has a good tracking for deliveries, when drivers are pulling up we can actually see the car pulling up on the gps system.
I'm sick of this attempted delivery with UPS, even FedEx has a system where it says delivered so at least you can run outside and grab it within the first minute or two of it being delivered. I hate UPS and I pray to God he dismantles this company or they come to their senses and update their technology to better serve customers. With the technology today of Tesla and Walmart it's no way we should be having more attempted deliveries than actual deliveries.

UPS charged me almost 1400.00 dollars to ship 13 boxes from my dads house. Not just any boxes, these boxes were filled with precious memories and 11 of boxes were filled with my grandmother's china. There were 2 sets of this beautiful china that I had planned to give each of my granddaughters a set when they got married. How special for them to have such a gift from my dad and his mother. But now broken despite all the red labels and all the bubble wrap broken. 12 tea cups there are now 5, salt and pepper shakers still in their original package plus bubble wrap broken, huge serving bowls, creamer, broken plates, etc . So I decided to file multiple claims with UPS or I thought I would horrible there is at least 25 steps that have to be completed for each claim and then they decide if you get 100.00 back or not. Makes me sad and sick to my stomach.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I needed to ship my mom's cancer medications from PA to NY. I selected guaranteed overnight to be delivered the next day by noon. I trusted UPS because the postal service in the states is not dependable. Not only did the medications not arrive by noon, they still haven't arrived the next day. Actually they are delayed in FL!?! I could have gotten into my car and delivered them myself faster. I will never again trust UPS with something so time critical and life critical.

Twice in the last month, I have paid to have MEDICINE overnighted to me, and both times, there’s a “weather delay” in Louisville (I don’t believe that; I think the Louisville facility is run poorly), and it’s one to THREE DAYS late. And I have to spend all this time trying to fix it because the employees who get paid to do that do nothing. I will never use UPS again if I can help it. I wanted to give UPS a zero but can't do that here. I shipped a package via UPS to an address that I frequently ship to. Next day it was at UPS in recipient's city. Then UPS said address was incorrect and returned package to me. It absolutely was the correct address. I've spent about 3 hours on the phone with UPS customer service and they will not give me a refund for shipping cost I paid to ship to a correct address. Now I will have to pay shipping cost again to another service to get this package to recipient. Will not use UPS again.

Ups is bad service to use, I shipped 3 item from different provider. 2 of them delivered on time, even though package was handed over Ups 2 prior. Ups delivered it 1 week late, whereas FedEx and Dhl delivered it in 2 days. Calling to Customer support for more than 20 time for delay is also waste. They never care about customer experience, just read information what you see in tracking. I will try to avoid UPS. Neither recommend it anyone, my side it would be boycott UPS.

UPS is the world's worst shopping service. Customer service phone numbers designed to deny you access to a human by attempting to confuse and wear you out. When you do get a human, they don't speak English, have less ability to help you as any other random person in the Philippines just walking down the street. They damage everything, UPS could break a diamond and shatter water. The "guarantee" a delivery time with next day air. Then the package gets to within a mile and sits there for 3 days. UPS is unreliable, uncaring, greedy, and untrustworthy. Next time you want to ship something just stomp on it, light it on fire. And put it through a wood chipper into a dumpsters. You will obtain better results in getting your package to your customers than you would paying UPS to destroy your business while charging you for it.

UPS stated that I refused a delivery, when they never even attempted to make delivery. I called them as soon as they posted this with regards to my tracking number. They then said my local dispatch team would contact me by 9 am the next day, and I never received a call. 20 minutes or so after no call, I called them. Then, customer service said the local dispatch team would call me within 7 minutes, but again 15 minutes later, no local dispatch team from US has called me. I have this fully documented. Avoid UPS.

I have my address over my front door, over my garage door, in large numbers on either side of my garage door and in a planter next to my driveway. I got an email notification that I had received my package an hour ago. When I went to retrieve my package it was nowhere to be found. My husband followed the truck in and noticed two men in the truck, and that they had delivered a package next door. My husband checked next door and sure enough, there was my package! My neighbor lives on the corner and has already lost a package to porch pirates.
Luckily it was a small package a bit harder to see. But the contents were expensive. Over $200! Had this been lost to someone looking to steal it would have been a nightmare getting reimbursed. This happens all the time with UPS. How blind do you have to be to miss all the locations with my address posted quite clearly? I am sick to death of having to chase down my packages because they are in such a hurry they miss the correct name or the right address. Come on...you can do better!!!!

I paid for overnight Saturday delivery and my package was delivered 5 days late which I then had to rent a car. I opened an investigation and UPS closed it because the package was finally delivered again 5 days late. I have called the 888 number listed on their website for 3 days straight now with no reply. I have an account and have used it for years. Now it says I have an error that needs to be corrected, indicated by a red check mark, except there is no red check mark. When it had the red check mark it was next to schedule a pick up or drop off. It doesn't matter which one I pick, it won't let me complete it so as of right now I can't ship or at least for the rate that I get. I am so tired of this. If there was someone else that I could use I would be gone in a heart beat. Guess I'll just have to wait in line at the post office. UPS you su##.

I think it pissed her off, but I meant no harm and the little short ** lady was so rude and nasty to me, she wouldn't help me with my label, it wouldn't go through and she just kept saying send it again, never trying to figure out herself, thankful this other lady came in that worked there and helped me. It was such a bad experience because I used to go to Industrial Ave. in Greensboro, all the time and they were always so nice. They shut down and that's how I ended up at the one on Grandview in Friendly shopping center. I asked the lady her name but she refused to give it to me so I could report her. She was so unprofessional.

This is the second time this has happened to me. I ordered from Target. I pay extra to have it shipped directly to my home. I received an email it had been delivered, guess what, not at my house! The driver left it on my mailbox which is about 1/3 mile from my house. So if UPS drivers are that LAZY, and/or don’t know how to read, then they shouldn’t have that job. They never contacted me to say they did that, my house numbers are plainly on our barn in our driveway. It could have been stolen! Luckily a neighbor saw it and brought it to me. Another neighbor below me still has a package laying in the snow by the mailboxes, they didn’t deliver to them either. So this is what I think of UPS. Shame on them.

First of all I'm a supervisor with USPS so I totally understand weather delays. Package arrived a week ago today. Approximately a week and a half ago it snowed here so I get it they were behind. So we're we, which is why I was patient for three days in a row while I watched my package get loaded onto a truck only to be scanned weather delay each day and not delivered. The last day it was placed on hold and definitely not by me. I want my package. Got ahold of customer service who put me in touch with local dispatch who found my package there and assured me he would get it out to me. 4 days have gone by now and there is no movement.
I messaged in the email thread from local dispatch inquiring why my package still has yet to be OFD and someone responded with Christmas delays and bad weather (a week and a half since it snowed remember?) and then closed the thread so I couldn't even respond. Is this how y'all treat customers? My package has literally been here a week in Tulsa and still today is not OFD.

I am incredibly disappointed in the UPS services I have experienced. I work for a boatyard in Bristol, RI and had to return an item. I paid for the label using my CC and the package was delivered to the destination (I'm assuming). However, they charged my card, and I never received any form of confirmation, or tracking number. Then I spent days with their support team and told me they cannot give me a receipt because I don't have a tracking number. They said there was nothing they can do and everything was within their practices. That being said, charging someone with being able to provide any receipt is a fraudulent practice. Good luck if you ever use this company to ship a product and don't receive the information 'they need' but won't provide.

01/27/25 received notification my pay age was delivered. I was not. Checked my cameras, nothing. Pulled up the picture on UPS and that was not my porch. Filed a claim. Was told it’s not their problem. Told the woman that if you google my address and compare the picture, it’s not even close! Yes, UPS definitely delivered it incorrectly. UPS should take accountability! She did hand up on me. I was insistent that I should not have to contact the shipper and try to work it out. Do better UPS.

I would give UPS a negative 10 star review if they allowed it. Right now I’m on the phone with ups. The rep Who I can not For the life of me understand. I asked to speak to a manager after my one night package has still not arrived 4 days after its delivery date. If I had to guess there’s no manager or supervisor on duty. I’m just being told to wait for no reason at all other than I’m a very upset customer. I had a package overnighted, it was a work requirement to Order a particular color of pants. Not just any pants, snowboarding pants. I paid extra for the overnight. UPS was all they offered oh well, right.. I figured if it didn’t arrive the next day at least my fiancé can grab it on day 2 and meet me at work. Well today is Monday. It’s 8pm and still no package, I call them and they don’t know where it is…. omg… I could have walked to the original store, Bought it and made it back by Tuesday night, which I’m sure would have been faster than UPS trucks.

I paid $175 USD on July 23, 2024 to send a package to Argentina. It is January 27, 2025 and this package has still not been delivered. I have inquired multiple times about the whereabouts of this package, and I get a different story every time. I obtained notes from the tracking number, and here are some of the lies:
08/26/2024 - The receiver does not want the product and has refused the delivery. 09/03/2024 - Some additional transit time is required since the receiver is located in a remote area. 09/07/2024 - The receiver was not available for delivery. We'll make a second attempt the next business day. 09/11/2024 - The receiver was not available for delivery. We'll make a second attempt the next business day. 09/13/2024 - The receiver was not available for delivery. We'll make a second attempt the next business day. 09/25/2024 - The receiver does not want the product and has refused the delivery. 10/16/2024 - Delivery has been rescheduled due to holiday closures. / We will contact the sender. 10/23/2024 - A non-UPS labor dispute has delayed delivery. We're working to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / We will contact the sender. 01/20/2025 - On the Way. Some additional transit time is required since the receiver is located in a re‐mote area.
I was never contacted and the recipient was never contacted. They never "refused the package" as per UPS's notes. I will never trust UPS with another parcel for international delivery again.

Paid for 2 day shipping, 8 days later... no package. I'm not even going to be in the same location when the package is supposed to arrive (in 2-3 more days). I'm out of town on business. The reason we paid to ship it, it's my medications. Customer service is rude, doesn't care, won't issue refunds, won't even ship it to my house, since that's where I'll be by the time they find it. They want us to go to the UPS store to pick it up when it arrives, causing even further inconvenience. Apparently FYI, the UPS store isn't even affiliated with UPS. 2 separate entities. I've had bad experiences with Fed EX, but this is ridiculous!

I only have one star because zero stars is not an option. I’ve had a terrible few months with UPS. First I am not sure why T mobile uses them because it seems they just steal the wireless devices being shipped back in those prepaid UPS boxes so the phones I returned showed up empty. That’s t mobile's problem but it’s also been mine having to work that out. Now they just told me for 5 straight days that a large super urgent and important box I had coming for an art show was on a truck en route to me. The truck showed up 3 of those days without the box. The other 2 days were just lies on lies that I’d get a call back and that it wasn’t lost.
Now this morning through twitter out of all things I finally got an answer that a 3ft large box somehow is lost even though it showed scanned numerous times. None of the managers who were supposed to call back did. I’ve also had a package with over 18k of product disappear before with no accountability that to this day has still never showed up. I recommend Fedex or DHL who may have errors but never as bad. Even the USPS is more reliable though they may damage packages more. But UPS. Never ever ever. They are the worst option and it’s not even close.

Customer service line is set up to frustrate you into hanging up before you ever speak to a representative. My box has been at their local distribution center for 5 days. Other packages have passed through there and have since been delivered. It says severe weather, but it's been sunny and nice the entire time. My part is less than 100 miles away and I'm stuck without a car waiting on it. This was after I paid extra for quicker delivery.

UPS is the worst delivery company ever! I ordered a package from WWE Shop and was promised that it would be delivered on the 24th. The driver out of the Birmingham area did not attempt to deliver and they sent my package back without my permission! I stayed calling them half the night Friday night and into Saturday begging and pleading with them to turn the package around and deliver it like they get paid to do! I am beyond angry at UPS at this point.

So this is my last time getting anything delivered through UPS. I ordered a iPhone that essentially was stolen. Against my better judgment I tried through them again and this time left instructions and yet the package is again not delivered. It is sad to feel that because the area you live in or because the driver feels it's in his best interest to simply disregard written instructions. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied and you all have definitely lost a customer. I have been ordering through UPS for 10 plus years and this how brown skinned loyal customers are treated. I see.

For international shipping from another country to the U.S. (my experience is mainly with Europe), UPS is not well organized to negotiate the international customs process, and it is almost impossible to speak to someone on the phone to facilitate the process, and it is time-consuming and difficult to ensure receipt of an international package. By comparison, my experiences with DHL have been seamless and easy, so I recommend them highly for international shipping. FedEx is okay, too, better than UPS, but not as well run and organized as DHL for international shipping.

I seem to be constantly asking where is my package? They have left it on the roadside by my house where it can be easily stolen. Good day. This review highlights the continued poor performance by UPS in their service delivery to customers. On Wednesday 22 January, 2025, I sent an urgent document from Brampton, Ontario, Canada to Davie, Florida using UPS (The UPS Store #533), Invoice # **. Prior to sending this important document, I asked specific questions and was given confirmation that this urgent document would reach its destination on time (before Friday 24 January, 2025 at 4pm). On hearing this confirmation, I sent the document to Davie, Florida, using UPS (cost CAD$105.29).
The outcome of this situation, the document was delayed by over 24 hours, this information was confirmed through the inquires from two Customer Service Representatives CSRs). Telephone numbers 905 793 9553 and UPS 1 800 742 5877. I am very much disappointed and disturbed as this important document did not reached its destination on time and that a paid attorney's an appointment had to be cancelled because of the late delivery by UPS of this important document. When I spoke to the two (2) CSRs, they did not care as they were not affected by this delay. Therefore, I am requesting the full amount of CAD$ 105.29 be refunded to me as this delay was NOT my fault to compensate for the cancellation of the lawyers fee. Have been waiting on a delivery for 5 days. Every day it says "out for delivery" only to not be delivered and get a "your package has been delayed" message each evening. There is no severe weather or extenuating circumstances in the area. The exact same situation is happening to others I work with. Not only no resolution but no good explanation or communication on their behalf.

I had 3 packages that were being delivered around the same time. All three came through Atlanta, GA and per the tracking website, we’re “on the way” to the Doraville, GA location at the same time. Days before inclement weather conditions in Atlanta. There was an update that delivery was delayed due to the weather. Soon I waited for further updates. I waited. And I waited. And I waited. 10 days later, the message was the same so I called and was told the same info from the app but couldn’t understand why there was no movement for 10 days under sunny skies. So after talking to a supervisor I was told 2 of the 3 are considered “lost”!! Well, when was someone going to tell ME?!! How would I have EVER KNOWN THIS WITHOUT CALLING? This is unacceptable.
The supervisor called me the next day to say the third package is now considered lost and the merchant needs to complete paperwork. UPS loses it and everyone one else has to do something about it. And how suspicious is it that 3 packages make it to Atlanta but get lost on the way to Doraville some 30 miles away? Is there a theft problem? Should the community not use this service until that is addressed? 3 out of 4 packages lost? Did a truck get taken, burned or destroyed? Can I get answers because I don’t have my products or my money for months now. At least fix the tracking so I’m not misled to believe for weeks the packages are on the way when they are really lost.

Dealing with UPS is a nightmare. I ordered a product from Home Depot on 1/15 It was to be delivered on 1/18. On 1/18 I received the tracking information telling me the order was out for delivery. I kept checking tracking until 9:30 pm and it kept telling me it was out for delivery and would be delivered that day. At 10:02 I checked tracking again and it said there was a delay, it was returned to UPS and would be delivered the next business day. I tried calling and using UPS virtual assistant but you can never reach anyone or get an actual information. Monday was a holiday so that meant the next business day was the 21st. On the 21st tracking said it would be delivered on the 21st between 2 and 6 pm. Again no delivery, again delayed according to weather as posted on the evening of the 21st after delivery was to have taken place. There was no weather issue. Roads are clear, no precipitation.
Called Home Depot to cancel the order, they said there was nothing they could do. At this point, delivery was now supposed to be today 1/22. I checked tracking and again it said delivery today between 2 and 6 pm. I didn't trust this so I called UPS, it was a nightmare trying to reach a real person at UPS but finally I did reach someone and he said package would not be delivered. Today1/22, it was delayed until tomorrow 1/23 due to weather. Again no weather issues, roads clear, no precipitation. I will add tracking shows the package was delivered to the UPS station near me on 1/17 early in the afternoon and was placed on the truck for delivery that evening at 9:48.
This station is about 15 miles from my home and there have been no weather issues for over 2 weeks and roads are completely clear and no weather issues other than it's cold. I see from other complaints with UPS that this seems to be a common issue with UPS constant delays and blame on weather issues where there are no issues. I will add that on previous deliveries with UPS I always have problems. It is delivered to the wrong address and on one occasion I had a live plant delivered clearly marked fragile live plant and the box was crushed and smashed and broken open and plant was damaged and returned. I never have any problems with FedEx or USPS. Enough with UPS, from now on if I order something to be delivered if UPS is the shipper I will not order the product.

We sent a very expensive Armani statues that has an estimated value of 3k. We sold it for way less at 1800 and paid for shipping. We wrapped it and paid extra to have them do additional wrapping and packing. We insured it for 3k. The statue was about 3 foot tall. Not only did they break the statue in several places, but they refused to give us a refund with the paid shipping. They do not honor the insurance you put on it fully. It also took months and several pieces of documentation to get what we did get back. Beware! Don't ship via UPS!

Placed an order with an out-of-state business who shipped via UPS. Turned out to be a total disaster. Shipment emails from UPS indicated movement of package until it reached the distribution center in my area. It was then reported out for delivery and never reached my home. Attempted to get some satisfaction from UPS and they had no answer. After approximately 20 days, I learned from the shipper that UPS had damaged the item in shipment. No way to speak with anyone at UPS. Had to communicate thru emails, which proved fruitless. Will never use UPS again if I can help it. Their customer service is rotten. Oh, and just a few minutes ago a friend of mine got notice that UPS had just delivered her Amazon order. Trouble is, it was delivered to another residence at an unknown location.

UPS Completely Failed – Lost My Package and Denied My Insurance Claim. I am extremely disappointed with UPS and their mishandling of my shipment. My package was delayed, and the recipient was no longer at the delivery address because they had returned to their home country the next day. I immediately contacted UPS customer service, explained the situation, and requested that the package be redirected or returned to me. I was assured they would send a driver to retrieve it, but nothing was done. To make matters even worse, UPS has now denied my claim for the insurance I paid for, citing that the package was delivered to the “correct address.” How is this acceptable when they failed to deliver it on time and knew no one was available at that address to receive it? Their refusal to honor the insurance I paid for is a blatant disregard for their responsibilities and for me as a customer.
On top of this, they also refused my request for a Guaranteed Service Refund, hiding behind a “15-day policy” when the delay and mishandling were entirely their fault. UPS has failed on every level—timely delivery, customer service, and accountability. This ordeal has caused me significant financial loss, frustration, and inconvenience. UPS has shown they care more about policies and excuses than about resolving issues caused by their own mistakes. I will never use UPS again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere for a shipping company that values its customers and their property.

UPS is the worst delivery service to me. I prefer FedEx and Amazon over them any day. They are so slow. It says 2 day delivery and I am still waiting for my package on day 6! My shipment was given to UPS on 1/8/25. The first UPS scan was 1/13/25 already a delay of 5 days. The shipment moved along quickly until it reached Louisville KY at 2:50 pm on 1/15/25. It sat in Louisville until the morning of 1/20/25 an additional delay of 4 1/2 days. Normal anticipated delivery time is 4-7 days. This delivery took a full 12 days. Not satisfied with service provided.

UPS made a bad decision closing the customer counters, we have been picking up our packages at the customer counter for years, as we are only a few blocks from the UPS building, to me this free up the drivers to deliver packages and to cut down on delays and cost. All so when they have a large amount of packages. They hold packages to the next day. This has all happened in the last 8 months. As a small business we need to be able to receive our products in a timely manner. This has affected several business in my area. Bad business decision!

UPS and T-Mobile are ripping off customers. On August 03, 2025 at 3:04PM, I retuned a device to T-Mobile using the UPS return label received from them (Obtained a drop-off receipt from UPS). For some reason, I realized 4 months later that they are charging me for the device. After reaching out to T-Mobile customer care, I was told that they no trace of the device and that I should figure it out with UPS. I called UPS customer service and was able to track the device down to T-Mobile warehouse. UPS confirmed that the device was delivered on August, 08 2024 at 2:40PM (With Records). I called UPS customer service in December, I was told that their representative (Tatina **) will reach out to me. She never did. The device still missing according to T-mobile. I am still paying for the device. Where is the device?

My package was set to be delivered 4 days ago. Then it was changed to yesterday between 11:00 am and 2:30. I had to be here to sign for it. Never came. Virtual assistant is useless and can’t speak with a representative. My virtual assistant said it would be here by 9:00 pm. Never came. Still waiting and frustrated! Something needs to be done about UPS! My packages are always delayed due to bad weather where there is no bad weather. They get within 15 to 30 minutes of my house and don't deliver. I will even see them driving around in my town. Then when they actually do deliver they throw it over the fence into the ditch when they could actually put it by the gate. This is refusing to deliver to me and destruction of private property.

I would never pay for shipping. Always damaged ** boxes. Don’t even call when a signature is required and no way of picking up but then hold it for 4 days. Crazy that they make you sign but when you try to come get the package from them it’s, "I’d like to help but we aren’t open to the public." Well then don’t offer shipping services to the public. When looking last night wasn’t even sure if it was gonna be delivered but then decided to not deliver my package along with the rest. He dropped at this location in front of a camera 15 mins to be told, "I’d like to help you," but there’s nothing you can do.

I ordered off of eBay constantly but for some reason my packages keep getting sent back to the seller on eBay. So I went to the post office to see why my packages were being sent back. He said that they weren't even picking up packages from customers that were sending packages through UPS. He showed me all the packages that were backed up just sitting there. Sometimes sellers on eBay don't want to give money back to the customer. 3 packages in the last 3 weeks have been sent back to the sellers on eBay.

Today I got a message at 2:40 that UPS attempted to make a delivery but the address was incorrect. They said to contact Amazon which I did at 3 o’clock. Amazon confirmed that UPS had lied, that they did not make an attempt. Amazon also confirmed that they have my correct address here in Tombstone Arizona. I have been at this address for five months and I have received other UPS packages at this address. I’ve ran into this problem before in Wyoming and Oklahoma, when UPS claims they made a delivery attempts, the funny part is when I lived in Oklahoma my parents were retired at home all the time, and I was as well most of the time, and I caught them in a bald face lie in Oklahoma. So in order that was supposed to come today again UPS claimed incorrect address which again Amazon proved that the address was correct and it falls on UPS.
UPS has become absolutely horrible but that’s what happens when you have greedy stockholders and shareholders and greedy corporate owners. It’s getting cold here in Arizona. UPS I’d like my jacket that you claimed that you had the wrong address and you made attempts at 2:40 PM to my address here in Tombstone. I caught you in the lie and so did Amazon. Now I have to wait till maybe Wednesday to get my jacket because you clowns don’t feel like doing your job. The worst part is you people make really good money. I wonder if the driver kept the package or perhaps dumped it off somewhere because he didn’t feel like delivering it. That’s happened before too with UPS and you have been caught doing that your people on the video camera over the years!! This was pure laziness and I did call the UPS post phone number. It pushed me back to Amazon and wouldn’t even let me talk to a real person. What a surprise.

UPS is the worst service available. I have a package arrive at the local UPS facility which is the same town I live in and they said it can't be delivered due to bad weather. There is no bad weather in my city and hasn't had any bad weather.
