    UPS is losing their credibility on delivering packages. An order was made with Ebay and the seller used UPS as the delivery service. After checking the tracking number, UPS stated the package was refused delivery. After filing a complaint with UPS, I asked customer service if the package required a signature in which customer service stated it did not require a signature.

    My question to the customer service representative was how can a delivery be refused if it didn't require a signature, and that the package should have been left at the door. Just flat out liars... I know they are lying because I was home at the time they are stating the delivery was refused. After talking and filing a complaint with the UPS Customer Service Representative, she stated I will be receiving a phone call within a hour from the UPS Team. Needless to say, it's been over 5 hours ago and counting and still I haven't heard from anyone. If I could give them a zero, I would. Just bad business!

    I recently ordered two items that were shipped by UPS – one from Home Depot and one from Amazon. I was in the process of closing on a house so I intentionally selected the delivery date for after the closing date (the next Monday). The deliveries were scheduled for the following Friday for the Amazon order and the following Saturday for the Home Depot order. On Monday, I got a notification from Home Depot that my order was being delivered early – the day after the notification. I called Home Depot and was referred to UPS but, because they were already closed (I found this out after being on hold for 37 minutes), I had to wait until the morning of the new delivery date to call them. I was told that I would have to pay an $11.99/per box (4 boxes total) “rescheduling” fee. I pointed out that I was not re-scheduling; I was only moving it back to my original delivery date. It didn’t matter. I had to pay $48 to “re-schedule” my delivery.

    Then, THEY DELIVERED IT ANYWAY….TO A HOUSE I DIDN’T OWN YET. I had to call my realtor to make arrangements for the package. When I called UPS to complain, the only response I received was, “Don’t worry, you’ll get your $48 back automatically in 2-3 days.” It certainly didn’t take UPS 2-3 days to charge the fee, but more importantly, that wasn’t the point. I explained what they had done wrong and how it had inconvenienced me but they didn’t care. Then, the next day, I received a notification from Amazon that my other UPS package was being delivered early – the following day. I again tried to call and was again placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I also tried to log in and make the change but their website wouldn’t let me and I tried to contact someone by chat. The chat finally offered me a call back option, so I hung up the call, exited the chat, and waited for a call back. This was at approximately 9 pm.

    The call back came in at 3 a.m. (this was not a time zone issue). Needless to say, I missed the call. I called them again at 7 am and was again told I would have to pay a rescheduling fee. I told the agent I would not pay since I was not rescheduling; I was only changing the delivery date back to the date I had originally scheduled. He told me my only two options were to pay the fee or let the item be sent back to Amazon. I asked if there was someone who could waive the fee. He said yes. I asked to be transferred to that person. He said no. In the end, to avoid having another item wrongly delivered, I paid the fee. Then, THEY DELIVERED IT ANYWAY….AGAIN….TO A HOUSE I DIDN’T OWN YET…..AGAIN.

    This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. It’s also not my first go round with UPS. The last time I had a UPS order half of it was delivered to my home and the other half to the UPS store because the driver arbitrarily decided it was “undeliverable.” If you have the option, NEVER, use UPS. They are the absolute worst.

    Worst delivery service. They should go out of business. Been dealing with customer service who can't even speak English over a damn pair of boots that a driver will not leave. It's going on day 4 and still dealing with customer service... This is ridiculous. While I am writing this I am also on text chat with customer service.

    I just want to say that I can't believe how UPS has declined over the years. My deliveries are always late and damaged. Now I am waiting on a very large mirror that has shown zero activity in 4 days! It is only 2 hours away in Lexington, Ky, yet no scanning or information is to be found. Very frustrated. USPS has actually been more reliable in all areas compared to UPS. I'd never recommend using them.

    Called the 1-800 # and received zero help concerning medical supplies being consistently delivered to the wrong address right across the street from the correct one and they did nothing absolutely nothing to correct this problem. (If you can get an operator at all) This driver refuses to get out of the truck, walk across the street to the correct address. Instead he stops in the road, drops it off at a homeless shelter and takes off and UPS ground did nothing to address this AT ALL. Don't ever use ups ground for anything important... EVER.

    I had a 3 part shipment from Home Depot of a shed that was getting delivered when I had to be working too far away to be here. I have already had a theft happen when things were left at the side of my house. I tried contacting Home Depot to update the delivery and was told to get with UPS. I then contacted UPS customer service and was told she couldn't help, that I had to go online to update any delivery information. I did just that and requested that the 12 boxes be placed at the Back of my house. I came home to an Array of boxes at the side that pretty much was saying Steal Me. I am beside myself right now at the total neglect and imbecile actions and now have to wake up neighbors to get all of these extremely heavy boxes moved moved and I'm in my 60s!!

    Impossible to get any information. Package was supposed to arrive between 9 and 11. No package, no update and no way to reach a live person. How can a business force you to keep going back to their website which has wrong information.

    UPS was once the standard for reliable shipping and now it’s pretty much a guarantee that your package is going to be delayed. When that happens there’s nothing you can do. UPS doesn’t care. You’re at their mercy. Buyer beware! Go with FedEx.

    Unbelievable. I received a shipment in December. I have the tracking number. Requested a copy of the customs invoice UPS INVOICE, because the box came without it. They told me they cannot send it by email, only mail. Never got it. To be fair to them, maybe it got lost because of the strike. Called them again and send an email. Again did not get it. Requested it yesterday again by email. Got only a copy of the supplier invoice, not the UPS INVOICE. Called and again they are telling me they can only send it by mail. Canada post is going into strike again. Am I going to get it???? We are in 2025 and their system is so bad that they cannot locate their own invoice by tracking number and email it to me? I need to have back up for the government if I ever get audited, but I cannot get. Just unbelievable. I am switching all my business to FEDEX

    UPS broke an item that is not replaceable. Does not care. Try to avoid them if you are shipping something fragile. Ask the seller if they will use another carrier. Customer service will waste your time, not one honest person works there.

    NEVER EVER ship to Mexico. All information was provided to UPS twice. Once at initial shipping office and once to UPS customer service.. I was later told that I had requested for Package to be returned to sender (lie).. Package was returned due to missing information. Now I won't be reimbursed due to their ineptness.. Lie was that I requested a return. Lost 125.00 dollars. Notice of disclaimer below... this is not an opinion, but a fact...

    My package was held because they said the address wasn’t correct. Amazon delivered to the same address. No one contacted me to tell me. I finally called and got an answer. Very poor customer service, communication, and delivery service.

    I run a business from my home. I always try to use FedEx, but sometimes packages come ups. I always pay for 2nd day air and they never arrive on time. I'll even call and ask them to drop off at a UPS store for pickup and they refuse.

    The UPS Store closed near us. Then the UPS depot quit taking packages. The drop boxes are so small you have to drive to another town to use the UPS Store if you have anything larger than a small pair of shoes. Then today the driver picks up a package and leaves the back of the sticker on my steps. Do they care at all? D+ is their new norm?

    UPS does not sends correct pickup information. Correct information does not appear online in my UPS account. UPS website is very poor, not providing daily updated pickup, tracking, and delivery information. On 5-24-25, Amazon created a UPS Amazon-product-return pickup for me. Amazon gave me a UPS tracking number for this pickup, and Amazon said the package would be picked up 5-26-25 by UPS . It was not. On 5-27-25, when I tried to get the correct pickup time on UPS website, it had no information. When I phoned UPS, I had to call 3 different people, 3 different times, to try to get pickup information. I was connected first to 2 different people in India. Next I was was connected to a person in Egypt.

    (1) All three people spoke broken English and I could not understand them, so they had to keep repeating, very slowly. Each phone call took about 45 minutes as a result.
    (2) All three people contradicted each other about when my package would be picked up. One said it would be picked up Monday, one said Tuesday, and one said Wednesday.

    (3) All three people gave me different pickup information. One gave me a 10-hour pickup window, during which I had to be home. A second said I would receive a pickup time by email, but admitted UPS did not have my email. The third person promised UPS would phone me. All were wrong.

    WORST PICKUP/DELIVERY SERVICE POSSIBLE. Be prepared to waste time with non-english speakers who do not know what is going on.

    I’ve never had an issue receiving packages from UPS until now. The representative from Nike forgot to include my apartment number on the package, but normally, when this happens, UPS looks up my address and adds it. Unfortunately, I have had to go through multiple contacts trying to resolve this with both UPS and Nike. Nike advised me to call UPS to change the address, while UPS told me that I needed to contact Nike for them to input my information into their system.

    Additionally, a Nike representative called UPS to request that the package be sent back to them, but UPS denied this request, which seems unreasonable. Now, my package is sitting somewhere waiting to be picked up, and there’s no way for me to add my apartment number or make any changes. As a My Choice member, I can’t even redirect it to be picked up at a UPS store. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm starting to feel very dissatisfied with both UPS and FedEx.

    I will never use UPS again. Took a letter & Cashier Check to send. Charged $65 to have it there by noon the next day. Showed it was picked up & scanned. Then showed delivery by 10:30 a.m. Next morning, showed delayed, never left the city. Went online, worked the useless AI. Input my number for a live agent to call back. They informed me it was lost. Go back to store for assistance. Store informed it was lost, either wait or go online to file a claim. Waited a day, then the tracking #, won’t come up. **. Filed a claim, asked to have it returned if found.

    After voiding the Cashier Check, getting another & sending FedEx for much less; 5 days later it was delivered. Just notified from UPS, they refuse any refund. The package was delivered even though it was Next Day by Noon. I guess Next Day means 5 days later. I should have stuck a Postage Stamp and mailed it; same amount of time and $65 in savings. EPIC FALUIRE. Tell everyone you know, don’t use them. Save your money. Use another service.

    I am so frustrated with UPS as this is not the first time this has happened. Medication that needs to be refrigerated is sent to me overnight. First they sit a problem with a trailer and delivery will be delayed one day. Next day, the package is in my home town and then they turn it around and send it back to where it came from. 5 hours ago receive an update that they had a sortation problem and my package has been rerouted. Still no update on when I can expect the package. Can't seem to get a live human on the phone. As I said before this isn't the first time!

    If you have a choice for your company to ship UPS or any other service, I would highly suggest not using UPS any longer. Every order that I have placed as a consumer who uses UPS for their delivery service has arrived to me very late or damaged. I’ve been waiting for a one to two day shipment and I’m on day five now. Each day they say it’s coming, but yet on their update it doesn’t even show that it’s at my local station and then it gets delayed again by another day. I’m going to be refusing the shipment from the company that sent it to me because it was something I needed very urgently for an injury and had to buy it locally. UPS has something major going wrong in their distribution centers. They are either understaffed or overworked or have poor management for the package delivery procedure.

    I used to think UPS was the best and after what I have experienced over the last few months, I just think they have declined substantially and their ability to get packages to us on time. Sadly, Amazon is able to deliver packages very quickly and most always on time and if it’s late a reasonable late versus days late from UPS. I had a shipment that originated in Naples that was supposed to come to Saint Petersburg, Florida. Instead, it went all the way to Pennsylvania then back to Jacksonville then to Clearwater so clearly this package was sent up north before it came back all the way down south to Florida again. There’s no reason why this order shouldn’t have been to me in two days.

    I sent 2 pkgs to Canada and had bought extra insurance cuz the pkgs were quite valuable. Pkgs arrived on time but items inside were broken. Tried many times to file a claim but could never get it finished cuz it kept booting me off and is have to start over again. Never did it get finished!!! So I finally called and did acoustic get to talk to a live soul!!! I was on the phone for an hour with no resolution. The 2nd person told me that since I brought it to a place for them to print and put label on that they were the shipper and they had to file claim!!! That doesn't make any sense to me, because all they did was put a label on it for me. And send out. Stupid if you ask me. I guess I will be using FedEx or Speedy from now on!!!! UPS only wants your money. Customer service was horrible too!!! Can't do negative stars!!!

    I ordered a package from PlayStation and they used UPS for delivery but the package never came. I received a message saying that it was put in a locker but where I live we don't have lockers for UPS to access only local mail. I believe the driver stole the package when he realized where it was from. The item is expensive and was a birthday present. When we called to file a claim the technician kept hanging up. I would have to call back just for the same guy to give me the runaround again until hanging up. I finally had to file a claim online. It would have been easier to do this on the phone but, they have bad customers service representatives who don't do their job.

    Too big to fail or too big to do anything properly? Communication is horrible. Difficult to get a person on the line. For the past three weeks, I'm trying to locate a package they lost. No one seems to know where it is. Everybody tells me something different. They're more concern about getting you off the phone than addressing the issue. And what is billable weight? That's just another way to charge customers more than actual weight of package. Total ripoff. UPS is good if there are no issues. If you run into a problem, no one will help you. Use USPS flat rate. It's better.

    Never had a problem with UPS in the past. But lately they have lacked in every department. My last package was medication that needs to be refrigerated and they loaded on my truck to be delivered and in 20 minutes, the update said it was in another town and it would be delayed! But delayed with no information on when. So I'm calling customer service and they had someone call me. She didn't not care and had no concern that this is a medication that needs refrigerated and was shipped overnight for a reason!!! This is Florida, it's hot!!! She was aggravated that she even had to call me. No update was done till next morning at 6 am to say it should be delivered today sometime! This really is unacceptable. UPS can do better.

    I have never had so many delayed UPS deliveries. I have packages delivered almost daily from Amazon & started noticing when delivered by UPS, the service has been getting so much worse during the past six months. When I get a delivery date, that’s when I expect to get the package delivered. I’m not sure of what changes the company has made within the past 6 months but they need to go back to how it was before. Not a happy customer.

    Have been using UPS for business and home for over 50 years. They have for the most part been fair priced, on-time and good customer service. But, for the last couple months I have had multiple problems, 1) Had package going to Phoenix from Bullhead City, AZ and they took a couple weeks to deliver because they routed it over 4 different states before delivering it. 2) Had a small package going from Denver to Bullhead City and it was routed to New Mexico - Phoenix - Las Vegas - Salt Lake City - Beaver, UT - Phoenix - to Kingman, AZ to here. Took over a week to get.

    3). Had an important letter that was received in a torn envelope and had been soaked in water making the important document worthless. 4) 2 pkgs coming from same place and were the exact same product to here. One took three days and the other they routed through 5 states that were in another direction from its destination. Something is going on with this great company and if someone does not figure it out they will lose their business to more competent companies and eventually all the employees will be lost. Please UPS get your company back on track.

    I ordered a package from Amazon on Tuesday that has a delivery date of Thursday. On Wednesday I noticed the delivery date had changed to Friday. I called Amazon and the representative told me she contacted UPS and they agreed to deliver the package between 8 and 9 AM. I did not receive the package during those hours so I called the UPS number at 12:30 PM. I did not get a person and the automated service stated that there was a problem with my package. So, I called Amazon. Amazon did not see anything notating an error and unfortunately was not able to contact UPS.

    I finally reached a real person around 4:30 PM and was told that I was 18 deliveries away. I asked if I could meet the driver or if they could even contact the driver so that I could get the package. I really needed that package no later than 4PM. I was told no. I called again and spoke with another person that basically said the same thing. I tried to explain the importance of getting this package. He literally told me it would be about 2 hours and I should be patient. How rude was that. I would not have been calling if the package was not important, nor would I have attempted to get it before others if I had received it on the day I confirmed. I was more than patient, agreeing to wait till the next day. But, now my granddaughter will not be able to attend her formal. I am very upset with UPS and the fact that they would not even try to reach out to the driver.

    UPS is a joke. They were supposed to pick up my package. They said somebody had to be home in order to pick it up. I'm a night shift worker so I stayed up all day waiting. They pulled up, I grabbed the package and run to the door and they are gone. And then I get a notice that they attempted to pick it up. I don't have a label for it because they were also supposed to print one for me when they picked it up. I called customer service and they are even more of a joke. They just put you on hold 50,000 times and then don't even get to the root of the cause or the problem, any of it. I'm so mad. I will just have to drive an hour away to return the package myself.

    UPS is the worst delivery service there is. FedEx has them beat by leaps and bounds. For UPS if the original deliver date is one day out from when they receive it at the local branch. They sit on it for 24 hours or longer to make sure it is not delivered before the original date that was set 4 to 5 days before. If you have a business with normal business hours and have packages delivered to that business they will deliver between 7pm and 10 pm. Way outside normal business hours. It is nothing for them to let a driver carry around a 2000.00 to 10,000.00 dollar firearm for 12 to 14 hours in the truck.

    They have one job, and that is to deliver packages. They have yet to deliver an item to my house without damage to the package. They have no respect for the packages they are paid to deliver. I have started purchasing more products in store vs having an item delivered damaged due to mishandling at their facilities. They obviously don't care as the reviews speak for themselves and are as bad as OnTrac.

    Every other delivery service worker adheres to the instructions on our front door which are clearly posted. Only UPS does not. Cannot count count how many times this has happened. Their support page is a joke. Has no way to file this type of issue. If we could, we would request ANY other carrier for all deliveries. How do you get a driver's license or a job without being able to read?

    This must be the Laziest UPS Delivery Driver in the UPS Fleet. She can't walk completely up one flight of stairs and properly place package in front of door. Instead, toss the light package five feet to the door.

    For many years UPS was the best courier, and my go-to for shipping. Due to my job I am NEVER home when their drivers are delivering, but their Customer Service center is right around the corner from where I work. So they arranged to hold ALL my UPS packaged at the center, and I would just drop in once or twice a week and pick them up. No problems for 10 years.

    Last November (2025) UPS closed all their Customer Service locations (which I guess tells you something). Since then I've not gotten a single delivery of anything shipped by UPS. They try to deliver to my home, and of course I'm never there. Apparently their drivers can't read, because notices on every door advise them to leave all deliveries to my address at the local UPS Store for pickup. That has yet to happen.

    When you call UPS it takes at least a half hour to get through to a human, if you ever do. They will tell you that there is NO WAY to have all your packages held for pickup (funny, there used to be a way), and that you have to call in for each individual package. Pain in the **, but it isn't even feasible if you don't know who has shipped the package, or what the tracking number is -- and the drivers never put either bit of information on their door tags.

    Recently I called in a doortag and asked to have the package held for pickup. I was told it would be held over the next day or two. It was NOT held. Instead I got another "missed delivery" tag the next day. I called again and asked for the package to be held. Again, when I went to the UPS "access point" the package was NOT held, and again I had another "missed delivery notice on the door. Bad enough they won't hold the packages, but the keep telling you that they WILL, which makes for a bunch of extra, wasted trips.

    OK, I go to ups.com to see if I can get the package held on their website. I log in and get told that there are "no packages in transit to my address". But when I put in a tracking number it magically finds that there IS a package in transit to my address. I click "change delivery options" and am told that I have to sign up to UPS My Choice to do this. So I try to login to My Choice -- and again it tells me that I have to sign up. So, I try to sign up for My Choice, and I'm told "you are already signed up for My Choice".

    OK, so I log in to My Choice, put in the tracking number, and click "change delivery options" -- to be told that to do this I have to sign up for My Choice -- but when I try that I'm "already signed up". Lather, rinse, repeat. Bottom line, I haven't gotten my package, and I will probably NEVER get my package. I have asked the vendors I buy from to NEVER use UPS to ship to me. Unfortunately, with some of them I don't know what shipper they are going to use until the package is already en route. I don't see that I am ever going to be able to get another shipment through UPS. The only way UPS Customer Service could be worse right now, is if they infected your computer with a virus when you went to their website. If I could I'd have everyone stop using them. In the past 6 months they've gone completely down the toilet.

    I will never use UPS again and highly recommend you do not either. We've all seen how the drivers handle packages...can't imagine what happens in their distribution centers! So as you may guess the package I sent via eBay provided label got damaged and I've been on the phone for hours over the course of over a month now. Each time it's some excuse, wrong department, didn't get my documents I sent. It's amateur hour to its finest. My take, they make it so difficult and painful to get a refund that they hope the customer simply gives up. Latest excuse now is they have to transfer me to their eBay claims department. The flipping tracking number indicates that the label was provided by eBay and now after at least a dozen reps they figure that out?!? What a joke! You have been warned.

    I don't appreciate UPS stating the driver showed up for a pickup! So ups is in the business of lying about pickups. Every one has cameras so no sense in trying to LIE! It also helps if driver is going to LIE to at least leave the 1st attempt notice! Sad it has gotten this bad and so blatantly, lying about this.

    The Customer Service at UPS is suffering due to UPS representatives that cannot speak or understand English. The most important part of any business is the Customer Service Dept; therefore, if a company defaults in this area the whole company will FAIL. This might be the end of UPS as we know it. I was not aware that this department was outsourced to another country outside of the U.S until last week... This is very disappointing.

    Paid $127 for 2-day air on Thursday for an 8 lb box—guaranteed Saturday delivery. Instead, they arbitrarily pushed the delivery to Monday with no meaningful explanation. If you’re looking for a shipping company that can’t stick to their own schedules and thinks a 4-day delivery counts as “2-day air,” this is your carrier. Otherwise, go FedEx. I certainly will.

    Updated on 08/08/2025: OK done this a few times but it gets better. For 1 yr. 8 months there is a driver named Chad in the St. Cloud FL area. Did work for him. He didn't pay me. Then he stopped delivering packages so I would call and complain. Got know were finally ended up with his bosses' cell phone number so started call him and complained directly to his boss and to my surprise got nothing. So long story short I made over 30 complaints got nothing. Last week here did drop off a package and I had one going back for return. Thinking he was gonna do his job I called out to him very politely and he keeps walking to his truck. After getting louder he still walks to his truck and leaves.

    So mad as hell I cussed him out and of course he had his phone on record so he turned that in and in 1 day decided he didn't have to deliver to me because he is a coward and is scared to death to come here because he owes me money. But now I cussed him he ain't got to. My thing is if they would have dealt with him over a yr. ago it wouldn't have happened but the union covers those who can't take care of them self so no matter how much you complain about Chad the UPS driver the union has his back. I know it not all UPS drivers.

    I am friends with the other 2 drivers that retired from this route and in the past have never had a problem but Chad is a different breed. I only hope the worst for the coward but karma is a ** and loves cowards that rip people off and then hide behind their union so look out in the St. Cloud FL area and Holopaw area. He's sensitive. Be kind or don't getting your packages.

    Original Review: Chad a UPS driver has for going on about 2 yrs refused to deliver my packages when he sees I have a package on his truck. He will go on the UPS website and put in a request for the delivery to be held for a future time. I have call countless times and ask how can he continue to do this. Well I guess it pretty obvious UPS drivers are in a union and no matter what the drivers like Chad from St. Cloud, FL do the union will somehow save their job. I was told about 6 months ago after multiple complaints that Chad would never be on this route again. Well that didn't happen.

    Now yesterday the 9th I got an email from UPS saying my delivery would be here between 12 and 2 pm. Well I tracked my package at about 130 and noticed it was again put on hold so I called. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes. They told me they would make sure I got my packages and a supervisor would call in 1 hour. Well needless to say no phone call and no delivery.

    I can't believe UPS can't control their drivers. I would never use UPS for shipping anything and always ask when ordering something if they can use FedEx. Unfortunately lots of companies have contracts with UPS so unfortunately when this happens I don't get my delivery until UPS is good and ready to send them but now I believe I have found a way to get a refund on delivery charges. I'm expecting a call from billing. Maybe if I get enough refunds they just might do something to this unless driver Chad.

    I ordered photos of 132 items in my home for insurance. I used Snapfish to make the photos. They sent 2 photos in one envelope and 130 in a separate envelope due to the size difference. UPS was horrible. This morning, I received a notice that they were delivered and were signed for by someone named Mary. I have no idea who she is but she doesn't live here and my neighbors do not have any Marys living there. You cannot reach a live person at UPS as their automated system blocks you. I even tried two different UPS stores and they were rude and said there is nothing they can do and there is nothing anyone can do. So, I wrote to their CEO and some of the executives at UPS and Snapfish with no reply. The issue is that whoever signed for my package now has 130 photos of my things in my house and has my address on the package.

    Snapfish refused to contact UPS and said they could ship me out another set in 6 days. I told them that the issue is this person signed for my package and it doesn't belong to her. And now she knows what is in my house. UPS just ignores the fact that one of their employees delivered my package to someone else. Writing to their CEO does nothing. I told Snapfish I will not buy from them again, as I won't buy from anyone that uses UPS shipping any longer. UPS has gotten to the point that they think they can do whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it. I will always check if a company uses UPS going forward and tell them I can't buy anything from them as UPS is not reliable and doesn't seem to care about end users.

    We ordered our son's class ring from Zales. There were shoe prints all over the outside of the package and when our son opened it, the ring box was crushed and the ring fell out into his hands with tons of black plastic pieces of the ring box. What a horrible experience for our autistic son who worked very hard to graduate and was so excited to receive his class ring. I'll be reaching out to Zales, for their negligence in shipping it in a bubble wrap lined envelope and to have them replace the ring box. I'll also be contacting UPS for ridiculous delivery service and for disrespecting property.

    I would rate this as a zero if I could. I paid for a commercial package to be shipped Express Plus which was an additional fee of $230. I checked the progress online in the AM. It said on its way. Not out for delivery when I expected it to arrive in the AM. I called. I was told I had to wait. The estimated delivery is listed. I waited until 3 pm. 1 hour before the end time listed online and 1 hr before my warehouse closes. I called. They said they can't do anything until the end of the estimated time has been reached. I called back. I was then told they have until 8 pm to deliver. I told them absolutely not. The package at this point still didn't even say out for delivery. I needed a resolution right now. I was on the phone for 1/2 hr by this point when they were finally willing to escalate this to urgent status, but I have to wait another hour, and they will call me back. Well, I'm still waiting for that call....

    Meanwhile on another line a coworker has finally convinced someone at UPS to action this issue. We find out it's still in the last city 4 hours away. Can you imagine if I had kept someone late waiting for a package that's not even on its way?! Anyways the good news is we have got them to pull it and hold it at the closest depot. I'm going to pay another shipping company to go get it so that I can get the package. I won't use them again even if they are the only shipping company available. I will pay triple the amount for an LTL freight next time, and I would still be saving. This adventure that the super friendly call center put me on cost thousands in stand by costs because I trusted UPS and no one would help me escalate this matter. They asked me to upload a receipt to verify that I'm a buyer. I would but I still haven't received my package. So much for Express Plus.

    I believe some major operational changes have taken place at UPS, and not for the better. It seems they are directing packages to access points without any attempts at delivery. Could be a reaction to losing huge amounts of revenue from Amazon. Until very recently I have had good luck with ups, but my contact with customer service about a recent delivery was abysmal. They assured me on more than one occasion my package would be delivered to my home, it wasn’t, so they are either lying or grossly incompetent. Just read reviews about ups and you will conclude they have no real interest in customer service. I would drop any stock held in this company as they seem to be sinking their own ship.

    UPS's HUGE customer The REALREAL is who I consign with. I had them schedule a pickup of a Christian Dior dress. The UPS carrier said that they picked the package up Friday, which they did not. I was at my home all day. So, The REALREAL scheduled another pickup on Monday. Monday evening I get another email from UPS saying that the package, which I still had, was picked up, which it was not picked up. Then, I called UPS and told their customer service what happened on Tuesday. They verified my address in Los Angeles and told me that they would forward my concerns to Dispatch.

    Paul called me from dispatch and I told him what happened and he said that a carrier would pick up my package today, which they did not do. I sat by the door all day, and all evening and it was not picked up and then I called UPS again and told them what happened and they said that I would get a call back within one hour, which did not happen. So, I told the REALREAL what happened and I will never get a UPS pickup again. I will have The REALREAL pick up my items from my home from now on. UPS has carriers that are not honest and they have managers that could care less about UPS customers. My voice was listened to but never heard.

    I am so tired of UPS! This is not my first problem with them. Whenever packages get to Mebane, NC they seem to disappear. I have been waiting for a week for my prescription from Amazon Pharmacy. They claim it is an address issue but when I login the address is 100% correct. I would not have known there was any issue had the pharmacy not contacted me. Now I am out of my medication and God only knows where it really is now. I think it’s time Amazon dumps UPS and go with a dependable company!

    I can't believe what just happened with UPS! They’ve effectively stolen my gaming computer. It’s been almost three months without a delivery, and every time I called customer service, I got nothing but lies. They never filed any claims in their system and seemed to manipulate the value of my items. We reported it as $600, and they downplayed it to just $100!     Holy cow. UPS is awful. I’ve had 5 packages delivered via UPS in the past 6 months and 4 of them failed to even come remotely close to the delivery date they posted on their tracking page. Talking on average 3 days late. The most recent package said it was on the truck to be delivered. That’s was 2 days ago.     After a year without issue, UPS has suddenly decided to refuse to even attempt delivery to our apartment complex of over 250 homes. I could forgive maybe one or two mess ups, chalking it up to new drivers that didn't know what they were doing but this is now 3 packages in a row in the last two months that have not been delivered! We have gotten every excuse in the books, "address does not exist". It most certainly does, you yourselves delivered here very recently. "Receiver refused package". No we did not! We never saw anyone even attempt to deliver, how could we have refused? "Receiver has moved". No we didn't!! We both work from home and were most DEFINITELY home during your supposed "delivery attempted" time stamp.

    We have lived here for over a year and received packages without issue, with the address and all information written the exact same way, up until now and poof! Suddenly, we don't exist? Trying to talk to a person to sort this out is useless and if you ever get ahold of anyone (which is so rare I didn't think it was possible) they lie through their teeth. "Oh! It's out for delivery now, should be there soon!" and the package is already being sent back to the sender as they are spouting this to us.

    The UPS app and website are both a joke that send you in circles, never giving you answers or opportunities to even attempt to get your packages back. The option to just pick up my package at a UPS location because their drivers are incompetent? I have to pay them $6 for the privilege. It says they are attempting to obtain a new delivery address for this receiver so I can get my package but there is no way for me to even try and provide them this information, if I want to 'change the delivery address' I'd have to pay the $15! Absolute scam.

    Incompetent at every turn. Delivery schedule shifted from morning to afternoon, to end of day. So I was held hostage all day. So I could do work in the basement I used the website to waive signature requirement. When the scheduled times were missed I called and was obnoxiously repeatedly told "do not worry, it will be delivered." "Do not worry it is on the truck." "Do not worry...etc." Each time kept passing with no delivery. Waiting all day, literally all day. Then the driver finally comes down the road, relief! This nightmare is over. No! It just begun.

    The driver can't find my 55lb $2200 computer in his truck. He says it must be on another truck. So 2 more hours of phone calls to UPS offshore customer service and all they can do it keep apologizing and saying "Do not worry". "I'm very sorry, do not worry". So they might deliver on Monday if they find the package. ....but now I want signature confirmation since someone may or may not be available whenever their new mystery delivery time materializes.

    But they can't change the setting, they say I already waived signature confirmation and it can't be changed back. I waived signature confirmation for the delivery today that never happened. I didn't ok different day unknown time! But all they can do is say "I'm very sorry Do not worry." Meanwhile my $2200 purchase is MIA. And they've wasted days of my time now plus the unbelievable anxiety and frustration dealing with their customer dis-service agents.

    UPS is beyond ridiculous, they are downright offensive. Their app said package for signature would be delivered between 12-4 at 7am so I took the day off work. 10am it changed time for delivery. Of course I wasn’t home because I had scheduled My day off to do other things needed as well not to waste it. Called to try and have it resolved, even offered to meet the driver On his route. They refused and said I had to pick up my package at my own cost of 5.99 that night. Asked for this to be escalated. They proposed To call back. When they did and I answered the woman hugged and hung up without speaking. I called again and asked for a manager. I have been on hold for 45min. The call has Been picked up and put back on hold 4 times. They are willing to make you take Time off but aren’t willing to be Held accountable for their wrongdoings.

    What a joke… Called for help to fix a recurring problem and nobody could help me. This is my fifth time calling for the same problem… The phone representative was purposely incompetent… I literally want my package dropped at home rather than at a UPS store, as I was told it would be….yet they refuse to do this, even though I have to drive 40 mins to the drop site! UPS tells client they attempted to deliver packages when they didn’t! It is not a misunderstanding, I have a ring camera and I was home and so was my husband, plus I waived the signature, and confirmed this with the pharmacy after the fact to be sure…if you can’t do it at least give me a reason why… and stop yelling the pharmacy you tried to deliver the package when you never did!.

    My healthcare provider is paying you to do a service and you are not doing the service… You lie and say you are! Who’s gonna pay for my time and gas?! Complete awfulness… Never had this issue with the other carrier. When I called, “Ruby” on the phone kept saying my tracking number was invalid, she got it finally after me reading it to her 6 times! C for Charles, s for Sam etc… no accountability for drivers' actions…. Or customer service reps… UPS be cashing in… They don’t care about the customer. Stay away from these scam artists!

    I received notification on my door that we needed to sign for package, wasn't aware of this before. I used the QR code on this notification and paid 7.99 to have them hold at UPS store instead since I work when they deliver. The extra charge was immediately taken out of my account and I was given a location to pick it up at, along with notice I had only few days to get it. No problem, I went the next day and was told on truck still, gave me number to call. My package was returned to sender instead. When I called was told sorry I didn't put request in soon enough. I put in request the same day I got notice. I called, was told nothing they can do. What kind of service is this? Don't offer me a solution, take my money and then not honor it. I'm disgusted, I have to pay for shipping again if I want my product, and wait again for it to go out

    Several times UPS has provided times and dates for delivery for packages and has failed to deliver. Most recently April 2025. Out for delivery April 26. No delivery, no reason provided. Then out for deliver between 12 and 4 PM, 28 April 25. No delivery, no reason provided. Then I called. I called. Now by 1159 PM, 28 April 25. No reason, no response. UPS needs to learn from Amazon. I only had two "Opps" and they provided a reason and a revised time. The next day. I will not buy from vendors using UPS ever again. Terrible.

    The UPS Customer Center, located at 3100 SW, MacCorkle Ave SW, Charleston, WV 25303 contains the most horrific service I have ever experienced in my life. Despite being marked as ‘permanently closed’ on Google Maps, it is the only place that customers can go if they have a package go missing in the Charleston area.

    I ordered a total of 350 live tree seedlings, all of which went missing over the course of several weeks at this facility. The first shipment, 150 seedlings from Virginia, arrived at this facility at 8:28pm on 3/24. By 3/31, when the trees still had not shown up at my office, I called and spoke to a woman who works during the afternoons. After TWENTY calls, stretching from 3/31-4/18, this woman could not give me a single piece of information about my trees, even after I showed up in person, twice, and demanded answers.

    She said she could not tell me where they were, what happened to them, or what could be done going forward. During this time, a second package of 150 seedlings from Michigan also arrived. After promising to look out for these trees and promising to hold the package for me to go pick up, the trees STILL were not there for me the following day after she promised me she would be. She then stated that she had no idea where they were, what happened to them, or when I could expect them – same as the first package.

    Finally, a different woman called me on 4/8 around 7:30pm. Within 2 minutes, she told me every piece of information that the other woman never was able to, including the fact that my original package sat around for 3 weeks, before being marked ‘damaged and destroyed.’ To this day (4/26) I still have not received any proof, receipts, images, or apologies. If it weren’t for this second woman, my second order of trees would have gone ‘missing’ as well. The third time I visited the UPS Customer Center, I had to wander around for approximately 10 minutes before having to flag down a harried driver, who then took an additional 10 minutes and a hurried ‘we don’t know where this package is’ before she finally handed me my package that, again, had been sitting there for over a week at this point - only after my absolute insistence that it was there (I was just told 15 hours prior that they had it ready for me, after all!!).

    Everything about this is wholly unacceptable. The first person I had the misfortune of interacting with is either a thief, or displays a disturbing level of incompetence. The Virginia Department of Forestry and myself will be filing an official claim, as well as an official complaint. I will NEVER use UPS again if I have a choice in the matter and I believe this facility should be formally investigated.

    UPS access point. 2275 Marietta Blvd NW. Suite 270. Atlanta, Ga 30318. Poor customer service. I paid $5.99 to get my item shipped to another location near me and the items ships to this store. I confirm the items arrives with customer service and the app. I arrive and smart slick talking male tells me that the package isn't there, to come back tomorrow which would have been Friday.

    Next thing I see the package has been refused by the store and returned to the sender. This is so wrong on so many levels. I need my personal phone for work and emergencies. Tracking number **, the last package I mailed from this store took 10 days to arrive at American Dentistry. This store needs some serious management intervention. It is not a joke to know your package arrived at a store and then be dismissed by the people who work there. You work for the public not yourselves. Please leave the bad attitudes at home and horrible customer service. I will follow up this with a call to Corporate Headquarters. This store needs an audit of its mailing process. It is not honoring its contractual responsibility.

    I was expecting 6 cartons of 20kgs each and we had opted for door-to-door service which meant that the delivery was to be done at my apartment door but the delivery guy just left those parcels in my building lobby even though I told him I am down with 101 degrees fever and it’s practically impossible for me to carry 120kgs on my own. The delivery guy was rude and said, That’s not my problem," and left. By the time I could go down and manage the situations, 2 cartons were already missing. Now who’s responsible for my loss? Please do not opt for their services as they have completely unprofessional staff and another thing, their customer care numbers are a farce, every time you call, it says the number does not exist!!

This is an outright lie, since I get deliveries to my post office as per their instructions to add the post office box number to their physical address.     If I could rate zero stars I would. Absolute garbage company to deal with. They estimated delivery between 11 and 5 so I lined things up to be home around during that time so that I could get my parcel. They decided those times do not matter AT ALL and showed up at 9, left me a ticket with no info. Packages that require a signature have a 3 attempt process to deliver to your home if you try to get them to just take it to the drop off place for you to pick, up you don't see your parcel until the next day, speaking to anyone and getting any help is brushed off with a "Sorry, nothing I can do about it" response. I left work, lost hours on my pay to be home within the window of delivery just to come home and see a paper on the door from hours before!? I've never experienced a more complicated useless company in my life and would trust a bird to deliver parcels more accordingly than these idiots.

    I just had a random man show up at my door with a picture of it and a UPS package that UPS told him they delivered to my house yesterday. I'm a business owner as is my partner so we get packages all the time. We had NOT recieved his package but UPS told him we had. This is a DANGEROUS practice. I will say if anything happens to us or our home we will seek punitive damages from UPS as a result of this dangerous behavior. In addition when I'm home alone I'm usually carrying if strangers come to the door. Which can also be dangerous as a result of the chaos UPS created. Had this person been more agitated or become aggressive it could have escalated. DO BETTER UPS!

    Huge Delay in International Delivery and worst call support:

    1. Everyday I call them and I am told that my scheduled delivery is within next 2 hours so I just need to wait. It has been 5 days like that.
    2. Nobody knows who to forward the call to, I have to go 4 stops to get to the final person who just tells that s/he doesn't know any tentative delivery time and cannot help at all.

    3. I was connected with Customs or Brokerage department 3 days ago and I was told that the package has been released and I would definitely receive next working day. But nothing yet.

    UPS is the absolute worst. My medical supplier sent a package last week. I was tracking it and it arrived in Fremont CA (near my home) on Thursday 4/17/25 early morning. It was supposed to be delivered the same day, but they failed. Same story on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today (Monday). I have called them several times, and when I was finally able to get hold of a human, they could not locate the package and asked me to contact the shipper to initiate an investigation. Their incompetence has put me in a medical emergency situation. I have asked my supplier to never use UPS again.

    I had a package that was supposed to get to me a few days ago. It keeps getting sent back to the sender because, according to the tracking updates, the address was wrong. I spoke to support, and they confirmed the address was correct and said the real reason my package keeps getting sent back is because, according to the delivery driver, I moved. I most certainly did not move, and do not know why the driver would say this, or how the driver would have that information in the first place. I asked support if the driver has access to such information, and the support person refused to answer the question.

    Additionally, the tracking info says my package is being resent to me and will be here in a few days, but the support person said it's getting sent back to the sender, and I need to contact the sender to resolve the issue; UPS can't do anything. So I am getting conflicting information from UPS tracking and UPS support. Support was very unhelpful in solving my issue or answering my questions. Further, I am concerned that delivery drivers either have access to personal information they should not, or they are lying in their notes for some reason. Either way, there is something not right with UPS.

    UPS generated 2 identical tracking numbers for 2 different addresses and purchasers. Because these were delivered wrongly but nonetheless delivered, the companies say no refund. They are terrible as well as Shein. Ups is Shein's shipper of choice so don't use either.

    I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with UPS was frustrating enough to deserve one. I had an important package scheduled for delivery, and not only was it delayed twice without explanation, but when I tried to get help, the customer service was completely useless. First off, the tracking updates were vague and inconsistent. The package was marked "out for delivery" for two days straight—and then suddenly changed to “Delivery Attempted” even though I was home all day. No knock, no doorbell, no note. Just... nothing.

    I called customer support, and it was like talking to a wall. The representative was clearly reading from a script and offered no actual help or accountability. When I asked to escalate the issue, I was put on hold for 20+ minutes, only to be told there was “nothing they could do.” No effort to rectify the situation, no real apology. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when people rely on timely deliveries. I expect more from a company of this size and reputation. Based on this experience, I will actively avoid using UPS in the future whenever I have the choice.

    My experience started with the UPS store helping me create a shipment for my valid and completed money order. Delivery expected next day. Before I left I had a notification that delivery was delayed one day. No big deal. Delivery day. Shipment goes out on route with afternoon delivery. At around 8pm the tracking says wait for updated delivery. Come 5 days later no change. After jumping through all the hoops to confirm I'm party to the shipment "it's lost file a claim". I ask, "Can't you reach out to destination to looks for it." "Yes that's what the claims for". Bologna. I have to tell you it's lost to try and get you to looks for it?

    I file a claim. They deny claim as the shipment they helped me make. Is against terms of service. The terms are for incomplete money orders not those properly issued and complete, why wasn't I warned the item I properly declared was not allowed. Additionally it cannot be against tariff terms and conditions when it was a domestic shipment. Horrible service. No support and no recourse for my lost or stolen goods. Never again!

    Of all the delivery services, UPS is the worst. Drivers give new meaning to the word lazy. I've had packages left literally on the sidewalk in front of my house (50' from the front door) where anyone walking by could just pick them up. If the driver doesn't feel like making a delivery, they make up an excuse for not being able to deliver.

    If I could give a zero I would. Had to return a package but I can't get to the store because I am disabled. I've done this same exact pickup before a few times with no hassle. Spent wasted time talking to someone to tell me they could not help me. I not sure why it has a return label that it usually comes with. Now there is a problem to schedule a pick up. Very simple task. UPS you need to do better especially for the handicap. Don't worry. My uncle works for the one of the news station. Maybe they will like the story.     My package (MEDICATION) was supposed to have been delivered on Monday 4/7/25. The tracking number showed that it was on the truck and in my neighbors on that specific date. My package did not come that day so I tracked the package and it said that it was delayed and rescheduled for delivery on the following day. I did not have a problem with that. Tuesday came and went and still did not have my package. I tracked the package on Wednesday and it showed that it was in California but I live in Illinois!!!

    I called UPS customer service and was being given the run around about how my package ended up in CA. The lady said she would find out what happened and give me a call in 3 hours regarding the matter. I never received a phone call. The following day I called UPS customer service because the tracking number still showed that it was in CA. I spoke with a supervisor named, "Jill" who admitted that UPS made a mistake and that's why it was in CA. She promised that it would be expedited and I would receive it that same night. I did not receive my package as promised. UPS customer service will lie to their customers just to appease them and get them off the phone. They are very incompetent!!!

    I have a very expensive package that’s supposed to be delivered today from 10:45am to 2:45pm requiring a signature. So I made myself available around those times and no delivery. I understand that delays and things happen that’s something out of everyone's control but don’t tell me a window in which the package will come, I set myself up to be here and it gets pushed back to 7pm with no explanation. I would rather you say “package will be delivered by 7pm so it can be left up to me whether I want to sit and wait. Of course I could prematurely sign the package but I don’t want a $700 package left at my doorstep so I’m forced to remain here just in case they come. The site gives you no real time updates at all to at least see where the driver is located.     I’ve been shipping mostly overnight envelopes with legal documents at least 3-4 times a month. Since the beginning of this year (2025) UPS has delivered my shipment late 3 out of 4 times in a month and blamed the weather when I know that the weather along the route to and from the hub have not had any significant weather issues. UPS is using the weather excuse to get around the service guarantee. I don't know about businesses but I had a package being delivered to my apartment and they could not figure out how to get into the building. Five delivery notices later, I phoned and said I would pick up. They said that the item was a delivery hazard (weight) and told me I had to go to the UPS depot in Richmond BC. The guard there said we are not a UPS store and basically told me I was lying about the package being a hazard. I talked to Customer service 5 times to arrange for this package to get to me. They want me to be available 5 days a week at their convenience because I need to sign for it as well. Just the worse experience - and the package still hasn't been delivered.

With a My Choice account I called to resolve a claim for a missing shipment, I was placed on hold for over an hour and transferred several times, it was a Catch 52 nightmare.     UPS are a bunch of crooks, forcing me to use an internal brokerage and charging $40 dollars in brokerage fees for $60 worth of merchandise. Blaming it on the shipper for marking it as a gift and demanding I pay for a customs clearance I could have done myself. They will take you for every penny and then some. Was seriously thinking it was an April Fool's joke but they were serious! We should seriously ban them from servicing Canada all together and let Purolator and Canada Post pick up the slack.

    My experience is like others mentioned here. I went online to pay duties/import fees. If you pay in advance you pay less. My total was $25.97 in import fees, but paying early, my revised total was $19.19. I paid this via PayPal and never received a payment confirmation email. PayPal states it only went through as an authorization and not a charge, which is not how this should be. I tried to pay the $19.19 two more times, now I have 3 authorizations showing on my PayPal, and 3 pending authorizations/debits to my credit card.

    Paypal can only do what UPS indicated for them to do which is pending authorization only, it was entered incorrectly by UPS. UPS billing department will do nothing. They allegedly opened a case and told me someone would get back to me same day. That was 4 days ago and nobody has called, nothing had been done by UPS to correct the issue. No doubt they will try to force me into paying the $25.97 because they have no integrity. I have had consistent problems with UPS, they have lost 6 of my packages in the last year. They have never once actually called me back when they said they would. This is a disgusting company to have to deal with.

    I purchased a VEVOR 50FTx1/2Inch Drain Cleaner... **, that was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. Contacting Amazon results in poor customer service, advising UPS was the problem. I want my property which is already paid for. UPS doesn't want to be bothered to talk with me. I still want my property which I paid to be delivered. Why must I order deal with this issue with a company where the employees are OVERPAID and UNDER PERFORM? Someone at UPS needs to find my auger and deliver it. I have a legal right to have my property delivered. Perhaps if customers were able to choose a delivery service, or were compensated for undelivered items. This issue should be on the backs of UPS.     First, UPS loses a package with a NEW iPhone. Then, in ONE week delivers SIX packages to wrong addresses on our street. Our address is clearly displayed on our house. UPS customer service offers NO help, refuses to contact the route driver or anyone to correct this situation.     If I could give ZERO stars, it would better reflect how I feel about UPS. Absolutely worthless. I ordered a part for my car and paid expedited shipping to be sure I had it in time for Sunday 3/30/25, which is my appointment with my mechanic. Arrival was said to be 3/28/25 between 1:00pm-5:00pm according to tracking, and package required a signature, I guess requested by the shipping party. I work as a nurse, so I was not able to be home at that time, but my husband would be home around noon and would stay home all afternoon to make sure I got this package. Husband arrives home a little after 12:00 to find a "Sorry we missed you" note from a 10:55 delivery attempt.

    I've now called UPS customer service REPEATEDLY, and nobody is able to help. I've spoken to supervisors, managers from the distribution centers and all I'm ever told is that "someone else will call me back" and apparently I can't get my package now until Monday 3/31/25.... The day AFTER I need it. I've even offered to go pick it up myself, but that doesn't appear to be an option either. Why did I pay an extra $15 for expedited shipping just to end up with the package the same day as if I had paid standard shipping? So now, I'm going to have to go to a dealership, pray that they have it in stock, and pay $200 more than the part I ordered online, or wait another week or two without a car... All thanks to UPS and their incompetence and unwillingness to help or even follow their own timelines. I will go out of my way to never deal with UPS again, if I can help it.

    UPS in Lakeport and Ukiah, California does NOT deserve anyone’s business. Their drivers (Alice and Eric-license plate is **) are dangerous and are not trustworthy. Also, the management (Shaun** and Tamara **) supports unacceptable behavior against customers and retaliates by banning deliveries for reporting misconduct such as stalking, harassment, and fraud. I strongly recommend using a different carrier.

    On the morning of March 20, I went to the UPS store on East Lake Rd Palm Harbor, FL 34685 with a 25 lb box, a return (my first) of an Amazon purchase. The lady at the counter asked me for "the code".... I didn't have one so I asked her if I could recheck my communications with Amazon for a code, and since the package is heavy for me, I also asked her if I could leave the package there, I only live 5 minutes away. I found an "authorization code" on a phone message and returned, showing them "the code". A gentleman behind the counter started yelling that that wasn't "a code"... I needed a proper code. As I asked him what it might be look like and where I could find it he became ruder and more agitated. I told him I would go back home again and look for this proper code and I would be right back. He now was yelling that I better take my package. He picked up and aggressively tried to push it in my hands.

    I tried to tell him that arthritis and replacements joints made that painful and I would be right back. He was yelling at me and followed/pushed me out of the store.

    He threw the box on the sidewalk. I went home.... Found the "proper code" and came back to the store. By this time someone had brought the package back in. The two women politely checked out my new "code" and gave me a receipt. The man had his back turned to me and didn't say a word. Amazon has acknowledged receipt and has posted my refund.

    Shipped a package to a friend. Estimate delivery date was their day off work. Well it missed the delivery date, not a big problem.     Have a package that the seller put a adult signature on it. A missed delivery sticker was on my door with a option to sign the back. Signed it and left it on my door. They tried to deliver again today and didn't leave the package. Wasn't till I got on UPS website to check my options that I found out that if I want to change my delivery date they want 12 dollars to do that without a option to have to have it delivered after a certain time. Option 2 is to have to held at one of their stores but want 8 dollars to do that. Option 3 is to return it to the sender. With the cost of shipping getting more and more expensive and now wanting to gouge customers due to not being home at 1pm on a week day.

    I took off from work so that I will be home for my package to be delivered. I waited and I did not see any UPS truck. Keep in mind I also have camera and no ups delivery guy was here. I did not hear the door bell. Next thing I know there is a note in my door that they missed me. How can that be when I was in the house! And I did not even see any ups truck or guy and I tried calling the customer service and the local service agent and they were no help. They said that it was my fault that I didn't hear them and that their guy did their job. I wish that the company that I ordered never used UPS.     I am a horse breeder, I rely on timely delivery to inseminate on time. This was a crap show from the beginning. Semen got to UPS on time, we paid for next day early. Needless to say our two days window passed with no delivery, no help to get package for me to run and pick up. This was started on 3/21. It is now 3/25 and they are set to deliver today. Semen lasts 24-48 hour, my mare has ovulated already. I will never use your service and will tell everyone I know not to use your service.

    I am so frustrated with UPS. I order cat litter through Whiskers and get 60 lbs of cat litter delivered every couple of months. Whoever my driver is, he always leaves it in my driveway instead of going up my steps to my door. I will pick another company to buy cat litter that uses FedEx.

    I ordered a package from Amazon and unfortunately it was shipped with UPS. After 4 "failed" delivery attempts the packages were sent back. This has never happened before with any other shipper. I spoke to "Mark" with customer service and he told me there was nothing he could do even though the last "attempt was made 20 minutes before I spoke to him. Absolute joke of a company. I personally use FedEx and so does my work which is a class 1 railroad that ships parts and package all through the U.S and Canada. If I could leave negative stars I would. Horrible experience.

    I was performing a time sensitive Radon test in my home that cost me $40. I spent extra money and purchased a UPS NEXT DAY AIR label for $23.83 so it should of arrived 2-3 days after I shipped it. UPS lost my package and the test did not arrive until 11 days after shipment. UPS refused to even work with me because the label was purchased from a third party. They refused to give me a claim number and would not let me send my proof and documents. They are forcing me to ask the radon company to file the claim for me. They also will not reimburse me but will only reimburse the radon company who then has to reimburse me. They are a despicable company with disgusting practices.

    I spent $95 to send two documents overnight to Charlotte NC. The UPS store was phenomenal (in Mansfield Ohio) however when the UPS envelope arrived it had been sliced open with a utility knife and retaped. I called the store and the UPS customer service as the store suggested. They had no rationale, just file a damage report. Unacceptable for the price... System can't upload the photo...

    The UPS distribution center in Citrus Park Florida needs to be shut completely down, supervisors fired and jobs taken away for a more competent staff and the corporate office should be dealt the same fatal blow.     Good grief… I have had nothing but bad service and excuses. I would recommend all stores find another delivery service as I will no longer order items shipped by UPS. I live behind a gate which EVERY OTHER delivery service can access by just reading directions. Not UPS. I’m not even sure they try. They just drive up, see the gate, and drive off. Then I get patronized by some employee who says the driver is not in the area anymore and can’t make the delivery. UPS needs to outsource their shipping to AMAZON.

    Package was supposed to be overnight. Tracking said driver will be there between 3-5pm. On UPS website, I requested tracking updates. Now...we took off work early to be there during that time frame, but driver had already showed up outside of delivery time frame. On top of that, never received any updates at all! Why give that option, if you're going to ignore it?? After requesting a call from customer care, I was told by Mary that they can show up anytime and aren't required to give updates.     I sent out requests for price quote from an auction house in NY. I requested one from UPS store 0647 and 3 others. Their quote was much higher than other quotes and I noted they were charging 100 pick up fee. I emailed back that I had never had a pick up fee that high. And I was using a different shipper At this store. Came back and lowered his quote to almost 30.00 less than the shipper I had already contracted with (MM). I told the guy I did not want to change at this point sine already made arrangements but after some persuasion and a promise that he would not change quote because I told him I did not want to change and then he come back with a higher amount. So I called other shipper (MM) and (unfortunately) they had not picked up and said it would be ok to change. They understood. After 0647 they picked up. They came back with a much higher price (more than any other quotes). They said I had given wrong size.

    I looked back and all requests said 30 X 25.5, but under sent emails I did not see the one I sent 0647. So it ended up costing more than any of other quotes. I will NOT be using this UPS store again. Even if I had given wrong size most shippers check auction house listing and he had all that information. It was VERY strange of the shipping quotes I sent under sent emails I did not see the one to 0647. A big mistake changed to UPS store 0647. Not honest.

    When I try to gather all of the worst companies in the world, I can find no worse than UPS customer service. Obviously they do not give a crap because it never changes. They work so hard to make sure no one can get ahold of anyone for any kind of service. For example we are a commercial company shipping globally. When they destroy a shipment, they never tell anyone.     I stopped using UPS 5 years ago when they lost my husband's luggage that we had shipped ahead of flying home. One bag made it and the other did not. Very expensive clothing and shoes, etc. We had even purchased insurance for the delivery. We were never able to talk with anyone to resolve it, and they essentially ignored us and we never received any type of service. I had other issues previously, but this was the last straw. Yesterday they tried to deliver a package to our secure apartment building, of which they have access to, and left at least 5 tags on the front door that did not communicate (check off) any information on the tag. Maybe I'll get it tomorrow, maybe I won't. Who knows, there's no customer service to work with to find out.

    This delivery was ridiculous. I was expecting a delivery, so I stayed home all day. When he got here, early, he never even acknowledged me. I told him I was supposed to sign for it, and he stated, “You’re supposed to, but I ain’t with that dog there.” I told him I was walking outside to sign in, and he never said another word to me. I understand that some men are afraid of dogs, but she wasn’t any bit interested in him. She is deaf and my therapy dog, so she barks. She’s also 5 pounds and hurts nothing. She wasn’t the least bit interested in him. I’ve seen some videos where delivery men greet the dog and bring them treats.

    If you don’t like your job, find a different profession. Good grief. She was so excited to see someone new. I wasn’t asking him to interact with her. For women who live alone, we have dogs.     I live in a rural town in Idaho. If I pay for overnight delivery, it takes four days to get there. I don’t know why when you pay for an overnight delivery they can’t get it to you on time. When I complained about it, the reps were horrible. Our delivery guy is awesome, but he explained that they have new policies in store that will postpone rural deliveries even more. my advice stay away from this company. It’s noticeably apparent that someone is trying to write good reviews and stack those reviews and a positive way, but that is not the case. They have consistently been late and damaging to my products. As a small business owner, I need my products to arrive in a timely fashion and in good condition. Neither which this company can offer. And if you want to talk to someone that can do anything about it be prepared to wait an hour while they drink their coffee and eat their donuts and watch porn on their computers. In other words this company sucks.

    I didn't choose this service, it was the option that Amazon sent my package with. Their Authorized Company in Bulgaria mixes their political tyrannical policies even in business. The Package Tracking is claiming that the package is in Skopje BG. This UPS - USA has the worst customer service. I could not confirm the Authorized company in Macedonia for 2 hours (since they were looking for sensitive information).     Waited for package to arrive by tracking it every 5-7 minutes. Unfortunately delivery person just left the tag saying it couldn't be delivered due to no response. No one contacted me as I waited. Update on the tracking package was 5 minute delayed. Found out that I missed the driver by no more than 5 minutes. This is totally unacceptable. If I wanted to change pickup to a UPS Store, it would cost me an additional $5.99. This is not the 1st time it happened. Unfortunately I'm unable to pick the delivery service; if I could, I would never use UPS.

    I shipped with a UPS store in Pensacola and was asked if I wanted to purchase insurance. I did pay for the coverage. The package was damaged in shipping and now the claims dept says this is not insurance. They are saying that I do not have a clear enough picture of the tracking number but they have enough to see that it is the same package since the address is the same as my receipt. Very poor customer service, cannot talk to a person and everything is very delayed email responses. This is fraud when the representatives at the store describe it as insurance and then when you file a claim they say it is a declared value program. Never trust these people!

    On March 5th, 2025, UPS gave my package to an entire stranger! It was an IPhone 16 plus, AirPods and AirPods Pro. Once I called to find out what was going on with my package the supervisor stated that the driver told her that a male Flagged him down asking if he has a package for me stated my Whole name and Address! No one knew I was getting a package and I did not know this person. Mind you this stranger was no where near on my street. On top of that, the delivery guy put it was delivered to a residential and It was Not. That package required an signature and he Did not. I have not heard anything else about my claim that I filed.     UPS solicits shipping luggage, suggesting that it is better than checking luggage with an airline. They also say you can ship it "as is." What they don't tell you is they reserve the right to damage your luggage and will deny a claim saying it was "improperly packaged." Why then do they accept the luggage but not advise you to "ship at your own risk." Under the UPS umbrella you have the UPS store that accepts the luggage with no warning, and UPS Capital that then denies the claim saying it was not properly packaged.

    Horrible delivery service. They never look at the actual address. They just deliver the package wherever. They take forever to track your item to even find out where they delivered your package. They don't take photos like they're supposed to. They constantly steal people's packages and you have to go back to the dealer or the seller to reorder and get your items. UPS is horrible. The workers there need to stop stealing people's packages. It's your job to deliver to us.

    Every level of security to package has been tampered with and damaged. Security tape removed and replaced with clear plastic tape. Security sticker visibly removed partially from original spot and relocated to another side of the box. Contents inside were wet and it just happened to be raining today. Security case to contents show recent pry marks. Content in box do not match what was purchased.     I've been a member of a record club in the US for the last four years; over that time they have shipped via USPS and Canada Post. My membership cost includes the postage to my home in Canada. I have never had any additional charges for shipping until last December during the postal strike in Canada. My record was shipped via UPS that time, and upon arrival at my home in Canada UPS tried to charge me over $40 in shipping and handling in addition to what they had already charged the record club. That is ridiculous. Their business practices are misleading, predatory, and unethical.

    I spoke with the record club and was told that they were never made aware that UPS would be adding unnecessary charges on top of what they were paid initially. They also assured me they will never again use UPS for shipping. I will also never again do business with any company that uses UPS for shipping; there are plenty of other options using companies that believe in delivering a service at a fair price.

    I just want to start by saying, UPS IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER INVENTED. If I could opt out of using this company forever I would, unfortunately the companies who use them are unaware but it never fails, every time I have to use them it’s something. If I could get a plausible explanation as to why a delivery driver would mark the delivery as delivered to lockers when in all actuality, he delivered it to a HOUSE in a whole nother state that I don’t live in anymore. I knew he couldn’t have left it at the lockers because in order to do that, he would have to provide me with a code. But no instead I get a phone call 10 hours later from an UPS employee in another state stating that she has the package that was supposed to had been marked as delivered to my address. I called to try and find a solution, and was told the driver would be sent back today, got called shortly after, and was told the driver would not come today, and that I would not get a notification the next day either, as they don't carry phones. I explained my injuries from the military, and why I can't just keep running up and down stairs all day with notifications, and was met with indifference. Package from sender is picked up, scanned and then disappears off grid. Four packages have gone missing. When you call in to UPS, they are not helpful and have no idea what has happened to package. Either UPS driver who picks up package in Pennsylvania or UPS employee at Pennsylvania Hub is stealing the packages. I do not recommend UPS.

    My package was supposed to be delivered on February 27. I did not receive it. I received a phone call and stated that they promised it will be delivered on the 28th. I never received the package. I called UPS on March 1. They told me that it would be Monday or a few days after that that I would receive my package promised a phone call back within an hour of when I spoke with them because they had escalated it and in the call back it stated that the call center was closed. UPS is a bunch of liars and they’re holding my package When I could’ve went to the hub and picked it up.

    I recommend never using UPS. Use FedEx. Much friendlier. They are not liars. They deliver packages when they state that they will and they have delivered to my house for the past seven years, but they claim they cannot find my house. The lady that had called me on the 28th. I gave her explicit directions to my house because she had stated that it was a brand new driver and had promised it will be delivered on the first and here we sit with no package but the funny thing is is FedEx delivered to my house yesterday with no issues.

    I paid express overnight shipping of license plate that was a 90 minute drive. 3 days ago. Won't let me pick it up even though it's in UPS 2 minute drive away.     Optum RX uses UPS to deliver prescriptions. Recently had a RX undeliverable because UPS stated the street address was incorrect. This is the same address they have delivered several RXs to before. Unable to reach any type of customer service by phone or through chat to correct and they did not appear to follow through with investigating why it couldn't be delivered even though they have delivered to same (correct) address before. Had to call Optum RX, but now missing doses of medically necessary RX which will cause serious health issues. Will now look for another option for RX as will not support UPS business again.

    To be open and honest, I work for a competitor. That being said... I work in a union shop. I support the union brothers and sisters. If I ever saw one of them treat a package the way mine was handled by my UPS delivery person, I would be asking management to fire them immediately. I would be writing a statement against them, and I would even show up to the arbitration when they fought to get their job back. My driveway gets crappy in the wintertime. I have lived here for over 20 years. When my driveway is bad, I do not expect the delivery people to drive or walk up it. I always have gone to pick up my undeliverable packages from the UPS terminal, Post office, FEDEX terminal.

    The last 4 deliveries, I have checked the tracking. Seen that it is marked delivered and had to search for it. On the last 4 deliveries this jackhole has stacked my packages in the snow against a tree, stacked my package under the mailbox next to the road on the busiest road in town (luckily I happened to pull out of my driveway 10 minutes later), and the latest 2 were "wrapped" in a white plastic bags and thrown off the side of the driveway into snow and left to be snowed and rained on for an entire day before I found the package, that was full of snow and rainwater, trying to clean up what I thought was a bag of trash thrown out the window by a passing car. Simply could have taken it back to the terminal undeliverable, but the company is a horribly irresponsible dumpster fire of a long game shipping con.

    I hope someday if this delivery person needs a medical transplant that it gets delivered to them by UPS. Then maybe they will know why good customer service is important. And speaking of customer service... They have none. So good luck if your packages are shipped to you by these thieves. They will steal the shipper's money and leave you hanging because they make half the shippers sign a hold harmless (or some language like that) that says they aren't responsible for actually getting your package to you. At the time of this writing they are rated at 1.2 stars. Who are the UPS employees that rated them above 1 star?

    Where do I begin? Oh, let’s begin with the website in the tracking of packages. The website would give you a timeframe and a plan in checking at timeframe. It may update to another timeframe. Package arrive outside of that timeframe. Package needed a signature. An important package. Call Customer Care for some assistance. Was told that I had to do everything online. I explained to the representative that it was not giving me an option to do any of that. Representative kept on insisting that I did not know how to work the online website by myself.

    My 91-year-old father had to return an Amazon package while wintering in Florida. I contacted the nearest UPS store and spoke to ** at store #7656 in Wauchula Florida. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was very nice and helpful on the phone and gave me a way to get the job done!!!     UPS has really gone downhill. I have owned an ecommerce business since 2006. I used to have my own account executive for years. Those days are long gone. Customer Service is a call center overseas. Clueless and a total waste of time. They also make it extremely difficult to file a claim. Constant late packages. Broken trailers, arriving late at disbursement centers. Will not reimburse you for next day late packages. Started using ground advantage since UPS is not more reliable and more expensive.

    UPS has lost its way. It took 7 days to receive my 2nd day air delivery, hours on the phone with customer assistance and a disruption to my life. My delivery required a signature. We based our time to be available on a time window we received in email notifications. However, the drivers deliver based on their personal delivery schedule. Their website is terrible and provides very little detail, customer assistance reps were all very nice but not very helpful. This company has been around since 1907, this is their only job and I expect much better. When finally able to get our package, the driver said, "I wish they wouldn't send out emails and give delivery windows, it just causes confusion". Amen to that!

    Driver lied twice, one week apart each about attempted delivery. No truck drove by on my CCTV camera or on my ring video either time. In fact I took a day off work to receive a signature delivery package and was watching my cameras when the alleged attempted delivery took place. Customer service is no help. They are the same as an automated AI. "We are so sorry Sir, we will make another attempt at delivery tomorrow." Why have a live agent say that. Just give it to a AI. Escalating this complaint falls on deaf ears.

    I was notified by UPS on Thursday that my package (which required a signature) would be delivered on Saturday between 2-6 PM, then I received another email on Friday indicating that "due to weather" my package was delayed and would be delivered on Monday between 2-6 PM. Saturday evening I arrived home to find a note on my door that UPS had attempted to make the delivery "sorry we missed you..." I received another e-mail stating that the package would be delivered on Monday between 2-6 PM (just like the prior email stated).

    On Monday, I went out in the morning and rushed home to make sure I would be home before 2 PM. As I pulled up, I observed another note on my door indicating that UPS had attempted to make the delivery "sorry we missed you..." At that point I called UPS, after a lengthy hold I spoke to an "agent" who did everything he could to have me go to one of their facilities and pick up my package. I asked for a supervisor, spent an hour on hold, finally hung up. I called back (same lengthy wait time) spoke to another agent who apologized and said he would transfer me to a supervisor. UPS phone system said the wait would be approximately 15 minutes, it has been over 25 minutes on hold when I wrote and posted this. Hard to understand how UPS is still in business. Maybe Amazon should take over UPS, they seem to have very few issues with same day/ next day deliveries.

    If a choice of shipper is allowed and you live in the Midwest, choose another Carrier!!! My package has been sitting at a hub 5 hours from me since 2/21/25. Delivery is supposed to be by 7:00pm on 2/24/25. It's now 5:21pm on the 24th and there has been absolutely no activity since it arrived in Hodgkins, IL at 5:50AM on the 21st. I paid MORE for my product and way over-inflated shipping costs to avoid the US Postal Service because of this same exact problem.

    UPS, You have let your quality of workers and service decline quicker and worse than our economy. HELLO!! There ARE people willing to work with pride, integrity and quality. Clean house of the slack **, tighten your belt and hire people that are thankful for a paycheck and get rid of the entitled that feel they deserve it regardless. This is medication that is lost in transit for the 4th time since January 1st (the 2nd time it's been lost in transit by UPS)!! IN WHAT WORLD IS THIS ACCEPTABLE WITHOUT COMPENSATION to the recipient it distresses or in my cases, makes sick and could cause life-threatening hospitalization??? Does someone have to end up terminally injured or even dead before clearly lacking service is addressed?? Sad thing is, you can't even call anyone anymore to get something done. HOW IRONIC??!! 😡😡😡💪💪

    I know I’m not the only person who has many complaints about how packages are delivered these days. It isn’t just UPS that totally smashes and annihilates packages going to your home. Lately UPS can’t even get the packages to the right houses. You have to be lucky that someone honest finds it or you find it first. I went out to find my package that said was delivered only to find nothing. When I looked at the picture for proof of delivery, the driver didn’t even take a picture of the package. He took a picture of his shadow on the corner of a porch that wasn’t even mine. So I had to go up and down the street to find my package. That much carelessness is just unacceptable.

    I work for a company that ships with UPS and I battle them DAILY!!! Pray you never have to call the 800 number, it is answered in Asia and you cannot understand ANYTHING they say.... Deliveries are late, packages are treated with such disrespect, get complaints all the time from my customers. It is a company that is too big to care about small business....     Use UPS. They never on time and when you place an order in an emergency or a fast delivery or overnight if you miss them or they miss you, you cannot find the package until they decide to come in back with that package even though you went to the store closer to your area, you cannot find a package. When you call the system the system when you asked to speak with customer service the system say he doesn’t understand. What is customer service.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I was happy with their service until my package—a Canada Goose jacket that clearly required a signature upon delivery—was mishandled. After reviewing the camera footage, it became clear that the delivery person never even entered my building and instead had a random individual sign for it. I'm left wondering if they swiped my jacket and falsely claimed it was delivered or if they simply don’t care. Regardless, I’ve lost my item. When the sender filed a claim, it was denied twice, as UPS insisted it was delivered based on the signature they have. I'm still battling to get my money back. Avoid using their unreliable service!

    Site said my package would be there 2/21/25. I waited all afternoon then tracker said they attempted delivery but were unable to deliver. Received another time slot for 2/22/25. Same exact thing. They’re lying about attempted delivery because I actually sat at the door for SIX hours and no one attempted a delivery. Waited over 45 minutes for customer service to return call me (waiting in queue) when they finally answered they hung up.     2 packages delayed due to weather. One was in Norfolk where I live on Thur Feb 20th but can't be delivered until Monday the 24th. The other was in Richmond, 2 hrs away, on the 20th and can't be delivered until Monday the 24th. Meanwhile, FedEx, facing the same weather and with the package being located 4 hrs away in North Carolina on Feb 21st, is competent and capable enough to deliver a package on Saturday the 22nd. Go with FedEx.

    This has happened more than once and I'm pretty much done with UPS. Especially since they closed the store in my town. It's difficult now to ship or get packages, so thanks for that UPS. Anyway... I ordered an item, and got a notification that it had been delivered. I asked my fiance to please open our door and grab it but there wasn't anything there, nor was there a notification stuck to the door saying a delivery had been attempted like the information in the email stated. So like anyone else, I called. The first person said they would "escalate" the delivery and have it delivered again that the same day. Go figure, it never came.

    I called back the same night and the new person allowed me to change the pickup location to a local business in town but it would be Monday and not the weekend. I am a traveling healthcare worker so I am on contract in another state, but my lovely fiance is at our home and could surely pick this up for me, but nope, that wont work says the representative, because she isn't you. I need to pick this up in person and that there is no way to add someone's name to pick it up. I would have to get a hold of the sender in order to alter the shipping. Like the sender wants to deal with me and alter something that they had already shipped and relied on UPS to make it happen.

    So fast forward to the day after I again called customer service and they told me they couldn't get a hold of the warehouse where my package was to ask if maybe I could make an arrangement to drive and get it myself. Also the representative said that they would call me back in an hour, as did every other representative that I spoke with. No one ever made the call. Even as I sit here and write this review, it has been over two hours since the representative said that they would call. I just want my expensive product that I ordered and expected to be delivered to me. I want UPS to make it easy for the consumer to get their items and to have some moral code that the drivers follow to insure that they actually go to the correct addresses and when they say they made an attempt to deliver, it's actually true.

    My package, unfortunately, isn't going to be picked up because I won't be physically in the state that my package is in and there can't be a way to add a pickup person other than myself. UPS has the poorest customer service that I've ever dealt with. There mlst certainly is a major disconnect from "UPS global" to the distribution warehouses and stores that send out the drivers. Honestly it doesn't feel like they actually communicate with them as the customer service people claim. If I have a choice, I will not choose to use UPS. The customer service department needs a major audit. Thank you.

    Why give customers the option for overnight delivery if you know you cannot deliver overnight? I purchased overnight delivery because this package is IMPORTANT! But hey we will break promises and steal money from customers willingly! My only pleasant aspect of dealing with ups this round, their automated system is actually better than Usps or Fedex's!!     I would never use UPS again. I had next day air delivery and it didn’t arrive next day. It’s saying my package it’s delivered on Monday and their excuses they had mechanical problems with their plane. Don’t they have many others they can replace the plane with?     Beware the thieves at the Stafford facility. My shipment arrived 6 days ago, and now it can't be found, obviously it's been stolen. I can't file a claim, can't login, they lie about sending you a new password, I've gotten nothing after 5 requests. I'm guessing they know they stole my stuff, my complaints are intercepted, and now won't honor any type of responsibility for the shipment. So their modus operandi is to steal the goods, then ignore the customer because he has no recourse.

    I would give less than 1 star but it is not possible... Impossible to get to talk to a human being when problems arrive, and they often do. Had a delivery scheduled to come today before 5pm, and then at 4:30 I checked the status and find that it said that a delivery attempt was made at 4:15 despite nobody coming here... After contacting the company turns out the delivery guy didn't notice that the fees were already paid, so he just decided to not leave the package at the door. Now I'm hoping that they will come on Monday and they won't lie about it... Otherwise I'm guessing the package will be sent back to Japan...

    It's almost pointless to leave a review since their score is so bad. Anyhow, if you purchase something from a vendor and find out that they drop-shipped it, then good luck getting any help from UPS. I sent the correct address to the vendor, they copied and pasted it to the drop-shipper and it was sent out to me only to have UPS update and change the address at the SLC facility. UPS won't help me even though it is their mistake. They told me to call the shipper, but they won't help me since I didn't make the order with them. I tried to get the package address changed through UPS My Choice, but since I am making the changes on behalf of the business I work for, it won't recognize the address I entered since it is not a residential address. This is the only time I have ever been disappointed with UPS and you would have to believe this is not the first time this has happened. Why isn't there a SOP in place at UPS for this kind of problem?

    I ordered a long winter jacket for myself since my previous gave up. I thought I would be ready for these extremely cold days. Unfortunately my jacket never arrived. Never made to my home even though according to the UPS tracking information it says delivered. I honestly do not know if they dropped it at the post office or somewhere else because it was not delivered to my house. Apparently UPS can do that. They can mark a package delivered even though is not, it’s very irresponsible for the company to mark it delivered when in reality it’s NOT. I get packages all the time. I work from home so I’m always home. I have never missed or lost a package. Now I have to wait 10 more days for the investigation to take place and in the meantime I have no coat.

    Terrible company. I’m supposed to have two packages delivered Phoenixville Pennsylvania. They ended up dropping them off at some random house in West Chester Pennsylvania and they had the nerve to take the picture not even the right house. Thank God I bought it through Amazon and Amazon refunded me and ordered two more packages and thank God Amazon delivering the package this time. I wouldn’t recommend UPS anybody.     It all started when the rude woman at the post net office put the wrong address on my package which was a surprise for my daughter in college. The address the lady put on the label was one number off from the address I gave her. Then supposedly the UPS driver couldn't find that address and so took it upon himself to randomly select an address to deliver the package to. The numbers and street name weren't even close to the giant label I had placed on the box. The label that the rude woman printed had the wrong address but it also had my daughter's name and phone number. Why wouldn't they contact her to check the address? Instead, they took it to some random place.

    When I contacted the rude woman at the postnet location she informed me the address was wrong and it was my fault for approving the delivery. Then she said she could give me the address it was delivered to but UPS wasn't going to do anything about it because it was my fault. Told me to send my daughter out to look for it. I tried to file a claim on UPS website and it would send me in circles and never allow me to do anything. Wow... That's what our world is these days. No customer service just losers who don't care about anyone but themselves and blame everyone else for their stupid mistakes. Then they have the nerve to send me a confirmation that my package was delivered..wow. Will never use PostNet or UPS.
