    UPS showed up to deliver my package in a rented U-Haul. Boxes were thrown all over the truck. It was a mess, and the driver could not find my package and drove off. Who knows when and if I will get my package.

    My package said it was delivered, but it was not on my porch. After 2 phone calls, Customer service finally said delivered to house across street for safety because they like to keep packages concealed and out of bad weather. Mind you, I have a porch with banister that could hide it. I asked what address it was delivered to so I didn’t have to run on a wild goose chase and trespass on others' properties. He finally gave me the address which was still not where it was delivered. It was delivered to an older lady, who doesn’t have a porch, and she put it on my porch. Walked across the street in pouring down rain and it was a heavy package.

    So, I have a package that requires a signature and I live in a secure building so I put the entry code into the UPS delivery instructions. First attempt, failed. Okay, so I’ll write a note with instructions and leave it. 2nd attempt, failed (with note crumpled on ground). So for third attempt, I decided I’d wait. Delivery window was 2pm-6pm. Guess who comes at 11am? Third attempt failed. Keep in mind the guy who delivers DoorDash as a side hustle can get into my building no problem, but the UPS guy can’t figure it out? Called customer service, zero help, zero empathy, zero ideas on what to do next.

    Worse experience ever... and I am not even the sender. My package has been lost for more than a month, going on 2!!! They wash their hands when it comes to third-party labels and they take no responsibility when losing packages!! Have visited the drop-off location asking for answers and nothing, always get redirected to customer service phone number, which is the worst. WILL NEVER USE UPS!!!!!

    UPS accepted and charged for a package on 11/17/25 for overnight delivery to me. The packaged contained a vehicle title which I required immediately. The package was not delivered on 11/18/25. In fact, they LOST the package. They would not help me over the phone and insisted I file a claim. I filed a claim and they eventually located the package in California. The package was to be shipped from Ohio to Michigan. This delay caused me significant inconvenience and distress. This is very poor customer service! I will not use UPS again.

    Sent a package I had to have the next day to a city 4 hours away in the middle of nowhere so no way to get it to me. It's been 36 hours and still no update on when I will get it. Nothing but FedEx for me.

    The last three times I used UPS I paid for second day air delivery. All three times I was told there will be a delay and so the packages didn't arrive on time. They will not give me a refund for not delivering on time either. That's pretty bad. I think it's time for another carrier. Thumbs down UPS!!!

    UPS has gone way downhill and there appears to be no bottom. My experiences over the last several years are they are always late, the drivers open your packages if they are insured for a high dollar amount, and they damage your stuff. When you have an issue you can NEVER get a human being on the phone who can actually help you.

    FedEx and UPS both used to be great. Like many other businesses in the years since Covid restrictions lifted, UPS has become unreliable trash. They apparently have internal issues with shipment data. Contacting their customer service is now delayed by a layer of useless AI slop, and when you do reach them, it's someone in India, faking their name and accent, who isn't empowered to help you in any way. I won't ship with them again as long as this continues. If there were any competition in the space aside from FedEx and USPS, I would say the world would be better off if they simply ceased to exist.

    UPS is a scam company that offers services it cannot perform, like my "2-day air" package that has been sitting in facilities for days. It sure looks like it's being sent Ground though I confirmed the seller sent it 2-day air as I selected and my address is correct. UPS cannot even give me an estimated day of arrival. I've ordered 2 packages this month and they are both getting the same treatment. Embarrassingly bad. These *were* live plants.

    UPS ruins small businesses. It's sad the way choices are reduced and reduced just to be treated like this. It's shameful and if I were the CEO of UPS I'd be friggin embarrassed. Your cheapness is costing businesses and LIVES, I saw that plane crash. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. I hope other shipping companies use this as an opportunity to do better and level this mind-numbing-dumb playing field.

    I've had two really poor experiences with UPS in the space of a week, both on the same route, and it's made me very reluctant to use them in future. The most recent problem is with a Lenovo shipment (tracking: **). The tracking suddenly shows: "The street name is incorrect. This may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address." My full UK address and postcode on the label are correct and have been used successfully many times by other couriers. In the UK, the postcode effectively pinpoints the building, so claiming the "street name is incorrect" feels like a generic excuse rather than a real issue. Meanwhile, my delivery is delayed for no good reason.

    This comes right after another bad experience just a few days earlier with a different UPS parcel (**). That one was marked as "delivery attempted," but nobody rang, nobody called, and there was no card left. I was home at the time and monitoring the tracking. The next update told me it had been sent to an Access Point, so I ended up having to go and collect it myself. From my point of view, it looks like no genuine delivery attempt was made.

    One mistake can happen with any courier, but two incidents in a week, with tracking updates that don't match reality, suggest a pattern on this route. It feels like the driver is scanning generic reasons ("address incorrect," "delivery attempted") instead of actually trying to deliver. That wastes my time, delays urgent items, and completely undermines trust in the tracking information. I have submitted a formal complaint to UPS about this, referencing both tracking numbers, and asked them to investigate the driver on this route and correct the handling of my current shipment. Until I see a clear improvement, I'll avoid choosing UPS where I have any say in the courier used.

    The worst service possible. Why bother giving us delivery dates and times if you NEVER actually meet those made up times? This is the 21st Century, but you haven't figured out how to use technology. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! Use FEDEX instead. They aren't perfect, but at least you can trust what they tell you.

    UPS stands for Unreliable Package Service. I arranged my schedule after getting multiple email notices that someone must be home to sign for a delivery on Saturday 11/22/2025 between 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. I even got an email stating this that is dated 10:19 AM on 11/22/25. Instead of my package I found a Sorry We Missed You note taped to my front door noting that a failed delivery occurred at 11:07 AM. I guess that in the UPS world 11:07 AM is between 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. I’ve complained to the shipper and suggested that they switch future deliveries to FEDEX or someone who tells time in a normal fashion. No more Unreliable Package Service.

    Driver drives by. Doesn't stop then you see were said attempted delivery. That's lie. I watch him drive by. Never stopped. When called UPS service yahoo sounds like he's in India. Said no one was here to sign, told him I was here plus no one needed to sign for the delivery. Two lies. One from driver one from customer so called service. That makes like three times this has happened. We have security cameras showing if someone stops or tells a lie.

    I usually love UPS, but I had a bad experience trying to get my phone delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday, and I ended up having to pay to get it held at a UPS location because they kept telling me the next day. They even told me the next day, on Friday, when come to find out they don't deliver on the weekends. That was ridiculous, it's not even the holiday season yet! DO BETTER!!!

    How is it that after the item is loaded on the truck and enroute to my house, customs calls the driver and tells him not to deliver it? I call Bullstein! I live way on the outside of town and as the day gets late, he makes up an excuse to leave town early. LAZY!!!

    UPS really sucks, l had so many terrible experiences with them, l few times l bought stuff and it came with them and when they don't see anyone they take it back and l am being charged for the delivery and for them to return it and l have to pay again to send it with a different company and whenever l can ask, l will ask them to please please don't send my package with UPS, one time l ask the driver why he does that, he is the only one delivery in my neighborhood. He said he doesn't want to leave my package outside because is doesn't have a fence in the front but l have fence in the side of the house so l ask him if they ever had any problems with a package at my address. He said no!!

    So I asked him if he doesn't feel comfortable leaving it at the door to please leave it inside the fence at the side of the house or at the back door. This is over 2 years ago, still the same thing and he's very familiar with me. As soon as he sees me he knows my address, l don't know if he is only doing this to me or if anyone else is facing the same problem, and today around 2pm l got a notice on my door that they tried to deliver. l look outside. l saw him a few house down so l went to him and asked him. He said he's on lunch now and he can't give it to me, and also he can't give it to me away from my address, so l told him l have my id and l am only a few house down, he said he will come back around 3 to 4. l said ok and l go back home and leave what I was doing and sat outside and waiting because l had lost my phone and I bought back one and so l needed it to go to work and he never came.

    So l tried calling UPS support and ask if l can pick it up at one of their dropped off location they said l can't do that, they will tried to deliver again to that is the only way, (95% of the people in this country have to work and don't be home at the middle of the day, so l guess they will probably return it back and charge me for it again. I will have to just go and buy back a phone in store, UPS really sucks!!

    IF I COULD RATE THEM AT A NEGATIVE NUMBER I WOULD! About a year ago I went on vacation and asked for my packages to beheld at a access location and they did so, it’s been a year and countless calls and complaints they still hold my packages there after I tried everything to get them delivered to my house! So drivers and customer service support I even deleted my choice and they still continue! FEDEX IS THE BEST.

    UPS has the worst website. It is consistently nonresponsive. It has taken me anywhere from 15-45 mins to process and print one single shipping label. I contacted their IT. It was fixed, for 1 day! And it's been the same old nonresponsive nonsense since. This has been going on for 8 months. If that wasn't bad enough, they are forcing their business accounts to pay their bills online or pay $90 plus a month extra. So unless I pay $90 plus extra a month, I have to waste MORE time every week waiting on a nonresponsive website to pay a bill that I am already paying on time each week. Really stellar work UPS. Maybe figure out the serious problems with your site before figuring out how to rip off your customers more.

    3 lost packages oves the last 4 months. Last minute delays. Terrible customer service and claims process. I dread whenever a merchant uses UPS. They have been bad for as long as I can remember.     Absolutely love coming in to UPS 4735 in Lynchburg VA!! ANDREW IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING! He always takes his time to explain things, helps me organize templates, prints & he always goes the extra mile! He laminates & cuts all of my tedious card stock!!     I spend a lot of time on the phone before I was able to schedule pick up for my package. About six hours later, I did receive an email my package was picked up. But when I look at my porch ,the package was still there. They never showed up. Next day I did dropped off my Package on UPS. This happened 3rd time.

    UPS broke an expensive Gibson Les Paul being shipped to me in LA from Denver. The guitar was perfectly packed - in it's original hard case and then boxed with filler to stop the case moving. God knows how UPS managed to break it. I filed a claim and they rejected it due to "insufficient packaging". Absolute rubbish. The repair cost $500 and the guitar is devalued by $1000. If I could leave zero stars I would. Please always use Fedex.

    I ordered a pair of gym shoes which was never delivered. It was shipped from TN to GA. It was last scanned over a week ago and nothing else can be tracked. It did make it to the GA Processing UPS Facility on 11/10/25 and was scheduled to be delivered on 11/11/25 but somehow gets lost even though I have a mailbox at a UPS store in GA. Contacted UPS and was told I need to take it up with the sender. I contacted the seller the size of the item I wanted is now sold out.

    Very disappointed in UPS. Your company delivered my package to the wrong address. I follow your prompts to file a complaint. With a picture attached to a door that is obviously not my door. And your investigating dept Says it was delivered correctly. So sad that your company can't even be honest enough to say you were wrong and accept the fact that human error does happen. Thank God my package was only worth about 5 dollars. No big deal, but it's the principle. Be an honest company. It's people like us that keep your business thriving. What's worse is whoever got my package stole christian bookmarkers. Really?? Wow 2 wrongs for sure don't make a right. I was forced by your website to give you a 1 star. I believe you deserve a 0.     This is really my first and only bad interaction with UPS but it was so wild that it has left a bad impression on me- I don’t foresee myself willingly using UPS again. I have packages delivered, weekly. UPS, delivers to me if not weekly- every other week. But, for some reason out of the blue with my last delivery I was notified that my package could not be delivered because the address was wrong. I knew that my address wasn’t wrong but I went ahead and checked- it was correct. There was a link to put my “correct” address so I clicked it- it was pre-filled with my address, and it was correct, so I hit confirm. UPS said they would deliver the package once an updated time was available. I felt uneasy with that response and reached out to Sephora as that is where my package was from (side note, I have packages from Sephora delivered every other week, this was not the first time and I’ve lived at the address for MONTHS) via app chatting.

    Debbie, informed me that UPS told Sephora that they couldn’t deliver my package because my name wasn’t on the mail directory. I said well that’s really odd because I was told my address was wrong, which it wasn’t. I also told Debbie that their response to Sephora was sus because they’ve never had an issue delivering to my unit before, biweekly deliveries, and that it doesn’t make sense for them to say that I’m not on the mail directory because we don’t have that at this complex nor do they deliver to the mail boxes, and my name is on my mailbox so if they did deliver to mailboxes they should have delivered it as my name is on the mailbox, literally, physically. Debbie just said that they have been notified that the package will be delivered the next day. However, on my end- when looking at UPS’ website, it still didn’t have a delivery time.

    I waited until Monday to call UPS, when there were humans I could speak with via phone. The first person told me that they could not deliver because I wasn’t on the mail directory, I told her exactly what I told Debbie at Sephora. She said, not to worry- that she has instructed the delivery driver to deliver the package to the address- I asked her why they couldn’t of just done that and she did not give me an answer other than I could pay to have a membership with UPS to text my driver for IRL updates- I said something along the lines of why would I pay to text the driver to deliver my package to the address it’s already slated to go to? That sounds like a crock of scam ma’am and hung up. About an hour goes by and I started to realize that I didn’t really understand why the package hadn’t been delivered- I was given one answer that was a lie and they told Sephora another answer which was a lie.

    I went to my apartment office and asked them if we did have a mail directory, they said no. I told them what was going on and they confirmed that UPS doesn’t have mail keys so they weren’t sure what UPS was saying. So I called UPS back (now I had the option to do a customer service survey after the phone call) and asked why the package hadn’t been delivered. I told her the reason I was given and the reason Sephora was given, I told her I went to the apartment office and they confirmed what I had already said.

    I was told by the new representative that the package wasn’t delivered because I had put in a new address request. I responded by saying that I only put the address change request in because y'all notified me that y'all couldn’t deliver it because “the address was wrong” so to recap- the only reason I “changed” the address which I didn’t, was because y'all said it was wrong. So can you tell me why it wasn’t delivered if it wasn’t the address? Because the address only came up after y'all “failed to deliver it”. She then went on to say that because of the change of address they’ll no longer be able to deliver it and that I needed to call Sephora to ask them to “kindly send my package” I said ma’am, Sephora doesn’t have the package y'all do- I was told an hour ago that y'all would be delivering it now your saying y'all don’t even have the box and I need to make Sephora send it?

    At this point, I was exhausted and busted out the Karen. I said “is there a manager I can speak to. I’d like to speak with a supervisor” and she said I’m putting a request in for you to speak with a manger. I said thanks and she waited for me to hang up. But I wanted to do the survey so I didn’t hang up- and she goes ma’am, you make hang up now, we are done. And I said, no I want to do the survey, you can hang up. And I did the survey. So now I’ve chatted with Sephora, my apartment complex and two different UPS employees- I decided to call Sephora this time around. I spoke with Melissa who listened to the whole story, without interrupting. She kept up with it all- and she said I’m not sure what UPS is doing, but let’s just check your address, and it was correct. I told her how UPS said I needed to call Sephora so they could deliver my package and she said that they don’t have it, which I already figured.

    While I was in the phone with Melissa, the UPS manager left a voicemail saying that they’ll attempt to deliver the package by the end of the day. He gave no reason as to the delay nor any explanation. The package was not delivered by the end of the day. I did however receive it the next day, and just to see, I glanced at the postage sticker. It had my address (which was correct) on it, and under that postage sticker was another postage sticker, the original one, I peeled it back only to see my correct address. So I have no idea why UPS couldn’t deliver my package. I have packages delivered weekly and from Sephora biweekly.

    I’ve been doing this for years and I’ve lived at this complex for almost half a year now. So this was random and sporadic. I’m happy it was delivered but the lying is just gross and filthy and unethical. If y'all couldn’t deliver the box, just say y'all ran out of time and it’ll be delivered tomorrow. But no, I was lied to and left not knowing the outcome of the delivery because everyone had a different response at UPS. I would like to note- this was a sold out item so I couldn’t have just re-ordered it.

    Paid for 2 day delivery from a company and they send package via UPS. 4:45pm tracking is updated saying they missed me and I have to go pick it up somewhere else tomorrow. It is not a signature required package. They must be lazy as h*ll. I hope that driver pooped his pants while running from a dog and still got bit. SMH.

    I have been waiting for 7 hours to sign for a UPS package and they keep changing the target delivery time. I took a morning off, then the full day and none of it was needed. If you or your customer requires a signature you should respect your customers enough to give a realistic time frame.

    I happened to find a "sorry we missed you" paper on the door I never use. It is clearly UPS and has the number I put into Google to get to here. I called the number. I got no less than 7 different companies computer tag system asking me to enter personal info. They were doctors, dentists, Walmart, Aflac etc..

    Ups is so badly managed. Friday package showed up with unknown import fee. Call on why the fee was twice the price of item. Talked to 5 people got no answer why fee was so high. Waited no delivery on Saturday, called 14 UPS reps Monday. No answers. PAID BLACK MAIL IMPORT FEE $29.39, Ebay item was $17.83. Truck showed today Monday after black mail fee was paid. Package now has disappeared, called Hub, got hung up on, then when they did answered, they still have no idea where my package is. Customer service is totally worthless. If you can talk to someone that understands English they just transfer me to someone else. Was forwarded to 9 different people and so called divisions that were not wanting to help me or straight out disrespectful. Even called local UPS store, no help, don't care what my problem was.

    The Hub in Edgerton. Had no idea why the fee was so high and told if the (black mail) fee isn't paid they would send the package back to Canada,on Monday. Its Monday they can't find my package after the Black mail was paid. Was it sent back to Canada? I will never use UPS for any reason ever. I am out over $69 for a $17.83 item. UPS AND EBAY ARE ROBBING AMERICAN CITIZENS.

    Worst experience with their services. Shipped through UPS Air Cargo as wanted to get medicines delivered urgently but it reached a day late. More than 24 hours late and they charged me 140 dollars for the same. I went to the store and requested to charge me for normal courier instead of air cargo. They said they can't do that because of the weather conditions and the weather was fine. So I sent mails to them expressing my concerns and haven't heard from them since. I have sent many things from other courier services and they have Never failed like this.

    I would give less than 1 star if possible. Here's what happens - they give a delivery date. then they post 'delivery between 9 am and 9 pm'. Then....delayed with no date or time for delivery. This is for signature packages. So after waiting for them for 12 hours, they reschedule. But they don't say what the new delivery date and time is. Restart. Who can wait 12 hours over and over again. It's ridiculous. Bad bad company.

    I wanted to use the counter for Amazon returns. There was no one waiting. I made it clear that I did not want to use the self serve. The female employee walked me over to the self serve and started “helping me”. I am not an idiot. I’ve done it several times all by myself. I had everything in order to just scan one right after the other. She starts pulling items out. I stopped her there and did it myself. In that time two other Amazon returns were taken at the counter. So then I had to return to the counter with my last item that wouldn’t fit in the bag. I hope they realize they are just showing they are really not needed.

    I never received a package. The person dropped it off at a random location. I was cent a confirmation that united puts service gave my 200 dollar package to those in need.     And this is my medication, an ordinary 1 kg package yet they still failed to do the needful. It’s obvious they don’t even understand the process of how packages move through customs, nor do they know the requirements. They can’t provide the basic information or guidance that both the shipper and the recipient need in order to do things correctly. They keep giving different stories, wasting my time, money, and energy. At this point, it just feels like they derive joy from seeing their customers frustrated and angry till the customer dies or be mad . A whooping failed company.

    The most useless company ever. I’ll drop all the voice notes from different agents to show the level of incompetence. My package has been delayed for 25 days, and yet the agents and the company still can’t provide the basic information needed to make things easier for the customer.     UPS keeps changing the delivery time for multiple hours apart. They changed the delivery time to a further and then tried to deliver at the original. It required signature so it could be delivered. The package was on the delivery truck today, but since the time extended to when I was available, I changed it to not requiring your signature to just drop it off at my front door. Although it wasn’t really much of a change in the package was already on its way that caused them to change the delivery date to tomorrow. It’s ridiculous to have services like Amazon that allow for this but other companies make it so much more difficult.

    UPS is the WORST delivery service! I had a package that required a signature so I went on UPS.com, signed up and paid $5.99 to have it sent to a UPS Store on Lamar in Arlington TX. Some random guy came in and handed them a piece of paper that said he was authorized to pick up my package and THEY GAVE IT TO HIM...NO ID...NO SIGNATURE...NOTHING! The UPS driver wouldn't leave my package at my house because it required a signature but the UPS Store just handed over my package to a stranger with NO PROBLEM. I called UPS Customer Service and they are worthless! They don't care about what happened and told me I cannot file a claim and my only option is to have the Sender file a claim.

Here is what UPS does...we all can get free 3-5 day shipping by just about everyone, everywhere but wait: If you pay $30.00 (actually $29.68) you can have it delivered in three (3) days. Period. Then we give them our money, we watch the tracking, seller got it out the same day as ordered, that's one hurdle out of the way. We watch our stuff travel across America until it arrives at our hub in our city. Wow, it just might happen! Whoa! Hold up! Your shipment has been delayed. Your shipment is now scheduled for "tomorrow". Wait! I paid for my shipment to be in my hand today. I'm going to call them...then we are fed the typical big business rubbish and no one can (will) help and it's just unfortunate (tragic) that we couldn't get your stuff to you in a timely manner (fail).

    The stuff we order would have been here tomorrow anyway if we had selected the free shipping but now they have our extra $30.00 as well because of mechanical breakdown. I have been told my stuff is going to be late three times in a row now due to mechanical breakdown. So, if everyone pays their $30 to have something delayed by at least one day, why are the trucks always breaking down? They are scamming us all out of our money for what? It sure isn't going to the ground transport fleet; I can tell you that! Call customer service. I dare you. There will be no help and they will make sure to be helpless in getting your rightfully deserved refund.

    For background, I ordered tubes for an amplifier with 3 days shipping on Monday. Seller got the order out on the same day. I needed these tubes by Thursday and paid the extra cost to have them on...wait for it...Thursday! UPS got this package all the way to the destination city and as usual in Tulsa, everyone is at UPS can't handle it. They delay it one day at least, every. Single. Time. Now they have my money and my sanity.

    The UPS insurance is a joke. It's just another revenue source for the organization. I package per UPS guidelines in 32lb/in crush test boxes using kraft paper, and packing tape. For my latest claim, they snapped a long boxes in half and then denied the claim stating packaging guidelines as the reason. I followed the packaging guidelines to the letter, but kraft paper and tape CANNOT protect a long thin item when the box is snapped in half. This latest claim is just one of many that UPS does not honor when they have destroyed a package in their processing system. And sadly there is no recourse. It's an unethical organization with terrible customer service.

    I am so frustrated for the delivery and customer service. I paid huge amount for express delivery, at the end it wasn’t sent directly to me for no reason. I have to go to an access point where I have to pick it up. I have provided the exact detailed address and I exactly don’t know why they can’t deliver it directly. It is extremely inconvenient!     Useless organization. Drivers do NOT listen to instructions telling them to leave at drop off store for pickup but did not. Expected to sit at home for at least 4 hours HOPING they will come as if you do not have anything better than to sit and wait on incompetence. You can only talk to a computer and not a live person to solve an issue but they want you to pay HIGH prices for almost no service. This was a overnight delivery but now into the 3rd day. I cannot say enough bad things in a calm nonverbal unangry way to express how dissatisfied manner without saying inappropriate things. If at all possible do not use these people.     I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with UPS — and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. Similar issues have happened multiple times over the last three years, and nothing seems to improve. This time, I received an SMS yesterday saying my package was ready for pickup. But when I contacted UPS, I was told the package had actually been delivered to the service point a week ago and was now gone because I “didn’t pick it up.”

    When I pointed out that I only received a message yesterday, they first tried to blame the sender for not including my number. But if that were true, how did they manage to send me an SMS at all? Their explanations kept contradicting themselves. They also said the delivery driver “could not enter the building,” but apparently, the driver cannot call customers because they “can’t use their personal phones.” So instead, packages just get marked as attempted without any real attempt to reach me.

    UPS now says they will send the package to another service point, but the entire situation has been confusing, time-consuming, and completely unnecessary. After several similar experiences over the last few years, my trust in UPS is extremely low. Clear communication, consistent procedures, and basic customer service should not be this difficult.

    I ordered a shirt online for a trip I have coming up. I paid $35 to have this shirt shipped with 2nd day air. It’s now the end of the second day and I have not gotten my package.     I spoke to a UPS rep about issue only to be given a telephone where you can never speak to a live representative. There is really nothing else to say. But that is my issue. I was speaking to a gentleman asking why it said that my package delivery failed. Gave him the tracking number and he told me to call another telephone number to speak to someone regarding my issue and there is never a time where you can speak to a live representative, which is really bull crap and then it tells you to try to leave a message for a survey after and I never even got a survey option. I now have made the decision to not only no longer ship with them, but make sure anything I order from a company is shipped from a different shipper.     Went into a UPS to ship a package on Sunday. I went in and the guy asked for the address, I gave it to him and he started typing it all in. I said I need this package to arrive no later than Wednesday mid-day. He interrupted me and said, the base will get it there by Tuesday, no later. I reiterated I needed the package to arrive by Tuesday, no later, as it’s for someone flying out of the country on Wednesday. Again, he reassured me and said I do not need to pay the extra for the expedited shipping because the base will get the package to the location by Tuesday. Today is Tuesday, lo and behold, the package is not arriving in time for the flight. Such a joke. I called UPS to inquire and they were absolutely useless and could not care less. I am so pissed off. I’ll be using USPS from now on, as UPS is more expensive and much LESS reliable than USPS.

    UPS is by far the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. Last week, I went to ship a very important manila envelope from California to Arizona. The customer service representative told me that sending it overnight wouldn’t make a difference — it would still arrive by Wednesday — so I agreed to send it via ground shipping. Well, my package never arrived. To this day, the tracking status still says “Label Created – UPS Awaiting Package,” which is completely false. I have the receipt, a copy of the shipping label, and even proof of the package itself.

    When I called the UPS Store in Glendale, CA, they told me they have video footage showing the driver picking up my package — but it was never scanned into the system. Now it’s been nothing but endless back-and-forth between the store and UPS about who’s responsible for filing the claim. I’ve spent over a week on the phone trying to get answers, and still, no resolution. This experience has been beyond frustrating. I will never ship through UPS again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so either.

    Time and time again, UPS is the only delivery service that will not deliver to my doorstep. They walk halfway and drop off in front of my garage door, where others can see and take. However, the real is issue is when you need a person at the door to accept the package. In my case, there needs to be someone 21 years or older... And that's fine. The issue is that they only deliver during work hours, Monday-Friday, 10 am to 5 pm. For a person who lives on their own and is working during these hours, this can be very challenging. In the past, after failed attempts, they would hold the package at their UPS Customer Center for several days, when I could drive and pick it up personally... Not great, but a viable solution. This time they now return to sender after 3 failed attempts, no longer holding onto the package. If I could choose, I would NEVER USE UPS AGAIN! I will not buy things that ship UPS EVER AGAIN.

Then I rode back to the UPS place where I sent it just a few hours before and they said it had to be 24 hours, but they would straighten it out. But when I called so that I can pick it up they wanted me to pay $5 dollars for me to pick up my own package. Are you kidding me. After I paid $52 dollars for overnight shipping and then I told them to just deliver it and in got an email stating it will be delivered Monday. Today is Friday then I got another email stating it will be delivered tomorrow which is Saturday. Now I just got another email saying it won't be delivered until Monday.     I sent a package from the UPS store and this is an address I’ve used before and all deliveries have been made. This package did not arrive and when I called they said it had been delivered when I called the UPS store and they told me too bad call UPS and file a claim so I called UPS. I’m on the phone for 40 minutes transfer twice and then the third woman Tells me that I cannot file a claim with them because I used the UPS store. I informed her that the UPS store already told me they won’t file a complaint that you guys have to. She didn’t care. She said the package was delivered so it was delivered to the front door of an apartment complex that takes packages at the office not the front door.

    So I called the UPS store back and the lady tells me that it was delivered and left at the front door and that it would do me no good to make a complaint because UPS will deny it because the driver said he left it at the front door. But whose front door did he leave it at and the lady from the UPS store said I should’ve had it assigned signature. Well what’s the point of using UPS if everything has to be signed for? I’ll just go use the mail. I’ll use FedEx so she basically told me she’s gonna file a complaint after going back-and-forth with her, but my complaint is going to be denied because the delivery driver said he delivered to the front door. Whose front door delivered to? I will never use the UPS store or ship anything UPS after this poor, poor customer service and horrible delivery service.

    Yes I will keep in mind "your guidelines" when filling out this review of your garbage service. Can you speak with a native English speaker? No. Check. Do you have to go through an automated voice assistant that can't understand the words "speak to a representative" ? Yes. Check. Have you already paid duties on high volume packages being shipped and when they get to the warehouse they try to charge you again for duties/tariffs? Yes. Check. So if UPS wants to follow the guidelines of basic business practices of doing what they are paid for then sure use them. Otherwise if you want your package to never arrive, be returned or even outright destroyed then UPS is the company for you. Garbage company filled with garbage people.

    It would appear that UPS has no interest in finding and delivering a package to me. I called "customer service" who told me to contact "customer service". No new phone number was given to me after requesting several times. I cannot reopen the claim and I cannot open a new one. The reason for closing the claim was I could not be contacted however, my phone shows no calls during the period mentioned by anyone.

    I responded to the email sent to me on 11/5/2025 at 1:53 pm. Of course the claim was closed prior to that. Bottom line, UPS is by far the bottom of the bucket when it comes to shipping. Somebody got $125 worth of car parts that they cannot use unless they have the same care as mine. I feel this company has no concern how to properly do business. I personally shipped UPS a small package and when it arrived, it was smashed and the contents ruined. It was food, BTW. I will never ship UPS again.

    Horrible experience with UPS starting here in Fredericksburg Va, we paid $130.00 on Monday 27 October to ship a dress and jewelry to my daughter in San Diego California for the upcoming Marine Corp Ball at Camp Pendleton. It was supposed to arrive on Friday 31 October, it is 6 November and it has not arrived nor can they find the shipment. The last know location is Richmond Va on the 28th of October. UPS has done little to nothing to assist us, we filed a claim but have gotten nothing back from their customer service nor the adjuster assigned to the case. I would never use ups again for anything important, one of their employees probably stole the shipment because it was valuable and insured.

    I live in an apartment building and cannot leave a delivered package outside, especially not one worth $1,000. The stated delivery time window came and went and then UPS added 6 hours, till 9pm, as the updated window for delivery. I am not going to be home but they said (online chat box) I could postpone the delivery, reschedule delivery or have it sent to another secure pick up spot. The problem is they want me to PAY to do that. So, UPS is late but the want me to pay to fix it. Now, I have to postpone my plans for the night and HOPE the package shows up by 9pm. This is why I NEVER use UPS. I'll just have to make sure my suppliers don't either. Ridiculous.

    There is a consistent issue with UPS as the shipper when ordering online. Amazon and others use UPS without knowledge, then UPS, instead of delivery on the first day, claims “The street number is incorrect,” though it is not and delays delivery. All attempts to correct the address with their CS is fruitless, most often the reps referring you back to Amazon or other sender. The other alternative offered is to pay to change the delivery, but that makes no sense since the address is correct. This has happened for the last 3 months, and our address is always clear and accurate on the shipping info and eventual package. On at least one occasion, a UPS truck is even caught on our doorbell camera delivering to the units just across the road a few feet away. Our address is one that if one plugs it into Maps app, directions guide right to our doorstep, so it makes no sense UPS cannot consistently make a delivery.

    I am a shipper and have a package sitting in UPS import Customs waiting to be cleared. Today is November 4 and the package arrived in the USA on September 19. I have called UPS multiple times and no one can help. They just give me excuses about clearance back ups. UPS told me last week they escalated this issue and that someone will call me back, but no one has actually done anything.     Our office, a law firm was waiting for a client's money order. After waiting half the day for this delivery, your employee (UPS) delivered the envelope and chose to leave it on a coffee table of the waiting room.     I had horrible experience with UPS out of which the most common issue is Delivery - it's been 4yrs in the United States, at times I had no choice to go with UPS where as other courier services were always on time, UPS Never deliver on Estimated Time - always I need to add buffer time as 1week being the least and 2 -3weeks maximum for the delivery of items.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with UPS and their call center representatives. I reached out for help regarding MY package, and the level of support I received was unacceptable. The agents I spoke with didn’t seem to listen to my questions or concerns and provided no meaningful help or solutions. Their delivery drivers don’t even make real attempts to deliver packages — It feels like they just mark items as “attempted delivery” without ever showing up. To make matters worse, I was given no option to pick up MY package at a nearby UPS Access Point, which would have easily solved the issue. FedEx, on the other hand, offers that convenience without any problem. I honestly don’t understand how other companies continue to use UPS given this level of poor performance, lack of flexibility, and unhelpful customer service. UPS seriously needs to improve its delivery reliability and customer support.

    I would like to thank my delivery driver Walter that always goes above and beyond to deliver our packages each and every day and even delivering packages at night. Tonight he arrived at my home at almost 8pm and greeted me and my dog Autumn with two packages and as always a dog biscuit for Autumn.     I loathe UPS. I won't order a product if they use UPS delivery. Delivery people make cursory delivery attempts in my experience here in North Denver. You can't communicate with the delivery person, they won't attempt to call you. Alternative delivery costs extra money. It would be better to just anticipate delivery at a UPS store if that were possible. Everything, and I mean everything I have ever ordered and shipped UPS has never gotten to me. I am furious.

    I shipped a laptop out of the Capitol Hill location on Broadway (store 4967). They shipped a cellphone instead. Then when I filed a claim they didn't even refund me for the laptop box THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHIP THE PHONE IN and they are sending me a check instead of crediting it back to my card. They demanded that the recipient ship the cellphone back, but I'm still out a laptop and the cost in labor, driving, and waiting isn't worth the $184 check they are sending me for the $120 shipment I paid for. UPS has always been the worst shipping service but store 4967 is the worst of the worst.

    Delivery Instructions. Dear UPS, Yes, this address is correct. It was correct last week when you said delivery would be 10/29. And again on 10/30. And 10/31. And 11/01. And now we’ve hit the classic UPS special: “We will update as soon as possible”… 8 days later. Meanwhile, FedEx drivers by like “Delivered. You’re welcome. Love you. Bye.” Amazon’s out here dropping packages like confetti. Heck, even the pizza guy could find us blindfolded, on a unicycle, holding a hot cheese pie.

    This house hasn’t moved. The address didn’t get shy. The fence didn’t suddenly develop teleportation powers. If the GPS gets confused again, don’t listen to her. She’s dramatic and clearly needs therapy. Just walk through the back fence and deliver to the door. No mystery quests. No side missions. No “Address unknown” plot twists. Let’s make today the day UPS completes the mission. I believe in you. Please don’t make me switch jerseys and start cheering for FedEx harder. Thank you kindly.

    I missed the delivery driver by a few seconds in Friday. Was told and tracking started would be delivered in Saturday 1 to 5 waited. Tracking updated to 8 to 1130. Waited Tracking. Updated to 9 pm. Check again. Now it will not be delivered until Monday. They have closed their local office and no way to contact driver or pickup package. 1800 number just hung up for no reason because I was inquiring if there is another alternative.     Worst Company out there!! Slow, Lazy, disrespectful drivers. Rude, moronic, useless customer service. Drivers that stomp across your lawn, deliver packages that look like they fell off the truck on the freeway and heaven forbid they come by when you aren't there if they need you to sign for your package. THEY WILL BREAK YOUR PURCHASES.

    They advise a time frame, they don't show up for that time frame, then the infantile driver roughly treats your package like they are trying to break it, tossing it like a tantrum child back into their vehicle. Probably upset that since you have to sign for your package that they can't steal it or drive off so that their buddy following them can take it. Very shady, incompetent drivers who show no respect to you nor your property and look like they are fresh out of prison.     UPS delivered a box of pet food to our address. On their site the driver posted delivered to house. The package was put on top of an empty garbage can at the end of the driveway. I tried to call UPS for customer support and was put on a waiting list for 50 minutes. I hung up after 10 minutes and went to their dock in Isanti MN. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. I was a Teamster and did delivery for 30 years. We were taught two rules for customer service. Rule number one, "the customer is always right". Rule number two, "when the customer is wrong remember rule number one". I am shocked what UPS has become now.

    I hate to say but these delivery drivers need to be laid off. Delivery drivers don't care, they just drop packages wherever except where they should be dropped and that is the correct address. This idiot driver dropped my package and took a picture and noted that it was delivered. I checked up and downstairs in my complex, no package. I don't know where this picture he/she took, showing package delivered. Maybe robots can do a better job!! I'm sure they'll know how to read numbers and Streets. Humans are having a problem accomplish this task. I'm pissed, I paid my money to Amazon and they trust these incompetent drivers to deliver your package to the right address.     UPS has horrible customer service. They lost my $200 package 3 weeks ago - they have it marked in my notifications as "We have your package" and it has a tracking number that they assigned to it. When I call customer service I get the run around through bots or very unhelpful and rude agents. One agent said they didn't have my package and when I explained that I was looking at the notification on their site stating that they do have it and it has a tracking number she hung up on me after I had spent 45 minutes working my way through the useless bots. On my second call 2 days later I waited on hold for a live agent and was sent directly to a survey while never getting an agent.

    They are dodging accountability and avoiding their responsibilities. They also don't have sufficient options for providing delivery instructions - I have a gate at my driveway with a box for deliveries, but they only offer options like porches, doors, garages, etc. with no option to select from their menu or type out "delivery box" or "gate" so they throw things on the ground or fail to deliver because they can't figure it out...even though I have signs! Their online and robotic communication system makes it clear they do not want to hear from customers - they think they have it all figured out and don't sincerely care when they are providing poor service. So I am typing it here, even if only for my own therapeutic benefit.

    This is in reference to tracking # **. Item order was placed with Amazon to be filled by third party. Tracking info showed item out for delivery by 9:00 p.m. on Saturday 10/25/2025. It never arrived. Next day, Sunday 10/26/2025, tracking info showed item to be delivered by 9:00 p.m. which I never believed because UPS does not typically deliver to residences on Sunday. Tracking info on Monday, 10/27/2025 showed item Delivered. It was Not delivered to my address but instead, delivered to a residence on our street. With foot work, I located the package. House numbers are Clearly noted on our residences. And, this was at 2:12 P.M. on a bright, sunny day. Terrible delivery service by drivers who Do Not care!!! Drivers should be required to take a photo to show Where item is delivered as does Amazon delivery.

    I have an Ebay store which I sent a package to the buyer using the Ebay shipping calculator as I've used thousands of times. I chose UPS with the cost of $89 to ship after measuring size and weight. I sent off and it did arrive without issue so I thought I was good. Ebay just sent me a $185 charge from UPS saying the shipping label was $274. I could've sent a item twice the size and weight without being close to $274 so obviously something logistical occurred.

    I've been on hold hours trying to resolve this issue and after speaking with someone I then get shifted back to an automated system. I tried to tell them multiple times that I would just like an explanation of what has occurred but they continue to lie to me with shifting my call to the automated system. I've been using UPS for years with my EBay store but this is a major untrustworthy deal breaker and the local UPS stores refuse to even look into what occurred. I never write negative reviews but after charging an unexplained $185 and sitting on the phone well over 3 hours I've been left with no choice. I've had shipping adjustments of a few dollars but $185 is criminal. Tracking number **.

    I have too many issues with UPS to count. Lifesaving medicine delivered to the wrong address TWICE when anyone with common sense would have realized the address was on a MAIN ROAD not a pothole-laden DRIVEWAY. Latest issue is paying $124 for next day air on 10/27/25 from West Virginia to get a master breaker so I can get the electric back on at my house. As of 7:29 pm 10/28/25, no breaker has been delivered and customer "service" told me to contact the shipper which was the FIRST thing I did. I will no longer do business with anyone who ships UPS. This company makes the USPS look like Miss America - winner all the way around. DO BETTER!!!!

    I ordered a part for my car from Napa auto parts because I was having problems with my car and the delivery was supposed to be between 1:15 and 4:15pm. So I get home from work and took apart my car in anticipation of the delivery. So that's all I had to do was slip it in and put the car back together. 4:15 comes and goes so I go on the tracking website to see what's going on and the website says it's in Miami and it been the since the day before at 9am was the last update which is 2 hours from my house. So I go to the AI assistant to see if I could get further information and I go around in circles talking to that thing.

    AI assistant is never helpful and can never take the place off a human! SO then I call the 1800 and it says 16 mins to a person I spend the next hour and nobody ever answered. I'm pissed by this point. UPS HAS TO BE THE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE EVER and the customer service is even worse! SO now I have to put my car back together without the parts. A big waste of time when I was trying to save time!!

    If I can give them 0 stars I would. Supposedly UPS attempted to deliver a package..Which I was home all day! No one knocked or rang the doorbell. When calling customer service I get someone from another country, trying to explain to me where the package will be delivered. It's being delivered to an access point before 9 pm. That access point closes at 8 pm..So I asked what it they attempt after 8 pm and they said it will take another 2 days to reroute for delivery! This is ridiculous. When I asked to file a complaint, they tried to say they were going to escalate the delivery..Then they said it will be there before 8 pm.     The UPS drivers not all but the ones I've had lie and say, "You wasn't home on my 1st attempt." I wasn't because my estimated delivery time was between 9-5 but they came at 8am which I was gone. The 2nd attempt I took off to stay home. Expected delivery 9am-9pm. Guess what? At 1:14 I get a text saying the driver tried to attempt delivery but the business was closed 👀👀. What business were you at? I don't stay at a business. I stay in an apartment. So NOW I have to wait until the next day😡. Called UPS rep, sat on hold 45 and still have to wait until tomorrow, pay 7.99 and wait 2 more days for the package to be dropped off at the closest UPS location. They need to retrain these drivers or mentor their route because these drivers will lie in a min.

    Don't use them. International shipments are messed up with error in duties, and no one will help you. Dealing currently with a shipment from Canada that is excluded from duties, yet UPS want duties for the item. Got it cleared with US Customs, no duties and UPS still want the duties, they will not hand over package without paying. DO NOT USE THEM!

    I went on a Disney vacation with my family, and we had gotten ornaments shipped to our home so they’d be there after our vacation. Except, they arrived early and the box was completely destroyed and ruined. The box had fragile written on the sides. That was completely ignored. It looked like someone had dropped-kicked the box or punched a hole in it. The tape was ripping off the box! Not even held on! I had gotten lucky, though that Disney packaged my ornaments well and none were broken, but UPS needs to take better care of packages they are delivering. This was completely unacceptable!

    Was notified about package in USPS so I went to collect. Apparently UPS did not deliver it to my house as it was addressed and as they have so many times before. They dropped it at post office with postage due. A small package that would have fit in my mail box but they charged extra to drop off at post office, forcing me to drive and pick up…but only after paying the postage of 8 dollars. How did they accept a package for delivery without shipping already paid? That is not the policy. Shipper pays before they pick up for delivery. So then dropping it off at the post office instead of my house (that they have delivered to for years) is easier and costs me an extra 8 dollars for a three dollar item?

    Hello, if I could give 0 stars, I would. 2 times in a row a had bad experience with UPS recently. I ordered one iPhone from T-Mobile and even though I put the address to be delivered to one of their ups stores next to my house because I am not at home between the hours they delivered. The driver, or ups ignored the new adress I requested and still attempted 3 times to delivered the package to my home address even though I put a new address. All this being done, the phone was returned to the sender. Days after, they finally read the message with the address changed and was too late. Second iPhone was ordered at the T-Mobile store, the customer service representative put the ups store address to be delivered there. I received an email that my package was delivered to the address, I went to pick it up and the store representative told me was not there and I need to call the ups center to locate the package.

    I called the ups center and we together verified the delivery address and was correct and I told her that my husband was there at 8:30 am first when they opened the store and was told was not there even though it showed was delivered there. I asked her to call the store from ups representative to ups representative and she said she doesn’t have the phone number ;)), and you can easily find it on Gzoogle, but apparently was too much for her to do. Waste of time.

    My husband went back again to the store, checking on t mobile app showing was delivered there so it must be there. On t mobile store stated the phone was delivered by a person named Mani or Many, which is his nickname ;))). Anyway, the store representative said that maybe it was delivered to the hotel reception since there is a hotel next door. My husband went there chasing the package ;)), when the ups store representative called me back and said to call my husband to return to the store because the package was found right at the front desk under some packages.

    Needless to say, these People are paid to create more chaos than to step in to help!! UPS, you need to re evaluate your business, service and people you hire because they just don’t want to work!!!! Again, all your excuses and apologies mean absolutely nothing to me !!! I spent 2 h me and my husband to chase the package when it should’ve been an easy fix if your employees would give a damn. All I can hope is that you guys go one day to the same experience and see how you feel!! Have a wonderful day

    UPS has failed many times to deliver my package to the right house. Last week I waited for a package for a whole 2 months; finally, they sent me a message that it would arrive Oct 14. It did, but to the wrong house. I paid a lot for this item, and UPS delivered it to the wrong house. I would like them to go get it back where they dropped it off.     Packages are always delayed. Had a package delivered at 10pm before! I paid extra to have 2 day shipping, only for the package to be delivered to the wrong address!     I'm starting to think that the P in UPS stands for Pretend. A driver came to our house, placed a sticker on the door and left. No attempt to actually deliver the package. Now I have to pick it up at a store. But wait, I can't pick it up tonight because the driver left the package in the truck so I will have to wait until he delivers it to the store.     Absolutely a joke of a company, falsely charged me incorrect VAT and DUTY, which is fraud! Package lost and arrived more than two weeks late, 18 phone calls, nobody could answer question so just hung up ! Once the item was eventually delivered (95kg) there was no means to get it off the UPS truck, we had to hire a forklift! No refund or compensation given! @UPS WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!     UPS was supposed to contact me to arrange a pickup which they didn't do. They set a return label outside my door, without informing me that it was there. The label is damaged. They want you to just "drop" it off at a location. They have no regards for someone who has disabilities and that just can't "drop" it off. They should have made an attempt to contact me. I don't have a printer and can't just print off a label. People are poor and printers are expensive. Again, not even caring about someone with disabilities and not being able to get to "somewhere" to print off a label. You need to be more accommodating to people with disabilities and you're not

    My experience with UPS has been a nightmare. I was informed my packages from India would arrive by July 7th, 2025. Instead, after multiple failed delivery attempts, they sent them back to India. On July 29th, I paid $945.24 expecting all four packages, but only received one. Two months later, UPS demanded $1704.24 each for two more packages, which I had already paid for. To make matters worse, customer service is impossible to reach with absurd wait times: 2 hours for international shipping, 1 hour for brokerage, and another hour for billing. Despite multiple attempts to file complaints, there has been no resolution. Box #3 remains missing, and this ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and costly. UPS has failed in both service and customer support. Avoid them if you can!

    07/02/2025: Shipper sent confirmation and tracking number (**) for four packages. By 07/07/2025: Expected delivery date.
    07/08/2025, 07/09/2025, 07/10/2025: Delivery attempts made. After three failed attempts, the shipment was returned to India.
    07/29/2025: UPS delivered one package (tracking number **) after I paid $945.24 for all four packages. I was told the other three packages would arrive soon.

    10/19/2025: UPS attempted to deliver two of the remaining three packages, demanding an additional payment of $1704.24 per package. I refused as I had already paid.

    Yesterday I had another terrible experience with UPS. I called them to see why they weren't dispatching properly and they told me the truck would arrive in 30 minutes, that happened at 2 pm. I waited and waited, then I called again via phone and they told me the same thing, that the truck would arrive soon. I continued waiting. Finally, I waited until 8:30 pm and they never came to do the job. Worse, today when I checked the tracking number, they said they were returning it to the sender. This is terrible. Not only that, customer service is incapable of solving a problem, they just deliberately lie.

    I have had nothing but bad experience with UPS. Today was no exception, tracking showed delivery between 945 and 1245. Well no surprise. That didn't happen. They said later and later all day. I used the follow your delivery map and they passed right past my road and took it back to their facility, I spent the whole day at home because they make no attempt to come inside my apartment building and toss packages into front lobby. Unfortunately there has been theft of packages here so I wait here when delivery is scheduled. After a hour on hold rep couldn't tell me why my package wasn't delivered and it drove past my stop. I didn't know it was being shipped ups till it had been sent. They truly are the worst shipper out there for customer service.

    I waited weeks for my phone to be delivered. They attempted delivery two times during the middle of the day (during a work week!) and my mom told them over the ring doorbell that we would be there the next day for the third attempt. On the tracker, it said it could be delivered the next day. More than halfway through that day, after making sure we were home, I get a delay notification and they never came! Then they tried the third attempt again the next day, same time as all the other days, besides the ONE we made sure we were home on. Now they are sending it back to the sender, not even having it at a pickup location. It’s been impossible to reach anyone- I was on hold for almost 2 hours (with it saying only 30 min wait) and no one at UPS store can apparently do anything about this. The driver never filled out any of the notices left. This is the absolute worst customer service and delivery experience I have ever had.

    I ordered a phone from Amazon, it arrived and had the wrong description, so I re-ordered and the same thing happened again. The folks at Amazon asked me to try a 3rd time to purchace an even more expensive phone. After putting out over $1600 in cash, I still didn't have a phone. The delivery window of this 3rd phone was 2pm-7pm tonight. I left work early today, to sit at home and wait for my phone, as I plan to be out of town for the week, starting in the morning. Around 6:11pm, I received a notice that a deliver attempt was made and they left. This was not the case. I called their customer support number, but no one was available and a callback was generated for 19 minutes. I drove all around town, looking for a UPS location, before they called back, then put me on hold for someone, another 15 minutes.

    After talking to a support person about the issue, I offered to meet the driver or wait for them to come back. She said she'd have to escalate the call to her supervisor. I was put on, what I thought, was a momentary hold. But no, wait time was stated to be over an hour, without any options. In the meantime, Amazon called me back. I asked them to file a stolen item report, but they stated it was probably just delayed. I pointed out that they lied about the delivery attempt, showed me a picture of the package by a car, with a licence plate that didn't match any of my vehicles. I stated, UPS cannot be trusted, please file a stolen items request immediately.

    We sent a package containing some paintings inside a giant box, impossible to lose. The package was sent from Wesley Chapel, FL to Louisville, KY. After contacting the UPS Store where the package was sent, which has been unsuccessful, we filed a complaint through the Overgoods Department since September 25th, and today we received a response stating that the package is missing. It's incredible that they refuse to accept that the package was stolen. We had insurance that was placed on the cost of the paintings, and now they don't even want to pay that much. If you have anything of value, never use UPS for shipping. Attached this one of the paintings lost. I put 1 star, but is 0 star.

    UPS is lazy. Every time they come to my house, they never knock, they leave my stuff at the wrong place. They need to come to the front door. This is how I lose packages.     For 3 years, I've been fighting delivery instructions not being followed by their casual drivers. My was Gulag driver does. When I saw one driver not follow the directions, he replied, "I don't have any!" I even appealed the the manager of the local center. Things were better for about months and then reverted to old behavior. Now, when I order online, I ask who the delivery service will be. If they respond UPS or USPS, I inform them I will not order unless they're someone else like FedEx who never fails. BEWARE!!!

    We had our local UPS store package and ship a piece of medical equipment from our Chiropractic Practice which required a new battery and update service. We insured this $5,000 detox unit for $1,000. The package and unit arrived damaged and the estimate to repair the damage is approximately $1,250. We filed a claim including pictures from the service department as instructed with the UPS store over 2 weeks ago and made multiple attempts to get the claim paid. The UPS claims department has made no attempt to contact us or the UPS store to initiate the claim process and pay the claim. Over several years I have shipped medical equipment for updates and repairs with both UPS and FedEx. Once before I had a piece of equipment damaged when I shipped with FedEx and they paid the claim within five days. I strongly recommend never sending anything of value with UPS!

    HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I sold an item on Ebay and printed a label on line. My sale price for the item was 650.00. When you do a label online UPS does not offer insurance. All you get is a minimal 100.00 coverage. The Postal Service (USPS) on the other hand offers ship cover insurance online when you do your label. The reason UPS does not offer insurance online is so they don't have to cover expensive items that they break because their personnel toss parcels around not caring if they break them. My parcel was very well packed and marked with RED Fragile stickers on all sides. The lazy handlers from UPS managed to break a 100 year old clock glass through mishandling the item. I am out 550.00 and UPS will do nothing about it.

    I had a similar incident happen around 15 years ago where they broke an expensive antique barber pole. Believe it or not they managed to break the cast iron bracket on the pole. For that item I had insurance which I got because I brought it to a UPS shipping site. At the time UPS tried not to pay the claim saying it was improperly packed which was a bunch of lies. After many calls I finally got them to pay the claim that I paid extra insurance on. Their customer service department sucks too. I WILL NEVER EVER TRUST THIS HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION TO SHIP ANOTHER ITEM. They don't care and they hire a bunch of lazy people to handle their parcels. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! Use the Postal Service or some other shipper. Avoid UPS (Brown Vehicles) at all costs!!!

    I ordered from a company and they shipped to the address I requested which as a company where they have receiving for people like me who do not want the package shipped to a rural address, I get a notice that the address I had it shipped to had moved and the package was being shipped back to the sender. I called and talked to UPS no service and then to their supervisor trying to get them to reroute the package back to the address they were supposed to deliver it to as it had not moved and had been there for years.     I can't even believe how poor my recent experience has been with UPS. They lost an important package I sent and, after waiting for over 30 min, transferred me to another group, who then kept me waiting another 35 minutes and then transferred me BACK into the automated system so I had to start over. After finally connecting with a human after 27 min of waiting, they transferred me to another company altogether (UPS Capital), which processes claims and offers the minimal reimbursement possible.     I would give a negative review if a could. On Oct 9, 2025 my package was "delivered" in such an unacceptable way. I had sent it through Purolator, requesting a signature on delivery. While it was with Purolator, everything was fine. Then it was shipped to the States. UPS took it from there. I tracked it. Letting the receiver know exactly when it was arriving. She stayed home all day. Waiting. No one came to the door. No one knocked. She complained it never arrived. It said it was delivered at 5:11pm. With a picture of the signature, a line through the signature spot. I knew that was not her signature. She confirmed it was NOT her signature, and she never received the package. It was after 8pm.

    She texted me back she found it in her front yard by the curb. She found it when she took her dog out for a pee. The driver just put his own line through the signature spot and tossed the package out of the truck, into her front yard. Which was unacceptable. I tried to contact UPS to resolve this. They would not admit anything was wrong. And would not help in the slightest. Again unacceptable.

    I believe UPS gets their drivers from Walmart! I have never had a good experience with them. This is the second time that they delivered my package at my neighbor's trash receptacle down the road! They will not let me speak to a supervisor on the phone and they have told me that someone would call me and they never have and I even went to the UPS store and demanded to speak to a supervisor and they would not let me. They told me to leave my name and number and someone would contact me and they didn't. A couple years ago during cold weather, a UPS driver tied my package in a tree up on a bank! I would never have known it was there other than my neighbor saw something up there and asked me if I was expecting a package. After about a week trying to contact UPS to speak to a supervisor, I spoke to someone who said he was a supervisor, (supposedly) but he just blamed it on me and would not even take a complaint about the driver.

    I would never ever use this company if I had a choice! When I order products, most of the time I don't know what service they are going to use. But there is one company that I always order from because they use FedEx. I've always had good experiences with FedEx and they have excellent drivers. They get my package right to my house without any problems. UPS absolutely sucks!! Their drivers don't know their ** from a hole in the ground!! Or maybe they just don't give a ** about anyone's packages. I don't know if it's going to help or not, but I'm going to contact the Attorney General's office to see what can be done about it. Maybe if everyone did the same, they would actually check into what the heck their drivers are doing, because they're not delivering packages.

    When it comes to service, it’s all upon the driver, the delivery guy or person just now I was sitting in my backyard and the UPS delivery guy comes to deliver a package to the rear building of this property. His name was David. Never in my life have I seen other UPS drivers do what David did. They would just leave the package in the front building front porch so I’m very pleased with this new delivery guy David. He says he’s a new driver for this location so I am very pleased that packages will be delivered to the back of the building instead of the front. Very pleased. Keep it up UPS.

    My package was sent form overseas and contained medications for chronic medical problems that my father required. The package was sent by a pharma store and had all the required documents. The package reached the Louisville UPS office in a 7 day time frame. However, the package never moved form there for over 2.5 weeks. I tried contacting UPS customer support and I was on hold for a minimum for 1 hr each time. After getting through the wait time, the representative informs me that the package has been cleared by FDA and was only requiring an updated invoice from the sender. Once I received the blank invoice form from the representative, I had my sender complete it and sent to the email address as specified.

    2 weeks after submitting, I had still not received any update. When I reached out after 2 weeks (providing enough time to process) the representative on phone informs me that the package has been marked as " Return to sender up on request" and held by customs!!! The whole process has been going on for >1 month and still not received medications, just to find out that the medicines will never come!!! Extremely poor communication from UPS and no clarity of required documents on their part has created this chaos and at the end no medications still!!! Worst service!!

    I have never been so utterly disgusted in my 66 years of life about a company as I am now. I paid $109 to have a package shipped overnight to get here. The next day two days later that package is sitting 15 minutes away from me. Not delivered and me having made four or five phone calls and been told different things by different people all of them wise I told them I would come pick it up in person. No one ever contacted me or called me and now my package will not be here until Monday. The company is losing out on $109 that I paid to have this delivered next day and they don’t even care 15 minutes away.

    I would’ve gone and picked it up and my package is still sitting there and it will literally be five days before I get it when it should’ve been the next day. I literally have no words, but UPS UPS is literally the worst company in the United States and after talking to many people now everybody tells me the same things. I only wish I would’ve known prior to doing this because the package not being here yesterday cost me money. Do not ever ever ever use UPS for delivery service.     UPS don't offer next day service if can't accomplish the task. I needed shipped next and UPS did not deliver but according to tracking my package is still at the UPS Store 6787 Covington Ga. So Friday morning at 10am I thought I had shipped 4 sets of tags to Maryland next day. The shipping was urgent and they promised delivery by noon Saturday for $125. Steep but it has to be done. As of Saturday, almost 5pm...nothing tracking still and suggests the package is still at the store...UPS corporate say they don't have it and no one knows where it and trying to get resolution is impossible.

    No one at UPS will take responsibility. UPS Store manager just dismiss the issue, corporate just distance themselves from the issue all together. Poor business model, poor processes, poor store management. Some places should close there doors this store is clearly one of them I never intentionally patron UPS or UPS store again. United States Postal Service is the way to go in the future.

    Package was to be delivered Thursday and driver said no delivery address which the last 3 drivers found and delivered at address. Called and someone called me back Thursday and said it would be delivered Friday, which was not. Called tracking and says at carrier facility at 6:06 am Friday. Called and have waited 45 minutes and hung up on. Called Saturday and waited on call over 30 minutes and hung up on again.

    UPS told me that Fashion Nova already had this information because I've sent it to them several times, and filed complaints against their fraudulent attempts! I have a voice recording from UPS where I had spoken with both a Ms **, and a Ms. ** who stated that they have also reached out to Fashion Nova concerning my items going missing during the shipping and how the boxes were damaged! I'm attaching proof in the form of message correspondence between UPS and myself once again. I spoke with Ms ** from UPS on October 3rd, 2025 at 8:41 a.m.

    UPS workers stole my packages, and my money needs to be refunded to me ASAP. Ms. ** admitted that my package was stolen by their UPS worker after they investigated the missing items.

    Stayed home all day because delivery was between 10a and 2:30pm then it changed to 5p, then 7:30, then 9p. At 8:51 the status was updated to delivery attempted but no driver ever showed up. Then if you call customer service, you can’t get anybody. This happens every single time I have a delivery with UPS. The absolute worst delivery service.

    They lost my package. They refused to compensate me. I spent a month of my time and countless hours on the phone. They wouldn't rewritten emails and wouldn't call back.     UPS is an absolutely horrible Shipping Company poor customer service, unreliable deliveries, zero information that they can give you. I had three packages due to arrive the same day, one arrived. One was damaged and could not be delivered. The third was lost. The damaged one was for my vehicle. The lost one was an item I can't even get replaced. I will never order from a company that ships via UPS ever again.

    I’ve ordered several times and the only orders I don’t get are the ones that are shipped through UPS. When I called, I was told they would look into it but it would take 7 to 10 business days. Everyone else can get my orders to me. I’m believing that someone there has sticky fingers. I can show them the invoice to where it was to be delivered, but the lady I spoke to said that that was not the right address that she had. But I have written proof in black-and-white. So if that’s not the address, why wouldn’t she give me the address so I can go pick up my package. Sounds to me like somebody is pocketing my goods.

    I am a small business owner and also work a full time job. It is extremely difficult to schedule packages for after work delivery. I used to be able and go and pick up my package but now the UPS centers are closed down. After 3rd attempt package is returned to sender. This is unreal. Am I supposed to take a day off from work and wait around for the delivery every single time? If I had my choice I would never use UPS. This company was once outstanding and now it's abysmal. I will go out of my way and pay extra to not use them.

    UPS offers really lousy customer service. First, they lost my package in the warehouse in my destination city. It took them a day to find it. Then, once found, they mis-delivered it to the wrong UPS Store where I receive all of my mail and packages. So now it will take yet ANOTHER day for it to get to ME. Which means, of course, yet another trip to MY UPS store. No apologies, no refund of the shipping cost, NO NOTHING. They shrug their shoulders and mumble “These things happen.” Lately I have been getting better service from USPS, which is sad commentary.

    UPS didn't deliver my package even though it was out for delivery all day today but they said they didn’t have the correct address even though THEY DID. I ordered one package and one of the items came way early by itself which had the exact same address but the rest of my package wouldn’t come because it says the address was wrong but it was all the same order. I had horrible time trying to speak to a real human.

    I was receiving documents from my a job that I recently left in the Fed. gov. and they tried 3 times, 3 days in a row to deliver, but it needs a signature. I wasn't home any of the 3 times, so it is being returned to the Sender. They wouldn't allow me to pick it up and sign for anywhere- it just goes back. VERY poor service. They said I will have to contact the Sender, it's the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and they are currently shut down! How the heck am I supposed to do that!! Have never had good experiences with UPS, including leaving packages in our driveway, leaving them in the rain even though we have a covered front porch AND a delivery box on the front porch. They just need to do better!

    Paid $70.92 for overnight delivery on 9/3/25 to NJ. It didn’t arrive until 9/5/25. When I called to complain, the supervisor blamed “severe weather” in Louisville, KY on 9/4. But tracking showed the package was already in Newark, NJ at 6:53 AM on 9/4 — so that excuse doesn’t hold up. UPS always seems to fall back on “severe weather” when they miss a delivery. Meanwhile, the recipient sent me an overnight package via FedEx for just $25, and it arrived on time. And to get a refund was a struggle. I will never do business with UPS again.

    How much more incompetent can people get? If people have a full address and list the letter of their apartment building, then THE LETTER IS THE APARTMENT BUILDING. IT SHOULD NOT BE UNDELIVERABLE. AT THE LEAST, why not leave the package in the mail room since none of ya'll seem to be able to find people's buildings anyway? Stop stealing and delaying people's packages. IT IS A CRIME.     I ordered a package from eBay and the seller dropped the package off in Tampa, Florida on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. This is per UPS status. UPS then marked the package 5 hours later as “arrived”. The package then sat for 48 hours without moving. The status called for a Wednesday delivery. At 8:15 p.m. on Monday the package left Tampa and arrived in Jacksonville at 12:09 a.m. Tuesday. It wasn’t until 10:42 a.m. on Tuesday that the package supposedly left Jacksonville. I had concerns because the package clearly sat around plenty long enough and there appeared to be absolutely zero urgency. I mean, the package was 850 miles away and was supposed to be delivered 24 hours later. I knew they were going to fail.

    Well here we are on Wednesday morning and now the status says that as of 2 a.m. there has been a…you guessed it…mechanical failure and now the actual package delivery date is yet to be determined. It appears that you can lie to people as part of your business model and keep on trucking. Or not. I knew when the package sat in Tampa for 48 hours that they were going to be unable to deliver. Now I have to sit and wait for them to pull their heads out. This was not a cheap item. This is the last straw with purchasing online. From now on if I can’t drive to a store and pick it up I don’t need it. I can’t continue to base my schedule around a failed business and I will never use this 1 star company again.

    We have a very nice UPS delivery man but I'm writing about the condition of my packages that come by ups. They're always very dirty and dusty and a few even looked like they were run over by the truck. Luckily nothing was ever broken. The packages that are loaded on the trucks need to be better taken care of. The public trusts the company to care for their packages and this shows no respect or consideration to the customer.

    I paid extra to have perishable items, seafood, delivered. My items have been on the truck, 20 minutes away from me, since 8:00 this morning, 6 hours so far.     UPS is GARBAGE! Absolute GARBAGE. They continuously lose packages. This is 4th package lost in a WEEK! This company needs to go bankrupt because they have no clue how to deliver and their customer service is ATROCIOUS! I am fed up with this company and I'm seriously at the point where I am now boycotting UPS.     I have been fighting with UPS since July. I've called multiple times to be on hold for over an hour before talking to someone. They have lost my package. An investigation has been opened and then they close it stating they couldn't reach me but never called. I had my local UPS distribution call me today trying to help me get my package returned so that I could finally receive a refund. I was on hold twice today for an hour and a half each to not even reach a person. I'd give zero stars if I could.

    UPS keeps delaying my delivery already for four days. It was send as an express overnight delivery and the first delivery notification was for last Friday midday then postponed to Friday until 9pm, then postponed to Saturday twice, then delayed to Monday midday and then delayed to Monday until 9pm. Still waiting for an express overnight from last Wednesday. If five days are considered express overnight from Texas e New York including nerve wracking postponement. I can only wish the UPS CEO had better information on their delivery patterns. PS I had the same experience with my previous UPS delivery driver who kept telling me I was an Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt what was NOT TRUE

    If you're considering shipping by UPS I strongly suggest you do USPS instead. I’m unsure why, when the weather is perfectly fine, it takes Ups more than five days to move a package that is two hours away.

    Had a 1/1 baseball card sent from Texas to Illinois. It is 8 days late. It was missorted by UPS and shipped to another city in Texas. Then it was sent to yet another city in Texas. Still sitting there after 1 week past delivery date and hasn't even left the state yet. No movement and I can't chat with a live agent and if I call, I stay on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes before I get a real person, then they tell me to wait longer and call back next week. Absolutely no help at all. This card can't be replaced. I can't go buy another one. I thought Dejoy's UPS was bad but UPS decided to one up them and go full regard. I will never ever use UPS again. Everything is always late and 1 out of every 4 packages never show up and just disappear. (Usually the most expensive items that are small). This has been a horrible experience. AGAIN.

    Seems like every shipping company is in a race to the bottom except FedEx. It's like UPS and USPS teamed up to make things as horrible as possible for their customers. Customer service and accountability do not exist anymore at UPS. Once they get your money, they feel their job is done and you can't ever talk to a real person when there is an actual problem. You are on your own to navigate their system where nobody answers the phone and nobody will help you.

    I was expecting to have shoes delivered by UPS today from HOKA. These shoes were to be worn at the "Southeast DC Pic Day." The shoes are a PERFECT match for the Alumni School colors of Anacostia High School, located in SE, DC. My outfit was designed to align with High School affiliation. Two minutes after receiving the email notification of delivery, I opened my door to NOTHING! I immediately went to the package tracker, only to see the confirmation picture of an empty UPS truck. Hoka and whomever else is using UPS as a shipper of products should cease all business!

    It is clear their business model and mission statement have changed. The last 3 shipments became the worst shipping experiences of all time. The 3 parcels were either lost, damaged or significantly delayed. Some communication merits a conversation with a human, since not all automated options are applicable. Yet it is almost impossible to reach a person. Reputable companies, please stop using UPS. It will negatively affect the customer of experience for your clients. When I learn that a company will be using UPS as the carrier it deters me from ordering.

    I shipped 2 golf clubs in 1 box. Dimensions were 48x6x6 costing $25 ground. After package was delivered I was charged an ADDITIONAL $50 stating there was an adjustment with the package dimensions to 49x7x7. The total cost was $75. To clarify I was charged $50 extra for them adding 1 inch. I have shipped multiple golf clubs with FedEx and have NEVER had the first problem. Let this be a lesson learned.
