    I am a shipper and have a package sitting in UPS import Customs waiting to be cleared. Today is November 4 and the package arrived in the USA on September 19. I have called UPS multiple times and no one can help. They just give me excuses about clearance back ups. UPS told me last week they escalated this issue and that someone will call me back, but no one has actually done anything. This is embarrassing to my company and also embarrassing to my customer as they are waiting for these parts to fix a machine. UPS is making us look bad but it is out of our control!

    UPS is the worst carrier in the industry. Customer service is non-existent and if you do get someone on the line after 30-45 minutes wait they are as useless as talking to the wall. Do yourself a favor and use any other carrier but UPS.

    Our office, a law firm was waiting for a client's money order. After waiting half the day for this delivery, your employee (UPS) delivered the envelope and chose to leave it on a coffee table of the waiting room. Never communicated to anyone at our office that he delivered it. Our office has a counter at the reception desk that has a bell to notify us, also they clearly could have left it there. Every other delivery person, US post office, Federal Express, Amazon, even other UPS have done this. The Tracking

    I had horrible experience with UPS out of which the most common issue is Delivery - it's been 4yrs in the United States, at times I had no choice to go with UPS where as other courier services were always on time, UPS Never deliver on Estimated Time - always I need to add buffer time as 1week being the least and 2 -3weeks maximum for the delivery of items.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with UPS and their call center representatives. I reached out for help regarding MY package, and the level of support I received was unacceptable. The agents I spoke with didn’t seem to listen to my questions or concerns and provided no meaningful help or solutions. Their delivery drivers don’t even make real attempts to deliver packages — It feels like they just mark items as “attempted delivery” without ever showing up. To make matters worse, I was given no option to pick up MY package at a nearby UPS Access Point, which would have easily solved the issue. FedEx, on the other hand, offers that convenience without any problem. I honestly don’t understand how other companies continue to use UPS given this level of poor performance, lack of flexibility, and unhelpful customer service. UPS seriously needs to improve its delivery reliability and customer support.

    I would like to thank my delivery driver Walter that always goes above and beyond to deliver our packages each and every day and even delivering packages at night. Tonight he arrived at my home at almost 8pm and greeted me and my dog Autumn with two packages and as always a dog biscuit for Autumn. He is her favorite delivery driver and she looks forward to seeing him. Walter is always kind and greets you with a smile no matter what. Thank you Walter for doing a wonderful job day after day!     I loathe UPS. I won't order a product if they use UPS delivery. Delivery people make cursory delivery attempts in my experience here in North Denver. You can't communicate with the delivery person, they won't attempt to call you. Alternative delivery costs extra money. It would be better to just anticipate delivery at a UPS store if that were possible. Everything, and I mean everything I have ever ordered and shipped UPS has never gotten to me. I am furious.

    I shipped a laptop out of the Capitol Hill location on Broadway (store 4967). They shipped a cellphone instead. Then when I filed a claim they didn't even refund me for the laptop box THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHIP THE PHONE IN and they are sending me a check instead of crediting it back to my card. They demanded that the recipient ship the cellphone back, but I'm still out a laptop and the cost in labor, driving, and waiting isn't worth the $184 check they are sending me for the $120 shipment I paid for. UPS has always been the worst shipping service but store 4967 is the worst of the worst.

    I watched the truck drive away and they are saying it was delivered. I got on the trash app and the AI assistant is horrible, keeps giving me Amazon number. I never ordered Amazon. It's from TikTok. Now the AI agent is saying my zipcode for the picture is not valid. How did they deliver it then.

    Paid for 2nd day air early for package delivery. Package arrive 3 days late. UPS will not refund your shipping for any package other than overnight delivery. Found this out after being on the phone for 1 1/2 hours with various robots and people who cannot speak English. They do not stand behind their deliveries.

    UPS are thieves via FRAUDULENT, UNLAWFUL falsification of added charges on their shipments. They'll literally CRUSH YOUR PACKAGE to make it bigger in inches, then what it originally was & paid for as such, so to CHARGE YOU WITH ACCESSIVE LENGTH, adding an ADDITONAL $90 to your Ground shipment that was quoted UNDER $10!! We intend to start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against these criminals! I HAVE ALL BLACK AND WHITE PROOF, IN WRITING via correspondence with UPS!

    Delivery Instructions. Dear UPS, Yes, this address is correct. It was correct last week when you said delivery would be 10/29. And again on 10/30. And 10/31. And 11/01. And now we’ve hit the classic UPS special: “We will update as soon as possible”… 8 days later. Meanwhile, FedEx drivers by like “Delivered. You’re welcome. Love you. Bye.” Amazon’s out here dropping packages like confetti. Heck, even the pizza guy could find us blindfolded, on a unicycle, holding a hot cheese pie.

    This house hasn’t moved. The address didn’t get shy. The fence didn’t suddenly develop teleportation powers. If the GPS gets confused again, don’t listen to her. She’s dramatic and clearly needs therapy. Just walk through the back fence and deliver to the door. No mystery quests. No side missions. No “Address unknown” plot twists. Let’s make today the day UPS completes the mission. I believe in you. Please don’t make me switch jerseys and start cheering for FedEx harder. Thank you kindly.

    I missed the delivery driver by a few seconds in Friday. Was told and tracking started would be delivered in Saturday 1 to 5 waited. Tracking updated to 8 to 1130. Waited Tracking. Updated to 9 pm. Check again. Now it will not be delivered until Monday. They have closed their local office and no way to contact driver or pickup package. 1800 number just hung up for no reason because I was inquiring if there is another alternative. Very terrible customer. I would rate 0 if I could.

    Worst Company out there!! Slow, Lazy, disrespectful drivers. Rude, moronic, useless customer service. Drivers that stomp across your lawn, deliver packages that look like they fell off the truck on the freeway and heaven forbid they come by when you aren't there if they need you to sign for your package. THEY WILL BREAK YOUR PURCHASES.

    They advise a time frame, they don't show up for that time frame, then the infantile driver roughly treats your package like they are trying to break it, tossing it like a tantrum child back into their vehicle. Probably upset that since you have to sign for your package that they can't steal it or drive off so that their buddy following them can take it. Very shady, incompetent drivers who show no respect to you nor your property and look like they are fresh out of prison. I had one driver of smelled heavily of weed, stomped across my yard, dropped a candy bar wrapper on my lawn, left it, slammed my package down hard on my porch, turned and spit on my steps

    UPS delivered a box of pet food to our address. On their site the driver posted delivered to house. The package was put on top of an empty garbage can at the end of the driveway. I tried to call UPS for customer support and was put on a waiting list for 50 minutes. I hung up after 10 minutes and went to their dock in Isanti MN. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. I was a Teamster and did delivery for 30 years. We were taught two rules for customer service. Rule number one, "the customer is always right". Rule number two, "when the customer is wrong remember rule number one". I am shocked what UPS has become now.

    I hate to say but these delivery drivers need to be laid off. Delivery drivers don't care, they just drop packages wherever except where they should be dropped and that is the correct address. This idiot driver dropped my package and took a picture and noted that it was delivered. I checked up and downstairs in my complex, no package. I don't know where this picture he/she took, showing package delivered. Maybe robots can do a better job!! I'm sure they'll know how to read numbers and Streets. Humans are having a problem accomplish this task. I'm pissed, I paid my money to Amazon and they trust these incompetent drivers to deliver your package to the right address. Hell, lay them all off and use postal service only.

    UPS has horrible customer service. They lost my $200 package 3 weeks ago - they have it marked in my notifications as "We have your package" and it has a tracking number that they assigned to it. When I call customer service I get the run around through bots or very unhelpful and rude agents. One agent said they didn't have my package and when I explained that I was looking at the notification on their site stating that they do have it and it has a tracking number she hung up on me after I had spent 45 minutes working my way through the useless bots. On my second call 2 days later I waited on hold for a live agent and was sent directly to a survey while never getting an agent.

    They are dodging accountability and avoiding their responsibilities. They also don't have sufficient options for providing delivery instructions - I have a gate at my driveway with a box for deliveries, but they only offer options like porches, doors, garages, etc. with no option to select from their menu or type out "delivery box" or "gate" so they throw things on the ground or fail to deliver because they can't figure it out...even though I have signs! Their online and robotic communication system makes it clear they do not want to hear from customers - they think they have it all figured out and don't sincerely care when they are providing poor service. So I am typing it here, even if only for my own therapeutic benefit.

    I hope people stop using UPS since they are complete incompetent idiots. They lost my package within 12 hours of taking possession. And now it has been weeks in trying to get them to provide a refund and reimburse for the lost items. I have filed with the BBB, numerous calls and complaints to UPS with no one 'authorized' to help. I will never do business with UPS again and hope more folks follow suit and stay away from this worthless company. Good luck talking to customer service with everything being outsourced to non-english speaking workers. Pathetic company!

    Your app has been telling me my package was out for delivery for the last 3 days and still have not received anything. All you do is update the delivery date every day and it says my package was scanned in a facility 15 minutes away from my location... Customer service was no help and no one can tell me where my package is especially after being overcharged for your crappy services.

    This is in reference to tracking # **. Item order was placed with Amazon to be filled by third party. Tracking info showed item out for delivery by 9:00 p.m. on Saturday 10/25/2025. It never arrived. Next day, Sunday 10/26/2025, tracking info showed item to be delivered by 9:00 p.m. which I never believed because UPS does not typically deliver to residences on Sunday. Tracking info on Monday, 10/27/2025 showed item Delivered. It was Not delivered to my address but instead, delivered to a residence on our street. With foot work, I located the package. House numbers are Clearly noted on our residences. And, this was at 2:12 P.M. on a bright, sunny day. Terrible delivery service by drivers who Do Not care!!! Drivers should be required to take a photo to show Where item is delivered as does Amazon delivery.

    I am unable to locate my Halloween costume within your facilities, despite having paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure its arrival before Halloween. Upon contacting customer service to inquire about its whereabouts, I was informed that the representative was unable to assist me. This has been a rather disappointing experience with UPS, as I received no resolution from the operator and encountered difficulties understanding the individual I spoke with. I will never use UPS again.

    Absolutely horrible. My bank sent me my cards twice and each time the driver kept saying that I’m no longer living in this address and I have no idea why he says that.     I ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday. It was suppose to come today. I received notification last night it was on it's way and today I get a notification that the delivery date is changed but no date given and when I tried tracking the package THAT both MACY'S AND UPS gave me it says the number isn't correct!!!     I have an Ebay store which I sent a package to the buyer using the Ebay shipping calculator as I've used thousands of times. I chose UPS with the cost of $89 to ship after measuring size and weight. I sent off and it did arrive without issue so I thought I was good. Ebay just sent me a $185 charge from UPS saying the shipping label was $274. I could've sent a item twice the size and weight without being close to $274 so obviously something logistical occurred.

    I've been on hold hours trying to resolve this issue and after speaking with someone I then get shifted back to an automated system. I tried to tell them multiple times that I would just like an explanation of what has occurred but they continue to lie to me with shifting my call to the automated system. I've been using UPS for years with my EBay store but this is a major untrustworthy deal breaker and the local UPS stores refuse to even look into what occurred. I never write negative reviews but after charging an unexplained $185 and sitting on the phone well over 3 hours I've been left with no choice. I've had shipping adjustments of a few dollars but $185 is criminal. Tracking number **.

    I have too many issues with UPS to count. Lifesaving medicine delivered to the wrong address TWICE when anyone with common sense would have realized the address was on a MAIN ROAD not a pothole-laden DRIVEWAY. Latest issue is paying $124 for next day air on 10/27/25 from West Virginia to get a master breaker so I can get the electric back on at my house. As of 7:29 pm 10/28/25, no breaker has been delivered and customer "service" told me to contact the shipper which was the FIRST thing I did. I will no longer do business with anyone who ships UPS. This company makes the USPS look like Miss America - winner all the way around. DO BETTER!!!!

    I ordered a part for my car from Napa auto parts because I was having problems with my car and the delivery was supposed to be between 1:15 and 4:15pm. So I get home from work and took apart my car in anticipation of the delivery. So that's all I had to do was slip it in and put the car back together. 4:15 comes and goes so I go on the tracking website to see what's going on and the website says it's in Miami and it been the since the day before at 9am was the last update which is 2 hours from my house. So I go to the AI assistant to see if I could get further information and I go around in circles talking to that thing.

    AI assistant is never helpful and can never take the place off a human! SO then I call the 1800 and it says 16 mins to a person I spend the next hour and nobody ever answered. I'm pissed by this point. UPS HAS TO BE THE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE EVER and the customer service is even worse! SO now I have to put my car back together without the parts. A big waste of time when I was trying to save time!!

    If I can give them 0 stars I would. Supposedly UPS attempted to deliver a package..Which I was home all day! No one knocked or rang the doorbell. When calling customer service I get someone from another country, trying to explain to me where the package will be delivered. It's being delivered to an access point before 9 pm. That access point closes at 8 pm..So I asked what it they attempt after 8 pm and they said it will take another 2 days to reroute for delivery! This is ridiculous. When I asked to file a complaint, they tried to say they were going to escalate the delivery..Then they said it will be there before 8 pm. So now I have to wait all day and chase them around for a package. Get it together UPS, YOUR SERVICE IS THE WORSE AND SO IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE that I can never understand a word they are saying. I don't know how they stay in business. Don't use UPS for nothing! Worse delivery/customer service EVER.

    The UPS drivers not all but the ones I've had lie and say, "You wasn't home on my 1st attempt." I wasn't because my estimated delivery time was between 9-5 but they came at 8am which I was gone. The 2nd attempt I took off to stay home. Expected delivery 9am-9pm. Guess what? At 1:14 I get a text saying the driver tried to attempt delivery but the business was closed 👀👀. What business were you at? I don't stay at a business. I stay in an apartment. So NOW I have to wait until the next day😡. Called UPS rep, sat on hold 45 and still have to wait until tomorrow, pay 7.99 and wait 2 more days for the package to be dropped off at the closest UPS location. They need to retrain these drivers or mentor their route because these drivers will lie in a min.

    On my package description I made sure to put that the package should be put in a box by the side door. Whoever delivered it put it on the front porch where my neighbor's dogs got it and tore it up. The delivery driver didn’t listen to my instructions and now my package is in pieces.

    I been waiting on a package for several days. They stated my address was incorrect, but my son gets stuff delivered weekly. Then once they do deliver, it's the wrong house that I have no idea what house. I mean it's not that hard to put it in a GPS. Then you a virtual assistant when you need to complain. UPS is horrible.

    Don't use them. International shipments are messed up with error in duties, and no one will help you. Dealing currently with a shipment from Canada that is excluded from duties, yet UPS want duties for the item. Got it cleared with US Customs, no duties and UPS still want the duties, they will not hand over package without paying. DO NOT USE THEM!

    I went on a Disney vacation with my family, and we had gotten ornaments shipped to our home so they’d be there after our vacation. Except, they arrived early and the box was completely destroyed and ruined. The box had fragile written on the sides. That was completely ignored. It looked like someone had dropped-kicked the box or punched a hole in it. The tape was ripping off the box! Not even held on! I had gotten lucky, though that Disney packaged my ornaments well and none were broken, but UPS needs to take better care of packages they are delivering. This was completely unacceptable!

    Was notified about package in USPS so I went to collect. Apparently UPS did not deliver it to my house as it was addressed and as they have so many times before. They dropped it at post office with postage due. A small package that would have fit in my mail box but they charged extra to drop off at post office, forcing me to drive and pick up…but only after paying the postage of 8 dollars. How did they accept a package for delivery without shipping already paid? That is not the policy. Shipper pays before they pick up for delivery. So then dropping it off at the post office instead of my house (that they have delivered to for years) is easier and costs me an extra 8 dollars for a three dollar item?

    Hello, if I could give 0 stars, I would. 2 times in a row a had bad experience with UPS recently. I ordered one iPhone from T-Mobile and even though I put the address to be delivered to one of their ups stores next to my house because I am not at home between the hours they delivered. The driver, or ups ignored the new adress I requested and still attempted 3 times to delivered the package to my home address even though I put a new address. All this being done, the phone was returned to the sender. Days after, they finally read the message with the address changed and was too late. Second iPhone was ordered at the T-Mobile store, the customer service representative put the ups store address to be delivered there. I received an email that my package was delivered to the address, I went to pick it up and the store representative told me was not there and I need to call the ups center to locate the package.

    I called the ups center and we together verified the delivery address and was correct and I told her that my husband was there at 8:30 am first when they opened the store and was told was not there even though it showed was delivered there. I asked her to call the store from ups representative to ups representative and she said she doesn’t have the phone number ;)), and you can easily find it on Gzoogle, but apparently was too much for her to do. Waste of time.

    My husband went back again to the store, checking on t mobile app showing was delivered there so it must be there. On t mobile store stated the phone was delivered by a person named Mani or Many, which is his nickname ;))). Anyway, the store representative said that maybe it was delivered to the hotel reception since there is a hotel next door. My husband went there chasing the package ;)), when the ups store representative called me back and said to call my husband to return to the store because the package was found right at the front desk under some packages.

    Needless to say, these People are paid to create more chaos than to step in to help!! UPS, you need to re evaluate your business, service and people you hire because they just don’t want to work!!!! Again, all your excuses and apologies mean absolutely nothing to me !!! I spent 2 h me and my husband to chase the package when it should’ve been an easy fix if your employees would give a damn.     UPS has failed many times to deliver my package to the right house. Last week I waited for a package for a whole 2 months; finally, they sent me a message that it would arrive Oct 14. It did, but to the wrong house. I paid a lot for this item, and UPS delivered it to the wrong house. I would like them to go get it back where they dropped it off.     Packages are always delayed. Had a package delivered at 10pm before! I paid extra to have 2 day shipping, only for the package to be delivered to the wrong address!     I'm starting to think that the P in UPS stands for Pretend. A driver came to our house, placed a sticker on the door and left. No attempt to actually deliver the package. Now I have to pick it up at a store. But wait, I can't pick it up tonight because the driver left the package in the truck so I will have to wait until he delivers it to the store.     Absolutely a joke of a company, falsely charged me incorrect VAT and DUTY, which is fraud! Package lost and arrived more than two weeks late, 18 phone calls, nobody could answer question so just hung up ! Once the item was eventually delivered (95kg) there was no means to get it off the UPS truck, we had to hire a forklift! No refund or compensation given! @UPS WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!     UPS was supposed to contact me to arrange a pickup which they didn't do. They set a return label outside my door, without informing me that it was there. The label is damaged. They want you to just "drop" it off at a location. They have no regards for someone who has disabilities and that just can't "drop" it off. They should have made an attempt to contact me. I don't have a printer and can't just print off a label. People are poor and printers are expensive. Again, not even caring about someone with disabilities and not being able to get to "somewhere" to print off a label. You need to be more accommodating to people with disabilities and you're not

    My experience with UPS has been a nightmare. I was informed my packages from India would arrive by July 7th, 2025. Instead, after multiple failed delivery attempts, they sent them back to India. On July 29th, I paid $945.24 expecting all four packages, but only received one. Two months later, UPS demanded $1704.24 each for two more packages, which I had already paid for. To make matters worse, customer service is impossible to reach with absurd wait times: 2 hours for international shipping, 1 hour for brokerage, and another hour for billing. Despite multiple attempts to file complaints, there has been no resolution. Box #3 remains missing, and this ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and costly. UPS has failed in both service and customer support. Avoid them if you can!

    07/02/2025: Shipper sent confirmation and tracking number (**) for four packages. By 07/07/2025: Expected delivery date.
    07/08/2025, 07/09/2025, 07/10/2025: Delivery attempts made. After three failed attempts, the shipment was returned to India.
    07/29/2025: UPS delivered one package (tracking number **) after I paid $945.24 for all four packages. I was told the other three packages would arrive soon.

    10/19/2025: UPS attempted to deliver two of the remaining three packages, demanding an additional payment of $1704.24 per package. I refused as I had already paid.

    Yesterday I had another terrible experience with UPS. I called them to see why they weren't dispatching properly and they told me the truck would arrive in 30 minutes, that happened at 2 pm. I waited and waited, then I called again via phone and they told me the same thing, that the truck would arrive soon. I continued waiting. Finally, I waited until 8:30 pm and they never came to do the job. Worse, today when I checked the tracking number, they said they were returning it to the sender. This is terrible. Not only that, customer service is incapable of solving a problem, they just deliberately lie.

    I have had nothing but bad experience with UPS. Today was no exception, tracking showed delivery between 945 and 1245. Well no surprise. That didn't happen. They said later and later all day. I used the follow your delivery map and they passed right past my road and took it back to their facility, I spent the whole day at home because they make no attempt to come inside my apartment building and toss packages into front lobby. Unfortunately there has been theft of packages here so I wait here when delivery is scheduled. After a hour on hold rep couldn't tell me why my package wasn't delivered and it drove past my stop. I didn't know it was being shipped ups till it had been sent. They truly are the worst shipper out there for customer service.

    I waited weeks for my phone to be delivered. They attempted delivery two times during the middle of the day (during a work week!) and my mom told them over the ring doorbell that we would be there the next day for the third attempt. On the tracker, it said it could be delivered the next day. More than halfway through that day, after making sure we were home, I get a delay notification and they never came! Then they tried the third attempt again the next day, same time as all the other days, besides the ONE we made sure we were home on. Now they are sending it back to the sender, not even having it at a pickup location. It’s been impossible to reach anyone- I was on hold for almost 2 hours (with it saying only 30 min wait) and no one at UPS store can apparently do anything about this. The driver never filled out any of the notices left. This is the absolute worst customer service and delivery experience I have ever had.

    I ordered a phone from Amazon, it arrived and had the wrong description, so I re-ordered and the same thing happened again. The folks at Amazon asked me to try a 3rd time to purchace an even more expensive phone. After putting out over $1600 in cash, I still didn't have a phone. The delivery window of this 3rd phone was 2pm-7pm tonight. I left work early today, to sit at home and wait for my phone, as I plan to be out of town for the week, starting in the morning. Around 6:11pm, I received a notice that a deliver attempt was made and they left. This was not the case. I called their customer support number, but no one was available and a callback was generated for 19 minutes. I drove all around town, looking for a UPS location, before they called back, then put me on hold for someone, another 15 minutes.

    After talking to a support person about the issue, I offered to meet the driver or wait for them to come back. She said she'd have to escalate the call to her supervisor. I was put on, what I thought, was a momentary hold. But no, wait time was stated to be over an hour, without any options. In the meantime, Amazon called me back. I asked them to file a stolen item report, but they stated it was probably just delayed. I pointed out that they lied about the delivery attempt, showed me a picture of the package by a car, with a licence plate that didn't match any of my vehicles. I stated, UPS cannot be trusted, please file a stolen items request immediately.

    We sent a package containing some paintings inside a giant box, impossible to lose. The package was sent from Wesley Chapel, FL to Louisville, KY. After contacting the UPS Store where the package was sent, which has been unsuccessful, we filed a complaint through the Overgoods Department since September 25th, and today we received a response stating that the package is missing. It's incredible that they refuse to accept that the package was stolen. We had insurance that was placed on the cost of the paintings, and now they don't even want to pay that much. If you have anything of value, never use UPS for shipping. Attached this one of the paintings lost. I put 1 star, but is 0 star.

    UPS is lazy. Every time they come to my house, they never knock, they leave my stuff at the wrong place. They need to come to the front door. This is how I lose packages.     For 3 years, I've been fighting delivery instructions not being followed by their casual drivers. My was Gulag driver does. When I saw one driver not follow the directions, he replied, "I don't have any!" I even appealed the the manager of the local center. Things were better for about months and then reverted to old behavior. Now, when I order online, I ask who the delivery service will be. If they respond UPS or USPS, I inform them I will not order unless they're someone else like FedEx who never fails. BEWARE!!!

    We had our local UPS store package and ship a piece of medical equipment from our Chiropractic Practice which required a new battery and update service. We insured this $5,000 detox unit for $1,000. The package and unit arrived damaged and the estimate to repair the damage is approximately $1,250. We filed a claim including pictures from the service department as instructed with the UPS store over 2 weeks ago and made multiple attempts to get the claim paid. The UPS claims department has made no attempt to contact us or the UPS store to initiate the claim process and pay the claim. Over several years I have shipped medical equipment for updates and repairs with both UPS and FedEx. Once before I had a piece of equipment damaged when I shipped with FedEx and they paid the claim within five days. I strongly recommend never sending anything of value with UPS!

    HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I sold an item on Ebay and printed a label on line. My sale price for the item was 650.00. When you do a label online UPS does not offer insurance. All you get is a minimal 100.00 coverage. The Postal Service (USPS) on the other hand offers ship cover insurance online when you do your label. The reason UPS does not offer insurance online is so they don't have to cover expensive items that they break because their personnel toss parcels around not caring if they break them. My parcel was very well packed and marked with RED Fragile stickers on all sides. The lazy handlers from UPS managed to break a 100 year old clock glass through mishandling the item. I am out 550.00 and UPS will do nothing about it.

    I had a similar incident happen around 15 years ago where they broke an expensive antique barber pole. Believe it or not they managed to break the cast iron bracket on the pole. For that item I had insurance which I got because I brought it to a UPS shipping site. At the time UPS tried not to pay the claim saying it was improperly packed which was a bunch of lies. After many calls I finally got them to pay the claim that I paid extra insurance on. Their customer service department sucks too. I WILL NEVER EVER TRUST THIS HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION TO SHIP ANOTHER ITEM. They don't care and they hire a bunch of lazy people to handle their parcels. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! Use the Postal Service or some other shipper. Avoid UPS (Brown Vehicles) at all costs!!!

    I ordered from a company and they shipped to the address I requested which as a company where they have receiving for people like me who do not want the package shipped to a rural address, I get a notice that the address I had it shipped to had moved and the package was being shipped back to the sender. I called and talked to UPS no service and then to their supervisor trying to get them to reroute the package back to the address they were supposed to deliver it to as it had not moved and had been there for years. They lost an important package I sent and, after waiting for over 30 min, transferred me to another group, who then kept me waiting another 35 minutes and then transferred me BACK into the automated system so I had to start over. After finally connecting with a human after 27 min of waiting, they transferred me to another company altogether (UPS Capital), which processes claims and offers the minimal reimbursement possible.     I would give a negative review if a could. On Oct 9, 2025 my package was "delivered" in such an unacceptable way. I had sent it through Purolator, requesting a signature on delivery. While it was with Purolator, everything was fine. Then it was shipped to the States. UPS took it from there. I tracked it. Letting the receiver know exactly when it was arriving. She stayed home all day. Waiting. No one came to the door. No one knocked. She complained it never arrived. It said it was delivered at 5:11pm. With a picture of the signature, a line through the signature spot. I knew that was not her signature. She confirmed it was NOT her signature, and she never received the package. It was after 8pm.

    She texted me back she found it in her front yard by the curb. She found it when she took her dog out for a pee. The driver just put his own line through the signature spot and tossed the package out of the truck, into her front yard. Which was unacceptable. I tried to contact UPS to resolve this. They would not admit anything was wrong. And would not help in the slightest. Again unacceptable.

    I believe UPS gets their drivers from Walmart! I have never had a good experience with them. This is the second time that they delivered my package at my neighbor's trash receptacle down the road! They will not let me speak to a supervisor on the phone and they have told me that someone would call me and they never have and I even went to the UPS store and demanded to speak to a supervisor and they would not let me. They told me to leave my name and number and someone would contact me and they didn't. A couple years ago during cold weather, a UPS driver tied my package in a tree up on a bank! I would never have known it was there other than my neighbor saw something up there and asked me if I was expecting a package. After about a week trying to contact UPS to speak to a supervisor, I spoke to someone who said he was a supervisor, (supposedly) but he just blamed it on me and would not even take a complaint about the driver.

    I would never ever use this company if I had a choice! When I order products, most of the time I don't know what service they are going to use. But there is one company that I always order from because they use FedEx. I've always had good experiences with FedEx and they have excellent drivers. They get my package right to my house without any problems. UPS absolutely sucks!! Their drivers don't know their ** from a hole in the ground!! Or maybe they just don't give a ** about anyone's packages. I don't know if it's going to help or not, but I'm going to contact the Attorney General's office to see what can be done about it. Maybe if everyone did the same, they would actually check into what the heck their drivers are doing, because they're not delivering packages.

    When it comes to service, it’s all upon the driver, the delivery guy or person just now I was sitting in my backyard and the UPS delivery guy comes to deliver a package to the rear building of this property. His name was David. Never in my life have I seen other UPS drivers do what David did. They would just leave the package in the front building front porch so I’m very pleased with this new delivery guy David. He says he’s a new driver for this location so I am very pleased that packages will be delivered to the back of the building instead of the front. Very pleased. Keep it up UPS.

    My package was sent form overseas and contained medications for chronic medical problems that my father required. The package was sent by a pharma store and had all the required documents. The package reached the Louisville UPS office in a 7 day time frame. However, the package never moved form there for over 2.5 weeks. I tried contacting UPS customer support and I was on hold for a minimum for 1 hr each time. After getting through the wait time, the representative informs me that the package has been cleared by FDA and was only requiring an updated invoice from the sender. Once I received the blank invoice form from the representative, I had my sender complete it and sent to the email address as specified.

    2 weeks after submitting, I had still not received any update. When I reached out after 2 weeks (providing enough time to process) the representative on phone informs me that the package has been marked as " Return to sender up on request" and held by customs!!! The whole process has been going on for >1 month and still not received medications, just to find out that the medicines will never come!!! Extremely poor communication from UPS and no clarity of required documents on their part has created this chaos and at the end no medications still!!! Worst service!!

    I have never been so utterly disgusted in my 66 years of life about a company as I am now. I paid $109 to have a package shipped overnight to get here. The next day two days later that package is sitting 15 minutes away from me. Not delivered and me having made four or five phone calls and been told different things by different people all of them wise I told them I would come pick it up in person. No one ever contacted me or called me and now my package will not be here until Monday. The company is losing out on $109 that I paid to have this delivered next day and they don’t even care 15 minutes away.

    I would’ve gone and picked it up and my package is still sitting there and it will literally be five days before I get it when it should’ve been the next day. I literally have no words, but UPS UPS is literally the worst company in the United States and after talking to many people now everybody tells me the same things. I only wish I would’ve known prior to doing this because the package not being here yesterday cost me money. Do not ever ever ever use UPS for delivery service. I will tell every person that I run across my story now and hopefully cost them a lot of money because they are disgustingly pathetic.

    UPS don't offer next day service if can't accomplish the task. I needed shipped next and UPS did not deliver but according to tracking my package is still at the UPS Store 6787 Covington Ga. So Friday morning at 10am I thought I had shipped 4 sets of tags to Maryland next day. The shipping was urgent and they promised delivery by noon Saturday for $125. Steep but it has to be done. As of Saturday, almost 5pm...nothing tracking still and suggests the package is still at the store...UPS corporate say they don't have it and no one knows where it and trying to get resolution is impossible.

    No one at UPS will take responsibility. UPS Store manager just dismiss the issue, corporate just distance themselves from the issue all together. Poor business model, poor processes, poor store management. Some places should close there doors this store is clearly one of them I never intentionally patron UPS or UPS store again. United States Postal Service is the way to go in the future.

    Package was to be delivered Thursday and driver said no delivery address which the last 3 drivers found and delivered at address. Called and someone called me back Thursday and said it would be delivered Friday, which was not. Called tracking and says at carrier facility at 6:06 am Friday. Called and have waited 45 minutes and hung up on. Called Saturday and waited on call over 30 minutes and hung up on again.

    UPS told me that Fashion Nova already had this information because I've sent it to them several times, and filed complaints against their fraudulent attempts! I have a voice recording from UPS where I had spoken with both a Ms **, and a Ms. ** who stated that they have also reached out to Fashion Nova concerning my items going missing during the shipping and how the boxes were damaged! I'm attaching proof in the form of message correspondence between UPS and myself once again. I spoke with Ms ** from UPS on October 3rd, 2025 at 8:41 a.m.

    UPS workers stole my packages, and my money needs to be refunded to me ASAP. Ms. ** admitted that my package was stolen by their UPS worker after they investigated the missing items.

    Stayed home all day because delivery was between 10a and 2:30pm then it changed to 5p, then 7:30, then 9p. At 8:51 the status was updated to delivery attempted but no driver ever showed up. Then if you call customer service, you can’t get anybody. This happens every single time I have a delivery with UPS. The absolute worst delivery service.

    They lost my package. They refused to compensate me. I spent a month of my time and countless hours on the phone. They wouldn't rewritten emails and wouldn't call back.     UPS is an absolutely horrible Shipping Company poor customer service, unreliable deliveries, zero information that they can give you. I had three packages due to arrive the same day, one arrived. One was damaged and could not be delivered. The third was lost. The damaged one was for my vehicle. The lost one was an item I can't even get replaced. I will never order from a company that ships via UPS ever again.

    I’ve ordered several times and the only orders I don’t get are the ones that are shipped through UPS. When I called, I was told they would look into it but it would take 7 to 10 business days. Everyone else can get my orders to me. I’m believing that someone there has sticky fingers. I can show them the invoice to where it was to be delivered, but the lady I spoke to said that that was not the right address that she had. But I have written proof in black-and-white. So if that’s not the address, why wouldn’t she give me the address so I can go pick up my package. Sounds to me like somebody is pocketing my goods.

    I am a small business owner and also work a full time job. It is extremely difficult to schedule packages for after work delivery. I used to be able and go and pick up my package but now the UPS centers are closed down. After 3rd attempt package is returned to sender. This is unreal. Am I supposed to take a day off from work and wait around for the delivery every single time? If I had my choice I would never use UPS. This company was once outstanding and now it's abysmal. I will go out of my way and pay extra to not use them.

    UPS offers really lousy customer service. First, they lost my package in the warehouse in my destination city. It took them a day to find it. Then, once found, they mis-delivered it to the wrong UPS Store where I receive all of my mail and packages. So now it will take yet ANOTHER day for it to get to ME. Which means, of course, yet another trip to MY UPS store. No apologies, no refund of the shipping cost, NO NOTHING. They shrug their shoulders and mumble “These things happen.” Lately I have been getting better service from USPS, which is sad commentary.

    UPS didn't deliver my package even though it was out for delivery all day today but they said they didn’t have the correct address even though THEY DID. I ordered one package and one of the items came way early by itself which had the exact same address but the rest of my package wouldn’t come because it says the address was wrong but it was all the same order.     I was receiving documents from my a job that I recently left in the Fed. gov. and they tried 3 times, 3 days in a row to deliver, but it needs a signature. I wasn't home any of the 3 times, so it is being returned to the Sender. They wouldn't allow me to pick it up and sign for anywhere- it just goes back. VERY poor service. They said I will have to contact the Sender, it's the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and they are currently shut down! How the heck am I supposed to do that!! Have never had good experiences with UPS, including leaving packages in our driveway, leaving them in the rain even though we have a covered front porch AND a delivery box on the front porch. They just need to do better!

    Paid $70.92 for overnight delivery on 9/3/25 to NJ. It didn’t arrive until 9/5/25. When I called to complain, the supervisor blamed “severe weather” in Louisville, KY on 9/4. But tracking showed the package was already in Newark, NJ at 6:53 AM on 9/4 — so that excuse doesn’t hold up. UPS always seems to fall back on “severe weather” when they miss a delivery. Meanwhile, the recipient sent me an overnight package via FedEx for just $25, and it arrived on time. And to get a refund was a struggle. I will never do business with UPS again.

    How much more incompetent can people get? If people have a full address and list the letter of their apartment building, then THE LETTER IS THE APARTMENT BUILDING. IT SHOULD NOT BE UNDELIVERABLE. AT THE LEAST, why not leave the package in the mail room since none of ya'll seem to be able to find people's buildings anyway? Stop stealing and delaying people's packages. IT IS A CRIME.     I ordered a package from eBay and the seller dropped the package off in Tampa, Florida on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. This is per UPS status. UPS then marked the package 5 hours later as “arrived”. The package then sat for 48 hours without moving. The status called for a Wednesday delivery. At 8:15 p.m. on Monday the package left Tampa and arrived in Jacksonville at 12:09 a.m. Tuesday. It wasn’t until 10:42 a.m. on Tuesday that the package supposedly left Jacksonville. I had concerns because the package clearly sat around plenty long enough and there appeared to be absolutely zero urgency. I mean, the package was 850 miles away and was supposed to be delivered 24 hours later. I knew they were going to fail.

    Well here we are on Wednesday morning and now the status says that as of 2 a.m. there has been a…you guessed it…mechanical failure and now the actual package delivery date is yet to be determined. It appears that you can lie to people as part of your business model and keep on trucking. Or not. I knew when the package sat in Tampa for 48 hours that they were going to be unable to deliver. Now I have to sit and wait for them to pull their heads out. This was not a cheap item. This is the last straw with purchasing online. From now on if I can’t drive to a store and pick it up I don’t need it. I can’t continue to base my schedule around a failed business and I will never use this 1 star company again.

    We have a very nice UPS delivery man but I'm writing about the condition of my packages that come by ups. They're always very dirty and dusty and a few even looked like they were run over by the truck. Luckily nothing was ever broken. The packages that are loaded on the trucks need to be better taken care of. The public trusts the company to care for their packages and this shows no respect or consideration to the customer.

    UPS is GARBAGE! Absolute GARBAGE. They continuously lose packages. This is 4th package lost in a WEEK!     I have been fighting with UPS since July. I've called multiple times to be on hold for over an hour before talking to someone. They have lost my package. An investigation has been opened and then they close it stating they couldn't reach me but never called. I had my local UPS distribution call me today trying to help me get my package returned so that I could finally receive a refund. I was on hold twice today for an hour and a half each to not even reach a person. I'd give zero stars if I could.

    UPS keeps delaying my delivery already for four days. It was send as an express overnight delivery and the first delivery notification was for last Friday midday then postponed to Friday until 9pm, then postponed to Saturday twice, then delayed to Monday midday and then delayed to Monday until 9pm. Still waiting for an express overnight from last Wednesday. If five days are considered express overnight from Texas e New York including nerve wracking postponement. I can only wish the UPS CEO had better information on their delivery patterns. PS I had the same experience with my previous UPS delivery driver who kept telling me I was an Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt what was NOT TRUE

    Had a 1/1 baseball card sent from Texas to Illinois. It is 8 days late. It was missorted by UPS and shipped to another city in Texas. Then it was sent to yet another city in Texas. Still sitting there after 1 week past delivery date and hasn't even left the state yet. No movement and I can't chat with a live agent and if I call, I stay on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes before I get a real person, then they tell me to wait longer and call back next week. Absolutely no help at all. This card can't be replaced. I can't go buy another one. I thought Dejoy's UPS was bad but UPS decided to one up them and go full regard. I will never ever use UPS again. Everything is always late and 1 out of every 4 packages never show up and just disappear. (Usually the most expensive items that are small). This has been a horrible experience. AGAIN.

    Seems like every shipping company is in a race to the bottom except FedEx. It's like UPS and USPS teamed up to make things as horrible as possible for their customers. Customer service and accountability do not exist anymore at UPS. Once they get your money, they feel their job is done and you can't ever talk to a real person when there is an actual problem. You are on your own to navigate their system where nobody answers the phone and nobody will help you.

    I was expecting to have shoes delivered by UPS today from HOKA. These shoes were to be worn at the "Southeast DC Pic Day." The shoes are a PERFECT match for the Alumni School colors of Anacostia High School, located in SE, DC. My outfit was designed to align with High School affiliation. Two minutes after receiving the email notification of delivery, I opened my door to NOTHING! I immediately went to the package tracker, only to see the confirmation picture of an empty UPS truck. Hoka and whomever else is using UPS as a shipper of products should cease all business!

    It is clear their business model and mission statement have changed. The last 3 shipments became the worst shipping experiences of all time. The 3 parcels were either lost, damaged or significantly delayed. Some communication merits a conversation with a human, since not all automated options are applicable. Yet it is almost impossible to reach a person. Reputable companies, please stop using UPS. It will negatively affect the customer of experience for your clients. When I learn that a company will be using UPS as the carrier it deters me from ordering.

    I shipped 2 golf clubs in 1 box. Dimensions were 48x6x6 costing $25 ground. After package was delivered I was charged an ADDITIONAL $50 stating there was an adjustment with the package dimensions to 49x7x7. The total cost was $75. To clarify I was charged $50 extra for them adding 1 inch. I have shipped multiple golf clubs with FedEx and have NEVER had the first problem. Let this be a lesson learned.     I’m a small business owner, and I’ve paid the tariffs. My packages are being held by UPS and they simply don’t release them. They charge both the sender and myself the exact same tariff, even though only one of us should be responsible for paying. When you call, the staff is either incompetent or unable to articulate clearly enough to have an educated conversation. To make matters worse, they’ll say that packages are on the way and scheduled for delivery by 9:00 p.m., while the tracking shows the package just a few miles from my home. Yet, the packages never arrive. The UPS app is pure garbage—it constantly shows “delayed” without any explanation, and when you call for clarity, you get absolutely nothing. It’s sad that we have to rely on people with 0 IQ.

    The most horrible service I experience entire life. They give you frame time which is in the work time and guess what they do not show up. Next day they give you the same early hours till you get out of work again and they do not show up. They show up whenever they want. You try to speak with customer service. I wish I can put a photo right now. I wasn't hold for 1 hour and like 30 minutes nobody answered. They say wait for the next representative. They never answer and the time frame it's in the day in the morning when you at work and if you want to go pick up the stuff by yourself they charge you more than $7 for you pick her up yourself. This is just ridiculous. Oh if you want to pick it up they have to keep it and hold another 24 hours and then you go and pay Seven dollars plus taxes for you go by yourself with your gas in the car to pick up the package and you even have to pay for it.

    This is the most ridiculous scam company I ever see 😡😡😡😡 and you leave them the number phone and the fourth paper for the first day please call me on this number like we can get the degree and I can go whatever he is. You think they call you hahaha forget about it. That's why they give you all the time since like 4:00 p.m. the frame time because they know the people are at work so you need to call and you need to go pick it up for you pay $7 plus taxes. Perfect scam to pick it up. Not to send. If somebody using this company they are nuts.

    I had a $550 package that was heat sensitive being delivered through UPS between 8:30-10:30am. I live in AZ and in an apartment complex and they put your deliveries in these metal lockers which in hot weather, bake. So, I called UPS to ask if they could bring my delivery to my door and ring the doorbell because I work the graveyard shift and would not be up, but my husband works from home and could bring my delivery inside. UPS said, yes that they would bring my delivery to my door.

    When I woke up at 2:30pm my husband said, that no deliveries came, but my email told me that the delivery came at 10:30am to the hot lockers. So, I called UPS to complain. I could not believe that they had me on hold for 55 minutes. When I complained about the problem all they could say is sorry. Sorry doesn't cut it! When probiotics get hot and lose their potency there is no way to prove this. When I ask Fed Ex to come to my door for my deliveries they are reliable and dependable. I sure wish that Fed Ex handled all my deliveries!

    If I could give negative stars, I would. I paid for expedited next day delivery to meet a very important legal appointment. The package was one week late (missed my appointment) and the envelope was beat up. The original document inside was damaged because the envelope was opened in one corner ($180 value). After I filed a claim, I kept receiving messages that the address was incorrect and they were verifying… Bunch of lies because the address was perfectly fine when I finally got the envelope.     So UPS is like a cable company where they tell you they'll be there between 7 AM and 9 PM so you have to wait around all day to sign for a package? Who has the luxury of taking a day off work to wait for a delivery?     In one year I had a business ship thru ground service. Both time they were lost or stolen both times in TX hub. UPS has a big problem in the TX hubs with theft or misplacing shipments. I’ll never ship anything with UPS again! They need to fire everybody there and start over.

    I have a pkg that was delivered from Jacksonville FL to Clearwater fl distribution center. It arrived at 8:15 am & was loaded at 10:15 am. This is 3 coolers of 1/4 of a cow, over 100#s. Where did the truck from Clearwater go, not here, it went to St. Petersburg. Last I checked, around 4:30 it was in Lealman. It's 7 pm now, no UPS truck yet. Called customer service, was told to use someone else next time. Great answer. The scheduling staff at the Clearwater warehouse facility needs to be fired! This is unacceptable service and customer service.

    Inexplicable! Harrington dispatch - not the first time. Apple product over 1000. No reason given. On truck, arrival time given, then after time period passes it says being held. No reason. Day two same. Phone hold time 72 min wait day 1 if you want to hold or have call back. They didn’t call back at all. Day two same exact. Wait all day then after promised time - new note package being held. No reason. 42 min phone hold, this time they called back. Tried telling me they couldn’t do more. Then Blamed Apple!!! Finally they got dispatch to try the driver and try again. Still waiting

    It isn't worth paying the next day air early am fee. Of the last 3 packages I have sent that way, one 1 actually made it. I get so tired of having egg on my face to my customer because UPS fails to show up. The most recent incident, customer service told me to call back tomorrow because they don't consider a package lost for 24 hours, yet my package doesn't show it has even arrived in the state it is supposed to have delivered in by 10:30 this morning (7 hours ago). And trying to get ahold of an actual customer service rep is a feat in itself. AI can't answer my questions.

    I had a terrible experience with UPS. I normally use FedEx and never had an issue, but this one time I decided to try UPS. I shipped a package to Canada and even paid extra for 2-day delivery. It has now been more than 10 days, and my package is still not delivered. Every time I call UPS, I’m placed on hold for over an hour and a half. When someone finally answers, they take my information and then hang up on me. This has happened multiple times. I have now spent two full days trying to reach someone to get answers about my package, with no success. This level of service is unacceptable. I will never use UPS again and strongly recommend others avoid them as well.

    If I could give negative stars I would. The UPS company as a whole is awful and should be audited but this location specifically I’ve had issues with 2 years in a row and each time I’m told that someone didn’t do their job and “oh well”. Last year I ordered close to $400 of clothes and somehow they just never made it to me. The delivery photo could have been anyone of the 600 apartments in my complex.

    2 weeks ago I walked in with 2 identical boxes, paid for labels at the store, watched the associate label them and took my receipts and left. On delivery day one box shows up and look to track the other one and it says that UPS has a label but they are waiting for the package. The package that I physically handed to them. I spoke with customer service and the store manager Alex who gave me incorrect information the first day and had to redo the process the next day because of that. When I spoke with the manager I was surprised at how he put down the UPS company as a whole, he said customer service doesn’t usually know what they’re doing and went on to explain the issues was because he knows people don’t do their job.

    So as Alex explained to me I brought my package in, paid for a label, the associate didn’t scan it, the pickup driver didn’t scan it, the warehouse didn’t scan it but it’s not at their location so they’ll file a claim. So just to be clear the manager told me no one does their job and I’ll get $100 in a few days after the investigation that he also told me they don’t do. He said they said they’re doing an investigation but they usually don’t actually do it they just wait the time out and send the check. So if you’re thinking about shipping, pay the extra for a different shipping service. This location and the company has no issues with losing or misplacing or not doing their job and they’ll make you feel bad about it because they lost your stuff. Truly terrible place.

    Ordered shoes online, got a notification that my package was delivered, looked outside, nothing there. Driver took a picture of the box, at a different house! I filed 2 claims with UPS.     UPS is fine when everything works perfectly but impossible to deal with when they have a problem. I defy anyone to talk to a real person in less than an hour, at which time you are likely to be transferred to another person with another 80 minutes wait. Given a choice I will never accept UPS shipping nor will I send items by UPS which is a shame since I have a store nearby with friendly staff. I couldn’t even complete a lost package claim online and they just refused to accept it. Customer Service does not exist here. USPS and FedEx are far better. You have been warned.

They have my package, there is no way to track it, to talk to a real human, to locate package, to pay bill online. I received a letter 13 days after its issue date to make a payment.     Not long ago, I left a very nice review for the UPS store on Pearl Road in Strongsville Ohio. At that time, there were a couple of guys working there and they were very considerate and caring about my packages. Unfortunately, today on September 29th 2025, I did not have the same experience. There are two women who were working there when I was there at approximately 10:15 a.m. I walked in with three packages super high on my Walker and I stood at the desk as if I was invisible. The two women continue talking to each other and even picked their phone up and showed each other something on their phone. I was shocked! There was nobody else in the store except me!

    Finally one of the women came over and took my packages. After she scanned my first package, she dropped the package on the floor! I said to her, "Should we maybe put that there's glass in the box?" She said, "Oh no, it doesn't matter, it's all the way the boxes are packaged!" Sure, but she didn't have to drop the box on the floor! Now I've had an issue with this worker before when I approached the counter and she looked at me and said "Well, what do you want?" I thought that was extremely unprofessional.

    So today, she was so disoriented with what she was doing that she was looking for a fourth box when I told her I only brought in three boxes! If my box of ornaments in spite of them being wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed are broken, I'm going to have an issue with this because they were being sent to Amazon! I don't feel that her comment and the way she handled my box, showed that she cared about my items. I've never had a problem at this UPS store before until this woman started working.

    I was very disappointed in the way I was treated today at the UPS store. If those two guys would have been working there, and they saw how I struggled to get into the door, they would have come around the counter and helped me like they did before but not these women! I just felt that UPS should know this. As long as this woman is working there, I don't recommend anyone going there unless you want your delicate items broken. She doesn't seem to care for the packages.

    UPS is by far the worst parcel delivery company ever. My packages are NEVER and I do mean NEVER delivered on the dates I told. My package was to arrive today by 7 pm and not only did it not come and is sitting three states away from me, but I called customer service and was transferred over to their international line that is 24rs and sat on hold for TWO HOURS AND 11 MINUTES and no one ever answered my call!!!!     After a failed delivery attempt by a substitute driver, because our regular driver is on vacation, my delivery was left outside my business, after we had closed for the day. The delivery update had our business hours listed on the instructions, and we had already received a delivery from a different truck earlier in the day.     If you are planning to order ANYTHING from outside of the U.S.A. be aware, UPS is poorly prepared to handle the suspended "duty-free de minimis treatment under 19 U.S.C. 1321(a)(2)(C) for articles described in section 2(a) and section 2(b) of that order." In other words, since you, the consumer have to deal with that duty payment now, upon delivery, they will charge you that fee and you cannot pay with a debit, check, or credit card. It has to be either a money order or a cashier's check and you have to pay it upon delivery to your residence with those required methods, otherwise they will keep your package until you have the proper method to pay.

    When you follow the instructions on the note left by the delivery driver stating that you can pay your bill online via the QR code, it just takes you to a site that only lets you track the package. And while there are specific portals that they provide that state you can pay the bill through, it requires an account number and an invoice number that they will not give you through your order's shipment email(s) nor will it provide you with that number on your account. You can only get it off of the invoice, that comes with the package that you purchased the money order for to receive said package! It is hilariously redundant and such an outdated method of business in today's age. So if you plan to buy something from a foreign company do not have it shipped through UPS.

    Receiving packages from UPS is hit or miss. I recently ordered a package and received confirmation it was delivered. It was indeed delivered, just not to me. The picture showed a building with the wrong address. I filed a claim and added a picture of my home, which they closed without informing me. When I followed up, I was told I had to reach out to the sender and have them file the claim. UPS was at fault why am I running around doing their job.     I was driving north on Woodley Avenue just north of Rinaldi Street today in Granada Hills, CA. at about 4:25 PM, when a UPS delivery truck swung out from the curb and made a U-turn w/o any warning, forcing me to jam on my brakes and blow my horn. Since he could not complete the turn, as the street is only 1 lane each way, the driver stopped, blocking the street and began making hand signs and cursing at me. I guess the drivers are not taught common courtesy when they are almost the cause of an accident.

    I paid for UPS same-day delivery for my package, but the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. The tracking showed a “second failed attempt,” even though no first attempt was ever made. I was home all day, and no one rang, called, or left a notice. On my first call, customer service told me the driver had already attempted delivery and that I would get my package the next day, but when I pointed out that no notice was left, they admitted the driver made a mistake and promised I’d get a callback. That never happened.

    On my second call, another representative reassured me that the driver would return that same day, even taking down extra instructions to make sure there wouldn’t be another issue. I waited based on that promise, but no delivery ever came. On my third call, I was told the opposite, that there would be no redelivery because the driver only makes one attempt per day. After all the confusion and wasted time, I asked for a supervisor and waited almost twenty minutes on hold, only to be told the same scripted answer: “Sorry, your package will be there tomorrow.”

    What made this worse is that later in the evening, the driver actually came back only to stick a missed-delivery notice on my door and record it as a “second attempt,” without ever trying to deliver the package. At that point, it was clear this wasn’t just a mistake; it was a system that didn’t care about accountability. After going through this, I looked up reviews online and saw that UPS already has over 5,000 one-star reviews. That says a lot. I decided to add my experience to theirs, because staying silent only enables this kind of service. If this is what their so-called premium delivery looks like, it’s not worth trusting.

    I am the customer. I own the package. Not the shipper. Not UPS who is delivering it. I am. I paid for it. But my wishes are completely ignored. Yes, the infamous “signature required” story. I live alone and I work. Yet they insist on coming at 10:30 am and leave their ridiculous “We missed you post it note.” I wake up at 4:30 to go to the gym before work.     The UPS website is a buggy mess and when the website inevitably does break you're forced to make a phone call where you will talk to 1-2 incompetent individuals in logistics before being transferred to the department you actually need to talk to which can take up to 5 hours over half of which will be on hold. It would be great if the virtual assistant could help of any of this but it is just an extension of the website and even when it knows the exact problem I have (which takes a lot of work to know what keywords it wants from the consumer perspective) it still is unable to solve anything past directing you to the website which as I stated earlier is not working. This issue has also just gotten worse with tariffs and UPS is notably worse than its competitors like FedEx and DHL. I cannot express how terrible of a service UPS is, especially for international shipping or anything that requires payment. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

    On Sept 11 we paid $66 for an overnight delivery of a important check for a very large amount. We mailed it from West Linn OR, and it was supposed to have been delivered by 12:00 noon on Sept 12. It did not. We tried to get a refund from the UPS Store, but all they could do was help us file a "Claim". The check was finally received on Sep 17, but had been routed through Illinois.     I live in AZ and I ordered an AC window unit as my large AC are both down. My package shipped from TX to AZ on schedule to deliver 9/17, arrived to Goodyear AZ sort facility 9/16, 10 min from my house. Next it got rerouted to Oklahoma, lucky me, and I was updated that it would now deliver on Friday 9/19. On Thursday 9/18 I received an update it was delayed and would now deliver on Monday 9/22. I called UPS and was greeted with horrible customer service by a really nice agent who is helpless to help me, and a whole lot of we can do nothing for you, "it's a ground shipment". I have spent a good chunk of my life in various forms of sales and customer service management, and while hot in both my house and my temper rising, I tried to hold my cool.

    I attempted to explain that the moment Goodyear Sort Facility put my package on a truck to OK, perhaps a company that supposedly is an expert leader in freight might make any effort to attempt to fix THEIR mistake by making this an air shipment to get it back to AZ. Nope, the problem is wholly mine, including a recommendation that I should call back on Monday (when I'm supposed to be at work, to spend more time hearing about what they are not going to do for me). So here comes Sunday 9/21 and I receive an update my package will deliver between 2-6 PM Monday 9/22. My package arrived back at the Goodyear Sort Facility at 1:34 pm, supposedly, so I thought perhaps it might make it to me 9/22 if it already had been "scanned in". NOPE. No delivery. I called UPS again where I was updated my package would now deliver Tues 9/23 1:45-5:45 PM.

    It is literally 10 min from me and can't even be here by morning, nor can I pick it up either. Thanks UPS for scanning things in to your facility by truck instead of by package and tracking# to verify it's really here. I was literally told I would have to wait again because the truck had not been unloaded yet. Hmmm guess it would be too hard to flag this trailer for "priority unload" because I'm just a peon customer. I'm totally not worth your time or effort, I got the memo. I asked to speak to a supervisor to which the agent disappeared without a word for a long pause of silence... Long enough for me to cook dinner and start eating. I wish I was exaggerating. I suppose the agent was hoping I would just hang up. I was told her supervisor was on a call and I could expect a call back within 30 min. NOPE. No one cares to help or speak to me and I am not even yelling, just frustrated and trying to get someone to help.

    Tonight the agent reminded me "I called her for help" in an attempt to make sure I stopped speaking so she could tell me how I will get no help and instead will wait until tomorrow evening, so I can get my package now 6 days late. Great job UPS, you win my lifetime achievement award for not only the worst CS, but a complete failure to move freight, the whole reason you exist. I am not sure anyone should ever trust you with anything that is expected to actually arrive where someone contracted something to go. I delight to give you a double thumbs down. If I could rate you a negative score, I would be happier. Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow...Perhaps you might manage to still totally bungle it up again from here. It's a little like a cracker jack toy, never sure what you are going to get because your word and tracking mean zero, what fun!

    So glad to have clarity on all the reasons not to ship anything with you ever if I can help it. Too bad in this case I'm a receiver, not a shipper. If I could pull millions of shipments from you, shifting business to your competition as businesses look for carrier options I would be redeemed, but wait, the internet, and Consumer Protection Agency. Perhaps someone will read this and know you are not of your word, lack integrity, are not focused on your customer or their needs and will keep shopping.

    WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!! Date of delivery was supposed to be Friday Sept 19th from 1:15 to 4:15pm and they came in at 11:04am leaving a Delivery Notice and not even ringing the doorbell. I placed a phone call to CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH I WAS ON HOLD FOR A GOOD 35 MINUTES and whoever answer wasn't American making it difficult to communicate with. Then if that's not enough they said they would deliver today SEPTEMBER 22 from 1:15 to 4:15PM then they Changed it from 3:15 to 6:15 pm and changed again to 7:00pm. I finally got the delivery today at 4:30pm. I am appalled at UPS. They are worst than USPS. Whatever is going on whoever is in charge should change all. This BULLSHIT!!! It seems that there is lack of leadership and order. I hope they're not ignoring all these bad reviews they have.

    UPS failed to deliver my package saying they needed a gate code. My community is open. It does not have a gate. The driver obviously did not go to the correct address. Now my package is in limbo and no one can let me know what’s going on.

    This has to be the worst service ever. If we can get rid of this service in general, I would vote it. How can you just leave a paper saying you attempted delivery when in reality you didn’t. Waited all day by my door. The minute I walk away for one second I get a notification that delivery was tempted when I was home all day. It’s either your drivers need to get it together or just get rid of UPS. Never have I had any issues with any other service like FedEx. They are actually spot on and knock on your door.

    Absolute worst experience every single time. I don't understand why businesses are still using this company. Customer support doesn't really exist. My package was lost and UPS doesn't really care. Courier did not deliver or it's delivered somewhere else. Address system is not working. Every single time they claim that part of the address is missing. I do use a lot of different companies but UPS is the worst so far, level of incompetency is tremendously high I would trust my dog on guarding a steak for an hour rather than UPS delivering anything. This company is a JOKE. Stay away!!!!

    Worst company to deal with, They don’t follow my delivery options at all. Also they update my delivery date to a business day but then email/text on a Saturday morning telling me they are going to try and deliver my package. Call their customer service which they ain’t worth a damn at all. They basically didn’t care. So now I have to take off on a Monday to get this package because they can’t communicate well.

    UPS is the worst to receive packages from. For the last 2 days I’ve been trying to receive a package that requires a signature. I’ve called many numbers and have tried many times to change the dates on the website. Customer service is awful to try and reach. The website isn’t any better when it continue to say “try again later.” It will not allow me to continue to next steps on the website. Pretty impossible to sign for a package when they deliver at times people work and constantly change your delivery times. Very frustrating. Wish this place was better at helping.

    Bloated and unreliable mess of a business. Brought a package and told me I owed $80 in additional delivery charges. I spent four hours on the phone before being told I needed to email the details of my “dispute”. By the time I received a response to that email (requesting me to submit two more forms for further review), the package had already been sent back. Couldn’t be less happy with the customer service and inability to resolve a straightforward issue - hopefully the whole company goes under soon.

    UPS is the worst company ever, avoid them as much as possible. The packages are never on time. They never knock or ring the doorbell only leave a note and walk away within less than 10 seconds.     After paying $126 for next day deliver my package was not delivered the next day and instead to be a 2nd day delivery. To minimize the error UPS will deliver 3 days later. What a poor customer service, I had to wait more that 1 hour to speak with a human. UPS sucks! Horrible delivery service. Not reliable. Don't pay for next day delivery.

    I work for a dealer that carries international products. Unfortunately, the international claims department by far has the worst customer service. After I have been on hold roughly 10 hours, spoken to different representatives that tell me they are going to escalate my claim, I have had zero luck. Now I have a product that is stuck in a holding facility and being returned to the shipper. All because the harmonization is correct, but UPS fees are not.

    I had a package that required a signature from an adult. However I like most people am not able to wait a home all day for a UPS driver. I contacted ups customer service to try an find an alternative. I asked if I could leave a signed note authorizing them to leave the package as other shipping companies do. They said no that is not company policy. Then I asked to have to package directed to a ups access point where I could sign in person for the package. They said I the customer do not have that power and would have to contact the store and have them request to send the package to a ups access point. I paid good money for my package to be Delivered to me. Ups did not deliver it and has made getting my package as difficult as the possibly can. Even Canada Post would do better.

    Tracked my package from Canada to my city. It arrived, but a note stated it could not be delivered as addressed - it is my local Post Office where my PO Box has been for 25 years. I have had other UPS packages delivered here and get all my mail here. I get many UPS packages sent to my work address, but they are larger/heavier items. I know I am in their system. I know they have my phone number to make a call. Who can I call? Gotta go to their website. Went through hoops trying to add, yes add, the physical street address of my Post Office. I submitted it, but I could not seem to get it to add the street address. Made a call using their support number, answered a bunch of AI questions and finally got the "connect to a representative," which will be a 110-minute wait or we can call you back. OK, call me back.

    Finally get a call from a gentleman from another country based on his heavy accent. We go through a "make and account" process to see if that would help. Nope. He was not able to change my address as he was locked out, maybe because I had just tried to change it earlier. He did not know. He said try again in 24 hours. Can he tell me what UPS facility it is stalled at and I will personally pick it up? Nope, he cannot see that. Spent about 1 hour trying to sort this out. He was as patient as I was, but I wasted mine and his time.

    On vacation, I return a week later to make another attempt. Now my package has been shipped out to another city north of me. Why? There it sits and tracking simply says out for delivery - but where? What address? I go to a local UPS store to see if they can help. Nope, they have no contacts to corporate or other facilities - they just package & ship. Happened to be a UPS delivery driver and I talked with him to see if he had any solutions. He listened and said he could not help and the UPS facility I was thinking of checking with was like Fort Knox and most likely I would not be allowed in as it was a distribution center.

    Curiously, he said he had been working for UPS for 20 years and he has watched customer service decline and become frustrating. Back on the UPS portal to try a different address, as it has been a week being locked out. I use my work address, where I get at least a package or two a month via UPS delivery. I input all the info using my created UPS page to change the shipping address and it states I have not filled everything in. What? Every box is filled with name, address, and my contact phone number. I clear the boxes and repeat to have the same refusal. Arrrgh!

    Again, I wrestle with the AI phone selection and am back to leaving my phone number for a call back - 1400 minutes, I am told. It was more like 1800 minutes and I get the call. An AI voice says "Press 1 to accept a call from a UPS representative." I press 1 - the damn phone goes silent as the call was ended! This has now really gotten beyond comical. I can't venture a guess as to why UPS has hit this level of poor performance, but UPS used to be easy to use, access, and quick to resolve issues. Another well-known "old establishment" company has gone the way of the dinosaur by trying to eliminate the simple and basic and allow technology to undermine what was once good.

    It's Friday and scheduled a pick up for Wednesday. No one has yet to pick up our 4 boxes, after on hold for one hour your CSR said our confirmation # does not exist neither does our tracking numbers. You need to fix your issues. I don't like using you all but I have no choice since we are a corporate.

    I ordered an Iphone and iwatch to be delivered on 19 Sep 2025. Not once in the two days it actually showed up in the UPS app did it way signature required. I went to lunch with friends and when I arrived there was a sticker that said they tried to deliver but I was not home. This is crap! They could have notified me on the app or done something to say signature required. And of course when you try to call UPS, it is impossible to speak to a human. UPS had already re-scheduled to Monday instead of Friday and to them this was a done deal so the bot would not allow you to speak to a human. Such crap and horrible experience. Will no longer order from Apple if this is how they deliver products. And BTW - I live in a safe, gated community without porch pirates. No reason for UPS not to deliver.

    We all already know UPS, much like AMZ & FDX, is trash. But I felt compelled to write a negative review anyway, since I just wrote a negative review for Oak Harbor; whom they passed my package off to. I have a Ring camera and can see all activity live from my watch if I wanted to. Instead of seeing a driver dropping off a package I receive an email saying an attempt was made and the FINAL attempt will be in two days. No note on my door… So 2 days pass and I receive another email saying delivery attempted, WILL TRY AGAIN TOMORROW… ??? “the final final non-attempt??” -well 5 minutes later I see a driver dropping off a package to my door.

    This box is coming from the same company but didn’t require a signature like the other. Why wouldn’t they both need a signature or neither?? Anyway, the driver was lying saying he attempted delivery. Long story short, with all these failed attempts of course my fragile package would be getting kicked around; now I have to file an insurance claim with the Shipper who’s receiving a 1-star review as well. Avoid the boys in brown, Oak Harbor too.

    UPS is TERRIBLE. Do not use UPS. They don’t notify the home owner when they arrive. They don’t explicitly say a packages needs to be signed or not. The delays are terrible. Customer support does not do anything to help the customer.

    I used UPS in Lewisville Texas to send a cell phone to Fort Lauderdale Miami. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I purchased insurance for my shipment. The phone never reached the intended receiver. I was told by UPS because the package was given to an individual (not the intended person) I don’t have a claim and it was denied. I spoken to UPS claims department and corporate office. All I get are formality responses. Very unprofessional. I’m out over $1000 for your cell phone plus the cost of buying insurance that was useless. UPS is not transparent with their policies and do not handle their shipments with care or concern.

    STORY BACKGROUND - I ordered a PROBASE Steel basketball Hoop from Amazon in the USA on July 27, 2025 for $159.99, $23.3 shipping and $11.03 tax. I received the package with no issues except it was missing parts. So I did a return and ordered a replacement on 09/08/2025. This time it was stopped at customs and a charge of $223.41 was being requested. No details on why or what was going on, just a BIG "PAY NOW" button with an email and text basically telling me to pay if I want my package. I literally thought this was a phishing scam and even asked AI. AI agreed. A week later the order had still not arrived so I logged into Amazon and saw it was delayed at customs. So then I was thinking maybe this is real for whatever crazy reason. So I logged into UPS and saw that it was for a duty charge and got the same "pay now or else" (even though it states the driver will charge you at delivery is an option, you cannot choose that).

    The only option is to pay now. I then call UPS and it says the call time will be longer than 1 hour, yay. I waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The rep answers and tells me that I have to call 866-493-7140 and have to call the next day as they were closed at that time. Yay! I then called the new number and waited ANOTHER 1 hour and 15 minutes. I then spoke with the rep who told me what I already knew, the charge and what it was for and told me that if I wanted to dispute the charge I needed to email CASBSEATTLEGROUND@UPS.COM (couldn't think of a stranger email if I tried). Overall one of the most frustrating customer service experiences EVER. Now I have to hope that this will be resolved over an email, which would have been an awesome option to have before wasting 2.5 hours of my time. Even the UPS app offers you no other options but to pay or call.

    I had a modem scheduled for delivery to my apartment. The UPS driver kept saying, “Not on the directory.” But here's the thing—there is no directory in my building. He could have easily walked in and left the package in the lobby like they usually do. But for some reason, when it comes to my deliveries, I'm suddenly “not on the directory.” Mind you, I’ve lived in this building for 11 years and have received plenty of UPS packages without issue. Frustrated, I called UPS to complain.

    First, I had to fight with an automated system just to reach a human being. After that, I was placed on hold for 76 minutes. Finally, I spoke to a man in India named “Robert **,” who assured me he’d place an alert for the driver to leave the package at my door. The next day, the delivery attempt happens again—and, you guessed it—the driver claims I’m not on the directory. Again: there is no directory. Maybe he's referring to an imaginary one that only exists in his head. If “Robert **” in India only knew how this driver was actually treating me...

    I tried this option against better judgment. I haven't used UPS in a while, and now I remember why we stopped. I've tried using UPS overnight Air service 3 or 4 previous times from this same business, and each of those were also 2 or 3 days late. So here we go again, I made an order with this business Wednesday morning, and they dropped off the package to UPS that afternoon around 4pm. At 5pm UPS reported that they had it and it showed it departed Rochester around 8pm. It took all night to arrive in my area. By "Air"... (This is 13 hour drive by vehicle. They claim they are bringing my package by AIR, yet it didn't arrive at the Waterville UPS center for over 12 hours. And now it sits in Waterville and just says processing.

    My expected delivery day says TOMORROW, Friday by 5pm or later. How is this "Overnight Air"?? I had another small package sent from the same business the day before but it was mailed FREE with USPS and it was delivered today, Thursday by 10 am. I gave UPS $50.00 to deliver it Overnight Air and they give me 2 day delivery service!!

    This happens with EVERY Overnight Air package. I have never had a single one get delivered the next day as the service claims. I paid for Overnight Air, the tracking looks like they traveled on ground. 13 hours from Rochester NY to Waterville Maine, by Air? No, that's Ground. And after all that, they say it will be Tomorrow delivery. This feels like theft. $50.00 for what USPS does for free or standard fee of 18.00 and faster. Ridiculous.

    A UPS person came to my door approx 310 pm this afternoon. He handed me a small (tiny) box and I asked him where my large delivery was and he said "I only have this". Later he searched his truck and found my box. He also asked that he scan the small package -- it was not even addressed to me and not at my address. Does UPS not hire people who are smart enough to determine the correct address???

    UPS sucks!! I will no longer order from my favorite places because they use UPS for delivery. My package was supposed to get to me yesterday. They said they didn’t have an apartment number for my address so they couldn’t deliver. I updated my address and was expecting a delivery today. Of course no delivery instead a find a note on my apartment building door saying delivery was attempt but yet, no one rung my doorbell, knocked on my door or anything. After calling and going through three people I was told that dispatch would call me in an hour for a pick up location.. two hours later no call. I call back and they said they attempted to call but the number I have them wasn’t working… “if my number wasn’t working then how am I on the phone with you now?”

    They told me the same thing again, someone will call within a hour. This time i got the call. The lady proceeded to go back and forth with me saying she called me and left a message and that i didn’t answer. This is not true. I had no miscall or voicemail. And if originally the number wasn’t working then how were you able to leave a voicemail?? Instead of admitting your mistake you make excuses. All that for me to still not be able to get my package. I asked if they can take it to an access point so I can pick it up myself and was told no. This is unacceptable.

    Worse customer service on the planet. My delivery was supposed to be free through Amazon, then they tell me 24 dollars so ok I agreed only because I wanted my order then it went from 24 dollars to 31.77 for no reason.     On September 1, 2025, I placed an order with MichaelKors.com for two items and paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping, with delivery promised for September 4. UPS marked the package as delivered at 12:15 p.m., with a photo showing it left outside my building gate instead of in the proper secured mail area. Within 10 minutes of the delivery notification, the package was gone. I immediately filed a claim with UPS. They told me the investigation would take 8–12 days. On September 15, I got an email saying the claim was closed, but no explanation was given—only the same photo of the package sitting outside the gate. After nearly 6 hours of calls and holds, I was finally told the package had been “located” and they would attempt redelivery.

    At that point, I asked for two reasonable things: a refund of my $25 expedited shipping (since delivery wasn’t fulfilled) and the option to pick up my package at a UPS facility so it wouldn’t be left outside again. Both requests were denied. Instead, I was told I’d need to pay an extra $8 “pickup fee.” As of today, more than 13 days later, I’ve paid $320 for items I still don’t have. UPS has provided no clear answers on how the package was “found” or why the claim was closed without explanation. Their improper delivery method, refusal to refund fees, and attempt to charge me even more just to secure my own package is completely unacceptable. I have photo proof of the delivery, claim records, and call logs showing the hours wasted trying to get resolution. This experience shows a serious lack of accountability in UPS’s delivery practices and customer service.

    Text notifications don't work. Driver showed up a day early with no notice. Customer service will leave you on hold for up to an hour and every one of them tells you something different. They won't let me pick up from the store and won't let me pre sign. They won't let me have someone else sign so I just had to take a day off work to make sure I get my package. Will never use UPS again.
