    I have always had great experiences with UPS... I have a UPS driver who has been delivering in my area for years and he is the best! He always rings my doorbell and when packages are large places them on my back porch if I don't answer doorbell. I've given him permission to go to back porch.

    UPS NEXT DAY AIR has a "guarantee" that their package must be delivered by 10:30 am. lf it's late the customer can file for a refund. HOWEVER, UPS has a policy that if the carrier is running late and he "is in the area of the receiver " the carrier can mark the package as DELIVERED even though it hasn't reach the destination and into the hands of the receiver!! This policy is condoned and encouraged by UPS to avoid refunding the customer for a late delivery. This is EXACTLY what the Brooklyn NY manager/supervisor told me when my package was late. They are running a SCAM!! My package arrived late. HOWEVER, when l went online, l was shocked to see that according to UPS tracking, it was listed as arriving right on time! Scam artists!

    I have no problem with UPS now, I had an issue twice and it was addressed. One time it was very cold out and I was waiting for UPS. They was a few doors delivering a lot of packages to my neighbor and when they finish they never stopped at my house. I called the base and they made the driver turn around and drop my package. Then another time they kept ringing my bell to accept my tenants’ packages and I had to call the base to have them stop ringing my bell. They have their own bell and it is not my job to collect their packages. I did not retire to work for them for free.

    Not happy with FedEx. FedEx delivered package to wrong house, a neighbor brought it to me. Company never reimbursed me (which was a lot of money) or apologized. UPS very good and DHL never had dealings with them.

    My experience personally has not been that bad, and I probably would have given an overall rating of "5." However, when my daughter shipped her sister the phone she had purchased for her, she had to tell the clerk what was in the package before they would ship it for her. When my 2nd received the package it was sealed but no phone was in it. In my opinion, that is poor customer service, that is theft. To cut the bottom of a package, remove its content, tape it sealed and ship it is theft. The rating should be -0-.

    I ordered some books from Barnes and Noble, last week and the expected delivery date was yesterday. I still do not have my package, also there is no tracking information available. Not to mention the UPS website is a hassle just to log onto it. Won't remember my password or username no matter how many times I reset it. I mostly just use the U.S Postal Service for packages.     I like UPS, I did have a time when I was waiting on a Christmas present and they did not deliver it on time and when they did deliver it, it was damaged. After filing a claim I never received the money for the damage. Still waiting.

    Of all the delivery carriers I find UPS to be the most reliable, informative and friendly. Their prices are a bit high but you can be sure you will receive your packages on time. There are many options for sending and receiving and I arrange all my mailings and deliveries via their website. Their delivery persons are professional and cheery.

    They are very quick, reasonably priced and for the most part there has not been much damage to the packages however, when there has been an issue usually the driver points it out and lets me know what to do if there is a problem. Usually very nice drivers. I have used UPS over 100 times in the past few years at different addresses and this has all been consistent across the board.

    Really appreciate the UPS driver placing packages in a plastic bag when there is foul weather. Drivers are also courteous & professional. Also like the fact that their trucks are well-marked & drivers have uniforms making it safe for people who may personally answer the doorbell.

    The main concern I have is that they rarely knock on my door or ring my bell, they just leave the package on my porch. To combat this, I usually have it delivered to my PO Box, which slows down the process by a day or two.

    It's really impressive how they manage to stay in business given the consistency of failed and delayed deliveries. The most recent "service" really deserves an award for the worst service in the world. I live in NY and somehow my package ended up at the pick up location in NJ! Not only did I call twice to make sure the package finds its way to the right address but was also reassured that it is on the way to my house. Only to find out 2 days later that it was in fact sent back to the sender... And once again, all they said was "I'm sorry", which doesn't fix the issue of constant delivery problems. I will do everything in my power to never use UPS again.

    UPS has slowed down over the years when it comes to service. I have noticed the prices have gone up and the service has gone down. I can't get them to deliver my packages to the garage because I'm handicapped and can't get to the front porch. I have also noticed that a lot of my delivers are transferred to the post office and come in the mail. Very odd.

    To complain at a corporate level contact: Public Affairs Manager Kyle ** at **. I have waited 3 full days (9 am-8 pm!) for package pickup. Website said driver showed up but package was not ready. I was home and package was ready for pickup. No notice left and and neighbors did not see UPS truck on our street. Called each evening, verified all information including address and phone number, and was told problem was escalated and supervisor would call next day. No phone call and no pick up.

    Called on 4th day and was told other customer service reps made mistakes!? I was told I would receive a call within an hour. No call. I called back and supervisor Josh in Salt Lake city again told it was escalated to highest priority and I would receive call in less than an hour. 3 hrs later... Surprise, no call. I have had 3 similar problems with deliveries just this year. These problems cost me time and money. Always blamed on glitches or other 'system failure'. I see online that UPS has lowest customer satisfaction among carriers and while I would like to continue using UPS I am uncertain with the company’s ability to serve its customers in the future.

The day I left the review, they had told me it wouldn't be arriving until the 23rd but on the 20th, I tracked the package again and SOMEHOW it had arrived to our local facility!     I ordered $100 worth of party supplies online for my daughter's 9th birthday. I ordered the items on Oct 17 and paid for 3 day shipping. I checked the tracking on Thursday Oct 19th and it showed the expected delivery date was Oct 23rd??!! My daughter's party is on the 21st!!! I spent so much money on these supplies I can't afford to go buy new ones and there's no use even if I had the money because it wouldn't be here in time anyway!!! This is not the first time I've had trouble with UPS. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have EVER used UPS there's been issues!! I will never use UPS again and do not recommend anyone else does either!!! I will only use the United States Postal Service from now on! They are MUCH more reliable. My daughter's birthday is RUINED!!! Thanks for nothing UPS!???

    I love how I can track my packages almost from the time I give them into their care. And by care, I mean they do handle the items as if they were their own. The only thing that bothers me lately is the dramatic increase in their costs to ship an item. It's almost as if they know they are really the only game in town and charge you for same. The old law of supply and demand is in effect.

    Our local UPS shipper was great, but the corporate office could have cared less, not only did it take 3 weeks to locate my granddaughter's birthday gift (Lost in Atlanta). THEY LIVE IN Woodstock, instead of refunding my whole $19.50, they refunded $12.00 w/o an explanation or apologizes. The package arrived a month later, undamaged. Even an apology would have helped.

    I shipped 9 boxes from CA to GA, paying for additional insurance. A bit under $1500. First, delays and delays. When the first shipment arrived, the driver "rolled" my box. Top/bottom/top bottom, into my garage. I was aghast, told him the contents were important, and his treatment was irresponsible. He LAUGHED at me saying "If you want your things to arrive safely, you should use UPS”. The contents were damaged, as were the contents of almost all my other boxes. (They were all packed with great care. I have moved entire households cross country twice with damage only to a couple of ceramic items. They were all also packaged under the direction and help of a veteran UPS driver.)

    UPS refused to honor my insurance, telling me over and over that "I used the wrong boxes and packing material and the boxes were too heavy". If that was the case, why did UPS accept them. They requested literally hundreds of photos, which I sent on a zip drive with an attached spreadsheet. Still, UPS wouldn't shell out a dime. They had no liability. After about 9 months of haggling and literally weeks of invested time, they finally made marginal restitution on a few items and I was reimbursed my shipping and insurance by filing a merchant dispute through my credit card company. I would never use UPS again, but if you choose to, be sure to pay with a credit card so you have some recourse. Lastly, google UPS complaints. You should find enough reading material to last the rest of your life.

    UPS delivery systems are very accessible, print a label off of the internet while registering your delivery item, whether it is a return or just out for the first time. The tracking system is very accurate, and it make you question why the package overseas is taking too long, other countries systems have to be detained. I found this out through them, and now I can accurately judge the time it takes to deliver and receive items from overseas.

    UPS the worst of the worst of all delivery package. I paid 25.00 that package is a must guaranteed to be delivered within 2 days. When I called them all they can say is sorry, we had a mechanical problem, OMG!!! What's the use of paying 25.00 if package would be delayed. I will not ever give them my business or tell others to use UPS, they are the worst company. They don't care about customers. FedEx is the best. Hello UPS you all just hungry for money don't care about us. I will not recommend. If there is a zero rating I will do zero.

    I have had packages shipped to me several times. They never update their tracking information. Also customer service never respond back to you if they promised to call you back and then when the driver gets there they are never on time and constantly keep changing delivery dates. I think UPS is a terrible service and whenever I get the opportunity I use FedEx or USPS.

    UPS can be VERY expensive, but very fast & tracking is easy & accurate. I use them frequently as I am a travel nurse. Driver missed my mom once on delivery attempt but went out of his way to meet her before he ended his route to get her medicine to her. Always friendly!

    Our town's addresses have been modified and streets renamed etc but UPS still remembers where we are. Great service and always kind and mannerable. The deliverers pull up to the front, knock and never just leave the package unless specified. When ordering our cell phones the company stated they could not find our address on their map. UPS, however delivered the phones unfailingly.

    I live on an island in the Atlantic Ocean. Frequently I have to make last-minute trips off-Island. Those trips often require particular clothing or supplies. I pay UPS through the nose for their services and I frequently don't receive my products ordered as guaranteed. They do not apologize, and they do not make financial restitution. In the future I'll deal with FedEx. At least they try, and they have a much better track record!

    I use to love deliveries from UPS because I know I will get my packages. Now lately for my last two delivery they were terrible. The first deliveries the drivers claim that I wasn't home when I took the day off just to collect my package. They came into the building and left a note in the lobby that they were there when they never even come up to my apartment. I needed that package that day and wasn't able to collect for a week because it was a holiday weekend. The second package I got the email. How the package was left in front of my door, again they left it in the lobby where anyone could have taken it. UPS now is just like USPS. I wouldn't even give them a star as far as delivery is concern.

    Well I have good and bad experience with UPS. Sometimes those drivers just jump out of the truck and put will miss you, date and time without even press your bell or tried to get you. My brother was traveling to Africa years ago and will be waiting for this driver all they long at the lobby, and we later went upstairs few minutes this dude came and not even worried to find the way into the building to dropped the package than drop will miss you. They need to teach those drivers customer service because they're the face of the company. I can of had good experience with customer service except one time I due with impatient one and he/she want me to come to Springfield to pick my textbook on their convenient times. Thank God they have some drops off location closed by now.

    I've been getting UPS shipments for over 40 years. The service is usually excellent. Now and then I get some boxes that are ripped and messed up, but for the most part everything UPS is great! The busted boxes may have happened before they got to the UPS truck, so it's hard to point the finger. As much as I can remember, the drivers have always been great!

    I normally can depend on UPS to bring packages safely. But on several occasions where the packages were of great need for care they arrived broken. One costing 300 dollars (very rare radio) arrived broken after catching the driver tossing packages around like they did not matter.

    I send out a package to my parents to Puerto Rico, on Sept 28 after the hurricane Maria. It was a generator, my mom is 70 years old and my dad is 73. After I was promise a delivery date on Oct 6, no one contact me, I had spoke with two supervisors, Maria and Edner and nothing has been done. They promise me at least a call back and I'm still waiting. Today UPS contacted my folks to ask them if they could go to where they were to pick it up because they were kind of busy... I’m still waiting on a call back but just know I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN...

    Packages continuously get crushed, look as if just tossed around without any kind of care. Packages are shipped in all directions regardless of any kind of directions on box, in other words directions on box say must stay "up" or " do not crush" only seems to make it worse as the opposite happens. Drivers drive the trucks in a careless manner in rural areas as if they are "4 wheeling" them. Not concerned for the property they are driving on or around.

    I ask the shipper to inform UPS to call before delivery or hold and many times the package is just left at the door anyone could steal it. I watched news report on the theft of personal chippings and UPS have not taken any steps to safe guard contract shipping.

    In 2014 I had shipped some Computer software for a business I worked for. UPS was delivering these products to and fro for our business. The shipment got switched and I weren't never compensated for the lost articles. Got the run around from security and UPS in general.

    I have had many packages sent by vendors who require a signature on delivery. These are sometimes sent by UPS. I had no choice in the delivery method used, or the date or time of the delivery. UPS attempts to deliver when there is no one home, and a notice is left. Even when I call UPS to attempt to schedule the re-delivery, additional delivery attempts are made when I am not home. When I call to ask if I can pick up the item, I am told it will be at a location not near my house (e.g. 25 miles away at the opposite end of the city). So an item that was shipped so that I would have it on Friday Oct. 13, will not be delivered until Monday, Oct. 15. I find this delivery service to be unresponsive to my needs.

    The UPS driver is very friendly. He knows where to place medicines I receive monthly to avoid getting the medicine hot. If the medicine gets hot it will not be any good.

    The pricing is really high especially for international shipments. Many times does not make sense to use UPS because the pricing can be 4 or 5 times the cost of the commodity.

    They are terrible at delivery. They seldom ring the doorbell or knock. They dump the package on the porch and are gone, leaving the package vulnerable to thieves. They are faster than an Olympic sprinter. When given a choice I would never pick UPS. YOUR COMPANY NEEDS TO GET ITS ACT TOGETHER!!

    Overall, I feel UPS is probably better than FedEx, mostly due to their better/lower pricing. I was however, so disgusted with all couriers, I have recently (just about a year ago) joined Amazon Prime, who charge a yearly fee of $99, then all shipping is free, and most items arrive within two days; that said, I'm very happy with my decision to not use UPS...

    Can't think of any other company that will allow its personnel to get away with bold faced lies the way UPS does. They absolutely cannot be trusted. They promise three attempts. 1st - Waited most of the day but had a Dr's appointment @ 3 - unavoidable - driver left a notice saying re-delivery next day so I wait from 9 AM to 7 PM - driver codes incorrect address but they already put a note on my door so how can the address be incorrect? I confirm address with customer service (these people I must say are nice and do a helluva job listening to complaints but those on the consumer side aren't actually empowered to do anything).

    Delivery rescheduled for the 3rd day. So I check tracking at 9 AM to make sure all is OK and wait and wait and wait. By the afternoon I call in to check for any update, but only information available is that it's on the truck (since 6:30 AM) and is out for delivery and repeatedly I'm assured it will be delivered since the address was confirmed to be the correct address etc. Wait, wait, wait, till at 7:42 PM driver claims "The receiver was not available at the time of the second delivery attempt." which is total **.

    My experience with UPS during my loan servicing career has been faultless (I am now retired). All business between myself and commercial clients was always easy and accurate.     I purchased a algebra book for my college class. My class was dropped so I had 15 days from the time I received my book to send it back for my full amount of $227.91, and in which I received the book on August 30, the book was sent out through UPS on September 2. I called UPS on September 26ish to locate my book because the bookstore had not received it, which I did and it got sent over to investigation.

    I called back on October 13 because UPS had not gotten a hold of me like they were suppose to and they proceed to tell me they will not refund me my money because Knetbooks received the book on the week of October 3. I'm sorry UPS you guys are a joke, you go and lose my book and now it's not your problem because it took over a month to reach its destination??? Real professional I would say. Word of advice to anyone that sends a package out, use FedEx or your local post office, they may be better at being responsible for their own actions.

    I have found UPS to be the best when it comes to caring for packages. I have very few problems with damaged boxes, unlike other shipping services.     I ordered some DVD headrests for my family when we head out on our first vacation together. I waited 2 weeks for delivery and on the day of delivery, they never showed up. I had them delivered to my mom's house since she is homebound. I went to check the tracking and the status was DELIVERED. I called to see what was going on, and the lady told me they were delivered to the wrong address and that they would see if they could get it back. That it could take 8 days! 8 days to decide if they are recoverable and that they would contact the seller of the product after.     I ordered a very expensive computer from a PC building company in California. Everything started out well and the delivery arrived in my location on time. I called the day before and requested for me to pick it up after work because I had to sign for it. Next day I was on my way to work and I checked the UPS app to make sure everything was OK for me to pick it up later in the afternoon. I was shocked and confused when the app said "returning to sender." I immediately called UPS and spoke to a extremely rude woman on the phone that said the sender (the company I bought it from) was requesting to send it back. I said that is impossible because I have been in contact with them via email and they never mentioned anything about sending it back and I had already paid them a lot of money.

    I asked her, "Why did they request this?" And she said "I don't know. I can't help you. You have to ask them." So I called the company a few hours later and they said they had no idea why UPS was trying to send it back and that they would call and get it fixed. I began calling UPS back but they kept hanging up on me. I was furious so I had to leave work and spend another 3-4 hours on the phone trying to track down my package before they sent it back. Finally I found out where it was and went to pick it up before they sent it back. Apparently UPS put the "wrong address" on the package and had no idea I was coming to pick it up so they decided to ship it back. A absolute nightmare... If I did not leave work I don't think I would have been able to get my package and could have lost out on a lot of money. UPS was the worst shipping experience I have ever had!

    I really didn't have any sort of problem with UPS or any other delivery person really. The only thing I have here is that there aren't more ways to communicate with the driver or the UPS and selves on how the package might get dropped off just in case you are not going to be there unexpectedly or just because you want to change locations you don't want it sitting on your porch were anybody, or anyone can just pick it up when they think you're not home? That last one happened several times and I'm not really mad about it because nothing went missing.

    I love UPS Shipping because they are always on time and they will not leave your packages outside in the inner city. That is very dangerous in our community, when you get home from work the packages are gone. Stolen... by your nice neighbors, then you have to start all over.     My son sent me some VERY important documents from New Jersey to Houston, TX on Sept 28, 5 days later, the envelope made it to Houston but for some weird reason that no one in UPS can explain, two days later, the package arrived to San Antonio!!! Then they sent it to Austin and so far they are only missing Dallas to have the Texas tour complete!!! Today is October 11 and NOBODY knows where the package is? Talked to numerous "supervisors" there and it's a proven fact: Incompetence and disinformation is a virus there and is highly contagious. That being said... if you have other options, don't hesitate... just stay away from UPS, their service is garbage and their customer service will tell you on fancy words "you'll get it when you get it".

    Although the delivery of UPS packages is usually acceptable, minor damage to box only I don't like dealing with the UPS store closest to me. Staff is unprofessional, believe they are doing customers a favor, and everything must be done to package before I take it in including a label.     UPS is one of largest carriers of consumers' package. I had a pre-paid package from Charter to send back. My replacement cell phone I had not received yet, so I had no phone. I used my daughter phone. Called UPS to pick up a prepaid package, it was ready. They would not pick up package because I had no phone number. I told them that Charter Communication already paid for everything. UPS REFUSED to pick up package. FedEx has a system. If it is prepaid they pick it up. I will no longer use UPS service.

    I have never had a problem with UPS before but after they lost my $2500 package I don't ever want one of their trucks in my driveway again. I filed an investigation which may take up to 8 business days for them to complete and after talking to customer service I've basically come to understand they can take as long as they want. To make it worse the customer service doesn't want to tell me anything because I'm not the sender, the sender has my money right now so in my eyes the package is more my problem than his.

    Whenever the regular driver is away and the package is large or heavy, there is always a problem. My packages are returned to sender or dropped off at access points. In the latest incident, the tracking info scans indicate that they attempted delivery but no one was home. I now have a working camera at my front door and I can see who comes and goes and I can assure you that NO DELIVERY PERSON ever came to my doorstep when they claimed they attempted delivery. After rescanning the package over two days and never attempting to deliver again, it was dumped at an access point in a supermarket. They defeat the whole purpose of ordering online.

    Some of the UPS personal I have met are very racial, there are some that bet on games with customers as well on company time and in uniform. I've have had a employee to put medication in an outside chair in the backyard and was there for several days before it was found.     When they had their own computer system, you had to input your information into their computer system. Which they had two you could use. You were supposed to remember the password. Starting over sucked. It didn't help when other people changed the password themselves. Ugh!

    It's been a long but fairly productive battle with UPS over the years. Their computer system is antiquated and cannot keep current with address updates so a small zip code change (last four) will make home delivery nearly impossible - the *driver* decides if parcel is left at my home or at some Access Point - not good. Parcels are not as destroyed as in the past and a lot of the blame is on the Shipper's end from poor packing "knowing" that carriers don't care. UPS has improved. But with every driver change we start all over again... They leave it in the worst places instead of where directed (if at all). I'd rather use the USPS.

    If UPS had an option of a zero star rating, I would rate it at that. All I have to say is that I AM MAD with UPS. I have ordered two packages off of Amazon.com that should've been delivered TEN DAYS AGO. The mailbox that UPS was supposed to put the packages in simply fell over, and for some incredibly idiotic and stupid reason, UPS isn't able to deliver a package when the mailbox is on its side. Not only that, but you'd think that when they won't deliver a package because of a mailbox problem, that they'd walk up to the people's doors to deliver. Nope. That just doesn't work with UPS. The UPS delivery guy can't just freaking bend over to put a package in a mailbox that's on its side, nor can they walk up to the house and set the package down... I AM ANGRY!

    I have used UPS to ship things a few times and they did good for me. I got my packages when they said I would. They picked up packages from my house when they said they would. Nothing was ever broken. The delivery men and woman were very nice and friendly. I would definitely call them again.

    I want my package shipped UPS from the start to delivery at my door! The last two packages that they turned over to the US Postal Service were lost. UPS didn't have updates on their site and neither did USPS. Never receive package. May have all my packages shipped by FedEx. It's worth the extra $$$ not to have it turned over to USPS. Very disappointed in UPS Mail Innovations’ inability to track packages after they turn them over to USPS. STOP TEAMING UP WITH THEM, they are ruining your otherwise, wonderful service!!!

    UPS is wholly a greedy and dishonest company. We opened a box with them in Salinas, California. Unfortunately, an emergency situation dictated that we leave town a few days later. Since they refused to sell us anything less than a 6-month contract, we had paid $130. None of this, 3 days later, was refundable. In addition, they are now charging our credit card $14 to forward one or two pieces of mail. So first, this company thinks it is acceptable to refund us zero dollars after not even using their services. This much I do not agree with but can certainly understand from their viewpoint. What I cannot understand is why they would charge us after that point to forward our mail. They already have $130 in free money from us. They can't provide a common courtesy and forward our mail? It is outlandish that they would refuse to refund us and charge us a ridiculous amount on top of that to forward mail. It doesn't cost them a thing to do so! Will never do business with this greedy bureaucracy again. USPS is terrible but even they are not this low.

    Drivers have a distinct lack of care for the items they deliver. Boxes are usually partially open and/or damaged. I've had pkgs that are clearly marked fragile, dumped upside down onto my doorstep, without care to the probability that they have broken something inside the box!

    I had to overnight a birth certificate and it cost $65.00. I thought that was really steep, but I live in a very small comm. and that was the only choice. The post office is waaaay cheaper all around. I also received a damaged, battered package, the UPS guy refused to leave it because the extent of damage and I lost merchandise.     A few incidents was difficult. Customer service gave different reasons for delay. It was hard to call and get someone who helped. Long hold times were frustrating and some people were not helpful to get the situation resolved. Took many hours of calls, sometimes days. The UPS delivery person, one of them, is very nice and personable so that experience is a plus. But phone customer service is something I would like to avoid.

    Since 31st August, till date, we have complained & enquired many time but there is no proper coordination till now. We made more than dozen visit to UPS office Jogeshwari East & asked for an immediate response to our issues we are facing. First, we were informed that our shipment is handed over to an agent, which we never authorized from our end. We were informed that we are going to receive the call. We updated all the contact information still we didn't receive any call. We called customer care numbers, we complained & many time we got disconnected in the middle of the conversation. We got penalized for no reason.

    There was a huge communication gap. We submitted the hard copies of documents on 31st August, then repeatedly they kept asking for same documents. We mailed all documents to them again & again. We submitted all the documents they asked. It took more than 12 days to UPS hand over the documents to the customs agents. We got penalized for more than 12 days that means 10,000 INR per day & yet we haven't received our shipment even after paying all the charges. It's been already 4 days & we didn't receive any call or email after making payment. Now, all we need is immediate action on our case.

    I bought an item from Amazon.com on 9/27/17 and paid extra for one day shipping because I needed the item for a class. Received an email from UPS letting me know that the package was going to be delivered 9/29/17 by 8 pm (did NOT happen). I then received another email on 9/30/17 from UPS with a change on delivery date to 10/2/17. Called Amazon and found out that someone shipped it as 2nd day air instead of one day shipping, then called UPS and was told that there was nothing they could do even though the package was already sitting at a UPS station about 10 minutes from my house!

    After arguing with UPS for 20 minutes finally got Josh (supervisor) to agree that they had made a mistake by sending an email with the wrong delivery date. Everyone agreeing that they were sorry and totally understood why I was mad DID NOT ACTUALLY HELP!!! Now have to find the item somewhere in Houston and pay extra for it so that I can use it for my class!! This is not the first time that UPS has failed to deliver a package on time but it will be the last as far as I am concerned.     Absolutely the worst pickup and delivery service. Called on 9/26/17 at 2:45 pm to have a package picked up (patients blood draw for a study, blood only good for 48 hours). Was told someone would be here by 6:00 pm. Called at 5:45 pm to say package still sitting here and was placed on hold for 27 minutes to be told they could not get a hold of the driver. Was told that someone would call in 30 minutes. Was not sitting in work another 30 minutes. Called UPS 9/27/17 at 8:15 am and was told my package had been picked up. Told phone person that everyone in the office must be hallucinating, because package still sitting on desk. On hold for another 20 minutes only to be told no one was answering at the Oregon Avenue facility.

    What a surprise. Does anyone ever get a live person at Oregon Avenue to answer the phone. I think that they are all mannequins or on eternal coffee breaks. Told someone would call me back by 10:00 am on 9/27/17. 10:17 and guess what no phone call. Called UPS and was told that UPS only makes one pick up a day at our facility and they had already done that at 1:00 pm. So my question was why did you schedule one for 6:00 pm if you already knew no one was coming out. Told the operator to cut the ** and give me a supervisor. I was told that a supervisor would only do the same thing she did and send another message to the Oregon Avenue facility. Lo and behold someone from Oregon Avenue finally called me around 10:30 am on 9/27/17 and guess what, she still could not tell me when my package would be picked up. She had to get a hold of the driver and call me back. 10:46 am and still no callback.

    Package still sitting on front desk. Was given a direct number to call back if there was a problem. I asked if I could give it to the patient that was going to have to travel back from out of state to have the blood redrawn, because by 11:21 am on 9/28/17 the blood will no longer be viable. She told me that they could only may outgoing calls and no one could call into the facility directly. So the number you gave me is bogus???? Do they hear how stupid they are. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. UNFORTUNATELY the STUDY HAS CONTRACTED with them and I CANNOT USE ANYONE ELSE.

    Only deliver during working hour, and only two attempts. QR code on the notice leads to an error page. The info notice doesn't always work either. Only way to track your package is then through the tracking reference given by the customer support of the expeditor. Once online, impossible to change delivery place or time without creating an account and giving personal details. But if you reluctantly do so after their second attempts, there seem to be still no other option left than to helplessly wait for the return to the expeditor?

    Only offered dropping point is in another city 20-30 min away by car where the national post office would drop it in a partner shop next block (2 min walk). Makes you pay 17€ of administration fee for import taxes that were less than 3€. At least for what's regarding the Netherlands, I have literally no clue why expeditors would chose such delivery service over regular and nationwide post-offices that offer much more flexibility with no cost on the receiver side.

    Ordered New Bentley Grill from California 3 day delivery on Sept. 15 2017. UPS tracking # schedule delivery by end of day Sept. 20 2017. Tracked package every day. On the morning of the 19, it was on schedule and at the Wentzville Mo. terminal 68 miles from my address. Waited all day checking, tracking but kept saying no information for that # so never came. Checked next day and package is now in Atlanta Ga. 510 miles away. Set there until the 25th and back at Wentzville Mo. delivery scheduled for 26th. Great. Finally get my front grille. Wrong. Waited on porch all day. Finally at 6pm UPS truck coming down road which dead ends 1/2 mile into farmer Alfalfa Fields. Now I have a 4 ft sign with name and address in 4" letters by driveway. The driver went by so I figured he would turn around and stop on way back since I'm the only house on the road, but no 19 minute later the truck sped by, made right turn onto main road and was gone...

    Once again no delivery on 3 day service, so I figured I would just stop by terminal which is only 5 mile from my house in the morning, but at 10pm there was a knock on my door. The farmer that owns the alfalfa fields went back to finish cutting the alfalfa and saw a box on the mower thingy and delivered it. If he had started mowing it would have been destroyed. Companies need to find alternative shipping methods. UPS is unprofessional and worst service I have ever had and people need to BOYCOTT UPS!!!

    I had paid over 100.00 for a 2 day air (Direct Delivery Only) service to have a package go from VA to OH to get there for a friend's birthday. It went from VA to WV back to VA to OH. Total time took 5 days. I bet if UPS, USPS, or FedEx was required to refund the difference of the shipping cost, it wouldn't take that long to ship a package a state away. I mean if a customer pays for a service he should get it or get a refund.

    Updated on 10/28/2017: I have been dealing with UPS for the past 3 weeks. I have been passed around, insulted, and lied to. I have jumped through every hoop they passed my way with no results. I recently shipped a computer to a friend and it arrived damaged. I filed a damage claim and a UPS representative told me the claim had been approved after they had my friend send in pictures of the computer and box and that a check would be sent. A few days later, I received a letter that said my claim had been denied due to the construction of the box. Upon proving they were full of it and that the box met their standards they changed their story saying there wasn't enough packaging, Now if four layers of bubble wrap isn't enough packaging than you would almost have to use cement around your item.

    After I was told the claim was approved for a second time, I received another letter in the mail saying it was denied. When I asked a representative what is it this time? They asked if I was going to repair it or replace it the item? Getting very upset over the amount of BS, I reached out to ** and asked if they could persuade UPS to honor my $400 claim? I don't know what they said to UPS but it worked. A UPS HQ representative contacted me and apologized and agreed to honor my claim. After a few days Mr. ** replied "It looks like UPS mishandled your box -- and your claim -- in an epic way. Of course, it should have sent the computer to your friend undamaged. And in fairness, that's normally what happens. I moved most of my fragile items from Florida to Arizona last year using UPS and, it packed and shipped the items without a scratch.

    UPS can be a little pricey, but, in my experience, if you want it done right, you UPS it. So I was surprised to read the lengthy account of the company's failure, and how it first agreed to process your claim and then backpedaled. The company should have paid you for the damage as soon as you sent the necessary documentation. Again, it's unclear why the company agreed, and then rescinded its offer. Not to belabor the point, but that isn't the UPS way. Among its core values are "integrity," "service" and "quality," all three of which were lacking in your case. I contacted UPS on your behalf. It apologized and agreed to honor your claim -- this time, for real."

    Package was set up to be sent to local UPS store. Departure scan had correct address to UPS store but driver listed could not delivery account wrong apartment number 9/18 and on 9/25. UPS store said they never received the package and computer showed the same driver was unable to deliver account incorrect apt address? I was never notified that package had been delivered to UPS store and the UPS store has also informed me that they never received a delivery. Package has now been sent back to sender and per UPS customer service cannot change shipment in transit. I will now have to wait for sender to receive package and then reorder and send to UPS store again... really. So my 4 day ground delivery is turning into 3 to 4 week nightmare or more unless they still cannot find one of their stores.

    UPS is not as good as the top rated company but usually you can count on UPS delivering on time and not much damage. Better if they handled the packages better. Don't toss the boxes that doesn't help. Their delivery trucks are noisy and driven way too fast in residential areas. Noise is way above what's allowed in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Also not a fan of companies that allow smoking in their trucks when driving.

    My delivery was supposed to arrive on 22 September 2017. It never showed. Amazon updated the delivery time to Saturday 23 September until 8 pm. I waited until 2:51 pm before contacting Amazon to complain. I contacted Amazon after 5 pm to complain again. They said they were in communication with UPS and were working to resolve. I left home finally at 8:08 pm to go shopping. I get home and check the status on Amazon and it says that "delivery was attempted." What utter bullcrap... At least own up to your mistake UPS.

    I have used UPS numerous times and mostly ship within Texas and ship ground, which typically takes 3 days to get to west Texas from Dallas, but online will state that it takes 1-2 days. It's not really clear for remote areas of the state, so I've learned the hard way that those are average predictions, not absolute numbers. The only real issue I've ever had was in trying to use the $5 service to reroute a package that, for some reason, had an old address of mine on it in UPS but not on the order itself. UPS somehow used my old address, and even though I paid the $5 to reroute the package, it didn't get routed or arrive on time. The package was returned to the hub who called me to validate the address, and even though I gave them the address, it was going to take 2 or 3 more days so I just went to the HUB to get my package.

    Numerous times, I've ordered packages and always cringe when I find out that UPS is handling the delivery (which is usually completely out of my control -- it all depends on who's sending the item from Amazon or what deal they have with the company I'm ordering from). The intercom system at my building is unreliable at best, so I go out of my way to let them know how they can notify me when a package is delivered. I work from home, so I am literally always home. I leave notes on the door with my phone number, asking them to please call upon delivery, and if I'm able I leave delivery instructions on the online order form of whatever site I'm ordering from.

    Without fail, I get that email that says I was not available for delivery when they attempted. Sure, they'd be happy to attempt on the next delivery day, but how is that helpful at all? They're not going to call the next day either. It's extra fun when it's a Friday, and then I have to wait till Monday. On the most recent occasion, the driver didn't even leave the sticker on the door. It's absolutely unconscionable to treat customers like this -- as a customer success rep myself, I would get fired if I operated with the utter indifference to customer experience that these guys have. I don't believe that it's unreasonable to expect that a delivery driver will do at least the bare minimum and attempt to contact me, instead of just glancing at the door from the driver's seat and then pulling away, as they seem to.

On the 11th of September, I received a notice telling me that my order was successfully deliver to my house and that the driver left the package under the porch. Funny thing is that I don't even have a porch to put the package under! So of course after asking all my neighbors, after going around my place trying to find the dammed package, I to go through the company I bought the cathouse from.     I have used UPS most of the time. They are esp. efficient with medical equipment which has needed to be shipped promptly. I can receive a breathing machine replacement within 24 hrs, replace the broken one in the box which arrives, and they return it promptly to the company! They have been providing me with wonderful service---with no mishaps!

    I would like to start by saying that I wish there was a way to leave a worse review than a one star. This company does not deserve even a one star review. I was told my package would be delivered on a specific day (Note: this was a work related package) and then after checking the updated status, they had stopped my delivery and had it sent back. This is completely unacceptable and I will never have a package delivered through UPS ever again. Worst shipping and processing company I have ever had to deal with. On a scale of 0-5, I would give them a zero.

    UPS has always treated me with respect and answered all my questions. They are on time unless there are unforeseen circumstances such as weather problems. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they are professional.
