I wish I could leave negative score for UPS service. On Oct 4, 2018 I went to UPS Store #4126 located at Mason & Westheimer Rd, Katy Texas for the overnight express shipping service to send over VISA document to my wife who has been denied to reenter the US due to missing document. The legal document was supposed to be delivered the latest one day after on Friday night. I have emphasized that the document MUST be delivered as scheduled without tolerance. The clerk promised no problem. I paid $49.83 after tax. The drama then started.
When I tracked down the system, I found the package was delayed on Friday at Toronto Customs until early morning Saturday, the reason was so called "delayed by the customs clearance". Fine. Then I called UPS customer service number they provided on tracking page, the representative promised to call Canada UPS to expedite. I know they deliver on Saturday. No result, the package still was not moving in tracking system. I called them on Tuesday Oct 8, 2018 after I saw they left message indicating "Missing Suite # on receiver address", this is ridiculous.
I told customer service that I have left receiver address correctly and the phone number. They should call the receiver to confirm the address. Then the receiver told me that local UPS did call her to confirm address was correct. I thought the package should be delivered that day, Tuesday. I was totally wrong. The package has been dead in the tracking system for a week until today Oct 17, 2018.
I have called UPS customer service so many times emphasizing that the legal document was extremely important and also the receiver was to leave the country on Thursday, two days later. I told them if the package could not be delivered before Thursday, please return the package to me in Katy Texas. The customer service said she has left the notes on file.
Today, Oct 17, 2018, I just received email notice saying the package was just delivered to the noneffective address and was signed off by somebody other than the receiver I mailed to as she has left the country on Oct 11, 2018. If the UPS CEO or top management happen to see this review, please contact the local UPS store #4126 to obtain my personal contact. I would like to discuss with them for more detail. I remind all future customers to be aware of this horrible UPS service.

I have had 4 shipments from UPS in the past month and zero have made it to my door. No one has attempted to ring my buzzer or even leave a delivery notice. It was up to me to go online to track the package down and pick it up myself. With the 3rd and 4th packages, I was fed up so I called customer service to complain. I spoke with 2 different agents and corresponded by e-mail with a 3rd. All of whom assured me my package would be delivered Oct. 16. At 4:00pm today I got a call saying My package was ready to be picked up. Um, no I will not be picking up the package. "Well I guess you'll never get your package then" was the woman's response.
She then went on to ask me what my problem was and why couldn't I just pick up the package myself. I don't drive, have a baby in a stroller and pay to have heavy things delivered was my response (this is an 18 pound package). I was dumbfounded. I've never experienced such rudeness or total incompetence in my life. You should change your name to a "pick-up service" and not a delivery company because your employees don't seem to grasp what "delivery" means.

I have had 7 misplaced, or packages "forgotten in shipping container" in the last 2 months! All of them from southern Minnesota facilities. This is the most pathetic shipping excuse I've heard. If you have 1 job to do, how do walk away from a container that still has packages in it?! This company is pathetic! They don't have a problem telling you the same one line excuse every time.

After 10 days still waiting for package delivery. Visit the warehouse today and I was told the package, that they receive, cannot be found. Every time, during the past 10 days that I phoned (4 time) I am told that the package is on its way and will arrive by 7pm. My conclusion they have NO idea about packages or the location or delivery days or times. The customer service staff is unprofessional and disrespects customer, while at the warehouse, for 2 hours the service staff mocked customers during enquiry calls and definitely had no interest to provide any service. What a disappointment from one of the so-called leading customer service companies in the world.

They refuse to reach out to me they won’t respond to any of my requests but they have the nerve to lie and say I wasn’t here to receive the package which I was. I was here all day Saturday and no one came. I do not appreciate them lying. I asked for them to ship my stuff before I got to work and they have been giving me the runaround. Please do not waste your time on UPS. Order with FedEx! These idiots are not worth the time or the day.

I called UPS customer service twice to attempt to get some help trying to get in touch with the USPS to correct a problem with a UPS shipment that is being shipped through the USPS for some reason. Because it has a UPS tracking number, it’s impossible to get anyone to talk to me via the USPS phone system because you need a valid tracking number first and a UPS tracking number isn’t valid in their automated system so they won’t allow me to speak to a representative. So I called UPS for help. Since this shipment is ultimately their responsibility, I assumed they would provide some support. Quite the opposite.
When you call UPS support, you end up in some third world country. These people have a script and don’t veer from it. They could not care less if you have a problem. They were completely uninterested in my issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They must love this because it’s their cue to put you on hold and just never come back. Twice this happened with two different people in the same third world country. Awful customer service. I won’t use them ever again. It’s FedEx from now on.

UPS has a new policy with a slick name. What it boils down to is, if you aren't home on the first try and the package needs a signature, the package is taken for pick up to a store OF THE DRIVER'S CHOICE. I can walk to a very large UPS Store on Woodstock Street in Portland Oregon, but my packages are taken 20 minutes away to Milwaukie Oregon. I have always thought UPS was the best, but now I will go with Amazon, or even FedEx who I have up to now disliked. I can drive to most stores in my area in the time it takes to go pick up a UPS delivery. I'm sure the drivers love it. I am so happy for them.

I ordered a product from an Israeli company who said that they used DSL. It is a small electron box and I was charged $40 for delivery when I ordered it. 2 weeks later I was sent a link to UPS with a tracking number. This indicated that the product had been sent via locations in Israel, Turkey and Germany. It appeared to be in Ottawa, Canada where I live but the tracking list then mentioned import duties etc and then the package was in Philadelphia, and then Louisville before finally being shipped to Ottawa again. I was promised delivery on a Tuesday and waited all day for it. At 8:30 in the evening the tracking system said that charging information had been lost by the driver and I still don't know when to expect it. Emails to complain have been apologetic but not useful. I will advise the seller not to use UPS again. I will never use them again unless the apology is believable.

No cards put through the door. Asked for them to leave at my neighbour and they haven't. I have a long itinerary of what they have and haven't done. Apparently they said they came today at 10.35 but guess what? I was in waiting. They are liars. Complete and utter liars. I have never known such a disorganised delivery company. Shocking. Totally shocking. The promises. I have spoken to managers three times and they are supposed to be monitoring my parcel because of the hassle but still no parcel. Do not use this company. Updated on 11/28/2018: After more than two months of tail chasing I finally received my insurance check from UPS. Drew, the manager of the Lincoln Depot went to work for me. Along with his Security Chief. They again verified my windshield was packaged properly. I have to acknowledge him as he was never made aware of the situation by his supervisor. I am not using UPS again.
Original Review: Shipped from UPS Lincoln, NE valuable obsolete windshield insured for $1500. The glass shop noted the wooden encasement of the corrugated (factory shipping box) was damaged. Windshield cracked from point of impact. UPS immediately denied claim. Lucinda in claims called the Lincoln location, while I was on the phone and spoke to Nesha, UPS supervisor. It was verified on Thursday Sept 27th that I had packed the shipment correctly and verified by the UPS representative Dustin. Paid special handling and met the UPS website criteria to the letter! Since the claim had been denied I was told it would be reversed by Lucinda. On Oct 4th I received a call from Reana **, their insurance representative.
The voicemail stated she thought I did not want to dispute this claim. I returned her call, explained the scenario. So, she stated they needed pictures and more information. I explained it had already been reversed (Sept 27th) and asked what date she had on the denial, it was the first denial. That was a waste of time, UPS stated it was packed correctly why am I now working for them? Called claims again today and spoke to Piul? Another waste of time, all supervisors were on calls with other customers with claims issues and I am to wait an hour for someone, no name given.
I asked for a manager, no can do, how about the “World headquarters” telephone number? "Don’t have it" was his statement! So I googled it, I called the “World Headquarters” telephone number, it’s not the Headquarters, but if you need supplies it a good number. I looked at arbitration under their legal icon. Not too interested in arbitration but jury if it proceeds. I see a breach of their contract with me and tail dragging. Maybe they need a class action suit!

We paid to have a package picked up. They don't give you the option to choose a window of time for the pickup. I have to be gone for ONE HOUR every day. And guess when UPS came to pick up my package? Yes - during that ONE HOUR! I called them and they wanted to charge me another $11 to come back... And STILL wouldn't let me choose a time! So my daughter and I had to wrestle a 52-pound package down our stairs and into our vehicle and find a drop-off location. I refuse to give UPS another $11 of my money. This is a PAID SERVICE! At the very least, UPS should let you choose a time slot range (like 8a-12p or 12p-4p)! And give you a second chance if you miss the first slot.

I ordered a couple hundred dollars worth of merchandise two weeks ago. The website I ordered it from uses UPS. Last Wednesday UPS was supposed to deliver it to me. I received nothing. I checked the UPS app and sure enough it said delivery scheduled for that day. I checked again before going to bed, the app said No access - need code. I was mad. My street does not require an access code to get down it. I've had several packages delivered by UPS in the past 6 months with no problem. The app said they would try again on Thursday.
Well Thursday came and went without a truck stopping by my house. I called UPS on Friday and told the lady I don't live on a street that requires an access code. She rescheduled the delivery for Monday. It's Monday and the truck has not come by yet. If I don't get it today, I'll be asking for it to be sent back. I will put a dispute on my credit card for the purchase and contact the shipper to let them know why it's being sent back. I'm sure they won't mind a loss of a sale over it.

Now not only is UPS unreliable, they are liars! I took extra care to download their app and signed up for all of their little programs to get notifications on all of my packages. For the last 5 or 6 times I have gotten no notifications, no information, and when I call they tell me their system is down. Kind of odd that their system is down every time I have a package sent. And now, with this latest package, they have it on their website that there is a severe weather warning and they are delayed two days due to severe weather in a specific area.
I double-checked. I have family that live in that area. Now UPS can add lying to their list of flaws. Not only was there no severe weather in that area...it has been shining, sunny, and wonderful for the last 3 weeks! Just to be sure I checked within a hundred-mile radius of where they said the severe weather that was causing delays was. Shiny...sunny...and warm. And again, no emails, no text messages, no information on when my package was even sent or updates or locations.
I had to call the company I ordered from so they could relay all of the information to me. Something funny happen...yesterday there was supposed to be a severe weather warning about 300 miles from my house so my package was going to be delayed 2 days according to their website. BUT today, 17 hours later, the package is now 4 states and over 900 miles away!! How does that happen? So either they are shipping it back to the company before I even get it or they don't know what they're doing. And I don't understand why, on a Friday afternoon, my packages will be sitting at my local UPS Store less than 2 miles from my house and yet I will not get them delivered to me until the following Wednesday!
I have even gone to the UPS Store, they have checked and said, "Yes. Your packages are here." I tell them I want to pick them up and they refused to let me. I offer ID, I offered to pay a fee, and they refused to let me pick those packages up that are 2 miles from my house. And for some reason it takes them 5 days to go 2 miles! FedEx never has that problem. Or when I fill out paperwork to make sure that there has to be a signature delivery? I find the package on my front porch. Shameful! Unfortunately, I cannot dictate what carrier different companies use, but if any companies are reading this or want the best customer service, do not use UPS!

I would like to file a formal complaint against the United Parcel Service as an organization but also specifically against 1) the miscommunication between customer service and the Watertown warehouse. 2) Unprofessionalism of the employees working within the customer service and Watertown warehouse. Yesterday (Tuesday 9/25) I received an email notification from UPS stating that my package would be delivered that day. At around 11:30, the delivery truck driver rang the doorbell but we were not able to hear it. I saw the failure to deliver notice on my door and immediately called customer service to see if I could pick it up. I was told that I would receive a call back within an hour to determine the time for pickup. I waited almost 3 hours for the call before having to leave my home. A message had apparently been left almost immediately after I had left.
I called customer service around 2:30 PM as I was leaving my house to state that I did not receive a phone call and to update the phone number on the request to my cellphone. The agent I spoke with told me the same story that I would receive a call within an hour to determine when I could pick up my package. I waited an hour and did not receive a call. I called again a little after 3:30 PM and was given the same answer. I called again around 4:30 PM and once again received the same story. At this point, I have spent the entire day on the phone. I requested to speak to the agent’s supervisor and I needed a solution. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call dropped. My mom went to pick up the package at the Watertown warehouse and she waited until 9:20 PM.
The delivery truck had arrived at the warehouse but my package was nowhere to be found. The employees were very rude and unprofessional. There was no one apologizing for the miscommunication or mix-up. The employee who went to look for my package called security to tell my mom to go home as they could not find the package. I immediately called customer service again and was told that my package was at the warehouse and there was nothing that they could do about it as the warehouse was now closed. I have called the warehouse multiple times this morning and no one has answered. I called customer service this morning and received the same story that I will receive a phone call within an hour. I will wait the hour and call again if I do not receive any call back.
This is absolutely unacceptable and I formally request a solution be provided immediately. The amount of unprofessionalism shown by multiple employees and departments within UPS is astonishing. I hope that this complaint will push the organization to improve their policies and procedures. I will also post this on a complaint website as I feel that other customers should be informed.

On the night before it was said to be delivered I got on the UPS site and requested updates on my delivery time to ensure someone at my home would be there to receive it, so it wasn’t left at door and possibly stolen. By asking for such I had to enter information and my ADDRESS. I asked for both email updates and text updates. At 8 pm I was sent a message saying my package was left at my door. No such package was. I never received any other alerts as I had requested. I then looked up my information from Amazon, my original email from UPS and my information I submitted for delivery updates.
All 3 HAD my correct address. Next I called UPS and I was given incompetent service from an incompetent service representative and the incompetent supervisor I listened to telling the rep word for word on what to say to me. They then insulted me by repeatedly telling me my bed was delivered to me. After blowing a gasket I was then given the address they left my $1300 bed at. Half of the time the driver doesn’t ring my doorbell when I am home ignores the profile set up to allow packages to be delivered without a signature. What happens far too often is I’m home I have a doorbell which records and takes a picture of anyone who rings it additionally it rings to my home phone so that if I am not near the door I can tell whoever is at the door that I will be right there. What does happen is the driver doesn’t ring my doorbell. He may be knocked lightly and then runs off only to leave me with no package and a sticker telling me he was there but I was not. I have even gone to the extreme writing a note stating, "Please leave package. No signature required" or "Please ring doorbell I am home."
What makes this whole situation even more frustrating is the supervisor at our local distribution center fails to even take this situation and all of my situation seriously. Instead he wastes my time having me send him pictures of my doorbells call log proving his driver does not ring the bell then that said supervisor refuses to return my call and email when this was at his request.

This morning I found a note taped to my door that the delivery could not be made as I was not available to sign. The fact is that no one rang my bell and waited for me to answer the door!
I immediately contacted UPS and a different representative said that what the rep told me yesterday was not true; that I did need to sign; the rep also told me that the delivery person is NOT REQUIRED to wait for me to answer the door NOR TO RETURN TO MY OFFICE! I explained that this was important and I could not do my job today without it, but received the usual non-caring response that the delivery would be 'attempted' again tomorrow, or I could travel 40 miles after 7:00 PM to pick the equipment up myself which still left me with UPS holding my equipment for another day. So I lost a day's work thanks to UPS. Unfortunately for me, I had no choice in the delivery option as the company automatically uses this useless United Parcel Service, which is no service at all.

I ordered some items from Italy and the vendor sent through UPS. The package was sent out on 8 Aug 2018 and it left Italy on the same day. My package went to Germany on 9 Aug 2018 then to China and left China on 10 Aug 2018 to Singapore and my parcel reached Singapore on the same day. However, my parcel just stayed in the warehouse till date. I started calling UPS since end August and a few customer service officers have spoken to me. Some say they will put a note for the delivery to contact me or supervisor to contact me. One or two called but the remaining times no one called. Just to be clear, I called a few times as no one call me back after a few days. Finally one lady called me and say that she will settle the issue and send the package to me the next day and again nothing arrive. So many promises and all broken. I have lost total faith in using UPS and I am going to advise my vendor never to use UPS anymore.
18 Sep 2018, my package is still in their warehouse. I think this is the most ridiculous and worst customer service I ever encountered. No way I am going to use UPS ever. Today I called again and requested to speak to the higher level. Spoke to a guy name Raj and he say he will get back to me by 2 pm. This is utmost frustrating as I really do not the world of time to keep doing this. I will go on social media again if this is not resolved by today AGAIN.

I am completely satisfied with the product and would rate the product 5 Stars. However, the UPS Freight that SunSetter uses is the worst service in existence. I have ordered two shades in a period of three months and UPS lost both shades. Dealing with UPS is extremely frustrating. SunSetter's response is an apology, a new order and shipment through the same UPS Freight that lost the previous two shades. Extremely poor attention to customer service by using this freight company.

I had stopped using UPS because I found their shipping costs were considerably more than other services. However, recently they had to pick up a package at my residence (scheduled by someone else and too large to be dropped off). It was supposed to be picked up between 12 PM and 5 PM but they never showed. When I called the 800 number, they said they would pick it up the next day, 9 AM-6 PM but could not narrow down that window! The UPS service rep was difficult to deal with and didn't seem to care that I had to wait at home ALL DAY, for a second time.
At 6 PM the next day, they still had not picked up the package, so I called, and they said their system was showing it had already been picked up. Very interesting, considering web tracking showed it had not arrived at UPS yet. They sent an urgent message out to call me and said it would be picked up that night. No one called. At 11 AM the next day, I called again and was told they “were unable to get in touch with me” the night before. I hadn’t left my house and there were no missed calls on my phone. Do I verified they had the correct phone number. They put in another request to contact me. At 5 PM (6 hours later), I called the LOCAL UPS service number and let them know I had been waiting for 3 days for them to pick up this package!!! They showed up at 5:15 PM (15 minutes later). Terrible customer service and truly one of worst customer experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Stay away from UPS!

Jan 2018 I submitted a claim to UPS, here's why. My wife was pulling out of our driveway when the UPS driver (Terry **) pulled up. He had a package and stuck it in my wife's back seat of her Yukon Denali. Not knowing what it was she left it overnight for me, so the next day I went to get it out and discovered that the contents had been busted. It was a Lawn Mower battery and the acid had seeped through the paper, bubble wrap, and cardboard onto my leather seat. I noticed that my seat had started to deteriorate so I quickly took pictures of the box, contents, and seat.
As time went on the seat gradually got worse and I took more pictures. I have record of over multiple calls to UPS being promised that it would addressed and someone would call me back in an hour with zero response. I've submitted UPS Facebook messages and spoken with managers Matt in Rome, receptionists, and managers (Terry **). All being promised that first thing in the morning it would be resolved, I'll work on it for you, yada yada yada... All getting the same dead end road and never hearing from them again. I have sent numerous pictures. Customer service is garbage!!!

I was awaiting a perishable package of medication. The first fail was When the driver came by, he never knocked or rang my doorbell and simply left the "we missed you" slip. Second, I called UPS to have the package held and have my parents pick it up for me since I was in work and unable to easily leave. They told me that I was the only one allowed to pick it up. Explained that it was meds and perishable, and didn't want to let it sit till after work. I told them I would verify both mine and my parent's identity however they wanted and also explained that the doorbell was never even rung for delivery. Didn't care, no exceptions. I said fine, I'll find a way to pick it up in the morning.
Third problem, I checked in the morning and called, and was told that the package was again out for midday delivery despite me being at work and requesting to hold it. The whole reason for holding it and picking it up was because it was highly perishable meds, and I didn't want it to sit around or be on the truck for another day. So now I have to have my parents sit at my house for delivery so it can be put in the fridge asap. This whole experience has been inept and difficult.

The contents that had been kept in mint condition for 50 years were had several broken pieces. A claim was submitted and pictures sent to itemize the damage. We bought insurance luckily but it took 1 1/2 months to get the replacement value of the items and then it was sent to the franchisee owner. Customer service does not communicate with the customer only saying it is in progress. It is poor that the customer has to do so much follow up on a claim when UPS was at fault. They need to look seriously at how they handle claims and most importantly how they handle their shipments.

I called UPS customer service and had great difficulty speaking with a live rep, but finally did. She sent a message to the driver to go to the office or call my daughter's number to deliver, but she said there was no guarantee he would read it. HUH?
Just talked to my daughter who spoke with the office - they said office was manned all day and that NO UPS truck came yesterday, and that if he did UPS already has a key to get into the complex, they do so all the time, else come to the office. I thought as much, this isn't the first time UPS has delivered there. So this is pure bull. I am unhappy that the produce I sent here is likely very deteriorated and we had to go thru all this stress, just to be lied to. And MAYBE that driver will figure out how to deliver today, or maybe not. While the package rots in a hot truck with an expired ice pack. There is a serious flaw in their delivery system. Has a company ever forced you to sleep on the floor? Well, UPS forced me to sleep on the floor, and it was not fun. I ordered a Casper Mattress for the apartment I was going to be moving in to. I just moved and all of my stuff was being shipped across the country, so I did not have a mattress and Casper seemed like it would be a great new mattress for my new place. Casper sent the mattress UPS. The tracking number showed it was going to be delivered on a Tuesday. I was staying in a hotel since I had nothing and the new mattress was going to arrive on a Tuesday, so I checked out of my hotel on Tuesday expecting the mattress. The UPS delivery driver showed up and dropped off two boxes...but the issue is that it was only the pillow and sheets. No mattress.
I called the UPS 1800 number and spoke with someone who said they were unable to deliver any packages to my address due to a "special event"... Oddly enough I was at the apartment all day AND received two packages from UPS already. There were no special events going on. They made it up to try and gloss over the fact I did not receive my package. But I needed my package, so I called them back.
So, I spoke with the supervisor and he advised me to call the local UPS location. The local UPS location said they forgot to load the package on the truck when they sent it out and weren't sure where the package was anymore. I told them I really needed the package because I did not want to sleep on the floor. They said they would look around and try and find the package. Well...they looked around and never called me back. So I called the 1800 number again and was told by the supervisor "well, you need to sleep on the floor because there is nothing we can do for you. There is no way you are getting your package. You can call back tomorrow". Keep in mind, this was about 3 hours worth of being on the phone trying to get someone to help me.
The rep at the local UPS location was extremely unprofessional and said that he had no interest in helping me, and that there were other customers he had to assist, and hung up. I called back several more times, pleading with them that I needed the package otherwise I would be forced to sleep on the floor. They all said "we understand, but we can not help". I can earnestly say I am never going to use UPS again. When you are going to ship a package and you start to google a place to ship packages around you and see a UPS store is closer than a FedEx store or the post office...please remember this post and choose any other option besides UPS. I am going to have to sleep on the floor tonight because the UPS customer service has no ability to help and no willingness to go above and beyond.

Considering UPS’s business is delivery, it is way behind what even basic mom and pop shops can offer for delivery tracking. You are forced to wait all day for a delivery because they can’t tell you a reasonable time frame at any point during the day of delivery. I was told the morning of the day it was to arrive that it would arrive between 9 and 12. It did not arrive. I was then told that this was just an estimate and then told it would be between 2 and 5. UPS offers no GPS tracking.
Customer service says that they cannot make outbound calls to the depot and that the drivers do not have phones and therefore even after missing the time projected they can not even call you an hour before delivery time. I’ve communicated to Amazon that I will cancel any future product order that uses UPS to deliver the products. I cannot be at home waiting all day for deliveries from UPS. The Locker was in a high traffic location, hard to see from the main road, and requires me to leave my car to use the terminal. I felt totally unsafe and vulnerable to carjacking, theft, and abduction. This location is also near a high accident intersection of 3 major highways, making it very difficult to exit safely. As much as I wish I could type the whole story here, I’ll do my best to keep it brief, but yes, I had a UPS supervisor at their customer service desk say “you’re a **“ and swing his hand at my face, which resulted in my calling the sheriff and filing a report against the supervisor. Here’s the short of it. Like many people on here, I get the whole “package can’t be delivered” notification EVERY time for over two years. Most of the time, they say they need a gate code. One time, they said my street doesn’t exist (it’s a major 4 lane street in Honolulu, and it was spelled correctly). Trouble is, I’ve provided them the gate code over a dozen times, 4 different ways, every time because I get the same delivery exception notice that they don’t have it. I’ve provided it through the MyUPS app on iPhone, in person at their main Honolulu hub, over the phone to a local rep, and countless times to 1-800 representatives.
Every time, I’m told they’ve added it, and every time, I get the same problem. So yesterday (8/23/18), package was due for delivery. I was on my lanai when the driver pulled up. I watched him retrieve my package from the back of the truck, and as I was about to go down to the street to meet him and get it, I hear and see him start to drive away. About 5 minutes later, I get the delivery exception notification that he needed a gate code. Except, this time, the gate was OPEN (aside from having given the code so many times as previously mentioned). So since my phone was in my hand, I quickly snapped a photo of him driving away and that the gate was open, so when I got the notification, I had photo evidence that the driver lied. I am so fed up, I immediately drove to the main hub and demanded to speak to a supervisor named “Ken”, who from the get-go was very smug in his speech, expressions, and body language.
I told him of the repeated issues, and that this time, I got a photo of it. I show him the photo. He asks for my tracking number, which I provided, He said “there’s no gate code provided”, I’m angry at this point and tell him that’s ridiculous, and I’ve already given it a dozen times, that his telling me it isn’t on file just proves my point yet again. He then started to blame me that I’ve never given it. Taken aback, I asked if he really just blamed me, the customer. He then said, “well I’m telling you there’s no code on file”. I asked him, "Who to blame for all this?" He said “the system.” I asked, "Whose system is it and who created it," he replied “UPS”, and I told him, “Then UPS is to blame and you still haven’t offered a single solution to fix the problem”. At this point, Ken, the supervisor, lunged at the counter and threw a hand at my face. He yelled “You’re a **“, “I’m not going to ** help you, this is why I hate customers and shouldn’t deal with them”.
Because he threw his hand at me, I called the sheriff (this is at the airport, so it is their jurisdiction, not the police). While on the phone, they can hear him continuing to yell at me in the background. I hang up when told they’re sending a deputy. I turn and tell Ken, "The sheriff is on their way, I’m waiting outside until they arrive." He said “you started it man”. I told him that I didn’t do anything but come here with a problem and a complaint, and that I’m sure any camera footage will show that. He replied that there are no cameras and at this point, two other workers (office type, not in uniforms), came and took Ken out of the customer service area. It appeared a female counter clerk had notified them to come get him. I filed the sheriff report and left, still with the issue unresolved. Today I’m notified it’s out for delivery again. I go into the myUPS app, delete and REenter my gate code again.
Then I call the 800 number, she says there’s no gate code on my profile. She connects me to the local hub again and I explain it all again (for the millionth time), and she says she’ll notify the driver of the code. I’m taking no chances. I’ve bungeed the gate open today. I’ve place a large sign on the gate for all my neighbors saying that because UPS can’t fix their problem, please leave the gate open. Now let’s see how it pans out today. I’ve literally called Amazon and requested they never use UPS. They said that they don’t have that option. So I’ve learned two things, one, if I go with standard shipping or overnight, Amazon doesn’t use UPS to Honolulu, so I’ll only use those shipping options.
Second, the moment I see a package was shipped via UPS, I will cancel the order and return to sender. And since Amazon will refund the delivery charge for the expedited shipping if I do it before I get it, it’ll cost them. And then maybe they’ll learn. I’ll let my wallet do the talking. Like many others, I cringe when I see UPS as the delivery method. There used to be an ad “What can brown do for you”... the only thing brown can do for me, is go out of business and leave delivery service to the professionals that get it right.

Is it customary to not bring packages up the stairs anymore? Lately I have been getting my packages left at the bottom of the stairs. Like really leave it in plain sight so it can get taken. Idiot. I've taken days off or had someone be there at time of delivery and still find packages at the bottom of the stairs. Like you can't even at least come up and knock and let me know that you have left it. Or even show up for that matter. I seen on other sites where drivers are posting replies to other people's comments complaining about how bad they are, threatening to damage and get back at people for complaining. Who monitors all this and why hasn't the company done anything about this. They brag about how much they earn and yet can't do the job they are hired to do. It's just sad.

I have had a terrible time with UPS delivery service. I have used both FedEx and UPS within the last few months in order to mail important documents to obtain a visa for South Korea. My experience with FedEx was simple and efficient. I didn't think that there would be much of a difference between the two companies, but boy was I wrong.
First off, I had to pay $87.00 USD to have my package shipped overnight from Oregon to Washington and back. This was more expensive than when I shipped a package to Seoul. I decided to pay because I didn't want to inconvenience the friend that I was running errands with that day. I expected that if I paid for this service, that they would be able to deliver the package on time.
They were not only a day late on the way there, but they are also late on the way back. People don't overnight packages when they have spare time. I feel like they don't respect their customers when they take their money, but DO NOT DELIVER THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROMISE. I hope that nobody makes the same mistake that I have made with this company, and that you pick someone else to ship your packages.

I absolutely hate ordering something online that will be delivered by UPS because every single time, this is what happens: I get an email notice telling me that the package will be delivered by UPS on such and such a date. I stay home all day, waiting, but the parcel never comes. Instead, I receive an email saying that a delivery attempt was made, nobody was home, so I have to pick it up at a drop-off location. A delivery attempt was NEVER made, nobody buzzed me or knocked on my door or even called my phone, and there's never a delivery notice left.
I call UPS and they don't deny it, they just tell me "the parcel will be delivered tomorrow"... which means I have to take another day off work waiting for UPS AGAIN. The next the package may or may not come, depending on how lazy the delivery person is. I absolutely HATE UPS and cringe every time they have to deliver something. From now on, I'm going to check first to see how the merchant ships their goods and if they use UPS, I will not buy from that merchant because UPS is AWFUL.

I couldn't select 0 stars so I had to give it one even though it doesn't deserve it. Do not trust UPS -- you will lose packages and money. Today was the last straw. I've had packages that took over 3 weeks to get to me when it should have taken 2, I've paid extra for deliveries that got delivered days after it was supposed to, they are unprofessional, will tell you everything you want to hear, but they are unaccountable, give you misinformation, and have no idea what's going on with your package -- tracking number or not. I ordered an item from HSN. I swore that I would no longer anything from any company that used UPS for its shipping. I would pay more for FedEx or the USPS. Why? Because I need someone reliable who will treat my package well and deliver it to its destination.
My package was set to be delivered yesterday. I got several emails the day before confirming this. On the day it was to be delivered, I stayed home the entire day -- I sat in my living room from 3-7 pm, the hours they were due to come. No one ever came, but my phone buzzed and I got a text saying that "an attempt was made to deliver a package." That is a blatant lie. An attempt was never made. I received no notice on my mailbox or door, I did not receive the door handlers they stick on your door when they come and you're not home -- nothing. I had nothing. Others in the main building received notices on their doors but I did not. The driver didn't even TRY to deliver.
Today I got another email saying: "Hi Sandra! Your package is being delivered today!" I checked tracking online and got a completely different story (as has happened ad nauseum in the past). It said my package was on its way to the "Access Point" to another place in other words. I would have to go and pick up my package or wait days for them to redeliver. This is the kind of crap they pull and they don't do it once, twice, thrice, but over and over and over and over again. I took a chance and went against my convictions to stop dealing with companies who deal with UPS and gave it one last try -- and look at the crap I'm swimming in. So the package was on the truck yesterday... here at my address. The driver was too lazy to go to the other side of the building to deliver mine or maybe s/he was running late so no attempt was made to deliver.
Today the package is "on its way" to the Access Point which is a block away. My options are pick it up when and if it ever gets there, or wait until Friday for redelivery (like I'm going to trust that again). UPS keeps telling me where my package ISN'T, but they can't tell me where my package IS. If you want an honest, educated opinion, boycott them. Their practices are not consumer friendly. Go with FedEx or even the USPS. I wouldn't trust them no matter what, ever again. You know how it goes... "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... shame on me."

This is the 3rd time UPS claimed it couldn't find my house to make a delivery. USPS and FedEx have no problem AND some UPS drivers have delivered here. The current driver for our route doesn't do his job!! The first time he delivered our item to the wrong place and marked it delivered. It was my husband's school books and he didn't get them until a week into class and then only because we hunted and found where they'd been delivered and went and they still had them!!! The second time they said we needed to come to the main UPS hub and pick up our package since the driver couldn't find our house!! So we did.
This time after two 'undeliverable' attempts they asked us to come get them and it made me angry! Why am I paying them for shipping if I need to do part of the job! So I said NO. You deliver them. So another day passed and we got another notice of failed delivery. We called Amazon and UPS yet again. All told we've called them each 4 times and have spent almost 3 hours on the phone giving directions and our phone numbers. We have yet to be called by the driver!!!
Today we found one of our packages had been delivered to an old address from where we moved over 4 months ago!!! So we went and picked it up! Wow!!! This evening we are awaiting the delivery of another 'undeliverable' item... I have given them all the information, what streets to drive on and where to turn... And MY PHONE # to CALL for more help!!! Unbelievable!! And we're paying them!! I have pictures of where they CHANGED my delivery address WITHOUT my permission!!!

He proceeded to retrieve the package and re-delivered it around 4 PM to make it seem like he wasn't the one who broke the door. My neighbor two doors down witnessed the event and texted me. I contacted UPS at (800) 742-5877 to file a claim against our driver. A manager spoke with me and told me they would GPS track their truck and return my call within 24 hours. I have not received a reply and it is the next day.
I have called the number over 8 times and been told each time a manager would return my call within an hour, and they never have. They won't tell me the name or contact info of the branch manager, or serve as help in any way. We will have to replace this glass door on the property we are renting. It could cost up to $500. I took the day off to accept a package that was scheduled to be delivered. At 11:00 am, a delivery exception was logged saying incorrect/incomplete address. I called the UPS 1-800 number. The address was correct and complete. It takes you 10 minutes to get through to a real person after being asked for corrections to my address which was already correct. A message was sent to the local branch and I was told I would be contacted within 1 hour. 1 hour later, no package, no call. I called the 1-800 number, told the same thing. Information on tracking was not updated since the local office needs to do that.
I was told again I would be called within 1 hour by the local branch. Another hour goes by, no package, no call. I call the 1-800 number for the 3rd time. They said they are sending the note again to the local branch and I would be contacted within 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, no package, no phone call. I called the 1-800 number for the 4th time. The local branch has contacted the driver telling them that my address is correct and redeliver. Still no phone call to me. The 1-800 people are offshore and have no way to contact the local branches except by e-mail, no local phone number.
I have no way to contact the local branch, only the 1-800 number. I have had the same address for 40 years, my mail is delivered here, my tax ID has this address, my driver's license has this address, it is searchable by Google. Yet, the UPS driver cannot locate my address? 3 days ago UPS delivered a package. The only thing I can assume is it is a new or relief driver with improper training, unfamiliar with our city or worse yet, doesn't care. The UPS business model needs to be fixed to support the customer. If I had a choice, I would not use UPS, but unfortunately when ordering, it is not up to me.

As seems to be the case with many large companies, there is no common sense. More than that, they employ cash grabs as a means to increase revenue.
I shipped a large package, both weighing, and measuring it in advance. I signed up for a UPS account and shipped online, making use of the pick up at my home option. The dimensions were 58in x 8in x 28in. Shipping cost me $109.**. The package arrived, and I forgot all about it. I wake up this morning, and check my account looking for a refund that I am expecting, and see a shiny new charge from UPS, $80.16. This post is already long enough, so I'll get to the point. UPS customer service claims that my package was selected "at random" to be audited.
During this audit, the claim is that my package was 53in x 9in x 32in. I am not sure the methods UPS uses to measure, but I measured more than once, and round up, so... yeah. I even selected the "Large or Irregular package" option when pricing my shipment. The woman on the phone tried to tell me the "adjustment" was because with their audit measurements the package fell into their "large or irregular package" category. Go figure, a huge as box is considered large, earth-shattering development, thanks.
I requested, AND received a refund, BUT as "a one-time courtesy." I imagine business who do not look closely, might miss an errant $80.**, but this is a pretty disgusting practice. Random audit, I am sure. They saw a freight sized package, and assumed I was a business they could slip one past. They sent my company a six-figure invoice for one week's worth of shipping (should have been about 20K). They do this by scanning multiple boxes together to make it look like you shipped larger, heavier boxes, or by charging business-to-business shipments at residential rates. The UPS excuse was the delivery address was a PO Box, though the UPS delivers M-F to that same post office which is where I get most of my packages. My experience with UPS has been far from great. I have four claims in the system one dating back to July 27, 2018. I’ve been on the phone everyday with a representative to receive information about my claim. I’ve had lost items and damaged goods and the experience has not been amazing to even consider using the services again. One of my claims were denied because they stated I didn’t pack it correctly and it was bubbled wrapped, packed with newspaper and clothing. Boxes were labeled fragile as well. Some boxes came completely ripped up with my items in clear places bags that I never used. Whatever happened to common courtesy if the box ripped open to tape the box up again.
My 55 inch television completely destroyed. The whole glass is completely shattered. Fragile was marked on all items that needed to be handled with care and it seems like the package handlers do not care about the items because it does not belong to them. Processes are in place for people to follow why promote a company and how things are handled properly when that is not true. My television was deliberately broken. There is no way the package handler was not aware. It was in the original box and they should have taken time to handle it properly.
With all the items that are shipped consistently UPS should provide more training or proper training so packages arrive to people in its original state. I’m not pleased and have items missing and it’s disappointing when you contact the damage department and they just say you didn’t package it properly and don’t try to go above and beyond when you paid for a service that did not deliver properly. I’m not interested in giving business to UPS anymore. It’s sad that you as the customer sometimes who may also work in customer service don’t receive the proper treatment with some of these companies and UPS is one of them. They do not have a corporate phone number and it’s hard to get anyone to assist you if you have a urgent need and just want answers and proper communication. I expected better from a huge corporation like UPS and I’m not happy with any of the service that was provided.

I spent more money to re-ship documents via FedEx. Eventually the person who signed for the UPS documents got it to the intended recipient, but that was several business days later.
I paid for overnight. UPS refuses to refund me or give me the difference between overnight and 5 day delivery. Their reason is that once the package was found, I did not again request for a refund. I did not know that I had to, because they have a guarantee on their website and because I had already requested refunds on every conversation I had with them. UPS service is beyond horrible!!! They need to invest in customer service, upgrade their systems (which is probably outdated) and be a little realistic. On Thursday July 26 & Friday July 27 UPS came to drop a package at my home and obviously it was during regular 9-5 working hours therefore no one was at home. The package had a brokerage charge of $ 38.00 and for theft reasons I preferred not to leave money at my front door and requested my package to be dropped at my in-laws who live 10 mins away on Monday July 30 by leaving a note on my front door. UPS delivery guy/lady replied, "sorry out of route and ticked final try".
On that said night (July 30) I went online and had the options of either paying $5 to re-route the package or pick up at location: UPS CUSTOMER CENTER - 65 Trillium Park PL ON, Kitchener Canada N2E1XI where my package will be held from Wednesday August 01 - Wednesday August 08. On Wednesday August 01 I went to pick my package up at 4 PM and the lady at the front desk said she sent my package to destruction, I requested her name over and over and she refused to provide me with her name (poor customer service). I asked her why my package was sent to destruction clearly I confirmed I was picking up my package today. She took the UPS note that was left on my door and destroyed it. Again I asked for her name and she refused to provide and kept saying the sender advised to send package to destruction. She provided me with customer service 1 800 number.
When I called this number I spoke to Wendy at customer service who kept saying they were advised by sender to destroy and sorry but I have to contact the sender. I contacted the sender who in this case was Justice.com and spoke to a lady name Jennifer who advised that UPS claims customer abandon the package. Like really??? Why would I abandon my own package??? UPS clearly lied to both the customer and sender. After learning the sender did not advise UPS to no longer hold my package I called customer service again a second time. This time the lady said, "On July 30th you asked to pick your package up at 65 Trillium PL Kitchener and it will be held there until August 08." I reminded her I just went there and the lady who refused to give her name said I can't have my package because she sent it over to "good" or destruction whatever their term is.
She then said I need to have the sender carry out an investigation. Why do I need to get the sender to carry out an investigation when clearly it's a screw up at UPS end. The lady sitting at the front desk knows exactly where she sent it. Why can't UPS customer service investigate??? I will not used or recommend UPS to any one. This was beyond the worst customer service I have received thus far. UPS please if you say to a customer that you will be holding a package for a particular time please, please, please, please do. If I walked into your UPS customer Center in Kitchener ON, Canada on August 09th for pick up and you said it was sent to destruction that 's fine but not on August 01. Clearly UPS service is not geared towards the 24th century E-commerce businesses.

UPS made an attempt to deliver my package. I was unaware it would need a signature however that would not be a problem if the delivery could be made before 2 or after 6. I understand the drivers have routes but in my experience with other delivery companies if you call and leave a delivery instruction giving delivery hour options my experience is that the driver will take that into consideration. When I called UPS I was told they would not offer that option and that my only option was to wait until it was attempted as normal operations and then have it sent to a delivery drop location. The point of delivery is to not have to go pick it up otherwise I wouldn’t have had it shipped.
UPS is a constant issue when they deliver in our area packages lost, rude customer service agents and just blatant disregard for their patron's needs. How can they expect working consumers to just sit at home and wait for them to decide to come and deliver the package or have someone waiting all day in their behalf. I do understand the concept of having routes but customer service should be considered and the route be modified if need be especially since I was told by the customer service agent delivery hours are from 7am to 7 pm and my request fell within that timeframe and was not unreasonable. After being persistent that the package be noted I was told it was noted but would be delivered following regular delivery operations. UPS is not a professional company and I will not do business with them if possible again.

No one at UPS could tell me what an approx 1 ounce letter sent overnight might cost before we shipped. The letter was being shipped to me by a company using my shipper number. The SURPRISE was the bill of $50.18. Are they kidding me? A one page letter... $50.18??? After speaking to customer service, I was transferred to the rudest, most incompetent manager at UPS. He rather search (inaccurately) the rates of other shippers (all significantly less than UPS) than admit this is highway robbery.
You can only get rate for 1 pound package on the website. This letter was ounces. He reiterated over and over that a single page letter was LIKELY less than a pound. LIKELY less than a pound? He even spelled the word “likely” out. Yes, dear, it is less than a pound. Like not even close. The first customer service agent did admit it was excessive and didn’t sound right. Uh, ya think? They did nothing for me. Customer service offered to refund $1.22. Gee, thanks. Apparently UPS needs it more than I do. So keep it. I will never use UPS ever again. Enjoy the, one time only, $50.18. I ordered diabetic testing supplies from Amazon and they shipped using UPS SurePost. Though Amazon and the label have my correct address, tracking shows Surepost delivered to the wrong address in the wrong city (the cities sound nothing alike and have totally different zip codes)! Though Amazon refunded my purchase price, the refund will not show up in my bank account for 3 to 5 business days, but I can't afford to reorder these supplies until it does. So, I can't manage a life threatening condition because SurePost is too careless to train employees to read addresses and notice where they're delivering things (or they hire thieves - I hope this one enjoyed the lancets). I'd review the lowlife who signed for the items, but SurePost didn't give the actual address they delivered to, just the city. Moral: Don't trust SurePost with anything above minor importance.

Despite several requests, the UPS driver insists on speeding down our 'dead end' road. I emailed a complaint and now he's 'paying us back' by not delivering to our home. We paid for next day delivery from Spring. The first day it was stated online that delivery was not made because we were not home (and we were home ALL day). The next day (today) the supervisor guaranteed to us the package was back on the truck and would be delivered. Yet the driver reported online that the address was missing from the package so he could not deliver it. Then we were told that the package was not on the truck.
And finally were told that our driveway was blocked. ALL LIES. For if the 'driveway' was blocked (NOT), he must have had the package on the truck so he knew where he needed to go. If the package was on the truck, why did he report that it was not on the truck. UPS is supposed to provide a delivery service. My home is totally accessible and always has been. I will never again select them as a delivery service and suggest nobody else does. They are dishonest and not a 'service' at all.

My UPS tracking number said that my package was delivered at 7PM last night. Of course it was never delivered. Luckily I have cameras on my property so I played back the camera footage and I see the UPS truck pull up across the street that is on the side of my home. The UPS driver never get out of the truck. The driver sits there for about 4 minutes and then drives off. I assume he scanned my package but could not find my home and updated his system to show “delivered.” But again, the driver never gets out the truck to even try to look around to search for the right address.
I saw no effort made to deliver my package except for the fact that he arrived on my street at the stated “delivery” time. I called UPS and was told that they can show “delivered” up to 36 hours before the package actually being delivered. Did not know this was a policy. I will be looking this up for myself. However, the following day the tracking number was later changed to show “out for delivery”. The verdict is still out on this but this review is just to share my experience and thank God I was smart enough to install exterior home cameras.

Contact UPS and they will not do ANYTHING - even check to see if possibly keys had come out on conveyor belt and sent to "lost and found" some giant facility in the mid-west!!! Meanwhile someone (likely their employee) could have stolen keys and be breaking into my apartment as I write this message. UPS STORE IN CAMP VERDE, AZ - Any time I am not home when UPS arrives, they leave a receipt for me marked they will return with the package, or I can sign it and leave it on the door. This is not the first time, but the second+ time, I've waited for their return with the box. They don't ever have the box because the box is at the local UPS Store in Sedona. They just need to check the correct box, on the receipt. I have called them to discuss this and spoke with Beverly 928-567-4098, and she hangs up on me! Says something about the drivers and how they leave it, and they don't know where the box goes afterwards, on and on. Clearly, UPS needs to do some training or new training since the homeowner is waiting there to have the box delivered and don't want to leave the house in case!
However, if they would just check the box indicating the item is waiting for them at the UPS Store, no worries! Also, the UPS delivery man didn't know what to do about checking the box as they are trained to check the box for redelivery only! Beverly talked in circles about the UPS guy not driving too much, and that the box would be waiting for me for x amount of days at the store. Well, all right then, just change the mark saying to go to the store and we'll be fine, but no they not allowed to check that box, the one that's correct! Strange goings on there, and an angry woman, Beverly, to boot is running the place. She doesn't have the patience, understanding, nor time set forth in her schedule to show which box to check... how 1st grade must we be. Beverly go to anger management or take a big vacation, soon! It was VERY IMPORTANT that this check be delivered on time, on TUESDAY! As you will see below, UPS failed to pick the letter/package up on Monday and didn't pick it up until Tuesday, late afternoon... On Wednesday at 11:00 am I called UPS because the check had still not arrived at our office... The representative, that was located in Guatemala by the way, told me it would arrive by 3:00 pm. At 3:10 pm I called UPS AGAIN and was then told that the package wasn't even in SC, that it was on a container in Kentucky and that it would not be delivered until THURSDAY!!!
This was UNACCEPTABLE, but the representative was "uncaring" and said there was nothing he could do, which I guess not if the package is in KY and he's in Guatemala!!! I could have drove this check from VA to SC in a much shorter time, in one day, had I known what an ordeal this would have turned out to be!!! Now UPS is saying that it will FINALLY be delivered today (7/19/18) by 10:30 am, TWO DAYS LATE! Our Contractor took the $19+ out of the payment amount of the check to cover the OVERNIGHT delivery that NEVER happened! I am sorely disappointed in this company and will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!

This was my second delivery with UPS. A few weeks ago a package was sent to me and the driver knocked and basically took off. I kept looking through the peephole and asking who was it. The driver came back a couple of hours later and did the same thing. I was ready to call the police when I noticed my neighbor across the hall come out of her apartment. That's when I opened the door and discovered that the package was left by the door. I guess if that is the procedure, even when there is someone home, so be it, but I do have a problem with the delivery person knocking and disappearing. I was not expecting a package, so opening my door to see who was knocking and disappearing was not safe. My second experience happened today July 18, 2018. My package was supposed to be delivered to my apartment and required a signature.
I was stuck at home all day since they had until 8:00 pm to deliver the package. At 8:00 I checked the tracking to see why it was not delivered and saw that it had been delivered and signed for in the rent office at 3:00 pm. When I called to complain that I was home waiting all day and did not give instructions to deliver my package to the rent office, all I got was, "I'm sorry." The UPS representative asked me what was the address to the rent office. I told her it did not matter because it is not the same as my apartment address. This is terrible and the worst part is that they seem to get away with this bad customer service. I will avoid using them in the future.

My business is a small business dependent on shipping accuracy and without damage to the goods. I have had multiple issues with UPS where shipments were severely damaged and not on time. Despite complaints and filing claims none have been resolved. The latest issue prompted me to file a complaint today. I had a time sensitive shipment that needed to arrive in Las Vegas by May 25th. We sent the package on the 21st. First the package ended up in Utah. When UPS was contacted they told me because of the holiday weekend it would not arrive until the 29th. On the 29th I was told the address was non-existent. Then I was told the suite number was wrong. Finally I told them to hold the package at the UPS facility in Las Vegas and I would arrange to have it picked up. When the courier arrived, they told them the package was lost.
I immediately contacted my account rep who, to her credit, ran interference. Regardless, the merchandise had to be redone and sent overnight via FedEx. In the meantime I asked for a full reimbursement and return of the package when it was found and if it wasn't found I would file a claim for the full value of the contents. I was told UPS is not responsible for the value of the contents and would not pay a claim. I finally received a call 3.5 weeks after the package was originally shipped saying the package had been located and would be returned to me.
The return address was confirmed with the UPS rep that called me. I received an email 2 days later stating the package had been successfully delivered... To the wrong address in Kansas City! I again contacted my account rep who located the package and had it returned, somewhat damaged, a week later. UPS had the audacity to charge me for delivery, a wrong address twice and return of the package. Needless to say I refused all payments. And, needless to say, I am not going to be using their services for quite some time.

On 7/16/18 I checked and my package had been sent to Alabama and I started calling and at this time no one could tell me when I would receive my package. At this time I called the merchant and explained the situation to them and he tracked it and told me I should receive on 7/18/18. Reason being they paid for shipping. First, UPS was to pick this package up according to the shipper on 07/11/2018 at my location of which I waited all day for them to show up. They never did so. This return wouldn't have cost me anything if they had showed up on this date. Second - AT the UPS store I had this package shipped ground back to the shipper at a cost to me of $44.85 and on the printed receipt it was to be delivered on Monday 07/16/2018 by the end of the day. Third - The package NEVER ARRIVED AT THE SHIPPER on the date given for some unknown reason. Fourth - I called the UPS customer service helpline about this issue and I was advised to go back to the store that shipped it out for me for a REFUND.
Fifth - So, I go back to the store where I shipped this from and I was informed that by ground delivery, they have five days to deliver the package of which isn't posted anywhere on their receipt nor anything said to me from any of the clerks working there. This is indeed very poor customer service on their part to say the least and because of their rotten service, I am out $44.85. I received a message on my phone that UPS was unable to connect to deliver a package of auto parts from the US. It was supposed to be delivered to my friend's place as it is his car that is being restored. My phone number was on the billing form from the company ordered from. When I phoned I had the package redirected to my apartment on 10 July 2018 with the delivery time window as 1-5 PM. I had the customer service representative repeat my address back to me three times to make sure the address was correct as her line kept fading out. I received another message when the package was not delivered due to the driver not finding address which was inputted incorrectly at the dispatch center in Richmond BC. Apparently someone forgot to put the proper address of 1037 and instead put 037.
The driver did not have the common sense to phone into the office to have them verify the address when he could not find 037 which does not exist. The other issue is that he or she tried to deliver in at 11:43 am instead of the time I was given. So the package was rescheduled for the 12 July 2018 from 2-5 pm as I was not available until then. Apparently these ill trained, uninformed drivers do not follow the delivery time schedules they are given - if they are given it at all. The driver tried to deliver it at 12:30 instead of the 2-5 pm window listed on their computer system and stuck a notice on the front apartment door which I did not see until five o'clock when I ventured out to check my mail.
When I called to complain about this the CSR apologized for this and said the package would be sent to a nearby drop off point which I tried to find. I was given the wrong address as '55 Commercial Drive' which does not exist. The CSR confirmed the address twice when I asked her to repeat it. Not finding this, I called customer service and was told the address was "2055 Commercial Drive". Arriving there I was informed by the manager that he was not authorized to accept the "customs process fee" that this company charges and I phoned UPS again and paid via credit card.
This is not the first time I have had to deal with this company and I would like to warn people to use another company if they want to send something. UPS is a poorly run company and its employees are poorly trained, they have no common sense and just seem to waste everyone's time. I prefer that companies I order from use FedEx or the national postal service such as Canada Post or USPS to send packages. At least you know that your mail or package will get there.

I have a small home business, selling screen printed and embroidered apparel. I frequently have apparel shipped directly to a local screen printer. Recently I placed an order for $4600 from one of my regular suppliers - several jerseys, shorts and socks for a local soccer league. 7 boxes shipped in late June - UPS delivered my order over 3 days, which was odd. Upon inspection, it was discovered that several jerseys and socks were severely damaged with rips, tears, and extreme grease/dirt, beyond repair, and many items were not delivered at all. The boxes had been retaped and it quickly became obvious that there had been a mishap in the UPS warehouse.
It looks like a group of boxes got caught up in their sorting equipment - the boxes broke apart and the goods got caught up in the conveyor belt. They gathered up the products after they stomped all over them, carelessly filled up the boxes, retaped them and sent them on their way without trying to figure out what goes in each box. In addition to the damaged product, I received items from someone else's shipments - a pink bra, ladies floral shirt and a handful of lands end embroidered shirts for a school in my area in one of the boxes! And I’m sure someone around here or in the Chicago area has a bunch of our jerseys and socks.
I understand accidents happen but to allow severely damaged and mixed up shipments to be delivered, without saying a word about it, is inconceivable to me. Were the supervisors sleeping during their shift that day? My supplier has started a claim, with photos that I provided to them. I am hoping that UPS rectifies this situation and reimburses my supplier for the lost and damaged goods, and therefore my supplier will reimburse me for the replacement product I had to reorder in order for me to meet the deliver deadline.

They are very inconsistent and may or may not have you sign for it, never any notice or way of knowing if they'll just keep your package and leave a measly "sorry we missed you" note if you happen to not be home. Their access points where the packages go are hours away. Why can't they just leave it on the porch or at the doorstep like they do the other half of the time? Now I'm waiting an extra day for something I needed today because I stepped out on a quick errand. Their convenience before the customer's, right?

I have spent 90 minutes on the phone altogether, been transferred 6 times, and not a single person was apologetic or helpful: quite the opposite. Most companies these days notify YOU if something goes wrong and apologize. Not UPS. They lose your package, don't tell you, admit it when confronted, and don't care. It's a pain to switch services, since their building is right next to mine, but I'm going over to FedEx after this awful experience. I paid for 3-5 day shipping. I received a delivery date for 4 days later "by end of day". Two days later received an alert that the package was sorted incorrectly and therefore will be another 5 days "by end of day". I called UPS customer service, spoke to someone I could barely understand, and she just kept trying to deflect the issue by telling me there's nothing she can do and kept telling me the shipping process and when my package is suppose to arrive. I already know that obviously, which is why I'm calling. Very disappointed with this kind of service, especially being a customer that already paid for shipping. For such a widely used company you'd expect a lot better service.

I contacted UPS to ask about the status of my package and was told they cannot locate the item at all. The last scan showed an arrival at Chelmsford, MA location as ARRIVAL and hasn't updated since. I called the location direct and they said I couldn't pick the package up at the location as it was coming of in pallets (yesterday), but that it is still scheduled to be delivered today. He made no note that the package is showing as potentially lost and that he couldn't do a single thing for me. I patiently waited for an update on the item as it still shows as IN TRANSIT and being DELIVERED TODAY between 12-4pm. No updates have happened since then. I know USPS can contact the driver directly and verify that the package is on board and out for delivery.
After speaking with three different reps and a supervisor I was told that I have to contact my shipper and have them start a trace on the package and they will open an investigation on the unit but ONLY AFTER 8PM when the package is supposed to be delivered. The rep and her supervisor both said they lost the package and can't locate it and ALSO CANNOT CONTACT THE DRIVER UNTIL AFTER 8PM tonight. WHAT!? You can't have dispatch reach out to verify if it is on board the truck and just not scanned in? The investigation itself will take up to 8 business days. This is a terrible system and based off this poor experience I will never use this company again.

On 7/5/18, UPS attempted delivery at 3:50PM. It is now 2:08PM on 7/6/18 and UPS has not delivered. The delivery requires a signature and I am frustrated and mad that UPS cannot do a better job of estimating delivery times.

Since 1997 our UPS driver just decided to deliver to a business in the village as we did not have an assigned street address, we lived with that. Then we got E911 assigned street numbers, around the same time our regular driver retired. Since then the drivers have all ignored our address and returned parcels to the depot. We are correctly placed on Google Maps. Packages then get returned to sender or someone tells them to drop them at the nearest village business and hope we check there. No amount of friendly calm discussion with the staff in Santa Fe seems to affect this behaviour. We are told the drivers don’t have GPS so can’t find our house. Isn’t that what they are in business to do? Find an address and deliver a package to that address? UPS just does not care. Office Depot, DHL, Yardyard and FedEx deliver to us.

Folks you just need to keep their eyes open on shipping with UPS. I had a group of four packages to ship. No issue with three. The fourth package of the group was a 96 inch long - 1 1/2 inch square curtain rod. With bubble wrap it measured out by UPS at 106 inches long x 3 x 3. The basic charge for the curtain rod was $74.35. However, because it exceeded 96 inches in length, by UPS formula it fell into the "Large Package Fee" category which means they bill it at a 90 pound maximum rate.
Thus, a "large package fee" of $80 was added to the basic fee of $74.35 for a total of $154.35 for the 106 inch long 3 x 3 package. It had to go with the other three packages so I had no choice but to pay. Later thinking about it, it seemed to be "double billing" to me. If I had to pay the billable 90 pound large package fee because of the 106 inches in length why was I also charged the basic $74.35? I contacted UPS via email but only got referred back to the same facility that charged me the two fees in the first place. As expected they disagreed that it was double billing. The simple curtain rod was delivered safely but at a rate of $154.35 so keep your eyes open!!!

Not surprised one bit to see such mixed reviews for UPS. I've been using them to ship for seven years, and recently they lost an extremely valuable package that was delivered a month after the date it was supposed to be. I just spent over an hour on the phone and was transferred 5 times to try to get some sort of answer, or apology, or reimbursement. Only to find that UPS doesn't give a ** about your package, you, or how UPS not delivering it when promised affects your business, life, or well being. And they don't much care that they lost a package for a whole month so long as it finally made its way. They lost a loyal customer tonight. I don't do business like that, I respect and take care of my clients. And all I need is the same in anyone I do business with. Tried to give 0 stars.

I call UPS they say it has been rerouted and will be delivered on time. My friend works for UPS so I called him. The package was still in Pennsylvania with no plan to be delivered on the correct day. I now have canceled our party and I'm sure it will take a long time to get my money back. My friends and I will have to make new plans for the 4th.
This was something I was very excited about as I have never forked out the money to do so. Most quality companies when they make a mistake step up to rectify the issue. UPS knew on the 2nd the shipment wasn't going to make it and didn't notify anyone till it was too late to do anything about it. I will never order food items overnight again. Hope this helps others in trusting an overnight company to produce.

I recently moved to NYC from Australia, alone and 6 months pregnant. I knew a heat spell was coming so I bought an aircon on Amazon... I knew it was going to arrive mid heat spell, but I had planned to stay in a hotel for the 2 days beforehand. The day before delivery (Monday July 2) I received an email from UPS advising my delivery was on track and scheduled for the expected date of July 3 in the afternoon. I planned accordingly, taking the day off work.
The next day, Tuesday July 3, I get an email at 7 am advising it was rescheduled for the following Monday July 9. Noticing this on waking, I called them immediately at 8 am. The UPS agent advised, that yes the package was delayed upon my request. At which point I clarified I would not have done that. My health and sanity was relying on this delivery. (I even had to reset my password minutes before calling to double check what was happening). UPS logged my request and advised that I would be called by 10 am. I waited until 10.30 and then tried calling back. The UPS representative did not have any updates and advised to just keep my line open. I did until 11.30. I called back to learn:
My package was tagged as 'holiday.' My package was sitting in a storage container and would not be accessible until after the public holiday. There was no option for me to pick up my package. For health reasons, I needed an aircon ASAP. I now have to hire someone to take me shopping so they can lift the heavy boxes to bring it home and get it installed, and this is after I've already lost money cause I tried to do the right thing by UPS and took the day off work. I have lost a lot of money, many many tears and been really stressed out... all because someone did not want to deliver items on July 3 between 2.30-6.30 pm.

Like many other great peoples and package receivers. I also have had horrible service from UPS, here in Hawaii. Although this is a great paradise and most of this land is filled with Aloha, that motto does NOT apply to UPS. UPS doesn't deliver packages here. They drive by your place, most of the time when you're at home and say you were "Not Available", which really means they were running late or too lazy to get out of the truck... Then you can call the 1-800-UPS STINKS call center and they say it was your fault they almost ran you over going by your place, too bad you didn't get your package going on 4-5 days late, and to quit your ** & crying. But if you want your late package one must go out by the Airport at 10:30 pm at night and see "The Gate Guard Guy" he might have your package.
By this time... I've had enough. Will not use UPS, called the shipper to get a full refund for the package, and warn everybody to not use UPS, because frankly... they don't care, are not worried, totally unprofessional, and can give two craps about what I, you or anyone else thinks... They still get away with it. The Gate Guard can keep my package. I got a full refund!!! That's my two cents. Now I can go on with my wonderful life in Paradise. Thanks for reading.

With the inclement weather and being out of town I attempted to reschedule for Monday, June 25. I was also to receive two additional packages that day that were for that original delivery day. However, I got the two packages for that day, but no packages rescheduled from Friday.
I called UPS and was told they would be delivered "today" but was told they must be with another driver. I explained that I live in a rural area and knew this was not true. He "guaranteed" me they would be delivered. I made another attempt to "reschedule" to certify they would be delivered Tuesday. Received text saying they would be delivered today, then "status" = "Exception". And also that there was $4,226.00 missing from the package. When I called UPS to file a claim they told me it will take about 3 to four days for the claim to go through. It has been almost two months and I still have not heard anything from UPS. And when I called them they told me they can only pay me $1,000.00 for the claim because I dropped it off at a UPS Store.
I told them even though I have a receipt and paperwork showing that the box got damage while it was in UPS possession and that it was trapped by UPS. They told me it does not matter if you paid insurance. They will not pay more than a $1,000.00. I told them, "Whats the purpose of the insurance and why do you offer it if you will not pay more than a $1,000.00." UPS told me they only pay the insurance if I give the box to a driver. UPS does not say that they will only pay $1,000.00 if the box is drop off at a UPS store in any of their receipts. Now UPS does not want to pay for a service I paid for so I am out $4,226.00. I knew for a fact that the delivery driver didn't knock on the door or anything, because someone is always in the living room. Likewise, the TV was on and you can see it clear as day from the front porch. The driver obviously just left the package without any disregard as to get a signature or anything. ATTENTION...UPS MANAGEMENT! HOPE SOMEONE PAYS ATTENTION TO ALL THE COMPLAINTS HERE! I just realized I couldn't post photo here but I'll describe a scenario from my compound this morning. This is also a follow up to my post/complaint yesterday. At 10 am, I saw 4 info notices by the gate of my compound. Being a "luxury" community, we have a very sophisticated intercom system with very visible and clear instructions on how to look up directory. Also, the wall says dial #0000 to get to the service office which opens at 9:00 am. What are the unfortunate odds of having all 4 addressee not available? Or worst case scenario, driver could easily just dialed the office for them to open the gate.
But since it's a lot easier and more convenient for driver/delivery to just take all the notices at the gate, all these deliveries have to be picked from a UPS access point by customers. Is there any penalty or reward whether or not a delivery was done? I doubt so. Hence, the driver attitude and work ethic to the detriment of poor customers. It's probably now a widespread venomous culture within UPS that's why all these complaints. Most folks do online shopping for the convenience of home delivery. This UPS employee practice of literally and obliterately leaving just info notices to make their working lives convenient is unacceptable and defeats the purpose of online shopping. This has to stop or one day it will catch up on your company. Thank you for paying attention to all of us here.

When I called UPS to find out what was happening with my package I was informed that it would still be delivered to the UPS Store 1 mile away from me by 8 p.m. even though the store was closing at 7 p.m. By 9 p.m. I received another message which confirmed what I already knew, that that UPS did not deliver my package.
When I went back to the UPS website and looked up the tracking number for the package it said that my package that was originally delivered to the wrong facility have been brought back to the wrong facility and was going to be delivered on the 18th. When I logged into my UPS it stated that my package was going to be delivered on the 16th which I know is probably not going to happen due to the fact that the facility that UPS sent my package to is closed on Saturday and Sundays. It is now more likely that this package that I needed, I mean absolutely needed by today will not be available for pick up until Monday, 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered.
It is extremely aggravating that I cannot get a straight answer as to why my package was delivered to the wrong facility in the first place, why it is now probably going to take until Monday to get my package that was supposed to be here today, or if my package will even be delivered at all since it has been sent back to what UPS claims is the wrong facility. I just find it odd that their regular ground shipping gets delivered on time, but when people pay for Next Day Air they split hairs on what exactly "next day" means. A mail order pharmacy had to ship my mother's medication via Next Day Air, NJ to NY and the medication was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday yet tracking showed it was just loaded onto the truck to sit there in the heat until Monday.
UPS's "reasoning" was the pharmacy "missed the cutoff time" for the Saturday morning delivery, these people knew fully well the package contained medication, but they chose to take the money for the Next Day Air and do nothing. No one cares what the hell your "cutoff time" is when you're shipping to a neighboring state that's barely 1-2 hours away and no one cares what the hell your "cutoff time" is when they're waiting on things like medication. So get it through your thick greedy heads that people are catching on to your ruse.

A package came up on my phone as delivered to front door. I look and no package. I call customer service and am told to contact sender and asked if I looked hard enough. I get the supervisor and the same story! I tell her that I have video surveillance and no... it was mis-delivered and why am I going through sender when it is clearly a delivery issue. They refused to try to locate package until I contact sender. Apparently, the honest person that received it did UPS's job for them and also wrote on package Not Larch!! I live on Kilnwood Place and there is Kilnwood lane, Kilnwood CT and Kingwood and the driver delivers to Larch? It is up to the person that received it to fix their mistake?!?! I work for USPS and if we misdeliver we always go above and beyond to locate it. We NEVER ask the customer to go through a ridiculous process to contact sender! VERY frustrating and unbelievable!

Around 6 something I see the truck go by my house so I go out on my porch see the truck come back up the street and drive right by my house. He didn't stop. I went back in the house to check my tracking number and it said that he tried to make an attempt. I then call customer service and they were no help. Told me it would come on Monday after I seen it was on the truck today. Plus first attempt made... They need to fire the driver since he doesn't want to do his job... I will not be ordering anything else online if they used UPS.

I'm truly sadden and disgusted with the way our government allows companies like this to exist. I'm a veteran of these United States with server PTSD issues. On 5/27/18 I ordered a new debit card from Direct Express and paid the 2 day business shipping so that I could receive my card before the 1st of the month to pay my bills. It was supposed to have arrived by 5/30/18. I called UPS early that morning on 5/30/18 to check on the delivery, the lady stated that I would receive by the end of the day. The latest I've seen UPS in my neighborhood is around 1530 hours. So I called UPS around 1545 hours and was told that my package was sent somewhere and presumed lost in Cuba New Mexico instead of Albuquerque New Mexico. So I had to call direct express to order another card and if anyone has ever dealt with Direct Express knows it takes of act of God to get a hold of them.
So I finally ordered another card and the rep stated they would cover the charges. I was informed that the card would arrive 6/1/18. So I started calling direct express at 0630 hours to get a tracking number. No UPS all day long. So around 2300 hours I finally get hold of direct express. Got my tracking order and called UPS. The voice machine stated that the package was sent back to the UPS store because the receiver refused it because it was to expensive. Now number one the UPS guy never showed up. Number two who would refuse their own debit card, number three it was already paid for.
So I had to call three more times just to finally get hold of someone from overseas that I could barely understand. He asked for my tracking number and stated the same thing the voice machine did. I asked him on what planet and it what universe did that make any sense to him and he then stated that they really can't see what goes on a day today basis with the USA UPS. I asked what sense did that make after he just stated the same thing as the VM. So I then asked to speak to a supervisor. He put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back and asked for the tracking number again because the computer screwed up. I gave it to him again. He stated that tracking number didn't work.
By this time PTSD is kicking in. I cussed him out 12 ways from Sunday. And then all of a sudden it worked. I waited on hold another 5 min. Supervisor comes on and asked for the tracking number. I cussed him out. Why do people need to get cussed out to do something they’re getting paid for? He stated that the package was at a UPS somewhere in Albuquerque New Mexico and I would have to call them in the morning.
PTSD in overload I guess I threatened people at UPS in PTSD mode. But when you spend four years of your life serving this country so that the citizens of these United States can be free and endulge in those freedoms and you get out with bad knees, a bad back, neuropathy, and severe case of PTSD and all want is good customer service from the VA and big multi-million companies like these and all you see in America today is the racism, corruptions, stupidity, laziness, and incompetents of people and companies like these. It kinda makes you feel like those years you served was wasted on people that don't even deserve to have the freedoms they have today because of how they treat others and run their companies.
If I could afford to move out of this country. I rather be in a foreign third world country where people appreciate, respect, and hunger for the simplest things that we as Americans take for granted. It hurts my heart and angers me to see the way people treat one another, and how companies screw over their customers, the way the VA disrespects its veterans. Why do you have people working in customer service that don't care about its customers, probably the same reason why I see veterans disrespectfully walking around Raymond Murphy VA hospital cleaning up poop, pee, and throw up for $3.50 an hour if that. No respect and no appreciation. Thank you. ✌️

I am a UPS Business Account holder and generated a shipment through the online portal for Saturday Delivery. On my shipment receipt it clearly states Saturday delivery by 12PM. The package did not arrive on Saturday, but Monday, when I called customer service was told that since the billing invoice was not yet entered in their system to call a week later, so here I am calling a week later and the customer service representative, who you can hardly understand her English is trying to tell me that this was a Monday delivery and not Saturday, I offered to email her my shipment receipt but she declined, puts me on hold for 18 minutes and gets back in the line to tell me that it was Monday delivery.
After arguing several minutes she puts me on hold again for another 7 minutes and asks that I hold for her supervisor. The supervisor gets on the phone telling me that he cannot help me and that if I wanted to close the account with UPS I can but they can not issue a refund for the late delivery. I mean what kind of company would want to lose a business account that generates monthly shipments anywhere between $100-$300 monthly in shipping with UPS over $31.49 for my refund request. It's ridiculous and I can go on an on about the unprofessionalism about this company and will go to the BBB bureau as well.

First off, my item in question was an extremely expensive industrial machine, worth over $5000, that is now completely totaled, and unsellable. Every single surface was damaged beyond compare, and the machine itself it warped, as if it were dropped numerous times. They not only denied to pay the insured amount, but I am also out of the money it cost to ship it in the first place. As a company who uses UPS frequently for sending products, I am appalled by the lack of responsibility in this matter, as this is not the first time corporate has denied a claim for this same reason with other shippers.
They also carry their own insurance, therefore they should be treated as any other insurance company would be under these conditions. I will be writing to the Insurance Commission and the Attorney General in Florida, where the package was sent from and returned. I will also note that on both deliveries, the item was delivered by only one handler. The weight of this package required delivery by two people at least, and wasn’t, which is probably why the package was damaged in the first place. As a large, widely used shipping company, they not only treat their delivery drivers unfairly in this regard, but they obviously do not care about their customers and the items they ship.
After this entire fiasco, they said that the item had “insufficient packaging”, which is their way of giving you the runaround and not wanting to pay. It was actually packaged per their requirements, and was accepted upon drop off at the UPS freight location in Brooksville, FL. The item was double boxed, had packaging in between each box, bubble wrapped, and tied down. In no way was the packaging insufficient in this instance. Upon delivery to the purchaser, the majority of the shipping materials were already missing. And then upon return to myself, it was mostly nonexistent, to where I couldn’t even produce enough packaging material to produce “after photos”, only damage pictures of the product itself. Still battling this. Steer away from UPS at all costs, they don't care about their customers, delivery drivers, or the packages themselves.

On Tuesday May 22nd I placed an online order and the store I placed the order with used UPS as the delivery service. I was told that someone had to be home to sign for the package so I made arrangements to be home. I tracked the package all day Wednesday May 23rd and the app told me that it was in transit and would arrive by the end of that day.
Then by 5:30pm when I check the app again it tells me that the driver tried to deliver the package but no one was available to receive it at 5:20pm. This is a LIE!! As I was home all day waiting for it. No one knocked on my door or rang the doorbell for me to receive my package. After seeing the note that the driver was there I ran to the door to see if I could catch him. If the driver was there delivering my package why didn’t he leave a notification that he was there at all and the people in the upstairs apartment confirmed that no one knocked on their door either.
If this was the first time that this has happened to me by UPS I may have let it slide but I find that EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT UPS EVER DELIVERS anything they never leave a notice slip that they were ever there and they never knock on the door. There are 6 separate apartments so maybe the driver didn't want to take the time to knock on the CORRECT door. WHATEVER... UPS SUCKS!!! or perhaps they have lousy drivers who just don’t care or they are not trained properly? Sad... If I had the choice to choose any delivery service UPS would not be my choice at all... They SUCK!!

They only deliver packages during business days with no real time tracking system. After one delivery attempt that failed, I called them about time that I can expect to receive the package on the next day, they said anytime between 4:30pm-6pm. On the next day morning, again I called them to confirm the time and again it was from 4:30-6. Then I left my work early (took 2 hours time off), to be home at 4. Again I saw a second delivery attempt failed post on my door. When I called them, they said, "The shipman changed his regular routine so he was at your place at 12pm!! And we can’t do anything for you now!!" Tomorrow he will come again and this time they didn’t give me any time period! It seems based on their policy, to get your package delivered to your home, you should take one full day off from work and waiting for shipman entire day.

I didn't even get irate. He continuously talked over me. Had attitude the entire time. I admit I had the wrong tracking number but I asked him if there was another way I could look up the package. He kept saying, "Well I don't know how you set it up or how it was done." Mind you I'd already informed him...well tried to (but remember he kept Interrupting me) of how this was done. I said I came in the store on Sat and scheduled a pick up and to have it delivered to the store here In Greeneville.
I informed this young man that, "Hey I'm not yelling at you or being rude" and that this is not good customer service as I work there and if it were me speaking to a customer in the manner he was speaking to me I'd be pulled on the carpet. He proceeded to make even more smart remarks. Well I'm not sure what kind of customer service you're in but no you're not right. I asked for his name. He refused to give it to me. I said, "I'm going To be going a complaint". He tells me, "Go ahead. I don't care." I asked if he was the manager. I said, "You have to tell me your name." "No I don't but go ahead call them."

A perfectly legal compounding pharmacy sent me a package via UPS and my insurance company requires the signature of an adult upon receipt. The package was to be delivered 5/15 and was not. It was re-scheduled for 5/22 but again, it was not delivered. I tracked the package throughout the day via web. The message on the web was that it would be delivered by the end of the day, so I waited and waited. At 6:30, the message changed, it no longer said when the package would be delivered. I have spent two entire days waiting in my house to receive my medicine, to no avail. UPS has a chat system... But you get a computer with standard answers. They indicate that you can contact them by email but that is false, there are a series of menus, which are complicated to navigate and do not appear to lead anywhere.
You can call them, I did, on 5/15 on 5/16 and on 5/22. On 5/16 they said I would need to pick it up at their site on 5/17 but this was impossible because I had a business trip. They refused to reschedule the delivery until the pharmacy contacted them. On 5/22 I was transferred from one person to another but they did not resolve the problem. They requested that I stay put in my house one more day, and finally they said someone would call on 5/23. Because I was waiting for UPS, I did not even fulfill my civil duties. I could not vote in the run-off elections. The company has displayed a very unprofessional, totally unreliable behavior. Pharmacies can't rely in such a service. I am extremely frustrated and I have forgone at least one week of treatment due to the incompetence of the agency.
