They will not deliver to a P.O. site or anything but a street address or a Post Office site which makes it totally useless in the present online economy. Instead of delivering a parcel to where a customer has a box like a Post Office, they send it back to the online store. A lot of clients these days work at home but cannot be there 100% of the time to receive parcels so worried about porch pirates, they have gotten a postal box. UPS is still in the dark ages. They should review this policy.

Pricing is compatible with the postal service on some items. Shipping time is good. Care of packages can be found undesirable, boxes open and torn open, some of the contents missing. Usually find the delivery left at door or even some cases in the middle of the driveway.

The one thing that I don't like is they leave your packages outside mostly in plain sight. This is unacceptable, not all neighborhoods would be safe to do this. More options should be given if the customer is not home. It can be a real hassle dealing with missing packages. Most people would pay a little more for this safety precaution. Although there are a few drivers who make the effort to hide the package from street view.

UPS is great. They always leave my packages in a place where there is no direct view from the street. Sometimes I have noticed that the driver will place something on my porch in front of package so there are no views from the street. I've actually seen the driver seeing people around my house, leave not deliver but come back when no one is around. Now that is customer service plus!

However, every time I set a time and date for a pallet pick-up, there is always a problem. It takes 5-10 day after I schedule a pick up, before they send someone. I shipped a dozen large boxes for a cross country move. The local UPS store went out their way to ensure everything was packaged safely and securely and that I was receiving the optimal pricing. A few weeks later, I received a call from manager of the UPS store inquiring about the date the packages arrived. She had followed up on the shipment and determined the packages arrived a few days after the 'promised' date. She was calling to ask if I wanted her to file a claim, that there was no guarantee but she thought she might be able to get a portion of my cost refunded. I hadn’t paid any attention to the date the boxes arrived, and was amazed she had followed up. Since she had this follow up, I told her to go ahead and process the claim, not expecting anything one way or another. Less than two weeks later, I received a full refund for my entire shipment! This is indicative of the customer service at UPS store. Her customer service was above and beyond.

I took a custom glass blown gift to the UPS Store for packing and shipping while I was on vacation and unable to transport the item myself. UPS packaged the item and insured the item for what we agreed was a reasonable value given its size and the agents knowledge of the artist who made it. I was sure I left it in good hands. The item arrived and I immediately noticed the box was damaged and prayed the item was in one piece. It wasn't. I attempted to file a claim only to have it rejected since UPS policy states the shipper must file the claim, which meant the out of state UPS store who packaged it. I provided all the necessary pictures and documents and UPS made an onsite inspection and the claim was filed. It was rejected again without reason. I called the Shipper and asked what the problem was and she said she filed an appeal.

Weeks later it was again rejected without reason. The shipper said UPS wanted the receipt for the item, even though I told them it was a gift from the artist. Another appeal was filed, the claim was completed but no check ever sent. Another call to the shipper and they got a check for me that only included the amount of the packaging, shipping and insurance, but nothing for the items value. She filed yet another appeal, and now their reason for rejecting is that they insist I provide a legal appraisal justifying the value that it was insured for. Shouldn't they have asked for that before they sold me the insurance policy and before they broke the item? We're still fighting this battle over 6 months now. UPS has no intention of ever honoring this claim so I'm left with Small Claims court.

When you call their Customer Service, it's basically Russian Roulette because most of them don't know what they're doing AND can't do much to help you. Then the store charged me a ‘pick up.’ Fee. According to UPS customer service, UPS stores are independently owned and can charge whatever they like once a parcel reaches their store. There is nothing on the UPS website to state that UPS stores are independently owned and that they can do this.

UPS refused to reimburse me for the fee and told me that I had to call customer service if I wanted a parcel sent to a store to check on what extra fees I would be charged. The lack of service at the store (Brooksbank Ave, North Vancouver) and with UPS customer service was appalling. I had to fly across the country for a funeral and estate sale. I had one expensive (and sentimental) item to have shipped by UPS. It was worth (not that I would ever sell it) over $900. I packaged it with the utmost care, going overboard with packing b/c of how special the item was. When I went to UPS, I was asked "if I'd like to purchase insurance in case the item is damaged in transit". I wasn't given any sort of further clarification that they can deny the insurance claim if they deem the item wasn't packaged properly. I paid for the insurance.

When the package arrived (over a week later), there's a large dent on the corner of the box that is a clear indication the package was dropped. Sure enough, when I opened the box the item was damaged. After filing a claim with UPS, and they finally got around to contacting me (another week later), they denied the claim. They accepted zero responsibility for damaging the package and said they are denying b/c I didn't package properly. I sent in photos showing how much packaging was involved and the dent in the box. They never responded. I followed up and they said they reviewed and are still denying. The idea that the result was in no way their fault is insulting. But, most of all, the lack of communication was pathetic. Stay away! They are incompetent.

How in the world is it possible they can keep our package and not be held responsible? Our next step is the Better Business Bureau. No matter what the outcome we will NEVER use UPS again as long as there is another option.

Your service is atrocious. I have closed my business acct two years ago yet someone is charging shipments to it. I have been calling every month for the last 6 months to dispute the invoices I have been receiving. I've now been sent to collections for bills that are not mine. No one can seem to figure it out over there since my acct is "closed". How do you let someone use a closed bogus acct number to ship? Why can no one help me? I'm beyond frustrated and will be filing a formal complaint across all media.

To be clear, the problem is NOT with our local UPS. Son at orientation for new position in CA needed documentation for I-9 form. Original birth certificate & original SS card were "overnighted" to fulfill. That was more than 48 hours ago. Not only did it never arrive, package is LOST at present! Though we were originally told it was at Oakland Airport, it actually was last scanned in KY. The consequences are profound, without any semblance of accountability on the part of UPS officials. I would at least like to believe this is a rare occurrence. Yet my brother "overnighted" a check via UPS two months ago for merchandise that a trucking company was picking up. It, too, DID NOT ARRIVE, despite in-state only pickup and delivery!

I have one parcel to be delivered. It came by at 8:10 pm Jan 2 2020. Online under the tracking page I was informed that the package would be delivered on the next business day. Here we're on Jan 7 2020 and I have yet to receive a package or notice of when the package would be shipped. I reached out online and talked to a live agent but they specialized in shipments flowing throughout the continental US so I was transferred to a chat where someone who specializes in Canadian shipments could help out. Unfortunately, they were not available and so I had to contact a number they provided.

There, I spoke with an incredibly inconsistent customer service representative who informed me my package just so happened to be delivered today. The online tracking page fails to inform me of where my package is at this moment or when it will actually be shipped. I ordered this package from a store as they did not have my size available, and therefore was not able to choose to use this company's service, nor will I willingly in the future.

UPS expects that you can skip everything and sit around to wait on their schedule. I had a package being delivered that requires a signature. The UPS tracker said it would be delivered on Saturday 1/4/2020 before the end of the day. I had to take off work to wait. It never came. The UPS tracker continued to say it would be delivered Saturday until close to 10pm, then it said unable to provide a delivery time. On Sunday night, it changed to a delivery on the next day, Monday. Since I had already taken off work on Saturday, I could not take off the rest of the week. I tried to change delivery to the following Saturday 1/11/2020. They said they could but I must pay a $5 fee. I emailed customer service to complain and get the fee waived since it was their error that caused the problem. I told them I could not be home all day waiting until then.

Their response came Monday night, after the first delivery attempt had been made. The response was in VERY broken English and basically said they did not know what fee I was talking about, it would be rescheduled the next day for free. I re-explained that a Tuesday delivery would not help, and I need a Saturday delivery. I was told they don't do deliveries on Saturday. I asked why their tracker had said it was going to be delivered the prior Saturday and was told "According to our system it showed delivery on Saturday but it not guarantees delivery in that day. We always offer to the customer just change the delivery date Monday to Friday."

I checked, out of curiosity, and the website said I still had to pay the fee to change the delivery date to Thursday, which I think contradicts what she said. The only other option I was given was that they could hold it at their distribution center, which is across town and not open on weekends. That was no help. In the end, I was forced to have to pay the $5 fee or lose the $150 I had paid for the package. In addition they wanted an additional $8 fee to narrow the delivery window down to a 2 hour period so that I could at least salvage some of the day. They held my package for ransom. Customer service was no help whatsoever. They refused to accept any responsibility or waive the fee despite the fact their system caused the problem. UPS is greedy and corrupt. I would have rated them no stars except this system would not let me.

I will never get anything shipped with UPS again. This was the worst experience of my life. I get an email saying that they will be delivering my package on Tuesday so I go out on Monday. They show up on Monday while I was out and try to deliver my package. I tell them I am not home and they say "Okay we will try again tomorrow. They don't show up until the Thursday which is understandable because Tuesday and Wednesday were a holiday. I wait all day Thursday and then finally call them and ask them where they are. They said they tried to deliver it but that I wasn't there.

I was home waiting all day for them but they decided that they would take the easy way out and leave a note on my mail box instead of buzz up to my apartment to let me know they were here. They left without delivering the package. I am getting frustrated at this point. They then assure me that it will be delivered on Friday. I waited ALL day- from 7am to 7pm in front of my apartment waiting for them and they never showed up. So I call them furious at this point because online they wrote "We tried to deliver package but there was no one home."

I call again crying and super frustrated at this point. The person on the phone says that she will have it sent to a local UPS address so I can pick it up on Monday. I agree to this as I now know these people are super incompetent and I have to start work again on Monday so I won't be home for deliveries. Monday comes along and they try to deliver it to my apartment while I'm at work even though I told them I would not be home and I wanted to pick it up from a UPS location!!!!

I Call again today (Monday) and they say "We have no history of you requesting it to be delivered to that address but I can send a note now and you can pick it up tomorrow. This is now a week passed when I should have had it. I AM MAD! I tell the lady "No, I was told I can pick it up today, tell me where I can pick it up."

She says that she will send a message to the local UPS people and that they will call me back with more information... It's been over an hour... I'm still waiting!

Try again, same error message ("UPS experiencing a technical difficulty").

Email is not an option for me but I also want to make sure I haven't been charged since it's obvious they are not going to redirect my package for pickup. She tries to set up the redirect and can't. To cut my losses, she transfers me to billing to make sure I wasn't charged for the redirect (since Paypal indicated there was a pending charge to UPS for redirect). Billing tells me there is no charge yet but also no redirect so I have to go back to International to set up the redirect. I tell him I've already tried her and she can't.

Now, I ask for the complaint department. Billing can't find the number. When I'm finally transferred, the complaint rep tells me I need to speak with technical support for the website issue and then international rep for the iparcel redirect. Really? REALLY???!!!! The UPS Store 43 Town and Country Dr Ste 119, Fredericksburg, VA 22405. While trying to ship Christmas gifts from our local UPS store it was suggested by them to use the USPS for a cheaper rate as it would cost over $200 dollars per package to ship to Spain through UPS. What we thought was a convenience of shipping USPS packages from their location turned out to be a mistake. She declared everything that was in the package and the clerk entered it into the system printed out the declarations and processed the packages for shipping. She openly declared perfume in one box and cologne in the other. At no time did the clerk indicate that there were restrictions on shipping colognes or perfumes through the USPS or UPS due to the alcohol contained within the product. Both boxes were returned to us by the USPS due to the alcohol in perfume and cologne.

When my wife returned to the UPS store for a refund, she was told by the supervisor that she would need to go to the USPS office as the charge and payment was through them not UPS. When she went to the USPS and after much deliberation, was finally told that the refund would have to come from the UPS store as that was where the payment was made. She then drove back to the UPS where and was told that that was the chance you take when shipping an item and that they were not responsible and would not refund the money.

The complaint is this: Lack of training. The clerk who originally processed the packages did not know to look up the items to ensure that they could be shipped. The supervisor who assisted the clerk that day also never indicated that there would be any issue in shipping the cologne and perfume. In a simple search after the fact we found that “There is absolutely no alcohol allowed for any USPS shipment, domestically or internationally.” Does this mean that you can ship alcohol through UPS? Not so fast, that same search resulted in finding that there are very strict regulations governing the shipment of alcohol via UPS.

“UPS does allow the shipment of alcohol with a few caveats.”
    • You must have an account number with UPS.
    • You must come to an alcohol shipping agreement with UPS (given on a per-contract basis).
    • You must have a license to ship alcohol according to federal and state laws.
    • You must abide by the alcohol regulations of the origin state AND the destination state. (UPS will only ship alcohol to-and-from certain states because of this)
    • You must use proper packaging:
o Inner packaging of EPS foam, folded corrugated tray, or molded fiber tray.
o Each packaging component must secure the bottle to the center of the container, away from the side walls of the container.
    o Container must be sturdy.
    • Clearly label the package according to UPS and origin/destination state guidelines.
    • Document the shipment as alcoholic (this is easy to do on EasyPost).

    • Require an adult signature at delivery. It cannot be dropped off or delivered to anyone under the age of 21.

So, if I could find this out in mere seconds why could the clerk or supervisor not take the time to look this up for the customer. This is failure to support the customers’ needs.

Supervisor professionalism and conduct. The supervisor working the day of the return was dismissive and unconcerned of their oversight. Sending a customer to another business that the organization has joined a partnership with shows a lack of loyalty to the customer base and integrity to the ownership of their wrongdoing. The dismissive and cowardly attitude of the supervisor is appalling. The supervisor clearly did not want to deal with my wife and would send the clerk out to talk with her vice handling the situation himself.

It is the duty of a supervisor to handle a complaint of this nature. Not behind the curtain to allow a clerk with no decision-making capability to try and explain why they would not provide a refund. To tell a customer they take a risk when shipping a package is unacceptable. There is no risk if the supervisor has properly trained their employees and know how to identify restricted items. This is a failure to lead by example and be accountable for your decisions.

Corporate responsibility. UPS needs to step up the training of personnel that are receiving packages for shipment. It is their responsibility to ensure that the clerks and supervisors know how to locate the restrictions of items. We as consumers rely on the “experts” to properly identify restricted items. I find it hard to believe that a company as large as UPS is not capable or is not able to provide the requisite guidance that is needed to operate a successful store. Most customers would not think of perfume or cologne as alcohol, most people tend to think of that being associate to drinking spirits, wine or beer. That is why we rely on the business to provide the proper guidance. This is failure.

Ever since I moved to Little Rock, a few years ago I have almost had to resort to in store shopping ONLY!!! Now, with my fiance & our teenage daughter going to school online, we can't always do that. We have lots of different things coming to the house almost daily. If anything gets shipped UPS, I go ahead and prepare for a headache and aggregation.

The last 3 days I, my son and fiance (he was only home today) have been home waiting on several deliveries. Yesterday (12/27) they claimed the driver attempted to deliver and no one was home, so he left 1 of those "Sorry we missed you" sticky notes. The only problem with that is; at the time he claims to have been at our apartment I was sweeping out the apartment and the front stoop. I can tell you I never saw a UPS truck or employee here.

Today (12/28) again driver claimed to have been here and again no one was home so he left another sticky note. Yet, again at the time he claims he was here, my fiance was walking across street to store and never saw a UPS truck or employee. So we called their customer service on both days and the agents were of no help. They could (or would) only promise the driver would be back out here the next business day. Their local hub called us back both days; yesterday the only thing the lady would say is that they would send it out again. Today, Mrs. ** from the same hub, actually took the time to talk to us and try to figure out what has been going on. She then said, "I know who the driver is and there is a supervisor on site. I'm taking these notes to them now and see what they can do to fix this." She was amazing!!! Anyone else I've had to deal with, a waste of fresh air.

I don't have any of these issues with FedEx or the postal service, who delivered 2 of the 4 packages that were to be here yesterday. Needless to say those are the only packages to make it here this week!!! I constantly have to have them take it to the closest store, 45 min away on public transportation (our only transportation). I absolutely despise this company and can only pray that they close down soon.

Drivers have marked a package delivered when it was not, this week a delivery was marked "picked up" and my name entered as the one, and then the same day marked as "delayed". Drivers do not leave a sticker that they attempted a delivery, and ignore a sign to leave a package downstairs if we are not in. On another call to a supervisor on another delivery this week resulted in the supervisor telling me the packages were at the shipment station, but at the station 2 minutes later the counter person said the packages were on a truck out for delivery; when it was escalated on the phone to another supervisor because this would be a loss of business, that supervisor found the packages were in fact at the station and they were moved to an employees desk so they could be found when I returned to the station to pick up.

Numerous times we have been told one story, only to find it was not true. Due to the nature of our business we are in and out of the office, we do not have problems with other delivery services, only UPS as they are unwilling to "tag notice" the door or take the package downstairs to the suite we have designated on the sign at our door.

I have received a package which should have gone to someone in Hercules, Ca. USA.. Instead I received this large box yesterday in Whitby, On. Canada. I had ordered a product and that company used UPS for shipping. I received that item on 10 Dec. 2019. I received a large box with that same tracking number yesterday. I had not ordered anything from the shipping company, and they covered up some of the label with the person receiving this package. There are at least 3 other labels on this package one which is a ERROR label, and then my duplicate label.

I spent all day trying to get this picked up from UPS. And I was told it was scheduled for pickup today between 9:00 am - 11:00 am. And it wasn't picked up. I called again to UPS and was informed that there is no return request, and no pick up was scheduled and no answer to how to get rid of this because a UPS pick up/drop off location may not accept the package. This UPS service is unacceptable, and what happened to their Privacy policy. I was able to find out who this is going to, and their personal address. So I still have this box I don't want, and no way of returning it. UPS SUCKS!!!!

Less than 1 star would be more appropriate. If you transpose your address and the address that you accidentally type in does not have an actual post office box or even a HOUSE for that matter, don't you worry, UPS will just deliver it to the "close enough" address next to the non existent address to which the package is addressed. Also, if you have a package that has to be signed for and they send you a text message telling you that the package will be delivered between 3 pm and 7 pm, you should probably start sitting outside waiting for it from about 11:30am.

The window is only an expected time and the UPS delivery driver WILL NOT knock on your door to inform you that they are there with your package, but you will have to be nice when going to the store to get the issue of the non delivered package, because if you are not very nice to the lady behind the counter, she will tell you that she will delay the reattempted delivery for said package. What happened to customer service? What happened to ACTUALLY KNOCKING on the door when a package requires a signature. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I SEEN SUCH CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WORK ETHIC. Then it was loading dock was closed, it was not. Then they created a guard shack at the facility, which they do not have. I spoke to multiple representatives and a delivery manager (claimed they were) with no resolution. I spoke to the client and they were open and so was the loading dock. I was ghosted by the driver is what happened and UPS even went as far as to not refund the money for services they never delivered on. Anyway the UPS sales rep told me today that UPS rounds UP dimensions a hair or fraction above. So 48.00000000001 become 49 inches. And then they slap on peak fees, surcharges, oversize fees and you name it. I am going to contest all their audits going back six months. And request their scans and calibrations and how they round up. They don't comply. I am calling a class action lawyer. I am a certified fraud examiner...and I approve this message. I measured four 48 packages today and none were over 48.5 inches. Not even close. Then the rep told me it was anything over 48.01. What a crock.

UPS is the worst shipping company that I’ve had to deal with. I will take Amazon or Fedex over UPS any day. After 2 weeks, my package still has not arrived. My daughter’s Christmas gift was supposed to arrive on 12/5/19. Due to snow, it was delayed for 2 days; this I don’t fault them for but everything else has been downhill since then. I was supposed to be delivered on Friday, didn’t happen. Come Saturday, didn’t happen again. Monday the driver marked it as delivery attempted when I was home all day and have a Ring doorbell so he/she obviously lied.

At this point I’m frustrated so I change the delivery to the local UPS store so I don’t have to worry about my daughter seeing it. It then gets stuck in Warwick, RI for 2 more days with no change. Finally speak to someone in Warwick 12/11/19 and they said they will get it out tomorrow and arrive in a day or two. So latest Friday 12/13/19. Call the 1800 line today because there has been no change to my tracking number.

The women tells me that it was delivered on Friday 12/13 at 11pm. Was about to head out but decided to call first. Needless to say, UPS in Cumberland says that they still don’t have it and the women provided me bad information because it’s still showing in transit. In summary, I’ve been lied to by these UPS workers multiple times and they can’t seem to make a 29 mile delivery in so far we are up to 5 days.

When I tried to use the website to make this change, my request did not go through, though no reason was given or alternative action that I could take. The next day the same thing happened, and the third day, I contacted customer service because the package was being returned to sender according to the missed delivery slip.

I thought that since this was mostly due to a glitch in their website that UPS would try to address this situation, but not only have they not done that, I have only gotten one sentence responses from customer service, and each of those single sentence responses have been from different people. They really just do not care if you have a problem, and are not interested in figuring out what went wrong.

UPS cannot be trusted for overnight shipping of perishable items. I ordered medication on Friday to be delivered on Saturday and did not receive the medication on Saturday. I am signed up for text to let me know and I was not notified that the package did not make it onto the truck. During the day it said it would be delivered by noon and then it changed to being delivered by end of day. I never received it. I called UPS and a person who could not speak English answer the phone and after a very difficult conversation I was informed absolutely no information, so I asked to speak to a manager in which I held on the line for an hour to get. That manager then created an escalation but informed me that nothing would be done until Monday.

My medication is supposed to stay within a certain temperature that cannot go below or above a certain number. And they informed me that their facility where the box was sitting is not temperature controlled. The local temperatures drop below freezing at night. So that obviously would expire the medication. Today is Monday and I am getting the same exact notifications that I would receive it by noon and then the message changed to not until this evening. I still do not have my medication and the day is almost over. And to make matters worse the company that shipped the medication is not being responsible to hold UPS accountable and resend my medication.

They want me to go get another prescription for my doctor which means they’re going to bill my insurance for another set of medication that I should not be billed for because UPS did not deliver the package or Maybe eventually delivers it but the medication has expired then. UPS has created a domino effect that is extremely negative and apparently has put Christmas presents in higher priority than a perishable package that clearly states on the outside that it is a priority shipment next day air, rush, perishable. UPS should be held accountable for this. Period. Especially if someone can die because they don’t receive their medication.

UPS only provides information for where packages “should be” - not for where they are; then they play the odds that it mostly goes well. Customer service reps can only read a screen that is not necessarily accurate. Not only have I been told this by an employee of UPS (my former company’s sales rep) but it is not difficult to prove, as displayed here by a recent scan:

Shipped with UPS Tracking ID: 1Z81.... Saturday, December 14 8:00 AM Out for delivery Chelmsford, MA US. Friday, December 13 8:58 PM Package has left the carrier facility Manchester, NH US. 8:41 PM Package arrived at a carrier facility Chelmsford, MA US. 6:52 PM Package arrived at a carrier facility Manchester, NH US. 4:58 PM Package has left the carrier facility Louisville, KY US. 10:47 AM Package arrived at a carrier facility Louisville, KY US. 9:34 AM Package arrived at a carrier facility Louisville, KY US. Thursday, December 12 6:42 PM Package arrived at a carrier facility Spartanburg, SC US. 6:00 PM Package has left the carrier facility Spartanburg, SC US. Package has shipped.

In the above scenario, the package left Chelmsford, MA and arrived in Manchester, NH in 17min. (Although this would take 45 min.) Then, for some unknown reason is shipped back to Chelmsford, MA the very next morning and is “out for delivery”. BUT, IT IS NOT OUT FOR DELIVERY, BECAUSE IT IS SATURDAY and the computer just says that. In actuality, it is “delayed for weather” (aka, they just don’t feel like making the trip) until sometime between “Sunday and Tuesday”. Per my update from Amazon.

Another package that was scheduled for Friday saw the same “weather delay” fate. There was no weather issue. “Prime” trucks delivered to my home well after 8pm that night. At what point will this company be held accountable? I am certain that in the day and age of people taking screen shots, there is plenty of evidence to back up the fallacies that UPS continues to publish as actual tracking updates. Any company can make a mistake. UPS publishes information that they do not verify to be true. That is unacceptable and they should be held to account.

It's 57 and light rain. Called and after repeating same lies, finally told it has not even been unloaded from trailer. It's been there for>10hrs, is located ~25-30 min away from me. Supervisor also just repeats same lies (bad weather today) and that "arrival scan" doesn't mean it's arrived or been scanned. I was told they would connect me to local hub to speak with manager there and call was disconnected. Re-call, told to watch tracking on website which they already told me does not reflect actual status.

I understand the lay have a lot of deliveries but my time is just as important. Employees are so angry these days while they get a paycheck...

The store is supposed to box the item and send it. After 8 days, my vacuum is still at the local store. I have talked to the manager Sarah, who has no interest in helping and she has been demeaning. She said that she will send the vacuum yesterday and nothing has been done. Additionally to this, the guy who took my vacuum, pulled apart the item. I hope I am able to get all of the item back and intact. Had 2 items shipped to me via UPS within the last month or so. First item, I assumed would be held at the UPS store I designated as my preferred access point. Imagine my surprise when the driver just marched up to my door and rang the bell. It was a good thing I happened to be at home that day. My main complaint regarding that experience was the fact that their website/tracking info is very clunky in regards to letting you know exactly where the package is going to be shipped to.

Second item, at least this time it seems that the item is being sent to the access point. The order was placed on 11/29/2019 Friday and origin scan occurred on 12/02/2019 Monday. Now, my vendor sent the shipment via 3 day select, which I assumed means it should have been delivered by 12/05/2019 Thursday. They rescheduled it to 12/06/2019 Friday, and when I contacted my vendor, they explained that UPS told them it was due to heavy volume. Okay, fine, that is understandable. What is not understandable is why on Friday, I get the "out for delivery" notice on the tracking, and it never got delivered. I physically went to the access point and asked them what was going on, and they basically said I'll have to wait until next week. They also told me I should try to call customer service, but I gave up on that after being on hold for 20 minutes.

So Monday comes, same thing all over again. Still out for delivery after 7:00 PM, which is when the access point store is closed. So this time, I call customer service and stay on hold for over 30 minutes. And their response? Go pick it up at their facility tomorrow (not the access point that I preferred, just some facility that I will most likely have to take a highly congested highway to get to after I'm done for the day). Stellar service.

UPS lost my package with all my car information title and registration because they showed it was delivered at 7:26pm to the house and I was home and I didn't receive it???? Called one number. Told her what happened. She told me he was going to get a hold of the driver and find out what happened to the package and call me back in five minutes. Well I waited 25 minutes. Called back and no one answered the phone then I called the one 800 number talk to a rep. There was put on hold more than I talk to them. Now it's under investigation. We'll see where this goes. Will never ever use them again.

Update 12/9/19 Was checking the status on my investigation and noticed that they closed the investigation because in the notes they said that they tried to call me and could not get a hold of me which was a lie. My phone is with me day and day out. No one called so I called back and they re-open the investigation. I'm trying to find this package which I know is going to be useless because I'm sure it's just gonna sit there and no one's going to investigate and them closing out saying they cannot find it.

My experience is that UPS works fine until the package gets to the final delivery hub. Once I see that it has been loaded onto the delivery truck, I expect it to be delivered that day. Regularly, however, it just doesn't happen. Presumably the driver just doesn't feel like delivering all the packages, so it returns to the delivery hub. Then, rather than prioritizing the missed deliveries, UPS claims that they've already scheduled the next day's deliveries, so it will be 2 days until they work my package back into the rotation. This situation can repeat 3-4 times before the driver finally gets around to serving my neighborhood. Other delivery companies manage to deliver on time as promised, but UPS is by far the worst. I would pay extra not to have them involved in any way in my transactions.

Next day, my husband stayed home and we stayed up till midnight, but same thing happened. Dec. 7, I called UPS 800 number at 7am CT and was told that the center would call me back at 10am. No calls. I called back and after waiting 30 minutes, I was connected to the call center that’s located in the Philippines. They can only tell you what you can see on the website. No way for them to track the truck or give you a time frame/ window when the truck will arrive. All they could do is everything you can do yourself on the website, cannot even give the number of the local UPS facility.

I contacted Overstock where I ordered the furniture. They must’ve been able to call the local facility because I got a call from UPS local facility telling me that the truck was in my area and would arrive in 30 minutes. We were having lunch when that call came and we could get a little view of our cul-de-sac from where we were sitting. Around the half-hour mark, my husband saw a UPS truck driving at our cul-de-sac. We thought, finally! But no! The truck didn’t stop! My husband ran out without a jacket and in house slippers, yelled at the driver to try to catch his attention. No success. The truck just kept on driving. He got his jacket and got in his car to try to chase the truck but he couldn’t find him anymore. We still don’t have the furniture and it’s supposedly scheduled for tomorrow (Monday). We can’t both stay home anymore. This has been extremely frustrating and upsetting!!!

I called UPS and after 30+ minutes in queue, I was informed that they were delivered to the wrong address. The UPS rep opened a case for me and informed me that I would be contacted within an hour with further information. In the interim, I contacted the shippers who confirmed that the packages had indeed been delivered and signed for.

Four hours later and still no call back from UPS, I called them and after another 30 minutes in queue, the rep now tells me that my packages were actually delivered to the local post office. If that’s the case, why do they show delivered, rather than being handed off to USPS for delivery, and why did the first rep, open a case? (By the way, UPS’s app showed earlier that day that they were on the truck to be delivered today after already being delayed 3 days.). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold never to be picked up again. I’m still unsure where the packages are. For a logistics company, they have no clue what is going on!

The company I purchased the guitar from only uses UPS for their shipping. After waiting for over a week for my package to be delivered I started trying to investigate where my package was in the UPS system. After almost an hour on the phone the customer service rep for UPS informed me the item had been lost or stolen from the Portland, Oregon distribution center. Now I'm in the process of trying to get a refund from the shipper due to UPS's poor performance/theft. I had to cancel a non-refundable international trip for myself and a relative and have to apply for an emergency passport and re-apply for the foreign country's visa. Not only am I out of $$$$ but also going through emotional trauma due to identity theft.

All throughout the week the tracking information was highly suspicious. The package was first delayed and when I inquired about it I was given a run around by Customer Service. Then suddenly it appears, first I am told it was being delivered to my place, even though I had requested to hold for pick up since it had been delayed and I didn't want to miss the driver. I later get a phone call that I needed to go pick it up from the UPS customer center. And to my shock, they handed me an empty package that had been opened up and stolen from!

None of the employees at the UPS customer center knew what had happened and was told I'd have to open a claim to start an investigation. I called the 1-800 number and submitted a claim. After following up the very next day, I was told it had been closed and the shipper would be reimbursed for $100. Seriously?! They could care less about what they have put me through. UPS has caused a lot of pain and stress that cannot be covered by $100. I expect UPS to reimburse me for all the costs including application fee for a new emergency passport, non-refundable tickets for 2 people, shipping charges to and from, and visa application fee for the foreign country. After calling and speaking to them they said, "Sorry we'll hold it for you at this location," went to that location and nope..completely different location. If you want to have your packages delivered DON'T use UPS. If you want to scavenger hunt and frustrate yourself then you found the place. If it has to get there, I'm sure the Pony Express is a better choice and they have been gone for centuries.

The options I received were for stores in difference city’s. I called customer service and was informed it would be a 6 dollars because she had to do it or free online. I told the operator I didn’t get the option for the store 1km away for me. She put me on hold and when she came back I was told it can’t be delivered to that store. No reason. Just it can’t. The delivery driver has to attempt 3 times. So 2 more round trips of wasted fuel being burned. Great job UPS!!! Never again will I order anything online if UPS is the only option.

Called back, spoke with someone that could speak English, the advise given was to sign the ticket and they will deliver tomorrow.

Tomorrow comes no package and another ticket telling me I have to sign for package. So I make yet another Phone call get put on hold again finally get to speak to supervisor who can't speak English only to find out that if you want your package then "someone needs to stay home from work to sign for package". So far, UPS cannot be counted on to consistently deliver packages, actually search for missing packages or follow thru on promises employees make just to get a customer off the phone. I have used UPS to send my payroll to our 9 locations for 10 months. During this time there have been delays due to inclement weather which is very understandable. I always ship a day earlier than needed if they miss by one day will still make it on time. This time one of my shipments showed as delayed with no reason given, but showed it was still one day ahead and was in the City of destination. Next day I checked again and it showed that the address was incorrect and could not be delivered. This is the same address and label that has been used for prior 10 months without incident.

When I called early in the afternoon and escalated to supervisor, I was told the driver was new and they would re-deliver by 4:00 pm. They also said I would receive a call from the local hub within an hour to verify. Since customer service is outsourced to another country, I was depending on that call for verification. Of course it never came. At 4:15 pm when the package still showed on the tracking as not deliverable I called back.

Again I can only reach a foreign country. The first rep I got put me on hold, except she didn't and I could overhear the conversation in the background that they had no intention of sending the driver back to re-deliver. They were laughing about it. I got the supervisor and told them about the incident and they did nothing. The supervisor put me on hold again on and off for over 40 minutes and then informed me that the local hub in Oregon could not re-deliver and it would have to wait until the next day. I repeatedly told them it was our payroll and that the employees were standing around waiting for it.

Not only did they do nothing, they again said I would receive an escalation call from the local hub within the hour. They again never called me. I was very upset and told them I would never use UPS again, for now on USPS all the way. They to my knowledge are not outsourced to another country. My package that was supposed to be delivered Wed was delivered Fri, and "left at the front counter". I never was contacted and received no apology for the bad treatment and lies. I can find no contact information for the USA to file a complaint. There is absolutely no point in me calling the foreign country again to be further frustrated so I give up and will use another delivery service going forward.

UPS shipping is one of the worse delivery companies out there. On 11/7/19 they told me they would be delivering a shipment between the hours of 11 and 3. I hired two men to help me with the shipment and we set for four hours waiting. After 3 they had not yet come. I called and they said, "We won’t be there till later tonight." I told them I had to go to work and had send the two men home when they had not arrived by 3. All they said was, "We are sorry. We will try and reschedule," which they could not do. I had to get my wife to leave work (more money lost).

When finally the shipment arrives he leaves it setting outside in the pouring rain. When I get home I have to carry it into the garage dry everything off. I had to paid extra for shipping and handling due to the size of order which was a pretty penny let me tell you. Did UPS offer to discount anything" Why hell no. So I am out not just the money for the special shipping and handling charges I am also out the money that I paid two men to help me with the shipment, my wife’s money from her leaving work so someone was there when they delivered it, not to mention my time standing around waiting on it to come. All they could said was, "We are very sorry. We were running behind." I told them I thought that was what the 4 hour window was for in case of stuff like that. I don’t plan on using their services anymore. Oh they did said I could come to their shipping area and pick it up. I told them I don’t have a semi truck. That’s why I was paying them.

I was really upset and into stress due to his reason for the refusal. The example he told me is that if you order a shoe rack and when you return that it could be packed in to the original packing. They (lower management) will literally have you showing up to the facilities hours prior to the time they are actually ready to come & get you from whatever harsh weather conditions you & the rest of the future employees are facing outside (as an consideration of future employment).

I set alerts to notified me when the package was delivered so I could have someone retrieve the package immediately. My package was delivered at 12:44pm and my husband was there at 12:55 to retrieve my package and there was no package on my doorstep. I called UPS to let them know that I don't have my package. UPS had me re-verify my address and after I did I was told that the package was delivered to my neighbor by mistake. I was asked if I would like for the driver to be sent back out to retrieve the package and I said yes.

When the driver arrived on Friday evening he immediately came to my apartment and banged on the door. When I opened the door he said to me very defensive and confrontational why did I tell UPS that he delivered my package to the wrong apartment when he was 100% sure that he delivered it to my apartment. I explained to him that UPS was the one that told me that he delivered the package to the wrong address and he said that he didn't and one of my neighbors stole my package and it wasn't his problem and I need to take it up with my apartment manager. The whole time he was speaking to me he was rude and had an attitude and wanted to hear anything that I had to say. He also proceeded to tell me as he walked away while I was still speaking to him that he wouldn't get in trouble and nothing would happen to him.

I have been waiting since Friday to speak to someone at UPS regarding this incident and no one has taking the time out to call me back to address my issue. I frequently order packages from different businesses and now before I place my order will call to find out what shipping carrier they use because UPS will never get the opportunity to deliver a package to me again. I packaged a guitar in a new box with high density foam, took pictures of the process, and purchased and printed my UPS label - WITH INSURANCE. UPS accepted my shipping and insurance money, picked up the box and delivered from Seattle to California - damaging the guitar FUBAR. A claim was made to UPS by me the shipper and by the buyer of the guitar. UPS said it would take a week to make a determination upon their examination of the shipping box and packaging. Three weeks later they hadn't bothered to make an inspection. Buyer returned the guitar to me via FEDEX. UPS sends insurance claims to a company they own called Crawford. Crawford said that the claim was denied because there was no inspection of the shipping materials. Really, in three weeks they couldn't arrange for an inspection, when they said it would be a week?

I pressed further and they said they would consider reviewing their determination with pictures of the shipping materials - which they had already received BEFORE they denied the claim. The box was definitely beat up like the old commercial with the gorillas doing the baggage handling at the airport. We presented again, pictures of the before and after delivery and additional pictures of the box and guitar that was returned to me. The box looked the same when it got back to me. The UPS asked for info on the package being returned to me. I told them the package had been shipped back to me from the buyer via FEDEX. The claim denied immediately.

I am out $800.00 plus dollars because UPS was too lazy to inspect in three weeks and frankly not very honorable. I believe that UPS self-insures with the Crawford, a company they own with intent of not covering their insured packages. This requires a communication with the Attorney General, and the Insurance Commissioner in each state the UPS operates in - which is all of them. But especially Washington, Texas, and California.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. Not just once. Not just twice. But MULTIPLE times. Our company ships our items through a 3rd party and when they said the item couldn't be delivered because of an address issue (which wasn't true at all. There was an extra noun in the name of the company. Because of which, they wouldn't deliver it - EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY DELIVERED A DIFFERENT PACKAGE TO THAT SAME NAME AND ADDRESS THE EXACT SAME DAY. So I called to update the contact information and have them sort it out with the customer who needed the items. A week later I was notified that the package was returned to our 3rd party sender AND that they had never contacted our updated contact person.

I called UPS AGAIN and told them the situation. They said - "Oh well the address is incorrect". I said that wasn't true because they had ALREADY delivered a different package to that same name and address before. Then they said, well there isn't a contact person and I said no... that's not true either because I called a week ago with all that information. "Oh yeah... you did..." responded the person on the other line. "Well we can't do anything about it. Sorry." That was just ONE incident and because of this, we were out the entire profit our company would've been making because we had to pay shipping costs FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES.

Today we got a phone call about one of our packages being held at one of the UPS stores going to one of our customers. The person from UPS left us a message and said to call them back. We did. The number wouldn't work. Which meant I had to call customer service (someone is some remote place who has no idea what the situation is) and try and track down what the issue was with the package. The thing is - the person from UPS who left us the message, never gave us a tracking number! So customer service lady is demanding a tracking number and I said, I don't have it because they never gave it to me. So she tells me to look it up on my end and I tell her, I CAN'T because we ship hundreds of things out every day. I have no idea which PO it is, so I'll need to talk to the person at the actual UPS location to get the PO number off the label. She said that the UPS location doesn't have a phone.

Excuse me? They have a phone. They used the phone to leave us a voicemail. This is the 21st century. They have a phone. So she tells me that they only communicate through messages. I said, "Great - message them and tell them to call me so I can get more info on this package I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT". She refused. FINALLY, I hung up and sent one of our guys up to the actual UPS store (about an hour from here luckily) to claim the package....

Except they won't release the package to him because he's not the company we were delivering it to.... Except we're the SENDER. So we're trying to reclaim OUR OWN package! However, my boss's name IS on the package, so I said that's fine. We'll FaceTime, he'll show his ID and they'll release it then. Except that the woman there REFUSED.

At this point, we are LIVID but at least we know where this package is supposed to be going to because of the label. So I tracked down the exact order and gave them the updated address with an updated contact person. Except they won't update the contact person... WHAT. She claims that the label is printed and they can't reprint the label. Which is all a bunch of crap.

UPS is absolutely the WORST delivery service I have ever encountered. Not only are they unhelpful, but they also could not care LESS about peoples' businesses and actually getting packages delivered. All they care about is profit. Their customer service hasn't helped us even ONCE. Out of all the packages we've sent through them - not even ONCE have they even TRIED to work with us and actually HELP. I don't write reviews. But this one had to be written. Completely and utterly astonishing at how rude, dishonest, and belittling this company and its employees are. I have never encountered anyone more rude or more obstinant than UPS.

The RAM memory in the computer I use for my business went bad, and I ordered a replacement online on Tuesday, October 14th. It shipped UPS 2nd Day Air that evening, and was in New Stanton, PA the next morning. Next stop, my distribution center in Newark, DE by Thursday morning. Great. Except that's not where it went. Misrouted to Maumee, OH. OK, there's a percentage of errors in any system the size of UPS. It's annoying, but not the end of the world. My business can survive with an older computer I use for surfing the web.

The package wound up back in New Stanton on Friday morning (already one day late), with the delivery listed for Monday, October 21st. I called UPS to ask why, since they screwed up, the package couldn't be put on a truck on Saturday. I got three different reasons from the same representative on the phone, none of which met the test of the first follow-up question. He was clearly lying. What did he not want to tell me? Probably that if you haven't paid the exorbitant upcharge for Saturday delivery, it will sit in their building until Monday, whether they screwed up or not. This is basic customer service: A chance to make a screw-up at least partially right. Nope. Not gonna happen.

To make matters worse, An ignition coil pack went bad on my car, and it's not one that can be sourced from NAPA, etc. I ordered one for delivery Monday the 21st, using the Overnight Saver option. UPS policy is that these packages are delivered to residences before 3:00 the following business day. Our UPS driver normally gets by our house between 4:30 and 6:00 in the afternoon, so I'm thinking that the silver lining here is that the RAM, which is scheduled for delivery on the 21st as well, will arrive a little bit earlier in the day.

Nope. Both packages will be delivered at the usual time the driver gets around to my house. Bottom line here is that no matter how they've screwed up and no matter what service you've paid for, UPS will take the lowest common denominator in providing that service. Whatever is cheapest and easiest for them. Buyer beware.

This time I had also authorized release on the UPS website and asked them to leave it at the door. Still no delivery and the same message on the site. Which could not be more wrong. Basically it's 8 at night and it's raining and the driver drove right by my house which is easy to find.

Taking deep breath I again called customer service which basically laughed at me. Could care less. Said they would update my address which was correct so I don't know how they can do that but when asked if they can make it a first stop or a priority delivery for as early as possible they said no it'll be around the same time tomorrow. So on trying to change the address to my business address they try to charge me to do so it really is disappointing and pretty much a joke. Worst experience ever.. Not only not getting the present for my son which sucks!! But just the lack of accountability or customer service or even caring mean the lady is pretty much laughing when I spoke to her and said there's no way to waive the $10 fee to change the address and it's not the $10. It's the principle at this point and she laughed and said no..

I would avoid them at all costs.. My third time not getting my package and the first two being next day delivery you would think there would be some course of action you could take for the following through on what they were hired to do but there really isn't. You just have to suck it up. Calling and complaining just makes it more frustrating. I will pay 4 times the amount or more to another carrier than ever using UPS again..

UPS was suppose to deliver my package but never did. I called to find out what happened to my package. They said it's held at the Secaucus facility for pickup. Really. Why the hell would I go to Secaucus to pick up a package that you get paid to deliver to me? I called UPS 6 times in 1 day and all they did was say sorry. "Really". I need my package not your sorry. Anyway I didn't get anywhere with them and after a few days they sent the package back to sender. Now this has happened 3 times and they were telling me on the phone to not be loud with them. "REALLY". THIS ** UPS SERVICE IS THE WORST IN HISTORY OF ALL DELIVERY SERVICES. And their management is also screwed up and unhelpful. If you had to use a delivery service do not use this one.

I can NOT stand UPS. There is an apartment building on my street with four units and a similar address. UPS seems to always read my address, decide it must be one of these apartments and leave my package there. Today, I waited all day for the package, saw their truck pass by, and then received a delivered notice. I rushed to the apartments Two wouldn't answer, two said they didn't have it. UPS left it there AGAIN! My $300+ dollar shipment left at an apartment, when my address is correct, no one called to verify, and I do not have an apartment number! They have made me wait another day to even talk to them. AVOID if possible!

"Customer service" numbers are all the same--local, corporate, etc. And...I called our local Springfield Virginia office and the service representative was in the.... Philippines.... I paid extra for delivery 1 day service and from Saturday on, I got different times for delivery. In this day and age, surely UPS could afford customer service humans in each office or an upgraded more accurate time tracking? Forget drones...Spend your money on reps in the states or an accurate tracking system.

I had sent a package back in August, which was lost in the shipment. I have since then been trying to reach the agents who open a case online, ask me submit the invoices of the products I had shipped but have not received any compensation for the lost package as of yet. To be honest, I felt that the whole attitude has been pretty callous and I am extremely disappointed by the experience.

I returned home from work to find a UPS InfoNotice on my apartment door telling me that a final attempt had been made today to deliver my package, and yet this is the first notice they have left on my door. I called to inform them of this and was told that they were sorry to hear about this, but that was the final attempt as the system showed a record of the driver having made two other attempts. I explained that this recorded information did not negate the fact that no notice was left to inform me of any other attempt.

If they had left a previous notice I would have requested that they leave the package at an access point instead. The representative repeated their company line adding that if I was willing to pay a fee they could redeliver. I should not have to pay anything to have my package delivered when UPS has not done their job. My package is from a medical supply place and I do not appreciate having to place yet another order because UPS can't follow through or rectify the situation caused by their driver.

This last week we ordered a new baby car seat and stroller to be delivered to our upstairs apartment. When we got home at 5:00pm, the package still had not been delivered. When we tracked the package, it said that the package had been delivered at 3:30pm earlier that afternoon. Fearing that someone had stolen our package, we looked around our apartment building. We eventually found that the delivery person had left our package downstairs completely out in the open! Literally anybody walking by could have just picked up our package and left with it.

We went to UPS store at Glen Allen, store # 4820 for notary service, the notary agent is very well informed and knowledgeable of what she is doing. It was little crowded there but she is very nice and helped everyone with same level of energy with lot of enthusiasm. The store is very well organized and they maintained the place very neat and customer friendly.

On September 30th, I ordered an item from Guitar Center. They chose to deliver via UPS. There was a change of address reported to UPS on that same day after noticing that the original address was wrong. UPS did not acknowledge this until October 2 (2 days later!). The item was supposed to be delivered October 3rd, however, for some unknown reason, the delivery date was changed to End of Day, October 4th. It has taken 4 phone calls to UPS Customer service to try to expedite the item. They did not seem to feel the urgency to deliver the item by October 3rd, as originally scheduled even though the address change was made on the same day as the item was picked up.

I have talked to a number of customer service individuals and their management. They always blamed someone or something else. I was initially connected to the Philippines! They told me the first time I called that they could not connect me with the local office, however, when I called again, and pressured some, they were able to do it! Bottom Line is... there needs to be significant improvements in Customer Service, particularly when they screw up!

They admit to delivering to the wrong house, said they tried to retrieve it, but never did. They don't really care. The incompetence and indifference is abundant in this company. This has happened twice now. If I have other options in the future, I WILL NOT be using UPS.

Simple - do not use this company if you want to actually have your item shipped. Bought a small but not inexpensive item to be shipped to Canada. Seller shipped using UPS without telling me. Got overcharged to start with. But the kicker is they didn't tell him that to ship to Canada from the US he had to fill out a customs form though they were perfectly aware one was needed. The item sat for 6 days in Kentucky then he found out he had to send the information for customs clearance. He said he sent it and all should be fine. But though they received the necessary information they still sent it back to him!!!!

The first and only time this will happen to me as I will make damn sure in the future anything I buy from eBay is not to be sent by UPS or I'll simply look elsewhere. One reason I refuse to buy items from sellers who use EBay's Global Shipping is because the items are eventually transferred from USPS to a courier company - usually UPS and then it's up to the gods if the delivery actually occurs. Just check all the other horror stories here !!!! As many others have commented - it's incredible that this company still survives - guess word of mouth doesn't apply for some reason. Also how does the average rating on this website show 4 stars??? Just look at the ratings in Sept - almost all are 1 star! Makes you wonder if UPS is paying someone off to suppress the true ratings.

When our son moved off to college, we had two boxes of his stuff shipped to him by UPS. When he called to thank us for the packages, we asked him about a couple things we had put in the boxes, but he didn't know what we were talking about. As it turns out, a smaller shoe box was totally missing from one of the boxes. He said he had noticed that one of the boxes was damaged, and some of the stuff inside was also, but didn't realize that anything was missing. One of the things that was damaged was a pennant that had obviously been stepped on or driven over. (He sent us a photo.) He assumed that we had damaged it somehow before packing it up, but it was fine when we packed it. Either the box had come open during shipping or someone had opened it.

In either case, the smaller box inside was totally missing. Unfortunately, it contained the $600 watch that we had given him for his graduation, a $50 gift card, and a pair of binoculars, among other things. When we contacted UPS about the missing box, they contacted our son, asking to see the box. Of course, he had already thrown the box out, not even realizing at the time that anything was missing. Because they couldn't see the box, they refused to even pay the $100 of automatic insurance. (We were never offered more insurance, but they obviously wouldn't have paid more, anyway.)

This was the first time that we had ever used UPS. Not only was stuff missing out of the box, but both boxes took almost twice as long to get there than other packages that we had previously sent through the post office. The people at UPS are thieves and we will never use them again to ship anything. Don't ever trust them with anything, especially if it's valuable. They literally take your stuff. Someone, somewhere is wearing our son's watch and used our son's gift card. I hope they feel guilty about what they did.

The only reason there is one star above is I had to in order to leave this review! I purchased something online and it was delivered in 2 packages. I spoke to one customer service agent last week, super helpful and went the "extra mile" to help me have the package left on my doorstep. This week for package #2. I have spoken with 6 agents and still no help! All I want is a message to have the package left on my doorstep like last week and no one can help me. One told me to sign up for "my choice". Next agent told me this option would not be available to me at this time for this package. One hour of my time being put on hold and being tossed around. I wish I remembered the one agent I spoke to last week, I would just ask for her. She was the "ONLY" one to actually provide me customer service. Whoever you were. Thank you because everyone after you has been a nightmare!

I ordered a piece of exercise equipment for my home. It was for rehab purposes. The order was placed on Amazon & stated the item weight. The package clearly states gross weight 132 lbs. Upon delivery the delivery person was complaining on how is they would have noted the weight they would not have loaded it. Then they had me help them lift the package up my stairs to the front porch. I was given the heavy end & no lifting device was used. I did state I was old & limited on what I can lift. The delivery person was gruff & in a hurry. Again stating on how the package was over what they were supposed to deliver.

I don't know who to tell any of this to but this is a terrible situation to be in for someone expecting delivery to the door. It should not happen. I I am a 60 year old female & the delivery person was also female though younger. I feel that if UPS is going to deliver packages over 60-70 lbs the proper equipment or number of delivery people to lift should be supplied. This is a major accident waiting to happen. Terrible experience & will not do again or recommend to anyone.

I have wine being delivered by UPS which requires a signature. I was told the delivery would be between 2-6pm on a Saturday. It is 8:30pm now, no delivery. There's no recourse for me because if I miss the delivery I go on vacation tomorrow so I'll have to reschedule. They charge for that which is ridiculous. Also the MyChoice app/service doesn't work properly for me to login to get more info. So I literally can't leave my apt until this thing comes, if it does at all. And there's no penalty to UPS for this significant inconvenience.
