    This is the worst shipping company that you can use. It's worse than FedEx. UPS is late on delivery. I cringe when I find out a company I ordered from online is shipping with UPS. They don't deliver until late at night, and, every time I receive a order from them, it's never on time when they say it's supposed to arrive. Bad company. I don't know how they can stay in business with all the poor reviews they have. They have an extremely bad review every time I read the reviews about them.

    UPS always does it right. Their drivers are polite and helpful, and they don't mind walking to our back door to leave packages. Whenever I'm getting a UPS shipment I don't worry about anything, they always deliver as promised, unlike some other major shippers.

    UPS is an extremely reliable company. If a package gets damaged during the time they handle it, you will get reimbursed for the price of the item. They do a quick, clean delivery and they also pack your package for Amazon, if it needs to be returned. Excellent company.

    We had several packages to send to south Carolina, so we sent one by UPS and one by USPS. We found UPS to be more cost effective. We sent the final two packages by UPS, not only was the staff friendly, professional, but they checked a couple different options on how to ship to try and save us as much money as possible, not to mention they remember who we were and there was a couple of weeks since we sent the first package. To me that goes a long way and they remembered what we were shipping. Who else does that in a town of 50,000 plus people, except our small town where we live, since we are just visiting. Great job UPS.

    They ALWAYS put packages under a bush next to our garage driveway. I'd prefer they'd use our large front porch as other shippers like Fed Ex use. It's disappointing to search for the box and find health and beauty products under snow.

    They are courteous and they stop to talk to you and thank you for allowing them to deliver packages. Packages are not damaged and the items inside are in good condition. They also talk to the dog when he is at the door with me. Efficiency is second only to customer service.

    The shipping times are almost always accurate and in two decades of using UPS as my primary choice for sending and receiving packages I’ve only had two problems. The tracking is awesome too. I can’t recommend them enough.

    UPS has never failed but once to timely deliver our seasonal, bi-annual sporting equipment & apparel in the spring and fall. This includes both clothing and helmets, shoulder pads and similar gear. That is about all I have to say from experience perspective.

    UPS always take care of my packages but boy they are slow when it comes to deliveries and I hate the fact I can't really track down my packages. Other apps such as Fedex and Amazon tell you down to the T where my package is but with UPS it only "estimates" the time.

    I have never had a problem with this company. I have always gotten whatever was ordered and in a timely way. If I had any kind of a problem it was because of whoever sent the item. I can not tell you anything else.

    Our usual delivery driver is always happy and courteous when he drops off the packages. We have not experienced any issues with the shipment such as boxes/packages being torn or late. The driver has always greeted us when he has seen us in the yard and appears to be happy to be working as a delivery driver for UPS. The manner in which he deals with customers on his route tends to leave customers in a good mood after the delivery.

    I only wish they had a system in place where they can text you when your package was dropped off in case you didn’t hear the doorbell or aren’t home. The postal service has this in place and I find it very convenient. Other than that I usually never have any issues with UPS.

    The postal service is great when it comes to getting your packages order. Instead of them just putting them in your mailbox the mailman actually pulled up in my driveway and knocked on my door and handed them to me. That's good with all other people getting their items stolen. You don't have worry when they deliver your items. Wish other delivery companies did that. Need more people like them.

    UPS is consistently safe, dependable, and efficient. I just wish there were more locations. Closest is 10 miles or more from our home... Their stores are clean, have comparable prices on supplies and there are sufficient staffing so I don't have to wait very long in lines.

    UPS was always reliable and fast. Only thing I don't like is that they leave the packages outside. Sometimes they ring the bell, sometimes they don't, and drivers don't wait for us to open the door. But all the others do the same! Overall I'm really satisfied with UPS.

    Drivers seem to need help with carrying items over 15 pounds. I watched in horror. The delivery person struggling with trying to go so fast to get route done that she tried to carry more than she could handle and dropped and damaged a part that had to be replaced. This cost our company down time. Which means loss of income. Thanks UPS.

    I choose UPS over all of the other carriers for their quality service. I've used others before and gotten My package damaged. UPS's is far less likely to have your package damaged. Plus they can deliver ground and air at the same where others don't. They've got to have a special company and special people to get that hard job done.

    I've found them reliable and trustworthy for years. I would've given them 5 stars if not for their customer service. Sad to say, I've had mixed experiences with customer care. It really seems to depend on location, though. I've never had a package lost, and their speed of delivery and service is pretty fast. 4/5 stars overall.

    I really like to use UPS. They've been great in handling both delivery and shipping. They do A LOT more than just shipping too, esp. from what's told on their commercials. UPS is a great company and I'm sure they can satisfy all of your shipping needs.

    I just love the fast service. I would place an order and receive it with a days not weeks and my package would not be damage. They handler it with loving care like it was theirs and was so friendly.. Wait till I get to the door and not leave it in lobby (senior building).. Great service.

    I have been using UPS for years. They pick up packages at my work, on a regular basis. The drivers are always courteous and friendly. I also go to the brick and mortar stores. They will pack and ship my packages for a reasonable price. The services they provide are limitless, truly a blessing in disguise.

    Once is enough headache...I never want to use their service again. Poor communication and poor problem solving. Didn't deliver parcel on time. Low quality customer service. They don't value customers' time. It's a waste of energy and time contacting the customer service team.

    Knowing that huge amounts of packages are handled daily by UPS, it's amazing that they arrive on time and without damage. My local UPS driver even puts packages in plastic bags if the weather is iffy and if I am not at home.

    They misdeliver constantly. They act as though that don't care and this is both in stations and drivers. They act entitled and like they can do anything and not be fired. It is every city, as it also happens in the town I work in that is diff.

    My driver is a woman and I believe that's why my packages are received in good care. I have broke an ankle and a foot so ordering online has been a necessity for me over the last two years. My packages are always delivered where they should be and in good shape.

    We live in 78064 zip code. UPS was used a lot this past holiday season, whether we shipped or received We get pics of where pkgs. were placed and notification super quick. Only one pkg looked rough. (Shipper packaging) Everything was timely.

    I have owned my own business for the past 17 years. I use UPS to ship almost everything. Over the last 2 years their priorities have changed. My shop closed on most days by 4. I am lucky if I receive my packages by closing and I am forced to sit in my shop and wait for my items which usually come 1 to 2 hours later. I have made three complaints and after the third I am now receiving my orders on time. I was told by an employee that the businesses were being shipped last and homes first..What! That makes no sense whatsoever. I actually had a lot of my items shipped to my home and I sometimes have to absorb the extra cost for doing so on top of taking several boxes to my shop and buying a dollie to do so. I am not sure what my next move is going to be. I am extremely dissatisfied with the current shipping system and feel I am forced by some of my companies to continue with them.

    They tell you to help plan your delivery. When you try to do that on the UPS site it's not possible. You can't put don't leave package outside or put a neighbor's apt. I live in a bad building and they leave packages outside my door constantly!

    We get packages daily. Many packages are damaged in transit. With so many packages going through their system I guess it seems logical there would be some damage. I think most of their drivers are doing super jobs. Hate seeing them still out after 12 hours. They work hard!

    The quality of shipping is very poor, they seem to have no consideration for the customer. They do not treat you like a customer, they expect to be treated as if they were the customer. Creates a extremely bad impression.

    Reliable, on-time service with drivers who care about delivery. Packages are not damaged, the drivers wait to have the door opened and don’t just dump the package and run, even when no signature required. They do not make mistakes going to the wrong address.

    We ship roughly 100-150 packages with UPS weekly. Overall value and times are good, but quality of handling could improve. Our negotiated rates are decent and we like the ease of use with Worldship software. Pickup is always on time.

    They seem to do better with smaller packages in terms of care. I have gotten some very beaten up larger packages, particularly light, big packages. However their delivery times compared to other shippers is generally better. Lots of times next day service from a state or two away.

    Out of all of the shipping companies operating in the U.S, UPS continues to rank among the best in the business. Their delivery times are almost always accurate, the price is reasonable considering their quality of service. Other shipping companies aren't at all reliable in terms of the shipment arriving when it is scheduled to. Tracking is easy with UPS, as well. It's so easy to get updated arrival times via email or text message. More than anything, it is good to know that UPS treats its employees well. It shows, as UPS delivery drivers are always kind, courteous, and conscientious about their jobs and the customers that they serve. Overall, a solid A for UPS.

    Always door to door delivery and always traceable and arriving as predicted. Only once in over 25 years have I received an item that went bad in a refrigerated container and that was because shipper let it sit on their shipping dock over the weekend.

    I found out USPS is CHEAPER on SHIPPING THINGS... They DON'T THROW your ITEMS around like UPS SOMETIMES does. I appreciate their HELP although they are closed at times when UPS is open, only drawback, other than that, they are who I chose to use.

    UPS processed a package I needed shipped overnight. The clerk assured me I could ship it for less and it would get there. She processed it then tossed it on their conveyor belt. She gave me my receipt. Found out in just a few days package never arrived. UPS lost my package with a check in it. I called UPS and they issued a “stop” on it. They lost my package, but required ME to go through the ordeal of opening the case on it! What a riot!! I had my receipt showing they had taken initial possession of that now lost parcel. So I write/ship another check only to find a few days later that UPS found the original package, ignored the “stop” they placed on the original package, delivered it and the second check got cashed. NEVER again UPS!!!! NEVER!!!

    I receive at least one package a day from UPS. These drivers work hard and they do a good job. Occasionally a package is damaged, but not the item that is packed. UPS does much better from a customer service standpoint than FedEx. FedEx will tell me something and not follow through. UPS hires responsible people and they won't tolerate slackers.

    This company can sometimes be the best and at other times be the worst. The drivers are not good readers at all. They deliver your packages everywhere but to your home. Even with your address on it printed in bold letters. I've lost so many packages. Then when you call they act like you are harassing them. Very rude.

    Prices are insane. What I pay vs Amazon for a parcel is totally crazy. Also, how is delivery for say Walmart so fast but private shipping can take normal amount of time. Shipping companies treat individual consumers very unfairly.

    Never missed receiving a package by UPS in the ten plus years I have lived at this address. UPS in my area is more timely and accurate with deliveries than their competitors and appear to be more professional. I dread it when I am informed a certain item will be shipped with the other door delivery carrier due to their history of misdeliveries.

    Used them for years. Very professional. Never a problem they did not resolve. The driver that delivers to my neighborhood very professional and always have my items delivered on time. The BEST. I had a package delivered to the wrong home and the driver quickly realized his mistake and corrected it immediately.

    No one knows what they are doing, no one is responsible for their actions. Paid next day mail. Told numerous things. This was prescribed medication. I also had the same problem the week before with a delivery from Gabila in NYC. Told different things about where they were, Gabila replaced them. Great company.

    I think UPS is pricey. The Post Office is cheaper. However, I was very impressed with the speed my last order was delivered by UPS. I received my order in only 2 days, rivaling Amazon deliveries. I didn't expect to receive my order so soon.

    I think the best thing about UPS are the people who work for them. Everyone that I have ever encountered when I go into the store and when packages get delivered to my home has been great! I highly recommend them for your shipping and packaging needs! It is likely that if you order off of Amazon that you will end up receiving your package from UPS anyway.

    Drivers typically don't listen to delivery instructions. I haven't had anything stolen yet but it may happen in the future. Also their text messages saying product has been delivered mostly come before the item has actually been delivered.

    Our parcels are left on the side of the road in the rain, on top of the bank of mailboxes, In the outbound mail compartment or just wherever the carrier feels like putting them. It's unclear whether they actually have a key to our mailbox which is in a bank of several and I have asked more than once. Things are delivered well after 7 pm so they are left out on the side of the road vulnerable to theft also.

    I have never had any trouble with UPS. Their delivery is quick, within a day or two. When I need something delivered there is always a place nearby. The package I send is usually delivered on time and the package is always in good condition. The people are courteous and informative when I have questions. They come rain or shine. I have no complaints.

    UPS has delivered a lot of stuff and have never had a problem. Always with a smile on their face and some even have a good joke or two. I have had a lot of packages delivered over the years. One time it was so much stuff that they would come five days in a week and that lasted at least two months. As far as the drivers there is only one way to say it. They are all a big bunches of good people. Thank You.

    My UPS driver delivers my packages to my front porch, other drivers just drop it over the fence. He also will text me when he leaves a pkg and puts it in a place not easily seen from the street. I've had Fedex sit it in the middle of the top step which can easily be seen from the street, on a busy street.

    The UPS drivers really have to scramble to get their jobs done therefore when I see them coming I always try to greet them and make their job a little bit easier. They don’t have a lot of time at each stop and the easier the client can make it for them that much easier it is for them to do their job in a timely manner. I have not had one that hasn’t thanked me for being helpful therefore I recommend UPS drivers.

    Only company I trust most of the time, (Dave for the Bay Area) this company is polite and professional. When I need information or to change something UPS is the easiest to deal with save for their new policy where they want you to pay for details about your shipping, which is more in line with the other companies and annoying. Which is why I dropped that area to 3 stars.

    I like the convenience of using my own mailbox when shipping stuff. The staff at the local post office is always very helpful as well. My postal carrier is right on time every day. However buying stamps can be a pain in the **.

    Drivers are always friendly. Emails are always helpful when tracking packages and notifications are helpful. When not home delivery stickers are very helpful. Usually if you leave a note with directions they respond in a helpful manner.

    UPS was our only primary shipping choice. This Logistics company damaged items that were packed professionally, but as also stole items from our customers. How does two packages out for delivery become missing before arriving to the customers home. Also, a package two of two and only one shows up.

    We never know what to expect with the mail delivery. Sometimes they stuff into our community mailbox even if it is too large. If it is large they put it in the lower box but don't put the key in your box. So we all check the big boxes for each other.

    I ordered parts from a business about 100 miles from my home. They were shipped via UPS 100 miles in wrong direction, to Des Moines, then 250 miles to Chicago, then 180 miles back to me in Davenport, IA, and given to the USPS. It took me about a week to get the parts. Never again!

    For my customers, all over in the USA, we (customers and I) decide which one to choose between UPS or FedEx depending how long and how fast and the cost. Some cases UPS are little bit cheaper than FEDEX, but the delivery time is about the same, and handling of the package/condition of package on arrival, FEDEEX takes better care, but the UPS person who delivers are always cautious and friendly and seems to be happy and smiling.

    I receive Pkgs through UPS On a fairly regular basis. They're also the persons who deliver my pet's food from Chewy.com. I truly do not worry if I’m not home as the drivers have enough care about my packages and pride in their work to where they leave them hidden in my carport knowing that I will receive and notice the packages have been delivered and I always know where to go look. If I am home and the package is heavy they offered to bring it in my patio area to my front door.

Whether sending gifts to inlaws in Florida, brother in Massachusetts or friends on the west coast.     The mail carrier brings my daily mail to the door with him when he needs to deliver a package. He is always great to deal with. Sending packages is easy, and the post office is very reliable. I use the app to track deliveries and get updates to my phone. UPS and Fedex apps don't seem to work all of the time, but the post office app does.

    Had multiple issues with UPS. Many years ago, witnessed their delivery person drop and kick my package to my front door. The contents were broken. Reported it and the delivery person came back and threatened me with my newborn right inside the door. They have missed deadlines and when I track it I see that the package is in my town, but they "don't deliver on Sundays" -- even if it is their error and they missed their Saturday delivery. Once my doorbell camera witnessed their delivery person throwing my package onto my porch.

    I'm sure that the UPS has a better reputation than the review that I'm giving them? However if you live in San Joaquin County, Lodi in particular... It seems that quite a few packages get lost, delayed etc. I do a lot of online shopping and deal with UPS, USPS and FedEx. My best review would go to FedEx. And I often pay additional costs in shipping just so that my vendors will ship through FedEx versus UPS.

Pkg did arrive - 7 days after Xmas (promised delivery 12/18), in-damaged condition. Neither USPS nor UPS claimed responsibility. Absolutely NO assistance from UPS in resolving the matter. They pointed to USPS that pkg was delivered; USPS produced documentation that it was not. Unable to purchase product anywhere which led to more holiday stress and a very disappointed grandson.

    I started making a custom lamp for a member of the family. I labored at this special project for over six months and finally finished the lamp right before Christmas. I decided to delay shipping during the holiday season with all the volume of parcels being sent all over the country at one time. Finally packed it up with care in very sturdy sized box. I shipped it of via UPS. It was a large and heavy parcel and was headed for CA. It was plastered with huge FRAGILE labels. It arrived about a week later. I was anxious to hear from the recipient. Unfortunately when I did the news was bad. The package was badly damaged and as well the lamp. I am now in the process of making an insurance claim. To be honest, this is the first time that this has happened using their service, unfortunately it had to be this time.

    It can take 7-10 days or more to ship or receive a package via UPS unless you are willing to pay a premium for faster service. Packages are thoughtfully delivered in available hidden areas near the front entry providing an element of safety from porch thieves. A photo is often provided showing the location of the package. UPS is not the fastest nor the least expensive, but It is a very reliable shipper.

    I prefer to use UPS when shipping because I know the package will be taken care of and will arrive in good condition. From my experience they always try to try to handle your package with care and make sure it arrives on time. If you are not at home at the time of delivery they will attempt to put the package in a safe place from theft and the weather. I have meds sent through UPS because I know they will arrive in a timely manner.

    UPS has failed short on delivering my package overnight, the contents of this package were needed immediately so I was forced to pay a pretty good penny to has this delivered NEXT DAY!!!. I called the 1800 number to inquire about the status of my package and why had it not been delivered "next day" as requested, the reps answer was that was the office was late to deliver/pickup package therefore it resulted in a one day delay. Well for starters, why did UPS not get in contact with me to inform me of this situation? Second, no talk about a price adjustment or refund? That's quite the customer service. Quite I'm beyond disappointed with UPS and going forward I will not be using their services and will not recommend for priority shipping. I just cannot count on them.

    The nearest UPS store to where I live is only open from 4PM to 6PM Monday-Friday which is a bit Inconvenient but there's a local hardware store that provides all the same services with no extra service fees. The last time I had something to ship it was a very odd shaped item & the store employee that helped went way out of his way to cut & combine 2 boxes to make a custom box that my item would fit in to. I would reccomend this service to anyone.

    I have had a bad experience sending school essentials to my daughter in London. The package simply disappeared with a tablet, camera and other expensive items. The young girl who mailed it, along with her gifts, did not get insurance.     Absolute disaster, had to wait 3 weeks beyond my delivery date because UPS "took too many parcels on any couldn't deliver them on time." UPS then couldn't allow the collection of the parcel from the depot because "It's locked in a truck and we haven't got around to emptying it yet". Shambles of a service, when I complained at the desk I received an awful attitude and when I said I was told to go there by the UPS Customer Services team, I was told by the woman behind the desk that the customer services team "don't know anything because they're just over in Lithuania on phones".

    I have never had an issue with UPS. I absolutely love them and every driver I have met has been kind and respectful! I work with UPS daily for my job and they are always eager to help customers which makes it that much nicer!

    Too many employees only look at the number of the address and not the street name of the address, and deliver the package to the wrong house. I tried several times to contact them regarding the mistake that was done, and I never got to speak to them to ask that they have supervisors make sure all deliver to the correct location.

    For the most part they are usually good. However I find it very annoying when the package is just a little bigger and they find it easily to place it in my mailbox. Which makes it hard for me to take out. I also pick my mails, Neighbors mail and they do the same thing. One time I found the package on top of my mailbox. Not sure what the mailman was thinking.

    I really like UPS. They are great. The only thing I don't like is they just leave your packages at your door and people walk off with them sometimes. It hasn't happened to me but it has happened several times to my daughter in the past but not recently.

    Right before last Christmas I had a shipment of medication from the VA. It was tracked & delivery was promised on Tuesday, no delivery. I checked the UPS app & it said rescheduled for Wed. Wed morning the app says on the truck, I see the truck on & expect my package, no package. I check the app & it says delivery delay. I call & after 42 min on hold I am disconnected. I use Messenger to contact them, very nice, will have local call me (promised 2X & no call). Promised delivery on Thursday, (app again said on truck), no delivery, checked again and app said status unavailable. This was medication & UPS did not care, never called as they promised. Finally came on Sat. My business & family now use the Postal Service whenever possible, anyone but UPS.

    Don't always deliver when you expect it. You check on tracking and says "out for delivering", but it gets here next day or two... Mention it to carrier and they say they are trying the best they can...

    Usually really good. Right at your door. This time they put it in a mailbox. I did know if they're until night time when I re checked my mail. They usually bring it right to my door and leave it by the screen door.

    Never had an issue with home deliveries, and at work, when calling for info, their CS is on it. The UPS website is user friendly and rarely have a problem finding what I need. When it's my choice, I use UPS.

    Had several packages delivered by many different companies. U.P.S. is ok but they seem to take much longer then FedEx. Delivering on weekends may help this issue but I doubt that will ever happen. In my opinion not delivering on weekends in this day and age is bad business.

    My UPS driver tried to steal my package yesterday but I caught him. He was taking a long time in his truck trying to locate pkg so I went out to help him, but he had already buckled himself into his seat and was ready to leave. I told him it was a white box from Scentsy, he just groaned, rolled his eyes got up and went to back and handed it to me. He wasn't going to deliver it to me. I was shocked. There wasn't even that many packages on the truck. (It was already 12:35 PST) This was so unprofessional. It's bad enough with the porch pirates, but when the drivers get involved it really pisses me off. I'll NEVER use UPS again. I'll ask companies I do business with to use FED EX instead. I'm also posting this all over social media.

    The driver was professional and very helpful. He buzzed my apartment and brought my box to my apartment. Other drivers, have simply left my package. The package was delivered in a timely manner. In addition, I received alerts regarding package destinations and date of delivery.

    Most times, items are delivered on time. My biggest complaint is that I live on an unmarked, paved, secondary road and almost every day, I have to go off the road to avoid hitting the large, fast moving UPS truck. I have complained many times in the past to the company and the local law office.... to no avail!

    I'm happy to report that today, Feb 10 I received my medication ordered by my Dr. Jan 17th from a pharmacy in Las Vegas to be delivered on Jan 20 by UPS. Although tracking showed it delivered as of the 22nd it was nowhere to be seen. UPS opened an "investigation" expected to take 8 days. The replacement package today was thrown over the fence into the yard. I realize UPS prints, notarizes, shreds, provides mailboxes, copies, collates... and, of course, ships. USPS on the other hand, delivers. I'm glad only my eyesight depended on this delivery and not my life.

    I have a small company that relies on all these companies to handle my clients' goods. I would put UPS and UPS Freight at the bottom. I constantly receive damaged products that are damaged due to mis-handling. They have no regard for the shipment's condition, just deliver it however you can. I don't want it done right the second or third time, that is irrelevant, it cost me money every time there is a damaged product, as they say "time is money". I never feel as though they actually care about the products they move for their clientele.

    It's just the regular mail so nothing special. It can be expensive if I would like my package within a couple of days but without it takes at least five days usually. Things aren't really handled much with care either but what do you expected when you send and receive things this way.

    Prompt, excellent customer care, excellent delivery time, courteous drivers, reasonable costs. Drivers treat their boxes with care. When at a UPS Store I have received very courteous treatment. Prompt, always one step ahead, give advice on how to get a better price and pack properly. The Stores also provide other services such as selling USPS stamps, wrapping supplies and teaching you how to wrap your stuff properly, they also provide paper shredding services. I have used UPS for many years and have never had a complaint.

    Always send packages back to UPS store. Sometimes they don't even knock on the door. They just leave the sticker by the door. Then I have to wait for them to get it to the UPS store. And then wait in line about 45 minutes to get the package. It is really inconvenient. They should find the way to deliver to my mailbox. Overall, my least preferred shipping company.

    I live in a rural area with zip code of 35466. It is not always perfect. Some times we have problems getting packages. But mostly everything is on time. Our mail carrier is very friendly. I work in the city of Northport, Al and we have good mail service.

    We live off the beaten path and some companies leave our packages at the post office in town, but UPS brings them right to our door and usually faster than the estimated arrival date and time. It saves us unnecessary trips into town to go to the post office.

    Purchased a set of fenders for a utility trailer I'm building and UPS totally failed at getting them to me safe and fast. In fact they were super slow and sloppy! At the least 2 weeks and damaged! They kept sending them back saying I gave the wrong zipcode!! Come on, like I don't know my zipcode? Really? So after them shipping them back to the company I bought them from I gave them my girlfriend's address and sent them to her place. Finally but they just left the boxes on the front porch. So that's what kind of service they are. Hinky.

    Most of our packages in and out are handled via UPS. The percentage of lost or broken packages is relatively low, perhaps 5% however when You have a company expecting a product overnight and it is either damaged or a no show...you have an unhappy customer. The kicker is UPS still invoices and expects payment for those packages. To get charges reversed apparently takes an act of God. Which brings me to another shady practice...charging for typos, or omissions....You had better have your address information verified and typing double checked if you use UPS. They charge for any minuscule correction. Use the word road instead of street? $16.50. Wrong zip code? $16.50. Etc.

    I sell items on Amazon and I use UPS for delivering the purchases. Always on time, never late. I think competitive rates in comparison with the others mailing company. I just love this company, it keep me informed Every time a product is delivered, or it let me know if there is a delayed package.

    Store workers friendly and helpful. Like the variety of packing material. Copy machines and have used notary. Like that I have options. I admit, I price shop. Sometimes UPS is not cheapest. And sometimes way more. Cost seems to have gotten a little out of hand. Could drop some.

    UPS is the best value and balance of speed versus cost to me. They also have the most convenient drop off stations as well. Cost is a little more than USPS and Fedex at times. I have also had the least amount of lost packages with UPS.

    Good value, has been always on time. They do everything they can to decrease the lines. For instance, They will walk through the lines and ask what customers need. If they can do this quickly, they will. They will provide the proper documentation for your parcel. They have always been reliable for me shipping within and outside the US.

    The packages are not damaged or wet when they arrive. Sometimes I catch the driver who is very friendly. My arrival times are usually late in the day and I always get an email that they are out for delivery and when they have arrived.

    They are fast, always place packages where they are hard to see when left on porch. The drivers are friendly and helpful. They may be quick at your door but will help place packages when heavy inside. Like the company. Their stores are friendly and efficient when sending packages. Never had a problem with broken items.

    Always polite. Ring the bell to let me know there is a package. As a senior citizen, they will bring the bigger boxes into house when I am home. Amazon Prime customer so I have a lot of deliveries, at least one a week. Sometimes it is the next day after ordering. Never had a damaged or broken item.

    They should be held to a higher standards. They don't care when they damage packages, the customer service is terrible. Some of the drivers are great, others don't care. Need better training all the way around.

    Overall I love UPS. They have a very great response and delivery time especially when there is a time crunch. My packages are almost always in great shape and the items inside are intact. There have only been a few times over many years where my package has been damaged. If the packaging is damaged and it has caused damage to the item(s) inside then UPS will have you file a claim and you will get a refund for the cost of your item.

    I shop online frequently; and, oftentimes the packages shipped through UPS will be handed off to the local USPS. We are rural, so I usually don't expect mail to get here quickly. Our local USPS is great! We get our packages shipped quickly, not all beat up, delivered with a pleasant attitude and shipped at a decent price!

    Friendly delivery people always put parcel in safe places. Unlike other companies that left our packages at the bottom of the driveway and often in the weather. We live in the country and so most have to drive down our driveways to our homes. Nice to have door delivery.

    Most internet orders that I have placed have been shipped by UPS. I haven't had too many problems, maybe 2 issues in the last 5 years. A few years back, a driver left all my packages down at my mailbox which I cannot see from where I live. I rec'd a text from a neighbor informing me there were packages at my mailbox, I immediately drove down to retrieve the packages. If my neighbor had not alerted me the packages would have laid by my mailbox for the next 24 hours. The other issue was I had rec'd a notice that UPS had delivered a package but I couldn't find it. I don't have any problems with porch piracy, I waited a few days, my package showed up several days later at my neighbors house who lives on the street behind me. Very bizarre incident.

    UPS has always been reliable and still is. You pay a little more than USPS, but you get it shipped on time (as promised) and it actually gets to the destination!!! In my experience it is typically less expensive than Fedex, so that's why I stick with UPS. In addition, I can drop off packages at my local STAPLES, so it is very conveniently located.

    I have done business with UPS for over 50 years. My brother worked for them up in Mass While he was attending Northeastern University. I never had a lost package or damaged one. The most valuable asset to our economy. Reasonable rates also apply. Only wish I joined them back in the 60's. Thank you for your professionalism.

    We have great UPS drivers in our area. A lot of theft of packages in my area and they try hard to place packages accordingly if possible... Mostly I am very pleased they work very hard and are always very polite. Always ring the bell????

    Well I live in a small town in Montana. And I expect a good lay Because we live way out but UPS is running all over this town because most people buy over the internet. And UPS come to our house quite frequently. I think they did a wonderful job. For example I was looking out my window waiting for a delivery. And I seen that young girl. Putting my package in a plastic bag to sit on the porch because it was snowing. She's trying to protect it. What a good job.
