    It really depends on who is handling the route. Some of the drivers take their job seriously, others don't and will treat your packages any kind of way and push them into your mailbox when they know they don't fit in there and completely ruin whatever it is you ordered.

    If it's not grocery I usually order online. UPS is used by most companies. I have found the drivers on my route to be friendly, careful, considerate and helpful. This was especially appreciated during the holidays as my deliveries increased exponentially. They are the best as far as I am concerned.

    A driver puts our deliveries near our garbage instead of bringing the parcels to our home. The weather is Sunny and this is pure laziness. I have called and explained the situation with no avail. The customer service representative blamed the customer. Our driveway is on a rural road and a tenth of a mile.

    We use UPS the vast majority of the time. The reason for this is that they are always very careful with packages. Of all the packages that we have received from UPS none have been damaged. The other reason is that it is always on time. I highly recommend it.

    Thoughtful UPS delivery personnel always know to knock loudly on my door because I sit in the back of my home. Having thoughtful and caring members with these characteristics means everything to me. They are patient and always have a smile when greeting me at the door.     I like UPS for shipping needs. I rarely have a problem with them. The packages are delivered on time and in good condition. I have only had one damaged package but it was corrected in a timely manner.

    Never had an issue with UPS. The paperwork and labels are very detailed and they are very dependable about delivery dates. I have pretty much had deliveries through United Parcel Service and very few packages sent. Both have been very good.

    I have no problem with the drivers, they are always friendly and courteous. But a lot of the packages are totally destroyed, dirty and mishandled. Luckily nothing has been damage too badly. Take pride in your work people!

    I rarely get a box from UPS that isn't damaged. The last was December 2019. I had purchased a box of 4 cases of expensive canned salmon from Wild Planet. They had HAND PACKED the cases into the box. It was around the holidays so I had just put the box into the pantry. After the holidays I noticed a putrid odor. One of the cases of salmon, which had been HAND PACKED into the box by the salmon company, Wild Planet, the flip top lids were completely OFF of the cans, and salmon juice was everywhere. The liquid from the broken cans was everywhere, was spoiled, and reeked so horrible. Wild Planet said that the cans were fine when they packed them, and they must have hit something pretty hard, for the flip top lids to come off of the cans. They said that they mark the boxes FRAGILE-HANDLE WITH CARE, but UPS doesn't seem to pay attention.

    Most are good with package handling, but some are not. Need to put more emphasis on package handling when training. Usually good with delivery times. I have met some very Friendly and upbeat delivery men and that's a positive.

    The driver delivered my computer with care as I watched him from my Ring Doorbell. When I asked him to put it in a certain spot so it would be less noticeable he gladly did so. He was very polite and respectful of my property.

    I live in a very rural area with many driving hazards such as ice and snow. They always seem to get through. My one bad comment is that even when I'm home they do not knock on my door when delivering a parcel. It just appears. At least give me a heads up if possible.

    I'm so upset. Gets my airfryer today, overly excited to use, to open the box and my product is cracked. I thought I heard something drop outside. I'm not sure why the delivery person did not ring my doorbell. That would have been the professional thing to do. What happened was very careless and I am not pleased with the company right now. The company as a whole has to take responsibility for what their employees do or don't do. Please show me in your policy that it's okay to mishandle someone package. UPS has to do better by their customers.

    Everything I’ve had delivered to me by UPS was always intact. The delivery guy always addresses me by my name, he is always very friendly. Makes a point to bring my larger packages in the house for me instead of just leaving on my front steps.

    UPS is an excellent carrier and ranks right up on top. My younger brother flew for UPS after he retired from the Air Force and he was sold on the company. So am I. Our dog Furby also loves UPS and runs to the door to greet the UPS deliveryman who always has a cookie for him. Yes UPS Personnel also treat dogs extremely well and show how friendly they are.

    Ed (our UPS carrier) is prompt and very knowledgeable and always gets out packages here on time. He is respectful and always puts the packages in a safe place out of harms way. He never just leaves them laying on the ground where a dog can carry them off or where they can get wet in case of bad weather and if he is asked to put them in a certain place he will do that for us.

    Overall they do a good job. Some of the drivers could use some common sense though since they can never figure out the set up of the condos where I live. It's an extremely simple set up, but many drivers are thrown when one letter or house number differs between package and house. Then they simply have no idea where to deliver the package.

    Generally, packages are delivered safely. Have had a couple of missing shipped items. There have been some damaged boxes and boxes thrown to the door or left in bad weather. But, generally, there's timely delivery and packages are left safely.

    UPS is fine for domestic shipments. They are not equipped nor do the appropriately manage international shipments. I sent a package on 12-9-19 to Jamaica that still has not been received. UPS did not get information for duty payment to release package. Instead, they are charging shipping and handling charges daily, which is twice as much as duty. The lack of responsiveness and these charges is completely unacceptable.

    The thing I like the most about UPS is their drivers, always nice, ready to help, willing to work with you and very pleasant. Also in the ups stores same thing, the Representatives are very nice. Shipping times are fast and they are very reliable.

    Yes, Randal ** the UPS driver in Atlanta should wear a cape with SUPS on it. He’s a Super UPSer employee. Keep up the great work. Anytime I ever had a package delivered by UPS on time And in good shape. No Ace Ventura Packages Delivered here. Watch out FedEx.

    UPS normally delivers my Amazon orders. They are usually on time and undamaged. I also use UPS to deliver packages to my college student out of state and they always arrive on time. Their store is close to my home and easy to get to. Their people are friendly and helpful.

    Maybe we just got lucky. We have, hands down, the best delivery man ever and he’s with UPS. He will bring in large parcels that are too heavy for us to lift. He will hide a large Christmas gift in our garage when asked. He is always on time, picks up our returns, which are so simple with UPS, and never leaves a package in the rain. He and UPS are the best!

    The majority of products I receive by UPS are damaged and repeatedly replaced, sometimes a third time. UPS has failed to improve the care of handling wasting time, resources, and money. In my opinion of top shipping companies, UPS leads in damages.

    I ship and have orders sent to me with my business. Usually several boxes at a time. Although my UPS delivery driver is a great driver. My boxes and merchandise I order ends up looking like an elephant kicked it around. I have more claims then successful deliveries. I will not ship using UPS. I have no control of how it's sent to me.

    The UPS delivery people have taken to leaving my packages outside the fence, sometimes on the street instead of bringing to the bench beside the door like they used to do before the Christmas season——- although I fail to recognize the connection.

    UPS delivery service is not consistent as the service was in years past. Customer service is important to me. I have deliveries two to three times per week. Approximately half of the deliveries are left out away from covered porch area. The others are left three feet closer under covered area in case of rain. I have had a few packages found soaked through when I arrived home. Simple training with employees could help increase satisfaction with customers. But I do like using UPS services.

    What really frustrates me is when they bring a package, they often put it in front of your door so you can’t even open it to get the package. Do you have to go around to the front of the house through the garage so that you can pick up your package away from the door. Where is the common sense? And if they lose a package, don’t even think about tracking it, it is literally impossible.

    My UPS man was awesome during the Past Christmas Season. I think he was at my front door same time everyday! My UPS man had a delivery for me that needed a signature. He noticed that I was not home! He left and made some other deliveries. I was somewhat upset that my package was not at my doorstep on the promised time. Well think again. My UPS man knew how important it was to me to get my delivery. He came back at the end of his route and delivered my package!!!! Now that is service!!!! He's the absolute BEST!

    So blessed to driver I have I’ll bring my package to my front door, knock on my door door or ring my doorbell. If it’s raining he always make sure you put in a garbage bag and put it in a special box that I have out front. Numerous times rather stop and talk to me for a couple minutes making you feel like your hometown person and not just another number of living packages. I appreciate the hospitality that he shares when he comes by. Five I’ll be get great service from UPS.

    I receive most of my deliveries from UPS & overall, I am pleased with them. There have been times when I have lost merchandise b/c pkgs were left in the rain. At those times, I would think it prudent to at least ring the doorbell or rap on the door a couple of times to let customers know immediately when a pkg is vulnerable.

    My experience with UPS is very good overall. We had one outdoor delivery and the driver went out of his way to accommodate us. He coordinated where to place the pallets, allowed us time to check the delivered items. We found one item delivered missing and he took all the information down with a smile. Couldn't have been better. Great service with a smile.

I feel very confident in using their services when sending any packages, especially items that are somewhat fragile.     The USPS is my all in one go to for shipping. If you avoid the lunch hour you can usually get through quickly. They offer passport form processing at some locations. I have always been helped my mail has always been a concern when I am concerned and my issues and needs met. I have at different times had a post office box used their money services. Great handlers and carriers.

    Regular route drivers are more customer friendly than "fill ins". Fill ins will deliver any time of day and you never know when they come or how they will leave your package. If fill ins aren't familiar with neighborhood they may drop & dash...throwing your pkg. to top of stairs.

    This has to be one of the top worst companies for trying to send a notice to via email to ask why they send out a notification that a package is going to arrive when it does not arrive on their stated date, nor the next day. They caused me to stay home 2 days expecting a package and it did not arrive. Then it is nearly impossible to find out who is sending the package, and still can not find out what the package is. It took a couple of hours chasing their web info just to find the company name of the package sender. Then it is a nightmare to contact them via email to ask questions. Terrible customer service. Worst I have ever experienced. I pray for anyone that goes through this kind of experience.

    The delivery person has always been good to me. I have have only good things to say. As a matter of fact, one windy day, they took the time to find a heavy stone to place on my lightweight package so it wouldn’t blow away! I was impressed.

    The box they used was at least 5 times larger than the product. Sent two packages at the same time each weighing only a pound each and the cost was way out there. Could not track one of them. Will not be using them again unless it is to return some item that has been ordered.

    UPS has no answers for packages that need a signature in order to be delivered. They deliver 8 am to 5 pm while most people are in school or at work. It's up the recipient to make arrangements to have a package delivered at another time or pick it up at a regional UPS hub. When you call to complain or get a new delivery time/day, you get "I know how you feel..." Unacceptable. At least Fedex and USPS will drop packages off to community-oriented places where you can go a short distance to sign and retrieve the package.

    Shipping costs are too high. Is this an Amazon effect? I went to ship 3 cotton covers (couch, loveseat, and chair) from FL to NY and it was $50 for the cheapest price. No point in self shipping in 2020.

    I feel UPS does not train their employees on how to handle packages with care. More times than not my packages come with dents and holes. I see when they arrive at my home they go through the packages tossing them aside!

    I didn't give the postal service a 5 because in some areas our mail goes two hours away and then comes back to our area. I use Soulsbyville, CA Post Office a lot and the customer services is always outstanding. I live in a rural area and the Post Office doesn't delivered to my house. They are only open from 9-11 am. Makes it hard to get stuff delivered there when you work.

    Our postal carrier is very good about being careful with our packages. She even helped me reign in my unruly dog. USPS is not perfect, they sometimes put mail in the wrong mailboxes, but we sort it out.

    I have always had favorable results with UPS when shipping anything across the country. The only time of year that I have any issue with the company is during the Christmas season. This year two packages that I received looked as if they had been crushed during transit. The contents were not damaged because the items were clothing ordered from a manufacture. I usually do not get upset with UPS if no damage has been done because I realize the volume that they handle during this stressful time of year.

    The 1st thing I appreciate about UPS is that I am able to track my package without having to log on and set up a password, etc. I receive an easy e-mail telling me exactly where my package is and the estimated delivery date. My packages are always delivered on time as promised, in excellent condition and never lost or stolen. I did have an issue once where a roommate turned away a package she was unaware was mine, I called UPS right away (@ 7:00PM) spoke to a supervisor and received my package the very next day! Excellent Customer Service!

    We live in a rural coastal Oregon and our delivery driver always makes sure to place our packages well under our porch overhead to make sure they don't get wet. He has to carry our packages about 200 feet from his vehicle and instead of just leaving inside our front gate he brings them to the front door.

    UPS is a great delivery company. The only thing I disappointed in ..is that some of the delivers don't knock on door when leaving package. Other than that totally pleased with service.     Delivery guys are efficient but the system in December totally sucks, I know they are overwhelmed but this is a time to figure out better ways. More truck, double routes whatever they need to do but only for a month they need to do it. I did not get a few packages that I ordered and the companies shipped with other and I got it next day and this also was an issue with returning things. UPS in Council Bluffs Iowa office is incompetent and rude. Backed up nonstop. Not friendly nor helpful.

    I like the fact that if you get a lot of deliveries from them, you sometimes get to know the drivers. They are quite professional. Being able to track my deliveries is also great. They have been around for a long time which makes me feel confident about the company also.

    Ordered bookshelves and they came. UPS left on my steps with no notice (knock on door, ring doorbell, nothing). Problem was boxes were torn up, pieces missing, would of sent back but they were gone and I had no chance.

    Our packages are always delivered on time and in good condition. Our delivery guy is very polite and professional. When I must go to a store the personnel there is the same. Professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend UPS services over other shipping companies.

    UPS is overpriced for ground and next day air. 60% more than FedEx. Could your drivers show a bit of common sense and NOT a package in the rain - especially when 25 sq ft dry covered porch?? Two Feet forward is NOT that difficult.

    Shipping prices tend to be on the high side, they do lose your packages at times or deliver to wrong address (happens to me) otherwise they're ok. Better than USPS who is pitiful at best! Their shipping speed is good. That I will say!

    UPS has the best ETA. They’re prompt, & they handle my packages with care. We have the same delivery guy & he places our packages in a good hiding spot. Also, I love the fact that I can track the truck that my package is on. The map is very helpful. UPS is the way to go.

    The deliveries from UPS typically come when expected. The drivers and service people are typically professional and perform their tasks well. Their shipments are consistent as well. Tracking a package through UPS is easy as well.

    I paid for almost $180 for international express for shipping two small boxes of surgical masks. Based on what I checked on their web site and also was told at the counter, if I ship on Monday then the package should be delivered by Friday assuming no issue at the customer. Here is what happened: Instead of shipped directly from SF to China, they routed the package to AK, which got delayed 2 days for 'events beyond their control' without details, and then shipped to Korea before finally sent to China! The status clearly shows the customer was cleared smoothly without delay.

    When I called asking for abandoning the package and issuing a refund, the agent told me the 'clearance agent' caused the delay and ignored my question about the unnecessary stops at AK and Korea and the significantly delay for the money I paid and the service I acquired. End up her solution was for me to contact the local UPS store where I shipped the package so they can better 'explain' to me. I've told my terrible experience to every friend. I also found a way more inexpensive carrier for international shipment. UPS is profitable because of bad practice but I think that should end some day.

    They have so many drop off locations and very helpful in helping packaging the boxes when dropped off. Also, they are very on time when they give an estimate so I usually ship with them. The fact that they have a lot of drop off location helps me the most.

    Since signing up for shipping notifications for every UPS delivered package I have never once been disappointed with the delivery time. In fact the notifications actually caught fraud on my credit card because I was notified of a delivery at my front door that wasn’t there. Someone had ordered fraudulently on my credit card and I was notified of a delivery from a company I hadn’t ordered from and the package wasn’t at my front door when I came home. The fraudsters had picked up the package before I got home. Because I found out this way I was eventually able to resolve it and the charge was reversed from my account.

    I prefer to use UPS as I have always had a pleasant experience with them. Packages arrive in a timely manner and intact, no damage ever. I find the price to be competitive. FedEx and USPS just don't provide the exceptional service as UPS does. In my opinion of course.

    The carriers do a terrible job. Especially if we have to sign for it. My carrier drives a postal truck. Too lazy to get out and knock on the door. Chased her down once on a Saturday. She didn't come to the door. Said no one is ever home. Someone is almost always home and most people are home on Saturday.

    I purchased a shower enclosure from Amazon which was delivered by UPS. The carton was over one hundred pounds and too large for me to bring inside me house. The driver was nice enough to place it inside my door. That's what I call unexpected service!

    Although UPS is a major company, a chain is only as strong as the weakest link. Their weakest link, is conditions of the package when they reach my door. UPS customer service has told me numerous times that if my package is not satisfactory; then I have the option to refuse it. But, I would not order something that I don't need. If I refuse it, it goes back and I am without items that I need. I don't have my own transportation. So ordering my heavy-duty items online saves my back. Also I have had porch pirates get a box that was left unattended by them...

    Sending a couple of packages of any size that is a bread box or bigger will feel like an extra bill to pay. It doesn't matter how far the packages are going the price will be $25.00 or more. And then, they have the nerve to charge extra during the holidays. There aren't a lot of other choices out there that are as close as this one. There should be a better way.

    Usually they tell you when your package is set to arrive and it sometimes is a day late, unlike Amazon I get it before and they’ve never been late. With UPS I’ve never gotten it before they say, sometimes late!

    It would be more customer-focused if the post offices could offer at no charge tape to reinforce packages or letters. Other than that, the company offers great services, price is neither affordable nor expensive. I now enjoy being able to get email alerts to the types of mail I'm receiving.

    Greatly improved with the implementation of their tracking system. It is very nice to be able to know where even regular post packages are. They used to be absolutely horrible and unapologetic for losing parcels, they seem to have learned their lesson.

    I think the service has went downhill in recent years. There is no quality of care when handling packages and on more than one occasion I either didnt receive it or it was thrown and the packaging was damaged. It’s hard trying to get someone in customer service most times and at times they have advised the item was delivered and it wasn’t received until the next day.

    I never had a issue when I got packages from UPS. The carrier was always polite. Never rude. He came at a good time - not too early or not too late. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know, I had to send something back to Amazon using UPS. The clerk was polite and respectful and I would recommend UPS to anyone.

    Delivery on day expected though not till later in the day. Delivery driver always courteous. Package always in original condition. Online tracking app very helpful, accurate and up to date. Get swiping options though lines and wait times at local UPS locations are way too long.

    Boxes are undamaged. They arrive when promised. UPS tends to be a bit more expensive in my experience, so unless the box is a big one, I use the Flat Rate boxes at the USPS PRIORITY. They arrive more quickly and can be very heavy/medium flat rate box can hold 5 pair of jeans (although box is bulging!). No extra charge!

    I'm very happy when I know my package is being shipped UPS because the service is always superior. They are always polite and handle your package with care. Yesterday I was delivered a package at my address; the name was not me and I informed the driver that it had my address but it wasn't mine. If he hadn't knocked beforehand I would now have to return it to the store. It saved me a trip.

    Not sure why it is but they are getting worse. Some companies I purchase from use UPS; I’ve noticed it appears they’re always late in shipping; multiple times, they want to charge you some sort of membership, when I’ve sent packages they are the highest priced, weird delays riddled for on time schedule. I prefer using USPS.

    United Postal Service that I have had deliveries from have been very professional and polite. I have never had a problem with them at all. No matter how big or heavy the boxes are. (My son orders parts and other items for his trucks and machinery all the time.) They also send us a text message letting us know where the packages are in transit, when the packages will be delivered and also when it has been delivered. I will continue to use United Postal Service.

    Nine out of ten times UPS is very good. Unfortunately there are a few drivers that just don't care and the package is not delivered with care. Every time I have dealt with customer service they have performed above and beyond. I would definitely recommend their service to someone else.

    Honestly, my only issue is the cost to ship any item. I don’t know the internal details, or what it costs the company to ship, I just hate having to pay an extra $3+. Maybe I’m just cheap, which I am, but that’s probably the only thing negative I could say about any delivery company.

    Items purchased and shipped through UPS always arrive on due date or earlier. The tracking information is always accurate, and I have never had a damaged parcel that was delivered by them. If I need to return an item, or ship one they have a store close to my home to drop it.

    UPS doesn't compare with Amazon Prime for rapid deliveries. On Minimal occasions delivery to my porch was rough over the holidays. Regular delivery guys are great! Had one of 2 bottles properly encased with one being broken in the final area of destination but both were thrown out at that location. Never got satisfied explanation of expensive waste.

    We live in an apartment building. UPS delivers our packages inside, as opposed to FEDEX which leaves packages outside in the snow. UPS always delivers on time, and all items are always in great shape. Fedex, on the other hand, often destroys the packages. Why would anyone NOT use UPS? I love them. They are way better than the competition, including the US Postal Service.

    Not speaking of my current driver but while living in Batesburg, SC the driver would stack packages in front of my door so that I could not open my door from inside. Even after taping a sign on the door requesting the driver to not place packages in front of the door but to place them to the side of porch. On several occasions I had to go out the backdoor in order to get to the packages at the front door. Thankfully the driver in Winnsboro is much more pleasant about where he places my packages.

    When using UPS the buyer will get their package in the best condition I've ever seen. Unlike the standard mailing companies which just cram your package in to your mailbox and don't care what happens, UPS will deliver it to your doorstep. If you have a pesky dog that tears everything up UPS will put it where the dog can't get it because UPS cares about you.

    I purchased a item from Amazon and they assigned this particular delivery to UPS and they changed the address on the package to my old address. And after a couple of weeks of playing tag with customer service, I was able to retrieve my package from the main hub. They call themselves a customer delivery service. What a joke.

    Always get the delivery when promised. UPS store is convenient with great customer service. Prices are competitive. When given a choice of carriers, I usually select UPS. Other carriers have misdelivered packages to neighboring homes, or not delivered at all.

    I order quite a variety of items online with the majority of them delivered by UPS. Shipments are always delivered on or before the estimated time. Packages arrive in good shape indicating careful handling whether it’s medical or industrial products. Packages are either placed in my mailbox or on the porch floor adjacent to my front door. Placement of these larger packages are always convenient to me to access but in the most obscure location from the street view.

    UPS is a shipper I mostly use for my personal shipments because the UPS Store also boxes my shipment and I don't need to worry about what my box needs to be or that my shipment will be broken. They handle it all. The boxes that come to my house are in good condition and don't appear to be manhandled or abused. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who ships.

    I often packages that are damaged. Luckily no damage to the contents. I also have packages that are to be delivered one day (per tracking #) only later to receive a message that package was unable to be delivered due to an issue. I question USPS asking what the issue was, their response is that they are investigating the issue and will let me know the outcome but never receive a conclusion to that. I do receive package on later date. This occurs often.

    I aways like UPS company for the reason if you are home and you go out to get your package from them they always respond By saying, "How is your day sir, or ma'am?" I think that is very courtesy of them and very respectful of them. Never ever had any problems with the UPS company. Every time did you deliver my package has it always put it right in front of the door or inside the door secure place. I think they're just amazing company. Pray I will continue doing business for them for as long as I live I guess.

    My normal UPS carrier is especially careful with placing packages out of sight from the road and sheltered from the elements. He goes the extra step to see that I and my neighbors receive exemplary care of the packages once they reach him. I appreciate the more personal aspect of UPS in our little town and am always impressed with the fact that when UPS sends me info on when to expect the packages, they are almost always arriving when they were expected. It has always been said that the employee(s) does make a difference when representing a company.

    UPS has really been good to me. They are timely and I'm able to track them. In all the years I have been ordering, there was only one time that I had a bad experience. I had ordered some beauty products and the temperature was -40 degrees wind chill and everything exploded! I learned my lesson that if I'm going to order liquid or creamy products, it better be in the late spring /summer/early fall in North Dakota!

    I've used UPS to ship for as long as I can remember. They are inexpensive and reliable. There have been times when a package will receive some damage but I've found that most times the damage has been to the outside of the package. I've also had a package get lost but had insured it so I was able to get a replacement for it. Will continue to use UPS.

    I receive all sizes of boxes from UPS more than I send them; however, I like this company! They are quick, the employees/drivers are very well mannered and because I’m a 70 year old lady they offer to bring the heavy stuff in and they Always leave the others inside of my screened in porch for weather and pilfers reasons.     I've used UPS for many years now. Everything from store purchases to my medical supplies and shipping packages. Everything has always showed up when it was supposed to. I get accurate email notification and tracking and I've never had a damaged package. For my money these people are all aces, two thumbs up.

    Misdelivered a pkg to me AND would NOT tell me where delivered. Had to go to FBI about a possible theft of a package in interstate commerce. Finally got my package but with some hassle. Not at all satisfied w/ UPS.

    UPS has a great delivery model as they are able to deliver in the evenings and weekends and most likely on time. But they lack ability in waiting for someone to open the door when they knock or ring the bell to inform you of your delivery. They leave the package at your door and drive off immediately. Also, too many packages are left for thefts. I’m on a neighborhood app and it seems like almost weekly someone’s package is stolen.

    UPS has gone down lately on quality workers. Packages delivered incorrectly or thrown on doorsteps. Delivery is sometimes showing delivered but don't get until the next day. I will say that the stores are good packers but cost is too high.

    They deliver on time and merchandise is not damaged all in one piece and always let me know when it is coming and knocks on the door or ring the door bell when they deliver it. Great service. They always notify me where it is and if there are going to be any delays in delivering.

    I live rural or out in the country. Where the mail is delivered by ATVs. Where they deliver our packages to other houses with our same address different street name. Where we get mail with a key in our box. But no box in locker. Once we open locked parcel.

    I have used UPS both at home and at my office. They have the friendliest drivers and they do their best to accommodate the client. Rarely have I ever not had a package delivered on time and my package are received in good condition.

    Email helps with delivery notice. Never had a problem with conditions of package. Drivers are friendly. They deliver in all sorts of weather and in bad weather, I still receive my package. Their service is consistent.

    Always on time. Never had any time broken or damaged. Always ship with this company. Fast, friendly help at counter, convent drop off location. I would rate this company a five star. Drivers are always polite, courteous and neatly dressed. Have yet to get anything but great service.

    Packages arrive on time and I receive updates when or if delays occur. Customer service has always been excellent. If I’m not home my package is always discreetly left at my residence out of view of “porch pirates”.

    UPS offers comparable shipping pricing. However, oftentimes when your package is delivered, it look as if it's been kicked around on a soccer field. Don't send fragile items, especially if not insured.

    This company works long hours and they will get your package to you. I live at the bottom of a mountain way off the beaten path and they always find me. These drivers would be great in NASCAR, lol.

    I had a package to that was to be delivered to me and January I never got a notice that it was at the shop. Aware it was I decided to check it myself. By that time they were sitting. Advance give notice that I can deal with. Don't I don't know what happened.

    Great interstate rates and the UPS store customer services are outstanding and consistent. Their package tracking is very precise and easy to manage. The store offers many extras at fair pricing. They also have notary services.

    I am a shopaholic, I normally do free shipping to and from at times that's not possible. I used to use USPS all the time, their prices seem to be going up and up. Then at Christmas time, I tried UPS, totally shocked at how much I saved. Will now start using UPS going forward.

    I feel the delivery man for UPS is very careful with the packages when arrives at my business. UPS delivery always asks me where to place the packages. They do not just leave them entrance and walk away. Very friendly person as well. Company image is well maintained.

    I have had many packages delivered from UPS just in the last month. I have had mostly good experience with them. The only derogatory thing to say is that on a few occasions it was raining out and I was home with door open because I was notified that my packages were to be delivered. They didn't ring or knock on the door. They just left it next to the door in the rain not once but twice. Thank goodness my items were packed well so they were not damaged by the rain.

    We get our shipments daily from primarily UPS. The drivers are always very nice and courteous. For the volume they deal with, they rarely are late. Sometimes the packages look a bit distressed, but I have never had to file any kind of claim.

    I order a lot of automotive repair parts online and when your car is down you want it running a.s.a.p..I order it, wait a day or two then start doing my car repair. Beep beep. There's the U.P.S truck delivering my car part right on rime. Perfect!

    They always deliver on time. I never have any issues with receiving my packages. They usually arrive undamaged. I really like the tracking and notification option. I also like how they have real time information available to view.

    They dont seem to care too much. They sometimes deliver to wrong address. I'm just not happy most of the time. Some cariers are just nonchalant. Especially if you dont have a regular carrier. They tend not to be regular.

    UPS drivers give quality service, they go the extra mile to ensure your package is on time. During the holiday season their days are exceptionally long, yet they will still let you know they have a child's gift for delivery, and will ask you where to put it so as not to spoil the surprise! No other company gives this type of service, they care about their customers on their routes. If I am given a choice as to which shipper to use, I will always pick UPS, because of the drivers!

    I remember years ago when there weren’t any UPS drop off offices, nearby in your neighborhood. I would always take a thirty minute drive to Mail a package. Today there’s shipping labels for you to print out and the drop off locations are conveniently located. They also have free pick up at your home.

    I order all the time and all my packages arrive in excellent condition. The delivery is so fast. The workers are friendly and considerate. I trust my UPS people in my area. I received everything I ordered and nothing was broken or damaged in any way. Great service and great workers.

    I can honestly say I have never experienced an issue with shipping with or receiving from UPS! Everything I send or received comes on time and as expected. I truly have no complaints... The drivers are always friendly. I've had some drivers my dog liked so much, he'd hop in their truck to get a treat!

    Reliable and on-time pickup each day for your business. However when this go wrong the customer service is horrible. Lost or damaged packages are frustrating and you want a company to be on your side. They fall short always and management does not care either.

    I think that most employees at the counter are helpful. Delivery times are hit or miss in spite of tracking packages and in cities the internet is king. I miss the personal touch and attention of a person that cares and not one just on the job.

    I have purchased many items from Amazon and other retailers the past few months. Most of these items have been delivered by UPS. None of the packages have been broken. They have all been placed at my door (well, except two). A few times I met the driver and they were personable and professional. Even offering to help me carry some items to my front door that I was taking out of my car.

    UPS provides excellent service. Their online tools make status checking simple. I am impressed with the ease and simplicity to check on tracking status which is provided when using the ups parcels service which also offers pickup for a small added cost.

    I was having trouble getting to my home to pick up a package I had to sign for. The driver went out of his way to meet up with me so the delivery wouldn’t be further delayed. Very excellent customer service.

    First, customer service is terrible. They continuously miss pickups, even after phone calls to complain the pattern continues. I personally would not use them for shipping anything and regret that Amazon does.

    I use UPS with my Amazon orders. They have always done a great job in getting my stuff to me on time. And their tracking information is really accurate. The only problem I had was when they put a package in my yard and my puppy tore it up. So, I need to contact them about leaving my packages outside of the yard. I think they do a great job, overall.

    I try to use UPS almost exclusively. Certainly when I am shipping. Their stores are conveniently located and they carry supplies there. Further they have far less wait time in line than other companies. And lastly, they don’t lose my stuff. Their tracking is accurate! If it says it’s in Pensacola, the dispatcher knows what truck. That’s very comforting.

    Our UPS makes sure our package is safe on our porch every time. He sets the package so it is tucked hidden from street view. When we send a package they have gone out of their way to call us when the delivery could not be made safely...amazing! Who does this! They CARE!!!

    The USPS company in our area is friendly, responsible, reliable, prompt and careful! We have several things delivered and each employee handles every item with care. They’re even nice to our dog. If an item is heavy, they send 2 people in a separate vehicle. The main office has friendly, communicators. Awesome.

    UPS is consistently safe, dependable, and efficient. I just wish there were more locations. Closest is 10 miles or more from our home... Their stores are clean, have comparable prices on supplies and there are sufficient staffing so I don't have to wait very long in lines.

    Most of the people who work at UPS are really nice and they make it a point to be very helpful. But there are some that are truly **. No respect for you or themselves. The prices on some deliveries depending on the weight is cheaper than the post office.

    UPS treats and pays their workers good, at Christmas and around the busiest times they are working the long hours trying their best to get all the boxes and pkgs. delivered. Their workers..those that deliver seem to be extra respectful and courteous. I have nothing against the other carriers, but I like UPS the best, thank you.

    UPS always does it right. Their drivers are polite and helpful, and they don't mind walking to our back door to leave packages. Whenever I'm getting a UPS shipment I don't worry about anything, they always deliver as promised, unlike some other major shippers.

    I recently changed my address a week before moving and my mail was delayed an additional ten days after my moving date for an unknown reason. I am now temporarily living in Wellington, Florida and the mail delivery certainly has slowed down plus according to my neighbors in Billings my mail continues to be delivered to my home address.

    UPS is an extremely reliable company. If a package gets damaged during the time they handle it, you will get reimbursed for the price of the item. They do a quick, clean delivery and they also pack your package for Amazon, if it needs to be returned. Excellent company.
