I have an amazing mail carrier who will deliver parcels to the correct door even if it has the incorrect unit number. Only work with the people. The customer service number is an answering machine and no one follows up. It is a waste if time.

In general, UPS is on time and efficient. Most of the drivers ring the bell or knock on the door to let you know a package has arrived. My only gripe is with cost. It's very expensive to ship anything bigger than a small package. However, when buying a product, if UPS shipping is available, especially if it's free shipping. I always go with UPS.

More reliable and cheaper than commercial firms and employs vets. I'm a happy customer. I go there several times a week to mail books sold on Amazon or presents to relatives or various manuscripts or books to employer and I have never been let down.

I work in shipping and receiving dept. For a major hospital chain in NJ. UPS provides the best service. And has always been here before any other driver. Always polite. Cares about packages and will bring any discrepancy to my attention before signing.

Delivery service is excellent. The drivers are always friendly and even give treats to my German Shepherd. Shipping is a bit on the high side for me, as I usually send things with return authorized labels. I love the convenience of having packages picked up at my home, as I live in the mountains and far from a shipping store.

UPS delivers on time 99% of the time and have gone above and beyond with deliveries for. Drivers have called to get my garage code since I wasn’t home. I think they are a great company with great employees!

My experience with UPS is based on their care of my packages and their always on-time services. There are times when I put a package or envelope out late in the day and they are always available to come by and pick it up and they deliver usually earlier than predicted. I won't utilize any other shipping company.

Good quality shipping company. They are a bit pricey when having to ship small packages. With that said, I would still rather choose this company over the other choices of USPS, FedEx, DHL, or Shipito.

UPS is fantastic. They get things to the destination on time. Nothing broken like The USA postal service. I send a lot to my grandchildren and packages never get lost and usually arrive earlier than expected. I send a lot and when I walk into my nearby UPS people greet me and immediately help me. If it’s a return to Amazon they always try to find ways to send my package and even help me download the app and return stuff I need. I hand my cellphone to them and they do everything needed to help me send my package.

Shipping time is normally very fast. Packages arrive in very good shape with no damage to contents or package itself, but normally very dusty as they run with truck doors open. Drivers are courteous but always in a hurry.

I live back in the pines on a gravel road where most dare not to venture but our UPS people always make it up, deliver on time and take great care of our packages. Rarely if ever do we receive a damaged package and they are placed well on our doorstep out of bad weather as best as possible.

I love getting the text alerts! Allows me to be away from home but know when I can expect my delivery so as to have a neighbor grab my delivery or I can run home to get it. I also love the convenience of their many locations!

I shipped a heavy-duty tough item from Las Vegas to NY. It was obviously backed over by a truck or forklift... Nothing else could have damaged this to any extent. Because I shipped it from a UPS store...which I now know is a franchise...UPS refused to pay for the damage despite photo documentation showing that damage would have occurred even if crated.

Had to receive some legal documents that were time sensitive and non-foldable. The UPS service not only delivered my package with time to spare, the documents were in impeccable shape. Great job! I would recommend UPS to anyone.

Sometimes it's hard for me to get out and shop so I do a lot of online shopping. Most packages come by UPS. The ones that do come fast and are always in good condition. I've had stuff come by other companies and the packages are broken and I've even had one stuffed into my mailbox so much I could not get it out and had to leave a note to have them remove it. Needless to say it was crushed.

UPS is a great shipping company. They show care & diligence when shipping & delivering packages. I've never had a problem with UPS being late; there have been several times packages have arrived a day early! The drivers are courteous & friendly. Their prices are relatively low, however I have compared on a few occasions with USPS & USPS was a lot cheaper. Overall, I can't complain though. I would recommend using UPS to anyone.

I have never had any problems with UPS. My packages always arrive on time and in great condition. When I need to send a package or return an item, I enjoy going to the UPS store. The employees are always eager to help and answer my questions, and I never have to wait in long lines like at the post office. The stores have a great assortment of shipping supplies including boxes, bubble wrap, and popcorn.

THEY LOST MY PASSPORT WITH VISA: I have to travel in 10 days and they lost my passport with the Visa on it. I have tickets and reservations in place. UPS has set me back two months and thousands of dollars. They say in an investigation is ongoing yet no one is going to tell me what an "investigation" means. They don't provide status updates on it. I asked for the phone number of the local distribution center and they don't even have that.

Fastest shippers however, packaging is often a mess when I get it. If they would be more careful and tuck packages being left on porches out of public view, I’d give them a 5 rating!! Drivers don’t always knock or ring the bell to inform a delivery. They used to. Need to go back to basic delivery manners! But overall they do a great job.

I had an item that I had to return to Amazon, UPS not only came to my front door to pick up the package, but they had a pre-printed label for me as well! Extremely helpful, because it saved me the time by not having to drive to the UPS store. The driver was courteous and gave me my tracking information so I would know when Amazon received the returned item. Awesome!

I use UPS regularly for work as the company I work for has negotiated discounted rates. The discounted rates are definitely a positive and are pretty reasonable. I also appreciate the ease of ordering and receiving supplies. The positives unfortunately end there. The number of times envelopes have been lost in transit or delayed (not counting weather situations a as that is understandable) is entirely unacceptable. The lack of concern or effort to resolve the issues is also incomprehensible. My experience with UPS professionally ensures I will never use them personally.

I've never really had any issues with UPS. I shipped just a day or two ago and it was a pretty heavy package. Their cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them for personal or business. Try them out.

I live in an apartment building where delivery service has been challenging. UPS has been the exception. When packages are sent via UPS I'm guaranteed to get my package. With FedEx not so much. Because of this I request all companies I deal with to send my packages via UPS exclusively. Thank you UPS for exceptional service.

I live in a Condo building. The delivery driver is supposed to dial my number on the console in the lobby. Today - and many times before this - he rang my number and hung up immediately before I could buzz him in. I ran down the hall immediately to get to the door and he was getting into his truck. He must have seen me at the door. Now I have to wait another day for him to DO THE SAME THING - BECAUSE MY PACKAGE REQUIRES A SIGNATURE. HE DOES THIS ALL THE TIME! This company is not reliable! I intend to mention this to Verizon so maybe they will select another carrier, as this one is irresponsible.

I would highly recommend UPS for shipping and the reason I say this because I have used these services many times and my packages were always delivered as specified by the clerk. Also when I receive packages from UPS they were always delivered in perfect condition. If I had to choose between UPS and another shipping company I would most assure choose UPS. Their employees are always very polite and professional.

UPS handles Amazon return shipments. They really do make the whole thing as seamless as possible by offering a number of options for returns. With a UPS store only a few miles from me in each direction, I can just drop off, and my refund is usually issued before I even make it home. When all else fails, there is a large drop box around the corner. I print my label, get my package ready, and walk there. These days, while everyone is shopping online rather than shopping in person, it’s important that the shipping process is smooth, and dependable. I can count on UPS to be just that.

Prefer UPS to any other shipping company. They care about the packages they are delivering. You get used to the same driver in your neighborhood. They know best times to deliver. Just in case I can choose when I want my packages to arrive. And it’s always on time. I’ve never had any issues with any ups shipments.

Horrible customer service. Scheduled me for a delivery between 9-1pm on Friday, I called them at 1pm because they had not come yet. Was told it would only be about 1 more hour so I waited called them at 4pm and was told they would have dispatch call me back. Dispatch returned my call at 5pm and told me that they didn't have my item yet and they scheduled me just in case they did have my item. Took off an entire day's work to wait for them. They never informed me they would not be delivering or that they didn't actually have my item yet.

I really do love UPS. Sometimes the packages are a bit dirty and sometimes they come a bit late at night but the customer service is usually wonderful. I get a lot of packages delivered lately as I have been on crutches for 6 months. My latest delivery (car parts) was very heavy. When the driver knocked on the door he was very pleasant and then insisted on getting them in the hall for me. That was a huge help as I didn’t want them on the porch until night when someone else could bring them in. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was very nice.

Overall I'm satisfied with the service from UPS. It's the employees that provide customer service at the front desk that are sometimes rude or not courteous. This doesn't happen all the time but there is one lady that's makes you wish they had a drive thru.

You should tell your UPS drivers NOT to leave packages on the steps in front of the house, especially in urban areas. There is high theft in these areas; therefore, UPS drivers should be REQUIRED to leave packages in the backyard or in between the front and wooded/hard doors of private homes.

Packages beat up and wrapped in tape. Nationwide problem. Lack of accountability of local managers. They do enough to get by when confronted with damaged packages. Local manager tells me that if a package is severely damaged that they will put into a new box, but all they do is tape the damaged box and send it on its way.

What I really liked the new features, that they send me pictures of my mail. It's very convenient to know what's in the mail today and the rest of the week. If I'm looking for a package I'll know when the package came in.

I use USP quite frequently, typically their overnight services. I don't mind the fee of $26 and change for the piece of mind I have secured for their promptness in delivery. Always and every time, on time! Their parcel/letter tracking function is easy to use and very functional. And best of all, easy to access and free of charge, even to one timers. I find the USP the way to go for for our needs.

Given that they destroyed three packages each valued at over $500 shipped by my small business, and paid the insurance on only one of the three (giving some lame excuse about the packaging being inadequate on the other two), I have quite happily driven right by their office for over 20 years to get to Fed-Ex. Which has never given me any problems. For what it's worth, the three packages were all going to the same address in Oklahoma - packages shipped to different destinations (California, Ohio, New York) were fine. Maybe it's just the one office? I don't know. I do know the company was massively non-responsive. (Packages were shipped when we were based in Lakeland, FL.)

Majority of deliveries are timely. However, when dated they need to be able to provide more specific details on the day and the resolution of getting the delivery completed. Their website for order tracking should be modernized with real time information.

My delivery driver always makes sure my package is in a good spot on the front porch and he even parks so the dog doesn’t see his truck. She knows the UPS, USPS, Fedex, Amazon and any other company on sight before they get to the house, so this is appreciated. She is amazing. She can tell the delivery trucks from any other vehicles within sight of the house.

UPS does a great job serving Alaska. One problem - the system they use refuses to recognize my zip code - so it makes it impossible to do business with some businesses. The system automatically changes the town I live in as well as the zip code. It is VERY FRUSTRATING when - because of that problem - businesses refuse to do business with us thinking/claiming we're somehow running a scam.

In the Clifton area I have never got anything early - always 6:30 or later and packages are almost always damage. I've called and complaint. Nothing ever been done. You can't work and look out for packages. So I found that if I have my packages sent to the UPS store I don't have to worry anymore.

The people that deliver the packages are courteous and caring and they make the finest job out of what they do to take care of the packages they deliver. I am a frequent user of UPS and I am amazed at how I have NEVER seen any driver who has delivered to me or who was discourteous in passing on the one lane road to my community of homes. I say this as I am a professional driver myself and I know that these people spend a lot of time on the road as I have done. Million mile driver.

United Postal Service shipping prices are expensive, especially true if you want your package to get to its destination quickly (and most often than not, we do). I can speak to a very recent incident when I was expecting a delivery. In one incident I ordered a coat, when the delivery date came and went I reached out the company I purchased the coat from. I was told I must contact the post office; to my dismay I was informed two attempts had been made to deliver and she informed me of the dates.
The first date she stated (the expected day of delivery) there had not been a delivery nor were there a notice of an attempted delivery left on the door. On the second the date the representative stated, my family was at home and no delivery had been made nor was there a notice left on the door stating that there was an attempt to deliver on that day either. I eventually had to go to the post office and pick up the package. I find USPS to be a better form of service and I passed that on to the company I purchased the coat from.

I worked with a machine shop for about 12 yrs., part of job was shipping/rec. which would involve a lot of heavy metal receiving and shipping and for the whole of twelve yrs. could count on one hand times that had problem which was usually minor ones. Dealt with several employees during that time and they were always nice and helpful. Have lived at address I'm at now for about 27 yrs. and cannot remember having any problems with deliveries. I would guess that UPS was company that delivered probably 80 to 90 percent of deliveries to our home.

UPS is my choice for business shipping and overall they do a decent job, however, I had a lost package that was insured and it was very difficult to get reimbursed or have any dialogue when you never speak to the same person. It would better if you had a specific claims person that handled your claim. It would be time-saving and more efficient.

I love UPS, they go above and beyond. I had a package that was very large, about 4ft. by 3ft. and weighing around 50 pounds. The delivery driver had a great challenge getting to my front porch as there was an obstacle course to get to it. Had lots of trees down and a crumpled and bust concrete sidewalk due to storm damage. This driver deserves a raise! Never have I had a problem with delivery from UPS.

UPS has always consistently delivered my packages on time and left them in appropriate locations. Other companies left my packages at the curb, in my sprinklers, and delivered to my neighbors... but not UPS.

I had two experiences where legal documents were lost by the carrier. Traces were put on the packages yet the documents were never found. The customer service is a bit frustrating. I have also found their promised delivery time can be off.

I have Always had the best delivery service with UPS!! They are prompt, delivery is quick, the drivers that I have had are the most courteous of any company that delivers to me in the remote rural area of Montana! And...they even recognize me after hours in the grocery store, or on the street! There's a lot to be said about drivers who are that kind...especially in this world we live in today!! When I purchase online, if the carrier is Not UPS, I won't purchase from that particular company.

The driver in my area is on time and follows my delivery instructions very well. He is efficient and friendly. He is careful with my parcels and doesn't just drop them in the bushes like Amazon drivers do.

So far, I've had good experiences with UPS. They have always been on-time and once when there was an issue with a package delivery, I was able to contact the local UPS office that handles deliveries to my area and the customer rep was very helpful and contacted the driver and set up a re-delivery the same night. I really needed that package that day so it was a blessing. Also, you can sign-up for package tracker which is a really useful tool for me.

I think UPS a wonderful service. I have never been disappointed with any of my deliveries. Our driver is especially wonderful. He has walk down our long private drive when it was blocked by fallen trees, and I was still greeted with his courteous and kind demeanor. I know I never have to worry about any of my packages when they’re delivered by UPS. I believe they go above and beyond true professionalism.

Prices are reasonable on small items but when you get up in size it gets expensive. I use them all the time for my business. They take care of all my packages and when they deliver they make sure you can't see my boxes from the road so no one steals them.

UPS constantly leaves my packages in front of my garage exposed to the elements when my protected porch is only steps away. They never press the door bell like other delivery companies do. The female drivers are worst.

I am disabled so if I get a package I am unable to get to the door! The UPS drivers are so considerate! When they leave a package they take a picture of it and email it to me! I am so grateful! They always do this so it’s not just a one time thing!

Everyone seems to love the fanaticism of Christmas time gifting! In so recognizing this fact in modern day America, the online shopping craze has almost fully automated our yesterdays of traipsing through traditional storefronts for unique finds, and last minute deals. So appropriately given the fact that we have to receive the goods we purchase via the internet, I introduce to you an old hat in the trenches, The United Parcel Service or also known as (aka: UPS). This oddly familiar brown chariots take the cake when it comes to a generations old trade. Their demonstrated leadership has been mirrored in other companies throughout the nation, and world over, but none are as far driven into the heart of the cities, and small towns citizenry as the gentle hand of consistency found within the United Parcel Services employees.
To note a recent observance, I of course ordered a gift for my elderly parents for Christmas. With reaching sighs of hope that they would be able to both handle, and love their much needed gift box, with a weighted blanket inside. I worried that it would arrive in a timely manner, and that they wouldn't struggle too much with getting it into the house and properly setup. Okay so to the beauty of the story within the delivery. The doorbell ring just happened to catch my mom passing the door, as she came down the stairwell. To her surprise it was the local UPS truck, doing what they do best, Timely & Friendly deliveries. So the delivery agent greeted my Mom, and told her he had a fairly heavy box to deliver to our home that morning, and asked if she needed help getting it into the door. Can you say this with me, Over and beyond the call of duty?
Over, and beyond the call of duty, an uncommon characteristic to capture, but surely it should be a common aspect in each of us to expect. Our delivery was a success, and the deliveryman gave a meager amount of his time, and energy to help get the box into the house. But the impact of his actions were viral, in that telling this story to my children, and friends inspired them to pass along an equally kind act, through demonstrated benefits of how wonderful it makes one feel to do good for others, as you would have them do to you. Well to say that characteristic was apparently natural in my parents' delivery that faithful day would be an understatement. Because each delivery was handled with care, awareness of those whom attempt to taint the good hearted delivery with thievery, by protecting its obviousness through placement in as best of an out of sight location as possible.
Every time the oddly brown old school swat looking truck is around, I am sure to give a proper mental hug, as well as friendly wave of affection to the men, and women who dare to take on the challenges before them, and exceed expectations for a constantly growing delivery demand. So if in reading this you find pleasure, the next time you come across one of these loyal transporters, extend your hand, and let them know that their service doesn't go unnoticed, and they are definitely appreciated. Anytime I’ve dealt with UPS the employees have been so courteous and helpful. My packages come in great condition. Also they are sure not to leave packages in vulnerable positions as to be seen easily or to be knocked or blown over in weather situations.

I go out of my way to use UPS. FedEx has disappointed me so many times. USPS is ok but I find UPS to be extremely reliable and the drivers really take care of my packages. They also have so many convenient locations to ship packages from!! Kohl’s now offers free packing to ship ups packages. It is a great service.

I am disabled and they go out of their way to make us happy and if anything looks damaged they take care of it and send it back. They always knock on the door and are very friendly and helpful. Every thing is always dry.

Our driver (he is here often lol) is the best. Navigates our long driveway and always has a smile and a greeting for us. Our dog even like him and he likes no one but us usually! All of our Christmas packages arrived on time and damage free. Employees sure do make the difference!!

UPS does a major portion of delivering packages for any number of companies. I find that most parcels arrive on time and in good condition. On those occasions when they do arrive damaged, they've usually done the right thing by correcting or crediting to compensate for damage.

I have experienced all the above companies, except for Shipito, and including Amazon and I can say, without a doubt or hesitation, that UPS and USPS are the best on both sides of the shipping game. Products always arrive when promised whether sending or receiving. They have never been damaged or lost or mishandled. The employees are consistently polite and on their game. Ya'll don't ring my apt number after hours but stand in front of that door like it's going to magically open on its own then you either leave the package in the unsure vestibule area where anyone can grab it, or you say customer wasn't available and call UPS to set up a re delivery, after I done been watching that monitor all day. I ordered a toner cartridge from Amazon. According to email notification the item was hand delivered to resident. When I got home asked husband if he received the package. He said no. Went to dinner. Came home and saw package on ground below outside mailbox soaking wet from an all day rain. I don’t know if UPS driver or a neighbor left it outside in the rain. Either way it was not hand delivered to the buyer.

Having used UPS for several years for shipping and delivery I've always been very satisfied with the service. They arrive within the time window given, packages are placed where requested and they are not all beaten up etc. UPS also helped me out with an emergency "Hold Delivery" when I was out of state for family emergency.

UPS is my go-to shipper, hands down. I've never had a problem with any shipment. There is an office about 6.5 miles, which is really handy. Love our drivers, both at work and on my home route. Our driver at work make sure to let us know when the packages that are temperature sensitive arrive, and that is extremely helpful when we are swamped at work.

UPS ships very quickly and works any day of the week. The problem I have experienced is that they are not really careful with handling packages. I have received numerous damaged packages. Overall it is a very reliable and trustworthy company. The quality of care seems to really depend on the person delivering the package. The other problem is that frequently they do not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. This of course creates a problem because the package could be damaged by the weather or stolen.

More than half of my packages end up at someone else's location. Just 2 weeks ago a neighbor, who I never met brought over a package left in his mailbox, with my address, but delivered to his address. Several packages clearly marked in 2019 delivered miles from my home, but thankfully since we live in rural America, the people who received the deliveries, were considerate enough to bring them over. Sad situation that we cannot depend on USPS.

UPS definitely has my business for the majority of my needs! I live, quite frankly, out in the boondocks, middle of nowhere, etc. We are on what we understand is what UPS calls a "courtesy" route. Literally 45 miles from the closest "town" (a big town for us, with a whopping 10K people!). Anyway, regardless of which driver we get - I believe we are split over 5 or 6 different ones - they are always courteous, go out of their way to be helpful and appear to really care!

They are always prompt whether sending or receiving packages. They are helpful with packing if needed. They even greet the dog when they deliver. They will place large items at the door, gate or garage door based on your wishes. Never a complaint.

UPS is horrible! They leave my heavy packages right in front of my front door, totally blocking it. I can't open my front door and have to go out my back door and walk around to my porch to retrieve them. The boxes are sometimes banged up. I've had things delivered damaged. They don't update the tracking numbers frequently enough either. I would not recommend this company!

Returns pickup for Amazon are arbitrarily scheduled for ONLY next day, no option for day/time. Customers don't have contact with drivers to be able to ascertain what time they'll be by. Otherwise really good service.

It really depends on who is handling the route. Some of the drivers take their job seriously, others don't and will treat your packages any kind of way and push them into your mailbox when they know they don't fit in there and completely ruin whatever it is you ordered.

Usually my experience with shipping companies is negative. In saying that the last couple time with UPS wasn’t too bad. I do tons of online shopping so I get to deal with shipping companies almost daily. Good days and bad days like with any business I guess. I understand logistics is crazy in Canada but at least 50% of the time I have to either call or make out a ticket for my parcels. Never had anything not show up except once. Which is pretty good considering we’re talking about thousands of deliveries.

I rarely get a box from UPS that isn't damaged. The last was December 2019. I had purchased a box of 4 cases of expensive canned salmon from Wild Planet. They had HAND PACKED the cases into the box. It was around the holidays so I had just put the box into the pantry. After the holidays I noticed a putrid odor. One of the cases of salmon, which had been HAND PACKED into the box by the salmon company, Wild Planet, the flip top lids were completely OFF of the cans, and salmon juice was everywhere. The liquid from the broken cans was everywhere, was spoiled, and reeked so horrible. Wild Planet said that the cans were fine when they packed them, and they must have hit something pretty hard, for the flip top lids to come off of the cans. They said that they mark the boxes FRAGILE-HANDLE WITH CARE, but UPS doesn't seem to pay attention.

I'm so upset. Gets my airfryer today, overly excited to use, to open the box and my product is cracked. I thought I heard something drop outside. I'm not sure why the delivery person did not ring my doorbell. That would have been the professional thing to do. What happened was very careless and I am not pleased with the company right now. Overall they do a good job. Some of the drivers could use some common sense though since they can never figure out the set up of the condos where I live. It's an extremely simple set up, but many drivers are thrown when one letter or house number differs between package and house. Then they simply have no idea where to deliver the package.

UPS is fine for domestic shipments. They are not equipped nor do the appropriately manage international shipments. I sent a package on 12-9-19 to Jamaica that still has not been received. UPS did not get information for duty payment to release package. Instead, they are charging shipping and handling charges daily, which is twice as much as duty. The lack of responsiveness and these charges is completely unacceptable.

My experience with UPS is very good overall. We had one outdoor delivery and the driver went out of his way to accommodate us. He coordinated where to place the pallets, allowed us time to check the delivered items. We found one item delivered missing and he took all the information down with a smile. UPS delivery service is not consistent as the service was in years past. Customer service is important to me. I have deliveries two to three times per week. Approximately half of the deliveries are left out away from covered porch area. The others are left three feet closer under covered area in case of rain. I have had a few packages found soaked through when I arrived home. Simple training with employees could help increase satisfaction with customers. But I do like using UPS services.

My UPS man was awesome during the Past Christmas Season. I think he was at my front door same time everyday! My UPS man had a delivery for me that needed a signature. He noticed that I was not home! He left and made some other deliveries. I was somewhat upset that my package was not at my doorstep on the promised time. Well think again. My UPS man knew how important it was to me to get my delivery. He came back at the end of his route and delivered my package!!!! Now that is service!!!! He's the absolute BEST!

What really frustrates me is when they bring a package, they often put it in front of your door so you can’t even open it to get the package. Do you have to go around to the front of the house through the garage so that you can pick up your package away from the door. Where is the common sense? Numerous times rather stop and talk to me for a couple minutes making you feel like your hometown person and not just another number of living packages. Maybe we just got lucky. We have, hands down, the best delivery man ever and he’s with UPS. He will bring in large parcels that are too heavy for us to lift. He will hide a large Christmas gift in our garage when asked. He is always on time, picks up our returns, which are so simple with UPS, and never leaves a package in the rain. He and UPS are the best!

The USPS service is normally right on time and are good about getting things to you in a timely manner. They are easy to work with also. All my experiences I've had with them has been very nice and polite.

Yes, Randal ** the UPS driver in Atlanta should wear a cape with SUPS on it. He’s a Super UPSer employee. Keep up the great work. Anytime I ever had a package delivered by UPS on time And in good shape. No Ace Ventura Packages Delivered here. Watch out FedEx.

Regular route drivers are more customer friendly than "fill ins". Fill ins will deliver any time of day and you never know when they come or how they will leave your package. If fill ins aren't familiar with neighborhood they may drop & dash...throwing your pkg. to top of stairs.

This has to be one of the top worst companies for trying to send a notice to via email to ask why they send out a notification that a package is going to arrive when it does not arrive on their stated date, nor the next day. They caused me to stay home 2 days expecting a package and it did not arrive. Then it is nearly impossible to find out who is sending the package, and still can not find out what the package is. It took a couple of hours chasing their web info just to find the company name of the package sender. Then it is a nightmare to contact them via email to ask questions. Terrible customer service. Worst I have ever experienced. I pray for anyone that goes through this kind of experience.

We receive packages almost every day. Driver does a great job - if our electronic gate is closed he puts packages where they will be safe. He is also very nice to our lab puppy! We have received great service from UPS.

Drivers are always nice and courteous. They follow directions left at the door for delivery. The packages seldom get lost. Their delivery is predictable. Love their UPS store service with Amazon - I can return without packaging it. And the drivers love dogs!

Our postal carrier is very good about being careful with our packages. She even helped me reign in my unruly dog. USPS is not perfect, they sometimes put mail in the wrong mailboxes, but we sort it out.

Products have always been on time and damage free and placed in appropriate spot in case of inclement weather. Any interaction with delivery personnel has always been pleasant. I have noted the same type of professionalism and service on home and business deliveries.

I have always had favorable results with UPS when shipping anything across the country. The only time of year that I have any issue with the company is during the Christmas season. This year two packages that I received looked as if they had been crushed during transit. The contents were not damaged because the items were clothing ordered from a manufacture. I usually do not get upset with UPS if no damage has been done because I realize the volume that they handle during this stressful time of year.

Shipped 4 pkgs from Mississippi to Virginia at Christmas...homemade goodies for my children, were delivered intact, on time...from over 800 mi, during the holidays just as promised. I was extremely pleased...Thanks UPS.

UPS has no answers for packages that need a signature in order to be delivered. They deliver 8 am to 5 pm while most people are in school or at work. It's up the recipient to make arrangements to have a package delivered at another time or pick it up at a regional UPS hub. When you call to complain or get a new delivery time/day, you get "I know how you feel..." Unacceptable. At least Fedex and USPS will drop packages off to community-oriented places where you can go a short distance to sign and retrieve the package.

I feel UPS does not train their employees on how to handle packages with care. More times than not my packages come with dents and holes. I see when they arrive at my home they go through the packages tossing them aside!

UPS is overpriced for ground and next day air. 60% more than FedEx. Could your drivers show a bit of common sense and NOT a package in the rain - especially when 25 sq ft dry covered porch?? Two Feet forward is NOT that difficult.

Delivery guys are efficient but the system in December totally sucks, I know they are overwhelmed but this is a time to figure out better ways. More truck, double routes whatever they need to do but only for a month they need to do it. I did not get a few packages that I ordered and the companies shipped with other and I got it next day and this also was an issue with returning things. UPS in Council Bluffs Iowa office is incompetent and rude. Backed up nonstop. Not friendly nor helpful.

Our packages are always delivered on time and in good condition. Our delivery guy is very polite and professional. When I must go to a store the personnel there is the same. Professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend UPS services over other shipping companies.

I usually have the same delivery guy and he is super friendly and places my packages down unlike FedEx, who I've witnessed dropping or throwing packages on my step. I appreciate the care that UPS takes with my packages.

UPS has the best ETA. They’re prompt, & they handle my packages with care. We have the same delivery guy & he places our packages in a good hiding spot. Also, I love the fact that I can track the truck that my package is on. The map is very helpful. UPS is the way to go.

The box they used was at least 5 times larger than the product. Sent two packages at the same time each weighing only a pound each and the cost was way out there. Could not track one of them. Will not be using them again unless it is to return some item that has been ordered.

The 1st thing I appreciate about UPS is that I am able to track my package without having to log on and set up a password, etc. I receive an easy e-mail telling me exactly where my package is and the estimated delivery date. My packages are always delivered on time as promised, in excellent condition and never lost or stolen. I did have an issue once where a roommate turned away a package she was unaware was mine, I called UPS right away (@ 7:00PM) spoke to a supervisor and received my package the very next day! Excellent Customer Service!

UPS is more affordable, faster than their competitors for the price, the hours and days they spend on the road (or air), but of all the things I can boast about, what I really love is the way they give you constant updates on the status of your parcel(s).

We live in a rural coastal Oregon and our delivery driver always makes sure to place our packages well under our porch overhead to make sure they don't get wet. He has to carry our packages about 200 feet from his vehicle and instead of just leaving inside our front gate he brings them to the front door.

The delivery person has always been good to me. I have have only good things to say. As a matter of fact, one windy day, they took the time to find a heavy stone to place on my lightweight package so it wouldn’t blow away! I was impressed.

Shipping costs are too high. Is this an Amazon effect? I went to ship 3 cotton covers (couch, loveseat, and chair) from FL to NY and it was $50 for the cheapest price. No point in self shipping in 2020.

I didn't give the postal service a 5 because in some areas our mail goes two hours away and then comes back to our area. I use Soulsbyville, CA Post Office a lot and the customer services is always outstanding. I live in a rural area and the Post Office doesn't delivered to my house. They are only open from 9-11 am. Makes it hard to get stuff delivered there when you work.
