I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive on 1/4. I signed up for text alerts and received 4 text messages thus far saying my package is out for delivery (each message says a different day) and to expect it by 6pm. As of right now I still don’t have my package. The customer service number just sends you back to the website, and the website just tells you to call the customer service number with problems. Worst customer service ever!! Take your business elsewhere if you want any sort of reliable information or customer service.

UPS has lost (stolen?) two packages in just a few months — both shipped from the same store in NY. They have never followed up and “filing a claim” was a joke and literally impossible. Pretty disgusted with this company. Won’t use again unless I have to.

One of the worst shipping companies ever. They are no better than thieves. They lost a package worth thousands of dollars and have been dawdling on my request to either refund my money or locate my package. I am surprised that UPS is still in business in spite of the overwhelming negative reviews this company has got in all the review websites. It is high time this company closed down for good. Businesses should stop using this company to send packages to their customers.

They simply lie about deliveries. They say item was delivered but it wasn't (cameras back this up) - not the first time for me this year. Investigations go nowhere. Good thing the vendor insures their shipments. UPS employees don't care = UPS Management doesn't care.

UPS tracking showed my package was damaged/disposed of while in route. I attempted to call UPS 7 different times and the automated system disconnected me 7 times in a row even while following their prompts correctly. UPS is trying its hardest to keep customers from speaking to a customer service agent any way they can. Which tells me either their CS teams are that bad that they do not want anyone talking to them or they have given up on even trying to provide any type of personalized service to their customers. I called within the given hrs for CS, gave the correct information and time and time again was disconnected. All I want to know is what is happening with my package and what happens moving forward to get it to me.

All I could get from UPS was a run around. I offered to pick up the package at the UPS store since the driver was in town every day. They told me that I would have to pay an extra $7.99 for the driver to drop the package at a site he was already going to. They need to be honest with their customers about when a package will really be delivered.

I have been using UPS for years, and they've proven very reliable. However, when one package was shown to be delivered to my house and was not, the website gave me nothing but more websites and more forms...I was never able to actually (a) initiate additional info on where the package might have been delivered or (b) file a claim for a lost package. Wasted more than an hour of my life that I will never get back. Satisfaction rating: 0, Frustration rating: Infinite. Disclaimer: I have a very old computer, but never received an indication that the page(s) I was directed to never actually loaded; no error messages ever. A call to my local UPS office (try finding *that* number in your local area phone book!!); I had to flag down a UPS driver and get the number from him. When I placed the call, it was suggested, "Just wait awhile. It will show up." Thank you so much!

I want to thank UPS for always providing such great service all year round!

I have to say that UPS is the worst courier service you could ever use. Their drivers in Canada have no ability to use their own brain. They have to be told everything, they’re never on time, their deliveries are always late and they take the longest time to get the deliveries from one place to the other. For example I had an item shipped on December 23, 2021 and it did not arrive from Toronto Ontario to Edmonton Alberta until December 30, 2021 and I have still not received it because the driver said he could not find the address yet they delivered to this apartment building on a daily basis.

Shocking. The worst courier it's been my misfortune to deal with. A parcel on 22 December was set for delivery. I waited home. It was undelivered. It was redirected to a collect centre on 23 December. The driver delivered then, inexplicably, returned to collect it. I then drove an hour, oblivious to this. No parcel - it had been taken away by the UPS guy. I requested a delivery to my home (again) on 24 December. No delivery. Then holidays holidays holidays. 29th December. No delivery. 30th December. No delivery.
Call centre in the Philippines - worse than useless. Staff at Tamworth - disinterested. Social media customer service - rubbish. Email customer service. Rubbish. My advice is simple. Avoid. If you do use, good luck. Here's the email for their CEO: ** - don't worry, he doesn't respond. Here's the phone number for their Tamworth branch - 01827 264795 - they tend to either hang up without helping or just don't answer. Absolute shower. Rubbish.

They literally came and just posted a sticker that they just missed me, didn’t even knock on my door to deliver the package (needed a signature). I was home and so how was I supposed to know they were at the door if they didn’t even knock? I called UPS and the lady was completely useless just saying, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with the driver," meanwhile I was asking her where my package would go for me to pick it up but obviously that was too difficult of a question for her to answer. So, they won’t knock on your door to get your signature, I don’t think the delivery person even tried to deliver the package, they definitely just came up with the sticker and didn’t even bother. I dropped my package at UPS early when they opened 5 days ago and was given a delivery date of 12/24. Which was delayed because someone at UPS messed up and did not scan my package in until the next day. It has been sent around the world by UPS just to be shipped 2 states over. It didn't leave my California for THREE DAYS. They do not offer a customer service number where you can get U.S. based reps and as many people I've spoken to no one helps resolve any issues. Reps keep reciting what you've already said or read online with tracking and can't give you direct answers. They just try to rush you off the phone. I will never use UPS ever again. Imagine calling your recipient to ask how they like the painting, only to find out that the glass and the frame was broken in pieces. Very disappointed. Maybe the employees are overworked, but does that mean they need to mishandle the boxes they are responsible for? The other which was sent out to us OVERNIGHT, will now arrive 3 day later!! I do not know WHY anyone, or business with an IQ higher than freezing, would use this company! They CHARGE upfront for services they KNOW they cannot give, fulfill, thus in my opinion this is a kind of "scam company", a bunch of useless crooks! I detest UPS with a passion - after this! A little after 5 I got another email stating my package was being delivered by 9p. I had my porch light on and anxiously waited its delivery. By 10p I knew I was had... It was not coming as I was told. today I checked and it shows it is on it way and a delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. How could this be when I got emails stating totally the opposite the day before. On 9/20 we received a UPS delivery. When leaving, the driver turned around and drove off the edge of the parking lot into the grass and ran over a sprinkler line, causing damage and a severe leak. The total cost of repairs is over $1500. I have called and e-mailed the local service center and the website support team and I have only gotten empty promises of follow-up. The local rep I have dealt with has repeatedly failed to escalate the issue and I do not receive return calls. The online support team has promised an escalation for over two weeks now and I have not been contacted. So, more than 2 months later I still am out of pocket for over $1500 in repairs for damage that the UPS driver did and UPS refuses to take responsibility. It's very disappointing and frustrating to be lied to by various service staff who seem to have no intention of making this right.

Because I got security cameras that regularly catch my neighbor's cat, even in the dark, so a human or a huge van should be easy, yeah nah yeah? Anyways, I had to pick up my package at a pick-up point (wasn't even the closest), wasting some money on gas, on top of my specified address delivery fee. How mad was I? I thought the package should have arrived in China and the invoice is for customs clearance. Another 3 days passed, UPS sent me an e-mail telling me the package was delayed due to their processing error and it will be delivered on Nov 22.
On Nov 23, I checked UPS tracking and found the package was delayed again and still sit in Anchorage, Alaska. The estimated delivery time was again push back to Nov 26. I called UPS Customer Care and their reply was that they cannot exercise their service guarantee although the delay was finally caused by their processing error, So far I was not even sure if the package will be delivered on Nov 26. Wish there was a way to write a review with less than zero stars. Been mailing and shipping packages for years and never had a package go missing. I was hesitant to ship a ring valued at $8500 but had no choice… yes I was stupid. Of course within 24 hours it went missing. No customer service, cannot talk to anyone that can actually do anything. Get the run-around and multiple stories. Investigation filed and just have to wait the number of days (which also differs depending on who you talk to)… No updates and no one to talk to that’s actually “investigating”.
Then, if package is not found, UPS will determine if they will pay the amount the package was insured for…even though there is a certified appraisal. What on earth did I pay $175 for? They’re in the jewelry appraisal business now? Never again will I use UPS…and I suggest no one ship anything with them that you value… they do not care. It’s just another package to them. Now I know why they used FedEx in the movie “Cast Away”.

My experience with this company is very bad. I recently ordered dental probiotics from Pro-B Fresh. This company uses UPS Mail Innovations for shipment. That's actually worse than regular UPS because of the handoff from UPS to USPS which increases the likelihood of something getting badly botched. Sure enough UPS badly botched the handoff. The handoff was supposed to be in San Angelo. The tracking shows an attempted handoff in Abilene which is 90 miles away from the correct handoff location. For a whole week the tracking has shown no further movement. It's extremely likely that UPS lost the parcel en route.
I recently learned that UPS does not actually scan the parcels at the handoff site. Instead they use computerized records of what whole pallets supposedly contain to generate mass phantom scans. Of course any errors in what parcels are on a given pallet means that you will have false records of where a given parcel is at. We don't really know if the parcel is in Abilene or somewhere else because it wasn't properly scanned in the first place.
UPS uses a supposed customer service number (800-742-5877) to handle consumer complaints about botched shipments or missed deliveries. In most cases you will never get to talk to a human when calling this number. You will spend a lot of time talking to answering machines and computers instead. After enormous frustration and repeated calls that failed to produce a human I once got thru to a customer service representative but to no avail. The woman I spoke to said the matter would be investigated and put me on hold to talk to someone else in customer service. The second woman flat out refused to have the matter investigated to find out why the shipping was botched. She peddled the lie the parcel was en route and I would soon get it. She was not remotely interested in why the tracking showed no further movement of the parcel after its alleged arrival in Abilene.
I also tried to get the problem reported online. I soon learned that they have their online system rigged so you cannot report problems with UPS Mail Innovations shipments. The system can tell by looking at the tracking number if you have that type of shipment and won't let you file anything no matter what the circumstances. I now believe that I am extremely unlikely to ever see the merchandise I ordered and paid for.

I initially talked to UPS about how I could send my packages to an address but that no one would be at that address on the estimated delivery date, so they recommended shipping then said 'after shipping call us back and request hold for pickup'. So I followed their instructions to initially submit the order for the scheduled delivery.
Then on the day of the pickup, I noticed I never received an email regarding my shipment order. So I went to the website and found it incredibly difficult to even find my shipment details. After ten minutes of trying multiple links, I found that if you click on your profile icon, then click preferences, then on the preferences page click 'UPS my choice packages', you'll get to another page which shows the shipments, though that page is really confusing too as you will see. The packages are listed there but there is no information whatsoever about the order other than the start and end addresses. So I decided to call them to double check.
This time when I called it was incredibly difficult to get to an agent via the phone interface. The automated agent literally refuses to send you to an agent until you keep requesting and trying in different ways to get to an agent. Finally, I found the magic combination was to say 'package', then 'schedule a delivery', then 'customer service', then 'sender'.
Once I reached an agent it was obviously an offshore call center and the agent had very little knowledge or ability to answer nonstandard questions. After rephrasing my question several times, the agent finally told me that my packages weren't scheduled for delivery despite my credit card having been charged $350 for the shipment. So he modified the order to add scheduled delivery and then informed me that it would be an additional $7.99 charge. During the interaction I noticed that the apartment number had been lost from the destination address (despite the fact that it's there in another view on their website). So he added the apartment for me.
Later the packages were picked up, then I called back to ask for 'hold for pickup' as they had instructed. Again an offshore call center answered and the agent had great trouble understanding what I was asking for. Finally, she understood and then told me that she couldn't change the package to 'hold for pickup' because the order had already been modified once and can't be modified twice!!!
Then I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, and she put me on hold for 30 minutes, so I hung up and called back again, reached another agent who was able to set up 'hold for pickup' but again said she would charge me $7.99. Then she took my credit card number and put me on hold. Then another totally different person picked up and asked how they could help me. I told her I had just given my credit card number to a different agent who put me on hold, but she said she didn't know anything about that and couldn't transfer me back. What a nightmare.
This is only a fraction of the interactions. Unbelievably bad experience. I will never use UPS to ship a package again. I shipped 8 unique glass goblets from a local UPS shipping site. I didn't trust myself to package them safely. So They went across country from Wisconsin to California. 4 of them were broken. The recipient took pictures of the products in the box, out of the box and labels. This was NOT GOOD ENOUGH for UPS. The receiver went on vacation and threw away the pkgs. UPS made 3 attempts to pick up the packages but the guy wasn't home. So too bad, so sad for me. I had to ship 4 more goblets and no compensation for the broken items. VERY DISGUSTED with UPS. I received many many parcels to my address before many times and where I live is a very well known address, it's not in the middle of nowhere!!!
Latest, I talked to a woman named Sharon. She said the driver wouldn't answer his phone. After waiting again, she called and said they won't deliver it today!! So asked her where can I make a complaint and she told me to call this number **. When I called them they said they don't take any complaints and I have to e-mail to UPS. I used UPS to send vital visa documents from the UK to Hong Kong. As there was urgency in the situation, I sent the parcel using the fastest available international shipping method - within 2 business days before 12pm, which includes a money-back guarantee. The parcel was delivered a day late, so I asked for my refund on the same day as the delivery. UPS promised to get back to me within 48 hours, but I did not receive a response so I followed up again 6 days after the delivery. I once again did not receive the promised response, so I followed up again 15 days after the delivery. Each time I followed up, I received a different 'next step' and update.
When I finally received a response from UPS, they said that they cannot process my refund because I filed my complaint more than 15 days after the delivery date, which was clearly 100% incorrect. I proved UPS wrong, then they came back with a new excuse about Customs clearance. I then proved their Customs clearance excuse wrong using some of the tracking details, so UPS came back saying they still cannot process the refund for 'other reasons outside of their control'. So, after providing 2 excuses and having them both proved wrong, UPS then went vague and withdrew all transparency just to avoid processing a refund. With this experience it is easy to see why UPS has so many negative reviews all over the internet. Key point: UPS offers an unreliable service and will then lie their way out of any responsibility. You're better off walking to the destination and delivering your parcels yourself.

Last I looked they had an average of one star from close to 20,000 people on Trustpilot, which UPS obviously doesn't give a hoot about. I was going to skip writing mine, until today when the straw broke the camel's back. First the driver was leaving my packages in an unsecure unprotected area because he was too lazy to climb a few stairs. After two complaints, he decided to revenge on me by claiming I was unavailable and re-routing the package to a relatively close pickup location. Two more complaints (as he kept doing it) and yesterday he again falsely claimed we were not available and re-routed to a pickup location miles and miles away! Their automated system is dumber than a rock and the phone one gives you the runaround when you try to reach a live person, then hangs up on you. Called same number and first representative said they could not come anymore today. Asked to speak with manager and she was rude and made me feel like I was in the wrong for not asking for a confirmation number. She also said there would be no one to come make pick up today. She offered a pick up for tomorrow but I was not about to have that happen again and stressed to her that it needed to go out TODAY - was a $600+ medical test that my insurance company would not pay for again.
She continued to have a very unhelpful attitude but I told her this was not acceptable and she placed me on hold to see about finding a driver. We finally decided to RACE to a UPS Center and got there a few minutes before it was going to close. What a great way to end the day. These lockers are an OPTION for residents, and is not mandated by the carrier. I have been battling this since move into this place. I have an account profile with UPS and the customer service person who help me, assured me that my packages can/will be delivered to my door.
The UPS customer service person also took the time to add an internal note on my account stating 'door delivery', and the carrier still dumps my packages in a common area where anyone on the property with access can get to them. I am not signed up with this 3rd party fee based locker service and I will not sign up for this service. It is an option to the resident and not mandatory default option for the carrier. If you have physical limits, this is not an option, it is a burden! Your packages are either held hostage or left unsecure. Amazon fulfillment or the book provider, not sure which, used UPS for a book delivery, and UPS stinks. Despite written instructions on the label, as part of the address, and despite signs on the front door (where he delivered it), saying to NOT deliver to the front door; to deliver to the garage door, the driver just ignored me when I went racing out the door to tell him (normal voice, twice) to please deliver it to the garage door, as the instructions say, and kept walking back to the truck. I do NOT want stuff delivered to the front door, and have permanent signs on it to that effect, because the apartment dwellers across the street race out and snatch packages off my front porch, if left for more than 10 minutes.
It was only when I called after him that, "Fine, I'll just file a complaint," that he turned around and said to stop yelling at him -- that he was "not an animal." Oh, please. As if anyone said he was -- talk about an over-reacting, lame "defense" of not doing his job properly, and then trying to ignore me when I caught him shirking his responsibility. If he hadn't kept ignoring my normal-voiced request, I wouldn't have had to raise my voice to get his attention. Duh. Still wouldn't acknowledge that he was too lazy to deliver it to the garage, an extra 10 feet down the tarmac -- either that, or he can't read. DO NOT order products from Amazon if the vendor is still using crappy UPS to deliver it. Amazon's own truck drivers deliver to the garage -- not UPS.

I recently moved to a new condominium - the condo is new (part of the building is still being finished). I needed a broom for my new apartment and ordered one online. I ordered several items actually. They were all set to arrive 4 days prior to today. The other items arrived when they were supposed to. The broom has not. The only difference between the other items and my broom is that UPS is responsible for its delivery. My condo, like many, has a package drop-off. It is an automated locker system where delivery companies leave packages. The automation notifies the tenants of the delivery. Then we punch in a code and receive our packages. FedEx, Amazon, AND USPS have all seemed to have discovered the hidden location of my package center. "Hidden" meaning directly next to the leasing office, which is on the corner of the street.
The package center has a sign on the wall next to it that says, "PACKAGE/DELIVERY DROP OFF". That sign is illuminated and visible from the street. As I stated, everyone else has seemed to have found it. I can not tell you any more information as I have no way of communicating with the driver. I only know what he/she is reporting: "delivery attempted - unable to deliver". I have received that message each night of the last 4 attempts. Each time I receive the message I call UPS, speak to someone and ask them to inform the driver that there is a package drop-off location that is currently functioning and available. Each consecutive day I am given the same message. Also, each time I call, I am connected with a person who repeats to me exactly what the automated message already says.
The person on the phone assures me that the driver will be notified and that I will be given a call that night or the following day before delivery. I have never been contacted. The driver, I am being favorable here, doesn't seem to get the message. The night of writing this review, I was for some strange reason unable to track the package and get an ETA of delivery like I have before. This is curious.
As a former employee of UPS I know that package tracking is something taken quite seriously (to control theft and loss of packages). So I was intrigued and decided to wait for the driver to arrive. Usually commercial stops are performed first of the day and residential is at the end. So I waited until around 5pm (the time the package was recorded as 'attempted' in the past). No driver. No attempt. No email. I am more intrigued. Now I am curious as to where the driver even is. I wait the rest of the day in a common area that has windows to the street, and I watch.
A UPS truck shows up around 9-ish (pm obviously). I am actually kind of happy I finally get to pick up the package and speak with the driver about the difficulties with the delivery. He/she pulls into the parking garage - on the other side of the building (opposite side of the package delivery room). He/She gets out and walks over to a door that would lead you into the common area of the apartment and attempts to open a door that is ALWAYS locked (it is a security door with a card swipe access). The driver turns on heels and gets back in the truck. I hurry down the hallway hoping to catch the driver, but by the time I get to the same door, he/she drives off. I walk back to my apartment, now quite upset.
Before I can get into my unit I receive another message: "Delivery attempt - Unable to deliver". I write this letter, absent of profanity, as calmly as I am able, hoping that someone reads this favorably. Whether they be someone in UPS that can solve the problem, or someone researching UPS to understand how badly this company can/does function at this time. Regardless, this is the only avenue I have left to report a completely delinquent service provider. I have attempted avenues within the company and that proved less than pointless. Now I will put this review on any site that will allow it. At least this, I am told, is supposed to be therapeutic. I am actually feeling like I am calling for help in a cave.

Package handed over to UPS on 7/23/21. Has been sitting in Cologne Germany for close to 3 weeks. Customer service knows nothing. Every day I get an email telling me a new delivery date followed by 3 emails telling me it is not on the plane. Very frustrating. They can't give me an estimated delivery date. Think they wanted to soothe me by telling me that there are lots of other packages in Cologne that aren't going anywhere. This is no way to run a business. Incredibly unprofessional.

I told them what was going on and he said he would go to his old address and talked to them. On Monday I called UPS and told them what happened when she tells me the box never went out due to lack of packing supplies which I paid $18 to have done and it cost $35. This is not a complaint on you. The automated system is the most useless, time wasting, complaint diverting system, on the planet. This thing just burns up your time repeated over and over that it cannot connect you to an agent without knowing the reason but none of my reasons were recognized by the system. Absolutely maddening and this automated system (not the employees, just to be clear) should be taken out back and shot like the lame creature that it is. I spent an hour and a half trying to get through menu after menu just to be hung up on by the automated service numerous times. Finally I was able to get through to a local store and that is when the only true assistance began.

After a failed attempt to deliver a *signature required* package to my home in the presence of my 17 year old son, I signed the permission ticket left on my door to allow the driver of the repeat attempt to leave the package in my absence. With the second attempt, the driver refused to leave my package with my 21 year old son and simply informed him that they’d be “contacting me to negotiate an appropriate pick-up location”. With no phone number or means of contacting THEM preemptively, I was left with no other alternative but to start calling access points to ask them if the UPS drivers had arrived yet that day.
As my working hours are sun-up to sun-down six days a week, I had signed the permission ticket left behind in my absence so that just such a situation would not have occurred. The driver not only neglected to attempt another delivery, but also left no indication of where my package was or where it was going and how long it would be there to give me the necessary information and opportunity to actually pick up the item I had already paid to be shipped.
After calling the local UPS store and receiving no helpful information whatsoever, I resolved to simply Google the problem. Suggestions such as “where is my nearest UPS access point” directed me to the same local auto parts store I had already called. Of course those employees of the auto store being a third-party, knew absolutely nothing of my situation, and so could not help me to resolve it. The status of my package in the tracking module displays its location to be the aforementioned Access Point. I’m sure you can see my conundrum with these circumstances.
I now have no other option but to speak to the business from which I purchased the item and attempt to reason with them about what on earth I can do next. This business model and structure of operations seems not only less dependable than any other service I can think of that doesn’t involve sketchy truck-stop pizza, but also ironically inaccessible to the very same customers for whom that service is intended. FedEx. USPS. DHL. Even a local paper boy could do better than this. I’d give it a *no star* if that were possible but CA requires the field be filled with some participatory criteria.

I called the distribution center the next day and someone was going to call me back, of course they didn't. I was given a case number and told to contact the store where the package was shipped for a refund. I was told that due to COVID, 2 day shipping doesn't really mean 2 day shipping, it means when it gets there and there are no refunds because of that. UPS doesn't leave packages as other carriers do (even when no personal presence or signature is required). I had to call them to be assured that the package will be redelivered the next business day, what was then reflected on the tracking information. However even one week after this phone call I did not receive the package. And when I called again (talking to a robot for hours before I would be connected to a human who barely speaks English), I found out that the package was been held for pick up and would be sent back unless I pick it up the next day. Pick up hours 11am-5pm, and obviously I was at work and was not able to pick it up. I asked to hold it for 1 more day, but they refused and recommended to contact sender (when sender contacted them they refused as well).
Amazon rep called them with the same result. They finally promised to redeliver it the next day, but of course no redelivery ever happen. I had to call them 2 more times (wasting hours talking with absolutely idiotic barely able to communicate reps who promised to redeliver it again with no redelivery of course), before I demanded to talk to a manager. Simple made difficult: I paid off a lien on my car in Missouri and needed the title sent to me quickly and securely. I chose UPS. Paid for 2 day air to myself in NM. My package began its journey at least 24 hours after I set it all up. The hope was depart Wednesday, Arrive Friday. The following Monday was observed for Independence Day. My package arrived at facility in NM that Monday and I expected it delivered Tuesday. Nothing happened Tuesday. I called Tuesday evening and had it changed to myself picking it up at the local facility will call on Wednesday.
As I'm leaving my house Wednesday morning I noticed a “sorry we missed you” sticker on my gate, (which was open) and thought, well, guess I'm not going to the facility as apparently it was loaded onto the truck! Spoke with Customer Service again Wednesday evening and was told to wait for the delivery Thursday. So I did. Sat at home all day long with signs posted in front stating I am home, and frankly paranoid to use restroom or shower and miss the delivery. 9am-7pm. I patiently waited till 7:01 to call again, go through the stupid automated system again and they tell me I can pick it up Friday at will call but they will call me first. I waited till 11 am Friday and just went over there.
After waiting in line for 35 mins in the heat, one man working inside and 2 person limit in lobby to give the man my tracking number and he quickly responded that it's not there, service representatives think it is but in fact it's not and must be in a truck still. I'm writing this 24 hours into the “investigation” and UPS is here delivering for my neighbor!!! I did not receive a call this morning again as I was assured. This all happening as I’m selling the vehicle and buyer is waiting as well and we made financial arrangements to pay off the lien so a good amount of money has been put forth. I am sure if that wasn’t part of it I would have lost my buyer and deal. So I'm left not knowing anything at all.
I'll end this by saying that I feel a tad hopeful after I just spoke with the young man who was delivering to my neighbor that he would talk to his co drivers and supervisor and try to locate my package that was sign upon delivery only. 19 phone calls, 2 days of work I missed, loss of sleep and in a financial pickle throughout. In my 42 years of life I've never had a situation this bad and I will never use UPS again. This is what “Brown” did for me. Thank you for your time to read this and I hope it helps you in the right direction.

When we called them to inquire about the package, they had no idea where it was at.
Fast forward 3 weeks; someone from the international shipping department was able to finally locate it and provide a delivery date. It was a delivery date in which we were going to be out of the area. They wanted to charge me to change the delivery and refused to waive the fee, despite the fact that they held onto it for over 3 weeks. Friday morning rolled around and I get a notification that my delivery was attempted but couldn't be completed and would be attempted the next day and when I would attempt to change the delivery address to maybe just pick it up elsewhere it would give me errors and tell me my package wasn't available for pick-up and that they would attempt pick-up again later. I was confused and called customer service. Customer service puts in to have it reattempted today though dispatch, ok cool that works. I've been here the entire time gave a valid number with the package etc.
Local UPS calls and explains that UPS is basically rejected automatically rejected unless you are waiting for them when they show up. I asked why I wasn't informed when they showed up and was informed that even though I gave my number and had status updates turned on drivers don't have a company phone so they don't call for packages and they don't alert for arrivals of drivers so I had no way of knowing any of this would be an issue nor did my mother when she shipped. The company however knows this is an issue and could easily mark this in the system for personnel so they know before wasting extra money on morning shipping and two day shipping. If I don't making it before they close today I wasted so much money on the 2 day shipping and this shipping option. Luckily it is insured so if it doesn’t show up by the next scheduled delivery date Macy will gladly replace or refund my money and UPS can choke on it.
I also asked that Macy's at least request a refund of shipping cost since UPS cannot deliver on time. I understand these things happen but to deal with three different customer service representatives I could barely understand due to their poor English and to be given multiple excuse and misinformation is inexcusable. I started having issues with UPS over a decade ago when they would leave packages wherever unprotected by passersby or weather but now I live in an apartment and note that I am disabled. They have been instructed time and time again via whoever I order from that the driver needs to bring it down to my apartment because I am unable to especially with these enormous boxes that weigh a ton. When they've refused, I've asked them if they could please bring them to the store and my brother will pick them up with me and they say they will but they don't, they do a return to sender stating that I have refused the package. WTH would I do that when I need these things for crying out loud?! So it's been working somewhat since I've moved here in March after the first incident. What I need to do is once I get a tracking number, I call the company that I've ordered it from, they call UPS, they tell their driver they have to bring it to me.
Yesterday took the cake I am just livid!! They refused to bring it down! It's six stairs, it's an air conditioner, obviously I can't carry it! I request that they bring it to the store, sure no problem, we'll leave a hanger. Well hours later I go up because you have to go get your mail and whatnot anyways, no hanger anywhere, not even on the outside door. Now I'm really pissed! I called the company that I ordered it from, I missed them by like 20 minutes, they're closed now. I call UPS. They're of course closed. I called the company this morning but UPS is not open on weekends so they can't call them. I have to call back on Monday for crying out loud!!
I hate UPS. I really really do and the company gets complaints about UPS all the time and yet head office doesn't do anything about it. WTH not!? Oh and get this. I get an email saying that the item has been delivered. Where the heck is it. The company doesn't know either because it doesn't say anywhere on their tracking page. I said if it comes down to proof, there are cameras everywhere including the lobby. So if they say it was left here at the front door because that's where the email said it was then I can get property management to look at the video and see if there was indeed a package left by UPS. If they didn't leave a package, then those fellas are in big trouble. If they did leave a package then the video should show at some point somebody stealing said package. Now I wait until Monday...

I am shocked at how poor the customer service is at UPS. I had a package expedited to be and it has now been over a week, yet the package still hasn't arrived. The UPS website says there is a delay and gives no EST on delivery, yet it says it is in the city where I live. Calling UPS has been a nightmare. I had to call 3 times. Each time being told the delay is an issue out of their control. Finally, on the 4th call I was able to speak with a supervisor who explained the distribution centre is back up with packages and they have no idea when my package will be delivered. It is Shocking how an "issue out of their control" is that their location has too many packages to sort. No indication on an update, I had paid extra for expedited shipping and I had to call 4 times before I got more than a generic answer. A terrible system in place. Especially after a year in a pandemic. I can see why Amazon has an alternative shipping company they use.

Do not sign up for My Choice. I bought a few pieces of furniture and it was recommended by the seller to join My Choice to control the delivery date. I put a hold on all deliveries while away from the house for one week only to have the first piece of furniture left on my steps on day 1 of the hold. After 8 hrs, 6 different operators, 2 case numbers and 1 reference number, I got nowhere and was told that the remaining 2 packages would also be delivered to my steps. I was given 3 different reasons for this, my account wasn’t linking my address properly, I didn’t wait the full 48 hrs before placing the hold on my deliveries, and the seller had restricted my hold.
This was the same seller who recommended I use My Choice. The issue has yet to be resolved. The majority of the operators were extremely difficult to understand due to their accents and I was asked the same questions over and over. I was disconnected twice and told I would receive a call back which never happened. No one could find any of my case numbers and most could not even find my account. I truly hope the conversations were being recorded because the responses were so different and unbelievable and I hope UPS is aware of this.

When it arrived the box was so crushed it had exploded open on both ends and in the middle. I complained to the driver and he said I should place a claim for the damage of the truck parts inside, but would do nothing else. When I went to place a claim on the damage UPS denied me because I have a automatic delivery signature for all deliveries from UPS. They said I have released them from any responsibilities due to this pre-existing signature. This company does not take care of responsibilities for their deliveries so I recommend removing any standing release you might have so they can avoid taking responsibility for the rotten service they provide, or better yet stop using them all together!!!

Never got the code and the only think that was left by the driver was “left at parcel”. I even got the front office worker to roll the camera back. Guess what. He never bring the package in the front door. I made a claim on the 8th and UPS is giving me the run around. When I go online to check the claim, it is erased like I never made one. Absolutely awful. Paid $110 to ship through UPS Next Day Air a cake to my daughter for her 21st birthday. Spent two weeks researching the best way to package it and the best company to use for transporting it. I made the huge mistake of thinking that UPS would be the most reliable. I almost immediately got a notice that the package would be delayed. Notice included no explanation and no reason for this. There is no system for keeping track of exactly where the package is (I thought that was just a given these days after FedEx figured out how to do it back in the 90s). Rarely received updates. Customer service had absolutely no knowledge of anything related to the package. They couldn't even tell me what state it was in or whether it had ever left the UPS facility in my city (in MD) for its destination (in WI). Key phrase that they repeat over and over is that it is "delayed but in transit”.
Customer service had no concern whatsoever for the fact that the package was not delivered when it was guaranteed to be delivered. It is now two days later and the package is still delayed and customer service has no idea when or if it will ever be delivered. Truly awful customer service but I'm sure UPS is unconcerned because it is a large corporation and there is no way to hold it accountable. I had placed an order through Costco online and, received a delivery date of 9 Mar 21 and so I waited at home all day and then around 5:34pm I looked up the tracking number and it said the package had been delivered. Yet the package had not been delivered as I was at home waiting for the package and I have several Ring cameras watching my door and street. No UPS vehicle pulled up to or passed by my house. So I called Costco because at the time I was unaware of who was delivering as all the emails I received said Costco.
While on the phone with a very helpful Costco Rep. he was calling UPS and trying to find my package. After his waiting for a long period of time he finally was able to get information, I talked to him from about 5:30pm until about 6:30pm. He told me that UPS reps would call me and discuss why my package had not arrived yet. He also said that UPS said it would be about two hours before they called, and that their drivers could not come back out after 7:00pm. So after the call with Costco was over I waited and it was about two hours until I received a call from UPS.
Once I received the call from UPS they explained that their driver ACCIDENTALLY delivered my package to 207 Piccadilly Cir. as i didn't know where that address is they took the time to look it up and tell me, "Oh it's close to you." They told me I could go pick up the package from the address they made the mistake and delivered it to. I told them I was not going to go to a strangers house at about 7:45 and just walk up to their door. I would not appreciate that happening at my house so I won't do it to someone else, and it can be dangerous to do that if you don't know the person. I live in Texas and people own firearms to protect themselves and loved ones and property.
I told the UPS contact that they need to have their driver go back and get the package and they told me the Drivers cannot go back out after 7:00pm. They told me he would pick up the package on 10 Mar 21 and deliver it that day. So on the 10th I waited again and the package still did not arrive, so I called UPS again and gave them my thoughts on their unprofessionalism as I didn't not miss deliver my package. They did and all they had to do was send someone to get it the day before. After talking to the UPS rep for a while they Had the same Supervisor call me back and explain that my package was taken to a local UPS store and that they had called them and asked them to get the package ready so a driver could pick it up and deliver it to my location. But this did not happen as the local store told them that it was in the back with 350 other packages and was to be shipped back to McKinney the original spot that it was sent from the first attempt.
At that point they told me it would be delivered on the 11th. I said ok, but it needs to be the first delivery and I didn't care about their routes or issues making it happen. So I sit here on the 11th waiting for a package I hope will be delivered and yet once again it says my package may not be delivered until 9:00PM. Why do I have to wait until 9:00pm for UPS mistake and their unwillingness to make this situation right.
All they had to do was send a uniformed person to the wrong delivery address and I would have had my package and the poor lady at her address would not had to drive to a UPS store to get it redelivered. I in no way blame the Lady who originally received my package and don't blame her for taking it back to UPS as she probably felt the same as I did going to a strangers house to give the package back. It is the responsibility of a company who is in the business of delivery which means they are supposed to be professionals.
One of their mottos on their website says our fast just got faster, not true. Incompetence is what it is, the company's Sr. Executives need to take a look at all their operations and fix this system. As I have talked to many of my friends and associates and we all agree that UPS is not a good company and that they go out of their way to ensure they do not use them. If you think about using UPS you might want to think twice before making that decision if you want your package delivered accordingly. Now we have to wait and see if my Package actually gets delivered or not

We have been using UPS for most of our shipping items so far. But this incident has caused us to think whether we should use UPS anymore or not. This is very unfortunate that we have paid for a shipping label last week using UPS, and the package was never delivered on the right date. When we tried to buy a shipping label using our account, it gave us a choice for early delivery using the extra funds. And we choose that option to have the package delivered on February 27, 2021. And on that early morning, it showed the package was out for delivery. But unfortunately, it was never delivered on the delivery date. I just called the customer service rep to ask for a refund since we paid extra for early shipping. The representative never listened to my issue and never solved my problem. Then I have asked to talk to a supervisor, and she said no-one was available. And then transferred me to an automated system.
Just talked to Daniel at the billing. This is so messed up that UPS has canceled all refunds and still charging customers an extra fee to show customers that the package can be delivered early. Now after evaluating the whole scenario, we have decided not to use UPS anymore for our shipping services, unless we get the refund back from UPS. This is totally unacceptable. UPS has charged us two separate amounts (34.04 + 6.90), one for regular shipping and the next for early delivery. I will be complaining about this to BBB and to the corporate if, possible. This is totally unacceptable and bad business practice. How UPS is charging customers extra for early delivery if the service is suspended. At least that what the customer rep has told us. UPS never should have charged any extra for any kind of early delivery if that service is suspended. UPS never able to uphold their promise. I demand an explanation from UPS. Thank you (**).

My issue began with ordering cinnamon rolls from a Michigan bakery on 2-10-21. I didn't get a definitive shipping confirmation from the bakery so I was not aware that my delivery would be attempted on 2-12-21 and was not informed that there was 2 separate packages to be delivered therefore wasn't watching for anything and missed the delivery. I am signed up for the UPS MyChoice service which is supposed to provide for some measure of customization or more detailed tracking assistance and have set my alerts to come through my phone as text messages. This is how I learned that a delivery attempt had been made and I went downstairs and retrieved the UPS InfoNotice tag to see when I could expect a redelivery, only to find out that my package had been taken to what they are calling an "Access Point" location.
I have several issues with this process, especially where this involves food because this will cause an additional delay and items could arrive in a spoiled state if proper handling precautions are NOT being taken at every step, but the biggest issue is this was done "automatically" and NOT AT MY REQUEST. I went through the MyChoice website to immediately schedule redelivery to the original address of request. I checked the website on 2-13-21 and noticed that the access point was still listed, so I called and spoke to a UPS rep to ensure that my package would be redelivered to my residence and Absolutely NOT the access location. She pushed it through and assured me that it would be redelivered to me on 2-15-21.
I also asked, whose decision was it to take my package to an access point for me to pickup since it was not something I chose, her response was "I don't know" and I said "that's not something I chose, I can't go and pick up anything and I DON'T WANT MY PACKAGES GOING TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION". As of 2-13-21, I'm expecting 1 pkg to be redelivered on 2-15-21. Of course bad weather hit and UPS changed the delivery date to 2-16-21. I was a little concerned but hoped 1 more day wouldn't cause a huge issue and I hoped that my item was being properly stored.
On 2-16-21, I was concerned that there could be another delay because the weather was still bad but the website wasn't noting any additional delays but did show an additional tracking number, so I called UPS again to double check and was assured that my delivery was in fact due to be delivered to my residence on 2-16-21. I also asked why there was another tracking number and if I was to look for 2 packages. The rep asked for both tracking numbers and told me to hold on while she checked. When she returned, she told me there was only 1 package and both numbers were in relation to that same package. We both concluded that perhaps a new tracking number had been generated because of the scheduled redelivery.
I received 1 package as expected on 2-16-21. Upon inspection of the package, half of my order was missing and I emailed the bakery on 2-17-21 (I tried to call, but no answer and no voice mail) only to be told there were 2 packages and they had confirmation of delivery. 1 to the original order address (me) and the other, the access point (where I distinctly told UPS on 2-13 and 2-16-21, that I did not want ANY of my packages to be). After several back and forth emails with the not too accommodating bakery, they claimed that it was UPS's responsibility to reimburse me for the half of the order I didn't receive ($84.00) and didn't want a redelivery of a food product that had been sitting for over 5 days at this point.
Since I hadn't had heard anything else from the bakery, I decided to contact UPS on 2-20-21 to verify if the bakery had contacted them. 1st) The UPS rep kept telling me there was a package still waiting at the access point and did I want to schedule a redelivery to which I replied "Absolutely NOT, this is food, that has apparently been sitting god knows where since 2-12-21 at a location that I didn't request, NO, I don't want it redelivered, please schedule it to be RETURNED to the sender". 2nd) She finally stated she would put in the request and kept telling me what could be done on MyChoice even after I had already informed her that I had been on MyChoice and had already double checked my profile to ensure that it stated NOTHING about authorizing my packages to be delivered anywhere but to my address.
After that, I inquired again, "who decided to take my package to a different location than I (the customer) requested?" She replied, "This is something that UPS has decided to do". I said " They are doing this despite customers asking them to?" She replied,Yes. I stated "That's ridiculous, I can understand if I made that request, but I didn't and I want to make a formal complaint". It took multiple statements to her about who I could contact to lodge a complaint before she finally claimed she would put it through and someone would contact me on Monday, 2-15-21. I also followed the call up with a DM on the UPS help page to no avail because they regurgitated the same thing as the rep in using MyChoice and that there was NO option to OPT OUT of them deciding to send my package to a location I didn't choose.
I am still fighting with the bakery for a resolution and I am going to continue reviewing UPS in a bad light as long as they think it's ok for them to decide where my packages should go without my input. What I don't understand is how your website can realistically rate them 4 out of 5 when on the first page of reviews there are only 5 people out of at least 30 that have given them 1 star and negative reviews all over the place? Your rating doesn't seem to be realistic or believable. I'm glad I took the time to read multiple, individual reviews because your assessment is extremely misleading.
UPS has been doing a horrible job especially since the pandemic, in a time when people need them the most. Their customer service processes is a complete joke and NON-EXISTENT and your site is supposed to assist consumers. It doesn't help us one bit to pump up a horrible service when they don't deserve it. This is not my 1st bad experience with UPS and sadly it mirrors other experiences mentioned in some of the reviews. It seems that UPS doesn't care and have become too big to care. Sadly this seems to be the way for a lot of companies' customer services. I am going to try and do what others are doing and steer clear of doing business with UPS and the companies that are going through them as much as possible. I hope businesses read these bad reviews and adjust accordingly.

My packages were never sent to Gibraltar Europe. Instead, 1 package was sent back to me extremely damaged, and the other is at the airport. I insured two packages of $500 worth of American Girl dolls and accessories (Christmas gifts) to Gibraltar in Nov 2020 UPS International Expedited for $455.80. After hundreds of calls and emails to find out why the package hadn't arrived despite tracking label changes to reflect Gibraltar EU not Gib UK, the package was stuck in Tamworth UK. We were told that there was no human being at the warehouse at Tamworth. The two packages possessed an address that indicated that the package was to be sent to Gibraltar EU, a British overseas territory with the corresponding zip code.
After several calls a day to UPS International Customer Service, UPS Customer Service, and UPS UK Customer Service, we were told different stories. The packages was at Luton Airport. The packages was en route to Gib EU. The packages were stuck in Tamworth, UK. On Dec 19th, we were told the packages were at the Luton Airport warehouse, and they were going to arrive to Gib EU on Dec 23rd. They never arrived. We called every other day after the 23rd to find out where the packages were. I was told that the packages were untrackable thus to fill out a claim. We were told the package was most likely lost. We filed a claim.
On January 4th, I was told over the phone that the packages were being returned to me. On Feb 16th, I was told that the packages had arrived. I went to pick up the packages. Only one had arrived, it was mangled. The contents were wrecked. I have pictures for proof. These are collector's items, and I was beyond surprised to see such significant damage. The second package is still missing. We have been in touch with UPS over 200 times. We have not received any response to our request for refund of damages and refund of shipping. We have written hundreds of emails, and receive no answers. I have all of the pictures and receipts for proof.
UPS has been unprofessional and unresponsive. We all have spent so many hours placed on hold over the phone. We have only received automated responses. All customer services representatives from around the world can not tell the complete story, truth, and do not possess the same information about the status of the packages. Nobody is taking any blame or action to rectify the various issues with the shipment, damages, and refund. Nobody responds to us with any answers to our questions and concerns. It is simply upsetting. We are exasperated. I just filed a complaint with the BBB.

UPS can't compare to FedEx in terms of delivery in Tulsa, OK. I can understand severe weather delays and am sympathetic with the problems it causes all shipping companies. But, I was receiving packages thru FedEx after Tulsa UPS said they couldn't deliver due to weather. I have packages shipped from Earth City Missouri on February 5 which have not been delivered as of February 20 due to claimed "adverse weather. Yesterday FedEx delivered a 31 lb package while UPS was still claiming it couldn't deliver.
Today I received a FedEx delivery that was shipped from California by truck 5 days ago. Yet today once again UPS claims they can't deliver due to adverse weather. I just had new furniture delivered by Matthias Brothers in a large box truck, but UPS can't deliver due to adverse weather! It would seem there is another significant problem with UPS here in Tulsa and it isn't adverse weather. I have 5 packages held up and the best that UPS claims they can do is deliver on February 22? What is going on here UPS. Really a shame.

It can't be rerouted and will be returned to us. And, we will have to PAY to have it shipped to him again! Their customer service: send email to the email address on their website--their response "This is an unmonitored service and no one will reply." I have recently had the misfortune to use UPS delivery service in the last 4 weeks. Out of 4 packages only 1 was delivered on time. The 4th package is still in limbo 10 days later on a 2nd day air purchase. The only update in 10 days showed the package (Hawaii origin to San Antonio) was in Louisville Kentucky on day 3. That listing was deleted now. It just shows in route. There are no phone numbers on the entire site to contact anyone to speak to. I have no idea where my package is currently. It is paperwork for a legal matter. I should have used the Post Office. It usually has excellent results.

Of four UPS packages to be delivered this week, only one of three was actually delivered. I’m guessing with this type of record and your unwillingness to put in the extra effort to get everything back on schedule this is a company going out of business. With one key package to be delivered Wednesday, Feb 10, there was an emergency exception. It was loaded on a mystery truck Thursday with a new exception issued on it before 6 pm. Then next day (day three in Tulsa) another exception before 4 pm. Then, I get a message of “in transit” so it can sit more days. Why not honor your agreements and catch up over the weekend with weekend people? There are no weather emergencies listed on your websites for the Tulsa area or my other delivery area that indicate weather problems. Put in the zip codes, and see it yourself! It shows all clear!
This morning, I tracked down customer service by phone, not well advertised, and a lovely man could only empathize and tell me “You are on for Monday, Feb. 15!” Really? Because that’s President's Day, so you all may take the day off. Oh, and it might snow and ruin someone’s inability to prepare for Winter, which comes every year. He also said a distribution manager would call me back. Hahaha. Hasn’t happened! For comparison, my 3 of 3 FedEx packages were delivered on time or early. Even USPS delivered as did, of course, Amazon. Not using you again, UPS, and telling every business I know to switch to FedEx.

I received notifications (all day) Wednesday, then that night I received a notification that due to the weather the package couldn't be delivered. Though Fed Ex was driving fine through the neighborhood. 2/11/21 I received a notification stating that the package would be delivered between 11-2pm, then one stating that it would be delivered before 5pm, then I received a notification that it would arrive by 9pm. Then, I received a notification after 9 pm that due to the bad weather the package couldn't be delivered. I saw a UPS truck on my street around 2-3pm and they could've delivered my package. So, obviously my package wasn't not delivered because of bad weather.
I called last night at 9:48 pm and spoke to Jason. I asked for a supervisor and was told that one would call me. I stayed up to midnight waiting for a supervisor to call. I called this morning and spoke with George, employee number **. He advised me that the package would be delivered today. USPS Registered Mail does not allow a signature in CAN, and they strongly suggest you use a courier. I call UPS, pay $55 for a 3 oz. envelope. I had been given an incorrect address by the recipient and, on delivery day, UPS tracking showed it as undeliverable and as being returned to sender. I called UPS immediately and asked for it to be held so that I could supply the correct address the next day. I was told this would be ok and given a reference number. I obtained the correct address the next morning and called UPS to provide it, and I spent an hour on the telephone with 3 agents who all seemed confused. I was finally told that it would be delivered to the correct address the following day. Later, an agent called to say that the package was still being returned to sender and could not be intercepted.
UPS offers a "Delivery Intercept" service but this was never offered to me. I tried to do the intercept online but it did not give me that option. I have been emailed by customer service with a useless apology, but have been offered NO HELP WHATSOEVER nor any offer of refund nor any compensation. It was returned to me by 3 day, thus it is impossible to get my package to its destination this week and it was IMPERATIVE that it arrive this week. I spent $46.03 for this incompetent "service" and it will now cost me much more because my package did not arrive by a deadline. There is no way to tell them to just drop off the package so I can go to my job and not miss half a day's work unless I want to go to their distribution center. So I stay home, and I wait and wait, and nothing. I check the website for the tracking and they don't even have my package. My experience with UPS has varied with where I was trying to ship to. Basically, if you live in a city and have easy access to the location they are on par with the other shipping companies. If there’s anything that will take an extra minute like a gate or a certain place to put the package, it will probably be left in the street or at a neighbor's. Then they can mark it delivered and get paid. It’s your fault you didn’t watch the sidewalk where they “delivered” your package.
If you happen to live in a remote area there’s no chance they will deliver you a package. They fall far behind the other shippers in rural areas. By rural I don’t mean small towns. That seems ok. I mean outside of town where almost no one else lives. It makes sense that these are harder deliveries. They shouldn’t accept shipments to places they don’t deliver though. I live very remotely. I have received 0% of packages since I moved here 9 years ago, out of maybe 45 packages. They used to hold the packages in town and I would drive 150 miles round trip to get them. With covid they don’t hold packages like that. About half get sent back to the shipper. Half disappear. My friend that works for UPS said they are at home with the driver or most likely in a dumpster. They get in trouble if too many packages aren’t delivered. They’ll lose their job sometimes. So they mark them delivered and put them in a dumpster somewhere.
It costs shippers a lot of money to use UPS now. They often won’t pay a claim because they say it’s delivered. This seems criminal to me but I’m told it’s business as usual in the covid era. I used to think UPS was pretty good. That was a long time ago. FedEx and OnTrack delivers almost every time. USPS is very reliable, but they are slow and rude.

UPS IS A COMPANY THAT SCAMS PEOPLE!!! Look up the online horror stories about UPS scamming before you ship another package if you use UPS. They need to be shut down. My story is only one of many. Yes all shipping companies lose or damage packages but how they handle it sets them apart and it’s what has made my mind up to NEVER use UPS AGAIN. I was basically lied to over and over and scammed just like many others.
My story starts when my package was diverted for some reason right before it made it to my house. UPS customer service told me it was held by the person I purchased it through. After hours of calling customer service multiple times to find out where my package was. I thought that’s weird I purchased it so how can they hold my package? So I contacted the person that sold me the product and shipped it to ask them. They said there is no way for them to hold a package. Which is what I figured. So I called my local UPS store to ask them. Well guess what they told me a seller can’t control the package because it is already sent. So I call UPS again for the third time after my package still hadn’t arrived the next day. All this has happened in just over 24 hours and two different delivery days where nothing came but was schedule to come.
Two days I cleared my schedule to be home for my package for hours. So now I’m waiting an additional four more days UPS assured me it was on its way to me. It wasn’t! The funny part was when it came to be delivery day three the package said delivered. But I was home all day I looked again thinking I missed it nope not there. So I call UPS customer service again and I got the same girl I spoke with the previous time that lied to me.
Now I have to tell you I know we are all working from home I understand but I’m calling a business customer service I shouldn’t be hearing music/ TV or kids screaming, two times I got just noise no hello thank you for calling UPS anything nope just nothing. I said hello and someone answered hello. How unprofessional and cheap do you have to be to run your customer service through employees that just don’t care and that’s the title of their job! I mean come on UPS! Customer service customer care? Does that ring a bell UPS? Nope! This company is in it to make the most they can off everyone they can!
The whole business is a scam. If you don’t believe me search the internet. Put in UPS fraud scam problems anything like that. I wish I had before. I’m 40 years old and always thought UPS was a good company but after my nightmare plus everything I’ve read online they are only a company to scam Americans out of money both the seller and purchaser. Their insurance is a huge scam too! Well to sum up the end of my story. I let the customer service person have it and I probably shouldn’t have but she did lie. It was her just reading from a screen.
The real person to blame would be UPS corporate and CEO David B! So my story escalades into what this customer service tells me next. My package was fraudulent! They sent it to Kansas! I live in Florida! Now I lost it. She tells me I have to call the UPS fraud department gives me their number I call and it’s a answering service. So I left a message. About an hour later I miss a call but my phone never rang. They left a message. It’s Todd with UPS fraud department. He tells me I have no rights to “my” package and he can’t say another word to me he can only talk to the seller who shipped the package! Okay wait so UPS is telling me I paid for a product the seller shipped it held it and now UPS is holding it because of fraud and I don’t get an explanation or a sorry once or maybe can we try to figure this out?
So now UPS has wasted my time, the seller, multiple customer service personnel for days and they benefit from it all because they get paid to scam people like this so you either have to pay to get your package again or just don’t get it. Either way UPS wins! The way that UPS handled my case was unbelievable! I left out a bunch of the story for reading sake also. So I contact my seller again to ask them to speak to UPS. They haven’t responded and honestly from what I read online and all of the UPS representatives I’ve had the displeasure of talking with I’m not going to ever see my package or my money I spent on it it’s all gone thanks to the biggest scam running UPS!
This is a common case with UPS and there are many more out there just like it. UPS is running a scam and needs to be shut down! The US Government needs to step in! I’m doing my part by letting consumers and the government and anyone that will listen know about my horrific experience with UPS! Please help shut down a company that is out to destroy people not help make this world a better place! UPS you asked what can brown do for me? Well I’ll answer with UPS brown can do absolutely nothing for me because your company is crap! What a fitting color for such a crappy company.
I can’t wait for the day UPS is shut down and no more! The CEO and all others having part in this crime against humanity need to be punished for their crimes. I mean a company that’s worldwide makes billions of dollars a year and can’t stand behind their service and denies any small claims made through a US Court even! I mean where is your pride for your country your company and yourself CEO of UPS David B.?

My experiences with UPS were positive until the first time they lost a package. Then, I discovered their entire customer service is designed to make it as difficult as possible to either find a package or get your money back. They refused to communicate with me because I was the package receiver, and they only communicate with the shipper. They claimed they would file a search for the package, but I never heard back from them. They required so much proof for a refund that it was easier to forget about it. The staff member was present as I spoke with my husband about the specific items I was sending. Someone at UPS removed the majority of the contents while in transit. My son received one pair of socks despite my having sent 14 items.
UPS is refusing to assist and make us whole. We have contacted the store, UPS and both claim they bear no responsibility and point back to the other.
