I don't understand how you claim to have damaged a box of shirts. If you ask me I believe they were stolen by one of the many crooks under your employment. I'll be sure never to use your services again.

United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery people continually post that my business is not open when I am sitting in the window waiting for them. They post a time of attempted delivery when they were not even there. At the time the driver said the business was closed, the open sign was lit, the door was open, and I was in the window. I checked with the company I ordered from, they had the address correct but the UPS delivery person is either lying or completely incompetent. I will never use this company and find it hard to believe they are still in business. Their inability to make a simple delivery and then said the business was closed has happened to me multiply times!!! If you need something delivered in a timely manner never use United Parcel Service!!!!

Hello, I wanted to point out to you that UPS website France and its services are purely and simply a scam. They offer a delivery service for the next day before 12 noon, which is transformed the day after the purchase, into a delivery of 48 to 72 hours later. Not only, I wish UPS to reimburse us for this service, which isn’t one at all, but I also intend to report on their deceptive methods and proposals.
Their customer service by phone is even briefed to answer that everything is in order the same day. Then, the next day, the same customer service informs you that you should expect your parcel to arrive in 2 to 3 days. This is unacceptable. Furthermore, to raise a claim for this you need to sign up on their website, and then put down some payment method... and so, on... I have not been able to continue to actually go through that claim. For everyone who needs to rely on a delivery service, DO NOT CHOOSE UPS!!

Very dissatisfied and upset with UPS with the way very expensive and fragile package was handled when being shipped by UPS, my gaming computer that was less than a week old was being returned to me by the builder after some upgrades and it came completely bent, broken parts and totally inoperable. What frustrates me the most is that it had a total of 6 fragile stickers on the box and you can clearly see the product image on the box that is indeed a gaming pc. Having the receipt I made sure they knew it was a very expensive computer and the value was $7500 when it was being shipped. Fast forward to me receiving it back and it came totally inoperable. I had provided to me by the company that built it with a picture of it and it was in perfect shape right before it was shipped back to me. Took plenty of photos and a video of the damage once I received it back.
UPS picked it back up after I submitted a claim and come to find out a few days ago that they are denying it due to improper packaging which is amazing to me. It was packaged the exact same from the manufacturer and the company that built it made sure it was secure with plenty of foam and package Styrofoam because they ship PCs all over the country. You can tell the package had been dropped and mishandled by the corner of the box being torn and the foam damaged causing damage to my GPU, PSU, bent case and frame, broke fans, cooling fans and a damaged motherboard. I contacted the company to let them know what happened to the PC during shipping they said I was their 3rd claim in 3 days that the customers' computer came destroyed by UPS. This is not on the Company to eat the cost of the computer because they built the product, provided documentation, packaged professionally my computer and it was damaged and destroyed in the hands of UPS.
I always preached very highly of UPS 'cause I always had good luck with them in the past with being a business owner and shipping and receiving packages by them weekly. This whole situation and how this whole claim was handled has left me very frustrated and I will not be using UPS anymore because of this and telling everyone that ships anything of value to be cautious. I am now out not only $7500 but also a computer and now have to wait to have another one built due to UPS destroying my fragile package during shipping. Always be cautious when having a expensive item you bought online being shipped by UPS because if it comes damaged it's on you not them apparently.

I have been trying to receive a package for a week now. It requires a signature. The first time UPS tried to leave, no one was home. They left a slip to sign so it could be left at their next delivery attempt. I signed, and they still did not leave the package at the second attempt. After the first failed delivery, I had also went onto My Choice and said to deliver with a neighbor across the street (this option was offered on their website). At the second delivery attempt, not only did they not leave my package, but they didn't attempt to deliver to the neighbor either.
When I try to call in to speak to someone, it's an automated system that hardly accepts the number choices I push, it's like pulling teeth trying to get to a live person, and when I do get to a live person, none of them are American and are hard to understand. They keep repeating the same things and not answering my questions. Most people are not home during the day because they work, and can't sit at home for hours waiting to sign for a package. The only option they left me after 2 failed delivery attempts was to pick up my package at a local service center, which is out of my way. And not only do I have to use my expensive gas to drive there, but I have to pay a fee just to pick up! Completely ridiculous.

I have experienced the worst courier service with UPS. I paid $50 for their express service on top of $30 custom fee. They mentioned product will be delivered in one business day. However it has been 4 days now, product hasn't been delivered. Every day they provide me with a new ETA, mentioning it will be delivered next day. I called their customer service. Their lack of professionalism and incompetency surprised me. They had no clue what is going on. I saw on UPS tracking app my product is one of the nearest Warehouse from my home. I asked them if I can go pick it up if they can't deliver. They replied it need to be approved and I have to wait then few more days. I then ask for supervisor. They transferred me to another agent. Then she started telling me that she doesn’t know how long it will take for me to receive my product.
I again ask for supervisor. She told me that their supervisor is busy and will call me back when she is available within an hour. I have not received a call back. I haven’t had this experience with any courier service. I paid the highest amount for this service and can't get a straight answer. It seems like all agents are just dodging my question. I would not use their service again if they don't resolve this issue. Amount of disrespect I have endured from using their service is unacceptable. All they tell you for their mistake is “sorry” and “not sure.”. I would not use their service again and not recommend them to anyone in future.

My first experience was a come on to get my business as I do a lot of shipping and receiving of goods to produce custom products. Their Sales team gave me a 20% offer on my first overnight shipment but when I tried to use it for $2500 worth of bedding from Chicago to Palm Springs, they had no recollection of any such promotion. I stop my shipping through them and will only use FED EX to outbound ship. Loads of small problems from other vendors shipments through UPS but today took the cake! I had a 2nd day air UPS said would be delivered on Friday but when I looked at it late afternoon Friday was too late to contact anyone but no package showed up and it was saying it had been rescheduled for Monday. I confirmed that it was "Out for delivery" today (Monday) at 9:00 am. By 11:00 am I checked it again and it said a delivery was attempted but unable to deliver.
I called my son that lives out in the front of the house and he said "Yeah, it was weird, they pulled up, sat across the street and never even tried to get out or go to the back of the truck, they just drove off!" I didn't request to spend extra money because I was just anxious, it was a couple boxes of nailheads (500 to be exact) needed to finish a $14,000 job by Tuesday! I spent all day on the phone trying to get someone to call the driver to come back and although the note on the tracking said they had a request by receiver to redeliver, no re-delivery was made.... I plan to ask every merchant I deal with to let me use my FED EX account for ALL my shipping from now on. It may not be thousands of dollars but it will be hundreds gone from their bottom line and I will not have to put up with UPS's ** if at all possible from now on! Natalie Vasquez Interiors, LLC

I never have a problem with the packages that are delivered. My problem is the times and routes. It's a five minute drive from my house to the UPS shipping facility, but I'm always one of the last on these routes. Getting my packages as late as I do is unfair to my customers and to me. That's because they have to wait a day past promised shipping, and my guarantee is that if I can't make promised shipping times, I refund the shipping cost. That cuts into my profits. Being a business, this is something you should understand, but it seems you don't.

To all, never send anything you need urgent to arrive with UPS. With this shortage of baby formula my daughter ask me to find some formula here in Miami for my grandson who is 6 month old, cause in Washington DC she could not find the special formula he required. (You do not want a baby to go hungry in the USA) So I found 16 bottles here in Miami and ship it through UPS. Guess what, they found my package opened and all the formula gone. And now they are telling me they are not responsible. Give me a break. They really don't care for us customers. I see a lot of big companies going under. Maybe in the short future UPS will file for bankruptcy. They deserve it.

I had a package scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, on Tuesday I contacted ups to change the delivery day to Saturday since I was out of town, I was charged $9.99 for the change & within minutes I received a confirmation to expect the delivery on Saturday between 2-6pm. Saturday comes and goes and no package on the horizon.
This is my situation now:
Monday it’s the 4th of July, A customer that expected a home theater installed for the holiday gathering won’t get their system in time & I lose income. UPS automatically will attempt to deliver my package on Tuesday but I’m not going to be home because I’m leaving town early Tuesday for business. I’m living in a bad neighborhood, a package won’t last 2 seconds In front of my door, it would get stolen. To hold the package UPS want to charge me again as if paying for the package & then paying again for the delivery date change is not enough they want to charge me third time. Every rep we spoke to was almost impossible to understand cause English was not their first language (spoke to 5 reps). Here in the US we used to take lots of pride of our postal carriers, services & options, not anymore! It might be time to go back to pigeons for our mail needs.

After the delivery date was changed three times, the package is still in transit and is now supposed to be delivered on June 29 (today is the 28th). UPS is also sending it to the post office, instead of my home, and I’ll probably have to pick it up from the post office, which is very inconvenient since I am disabled. I didn’t want to pick it up from the post office, I wanted it delivered to my home. I needed this medical supplies yesterday, not tomorrow. When I placed an order for catheters that I really needed, I was told the catheters would be here on Tuesday. A day or two later I checked UPS's website and they said Wednesday between 11:15 and 3:15. I was like, okay I can do this. Now for clarification, I live in a secure building, so for a delivery driver to get a package to me, someone has to be here to let them into the building. So I stayed in my apartment all four hours, waiting for the package. The package never showed. After the time was up, I checked the UPS website, and found out the package delivery window had moved to the next day, Thursday, between 11:15 and 3:15. Now I needed to be gone this day- technically I needed to gone on Wednesday but I thought I'd just leave after the package arrived. So I went to my neighbor to see if she would let them in. She was busy, so she couldn't.
I waited until 2 PM, when they moved the window for the package arrival time AGAIN to 3:15-5:15. I went to my neighbor again and she said she could receive the package. Me being a smart man, I went on UPS's website and set it up so the driver would know to deliver the package to my neighbor. The driver ignored the change to the website, somehow managed to get inside the building, and DID NOT leave the package even though it would have been safe there, leaving a note that he'd be back the next day. I was furious. Meanwhile, all this time I've been trying to use other catheters that didn't work as well and caused severe pain in my crotch and bleeding, which was not fun. Then on Friday, I left a note on both entrances to the building to deliver the package to my neighbor, because I was planning on being gone at the delivery window time. The note was a full sheet of paper in a fairly large font- not a note you can miss.
For better or for worse my plans got canceled, so I was home. I left the note up because I wanted the driver to see the note, which was nice but also clearly frustrated by how things are going. The driver IGNORED the note, and rang my doorbell very briefly, like he was expecting that I wasn't home. Because I was home, I let the driver into the building. When the driver arrived at my door with the package, I confronted him about why he didn't deliver the package to my neighbor. He CLAIMED that he didn't see the note (basically impossible) and also noted he wasn't the driver that came yesterday (if he didn't see the note, why on earth did he say this? Only from reading the note would someone know that I was upset at the driver that came yesterday). After receiving the package, he went down the hallway, presumably to deliver another package, and I went downstairs to see if my notes were still on the doors. They were.
I confronted the driver again as he was leaving. He OF COURSE saw the note as he was leaving (like that was the first time he saw it, which is complete crap) and I told him that he should obey the note and of course he said he'd do it in the future, which is completely useless for how all this went down this week. I have NOTHING good to say about UPS after this- this experience was so bad I'm changing medical supply companies, so I don't ever have to deal with UPS again. Maybe they are fine if you don't have to be there when the package arrives, but if you do, I recommend avoiding them like the plague.

My husband bought an E-bike that was shipped to us b UPS. The box was VERY damaged. Our roommate signed for the box only AFTER, the driver assured him he'd documented the damage and that the shipping charges (150) would be waived due to the damage but to call the number in case anything else was wrong. The bike was damaged and cost 200 to fix. My husband figured, what's 50 bucks, and didn't end up calling or starting a claim since the driver said they'd waive the charges. Then we received an invoice in the mail for an outstanding payment. We called in but for whatever reason, they couldn't find the invoice number and told us the letter must have been an error and not to worry about it.
A couple of weeks later we got another invoice, this time with interest charges as the payment was now late. We called in, and waited 1 hour to finally get through to someone only to be disconnected within seconds. We tried again and were told we needed to submit a claim and that they would email us the link, but they never sent it. We went online to see if we could file the claim there. We got two steps in before the website said there was an error. We called in again, no one knew what to do so we demanded to speak to a supervisor. They said a supervisor would be with us right away. I will not use this company for any shipping. If a package is abandoned they are horrible to deal with. I talked to numerous agents to try and get the package moving again after I had received a bill for import charges 1 month after the package was abandoned. The first agent told me that It was possible to get the package moving again I just had to get the shipper to phone. After I got the shipper to phone UPS said the package was on the move. However every time I tried to inquire about the package they said it was abandoned again. Everytime it was someone new saying that their records showed that no one had phoned about the package. I was never put through to a supervisor when asked. I never got a call back when I asked for one.
They really don’t care about a problem in their system and I am out $150.00 for a package I never received. UPS tells me to take it up with the shipper and I could get a refund through them. This is at no fault of the shipper or receiver. UPS could not be bothered to get ahold of the shipper or receiver when the package was classified as abandoned. Not even a return to sender I was informed that the package was going to be destroyed, so why would I go after the shipper and make them take the loss. I highly recommend using a different shipping service for your needs.

My address I ordered with was on package, but UPS must have pulled this 10 year old address as they put a sticker on box with old address. I tried to contact ups to make sure never happens again and phone system just runs you around in a circle and them hangs up on you, never getting a human to talk to. So when you don't get a package from ups you might want to drive to all the old address you have lived and maybe you will find it. never have been impressed with their service, too bad there is not a way not to opt out when you order stuff.

I've scheduled a UPS pickup twice, and both experiences included major problems. I work in a school and have time-sensitive test materials that need to be picked up. The first time, I included my room number in three separate places on the pickup request. It was in the address, in the suite/room # box, and in the Special Instructions. The UPS driver just went to the first floor office to look for a pickup and left without my packages; he didn't come to the room that I specifically included on the request. I had to call UPS and go through a long process to get the driver to come back.
More recently, I scheduled a pickup between 1-4pm. The driver showed up at 11am. The shipment was not ready because students were still testing; I had purposely scheduled the pickup from 1-4pm because that was when it would be ready. The driver left and marked the pickup as 'Successfully Completed.' Again, I had to call UPS and ask for someone to return during the scheduled pickup window. I'm still waiting for that pickup to be made, and it will not be within the requested window. I don't understand why such a large, well-established company cannot manage to follow basic pickup instructions like the time window and room number, but it's very frustrating and disruptive. They need to get it together.

More than 15 packages shipped with a higher fee for "Signature Required" for delivery, were intentionally mishandled by UPS. The UPS driver has never rung my doorbell to get a signature. On multiple occasions a delivery notice was left on my door with "Sorry we missed you". This is done to allow UPS to hold my package at a UPS facility and require me to go there to pick it up. On some occasions the package was simply left on the porch. Several times I saw the UPS truck outside and went to the door. On these occasions the driver either stated that I did not need to sign for the package, or he had already entered my name into his UPS pad (thereby signing for me so he could drop it on the porch).
A customer service representative told me in order to get the packages delivered, I should go online, create a UPS account and sign a waiver to allow the packages to be delivered without a signature. Obviously, it is the UPS unwritten policy to charge a fee for a service they have no intention of providing. Would you call this fraud?

There was no severe weather, in fact, it was a beautiful day.
I've noticed the pattern is day is getting close to 5:00 PM. It is my belief that the driver sees that it is getting close to the end of the day, so he/she logs an excuse and takes it back to UPS so that he/she can clock out and go home. They had nothing to bark about on Feb 12, 2022. I checked the status of a delivery & it was posted that an attempt was made at 2:31 PM, I was literally sitting 3 steps away from my front door at that time, NO ONE knocked on my door.
I looked further into the matter by calling UPS: the recording said deliver that delivery date is changed to Monday (NOT COOL BECAUSE THEY LIED.) & a notice was left at my door with contact information to reschedule a specific date if I so choose. There was no notice left; there is even a clip at my door to leave any paper notice so that it doesn't blow away. When I got a representative on the phone I told her all of this, she repeated the ** the driver reported. She put me on hold & supposedly made contact with someone to report this but I've no way of knowing if she too lied.
BTW, I didn't leave my home until 4 o'clock, and I sat in the parking lot at 4 o'clock on the phone in my car before I left actually left the property. I called the company of the product I ordered and told them this is not the 1st time that UPS has lied attempted deliveries from them. The Rep (I believe him) put me on hold to call UPS. He Said he explained all of my details to UPS and that the supervisor said they would try to get the driver to come back this evening back but there was no guarantee. Circle back around & bring me my package (& no you do not get to earn overtime because you lied.)
People who lie about their doing their job are on the same disgusting level as thieves. Amazon 9 out of 10 times gives at least 1-2 knocks before walking away. IF a person has to be present for UPS to leave a package Do not give one knock & walk away (which was not done in this case). Where to start...a few days before Easter I wanted to send my grandson a basket. The man at the counter asked would I like it there before Easter? I said of course. I tried calling UPS on hold and ** around for 45 minutes so I went down to the ups store I had sent the package from...I asked why it hadn't made it there yet and I was told because I didn't give the right address....After arguing with him he said that wasn't the problem. I didn't have an apartment number on there...I explained it is a tri-plex and there are no numbers....Plus I had told the man at the counter that he is to leave it at the front door....Well they wouldn't leave it at the front door....
Finally after an hour and a half at the store with the manager telling me she couldn't help me the driver said fine I will leave it at the front door but if my son doesn't get it that he was not responsible for the missing package....so I paid to have the package there before Easter (30 dollars) and my grandson got it 4 days after Easter....Then the other day I was trying to track a package on the UPS website I couldn't log in....it kept telling me invalid email address...I have had the same email for 15 years. I can assure you I do know my email address....So I decided to contact customer service and you get that automated help and that you can't even explain what is happening because the automated tells you to only use very few letters because it doesn't understand after so many letters....So I went back and tried to use the tracker to track this package and I kept getting the message that I had the wrong tracking number....
I checked the tracking number 10-15 times and got the same results....I'm not an idiot. I can read....So once again back to automated to get the same message there so I marked the box to talk to someone on the phone automated kept asking "Why can't I help you? Why do you need customer support?" I told them I need to speak to someone on the phone to figure my problem out....So the automated sent me a text saying someone will call me in 3 minutes....Well that was 10 hours ago and have not heard anything....So moral to the story screw UPS, their expensive shipping and their customer service. UPS is by far the worst courier service I have ever in my life worked with!! I was supposed to receive two packages from a shipper who I have done business with for over 10 years! I never ever had a problem with FedEx or any other courier, other than UPS by the way. The two items I purchased from the reputable shipper were now sold out online and in store and the retail value of these were now $1200!!! The packages were scheduled to be delivered on a Monday. I waited all day and finally around 5:30-6 pm I went into my UPS app to check where they were since they were on the truck in route since 8 that morning. Come to find out UPS noted on the app, again I wouldn’t have known this if I didn’t go in and check (no notifications from UPS and my notifications are enabled in the app btw) that the address was missing an apartment number.
But here’s the thing, I verified with the shipper that they had my correct address and they did. They had my address including apartment number. So I went in to UPS and updated my address and highlighted the apartment number that they said was missing on their side. The system accepted it and said they received it and when I spoke to UPS they said it was entered in CORRECTLY. The following day I was watching the tracking through the app, I kept coming back and refreshing because I was excited to get these two packages. By the time it hit 5:30-6 pm the following day, I refreshed the app and it said that “customer refused packages” which is NOT true! I never spoke to the driver, no one ever rang my door bell, and I never saw the UPS truck. NOT ONCE!!!! I was patiently waiting and checking on the hour every hour!!!!
So then… furious at this point I call UPS and that is when the nightmare began. I spoke to at least 7 reps from UPS over the week and I was given excuse after excuse and empty promises. No one could tell me where my package were at because that night I wanted to go to the facility that the driver apparently returned the packages too, and pick them up. They couldn’t find them! So then I saw through the app that they were shipped out of the local warehouse at 3 am. I called furious again, and at this point they had told me a manager would call me back - never did, called again I was promised a manager would follow up in 20 mins, never did. And it was like this the entire time.
I finally got in touch with a manager who wrote up a case number… which is another joke in itself. The manager stated that I could call UPS on Monday when it’s back to it’s finally destination and they could re-route the package. I called on Friday since I saw it scanned through at a warehouse and asked to speak to a manager. Again it took 20 mins talking to a representative and I kept referring to my case number and told her I need to speak to someone higher up. After that argument for 20 mins finally I got to a manager. I asked the manager to read what the notes in my case had said and it was NOTHING we discussed with the previous manager who created the case. Nowhere In the notes did it say that I needed to call back in once it goes through a scan to have them flag the packages and re-route them to me. NOWHERE. Again - another lie!!!!
So the other manager said that they were going to call the shipper come to find out they needed me on the phone so I called the shipper where I made the purchases with. UPS asked them if they could re-route the packages and per policy the shipper cannot do it once it’s returned. The UPS manager who I spoke to stumbled across her words because at that point she knew they messed up big time, and ended up transferring the call to a survey and basically hung up on me!!!! During the conversation she transferred me over to a survey in mid conversation!! The customer service at UPS is literally the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! How UPS is still in business is beyond me!!! I am warning you now, DO NOT USE THEM.
I’m now out the two packages and I have to pay thousands of dollars to repurchase these that are now sold out through the shipper!!! UPS didn’t do a damn thing about it, took no responsibility other than “something happened to our system and maybe the driver doesn’t know the area” are you KIDDING?!!! ZERO stars in fact negative stars. They can’t read at UPS apparently and management doesn’t give a damn. Clearly.

All but 1 of today's deliveries have been delayed at least 1 day. I actually did get a delivery 2 days ago for 1 package, meanwhile the other 2 packages that were being tracked as being on the same vehicle were not delivered.
I would have been okay with them being more transparent about the issue. But just trying to blame bad weather, when we've had beautiful weather in this area, and all of my packages are tracking in this area, and your drivers are literally driving past my house, doesn't cut it.
If your company isn't competent enough to deliver my packages, own up to it and call or email me letting me know and offer me alternative solutions to get my packages. While I'd rather not have to drive myself over to a UPS shipping center or store to pick up my packages, I would much rather do that than not get them at all. Don't tell me you're going to deliver if you can't. There is no excuse for a company like UPS not to have better tracking technology and procedures in place that would allow any packages to be stuck in a perpetual "sorry we can't deliver today, we'll deliver it tomorrow instead" loop.

However, when one package was shown to be delivered to my house and was not, the website gave me nothing but more websites and more forms...I was never able to actually (a) initiate additional info on where the package might have been delivered or (b) file a claim for a lost package. Wasted more than an hour of my life that I will never get back. Satisfaction rating: 0, Frustration rating: Infinite. Disclaimer: I have a very old computer, but never received an indication that the page(s) I was directed to never actually loaded; no error messages ever. A call to my local UPS office (try finding *that* number in your local area phone book!!); I had to flag down a UPS driver and get the number from him. When I placed the call, it was suggested, "Just wait awhile. It will show up." Thank you so much!

I have to say that UPS is the worst courier service you could ever use. Their drivers in Canada have no ability to use their own brain. They have to be told everything, they’re never on time, their deliveries are always late and they take the longest time to get the deliveries from one place to the other. For example I had an item shipped on December 23, 2021 and it did not arrive from Toronto Ontario to Edmonton Alberta until December 30, 2021 and I have still not received it because the driver said he could not find the address yet they delivered to this apartment building on a daily basis.

Shocking. The worst courier it's been my misfortune to deal with. A parcel on 22 December was set for delivery. I waited home. It was undelivered. It was redirected to a collect centre on 23 December. The driver delivered then, inexplicably, returned to collect it. I then drove an hour, oblivious to this. No parcel - it had been taken away by the UPS guy. I requested a delivery to my home (again) on 24 December. No delivery. Then holidays holidays holidays. 29th December. No delivery. 30th December. No delivery.

I called UPS and the lady was completely useless just saying, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with the driver," meanwhile I was asking her where my package would go for me to pick it up but obviously that was too difficult of a question for her to answer. It didn't leave my California for THREE DAYS. They do not offer a customer service number where you can get U.S. based reps and as many people I've spoken to no one helps resolve any issues. Wish there was a way to write a review with less than zero stars. Been mailing and shipping packages for years and never had a package go missing. I was hesitant to ship a ring valued at $8500 but had no choice… yes I was stupid. Of course within 24 hours it went missing. No customer service, cannot talk to anyone that can actually do anything. Get the run-around and multiple stories. Investigation filed and just have to wait the number of days (which also differs depending on who you talk to)… No updates and no one to talk to that’s actually “investigating”.
Then, if package is not found, UPS will determine if they will pay the amount the package was insured for…even though there is a certified appraisal. What on earth did I pay $175 for? They’re in the jewelry appraisal business now? Never again will I use UPS…and I suggest no one ship anything with them that you value… they do not care. It’s just another package to them. My experience with this company is very bad. I recently ordered dental probiotics from Pro-B Fresh. This company uses UPS Mail Innovations for shipment. That's actually worse than regular UPS because of the handoff from UPS to USPS which increases the likelihood of something getting badly botched. Sure enough UPS badly botched the handoff. The handoff was supposed to be in San Angelo. The tracking shows an attempted handoff in Abilene which is 90 miles away from the correct handoff location. For a whole week the tracking has shown no further movement. It's extremely likely that UPS lost the parcel en route.
I recently learned that UPS does not actually scan the parcels at the handoff site. Instead they use computerized records of what whole pallets supposedly contain to generate mass phantom scans. Of course any errors in what parcels are on a given pallet means that you will have false records of where a given parcel is at. We don't really know if the parcel is in Abilene or somewhere else because it wasn't properly scanned in the first place.
UPS uses a supposed customer service number (800-742-5877) to handle consumer complaints about botched shipments or missed deliveries. In most cases you will never get to talk to a human when calling this number. You will spend a lot of time talking to answering machines and computers instead. After enormous frustration and repeated calls that failed to produce a human I once got thru to a customer service representative but to no avail. The woman I spoke to said the matter would be investigated and put me on hold to talk to someone else in customer service. The second woman flat out refused to have the matter investigated to find out why the shipping was botched. She peddled the lie the parcel was en route and I would soon get it. She was not remotely interested in why the tracking showed no further movement of the parcel after its alleged arrival in Abilene.
I also tried to get the problem reported online. I soon learned that they have their online system rigged so you cannot report problems with UPS Mail Innovations shipments. The system can tell by looking at the tracking number if you have that type of shipment and won't let you file anything no matter what the circumstances. I now believe that I am extremely unlikely to ever see the merchandise I ordered and paid for.

I initially talked to UPS about how I could send my packages to an address but that no one would be at that address on the estimated delivery date, so they recommended shipping then said 'after shipping call us back and request hold for pickup'. So I followed their instructions to initially submit the order for the scheduled delivery.
Then on the day of the pickup, I noticed I never received an email regarding my shipment order. So I went to the website and found it incredibly difficult to even find my shipment details. After ten minutes of trying multiple links, I found that if you click on your profile icon, then click preferences, then on the preferences page click 'UPS my choice packages', you'll get to another page which shows the shipments, though that page is really confusing too as you will see. The packages are listed there but there is no information whatsoever about the order other than the start and end addresses. So I decided to call them to double check.
This time when I called it was incredibly difficult to get to an agent via the phone interface. The automated agent literally refuses to send you to an agent until you keep requesting and trying in different ways to get to an agent. Finally, I found the magic combination was to say 'package', then 'schedule a delivery', then 'customer service', then 'sender'.
Once I reached an agent it was obviously an offshore call center and the agent had very little knowledge or ability to answer nonstandard questions. After rephrasing my question several times, the agent finally told me that my packages weren't scheduled for delivery despite my credit card having been charged $350 for the shipment. So he modified the order to add scheduled delivery and then informed me that it would be an additional $7.99 charge. During the interaction I noticed that the apartment number had been lost from the destination address (despite the fact that it's there in another view on their website). So he added the apartment for me.
Later the packages were picked up, then I called back to ask for 'hold for pickup' as they had instructed. Again an offshore call center answered and the agent had great trouble understanding what I was asking for. Finally, she understood and then told me that she couldn't change the package to 'hold for pickup' because the order had already been modified once and can't be modified twice!!!
Then I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, and she put me on hold for 30 minutes, so I hung up and called back again, reached another agent who was able to set up 'hold for pickup' but again said she would charge me $7.99. Then she took my credit card number and put me on hold. Then another totally different person picked up and asked how they could help me. I told her I had just given my credit card number to a different agent who put me on hold, but she said she didn't know anything about that and couldn't transfer me back. What a nightmare.
This is only a fraction of the interactions. Unbelievably bad experience. I will never use UPS to ship a package again. If you just want to get a sense for HOW BAD their customer service is, call their number and try to reach a human agent. The phone interface feels like it was deliberately designed to mock the customer.

I proved UPS wrong, then they came back with a new excuse about Customs clearance. I then proved their Customs clearance excuse wrong using some of the tracking details, so UPS came back saying they still cannot process the refund for 'other reasons outside of their control'. So, after providing 2 excuses and having them both proved wrong, UPS then went vague and withdrew all transparency just to avoid processing a refund. With this experience it is easy to see why UPS has so many negative reviews all over the internet. Key point: UPS offers an unreliable service and will then lie their way out of any responsibility. You're better off walking to the destination and delivering your parcels yourself.

Last I looked they had an average of one star from close to 20,000 people on Trustpilot, which UPS obviously doesn't give a hoot about. I was going to skip writing mine, until today when the straw broke the camel's back. First the driver was leaving my packages in an unsecure unprotected area because he was too lazy to climb a few stairs. After two complaints, he decided to revenge on me by claiming I was unavailable and re-routing the package to a relatively close pickup location. Two more complaints (as he kept doing it) and yesterday he again falsely claimed we were not available and re-routed to a pickup location miles and miles away! Their automated system is dumber than a rock and the phone one gives you the runaround when you try to reach a live person, then hangs up on you. Maybe it's all robots there with no live people at all?

Had medical test that was to be picked up today. Called at 10 a.m. to arrange for pick-up and was told this would happen today. Came home at 5 to find package still on front porch. Called same number and first representative said they could not come anymore today. Asked to speak with manager and she was rude and made me feel like I was in the wrong for not asking for a confirmation number. She also said there would be no one to come make pick up today. She offered a pick up for tomorrow but I was not about to have that happen again and stressed to her that it needed to go out TODAY - was a $600+ medical test that my insurance company would not pay for again.
She continued to have a very unhelpful attitude but I told her this was not acceptable and she placed me on hold to see about finding a driver. We finally decided to RACE to a UPS Center and got there a few minutes before it was going to close. What a great way to end the day. Lesson learned: DO NOT USE UPS FOR PICK-UP if you have a medical test to send off - take directly to a center or UPS store. UPS carrier (I think his name is Brian/Byan) refuses to comply with the UPS customer service agreement. The carrier refuses to deliver packages to your accessible front door and defaults to a 3rd party fee based locker service for your packages! These lockers are an OPTION for residents, and is not mandated by the carrier. I have been battling this since move into this place. I have an account profile with UPS and the customer service person who help me, assured me that my packages can/will be delivered to my door.
The UPS customer service person also took the time to add an internal note on my account stating 'door delivery', and the carrier still dumps my packages in a common area where anyone on the property with access can get to them. I am not signed up with this 3rd party fee based locker service and I will not sign up for this service. It is an option to the resident and not mandatory default option for the carrier. If you have physical limits, this is not an option, it is a burden! Your packages are either held hostage or left unsecure. This driver is not above returning your packages to the sender if his only other option is to deliver to door. UPS offers delivery to accessible front door, and his behavior is not okay.

Amazon fulfillment or the book provider, not sure which, used UPS for a book delivery, and UPS stinks. Despite written instructions on the label, as part of the address, and despite signs on the front door (where he delivered it), saying to NOT deliver to the front door; to deliver to the garage door, the driver just ignored me when I went racing out the door to tell him (normal voice, twice) to please deliver it to the garage door, as the instructions say, and kept walking back to the truck. I do NOT want stuff delivered to the front door, and have permanent signs on it to that effect, because the apartment dwellers across the street race out and snatch packages off my front porch, if left for more than 10 minutes.
It was only when I called after him that, "Fine, I'll just file a complaint," that he turned around and said to stop yelling at him -- that he was "not an animal." Oh, please. As if anyone said he was -- talk about an over-reacting, lame "defense" of not doing his job properly, and then trying to ignore me when I caught him shirking his responsibility. If he hadn't kept ignoring my normal-voiced request, I wouldn't have had to raise my voice to get his attention. Duh. Still wouldn't acknowledge that he was too lazy to deliver it to the garage, an extra 10 feet down the tarmac -- either that, or he can't read. DO NOT order products from Amazon if the vendor is still using crappy UPS to deliver it. Amazon's own truck drivers deliver to the garage -- not UPS.

I recently moved to a new condominium - the condo is new (part of the building is still being finished). I needed a broom for my new apartment and ordered one online. I ordered several items actually. They were all set to arrive 4 days prior to today. The other items arrived when they were supposed to. The broom has not. The only difference between the other items and my broom is that UPS is responsible for its delivery. My condo, like many, has a package drop-off. It is an automated locker system where delivery companies leave packages. The automation notifies the tenants of the delivery. Then we punch in a code and receive our packages. FedEx, Amazon, AND USPS have all seemed to have discovered the hidden location of my package center. "Hidden" meaning directly next to the leasing office, which is on the corner of the street.
The package center has a sign on the wall next to it that says, "PACKAGE/DELIVERY DROP OFF". That sign is illuminated and visible from the street. As I stated, everyone else has seemed to have found it. I can not tell you any more information as I have no way of communicating with the driver. I only know what he/she is reporting: "delivery attempted - unable to deliver". I have received that message each night of the last 4 attempts. Each time I receive the message I call UPS, speak to someone and ask them to inform the driver that there is a package drop-off location that is currently functioning and available. Each consecutive day I am given the same message. Also, each time I call, I am connected with a person who repeats to me exactly what the automated message already says.
The person on the phone assures me that the driver will be notified and that I will be given a call that night or the following day before delivery. I have never been contacted. The driver, I am being favorable here, doesn't seem to get the message. The night of writing this review, I was for some strange reason unable to track the package and get an ETA of delivery like I have before. This is curious.
As a former employee of UPS I know that package tracking is something taken quite seriously (to control theft and loss of packages). So I was intrigued and decided to wait for the driver to arrive. Usually commercial stops are performed first of the day and residential is at the end. So I waited until around 5pm (the time the package was recorded as 'attempted' in the past). No driver. No attempt. No email. I am more intrigued. Now I am curious as to where the driver even is. I wait the rest of the day in a common area that has windows to the street, and I watch.
A UPS truck shows up around 9-ish (pm obviously). I am actually kind of happy I finally get to pick up the package and speak with the driver about the difficulties with the delivery. He/she pulls into the parking garage - on the other side of the building (opposite side of the package delivery room). He/She gets out and walks over to a door that would lead you into the common area of the apartment and attempts to open a door that is ALWAYS locked (it is a security door with a card swipe access). The driver turns on heels and gets back in the truck. I hurry down the hallway hoping to catch the driver, but by the time I get to the same door, he/she drives off. I walk back to my apartment, now quite upset.
Before I can get into my unit I receive another message: "Delivery attempt - Unable to deliver". I write this letter, absent of profanity, as calmly as I am able, hoping that someone reads this favorably. Whether they be someone in UPS that can solve the problem, or someone researching UPS to understand how badly this company can/does function at this time. Regardless, this is the only avenue I have left to report a completely delinquent service provider. I have attempted avenues within the company and that proved less than pointless. Now I will put this review on any site that will allow it. At least this, I am told, is supposed to be therapeutic. I am actually feeling like I am calling for help in a cave.

Think they wanted to soothe me by telling me that there are lots of other packages in Cologne that aren't going anywhere. This is no way to run a business. Incredibly unprofessional.

I took a box in to be wrapped and shipped on a Thursday. I was told it would be wrapped later that day. I got a phone call saying it would get there by tues. They also did not give me a package number so I could track it. I heard on Sunday that they had moved and was given the right address. I told them what was going on and he said he would go to his old address and talked to them. On Monday I called UPS and told them what happened when she tells me the box never went out due to lack of packing supplies which I paid $18 to have done and it cost $35. I told if I had known I would of sent it by reg postage. Her answer was, "Well good luck. It is still here."

Let me start off by saying that once I FINALLY got in touch with a living, breathing human, my issues were resolved. Thank you to the human customer service folks for your help. This is not a complaint on you. The automated system is the most useless, time wasting, complaint diverting system, on the planet. This thing just burns up your time repeated over and over that it cannot connect you to an agent without knowing the reason but none of my reasons were recognized by the system. Absolutely maddening and this automated system (not the employees, just to be clear) should be taken out back and shot like the lame creature that it is. I spent an hour and a half trying to get through menu after menu just to be hung up on by the automated service numerous times. Finally I was able to get through to a local store and that is when the only true assistance began.

I mailed a package overnight from North Carolina to California at 10:01 am on 8/6/21 set to arrive before noon on 8/7/21. The pkg is still in transit, customer service states it was received after 6 pm at a local authorized shipper, and it is not their fault. I even explained the time I paid for package to be shipped. Try to submit a claim and the site makes it very difficult to do so. $95.24 was wasted and with no support, package still not received. Never again and will encourage others not to use this company. UPS should be better.

UPS is not a dependable company to be used for shipping items to customers. I bought an item that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but never received it. Now on UPS website, the only thing shown when I try to check the status is, "Estimated delivery. Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date." I have no idea where the item is or status. This is not the first time this is happening to me. Personally, I will NEVER use UPS to ship anything. The company is not reliable. I don't understand why businesses use UPS to ship to customers.

UPS needs to give a 2 hour window for delivery services. Every time I get a delivery, they have to come the next day, because they try to deliver when I’m not open. The last time was a Friday afternoon, my only afternoon off. Many times it’s over lunch, when most businesses close.

They are Very Rude when you call the 800 number. 1 Rep even told me he would call me back because he could see only 1 attempt to deliver and it was returned but I never even heard back and I had to Pay a 2nd time to have package delivered. The store I frequent is Great but the Divers and 800 Customer service reps are HORRIBLE these Subservients Need a MANDATORY meeting and Class on Customer Service and I'm sure a few need to be let go.

After a failed attempt to deliver a *signature required* package to my home in the presence of my 17 year old son, I signed the permission ticket left on my door to allow the driver of the repeat attempt to leave the package in my absence. With the second attempt, the driver refused to leave my package with my 21 year old son and simply informed him that they’d be “contacting me to negotiate an appropriate pick-up location”. With no phone number or means of contacting THEM preemptively, I was left with no other alternative but to start calling access points to ask them if the UPS drivers had arrived yet that day.
As my working hours are sun-up to sun-down six days a week, I had signed the permission ticket left behind in my absence so that just such a situation would not have occurred. The driver not only neglected to attempt another delivery, but also left no indication of where my package was or where it was going and how long it would be there to give me the necessary information and opportunity to actually pick up the item I had already paid to be shipped.
After calling the local UPS store and receiving no helpful information whatsoever, I resolved to simply Google the problem. Suggestions such as “where is my nearest UPS access point” directed me to the same local auto parts store I had already called. Of course those employees of the auto store being a third-party, knew absolutely nothing of my situation, and so could not help me to resolve it. The status of my package in the tracking module displays its location to be the aforementioned Access Point. I’m sure you can see my conundrum with these circumstances.
I now have no other option but to speak to the business from which I purchased the item and attempt to reason with them about what on earth I can do next. This business model and structure of operations seems not only less dependable than any other service I can think of that doesn’t involve sketchy truck-stop pizza, but also ironically inaccessible to the very same customers for whom that service is intended. FedEx. USPS. DHL. Even a local paper boy could do better than this. I’d give it a *no star* if that were possible but CA requires the field be filled with some participatory criteria.

I paid to have a package delivered in two days, but it wasn't. So when I tracked it there was a note saying when the driver when to pick up the package, the customer said it wasn't ready??? It wasn't a pick up, it was a delivery. Anyway, I went through the main UPS number and was told someone would contact me, of course they didn't. I called the distribution center the next day and someone was going to call me back, of course they didn't. I was given a case number and told to contact the store where the package was shipped for a refund. I was told that due to COVID, 2 day shipping doesn't really mean 2 day shipping, it means when it gets there and there are no refunds because of that. I will never use UPS again and when something absolutely, positively has to get there, trust me, use FedEx.

I pay the shipping fee just to have the lazy drivers take the package to the post office which is at least another 2 days before I get it. That's not what I paid for. This is a frequent occurrence the drivers should be held more accountable and deliver to the address not the post office.

UPS doesn't leave packages as other carriers do (even when no personal presence or signature is required). I had to call them to be assured that the package will be redelivered the next business day, what was then reflected on the tracking information. However even one week after this phone call I did not receive the package. And when I called again (talking to a robot for hours before I would be connected to a human who barely speaks English), I found out that the package was been held for pick up and would be sent back unless I pick it up the next day. Pick up hours 11am-5pm, and obviously I was at work and was not able to pick it up. I asked to hold it for 1 more day, but they refused and recommended to contact sender (when sender contacted them they refused as well).
Amazon rep called them with the same result. They finally promised to redeliver it the next day, but of course no redelivery ever happen. I had to call them 2 more times (wasting hours talking with absolutely idiotic barely able to communicate reps who promised to redeliver it again with no redelivery of course), before I demanded to talk to a manager. ONLY AFTER THAT THE MANAGER AGREED TO HOLD THE PACKAGE FOR ONE MORE DAY. It was a tremendous waste of time and just a disgrace. I will never order anything what would be shipped with UPS. AVOID.

As per my knowledge the limit is 35kg and usually that is estimated by using a scale, not a simple look of an elderly lady. On my way out I drove by at a DHL location. Weight was 15.4 kg, perfect service. I wasn't too fond of UPS, this experience however convinced me to never even try in the future.

Simple made difficult: I paid off a lien on my car in Missouri and needed the title sent to me quickly and securely. I chose UPS. Paid for 2 day air to myself in NM. My package began its journey at least 24 hours after I set it all up. The hope was depart Wednesday, Arrive Friday. The following Monday was observed for Independence Day. My package arrived at facility in NM that Monday and I expected it delivered Tuesday. Nothing happened Tuesday. I called Tuesday evening and had it changed to myself picking it up at the local facility will call on Wednesday.
As I'm leaving my house Wednesday morning I noticed a “sorry we missed you” sticker on my gate, (which was open) and thought, well, guess I'm not going to the facility as apparently it was loaded onto the truck! Spoke with Customer Service again Wednesday evening and was told to wait for the delivery Thursday. So I did. Sat at home all day long with signs posted in front stating I am home, and frankly paranoid to use restroom or shower and miss the delivery. 9am-7pm. I patiently waited till 7:01 to call again, go through the stupid automated system again and they tell me I can pick it up Friday at will call but they will call me first. I waited till 11 am Friday and just went over there.
After waiting in line for 35 mins in the heat, one man working inside and 2 person limit in lobby to give the man my tracking number and he quickly responded that it's not there, service representatives think it is but in fact it's not and must be in a truck still. I'm writing this 24 hours into the “investigation” and UPS is here delivering for my neighbor!!! I did not receive a call this morning again as I was assured. This all happening as I’m selling the vehicle and buyer is waiting as well and we made financial arrangements to pay off the lien so a good amount of money has been put forth. I am sure if that wasn’t part of it I would have lost my buyer and deal. So I'm left not knowing anything at all.
I'll end this by saying that I feel a tad hopeful after I just spoke with the young man who was delivering to my neighbor that he would talk to his co drivers and supervisor and try to locate my package that was sign upon delivery only. 19 phone calls, 2 days of work I missed, loss of sleep and in a financial pickle throughout. In my 42 years of life I've never had a situation this bad and I will never use UPS again. This is what “Brown” did for me. Thank you for your time to read this and I hope it helps you in the right direction.

I ordered my laptop from Dell 3 weeks ago; which they shipped the next day from overseas. UPS received it a couple of days later and started sending us delivery dates when we needed to be home. Those were completely inaccurate and kept changing each day. We wasted a day that we could have been doing other stuff. When we called them to inquire about the package, they had no idea where it was at.
Fast forward 3 weeks; someone from the international shipping department was able to finally locate it and provide a delivery date. It was a delivery date in which we were going to be out of the area. They wanted to charge me to change the delivery and refused to waive the fee, despite the fact that they held onto it for over 3 weeks. If you are a business reading this and use UPS as your chosen shipping company, we will not be purchasing products from you. Their customer service reads from a screen instead of trying to help and they consistently lose the products they are shipping (they lost 2 paddle boards that we ordered 4 years ago).

UPS requires the signature to deliver the package, and cannot get it delivered to my house, and I really hate it. I just registered to rate 1 star for this stupid company. Previously I thought it was fine, but it turns out I cannot receive the package always. Sometimes I just don't receive the call and found a failure in the notification at the front door, and I have to pick it up at a UPS locker or access point, which is a totally unnecessary waste of time. It's above ten times and I cannot tolerate it anymore. I have been received packages from Amazon Prime and some other shipping companies, and they just leave the packages at the front door and send me a message or something, and none of them is as frustrating as UPS! And now I finally know I can sign in and set the preference, but I don't think the UPS has made any effort to let me know the option. In summary, UPS is the worst shipping company I've ever experienced.

The package wasn't ready. He came at 11:30 am and that was also a lie, no driver came by and my apt maintenance was here. Will confirm no UPS came by. I got a supervisor who made a driver come back it today Tuesday to pick it up before 4pm.
The Driver came and pounded really really hard on my door when he knew there was a sign asking him to ring the bell, my son gave him the package and he very meanly and angry told my son that he could have printed a label out online and taken the package to a UPS store himself! I peaked around the hall corner and told the driver the package was too big for me to carry, he then stomped off very angry at my son??! UPS needs to teach their drivers how to be polite and not to lie about pickups they didn't do then be totally rude when they are made to pick it up! I will never use UPS again unless forced to and I will let Amazon know how lying and rude the UPS drivers really are.. It's not the client's fault UPS has a contact with Amazon to pickup and return packages!

When I asked my mom to ship a phone to me, she thought she would use UPS as a safe more reliable choice to mail to a military building. $160 was a little steep but for a cell phone and a few other gadgets for two-day early morning arrival, it seemed to work. Friday morning rolled around and I get a notification that my delivery was attempted but couldn't be completed and would be attempted the next day and when I would attempt to change the delivery address to maybe just pick it up elsewhere it would give me errors and tell me my package wasn't available for pick-up and that they would attempt pick-up again later. I was confused and called customer service. Customer service puts in to have it reattempted today though dispatch, ok cool that works. I've been here the entire time gave a valid number with the package etc.
Local UPS calls and explains that UPS is basically rejected automatically rejected unless you are waiting for them when they show up. I asked why I wasn't informed when they showed up and was informed that even though I gave my number and had status updates turned on drivers don't have a company phone so they don't call for packages and they don't alert for arrivals of drivers so I had no way of knowing any of this would be an issue nor did my mother when she shipped. The company however knows this is an issue and could easily mark this in the system for personnel so they know before wasting extra money on morning shipping and two day shipping. If I don't making it before they close today I wasted so much money on the 2 day shipping and this shipping option. I am very unimpressed and basically got the this happens all the time, with no feeling or remorse from the employee who returned my call. This is unacceptable!
