    I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered on January 25th. When I looked around my apartment, no package was found so I looked at the "proof of delivery" photo. The photo showed a white building (mine is red) so I checked a few buildings around me that were white to no avail. After a closer inspection of the photo, the package was at a dwelling with vertical white siding while my building is horizontal red siding.

    I talked to the bot, which then got me in touch with a customer service representative (CSR) that asked me to confirm with neighbors and nearby places to find my package. I informed the CSR I already did that and the picture shows a completely different building, so they would have the local center call me as well as file a claim for me. Needless to say, no call, and no claim was filed.

    Next day I contacted another CSR via email, stating then name of the previous CSR as well as the lack of call. The new CSR apologized for all the dropped issues and that they would send me a new report as well as file a claim for investigation. In case the pattern is not obvious, no email, report, or claim was filed (I even have checked my spam folder just to make sure I was not missing something several times over several days), so onto the third day after the "delivery" was made.

    The third day, I got in contact with a third CSR via a text chain (which I still have) to get to the bottom of all the dropped balls as well as the issue at hand. This new (now third) CSR stated that they (UPS) would take full responsibility for my missing package and that I should file a claim. I did so as when I first got into this text conversation I was told I was first in queue for an agent; it took over forty-five minutes for their initial response, as well as between fifteen to twenty minutes between each of my responses to get one back from the CSR, so I had time to file my own claim on that, my third attempt to get a CSR to do much of anything for me. They seemed shocked that I filed the claim, but I had numbers and seemingly results would come down the line, or so I thought.

    I get several emails later that day; one for my claim number, another stating a lot of the information I provided along with them (UPS) to wait patiently while they investigated the information I provided, and third for a survey on what I thought of the customer service I recieved. In hindsight I should of filled it out right away as it is now closed, but that was the least of my worries.

    I have the app for UPS on my phone, but tons of functionality of the app still requires someone to navigate to the website, where login is required again and most functions are either misleading, a complete circular function that leads you inevitably back to where you began, or outright leads you nowhere. No number to call, no person to talk to over a bot that tells you to check your claims page (unconveinently not on the app), and somehow lacking the ability (despite directing one to do so) save your claim to your claims page that always remains empty despite being on file and going through the motions to save it there.

    Plain and simple, the app and website are beyond useless when it comes to claims. When I do check my claim, it informs me that the investigation will take up to fifteen days as the look for the package and talk to the driver. Now I am no package investigator myself, but fifteen days seems like a long time to look for my package, but I let it go as I have my numbers, information, and claim number behind me, as well as the promise I will be contacted when the investigation is over.

    Fast forward to today, February twenty second. I have unfortunately been in the hospital since the forth of February, yet have had access to my phone and email daily. No response from UPS via call, text, email, nor my package at my place (I've had multiple people checking for me during this time). I can't find a number to call, no email I can respond to without getting an error, but won't let me text a CSR as I've already made a claim. Even when I navigate to abysmal mess and pull up my claim, it says the investigation got no results (which should have prompted some contact with me), so the next step was for me to contact the seller.

    Me, the person who filled the claim (after two completely dropped attempts on their part), should contact the seller to find out what to do next to get my package that they "delivered" to the wrong place. I'm not angry, more shocked that they consider this level of "customer service" acceptable on any level, but with all this I doubt I should even be shocked.

    But I did what it said, contacted the seller, gave them the information and the instructions I was left with by UPS, filed a claim with them now nearly a month later to hopefully get my item delivered. I got confirmation numbers and response emails promptly after the chat as well as the notice I would hear back in one to two days on the matter.

    Granted, that was just earlier today, but I got so much better customer service from the seller in about fifteen minutes than I had from UPS in nearly a month that I feel they might actually get something done. So here I am, raging on about UPS as I wait to hear back about my package from the seller; I can only hope they give me a different shipping option as I have neatly zero faith in UPS to get my package to me at all in the future. So many times the ball was dropped, from the driver, to several CSRs, to even the CSR that actually finally got things moving, though it seems the system broke down and no one at UPS cares enough to notice or fix it.

    I will say this to close this out; while it might almost seem antiquated and nearly dead, the one reliable and never missing a beat shipping for all the packages I've received and sent has been The United States Postal Service. Hands down not one failure for me be it a coming or going package. UPS, you should be ashamed of yourself, if you even care though I am certainly beginning to question.

    This time they lost my first package, and now the replacement is going to be 4 days late, if it even comes then cause they keep not updated my tracking for 2-3 days at a time. This was a Valentine's gift that I ordered Jan 26th. Kind of sad that I’m still waiting for it at this point and don’t even know if I will get it or when. I have UPS and FEDEX both. They suck at getting packages to you, especially on time.

    I use the store at 51st Ave and Olive all the time. Anita, Elias and Xavier were awesome as always in helping. Seen them helping others in a timely manner so no one has to wait long. Today I was dropping off a return to Amazon and with smiles on their faces they said they could help.. Thanks for helping and for being just down the street. Tis crazy lady appreciates you 3.

    Absolutely frustrated by the lack of competent service! Drivers seem to invent new ways to disregard their Jobs and disrespect their Customers Packages. Hearing Impaired and Customer Service is not ADA compliant! Only contact offered is by a useless phone number!

    Horrible delivery service. I paid extra for overnight shipping. Never got overnight shipping. Took over 5 days to get. Kept sending me emails saying, "Your driver is on the way". Then 3 hours later then send another email saying, "We rescheduled your delivery again 2 days later". So what happened to the overnight shipping I paid extra 14.99 for? I never got it. Far as I'm concerned UPS owes me that money back. You didn't deliver on your word, customer service also bad. Should have used FedEx. At least they are reliable. I want my overnight shipping fee returned.

    Over and over again I get messages that my package has been delivered. Frequently it says things like "Met Customer" (only they didn't) or "Left at side door" (we don't have one). Aside from one driver, they seem absolutely unable to read addresses or street signs. I've spent days on the phone with "Customer Service" which is a misnomer to be sure, and only get my packages when the neighbors (who may be next door but may also be across town) have time to deliver my packages. It's no wonder you have such a crappy rating and it's no wonder you're having to lay off people. Unfortunately it's really difficult to even find a place to leave a review (not on the UPS website for sure!) so I had to be really annoyed to look hard enough to find a place to leave a review.

    The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't give zero. UPS is always good for ruining holidays. Their spoiled union drivers always attempt to drop things off early around the holidays but have no issue delivering at 10 pm when there isn't a holiday. Has messed up deliveries on Christmas, birthdays, and Valentine's day this year. Use FedEx if you have a choice. Can't wait till UPS goes out of business.

    Last October 2023 I lost my package. I have sign up for texting updating delivery. Didn’t receive any text about package been delivered, but when I checked they said package delivered. Reported lost package. They sent picture that the package left in somewhere in the building but not in front of apartment door. Wished they send me text by the time they left the package somewhere so I can look for it, instead someone probably already took it. I reported again about this lost package. No further action. No package received neither refund. So disappointed.

    My package never arrived at my house and I started a claim over a month ago and still have no answers. I don't understand how such a large company doesn't respond to its customers about its own product, plus I didn't choose them to make my delivery ... I entered the website and had problems logging in, I had to change my password, and when I managed to log in I didn't even have an answer, they ask me for invoices and documents to verify my purchase when I already gave them everything I had.

    Avoid UPS. They have a history of losing packages. Pathetic customer service. No courtesy. No compassion. They are there only to rip off their customers. They "lost" my shipment weighing 40 lbs in Pittston, PA. Now only offering me a refund of $122 which is not even 10% of the package value!!

    Every time Amazon has UPS "deliver" my packages they don't come, despite paying for Prime membership. Either UPS gives them to USPS to deliver - thankfully - or UPS writes: "Package held by carrier as street name is incorrect or missing. Please contact the carrier to update your address information." Ridiculous - Oh and don't bother going to the "UPS" Store - they're no help at all. I am no longer having my deliveries to my home as UPS is UNRELIABLE! I'll wait the extra days to have them delivered to a hub. Why anyone bothers paying the exorbitant prices UPS charges is beyond me! The good ole USPS is still THE MOST RELIABLE AND COST EFFECTIVE means to ship anything. Amazon are you listening?

    They were supposed to deliver a medical equipment, (portable oxygen), to a senior citizen who lives alone, has poor eye sight and doesn't drive and they kept delivering at the wrong time even after they were clearly told when she would be at home. They made the first attempt while she was out for dialysis and left a note indicating they would return in one business day. They never did! When I checked online (I was helping the recipient) the system indicated that she had requested the item to be held at the warehouse. Which was not true!

    I called and spoke with a rep and I clearly told her the best time to deliver since the patient normally goes for dialysis, and they still attempted delivery at the wrong time. I called and complained after the second delivery attempt and the supervisor promised the equipment would be delivered the following day, but no one showed up. When I contacted the office to find out what happened, I was told the equipment was returned to sender! Poor customer service, untrustworthy and so uncaring even to the helpless senior citizens.

    We live on a small road, approximately 800' from the main road. The road serves two houses in the Adirondacks. UPS delivered a wall mounted fireplace this week and dropped it in the snow, 40' from the main road, 750'+ from either of the houses. Both homes have numbers on them and any GPS will bring directly to the front door. I must say, I never write a review but what happened this week is INEXCUSABLE. Thankfully my neighbor saw the box in the snow, stopped, wondering what it was. When they saw it was for me, they put the 45 lb box in their car and brought it to us. UPS, YOU MUST DO BETTER.

    Lazy UPS driver rings the doorbell and immediately slaps a notice on the door before speeding off as I was coming down the stairs to meet him at the door to pick up my package. This is how we do business now??? Now I have to drive to a much less safe area to pick up my package. Why not try another delivery attempt??? I paid for UPS My Choice - the upgrade that allows you to have extra delivery attempts and modify delivery instructions not to drop off at the parcel and what happened??? They dropped it off at the access point parcel. UPS, DO BETTER. I guess I won't be paying for the upgrade again since your service is DEPLORABLE.

    Package sent out for overnight delivery and I called spoke to customer service checking to see when it would arrive. They gave me a time that was later than I expected. I asked if I could meet driver to get package as I needed it by a certain time. Customer service reached out to supervisor, stated he would call within an hour. An hour and 1/2 later he called, stated he would reach out to driver and call me back so I could meet him. No call back was unable to make an appointment due to lack of follow through and still waiting on package and hour and 1/2 after I needed it. Poor customer service.

    The way this driver damaged my package and my item…he didn't follow directions, left my package outside, you can clearly see he dropped it multiple times. Then I open it and pieces of my item are completely shattered. Then you can’t even speak to someone about it because they have everything set up through an automated system. I don’t even want to give them 1 star. This is ridiculous and Amazon needs to stop using them for their ground deliveries because every time they use UPS my things are guaranteed to been delivered damaged.

    Always delayed and customer service does not exist. If you talk to someone they offer no help. They make up lies to excuse their late deliveries and have the attitude that they have all the power and the consumer has no option but to deal with their horrible service.

    Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company. I dropped off a package at UPS Store and they refused to use the box I had. So I paid $20.00 to have them use their package. After 8 days and no delivery I contact customer service. I explain to them that the tracking number doesn't show that the package was ever scanned out of the UPS Store. They explained they don't scan the package when they pick up from the UPS Store but only when it arrives at the hub. Since the package never arrived at the hub they had zero clue of where it was.

    They refused to let me file a claim over the phone and directed me to their website. I file the claim. 2 days later they deny and close the claim saying they needed more documentation. But they closed the claim and I can't upload any additional documents. So I open another claim, but it won't allow another claim because the 1st claim was denied. I call the 800 number and once again I am told that they can't help me.

    So in short they send you in a wild goose chase. Zero real customer service and now UPS has lost a $300 Marucci Baseball Bat and won't properly process a claim. Stay away from this joke of a company. Use FEDEX for goodness sake, even USPS before shipping with this sad excuse of a company. UPS used to be the gold standard in delivery services. But obviously they only care about profits.

    I tried to send a notarized contract to Orlando Florida, and purchased the "there by noon tomorrow" UPS solution. Sufficed to say, at noon the next day, the package still wasn't there, and the tracking number showed nothing. I then tried to talk with a customer service agent to find out what was going on (good luck with that!). When I finally did get to talk to an agent, he kept blaming the store saying the package was never picked up from the store, so I went to the store while on the phone with him, and the store manager showed me the package was picked up, and in Concord Ontario. So in effect, they were pointing the finger at one another. In a nutshell, they lost the package, meaning I had to spend another $450 to get another package notarized, $2000 in late fees, but will get a refund ($54) from UPS. I will never use this inept organization again.

    I paid $152 to ship a package with guaranteed next day delivery by 1:30 pm. The next day I checked the tracking and it changed from Saturday to Monday. My package was ruined and had to be thrown out. I went to the UPS box store I shipped from three times to speak to the manager. He said I had to call UPS Refund because they denied the claim he made on my behalf. After 3 round robin calls between a teller and the automated system, I was told to go back to the box store for a refund. I went back and the manager showed me the email he sent asking for the refund that was denied. I emailed UPS requesting a refund and they couldn’t bother to respond. The box store notified me and told me UPS denied it again. Absolutely terrible service by UPS.

    I understand weather conditions happen and cause delays but the package was ruined. I lost $152 dollars on top of the memorabilia I’ll never get back. They need to change their language from guaranteed to “maybe if all the conditions are right, we may be able to delivery by the next day” service. I will never use their service again. Don’t do it. It’s not worth it.

    UPS is the worst delivery service. I was home for three days waiting on a package. Zero attempt was made to contact me when delivery was attempted. My package is now being returned to sender and I have to wait for them to receive it and send it back. Customer service is nonexistent. Not the first problem I have had with them. The last package they refused to deliver was raw cat food that was bad when I received it 3 days later. I wish I could rate ZERO STARS.

    UPS has by far the worst customer service I have encountered recently. Their service members sound like bots reading from a script. They are no help whatsoever. I was home all day waiting to receive my package and the delivery driver did not even attempt to deliver my package. I received an email while I was home that they attempted to deliver but failed. I have been on the phone with customer service for +5 hours. I kept being transferred to various depts with neither taking accountability or trying to help obtain my package. UPS IS AWFUL! DO NOT USE THEM.

    We all know UPS is a shipping juggernaut - undisputable king of shipping. When you operate on a worldwide scale and transport and deliver millions of packages a month, you really have to give them their props - UPS is the king of shipping! HOWEVER, please do not try to reach a human to ask a simple question! When you call you get the most frustrating, exasperating, annoying computer generated intractable voice that will not let you speak to a person no matter what you do! OMG! I want to scream. Here is an example - I created a shipment. The pickup was at my local UPS store and I insured it for $1,000. They wait until after you paid to tell you that you must hand this insured package directly to a UPS driver or UPS authorized representative and get a receipt for the drop off or your insurance is invalid - uh, even though you just paid $14 for it.

    So, simple question, if I now drop it off to a different location, is there a cost difference? I did not see a way to change the shipment in MyChoice once created, can it be changed? Need human...need human....hello UPS? Does anyone work there? Folks, computers have improved, yet also ruined our lives as greedy corporations figure out ways to squeeze every dime. All I needed was one human and 15 seconds to answer my question. Instead, I'm ranting on this obscure site for 10 minutes.

    UPS shipping facilities in Portland & Bend Oregon are total Liars! In 1 day a package went from Boise Idaho to Hermiston Oregon to Portland Oregon. It took 5 days to get from Portland to Bend to my house. I can drive to Portland in 3 hours! I can drive to Bend in half an hour! Their reason for delays... severe weather! Oregon has had beautiful weather, in the 50's, for almost 2 weeks!! That includes Portland & Bend!! Roads are clear and dry. So where's the "severe weather"??? This has happened with 4 packages in the past week, all with the same excuse. Lies, Lies, Lies!!!

    UPS never delivers my packages to my front door. They reach over my fence or throw my package in the backyard. I never know that it's been delivered until a couple days later. Why is it so difficult to go to my front porch?

    UPS is stealing packages in Knoxville, TN. FOR WEEKS. MULTIPLE PACKAGES "LOST" OR NOT DELIVERED, OR SITTING IN "LIMBO" AFTER ARRIVING IN CITY. UPS are thieves trying to use the excuse of 2 days of snow to not deliver multitude of packages while FedEx has no problems and has been delivering without incident for weeks.

    My daughter Placed an order and it was shipped via UPS. It said that her package was deliver 3 days ago when we checked the tracking info but it only tells us that it was delivered to our City and State, not an actual address. It also says that the package was delivered to a front desk and received by the front door. There is not a front desk seeing as the package was supposed to be delivered to my home. Trying to call customer service is an absolute nightmare and after being hung up on many times by the automated system because they will not even process that there are any issues with deliveries, I was finally able to get a human on the phone and all she would do is tell me that my package was delivered and would email me proof of delivery.

    I NEVER RECIEVED AN EMAIL, I tried to explain that I can view all of the same information that she was telling me but I still don't have the package. I also tried to explain to the customer service rep that I have security cameras at the front of my home and I went through the footage for that day and there was never a delivery. The rep essentially implied that I was lying about not receiving the package because her system showed it delivered, but she also confirmed that it didn't say what address the package went to. This just all seems very suspicious and not ethical by any means.

    I had a mattress delivered dumped on my lawn. My neighbor picked it up and placed it through my front door. Will never use them again. Also in the store where I live they charge $16 to print a label. I can go to Office Depot and accomplish the same thing without the rudeness or the outrageous charge. Office Depot for 34 cents. How these people keep their jobs in the service industry is beyond me. Fedex just a few days before delivered and went above and beyond.

    Called trying to verify a drop-off location. The number provided for location online states no longer in service. I call the main line, spent nearly 10 min trying to get past the automated system. Finally got to, Call Back. Later, Rep calls, poor understanding of the appropriate vernacular for Customer Service. Due to language barrier I was put on hold... I understand him, he's repeating other than what I'm clearly stating. Then I'm provided with a 4 digit phone number 3 times, each time asking for clarification and repeating the number, along with stating that's not enough numbers.

    When I'm finally provided with a location, it's not a UPS Company Store as requested, it's a rental shop that accepts UPS deliveries, exactly what I stated I could not utilize beause they need to print out the label. Then, the number they provide starts the entire process over, from, what's your name and tracking number. An hour later, I'm still trying to verify if the location I'm looking at online is a valid location.

    I paid the extra fee for change of delivery. The change was supposed to take place the very next day. I made the change of delivery because I could not be home at the time that UPS was delivering the package. Once I made the change of delivery called the pick up destination, only to find out the package would not be delivered for another three days. This means that my possession is still in UPS’s possession not knowing at this package is even gonna be delivered. Essentially I paid for a service that UPS didn’t fulfill. This company uses ways to upsale their services. Which essentially is ripping customers off. I thought FedEx was bad but they’re not as bad as UPS. Their technology and their system are behind the times. They are a horrible service. Do not use UPS ever. They are terrible. Don’t use this service. Don’t use them. I hope they go out of business. They’re behind the times. They’re absolutely not a good company. They don’t live up to their promise.

    This company can never keep the delivery times right, especially the signature-required packages, they would send an email with a specific delivery time and they either don’t show up on time or they show up 2 hours before the scheduled time when not expected to show up.     On multiple occasions the UPS driver (too lazy to get out of his truck) either just turned around and sent my package back ($3200 item), threw it by the side of the road or just laid it by the front gate. I live on a ranch and items disappear all the time unless its placed in the large metal box by my gate labeled UPS. It takes 10 steps to put it in there. They used to be a great company but now are at the bottom of my list. If it's something you really don't need use UPS, otherwise Prime or Fedex is much better.

    UPS DESERVES ZERO stars!!!! This guitar travels halfway across the globe without any problems and then gets DESTROYED in UPS's hands. UPS NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!     Just avoid UPS. I had awful experience with UPS. I was waiting my package two days. I was home all day. They didn’t call me, they didn’t send me text messages, they just left the paper: "Sorry we missed you" /2 times/ I can not wait outside all day waiting for UPS. They are not interested about delivery, they are interested only making more money to returning packages to the sender again. The UPS application has to be totally improve like an Amazon. Just avoid UPS.

    UPS is the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced, they promote false advertising with their My Choice Services. When you call to connect with to have your mail sent to a location for pick up they give you excuses. I just recently order something and still have not received it because they say what time they are going to deliver and don’t deliver your package at that time. Now my package has been sent back after I’ve called numerous times to have sent to a location for my pick up. I would never recommend this company and truthfully hope they go out of business for their disgusting service. You have no control at all over your packages and they promote that you do. How disappointing is that? Smh.

    Today (1-18-2024) I had a package delivered to my home. This package was about 73 lbs. I was not home at the time but my fiance was, however his is disabled (one-leg and on crutches). When the UPS driver arrived, my fiance asked if the driver could assist with bringing the package inside as my fiance clearly has limited ability. The driver stated that they are not permitted to go inside (understandable) however, he did not offer my fiance any other assistance and left. He could have offered to push it in the door and would not have had to enter the house at all, this would have significantly helped my fiance out. However, my fiance had a hell of a time trying to get the box in the house on his own. Common sense SHOULD have told the delivery driver that my fiance needed assistance. Just disappointed in this particular delivery driver and his lack of empathy.

    I received one notice with a promise of a second one. Instead it was directed back to sender per customer service. I requested it to be dropped off at closest access center. I am disabled. They refused. Sent it miles away where I can't get it. They promised delivery on a day and never came. Last attempt they arranged a time and came two hours earlier when I told them I'm disabled, at appointments. They disregarded every word I said and failed at trying. I was lied to and communication was poor. I was told I would hear from the driver each time. That was five days ago and still no package. UPS fails at meeting the needs of the consumers, especially the disabled. Shame on you.

    I have tried delivery with this company several times, always with the same outcome. They state they tried delivering, with no answer. Then I have to spend time calling around to find the package, and ultimately end up going to pick it up myself. I have been home every time, they have supposedly tried to deliver. Nothing left on the door, but told to follow those instructions "left at door", by the courteous email for the "attempted delivery". This is the only delivery service that hasn't delivered me a package yet. I use 4 different services, and UPS will never make a 5th. When online, if the only option for delivery is UPS, I will not order anything. Sad that they now affect the business, companies need in an online era. Brown is the perfect company color!

    I was waiting a box. I work from home and I spent 10 days waiting the box delivery. They never came or left on my door a notification to pick up on their office. However, they updated the status to rejected and then they returned my box. I called the customer service and they said they could do nothing. This kind of problem was not an exception.     It seems almost every package that is shipped to me by UPS gets lost! FedEx no problem at all, but UPS and USPS is always a problem. Why can’t companies just ship FedEx so we get our stuff or at least have accurate tracking that says, “hahaha we lost your package again“.

    UPS recently "delivered" a package by dropping it on the side of a driveway, in the snow with the package partially covered by snow. The package is clearly visible from the street and since the package clearly shows the contents to be an NAD CD Player, UPS is inviting theft. Equally important - this is not even my driveway! The UPS damage claim department only wanted to know if the package/contents were damaged. They did not care to discuss the root problem: UPS driver knowingly abandoning a package on the side of someone else's driveway, in the snow, with no notice to me. My problem with UPS is that their drivers routinely drop our packages along our neighbor’s driveway. We have deliveries by FedEx and by USPS and they seem to be able to deliver properly to our secure and covered front porch. Why can't UPS drivers do this?

    Envelope ripped open, contents stolen, envelope taped back together on three sides and then delivered. UPS did nothing to make it right. I had pictures of everything and never even heard back from them. This was a $500.00 value. I will never use them again.

    I missed the delivery of my parcel on Friday and called UPS just to find out the address where the package would be held til the next business day (which would be Monday). First of all, it is almost impossible to get in touch with a human being for customer assistance, it took me to call 7 times and choose random options to get a rep to talk to. Second, the representative was very unhelpful. All they did was say "We can't do it over the phone and you have to pay $5.99 to pick it up from the UPS location". I don't understand why it is so complicated. I have my ID with the delivery address on it. Another thing I don't understand is why UPS employs Customer Service representatives if they are as useless as a rock in my backyard. Worst experience ever!

    I shipped 2 tins of cookies in December from Washington state to Colorado and Massachusetts with 2 day delivery. This normally costs me about $200. This year it was over $300 though I got a small discount due to my AARP membership—brought it down to $286. I grumbled about the expense in a local FB group and the responses led me to believe I had been overcharged. The 5” tall tins were packed in 12” boxes. The boxes were not cut down as they were in the past. I was unable to contact UPS online as I didn’t remember my password and their promised email never arrived.

    I returned to the UPS store with my receipt and was told 1) 2 day shipping is expensive, 2) they have to add 2” to protect the cookies, and 3) maybe they were out of smaller boxes the day I was there. As long as I stood there the employee kept coming up with different possibilities. It seemed that her job was to make certain I was not offered a partial refund. Specific questions on my part like “2 inches above and below?” were not answered. She just smiled. I left fighting angry tears, not so much about the money though I’m a low income octogenarian but about the impersonal treatment and greed on the part of this company.

    We were expecting an Omaha Steaks from our son. However, UPS left it on the outside porch of our neighbor, who was out of town for a few days. Neighbor brought our package when they returned home. Our driveway is clearly marked with 6" letters on a stone column and was addressed properly. We will have to inspect frozen contents to see if still good (dry ice was gone).

    UPS healthcare courier service lost my dog’s spleen and it was never received by the laboratory. It is believed that my dog has cancer and it was necessary to test the spleen. It has been a few days short of a month and I’ve heard nothing except sorry from the lab. No response from UPS. My dog cannot receive any medical treatment until we find the spleen.

    Packages are marked delivered when they are not. Packages are sent to an open room, van, or utility trailer. Packages are marked delivered upon entering this room but can be missing for more than three days. These packages are also sent to the USPS post office so they are being passed back and forth between the two buildings. To be hunting mail down on a daily basis is not ideal. Packages are left in a transportation van so if someone comes for their package at either mail service building they are not allowed access to their packages until the following day closer to noon than morning. Beaver Islanders don't need to wait three extra days for packages and have extra concern for their belongings.

    This method has no privacy and puts others in control of people's belongings. One instance I needed a package that had been delivered but missing and I made several calls about it and the response was that it was in the transportation van and why would I even need it since it was an Ulta box. 1. So someone decided it was an unimportant package 2. The package was for a bridal event that I had to leave for without said package. I volunteer to be hired to deliver packages for Beaver Island for proper customer service. If you can't do this city as good as all the other cities around it then you should do even better. I'm currently on day 4 of missing my package this instance and I'm unsure to report lost package or keep waiting.

    I was here all day on Dec. 10th. And yet UPS said my package was delivered on the 10th at 11:02 am, I was to leave out of state for the holidays and now I can't because that package was my Christmas gifts to my daughter's, so I guess the driver will have a good Christmas. A reship is in and they will not use this courier but now I'm sitting waiting and not sure it will be here on time. When will someone do something about the dirty drivers they hire. I will never use ups again.

    UPS always asks for a legimate e-mail which mine is! Nobody else does this. With them, and only with them, I cannot track my purchases. Fed EX, USPS, Amazon, and everybody else doesn't have that problem. My e-mail works with everybody except inept UPS. I asked the sites I get orders from to take UPS out of my delivery options which they can't do.

    They charged $34.53 to mail an envelope that weighed less than a pound!! It only contained a Christmas card and a small bag of dried apples! The same thing in the same size was mailed from the post office two days ago for only $5.70!! I could have driven it to and from the destination myself for less $34 in gas! And the other package containing the same things but with More Apples was going more than twice the distance and cost only $13.49! Both could have been send from the post office for less than $15 total! I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN!!!! And in my opinion, nobody ever should! There was no way I would have mailed these today at those RIDICULOUS prices if I'd been the one there or had received a call or text from my husband before sending them. My packages will not even be getting there extra fast in exchange for such INSANE PRICING!

    Package was delivered to wrong house. They even confirmed this with a picture. Got caught up in an endless loop trying to get help. Tried to reach customer support by phone but the automated system told me to file a claim online. When I tried online I got a message stating that more information was needed and I had to call the number that I had just called. Thank goodness Amazon was involved. They have fantastic customer service and immediately sent me a refund.

    I ordered a package from here and UPS failed to deliver five times! They claimed my address was wrong but I can assure you I wasn’t. After talked to a dozen robots I finally got through to someone and even they didn’t do anything. I left specific instructions to leave my package in the mail room.     I shipped my Christmas gifts home for my family. UPS lost my packages. They showed them delivered and they never arrived. I called the customer line and it took me calling several times to speak to an actual person. She was not helpful nor friendly. She instructed me to go back to the UPS store where I shipped the packages. When I arrived at the UPS store I was told that I had to called UPS. When I explained that UPS told me to return to the store, the manager called UPS and was told I had to submit a claim on the website.

    When I returned home I submitted the claim. Within 48 hours the website status shows PAID. While entering the claim I selected the choice direct deposit and enter my bank information. I sent an email, stating I do not want money. I want them to find my packages. I received an email back stating UPS had completed their investigation in their system (they did not even contact the driver) and there was nothing else to do. I return to the website and it was blank. I never received my money.

    Now they asked for receipts for all merchandise in the package. They would only pay $100 and shipping cost. They never paid the $100 even though my merchandise for worth $1,000. No I did not take the insurance. I mean I paid them $140 to deliver my package and they wanted additional $90 for insurance to do what I was paying them $140. It sounds ridiculous to me. Either way I was never paid either amount. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They ruined my Christmas holiday and could care less. In additional did not lift a finger to assist me in correcting their mistake.

    UPS has one of the worst customer supports I've ever experienced. I have a package that was stuck in transit and tried to call it in and they forced me to put in a claim when "stuck in transit" isn't even an option. So, I put in a claim with "lost package" as the reason, since they don't have another option, and 2 weeks later nothing. Never heard back. I tried to call in again and get connected with an agent, but the automated answering voice would not connect me for my issue and told me to go to upscapital.com/myclaims, this website doesn't even work by the way. Even from past experience their ETA on arrivals is always wrong and delayed. I would highly recommend using any of the other services such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, just anything but UPS.

    We have a good size teal sign by our front door that CLEARLY requested for delivery people to NOT knock or ring the doorbell UNLESS a signature is required. Whenever they do an Amazon delivery, they loudly rap on the door! Gets the dog going, I wake up (sleep diff hours), and it’s a whole thing! Read the gosh darn sign!

    UPS drivers are not delivering to the house, last count 22 packages - have been left over 100 yards from the house, at the side of the road or next to our garbage cans. I have called repeatedly, and they are still doing it, worst experience in 30 years of shipping and delivery. UPS itself has done NOTHING to stop this, even after I set up a my choice account and put in 'Bring to front door'. I have filed numerous complaints and still, nothing.

    I am not one to complain and give a bad review but I want to share my story to the public so this does not happen to them. I bought a pair of Uttermost lamps from 1stoplighting (original order # **) on December 15, 2022. The box was damaged but the lamps were still intact. The lamps were not a good fit for our bedroom so we decided to return them. The return request stated “The item must be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Any damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you purchase insurance sufficient to cover the purchase price of the item(s)”. We did tape any holes and cuts on the exterior of the box. The lamps were placed back in the Styrofoam packing within the box.

    I was instructed to return the items directly to Uttermost Returns. I dropped off the package at a UPS drop off on 12/19/22. I purchased insurance based on the cost of the lamps which was about $300. I checked online tracking to ensure Uttermost Returns/1stoplighting received the package and we received a refund. On the site, it later stated refund could not be processed due to lamp damage. There was no customer service number to contact Uttermost Returns Center so I contacted customer service at 1stoplighting. The service representative did provide me with 2 pictures I’m assuming was from Uttermost Returns. The pictures were not clear and hard to tell what was actually damaged. The representative notified me that I needed to contact UPS.

    I first contacted UPS in January 2023 and was provided a claim number by the representative after giving him all the information to contact 1stoplighting to review the damaged product. I was told that I would be contacted once they “investigated the problem”. I never heard back from UPS. I contacted them again on 3/14/23. I was told that the claim had been closed because they were unable to view the damaged product. I had to explain again that I was the sender returning a product to Uttermost Returns and the lamps were bought through 1stoplighting. The claim had not been resolved. I was told they would look into this. Still no feedback from UPS regarding the claim.

    I contacted UPS again on 4/20/23. I repeated myself for the third time after the representative told me the claim had again been closed because they were unable to view the damaged product. So there was no confusion, I sent a copy of the return information, shipping label from UPS drop off, and the pictures that were provided to me by 1stoplighting.

    After several months of giving UPS an opportunity to resolve this issue, I contacted them again on 11/6/23. I was informed by the UPS representative that the claim had been resolved. I told him it had not and explained for the fourth time what happened. He instructed me to contact the receiver. I told him that I was told by them to go through UPS. EACH COMPANY BLAMING THE OTHER. I also stated that I was instructed by 1stoplighting to pack the lamps in the original box. He then stated that my claim had been denied due to improper packaging. After stating that I would write a bad review on the UPS website, I was told “to hold off, that he would file a dispute”.

    Needless to say, after 1 year, nothing has been resolved and I’m very frustrated. I’m not only out the $300 on the Uttermost (which by the way is a great company and going directly through a local designer store for purchase is never an issue) lamps purchased through 1stoplighting but also the insurance money purchased through UPS. So, what is the point on buying package insurance if no one is going to honor it. So buyer beware. Please do research on companies prior to purchasing any items or using them.

    I had a package that was damaged either by the shipper or supplier. However, trying to resolve this problem, my package was lost when I was asked to send back to the supplier. UPS picked up the wrong package when I was asked to leave at the door. The drivers have the ability to scan the package; however, the driver failed to realize he/she had the wrong package. The package was never recovered and I am out of the wrong package being picked up and damaged goods.

    I was home during both “delivery attempts” but I was definitely NOT contacted. No email, no text, no call, just lies. Small package so no big deal to them I guess but give me better options. MyChoice was a cycle that went nowhere. Now, what was supposed to have been a next day delivery, will likely have to be picked up in-store nearly a week later. USPS is more reliable. So ridiculously inconvenient and frustrating! And to think I actually supported their strike. Never again!

If this could have negative "stars" I would apply a "less than zero" value to UPS. Not only did the store employee put my package on top of my car where I could not reach it, they threatened me, a senior person, with calling the police to have me arrested! I ended up calling for police assistance. No one in the Yelm Washington UPS location would provide their name!!!! What kind of business practice is this? It was a horrible experience and caused me great trauma! I seriously felt like I was going to have a heart attack dealing with these completely unprofessional people!

    Was expecting a package to be delivered on 11/30, which required a signature due to its content's value. Since vendor stated that it required the signature of an adult living at that address, I asked a family member to sign it for me. UPS driver left package in front of front door, never ran the doorbell or knocked the door, and faked proof as it was signed by some C.H. Thankfully, I was tracking my package and after confirming that package was left and that driver did not ask for signature, I called UPS customer service to file a complaint.

    After filing a complaint, I was told that regional manager was going to contact me. Later that evening, received call from UPS and the caller sounded annoyed asking "what happened." After I explained the situation, he mentioned that it was signed by C. H. Which I told that I will like to ask the driver who is that C. H. Then he asked for value of content. After stating value, got lame response by telling me that driver did not know the value. I replied that it did not matter if driver knew the value, on the package there was a label stating "Signature Required," so it was the driver's responsibility to ask for signature before releasing package. UPS representative got annoyed and starting yelling at me saying that if signature was required and an adult who was not me could not have signed because package was addressed to me. Which is a lie and it contradicts his signed by C. H. statement.

    Before losing my temper, I asked for his to report him against UPS. Which he yelled "Ain't gonna happen" and hanged up. I called UPS customer service and complained about this issue from this unprofessional employee of theirs. I am still waiting for a call or email from UPS regarding this experience, but chances are that I will never hear back from them. If these are the people that represent United Parcel Service, I do NOT want any business with them!

    I'm furious! A UPS driver took a package from my front yard that was already delivered to me. I have doorbell camera footage as proof. This is theft, plain and simple. UPS won't return my package or give me a refund. Unbelievable and unacceptable!

    UPS... For starters, I have NEVER left a bad review for any company, but I felt more than compelled to do it with UPS. I have never done business with a company whose methods and customer support are so horribly bad that it made my blood boil when trying to get an issue resolved (their drivers require signatures even though the shipper does not). Honestly, I thought I was going to have a heart attack due to the unbelievable frustration I experienced in having to deal with them.

    It takes more than an hour just to get somebody on the phone and then their broken English personnel shuttle you from department to department and finally just hang up on you when you voice your feelings. And don't even ask about their frustrating phone robot which also hangs up on you after giving you a set of options which do not apply to you. And, ironically, the last thing the robot says before it disconnects you is "We appreciate your business"... What a laugh... If this was the last company on earth, I would choose to die before doing business with them. I hope and pray that they go out of business SOON. If you have a choice, take your business elsewhere. You won't regret it.

    I realize this is a busy time for shipping but. I am on my third package in as many weeks through UPS and it's sad. When I check tracking, they will estimate the delivery day from the beginning and completely miss it. I am waiting on a oxygen concentrator that was ON THE TRUCK TODAY but ended up back at HQ. So now it won't be here until Friday, PLUS it's getting beat up ridding around in that truck. First one I got was damaged right out of the box. Not sure why it was canceled, it was loaded at 9 this morning and canceled before 5. Is it STRICTLY 9-5 for delivery now?

    UPS has been changing the address on our deliveries to a different address without our notice or consent. When I confronted the driver about it, and showed him the ups sticker covering the correct address, he said, "I didn't do it." I said, "That wasn't the point, that we needed it fixed as this wasn't the first package ups redirected." He argued that the address was not real. I assured him it was. Then he argued it was another county. Again I assured him otherwise. He made up one excuse after another until I finally said I need a supervisor who knows the correct information. He got hostile, refused to help find out why they were changing my address or who I could speak to. Then he took the package and left. I called the 800 number and the phone tree was even more frustrating as it only cares about specific packages and not customers. I would recommend FedEx.

    UPS does not deliver on Saturday. I have lived in Perrysburg NY for 22 years and NEVER gotten a UPS delivery on Saturday. Our deliveries come out of Dunkirk NY and we're lucky if we get stuff on day we are supposed to.

    *** Beware that if you order an international order and UPS damages/or loses your shipment - you will be responsible for paying for the replacement shipment fees *** So we ordered an expensive order (multiple boxes of industrial epoxy coating) through our work from the USA shipping to Canada. UPS allegedly damaged a box in our first shipment (I wouldn't know for sure as we never actually got it, the delivery driver couldn't find it) - so the supplier sent us a replacement order for the box UPS damaged.. The second shipment had to go through customs again, naturally, and our broker automatically did it, as they always do.. And I have been reaching out to UPS for months trying to get this rectified and they have been mostly non-responsive.

    When the original replacement package was sent, the person I spoke to assured me that they would reimburse us and to just send the invoice to their brokerage team, which I did. I have sent them our claim numbers/tracking number/invoice/everything.. Then yesterday I get an invoice from UPS for THEIR shipping charges on the replacement order.. So I call them.. Get transferred to quite literally, to half a dozen people, half of whom didn't speak English & they didn't understand/I couldn't understand them, the last one gave me the same email address to contact that I had contacted months prior..

    This time though they actually responded to my email and told me to reach out to our broker company for a refund - WHY WOULD OUR BROKER REFUND US FOR A SHIPMENT THAT UPS DAMAGED??!? I would NOT recommend UPS to anyone and will be reaching out to our many international suppliers requesting that they never send our order with this shady company again. I on a personal level will not use them either.

    I shipped an item via EBay in a box that I purchased that was labeled by the manufacturer as size 20” x 20” x 4”. EBay informed me that UPS charged me an additional fee, because UPS said that the box was 20” x 20” x 5”. I have used the same size box from the same manufacturer before when I shipped by FedEx - no problems. So - it seems that UPS up-charged me for their benefit. See ya, UPS.

    Paid for the package to be delivered next day air. Package was not delivered, assured by multiple customer service representatives and local dispatch that it would be delivered by the end of day. Was still not delivered. Followed up - no apologies, simply an ETA for subsequent delivery the following day. ETA came and passed. Called again, customer service said there was nothing that they could do. Local dispatch said they had no idea why the driver didn't deliver it as they were told and would hopefully deliver after 30+ stops by 11pm(!). Will not be using them again.

    I've never had them make so many mistakes in the 40 years I have been using them. Their dependability has gone from "will definitely be there" to "Keep your fingers crossed". I guess they just got too big and they definitely don't care anymore. It's a shame. You can't even get a person on the phone but again, they don't care!

No detailed info on the website, and when I call the 800 number (WASTE OF TIME) and either enter or say the tracking #, it says that they can't find that tracking number.     Twice in 2 days the driver delivered a package to the wrong address. One package was for me and delivered to another address. Today I received a package that was supposed to go to someone else. It took over an hour and multiple calls to UPS customer service to get the issues resolved. There is no way to report a mis-delivered package on the automated system. It is almost impossible to speak to a real person. Once I finally got thru to a live person, they suggested that I throw away the package that was mis-delivered to my house. They were clearly marked as medical supplies. UPS needs to reevaluate their customer service. Unbelievably poor.

    I had a critical package with very expensive medication that was lost. It was scanned as going on the truck and never showed up. I could not get past the artificial intelligence to speak with anyone. After 40 minutes that drug company was able to - and no one at UPS had a reason or excuse. Now I have to be home for 12 hours to wait for UPS to deliver the replacement because the drug company does not trust ups! What a joke!

    The worse delivery company I’ve ever dealt with, every time I have a parcel delivered by this company…there is always something that goes wrong! It is absolutely ridiculous. My current situation is they’ve had my parcel for six days now, they said the address was incomplete. It was not incomplete. It was exactly the same that I told them the six or seven times I spoke to them. Every time I call no one knows when the parcel is going to be delivered and every time I call they have the tracking number wrong. Some of the numbers mixed up. I highly would not recommend this company to anyone and I will never order anything if it is delivered by UPS! I just won’t order from that website.

    I had an issue with my Lenovo 7i Yoga laptop (keyboard) and they offered to replace the whole system since we caught the issue early & we're on premium care. This shipment was going through UPS, so I was obviously continuously checking their tracking system to keep me posted. The tracker claimed that it would be a day early. A message was sent that the laptop was on its way and would arrive by 5. It never did. I later found out that they were apparently missing details which is odd since Lenovo had my apartment number (they got the original laptop to me). I phoned in, gave the missing details, apologies, sorrows, whatever. Another message said that the laptop was going to come in the next day at 7-8. Once again, never did.

    I tried one last time and phoned, but the same thing occurred for a third time. Because most shipping places return a package if they are unable to successfully send it, they sent mine back to Lenovo before I could call in for a third time. It was a bloody circus and I would not recommend using these services if you can avoid it. The status of my package on the tracker remained "missing info" to "sending" & back to missing info and updated straight to "package returned" which is crazy since I called in. It was absolutely ridiculous.

    We ordered an item that was shipped UPS by the company. It was stated that it would be delivered in 7 days. Then we got a notice from UPS that it would be delivered in 14 days. We stayed an extra day at the location to be sure we got the delivery. Between these two dates we called UPS twice to try to redirect it to our next location. On the 14th day we called again and were told to contact the shipper to have it redirected by them. We contacted the shipper and they said they would have it returned to them and then redirected to our next location. On the 20th day we got a notice that the package was delivered to our first location.

    I was having a package delivered by UPS. They gave me a delivery date which was fine. They then changed the date to a time that I was on vacation. In order for me to change the date to when I'm back for vacation, UPS charges $10. This is a required charge to get a delivery date changed even though it was UPS that moved the delivery date. I would strongly recommend doing business with FEDEX, which allows you to change delivery dates for no charge.

    Sent package on 10/09 supposed to be delivered on 10/11. Check tracking and said rerouted to Salem Oregon, package supposed to go to Pomeroy OH. Took me 2hrs to get a chat to find out that they sorted it to the wrong hub/facility or something like that **. I will NEVER use UPS again.

    I am not sure what issues are going on between UPS and T-Mobile but the ones who are suffering is the customer. I ordered a new phone with T-Mobile. The process went smoothly. The issue that I ran into (and I will address this with T-Mobile as well) I wasn't notified about any information on my phone until I got an email at 9:30am that the phone was out for delivery. I am unable to leave work, because I don't know what time they will be there, because a signature is required. So I miss the delivery. I call UPS and I was told that I had to call T-Mobile so T-Mobile can change delivery instructions. Call T-Mobile and was told that they didn't do that. Called UPS back again and was told that they can't let me sign for my own package because of T-Mobile. So now I am in the waiting game to see when I will actually get my package delivered.

    I’ve been missing five packages for one and a half months with UPS. After many calls with the same response, they reimbursed one through the sender. All of the packages are valued at over 1k, and each customer service representative provided different answers and neglected their responsibility.     UPS notified my that a package had been delivered and after looking at the Proof of delivery it has been dropped off at a sock and signed for by TMobile. Neither of which are at my apartment. Investigation was opened and then closed because a "Proof of delivery" was provided. When I called UPS regarding the closed investigation I asked if the address associated with the "Proof of delivery" matched mine and, of course, the answer was "no". A second investigation has been opened but I have no confidence that the package will be found. UPS as an organization is incompetent and incapable of doing the most basic of tasks related to their job(s).

    A 6K check was to be delivered overnight, the shipping details continued changing. The package never came and when customer service was called I was told the driver made an attempt, that was a lie. The driver never came to the door, there wasn’t even a UPS truck on my street that day. In my opinion based on knowing the driver never came to my door and never parked in front of or within 3 blocks of my home- The driver chose to go home and not finish his deliveries. However to keep any questions about why he didn’t make an attempt he lied and said he did so. He didn’t have to actually work all the assigned stops. I was told the manager at the Round Rock TX facility would contact me by 10 a.m. guaranteed the following day, that call never came. I called customer service back again and notified them the call never came, I was told the manager’s supervisor would call the same day before 7 p.m.; of course no surprise that call never came.

    There was never a package delivered, no call, no resolution from UPS. I had to fix the mess myself and it was a lot to deal with for that check, all because a UPS driver wanted to skip out on actually doing the job he/she signed up to do. Also this is not my first bad experience, a UPS driver also “lost” a $500 purchase from Amazon. They never did anything about that either. This company hires lazy people and thieves from my experiences. If possible always use FedEx, never one issue from FedEx!

    Sept 8 or 9 UPS delivered 2 large boxes of supplies from the VA to my address and broke the bottom of my screen door, bending the sweep so that it needed professional repair. They were evasive and difficult to get anyone at customer service to repair it although I have a claim number. I was promised call backs and a house visit several times which never happened. One employee told me to send photos of the damage which I did twice (3 photos sent twice to the email address she provided). No response, then three weeks later I got a call from Cynthia ** saying that I had no proof that UPS did this and that she hadn't seen any photos! She repeatedly and rudely screamed at me! Was accusatory.

    I had told her that no one entered our porch that day except UPS and we knew because we were home the entire day. I wrote to corporate twice (K Warren) but heard nothing. For an $11 billion public company to be able to mistreat their customers this way is deplorable. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just robots that mouth lies. UPS had better pay for the repair of broken door of one month plus. They need effective people to work in their customer service dept. I am disgusted with them.

    So I sent some items back to Amazon on September 22 2023 at 1:17 pm. I told them about it, it were 2 orange rugs. The UPS driver picked it out (with a ** man who claimed he was the supervisor) but failed to scan 1 of rugs. Listen to the video. I have video in screenshot to prove it. ** for the rug that was not scanned. UPS is responsible cause their driver pick the rug up but did not scan it. UPS never resolved the issue, and on top of that, the driver is mad and won't pick up my packages anymore, they can at least put another driver on this route since he won't do his job but he can steal my rug though.

    Went into Decatur Alabama UPSshipping store 9/28/2023 mailed keys to Rustburg Virginia. Paid 52.00. They said it would get there Friday next day. It got there Monday 10/2/23. Lady said post office is at fault. They wouldn't give me my money back. UPS nor postal service people beware.     Never buy an Ecotric Ebike. On 9/11-23 I purchased an Ecotric Cheetah for $660 from Walmart plus another $60 for 3yr warranty from Walmart courtesy of FAMETRADE LLC. When I opened my door to get the mail I notice a sticker from UPS on my door. After checking my doorbell camera it looks like the UPS driver just left the sticker on my door and never rang the bell or knocked. It's 115 degrees in AZ and the bike weighs about 100lbs in the box. The UPS sticker clams they would return the next business day. That was the last I've seen or heard from them.     A cellular provider shipped a replacement item to me via UPS on a Wednesday morning. I paid an additional fee for the overnight delivery, which meant I should have received the item on a Thursday morning. Thursday morning I received notice that due to weather my package was delayed. So I checked the weather in the area where my package was and UPS was telling the truth. However that's where it ends.

    I received notification that my package would be delivered on Friday between 3:30-7:30pm. Knowing that UPS in my area notoriously delivers packages to my block at the end of the day (6:45pm or later), and that I wouldn't be home, I requested that it be sent to a Hub location near my home, so that it wouldn't be sitting outside for someone to take it. Of course they charged me $5.99 for this "service".

    What UPS didn't tell me is that this would delay my package by not 1, not 2, but THREE days. Yes you heard it right people, an additional THREE DAY DELAY to have my package re-routed a couple of blocks away. I made the mistake of calling their (lack of) customer service. When I finally broke through their automated service cell, and got ahold of someone, their favorite word was "no". "No, I can't help you", "No, we can't do that" or "No, there's nothing we can do". Asking for a supervisor facilitated the same responses.

    Oh did I mention that they lied and told me that this particular hub is closed on weekends, even though I verified their hours beforehand? So not only will I not utilize UPS for shipping anything ever again, I will pay whatever the cost to anyone that is shipping anything to me, NOT to use UPS. Heck, a carrier pigeon would be better, in my opinion.

    We sent our daughter a package while starting her freshman year. She couldn’t take everything she needed with her so we shipped the remaining items via UPS. The package (big box) is allegedly lost and allegedly they will reimburse $100 and the cost of shipping. We shipped 4 pairs of sneakers and clothes which all valued way more than $100. The customer service rep at the store asked what was in the box and we told him clothes and shoes and he said ok. Proceeded to process everything. Didn’t suggest insurance because it’s clothes and I guess he was that confident as we were that it would arrive to our daughter. Sept 11th to today Sept. 25th they’re telling us it hasn’t arrived. Put a claim in and uploaded pictures of all the items in the box. Manager at the store said we were offered to add insurance when the guy did not offer that. Horrible service.

    Avoid UPS (Brown) at ALL COST.... This company is the worst company to work with. In the last week, two of my packages have had trouble with delivery. The first package was delivered to the wrong city, from the address on the label. The second package was sent back without notice of any issues. After following all the instructions and steps by the consumer service rep and supervisor to obtain my package, I was told, there was nothing UPS could do, to have my package delivery. UPS hid behind their policies and screwed over another consumer. Go Brown, the color of poo.

    I shipped a very expensive piece of equipment through UPS and, knowing it's a big name brand, thought they would be reliable. When the shipment arrived at the recipient's house they sent me pictures and the entire box and everything inside looked like it had been thrown out of a moving train. None of the equipment was functioning. When we filed a claim to get some sort of refund they said that because we hadn't purchased insurance against their own negligence we couldn't get money back. Well, let me clarify. They gave us 10% of the value back which didn't even cover the shipping payment we made to them, and they didn't reimburse us for the shipping! So we were actually in the hole after selling out large, expensive piece of equipment! I was very disappointed in the service provided here and am not sure which shipping company to use in the future.

    A package arrived, addressed to me, but the contents and invoice sheet inside were intended for someone else, and had ostensibly been mailed from Michael's (the craft store), where the label on the outside was from another business entirely. I called Michael's. After an hour (no joke) they put me on hold while they said they were calling UPS. Then they said I had to call UPS, and UPS would take care of it.

    I called UPS. Another hour (seriously) and I finally had to ask to speak to a manager, who said he'd send out a driver to pick up the package. (The contents, even though I hadn't ordered them, were valuable.) I got another call from a regional manager of UPS saying a driver would be there that afternoon or the next day. We didn't want to leave the package outside so we stayed home that afternoon and all the next day, with a sign on the door for the UPS driver to knock loudly. Finally, when no one showed up, I called UPS - - another nightmare to try to get to a human being, but finally was able to and he told me the driver wouldn't be coming until after the following weekend.

    And no one contacted me to tell me not to wait - - not to mention, where the heck was my own package, which must have been sent to the intended recipient of the one I'd received? The whole situation wasted so much of my time and was a complete mess from beginning to end. Are you kidding me, UPS??? THIS is your customer service???

    Ordered a package and the seller had it out same day and in my state by the next morning. The local UPS hub then subsequently lost it and provided no updates. 2 days later I'm filing a claim for a lost package valued over $700. I called their customer service the first day it went undelivered. They stated it would be on the truck the next day. Second day comes, still no delivery. So I call again and I'm told it will be delivered at 3:15. I call at 7pm at the end of UPS's workday and I'm told it was never processed. So more than one person definitely lied to me. As I was told by the last customer service representative that I now needed to file a claim for a lost package. I WILL NOW GO OUT OF MY WAY TO NEVER USE UPS AGAIN. Awful untrustworthy company with absolutely zero accountability.

    We have the most courteous and professional delivery person. The driver I am most familiar with is Jamie and he is amazing. We have outdoor semi feral cats, some blind, some deaf and a couple who don't have good use of both front legs. He blows his horn to warn them he is approaching. He always delivers the package out of the weather and gives the door a good knock to let us know he's dropping off. He is polite and professional. He is a wonderful representative for his company.

    My last order was made with expedited shipping and has been in a "processing" state for 2 weeks, no communication from UPS to see if there is a problem with the processing. This was for a single pair of shoes. A prior order of an entertainment center was "out for delivery" for over a month and arrived with shattered packaging and boards. Absolutely awful company with a long history of delayed shipping and terrible customer service, PLEASE companies that use them will you please stop!

    Ordered a clutch kit for A pick-up, on 8-28 at 1:50 pm EST From Amazon. Told UPS would be the shipper, by ground from California. UPS picked up package at 12:37 pm on 8-28. After 9 stops at different UPS carrier facilities. It arrived in Louisville KY on 9-02 at 3:23 am. I received the package at 1:56pm on 9-05. So why 8 days? UPS says they have 1-5 day guaranteed service. I do realize Labor Day was in mix, but why wasn't it delivered on Saturday. I saw a UPS truck at a neighbors on Saturday.

    When I lived in upstate NY, UPS was fine. The drivers read my delivery notes, followed the instructions, left packages accordingly, and there was never an issue. Since I have moved to Massachusetts two years ago however, they are a complete nightmare. They do not bother to read - follow delivery instructions. It's a crap shoot whether you'll have your package delivered, or sent back, depending on the driver. Don't even bother trying to call the robot customer service, you will not ever get through to a human, and the robot is programmed to get you off the phone asap and not help you.

    I will NEVER use them to send a package, and have accepted the fact that if the company I have purchased a product from uses them, I most likely will never receive the item. Those who have written positive reviews make me think it's really about where you live, like I said, when I lived in upstate NY there was never an issue, here in Boston, it's a nightmare. Just hoping this review can help others to be aware, just in case this happens to you. I wish the company had actual people to help you with their customer service line, and more consistency with their delivery service.

It is just disappointing that I cannot rely on United Parcel Services to deliver my package safely. I got a notification my package was delivered, only to find out nothing was in my mailbox.     Recent deliver of package from US to Canada, Cdn$230 declared value (although this was a return). UPS Fees = 73.15 brokerage Fee + GST (government control) + Duty (not sure why on used item that a return).

    For comparison
    > Canada Post brokerage fee = $9.95.
    > Last time I used FEDEX for similar service, brokerage fee = $25.00

    >Last time I used DHL (pkg from Europe not USA), brokerage fee was also about = $25.00

    I guess the fact you can find next to no real information on brokerage fees on the UPS website other than vague comments about how it depends on numerous factors should be a bit of a red flag. Rated 1 star because (i) zero was not an option and (ii) they did actually deliver the package. UPS fees are beyond ridiculous, they are obscene. Unless you enjoy throwing money away I suggest you use a different courier service.

    I spoke to the driver in front of my neighbor's house and he assured me he was at the correct address. I received a message 2 minutes later saying my package was delivered. I looked in my box at my gate it was empty. My neighbor's box was not. It had my delivery in it. The package had the correct address and name on it and the driver still fouled it up. UPS and FedEx seem to have problems with my deliveries more often than any other companies.

    UPS, at least in my locale, is absolutely horrible. They have closed their local office. Their website often as not is non-functional and throws error messages. They deliver to wrong addresses. I am at this moment at home, waiting for a package worth $100+ that must be signed for. They notified me that it would be here between eight and twelve fifteen today. But their site indicates that they never sent it out for delivery. There is nobody at UPS to straighten this out. All the seller can tell me is that I should stay home today, it may come later. This is my day off, and a day of my life squandered on UPS dysfunction.

    I ordered an item from a retailer. Watched my tracking number and estimated delivery time, of course it says before 7 pm. So I’m stuck waiting at home because there’s no 1 hour window. The site said it was out for delivery, 10 minutes later I got an alert that read, sorry we couldn’t deliver your package but the business was closed, I live in a home, not an apartment build or commercial residence. So I called UPS, the representative said, “Oh, sorry about that, the driver didn’t even attempt a delivery because he only worked half day and didn’t get to yours”. The representative's name was “Zed”. He couldn’t help me get it redelivered, but he could send it tomorrow.. NO, I need my package today! He said, "Well we could redirect it to the UPS to the HUB, 15 mins away and we I could pay $5.95 to make that happen." What? I have to pay to get my package because you failed at your job, you only had one job… you failed famously. As you do on a regular basis.

    They gave me a link to sign up at, that doesn’t work, who’d have guessed, so I called back. Now they say the hub is closed and my package isn’t even there. Online it says the hub is open till 6, it’s now 3:00 PM. Do any of these people know what the other doing or what they’re doing for that matter?? This isn’t the first, nor will it be the last time they screw up delivery for me. Because I don’t have control over the shipper's preference. However, I will never use them for my shipping. Maybe I will do business with only companies that use Fedex or DHL or even any other couriers. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Dear retailers using UPS, please don’t pay half price for a bad meal. Make your customers happy.

    The day I am allowed to choose who delivers my packages when I buy online is the last day I’ll be using UPS, god-willing. I ordered a necklace to celebrate my grandmother’s 98th birthday. The sender informed me it was their policy to require a signature upon delivery, so I was surprised when I was in the middle of a shift (I work as a paramedic) and I saw an email saying my package had been delivered. I saw someone scribbled my last name (not my signature) on the proof of delivery. I raced home at the end of a 48hr shift and sure enough, my package was not there.

    I immediately called UPS and they said it was the responsibility of the contractor who actually delivered it. I called the contractor and they were rude and actually offered the explanation that one of my neighbors had probably signed for the package. After filing a claim, I waited almost a month and finally called them only to have them say it was my responsibility to contact the sender. I will be doing just that…after we finalize arrangements for my grandmother’s funeral. She passed away last week, and my last birthday gift to her was a candle I had to get on the way to her house because of this debacle.

    I bought an $800 4k DVD player from Amazon and that was shipped to me in perfect shape with no damage. I sold the player on EBay for about the same price and ship it with the same materials from Amazon. Of course UPS damages the back end of it during shipping and I have to return and refund buyer. I paid for insurance and filed a claim. UPS denies me for inadequate shipping materials. It was double boxed with thick foam padding on top, bottom, and sides. So of course UPS takes absolutely zero responsibility for their negligence and mishandling. It looks like it was dropped, but of course I get blamed for their mistake. I am out $800 plus about $120 in shipping costs.

    Plus on top of it all, they hardly ever follow delivery instructions, forge my signature, knock for 2 seconds before I can get to my door and leave, always refuse to deliver heavy items to my door. They steal money from their employees and treat them badly which partly explains why their service sucks so bad for the customer. It’s extremely hard to talk to a live customer service representative. I really really hate UPS. I hope they go out of business and burn in hell.

    I expedited a document and was told it would be between 2pm and 5pm and he showed up at 11am. It required a signature and had someone coming at 1pm. Now I can't get my parcel until Monday morning and I needed it Monday at 8 am and they don't open until 9:30 am. Never pay extra it's a scam with UPS. They do not care about the customers need.     Been trying to get a pickup. Waited from 9 am to 10 pm. Every time we call get a different excuse. It will be there by 7 then 9 then 10 then 11 then next day to find out truck broke down. Will be there by 7. Called again to complain. Found out that ): we weren't set up for a pickup and they sent the packing slip to California without a package (how stupid is that). We work 3rd shift 11-7 then wait for package between 9-10 then back to work. Now waiting and hoping it will be picked up today (by 11) so I can go back to work! Isn't nice to know there's a trucker driving out there who hasn't slept in 3 days and doesn't do ** and coffee and no-doze isn't working. ** system is gonna kill me!!!

    UPS has really went downhill. I had a package scheduled to be picked up, and was told to leave it on the porch by the front door. Later in the day, I received a notification from my doorbell camera showing the UPS driver walking up to the porch, very briefly glancing at the package as he stuck the notification on my door saying I missed my pickup, didn’t even bother to knock just turned around and left. I then tried to contact UPS more times than I can count with no avail. Finally got an answer and the rep could care less about what the driver did and seemed bothered by my business.     Paid for next day shipping, never received texts with updates, ETA of package arrival. Order was suppose to arrive Friday, waited all day at home with two kids, finally left home and UPS driver left "missed you note." Had to wait all weekend for "next business day" -- even though USPS ships and works on Saturdays --tracking info then said "delay, unknown delivery date". Called customer service, spoke to a bot who refused to allow me to speak to a human. Worst company ever. Apple store uses Fedex, will be shopping there from now on. Not planning on frequenting UPS any longer, will advise same to my friends and family. This is what happens when companies work with more robots than humans.

    I ordered a computer that required a signature. I was told it would arrive on Monday at Noon. I waited all day for it to arrive. The arrival day and time was not updated online, and I received no messages. I had places I needed to go but was instead held hostage in my home waiting for a package that never arrived. Finally, I received a message the next morning saying it would arrive that day at 10:30 am. I had a 9 am appointment that I could not reschedule that late (had they let me know the day before I would have rescheduled my appointment), so I went to the appointment and hurried home. I got home at 10am - 5 minutes after they arrived. There was no number to call on the paperwork, so I wasted time calling three different numbers before talking to the correct department. I am leaving to go out of town in a couple of days and need the computer set up before then.

    She said she would contact dispatch and see if the driver could come back. She asked if I wanted a phone call or an email. I said phone call. She said they would call within an hour. They never called. More than an hour later they sent me an email saying they cannot come back. I did not see that email for two hours. Again, they said they would call. So, again I was held hostage waiting for something that did not happen. Now I will be held hostage tomorrow waiting for them to arrive with my package. They are not the only ones who have a schedule to keep. Such business is unacceptable.

    My company regularly sends me an overnight envelope and I almost NEVER receive it on time according to the tracking that THEY provide me with. I was supposed to receive one today, and of course it didn't arrive. When I called, it took FOREVER to get the automated system to allow me to speak with a real person, and when I finally got someone on the line, they weren't helpful. They just kept saying that it was out for delivery and would be delivered before the end of the day. The package is urgent each time, however it's never treated as though it's urgent.     I guess my story is the same as all the other ones.. ordered something on a Friday, with overnight UPS. It's now Tuesday and I'm still waiting for it. We have held up an entire business waiting on ups. Our business is at a standstill until UPS can deliver the much needed part to run our machinery.     I run a small business selling artwork, prints, and handmade frames. UPS destroyed my packages/product so badly it seemed intentional. My wooden frames were fully bent and snapped, glass SHATTERED, prints scratched and ripped. These were packaged up to framing industry shipping standards, and would’ve been able to survive a reasonable amount of being pushed around in transit- so the treatment of these packages was clearly horrible. The driver even stated that the UPS delivery team was fully at fault.

    My claim process has been ongoing for MONTHS trying to get back the $8000 that I lost through this. They charged me an extra $3000 for shipping. My claim was first denied entirely, after calling back every day for weeks to appeal they finally furthered the process. Another few months of calling and customer service sends out two checks… for a total of $343.21. Customer Service is awful to deal with, they promise that I’ll receive a callback which I never do. This is not customer service’s fault, the entire company profits off the losses of small businesses and does not take any accountability. Do not ship with UPS.

Last package the delivery was delayed 3 times.     UPS continues to be the worst! The latest? A package I've been waiting for all week was "delayed due to weather." The parcel now sits just 2 hours from my house, but they failed to put it on the delivery truck last night, so now it's delayed one business day. Today is Friday which means the package won't be here until Monday. Three more days. Do they deliver here on Saturdays? Of course they do, but they're going to wait on this one until Monday. The weather in Vernon California today? 69° partially cloudy 2% chance of rain wind at 3 to 5 mph. Sounds treacherous.

    They failed to put the package on the truck and will find any excuse they can. This happens year after year. And attempting to speak with somebody at the company is now near impossible. Just a loop of automated responses. And it's pointless because they never offer any helpful information even if you are able to talk to someone. I never choose UPS if given a choice of delivery options. I wish more businesses would pick up on this and start picking other companies for delivery service. That's the only way that UPS is going to get the picture and start to clean up their business.

    UPS offers insurance for packages sent. However they have a total different company called UPS Capital for insurance should your package become lost, stolen, or broken during shipping. UPS Capital has a claims website you now use to file a claim should your UPS package have one of the above stated issues. After you file your claim with UPS Capital they will never email or call you back. You will message them and check the status on their UPS Capital claims website and there is never a new status. This insurance they offer is totally a fraud. There is no one who will ever contact you no matter how many messages you leave either by phone or on the claims website. I will no longer ship anything with UPS ever again.

    I frequently order food services (factor meals, every plate) and Honey Baked ham company for holidays. The order is shipped perfectly and makes it to my local UPS store the same day. It has arrived at the local ups around 5am yet they refuse to unload the truck until the following day. I live near the east coast, local UPS is in Jacksonville, NC. Again, I was supposed to receive a delivery that left a store 3 hours away yesterday morning, ups cannot tell me when it will be delivered but estimated tomorrow or the following day. I am now out $200 worth of factor meals AGAIN!!! I offered to come pick it up at the local department but was told they were not unloading that particular truck so this was not possible. This food literally was shipped from 3 hours away so how does that take ANY company 2-3 days to get it to me????

    The company I ordered my cats' food from sent it via UPS. The driver claimed to have tried to deliver the package, but I wasn't home. That is a lie. I was home the entire time. No one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. This is not the first time they claim I wasn't home to accept a package, even though I was. The whole point of having a package delivered is so that I don't have to make an extra trip.     My customer received a damaged package. UPS rejected the claim based on the following reason: The item must be packaged in the 275# tested box, not the 200# corrugated box, which can handle up to 65lb items. Our package's net weight was 11lb, and gross was 14lb (proven by the UPS receipt when sending it to the customer; he also got the receipt with the exact details when he shipped it back). It doesn't matter, even if you have documented everything and followed the rules set by UPS. There is no way to appeal the claim since the UPS insurance department is as customer unfriendly as the rest of the customer service. Save your money. Please don't waste your money and time. The only way to get your money back from UPS is through a small claims court.

    Was waiting all morning. Was sitting outside when I got an update saying they tried and I wasn't home. Even though I was sitting outside. Says they left a note... but nope. Called their customer service and they hung up on me twice. Third time since it's been less than a half hr since they "tried". I asked that they retry my delivery. I was told over an hr ago someone from dispatch would call me in an hr. Well it's been an hr and a half and still no call. I bet they'll say when if they do call that it's too late in the day and they'll retry on Monday cuz they already rescheduled my delivery in 2 days. I hate this company. Only time I use this service is when I order online and they choose it. If I could sue them for terrible service in every department I would. Only thing this company is good for is making copays in store.

    Third strike and you're out! For the third time mangoes shipped to me by sister from Florida mysteriously disappeared, "mis-shipped" to some unknown location or ended up in a UPS drop-off spot days after my sister and I started a complaint at the point of origin. No 'missed you' notification was left on door nor bell rung. I am retired and at home every day yet when the package is tracked online it is declared delivered to "Other", "Non-existent address" or left completely blank.

    Is something going on with my local couriers? Are they enjoying my mangoes on the QT after smelling that sweet aroma emanating from the box? What do you think? The mango I shall eat after writing this missive was sent by my cousin from the same State using the US Postal Service which over the years has a 100% delivered rate! So if you are sending similar perishables to a loved one from anywhere use the USPS and after all it is a Federal crime to mess with Uncle Sam's mail!

Their computer system constantly says there's an error and try again later. The store is too busy to help. A complete disaster - one of the worst customer experiences of my 67 years of life. They should be ashamed of their service. NEVER AGAIN UPS.

    I called 800-742-5877 to make a complaint because we ordered a next day air delivery on Friday and we were told today that we were not getting until Monday. Arjay was sweet and understood my complaint because we were expecting a passport and we were leaving tomorrow out of the country. He saved us 1500.00 that we were going to lose if we didn’t get the package. We were able to go pick the package at the location after we made this complaint.

    The lady at 1201 E Upas in Mcallen Tx didn’t want to give us the package because she said the manager had already left for the day and that the only way we could get it is if we made a complaint. I think that’s crazy and unfair... but thank you Arjay for helping me getting our package. You are awesome. So if you can’t get your package make a complaint to that number and they can help you faster.

    I would give UPS a zero if possible. It is virtually impossible to get past their stupid bot to speak with an actual person when you have a problem. The bot will NOT transfer you. You have to respond to several limited problem inquiries, it provides absolutely no useful information and then hangs up on you. To add insult to injury, it cheerfully tells you to come back again if you have other questions. I try to avoid any company that ships by UPS; asking before purchasing from them.

    I bought suits and Clark's shoes in Kampala, Uganda and had a friend fly with them to Maryland. On May 8, I scheduled a pickup with UPS to pick the items and deliver them to me in Durham, North Carolina. I expected to use the items on my graduation on May 14. Delivery was expected to happen on May 10 but did not. I filed a claim on May 14. On May 30, I receive an email requesting me to upload the original receipt/invoice. On June 3, I upload the original receipt as requested. On June 8, I call UPS to find out what the status of my claim was and I am told it has been finalized and processed, and that I needed to send a letter confirming my address for the claim cheque. I upload the letter that same day and I'm told to give UPS 5 working days for the claim to be processed.

    On June 16, having not received the claim, I call UPS and the agent advises that the documents I provided were incomplete. I ask what information was missing from the documents I provided and I am told a person from claims support would call me in an hour to provide that update. I wait an hour but receive no such phone call. I call again and another agent claims a UPS agent tried to call me but was unsuccessful and left a message, but there is no missed call, nor a voicemail. I call again, and the agent insists I reupload the original receipt. I ask them what information they were missing from what I had already uploaded as it would make no sense to reupload the same documentation they already had, he says the UPS claim support agent would send an email with an update.

    A whole month and 2 weeks and I did not receive a package whose pick-ups and delivery I was charged for; a package whose contents I required for my graduation - a one-time experience that you can't get back. A whole month and 2 weeks on of consecutive calling and receiving no help or comprehensive feedback. Looking to share in my experience?     I have very negative experience with UPS, I am not sure if their drivers steal the things or not but whenever I order which is bit expensive, it never get delivered to my house and they lose the package every time. And then I need to do multiple follow up with UPS to get the investigation start and after the investigation result is always nothing. And then refund process. They need to understand that sometimes money doesn't matter much as we need those items on time and if we don't get items delivered on time then there is an impact and we lose. I will never suggest anyone use UPS to deliver any expensive items.

    In the recent incident Driver came to my house and then he said he has package for me and I was really waiting for that. But seems driver was holding someone's package and then he said that he need to get my package from the truck. He went to his delivery truck and after 5 min he says he don't see my package in the truck and left without delivery. But that item got delivered in the afternoon to Houston Post office on the said day, however I am in Fulshear. I am not sure how come drivers don't understand the difference in address of house and post office. However that package required signature while delivery. Still they delivered wrong place. And outcome is they lost it. :( Very bad delivery service. Will never use UPS.

    I always expect deliveries and have good experiences with USPS, Amazon & Fedex. Although I know that having a package container in our porch and a sign to “put package in the box”, deliverers are not obliged to do so, however all of the delivery companies I mentioned are conscientious and professional. They put them in my box.

    But UPS, they just throw the package on the porch and several times, we saw them stolen from our CCTV. There was even one instance they left a perishable product on the side of the porch where it’s not seen on camera. UPS needs to train their drivers. They are being paid to deliver packages in good condition and not just throw or leave them wherever they pleased.

    They leave packages out by garbage and cannot drive up my drive to put on my porch and I’ve complained many times and you do nothing. Last package was in the middle of my driveway in a mud puddle in the pouring down rain. They couldn’t even bring it up to my carport or put it on the porch like I’ve asked them that are in the order descriptions to do. They have left it out by my garbage cans out by the road. One time it was a cabinet that was 120 pounds. Now, how did they expect me to get that up to the house? Worst company ever. I didn’t have to deal with UPS I wouldn’t.

I valued them at $300, and paid $200 to Ship them. When they arrived, there was a COD charge of $107. Basically, the retainers are either worth thousands (as the cost to keep thousands of dollars worth of orthodontic work intact,) hundreds (to replace the physical retainers,) or $0. (As my student's teeth move, and no one else could use them.) When we contacted UPS in both countries, I we were given the run around by a number of employees phone/email. (One, Actually, sending me back to the UPS store, as "They could revise the invoice.") No, they could not. I wasted countless hours and finally just paid it. I am extremely disappointed in UPS. I had always chosen them over FedEx. -If I could go back, it would be $0.

    Amazon used them to deliver 2 dozen roses to my sister. They didn't follow basic delivery instructions. Instead of delivery to to the front desk of the stroke rehab, they gave the package to some passer-by. They got the guy's name, but staff said no one by that name worked there. I spent hours on the phone with staff and Amazon trying to get my money back or locate the flowers. UPS hung up on me, staff manning their Twitter account flat out refused to be helpful, and those manning the customer service email were flat out rude. My husband's bank, the biggest in the nation, just went with FedEx instead, because he told them how UPS staff behaved in this matter. Actions (or in this case inaction and passing the buck) have consequences. I'd definitely fire some staff who obviously don't take their jobs very seriously and have cost you business UPS!     Everything proceeded problematically from the initial signing. After signing up as a user, I booked a pickup and ship service. The driver did not show up. When the driver missed the deadline for the pickup, I phoned and was told that the driver would still come. The driver did not come, and I had to switch to FedEx to get things done. Tried to get my refund from UPS. The phone numbers direct and redirect, then you reach a person who redirects you to the same number with a bot that won't tell you anything without a tracking number or an account number. I had a pickup schedule number. I never made it to a tracking number because the package never shipped. Also, I do not have an account number, only a billing mode which they were very efficient in billing despite not having provided the service. Furthermore, they charged me more than quoted in the pickup schedule.

    The bot does not recognize pickup schedule numbers, only tracking numbers as if all their calls are about tracking. Two weeks later, I am still trying to get someone to refund my money. One time in the five different tries, I was promised that once the invoice was raised, the refund will post and that I would get an email from them to this effect. The pickup charge was posted on 24 May 2023, and today is 1 June 2023. I will now have to open a dispute through PayPal. I make my payments through PayPal to guard against commercial enterprises of the UPS kind with whom engagement is mission-impossible.

    It is tempting to choose the relatively lower cost of using UPS by comparison with FedEx, but I discovered to my dismay that the value/price ratio is a better deal with FedEx. I'm still astonished by how such an iconic establishment like UPS can be so dysfunctional with customer services like pickup, ship and resolve disputes - unbelievable degree of rigmarole.

    Don't use UPS to ship anything — if you care at all about the items you're shipping. They completely mutilated a package of mine carrying a number or items for my new apartment - it even had a huge hole ripped in it. They completely destroyed one larger item in there and dinged and dented multiple others. I sent photos of the destroyed box and damaged items to them and went through a ridiculously tedious and useless process to be told that since I didn't take photos of the inside of the box, while it was packed - "there was nothing they could do." I had to unpack everything to SEE the damage!!!! I spoke with multiple people, including management, and each time they said they would follow up after speaking to inspections and nothing. After weeks of this, nothing was ever done. They are a total joke and don't care at all about their customers.

    My pharmacy paid for overnight air, guaranteed Saturday delivery for my time-sensitive medication. I called customer service around 7:30 PM Saturday and they said they will deliver before 11 PM Saturday evening. Medication still didn't arrive so I called first thing Sunday morning and customer service said they made an urgent note to deliver Sunday since the medication is time sensitive and Monday was a federal holiday. It didn't get delivered Sunday and when I called customer service later in the day, they informed me it was coming Tuesday and I should call the Health Department which was also closed for the holiday weekend. So now it's Tuesday and past the time of my injection so I had to use an alternative, not as effective, medication with awful side effects. UPS can go suck it.

    On 5/16/2023 around 4:30pm I went to pickup my husband’s package with order details and photo of his driver's license to UPS customer center at 10155 Monroe, Dallas, TX, 75229. They wanted to FaceTime my husband to ensure his photo matched. After that they made copies of my driver's license which I felt invaded my security and privacy and was NOT necessary. Next morning around 9am I received emails and text messages from my credit monitoring service that someone is trying to open two credit cards in my name. What a coincidence!! I am now dealing with identity theft and fraud issues which has been extremely draining, frustrating and exhausting experience for me and my family.

    UPS employees at this warehouse should NOT be allowed to make copies of customers driver's license because personal information isn't stored properly at this warehouse/location and can fall into the wrong person’s hands. Next day I called ups 800 number and filed a complaint. Customer service said they will have the manager of this warehouse call me but I have never heard back. UPS corporate needs to step in and thoroughly investigate the manager and the front desk employees at this location because I am certain my driver's license details and personal information was misused by someone working at this location. UPS corporate also needs to ensure all copies of my driver's license present at this warehouse/location get shredded as soon as possible.

    I was awarded a 65 inch TV from my employeer and when the package was delivered the TV screen was broke and the box was damaged. I filed a claim but UPS says they don't feel they are liable for the damages and denied the claim. First they said someone was gonna call to come inspect the TV but instead a driver just shows up to pick up the package not re boxed so he had to come back the next day and to my surprise this is the results Denied claim. UPS drivers fly up and down the road and slam on breaks causing damages but when you file claims that don't want to take responsibility. Very disrespectful and unprofessional company.

    Google defaulted to an old address. To change the delivery, I need to talk to UPS. Literally 10 minutes into my phone call with Google, they shipped it and wouldn't acknowledge my tracking number as real. Now that the rest of the system says it's real, it still won't let me talk to an actual human unless I have a tracking number - which it now rejects?! Just let me talk to a human when I ask! Or I don't see how you're not complicit in a $600 loss.

They have lost packages and on the occasions when I have paid to have a package delivery location changed, they accept the payment but do not change the delivery location.     Once again, I have a delivery that per their tracking has been in town for multiple days now but suddenly "severe weather or natural disaster" is preventing them from delivering it on time. A timeline they set. The actual delivery updates also have changed to no longer show what it said about location days ago, meaning they were either falsifying the information to begin with or they're trying to cover their tracks because they've made a mistake. They're also impossible to contact for more inform. You end up in a phone tree that no matter what selection you pick results in you never speaking to a person and the call just getting dropped. I truly loathe when I'm required to work with them because a company I'm ordering from utilizes their lack of service.

    Horrible experience! I shipped a 401 k rollover check through UPS. I realized they lost my check 10 days later. Tried following up for another couple of weeks. They told me the check was lost and I needed to file a claim. Meanwhile I had to cancel the check and ask my old 401 k provider to issue a new one. UPS made me run in circles between the store and their customer service to resolve the claim I filed. I visited the store at least 4 times. And called and emailed their customer service a couple of times each.

    15 days after the check was reported as lost, UPS found and delivered the now cancelled check. Which created more issues for me with my new 401 k provider who deposited it and then had to revert the payment. I am still sorting out this issue. However, UPS at their end, very casually closed my claim with no resolution. They didn't even pay me back the shipping charges they charged me for a package they lost. Let alone reimbursing me for the trips to their store and the trouble they put me through cancelling and re-issuing checks.

    This is not a one off. Several different times, I have had to put in claims, each time, they have NOT delivered the package, when the tracking info says "Your package has been delivered." A previous time, when they say the package was delivered and it wasn't, I installed camera all around our house. Now this time same thing, the tracking info says "Delivered" but it was not. Another claim was put in, this time I said I have proof from the video. This package says "Delivered" and says "Florence, NJ", but we don't even live near there. No response yet, it's been a week. This is definitely theft and had been going on for quite some time. With everything computerized, UPS knows who is the culprit, why not do anything, union? No more selecting UPS delivery for us, for anything we buy.

    I'm awaiting a delivery of a new phone - scheduled to be delivered during my workday on a Friday - I work a block away, no big - website gives you the option to 'leave with a neighbor' within walking distance. I chose that option, think I'm all set and go on about my life. They attempt to deliver to my home, of course I'm not there - leave the 'We missed you' note. Talked to customer service because I asked to have it delivered elsewhere, apparently it take 1-2 days for any changes to process in their system (on a 2 day ship?!) - Well it was rescheduled to Monday, then to Saturday.

    I signed the slip to leave the package and put it back on the door where I found it. Sitting in my house Saturday afternoon - see UPS drive by - go check my front door - no phone, but I got ANOTHER 'Sorry we missed you slip' - Right next to the signed one!! What the heck - do I continue to not have a phone until Monday - Ridiculous. I called customer service and sent emails - absolutely no help, but I can pay $6 to drive 45 min and pick it up if I want. Crazy.

    Drivers never wait for me to walk from my kitchen to the front door 5-10 seconds to sign for packages. When I call UPS, they don't care and charge a 5.99 fee to pick up the item at a UPS store. Never use them for any item you need to sign for. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with customer service because trying to change the delivery but kept getting an error on their website. The representatives were polite, but they had no policies to resolve my issue. They just told me I would have to wait until the error was fixed, and either wait until X business days for another delivery attempt.

    I strongly discourage anyone to use UPS. Specially for small items. I buy and resale from online auctions and sometimes have to deal with UPS. I try to avoid them at all cost. I just recently bought two Tyco slot cars online from New Jersey. The auction Had UPS pick up the item, package it and ship it. I ship out items all over the world and am very knowledgeable on shipping rates. UPS sent me a shipping invoice for these two slot cars for $54 for UPS Ground to CA. Of course it is a crazy outrageous rate. I called them complaining.. they tried to bullshit me with excuses like "we need to use large boxes" for liability reasons.

    The ** on the phone said it cost $27 to package the item. $27???? for a resized box after I complained and a little bit of bubble wrap??? The box weighted 7 OUNCES!!! I was able to get this reduced to $39 which is still super ridiculous. The truth is I could ship this USPS priority anywhere in US for around $10. UPS I guess is ok for some bigger stuff, but on smaller items..THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER...so BEWARE. It's so bad now that I have almost refused to buy anything that uses UPS. Get SHIPPING Quotes before you buy something if you use these guys.. because they are grossly overcharging.

    UPS has been the worse courier/parcel delivery experience ever. Both, delivery and customer service. Two months, it was sent twice, parcel never arrived and today I got a notification that the parcel was sent back to the sender. I email them, call them, the customer service didn't have an idea even I provided the tracking number. I talked to a supervisor and several agents and no one was able to track my parcel or give me answers. Unbelievable. Michelle supervisor, David was helpless and rude. Kenya didn't have answers as well. I won't make any business ever with UPS courier.

    A package from Newegg Computers was to be delivered to my home office and the driver showed up with the package. I have him on my Ring doorbell video ringing my doorbell. Because I was not there and it required a signature because my g/f's name was on the shipper, and the address was correct, he decided to immediately (within an hour of ringing my doorbell) put the package on a truck back to the sender. I called UPS within an hour of his arrival and spoke with a SUPERVISOR who assured me the driver screwed the pooch and she was ordering the package back to my home address and the dispatcher would call me on Saturday to confirm, which he did call and we exchanged pleasantries and confirmed re-delivery to my home by this next Thursday.

    The dispatcher told me he would call on Monday (yesterday) to confirm all was well. He did NOT call on Monday in spite of giving me his word he would call. Today is Tuesday. Delivery is supposed to be on Thursday. I followed up again today to make sure it didn't get screwed up again and another SUPERVISOR this morning told me the 1st SUPERVISOR and the Dispatcher BOTH gave the wrong information and the package is on its way back to the sender. I told this latest supervisor I would be embarrassed and humiliated for UPS to have to tell the customer that no one at UPS knows what they're talking about. UPS is a broken business.     My UPS package was delivered with black dust all over it, gravel road dirt and I don’t live on a gravel road and oil stains. I’m guessing the black dust is probably brake dust from vehicles and other trucks out on the road. Didn’t know that the package had black dust all over it until I dragged it in the house got the black dust all over me all over my hands, close floor and door. Called UPS. Talk to the supervisor. Nothing they can do. They won’t come back and pick up the empty box but they’ll pick up the box with whatever you have inside of it to have it delivered back. It’s like thank you like I want you to send it back just for you to deliver it to me again really!! I think companies should use the United States post office. At least you’ll get clean packages.

    15 years ago UPS was great. They have disappointed me so many times since then I try to never be sent anything through their service. Next day air being lost. The driver delivered on a Monday but can’t find the address on a Friday are my biggest issues. I have been told multiple times a delivery attempt was made but they never leave a delivery notice and I have cameras on my driveway that send alerts anytime a car passes so I am certain their drivers are very incompetent or lying.

    We (shipper), have been a client of UPS for 11 years. We pay high-value fees 80% of the time to ship one-of-a-kind hand made items. 100% of the time we require a signature for delivery. UPS garners signatures less than 20% of the time and loses packages 15% of the time. Here is our most recent story of general UPS insanity: Beginning on 2/20/23, we contacted UPS about a package that had not been delivered to our client. UPS location slick number 0270, Dartmouth, Massachusetts was charged with delivery and failed. There has been no driver follow-up sheet issued. There was follow-up with driver verbally. Client's number was provided to UPS in writing.

    Client also contacted UPS on 2/21/23 and informed UPS that she did not receive package. At our insistence and after speaking to our client, UPS reopened case and told us to wait 8 days for a resolution. UPS claims to have contacted some unknown entity on a number that is not the number of our client. UPS claims 3 times to have delivered said package - it did not. UPS twice closed the case, claiming they spoke to our client who said she had the item.

    This is false. This is a lie. Our client did NOT have this item. UPS did NOT speak to our client, and, did not speak to their driver. We spoke endlessly to our completely useless account representative, 53 customer service representatives and 12 client services managers. All told, over 20 hours of phone time on one shipment - all to no avail. However, less than 6 hours after filing a Better Business Bureau complaint UPS miraculously found this package, now lost for months, and delivered it. As a reward, UPS refunded us 1/3 of the delivery charge.

After completing all required forms I was charge $190.00 to ship to Tel Aviv. Fair price all things considered. Sent on a Friday, was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I was delivering an emergency package to a family member who was in Tel Aviv from the US for one week only.

    Come Monday, no delivery. UPS was contacted and I was told that the wrong forms were filled out. Fair enough, complete new forms via email and Tuesday delivery confirmed. Well, on Tuesday I called to confirm and was told that although the correct forms were now in hand, they needed a local number to contact the recipient. I advised that as a US traveler, there was no local number. They said they needed one or no delivery. They needed to contact the person to confirm they are real. I ultimately got them to agree to call a local number where my family member would be present. This was done, the call took place, but the recipient was advised that the package would take six days to be delivered. It was already in Tel Aviv at customs. Six days would make the delivery AFTER the recipient leaves. Frustrated, I called UPS and requested that the package be returned.

    I was then told by UPS that because a UPS store shipped it, the store had to request the return and that the package had to be returned to the UPS store. The manager of the store did so and was told that there would be a shipping charge to return the package. The store agreed to absorb that cost. So, now I figure the package will be returned in a few days. No such luck.

    UPS kept trying to deliver the package to my house, despite being told that no one would be there and in disagreement with their own statement that it had to go to the store. This has been going on for a week. Moreover, they are attempting to charge a customs import fee to return my own package. They want $340.00. Overall, UPS wants over $500.00 to not deliver a package.

    I figured that I will go to small claims court to get any money back, but the fine print of their website says that consumers assume all risk and are presumed to know which paperwork to fill out when shipping a package internationally, despite the store being the knowledgeable person who instructed me on what forms to fill out. It has now been over 20 days and the package is still in limbo. I am now 43 minutes on hold with UPS trying to get this straightened out. UPS INTERNATIONAL - NEVER AGAIN!!!!

    I have not had any issues with UPS. I see many shared low reviews; maybe it's an area/driver thing. For me the man who delivers in my area is always prompt, friendly, respectful, and my dog loves him; when UPS stops by, that's the highlight of my puppy's day. This driver ought to get a raise. Even during covid my packages were still either on time or early. Additionally when I go to my local UPS branch, the service there is also exceptionally great and very clean.

    UPS had the exact same tracking number on two different packages coming from two regions of the country (Pennsylvania and California-talk about a lack of critical thinking). I received one package and not the other. I filed a complaint form online two weeks ago and have not heard back from UPS at all. I tried to call on the phone but I could not speak directly with a HUMAN! Thankfully the company I ordered from replaced the lost package. UPS is not to be trusted with our products being delivered or to get a reply from a human ever!

    Been waiting over a month for my parcel. They refuse to give me a location to even come pick up my parcel. Getting zero help from anyone. The worst shipping company anyone can possibly use. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

    My laptop that was being sent off to be serviced was lost by UPS and successfully passed the claims process last year. I insured my laptop when purchasing the label. They said the claims check was sent in December but I never got it. Customer Service for the claims department hangs up on me at some point every time and are not English speakers making it hard to understand what's happening. I ask for verification e-mails and never get one. I have asked for the option to have the payment sent to my card for a faster resolution.

    I am in school and have not had a laptop since December waiting for this payment. I never want to deal with UPS again after this experience. I spoke with them today and am told March 21st is the next time they can send out another check after stopping the last check Feb. 7 sending it to the wrong address. This has been a terrible experience on top of the hardship of not having a laptop for a whole semester. I am getting only $299 from them on my $320 laptop, if I ever even get it.

    I was receiving a delivery and was not going to be home to sign for it. I went onto their site and PAID to have it held at a "nearby facility". The hold wasn't processed until after 9pm by which time I had already made plans to have someone at the house receive it (because the hold wasn't confirmed). The hold agreement said it would be able to be picked up on Monday, I discovered the facility they have it at is closed Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays. Also, there was no way to modify or revert to delivery despite them presenting false information prior to my agreement to the hold. After many many attempts to speak to a human, I finally got in touch with a rep, who informed me she could not make changes to deliveries, or take customer complaints. The website offers subscriptions over and over, but no actual way to resolve anything.

    Now, I am outside their warehouse in the middle of nowhere, and I have learned on the 4 days a week it is open, they close from 12-4:30pm. It's like they are holding my package hostage and they have deliberately removed any customer service options that would assist. Almost all of my shipping has been through FedEx, after using their easy and adaptive services, my guard was down and I did not think this scenario was even possible. I am furious and I can't even complain to the company.

    I am getting tired of the covid excuse. It is here to stay like the flu. Get on with life & business. UPS has got to be the worst shipping company out there. I used to think that of Fedex, but at least they actually deliver a package and on time. My last several packages from UPS have all been lost or seriously delayed. And by lost, I am sure someone just set the box aside because they wanted it (manufacturer box showing contents). I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it is "lost".

    Why not change your shipping times if you can't make 3 or 4 days. If it will be 5 to 7, step up and say so. Seems the more reliable shipper these days is USPS. That is just a gut punch.

    UPS delivered an 1150 dollar package to my dog pen instead of where it would not be eaten. I got home to find my package with a 2 foot hole in the side and parts to my order chewed up and in the grass. No help from UPS.

    UPS has become so unreliable it is beginning to hurt our business. Eight critical shipments were sorted incorrectly and have still not arrived to their destination. Several were express deliveries. They never refund, say they are sorry, or offer compensation for their poor service. My hope is that the hundreds of thousands of other people/businesses who have the same issues retain a great law firm and sue them into oblivion.

    My package should’ve arrived here three days ago, and it says that it was delivered to the front desk of the hotel that I am staying in. The package never arrived. I checked back on the tracking number, and now it somehow says that it has been reassigned to a different delivery agent to be delivered to me, I make a phone call to UPS and they proceed to tell me no, sir your package has been delivered so I responded with. No sir. The package is not here and somehow is now been reassigned to a different agent.

    They proceeded to tell me that I would duty is to deliver it to where it was going, and where it was going, was the United States postal service to which I responded with no sir it was coming to me where I am staying, and they proceeded to tell me that it was no longer their problem because they passed my package on to someone else, but yet are still standing by that I should have my package. UPS, you are pathetic and a joke. This is why I refuse to deliver anything with you, and if I can help it receive anything from you.
