    Shipped an envelope Next Day Air (Early) on March 2nd - It's been around the country multiple times, has been within 20 miles of its destination twice. UPS has said it was delayed for weather, mechanical issues, missorting, lost...The excuses change by the hour. Can't make a claim because they state it's out for delivery. It's been out for delivery for days...What's the point of having a File a Claim function if you can't actually use it? Weather has been fine - so that's a ** excuse. Sorting Issue - Maybe but why keep saying it's going to be delivered the next day, multiple days in a row? If it was lost, per their customer service dept, why can't I make a claim? (Doesn't say lost on the tracking info.)

    Shipped monitor from OK to NY Jan 23rd. Monitor ended up in CA then returned to me 3 weeks later destroyed. Was charged 146.68 twice then out 750 for my destroyed monitor. Package was in manufacturers.

    I ordered 2 items recently and I have not gotten either. They say they attempted to deliver them but no one was home. I can see every delivery of all my packages and not once did they bring it to my home. I am disabled and can't get to their stores. If could, I wouldn't have ordered the item. I would have gone to Walmart. Lousy, lazy service.

    There are no words for what a horrific failure of a company UPS is. In my ten years at this location, they've seldom done their job correctly. "Attempted delivery" - no, there wasn't. "Business closed or nobody home" - the business is open 24/7 and somebody is always here. One trainwreck after another. Today is day 3 of "out for delivery" yet nobody came. I managed to speak with someone local yesterday and he assured me there would be no issue with delivering it today. Liar...and now the 1-800 number is refusing to have the local folks call me, unlike yesterday. I consider this to be theft.

    I wish I could say this was a first-time event, but alas it is not, and because UPS has done this before I won't order from a company or person who uses them ever again. The issue is, I order a product online and put my home as the address to deliver to, and instead of delivering it to my requested address, they drop it off at one of their hubs instead and send me an address where I can go fetch it. The companies I order from never make you aware that this could happen, but when they check with UPS, their response is, it is up to the driver to make the decision of whether he can deliver - for instance, no access to a gated community, a vicious dog, roads blocked, etc. Laziness is not on the list but here we are.

    I do not live in the country or in a locked building, have any stairs or even a gate. I had surgery and can not drive for 4 weeks and on the same day UPS chose not to deliver, Walmart delivered groceries and Uber delivered a meal and I saw Fed Ex deliver to my next-door neighbor, These are companies that take their job and the benefit to the community seriously. As I said, this was the 3rd time this has happened with no explanation. What is the purpose of saying you are a shipping and delivery company if you only deliver halfway and make the customer drive the rest? If you can't deliver to the door that day, why not try the next?

    I used to work as a Package Handler and as a Delivery Driver for UPS back in 2020. I had ordered an iPhone 14 ProMax damn near $1399 plus 90 dollars of tax along with the shipping fee. UPS created the label at 4am on 02/27/2023. When it gets to Minneapolis, MN on 03/01/2023 it says that it's out for delivery and says that it was delivered at 9:16 a.m. I get home and see no package. It required my signature and says that it was signed by someone named "Serge" along the update stating it was delivered to Arden Hills. I don't know anyone by that name nor do I live anywhere near Arden Hills.

    I call UPS and they tell me that it was the correct address when clearly I know either they're lying or clearly can't pay attention to detail or more than likely both. They kept assuring me that it was correct but I refused to believe that due to the status on my tracker stating it was Delivered at 9:16am. About 7pm in the evening, UPS calls and tells me that it was left in their building, I knew then that they're lying because THE TRACKER STATED IT WAS DELIVERED IN ARDEN HILLS (which updates when the label is scanned by either the DIADs or the Scan Ring). UPS is a joke. They lost my package within their building as well and delivered it 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered a day prior. This is the 4th time through my history of orders thru UPS. Never using their services again

    I created my label around 6 am 3/1/2023 for a package with high value (roughly $20k) for which the customer in the UK was paying roughly $560 for shipping to be received by 3/3/2023. I requested a pickup online and it said it would be picked up by noon latest. About an hour later I called in to check up on the pickup (because I seem to never have anything but bad experiences with UPS!). I was told that pickup would occur by 5 pm. I said that was not what I was told on the online form...the online form said by noon. I requested that it be modified to noon. I was assured by the person on the phone that it had been modified to noon. So, noon comes by and my package is still sitting outside of my house!!! THIS IS A PACKAGE VALUED AT ALMOST $20K WITH WHICH MY CUSTOMER IS PAYING UPS ALMOST $600 FOR DELIVERY!!!!

    I call in and I am told that the pickup had been cancelled!!! At this point I am absolutely livid and seeing red. I am told I am to pay more money to schedule another pickup for the next day!!! Absolute incompetence. Absolutely unacceptable! I hung up, got in my car and started driving to town hoping to spot a UPS van along the way. I found a driver and handed the package off to him. Absolutely miserable UPS experience (another one!)

    Absolutely unprofessional standards. This is now the 3rd time I have received a package of shoes that has the cardboard box ripped open and not resealed. The shoe box was also clearly opened to check if it was good enough for someone to steal and have me file a claim. I am not the only one who has experienced this problem either. Just search "UPS opening shoeboxes" and you will find countless videos of this continuously happening and customers receiving opened or even EMPTY packages supposed to be containing shoes. These people should all be fired, but unfortunately this will continue happening as UPS refuses to act.

    I send a Rolex Watch overnight insured for a small amount 3K as their insurance is costly. The package arrived at the watchsmith empty. Clearly cut open and a new shipping label over the cut area. There was no need to relabel the box as it had a huge vinyl label on a 6x6x6“ box. The receiver filed a claim as he had sent us the label. UPS then offered 1200 to pay for the loss of the Rolex watch! It had 1 hr. Prior to shipping had a 575.00 dial installed for 150.00 labor. 725.00 in upgrade. They have thus far refused to pay the 3K it was insured for even though the watch is worth 5k. Don’t buy their crap insurance or believe their trash talk your covered. It all a big lie. I now have to file a tort claim to get 60% of my watch value back. Never to use them again ever!

    I am currently in the process of selling my condo, which there are times I need to step out when I have a showing and I can't be there. UPS tried to deliver to my house at a time where I was having a showing and was not there, so I updated my delivery instructions to just leave it at my door next time because I can't predict when I will be home. Even after specifically instructing them to leave it at my door and it's okay to do so, they won't do it. Even after speaking with a UPS representative on the phone about it, in which they did not tell me they wouldn't be able to do that. Some people are at work during delivery hours or have other things going on, so how is anyone supposed to get their package if you won't follow their specific instructions? Ridiculous.

    The UPS driver attempted delivery of a wine shipment that required an adult signature. We left a note at the door to have next door neighbor sign for the package. The driver left a note he could not do that. I rescheduled shipment for today, Saturday, 25 February. I waited the entire day and after 7:00 pm, received a message that there was an attempted delivery; false! No one came, no note was left and I have a security system to prove it! It’s a shame that not only are they incapable of timely delivery but are also dishonest.

    My package was scheduled for delivery on 2/24/23. The UPS delivery man did not ring the bell instead put "Sorry we missed you” sticker on door. I have called customer service and they lied about the time and about the attempt by the driver. This is day 2. I am furious that they’re doing the same thing again and lying. I still have no package on 2/25/23, and several calls later the lie continues and the time for delivery has changed. I hate UPS lying service.

    UPS is the worst at delivering packages too the correct address. I will never do any business with them again. When contacting UPS, you are never allowed to speak to a real person. This has happened at three times in the last year. Address on packages clearly shows deliver to Side door. I live on the busiest street, where thieves watch deliveries of packages. It is sad these people are being paid to deliver packages.

    On 11/19/22, I went to the UPS Store #5572 in Hawthorne. I asked the clerk if an envelope I was mailing within the same state would be delivered the next day. Clerk assured it would and I paid extra for next day delivery. The envelope was delivered on 11/22/22. I called the UPS store, clerk said you are entitled to a refund, and I needed to speak to the manager. Manager was suppose to put in a claim and a refund check would be sent back to the store. Two weeks later, I called and spoke to the manager again. Check wasn't at the store and he asked if I wanted it sent to my home address instead (they have all my info in their database).

    Another two weeks go by, still nothing. I went back to store #5572 on a Saturday, manager wasn't there. I had a copy of my receipt & proof of delivery. Clerk told me to call back on Monday because the manager is there M-F. Called Monday, manager said check was mailed to my house - Not!!! Called customer service and was told the check was mailed to the store. Needless to say, it's now 02.22.23 and still nothing - just receiving the runaround. I've been to other locations and never had a problem. I won't be going back to that location.

    Awful service, even paying to modify schedules and hold locations makes no difference. If you have the option select another shipping service. Shipping time was inaccurate, was unsuccessful to reschedule or choose a hold location, but surely they charged me for that.

    Shipped Television on eBay through UPS and frame broked right and left corners. I put a Fragile sticker but I guess they didn't care and throw the package. I tried to do claim through ups online but website is very difficult to register or log in. Using USPS or FEDEX will be much better option.

    Twice now UPS has failed to deliver packages, citing "delivery location vacant" and claiming the driver either could not find my address or received no response when delivery was attempted. Curiously enough, I've been home nonstop for a week, throughout the supposed delivery days, and never did a delivery driver come to my door and attempt delivery. When I called the UPS Customer Service line to solve the issue, their only solutions were a) I pick up the package myself (in which case, why am I paying them to ship and deliver a package?), or b) the driver attempts delivery again. I opted for picking it up myself because, and I quote, "I do not trust your company to deliver this package." Maybe if UPS treated their drivers better, they wouldn't be rushing around failing deliveries.

    I will never use UPS again!!! No one bothers to knock or ring doorbell, notice left!!! No attempt to redeliver my package!!! No customer service! No support to help when your package is not delivered and brought to some random 3rd party location for pickup!!! Just had open heart surgery and cannot pick up my package!!!

    UPS is not good. On my first call, I was given incorrect information because his info that didn't match the agents on my other calls to UPS. Things continue to go downhill fast from there. So the first guy told me to go online to track this delivery and also to sign the release of signature. He failed to tell me the number on the notice is not the tracking number (and tracking is what I need). I had to keep working to figure this out because I can not be home to receive this. I will be working. I had to call again and get the number I needed.

    Anyway, I tried to go online to preferences. I want able to select what I think I needed to select. It wasn't an option so off I go, into another cluster-F. I eventually think I figured this out and I think I signed the authorization so packages can be left without my signature. But, to be certain, I called again, the next morning to confirm that I did it correctly. It was so confusing. The first number I called, you cannot reach a human being unless you give (the what they think is) a correct reason for you to speak to their cust service reps. I never was able to dish to a human at this location. Why can't we speak to human beings on a cust service line?? It's craziness. I sent thru so many prompts, answering so their questions but still, no human ever picked up that line. Do, another frustrating waste.

    I ended up finding the number I used the day before. I did reach a human (yay and only after a few prompts) do she could explain the unexplainable (IMO). But here I learned that the UPS site I was given yesterday is not where I can do what I needed to do (and I release this package without signature). Clearly I'm on my own and I figured out the correct website and man, that site confusing. Not a user-friendly website. But, more, problems reared its frustrating head. The number in the darn notice does not list the "tracking number". No, the number in these notices the delivery guy leaves is just a notice number and that ninety cannot be tracked. It's all I had and I believed that was the tracking number. Wrong again.

    So, I called again and I now, I have all I need and I was able to track the shipment. But, no, I learn I actually cannot. They couldn't do it last night because the tracking number was not visible because it's still sitting on a truck at 7 pm. I can't do a thing until it's removed from the truck. So, I asked and was told that I had up until 8 am the next morning (this morning) to call and release this signature nonsense. So I did that and called this morning at 545 or 6 am. But no, too late. The package was already buried on the truck for redelivery today. Any edits I made this morning (like the signature release) cannot even be seen right by these reps away. I have to wait a few hours.

    Now, the next problem is since my package info cannot be seen for several hours, I cannot confirm a darn thing about it. So after all this garbage and wasting of time and massive frustration, I just wanted confirmation I did this signature thing correctly. My guess is, my package will probably remain on the truck, undelivered because I can't be here... everything I was trying to avoid. Will see what happens. After this ** show, I'm not terribly hopeful I will get this new iPhone phone for my girl!!!!

    I recently ordered from a retail store that uses UPS to ship their packages. On the scheduled delivery date I received two messages from UPS. The first message said that my address was incorrect. I verified with the store and the address on the shipping label was correct. The second message from UPS said that they could not deliver the package because the apartment number was missing. This is a single-family home, on a street with only single-family homes, and the house number is posted in big numbers on the front door, so there is clearly no apartment number needed for delivery.

    When I reached a UPS customer service person, they took my information and said that the package would be delivered the next day. Four days later, still no package. Contacted a customer service rep today who told me that I must pick up the package at their facility in another town within two days. Very poor service from both the driver and the customer service rep who told me it would be delivered the next day.

    This company used to be very dependable, but not anymore. It doesn't matter where an order is coming from, they pretty much will change your delivery date without giving a reason why. Calling a rep is a waste of time, because all they do is repeat what I see on my end. One day shipping/delivery turns into four to five day shipping/delivery. They have left several of my packages at my neighbor's houses. Even though now, my address number is in bold print at my driveway. During shipping, several of my past orders weren't logging in at a drop off point, so no updated info was available. Just careless and unprofessional.

    UPS store location 5007 does not provide a coherent invoice for mailbox service renewal. They would not give a bill identifying a customer (name), type of service (mailbox), mailbox number, due date, and a term service fee ($) correspondent to the customer's box size. Instead, employees are instructed to point at the general promotional materials' pricing of mailbox service.

    Similarly, the receipt (for the pre-payment of the next term) issued by this store does not identify the type of service, box number, or the length of term - it just says "Miscellaneous Non-Taxable". Does UPS condone dissociation of the receipts from the respective services as a way to lay the ground for repeat-charges of the same service or to skew fiscal reporting?

    I sent a package that was expensive and purchased the insurance a year ago. They lost it and I have been battling with them for a year for a refund. They first approved it then came back said it was too late. They messed around and let it be late. I filed everything in a timely manner. They just use you to get the insurance and not pay you back.

    I ordered a product. The company only ships UPS. They have a Customer Service Department out here in Flagstaff. The products come into it. I could not get in touch with anyone so went out there. I got hollered at by an employee because I came out to pick up a package. They did not have my name on it from the tracking information I received. The package I received did. UPS is very confusing - their process and delivery and no one to answer questions to pick up packages, only to have UPS pick up packages. They have done this to me quite often.

    I am capable of going into their service Department. UPS insists I provide them my home address. This is an invasion of my privacy. I am capable of picking the package up myself. They have an office. UPS should be prepared for people to come pick their packages up. I just got a notice that my package was sent back. Why? No one will tell me. If UPS was created in lieu of USPS, they can be as efficient. They have delivered too many packages out here to the wrong addresses. Let us, their customers come in and pick packages up ourselves.

    I sent a Christmas gift box to family in Spain. After it got there, I learned that UPS website did not identify or create all the required paperwork. Package was held in Customs for 5 weeks. UPS office in Spain asked for documents not even needed according to UPS own guidance. And they asked for this after Customs had already released the package back to UPS for return to me. So it was never delivered; UPS staff had no idea what was needed by Customs; UPS in Spain did not act timely to provide documents to Customs; and UPS seemed unaware of how to deal with a consumer shipment. And so now I have the package returned to me. Totally horrible, incompetent, experience.

    No matter where a package is going to or coming from it is never delivered when it should be. It doesn't matter if you drop it off early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The package is always 1 - 2 days later than promised and they take no responsibility. They are becoming like USPS. You pay more and don't get what you pay for.

    I ordered a lot of nail products from Ukraine, to have something to work with. So this parcel was going to Canada by Meest corporation. But they can bring it only to Toronto and from there they just send this package by UPS. My package was sended on January 11. Estimated delivery date was January 17 (It looks like they go by bicycle). But ok, doesn't matter, of course my package wasn't delivered. By the way, I called them on January 16 just to check where it should be delivered, 'cause on their website wasn't any information, only "Calgary AB". They check an address and told me "no worries, it gonna be delivered in time". So I called them on January 17th at 6p.m. (they work to 7) and asked about my package, because I was fully booked for next day. They told me "your package is out for delivery today, so you should receive today or tomorrow".

    In next day there wasn't estimated delivery time on their website. So I called them again and get exactly the same answer "it's out for delivery today". So in third day I was already very angry and I started understand that they just lie to me to take some time. I called them a few times this day and finally some girl told me that I can make a claim and then they will find and bring my package urgently. I didn't want to do this, but I made this claim. Next day in the afternoon I called them again. And they told me "oh, it's not true, it was a mistake, your investigation will take 8 business days" tadadada... I asked to cancel this claim and just bring my package, but she told me that the best way for me is just wait. So then I directly asked if they lost this package, and only then they said "yes".

    Ok... After 5 days I got the e-mail that my investigation was closed. I finally feld myself a little better. I called to this familiar number and asked "does it mean that you found my package?" They said "yes, but we need around 3 days to make some paperwork and we need to contact a shipper for additional information." Next day I contacted Meest corporation by myself and asked if they already provided this information. Meest told me that they will contact UPS right now and then call me back.

    I got this call after 15-20 min and they told me that they gave all the information that they had, but if I know what exactly is in my package I can contact UPS and maybe it gonna help. I called UPS again to provide an information, but they just told me that somebody will contact me today to add this information to my claim. Of course nobody called me and estimated delivery day wasn't provided. So today I called them again. Aaand.... They told me "It was some mistake, this investigation wasn't closed, it still opened. So you have to wait 2 days more". Honestly, this is a most horrible delivery service I ever had. Please, save your mental health, time and money - DON'T USE UPS. By the way, the last information about my package - "arrived at facility in Calgary Jan16". This package came through half planet, through 3 borders and customs and was lost by UPS in the destination.

    I ordered a pc. of equipment and paid an extra $50 for 2nd day air to get it here fast. They claim it did not get to them in time. They picked it up at the place at 2 in the afternoon, so if it did not get to them it is their fault. Now My pkg got stuck in the regular mule train slow delivery system. It will now be here 5 days after the paid for delivery date. They refuse to refund my money. They got my money so they don't care if I get my item, late or ever. This is the fourth time in a row that I have gotten the "your pkg has been delayed" notice. I will never personally use ups for shipping and in the future will request shippers use anything else but UPS. I am extremely tired of the big brown aggravation machine.

    They take zero responsibility. Packages often get delivered to the wrong door at apartments so in attempt to PREVENT THIS - when notified UPS was approaching, I went outside to make sure they came to the correct door ($200 Nike's). I never saw the UPS truck yet received a “delivered” update AS I STOOD OUTSIDE WAITING! I immediately contacted UPS and long story short - I had to take it up with NIKE.

    Again this week: tracking info says “out for delivery by 7pm”, never arrives, tracking info updates to “processing at facility” - every day it’s “Out for delivery” then doesn’t arrive. YET UPS will never label your package as LOST and will never contact you offering an explanation or solution. It’s up to ME to contact UPS and they have ZERO customer service. They always direct you to “take it up with the seller”. $90 personalized engraved item and now I have to reorder and wait AGAIN and seller ships UPS AGAIN. UPS doesn’t even refund the shipping fee when they don’t provide the shipping service! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.

    When it comes to delivering packages, UPS is the totally incompetent regardless if you leave delivery instructions to call you when they are outside an apartment and can not access the building. Every other delivery service is able to deliver packages except UPS. Use any other carrier before you use UPS.

    I sent a package with plenty of time to reach my children before Christmas comes days later I get a notification the package was delivered by UPS. Christmas arrives I find out the package was never delivered it was just, marked delivered by the driver Kids never got their gifts so I go to the location and open a case I am waiting patiently I call into the store to check the status on the 13 of January to find out UPS closed the case without telling the store or myself why. I reopen the case the same day.

    Only to call the store on the 25th of January to find out UPS stated they spoke to my son and he stated he received the package but when UPS called him. He was with his mother and her sister and they both heard him tell the associate no the package never arrived. I have called the store. I call UPS and get through to no one. The investigation is a fraud. I don't believe they call anyone. I'm starting to think they make up answers at this time. I am looking into legal actions mail is federal and we are supposed to trust these people with our mail.

    UPS knows that when rain or snow is in the forecast, they bag your package. Amazon has yet to figure how train their drivers on common courtesies like this hence the many packages I have come home to that are wet. Unfortunately, unless the items inside are damaged by the rain and needs returned, there is no real way to bring this to their attention. UPS drivers smile and speak nicely. Amazon drivers seem to lack confidence in interacting with the customer or maybe are not trained to care about how their company is perceived.

    I made a small order from Amazon. UPS gave me a delivery date. When that date arrived they said they DELIVERED my package, however, they didn't. Several emails and calls accomplished nothing. I didn't have my order and yet they insisted that I did. I called Amazon and canceled my order. What happened? All their customer service is automated. And the automation is poor.

    I paid $30 for overnight shipping for my package to be delivered today, 1/20/2023. UPS FAILED TO DELIVER IT even though it was sitting at the local delivery facility at 8:57 a.m. It's scheduled for delivery on Monday, 1/23 - THREE DAYS LATE!!! I REPEATEDLY tried calling UPS customer service and even their corporate headquarters in GA, and all I got was a recording saying my package was delayed, then it would disconnect me. THERE'S NO WAY THAT I COULD FIND OF SPEAKING TO AN ACTUAL PERSON AT UPS! There also isn't any way of emailing them either! What kind of company makes it impossible to contact their customer service department to speak with a person? I've NEVER not been able to at least speak with a company's customer service department before now. Saying UPS is disrespectful, uncaring, and unprofessional toward its customers doesn't even being to cover their incompetence and ineptness.

    UPDATE: Just went to UPS website to take a photo of the tracking info and found UPS has now removed ALL of the tracking info previously showing the package arrived at my local delivery hub this morning and only states that the package is on its way. UPS is a downright despicable and any company that uses them for delivery will NEVER get my business anymore!!!

    If I could give no stars, I would! Apparently Mail Innovations is where go packages go to die. Two of my online orders went through Mail Innovations. They are now sitting in Mail Innovations buildings in Rossford, OH and Springfield, MA - "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" Every day, I get the message that the package will be delivered by the end of the day. I've been getting this message for a month now. What makes matters worse, is that it is impossible to speak to a person. Online chats just go in circles - starting and ending with Tracking.

    UPS unilaterally created a five hour delivery window for a parcel, clearly implying that I must be present tomorrow for those five hours for a delivery to take place. But wait. I can "change delivery" online or by telephone. Nope. Not a chance. The UPS automated systems:

    1) do not recognize my carefully written-down log-in data;
    2) will not let me change my log-in data because I already have an "account; and

    3) won't change the delivery on the telephone because the Automated Voice Response System erroneously hears or reads my spoken and typed input (I tried each way four times) of the Tracking Number as beginning with "1ZZ" instead of "1Z", thus cutting off the last character of the Tracking Number: "Sorry, I do not recognize that Tracking Number."

    And from the last four UPS deliveries, whether I am home from 2 - 7 PM tomorrow or not, they will leave a notice IN THE MAILBOX that I was not there and must drive to the local drugstore to pick up my package from the mound of packages they dump there every day per the clerk in the store and according to what I see each time - dozens of boxes NOT DELIVERED. So pretend service hiding behind incompetent automated systems.

    I wish there was more transparency on which company is delivering our packages. If I know it's coming from DHL or UPS I'd just order from another source (whenever possible). The biggest lose was a few years a they lost a custom-made costume mask I ordered from Canada and they refused to acknowledge the driver delivered to the wrong address if it was delivered at all. It's happened again a couple times since them so now, for items not easy refunded (like Amazon purchases), I usually have sent to my work so I have cameras and mailroom workers to back the missing shipment claim. Another issue is the passing off of deliveries. UPS marks packages as delivered when all they did was pass it off to the USPS or other carriers which puts them in limbo with no expected delivery date.

    I have shipped through this UPS Store MANY times over the years and previously they did an exceptional job. However on 12/29 at 8:20am I shipped a package two-day and it arrived 1/3 at 2:17pm. My calculations say that's four and a half days. I shipped my package with Alan who was very attentive to the shipping process. He however did not inform me there would be no deliveries on both Sunday (1/1) and Monday (1/2). With all the holiday and weather concerns I am completely understanding for the shipment being delayed but I was not explained there would be a two and a half day delay with deliveries. I feel as though I could have used standard Ground shipping (saved quite a bit of money) and my package would have gotten there in the same time...or thereabouts.

    I spoke to Pauline who I was told was the store manager and she said there was nothing they can do for a credit because two day shipments were not guaranteed. I explained the entire story about how my package was delivered two times longer that expected, but received nothing other than an "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do. You should have read the electronic screen more carefully." I called two days later and Pauline said she spoke to their district manager who said the same thing. I just wanted to write my experience for anyone who wishes to have their packages delivered. THE DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT ACCURATE. I try not to be a complainer, however I don't believe the UPS store is correct.

    An item I ordered on 12/7 should have been delivered to me by 12/21 but it never came and I still don't have it. The site would show an updated delivery date but the package would never come and the delivery date would change to the next day. Finally they just stopped putting a delivery date and the site said it will be updated when a new date is available.

    A claim was filed which is a complete joke. When the claim was initially filed, I gave a description of the item. Then I received an email asking me to confirm the delivery address which they had as somewhere in Illinois....I'm in Kentucky. I responded to the email...No response. Then I receive notification that my claim was closed because they need a description of the item. I called and again gave them a description. Three hours later, I receive notification again, that my claim is closed for the same reason. The links they send via text DON'T WORK and no one there is knowledgeable enough to help. This has been a complete and utter disaster.

    Driver did not leave an info notice on door when trying to deliver package that needed signature (I was not home), yet UPS website does not allow you to change delivery time or location for future delivery (unless you pay minimum of $10) online. Finally got a hold of customer service agent (India?) who could've cared less about a customer not being able to access information about a package in their own account. Agent suggested instead that I have it sent to a pickup location, and pay $7 to do so, instead of assisting me with changing the delivery date. And then said have a nice day and hung up. Unfreakinbelievable how this company, which used to be the pinnacle of success, has fallen so low. Doesn't even try any more.

    UPS refuses to follow up and deliver package to FORMAL Address, stating that I, "receiver" refused delivery, agreed to "pick up" package at Glenwood Springs CO hub instead, and nearly 3 weeks later, they still refuse to contact me to forward delivery.     We have sent a large securely (approximately 4' x 3') packed item to our customer in San Francisco through UPS. UPS has lost the package and they have been unable to locate the package.     For the 2nd time in 3 months, UPS has delivered my package to the wrong town (South Portland) which has a different zip code than where I live (Portland). Additionally, my street does not even exist in South Portland. So how the hell can they claim the package was delivered. There is no one at UPS to call. There is no help online or on the phone. The automated responses all say "I can't direct you to an agent" regardless of how much info you give them.

    First of all, the driver didn't even go to my apartment to deliver the package. He said he attempted to deliver at 2:38 when I have video proof that he didn't go. Then I call CS and she tried to charge me money so it could be delivered today. After I told her that it wasn't my fault, she said that it was going to be free of charge and that she was going to put it again in route. If the driver didn't have time, it was going to be sent to the UPS pick-up area. The driver didn't even attempted to deliver and sent the package to the distribution center. I called again CS and the guy said I didn't tell them I needed the package for today. So it was my fault. I thought it didn't matter if I said it or not, their job is to deliver the package the day that they say it's going to be delivered. Lazy driver and awful service.

    In Seattle, anyway, the package might take two to four days to get to Seattle, which is fine and is as-advertised, but then it takes an additional two to three days to travel around the Seattle area to get to your house. Now explain that disorganization. Lands in Redmond, goes to Tukwila, then transferred to the USPS. I mean, gee whiz.

    I don't think they actually have the best people designing transfers. This not only delays the package, but requires more of their people hours doing all this double and triple work. But this has been going on for decades. I would imagine whomever is sitting in the seat responsible for this would have a "great" explanation, but that's what's called the fixed mindset - an inability to see their way is inferior. Look to Amazon, UPS! And then let it soak in how young Amazon is compared to the much-more established UPS. There are some important variables you should learn, or you will slowly go out of business.

    Claiming weather is causing the delay, my package that was supposed to be delivered overnight still has not been delivered 5 days later...interestingly, the delivery zip code is not effected by the weather (per the UPS website). Contacting customer service was a TOTAL waste of time. Wait time was over an hour and was directed to a call center in India (True to form, the agent was difficult to understand, couldn't answer my question and refused to transfer me to US agent). Very frustrated, I am waiting for some critical documents.

    Ordered my wife a gift for Christmas. The shipper sent the packages via UPS. Here is the main issue. It was placed on the delivery truck three times. Full disclosure we had a snowstorm. I'll give them that, the first day was mild could have delivered, but the next two days probably couldn't due to the road conditions. The roads were opened up by Christmas Eve morning and prior to ups even getting going. Christmas eve they did not attempt to even deliver. So my wife was left without her main xmas gift. To top it off we still don't have an updated date of delivery. Their website tracking skews the tracking status to not show previous "out for delivery" dates. However, the shipper does show that info, this is done by ups to not show the consumers what happened. It is done to mislead us. Thanks for not even trying to get Xmas gifts on time.

    No accountability; no ability to talk to customer service to assist when next day air package with keys not delivered for 4 days! 12/19/22: Our daughter and I travel to Stowe VT for a vacation and stayed at the Stowe Mountain Resort. I flew and she drove from Washington DC. The last day there 12/22/22 - she couldn’t find her car fob to drive home. She slept on the floor of her brother’s AirBnB in Duxbury VT as Stowe Resort was sold out. 12/23/22: Her friend sent keys UPS next day air at 9:25am from DC UPS store at cost of $129.00. Guaranteed delivery to the Airbnb in Duxbury VT by 3pm on 12/24/22.

    12/24/22: Package didn’t arrive and she got notification that arrival was tbd. 12/25/22: I call UPS customer service as Key is still not delivered. Agent says no information will be available until 12/27. I talk with supervisor - 45 mins later finally learn package was delivered from DC UPS location to MD location but did not move out of MD. She doesn’t know why. No further information is available until 12/27/22.

    I explain that our 26 year old daughter-with limited credit card and funds - has no place to stay and no car in Northern Vermont. Her keys were guaranteed to be delivered 12/24/22 by 3pm when she would drive back to DC. UPS (according to CS supervisor in what appears to be a call center outside the US): can't help. The UPS CS supervisor says there are NO options to assist. No way to get information on key delivery prior to 12/27; No way to get her place to stay; No way to get her rental car; No one at UPS that I can talk to. 12/26: At this point Keavy has spent hundreds of dollars on meals and Uber rides. She was alone for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. She is supposed to be at work today and doesn’t even know when her keys - guaranteed by UPS to be delivered 12/24 by 3pm-will arrive.

    On 12/17 I found a note of my door for missed delivery, of which I knew nothing prior. It also was stated that the signature was required, which I also didn't know anything about. And apparently in UPS's view, people don't work; they just sit glued to the door waiting for somebody from UPS to knock on the door one day. After a long conversation that same day with the call center rep. The delivery was rescheduled for 12/24. On 12/19 I upon coming home from work I found another notice of missed delivery with the threat to ship my package back to sender, if the third delivery is not accepted. UPS makes their own schedules as convenient for them and expect you to sit and wait all day for them to show up as it works for them. I call again to question why there was a delivery on the 19th, when 3 days prior it was scheduled for 24th. I was assured by the customer service rep. that the rescheduled date was indeed 24th.

    On upon checking their website and tracking the package, I discovered that the third delivery was scheduled for 12/20! And that is after two prior phone confirmations for 12/24. Once again, I was reassured that I will get my package on 12/24, delivered to my house. On the 24th I was under house arrest all day waiting for the delivery as schedule and confirmed by 3 call center reps. And it never happened!!! At 7pm I contacted UPS again and was informed that according to their system, I requested for the package to be held for self pickup. This was a Christmas present for my 10 year old son! Talking to that rep was like taking to a brick wall, which at the end wished me Happy Holidays. That is not to mention the other scam that UPS runs these days: if you miss the first delivery at their convenience and try to reschedule, so that you make arrangements to be there, UPS will scam you for an additional charge of $12.

    I had one overseas package lost by UPS at local delivery about 3 weeks ago. I tried calling UPS customer service many times, never got through, visited a local UPS store twice, they could not help (couldn’t get hold on UPS office), tried online claim, could not file (since I am not the sender). UPS does not provide email address, their web has a virtual assistance, which has no capacity to handle my situation. The sender checked with overseas shipper, was told the receiver has to deal with UPS. So, l lost my package, but could not file lost claim and UPS do not take any responsibility.

    Package was slated for delivery on 12/22/22 before 9 pm. It was a very special gift for my autistic son. I sat eagerly waiting with front door open and watching for the "big brown" truck. Email alert on my phone at 7:03 pm. Package delivered and received by "Brain". No one here by that name, and no Package at my door. Immediately I called customer service and tried to talk to someone who barely spoke English. The driver didn't even have time to make it out of my subdivision yet. I was told that I would need to file a claim and wait 15 days before any results could be checked on.

    Seriously? So, "It's screw you, we're busy and don't care if our completely incompetent driver delivered to an address that isn't on the packaging." So what that they totally ruined Christmas for my son, they are busy. From this point forward I will inquire as to which delivery service is used when ordering something. If it's UPS, I will find another company who doesn't use them. Even if I have to pay a little more for the product, I won't order it if it comes UPS! Absolutely disgusting service!

    Hello I want to first say I have never had a issue until now with UPS and to the drivers and people moving packages this isn't towards you. I bought a package on December 7 trying to be proactive with Christmas shopping. Was suppose to be delivered by 12/13. Well Murphy strikes again and now UPS and USPS have dropped my packages in a black hole on the 12th of December. When it was suppose to be delivered Sites have said delivery will be by 9pm every single day since just changing the days. I am at my wit's end with UPS having no clue nor need to inform of me of issues. Just blame it on USPS and vise versa. Now the 22nd and package set to deliver today like the past 10 days at 9 pm ... Guarantee it won't. If it does I'll remove this review at 9pm and make a perfect 5 star post...

Now deny refund due to act of GOD but now planes were delayed and it barely snowed so now they just ignore customers and can’t speak to a person who can speak English or can transfer to the correct people.     UPS was supposed to deliver a package to my apartment. Instead of bringing it to the door, they marked it as being delivered to a "locker," despite the fact there no locker to accept delivery of my packages. They clearly misrepresent the status of the delivery on the "delivery confirmation," probably so they can avoid responsibility for dealing with the terrible service. To add to the issues, you cannot speak with a customer service representative, and the automated system will literally hang up on you if you continue to request to speak with someone. So then you have to go online to submit a claim but their claim system doesn't even allow you to make a claim for all of the lost items. My package had six items in it, but I could only make a claim for three. I tried to resubmit a second claim with the additional items, but it said a claim was already pending. What a terrible way to do business.

    I was away from home working and decided to send a few things back home. One of my packages is being shown as last being scanned at a UPS location; however, they are not sending me my package or giving me any more detail about it other than they see it being scanned last in a Jacksonville, FL UPS facility. My box contained a lot of gifts purchased for family and friends and a few personal items. I just want my package. I will never use UPS again, because not only was my box never delivered, they also damaged a piece of luggage that I paid them to ship back home.

    Multiple times I've had UPS driver claim he attempted to deliver my package but they missed me. That's **. I was always home. I have a small apartment so no way did I not hear a knock. You hear everything in my apartment. I've complained to customer service and they pretty much didn't care and blocked me from sending more emails because I told them they have drivers that lie and too lazy to actually walk to your apartment. They even tried to say once that it was a signature required package and it was not. Then they said it was for security of package to not leave at my door. I live inside a locked building that they have the code for to get in. Never once has there been a problem with packages here. It always seems to happen to my packages that are scheduled on a Friday. Hmmm I can't even tell them to deliver it to a closer location either without paying to be able to.

    You'd think the fact that I paid them to ship my product would at least include that courtesy. I have a lot of things shipped and so far I've been able to change about half of my shipments I get from various companies to other shippers. Usually Fed ex so that's been a lot nicer and less stress. Some of my packages are needed within a certain time frame and I plan for it but still doesn't make it half the time. So now it's Friday and I have to wait till the end of the day Monday to drive way further than I need to as there is a ups store a block away from me. So this just gave me the incentive to start back up with changing the shipper with the remaining companies I order from. It's amazing that I pay them to deliver something and they don't hold up their end of the bargain. Their customer support is worthless too.

    A UPS driver showed up at my door with a package and I refused delivery because the person to whom it is addressed does not live at my address. The driver left the package on my porch anyway and it appears to contain sensitive and personal financial information of the addressee (based on the sender information and the type of package). I then tried to call UPS to complain and have them come pick up this package that I specifically told them not to leave, but it was impossible to reach a person through the automated service. So now I have someone's private financial information thanks to UPS. Please don't use this service if you don't want your information negligently left in the hand of strangers.

    We ship packages weekly business to business through our broker who uses UPS. In the last 10 months, UPS has lost 9 of our packages. The toll free number is a joke. They file a trace and never get back to you. When you call to follow up, they tell you to file a claim. Our packages are not replaceable and this is not a solution. I've spent hours looking up UPS warehouse numbers due to the fact that customer service won't provide them. On several occasions, I was able to obtain the phone numbers and call the warehouses direct and have an employee physically look for my package.

    A few times, they were able to find them sitting in an unattended area. I am basically doing the trace department's job. I am on the 9th lost package today and was able to get ahold of a random hub warehouse. They show my package sitting at another warehouse and it has not moved 2 days. When I asked for their number, they said they didn't have it. Sadly, our broker is going to need to switch carriers or we are going to need to find another broker.

    They tried to delivery to our office on Saturday. We've been here many years and never open on Saturday. Constantly changing delivery guys leads to disaster. They sent the package to an access center instead of redelivering on Monday. the Access center told me they didn't have the package. UPS said they would deliver tomorrow, and tomorrow and tomorrow. I wish I could actually get my package.

    Soo, I used UPS thinking they would offer a premium service, based on the +$50 I paid compared to other shipping companies. And turns out I just threw $50 in the garbage. There's no customer service, you'll be talking to a stupid auto-reply that will NEVER connect you to a real agent. She'll tell you "sorry, I didn't catch that" when you ask for a representative. I wasn't home when they tried the delivery, because they don't give you a time frame. All they say is this day by 9:00pm. Obviously I'm not going to wait at home all day long?? And when I ask to pick up instead of delivery, they asked for $12!! Like I didn't pay enough money for your bad service already???. I am never ever using UPS again, I don't even know how they are still in the business.

    A warning about using UPS, the worst shipping company on earth that is losing ground everyday. My package was supposed to be delivered on 11/29/22. The driver lied and said that I was not home which is not true. Well the driver chose to leave my package at a UPS pickup point instead of attempting delivery the next day without my consent. On 11/30/22 I went to the designated UPS pickup point and to my surprise the package was not there. I called the customer service who gave me no concrete answer and promised to call me back. Later I got a call from a rude UPS dispatcher called me from (**) saying that the package is on its way to the pickup point and I just have to wait. On 12/122, I went to pickup my package again but it was not there again. After spending 45min on the phone, I was told to file a claim and wait!!!!

    Their tracking is bad. You cannot see each place your item is scanned. Trying to log in is a nightmare. It never accepts my password. Each time I have to get a new one. Then when I do get in , it still does not show where my item has been scanned along the way. Waste of time and effort. I have a package that was to be delivered a month ago still shows running late. Do you think anyone would have let me know what happened with it. Never heard anything from them. Drivers are to deliver to my front porch. I leave my gate open so they can do that.

    Then I find my items leaning on my open gate right next to the street, where anybody can load them in their car and be gone. What is the use of setting up where to deliver if the driver pays no attention. The post office use to be the worst delivery service, but now UPS is trying to take that distinction from them. I have no idea why the number 1 delivery service is striving to go to the worst, but they are doing a good job of it.

    My package was stolen not from my residence but from the UPS hub in Commerce City Colorado. Make It make sense that my package has been back and forth to Texas four times in one week. Then to make it worse no one will help. Everyone you talk to act as though you are just overreacting. Every time a delivery is scheduled, on that day the package has been mysteriously resorted and rerouted to another state. After numerous attempts to talk to a person about this you are told nothing. Customer service is zero. Needless to say I still haven't received my package.

    After receiving an original delivery date and time 11/26 between 2p-6p they attempted to deliver at 11:43a which would have been fine had I been home! So naturally they scheduled a 2nd attempt for 11/28 before 9pm. I received an automated text stating on 11/27 that my package had been rescheduled for 11/29 between 2p-6p. I reached out to customer service only to be mocked and laughed at. I then asked to speak with a supervisor only to be put on hold and then hung up on! This is NOT customer service!! Verizon may be receiving discounts but, they are also receiving unhappy customers who are more than happy to transfer service due to poor treatment!!

    This morning the driver attempted to deliver my package that requires signature for delivery but he did not even knock my door, he just left a note. Only 16 minutes later after his attempt, I called UPS customer service and they said my package will be delivered in 2 hours. Every two hours or less, I called UPS customer service (I called 9 times in total). Every time they said it will be delivered in two hours or less. However, on my 9th call the customer service said the branch was closed and it will be delivered on Monday. The package was urgent. You screwed everything up.

    Your customer representatives are all liar. They all said we left a note to the driver, however the 9th representative said no one dropped a note before. Based on my experience today, Im sure that UPS hires representatives that do not even care the seriousness of their job and they are all careless. This is the last time of using UPS for me. You lost a customer. I hope some potential customers see this message and decide not to use UPS.

    I am a combat veteran and just had my medication changed. My doctor thought it was important enough to have my meds overnighted to me. So it was sent on 11/18/22 and haven't received it yet on 11/21/22. Hopefully by tomorrow. I would guess UPS would blame it on the holiday season.     Said my address was wrong; tldr it wasn’t and they cannot use their own software so get wrecked, pay is more to get your delivery. I went to their system to correct the “address issue,” it showed my address correctly. I didn’t save anything, got out and tried again, and guess what? Still correct, so I call them confused as to what the issue was. They lie to me and tell me the shipper didn’t print the address correctly. I say, "That’s strange, I checked my emails and they had it correct in the email they sent me about my purchase." (a Mac book pro… so not something to be sitting around). They said it didn’t have the apartment number on it. I countered, "That’s weird, it has it in your system," so why didn’t he just check the system if it wasn’t on our label and they told me something amazing:

    "If it doesn’t have an apartment number and it is going to a complex; they tell their driver (As a Policy) don’t deliver." I asked, "What if a complex doesn’t have apartment numbers; like my previous apartment," and she said, "Then we don’t deliver." I attempt to explain, "My apartment complex is a group of self-contained buildings with their own locks on each front door and their own mail spot inside of each apartment door. This is where the driver always leaves packages and there are only 11 apartments in each building, I authorize them to leave it there." "Nope, we won’t do that, the shipper has to correct it." "Why?" "Because we aren’t allowed to correct it…" "Then why did you send an address correction to me, if I can’t correct it and you can’t." "Policy…" "Okay, so are you contacting the shipper?" No, they will not, the customer has to do it.

    I realize the futileness of dealing with them further, so I request to pick it up from the warehouse they returned it to, since I specifically ordered the delivery for days I would be home from work, now they are saying my package will be delivered Monday at the earliest when I will be at work. A pickup will cost you $7. Are you crazy? You have it in your system the correct address, you said it was, and your driver didn’t look at the system, returned it, and now I have to pay you to save you money, not delivering it again. Policy is you owe us to pick up a package.

    I contacted shipper, they corrected, verified they had given correct address, verified UPS printed the label not shipper, and asked UPS for a waiver of pick up fee so I could just get it since they verified when talking to their business contact it was a UPS error that this wasn’t delivered… "No, policy is to charge, we will not waive even though shipper sends hundreds of thousands of parcels through them." "Okay, have driver complete delivery, no, policy is bring it back print new label then send out for shipment. Can you just have the driver deliver it?" No!

    I call back UPS. After 40 minutes of fighting with their computer system that just hangs up on you randomly when you just want to speak to someone, I use multiple tricks from the internet to get ahold of someone… Their it department is working overtime to ensure every trick is stamped out and it is impossible to talk to someone… and they are using a call center in India anyway.

    I finally get someone and I am just trying to get a good delivery time, so I can maybe go in late or come back early. "No, we have a window." "Could you make my package the first delivery, it was your fault this didn’t deliver." "No, it wasn’t our fault the address was not correct in our system, shipper messed up." "That’s a lie. the person I spoke with last time said it was in your system. I saw it in your system, shipper saw it in your system." "Nope that never happened."

    "We can call shipper right now. I have their customer service line and the shipping agent's name and extension." "No, won’t talk to them, they messed up." "Then make my package last in the day so I can come home and my laptop isn’t sitting around." "No, can’t do that." "We guarantee it will deliver Monday, sure it will." We shall see Monday, but I highly doubt it. DO NOT USE this company. If I could give less than 1 I would, they deserve less. My only solace is that Amazon and gen z will eventually destroy this monstrosity.

    Scheduled a pick on Monday for Tuesday 1-5PM; Driver arrives at 10:22 AM when Business is closed. Quickly places sticker on door and leaves. Schedule a 2nd pick for later in day; no pick up; Schedule a 3rd and 4th and 5th and 6th pick for Wednesday between 9-1PM; no driver; told he would be there in 30 minutes, no driver; told he would be there by 5:15PM, no driver. Had to pay staff to sit and watch the door from 8:30AM to 6PM, no driver. Call Support Center various times for 2 days, they keep requesting a pick up and tell me the driver will be there in 30 minutes, including the supervisor, but they also say they cannot contact the drive nor do they have GPS on the driver....Really? UPS your business is to pick up items and deliver them, I am not fully understanding how you failed to do this for 2 days. Going to FedEx now.

    The delivery man said that his credit/debit machine had just broke on him. He snatched the parcel out of my hands.     UPS at one time was the best but that is no longer the case. I have my medications sent through them and there are two critical meds I need. So far UPS has lost one and has never found it as of today and this is the second time this has happened, the medication is sent overnight delivery before 12pm (Guaranteed). That's a fraudulent statement because today I'm waiting on one of my critical meds that should've already been here and when I track it no information comes up so I called and they don't even know where it is, they just said between Ky. and Tn. If I don't get my meds today, I will have to go to the ER because of UPS. I think I'm going to take this as high as I can this time. Beware of this if you absolutely need something overnighted because UPS isn't a guarantee. Ex Customer as of today.

    UPS offers this overnight service. I had medication that has been sent through UPS several times. One time, they completely lost my medication. Until today, they still haven't found it. I have two critical medications I have to have so they're overnighted. This is the second time that I'm not getting my medication on time and nobody knows where it is. So UPS needs to quit offering this service because they're defrauding people. And when it comes to stuff like medication that people have to have, you put people in a bad spot. They'll all end up having to go to the emergency room because of you guys.

    This company used to be my go-to for shipping needs but not anymore. 3 times in a row they have fallen down and showed absolutely no interest in my needs as a customer. It's now to the point where their call center, which is known for expansive phone trees, now refuses to let you reach an operator. The message actually tells you that! If you don't guess correctly at each step there is no option to reach a human. They will let you email them but no one responds. The only way I got a response in through the Better Business Bureau.

    My latest issue is they refused to deliver my package unless someone is there to sign for it. Sounds great until you realize they give no time when they will be there. They do seem to care that some people still work and cannot take the day off to sit around the house and wait for their delivery truck. There is absolutely no way to change the delivery or request a change. They say there is but that in only through a phone call (see above) or an online portal that doesn't work. The only way they will change is if we as customers push our purchases to be delivered by the competition. Fed Ex was more than happy to deliver my package.

    UPS LOST my PACKAGE and BLAMED ME for it. I called UPS because there were no tracking details online on 11/3 for a package with an expected delivery of 11/4. I called back on 11/4 and was told that my Package was lost in transit and an investigation was started. I checked with my local UPS and the store account owner told me I should have not called UPS and that it was my fault the package was not going to be delivered - he mentioned that because of me calling and UPS starting an investigation to locate the package, "the package will get there, when it gets there". Terrible customer service - Would NOT Recommend.

    I waited all day for my package to be delivered and tracked it. At 4 pm I got a notification it was delivered but it wasn’t! Panicked (package was critically needed) I tried to contact UPS to let them know. As I was pulling out of driveway I spotted it on a neighbor's porch and luckily I received it 2 hours after they left it at wrong address. My house number is easily seen from the street so I see this as careless on the driver's part!

    Terrible delivery service. I paid to request a delivery time change because I would not be available on the delivery date. That was ignored, the delivery came to my building, handed it off to someone in my apartment building I don't know, allowed them to sign off on it, and just left a note on my mailbox. That person never left a note for me so I don't know who has my package. Now I don't have my items, and I lost money for my ignored delivery time change request. This isn't the first time a seller used UPS to send my package, and I've had a horrible experience every time, so much so that I stopped ordering from those sellers once they switched to UPS. The first time, they just left a note at my previous residence, telling me to go pick up the package at a UPS center an hour away. If you're a seller, please use other delivery services, there are much more reliable and professional services available.

    This is the third case of wine that has disappeared, where shippers have chosen to use UPS. In each case the shipper has made us whole, but wine "vanishes." I suspect it's stolen. A delivery is promised, doesn't happen, I'm told a date will be proved, it never is. Contact the shipper, they file a claim. I am ultimately made whole, but what a pain. Unreliable. Untrustworthy, predictably so.

    Moved here from WA last year. The UPS service in Reno vs Vancouver are night and day. In Reno, every single pkg delivered has not followed the simple instructions on address label. "Put in lockbox: code ____". It would take 10 seconds! In Vancouver I received all packages without one single hiccup in 6 yrs. Here in Reno for less than one year and it has become almost like a tragic comedy. I installed a lockbox because when I first moved here, pkgs were getting stolen. I have taken all their steps and jumped through their hoops in trying to fix this.

    Now I'm working with the company that uses UPS to use someone else. It's medicine for my dog and so it's VERY important that I get these. I even spoke with a driver that was here delivering, and told him the code and he wrote it in a notepad... Before deliveries, I've talked to customer service reps via chat, email, (and tried calling the phone # which was hilariously inefficient!). They all promised this would not happen again. And yet...it has continued without fail. But hey they're consistent: unreliable, unprofessional, etc etc.

    Hello -- I moved some items from NJ to GA. Plants were shipped (by a friend, with my monies) using UPS. One large plant was not packaged correctly and was destroyed as was the box. I paid extra to treat it as fragile. And I do have images to support this claim and reflect the extensive damage to the box and plant and also reflects the store did not package the plant correctly as this was not a prepackaged item.

    The requested resolution: I paid a total of $190 to ship the plant and I am requesting a full refund to MY CARD. The value of the plant and planter which you can see via images was also broken is $172. You may find a reference point for that cost and the retailer I use for plants via The Sill. I've tried contacting the store 6x by phone and 3x by email. The Store Manager (Jerry in NJ) informed my friend to have me send an email -- which I did - but I have not heard anything. I'm looking for an immediate resolution via refund totaling $190 (shipping) + $172 (the plant). I've been waiting for over 6 weeks for a resolution and definitely a call back from the store that was utilized in NJ.

    Updated on 10/29/2022: Last two days, I was file a complain service on this company and I did finish the full service payment to this company. Today, I was received the package. My wife told me they did request another service for this package. My wife told them it had already finished the payment last two days. They dropped the package to my wife. I was back to home and open the package and check that why I have to pay the Tax charge that huge? I bought one item and the total is $216CAD of the item, UPS charge me over $98CAD on top. GST/TPS $25.75, UPS customs brokerage collect free $69.30, TPS $3.47. How could you believe they can make a service charge that huge. They like a loan shark company.     Original review: Hello. I have a package from them. I tried to finish the payment online, but their system wasn't working on that. I tried three times. After I found out the way to contact them by phone. They got my payment, I did check back my payment again and found out the payment wasn't correct. I phoned back to them and get the correction service. UPS over charge $6 dollars on the service and I asked them the reason. This company did tons of charges on top of each of the packages. They told me that it is a phone payment service charge. I asked them why their co-worker did not mention the service charge on top. I asked them if this is the reason their online service wasn't working. They couldn't give me the right answer.

    The worker told me, "You can contact them for next time service and provide the reason to get the money back." Do you think I will trust them? I tried to make a complaint to their service manager, but the worker didn't want to provide the name of the manager for security reasons. The worker told me there is someone who will call me back within two hours. Of course, I don't think they will call back to solve the problem. I just share my bad experience with this company.     I sent 4 boxes from France to the US. Paid $200 per box. Invoices, shipping labels and customs documents all included. Two made it but damaged. 1 has been returned to sender with no explanation, 1 is in Kalada land. 5 days trying to get a live voice to help. No luck. FIVE DAYS!!! I have the app. All my info is correct. I am receiving emails stating they are trying to contact me. No one has tried. I receive other UPS emails. I then get charged directly to my CC another $300. These are sentimental items with little value for my 88 year old parents. The WORSE client service I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely no way to get a live person. Terrible. Never felt so helpless. The address where they are resending now has no one there. They don’t care. I can’t believe a business this terrible still exists. Shame on UPS. Maybe you can explain to my upset parents why they can’t revive or track their family heirlooms.

    For the last hour or more I have been disconnected 4 times while either being transferred by the automated system and once by a supervisor from some unknown country. The 1 time I did get connected to someone, the automated system transferred me to an agent regarding a shipping issue when is it an account sign on issue. I could barely understand her as she was from an unknown country, She transferred me to a supervisor who was also the wrong department and he transferred me to the disconnect button. Tried the online portal, they gave me a number that sent me back to another country.

    Tried another 800 # and dealt with the automated system yet again who could not understand my request for account sign on help. After 8 tries of different ways to request help for a sign on issue, it transferred me and yet again the call was disconnected. This is a nightmare, customer service is gone. Service is gone. Clearly they do not want to provide customer service via phone or on the UPS chat portal. Sadly, nothing will change but the number of growing customers who cannot stand doing business with this company.

    So I only needed some very important paperwork to be delivered next Day Air and I paid a sum of $30 and of course they gave me a delivery date time frame between 10:00 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. which they never showed up and I had set up texting alerts with them and at 5:00 p.m. I received an email saying they came at 4:36 p.m. and no one answered even though I have cameras and I had been watching on the TV all day for the delivery and I haven't saved showing but no one was at the door between the hours of 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. and now I have been told at 8:00 p.m. that it will not be delivered till tomorrow after 10:00 a.m. sometime. I will never use UPS again for anything whatsoever. Lesson learned. And this is after two mishaps with them in the past, and I still gave them a third try but I will never make the mistake again.

    I take care of my mom who is in Hospice at the age of 94 and so I am unable to get out to go shopping. So I place a lot of my purchases to be delivered directly to my house. I live in a townhouse complex and we have had numerous situations involving porch pirates. In fact I have had deliveries stolen off my front porch. So I went as far as having a sign made asking that all delivery people please ring the doorbell when placing deliveries on my front steps. Yet, the UPS delivery people don't feel that they should follow a simple request such as taking a minute to ring a doorbell and so they just drop the boxes and leave. Half the time I think it's because the boxe(s) have been damaged and there's hole(s) in them and they don't want to be confronted. When I speak to a supervisor regarding these issues, I get told that there is nothing they can do about it. So POOR service from UPS, yet they continue to raise rates. Disgusting!

    I have had various problems with UPS for years, but this last one is the straw. I ordered a part for my broken dishwasher from a great company that ships same day. I placed the order on Thursday (09/29/2022) and the company shipped it out that same day. Unfortunately, they used UPS instead of FedEx. On Friday (09/30) the package showed in transit to UPS facility in New Castle, DE. I live in Dover, DE. On Saturday (10/01/2022) the tracking info on UPS' site showed Received at 6:13am, Processing at 6:18am, and Out For Delivery at 9:18am, with a delivery time before 7pm.

    I took my dishwasher apart so that I could install the part as soon as it arrived. Unfortunately, the part did not arrive at all yesterday. As of 11pm, it was still showing as Out For Delivery by 7pm. This morning, I checked and no part. The tracking info on the UPS had been changed from Out For Delivery to On The Way with a new delivery date of tomorrow (Monday 10/03/2022) by 6pm.

    I called UPS and the rep was less than helpful, giving me all the information that I had already seen for myself on the site. I had to keep telling him that it was showing as Out For Delivery yesterday and the info had simply been changed by UPS. He said it was not possible to just change the information in the computer. I said that it obviously could be because it was. I received no message of delay or any update whatsoever, although I have a UPS account and all updates are supposed to be texted to me. He kept apologizing (which was useless) and said someone would call me tomorrow (which is even more useless), and now I have to put my dishwasher back together again until tomorrow. I have told the company I ordered the part from to always use FedEx and never UPS.

    In the past, UPS is notorious for leaving my packages at my neighbor's house when my house number is prominent on the front of my house. On one of these multiple occasions, we had to move multiple packages one day that contained patio furniture from next door to our own yard. The next time was to move a box with a birdbath inside. These boxes were very heavy. This last blunder is just the cherry on top of a dysfunctional sundae. If you are a business reading this, and you care about your customers, do not ship via UPS. Correct delivery is the exception to their rule of incompetence.

    Terrible service, first delivery was damaged. Second delivery, I watched the UPS driver go by my house and I called ups and demanded my package to be delivered because I knew it was on the truck. He dropped it off in my yard 830pm. 10 feet away from road, 30 feet away from my door. When I called ups he said he dropped it off at my door. My house did not move that close to road.

    Spent over an hour on the phone with at least 5 people, 3 of them transferred me right back to the same customer service line. Last person put me on hold and never returned. Customer service is basically non-existent, all the agents can do is look up tracking. You will receive no help whatsoever. UPS rounds up or down your payment on your shipping receipts. They put incorrect payment amounts on their own receipts. Worst customer service people and service I have ever experienced, a real shame.

    The worse! Driver lies! Both in Lanham and District Heights, MD. Consistently have problems with Saturday signature required deliveries that are with UPS. On more than one occasion, the driver has claimed he attempted delivery. He lies, I have a camera on my house. Have reported to management no one does anything about the problem. When something happens several times it is an issue and a pattern, not an exception. UPS doesn’t care about customers time. Management is pointless, they clearly encourage lying. Will never use a vendor that uses UPS.

    Ordered package from Amazon. Got notification that it was delivered. UPS tracking stated left on my porch. I don’t have a porch. Called to find out where my package was delivered to. They just kept telling me somebody would call me. I still have not heard from anyone. I have called customer service 5 times now and they are just giving me the runaround saying the that the carrier facility would call me soon. This delivery service is absolutely horrible.

    I scheduled a pickup, purchased a prepaid label, and airmail service for an important package. They charged me heavily for the service and then never picked up the package. I have spoken to customer support numerous times (after having to fight my way through their automated service), and they have been less than helpful. They would immediately try to push me to file a claim even though I told them the website would not allow me to file a claim. They all got testy with me and refused to help me.

    Previously, we have had good experiences with UPS. However, we're very frustrated with the current service: 1) They scheduled a Shipping date when we were not present (which is understandable). 2) Made no effort to leave the package at our next door neighbor's house (they were home) when we had given them and UPS authorization to do so (including signing authorization). 3) Rather than attempting another delivery, the slip on our door notified us that the package would be delivered to a UPS location far away from our house (more than a 20 minute drive, even though there's a UPS store three blocks from our house).

    4) On the website we selected an alternative to re-deliver to the original location (which we presumed was our house). We chose that option. Later we received a notice that the package was returned to the sender because we took too long to pick it up from the remote location. Summary: Extreme recent decline in UPS shipping experience.

    I'm an avid online shopper so I've dealt with UPS for years. I travel often so sometimes I deal with UPS overseas and it's just as bad as it is in the United States. For now let's focus on the USA. First off, don't waste your time calling the customer service hotline because you won't go anywhere. The automated system is so flawed that you'll go in circles just to get cut off at the end. Secondly, customer service representatives tell you they will communicate with individuals involved with your delivery but it NEVER works out. I literally have to deal with this EVERY time I get something shipped via UPS.

    They have my address listed as a business even though it's a home so I don't have the option to pick up packages from the distribution center. Which takes me to the next ridiculous issue. Get this, the center is only open from 8am-noon and from 7-8pm. Seems like they cater to people that either don't work or work a graveyard shift. If you have the option to choose a shipping company I would recommend you steer away from UPS. I always opt in for USPS or FedEx; maybe even DHL. I'll take anyone else over this company ANY day!

    After dropping a mini-split heat pump unit from at least 6 feet, UPS claims department denied the claim twice, because there was not "a box maker's seal" on the strapped, sturdy, foam-packed factory shipping container. I got the professional runaround treatment for at least three hours of phone calls, over 2 days. "We tried calling you yesterday.." "You didn't provide sufficient photos", "my manager is out. I'll have them call you later", etcetera. Only after finally getting a manager on the phone, and politely asking for the address of the legal affairs department for a subpoena, did I get the claim resolved. Every person I spoke to was clearly offshore. It was very clear to me that UPS is paying offshore call centers to give the runaround for long enough that their customers eventually give up on claims. I guess someone determined that was cheaper than taking responsibility for destroying packages.

    My personal belongings from my suitcase was shipped UPS, from Edwards, CO on July 20, 2022 and was processed to be delivered to my home in Lloyd Harbor, NY. The box was approximately 3 feet high, by 2 feet wide, with designer shoes, designer hats and belts, and designer clothes. Never received my box. I opened the case 3 times, and UPS kept closing it, with no evidence that it was ever pursued. Numerous hours on the telephone, being transferred to different departments, and no one could tell me about where my huge box is. I trusted UPS with my personal belongings and everyone I spoke to at UPS, said they closed the claim, and the box is lost.

    Made an international shipment from Pennsylvania to Paris France. Price was hefty - $301 for a 5 lb box. Took over a week to deliver then I got a message saying that they could not deliver because import fees of EUR 398(!!!) was due from the recipient! This was not indicated during shipment and furthermore the import duties would be about 90% the value of the goods! Of course I bounced around several 800 customer numbers before I found someone to just start the process to send the box back to me. DO NOT USE UPS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS! It’s not value added in terms of cost, transparency and expedience. Never again!

    What does it take for them to actually look at others in the delivery business to improve their own. Uber is within 1 minute of communicating arrival time. Amazon will call you directly when they arrive if they need to access the property. Even the USPS never have a problem. Their live map is infuriating and only shows you they are within a block of you and still hours late, telling you it may be there by 9pm. Do not allow retailers to use UPS and complain if they try. I cannot believe other reviews on this site when they are so different than any other. Every site show UPS is horrible.

    Ordered some tires from Costco to be delivered to the local store for installation. Three of the tires arrived on time with the fourth tire delayed. I had set up an appointment for the install on a date I had other business in that town. The odd tire was further delayed when the driver claimed the store was closed, which it wasn't. That delayed my appointment and cost me another long (125 mile) trip to that city. That was another $35 dollars out of my pocket all because a UPS driver was too lazy to deliver on time. I'm not happy.

    I signed up with an account on UPS and made a shipping label to ship my TV on July 8th 2022. I shipped the $2,150 LG CX 55" OLED TV with UPS 350 km from Burns Lake BC to Terrace BC. I paid $192.71 for shipping. I asked for the item to be signed on pick up and delivery. I claimed item at $1,600. I claimed that amount because the TV was just over a year old and was sent away on a warranty panel replace. On July 12th I got a knock on the door. I yelled "I'll be right there". Before I could walk 10 feet to the door he was in his van driving away. No signature as I requested. The TV was on its side leaning against my house in the rain and not under cover.

    I looked at the box, it had a big hole in the front facing up and rain getting inside. If I wasn't home it would have been ruined. I took the TV inside and took it out of the box. The TV panel had a huge scratch right in the center of the TV. Was right down to the metal to the back of the TV. I went online and made a claim with UPS. They picked up the TV on July 19th to be inspected. They sent it 1,300km away to Richmond BC and billed me $742.64 to do it. 17 useless phone calls later I got nowhere with UPS billing to get my money back.

    My claim was approved. The UPS website says there is nothing more I need to do. I wait... Aug 5th no word from UPS. So I make a complaint with BBB. UPS corporate gets in touch with me. They ask me to fill in the "request for payment " form they sent in the mail. I fill it out and email it back. The next day I get an email from UPS corporate that my claim has been denied.

    Reason... I didn't read the policy that when you ship a TV through UPS and don't get a pre approval, they are not responsible for loss or damage. I had no idea. Nor do most of the public who ship with UPS. Nothing is covered unless you have it pre approved before shipping. There is no mention of this on the UPS website page on "how to ship a TV" Even a search for "how to get a pre-approval to ship a TV" in the search bar on the UPS site says "no results found". Now I am out a $2,150 TV and almost $700 in shipping costs. UPS is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

    UPS never deliver something! I had the same problem with UPS delivery about 20 times. Every time I was at home, when driver called my Intercom I opened door, but driver was lazy to go upstairs and wrote that I am not at home. Once I was waiting at home 2 days in row, but both days driver didn't go upstairs and wrote that I was not at home.

    UPS made also fraud and made tremendous disaster to me in 2016. When I cancelled delivery of item which I didn't order and for which my credit card was fraudulently charged $300, UPS ignored my cancelation and delivered it, left it to neighbors who signed. And the main trouble was that I received message about delivery just when was talking with USA Supreme Court about the main case of all my life, case about tremendous and unprecedented crime and tragedy and extremely severe injuries made to me by corrupted NYC officials. I lost this case and many millions dollars compensation, lost because of UPS.

    I have a successful eBay business and have always used USPS for shipping to my customers worldwide. I recently had to ship a large item that I have not sold before. I decided to give UPS a try and had them pack and ship my item within the US. This should have been very straightforward. The clerk at the UPS store packed the item well and wrote clearly on the box "DO NOT BEND". The package was bent in transit and delivered to my customer damaged. My customer had to refuse delivery 2 or 3 times before UPS returned the package to me.

    I then had to file a claim and UPS picked the package back up from me. It has now been with their warehouse for inspection for weeks. I refunded my customer over $100 in good faith and am still awaiting a refund and return of my damaged merchandise. I have followed up by phone 3 or 4 times and it is very difficult to work around the automated system to reach an actual person. I have been told repeatedly that someone will call me back but no one ever does. I am on hold with them again this morning. I would caution anyone in business to avoid UPS. I also posted a complaint via Twitter and they publicly assured me that they would help me if I sent them a private message. I did and have never had any follow up from UPS. Worst customer service ever. I will never use this courier again. My customers deserve so much better!

    Ordered package and UPS attempted one delivery advising that they were trying to get security access. The gate code is on my UPS My Choice app along with phone number. After the first attempt, I received two additional packages, from different drivers, and I gave my gate code to one of them, who advised that he would give the code to the "office". They have made 4 additional attempts..same result. FORGET about contacting UPS (have you tried lately). Absolutely terrible customer service. From now on I tell my shipper not to use UPS or I don't buy.

    Where's the negative stars button? UPS is abysmal! You guys suck from pickup at the location to the time you drop off - if the package makes it. Lemme tell you about your customer care 800 number - what a pile of dung. 100% automated and you can't even talk to a rep, probably because they don't exist. Don't bother calling if you have a problem. Just hope your package isn't lost or stolen.

    Your delivery drivers are illiterate and incompetent. The address on my package was spot on yet your driver insisted it was wrong. Even though I verified, it still took two extra days to deliver. But ** me if I want to talk to someone to track down the problem, right?! My five year old son could run UPS better than the 3rd rate dimwit executive staff and management could.     Ordered approx $52 Cdn worth of nuts and bolts from National Parts Depot in Michigan for my classic car. I rec'd an email from UPS stating I owed $39.83 for duty and brokerage fees. I called them to question the charge and they finally reduced the charge to $24. I needed the parts so I paid on 28/07/22. They tried to deliver the parts on Fri 29/07/22 at 6:30 pm with a note saying I owed the $39.83!

    The notice also said they would try and deliver again the next business day..I called on the Tue after the long weekend 3 times and was told 3 different things. I was told they tried to deliver the parts on Tue but nobody answered! I was home ALL day!! They NEVER came!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! They Lie, have no clue what they're doing and gouge on fees!!!     So my company paid for Priority delivery for a package to be delivered within 24 hours and have yet to receive it. I have contacted several times Customer service and even spoken with a delivery driver from the vehicle that was pointed by the app that was to have my package but nobody could tell me where it was. When I asked last agent on customer service about where my package is at she said someone from their "dispatch team" would reach me but failed to mention that their dispatch and Distribution center is currently closed for the day so I been lied by the agent. This is the worst service I have ever received as a customer. I would never again would recommend the services for this company to any person or institution.

    Could be the worst company I've ever dealt with.. I ordered a $200 item from the US to Canada and paid $46 for shipping. When the item arrived I was told that there was an additional $107 brokerage fee for them to give it to me. The fee breaks down to $27 HST (customs tax) and then the remaining free ($80) is pocketed by UPS, in addition to the shipping fee that they were originally paid. That an additional 32%. I have no idea how this is legal..

    I've been told that there is a way around this where you 'self clear' your package though CBSA, which I can now trying to do. However UPS needs to send you a commercial invoice to proceed. I've called and spoken on the phone with four different ups employees in the last day or so, the first two said that would be emailed to me in 2 hours, and the other two employees said it takes 24hrs.. to send an email... It's now been well over 24 hrs and I'm still waiting. I've emailed several times as well. This is crazy and UPS is really asking for another class action lawsuit.

    I had a very important package being delivered to me via UPS. The shipping was NOT my choice. UPS originally said they would ship on a Monday before 7pm. Very vague, and I had to work so I asked my mother to hang around my house. Never showed, then at 8pm was told it was rescheduled for Tuesday before 7pm. Vague once again, but I spent my entire day off at home in anticipation of this package. Couldn't do any errands or shopping for the house. Once again, at 8pm at night get told it's rescheduled. Mind you, they offered me to track the truck and it was within a mile of my home on SEVERAL occasions over the two days.

    The package I'm waiting for is fragile and temperature sensitive. The update I get Wednesday morning is that the package will ship between 5:30pm and 8PM. I figure, wow, finally a REAL update. I make sure I have my girlfriend coming over at 4:30pm to be home for the package. At 2PM I get notified that the package failed to ship because a signer was not present. I am absolutely livid and if there's any damage to my package I will follow up with legal action. The disregard for someone's time here is appalling. I will NEVER recommend UPS and I truly hope they go bankrupt treating people like this. Now, I have to go two miles from my house to pick up a package at a tire store and I have NO IDEA how it's being treated between 3 different trucks and tire technicians.

    United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery people continually post that my business is not open when I am sitting in the window waiting for them. They post a time of attempted delivery when they were not even there. At the time the driver said the business was closed, the open sign was lit, the door was open, and I was in the window. I checked with the company I ordered from, they had the address correct but the UPS delivery person is either lying or completely incompetent. I will never use this company and find it hard to believe they are still in business. Their inability to make a simple delivery and then said the business was closed has happened to me multiply times!!!     Hello, I wanted to point out to you that UPS website France and its services are purely and simply a scam. They offer a delivery service for the next day before 12 noon, which is transformed the day after the purchase, into a delivery of 48 to 72 hours later. Not only, I wish UPS to reimburse us for this service, which isn’t one at all, but I also intend to report on their deceptive methods and proposals.

    Their customer service by phone is even briefed to answer that everything is in order the same day. Then, the next day, the same customer service informs you that you should expect your parcel to arrive in 2 to 3 days. This is unacceptable. Furthermore, to raise a claim for this you need to sign up on their website, and then put down some payment method... and so, on... I have not been able to continue to actually go through that claim. For everyone who needs to rely on a delivery service, DO NOT CHOOSE UPS!!

    Very dissatisfied and upset with UPS with the way very expensive and fragile package was handled when being shipped by UPS, my gaming computer that was less than a week old was being returned to me by the builder after some upgrades and it came completely bent, broken parts and totally inoperable. What frustrates me the most is that it had a total of 6 fragile stickers on the box and you can clearly see the product image on the box that is indeed a gaming pc. Having the receipt I made sure they knew it was a very expensive computer and the value was $7500 when it was being shipped. Fast forward to me receiving it back and it came totally inoperable. I had provided to me by the company that built it with a picture of it and it was in perfect shape right before it was shipped back to me. Took plenty of photos and a video of the damage once I received it back.

    UPS picked it back up after I submitted a claim and come to find out a few days ago that they are denying it due to improper packaging which is amazing to me. It was packaged the exact same from the manufacturer and the company that built it made sure it was secure with plenty of foam and package Styrofoam because they ship PCs all over the country. You can tell the package had been dropped and mishandled by the corner of the box being torn and the foam damaged causing damage to my GPU, PSU, bent case and frame, broke fans, cooling fans and a damaged motherboard. I contacted the company to let them know what happened to the PC during shipping they said I was their 3rd claim in 3 days that the customers' computer came destroyed by UPS. This is not on the Company to eat the cost of the computer because they built the product, provided documentation, packaged professionally my computer and it was damaged and destroyed in the hands of UPS.

    I always preached very highly of UPS 'cause I always had good luck with them in the past with being a business owner and shipping and receiving packages by them weekly. This whole situation and how this whole claim was handled has left me very frustrated and I will not be using UPS anymore because of this and telling everyone that ships anything of value to be cautious. I am now out not only $7500 but also a computer and now have to wait to have another one built due to UPS destroying my fragile package during shipping. Always be cautious when having a expensive item you bought online being shipped by UPS because if it comes damaged it's on you not them apparently.

    I have been trying to receive a package for a week now. It requires a signature. The first time UPS tried to leave, no one was home. They left a slip to sign so it could be left at their next delivery attempt. I signed, and they still did not leave the package at the second attempt. After the first failed delivery, I had also went onto My Choice and said to deliver with a neighbor across the street (this option was offered on their website). At the second delivery attempt, not only did they not leave my package, but they didn't attempt to deliver to the neighbor either.

    When I try to call in to speak to someone, it's an automated system that hardly accepts the number choices I push, it's like pulling teeth trying to get to a live person, and when I do get to a live person, none of them are American and are hard to understand. They keep repeating the same things and not answering my questions. Most people are not home during the day because they work, and can't sit at home for hours waiting to sign for a package. The only option they left me after 2 failed delivery attempts was to pick up my package at a local service center, which is out of my way. And not only do I have to use my expensive gas to drive there, but I have to pay a fee just to pick up! Completely ridiculous.

    I have experienced the worst courier service with UPS. I paid $50 for their express service on top of $30 custom fee. They mentioned product will be delivered in one business day. However it has been 4 days now, product hasn't been delivered. Every day they provide me with a new ETA, mentioning it will be delivered next day. I called their customer service. Their lack of professionalism and incompetency surprised me. They had no clue what is going on. I saw on UPS tracking app my product is one of the nearest Warehouse from my home. I asked them if I can go pick it up if they can't deliver. They replied it need to be approved and I have to wait then few more days. I then ask for supervisor. They transferred me to another agent. Then she started telling me that she doesn’t know how long it will take for me to receive my product.

    I again ask for supervisor. She told me that their supervisor is busy and will call me back when she is available within an hour. I have not received a call back. I haven’t had this experience with any courier service. I paid the highest amount for this service and can't get a straight answer. It seems like all agents are just dodging my question. I would not use their service again if they don't resolve this issue. Amount of disrespect I have endured from using their service is unacceptable. All they tell you for their mistake is “sorry” and “not sure.”. I would not use their service again and not recommend them to anyone in future.

    My package was lost/stolen in Oakland CA. The customer service reps were not helpful, some hung up on me, some would not allow me to review. I literally have called over 10 times. The claim process is terrible. I filed a claim on 6/20/22 and to date still no refund on the stolen items. This gift was a Father's Day gift that never arrived. I called again today. Cust. svc rep told me they would send email. Still have not receive email. The postal annex sent information twice and called. Still NO refund.     My first experience was a come on to get my business as I do a lot of shipping and receiving of goods to produce custom products. Their Sales team gave me a 20% offer on my first overnight shipment but when I tried to use it for $2500 worth of bedding from Chicago to Palm Springs, they had no recollection of any such promotion. I stop my shipping through them and will only use FED EX to outbound ship. Loads of small problems from other vendors shipments through UPS but today took the cake! I had a 2nd day air UPS said would be delivered on Friday but when I looked at it late afternoon Friday was too late to contact anyone but no package showed up and it was saying it had been rescheduled for Monday. I confirmed that it was "Out for delivery" today (Monday) at 9:00 am. By 11:00 am I checked it again and it said a delivery was attempted but unable to deliver.

    I called my son that lives out in the front of the house and he said "Yeah, it was weird, they pulled up, sat across the street and never even tried to get out or go to the back of the truck, they just drove off!" I didn't request to spend extra money because I was just anxious, it was a couple boxes of nailheads (500 to be exact) needed to finish a $14,000 job by Tuesday! I spent all day on the phone trying to get someone to call the driver to come back and although the note on the tracking said they had a request by receiver to redeliver, no re-delivery was made.... I plan to ask every merchant I deal with to let me use my FED EX account for ALL my shipping from now on. It may not be thousands of dollars but it will be hundreds gone from their bottom line and I will not have to put up with UPS's ** if at all possible from now on! Natalie Vasquez Interiors, LLC

    I never have a problem with the packages that are delivered. My problem is the times and routes. It's a five minute drive from my house to the UPS shipping facility, but I'm always one of the last on these routes. Getting my packages as late as I do is unfair to my customers and to me. That's because they have to wait a day past promised shipping, and my guarantee is that if I can't make promised shipping times, I refund the shipping cost. That cuts into my profits. Being a business, this is something you should understand, but it seems you don't.

    To all, never send anything you need urgent to arrive with UPS. With this shortage of baby formula my daughter ask me to find some formula here in Miami for my grandson who is 6 month old, cause in Washington DC she could not find the special formula he required. (You do not want a baby to go hungry in the USA) So I found 16 bottles here in Miami and ship it through UPS. Guess what, they found my package opened and all the formula gone. And now they are telling me they are not responsible. Give me a break. They really don't care for us customers. I see a lot of big companies going under. Maybe in the short future UPS will file for bankruptcy. They deserve it.

    I had a package scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, on Tuesday I contacted ups to change the delivery day to Saturday since I was out of town, I was charged $9.99 for the change & within minutes I received a confirmation to expect the delivery on Saturday between 2-6pm. Saturday comes and goes and no package on the horizon.

    I called ups & after jumping through hoops to get to a representative I finally got to speak to someone, the rep told me that a supervisor will contact me by 6:30 pm sharp… By 7pm no one called so I called them back… same thing, stay put someone will call you back… by 9pm no one called so I called again and another useless rep answered not offering any solution. I called again Sunday morning, did the hoop jumping again to speak with someone & as usual no one can help.

    This is my situation now:

    Monday it’s the 4th of July, A customer that expected a home theater installed for the holiday gathering won’t get their system in time & I lose income. UPS automatically will attempt to deliver my package on Tuesday but I’m not going to be home because I’m leaving town early Tuesday for business. I’m living in a bad neighborhood, a package won’t last 2 seconds In front of my door, it would get stolen. To hold the package UPS want to charge me again as if paying for the package & then paying again for the delivery date change is not enough they want to charge me third time. Every rep we spoke to was almost impossible to understand cause English was not their first language (spoke to 5 reps). Here in the US we used to take lots of pride of our postal carriers, services & options, not anymore! It might be time to go back to pigeons for our mail needs.

    Shipping Live Queens via UPS. I paid for express overnight delivery and my tracking order said it would arrive the next day between 2:30 and 6:30 pm. Now have been delayed for another day. Supervisor is apparently somewhere in BC and I haven’t had a callback returned despite calling customer service twice. I am in Ontario. Extremely poor customer service. Live Queens shouldn’t be sitting around in a depot or truck for days. Poor service all around.

    I ordered medical supplies on June 21st, and the shipment was supposed to be delivered by June, 26th. After the delivery date was changed three times, the package is still in transit and is now supposed to be delivered on June 29 (today is the 28th). UPS is also sending it to the post office, instead of my home, and I’ll probably have to pick it up from the post office, which is very inconvenient since I am disabled. I didn’t want to pick it up from the post office, I wanted it delivered to my home. I needed this medical supplies yesterday, not tomorrow. I’ll try to avoid using UPS at all costs, FedEx is a better choice, not great, but better than UPS.

    They said they made 3 attempts but only one paper was left on my door and I was home when they supposedly made the other 2! When I called after the first one, the lady said she would request that they come after 2pm. When they did not come back for days, I called again. This lady said they can't request a specific time! Then she told me they had already been out 3 times and argued with me when I disagreed with her. She also told me, since they "made 3 attempts," I would need to set it up again.

    When I placed an order for catheters that I really needed, I was told the catheters would be here on Tuesday. A day or two later I checked UPS's website and they said Wednesday between 11:15 and 3:15. I was like, okay I can do this. Now for clarification, I live in a secure building, so for a delivery driver to get a package to me, someone has to be here to let them into the building. So I stayed in my apartment all four hours, waiting for the package. The package never showed. After the time was up, I checked the UPS website, and found out the package delivery window had moved to the next day, Thursday, between 11:15 and 3:15. Now I needed to be gone this day- technically I needed to gone on Wednesday but I thought I'd just leave after the package arrived. So I went to my neighbor to see if she would let them in. She was busy, so she couldn't.

    I waited until 2 PM, when they moved the window for the package arrival time AGAIN to 3:15-5:15. I went to my neighbor again and she said she could receive the package. Me being a smart man, I went on UPS's website and set it up so the driver would know to deliver the package to my neighbor. The driver ignored the change to the website, somehow managed to get inside the building, and DID NOT leave the package even though it would have been safe there, leaving a note that he'd be back the next day. I was furious. Meanwhile, all this time I've been trying to use other catheters that didn't work as well and caused severe pain in my crotch and bleeding, which was not fun. Then on Friday, I left a note on both entrances to the building to deliver the package to my neighbor, because I was planning on being gone at the delivery window time. The note was a full sheet of paper in a fairly large font- not a note you can miss.

    For better or for worse my plans got canceled, so I was home. I left the note up because I wanted the driver to see the note, which was nice but also clearly frustrated by how things are going. The driver IGNORED the note, and rang my doorbell very briefly, like he was expecting that I wasn't home. Because I was home, I let the driver into the building. When the driver arrived at my door with the package, I confronted him about why he didn't deliver the package to my neighbor. He CLAIMED that he didn't see the note (basically impossible) and also noted he wasn't the driver that came yesterday (if he didn't see the note, why on earth did he say this? Only from reading the note would someone know that I was upset at the driver that came yesterday). After receiving the package, he went down the hallway, presumably to deliver another package, and I went downstairs to see if my notes were still on the doors. They were.

    I confronted the driver again as he was leaving. He OF COURSE saw the note as he was leaving (like that was the first time he saw it, which is complete crap) and I told him that he should obey the note and of course he said he'd do it in the future, which is completely useless for how all this went down this week. I have NOTHING good to say about UPS after this- this experience was so bad I'm changing medical supply companies, so I don't ever have to deal with UPS again. Maybe they are fine if you don't have to be there when the package arrives, but if you do, I recommend avoiding them like the plague.

    My delivery has been "Out for delivery today" for 5 days. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. No one at UPS is willing to help find out why they won't deliver my package. There is no way to get a manager or supervisor to work on the problem. All the customer service person does is read the same information that you can get online. They are frustrating and not a customer service oriented company to deal with.

    Firstly, the person handling my delivery was extremely rude and rough with my package - with electrical components inside. Then, when I go to discuss these problems with someone by phone, I can't even reach someone. I got a callback, to have no one there. They then go on to immediately give me a survey on the representative that wasn't even there! I attempted to call back, and then don't even have the option to get a call back anymore.     My husband bought an E-bike that was shipped to us b UPS. The box was VERY damaged. Our roommate signed for the box only AFTER, the driver assured him he'd documented the damage and that the shipping charges (150) would be waived due to the damage but to call the number in case anything else was wrong. The bike was damaged and cost 200 to fix. My husband figured, what's 50 bucks, and didn't end up calling or starting a claim since the driver said they'd waive the charges. Then we received an invoice in the mail for an outstanding payment. We called in but for whatever reason, they couldn't find the invoice number and told us the letter must have been an error and not to worry about it.

    A couple of weeks later we got another invoice, this time with interest charges as the payment was now late. We called in, and waited 1 hour to finally get through to someone only to be disconnected within seconds. We tried again and were told we needed to submit a claim and that they would email us the link, but they never sent it. We went online to see if we could file the claim there. We got two steps in before the website said there was an error. We called in again, no one knew what to do so we demanded to speak to a supervisor. They said a supervisor would be with us right away. Right away apparently means two hours of the phone ringing without end. As it stands I am still on hold while writing this. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

    They lost a package with documents that will take 3 months to replace by various state agencies. After several unsuccessful attempts to get thru to an agent I processed a claim thru the website.     Worst worst process of paying customs with UPS. The driver never asked for payment at the door and on the due date of the Customs Brokerage Invoice, I received the bill. Now as I try to pay my $12.30 bill, the invoice does not mention where/how I can pay this bill. I have been on the phone for the past 1 hour trying to figure out with the customer reps/tech support how to pay this bill. Their own employees are unaware of the different payment methods. Mind you, you cannot even pay your bill using your online banking website. So the only option that is left is for me to give my credit card information over the phone to a customer rep. SO OLDSCHOOL. UPS- please bring efficiency for your customers to pay your small bills.

    It never fails, UPS is either delayed, late, or close enough to being late that it might as well be (since they've had all day to deliver). If we could give negative stars, UPS would get -5. Hate using them. More than likely in the future if the client I buy from can't use Fed Ex, I'll just go somewhere else because I know who the alternative is and it's not worth it. Can't get a hold of an agent, even if you do they aren't very good. UPS should be fired from being able to ship packages. Surely, surely, there is someone who can do better than UPS other than FedEx. Hell at this point, get more drones to deliver, can Amazon just buy UPS for the love of god?

    We have the same driver Eddie, that delivers packages and we have asked him that all oversize and overweight package be delivered to the apartments it belongs to. Also to place take the Amazon bags they use because we have no need for them but over the last few months he leaves packages in the bag and leaves the oversized package in our mailroom. It is upsetting because he will log in the packages in his truck saying they have been delivered and I have resident complain to me when I don't have their package. I also receive wrong packages from the homes across the street from us and they come in yelling at us looking for their package. Just take the small packages out of the amazon bag and leave them in a corner where I will log in, and the large ones take upstairs! It I'm not having him deliver all the packages to each apartment as he should since this is a condo living.

    Have had three different deliveries from three different shippers not be delivered to my home but reported as delivered and left at "Other". They have no easy way to contact someone on the phone to figure out why this keeps happening, and their email support basically just replied with "Sorry, contact the shipper".     UPS regularly delivers packages to incorrect addresses. I have gotten others' items and mine have been delivered to other places. I have reported it and was promised they'd fix it "personally" and 6 months later, nothing. I'm told we're not being personally targeted, and if so, then others are getting this same "service" level. Getting really sick of it, honestly. I've lost hundreds of dollars already this year and it's April. I suggest that you select a delivery pick-up location because it's the only way you know you have even a chance of seeing the item you have paid for.

The problem with delivery companies is that they just don't care. There is no repercussion then if your package is late you might get a, "We are sorry for the inconvenience" which is total crap.     UPS just can't go the extra mile. Twice now in one year my packages have been misdelivered. They never pick up the issue at their end - I have to go through their tortuous online prompts or systems to get a resolution. Service improved once I found the email for the CEO and shareholders. But really, could we all just do our jobs and do them well? This is package delivery, not rocket science. Because we have a dog and someone is always home, whenever they say, "left on doorstep" and it's not there - we know its an issue. A few hundred of my colleagues in the Mom's group have the same issue. Could they just hire honest employees who complete their shift and deliver the packages they say they will to the correct address? Please?

    I was notified today (Sunday) that there was a failed delivery at my apartment by UPS, and that a note was left on my door. But I've been home all morning and there was no knock. I called customer service, but all they could tell me was "sorry, they tried to deliver it but now it's at your local post office. Please call them." Again, it's Sunday, so they're closed. Also, I'm disabled, which is why I have things delivered to my door, so walking over to the next building to see if there was a note (which I was told was left on the door) left there. Same apartment number, different building. We're both 4969 but different building names which are in large letters on each side of the building. Lo and behold, no note. This is highly inconvenient to me. There is also no proof anywhere that an attempt was made at delivery. But hey, if the driver wants to steal my package, all you're getting are my period panties. Have fun with them my guy.

    I am absolutely shocked by the behavior of UPS about the delivery of my package. It was sent from the UK to Sweden and it generated import fees, which I paid on April 5th 2022. I received a confirmation in my email as well as a text message that the payment was successfully received. Yet since then I still haven't received anything. I called several times to the international HQ as well as the Swedish HQ and every time they tell me that I haven't paid the fees, I reply that I have and have confirmation, they say they'd make a note in the system and hang up. No other official communication from their side. When I called the driver's number, he hung up immediately and texted - if I wanted the delivery, I was supposed to pay 32,000 SEK!!! That number can be traced as the official UPS driver number. I mean, what is happening?!

    UPS Charges for holding a package at their store $7.99!! It saves the driver a stop which is gas! Why would they charge me to save money on gas? And they charge for changing the day $11.99!! That is ridiculous. I will go out of my way to not use UPS anymore. FedEx does not charge for holding a package at their locations.

    Went to my local UPS Store and inquired about their ability to ship fine glass works of art and was assured they could handle and insure it for me. I shipped the package from UPS store in Ocean City MD to my son in Chicago, IL. When the package was received the bowl was in 5 pieces. We set up a claim on UPS's online portal including pictures as directed online. On 3/23 UPS picked the box up and delivered to UPS Damage Clerk Jefferson ** in Chicago. On 3/28 I received a call from my local UPS store in MD advising me that my package had been denied by receiver and was awaiting my pick up. After hours of trying to reach someone at UPS to help me understand what was going on I was connected to their Damage Department and advised that I should pick up the package and a UPS driver would come to inspect at my home on 3/29 as inspections was still required.

    3/30 I called the damage department to advise that no one had come to inspect. They advised me to take pictures and send to them by email. The email, I was told, would provide instructions on what to photograph. An email I have yet to receive. I am so distraught over the loss of this beautiful unique piece of art and special gift for my son and his family and now to have to deal with this incredible lack of service and confusion. I've been told a different story with each person I speak to. I needed some kind of an outlet for my outrage and frustration over this soul crushing experience.

    I will not use this company for any shipping. If a package is abandoned they are horrible to deal with. I talked to numerous agents to try and get the package moving again after I had received a bill for import charges 1 month after the package was abandoned. The first agent told me that It was possible to get the package moving again I just had to get the shipper to phone. After I got the shipper to phone UPS said the package was on the move. However every time I tried to inquire about the package they said it was abandoned again. Everytime it was someone new saying that their records showed that no one had phoned about the package. I was never put through to a supervisor when asked. I never got a call back when I asked for one.

    They really don’t care about a problem in their system and I am out $150.00 for a package I never received. UPS tells me to take it up with the shipper and I could get a refund through them. This is at no fault of the shipper or receiver. UPS could not be bothered to get ahold of the shipper or receiver when the package was classified as abandoned. Not even a return to sender I was informed that the package was going to be destroyed, so why would I go after the shipper and make them take the loss. I highly recommend using a different shipping service for your needs.

    So I ordered a package. Gave them my address. Luckily a house I sold 10 years ago to a gentleman, the guy texted me I had a package delivered there. My address I ordered with was on package, but UPS must have pulled this 10 year old address as they put a sticker on box with old address. I tried to contact ups to make sure never happens again and phone system just runs you around in a circle and them hangs up on you, never getting a human to talk to. So when you don't get a package from ups you might want to drive to all the old address you have lived and maybe you will find it. never have been impressed with their service, too bad there is not a way not to opt out when you order stuff.

    I've scheduled a UPS pickup twice, and both experiences included major problems. I work in a school and have time-sensitive test materials that need to be picked up. The first time, I included my room number in three separate places on the pickup request. It was in the address, in the suite/room # box, and in the Special Instructions. The UPS driver just went to the first floor office to look for a pickup and left without my packages; he didn't come to the room that I specifically included on the request. I had to call UPS and go through a long process to get the driver to come back.

    More recently, I scheduled a pickup between 1-4pm. The driver showed up at 11am. The shipment was not ready because students were still testing; I had purposely scheduled the pickup from 1-4pm because that was when it would be ready. The driver left and marked the pickup as 'Successfully Completed.' Again, I had to call UPS and ask for someone to return during the scheduled pickup window. I'm still waiting for that pickup to be made, and it will not be within the requested window. I don't understand why such a large, well-established company cannot manage to follow basic pickup instructions like the time window and room number, but it's very frustrating and disruptive. They need to get it together.

    I ordered my university package on Thursday at 11:30 AM PST with the 2-day shipping method but they haven't picked my package till Monday morning at 11:30 AM PST and they were charged me 41.72$ which is very expensive for me, when I tried to call the customer service they are saying that simply it happens, this is not the first time for me, it is the second time. If they want to increase their company profits don't loot like this, give the best service and earn you idiots.

    If I could rate ups a zero I would! To speak to an agent it’s nearly impossible with the damn automated system. The agents have no idea what they are doing and certainly the drivers don’t give a damn anymore and throw your items. If there was any better services I’d avoid UPS all together.

    A package I ordered had been 'out for delivery' since 10am. I received a notification almost five hours later that a Delivery Change Request has been filed, but it wasn't by me. I phoned UPS, they told me that a delivery attempt was made by the driver at 3:51pm. We have a doorbell camera that begins recording whenever someone comes into our yard, and NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE. As I was writing this review, UPS phoned back. Apparently the 'route he was on' was closed. There are no road closures in the area. So he went from 'attempting delivery to the house' to not even making it to the house. That's two times they've lied and I am livid.

    This company supposedly tried to deliver a package three times. Well they said it needed a signature. Oh wait they won't go through gates, they won't call you, even when you call corporate or you have left them messages or used automated systems to tell them to call and you will come to the front of your property. Even when you take a day off work and sit and wait on your porch with your gate open they still won't deliver to you. They do not do the job at hand.

    Not only do they not attempt a delivery, they don't even call you that your item has arrived. They quickly return the item to sender within 3-5 days. You don't have a chance to pick up your delivery because they don't update the shipping information. This is a huge scam. They make money by both "shipping" your item and returning your item, and don't have to hire drivers to deliver. Great scam. Look at the honest reviews. No one is accountable, all you get is I apologize, but, nothing changes.

    Ukrainian defense forces urgently solicited some technology which I was able to send them via Warsaw, Poland. The box was 27 lbs. with an insured value of $3,000. Their cheapest rate, they claimed, was over $1,700!!! I had no choice but to ship it in view of the urgent need but I definitely felt ripped off!!! So much for assistance to Ukraine from this greedy corporation!

    Waited all day for my package, UPS never came. Went to track my package. It said I refused my package and they sent it back to sender. I paid for 2 day shipping why would I refuse my package after waiting all day. The driver lied and stole my package. Called customer service and they said they would investigate.     We sent individually wrapped, vintage Chinese dishes and associated serving pieces to an adjoining state in two carefully wrapped packages, each with extra insurance. They arrived with only 4 of 24 dishes and 3 of 5 serving pieces surviving. Photos of the arrived items looked like they were thrown around recklessly. The insurance fine print said that UPS only assumes responsibility for damage when they do the packing. We were not told this, and so we're allowed to waste our money for insurance as well as for the shipping, not to mention the loss of some valued possessions that we wished to share. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    More than 15 packages shipped with a higher fee for "Signature Required" for delivery, were intentionally mishandled by UPS. The UPS driver has never rung my doorbell to get a signature. On multiple occasions a delivery notice was left on my door with "Sorry we missed you". This is done to allow UPS to hold my package at a UPS facility and require me to go there to pick it up. On some occasions the package was simply left on the porch. Several times I saw the UPS truck outside and went to the door. On these occasions the driver either stated that I did not need to sign for the package, or he had already entered my name into his UPS pad (thereby signing for me so he could drop it on the porch).

    A customer service representative told me in order to get the packages delivered, I should go online, create a UPS account and sign a waiver to allow the packages to be delivered without a signature. Obviously, it is the UPS unwritten policy to charge a fee for a service they have no intention of providing. Would you call this fraud?

    On numerous occasions, UPS will send me a notification that my package is out for delivery. As the day draws to an end, I have been sitting waiting for the UPS truck, not going anywhere, missing appointments. I get a false notice that delivery is delayed due to "emergency situation or severe weather". This is becoming routine for UPS. This happened again (4th or 5th time in a two months span of time). There was no severe weather, in fact, it was a beautiful day.

    I've noticed the pattern is day is getting close to 5:00 PM. It is my belief that the driver sees that it is getting close to the end of the day, so he/she logs an excuse and takes it back to UPS so that he/she can clock out and go home. My packages usually consist of parts for my shop. I have customers waiting to get their motorcycle or ATV back. I can't do my job because the UPS driver won't do theirs.

    I rarely leave home usually & I work from home & I've 2 dogs that absolutely hate when someone knocks on our door or any of my neighbor's doors. I know when someone is at my door. They had nothing to bark about on Feb 12, 2022. I checked the status of a delivery & it was posted that an attempt was made at 2:31 PM, I was literally sitting 3 steps away from my front door at that time, NO ONE knocked on my door.

    I looked further into the matter by calling UPS: the recording said deliver that delivery date is changed to Monday (NOT COOL BECAUSE THEY LIED.) & a notice was left at my door with contact information to reschedule a specific date if I so choose. There was no notice left; there is even a clip at my door to leave any paper notice so that it doesn't blow away. When I got a representative on the phone I told her all of this, she repeated the ** the driver reported. She put me on hold & supposedly made contact with someone to report this but I've no way of knowing if she too lied.

    BTW, I didn't leave my home until 4 o'clock, and I sat in the parking lot at 4 o'clock on the phone in my car before I left actually left the property. I called the company of the product I ordered and told them this is not the 1st time that UPS has lied attempted deliveries from them. The Rep (I believe him) put me on hold to call UPS. He Said he explained all of my details to UPS and that the supervisor said they would try to get the driver to come back this evening back but there was no guarantee. Circle back around & bring me my package (& no you do not get to earn overtime because you lied.)

    People who lie about their doing their job are on the same disgusting level as thieves. Amazon 9 out of 10 times gives at least 1-2 knocks before walking away. IF a person has to be present for UPS to leave a package Do not give one knock & walk away (which was not done in this case). You wait until somebody answers the door & actually leave a notice that you are actually physically there. Don't just leave the notice without knocking.

    I sent a package to UPS and was deeply disappointed. The package was supposed to be delivered today, but I got the message that the delivery was postponed for tomorrow. Reason, as stated: attempted delivery. I sent dozens of shipments to the same address and everything was fine, even if the recipients were not at home at the time of delivery. UPS vendors are the worst in the USA. I used USPS, DHL before, but this with UPS is a disappointment. There was no need to sign anything, just a package with a few books, but they weren't able to deliver it properly either. In addition, their customer service is rubbish. Tip: don't use UPS, you'll just lose your temper.

    If I could give UPS less than one star I would. I paid for a package to be delivered the next day. Not only was my package NOT delivered the next day, but it is now day 4 and still it has not been delivered. By NOT having my parcel delivered, I have lost hundreds of dollars I didn't have to lose. I have reached out by email over 10 times and still my package has not been delivered, nor have my emails been answered. I have asked for a refund over 5 time, and I have not been reimbursed, nor have my requests been acknowledged. UPS claims bad weather on their website, but I have watched the USPS drive-by, FedEx drive by, but no UPS. For two days, their tracking site has said "delivery by 10:30 am". It's now 6:47 pm and still no package. Please don't waste your money. Use FedEx or USPS for your parcel deliveries. You'll have much better luck getting your packages where they need to go.

    The UPS Store #5522 was suppose to package and mail my box for me. The worker copied down the wrong address and the package was eventually returned to sender…the store. The manager called me and informed me that the box was there and if I wanted it reshipped, I would have to pay again. I explained that the worker wrote down the wrong address. His response was that I accepted it by signing the receipt. When I went to pick the package up, to my disgust, not only was the box not packaged correctly, but it was taped up as if a 4 yr old was playing in tape.

    As I picked up my box, I noticed the guy who supposedly packed my box and sent it in the back looking my way and holding his head down. The manager could have made this right with me, but instead refused to hold his worker accountable. Poor customer service is becoming the norm. I paid $17 to have a box shipped only to have it returned in horrible shape. Shame on you UPS Store #5522 in Chesapeake, VA 23321. You’ve lost my business.

    I sent a package from SC to Texas. The clerk asked which delivery I wanted, the $18-$54 or $100 shipping. I told her I needed the package to be delivered by Monday 24th, this was on Thursday 20th. I paid $54.00 two day air shipping. She filled the information out and told me the package will be there on Monday. Well the package did not arrived until 6 days later. Not due to weather, it was due to them shipping it to the wrong location. The package was shipped to Los Angeles. I called the refund department 6 times, finally I was told go to the store I made the purchase. The manager/owner stated it was not guaranteed and they are separate from the UPS Cooperation, so no refund. His excuse was only one day air delivery are guaranteed.

    Prior to going in the store, I spoke with a female employee at the store who stated on air delivery are guaranteed not ground, well I purchased air delivery. I call the Corporate Office, after holding for an hour, She stated due to Covid two days air deliveries are not guaranteed, only one air deliveries are guarantee. I should have been advised that at the time of purchase and why are you offering a service you cannot accomplish. If I was told this earlier I would have used the local post office. I told the clerk I didn't want the full refund. I would agree to a refund minus the $18 ground shipping since the package was eventfully delivered. He know it was guaranteed. They suck and I can only imagine how many people they have ripped off with this scam.

    When I received my bank card In the mail, it had been opened. This is not very professional. The last thing that needs to be lost in the mail is someone's bank information. If I have to pay $55 for UPS to deliver the card, the least they can do is get it to the mailbox unopened.

    Where to start...a few days before Easter I wanted to send my grandson a basket. The man at the counter asked would I like it there before Easter? I said of course. I paid 30 dollars and told my son it would be there before Easter. 3 days later my son called and said the package never came. I tried calling UPS on hold and ** around for 45 minutes so I went down to the ups store I had sent the package from...I asked why it hadn't made it there yet and I was told because I didn't give the right address....After arguing with him he said that wasn't the problem. I didn't have an apartment number on there...I explained it is a tri-plex and there are no numbers....Plus I had told the man at the counter that he is to leave it at the front door....Well they wouldn't leave it at the front door....

    Finally after an hour and a half at the store with the manager telling me she couldn't help me the driver said fine I will leave it at the front door but if my son doesn't get it that he was not responsible for the missing package....so I paid to have the package there before Easter (30 dollars) and my grandson got it 4 days after Easter....Then the other day I was trying to track a package on the UPS website I couldn't log in....it kept telling me invalid email address...I have had the same email for 15 years. I can assure you I do know my email address....So I decided to contact customer service and you get that automated help and that you can't even explain what is happening because the automated tells you to only use very few letters because it doesn't understand after so many letters....So I went back and tried to use the tracker to track this package and I kept getting the message that I had the wrong tracking number....

    I checked the tracking number 10-15 times and got the same results....I'm not an idiot. I can read....So once again back to automated to get the same message there so I marked the box to talk to someone on the phone automated kept asking "Why can't I help you? Why do you need customer support?" I told them I need to speak to someone on the phone to figure my problem out....So the automated sent me a text saying someone will call me in 3 minutes....Well that was 10 hours ago and have not heard anything....So moral to the story screw UPS, their expensive shipping and their customer service. I will never use ups again and I have told everyone I know not to use ups either....

    So I have two packages that were expected over a month ago. They have on there that the package was transferred to USPS and then gave a tracking number. A label was made and the packages magically did not make it to the post office. Apparently, the packages were re-labeled at a UPS partner and UPS will not address that location. They will not do anything if a label was created for USPS. Now I am disabled. I cannot drive or work due to my disability. The two packages that they stole were items needed for personal use. I have nothing. No money because I spent my last dime trying to get those packages.

    Now I have a sim card that is supported by the government so that I can make calls for medical rides and my doctors. The SAME THING HAS HAPPENED. But this time when I call UPS they say FOUR things; there was a label created for USPS so it is out of their hands, next excuse; they attempted delivery around 11 am and the second attempt at 1:20 a.m. (lol who on this earth is up at those hours to sign a package????), next excuse; oh it was a holiday for MLK...um...y'alls shipping partner in Enterprise Oregon made the Label 5.58 A.M. on the 18th which WAS NOT A HOLIDAY, next excuse; oh there was a delay because of the weather...ROFLMAO...y'all be going above and beyond the legal speed limit and even ride up on people tailgating them in extreme inclement weather...LIARS!!!! THIEVES!!!! INCOMPETENT!!!!

    Within the past couple of months I have had multiple packages which I paid "expedited" shipping for just to show up at the same time or later than with regular rates. So they're just taking people's money and going about their business as usual... running late while lying about delivery times. Currently dealing with a sensitive package that I really hate just chilling out in a warehouse. Can't claim the supply chain either, both these past times my packages have been in the area but sitting in a warehouse next door and last time somehow kept missing the delivery when I was home all day long waiting.... like all day long for multiple days (live in the country so visitors are apparent).

    01/12/2022. 7:39 P.M. Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending. Supposedly my package is several hours away from where I live, tomorrow will be day 5 of waiting for this "expedited" package to make it from a couple towns over. Keep pushing the delivery date back day after day. Like other reviewers stress, there is next to no customer service or even legit answers at the very least.

    UPS is by far the worst courier service I have ever in my life worked with!! I was supposed to receive two packages from a shipper who I have done business with for over 10 years! I never ever had a problem with FedEx or any other courier, other than UPS by the way. The two items I purchased from the reputable shipper were now sold out online and in store and the retail value of these were now $1200!!! The packages were scheduled to be delivered on a Monday. I waited all day and finally around 5:30-6 pm I went into my UPS app to check where they were since they were on the truck in route since 8 that morning. Come to find out UPS noted on the app, again I wouldn’t have known this if I didn’t go in and check (no notifications from UPS and my notifications are enabled in the app btw) that the address was missing an apartment number.

    But here’s the thing, I verified with the shipper that they had my correct address and they did. They had my address including apartment number. So I went in to UPS and updated my address and highlighted the apartment number that they said was missing on their side. The system accepted it and said they received it and when I spoke to UPS they said it was entered in CORRECTLY. The following day I was watching the tracking through the app, I kept coming back and refreshing because I was excited to get these two packages. By the time it hit 5:30-6 pm the following day, I refreshed the app and it said that “customer refused packages” which is NOT true! I never spoke to the driver, no one ever rang my door bell, and I never saw the UPS truck. NOT ONCE!!!! I was patiently waiting and checking on the hour every hour!!!!

    So then… furious at this point I call UPS and that is when the nightmare began. I spoke to at least 7 reps from UPS over the week and I was given excuse after excuse and empty promises. No one could tell me where my package were at because that night I wanted to go to the facility that the driver apparently returned the packages too, and pick them up. They couldn’t find them! So then I saw through the app that they were shipped out of the local warehouse at 3 am. I called furious again, and at this point they had told me a manager would call me back - never did, called again I was promised a manager would follow up in 20 mins, never did. And it was like this the entire time.

    I finally got in touch with a manager who wrote up a case number… which is another joke in itself. The manager stated that I could call UPS on Monday when it’s back to it’s finally destination and they could re-route the package. I called on Friday since I saw it scanned through at a warehouse and asked to speak to a manager. Again it took 20 mins talking to a representative and I kept referring to my case number and told her I need to speak to someone higher up. After that argument for 20 mins finally I got to a manager. I asked the manager to read what the notes in my case had said and it was NOTHING we discussed with the previous manager who created the case. Nowhere In the notes did it say that I needed to call back in once it goes through a scan to have them flag the packages and re-route them to me. NOWHERE. Again - another lie!!!!

    So the other manager said that they were going to call the shipper come to find out they needed me on the phone so I called the shipper where I made the purchases with. UPS asked them if they could re-route the packages and per policy the shipper cannot do it once it’s returned. The UPS manager who I spoke to stumbled across her words because at that point she knew they messed up big time, and ended up transferring the call to a survey and basically hung up on me!!!! During the conversation she transferred me over to a survey in mid conversation!! The customer service at UPS is literally the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! How UPS is still in business is beyond me!!! I am warning you now, DO NOT USE THEM.

    I’m now out the two packages and I have to pay thousands of dollars to repurchase these that are now sold out through the shipper!!! UPS didn’t do a damn thing about it, took no responsibility other than “something happened to our system and maybe the driver doesn’t know the area” are you KIDDING?!!! ZERO stars in fact negative stars. They can’t read at UPS apparently and management doesn’t give a damn. Clearly.

    UPS has gone from being my preferred shipper to one I will only use as a last resort/no other choice. I was scheduled for 5 different shipments to be delivered today, one is getting close to being a month behind its initial delivery date. All but 1 of today's deliveries have been delayed at least 1 day. I actually did get a delivery 2 days ago for 1 package, meanwhile the other 2 packages that were being tracked as being on the same vehicle were not delivered.

    When contacting customer service they try giving me the same excuse shown on the tracking, which is severe weather. That's not acceptable. When your drivers are in my neighborhood delivering packages, especially when you actually deliver one to me, but you fail to deliver my other packages, that's just incompetence.

    I would have been okay with them being more transparent about the issue. But just trying to blame bad weather, when we've had beautiful weather in this area, and all of my packages are tracking in this area, and your drivers are literally driving past my house, doesn't cut it.

    If your company isn't competent enough to deliver my packages, own up to it and call or email me letting me know and offer me alternative solutions to get my packages. While I'd rather not have to drive myself over to a UPS shipping center or store to pick up my packages, I would much rather do that than not get them at all. Don't tell me you're going to deliver if you can't. There is no excuse for a company like UPS not to have better tracking technology and procedures in place that would allow any packages to be stuck in a perpetual "sorry we can't deliver today, we'll deliver it tomorrow instead" loop.

    UPS picked up a package from my work along with a dozen other boxes, but it seems my package was never scanned into their system. In attempting to investigate the problem, I was greeted with no option to speak to a real person and hung up on by robots trying to resolve the issue with no actual solution. This is frustrating and it feels like a lack of accountability by the company as a whole. To file a claim doesn't give me much hope either, as UPS will just determine based on information in the system without speaking to me. I would have never of chose to use UPS but it was a return service for a product I had purchased as a gift. As it stands, I am now eating the cost of the item and I would have rather of kept it than someone steal it in the pick up and delivery process.
