I ordered something through an online shop. The order was being ship through UPS and I thought it was USPS but of course it was UPS. Every single experience I have ever had with UPS has been a total nightmare. My package has been held at a facility for pick up except UPS has not left the address for that facility on my account so I can track my package.
It lets me know that it’s been there and it’s being held for pick up and I could come pick it up before a certain time but I can’t find my package so I’ve driven all around my city, called multiple different UPS locations and of course the one I Landed at it’s supposed to be open from 9 AM to 8 PM and of course there’s nobody showing up today until 2 PM so I am currently waiting in my car for 45 minutes until someone shows up to the facility and then I proceeded to stand outside the door where they are allowing people in I’m not on the ring the doorbell and I’m ignored. I was ignored for about 10 minutes before someone let me in to let me know that there won’t be anyone at the customer center until 2 PM. This is a horrible place. Ship your packages through anywhere else.

What has happened to UPS, 9 out of 10 times that a seller uses UPS to deliver a package to me they screw up with delivery times estimates, or don't deliver or deliver 3 days later or lose package at distribution center or package comes all banged up, etc., etc., etc. They are horrible. Even USPS is 100 times better!!!!

I just returned from UPS. Rebecca was the young lady that helped me! I had accidentally selected the wrong place to return my item. Rebecca was extremely efficient in correcting the problem. I have always been happy using UPS but this young lady was amazing! Thanks. PC

Abysmal. Zero customer service. Website won't take my claim and sends me to a phone number where I get a BOT who redirects me to the sender. No opportunity offered to talk to a human customer service rep. The BOT just cuts you off. Rude. The picture meant to prove delivery is blurry and lacks any detail to conclude that the box was at my door. So frustrating.

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's incredibly difficult to get in touch with someone, and when I finally do, they seem to know nothing at all. UPS lost a crucial document I urgently needed, and they're unable to locate it. They haven't bothered to provide any updates on my package either. Moreover, none of the phone numbers they list, or those found online, are operational. When I do manage to find a working number, I'm greeted with a recorded message that ends with 'Sorry, I can't transfer you to a representative,' before abruptly hanging up.

Worst customer service. Lost my package. No one knows where it is. Took 8 days for me to realize package was lost. Contacted UPS, they asked me to file a claim which I did, took another 15 days to complete. Still no conclusion. Been 37 days already.

Driver showed up a day early. Left a note saying I wasn't there. That's fair. The next day I take off and reschedule for delivery to that day. I sit by the window on my computer from 9 AM to 10 AM when my order gets marked as no one being home. The driver didn't even show up! It has cost me time. It has cost me money for taking a day off work. I call customer support and they say the package is marked as urgent and will be delivered sometime today before 9 PM but to call back after 5 PM to make sure. I did so and I get told that the drivers weren't notified in time. So now I have to take ANOTHER day off work to recieve this item. You lost a customer forever. Do better.

I just want to say the UPS website is NOT user-friendly! I have been trying to change my phone number for the past several weeks so I can get updates. Does not let me! I also want to give delivery instructions and it will not let me. Say I have to be a My Choice member, and I am but it just sends me back to the sign up page while I am already logged into My Choice. Just a big run around!!

On 7/9/2024 I was scheduled an UPS pickup between 12-4 pm the driver didn’t show so I called to reschedule and to see what I needed to do, the representative rescheduled, so she said for 7/10/2024, I asked, "If I need to be home, do I leave the package my porch." She stated the driver will ring the door and if I leave the package on the porch to leave a note on my door. Well lo and behold the driver came 7/9/2024 at 6:15 pm, I had fell asleep and didn’t hear the doorbell of which I think he pushed the camera and not the door bell because I’m an extremely light sleeper.
Anyway I called and spoke to another UPS representative and a supervisor and neither one could careless that I wad told he was coming out the next day, and told me I can pay AGAIN for him to come out… How is this my fault, I even took a screen shot of the commitment time and read it to her verbatim… All they said is "I’m sorry for the inconvenience," UPS should be able to reissue and grant for FREE another request for a pick up since I was provided incorrect information. UPS is a multibillion if not multi-trillion dollar company whose workers are in another country other than the United States.

I have had a very bad experience twice with UPS as the delivery person does not even get out of the van or does not even call when they arrive and just go away after sitting for 5 mins. Very bad customer experience I have face and it has irritated me so much.

When delivering a package, if you gotta cram it into my mailbox... please bring it to my door. What if you would have damaged my goods. This has happened in several occasions. This is the only problem I have with this service. Thank you.

First, it seems having a one-star rating doesn't bother them... but here's my two-cents. It seems very often that we are waiting for a package for a business that never seems to be able to be delivered because we are closed... This is untrue. Each and every time we are due a packaged; the office personnel will wait for the package and every time UPS says the business was closed!!! It's not good customer service.

This is truly the worst company in the industry. No concept of customer service - in fact, it's impossible to reach a live person in their "Customer Support". Their website could not be any more counterintuitive. They truly don't deserve to be in business.

Lies a lot, When call very hard to connect with live person and I think when call the Ups someone from some other country attend the call, My package was shipped on 5/30/24 and ups lost it, all the details are there about my package, when I called them then they opened investigation after 4 days they closed it, I paid around 1000 $ for my package and shipping fee. And ups not taking any responsibility.

Had a package come from Nashville TN which is 6 hrs away from Charlotte NC. It has been 4 days for a 58lb package and I still haven’t received it. FedEx delivered a 57lb package from California in 3 days and both items were ordered the same day with economy shipping! Will never use UPS again.

I've used UPS over FEDEx with good results in the past, but when it really counts they failed miserably. Please don't trust this company to deliver an important package. You will be sorely disappointed. To summarize, I paid extra money (over 50$ for a 4"x6"x1" box) to have an important package delivered to a hotel in Nashville TN. This is a major hotel where thousands of people were in attendance. We received a notice around 1 pm on Saturday that the package was attempted to be delivered but the place was closed - IT WAS NOT!!! Immediately, the recipient and I desperately tried to work with customer service to get the package. Five hours later, six phone calls later and many broken UPS promises, it was too late to deliver because everything shuts down. What a nightmare! I could/should have used the post office.

I was HOME expecting a delivery when I got a notification that an attempt was made but in reality, the driver pushed the door and saw that it was locked and just left. He could have called and I would have come right down but instead, laziness took over and he decided to let me wait 2 days because it was a Saturday. His lack of professionalism and laziness spoiled my whole weekend as I was expecting to wear what was in the package on Sunday. What a lazy driver!!!

UPS failed to exercise reasonable care in delivering my perishable package on the scheduled time and date. Tracking shipment process details showed it was on the truck for 10 hours before being further delayed an additional 2 days. Despite the box had markings of a popular food company, the package seems to have been exposed to excessive unrefrigerated conditions that caused the meats and other contents inside to spoil and become unusable. This is unacceptable, and I expect to be compensated for the cost of the damaged goods.
Timeline- July 3, 9:15 am: Perishable package marked as “Out for Delivery”. July 3, 7:24 pm: Approximately 10 hours on the truck and delivery was delayed. Package was returned back to the processing facility. July 3, 7:24 pm to July 5, 9:17 am: Package remained at the processing facility for a total of 38 hours exposed to unrefrigerated conditions. July 5, 9:17 am: Package was once again marked as “Out for Delivery”, initiating its second journey on the delivery truck.

Deliver my package to the wrong address, I filed a claim, it was closed immediately, said due to picture package was delivered, yes it was delivered but not to my address, they actually took a picture of where they delivered it and it was not my address, didn't even review it. Just closed it immediately. Very unprofessional. Poorly done, the picture I submitted is not my address, but that is the picture that was on UPS tracking of my package where they delivered it.

I purchased for 4 day shipping, UPS decided to do 7 day shipping. When I tried to talk to a person to see why they did this it would only let me talk to a robot. Not only did the robot let me talk to an agent it hung up in my face. Horrible customer service.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago, the driver, as in most reviews, did not even deign to call the intercom. Then the parcel was sent back to the store, and now every day they promise to return it. The price of the package is $850

Had a package that required a signature so I arranged to have someone home all day as I have to work. Driver left a note saying no one was home without knocking or ringing the doorbell. As soon as I saw that on the UPS app I called customer disservice and told some useless call center employee about it. She said she would have dispatch tell him to redeliver it as I had someone there to sign for it. NOPE. No delivery. So now the package is supposed to be delivered on july 5th in the middle of a 4 day weekend which means I have to stay home all day waiting on some lying idiot to maybe do their job....again. The item being deliverd is a regulated by the ATF so I will be contacting them. UPS does all it can to avoid having you talk to an actual person. After work I waited 20 minutes to have an online chat with UPS. Same call center flunky disservice. Canned responses. Zero help.

I waited all day on my only day off to receive the package. UPS driver didn’t ring the doorbell but left the old note and scheduled drop off date when I go back to work. Highly inconsistent & inconvenient. Do not recommend using this services for businesses. I'll fedex all my future businesses in the future.

When I tell you no matter where my package is coming from or how high the price I WILL ENSURE MY PACKAGES ARE NOT DELIVERED THRU UPS!!!! How is the facility not even 10 mins (on a good day), my gate to my complex has not been fixed in over a month, my package is undelivered because of secured access? I wish they do a sweep of these lazy drivers since this isn’t first incident. It’s a liquor store where they hang after shift every night but my package can’t be delivered. Shut this damn facility down!!!!

I ordered an item from Amazon since I never have issue with their delivery service. However, my most recent order was shipped by a third party seller via UPS. And of course, the delivery failed. I live in a secure building which requires being let into the building. This is done via a simple keypad at the door. Or a phone call the number on my order. I was at home during the "attempted" delivery and never received a phone call or notice of any kind they were attempting to gain access. This is common practice to encounter a locked door and leave. Unfortunately with the new union contract giving drivers higher pay and fewer expectations, I have little recourse. There was once a time a worker took pride in their effort to provide the best service of their ability. Unfortunately this has been entirely bred out of UPS.

My Uncle used to headache Teamsters in my area and if I was UPS they should bring him back. UPS is awful! Customer service is non-existent and difficult to get hold of. They never deliver on time with no responsibility to the consumer. They are now what USPS was. Pretty bad when USPS is better.

I mailed (3) identical packages to a customer from Idaho to Colorado. Two of items made it, (1) still in the packaging, the other no packaging, just the item and the third was damaged and packaging discarded in Commerce City, CO. After (1) month of dealing with the customer service reps whom you could barely understand I received a letter stating the item was not packaged according to UPS standards and therefore UPS is not liable for the loss. This was a 97# solid rubber tire!!!! AND, this is the second time an item has gone through Commerce City, CO. that it has been lost and packaging thrown away. The first was a wooden crate of solid steel cylinders weighing in at over 150#. That time I was told since I did not add extra insurance UPS was not liable.

I had the worst experience with a UPS store in Orlando FL. I sent a small and very sentimental package to NJ which never got there. I reach out to the store and customer service and no one could give me a straight answer. All they said was it was lost in transit. I kept trying they put in a claim and no one can tell me what exactly happened. All they say was it was lost in transit. I spoke to someone in NJ warehouse and they said the scan that I see on the app are not physical scan so they couldn’t tell me where my package was last seen. They said my package might not have left Orlando. I’m very, very angry and disappointed with this company. I will never use them again

Tracking# ** for reference. I am an online reseller and I ship 10-20 packages a day. I primarily use UPS every day because in the past they have had fewer mistakes and issues. I was very happy April 2nd when I sold an Item for $1000 however when my customer received the item it was absolutely destroyed. UPS promptly picked up the package and I was told I would hear back from the claims department. I DIDN'T. I called every week 2-3 times per week only to get put off and transferred to other people. For several weeks UPS could not even locate this item. (Embarrassing). I got more lies and false claims than the government would provide.
They assured me that UPS would take care of this. June 30th I received a check for $160. Once again I had to make several calls (with robot interference) only to find out that they are not responsible for their actions. This is a customer service complete failure. Big corporations push the little guy around all the time but I didn't expect this from a company that for years had delivered consistent customer service. So what could I do....FEDEX. HAHAHA ya damn right all my packages from now on will go through FEDEX. UPS you have already lost a few hundred dollars and this number will grow everyday until someone calls me with an apology and a check for $840.

UPS is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. I am not sure who runs the show, but they need a strong lesson on customer service. I had a phone that I purchased through eBay to be sent by UPS. What a mistake! Next time I will have sellers use FedEx or USPS, I have not had such issues as with UPS. None of their features work online. Their customer support is garbage. I have been trying to track the package for about a week and it was stuck in an access point for 5 days. I have tried to change to delivery location via phone and online. I continually get error messages saying that I cannot change the delivery location and when I get someone on the line, they say that they cannot help me with my issue!
I was told that the package was dropped off at a holding location at UPS after the access point location I selected (Michael's) lost my package and could not locate it at the store. I drive to the new UPS location and they changed their hours! They do not have hours after 5PM and "they are sorry for the inconvenience!" There is a shortage of help everywhere in UPS and their online site is garbage. Their chat feature is not helpful and gives you generic statements. I tried finding a representative online and I had to have them call me back, only to tell me they cannot change the delivery location and that they do not know why I get the error code. I have changed my password 10x over. Nothing! I HATE THIS COMPANY!! I hope to never ever do work with them ever again. I am so glad Fedex and USPS are better options.

In the late 90's I made an online purchase and the seller used UPS. The day after UPS took possession of the package they went on strike, holding my package hostage for a full month. In the following years I have had poor service from them every time I have been forced to use their services. Not once has a shipment been delivered within the time frame listed by their own shipment trackers. Plus, good luck getting past their automated customer service system, it really doesn't want you talking to a live person. And once you do force your way past the automated system the person on the other end is sitting in a foreign call center. I really wish sellers would let customers pick the preferred shipping company rather than shoving UPS down our throats.

Been trying for over 3 months to get UPS to find the package they did not deliver or allow me to file a claim. I purchased the insurance, and they are denying the claim even though they sent me an email telling me they lost the package and I need to file the claim. All attempts have been useless. Don't pay extra for insurance, it does you no good.

This company is objectively the worse delivery service of them all. Certain addresses aren't in their system for some reason, so packages are lost, late or stuck in limbo. The customer service is god awful, and you have to carefully choose what you say or else it'll pretty much tell you "Deal with it yourself, goodbye." Before hanging up on you without solving anything.
Getting to a human representative is nearly impossible, and when you do, they sound like they are in some third-world countries reading off of a script, meaning if your problem is more complicated than 1+1=2, they can't help you either because they don't know what they're doing! I once heard chickens and roosters in the background of a call with a representative, I wish I was making this up. I'm almost at the point where I won't order from companies that ship through UPS because I feel like I'd died from a heart attack caused by the sheer anger and stress before the package even arrives. One star is too generous.

UPS lies about tracking updates. I received a notification in the morning that the item was out for delivery. I later received an update stating that shipping was delayed due to receiver instructions. I never contacted UPS and this was likely an excuse for incompetence. This was for four tires that I ordered and for some strange reason, they delivered three of the four a few days earlier. Why not the 4th?! The dishonesty and nerve of them stating that I updated the delivery is extremely troubling. Also, customer service is a complete joke. I was finally able to get to talk to someone and was hung up on without a word said after waiting 10 mins.

I've had many deliveries, by UPS, but the latest was the worst. The package was finally delivered after multiple changes of times and dates. It was a heavy package and I asked that they wheel it into a room, right by the front door, and they wouldn't. It was heavy and due to a surgery I wasn't allowed to lift anything or bend over. I asked to borrow the cart to get it to the room and they wouldn't do that. I will never purchase anything to be delivered by UPS again.

We have lived at the same address for 6 years in a quiet cul-de-sac and have no issues receiving packages from any delivery service, except UPS. We had purchased 2 large dressers that showed up broken so needed to be returned. Instead of having to take them to UPS directly, I scheduled a pickup. The driver showed up and seemed rather upset at the large/heavy boxes, and would only take one! I asked why and he just said all he has was orders for 1 box. When I asked for the pick-up receipt so I could track the return he got angry and shoved a crumpled ticket in my hand. I politely said thank you and that I'd see him tomorrow for the other box.
Since that occurrence, UPS has all of our deliveries marked as "Will call, at customer's request." Not once have we requested to have our packages left at will call instead of being delivered. That's the whole point of using UPS (or any other service) - having things delivered right to your door. The Distro center is 15 miles away. 2 years and we still can't get package left at our door. UPS customer service is the worst! If I knew which companies used UPS as their shipping vendor prior to making a purchase I would 100% go elsewhere.

This company should be completely obliterated. In the three times that I have used UPS services, all three of my packages/letters were either never delivered or arrived late. To make matters worse, the reasoning was totally unacceptable. The reasoning for my package arriving late was that there were two packages assigned with the same tracking number. This is absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable. My "Proof of Delivery" was incorrect and customer service was not able to provide any answers. On another occasion, I paid extra to have a simple letter delivered early. The letter arrived late. UPS is absolutely horrible. If a mail delivery company cannot deliver mail on time and to the correct address (clearly written on articles), why are they still in business? This is beyond me.

The driver that just dropped off my package in Chandler Arizona was very rude and I’m the wrong to play with. This is not the hood. Don’t complain about the heat when this is the state you chose to live in and that’s your job. He must have been out of his mind trying to play with me. He better pray we don’t cross paths again. Shipping is great, but damaged packages are a nightmare. I shipped a Bike. I opened the package and tried to put the bike together. The forks were bent and I could not put the wheel on the bike. I made 6 calls to UPS and 5 attempts to file a claim with no success. The process was time consuming and ineffective. I will not use UPS in the future.

No service at all. Did my package fall off a truck. Where is it? Your online help is seriously flawed. (Speech Impediment - It just hangs up.) The UPS store my package was sent was very unhelpful, will never use UPS again. It is obvious you don't want to talk to customers. I paid to have a package delivered from Germany, don't take my money if you can't do it, don't take my money if you are not going to be nice, and especially don't take it if you don't like senior citizens (old people). Dealing with your company was awful. It is very very sad that a company with so many trucks, so many planes, so many employees has nobody a customer can talk to and get a guitar to a old man. Next time I think I use a kid on a bike. By the way, I know it can be done. I have had them delivered from China, England, France, Spain and other places.

Who is writing the bogus one-star reviews of UPS? I would give UPS 10 stars if I could. After leaving my favorite shirt behind at a Halifax hotel, I tried to get FedEx to send it to my home in Austin TX. Every step of the process was a nightmare, including a personal visit to a FedEX store in Austin to navigate their confusing online system to create a shipping label. The employee was clueless as well. In the end, FedEx went to the hotel and rejected the package with the shirt because it wasn't transparent. (It was a FedEx package.) Enter UPS, which saved the day. I emailed the UPS office in Halifax and a human being answered promptly. They offered to pick up the shirt at the hotel, package it, create a shipping label and send it to me in Austin. This was accomplished within minutes, not hours or days, at a lesser cost than FedEx. I am now a loyal UPS customer for life.

This is the second time UPS was used to delivery an item to my location. Both times I am home, I received a notice that a delivery was attempted, but I was never contacted. This is ridiculous. Whoever on their website says they have a 95% delivery rate must be smoking something.

Ups has a broken system working for them. My package was mysteriously lost when it arrived at facility in Dallas Texas. How does a package get lost in the facility? That just means an employee has decided to take it because of label on packaging they knew exactly what it was.

UPS picked up two of my packages with three rather expensive items that were to be shipped to Amazon. Two of them were picked up and sent to the incorrect vendor and the other was picked up and was never logged in their system, which led to me losing $300. When I brought this up with the UPS leadership team both local and otherwise, they took no responsibility of it and blamed me for it. Both Anthony and Becky from the Lowell team were unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. I don’t believe it gets worse than this.

My package was not delivered as expected. It was allegedly on its way to a UPS “Access Point” for next day pickup. It never arrived at the Access Point destination either. Ironically, was told that it's driver's discretion to not leave a package in a neighborhood deemed “at risk” for pirating. The neighborhood I sent to is quiet and safe- I would say it is UPS itself that is the biggest risk for “losing” a package. In addition, it is impossible to get a location tracker on my package. Called UPS and got no straight answers. The package has gone missing. Don’t use UPS if you want your package to arrive safely to its destination.

I bought a part at a radiator shop and they said UPS is available and I gladly paid 140 dollars to deliver my part. I have an access point at a UPS 1 mile away however deliver guy came to my house first and left because I need a signature. I work so I'm never home and that's why it can never be delivered to my place. I am so disappointed and I believe UPS is the worst. I can't believe I paid 140 for a part that weighs a 2 pounds in the first place. Try your best to avoid UPS. They suck!

Had 2 envelope delivered that were left on my side walk 10 to 15 feet from my door. Got one and discovered the other one in the street next door. Both had significant amount of checks in them. UPS failed to properly secure or deliver a certified envolope and it was almost lost. I would not use them for any critical delivery. They are incompetent!!!

UPS does not provide the service the company states it will provide in its Customer Service agreement. Their staff is poorly trained. The delivery service is unacceptable. Notary documents signed by me in front of the notary, were sent Overnight Delivery. It was paid in full by the title company which in turn charges me. It is now 5 days later and the title company still hasn’t received the documents!! UPS charges overnight delivery charges but then doesn’t deliver. UPS never refunds money for the mistakes made by their company and staff. Very poor management and customer service.

I have had a problem with them every single time they have put a note on my door saying they tried to deliver my packages and I was in the house each time and no one knocked on the door. I have also received a notification stating my school books was outside before and they wasn't, they was at a neighbor's house down the road from my house. Luckily the people knew me but every time I called then make a complaint no one never call me back, this is just ridiculously. If I could give them a zero I would, worst service ever...

It's very frustrating when you call and speak to a representative that helps you and states that they will be sending an email to follow up your request for duplicate receipts. But you never receive the email and call back, only for a new agent to say there is no history of you calling or contacting them and that they cannot assist you without a tracking number. The irritating part is the first agent assisted me and found my receipts using my name, phone number, and last four of my credit card (I didn't have the tracking number).
I don't understand how one agent could find the receipts that way but the 4 others plus a manager, could not. By far the worse experience I've ever had with UPS customer service and adding insult to injury, they kept passing me off to other departments after I explained to them how the first agent found my receipts in their system. The first agent is the only one that helped, wish I had written her name down so she could teach her supervisor how to use their system to find receipts.

Extremely unreliable service in Canada. They Keep missing my scheduled pickups. I have to file a complaint every time they miss the pickups. It's a waste of my time and their resources. Customer service is also useless and deceiving. Do Not use UPS. Their shipping are experiencing too much delays also. Shipping with them causes massive headaches and frustration. Drivers are unprofessional and rude.

Every time a supplier sends me a package through UPS it gets held up for over a week or more when it arrives in my hometown (Portland, OR). The expected delivery date is out the window and tracking shows no more access to my packages. The on-line help is useless along with their automated phone service. It can never understand what is being said. It only works with two to three words being spoken. If the issue is more complex than that then you’re screwed. UPS has terrible customer service and poor delivery service also. According to the last tracking listing I receive my packages are languishing at our local UPS and there is never an estimate for delivery. They will just show up randomly or won’t show up at all. I followed claim cause packages was not delivered to the correct address. I provided pictures of my address and they provided a picture where it was delivered. Absolutely 2 different places. UPS was irresponsible to deliver my package to a wrong door and then close the claim when it's absolutely obvious that it did not get delivered to the right door. Pictures don't lie.

I would not mind a delayed delivery if they told me first. I would not mind a slow delivery. I would not mind a legitimately rescheduled delivery. But… I do mind it, very much, when Ups lies about whether or not they even showed up. I had a delivery scheduled for this morning. I waited by an open window next to the front door all morning. When 12:30 came and nobody had shown up, I checked my update link. The link said “Receiver was not available for delivery” and that they were rescheduling for the next business day. This was a Saturday, so they meant Monday. This was a lie. The delivery truck never even showed up. They said they left a notice — another lie.
I called Home Depot, the vendor, to ask what I could do. They said it was beyond their control, but added that “a lot of people say they didn’t get their deliveries when the weather is really nice.” I called Ups, and was told that they would contact the driver and try to get my delivery to me that day, and that I would hear back from them within the hour. I never heard back. So I called again, and suddenly learned that the Ups delivery depot was actually closed on Saturday. So that was two more lies: one to Home Depot, and one to me. Ups, please stop lying. Ups, please let your drivers know that whiffing on deliveries because it’s a good beach day will get them in trouble. Ups, please stop deceiving your big-box customers like Home Depot. Ups…. Please…. Stop….Lying. Thank you.

UPS USED TO BE very good company to ship with. Now over the last several months they scan the packages and say it's been delivered or "bad address" and deliver the next day. I'm in Central Pa, now the driver scanned my package on Wed saying it was delivered and Fri I still don't have my package. I checked my cameras and he drove by, never stopped, didn't even throw it out of his truck. No package anywhere in sight. People, PLEASE STOP SHIPPING WITH UPS!

So I ordered a part for my Sidexside. Paid for faster shipping. Part was going to be delivered on time. Then it got rescheduled for three days later so on the second day of not receiving my package I contacted UPS to be told they lost my package. Now I’m waiting still for the sender to go through their process which will be over 7 days past the original delivery date before I can do anything about getting the part I need. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had getting something shipped to me. I have lost all belief in ups. What a joke of a company.

I wish I could give it zero. One of the biggest stresses in my life is knowing I'm getting a package via UPS. 10/10 times my package DOESN'T get delivered the day it says it will, or it gets tossed around in every direction and I won't see it until days later. They have never delivered it in the time window it says it will. It is almost impossible to get anything I need for my business on time and I've tried multiple times to get a code for my delivery and they won't send it. I truly can't stand this service.

Today I received a package delivered by UPS (order from REI), that had been opened, and the blanket that I ordered was replaced with a roll of paper towels. Clearly someone at UPS had ripped open my package, taken the merchandise (a nice blanket) replaced it with the paper towels and taped it back up. I called REI and they were so nice, they refunded my money, but this is horrible that this is happening, and I can no longer order the blanket as it's out of stock. Please don't order from a company that uses UPS.

UPS used to be a good delivery service, but not anymore. They leave our packages at a row of 20 mailboxes, 1/2 mile from our house instead of bringing them to the house like all the other delivery services do. We've had packages stolen, and after multiple complaints were told that our packages would now be delivered to our house. But once again, today it was left at the mailboxes. And getting a human on the phone nearly takes an act of congress. Very, very frustrating business.

I very rarely receive packages from UPS however in the past couple years UPS has my residence down as a business. Years past had no issues at all. I don’t have a business or storefront to this house number. They will not leave the package because they said business was closed. I am at work during the day. Not available and no signature required on package. A couple years ago I had this same issue with them. Wasted lots of time over this. They called me and said problem was resolved both times and back to residential service. Yesterday a package was arriving but would not deliver because business was closed. It’s a resident not a business. I tried to phone about this issue but all I got is a recording to get me to the right person. I explain the issue but the recording doesn’t understand. Now I get to waste time next week to get to the UPS facility in Latham, NY to try to get the package.
Same waste of time as last year and 2 years ago. I tried to change my package location to drop off online but forgot my username and password. Tried to retrieve it but no response, no emails to change password or username. Will not recommend UPS services to anyone. They just don’t care about customers. They don’t want to hear complaints. I really don’t want shippers anymore to send me packages through UPS. I don’t enjoy not being heard about my issue with UPS. I recommend FedEx, DHL or USPS any day. Not UPS, they just don’t care about their customers at all, not worth one star at all. One very unhappy customer.

Updated on 06/18/2024: Couldn't figure out how to update my original review, quick summary, couldn't find my house. Lived here 25 years. Receive packages from Amazon, FedEx and UPS before. Nothing but problems from UPS. Told me my address was incorrect. And then no information, finally got a hold of somebody (very difficult to do). I confirm my address and then didn't hear anything but the same message that they couldn't deliver it. Days later someone finally called me and said it would be delivered today. Well they found my house. The package is ripped open and had been retaped with packaging tape directly onto the product which in the heat has melted onto the product itself. What a garbage company, never again!
Original Review: How does this company stay in business, it is the worst company on the planet. I have had nothing but trouble with UPS. I've lived in this house for 25 years and they say I have a wrong address. The package was ordered through Amazon, it is the correct address. There are only two houses on my street, my neighbor routinely gets packages from UPS. But all of a sudden they can't find the one other house on this street.
No information since I was first informed by a text that my address was wrong. I tricked the automated "customer service" into letting me talk to a real person who told me my address didn't exist. However, I confirmed my address with her and that is what she had. So she tried to contact the driver of course couldn't get a hold of him but he would be calling me back at a given time, never received a phone call.
If you simply give them the tracking number on the automated system it is the kiss of death all roads lead to the same place. "They were unable to deliver your package, you can check back later" and they'll tell you the same damn thing or you can sign up create a password etc. and you won't have any more information than you had to begin with. Still have not heard from them, no idea if I'm ever going to receive the package. I once ordered a bed frame that was 30 minutes from my house in Dallas and ended up in New Jersey. When I finally received it it was beat to hell. I will never again buy anything that is shipped by UPS, I simply won't do it. I don't care how bad I want it or how good the price is, if UPS is the shipper I simply will not buy it.

We took several pieces of original framed artwork created by our father/grandfather to the UPS store on Tamiami Trail in Sarasota Fl. The pieces were all wrapped and packed by the UPS store staff in 2 separate boxes. One box was delivered timely, the other was not received. We tracked the second box and were told that “All merchandise was not recoverable and was discarded”. UPS made the decision to destroy our property without consent and without notifying us about the damaged shipment! We contacted the UPS shipping store, and they referred us to UPS corporate. UPS corporate sent us back to the UPS store. Since then, we have received a complete runaround and still do not understand what happened to cause such damage and why UPS took the liberty to destroy our property without consent. The store owner and team have stopped returning calls and UPS corporate will not do anything to compensate or assist.

On 5/30/24, I paid for overnight delivery to a business in Sumter, SC. I received notice that attempt was made on 5/31/24 at 10:38am and business was closed, next delivery would be Monday. I called business and they were open and had been open since 9am. I called UPS customer service. Was told had to go back to ups store and request refund since it was a franchise store. Store told me that I would need to call ups customer service since it was their driver that didn’t deliver and they have nothing to do with drivers deliveries. Call the number given by the store to call for ups and was told to call ups customer service. UPS is scamming people and their customer service is the worse. No one should them ever!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The photo of my package shows it was delivered to the wrong location, and when I called to address this, the representative was incredibly rude. She insisted she used the GPS to drop it off and hung up on me when I tried to explain that the address on the label is correct when checked on Google Maps. My grandfather worked for UPS for 30 years, and he would be appalled by this level of service. Leaving an expensive item in the middle of nowhere is unacceptable. UPS should hire more responsible drivers who can correctly read labels. Where is my package?
**Update 1** Attached are photos of the driver who successfully located my address and delivered my package today. Unfortunately, the package, containing a valuable electric piano, was severely damaged and left outside in the rain overnight. I urge caution when using this service. Did the owner of the facility just request that I contact them through Facebook? Are these people serious? Are they children? *Update 2** I spoke to a UPS representative who said they would deliver the damaged item today, as I was the original sender, and they would call me within 24 hours with an update on my replacement item. None of this happened.
**Update 3:** Despite being advised to contact the service center via Facebook, which I found quite unprofessional, I followed their instructions. I was assured that I would receive a call 4:00pm today, but this did not happen. I am deeply disappointed with the deteriorating quality of service from this company. I hope someone over there sees this and does the right thing.

Tracking Number **. 5/22/24 UPS sent message two packages arriving today. 1 requiring a signature. My wife stayed home waiting for delivery. Driver arrives at the door and says package requiring signature isn't on his truck. 5/23/24 UPS sends message package out for delivery requiring a signature. About 1:30 pm another message says attempted to deliver and no one home. The problem is UPS was dishonest. My wife was home. Ring camera didn't record any activity at front door. No note left saying UPS will try again. Additionally checked with a neighbor. His security camera points right at my home. UPS driver is captured driving past my home about 1:30 pm and never stopped. My neighbor looked at more footage after 1:30 pm timeline of video recording and UPS truck never seen again. I called the shipper and had the package redirected to a local UPS store.
5/23/24 I arrived to pick up my package. The box was in terrible condition. It contains wine. Clearly the contents were repackaged due to damage by UPS. I say this because the shipper using a box with their brand all over the box. The box I picked up was a plain brown box. The seller I buy from uses heavy duty boxes with internal protection for the wine. UPS had to have dropped the box or ran over it in the shipping process. I had two bottles missing.
I called UPS and call agent took my information and assured me someone from local UPS station would call by 10:00 a.m. following day. I am never received that call. I called back UPS on June 6. I asked call agent if any notes available from my previous call. She stated it says someone called, no one answered and my phone unable to record a voice mail. I said that is really odd. I get voicemail without a problem on my phone. My voice mailbox is never full. So, she tells me someone from local UPS station will call the next day. June 13 today and still no call. UPS failed badly on customer service experience.

The most rude UPS delivery woman I’ve ever had. Since a FedEx driver didn’t latch my gate and let my dog out once I now lock my gate. I have a sign that says drop packages over the gate. This instruction apparently greatly offended the driver today. I fully understand heavy packages are a problem. But she was rude when I came out to ask about the package. Rude. Ironically Amazon delivered a package 30 minutes later that was heavier and he was pleasant. UPS order **. Wow. I’ll be sure to only order marshmallows going forward.

The UPS support line system is ridiculously unhelpful. I tried to call the support number to speak with an agent/representative to get an accurate tracking update for a package that my fiancé and I needed for our wedding day. However, their automated receptionist continually hustled me through pointless menus that simply stated our package was to be delivered the day that I called, even though the website stated there was a delay on the shipment and the expected delivery date had slipped each day for three days straight up to that point. When I asked to speak with a representative, the automated system required me to provide a tracking number. When I provided that, it provided the same clearly false update before promptly ending the phone call before I could ask to speak with a representative again.
I will never use UPS as my carrier for any important package in the future if I can help it. I do not appreciate a company that blatantly tries to shy away from tough conversations with customers over their own mistakes—it is frankly embarrassing and shameful for an organization to operate in this way. Now we have to go through the company that originally shipped the package to try and at the very least get our money back, and we won’t have the items (wedding ceremony programs) that we need for our special day.

They have botched my international package every step of the way. They don't show up during the delivery window. They show up early or late. I take off work to get this package and they don't show up at all. They fail 3 times to deliver to me and tell me I'll have to pick it up at the warehouse on the next business day. I go to pick it up on the next business day and they can't find it. Then I see an email stating that they are planning another failed delivery the next day. I am not going to be there to receive it because i have a job!!!! What about that can you NOT understand?!?!
Now they're telling me to pick it up tomorrow right after they send me the email saying they will try and deliver a 4th time to the place I already told them I can't be there for. Email, phone and chat agents all say something different. "You can change the delivery on the UPS My Choice site". I go to the site and it sends me in loops trying to get me to sign up for a membership that I've already signed up for. DONUTS!!!!

What ever happen to UPS? I ordered from Costco UPS 3 days later my neighbor and I waited till 915pm for the truck. No truck showed up. Got email 915pm, the package was delivered by UPS. OK so called, and was told the package went back to the UPS center. Asked why, I got the notice. Silence! Then was told it had the wrong address and that UPS would call Monday to confirm the address they already had. Oh yes, 6 days now, So called Costco and when on the UPS web. both addresses there were correct. (The Call,) Monday UPS tell me, the driver told them, there was no such number. Told them we were outside waiting and the mailbox and white post had my street number. Silence! The office promised an evening delivery tonight. I promised not to hold my breath with these guys. Where is the old UPS and its stellar drivers?

And a second package which was suppose to be delivered on Jun 8th, now the same thing is happening with this package... I Absolutely Hate UPS and I wish I could never ever use them again. My package has been across the country instead of directly to me which added another 5 days of shipping time to my order. Now the package has been in my town for days and will not be able to be picked up or delivered to me. I dont understand how UPS can get this so very wrong. I'm extremely dissatisfied and I can confidently say that if you need to "rely" on a parcel service to deliver an order in a timely manner without damages to choose FedEx or even USPS. Never again will I use UPS if I get a say in the matter and they should make it an option on Amazon to choose to never do business with them.
Customer support sucks as well. They told me I need Amazon's permission to pick up the package so I called Amazon and connected through to UPS again only to be told that even though the package is right down the road from me It has to continue to sit there in the warehouse until someone decides to finally scan this package. So why the hell did they waste my time telling me to call Amazon for permission?? What a waste of time and effort. Why even have customer support if aren't even gonna attempt to help the customer?

Horrible, the only major delivery service to my building that allows their drivers to refuse to do their job. All the UPS driver has to do to get off work early on a Friday or Saturday afternoon is say that they tried to deliver to your building but you weren't home, or they were uncomfortable leaving the package here. They don't even try on certain days because they know I live in a busy little town and they don't want to deal with it. I have no problems with usps, fedex, dhl, amazon, only UPS can't get the job done. No matter how many times I call about failed delivery attempts they never Rectify it and just keep allowing the drivers to do whatever they want no matter what directions you leave in UPS My Choice or for that specific delivery. UPS my choice is a complete waste of money. They are not required to do what you ask and you can track things for free anyway.
Absolutely frustrating, horrible service, they repeatedly default on their promises and repeatedly failed to get the job done. I'm tired of all the frustrating phone calls to try to get the merchandise that I own, that I paid for. The fact that they are simply allowed to withhold and stay in possession of your merchandise, to me, is literally robbery. They have willfully and knowingly been in possession of my merchandise since it was supposed to have been delivered here 4 days ago with me repeatedly asking them to give it to me and them refusing. How is this any different than a bully on a playground or a strong arm robbery? There's got to be a class action lawsuit against this company at some time for all the hours and time spent on phone calls trying to get what is yours to begin with. I now request other shippers from sellers. I take that extra step just to avoid UPS.

Pardon my language, but UPS absolutely suck! I really wish that for any package I order I could not use them. I ordered a package 2 weeks ago and it Was scheduled to be delivered Wednesday, 6/5. Then they pushed it back to Thursday 6/6, it’s now Friday 6/7 and I still haven’t received the package. I ordered this with enough time for it to arrive before my son’s birthday this Saturday 6/8. Now I’m concerned it won’t make it in time, and I won’t be able to give my son the gift I wanted to give to him on his birthday around friends and family. I am beyond pissed with UPS. I feel like I could have drove to Georgia and back to pick up my order and still be back before UPS finally delivers my son's gift days after his party.

I personally won't use UPS if possible. For some reasons Corporates like to use them. I ordered a package on 5/28/24. It was sent to UPS on 6/1/24 with a delivery date of 6/3-6/10/24. The tracking site for UPS said that there was an unavoidable delay in the sending of my package. I received a notification that my package would be delivered by UPS on 6/6/24 by 7pm. No package. After many attempts to get thru the AI/BOT system they use for you to connect to them I was finally able to talk with a REAL person. My package is now being handed over to the USPS for delivery. It is still in California and has been since 6/1/24. How do you give a delivery date when you don't send the package anywhere? Companies quit using this company.

My third and final delivery was supposed to be done today. I was on my office since 10:30 am and for being safe, I put a notice behind the door that asks driver, if nobody open the door for you, put the package behind the door. At 10:54 am I received a text from UPS that the third delivery was failed, and the driver was there at 10:54 am!! I called UPS and told them what happened. In addition, I told them there is no UPS sticky note on my office door, my security camera showed nobody came to my office door and, the most important thing, my note on the door and I were there for the whole time. The UPS said we can't return the driver back and the only thing they can do is send the package to an "access point". This is my worst and last experience with UPS!!!

Extremely poor customer service. No way to ask a direct question to a "live" person who can actually address an issue. While I was able to get through to an offshore customer service agent their only solution was for me to sign up for "My Choice". I explained, repeatedly, that was ONE of my problems, the system would not let me complete the "My Choice" application. Secondly, there was NO WAY for anyone to provide me options to change or upgrade the current package delivery that was in the system. The extremely annoying first level clerk simply restated over and over again I was required to use "My Choice".
I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred and the recording told me my wait would be 25 minutes. I finally gave up after and an hour and 25 minutes. I know that there is NO form of ANY resolution, and my situation is hopeless. UPS and its support systems have failed completely. Worse, as an organization they simply do not care. There are many US countries who are failing their customers by offering invisible and/or poorly configured customer service solutions.

I can't believe the idiots they have working for UPS. We ordered a product from Home Depot, and it took 9 days to get to the Mesa distribution center. Upon arriving at the distribution center it sat there for 3 days they didn't want to deliver it in my opinion because the box was so damaged and the product was ruined. If I have my choice they shouldn't even be in business. I work for a company that gets UPS deliveries all the time. I should have known better because the boxes that arrive here damaged. If I order anything or have anything delivered if it's coming UPS I don't want it. My recommendation is that you never use UPS. Home Depot is filing a claim against them over the product damage. Use at your own risk.

If I could leave a less rating, I would. UPS has no way to have your information on "MyChoice" updated if you need to change your delivery preferences. What they don't tell you is that their (MyChoice) program is through a third party. So, you would think UPS could update your information for you. MyChoice does not update any changes like, new phone number so, you cannot be verified in order to change your delivery preferences. You would think as large of a company UPS is they could update your information in their "AWFUL" MyChoice program but, oh no!!! Do not use UPS!!!!! There are so many reasons NOT to use UPS. Besides the issues I just talked about, they also just leave your packages out in the open. So, a very high probability of your deliveries are going to get stolen. I will NOT use UPS for any of my deliveries again, ever!!!! What a very, very sad, incompetent company!!!

I have used the UPS store in Yorktown, VA, frequently to return items to Amazon, but more than once the item has never been returned. Fortunately, I kept the UPS receipt and Amazon issued the refund. Another problem is that I mailed a family heirloom and had the store pack it. It arrived shattered. I didn't find out about it until it was too late to make a claim. I will be using another UPS store from now on.

Crooks. They steal packages, say that "there has been no movement" and leave it to you to figure out how to replace your belongings/offering no help whatsoever. STAY AWAY from this service. Even the Post Office is a better option which is saying a lot. Has gone completely downhill post pandemic.

Our driveway, as many in our neighborhood is -1/8 mile long, with ample space turnaround by the garage. UPS won't come down the driveway, and when asked (even though will drive/turnaround at the next door neighbor), stated "not during the winter due to safety reasons." Well, it's June, the driver continues to deliver to the next door neighbor, and throw ours at the entry of the driveway. I think vendors should reduce their fees, which are passed along to all of us, when UPS doesn't do their part of the job.

HORRIBLE — AGAIN!! UPS (so far just on the weekends) keeps delivering to locations that are NOT my house! Two weeks ago I found my shipment a couple of acres over on another property (with no house) thrown on the ground in the weeds. Today my two packages were delivered at the bottom of the hill I live on, in my garbage collection area (EWW) and they’re both 100#’s so I can’t lift them into my car! I’m a pretty fit 54 year old and the dead weight of these items is just much to lift. So the company I ordered from, Frontgate, has had to issue a return ticket in order to get UPS out here to pick them back up and ship them back to them. They re-ordered my items and we’re crossing our fingers that they’ll arrive during the week when the driver will actually bring them up to my house.
Unfortunately, UPS’s all electronic “customer service“ makes it impossible to get ahold of a person and try to send the driver back or find some other resolution. I’m to the point where I’m starting to ask companies I order from who they ship with and I won’t buy from them if they don’t offer something other than UPS. It’s so sad, as their customer service has gone down the toilet. I’m still dealing with a shipment that never arrived about a month ago and their driver claims he delivered them to the right place, and gave the name of a person that doesn’t work at the location it was to be delivered to. So I’m just eating that $300. Horrible company now — too bad I can only list one date and tracking number on this rating. I definitely do all my business shipping through FedEx these days.

I packed up a gift/care package to send to my son. Having successfully shipped to his address previously, I confidently entrusted the package to UPS. Imagine my dismay when, after two weeks, I discovered UPS had failed to deliver it. The customer service agent claimed the address was incorrect and they had no further information, which made no sense given my prior successful shipments. I asked if they could reattempt delivery or reroute the package to a nearby UPS store. Astonishingly, they refused and shipped the undelivered package back to me. When it arrived, I requested a refund for the shipping charges, as they had failed to deliver as promised. Isn't that what we pay for?
Instead of issuing the refund, the supervisor concocted a story. Suddenly, they claimed the driver had spoken to an onsite apartment manager who rejected the package. The problem? My son's apartment building has no onsite office or manager! Caught in a lie, the supervisor then blamed me for an error on the shipping label, ignoring that it matched the address I had successfully used before, that I had just read back to them, and that it matched the one already displayed in their system.
They claimed it's not their policy to contact recipients to correct mistakes or reroute packages, which is untrue in my experience - I've received plenty of those "we missed you" sticker notes from UPS, sometimes with follow-up calls to arrange redelivery – above and beyond in those attempts. They've even rerouted packages to the local UPS store for me to pick up on a couple of occasions. It's maddening that they refused to extend this basic customer service to help deliver my son's package.
Ultimately, what should have been a simple surprise delivery became an ordeal of broken promises, blatant lies, and terrible service. Even after exposing their contradictions, they outright refused to issue a refund. Shame on you, UPS. I expected far better from a company claiming to prize quality, service, and honesty. You have lost my trust and business. Learn to treat your customers respectfully, own up to your mistakes, and make things right when you fall short. Until then, I'll warn everyone I know to avoid your dreadful service.

Absolutly the WORST service. Our business had fraud on our account because UPS puts our account # on every package, grrr. Our business has NEVER sent anything internationally in 29 years and never will. I have been transferred at least 15 times now with ZERO results or help. I talk to Billing. They say I need to talk to International. Then I talk to International and they transfer me to Billing or Tech supports.... I have emailed fraud with no response. I have requested all international shipping to be blocked with Zero response. I have requested a new account number with zero response. I have been charged 8% interest on an international bill that I did not send and refuse to pay. The scammer literally put "Cheif **" in the address. It's disgusting how UPS has NO customer service. I have spent days and hours with NO results and still the same account # for our business that a scammer has.

UPS could have delivered my PKG today but said incomplete address. Hmm, the address is accurate. I'm sure it was accurate to the driver who lied and said he couldn't find my place. Tried to call UPS and everything is automated and then they hang up on you. So now I have to wait another 4 days for my package that could have been delivered today if UPS didn't hire liars. My portable oxygen concentrator was shipped 2 day air $50 I was told is was arriving on 05/22/2024 and needed an adult to sign for it. No one was going to be home so I had to pay another $10 to have it arrive on 05/23/2024. It said it will be here between 1:30-3:45. It never showed up! I called customer service who had no idea where my package went. She said someone didn’t rescan it. So the hub in Aurora CO lost it and I needed it by this weekend! I was told to contact the company I bought it from so they can file a claim! That does not help me for this weekend!!!

UPS driver came to my place and asked a guy on the side Walk who was fixing his car if the package was theirs, they of course said no, the driver left and said I refuse the package. As if that isn't bad enough, I called them an hour afterwards when I saw it on the app that they said I refused and told them they made a mistake. You think that would fix this but they shipped it back to the sender and the sender refused to send it back because he angry. Not as angry as me. UPS has to hire people that are not insane, because normal people don't do this.

I had four packages sent to me and the 4 packages have been sent back to sender, it's a new subdivision the address comes out I. Gps. It's not a nasa project. It's very easy. They promise me it would be delivered, and now they want me to go out of my way and travel 25 mile and go for packages. THE USPS is giving better service than UPS, first I'll use USPS or Fedex. Ups is in last. Ups has a package and now I have to pay 15 more dollar to deliver my packages to a new address change. I don't know if it's the worker they don't want to work or its policy.

My package was squished and the contents were loose in the packaging bag. Be more attentive to the care of the packages. It's disconcerting to see your paid item loose and possibly damaged because it was mishandled.

If you need your package to be delivered by a specific day and it's not overnight, the delivery day is not guaranteed, apparently just a suggestion. However, even though UPS only guarantees overnight delivery, you're taking a huge chance regarding arrival. If you really need something at destination at published day/time, probably best to use Federal Express.

I wish I could give negative stars. The worst shipping company I have ever seen. Day 1, package was supposed be delivered by 6pm the driver 1st tried saying they tried delivering my package but no one was home but once I told them I have camera to prove that nobody came with my package they changed their story to they didn't have time to deliver it. Day 2, package was supposed to be delivered by 7pm (don't have time to deliver by 5pm but but 7pm is ok, that makes sense) get told again attempt was but but again camera show nobody showed up to attempted any delivery. And dont bother calling their customer support number you will just get a machine asking you why you're calling and then tell you to go on their website to file a claim that never gets answered in the end.

UPS was used by Amazon to ship a 27# package. It was due on the 21st. Then rescheduled (no reason given) for the 22nd. Well, OK, no big deal. Then an email that let me "follow my package." I thought GREAT!! It was due between 2 and 4. Around 3, I looked where the truck was; per the map, 12 miles away in Howe, TX! Yea!! Thirty minutes later, it was at Tom Bean TX, just off FM 2729! Getting closer, and only about 10 minutes away. Then it passed me and headed down Jim Cannon Road. What?? By now it was nearly 4. Then it headed further south and east, on FM 3133 headed for Westminster.
I had a handyman who stood around waiting to bring it in, because I am disabled and cannot do it myself. I called UPS and was told they couldn't do anything once it was "out for delivery." My help left. I looked again, by now it was about 415. It was by my gate! Yea! Walked down there (about a quarter mile round trip), nothing. Then it was at the corner of Jim Cannon and FM 121. Then it went into Van Alstyne and made a few stops. Then it was back at Jim Cannon and FM 121. Then it went north on Oak Hill. Then it was at my gate again, I walked down there again. And I gave up. Around 615 I got a text that it had been delivered. I should count myself lucky since it looks like many packages are delivered to the wrong address!

DO NOT USE UPS! I shipped a computer and monitor only for UPS to DESTROY the package and contents. I even purchased EXTRA insurance. 2 weeks later I was informed they denied my claim for insurance because monitors are hazmat and therefore excluded. They wouldn't even refund the shipping cost ($65) or the damage done to the computer (not on the exclusion list). DO NOT USE UPS OR BUY EXTRA INSURANCE.

They make you pay $5.99 to change delivery to pick up from UPS store because you have to go to work and can't sign your package at 10am-2pm weekdays. It's like they take your package as a hostage for extra money lol. And they can't even make it happen on time and delay my package by another day. This is ridiculous. What happened to UPS? I been using Staples for UPS for 6 years and never had a claim, they delved to wrong house so I had put a claim on with Staples and it would take 30 days and they called the customer 3 times and he didn't answer so they closed the claim out. They never called me the person that put the claim in and now they're saying is over the time limit so no Refund. They delv to wrong address and I put the claim in 1 week from shipping and now it's no refund even though they shipped to wrong address. Taking advantage of small business, never called me who put the claim in, just Disgraceful that I'm out of the Refund and I did what they asked of me. I not going to stop calling or going next to a UPS store to file a new claim, just Terrible how they closed out the claim.

This company basically just runs a legal scam. I was charged a $40 brokerage fee on my $150 package coming from US to Canada that I had to pay otherwise not get my parcel. They rely on people making a mistake basically and not knowing to select a different shipping option. I hope they go bankrupt as people learn better

The worst shipping company ever. Do not use. I shipped a bike and they destroyed it. Could not fill out a claim because I sold it on eBay, finally I get someone on the phone after hours of speaking to the most un useful robots. Submitted a claim. Call back 4 weeks later and they don't even have it on recorded. Anyways finally got to talk to someone again which is a struggle in itself and got the claim submitted maybe.... They said they would call back with results within 2 days. Never got the call.
I call them 2 weeks later after getting transferred back and forth from departments because they have no idea what they are doing or just trying to get you so mad you just hang up. To finally get the answer that they denied my claim due to not using UPS to send it back. As it was even me sending it back, it was a customer as well as who in the world would use the same carrier to ship it back in the first place. Overall have lost 600$ due to ups and their sloppy company. Will never ever use them again and will inform as much people about this as I can.

I purchased an item and was tracking the item as it arrived to my residence, the delivery driver never knocked or delivered my item, yet marked it as delivered. I filed a claim with UPS and they closed my claim TWICE, without contacting me or updating me of the status at all. Now they want to contact the sender of the parcel to have him reimburse me for my package when he is not the one that lost it. Poor customer service, takes ages to actually get on the phone with a real person.

I extended my mother's stay at my place who was visiting me from Canada. I was assured by the Canadian UPS that her medications will reach my place within 2 days. In fact, I paid extra to have the delivery expedited. I kept calling UPS and I was told that they need more information about the medications. The information was already provided to them when the parcel was sent from Canada. Clearly, there was no communication within UPS to know details about the medications. I was told they require the generic names of the medications. Then they said they required the names of the manufacturers. All in all I was given a real run around.
I have little children myself and have an extremely busy schedule. The stress of not having the medications made me sick. UPS finally delivered the medications after well over 2 weeks when my mother had already left for Canada. I am extremely disappointed with UPS' method of dealing with medical parcels. Not having the medications on time could have made my mother very ill. It surely added a tremendous amount of stress that I could have done without. To make the matters worse, UPS sent me a bill for $67 because they had housed the parcel at their facility for so long! I never accepted the package when it was delivered finally. Please be careful and never send medications through UPS, until they figure out how to make the process more efficient.

Many companies unfortunately use "UPS Surepost" where UPS hands off packages to our local USPS to deliver. Twice in the last 2 years my packages were returned to the sender because due to "undeliverable " address. We double checked the address the sender had & it was fine. We get other packages all the time. Every time a package is coming via UPS Surepost I shudder & wonder if it will ever get here.

The most useless delivery company. Save your time and money with USPS or DHL or any other delivery service. My supplier only uses UPS with signature required. I bought from this supplier many times. A whopping 8 times out of 10. UPS claims that delivery was attempted but failed. And every single time I made sure either to stay home or have my husband stay home to sign for the package. The UPS delivery staff either never knocks on the door or straight up lies about delivery attempt. It’s been so frustrating!

Well, short story is UPS shows package as being scanned & delivered at my garage (no photos) & I never received the package. Shipper later contacted me and said UPS contacted him and package was lost (lie), delayed (lie) or delivered to a wrong address (probably). These UPS drivers run around and make over $40 an hour and still can't get anything right. Fortunately, the shipper refunded my purchase. Shipper-5 Stars!! UPS-0 Stars.

So my scooter from VoroMotors was supposed to be delivered Friday May 10th. Got a notification that it was going to be delivered today. Between 11:45am to 2:45pm. 4 PM I called UPS. Long story short. They told me my scooter, was lost in transit. It still shows that it's in Van Nuys, California. What's disgusting? If I'd never would have called UPS they would still have me waiting for delivery that they know they lost in transit. I tried tagging UPS but it wouldn't let me. Bad business UPS. DO BETTER. This is my first and last time using UPS. I wanted to send a Mother's Day gift to Canada from the USA as quickly as possible. I set the value of the nightgown and Mother's Day card at $35.00 (the nightgown was worth $27 and the card), and I was charged $50.00 to mail a 13.1 oz package. Imagine my surprise when I checked the tracker a few days later and found that I was also going to be charged a $29.11 import fee! I called and complained and was told that I need not worry and they would fix it at their end. The employee at the postal annex had made a mistake at their end when filling out the form as commercial. I was satisfied with that answer.
The next day, I checked the tracker and found that the fee was still there. I called again, and I got the same customer service rep. This time, she told me it was my fault because the value was over $40 Canadian, and I would just have to pay. I of course complained and told her that she had lied to me. She then told me she would send me a new form to fill out, and I could change the value of the item. What???? I waited 50 minutes for this form to arrive in my inbox and then gave up. I called again and got a new rep. They had no idea what I was talking about, and told me I needed to pay the invoice.
I then spoke with a supervisor, named Gab, who told me that the value could be $60 Canadian, but I should have been aware that there were brokerage fees, and that I would end up having to pay. He suggested I could fill out a revised form, but my package would not get to my mother on time because it would take time to process this claim, and chances are that I will have to pay this fee anyway. Never again, UPS!

My package was on track to be delivered to my Louisville address on 5/10. I have an email on 5/9 confirming delivery. However, at 1:47am on 5/10, the delivery date changed to 5/13. When looking at the tracking history, my package arrived at the Louisville facility at 3:30am on 5/10. You would think the obvious next step is to sort it and get it on a truck to be delivered to its final destination in Louisville. But no, it was sent to Lexington, 1 1/2 hours away causing an unnecessary delay. Attempting to address this issue through the toll-free customer service number only compounded my frustration as the automated system will never transfer you to a live person. I understand that occasional logistical challenges may arise. However, the lack of accessible customer support to quickly rectify the issue reflects poorly on UPS.

I have only had companies ship using them a few times in the last year, but not once have I gotten a delivery without it being late, broken, or dropped off at the wrong address. I had to have one company ship three times and the third time we used a different service. When I called about them dropping a package off at the wrong house, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. One day shipping should not exist, it always takes 3-4 days and there is no refund for not actually delivering it on time.

This started in January and still continues. My merchandise was damaged. I had $1,100 insurance on my package. 5 months later nothing has been done. The package was professionally packaged and professionally marked 31 times photographs were taken and I have been ignored. In my opinion UPS does not stand behind their guarantee or respect their customers' merchandise. UPS requested that I get an appraisal and go to a taxidermy shop to have appraised for repairs. I moved to the desert so I would have to travel 3 to 4 hours to have this done. Unacceptable.

UPS has sure parcel service that drop off your package to a local post office. At around 12pm UPS dropped off my parcel to the post office. Then at 3pm the UPS truck drove past my house. Does Curly, Larry and Moe work for UPS?

UPS should offer other options for re-delivery that do not cost anything. I have no problems receiving my packages from other delivery service providers and I understand safety concerns, however I should not have to drive off of the island I live on to pick up my package when there is a UPS Store closer to me, where I can pick up my packages, for a fee.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My package is requiring a signature and I don’t have time to sit at home all day waiting on it to get there so I went to their warehouse to pick up my package. I was told to wait til 9:45 am and I could sign for it and pick it up at the Port Arthur location. I sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half and then was told if I don’t pay extra it’s getting loaded on a delivery vehicle and being delivered. Both ladies in supervisor positions should not be in the position they are in. They are hands down the some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Terrible company to deal with. Simple change of address was impossible to do with UPS. The company cost a lot of money because you can't even correct a mistake. I gave the tracking number to the computer, called back, give it to me again, four more times you continue to hang up by me, said it couldn't understand the tracking number.

It seems that over the years....the quality of UPS has been gradually deteriorating...and they don't seem to care. Years ago, UPS was the only quality alternative to the US Postal Service. Today US Postal beats them hands down. One guarantee you will get with UPS is... a smashed parcel likely delivered late.

Tracking claims delivery attempt was made but my wife and I were both home all day and can easily hear a door knock. Then tracking says they are re-routing somewhere that I have to go pick the package up at. That’s not the service I paid for. It’s supposed to deliver to my home. When I called UPS, all I got was a computer response that didn’t help. When I asked for a representative the automated system says “That’s all the info. We won’t transfer you to an agent” then hangs up on me. Terrible service followed by terrible customer support.

Terrible service, they don’t give you any type of eta especially when you have to sign for the package and then they say they’re bringing my package to an access point, and they don’t have the package, and then I call to try and figure out where my package is at and I can’t get on the phone with anyone because of their terrible automated voice system, and they say the delivery is gonna be attempted the following day yet again with no ETA so another day wasted that I can’t sign for my package. The US postal service does a better job than you guys.

UPS straight up just gives my packages to random strangers now. Today I was expecting a package, so I was sitting around waiting to hear a knock on my door. Around 11 am I heard someone yelling my apartment number. I look outside and see the UPS driver run past my door and approach a car. The car isn't even close to my door btw. He was parked about 6 doors down. I see him hand over the package, then he just runs off. I put my shoes on real quick and walked to the person sitting in his car. He asked if I was expecting a package and I said yes. He handed it over and said that the ups driver would not listen to him when he said the package did NOT belong to him and said he pointed towards where my apartment is located. The delivery driver said he didn't care and gave him my package anyway. Pretty darn messed up UPS.

Today I received what was left of an order from Temu. UPS dropped the package off with the bag ripped wide open and the boxes completely crushed. UPS must be trying to outdo FedEX. Our driver will not have a job come Friday.

I need to sign for a package and there is an intercom to put in our unit number and it goes right to my phone. I have not gotten one phone call and I’ve called them twice. I have 4 missed attempts to deliver. What is going on?? This is not acceptable.

Had a package shipped from France to the USA, during shipment they said a commercial invoice was not on package it was and they said it had been corrected. Now 2 weeks later the package has not moved and they put into a secure storage. And the customer service lady rude and she didn't help with resolving the matter in anyway and hung up on me after waiting over a hour to get a human on the phone. Now they have a lost package that they said would be delivered 2 weeks ago.

So the shipper put a signature required on my time sensitive package. The tracking did not state what time the package was going to be delivered and did not warn me that a signature was required. I was not able to be available today when they attempted to drop off the package. I then thought "Nice. The package arrived." Shortly after I received notice that the package was taken back to the facility and that a signature was required. I then contacted customer service as to which they said "oh just create a UPS Choice account and you will be able to change the delivery preferences from there." I then stated it would be easier to do it on the phone because I am driving. They said they cannot do that.
I then went through a lot of trouble creating the account (password requirements, Failed logins, etc...) just to find out they want to either charge $20 per year or a one time $6 in order to change the delivery preferences to pick up AT THEIR LOCATIONS! I am even willing to track down the truck because the equipment is essential to be able to do my job and without it I cannot make any income and neither can my contractor that works for me. I am still waiting on customer service to speak with a manager who is taking their sweet time because they do not care about the customers.

I paid for overnight delivery. My package was to be delivered Tue 03/19 11:59pm. It is Mon 04/29, the package has neither been delivered nor returned to me. Put in a claim, no feedback so far so good. Called and the representative said I have to wait for claim feedback. It is hard to get to a representative. The only reason why someone overnight a package is because is time sensitive. The service is very poor.

There is no way that you can talk to a human unless the bot understands 100% what it is asking, which is never the case, ending the conversation with "I cannot help you" and hanging up.

We had a package shipped to us April 11th from Canada and the shipper's site auto corrected our address to the wrong one after entering billing info. When it arrived at the wrong location the tracker says "The receiver has moved. We're attempting to obtain a new delivery address for this receiver" which they never once did. I called UPS (our shipper did as well) a total of 23 times and have gotten no real answers. I opened a claim which showed 15 days and have 3 left to go. After speaking to an international rep today they said there is nothing I can do. On those multiple calls I changed the address 4x which they said was confirmed. I attempted to schedule a retail pick up nearby 5x to no avail.
This company has ZERO organizational skills and should not be operating if they can't keep track of valuable possessions or use common sense like...Oh IDK... The contact info on the UPS My Choice website?? Did the driver steal my package? Did he leave it under the building? How is it just *poof* gone from the system? We'll hear from them on day 21 or 22 of this ordeal and will NEVER use UPS AGAIN!

Some of this is for the UPS store personnel that I went to, but most of this is UPS in general that store personnel don't have control over. First, my emergency is not their emergency. I recognize that. But, I had to overnight a package to Las Vegas. I printed out the label, called UPS repeatedly and searched online to confirm the best place to drop the package off first thing in the morning. (I was doing all this at midnight.) I was told to drop it off at a UPS store. I went to the one closest to me and arrived before the open time at 8 AM and waited patiently. 8 AM rolls around. No worker. He was a few minutes late, no big deal. I brought him my package, made sure he knew it was an overnight package and asked if it would be delivered the next day. He said yes. I decided I would let fate take the package, hoping UPS would do their job. They did not.
Saturday rolls around and the package says it's still in Arizona. No movement. I called UPS, chatted with them online, my husband called UPS as well and all we got was that it shows it never left the building where we dropped it off or it was in transit. No one was sure where it was in reality. Sunday rolls around and UPS doesn't work Sundays. (A fact I should have noticed when I decided to use them!) I stop by the store to see if my package is still there because the UPS person my husband talked to said it never left the building.
The worker opened the store at 10 AM and slowly walked to the back to see if the package was there. I get it. It's not his problem. But, at least showing some sympathy would have been nice! So I went outside, told my husband the bad news and went back in the store to ask a few questions on how this all works since my I paid for overnight shipping and it didn't reach the destination. The worker there said overnight doesn't always mean next day and that it could have meant Monday. I asked them why did the worker that was late on Friday and the tracking website say the delivery was for Saturday. He gave me some lame excuses and that's it. I get it. He doesn't have control. I did ask that the owner call me so perhaps he can help me get my money back from UPS. UPS failed me. I will never use them again and go to FedEx.
Now, for why I needed to overnight a package. These were clothes for a wedding my kids were in; my husband's niece's wedding. I didn't go. I had to stay in Arizona to take care of my elderly father-in-law who also couldn't go to his granddaughter's wedding due to health issues. He was very disappointed and told me to go, but I didn't want him to be alone. Instead, my husband took the kids. And 2 weeks ago he was in a horrible car accident (not his fault) and suffered a significant concussion (the emergency room called it a TBI). Luckily his nephew was in town and able to drive him and the kids to Vegas for the wedding as he still isn't cleared to drive. But, because of the concussion, he has brain fog; he normally is good at remembering stuff.
I had everything put together and packed for the kids. He packed his stuff, loaded up the car and totally forgot the kids' wedding clothes. I was working when they left so I couldn't double check. Hence why I had to overnight a package to Las Vegas. Oh well, someday this will be a funny story. But I will never use UPS again as they really let me down. I am disappointed.

2) Received an order of 5 door kits, individually packaged in tubes, Only 4 were delivered. Packing slip showed 5 were shipped. One was lost. Left on the truck, in the warehouse or whatever. I would also suspect that the supplier maybe short-shipped, except...
3) Replacement part shipped by supplier is lost with no pending delivery date. This was supposed to be delivered within 5 days from shipment. Tracking information shows that shipment made it to the local hub 3 days ago. No outlook for delivery.
To address ALL of these, you basically cannot talk with anyone at UPS. You need to fill out a claim form and then you might get some kind of response after 15 days or so. There is absolutely no accountability by UPS for this stuff, and to get any modicum of support you need to go to the supplier or store that contracts with them. Ship via UPS at your own risk. They are absolutely terrible. I would choose USPS hands down over UPS.

The absolute worst. Just got off the phone with a UPS customer representative. She lied directly over the phone. She told me UPS never received my package. Then 2 min later said the package was in transit. I asked her how she knew if it was in transit if UPS never received the package. She couldn't answer that. This is not the 1st time. From now on I will specifically request online purchases to use other means for shipping than UPS. They are horrible. I guess I get the package when I get it!

Years ago UPS was the top delivery service but over the past few years their service continues to get worse. The tracking system used to show exactly where in the country your package was each step of the way, now you are lucky to ever get any updates at all and the estimated delivery date is usually a failure. Drivers are clearly overworked and frustrated and their phone no longer connects to a live person. Deliveries range from early afternoon to after 9:00 pm at night. I now request FedEx or the Postal Service as they Always have quicker delivery times and much better tracking. How the mighty have fallen...

UPS has the worst customer service, from delivery to stores. While they seem to be a preferred provider for Amazon, in my experience, you should NEVER count on a delivery being made on time or the next day (always add at least 3 days to the delivery date given). They are also fond of informing you last minute (day of) that your delivery will now be delayed by days. The customer service number they provide makes it next to impossible to speak with a live person (instead try 877-289-6418, but don’t expect them to help resolve issues) and when you are able to speak with someone, they only offer excuses, no resolutions or semblance of customer service (they don’t care, please stop trying to inconvenience them).
This is the same level of customer service I have found in their brink and mortar locations for everything from sending packages, copying, and returning Amazon packages (expect them to require you to make a purchase to accept that return, even when they aren’t supposed to). BEWARE when attempting to do business with UPS. At the very least, know not to expect them to deliver on their promises and expect unwarranted charges.

Today, I returned home to Nevada to receive packages, I shipped from Georgia. The outer boxes, were badly "beaten up", like they were tossed high in the air and dropped. Chipped wood on one product, and shattered...not broken... shattered glass on another product. Unfortunately, I've got 8 more large packages on the way. Surprisingly, the ones I shipped USPS were delivered in good condition. I'll never trust UPS again. This is so unlike, my prior UPS experiences.

I had been ordering packages delivered from Temu (Online Shopping)… I have never missed or lost packages and never not on time either. I appreciate the great work you do and the thank you for caring about us who prefer not to take trips to retail or wholesale stores due to inconvenience and other important reasons. I don't understand how they can get a package clear across the country from California to New York and then have such a hard time delivering to my door. I've been tracking my package and have been told it's on the truck and will be delivered today for 3 days already. Customer service completely lied to me and said it was NOT put on the truck today for some reason and 2 minutes later they tell me it's on its way and will be there today, that was yesterday. 1st day according to them it was on the truck in front of my building but was too heavy for the driver to deliver so he just left with it and I get an "attempted to deliver" notice as if nobody was home to receive the package. This is my 3rd day staying home all day to receive a package that I'm constantly being told is on its way today. At this point I don't know if it's lost, stolen, or they are just too lazy to finish their job of making a simple delivery.

Had a queen mattress come today, but the driver walked up our short driveway to inform us he could not get truck up the driveway. He wanted us to take our small Buick Encore down there to get this heavy package. My husband had to drive our little car to get this large box and drive back up. Didn't have any problem. The box was ripped open on one end as well. Disgusted with the incompetence or perhaps laziness displayed today. Please do better UPS. Or just hire better people.

UPS is probably one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I have had numerous issues with them. The other day, it was a problem with deliveries to my home. Got fed up and email all the board members. They then immediately fixed it. The build up to that was due to their lack of customer service. Their automated system will not let you speak to a human. Just now, I scheduled a large pickup shipment. Got the right date on my receipt. However, I got an email for a different date of pickup, which was incorrect. Automated system wouldn't let me talk to a human. I almost had a heart attack because I was so angry. I finally got a hold of a local office and they said the wrong email notification goes out all they time, and that I am to disregard it. Even she, seemed annoyed by my call. It makes me want to go postal on these people or better yet machines. Who in the world is running the show? Worst customer service - ever.

UPS is not the same anymore. They lose packages on a regular basis. I order 3 parts from Massachusetts last week. Two of them arrived and the third one is still not delivered and I don’t see a delivery date. They left together and only two arrived. How unprofessional they’ve become at UPS.

I've been consistently disappointed with UPS's service, as they've never managed to deliver a package to my address. Despite providing clear and accurate delivery instructions, their drivers either leave packages at the wrong location or mark them as "undeliverable" without any attempt to contact me. This has caused endless frustration, with important items either delayed or lost altogether. Reaching out to customer service hasn't helped either; their responses are generic and unhelpful, leading to a never-ending cycle of confusion and disappointment. I expected better reliability and communication from such a well-known company, but UPS has fallen far short of expectations.

Keep asking for tracking number, you give the tracking number and ask for the tracking number again and hangs up, say "You need a tracking number" four times, you can't even get a person. Call support hangs up on me when I ask for a human and the website is sending me in unhelpful loops. My package has been sent between two warehouses in the wrong direction for days meaning wasted time in attempts to pickup and zero support. DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR PACKAGES.

UPS have worst customer care automated assistance as well as representatives. Its takes a long time to just give the tracking number (because the automated one does not understand) and get the info what is posted in website which is not ever an updated one. And finally when you reach the representative to talk. He will ask you the tracking again. They will provide you same what is on website. In my case it said my package delivers today 8am when I called them at 11am. And the customer care asking me to track package online and check if it delivers today or tomorrow. Horrible!!

April 13th I sent 6 boxes of my deceased grandmother's personal effects from Virginia Beach to Orlando Florida. UPS LOST one of the boxes. It is stuck at the WAREHOUSE in Richmond. The horrific people at the customer service center in Atlanta said, "Well there is nothing we can. We cannot call the warehouse to look for it. We just don’t have the manpower for that." I called for a refund due to a UPS delivery error. I spoke to An employee, Sherwin at the contact center and I called 800-811-1648 which is from an email I received from the UPS billing department. I have already gotten a partial refund for this same error so all I was asked by the previous agent was the last four of my card and she processed my partial refund without any issues.
Well Sherwin asked for my full card number which I asked if it was necessary and he said “You can trust me we are on a monitored line” and he said, “If I can’t help you here I will see if I can transfer you to the billing department”. I thought he was just trying to help me because I would’ve never imagine I’d get scammed by a UPS employee, but two minutes after he placed me on hold, I received a fraud alert from my bank for a charge of almost 1000.00 dollars and I called him out on it and he started being pushy telling me to approve the transaction since that was part of the refund process. I refused because the refund amount is less than 80 dollars so it made no sense. I proceeded to ask him to confirm what amount of refund is he processing and he started stuttering and could not give me the exact amount.
Mind you, I received an invoice from the UPS billing department attached to the tracking number along with a reference number and he could not confirm back the amount I was calling about. I asked to speak to someone else or a manager and I could hear in his voice sounding like he got caught so he cold transferred me to the international line with a ** employee. Luckily I speak Spanish and I explained one of the employees tried to scam me and she disregarded it too and did not take any actions to report this. She instead transferred me back to the US Line which then got me disconnected. I need this employee Sherwin to be investigated before he continues to scam and steal your customer’s money. I never imagined to experience this in the past. So please customers beware when providing your card information over the phone because UPS employees will STEAL IT!!!

Had two packages scheduled for delivery today. Got one, they brought the other to the complex office. I work more hours than the complex is open and also 2 hours away. I will literally never have time to pick it up from the office. PLEASE LEAVE MY PACKAGES AT MY DOOR. IT WAS A $70 TOOL and now I'm going to go buy one at harbor freight and have to eat the cost of the tool I ordered because I can't pick it up and am on a schedule.

Don't ship through UPS. For years I worked at a large shipping hub as a loader then a sorter. They force you to throw every package in order to keep up. No one cares about damaged or late packages. It was a daily practice to take out one's anger on the packages and not only was allowed, it was almost encouraged by management. I'd see people two-foot stomp packages daily because they couldn't keep up with the river of packages coming down the belt towards them and they just got fed up.

Absolute garbage, 50 dollars to ship a package from UPS. Speedy 13.00, insane. It's a wonder this company even has trucks on the road with these rates. Not impressed and definitely will be my last place to check next time.
