A long time ago I went to Cambridge and they were able to lower the interest rate on my bills. Recently I had some more bills come up and went through it again. Cambridge was a big help.

It was very efficient and easy using Cambridge Credit. They knew what they're doing and were very professional. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with them. They were great and we recommend them.

I contacted Cambridge because I wanted to consolidate my credit card bills. They were able to lower my interest rate and got my cards under control and now they were all paid off. Since working with them, I can better balance my income and budget because I no longer have that debt over my head. It made me aware that I should be more responsible and careful not to overuse anything in the near future and not to abuse credit cards or let it get out of hand. All in all, it was a rewarding and very good experience.

I talked to some banks about consolidating my debts but nothing ever worked out. We were so far in credit card debt - we were paying for 20 years and still couldn't get out. We talked to Cambridge and they said they could help us to get out of debt in five years with just a little bit more of a payment. Our house burned down in July and we had pretty good insurance, so that's how end up going ahead and paying the debts off.

We were trying to make arrangements for payments to our creditors so we reached out to Cambridge Credit. We needed somebody to talk to the people that we owed money to, somebody that had a little more authority. Cambridge was able to lower our rates to something manageable, at least better than 25%. A couple of our creditors reduced our interest to zero and some of them 6%. There's no way I could've done that. Since working with them, I was able to get all my creditors paid and not have anymore other than my mortgage. I've got no complaints. I'd be happy to recommend them to anybody that's looking for the same type of resources that we gathered from them.

My experience with Cambridge was great. Before contacting them, we talked to somebody and it didn't go very well. Then I reached out to Cambridge while looking at some others out there and when I found it was backed up by BBB I was all over it. Everything had gone down during the recession as I started losing hours in my previous job and things had been a little bit too much to handle and I wasn't able to pay my bills. The Cambridge team was able to lower my interest rate. They combined everything into one payment which made it so much easier. I had done another job prior to doing it and after a couple of years it started to get a lot easier. I just kept doing my thing and working and trying to get ahead of the dream. It took four years but I'm in good shape now.

I got in touch with Cambridge Credit because I was in debt and when you get in a mess like that, you feel pretty bad about yourself but they made me feel good. They were very friendly and helpful. They did a very good job in lowering my interest rate, everything was so workable. I had financial insight and did not get in debt since working with Cambridge Credit. Cambridge doesn't look up credit. The other company looks up the account and sees what is owed and they consolidate. On the other hand, Cambridge only does the account and I have to do all the research work myself when dealing with them. I haven't looked at my credit in years and I'm almost sure there's things there that can be taken off because a lot of times, even though some are cleared off, it's not taken off. Other than that, they all did a good job. Cambridge set up everything and my credit score went up a little since working with them. I've used them twice.

Everything was a wonderful experience with Cambridge. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and patient. The representative I got a hold of was extremely courteous and gave me all the answers I wanted. They walked me through everything. There was no interest rate and they consolidated everything into one payment. Since working with them, I've learned to budget. I'm retired and on a very fixed income, so that helps. For the first time in my life, I am out of debt and I feel wonderful.

I've been on Cambridge Credit Counseling for several years. I had too many bills at the time and needed to get them out of the way and Cambridge seemed to be the best way to go. I've gained that you need to get your bills paid off before you get so old. I'm 76 and I started out with a bunch. I then got off of Cambridge for a few years and went back on it. I didn't see any way out until they came along and helped me. Now I have a lot more money to spend. I am more secure and happier. I would recommend them to others. Paying was easier because it came out of my check automatically. I didn't have to think about it or send it in the mail. Their people were very courteous with me and my interactions with them were all positive.

One of the local talk show guys on the radio station in Denver talks about personal finance every week and I heard him talk about Cambridge Credit Counseling about 4 years ago. Somebody called in for help and the talk show guy always recommended Cambridge. We had about $19,000 in credit card debt, and like most people, we were getting nowhere making minimum payments. The way the talk show guy described it was that Cambridge has deals with credit card companies and they can get the interest lowered. So I called Cambridge and talked to a rep. He did all the preliminary stuff. Cambridge contracted our creditors, got the interest lowered, and took care of the payments. They arranged for all the payments and deductions. It was hard giving up $454 a month in payments but it went fine.

We had a great experience with Cambridge. We didn't have any issues at all and everything worked out well. We picked them by doing some research and they seemed to be the best. Their professionalism stands out and they were very good to deal with.

I first heard about Cambridge when I was looking for some place that I could trust. I was searching online and came across it. In prior years, we had to go through bankruptcy, so in order to come and go through that route, we thought that credit counseling was best. We have used other credit resources through Cambridge Credit Counseling and working with their team has been wonderful. They explained everything, step-by-step. If I had any questions, they were always available. I would check online and use the online information and then make a phone call and actually have a person on the other line.

I thought Cambridge was a good program and was something that the Obama Administration was handling so I contacted them, and they were able to lower my interest rate. I was always on time with payments, and their team sent me a monthly statement saying how much they sent to everybody. My creditors and I were very happy.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Cambridge. It was very easy. We had a good counselor at the beginning and it was nice that we made it through the three years that we had. They always offered counseling if we needed it. The only thing was, at the very end, we asked for our payoff balance and they didn't get the right payoff balance. We had to put in another $150. It was frustrating because I had to go down and do all the stuff again but other than that, it was great. We have recommended several people to Cambridge.

I was reading a financial book where I ran across the name of Cambridge Credit Counseling. I called other agencies but they were not able to help me. So, I was so happy that Cambridge was able to help me out with my situation as I had no other choices but either do a bankruptcy or credit counseling. Once I submitted all the applications, it was really nice to have somebody to guide and help me on my situation because it was stressful at the time as my debt was huge. On all the credit cards that I was making payments, they lowered the interest rates and a couple of ones were even 0%. In the beginning when I was setting it up, I had a lot of interaction with Cambridge Credit Counseling because they go through everything with me and spend a lot of time. After that, there's not much need to interact. I would just call and it was easy to do. They lowered the rates on all of my cards, and I was making additional payments along the way. Sometimes I would send some money to whoever the creditors were to keep it moving so I finished a little early. Then if I thought like all is paid off, I call them and have them tell me what the payoff amount is and they were always quick about saying what the payoff amount was. I had no problems at all.

I made it through the program of Cambridge and appreciated their service. There was not much communication though - they were not as warm as I thought they'd be. Sometimes I only get a call from them for information. But there was a time I got to talk to one lady who was awesome. She followed through and provided me information and tips. Overall, Cambridge is fine. They give you tools which is cool. I would use them again.

When I was going through my divorce, I wanted to consolidate all my loans so I connected with Cambridge. I wanted one payment that was affordable that I could pay. Over the course of paying out my loan, I've had a couple of interactions with people there and they were all positive. In the end, I got to complete my payment. I don't have to worry about it anymore so that's better for me.

The lady helped me with everything. I told her I didn't know how to read and she told me to send everything to her and she would take care of everything for me, and she did. We were referred to Cambridge Credit Counselling by another financial company when we were seeking help on getting our debts paid off the fastest and most efficient way. Cambridge was very helpful and had good communication when we first got the account set up about three years ago and even recently (in May and June) when we were trying to get everything taken care of. They're always very quick on getting back to us whenever we needed help.

I read reviews from other customers and they had a positive experience with Cambridge. They didn't feel hustled and that Cambridge was reputable, honest and had great customer service. And in my experience, people were very helpful and courteous every time I called. I talked to whoever I needed to and they answer my question. On the accounts that we consolidated my interest rate went down to zero on one while the other one went down to nine. We just paid off a large lump sum of debt so I’m hoping to see that next month. I would definitely recommend Cambridge to a friend.

My experience of four years with Cambridge was great, but I am done with them now. I heard about them on Oprah when a financial adviser and someone in the audience asked them who would they recommend. They mentioned the company's name. After two years, when my husband and I got into the bind, I thought of all kinds of ways, and then my husband looked up counseling on the internet and then Cambridge came up. Then, I remembered that this was the one recommended. I also heard it from Suze Orman. We called them and it was a lot of work to begin with but once you're done doing all the preliminary things, it's easy going.

We've been with Cambridge for three years now. We had been talking about our credit card problems for quite a while, so we made a decision to try to get a hold of them, and we did get an excellent agent with them who helped us right along. We were new to it, and he'd contact us to explain everything in depth; and we could contact him too! My wife always had a very good experience with Cambridge. They've been excellent and they kept up with us more than when we have them; so, they've been of assistance. My wife has also been in touch with them a couple of times but we've never had any real problems. They were able to lower some interest rate - enough to make some good difference. But, there's one or two that they couldn't. I wish we could've gotten more than we did, we're not unhappy.

We inquired whether there was some place that dealt with folks who had unfortunately become overextended in their credit cards. We didn't want to be forced into anything, but we did want to try to take care of it. And our friend who is in the banking business in this area recommended Cambridge to us. We were assured it would be confidential and they were one of the best. We hadn't had any experience with anybody else at that time. We had been putting this up for quite a long while partly out of embarrassment and out of whether or not we were going to be able to get this under control without help. And that's when I contacted Cambridge. The representatives that I worked with were very helpful. It was a $50 startup fee and that was it. They explained the program. Everything was top-notch. I've recommended them to several friends and family and they've also gone to Cambridge.

My experience with Cambridge was good except for a couple of times when I couldn't get in touch with them. But when I finally did, everything was fine. It kind of puts you at a disadvantage when you ask a service to take over but I did and I'm so glad that I went to Cambridge. That was a great idea. I'm also glad I doubled up on my payments because we really got it going.

Glen **, the first guy I spoke with, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful from the beginning. What they told me was exactly what happened. I ended up completing everything early. I thought it would end sometime in October, and everything was cleared because I had good expenditures. We've recommended it to people that I knew who were having difficulty, and they went through with it because I was so happy. I rave about Cambridge.

Cambridge was one of the ones that popped up and since they came up with the best reviews I went with them. With their help I was able to pay off my bills. They knew what they were doing. It has been a positive experience working with Cambridge. They were all very pleasant and courteous. Getting the interest rates lower than half a month consolidated payment helped quite a bit. It allowed me to pay off everything.

My wife used Cambridge Credit Counseling to reduce her debt prior to us getting married. Then I had a lot of credit card debts that were out of control and we went underwater because of the financial crisis back in 2009 - 2010. The banks wouldn't lower my interest rates but Cambridge was able to help do that for me. I talked to a representative, set me up, and gave me the plan. After that, it was simply them taking money out of my checking account once a month on a prescribed date. As I got closer to the end, I was able to pay off some of the cards early. I would call them and let them know which accounts were now zero balance. It's very easy.

Cambridge did everything they said they were gonna do. The only problem that I had with them is when I first started. There are certain companies that don't take Cambridge or a third party check which I had known about. Some of them wouldn't accept it, but that's not Cambridge's fault - that's the bank's peoples' fault. I have went through this once before. For instance, I put in 15 credit cards and only 10 were taken. Now, I know they had some legal problems but they were great by me.

Cambridge Credit Counseling were able to help lower my interest rates on most of my debts. I ended up spending about 50 grand and everything got paid. I didn't want to default on anything and that was the way that it would work. There were a couple of times when my pay dates fell on the wrong day. I called Cambridge and they changed it. I am very satisfied with Cambridge. Everything about my experience was good. I'm really happy that I did it and it's one of my best decisions ever.

I had to use Cambridge one other time and it worked out for us. We got separated and I needed to use it again so I was a second time user. I decided to connect with them just to have one payment. At first, I talked to the people from Cambridge but they were good about sending helpful videos to my email so I could look at my account and other things to help get a budget to start. I have more money now for months so that’s nice which is how Cambridge affected my lifestyle so far. Another significant change from working with Cambridge is that I don’t use credit cards. I pay cash but if it's an emergency, yes I use a credit card.

I made a bad business investment that got out of control, and I needed it managed. I contacted Cambridge and they put me on a plan and got me out of the mess. So here I am completely debt free. I kept in touch with them through phone calls and emails, and everyone I talked with was very willing to help, answered any of my questions, and change things around. It's just very easy to do business with them. They are trustworthy and they were able to deliver on their promise. They helped me maintain my lifestyle and we were able to purchase two homes and three cars while on the plan. Still went on vacations, no hiccups in our day-to-day lifestyle. If I didn't go on the plan then I would have different story to tell.

My experience with Cambridge was good. I got done when I needed to get done and it was painless. They've paid them off.

It was an excellent experience with Cambridge as everybody was friendly and I can get a hold of somebody. Everything worked as designed - no hidden agendas, fees, costs, or anything like that. It was just pretty straight up.

I was calling around and I was having financial difficulties and somebody recommended Cambridge. Most of my creditors were very nice about the whole situation and would either lower the interest rate or take away fines to work with me. It came to a point that I couldn't pay all of them. The only one that would have worked with me at all was Discover and at the time it got to the point that I could be paying five and six bills and even to pay the minimum it would go up on Discover instead of go down. And it had got to the point that if every time I pay them instead of seeing anything happen, the bill goes up, I'll just pay all these other ones off and they refused to budge. And that's when Cambridge got involved and handled that one. I wanted to clean up my credit and get that one taken care of.
