They were quick to respond to my needs. The young lady that assisted me (I think her name was Taylor) took a personal approach instead of the standard business approach: meaning she actually spoke to me as a person than a customer. Awesome Job!

My sister told me how good TitleMax is, and referred me to go out to them. Everything went well and it was a good experience. I was also fast as it only took about 30 minutes. The processor explained everything to me and made sure I left knowing everything that I needed to know. It relieves me of some stress and I recommend them.

I went and brought my title. TitleMax made sure that the title is mine and then they came up with some kind of evaluation and then they gave me the money. My experience with them was very good. The manager was extremely informative. My wife had passed away and needed to pay for burial expenses because we could not get insurance coverage for her. So my son-in-law told me about Title Max so I got online and wanted to see if I could get the money to take care of this. Just wanted to let you know that the office in Salem VA. The manager was super nice and helpful.

I was satisfied with the loan process itself. It was quick, the person who helped me was friendly, and I got my loan and was gone in about 30 minutes. But while I was there the Title Max employee at the next desk, about 6 feet from me, made call after call to collect overdue payments. I heard every word--it was impossible not to. It made me think about the people on the other end of the line and whether they were paying too high interest, how often they got calls (it sounded like your rep knew them very well), etc.

Great service but took a long time. We felt that it could have been faster but the gentleman Doing the loan was very nice. He did a great job explaining the process and we really Appreciated all time he spent on all the paperwork and Costs. This was our first time having to do this.

My dog needed to have surgery after she injured her leg. I didn't know what I was going to do. I saw a commercial for TitleMax, but I had heard that it was going to have a lot of money in interest to pay back. I thought I would at least go in to talk to them. To my surprise, the staff was pleasant, professional and provided me with a great loan, with reasonable payments. I appreciated the way they took the time to hear listen and help me. When I left, they even told me that they wished my dog the best in with the surgery. That meant a lot. And yes, she had the surgery! Thank you so much!

The customer service was exemplary. I didn't feel judged for needing this loan nor did I feel obligated to just hand over my title. The overall lending process with TitleMax was very easy. It took half an hour. They're also very courteous, and the lending processor was real sweet. I talked to her on the phone and she was just wonderful. She was the reason I went in. She was getting ready to leave though, so I had another rep, a guy who was really nice. It was really easygoing and that's it, in and out. The only thing is that when I went to Walmart 'cause the bank had closed already, there's something wrong with the check and they couldn't cash it. They're saying that something didn't go through, so I haven't got the money yet.

I went and got a loan on my car from TitleMax out of desperation. Their office was 15 minutes from my home which was perfect for me. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the process very easy and during our personal conversation, we talked about some of the things we had in common. I was at ease with her and it was a very pleasant experience. But considering that I had 871 out of the 900, my interest rate was very high.

I have been getting loans with TitleMax but I pay my loans off immediately. They gave me a good credit. During the process I had to bring in all my IDs. They checked my work history. They took pictures of the car which they had to tell me they have to keep checking. They took the mileage as well. I filled out questionnaires and updated all of my information in the system. TitleMax is dependable and they don’t make me stay long. However one time, I stayed in there for six hours. I had to leave and go to lunch and then come back but I have no problem with that. Their staff are very professional. I like it because whenever I need them, they’re there. They never turned me down. And in the past, they even sent me gift certificates to buy my family Thanksgiving dinner.

I went to talk to the staff of TitleMax. When I signed they took pictures of the car. They called again and talked to me and they said I did get approved. I really needed the money at that time. The process was good and they had a good customer service. They did a good job and are very professional.

I called Austin Title Loan first but they just took forever to answer me. So I went with TitleMax and had an excellent experience with them. I got an auto loan and it was about $6,000. The process was pretty quick. I filled out the form when I walked into TitleMax and it was about 10 minutes to fill out the form. While I was filling out the form, the person helping me went to go check what the first information that I gave them like my name, phone number, and my work information, everything else, if I qualified. So I was already done when he said I was approved and that I just have to go to a different location because they'll have everything ready for me. So they could give me the check right away.

I, Rachel ** would like to take the time to voice my opinion of the staff of TitleMax in Toccoa, Georgia. I have never been so well treated as a customer my whole life. It was after school hours so my children were with me and the staff also treated them with the utmost respect and courtesy. I believe the young man's name was Mr. ** that helped us. Also Miss Ann ** was very kind and funny. I also would like to give props for the store manager, I don't know his name, but he was also very helpful. All in all, I believe all of the employees here did a fantastic job and I would recommend anyone to go to them for their financial needs. 5 stars for the whole experience.

TitleMax have several locations in Austin area so I went with them to get a title loan. The process was completed in an hour or less. First, I made a phone call. They told me what I needed. Later on, when I went to their office, I showed a proof of insurance, the titles of my car and ID and something else. I filled out the application, and then the lady reviewed a lot of information.

I thought TitleMax will help me out. I've got a car for $3,000 and they offered $1,000 when I needed $3,000 and had no problem paying them back. Then when they gave me $1000 they took $80 and all I got out is $920. They said things are looking good but I am disappointed and also shocked at how much I'm paying for $1,000.

But it seems like the team at the office was working for us and trying to do whatever possible to make sure they could get the transaction done that same day for us, and I appreciated that. Never again will I get another loan from TitleMax. Yes it was fast and easy to get a loan. Yes they were really nice people. My complaint is I was never told about the late fee charges. Most places you pay 10 to 15 dollar late fee once, but with TitleMax you pay that daily. 15 days late and my payment goes from 422 to 622.85. I tried to pay but because I was 20 dollars short they would not accept my payment because they don't do partial payments. I am so frustrated but what can I do about it. I need my car. I only got the loan because my husband had cancer and was missing a lot of work and I needed to pay my rent. So be careful when you go to TitleMax.

While looking for a title loan online, TitleMax was the one that really got my attention. Their lending process was great, but it was really long. It was over an hour because the systems kept going down and kept having issues. But, other than that, the outcome was worth the wait. They’ve helped me a lot with just what I needed to pay off. TitleMax is closest to my house. They had to do an inspection of my car. I told them how much I needed and then the processor told me that if something else came out by next week we were to need more money than what I really took the loan out for. So, I ended up looking into my finances for the next couple of weeks and ended up having to take more than I originally went in there for. But, she was very helpful. TitleMax has helped me what's behind on rent and my other bills. They're very professional and courteous. Very good customer service skills, someone that I would definitely recommend to others that needed help as well.

TitleMax was very friendly, and we had a good experience with them in getting a car title. I pass by them everyday on my way to work. I looked it up and called them and asked what the process was and then I went in the next day and the process took an hour. They looked at the car to see the value, its condition, and then I filled up an application with them in the store. Then, they got back to me and told me about how much I could get for the slot of the title or cash, and then I signed it. They broke down a monthly payment and put that on paper for me. They called me after I signed everything just to check and make sure that everything was going okay. And everything has been good so far. 

TitleMax has a convenient location and I went there to get a car title loan. I brought my ID and title to my car and the process took 40 minutes max. The representative was nice, seemed knowledgeable and she explained everything to me. She told me the amounts of my payment every month and that my payment was due on the first of the month every month with no grace period. She also told me that I could pay off early, which is encouraged. Then I asked her if I have to pay any interest if I were to pay immediately, and she said I would pay some interest but it would not be as much as if I let the loan continue to the full time frame allotted. Except for the amount that I have to pay back which is extremely excessive to me, the experience has been pleasant.

The lady there was really nice and she told me all the options that I got and how much should I want. I told her which that I want and she said that I qualify for a little more but I told her that I was okay with what I really need. As we were getting the whole process, she was explaining to me every little detail like how much I have to pay and what is the interest. I'm not usually one to post reviews but this place earned it. TitleMax loans went above and beyond putting my mind at ease in regards to clarify what I was getting. The customer service I received from Vilma exceeded my expectations. Not only did she fully explain to me the details in regarding my loan approval she made sure I understood the fine print.

I went online and googled car title loan. There are not that many providers in my area and TitleMax is the first one that popped up. Their rep was knowledgeable and very friendly and my interaction with him was quick and easy. The lending process was a good experience which took about 40 minutes. I've also heard people who have used TitleMax say that they've been friendly and outgoing, and that they did what they had to do to try to make the people happy. The process took about 30 minutes because they have some computer issues, but they solved that. The rep I dealt with was knowledgeable. TitleMax was able to handle the issues I am having. Did you know they can charge you 5% of the WHOLE BALANCE you owe if you're one day late? Well that's what they did to me even though Harvey messed us over. So I had to pay them my monthly balance of $1250 PLUS a $500 late fee! You heard that right! $500 late fee! I call b's! They just want my ride!

I had known TitleMax for a few years. When I wanted to see if I could avail a loan, I drove by in their location. The interview went well. The employees were very pleasant, definitely able to answer any questions that I had before I decided to go ahead and proceed with the process. And they made it clear what I needed to do and what to expect.

TitleMax's lending process was good and seemed fairly easy but it took at least two hours to complete the process even though it said it would only take 30 mins. I had to go to another store because the one that I went to wasn't the one that did it which was annoying. The girl when I first called was nice and when I went to the store in San Pedro, the person was fine as well. But when they sent me to the other store, the other lady didn't talk to me at all. She didn't tell me anything about what my options were, how much or what the loan was going to be. I told her this was my first time. I've been sitting there for almost an hour and a half and it wasn't until the very end when she said that she was going to approve me for a certain amount. It helped but it was much less than the amount I requested.

I have used TitleMax's services before but I couldn’t quite understand how the interest has been jumped up so high. For me, I was treated as if I was a brand new customer or a bad customer, but I had paid off early each one of my loans. I've used TitleMax for the third time a week ago and I wasn’t put in any alternative. I was told that since the loan I was given was $2300 then my interest rate is going to be 149% at the end. I had a seven-month loan with them less than a year ago and I considered the interest rate to be pretty reasonable and I paid it off early. I was totally blindsided this time and I feel like they’re loan sharks. They catch people like in my case whose office has been shut down for three weeks because of the hurricane so there was no billing or check for anything.
