Getting a title loan was fast and good. It only took 45 minutes! The guy I dealt with was very friendly and good. TitleMax has helped me put a little money in my pocket. I'd go back to him.

We have used TitleMax before and we needed to use them rather than another because our ability to get a loan somewhere else was not available as we spent all the money on my daughter. This time I had a title loan on a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. We walked in, filled up the paper works, signed it, and walked out with the check. The process took about half an hour. The rep was excellent. We were able to take care of it very quickly and the loan allowed me to get $9,000. But I won’t be keeping them for long because of the interest.

I did not expect to pay so much per month 320. I only get 350 per month only leave me 30 per month, how do I live. I pay my first payment and not one cent come off my bill. Why I'm getting chine at out of my money. I would like to talk to someone higher up about the problem. ** call me.

TitleMax is right down the street. Qualification's pretty simple, so, it's a no-brainer to me. I got myself a car loan from them. The process was good, and they were very thorough. They walked me through it and I was happy with the outcome. It also only took 30 minutes. Our paperwork that I get were straight. The processor was no problem at all. Everything was perfect. I would definitely use them again.

Before TitleMax, I've had a previous one that I didn’t agree much with. TitleMax's customer service was outstanding. Also, the overall lending was very quick and easy, about 20 minutes to half an hour. They were very friendly, and I talked to a very talkative and informative lending processor. But, it is what it is. It certainly helped me, and I'm grateful that this business exists. If I ever find myself short of cash, it's nice to know my car can serve to fund an emergency or shortfall.

I went with TitleMax as it was more available and I didn't know no better. I just wasn't educated on it. I would have went somewhere else because it doesn’t get your check cashed. When I went to the bank, they all close at 4 o’clock instead of 5 o’clock. Then I’m wondering where else I can cash it because the check’s printed out, so it wouldn’t read the number. I waited till the next day. Why wouldn’t they just give the cash? That’s why people come in here to get loans out of them. I later learned that the other ones just give you the cash. It saves the hassle of running to the bank and all the other BS that go along with it. But other than that, everything was fine. The lending processor was great. When I was there and when I was on the phone with him, his attitude was excellent.

I liked the way the payment plan was set up with TitleMax. Instead of a lump sum payoff, I could do the payment plan on the charge. I went to their office and got a title loan. My rep was a really nice guy, answered all my questions and pretty much explained everything to me. The process was about 30 minutes as I gave them a lot so it went pretty easy and quick. I liked the time amount in there too, they’ve done really well on that because most people go there during lunch break or are in a hurry. The loan helped with what I needed to take care of.

There was one person on duty. Took 2 1/2 hrs for loan. Interest rates 3X higher than most other title loan places. Not a place I would recommend for a title loan. Unless you're extremely desperate. And they will take your vehicle. Not worth it

I went and brought my title. TitleMax made sure that the title is mine and then they came up with some kind of evaluation and then they gave me the money. My experience with them was very good. The manager was extremely informative. Not only was she available to offer information about the process, payments, the interest rate and all of those details, she was also very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my question. She told me that, “Most people don’t ask questions and not educated consumers.” I was very pleased. I also trusted her to give me the correct information because of the way she presented the information and I verified it from what I knew.

So my son-in-law told me about Title Max so I got online and wanted to see if I could get the money to take care of this. Just wanted to let you know that the office in Salem VA. The manager was super nice and helpful.

I was satisfied with the loan process itself. It was quick, the person who helped me was friendly, and I got my loan and was gone in about 30 minutes. But while I was there the Title Max employee at the next desk, about 6 feet from me, made call after call to collect overdue payments. I heard every word--it was impossible not to. It made me think about the people on the other end of the line and whether they were paying too high interest, how often they got calls (it sounded like your rep knew them very well), etc.

Great service but took a long time. We felt that it could have been faster but the gentleman Doing the loan was very nice. He did a great job explaining the process and we really Appreciated all time he spent on all the paperwork and Costs. This was our first time having to do this.

My dog needed to have surgery after she injured her leg. I didn't know what I was going to do. I saw a commercial for TitleMax, but I had heard that it was going to have a lot of money in interest to pay back. I thought I would at least go in to talk to them. To my surprise, the staff was pleasant, professional and provided me with a great loan, with reasonable payments. I appreciated the way they took the time to hear listen and help me. When I left, they even told me that they wished my dog the best in with the surgery. That meant a lot. And yes, she had the surgery! Thank you so much!

I went and got a loan on my car from TitleMax out of desperation. Their office was 15 minutes from my home which was perfect for me. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the process very easy and during our personal conversation, we talked about some of the things we had in common. I was at ease with her and it was a very pleasant experience. But considering that I had 871 out of the 900, my interest rate was very high.

I needed some cash right then. We got it quick at TitleMax. The lending process was good and took about 30 minutes plus the reps had good attitude. TitleMax helped me get over this hump I was in.

The overall lending process with TitleMax was very easy. It took half an hour. They're also very courteous, and the lending processor was real sweet. I have been getting loans with TitleMax but I pay my loans off immediately. They gave me a good credit. During the process I had to bring in all my IDs. They checked my work history. They took pictures of the car which they had to tell me they have to keep checking. They took the mileage as well. I filled out questionnaires and updated all of my information in the system. TitleMax is dependable and they don’t make me stay long. However one time, I stayed in there for six hours. I had to leave and go to lunch and then come back but I have no problem with that. Their staff are very professional. I like it because whenever I need them, they’re there. They never turned me down. And in the past, they even sent me gift certificates to buy my family Thanksgiving dinner.

I called Austin Title Loan first but they just took forever to answer me. So I went with TitleMax and had an excellent experience with them. I got an auto loan and it was about $6,000. The process was pretty quick. I filled out the form when I walked into TitleMax and it was about 10 minutes to fill out the form. While I was filling out the form, the person helping me went to go check what the first information that I gave them like my name, phone number, and my work information, everything else, if I qualified. So I was already done when he said I was approved and that I just have to go to a different location because they'll have everything ready for me. So they could give me the check right away.

I, Rachel ** would like to take the time to voice my opinion of the staff of TitleMax in Toccoa, Georgia. I have never been so well treated as a customer my whole life. It was after school hours so my children were with me and the staff also treated them with the utmost respect and courtesy. I believe the young man's name was Mr. ** that helped us. Also Miss Ann ** was very kind and funny. I also would like to give props for the store manager, I don't know his name, but he was also very helpful. All in all, I believe all of the employees here did a fantastic job and I would recommend anyone to go to them for their financial needs. 5 stars for the whole experience.

TitleMax have several locations in Austin area so I went with them to get a title loan. The process was completed in an hour or less. First, I made a phone call. They told me what I needed. Later on, when I went to their office, I showed a proof of insurance, the titles of my car and ID and something else. I filled out the application, and then the lady reviewed a lot of information.

I thought TitleMax will help me out. I've got a car for $3,000 and they offered $1,000 when I needed $3,000 and had no problem paying them back. Then when they gave me $1000 they took $80 and all I got out is $920. They said things are looking good but I am disappointed and also shocked at how much I'm paying for $1,000.

TitleMax has been very good. They were the closest to us, so we obtained a personal loan from them. From a customer’s perspective, it was refreshing to be able to walk in and sit down with a consultant and actually complete the transaction in what I believe was less than an hour. It is a very easy process. I think we were working with the branch manager and I do not recall her name. But it seems like the team at the office was working for us and trying to do whatever possible to make sure they could get the transaction done that same day for us, and I appreciated that. It did feel like they were on our side. I was satisfied with the service that we received. The ability to get some cash when we desperately needed it was great. They’ve been pretty much a hands-off operation, which is pretty cool. I can vouch for the team we worked with. They are a very reliable option for people who are in need in the same manner as I was.

The process took 2 hours.

TitleMax's locations were good as there are two in Temple, and their ads seem to promote that well. Getting a car title loan was pretty pleasant and wasn't difficult at all. It only took half an hour! The lady we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I felt like when we left there, we understood the whole program. TitleMax got me out of a temporary financial bind and we’re looking forward to getting it all paid off and be back to our normal life.

Never again will I get another loan from TitleMax. Yes it was fast and easy to get a loan. Yes they were really nice people. My complaint is I was never told about the late fee charges. Most places you pay 10 to 15 dollar late fee once, but with TitleMax you pay that daily. 15 days late and my payment goes from 422 to 622.85. I tried to pay but because I was 20 dollars short they would not accept my payment because they don't do partial payments. I am so frustrated but what can I do about it. I need my car. I only got the loan because my husband had cancer and was missing a lot of work and I needed to pay my rent. So be careful when you go to TitleMax.

While looking for a title loan online, TitleMax was the one that really got my attention. Their lending process was great, but it was really long. It was over an hour because the systems kept going down and kept having issues. But, other than that, the outcome was worth the wait. They’ve helped me a lot with just what I needed to pay off. So, I’m just living a stress-free life right now. Great customer service!

TitleMax is closest to my house. They had to do an inspection of my car. I told them how much I needed and then the processor told me that if something else came out by next week we were to need more money than what I really took the loan out for. So, I ended up looking into my finances for the next couple of weeks and ended up having to take more than I originally went in there for. But, she was very helpful. TitleMax has helped me what's behind on rent and my other bills. They're very professional and courteous. Very good customer service skills, someone that I would definitely recommend to others that needed help as well.

TitleMax was very friendly, and we had a good experience with them in getting a car title. I pass by them everyday on my way to work. I looked it up and called them and asked what the process was and then I went in the next day and the process took an hour. They looked at the car to see the value, its condition, and then I filled up an application with them in the store. Then, they got back to me and told me about how much I could get for the slot of the title or cash, and then I signed it. They broke down a monthly payment and put that on paper for me. They called me after I signed everything just to check and make sure that everything was going okay. And everything has been good so far. 

TitleMax has a convenient location and I went there to get a car title loan. I brought my ID and title to my car and the process took 40 minutes max. The representative was nice, seemed knowledgeable and she explained everything to me. She told me the amounts of my payment every month and that my payment was due on the first of the month every month with no grace period. She also told me that I could pay off early, which is encouraged. Then I asked her if I have to pay any interest if I were to pay immediately, and she said I would pay some interest but it would not be as much as if I let the loan continue to the full time frame allotted. Except for the amount that I have to pay back which is extremely excessive to me, the experience has been pleasant.

For me, I was treated as if I was a brand new customer or a bad customer, but I had paid off early each one of my loans. I've used TitleMax for the third time a week ago and I wasn’t put in any alternative. I was told that since the loan I was given was $2300 then my interest rate is going to be 149% at the end. I had a seven-month loan with them less than a year ago and I considered the interest rate to be pretty reasonable and I paid it off early. I was totally blindsided this time and I feel like they’re loan sharks. They catch people like in my case whose office has been shut down for three weeks because of the hurricane so there was no billing or check for anything. I went to them as hopefully a saving grace but I found out that it’s not. It’s one of those “we’ve got to take advantage of you,” and it’s not good.
