My overall lending process with TitleMax went well. As I walked through the door, the lady took all my info and about 20 minutes later, I left. My bank account was in negative so, I had to get money back and the car title loan I got helped with that. I wish the interest rate was a little lower but I'm pretty satisfied.

TitleMax's customer service was very bad. When I got a car loan from them, they had a horrible process. The processor was very rude. She had an attitude, was very obscene, and she made me feel very uncomfortable. I requested their general manager's phone number, but I was given falsified information, so I can't even file a complaint formally. I'm very dissatisfied.

I heard about TitleMax from some of my friends and was recommended to me so I went with them. I was visiting their website then I called for help. I made an appointment, went there and had an auto loan for car repair. It was a cooperative manner from the office side so I got a good help. They checked my car and the documents. The approval was very fast and took only an hour. TitleMax is worth it because they will help especially if you are having a hard time. Like when something happened to me and my car just ended up working. I got the TitleMax loan so it's kept running well. They are excellent, friendly and experienced.

The first time I had seen TitleMax was on the side of the road. I walked in to loan for a truck. They got my ID, proof of address, and signature, among other things. When I went the last time, it was because I was supposed to get a discount as I had paid off my other loan and they wound up not giving it. I had to pay the regular price. The rep was trying to get the people from the main office who were responsible for the discount, to respond on something, but they never would. It was all put in the paperwork, but they'd turned it back and denied it, saying I had to pay the regular payment. That part was pretty upsetting, considering it was my first loan and I made all my payments. But apart from that, the store itself is awesome and the people there are great. They give their total attention and the loan process lasted about a half-hour. Working with them has been really amazing because when I needed the money, they were right there.

I drove past a few different lenders, but I had Googled TitleMax so I kept going until I got there. When I came at first, the guy told me what I needed because I didn't have the car. She also told me how I would have to wait till she got a response back to see how much they would give me.

The rep was very courteous and professional. Also, the lending process was simple and straightforward. The process only took about 15 minutes. Anybody else would probably have a lengthier process. TitleMax really takes out the time consumption. Plus, the interest rate was perfectly reasonable. Overall, it was a very easy and excellent service.

TitleMax was offering a little more than the other competitor and they gave a decent amount as we needed the money for the rent. They said that we could take as long as we want, maybe a year, but that’s way too long to pay back. But they gave us really good quotes. Working with them solved the issue at the moment. Everything was good.

The people I dealt with were two guys and it was just a laid back environment, trying to take care of it, explaining to me the whole process and what they couldn't do. It was very straightforward. But it doesn't take away the whole experience which was perfect. However, I feel they need to fix their online simulator to look into people a bit more and show how much they're able to get because it can be misleading.

TitleMax was excellent to work with, and was fairer with their rates compared to other lenders. We also had a very relaxed experience. They took all my information, then the vehicle out, and took pictures. They then sent it in to the company, and within 15 minutes everything was approved. They sat and explained everything in detail. Some lenders are not forthcoming about everything, but TitleMax went through every detail on the contract. They have helped a lot, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of any kind of help.

TitleMax is closer than other lenders and it was pretty convenient dealing with Chris. The interaction with him was great and easy. The process was fine. I came in and got it done. I'm going in to pay tomorrow since it's only a short-term. I was shocked at the rate and I couldn't believe it. It is probably the reason why I'm paying it off right away. The only reason I did it is because Chris was nice about the process and explained it. Otherwise, I just would have said forget it and go to someone else. I wouldn't recommend it because the rate is ridiculous, but the overall interaction with Chris was fantastic.

I already knew what to expect and the processor told us everything we needed to know. She was really helpful. The lending process was easy as well. I recommend anyone to go there because they're really good.

I was looking up different title loan companies and TitleMax was the most appealing to me as far as advertising was concerned. Their lending process was quite easy. I like that they had the little screen in front of me where I can fill up the application instead of asking me a thousand questions and then the signature process. I've been to Alabama Title Loan and they print out a bunch of paper and had me sign a thousand pieces of paper. I hate that. So TitleMax's was a much better process to me. But, they made me feel as though my car wasn't worth anything. I did the online application before I went in. They told me one amount, then they acted like it was something totally different when I got there. My lending processor was okay, however I believe he told me a bunch of lies. The process took 1 hour. After that, I called another loan company and they offered me a lot more. So I'm waiting for my title to come in, and I'm going to pay it off. Working with TitleMax really didn't do anything.

I needed to get up here for a job and I had to have a place to live and the money has helped me with that.

On that end though, I didn't really like the outcome 'cause they only ended up giving me a really small amount. There's a little crack on the windshield, there was a crack on the bumper and then there was a rip on the ceiling. But I understand why they deducted for it. And the process took two days. It would have been just one day but the reason it took two was due to the direct deposit on the computer not going through. But other than that, the whole service went well overall. TitleMax is reliable.

She also explained to us how they walked through a loan and what they are looking for in a car. If we had any questions, I asked all our questions to her. Then she gave us a little card that had our number on it so we can access everything on the computer. I was very impatient so the process didn't take very long. Our experience was great overall.

I filled out an application for a car title loan with TitleMax. You can do it online and you are told how much you qualify for. You then resume through a series of contracts. The bottom line is they charge you 15% per month for the loan. It's a 30-day loan and you could renew it later if you choose but you have to pay the interest. In my case, it was about $500 a month which was a lot of money. My experience overall was as I expected it to be, though. The lending rep was courteous and fine. However, he didn't know a whole lot about the contract or if he did, he wasn't really on to it. He left the contract discussions with customer services, which was a separate 800 number they put me in touch with to finalize the contract. Otherwise, TitleMax did a great job and I recommend them to somebody else who has the same circumstance as me.

I had to bring my car, my title and my ID in, then they had me fill out the application online. When I asked for a certain amount, they didn't give me what I asked for but they tried to get close to it. I was in there for 15, 20 minutes and their agent has been friendly, polite and told me how it works. I wasn't happy with the interest rate, although I probably wouldn't like the interest rate regardless of who I went to. But as far as I was concerned, everything was good.

My friend used TitleMax and had a good experience. However, the lending process wasn’t fast. It took us probably an hour. Also, I was asking for $800 and their rep said, “We could only give you $480.” And I had used the same address as my friend's who was a reference because we live in an apartment complex and she kept telling me it had to be a different physical address. She was so rude about that. That's the only issue. I would recommend TitleMax but not the office that I went to which was the one off Northwest Highway.

Also, they will call to remind me of my payment coming up and what I like is that they'll work with you. If I can't make it at the exact same day, they'll give me a day or two after that to be able to pay. TitleMax has affected my everyday life in a positive way because they helped me during a pretty rough time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nothing goes towards my interest unless I go over the first three high payments. They were saying that the first three payments are almost like $100 extra until I showed that I paid those on time. That's quite a bit on the first three months upfront. I don't understand the penalty for it because if I don't pay on time, then they consume the vehicle and I felt that was a little much. That alone would make me not necessarily want to come back to TitleMax because I think that was a lot. But other than that, everything was great. What really pushed me forward was the great customer service. Because at first, I was about to say no, but they did good customer service.

The loan was approved but they couldn't print it off because their computer system went down for a while. So, I ended up waiting longer in order to get the cash for the loan. The lending process was completed in about an hour and a half. Their staff was very courteous and professional. Overall, it was a great experience and a great atmosphere when I was in the office.

I'm always worried because they fall right between my paychecks. It would be nice if they just deduct on my paycheck like when I financed a bed. The company that financed the bed found out when I got paid and my due dates were those days.

My experience with TitleMax have been the worst. Got a $600.00 title loan and the principal on it never goes away even to the very end of loan. Paid 200.00 month on loan still principal added. My advice: run. Do not get a $600.00 title loan. Ripoff. Paid double the amount of loan. Not worth it. There should be a law from permitting companies like this for taking the advantage of people who desperately need a loan. Go another route. These are thieves at their best to steal money from you. Ruuunnn!

In this I was told the first payment on loan would be the total interest of loan then all payments needed to be on time and go to principal of loan. What was not described in layman's terms was that the loan renewed every month with a 180% interest which is always the first payment. Everything is electronically done via computer and you have to download and print/save. Do not do business with TitleMax. File complaints with Texas Attorney General.

I have made early and extra payments to try and pay down the principal however they put it right back on the balance of the loan with interest. How are you ever supposed to pay this off??
