I looked online for a title company and I called TitleMax on the phone. According to what they told me, they were pretty much the best one to deal with. I had to take the title and they looked at the car. They checked it to make sure it's in good condition and checked the mileage. I showed my ID and they ran it then they told me how much they could give. When I got the loan, they set up a payment plan for me to pay it back. The whole process took 20 minutes, which was so quick and short. Also, the representative was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and great. I had to go to the DMV and get a paper and she took me right away when I came back. I had an overall great impression about TitleMax and I would use them again if I need to.

TitleMax was the only one that popped up for Georgia. It was a great, informational and quick experience with them. They asked me for the keys while I was getting down a lot of papers and they were outside looking at my car. It was cool depending on the make and model of your car. It was fast and it was not busy at all. It took less than an hour. There was one other person in there when I went there. So I was just in and out.

We were in and out of TitleMax in 30 minutes. I told the rep approximately what I was after, and she made that happen. I couldn't be happier. Everything was smooth, and that's why anytime I need it, I'll use TitleMax again.

I have had the worst experience with TitleMax. Mainly their resolutions department, but the original store has not been helpful either. I paid my loan in full September 25th 2018, and it is now November 8th...I have yet to receive my title back! I have been given the runaround, been sent e-mails that included malfunctioning links, been lied to, and in general I feel as if no one cares about me receiving my title back, all they cared about was getting my last payment. I implore people to NEVER get a title loan or a payday loan, because you pay so much for it, but if you must, NEVER use TitleMax. I still have not had this issue resolved.

She had a screen in front of us, so she could show us everything on the loan application and walk us through the whole process. She made it very easy and explained everything to us, so it was very simple. We’re a small business, and we can’t always go out and borrow money. Sometimes we have projects that come up and we need quick access to cash. I got an available vehicle with a clear title, so working with TitleMax was very helpful. They're definitely a company that I would refer.

Though the customer service when I went into TitleMax was alright, I didn't like their false advertisement. They gave me a quote online which was supposed to start from $1,000 up to $1,540 for my vehicle once I put everything in on it. However, when I got to their location, they didn't stick to that quote and I could only get $700. They had an excellent lending process but if I at least got, $1,000, I could have done what I really needed to do. So, I told their rep that when the next month comes, I would just pay TitleMax what I had until my loan was paid off and that would be it. TitleMax shouldn't get people's hopes up.

Something about the system of TitleMax was not good. It was a new system so the lending process took a little while. But the overall process was convenient and the people at TitleMax were excellent.

TitleMax provides short term lending and they explained to me that it's a higher interest if I don't pay it off quickly. It accrues every day. I took out a loan for $5,000 on my car and if I don't pay it off within a couple of months, my $5,000 loan can turn into a $25,000 loan. But I'm gonna pay it off in three months, so that's the only reason why I did it. The lending officers were really nice and pleasant. The loan guy made me aware of things about the loan before I went into business with them and he answered all my questions. Working with TitleMax helped me out of a jam.

I had a really good experience with TitleMax, but the only thing that was off was how they did the loan by the mileage of my car. When I went to their website, they told me to put in the make and model of my car, and they initially gave a huge estimate of the loan amount. They said I could get between $800 and $1200. But once they told me the actual amount that they would lend, it was really bad. The loan processor told me that she could only do $360. That set me back and I wondered why they didn’t ask about the mileage of my car on the website.

Please be careful with this company. Interest are extremely high. They will double the money you borrow and will repo your car if you don't answer the phone within a week you have last contact them. I borrow $3,200 on 05/10/2018 and will be ending paying $6,091.12 by 10/2018 including Repo Fees.

I love TitleMax. They’ve been there for me for three different loans so I'm happy with their services. I had experience with other lenders and I didn’t like the way they worked at the end. They picked up my vehicle for one day late when I was going to pay it off that day. TitleMax, on the other hand, worked with me unlike other people did in my past and I've stayed a loyal customer and paid on time. After I did my first car title loan, I renewed it and I took it out in a month. When I got a larger loan, I paid off the whole title the following month. There's a female representative in the TitleMax location I go to who's been there since my first title loan about 2 years ago and I love her. She's the only female in that office and she's awesome. She's giving good customer service. Overall, TitleMax has helped me get the money I needed to pay what I needed in order to be able to pay it back, so I can get everything situated.
