I am find myself very pleased with the services provided so far from It's Just Lunch. The service is a very strange one from the beginning but once you get used to the process, it becomes that much more normal. I will continue to trust in George to find me the right person.

I don't have a lot to say other than they are doing what they are supposed to do. I am meeting the kind of women I was hoping to meet when I joined. I haven't met the right one but I feel like this is going to in the right direction. Very solid work from George.

IJL is a great service for meeting good quality, single professionals. I especially recommend it for individuals who have been out of the dating scene for some time, either due to work or long term relationships. It's a great way to get "warmed up" and back out there talking to the opposite sex. One has to be flexible when dealing with people's traits and "chemistry." Don't expect perfect, local matches that meet your every criteria all the time. This is a dating service, not an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing company. Look for the good in your dates and chances are they will have more likable qualities than not. Dating has more misses than hits, but it only takes one!

My advisor has been friendly. I asked her not to schedule anymore downtown Vegas dinners and my last date was downtown again. It costs 20 dollars to park. I know she is not from Vegas because the strip is free to park and there are a lot of restaurants. I feel she has tried hard but maybe is selling too hard. I really wanted an "It's just lunch" thinking casual and friendly but every date has been set up at night and not really casual. I don't think she has done anything wrong, it's just better to know the city you are representing and some of the challenges. Downtown Vegas on a Thursday night is a nightmare. A local would avoid it.

It has been quite a journey with dating through IJL. Literally, a journey but in the end, I found my match! I first signed up with IJL in Sacramento and decided to move to LA, thus putting my IJL membership on hold for a bit. I am Latina and have always wanted to date Latin men, but never found a good match on my own. So when I moved to LA and restarted my IJL membership, I wanted to really focus on finding my other half, my man. Through phone calls and feedback after each date, Sade started to understand what I was looking for. She got right on it and set me up with the best match! Though he was a bit younger and previously divorced, I gave him a chance because Sade had faith that we would be good for each other. Her sincerity about how he was a good, wholehearted man convinced me to take a shot. Ever since I met Roberto, he has been loving, supportive, patient, and above all, fun to be around!! I wanted to let you know I am finally happy with the service I am receiving from It's Just Lunch. In the past my dating coordinators were not very helpful and were very difficult to get in touch with. Valerie has been a big help. She answers my questions and always responds promptly to my emails and phone calls. I hope we are able to work together to find me the right match. I'm looking forward to my next date.

I would say that my overall experience has been excellent. My account manager has worked extremely hard and done a great job in scheduling lots of good dates. She calls every other day to present me with dating opportunities. She has been very responsive and easy to reach when I've called and emailed her. And she has been extremely in responding to any concerns or requests I've had. For example, early on in working together, I had asked that she try and schedule dates at locations that are more convenient and easier to get to since Los Angeles is so large and traffic makes it difficult to travel between certain parts of town. She was very understanding and did a good job trying to accommodate me.

After a very rough start....1st date never showed up, I've gone on a few dates with some very nice men. I dated one gentleman for a couple months and have had 2 dates with a couple more. I haven't met that special person yet, but it's still great to be able to meet men who are my age, and are also interested in building a relationship.

Kate was good to work with. She was pleasant and responsive. I would recommend her without hesitation.

My second dating director, Angelica, has been a doll. I've been on 7 dates, 1 of them was mildly appropriate. The rest, two on drugs while one is openly committing fraud. Disappointed. Hassled. Threatened. Just burn your money instead.

Sheri was very sweet and so helpful. She is very kind and patient and definitely understands what I need to know. She is very knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable sharing my dating experiences with her.

I feel like the fee is very expensive and that the matchmakers didn't listen to what I was looking for in a date. I was pretty specific and I felt like I was just thrown on dates with whoever was in my age range. I also think it would be beneficial to see a picture of the person - that way you can decline the date ahead of time.

I want to share my experience with IJL after a month of participating in the dating website. I have received on point matches that have fulfilled my expectations. IJL staff has been conscientious in finding people I share common interests, values and so many other things that have assured successful outcomes in my dates.

The JFL experience has been varied, with one experience holding true regardless of the date. I have not experienced a connection with the women. All the women have been very nice people, allowing for a meaningful dating experience. There is no one capable of matching the prime element necessary for a connection to occur- that being chemistry. This is simply undefinable for any individual and cannot be manufactured. In addition my experiences have varied. Some women's main agenda seems to be to merely "show up," make an appearance and then simply leave in a very short span of time, while others have shown some level of engagement, indicating a level of interest. To accept a date while engaged in "clock-watching" in order to relieve someone from watching children appears to show much less that an indication of caring anything about the date. Finally only one woman showed a primary interest in meeting me. There was considerable conversation about the parent organization that quickly detracted from any worthwhile conversation. Quite frankly I have begun to feel less engaged in the process. A lack of chemistry and a disengaging attitude make it difficulty to continue.

It's been a pleasure working with Andrea and Ethan. They really are taking the time to understand what type of woman I am looking for. So far the dates I have been on were fun. Still hoping the "one" will be found for me.

Pleasant experience in total. The ability to match appropriately was satisfactory. The ability to schedule meetings over a fairly large geographic area was lacking. Am not quite sure what the local on-site coordinator does.

Erica has been helping with my dates. She has been pleasant to interact with; more or less listening to my request. Too early to tell, but she might have have me a good match - out of 7 women. Might not be too bad. Overall the experience is enjoyable.

Sheri gave some good do's and don't's in preparation for my first IJL meeting. I'm glad I had the session because some things I thought about doing were don'ts! I feel better about my first meeting and believe that I will be more confident because of the coaching session.

A few months ago my matchmaker was switched to Sade and has been a very good experience since. She has acted more like a friend trying to introduce me to her friends rather than just a person running the data base. The concept of IJL is good and worry free. I just show up for my date. The only downside I have is the distance I have to travel. There are sites closer to me but I guess there's no one available in those areas.

Nika - She's been a pleasure working with and always accommodating with dates. Just need to make it work.

I was pleased and excited about my conversation with Sheri. Thought she asked important questions about what I thought a first date would be like. I also was pleased with her suggestions, her questions about what I would wear, etc. were great.

I was quite optimistic upon signing up for IJL in September. I was set up on the first date quickly and everyone I spoke with seemed quite nice. My first date left much to be desired. We had little in common and he did not meet my physical or intellectual preferences. The dating director subsequently called me to set up the face to face meeting that is required with the service and told me that I would meet the coordinator on a specific date and time. I arrived at the location on time and waited 30 minutes; however the person I was to meet never arrived. I subsequently called the dating director and left a message as well as sent her an email to determine what had happened. I didn't receive a follow up call until several days later and when I asked about the meeting she said it wasn't confirmed via email so it was never officially scheduled. There was no apology issued for the waste of my time.

I joined "Just for Lunch" about seven or so months ago. I had a very nice advisor-Ethan. The problem is I never went on any dates during this time frame. I paid a lot of money for services. I called today seeing if i could get any of the money back. "I will ask and get back to you" was what i was told. I am just asking for part of the money back. I did not know you can not cancel after three days. I went through a traumatic event in my life in Feb. and now when I contact the agency I get told that about the cancellation policy. I would not recommend this company to any friends or family members. l am very disappointed. I did find a lovely man on my own which did not cost me thousands of dollars.

All IJL representatives have been very professional and have clearly explained their roles in helping me prepare for Dating.

I was admittedly skeptical when I joined IJL. There are many unfavorable reviews. After evaluating my options I decided I preferred IJL's approach over online sites or other matchmakers. I was pleased to find that they did solicit my feedback after each match and utilize it when making subsequent matches. Most importantly this lead to a positive result. I am currently in an ongoing relationship with a most wonderful woman. Thanks to IJL.

Overall I think that IJL is a good service. I have met some very nice people and gone to some very nice places to eat. I would recommend at least trying the service. The staff is wonderful and very willing to help and answer any questions you might have. :)

I just joined so I have only the experience of talking with my dating coordinator and life coach. So far everyone has been very nice and professional. I am able to freely describe what I am looking for and I hope this will be a successful partnership.

Although I am disappointed that no match resulted from the 3 dates which were arranged for me by IJL, I am satisfied that the company provided the services which were promised, were available to me by phone and email and were always professional when contacted. I feel that the initial interview process should be more thorough and detailed, possibly with the use of an email questionnaire, to better match the participants of the arranged dates.

I have been with IJL for a little while now and they have been really great to work with. I enjoy meeting new people and this works much better for me than dating sites. If you want to date there is no reason not to try their system.

This was one of the worst dating experiences of my life. It might depend on where you live, but I was not matched with anyone that even remotely seemed like who I described I wanted. This included setting me up on a date with a man who did not want children, when I made it VERY clear that I wanted children. I also got set up with men much older than what I was comfortable with. Poor customer service, including not returning phone calls when I needed to discuss charges on my credit card for dates I was never set up on. I did better choosing my own dates on online dating services than they did. Be careful when deciding to spend the kind of money they are asking for. I considered it an investment in my future, but feel like I got scammed.

Met some really nice people on this journey - although there was no connection made with them - the quality of their character was higher than any other site/firm I have tried.

I am very pleased to write a character reference about my director Kate. I have known Kate for several months, during that time I have always been amazed at her level of enthusiasm. She has always been a very good listener, good communicator with regards to what I am looking for in a partner. Much thought goes into the dates she has set me up with. She has been personable, motivated and optimistic. She has been very consistent and committed in finding the right partner I am looking for. I have to admit that I was a bit hesitant to allow someone I didn't know the opportunity to put me in touch with like minded women in my area. Admittedly it was a little difficult at first but that was because they literally don't know you from Adam. It took a little bit of time for my contact to really get to know who I was and what I was looking for in a partner.

Alyssa ** has been outstanding to work with as a Dating Coordinator. She has been a great addition to the staff at IJL and I hope the trend of adding quality people like her continues. Before she started I was frustrated with some of the previous experiences. People didn't always get back to me. I would give possible dates and they would say they were "checking" with the other person but I wouldn't hear back. Also it was very inconsistent in the e-mail confirmations or reminders. However with Alyssa she is great about getting back quickly and sending the e-mail confirmations as well as calling as a reminder, which for busy professionals is nice. I had heard other people who were also growing frustrated with similar issues but I have told them these issues appear to be resolving. I think if IJL continues to have staff that as organized and friendly as Alyssa I would certainly recommend it to friends. She has turned a previous 3 star experience into a 5 star experience.

I have enjoyed the IJL experience. I have met several great ladies that I would have never met otherwise, although I am still searching for the right match. Alyssa is my dating coordinator with IJL. She is fun and easy to talk with. She also provides good guidance when I ask her. Last week I was traveling for work and it was a tough trip. The first voice message after getting off the plane was from Alyssa, asking me to give her a call. That made my day.

I've enjoyed having Alyssa as my Matchmaker. I think it's been about a month and half since she took over for my matches. I appreciate her work on these matches and they've been good dates. No second dates yet but I am confident one will work out. I'm now on the month to month plan and look forward to continue working with her as my matchmaker!

My dating director Sade has done as good of a job as anyone could with setting me up on dates considering the limited number of professional women that have joined IJL in the Los Angeles area. Sade is always a pleasure to talk with on the phone and she is always on top of things.

After spending a few years trying to find the right person on my own I decide about ten months ago to give IJL a chance. At first it was frustrating on the dating side because it seemed as if my contact person kept changing. But finally a few months back I was able to work with Sade. What a welcome, just speaking with her on the phone made me feel as if she understood the situation I was in. She convinced me she was going to do the best she could to match me with dates that were the most likely to lead to long term relationships not just friendships. Overall I have met many women, just not the right one for a long term relationship. I'm optimistic that one day that will change. IJL I think tries their best and when things don't quite workout we in some cases can laugh about it knowing not taking things so seriously in this journey is good for all parties. I think there are some who register for this service might have unrealistic expectations. I try to go with the flow.

The Date Coaching session is a great tool to help in the IJL dating process. You get tips on how to make the date successful and it provides excellent feedback from previous dates. This is the kind of feedback you rarely obtain. Real information to help deliver positive results.

It was 4-5 months before my first introduction. We met at a place that was so noisy we could not hear each other. He spends every other weekend away which makes it difficult to establish a relationship. Date #2 also traveled every 2-3 weekends. Date #3 called after 6 weeks. I was told I would have 5 introductions in a year; I had 3. I finally got a fourth after threatening legal action. There are clearly far more women than men in my age group (the men all shared that they had plenty of introductions). Don't waste your money or your time. I have met more high quality guys on my own over the past year.

It's Just Lunch is a professional scam company. NOTHING MORE. They discovered that many people will naively sign a contract for $2,000 that only guarantees a date a month. Most people who sign this contact are thinking there is no way a company would only send me on one date a month, but this is what this company is about. Behind the glossy facade, which is pretty annoying, lurks professional phony scam artist. Isn't it odd that most people either give a 5 star or a 1 star review. HMMMM.

I recommend IJL for a number of reasons. It was the personalized one-on-one interaction with the staff that I needed to help me get over the hesitations and even fear of "putting myself out there". At the same time I was working with IJL I have a friend using other online dating services and there is just no comparison! My friend is frustrated by the lack of quality people she is connecting with, and with the large amount of time she is using to try to connect with someone on her own. My experience with IJL was completely the opposite - not a lot of time, good and quality matches, and personalized attention from the staff. This entire process helped me see myself in a different (more positive!) light. While I found someone outside of IJL, I do feel they helped me do this by giving me the confidence I needed to see myself differently - and I do believe this is a key reason why I was able to find a good person overall.

For the majority of my IJL experience, I was less than satisfied! Because Kim ** listens... the dates have been more closely matched and have been more interesting. IJL needs all of their coordinators to learn from Kim **!

I want to take a moment and express appreciation for Ali **. Thank you for the manner in which she represents the IJL program. She consistently delivers professional and personable information which gives me a sense of confidence in the quality of matches and encourages me to put my best into each introduction.

My dating coach session with Sheri was very helpful. She helped me to stop and take an objective look at myself - from how I dressed for IJL date, my body language and suggestions on how to keeping my conversation light and interesting for myself and my date. Her constructive criticism makes me look forward to my next IJL date with a new sense of confidence.

I do like the overall set-up & have enjoyed the dates. Obviously, some go better than others, but for the most part, they have been OK. Maybe my one concern is the cost in relation to time frame. Two months seem short, but we shall see.

Angelica and her team at It's Just Lunch are so amazing. The team members are excellent at what services they provide. This service is well worth the time for busy professionals that see their lives passing them by. The dates are real, fair priced and really offer a fun time. I would refer them to everyone.

In August 2014 I inquired into the dating service, It's Just Lunch. A salesperson, "Dawn" called me to give me some information and to go over the process with me. We had a one hour phone interview before I committed to paying the $3000 fee for six months or 6 dates. Dawn listened to my criteria for potential dates and assured me that she had "many great guys who fit those requirements" "in your area". After I paid the fee and signed the contract and the three day trial period expired with no further contact from Dawn or my dating director, I called and asked why it was taking so long. The very first person I was presented with lived over an hour away from me and was 41 and had never been married. One of my main requirements was that I was not interested in dating someone over the age of 38 who had never been married. This person was described to me as "married to his job" and "immature" so, I declined to be matched up with him.

I have had great dating experiences with I.J.L. It's as easy as answering the telephone and listening to the dating director tell you about the lady they have picked and the arrangements that's been made for you. I've been on several dates arranged by I.J.L. and have met several beautiful ladies. My dating director Angelica called me recently and said, "Michael I have a perfect match for you." I was happy and excited to hear about my date, she sounded perfect.

Well where do I begin. I am a "Late Bloomer", since I worked in the airline industry for almost 11 years and had no social life because I worked weekends. I got out of that and transitioned into my first love and passion that is and has always been radio broadcasting. Now, my professional life is complete. After a bit of a rocky start with IJL (my dating coordinator left within the first 10 days, I was assigned an interim coordinator who clearly was juggling a lot, and it took a long time to schedule my required in-person coaching session), I was assigned to Erica ** who has been fantastic. While dating is a process, IJL really helped bring me a wonderful person I'm still dating. What I like is that with this service one meets folks that are motivated to meet someone. No process is perfect but if you communicate with your IJL dating director and stay with it, you'll find a wonderful match.

Having been satisfactorily impressed with the services provided by It's Just Lunch in Louisville, KY, I enrolled my daughter in same in New Orleans. Prior to paying for the dating service, I spoke with the Dating Specialist by phone and was assured that their client base was both professional and extensive, and that they took a personal and sincere interest in each client. None of this is true. This "local" business is actually located in Hollywood, FL, the Dating "Specialists" have no knowledge of the New Orleans area, setting up two dates at restaurants across the lake (over an hour away) even though restaurants in the city are numerous, not formalizing meeting arrangements with area restaurants (having to self locate date), no procedure for notifying clients of emergency weekend cancellations, not respecting personal preferences in a prospective date (athletic, active, professional) and not properly vetting prospective clients (first date arrived excessively late and inebriated). Once they have your money, as far as IJL is concerned, their job is finished! However, your continued disappointment and extreme frustration with IJL is just beginning!

Michelle at IJL corporate has turned around my thinking about IJL. As someone who came in out of one of your franchises exploding due to horrible fraud, I was not an IJL fan and only approached corporate again due to the significant but unrealized investment I'd made. However in the 3 weeks since being with Michelle she has managed to fix much of the damage done through amazing service, attention to detail and plain old-fashioned integrity. She is nice. She cares about her clients yet at the same time understands that this is a professional service and is organized, practical and professional at all times. She also listens to you and is able to read between the lines to connect you to what you are looking for. I've had one date since Michelle came on my team, but I could tell within 5 minutes that she had listened to both me and the person I was matched with to hear what were truly looking for so that we would connect. I'm looking forward to working with Michelle going forward, IJL is more than lucky to have her as an employee.

My experience with It's Just Lunch has been very positive. Rachael and the girls truly take the time to listen to feedback and clearly fine tune the process as time goes along. I have met numerous people with traits that I couldn't find through the standard dating practices. Each date gets better and better!! They are timely, proactive and genuinely care about your needs. I would have signed up years ago if I knew dating could be this simple!

The woman that I've had dates with have been very nice but not always met the criteria that I've provided my dating director. I have not found someone that I really like yet.

Overall I was happy with the introductions. It started out a little slow but then my dating counselor and I worked together and introductions were a better match.

After some personal changes in my life, I was ready to start dating. Friends suggested Internet dating sites. After looking at several, I decided that was not for me. A friend mentioned It's Just Lunch. I made the call and from the beginning have had nothing but a great experience. The idea that everything is taken care of by a group of professional people was very appealing - and they did not disappoint! From the initial contact person, my coordinator and then the personal interview, things ran smoothly. The dates were always arranged at really nice places to meet someone. The best part - I met someone almost right away that I am still dating. So glad I made that initial phone call!

I have tried a number of online dating sites with little luck so I thought I would give IJL a try. Boy what an improvement. The men I have met have all been professional, handsome and well spoken. They have all treated me with respect and made me feel very at ease. The restaurants where the "lunch" reservations are scheduled have all been very nice. My only word of advise is that if you check in with the hostess check again after 10-15 minutes to make sure your counterpart has not yet arrived.

This is not a professional service and the "matchmakers" do not have experience or knowledge. The dates do not meet any criteria of what you have requested. They state in the sign up phase that they have lots of clients that match what you want... but unfortunately, this is not true. The fees and contract lengths are based off your income and vary from men and women. If you complain, there is nothing that happens. They do not have the clientele they say they do.

Kim has been fixing me up with guys that are good, successful and fun, but not exactly my type yet. She has been trying really hard, she is really great, upbeat and fun... Overall I thought I would be getting more dates, I was told before I signed up that there were plenty of men who fit my criteria. I like working with Kim, she is the best one I have worked with so far. I just want more dates please.

I started using IJL about a month ago and after just a few unsuccessful matches setup by a variety of dating directors, Rich at IJL really hit a home run with my latest match! She is engaging, smart, funny, and everything that I'm looking for in a woman. I work weekends and with my super busy schedule, it's very difficult for me to meet quality people. Rich at IJL made it easy. He set up a Monday night date at a casual but comfortable restaurant in NYC and all I had to do was show up. My date had me at hello! She is beautiful, has a fantastic personality and brains to boot. Our first date went great! I couldn't have scripted it any better. I was amazed by how much we had in common and I think she was too! I don't know what the future holds, but we sure have a wonderful foundation for a great friendship in the very least!

Mitch has been a pleasure to work with. He has made IJL easy and fun. Everyone I have met has said the same thing about Mitch, he makes this fun!

Michelle did a great job with my last match! I really feel like she understands the type of person I'm looking for! She is so sweet and takes the time to listen.

I am an ** female and believe me, I have never met an ** male with IJL. Even though this was my request. I also told IJL that I was looking for a professional man, but I never met one. Not that I have anything against ** males, I just have not met one that was suitable for me. I have written the BBB before regarding promises that are made from IJL and never kept. I have not been contact since June of this year. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

It is rather unfortunate, but it certainly seems like a scam. I initially signed up with IJL thinking it would be a great opportunity to meet like-minded, busy people. I do not have any desire to take part in online dating and thought that the cost of IJL it would weed out the less serious people, and I would be able to specify the type of person I was interested in meeting.

The process takes a bit of tailoring to get right. The staff here did listen intently, make changes based on feedback, and certainly helped to make the experience interesting and enjoyable, thus far.

The one thing I have experienced with IJL is that all of the "dates" that were arrange, I can honestly say seem to be very nice, courteous people. Everyone I have meet I have enjoyed meeting. But having said that, I have not met anyone whom I feel a strong connection with, but I am early in the process. Working with the Denver staff at IJL has been enjoyable as well. Everyone seems to be genuinely supportive, helpful and eager to match you with the right person.

Because their lunches are horrible. I Signed up with IJL to spearhead the dating scene in Phoenix since I was overseas for 2 years. Was told there was a lot of diversity and there were women meeting my criteria - just waiting to go out on a date. After not hearing anything for almost a month I decided to follow the instructions in the contract to cancel within 30 days.

I joined IJL in late May. I have never had a date! I have called multiple time asking for someone who can tell me what is happening to my account and they keep telling someone will call you back on 24 hours. They never do. It's like I handed over thousands of dollars for absolutely NOTHING! No dates, no introductions, NOTHING! I am so disappoint and appalled. They are basically crooks who steal your money. Now I am trying to figure out if there is ANY recourse available. Please DON'T sign up. It is nothing more than a scam.

I signed up with IJL about 4 months ago and in my opinion, complete waste of money. The men I've met were nice but the service is off on the level of professional people they say are matches and have yet to meet someone who's graduated from college. I'm also an active person and they matched me with a person who has a hard time walking and can't drive himself anywhere. Totally regret signing up with IJL.

I am writing this review because I do feel who you get as a "dating director" is just as important as the dates themselves. Vanessa is mine and she gets it!!! The one I had before (not mentioning name) was not listening. Vanessa has done a great job with my matches because we are on the same page. Keep up the great work!!

I don't usually do reviews, but in this case I really felt helpless and scammed. I signed for to IJL to try something new. My friends did caution me about the amount of investment ($2800-- Premium Standard Membership-- 6 mos/4 dates) and that it wasn't worth it-- I should have listened. I had been communicating with FL representative for several weeks who was very friendly and said all the right things to get me to sign up. She started with saying that I would have plenty of dates and that she had a lot of men that she would connect me with. I did end up signing up in June 2014.

I have been working with Debbie **, South Florida Director. She and everyone she works with have been delightful. Debbie works hard to make matches that work on multiple levels and I admit I am not the easiest client to work with. As a relatively high profile business person, I travel globally most of the time and am interested in meeting and dating independent women with interests of an international scope and who are active in a variety of outdoor sports. I don't think Debbie could have done a better job of arranging dinners and lunches with interesting ladies, several of whom I continue to stay in touch with.

I would like to say thank you to Erica for such a great job. She is always pleasurable to work with. She understands that I am looking for true love here. She is the best!

Joined the end of Oct.2013, after being told by interviewer there were 5 men she thought of for me. "3" weeks later 1st date with man who wasn't interested in IJL at that time and left after 40 minutes: no lunch. My guidelines: 55-65. 2nd: 68 yrs, hard of hearing, few activities interested in and not active. 3rd: very nice and best time but 60, never married, set up 2nd date, called night before to cancel: I feel he has a commitment issue. 4th: been with program 1 1/2 weeks, "too many dates already," he said. 5th: wanted a bed partner; 6th: 69, nice not very active. No matchable resources for me and I shouldn't have been encouraged to join by telling me there were "many men" to set me up with. Lost A Lot of $ and NO prospects.

I've had quite a pleasant experience to date. I've met lots of great people, one woman I'm actually quite interested in. I'd have NO problem recommending this service to anyone!

I got a phone call with the dating coach. I enjoyed talking with her. The call was convenient and I will hear back after my next date. She was fairly insightful and made helpful suggestions for my next dates. I will know after my next date what to ask the woman I am on a date with.

Debbie from It's Just Lunch is a joy to work with. She is responsive, listens and is no nonsense. The listening part is especially important to me. I have used other services in the past and they have just not listened or cared enough to match you with someone within your requirements. The team has listened to my feedback after each introduction and has been successful in finding the gentlemen who have very similar interests to my own. Meeting someone new is difficult, stressful and often left to chance. With IJL there has been none of that. My first coach was Kim **. She was very friendly, but the first few dates were pretty bad. The first one spoke poor english and was very blunt about not being interested. The second one did not match the profile given (she was not a professor), the third one was black (and please understand this only as preference, all people are beautiful) when I had been specifically asked before hand if I was interested or not.

The men that I met while on IJL were great prospects - men with qualities that I have not been able to meet on my own. The dating coaches have been very nice and supportive.

I was a little skeptical at first, having tried a matchmaker service once before, but IJL has been great! Kevin ** is thoughtful, considerate, and genuine. I truly appreciate his professionalism and work that he puts in to make my match experiences worthwhile. I've already recommended IJL to a few girlfriends. The first couple dates were off the mark, however my most recent date is more of the kind of guy that I am looking for. With the service at IJL after each date you provide feedback to them and they take into account the feedback you give to find your next match and then send you out on the next date. Working with the IJL team has been a positive experience. My new Dating Director Rich ** rocks. He is so professional, listens and very responsive to my requests on what I am looking for.

It's Just Lunch, maybe you have read their ads while taking a flight from Mcghee Tyson or even on the radio locally but if you are thinking about using them, run!! It's Just Lunch in Knoxville is pretty much a scam and all they want is your money. They do everything via the phone and when you ask if you can come to their office to speak to someone, they said it's only "for members".

My experience with IJL has been fun and interesting. There have been a few duds, but that is to be expected. One woman has turned into a good friend but not a romantic interest. I have been on multiple dates with a few. A recent introduction hold great promise as we have great chemistry. Time will tell.

The dates have mostly been misses, and my first dating director was not very interactive with me but then they switched me. The last 2 dates were actually enjoyable and the last guy and I really hit it off and want to see each other again. Session with Sheri was nice, very helpful, good feedback. Thanks.

I just had my 60 minute coaching session with Sherri ** on Sept. 9th, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Sherri was cheerful, insightful, and very encouraging. She listened to my concerns and reassured me that there is the right one out there for me. We reviewed a number of things regarding each of the dates I'd had so far, and analyzed how or if anything could have contributed to me not making or making any connection with the men I'd be set up with. She was very thorough and knew all my details provided to the program. She was quick to follow up, and remains interested in my future experiences. This means to me that she is invested in my happiness with someone, cares about her job and her clients, and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied with my choice to join the program. While I was not as happy with my experience with IJL previous to my session, I'm now super energized and ready to find the right one. Sherri really turned this around for me.

If it wasn't for him I would have followed through with my lawsuit and Better Business Bureau. He listened and was concern so again he is your life saver. Beyond him I will never recommend your service for it was one lie after another. I had 4 consultants- Kim if I recall was my first, then onto Ann, then onto Josh then ** (who supposedly was a Sr Consultant Mgr) then Kevin. No ever read my profile and this was my third time joining. I vowed when I was living in Ct I would never do this again but Danielle convinced me plus I was new to the Annapolis area.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! You can receive better service for a tenth of the cost by signing up for Match or EHarmony. IJL has only set me up with one person from my city - everyone else has lived 45 minutes away. It has gotten to the point where they are just trying to find me someone to meet their 10 date minimum. The last time they called me they wanted to set me up with someone who was 5 inches shorter than me (even though that was my #1 qualifier), then someone who was 20 years older than me (which they tried to hide from me), but the best was someone who still lived at home with Mom and Dad.

Kim **, with IJL listens when we discuss the Woman that I will fall in Love with and marry. Twenty years ago I was a member of IJL. This is where I meet Cindy, we fell in Love, never that's right never fought, because the woman's always right! Even when they're not! You know you got the right woman when she says she Loves you even when she wrong. Guys that are not comfortable in their own skin should not try this. Cindy died four years ago, I never thought I could hurt this much... why am I telling you this? Because Kim ** listened to what my story; went to work to find me a new mate. Kim is doing a great job! My experience with IJL has been very positive thanks to Amanda. She is extremely positive, professional and most importantly Amanda takes the time to listen to me, learn about me and make sure that each date progressively is a better match.

It's Just Lunch is absolutely awful. Before paying the almost $3,000 fee to sign up, I was hounded daily by phone calls. Once I signed up, I heard NOTHING. I was switched to 4 different Dating Directors, one worse than the other and completely unresponsive. The only way I get set up on dates is by reaching out to them and asking if I am still on their Active List. I literally have to call them or email them to keep me fresh in their minds. There is zero one-on-one interaction or coaching. They are awful. It is a scam as far as I am concerned and I am telling everyone who will listen, to never ever waste their money like I did. It is a lot of money and it pains me to think about what a waste it was.

Nika has been easy and fun to deal with. Very active and responsive. I am very happy with the service I am receiving. Thank you.

Debbie, my dating consultant, has been very good about listening to my likes, dislikes and experiences. Sometimes, I fear she must cringe at the sight of my name in her email but she is always polite and professional and does her best to make this a rewarding experience. I like that I can connect with Debbie by email during off hours at my convenience knowing that she will return with answers by the next day at the very latest. Without Debbie and IJL, I would never have discovered some restaurants that have now become some of my favorite places.

I have been very pleased with the personal service given to me and overall positive dating experience I've had since joining It's Just Lunch (IJL) through the Denver office. Since I live about an hour outside of Denver, the IJL staff, in particular, Ms. Amada **, is always very conscious about not scheduling my dates during busy traffic times and holidays and many times is able to set me up with more than one date on the same day. Ms. ** is also very good about listening to my feedback and adjust accordingly in the hopes of providing me with an even better experience on my next date. I have met so many nice, intelligent, pretty, and successful women through IJL, but have yet to meet that special one. No doubt, it will happen. Whatever you do....do not use IJL. I was misled by Tia who sold me a wonderful story. She said they would give me a minimum of ten dates in a year. Then she kept telling me that she didn't have anyone. Finally, she gave me this man who was ten years older than me and nothing that she described him to me. He couldn't of been more off base from what was promises. I forgot to mention he was almost an hour late to the date.

George and Kim are awesome. My experiences with IJL started out very unfortunate. I was being sent on Dates and my Dates had no idea we were supposed to meet. Basically I was sitting in Restaurants looking stupid. However George started taking care of my matches and he introduced me to 2 people that I almost turned into marriage. Unfortunately George was moved to another department and my experiences became horrible once again. Then Kim started taking care of my matches. Once Kim started matching me, I have once again started meeting people who are awesome matches.

Sharry has been my Dating Director. She has done not an outstanding job but a superior job. Her choices for me and the manner she conducts herself should be noted and I hope appreciated. Thank you.

I have just ended my membership with It's Just Lunch, and I have been asked about my experience and if I would recommend the service. Over the course of one year, I have met many wonderful women that I was fortunate to meet. Some were women that I saw again and some were just not my type. All of them were professional and quality women. My representative Ali was a wonderful liaison between the women and myself. I would recommend this service for the man that is looking for quality women. Rather than emails, you're put in front of each other and you meet. You either like each other or you don't.

I have been with It's Just Lunch for almost a year... Have had several different dating directors. Results for the most part has been frustrating. Several NO SHOWS and bad dates. My Current director has taken a person interest. She has tried very hard to make good matches. Only frustration is that with the Central location, the locations for 1st meeting are not always close to my home. It appears that Directors really do not know the geographics or traffic patterns for the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. My most recent match thru Kate is very nice. David and I have been on 4 dates, and communicate pretty regularly... This is the ONLY person that I have seen more than once thru It's Just Lunch. Kate Listens and tries hard to find the right match.

I was promised men to date that were Christian men and this was my #1 requirement. When I signed up I was told about many men that were to fit my Christian desire and they set me up with non-Christians just to get me out on dates to meet there minimum of 5 dates. I refused to go out with anyone else as they do not have a lot of Christian men. To get my money back I was told by a dating specialist that it is 1 in a million to get your money back. I have been through specialist after specialist and the only thing I was offered was an extra 2 dates when they can't even get me 1 date to meet my requirements. This was told to me when I signed up that we have many Christian men. This company has treated me with such disrespect and I am so very disappointed that I did not use better judgement.

Do not join IJL for the Nashville, TN area. It's a total scam. There seem to be more females than males. After several very mismatched dates, I met a gentleman that told me he had 3 meetings that week alone. I had not heard from Obed for 2 months. My dates were so far off the mark than I started dreading my dates...when I had one. I spent $2,200 for this rip off dating service. I've had 3 dating coordinators in the 10 months I've been a member. This is the worst managed business I've encountered in some time. You will regret joining IJL.

In January 2014, I engaged It's Just Lunch, based on the promise that male counterparts would be thoroughly screened through in-person interviews to assure my safety and to determine matches based on my personalized written core criteria. Subsequently, the service demonstrated a complete disregard for my safety and core criteria. The 3 male counterparts that were introduced by the service were not as described and were not adequately screened to the extent that in one instance my personal safety was compromised. I've made multiple attempts to terminate the service. However, the company members have refused my attempts and will only offer me more dates. After filing a small claim in court, I've learned that the (dis)service doesn't operate legally in my home state. So far I have yet to receive a refund, so I'd like to save the money of other people that may be interested in joining IJL. This company is a total scam and complete waste of your time and money.

It is sometimes really hard to meet the right person so meeting and working with Jenna ** was great. I felt she really cared and understood how difficult it was to date and find a compatible people. IT'S JUST LUNCH, more like IT JUST A SCAM. There is nothing at all personalized about this dating service. The so-called professionals are just well-trained actresses who make you think they are trying to meet your requirements but... It's just get your money and get you finished. How can this be personalized service when you get passed around between 3 to 4 people? On several occasions it was obvious that the matchmakers didn't even communicate with each other. My requests were invisible and ignored until the every last date. I ask for dates within a half hour of my residence in Denver. What did I get - dates who lived one to one and a half hours away. Either they can't read a map or it's just whoever, wherever. They were very limited in making any of my wishes come true because the pool of men they had to choose from was much smaller than they led you to believe. It wasn't really a fair game all along. My very last date was another one from the mountains.

Kevin has been great at reviewing my prospective matches and connecting me with great matches! He is thorough and direct; just the type of personality needed to find the "right" person for me, which I am dating right now!
