Awful experience. No choices. Same choices over 3 mo. Many profiles with no pictures - NONE.

By far the most expensive dating app. Very few candidates within my 100 mile radius, with no viable candidates. The app limits my ability to change or add profile pictures for the rest of my subscription unless I renew, which I will never do. Of the 6 different dating apps I have tried, this is the most expensive with the least results.

It's a hoax. It's a hoax, wasted all that time. Wish I would have read reviews first. It deserves one. You never get a response. I don't think the profiles are real.

I met my wife on here in 2007. We’re still happily married. This site gave me my life. I’m 64 now and if you’re looking for a real relationship here it is.

Wanted to test out the app so I got the cheapest option 3 months of paid subscription $150.00. It's the only way you can see who is near you and what they look like, total scam. 4 people use it close to me and I live in a major city. I asked for a refund on the two months I didn't use. It's against their terms that were never shown to me. They can only put my account on hold for a while. Stay away, they can't compare to other dating apps, so they use this predatory practice to stay in business.

Useless app and website functionality, identical to Tinder. They removed all profiles search and destroyed the entire point of browsing profiles.

Eharmony is awful. Just joined and there is one match within 100 miles. Talked to customer service with no help. They are scammers. No trial period and not willing to give any refunds. The customer service was able to stop the auto renewal. Oh wow, thanks for nothing.

I joined because of high praise on reviews. Matches were from hundreds of miles away, certainly not what I bargained for so I stopped paying. They sent me to collections, I wrote an email to them and received no response. I’ll never join another site like this one again, very unhappy.

Like the other posts, this is a total scam! I barely tried the service and decided it wasn't worth the cost, considering the increasing cost of living. I requested a cancellation and was informed I'd still be charged for a 24-month subscription, even though I'd only used the platform for 2 months. I was offered the opportunity to appeal and swiftly declined. I didn't want a refund, just to stop future charges. Eharmony will pick corporate contracts over customers. Don't fall for it. Very disappointed and will continue to get the word out wherever I can.

Eharmony was great back when it first started, years and years ago. Now it has become 90% fake ads. On top of that, they sent me some kind of reverification code process, but it does not work. As soon as you enter the code they email to you, it will tell you the code is expired. Any connections I may have had are long gone, as I have not been able to access the system in a month. They refuse to fix the problem. They refuse to refund the several months of membership time I had remaining. Customer service is non-existent and I suspect is mostly A.I. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON EHARMONY!!! It is frustrating and expensive and will get you nowhere.
