This company is by definition a scam; I signed up hoping to see if there were other matches but unfortunately there are none to be had; within 12 hours of signing up I expressed that I wanted to cancel due to lack of matches they said they have the right to hold me to the subscription contract. Do yourself a favor and don’t sign up.

Excited about joining e-Harmony to find a partner, and be disillusioned in less than 3 hours later. I decided to pay for this service based on promotional ads - which later revealed to me that this service is just not worth it with limited profile selection, limited selection of preferences and an abundant amount of profiles "not logged on" 3-5 years past. !! BUYER BEWARE!! In reading the cancellation policy it appears that several other States have a better consumer protection policy than New Jersey. The inability to cancel this subscription after less than 3 hours of perusing the website, is just unbelievable.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this lousy service for the next 12 months - the reason (I believe) that the Cancellation Policy is written the way it is, is to trap the consumer with no way out. Some would call this a predatory practice. I'm guessing that, if a trial period for 3 - 5 days (or even for 24 hours), would be available before a final purchase would take effect, would be detrimental to this business. !! BUYER BEWARE!!

It's the worst thing ever, a month later and says I haven't had one profile visit, but if you like big companies constantly asking you for more money and offer nothing in return eHarmony might be for you.

The worst dating site I have ever used and total dishonest, the lies, and deceit runs deep here, they take your money then dictate to you how and who and when you will contact whom they may or may not allow you to contact, yes they make it hard on anyone they do not want you to contact and they make it hard on you for whom you wish to contact then make you pay thru the nose for the service, they discriminate against people for showing them they are wrong or have complained about them also. . Terrible liars, will BS you about claiming things are wrong with your computer when it's them causing the issues, I think they are bias against Christians and jews, republics also, they have a political bias and a religious one also. Rotten to the core this Place. Run away from this place.

At first when I went through profiles, I saw a pattern and soon it was obvious that this was a high end POF. Soon I ran out of profiles, and it asked me to expand my search by changing preferences. I refused. Then suddenly out of nowhere I lost my access and after dozens of requests to reinstate my access I was not given any help at all. This was such a waste of time and effort. I say run and go somewhere else.

This app used to be good. My friend who met his wife on this app recommended it. However, this app is not as good as used to be due to fraudsters using AI technology to victimize the dating app users. Since many online dating fraudsters are **, being an ** using online dating app is in a triple-disadvantage position. 1st, the fraudsters target **. 2nd, app users avoid dating Asian since there’s a risk of encountering a fraudster. 3rd, even the app itself won’t let me post my photos or being extremely picky about what photos I can post. I checked other non-** profiles and found out they could post the photo with similar background and eyewear while I cannot.

I used eHarmony for much of 2025 to find a wife. 90% of the women are fake (catfish). eHarmony puts no effort to confirm if the identities of the people using the site are real. They don't care, they just want your money. I am now happily married from other real solutions, eHarmony was not one of them.

Please, please do not use this dating site. There is no one participating on it. And the few men that reached out to me were scammers. It is shocking that there are no serious daters and almost no one participating in this dating site. The cost is way too much and you get next to nothing. Go with something else that people are actually using. Like Match - which isn't exactly a great experience either but there are choices and real people on there. Good luck in your search - don't go use eHarmony!

eHarmony. eHarmony supposedly be one of the top sites but it's nothing but a rip off. I was on the site for three weeks and all they sent me was overweight men that looked like former drugs addicts. It was horrible. I asked for a refund for the three months minimum I had to pay for and they refused. Anyone looking to use this dating site I say run! It is not worth $5 of your hard earned money. I had to pay $87 x 3 months and not one like, message or anything. I consider myself attractive where I should have received at least one inbox when their site rated my profile as a top catch but yet crickets and the men they sent me were horrible. This site is horrible and their set up is worse. You can't search the data base unless they send you the profile. Beware of Eharmony Dating Website. It's another scam in my opinion.

eHarmony used to provide SO many profiles to scroll through but recently, I’m only able to see a few before getting the message to expand my search. My search is already plenty wide. Eharmony has absolutely tanked. I’m trying to get my money back! 😠

eharmony author review by Mark Brooks

eHarmony is the largest dating site geared specifically towards long-term relationships and marriage minded singles. They claim to be responsible for over 500 new marriages every day in the US.

      • In-depth entry questionnaire: eHarmony asks all of its members a little more than 300 multiple choice questions before allowing them to enter into their ranks. This in-depth questionnaire is geared at giving the site enough information to help provide you with qualified potential matches.

      • No Searching: In sharp contrast to other dating sites, eHarmony does not allow members to search directly for matches. Instead, it uses the answers from the questionnaire to provide you with a selection of daily matches that should be compatible with your needs and desires in a partner.

      • Guided Communication: Instead of sending off an email or wink like you would do on most sites, eHarmony takes members through 4 steps of guided communication before allowing you to continue with open communication with a new match. The guided communication is designed to help assure compatibility and that you don't waste energy on bad matches.
