I got Rushcard four years ago and have had a great experience with them. One of the benefits is getting my money early. Also, I ain't got cash on me, so I don't spend. I've called them for a couple of reasons and they resolved the problem efficiently. They were very courteous as well.

RushCard was awesome. I absolutely loved it. I never had any problems with them. I got my RushCard because I wanted to have a bank card without actually having to have a real bank account with all the fees and everything.

I originally gave a one star but I'm raising it to three stars only because it's still vertically impossible to get a live person on the phone and this isn't the first time they've acted this way when trying to resolve an issue with them! If it wasn't for the lady that helped me, sorry I forgot her name, but she was incredible and she helped me out no questions asked!! It's only because of her that I'm giving them four stars now.

I made a transaction online and purchased an item on 9/21/19, I was supposed to receive the item within 5 days and as of today it's 10/8/19 and I STILL haven't received the item. The company has absolutely no phone number listed anywhere so I can call and cancel my order, they only have an email which I've sent multiple emails to but I'm not getting a response!! I called and spoke to a rep which ended up being no help at all since he just kept telling me to call them after I told him there's no number to call available. I asked to speak to a supervisor which ended up also being no help because she told me the exact same thing!!!! I asked for their corporate phone number and she tells me that "we don't have access to that information," what company can't provide their corporate office number? Now I'm stuck with no product and out the money, THANKS RUSHCARD!!!!

I saw RushCard on a commercial and I decided to google the type of card it was. Then I ordered one and switched from my old card. I like RuchCard's one-day deposit and I get some security. Also, I'm gonna start receiving an employer check on the 15th of November and it makes it more convenient for me to get my check, Monday through Friday. I like their services and I've been very happy with it.

I really like RushCard. Direct deposits get into it the next day. I also get paid on Thursday night and payday's on Friday. I just got my direct deposit and I can withdraw or pay whatever with the card. It's easy.

I have been with Rush Card since 2008. They were good at first until my card expired and I had a balance of 80 or 90 dollars on the card. What I did not like was call after call that I had to make to get the balance transferred over to a new account. I call customer service and they told me all I had to do was to go on the site and enter the new rush card number give it a day and the money would be on the card. Well that was a lie. After calling and getting no results my balance is now 14.99 which none of that money was spent by me. I know that there are fees associated when having the card but I feel as though I was a long time customer and I was not given the courtesy as a customer.

With RushCard, I get my pay two days early and my balance alert is good. Their reps help me out on everything I need. It’s also really easy to load. I do it online and I get them ASAP. I tell my friends that they have to get one too.

I called to let the know that I never received my new card due to the original card expiring. The rep offered to send a replacement for a fee. I told him I would not pay a fee bc they never sent the first one. I requested to have my card sent right away with no fee added to my account. The rep explained he will send the replacement expedited and waive the fee. He lied! They charged me $35 for a card replacement that arrived within 2 days. I have escalated this issue 3 times and still no resolution. They're claiming the Corporate office hasn't responded but yet tells me it takes 24 to 48 business hours for corporate to respond. It's been over 5 business days!

I’ve always been fine with RushCard and I’ve been using it for several years. I use it for work purposes and it works really well. And because I work out of state a lot, it has always worked well for me. Not like when you got a Wells Fargo in your town, there might not be one when you are in some other area. I’ve called their customer service a few times and they’ve all been really great, very helpful. However, they charged me a monthly fee for my direct deposit the past few months, which they didn’t before. My son, Jeremy, has RushCard and so has my son, Jay, who’s on the Appalachian Trail. The best thing about RushCard is it is very versatile. I don’t have to worry about having to go to an actual bank. Another good thing about it is I can transfer money to my sons if they need it and that’s real easy to do. With a traditional bank, you can do it but not as easily.

I have been a card member since 2010, and after I receive my replacement card I will no longer be a member. On Saturday 09/21/19 starting at 9:57pm I received notification of charges happening on my cards, only problem was, I was nowhere near a store or computer. 3 fraudulent charges were made and I immediately froze my card and proceeded to call RushCard customer service. Let me start by saying all of my money is tied up in RushCard and my paychecks are direct deposited.
Today is Thursday 9/26/19 and I still don't have a replacement card (they refunded me the charge for replacement) and the customer service rep that I spoke with on Tuesday said it was because they see that my card was comprised. My question now is, if you know my card was comprised why do I have to wait for my money (almost 150) to get back in my account, and why don't I have my card. RushCard is essentially holding my money hostage. I have already opened a Discover bank account and will be transferring all of my money there as soon as I get this replacement card. You should never treat long time customers like this. Signed disgusted.

I’ve been through an identity theft twice, so RushCard kinda help me out quite a bit, where you don’t have to go through a lot of credit check and background. And there’s no overdues or fees, which helps out a lot. I’ve been doing direct deposit with my card and I had one incident where they don’t process on the weekends, so I had to wait an entire weekend before I could get my direct deposit on Monday afternoon. I explained this to the employer that they have to send it early enough for it to make it to the bank by 5 that evening. If not, then I have to wait until Monday, and that’s a long stretch. But other than that, everything has been good. Everybody has been extremely helpful. They even helped me someone hacked my account and used it to purchase games. But I ended up getting the money back.

I've had my RushCard for almost a year now and everything is working well. I like that I get paid early and I use the card online. I also call in and pay my bills. They have been good when I needed to call the RushCard team and speak to somebody.

It is an extreme delay in receiving my direct deposit and I cannot get anyone on the phone or to respond to my emails. This happened a few weeks ago, where I had to email and got no response. I am considering moving my money to one of my other bank accounts because I cannot be put in a situation where I am expecting my money and not receive it. They have been good for years depositing my money at a certain time. If it was late it’s only been about an hour, or 2 or 3. I wish someone will tell me what’s going on.

Updated on 09/30/2019: I rate Rush as a 10!! My account was locked and frozen, and I wasn't getting anywhere with the reps. I requested to speak with a supervisor, after becoming frustrated. Not only did they call back (which is not that surprising as I'm accustomed to their excellent customer service), the call came from The Rush Corporate office! Ms. Nedra ** from the Rush corporate office is truly fantastic! She not only took the time to call me back, but she listened (and I was a little frustrated to say the least) and fixed the problem immediately. Rush values its customers!! I'M A RUSH MEMBER FOR LIFE!
Original Review: I was disappointed by RushCard. The system doesn't allow for mailing addresses (i.e. P.O BOXES.) apart from the home address. The customer service is starting to become adequate at best. This is not the RUSH I'M used to. Perhaps a section that allows for mailing addresses. Also, the verification and replacement process should be faster and simpler.

I get my money from my retirement check two days early with RushCard and I can pay my bill or whatever with it. Most of the time, like if I had a loan payment, I call the company and just give them the card number on the back. I've also loaded money on the card and it's very simple to find their reload locations. One time, I lost my card and it took so long to get someone. But that was the only problem I had.

I started with RushCard services back in December of 2018 so I've been with the company a little bit more than 9 months. I received a replacement card about 6 months into my services and that card the processing strip basically deteriorated. I called and asked for a replacement card and the customer service rep was pretty courteous and helpful. However they did not have my apartment number in the system, which was strange to me because they had to have my apartment number to send me the replacement card I originally asked for 6 months ago.
So I updated the information and gave them my apartment number then they sent me two verification I had to answer 4 random questions which didn't I apply to me based on my social security number. They said I did not get the answers right, again these questions were random and they did not apply to me. However based on those answers then they needed me to send in my ID a check stub to prove my address and my social security card. I've sent them this information over and over again.
They accepted my ID and my address however they will not accept my social security card saying that they cannot see it. I went to Kinko's and had it professionally sent to them a photographic copy of my social security card directly from Kinko's to their back office yet they're saying that they cannot see my social security card and they keep rejecting it and they are holding my money on a security hold and will not let me have access to my funds after verifying who I am.
I've asked several times to speak to a manager and the first supervisor told me the exact words and no can do. His name is Brian if that was his real name, and I've asked every rep that I spoke to and customer service and they keep telling me that I cannot speak to a manager only a supervisor who cannot answer any other questions but keep telling me that they will review it and the next 24 to 48 hours and it's now been approximately 4 days did I have have not had access to my money. I've asked is there any other options. I've asked can I send my birth certificate. I asked for anything else that they can accept to identify me yet they will not accept anything else.
They also keep saying that their back office is rejecting my social security card and I asked to speak with someone in the back office and they cannot allow me to speak with anybody in the back office as well. This is still an ongoing issue. They literally are holding my funds hostage. They won't accept my information that I have paid to have professionally sent to them over and over again and they will not let me speak with anyone that can actually expedite the situation. If anybody knows how I can get help or who I can contact to address this please let me know!
I would not recommend RushCard to anyone because if there is a mistake on their behalf the customer suffers. They made a mistake and left off my apartment number with my first card replacement, I corrected them, and now I'm suffering because of their verification process with no one that I can talk to and their company. I would not recommend RushCard because they do not care about the inconvenience that they create for their customer and their supervisors quote-unquote are very rude and sarcastic and unsympathetic about the trouble they called for their customers.

I've been using RushCard for years due to the lack of being able to own an actual bank account but these past couple years my deposits have been sporadic at best. Never deposited on same day. Payroll is put in on Monday of prior week. So why is my deposits taking 2-3 days to post. I've called multiple times, always getting lied to. They say they have no control or info on my deposits. I deal with my payroll personally so I do know when the deposits are sent and they are electronically sent so I called MetaBank who is rushcard's bank and was told that my problem is rushcard not them. I provide them with tracking number and they find my deposit but rushcard tells me they have no info even though their own bank says otherwise.
Their customer Service has gotten worst over the years. Now no one knows anything and since there is no actual person to speak to in corporate nothing can be done about my problems. I've emailed, called and even went into forums with no avail. I've had multiple deposits from multiple jobs deposit on my rushcard and until recently I've never had the stated problems - bad customer service, late deposits (not to mention failing on their 2 day early deposit promise), lying to customers, no info on deposits or accounts (they only see what you see on their online website). I've loved this company for a long time but my love is turning into a deep hate for lack of trying to help their actual long standing loyal customers. I've had a rushcard for over 7 years...

I had RushCard for about six years, but I don't like them anymore. I had to switch cards because everytime when I go into a gas station or go eat at a restaurant, it takes out too much money. And then they let people go into my account without me knowing. I told them too many times that I never agreed for anyone to go and take the money out of my account. They told me that they were sorry, and they will take care of it, but then it never happened.

Everything is online with RushCard and I love the online process. But I don't like the on-the-phone exchanges. They're not good at all. For one, it takes forever to get to a representative. I went through the IVR. It was horrible. Majority of the time you gotta act like your card is lost or stolen before you can get someone. When you do get to a representative, they do a lot of repeating of what they’ve already said. And they’re not friendly. But with RushCard as a whole, it's going good. I do the direct deposit and I get my check earlier.

My complaint was resolved due to assistance from the Corporate Office who checked into this matter immediately by calling me and advising me that this matter was being reviewed and advised me that I would receive a return call and did so. My documents were reviewed and in my return call from the Corporate office advised me that this issue would be overridden and I was issued another car, no fees and received my new card within 2 days. I received a return call with the tracking # and the time my card would be delivered. I was very relieved, Corporate should received 5 stars for going over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied and to keep me as a customer because I was very frustrated. The Corporate office did not have to reach out to me and could have let this go unresolved but throughout all of this I was very satisfied and ecstatic about the assistance and constant communication I received...on the other hand Customer service should be retrained to help their customers in a better way. 09/19/2019 I contacted Rush Card to cancel my card because it was stolen, then i had to answer 4 security questions before they would send the card. They said I did not pass so I would need to send copy of my Driver's License, Social Security Card and bill with my current address, 09/20/2019 they sent me a text and I called they said the documents were unacceptable. I have had my card since 2017 and never had to deal with this, if I lost my card I pay the fee and they send a new card,. Not any more,. So today I told them I was not doing anything else because they are giving me a run around. I told them to keep the money as I cancelled my direct deposit while on the phone with them. Russel Simmons should be ashamed of the stipulations so that he can keep people's money, that is what it boils down to. I am done, This was so stressful, never endured this with them in 2 years. Someone finally helped us and refunded the money that was taken from us. I really appreciate the fact someone up the chain was willing to help us. Still only leaving a 3 star for the simple fact the Customer Service Reps or their Supervisors should be able to do this not have to complain and get a big thing started!!! This place is a joke. The card my wife has wasn't set to expire until March of 2021. We called the card to see if their was a balance and it said nothing about the card being deactivated. I than went to Walmart to load the card to pay a bill and everything went through fine until I called to make my payment and the card just kept declining. I than called Customer Service to see why my card was declining and they commenced to tell me the card was deactivated even though it wasn't even expired and that we had to pay $35 to get a new card expedited to us even though if the card was deactivated it should have never been able to be loaded to begin with!!!
They tried nothing to make it go smoother, tried talking over us, and made NO attempt to make anything better when it doesn't state anywhere in the paperwork that the card can be cancelled for non-use. I will be taking legal action against this company and will not be using them again!!!! Now I'm out $35 for something that wasn't our fault to begin with and I have to wait for the new card to be able to use whats left of the $160 I put on there to pay my bill. Absolutely absurd!!! I will be researching what kind of legal action I can take and going forward with it as soon as possible for the misrepresentation!!!

I heard about RushCard from my mother and I've had it for a few months now. My mother did a refer thing and we’re supposed to receive $60 but it never got into our card. That’s been two months already. Also, the monthly charge that they take from me is a lot. Other than those, paying bills or making purchases online using RuchCard is convenient. I use it to get direct deposit for my check too. Last time, I got the check with my direct deposit on Monday but I usually get it on Thursday. And I don’t know why I get it on Thursday if it’s supposed to be two days early. Still, I find reload locations near me.

I used a ATM at a gas station, there was a error code stating I was unable to receive money. I immediately called Rush after calling the number on the ATM that would only keep going to voicemail. Rush decided to have the money THAT WAS NOT GIVEN pending for two hours and then taken out of my account. So of course you have to do a Dispute that can take up to 10 day, which it did not take TEN DAYS to take my money. I am not the only one this happened to, the other two people who have regular banks, their banks called them and did not take money from them because they caught the SCAM.
I have been a member since 2015 and this will be the end. I am very disappointment, and RushCard should do way better by their customers. They are NO help and they do NOT protect their customers. I AM DONE WITH RUSH. If I had money to give away let alone be taken I would do it myself. I am angry and very disgusted with the way Rush does not handle these types of situations professionally and correctly as a bank.

I called in on the 10th for address change and card replacement. Today is now the 16 of Sept and they are holding my money hostage even after I sent letters and documentation showing my new address. Everyday they tell me to call back tomorrow when all I need was an address change. Why would they lock my account when all I need was my address changed. You can’t get no one in the US to help you. If and when I get my money I will never use them again. 2016 since I been with them. Now I got to find me a lawyer to deal with them. And I’m in default with 3 companies who withdraw money on certain days from my account. I will never recommend no one else. Very IRATE AT THIS MOMENT.

My children wanted to send money, so they told me to get RushCard. Signing up was okay. I did it online by myself, and it took seven days for me to receive my RushCard debit card. My experience is going well. It’s very convenient to pay my bills and make online purchases with it.

Yesterday I reported having a issue in regard to a pending credit that I had been dealing with for quite some time. Today I received a phone call in regards to the issue. The representative was so kind and sweet. She was very understanding to the issue. Long story short the issue got resolved and I was given a courtesy due to my inconvenience. I was more thankful. The representative displayed great customer service. This is the type of service I’m used to receiving with RushCard. This is why I’ve been a member for so long. Thank you again RushCard!

I have been a member with RushCard since 2009. The customer service is usually great! But here lately there has been situation after situation. I’m currently trying to get my money that’s a pending credit. RushCard is telling me because of the type of refund I will need to wait. The rep advised me that I swiped my card to receive refund which is completely incorrect. It was an over phone transaction. I asked to speak with supervisor. She got on the phone and was very rude. She sounded like she was laying down and just didn’t care to help me understand what is going on with my money. This is the 4th time I’ve contacted Rush and still no money or understanding about why my money hasn’t been returned. The card is good. The customer service is horrible. I’m reconsidering this card after 11 years.

With RushCard, the money gets in there early sometimes, and it allows me to go ahead and get the money orders out of the way to pay my rent. I'm also able to do my online purchases. I had no problem when I go and use my debit card to make any purchases, online purchases or getting them to help pay for some of my medication. I'm glad I got RushCard, so when I need to go get my medication or my over-the-counter stuff, I just go and charge it up. But a lot of times, it's busy for RushCard during the 1st of the month and a lt of people cry that their money is not there yet. And it'll be hard to get through RushCard any time after the 27th.
When I speak to the reps at RushCard, I let them know that they're dealing with the public and I tell them to always try to give them a smile and just let them know that RushCard doesn't give away free money. A lot of the reps will be happy for that conversation, and that I have them laughing, and it keeps them more motivated. Because sometimes, people can be harsh over money that they can't control.
I got the direct deposit with RushCard. All my benefits go straight to my RushCard, including my disability checks. I used to load money to my card at Walgreens but they started charging me $5, so I just go to a regular check cashing place where they only charge me $3. I'll recommend RushCard. I told people to get a RushCard because once RushCard came out, everybody started coming out with them prepaid cards. RushCard became the most successful one. Mostly, the prepaid cards, you go to check cashing place and they charge you $9.99. But RushCard is now affiliated with Chase Bank now, and that tells you how well they're doing.

So my card gets shredded. And I order a new one but I can't activate it. So I called customer service and they tell me that I have to put in a manual request a corporate in order to get my card activated did this I believe on Thursday night and they said they would call me 24 hours later up to 48 hours and it's been past 48 hours and I still haven't had a call about it. I've been with them since 2014. This is really unacceptable. I've seen in the past a child had this problem and now for it to still to persist.
I love RushCard. They do no harm to me. I want to stay with him with this here has got me to where I want to go. It don't make no sense how I can't get my money off my card. I said two days has been two days and I paid $30 to get here faster. I mean I did everything all right my impossible to get everything done like I'm supposed to but it's all in their hands and my mother my money stuck. I need my money. I hope I don't get kicked out my own home. I'm kind of stressed right now so RushCard y'all really need to do y'all's job.

My SSI goes into my RushCard, that's no problem, but getting the money out is difficult for somebody who's disabled like me. MoneyPath is where RushCard doesn't charge and there's no MoneyPath around here where I live and I'm disabled. On the website, the place it gave for New Jersey was Walgreens, but when I called Walgreens, they said they don't have MoneyPath. It's like RushCard is lying on the website. And when I go to other ATMs, they charge $1.99 and some charge $2.10. I take out near $300 when I get my SSI and then I have an ATM charging near $2 and then I have RushCard on top of that that's charging a dollar or two on their behalf. They're taking from disabled people who can't work and they're not supposed to do that. I'm gonna call SSI within the next month to tell them I don't want RushCard anymore.

I've been with RushCard for four years and I love it. Everything is going smoothly with it. I just had to understand it as far as with the ATM. Sometimes they charge you and there are certain ATMs that I'm supposed to use. I have that under control now. I'm pretty good with it now. In the four years with RushCard, their reps had been great each time I got to interact with them.
I like getting paid early. That is the best part about RushCard's direct deposit. My only issue, which is not really with RushCard, is with human resources and whenever they decide to send the money. I wish it was a little earlier in the day when I could receive the money instead of getting my deposit at 3 in the morning. I also use my RushCard for online purchases like booking hotel rooms. I’ve recommended RushCard to people and they are loving it too. They didn’t even know they could get paid earlier and all the fees are not bad either.

A rep from the main office called me today and she was very good in her work with resolving my issue and getting my $400 back finally which gave me a little bit of faith in the company work. I pulled out 400.00 cash from a Allpoint atm which I got a receipt back stating the transaction was declined. RushCard however took the money from my card anyway and never deposited back into my account. When I contacted Rushcard they stated I have to contact the atm company which I did and advised that Rushcard has to do a Regulation E form to fix the issue. Rushcard was on threeway listening to the Allpoint staff say this and yet still Refused to do anything and state I have to wait ten calendar days to put a physical dispute in stating they have the transaction as pending and 10 days is how long it can take. Even with me having a physical receipt with the denied transaction the Rushcard rep named Sosie still stated there nothing they can do, she would not get me with the dispute team for this transaction and would not give me to a manager as well.
This put me out of money as I have bills which these funds are for and a child to take care of. I will no longer deal With this horrible company. I know they had legal issues in the past and I gave them A chance but never again. It’s ridiculous in this day and age of technology where I have to wait for funds so long to be given back that I did not take. This has happen to me before with another bank and it was put back immediately.

It was easy signing up with RushCard. I've been using them on and off. Sometimes, I will use the card and then I’ll just renew my terms. Their services are fantastic. It’s just that I was looking at doing direct deposit with them, so I need to take care of that aspect of it.

There was this girl named Christina who had about three or four RushCards. She would transfer money from one card to another paying bills and doing other stuff. I didn’t have a bank account and one day, she said for someone to get me a card. I've had RushCard for a while and I’ve been using it. When you have a bank account and you have a problem, you have to call them. It is so much stuff. RushCard is good. But when you have a problem, you have to go through so much.
I had money come on my RushCard but there were fees missing out and I had to transfer that over every time to get money off my card. It just takes so long. I called RushCard and told them to send me another card. It's gonna take 7-10 days for that to come out. Also, if I start calling at 11 AM, I get through by 11:10 because you gotta go through so much to try to get through.
I have two RushCards. Plus, I went and opened a bank account down in Houston because this card is out of town. The worst problem I had was when I needed money and it was around the weekend. Somebody said to me to wait a bit until tomorrow before I could call in and get my problem straightened. But I needed my money then. RushCard's customer service is courteous and everybody will help you, but it’s just time-consuming for me.
Other than that the card is good. The only thing is I’m in one state and they're in another state. Right now, I need $200. I don’t wanna have to wait for my money. When I have a problem, I wanna deal with people. RushCard is dealing with my money and I wanna talk to them. If it’s something I had done, we should straighten it out. Whatever problem I had, they always got it together but it takes time.
I have a 16-year-old daughter and she has a RushCard. When she needs money, I just transfer it and she would do it for me too. That's a good part about the card. But I don’t work anymore and my money only comes once a month. I would rather have a bank where I can get in my card. I can go to them and say I have a problem I need to be straightened out. When I have a problem with my RushCard, I always go to the girl who ordered the card and she only reads all of that. Most time, if it’s something about the website, she goes to the website.

I have been with RushCard for quite some time now and I have never had any issues up until last year around the holidays when my wallet was stolen and cards were used. I filed a fraud against the card and was told it would take 45 days and till this day I have not heard anything and also tried to upload a check on the logo app but it keeps saying, "Try again." I am so over RushCard. I am going to change over to another card... DO NOT USE THEM.

I had unauthorized charges on my account. Called as soon as I got the email. Was told they could do nothing until it was not pending. Then called them back to find out that I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a card and they have to investigate. I have bills to pay, cannot afford not to have my money. Not understanding, this should be automatic refund. Not a happy customer of 6 years.

I have been with this company for nearly a decade. It was so convenient and easy to use. I was a happy camper. Until the day I tried to log in to my account and a error message popped up saying "Invalid user id or password." I know it was correct but apparently RushCard didn't think so. Every time something changed I made absolutely sure to update my information ALWAYS. But when I tried to reset my password I was completely dumbfounded to see that it was sending the access code to an email I haven't used since 2012. How could this have happened? Then they had the audacity to say there was nothing they can do about it.
So I no longer have access to my account and money is starting to disappear. I got a charge from Amazon prime, called them and they told me I'm not even a member so who did it? They make you send all your important documents to them - birth certificate, ss card, lease and utility bills yet nothing was done about the issue. Now you're in a vulnerable spot because all your info might end up in the wrong hands. When try to confront them about it they hang up on you or don't answer the phone at all. Beware guys. I just feel this company is just one big scam. A lot of people are going through this and nothing ever gets done about it. All I'm saying is be careful and cautious when dealing with this company.

I been with RushCard since March 2007. I have to say the regular direct deposits, daily use of card, and website are decent now. When they upgraded the website, I lost my ability to use bill pay for some reason. I made several calls and countless research trying to be certain that it wasn't an error on my end. Upon all the calls the reps always said that there was no error on their end or on my account they could see, but every screenshot I sent showed if error continues to call RushCard. I stopped using them and went back to a traditional bank. One day I called and went through 6 reps and I finally asked them to enroll me into bill pay from their side and that fixed the problem. I was away for a few years because I need bill pay for some things.
Now I am back, things were running great until recently. August 8, 2019, one of my companies I use bill pay for returned the payments back to RushCard's bill pay service. Mind you I knew they were sending the payments back before RushCard even got the funds back. RushCard sent me two emails confirming they had received the payments back on August 15, 2019 and that my funds will be deposited back into their respective accounts that they were paid from. I have two cards with RushCard so I always have access to my funds if one card gets compromised. I have yet to get my funds reposted. Every time I call the reps are quick to say they can't put the funds back into my account.
I forwarded the emails I received from RushCard confirming that they would put it back into my account on August 24, 2019, and got not response, not even a case number assigned to me like they normally do. I called again on August 26, 2019 and the rep tells me the back office denied returning my funds because they were bill payments. Mind you they have not been cashed and they can see that. The rep also tells me I can send a dispute to the back office and allow 48 hours for response. I have never had this much trouble with any company about money that was returned. It is $1000.00 of my money and they are holding on to it for no reason. Good luck trying to reach the CEO too because him and his own secretary don't even care enough to respond when I had the bill pay access issue.
The reps when I call are polite but most don't seem to actually listen to what is being conveyed for understanding. That is something big when being in customer service. My issue is still not resolved and no response and today is the 48 business hours. I am about to start a class action lawsuit. For those that want to join in please email me at **.

I love RushCard, and their reps have always been great. I do have direct deposit on it and it's a card I use for my spending, a budget for myself like for gas and a few little groceries I may want, other than my major bank account. There are certain places, however, that doesn't take it for payment because they see it as a prepaid. But, other than that, I haven't had any problems with using it. Everything is wonderful.

I've had RushCard since 2013. A friend of mine recommended it back then and it sounded like a good idea so I went with it. And I'm not trying to fix anything that isn’t broken. I see all these other offers, “If you change to this, you get this.” But RushCard never did me wrong so I stayed. I've had direct deposit since 2013 with RushCard. I get an email when it's there and it's there two days early. If I got a problem, I call, and they resolve it or let me know when it will be resolved or what the issue is, if I'm doing something wrong. I've recommended RushCard like over 10 times.

I had a NetSpend for a while. And then, because I was doing direct deposit, I wanted to split it up into two cards. I thought Rush and NetSpend were kind of the same, so I got that. I have branched out to where I have a couple of others besides RushCard, but RushCard is my main because I usually keep money in the savings as well as on the expense card. With RushCard I get to pay some bills and have automatic withdrawals. I've got an account for like vacations, and one if I'm saving for something else. So, that's always convenient and helpful. The direct deposit process was very easy. But because most of the customer service is outsourced and isn't in this country, sometimes there's a problem with communication. But nothing too major. I know that most companies are doing it now, so it's not a big deal. Everything is fine with RushCard. I wish they would get a card with a chip though.

I am so disappointed and hurt that my funds are being toyed with by RushCard. My direct deposit post every other Tuesday evening. This morning, Wed. 8/21/19, I checked my account and no deposit. Around 6 am I called customer service and was told my deposit would post by 730am. At 8am, I called again, and was told it would be posted by 930am. By 12 noon I could no longer get through and the recording just states the lines are busy call back later and hangs up. It is currently 3:15pm.... Where is my money RushCard???? I'm in literal tears. I live pay check to pay check and couldn't even get gas to get to work today. IF I LOSE MY JOB I AM SUING THE EVERLASTING LIFE OUT OF THIS COMPANY! Been a cardholder since 2008. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I do want to take the time to give a special thanks to Miss Nedra **. When this venture first began I was completely frustrated because I was getting nowhere. She took ownership and responsibility of the situation and did everything she could to ensure me that she was going to do everything in her power to make sure that this relationship is mended properly. She took her time and she listened to me and I must say out of all the time I dealt with RushCard she was the first one to treat me as if I really did matter. I have had a RushCard for a long time. I been calling for the past month and a half trying to take care of an ongoing issue with my account. There are charges that keep showing up and each time I call it says all agents are busy and due to high call vol I have to call back at a later time....EVERY TIME I call during the day. So I call at night and I get someone, but the system is always getting an update when I do speak to someone. The strip on my card is not readable anymore and I need to get it replaced. I spoke to 4 or 5 people and EVERY TIME I speak to someone the system is down or updating. I'm not talking 20-30 dollars. I'm talking 100+....and my direct deposit don't come no sooner than Everyone else and I get charged 1.00 Every time I use the card for a purchase...I'm not sure what happened but this company has gone downhill. I don't want to get my attorney involved but if I can't get a resolution then I will have to do so.

I had RushCard for two to three years. I had NetSpend and I sometimes used RushCard, but I don't use them anymore because they let someone use my card and they declined my dispute. They said they didn't find an error. I don't know why they stated that, but I would never use them again. I cut their card out. I wouldn't recommend RushCard to anyone.

I have been a member of RushCard since 2014. I have since forgotten my mobile phone that is associated with my account. They told me to send in documents which I have twice and they keep telling me they could not see my picture on my I.D. I sent it in color & black and white, I also mailed them the copies. Keep telling me over & over they haven't received it or my pictures are dark which is **. I have over 600.00 dollars on my card and it's been 2 weeks since. Can't talk to cooperate because ”nobody in the office has their number”, just mailing address & fax #... This is totally **. I want my money or I will sue this unorganized company.

I’ve been with RushCard since 2008 and never really had any issues with them until NOW. There were some unauthorized transactions on my account. I called customer service about the transactions and after holding for hours to talk to one of your operators overseas who I had such a hard time understanding, I finally received the documents required in order to file my dispute (please note: IT DID NOT come via email as they kept stating it will. I had to get the form online, print it out, and either mail or fax back. THAT IS A DISSERVICE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO MAY NOT ACCESS TO A PRINTER OR A FAX. Come on...it’s 2019! You should have an opinion to upload and attached to email important information back to your dispute department).
Now after I complied with your requirements by FAXING the dispute form back twice, I called to see if it was received. The representative stated that they did but it will take 10 BUSINESS DAYS before I'm even received a temporary credit!! A REAL BANK would credit your dispute amount right away however I have to wait 10 BUSINESS days for a TEMPORARY CREDIT. Please explain that to my power company, my landlord, etc. This has by far been a very stressful for me because not only do I have bills that are due but I also need to get my medication. At this point I’m not even sure if my issue will be resolved. I need someone to address this concern or call me as soon as possible regarding this because my next step is to reach out to an attorney.

I had to cancel my card and order a new one. I was told 7-10 business days. I called Monday because I hadn't received it, was told I would receive it Tuesday or Wednesday. I did not receive it and it's Thursday. I call today and they told me that today would be the 10th business day...my phone died and I'm currently being told tomorrow would be the 10th business day. If I overnight a new one it will cost me $35 in which I should not be responsible for when the card did not come in and I keep being lied too. I will contact a lawyer if this is not rectified asap at no cost to me.

I’ve had my card shut off for hours due to a system update that they failed to warn their customers about. I had no way of withdrawing money or using the card. Now today, the same thing is happening and you cannot get in contact with anyone due to a high call volume. On top of everything, they are now requiring customers to enter a full ssn and card number when that is really uncomfortable. There is no live forum to keep customers updated in case they cannot be reached by phone and this is ridiculous. I do not carry cash for safety reasons but it seems that I should due to this happening so often. I cannot continue to use this card if these issues keep occurring.

I’ve had RushCard for a few years. I used it because of the early pay. Also, the customer service was always pleasant and the reps were knowledgeable. I liked RushCard a lot more when I first got it in 2014 or 2015, but I’m no longer a member because there are too many fees, especially when I go to the ATM.

Update: I was just denied my dispute and I have provided all the documents that this place asked for. I also received a call in which I recorded the women who stole my money and she admitted to stealing my money. There was an employee who informed me that my funds were insured by the FDIC but I am unable to get my money because the person who stole my money no longer has a balance in their account to give me my money back but my funds are insured by FDIC. Wow. If so I will have my money and I would have to go through none of this in which I am going through. I will remove my direct deposit from RushCard and I will advise anyone to do the same as well.
Original Review: Well my account was compromised and someone had transferred money into their account from mines numerous times while I was in the hospital. I did a dispute, today marks the tenth day and I'm waiting to see if I get my provisional credit like I was promised. This situation outcome is decided if I stay with the RushCard and not file a lawsuit against them if they get who did this. Which they know who did it because it was transferred into their account and who in their right mind would send someone money that many times unless it was being compromised. I need a full investigation done on my account and I would like my provisional credit that is due to me because I have waited ten days like you asked. Please don't make me file a lawsuit against Russell Simmons. Stars will go up if I receive the credit.

I've had RushCard for years and I get a lot of benefits from it. I do direct deposit and it's pretty easy, plus everything is always on time. The only thing I would like for them to do is when you have people going around taking money off of other people's cards, they could have a fraud notification. Even though they send you information about your account, there should be some way that they can stop it. A lot of people have been getting ripped off, not just with Rush but also some other financial institutions. That happened to me recently, but they took care of it.

I have been with Rushcard since 2009. I have had more than one card from them. One of my card was stolen from me so I called to canceled the card. Got a different card one day. I went online and noticed that I had money on the card that was stolen. RushCard never notified me. Nothing. Mind you this happen in 2014 when my card was stolen. I didn’t find about the money until 2016 so I called them. They told They would blocked the card and send me a check for the money which they gave me a time frame which I never receive it during that time frame.
They steady were taking money for a monthly fee which I was told they would because the card wasn’t valid so I called almost every week which I was given the same story until I had enough and spoke with a supervisor who had to end blocking the card and sent what was left which I felt like it was completely unfair but now I’m noticing that instead of taking the original monthly fee of 5.95 they are taking 7.95 which I was never informed about by no type of communication so I called to find out why so tell me it’s because I don’t receive constant deposits to the account.
Mind you me and my fiancé have the same card same set up but they only take the original 5.95 for her. I feel like this is very disrespectful and unfair to the point I’m considering leaving them as well as my fiancé. My sister left them because they were robbing her blind and wasn’t trying to give her money back for unauthorized charges. You guys are not a real bank yet you guys have more fees and charges than an actual bank. I am very disappointed as well as disgusted with your service and to top off the representatives very unprofessional one. He didn’t put on hold while I requested a supervisor. He put me on mute and it wasn’t until I said something about it is when he decided to put me on a proper hold. I am very upset about my experience with you guys. This is very uncalled for on so many levels.

I love RushCard. Back then I was having issues with banks and it was just easier for me to use RushCard because if the money’s not there, then you don't get overdraft fees and stuff like that and it was working. Also, a lot of times people would call and say, “Oh, you can get this medicine,” “Or you can do this free trial for $4 and you won’t get charged.” Even if I call, sometimes, they charge. But when I use my RushCard, if I call and tell them, “Don’t charge me,” and the funds aren’t there, they can’t charge me. I like that aspect a lot. I also like that I can transfer funds between my cards.
I get my disability benefits two days earlier. And when I was working, I get paid on a Wednesday as opposed to a Friday, and RushCard was the first to do that. Their reps were always helpful and they answered whatever questions I had. Very professional. I had to stop my deposit from my disability from going into my RushCard for now. I moved and I was having problems taking out higher daily balances. And before, I could always take out a certain amount with RushCard but it was easier to just open another bank account. But I like using RushCard and I may go back to them.

I have been a a customer of RushCard since 2004, my account was compromised on 8.2.19. RushCard was no help getting my funds back. The other company resolved the issues within 24 hours. They were able to locate who took the money and was able to reserve the transaction. RUSHCARD however, decided that they would send me a new card not overnighted. I had to pay for a new card, when I asked to have it overnighted I was told I would have to pay $30 more dollars and I would still have to wait 2-3 days.
Now at this point, All of my bills are late. I asked to have something stating my account was hacked in writing for my landlord, I was told they do not have the options of doing that. I had 3 accounts with this company for more than 10 years, I had to close 2 and once I actually get my new card I will be closing this last account. Do not use RUSHCARD, IF YOUR ACCOUNTS ARE EVER HACKED, THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AND YOU JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. I will never use this company again.

Been charged to use their "in network ATM" on six separate occasions at $3.00 a pop. I called. They're very hard to understand customer service reps and got nowhere… What a joke!!! They tell you they will submit your complaint corporate office and you will hear back from them in 24 to 48 hours. Well let me tell you, you never hear back from them.

It's been a good seven or eight years with Rushcard and I haven't had any problem with their customer service representatives. I like that I have early payroll thru them. Sometimes, I don't like when I have to wait till they post or I only can go to certain banks. I had one experience where I couldn't even use my card, and the money was in there but it kept declining it.

They are holding my money on a card that has been lost and when I called a rep to get a replacement card the rep asked me some security questions. The rep accent was sooo bad I couldn't understand what she was saying so I didn't pass the security questions. So then I asked to speak with a supervisor to ask me the security questions. Again the supervisor got on the phone on, was stuck and stupid and couldn't help me at all. I have now sent in some documents that they have requested and every time when I call they never know anything and I have to always ask for a supervisor. I have been with Rushcard since 2009 and I don't feel valued at all. So last night I just faxed a 2 copies of my check stubs so I will be calling again to check on that status. This is my money and I shouldn't have to go through all of this for a replacement card. I NEED MY MONEY NOW!!!!

I like not having to carry cash and being able to make online purchases with RushCard. I feel like my personal information is secure. I also use the card to pay bills and it’s very convenient because I have easy access to it. I can automatically put it towards something and get that taken care of right then and there, the moment I press the confirmation without no hassle. Using direct deposit and reloading have been convenient too. I only wish it didn’t cost as much to load money on there.

I had trouble with my password so I was blocked. I couldn't get a hold of any customer service for one day so waited and called early the next morning. She said to wait 30 minutes for my account to be unblocked. I waited and it still would not reset my password...had to wait another 24 hrs for it to be refreshed! For the next two days it still won't reset password and blocked me again. When I finally got a hold of someone they said they couldn't unblock me and have to wait another 24 hours to reset account. It has not been 3 days and still can't get into my account. I even went to the ATM machine to get money out and they say there is '0' balance but when you call them they tell you what my balance is. This company is the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with.

I freaking hate RushCard. Their customer service reps don't speak any English and are not very helpful. My sister's card just got hacked and they told her it could take up to 90 days. They took her whole check. And the RushCard management was not very helpful at all. They don't seem to care about their customers at all.

If I take money from the ATM with NetSpend, they charge me. If I use it in the stores, I get charged a dollar. So every time I use my card, I get charged. They didn't have the option for me to pay a monthly fee for unlimited use. With RushCard, I pay $5.95 a month. Then the only thing I get charged on for RushCard is the ATM, which is a lot, but then if I use it in the store, I don't get charged.
Once, I bought something online and they automatically enrolled me in the membership program. The money was taken off my card. I called RushCard to dispute on May 4th and they shut the card down. On May 6th, they credited me the $90.99 and then I got my card in the mail seven days later. I'm on disability so that gets deposited in the card. If I do a reload, I go to CVS or even 7-Eleven. Using it for online purchases and bills payment is also convenient for me. I use the wheelchair and the walker so sometimes I don't wanna go outside. So I pay my bills online with RushCard because I pay my phone, my car, my medicine and my cable bills online.

I’ve been with RushCard since 2007 and it's been pretty good. I rarely dispute. But if I do, that means there's a reason why. I’m in a battle right now disputing something. I made reservations at a hotel, canceled it within enough time, got the cancelation number, but was still charged. I called the hotel so many times, couldn’t get ahold of anyone, ended up disputing it, and the money was put right back on my card. But I’ve been trying to talk to someone about that because I canceled it and they told me that they see the error on their end. They sent me an email and I printed it out, signed it, and faxed it over to them. I don’t know how they came up with the conclusion declining my dispute.
This has been going on since April and they just put the money back on my card last week. I called RushCard and I spoke to two people. I asked for a supervisor because one guy was helpful, but there wasn’t much he could do. He transferred me to someone else and that person was rude as ever. They put me on hold and never came back. I work so I couldn't just be on hold. I have yet to receive a call from a manager. I’m gonna dispute it again because I’m not gonna pay for that. I will be speaking with someone today about it.
Other than that, I love my RushCard. I like the fact that it doesn't overdraft. If you don’t have the money, you don’t have it. I don’t like accounts where they allow you to overdraft then they hit you with all those overdraft fees even if it was a dollar or if it was fraud or something could’ve happened. I had an account with Navy Federal and the whole bank got hacked. It was just a mess and they ended up telling me I had to pay for stuff that I didn’t even do. Why was I gonna pay $700 when their bank was hacked? I’ve been with RushCard since I signed up with them because I haven't had any problems. They've always been pleasant and good. And I hardly ever call them because I rarely have too many issues. But when I do, they take care of me. I’ll definitely recommend RushCard to my friends. All my friends all have it. We all send money to each other and everything.

I don't like the charger a 1.00 every transaction. Kinda throws of my balance weekly... Kinda embarrassing when you go to make a transaction with no money because you thought laughing out loud but beside that the card is very flexible to work with as well dependable. RushCard advertised getting checks two days earlier which I thought was pretty cool, so I decided to go with them. Getting paid two days earlier gives me a chance to look. It’s like if I get my money sooner, I’ll know exactly how much I’m working with to pay my bills. So, that’s a benefit. Also, I’ve used it to pay bills and send money and it's extremely convenient. I’ve also used their reload locations a couple of times and it’s pretty easy. A lot of the stores do it and it’s like $4 to load it. And every time I call RushCard, it's so easy and fast. I've had to replace my card a few times and every time, I've gotten it in a few days. The representative was really nice.

I've been a member of RushCard for 8 years. Three months ago I was trying to transfer money to my friend's RushCard, and it kept erroring out and my online account got suspended. I have two card numbers, $300 on the card my direct deposit goes to and I need to transfer that to my card but I can only do that via my online account. They won't reset it because I don't remember what phone number I had when I set up the online account. Told me to fax a copy of my state ID and a request for them to update my account with my new phone number. I gave them all the other info, and they "can't help". I sent the fax, called back a week later, they said they didn't receive the fax (how convenient). Sent a letter to UniRush Financial Services in Ohio, 11 days later, NOTHING. I know I will never get my $300 back. Complete scam. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and state attorney general.

I've been trying to close a deceased person's acct since April. RushCard customer service personnel don't speak clear English. They have been running me around causing me to spend a lot of money faxing documents, court costs, gas money and hold time on the phone. I think they're trying to keep the money because they keep lying to get me off the phone and sending me in other directions to get me off their trail. When I call back, you get a brand new operator and have to start back at square 1. Four months while you're mourning is unacceptable.

I used to have Netspend but it got to a point where people would take money off every time I got money on my card. I left them and came to RushCard. It's what my mom has. I've been with RushCard for a little bit longer than a year. I get direct deposit. I have my employment check and my disability coming to that card. The customer service is great. They try to fix a problem as much as they could. I just put in a claim for money that’s been taken off my card. This happened twice. I called RushCard and I did everything they asked me to as far as filling out the papers. But they still don’t wanna refund my money. I know it’s not them that’s supposed to refund it, but it’s kinda crazy how people can just go in your account without even having the card to take money off.

I forgot my PIN number and try to change it. Got lock out of my account. Now I can’t access my fund. Try to get a replacement card but they won’t allow me so my money just sitting there. Worse card ever. My last time use RushCard.

I've been a member about 4-5 years and am pretty disgusted right now. Referral bonus is an absolute lie. Three times people have gotten cards and put my referral code on them. The last one I WATCHED her put my referral code down and when her card came I literally WATCHED her activate it and deposit the money and conveniently enough. The day after she ordered her card I got an email that said my referral code had changed. And of course they have no record of it, yeah it's only $30 but when it's a lie to get people to order the card that makes it a lie and a scam and I am done. I've already moved one of my direct deposits to my new bank account. I'm just waiting for the other one to get moved. Other than that mediocre card lots of hidden fees the only good thing about it is the savings option with rush goals but certainly not the only card with that option.

This is my second week with RushCard and the only disagreement that I have with them thus far is that your paycheck suppose to be deposited in your account up to two days before payday. I know for a fact my employer deposit the money on Tuesday evening and it doesn't credit to my account until Wednesday night at 11:00 PM, so basically I consider getting paid 1 day and 1 hour before payday, that is one of the reasons I switched to RushCard. For the 2 day early deposit.

I have been a customer for 6 years and gave them many referrals However I'M DONE! I had a large deposit for almost $200 deposited in my acct but then couldn't find my card. I opted to have it send urgently and paid $35 fee for 3 day shipping. On 3rd day no card. My rent was due. I'm freaking out. Call them to see what issue is? I LEARN THAT my card was sent to wrong address. Address 2 and half hrs away in which have not lived in over a yr.. I was pissed because before requesting card they confirmed. I had twice asked them to confirm my ship address which at that moment was correct. My old address was no longer on file so how did this happen. It was a Fri. Only option was to request additional card again and this time wait even longer.
I had to track down an old neighbor and pay them to bring my card. Now since I didn't receive card to correct address on time I ask them waive the 435 fee, they gave me soo much crap... GET this. Prior to that I set up bill pay sending my child and myself 2 checks... AGAIN call to confirm address, so same mistake won't happen. Right? WRONG! Now, it's been OVER A MONTH. I HAVE 12 CALLS IN and bs DAILY... THE checks sent to another old address from 5 yrs ago! I was so upset. They CONFIRMED CHECKS not cashed. OK SO STOP PAYMENT AND CREDIT ME.
Today it's over a month now and 8 times I've been told, "We escalated to corporate. You will have money in acct within 24 hrs." NEVER HAPPENED, at one point a supervisor told me I'd be charged 60 for stop payment on checks... HELLO IT'S YOUR FAULT. PLUS terms in fine print say otherwise, I want to talk to corporate but no luck. They say no address or number on corporate. This is crap!

RushCard is a complete scam. Money was stolen and used for a Xfinity mobile account. I filed a dispute for charges on my account after submitted all required documents and proving I suffered from identity theft and never owned a Comcast account, including letter from Comcast. Rushcard denied 1 of 3 charges with no valid explanation. I’ve been trying to get a refund since March with no help and RushCard has all the information needed to handle this case.

A friend of mine previously used RushCard. I decided to go with them as well and since then I've been able to manage my finances better. I like the early deposit that I get too. One time, my card expired and they sent my card to my old address. I called RushCard gave them my new address and they shipped me out a new one.

I was tired of paying bank fees. I went with RushCard and since then I've been liking the early deposit of my payroll. However, there was a time when I had been in a tough situation and it was hard to get an agent at RushCard. Still, after I got a rep, they took care of everything.

I've had some disputes with RushCard. One time, my card was stolen and I even had a subscription for it. It was being used but I still didn’t get my money back. RushCard said that all the charges amounting to a hundred and something dollars were legit when they weren't. Though it wasn't an awful lot, I wasn't happy with that. Also, when I call, I have to go through so much just to speak to somebody. I have to want to dispute transactions just to do that.

I’ve been with RushCard for so many years and I have a good experience. With them, I get my money earlier and sometimes, I get it earlier than that. Also, there's a reload location about a block from me. When I called them to see if my check came in, the reps I talked to were very courteous. RuchCard's great and I’m content with them.

I reported Fraud on my account on July 4, 2019! Was told credit would be sent in 10 business days! Called over 3x. Was told 3 different stories! All of a sudden they refuse to give credit! They are giving me the runaround about my money.

I had a bad experience with banks before. When I heard that with RushCard, the pay comes in two days early with them and they do direct deposit, I thought I would give it a try. I have them since 2008 and since I’ve been dealing with them, I’ve only had one complication with the card. And that’s when the system shut down everywhere. It happened worldwide and something was wrong with the system. But the card is a good thing. I’ve referred people and they have joined RushCard as well. It's very convenient for me to use the card for paying bills and making online purchases. Certain places even have ATMs where they don’t charge you to get your money off the card. It’s lovely. A couple of times when I couldn’t get my balance online, I called them and their customer service was great, too.

With RushCard, it's a good thing that I can't overdraft. I don’t have to monitor what I have with them as far as whether it was putting some money in there or getting everything via direct deposit. When I first started off a couple of years back, whenever I made a transaction, for a good amount of time, whatever dollar that I would take out, at the end of the month, it would give it all back. I don’t know whether that was a promotion thing that was going on. Additionally, RushCard gives me my money two days in advance.
Right now, I’m a truck driver, so we have to wait till Friday to get our checks. But with me having my RushCard and having it set up to be direct deposit, I get my paycheck on Thursday. Thus far, I've been using the RushCard to make online purchases. Also, every time I’ve called, customer service has been great. If it was something that I didn’t understand about something that was going on with the thing, they explained it well. I’m not gonna get rid of my RushCard unless they stop the service.

With RushCard, I like how I get my benefit early. I receive direct deposit through it and whenever it comes through, I get notifications. However, I had an issue wherein I made an order online and I was double-charged but then I didn't know. I had a hard time getting my funds back. The dispute department was late to send me the documents as they stated and so I took matters into my own hands and talked to the merchant and tried to solve the issue. But then, RushCard told me to let the dispute department handle the situation because at that point, I had filed a dispute.
Another issue is that whenever I call RushCard, there's always someone different that answers the phone. Sometimes I have to repeat why I'm calling and the reps tell me they're going to notate my account or they're going to send information over and that I should check back in a certain time frame. In the double charging situation, I was frustrated because it was where I was constantly being charged and I didn't understand how that was so when my card was actually cancelled and they were sending me a replacement. The reps told me that the merchant has a way to push the payment. Despite these issues, RushCard is a great card to have because my funds are available earlier. They let me know what places I can go to, and they won’t charge me out-of-network fees.

I used Walmart prepaid and was not really happy with it. So I decided to have RushCard and have had it for three years. It's okay. But I have another prepaid card that I prefer over it because as soon as I use that card, I get a text letting me know where that card was used or how much, when, and my remaining balance. But I have been able to use my RushCard to pay bills or make online purchases.

I've been a RushCard holder since 2006. I had been having problems with funds disappearing from my account and no one to tell me what happened. That was why I chose RushCard and my money has been safe. I’ll get text message alerts whenever the card or my number is used, saying where and the amount. RushCard is also quite convenient to use for paying bills and making online purchases. Sometimes I load it myself but I prefer direct deposit. However, when I have called their number, it takes forever to get a live agent or any agent at all. That’s the only problem I have with RushCard. But when I do get to the agents, they’re usually knowledgeable and very respectful.

This company sucks. I always have issues with logging in, late payouts, false charges being deducted from my account, customer service never actually helping or answering the phone. I called to get an account verification for a loan, they hung up on me and said their computers were down after hours of being on hold trying to get someone on the phone with my loan provider. Customer service always is rude and has an "I'm doing you a favor" attitude. They don't really care. Just collecting our money. Find somewhere else, do not open an account with this company. You will be livid. There are other card companies that will give you great service and a early paycheck. Save yourself the stress.

I have been with RushCard for almost 3 years and I called to get a replacement card. Due to using it every day the strip is getting bad. They wanted to charge me $5 which is absolutely ridiculous since I already pay a monthly fee of $5.99... $71.88 a year!! I have always liked RushCard but after today I will be pulling all my money out! Both representatives gave no help or understanding! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with RushCard. On Sunday, June 23rd in the morning I called because I noticed there was $3.55 in my account. Apparently someone had accessed my account in TX and withdrew a total of about 1920.00. To say I was alarmed is an understatement considering I just got paid the Friday before. I immediately called RC and was told I needed to fill out a dispute resolution form which I did, but that I had to wait to file a dispute on the 'pending' charges. The additional charges completed that Monday and I submitted my second dispute resolution form the same day. I called RC and they informed me it would take 10 days or sooner for a provisional credit to be applied to my account. Although I was not happy there was nothing I could do.
Subsequently I called and emailed to no avail. Yesterday I received my NEW card and called this morning to check status. First, I was told a 'DECISION' would not be made until July 8th or 9th. 10 days total would put me at July 3rd. 10 BUSINESS days would put me at July 5th, so how do you come up with July 8th or 9th. Furthermore, I have been a member since 2003! Yes 16 years and I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service. To make matters worse I sat on the phone this morning for 18 minutes waiting for them to tell me basically the same thing. I live in California and the charges were made in TX, the same time I made POS purchases in California so how is there a question of where I was located. The card was used at an ATM and a CVS in Texas. I am so so disappointed.

I've been with RushCard for four years and I've had them for so long now that I'm not gonna switch. I get my checks early too. The only thing I don't have close to me is where you can go and get your money off your card without having a fee. But for putting money on the card, I do that at Walgreens. I also make purchases and pay bills online and RushCard works okay for those. I had to call once because I was trying to change my address and the team at RushCard was able to help me with that.

RushCard is a lazy company. I would never ever ever ever do business with you guys again. After someone stole my wallet and stole all my money I disputed the unauthorised transactions. RushCard didn't even wait 3 days to deny my dispute. It didn't even give me my additional credit that was supposed to be promise to me.. so I had to redispute the deny process along with a police report. Now I am in the process of waiting 45 to 90 days. I am on my 45th day today. Magically when I call these ** they call volume is high. I would never ever in life do business with you guys. My lawyer told me to just wait the 90 days and see whatever decision that you guys are going to make because best believe I'm going to sue the whole company for a class action lawsuit and I'm going for millions of dollars. I'm trying to put you ** out of business for robbing people for their hard-earned money.. I cannot believe and understand how you ** are still in business.

I never had any problems with Rush in the many years I have had a card until recently. I hadn't logged into my account for a long time because frankly I didn't need to. But one day I needed to talk to someone very badly and the operator that answered the phone wanted know my phone number on file and I had changed my number quite a long time ago. I couldn't remember the number and I couldn't log into my account. When I tried resetting my password the link for the verification number took longer than 5 minutes to come into my email which meant I had to ask for another one and it did this multiple times to me so I was very upset that I couldn't talk to anyone about my account. The operator told me she could not help me and I ended up having to hang up with no help to my situation.
Isn't there some other way like a secret question that you could ask to get through to someone? I almost canceled my cards because of this and it caused a great deal of anxiety on my part because I couldn't get to my money and had to find an alternative way of dealing with the situation I was in. I know you won't publish this review because y'all might look bad and I noticed all the reviews were all on a positive note. I don't care. I just needed someone to read this. I'm still undecided if I'm going to cancel my cards or not.

I heard about RushCard over a TV commercial and because they said you would get the money two days faster, it’s a good card. Also, I like Russell Simmons. I don't save a lot of money with it because if you go outside the network, they charge you three dollars and some change but using it to pay bills or make online purchases is pretty convenient. Plus, I can reload and do a direct deposit.

I love the RushCard. It gets me my paycheck two days earlier and it's fairly easy to use. I'm thinking of changing all my paycheck to the prepaid card. I recommend the prepaid card to anyone who wants to have better control of where your money goes. Instead of using a bank account, use the prepaid card. The only issue I have with it is getting cash, and paying without a check. It's a great way of controlling your input/output of money.

I had a friend who was on RushCard and she told me that you can get your paycheck two days sooner. That was a while back. I went on ahead and applied with RushCard. I’m using them mainly because I get my paycheck early. Outside of that, I would be with somebody else. You don’t get points or rewards. I did the reload twice. I can go to CVS, Walgreens or Lowe’s for that. But it’s expensive. It's $5 when you’re loading money each time. I don't do the reload very often just for that reason. I have a direct deposit.
Overall, my experience has been okay for the most part. But my issue is it is very hard to get in contact with a customer service rep. Sometimes, I could try to call and the call would disconnect automatically when I try to get a representative, which should not happen. If you have your money, you should be able to get in contact with a representative pretty easily. The other issue that I had in the past was that someone fraudulently used my card to make purchases. RushCard explained to me how long it was gonna take for the process and it was done properly. They sent me documentation and information that said the issue was resolved since they had to do an investigation. I got credited back my money which was a good thing. I know such a problem happens, but that shouldn’t happen. The issue was resolved, but I don’t know if there is a security issue that may need to be checked into. Otherwise, I haven’t had an issue since.

I have referred approx 8 people for this card. The first couple of times the referral was credited to both accounts in less than 30m. After the first two, the referral fee didn't post on the same day. I would have to call customer service. They insist on speaking to the referred person. After which the rep says that they will send request to corporate to have credit added and it would take 24-48 hrs. To date, the last referral was made on 04/04/19. It took forever for the referred party to get the credit. I have yet to get mine. I am researching how to sue them for false advertisement to include the time wasted calling customer service to be told the same thing and still nothing has been applied to my account. Of course you know that I am not referring anyone else.

I like Rushcard because I get whatever spending money I have outside of my bills quicker. I get it 2 days earlier. I use RushCard's reload locations and I could take it right to the store and load it at the register. That's an easy process. I've only had to call to update my address and I never had a problem where I had to call in or maybe change my pin. I did it through the app which I have on my phone. One problem I may have is sometimes finding an ATM that's free. Also, I can't use the card on the Uber app. Other than that, it's good.

Once I only have about $59 or so on my card it's very difficult to withdraw from my card at a atm. I have to make a purchase to get cash back which is troublesome. I just don't understand why I use ATM.

In the beginning, RushCard was wonderful. I had some credit issues and I didn’t have a bankcard, so, I used RushCard. One time, my identity had been stolen and RushCard made it easy and convenient. I’m also disabled, so I’ve been able to have my disability check go directly onto my RushCard. And any time I have worked, I’d been able to have my paycheck directly deposited on there. The fact that it allowed my check to come a few days early has always been a big plus for me, too. There are places that don’t take it, but I haven't had a problem with the majority of places. I have the once a month fee so I don’t have to have fees every time I use it, and that hasn’t been a problem for me. Having that and having the Allpoint have been great as well as far as being able to go to the Allpoint ATMs. That’s been outstanding.
But I'm having a lot of problems putting money on the card lately. I go into the store like Walgreens and it doesn’t let me do it, so I end up having to say, “Forget it.” And my biggest concern is that there's no local bank where I could just walk in and talk to somebody. Other than that, somebody stole some money from me the first of the year and I had to get a new card. I thought that with it, I had a new account number. But I didn’t have a new account number, I just had a new card number and they didn’t make that part clear to me. So when the income tax check came, which was $150, their automated system on the phone told me to push this button and get the number to have my income tax check direct deposited. So, I got the number from them, then I put it on TurboTax who did my taxes online. But it was the wrong number, so I never got my $150 deposited.
When I did the chat, RushCard's people were rude and didn’t help me at all. I was trying to understand because I really felt like it was RushCard’s fault. It turned out that my account number was still the account number that I had all the while and that was the number that I would’ve given TurboTax if RushCard hadn’t given me this different number.
I was telling the reps about how disappointed I was and how on that automated thing on the telephone they gave me the wrong information. I asked them who I needed to report that to because I wanted to tell somebody and somebody needed to know that in order to correct that so that they wouldn’t do that to somebody else. I asked that question repeatedly and I was on chat with them for two hours. But they would never give me a name or anything of somebody to report that to. I even spoke to a supervisor on the chat, so I could get some help. But they never gave me a name of anyone to go any further with that. So to this day, I haven't gotten the $150 because all they told me was when the IRS sees that it didn’t get deposited, it’ll just go back to them and they’ll send me a paper check.
When I contacted the IRS they told me that I got my money when I was supposed to get it and that it was deposited when it was supposed to be deposited to the number that I gave them. So, I was worried that maybe the number I gave them was somebody else’s deposit number. RushCard was so nasty about it and even about looking into it. They ran me around and at times like that, I would’ve liked to have been able to go into the bank, sit down, and talk to somebody. All in all, there was a time when I would’ve always told others to buy a RushCard. It’s off the chain and I love it. But now, I’m ready to leave RushCard. They’re not my best friend right now because I feel like I kinda got screwed with that whole income tax deal.

I've been a RushCard member since 2015 and NEVER had a issue until now. I can't get into my old email to recover my password and they're telling me I have to fax them all this stuff and I don't have a fax machine. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he kept giving me trouble and I never got transferred. I don't recommend RushCard. NEVER!!!

I don't have any issues or complaints. They should reduce the atm fee and out of network fee if you're paying a monthly fee. The card is great. When you transfer to another account there shouldn't be a fee for that. Something like that needs to be free.

I’m not too happy with Rushcard. I’ve been a member with RushCard since 2012. And I decided to become a member because they deposit your direct deposit ahead of time. You get your paychecks ahead of time. I had a good experience when I’d have a dispute with another merchant. They went ahead and give the amount that I disputed before the merchant reimbursed the money.
For disputes with RushCard, you have to first verbally call it in. And that’s one of the main things about RushCard that I don't like. You have to push so many buttons to get a live representative. They’ll tell you that they're gonna send you a form out or you can mail it or fax it back to them. We should have the option to be able to email. They should be able to email you that form and you should be able to email it back to them. But also, after that, it takes much longer for them to give you the provisional credit.
Also, I do direct deposit with RushCard and it’s not difficult at all. I have done some reloads, which I feel is a little bit more difficult. I also feel that you shouldn’t have to pay that fee to reload. It should be some kinda way to where you should be able to reload for free. And it’s a fee for however much. So, it’s not one set amount. Moreover, the team members at RushCard are sometimes mostly foreign representatives, so you really can’t understand them. And it’s very hard to get a live rep. There’s not an option to speak with a live rep. You have to listen to all your transactions, and then after that, if you wanna dispute a transaction, then you have to go through all of those prompts, and then, that’s when you get a rep.
I have recommended and referred a few people that I know to RushCard. But throughout the years, I feel like the service has gotten worse. I also have an issue with RushCard right now. I went to Puerto Rico in May. I used my card, and they charged me an international transaction fee, and it’s not international. It’s not out of the country. I haven’t even spoken to them about it yet because I have to go through all of these loops and hurdles to get a live rep. So, after July, I’m closing my RushCard account.

I was going to use RushCard for purposes of having my employment check direct deposited onto it, but I never received the card. I asked to speak to a supervisor because it has been more than the 10 days that they had told me that I will receive my card and to keep looking for it. And I called on numerous occasions trying to follow up on them. Then, I was told by a representative who works for RushCard that in order for me to get a replacement of a card that I had never received, I'd have to pay them $20. If I didn't pay $20, there was nothing that they could do. Why would I pay $20 for something I never received in the first place? And then the guy was so rude. Also, I asked for a supervisor. I was never offered one. So, I sent in information via email letting them know that I was highly displeased with that RushCard and that they would never see any of my business ever. If that's how they're gonna treat people, I'm not even signing up for that.

Made a call inquiring about how to dispute a transaction. The representative that was assisting block my card without my permission after I told her I would call the merchant 'cause I needed my money 'cause the policy is to block the card. I was checking my transaction on my app just to see that my card had been blocked without my permission after I told her that I would call back and that I would speak with merchant. I called back, got transferred around, finally spoke with manager and she gave me wrong info as well. Called back three more times to find out all that I said they didn’t believe. I had to pay to get my money. All the representative in the company can barely speak English. The way I was handled and treated I don’t recommend no one use the card. They have other prepaid services that have more and better options avail. Chime is a new one and they also have Netspend which is not bad.

The only complaint i have is the 3.00 out of network charge, especially at a free wawa ATM. Also, the in network ATMs are not very convenient. Going forward, I hope that more ATMS are added in network and hopefully free.

After four years your customer service is horrible. I’ve recently had a transaction come from my account that I did not authorize and I made a dispute and RushCard failed to let me know as to time. To sign the documents and now I have to wait 45 days to get my money. You’re not helpful. You get on the phone with the agent. They just want to get you off the phone. I suggest nobody get rushcard.

I like my RushCard and I would recommend it to a friend. I've been with them since 2014 and I have two cards now. There’s one only thing that I did have a problem with. I tried to refer my son and my boyfriend so they could get one but for some reason, RushCard denied their applications. My son was under 18 at the time so I had to sign a parental rights form and send it back in. But I did everything and they were not still able to get a card. I don’t know what happened and why they were denied. That’s why I got my other second card.
The system was also down a time or two, when it let us know to call back at a different time, but over the years, that’s probably all I've encountered. The customer service representatives were also nice, friendly and very helpful. RushCard is also very convenient. I put my money on my RushCard, even when it’s coming from my check, so when it’s time for me to pay my bills, it helps me put everything in place. I can order online and pay my bills.

Every time I use my card there’s a $1 penalty, that’s just too much. When I think I have a certain amount on it, then it’s a different amount. Then I have to make sure I have the right amount plus that $1 or I have to put what I’m purchasing back. I wish they had something I could pay a one time fee at once and then they won’t take any other charges out per month.

I have had a RushCard for over five years and I have not had any problems with it. My direct deposit is always on time, my card has never been rejected at any store or online. I would recommend that you get the card that charged the monthly fee since the as you go card charges a dollar every time you use it regardless of the amount you spend.

With RushCard, I'm able to see my finances on my phone, which helps me manage it. I'm also able to pay bills and do online purchases. But whenever you have to go to the ATM, they double charge you. The ATMs charge you $2 then the card will charge you also. Then when you call in, it's hard to get ahold of somebody to really get answers. There's a long wait time and sometimes if you're on there too long, it'll cut you off or you have to do a whole lot to speak to someone. Getting reloads is also not easy. I don't know where I can go or how to do that. I just use it for direct deposit. But although I actually get paid on the 1st and the 10th, I'll see it three days before.

I've been trying to receive a replacement card from for a whole year. Everytime I call they tell me they have my correct address but if so why hasn't any of my replacement cards been mailed to me. They claim no card have been returned to them so where are the cards going. Customer service is unprofessional and they do not help me with resolving the issue and they won't get in contact with their corporate office to see what's going on. It's times where I can't access my money to pay bills. My credit card payments are behind because of RushCard. They will not help me with anything and the customer service reps are very rude and unprofessional. I've been with RushCard since 2009 and this is how they treat valued customers.

With RushCard, the direct deposit was really simple, which was what I really needed with my job. I heard about them through a friend a few years back and it's an awesome card to have. Depending on where I'm shopping, sometimes I get discounts with it. I also like the notifications that I get back every time I spend, which really helps me out. I'm satisfied with RushCard. Everything has been going really well with it and and I haven’t had any problems in the services anywhere I shop at or anywhere I swipe. I haven’t had any problems at any ATMs either, so the card is like a bonus for me.

Yeah so this guy was making fake watches and scammed me out of my money and the lady at RushCard was quick and accurate at helping me and I went on to buy a Versace watch that came in 2 days... This account has been great for getting me back on my feet in a pinch. It would be even better with more of the features that are available for other prepaid cards. I would love to see the ability to add the account to my digital wallet, and use it as part of my financial suite. Having a chip would also be handy.

It is extremely hard to get a new card or even report a card stolen. I tried over the weekend due to losing my card and ordered a second no one ever reached out to me and told me this was not a replacement. I had to pay and wait for another card to come. Fees are ridiculous.

I have had a pretty good experience with RushCard. I just don't like if you forget your PIN there no way to reset it with a representative. You have to just get a new card. RushCard left me Stranded with no cash when I had $1000 on it. I called RushCard before I went on my vacation. To let them know I would be traveling Internationally. The man told me I would be fine. I get to the Bahamas and could not use my card at all. I even called them and I was told they do not let any one use their card Internationally. I was very upset because I had just talk to Representative who told me I would be fine. If I would have known this I would not have put my money on this card at all. I could not pay for anything I had gotten on my trip. It put me in a really bad Position. I will never use RushCard again for anything. I have advised other family members not to use this card as well. Not only was I left in the cold I was embarrassed as well.

Great card service. They really do whatever you need done a timely manner and I appreciate them. I sometimes have problems loading my check on to my card. It takes too long & I think something is wrong but then it goes through.

I thought I would receive my pay two days before but it's only the day before. Other than that I have no issues. I also enjoy the holiday promotions that comes with having the card. Other than that the service is great.

I really feel like you should charge ATM fees on top of them charging you a fee to use their ATM... Also, I was told there would only be a one time fee for setting up the card... now I get a monthly fee.

Every time I contact customer service, I get someone whom I can't understand and they are always very rude. I always have to escalate to a supervisor who then 9/10 times doesn't do what I need/know can be done. Also the rental car policy is very frustrating. I rented a car a few weeks ago and not only did I have to pay a $200 deposit with Enterprise (which was expected). I also had to pay a $200 for RushCard. Worse experience of my life.

At first I loved my RushCard but now I really hate it for the simple fact I work hard for my money and every time you swipe they charge you a dollar. I’m already being charged at the ATM why are you charging me to spend my money if you have $40 dollars and the item or whatever it is you’re purchasing is 40 guess what it declines it because you need an extra dollar to pay you guys to spend my money. I’m about to drop them as soon as my family and friends get the new card I have with a new company.

I don't have a bank account so my work referred me to this place to get a prepaid card. WORST DECISION EVER. I applied for the card. It says on my confirmation email that it will be delivered within 7-10 business days. I waited and checked mail every day looking forward to it. It's been the 13th business day so I contacted them to see where it was. These people are in a different country and they had no idea what they were talking about. I asked them where my card was. They stated it takes 7-10 business days and they told me to verify my address they had on file and it was correct. They asked me to verify my address 10x and they confirmed it has passed the est delivery date. I asked them if they could track it. They said USPS doesn't provide them tracking numbers when they send them out???
I asked them if I could have a replacement due to I checked my mail every day. They kept on stating that it was delivered even though they said they didn't have a tracking number. I confirmed a million times that the card IS NOT in my mailbox. I asked for a replacement and the rep said, "Yes we can issue one if you can verify your SSN, address and birth date." I confirmed it ALL. It was all correct. The lady put me on hold and came back on the line and said that "Unfortunately we can't issue a replacement card due to we need proof of verification. Send a copy of Your ID, Pay stub and Your SSN." I verified with her that all my information was correct. I faxed those documents in SAME DAY and called them the next day and they stated that my pay stub was not accepted for proof of address even though it matches the one they have on file and my name was clearly on it.
She said I needed to resend another pay stub. I resent one via faxed by phone. She stated I would receive an email when they receive it. I never got an email but I got an email stating my work had deposited my funds onto the card. I called them back and she said they were accepted again and I need to send them again??? You guys have my SOCIAL, ID, BIRTHRATE, ADDRESS. But you guys can't issue me a replacement that has my MONEY on it. She said, "I can cut you a check if you don't want the replacement card." I said, "Then issue me a check." She put me on hold and came back on and said, "Unfortunately I can't cut you a check until we get the verification we need" even though they have EVERYTHING they need. She said if I don't send it I won't get my money. I've spoken to 4 supervisors and I'm going on 3 weeks since I enrolled for the card and told it was supposed to be here between 7-10 business days.
I can't even get a replacement even though my money was put onto that card. I am PISSED!!! I have to keep calling in and get nothing resolved. I can't even get my own money back. I really feel like they're a shady company. You can take all my personal information but when I verify it and send proof I can't get my money off that card?? I reported them to the BBB. Awaiting to hear back. This is a headache just to get a prepaid card and I'm getting the runaround. DO NOT GET A CARD FROM HERE or you will be in my position. I guarantee you. Today is 6/16 and I ordered the card in May and I still don't have my money so I'm basically working for free and can't pay any bills or rent until they send me a replacement card which I never when I'll get that because they supposedly keep needing me to send in the same documents over and over.

I have an issue with the charges that they take. Like for instance my last check was 319. I had to do 3 transaction to get the 300 off my card in which they charges 2.99 per. No problem with that but my balance was 1.07 left in which 10 should've been left. So I'm wondering where are the other charges coming from.

Your customer service and phone system sucks. Excuse my language but it’s really hard to get through and once we do customer service does not help. I do not get paid 2 days before my pay period. I get my deposit on a Thursday so I feel like cheated. That’s one of the big reason I went with you guys 2014, I’m thinking of canceling RushCard soon due to poor service. I’m not happy at all.

I do not like the fact that you have a monthly limit to my withdrawals from a Tyme machine and I will probably discontinue using my RUSHcard because of this fact.... It's my payroll going on that card not yours.... So either that gets changed or I will not use your card. If I'd known this I wouldn't signed up with RUSHcard.

I like that RushCard presents my paycheck 2 days faster than my original payday. It's very easy to access and very helpful. I also like the ease of being to get my transaction done at any bank or store. I am still waiting on my tax return but I know I will be able to access my money without any hassle

My experience with RushCard has been pleasant, the only unpleasantries I have had have been on my employer's end. RushCard is a good Company with a solid card. I haven't had any problems with the magnetic strip and when I lost my card they replaced it and sent me a new one super quick.

RushCard is ok if you don't have an actual bank but they need to make these cards more secure. My husband and I have both had people hack into our accounts with no question at all from RushCard if these transactions were authorized and they were out of state. I will soon be banking elsewhere. Also they take so long to refund your money when these type of unfortunately events happen.

I ran into a issue with unauthorized deduction from my account. The service department was very helpful and great assistance with issue me a new card. Loading my card with direct deposit or personal loads. Balance alerts are great also.

Tried loading a check and app keep crashing. Loading on my tablet and still couldn't get it loaded. Tried calling customer service and only got automated. Never a live person. Very inconvenient. I had to go to a check cashing dealer in order to cash my check.

Paying 1.00 every time I use my card is ridiculous. And there is no overdraft. I agree not for cash but there should be something in case of emergency like a max of 30 a month or something like that for the ones that has direct deposit.

The customer service is hard to get through to and then when you get through to customer service the lack of knowledge is very unprofessional. I have had several attempts to get a new card ordered for myself and still have yet to get a new card. As of this moment I am using a card that is taped together because I have never received a new card. The fees that just pop up on my card I have have tried to dispute however the process and back and forth is frustrating. The attention to detail in a conversation needs to be addressed and the noise reduction in the background as well as conversations that are going on in the back needs to be addressed. You need to invest in better Quality Assurance for your calls and monitoring.

Using my RushCard was easy except when I wanted to order important things like Uber cash on my account. I also was dissatisfied with the amount of fees I paid when there really was no gain. If this card reported to a credit agency, the fees would have been worth it.

I love my Rush Card. Had one for 5 years plus. I’m just not happy with the monthly fees other than that everything is fine, seems like everyone wants to charge fees except chime. It’s insane maybe you all can look into taking that away.

Doesn’t help with credit at all. It is also very difficult to get a real person on the line. I tried calling several times and it’s always a machine. I was also told this would help improve my credit and it didn’t. Just wasn’t the right fit for me.

I love how there is no fee to anything just monthly fee which is $8, there's is ARP or rates in this card, I would definitely recommend it to a friend. It's so easy to apply and it helps a lot with my payments.

Your terms and conditions state very clearly the load limits, but I am never able to do it. The load is rejected well before the monthly limit is reached. I am considering to cancel the card because of this unwritten limitation.

I am very pleased with my RushCard. I just wish there was free atm or atm where you don't get hit with a double fees. I also would like to get text alerts when I get deposits or anytime I use my card. I don't like always having to log in to check my account. I really enjoy my RushCard.

This card has help me a lot faster with things, it's fast and easy to do use and handle.. Been using it for 5 months and still no problems.. Gives me cash back and at times. Allows me to overdraft... with no problems. I use it local and statewide.. Love it especially at the casinos.

I appreciate getting paid 2 days earlier. My RushCard gives me more control of my money. I use my card for everything I want and need. It has brought better organization to my finances. I have used RushCard for several years now. I can't remember having any problems with my card or account however the only problem I do have is that when I use the atm machine I get a out out of network charge plus the atm fee charge which is very confusing.

I was upset about not being able to use my card internationally. I loaded both my cards thinking I could use them when I travel and was told RushCard can’t be used when I went to Jamaica. I would suggest you find a way to change that. Because of that I was short of money on my trip.
