    I have been a customer for 11 years and most recently had a dispute filed back on Oct 5, 2021 and should of had provisional credit back to my account but the dispute department said I exceeded the red return of their forms which they sent me on Rushcard Cover letter which clearly stated to return within 10 business days.

    The customer service people supervision sent my complaint to the dispute team indicating that by their own rules it was received in exactly 10 days October 15, 2021 but continued to come up with 11 days and said it was not business days. It is and was disputed by the very customer service supervision within their very own organization as being received in 10 days and in fact the Rushcard cover letter indicates and I quote "Return in 10 Business Days" but I've gotten hang ups, Game playing and although proven I have zero ability now in the Dispute team acknowledging my calls at all! After almost 11 years of being a Rushcard customer I am left with no choice but to take my business elsewhere and as of this date no action to help or remedy my problem by Rushcard to ease my loss only to make it incredibly worse!!

    There’s 91.00 taken out my account from google. I have contacted google. I also, have documentation that I didn’t make any recent transactions from them. I have email RushCard multiple regarding my money. I don’t have any money left and have bills to pays. They were no help. In my opinion this is stealing I didn’t authorize anyone to make this transactions. I cannot speak to their customer service because the automatic system doesn’t recognize my last 4 digits of my card. Could someone please help. I have been with them since 2012 I would have thought they would handle situations like this better than they are doing.

    Do not use RushCard!! They often have transaction disputes. I think it’s done by some of the representatives. Nobody answers the phone when you need help. If you wanna check on your money you can’t. To speak to someone is hard. It’s a shame!!! They do horrible business!!! I was in gold fur over an hour just to speak to someone and dispute these 25 charges that was placed on my account. That’s not the first time this has happened. There’s is no security!!! Run from RushCard. I’m telling you they're a con!

    Said they did a dispute for me, and reimbursed me, 6 months later they determined I owed it, I told them I didn't spend 100.00 on Microsoft, it was a scam, I wasn't even working, but any way RushCard didn't stand up for me. Don't get this card when you really need your money. They will find a reason to take it.

    I requested a replacement card a couple of months ago. I sent in all my require identification information which included my driver's license, proof of address and work stub. As yet I have not received my RushCard. They keep giving me excuses and in the meantime I have two Social Security checks and a stimulus check which I cannot get my funds from. I am being evicted from my apartment because I cannot pay my rent due to the fact that they have not sent my card yet. Everything that requested was approved by them. My case number is **.

    I have a prepaid debit card with RushCard, MetaBank. On February 27th there was a fraudulent charge made through Facebook, my account was hacked and both of my debit cards on file were fraudulent used. I filed a dispute case on March the 7th for $480.00. I was given a provisional credit on March the 19th. Only 7 days later on the 26th Rushcard reversed my provisional credit twice putting my about into the negatives over $900.00. I've asked multiple times as to why it was closed, all they keep telling me is no error was found and the investigation is private.

    I work for a major bank and know that is a lie. In fraud cases the bank must given a reason as to why I lost the case. Also, I only filed one dispute yet they reversed the credit twice and as of April the 3rd they have refused to fix or correct the error from March 26th. I've emailed and called multiple times and keep being told 1 to 2 days, the corporate office is looking into the matter and still nothing. No one will help me! I've kept all my emails and call records due to possibly needing to get a lawyer to get the money they stole from me.

    There is always an issue w my account. For instance I order a product online the order gets canceled but the transaction still pending after the pending transaction is lifted and my money supposed to be deposited back. They don’t. Call customer service and it’s even worse. They are rude and no help to the matter at all!! This has happened on multiple occasions. I hate writing bad reviews but I am fed up with this. You will be too if you decide to use Rush Card as your banking. I’m not recommending anyone use this banking and those who are using I’d get all my money out and switch to another bank if I were them. As I am going to do once my money is put back. I’m closing it out and taking my business elsewhere. I’ve been with Rush Card well over 3 years and it gets worse by the year!!

    I scheduled a bill pay to myself after not being able to pull funds out my account from a teller. I schedule it for $7000 to be sent to my other bank to pay my mortgage. It stated it would be sent the next day. It stayed in pended. I end up calling and asking them to just cancel because it provided me the option but when I clicked it wouldn’t cancel. I was then told to wait every day. It was wait another day. It’s now been a week. I have called, spoke to over 10 different foreign people who hang up who lie say they can’t give out id numbers so on so forth.

    I have three ticket numbers. No one has fixed my issue. Last representative told me it’s being escalated, give two business days. Explain to her it’s been more than 2 business days. She says their department backed up and now I see why I have been customer since 2010. $7000 just gone. Verified both accounts on bill pay there correct. After this issue is solved I will be closing my account. During pandemic this is wrong way to be going about things. They don’t care or value their customers. If I could give no stars I would. This has been the worse.

    I have been a RushCard customer since 2015!! Have always had my paychecks and tax refunds deposited into my account with no issues. This year I get an email stating they were holding my tax refund until I call them and speak to someone. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with a live person. I literally had to forward the email they sent me to their customer service email. Finally get a response saying I had to send in verification??? So I submitted the verification still did not get a response. So I emailed them again and they received it and approved it but they already sent the check back to the IRS. I called IRS and they have not received the check back. This is horrible. I’m a single mom of 3 kids and we really need that money. It’s very frustrating when you can’t even speak to someone. Everything is through email.

    I reported my RushCard lost in September of 2020 but I located my card no more than 5 min after the initial call to report lost and my card was blocked & as of this date they refuse to unblock my card. They telling me all types of garbage about verification issues and account not matching, well I relocated from Indiana and now live in Texas so of course my address is different from account but the craziest part is Rush blocked me from the Rush App so I can’t update my info. I’ve done everything they requested, I’ve sent in food stamp (Snap)documents, which was their recommendation. I’ve sent a written statement twice explaining my Identification situation which is an expired ID. It’s a pandemic and any Government office here in Texas has an outrageous appointment wait time meaning I set my appointment in September of 2020 but my date hasn’t arrived yet because it is set for 3/15/21, a six month gap.

    I’ve since lost my apt and am now homeless. I sent the appointment invoice with confirmation number & my name on it, as told by RushCard but I am only rejected. So I said let me see something... I applied for an Brand New Rush card with my current address. The New Card was mailed & received by myself at my new address mind you. So I have 2 Rush Cards both have an active balance of my funds but I can’t withdraw from either. Why do UniRush need proof of address when they mailed me my new card & I received it?... Obviously they can see my social security number is associated with both cards. They are penalizing me for not remembering my account info (old phone number or email). This has been hell on Earth for myself & my family. Due to this “Ponzi Scheme” company we are homeless and I’ve gone thru hell. I really regret using Rush. This company is insensitive to its customers and UniRush is a scam.

    I’ve contacted an attorney and may get more out of this than my account balance. I saved all my documents and correspondence mail between myself and Rush. Can’t talk to a real person about this very inconvenient and disrespectful act being performed by this rip off company. I want my funds released. I too will be contacting BBB and any other firm or Group that can assist me in not only re-gaining my funds but taking this company down. Scam artists UniRush, Greendot, & Metabank! I NEED MY MONEY. It’s not yours!!

    Double fees!!! They charge a fee then the retailer charges a fee!!! You can’t talk to a person by phone unless you’ve lost your card!!! No live chat feature!!! If you get down to $0 balance and try to close your account, they send you a “scripted message” saying that the account will close eventually and of course they have “inactivity” fees so while you’re waiting for their system to close your account, you’re hit with an inactivity fee!!! These people belong in jail!!! I have contacted cfpb and Texas attorney general and lodged a formal complaint against them!!! My next action will be my attorney!!!

    I've been with Rush Card for a few years. Rush Card closed my previous account with no explanation of why. I was then told to order a new card. Once my new card arrived, magically, my old Rush Card was reopened. Now I have two Cards With Rush Card. HOWEVER, AS SOON AS MY DEPOSIT HIT MY ACCOUNT. RUSH CARD CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. I've contacted them for over a month now. I still having getting an explanation of why. Rush Card won't give me my money. Nothing has been fixed.

    I have been with RushCard for over ten years just because of the offered two day early check option. I recently noticed I had 4 unrecognized transactions on my account. Contact RushCard and I am charged $30 for a new card to be delivered and I can’t access any of my money on top of the dispute. Has to be completed through a form and submitted before I can get compensated any kind of refund.. Sad thing about all of this is that I have my card on hand and these were all debit transactions except for a gas station purchase. Again this is no fault of my own but I’m now in the hole $130 and can’t access any money on my card and my rent is due and my phone bill. I’m very upset now. Don’t recommend this company. The customer service sucks. I couldn’t even dispute the pending charges on my account. Definitely not for the customer.

    I had a ssi deposit made Aug 31st in the amount of 824 dollars. My available balance should have been 824. Instead it was only 663. You can't overdraft this card and there is no transaction listed with other transaction I made so where's my 160 dollars? They won't let you dispute. Rush Card claiming they are not a merchant. I don't know how to post a screenshot of this transaction to prove they steal from people.

    Don't trust RushCard. They left me stranded in a foreign country without access to my funds and it never stated on the policy terms you can't use international. People that experience this need to sue Rushcard.

    On Monday the 20 I notice my direct deposit didn't show. I was told due to a glitch my account got blocked and closed. Now I'm missing my whole deposit over 2 grand. I hope Ohio financial institutions fix this, since RUSH CARD customer service sucks, you can only talk to a live person when you lose your card but if you have issues with your card no live person available you chat with and outside source from a different country representing Rush Card services online. I was also told it would take one to two days to fix the problem. The problem is still not fix, after I did more research on Google and YouTube.

    This has been an ongoing issue with this company and they were fined for it, the part that I don't get they're still doing it, now I'm seriously thinking about getting a lawyer and taking this company to court also getting the media involved. Green Dot the owners of the company you should be ashamed. You're to blame too. I spoke with Ohio financial institutions regarding this matter. I was told Green Dot was going to call me in 24 hours. Didn't happened, now since my account Is closed I have no way paying my bills or feeding my kids. I see why people go postal but I'm going to let federal court handle it.

    Let me begin with saying, please do NOT open an account with this company. They have been giving my sister and I AND the STATE of CT the run around. I have my checks deposited into my sister's account because I currently don’t have one. It’s been like that for several years. While I was on vacation RUSHCARD decided to suspend/close the account. They won’t mail my sister the check with the funds that were in the acct.

    They stated that the STATE of CT closed it and has to authorize the release of funds. Get this... the STATE kindly called them and told them they DID NOT close the account and have no authorization to do so. Rush card does not care and won’t release the funds. THEY ARE A SCAM!!! I have a substantial savings to use to buy a home and look at this now. You should not have to fight for your money people. I may have to look into suing them. This is insane. They should be banned from ever doing business again. This needs to stop.

    Hello I've been with Rush for bout 10 years, at first if I had direct deposit. I had no fees. Now for the past few years I paying monthly fees. Also since March I had 2 fraudulent transactions through Microsoft that pulled almost a 100 out my acct. 2 weeks later rush credit my money back. At the end of march I had money transferred to my account. Went to swipe my card transactions. Declined. Called rush 1800 # to find out they reversed payment back to Microsoft. I filed a letter in April and here it is July no response or my money back. I'm disgusted and will not continue my account with rush. Horrible service. I lost 95 dollars of my hard earned $$$$...

    This is the worst bank anyone can ever go to. I think it is absolutely absurd you are not able to speak to a live representative regarding YOUR MONEY. They want you to send a email and wait 24 hours for a response when the matter is very urgent. The live chat always time out before you get any answers or information to your questions. I received a loan from the SBA and they are refusing to deposit it because they want documentation that the SBA doesn’t provide, so my business in going to take a big hit. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

    I have been using RushCard for almost 10 years. Out of nowhere they have recently closed my account with no explanation. I have over $3K in my account and was told that they would be sending me a check in 5-7 business days. It's been over 3 weeks and nothing. During a time like now, I need those funds as it was my direct deposits and savings, etc. I call a rep and they read from a script and do not help me. I want to cut my ties with this God awful company and get my money back. I see others have experienced this as well so I have hired a lawyer to get involved. This is crazy and you are really taking advantage of innocent and hard working people!

    I received a deposit of 877.00 from my job. They only put 777 in my account and it does not state where my money magically disappeared to. I’ve emailed and called. I can’t get anyone on the phone. I need my money now. The pandemic is already hard and now I can’t even get my funds. What’s going on? I need answers now. I’ve been a customer since 2011 and I’m thinking about closing my account.

    I went to take money out of account at an ATM early in the morning and received a message I've never seen. That I've exceeded my daily limit and I need to choose a smaller amount. This has happened 3 days in a row. No cash. I tried a different atm to be sure it wasn't an atm problem, same message. I called customer service which ONLY handles transaction disputes now. There is not a human to speak with! I was told to use chat on the website. I tried that and after a few tries was told I need to email. Soooo.... I send an email and the response was to send me an automated email that states policy. I received a few automated responses that told me, no human had read or addressed my particular problem. I've been a customer for a few years now, but this is just unacceptable. I have direct deposit from 3 different jobs on my RushCard. I'm very frustrated and will no longer be a customer after this lack of customer service.

    I’ve been with RushCard since 2012. I’ve never had a problem until now. My credit card expires tomorrow at 11:59 PM. I have yet to receive a replacement card which I was told I would receive within two weeks of my card expiring. When I was finally able to trick the bot to call me I was on the phone for an hour and 32 minutes and 34 seconds to be hung up on after I started inquiring about my monthly fees.

    I’m only supposed to be charged up to $10 per month and just last month I was charged $24 and every time I try and speak to someone in regards to this matter I get hung up on. Not to mention that I was going to be charged five dollars to get my renewal card. As I stated before I have been with RushCard for eight years now. Never had a problem but now I do. To me it is y’all are stealing from your customers and once y’all are called out on it you don’t wanna deal with it and you disconnect from people. You can’t speak to nobody and when you do speak to somebody if it’s not about they what you said the call was for they hang up on you.

    I been with RushCard since 2013, never had a bad experience to the other day. My account was closed without any notice. They won’t give me no information, only that it was corporate request. I had money in my account and they refuse to give it to me. Anytime I get through to someone don’t nobody have no answers. All I want is my money and some answers. It look like I got to get a lawyer to get my money. Just sad.
