I love the way I get my paycheck two days early.

Rushcard is a great card to have. You do not have to worry about overdraft fees. You can only use what is on the card.

What's going on. My direct deposit always comes on Wednesday (like 7-8 years now) but today nothing?!? I'm so confused.

I rate your services a five star on all aspects.

I've been using RushCard for a long time. Sometimes like right now the number don't go through telling me it's the wrong number... but all the other services is great.

The service provided by RushCard is one that is described with one word. Excellence. No other prepaid card or company compares. This is one team that's definitely ride or die, all from customer service to the C.E.O.

Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. Each time I call all my questions are answered. I appreciate them for all they do!

You did not give my sister her $20 referral and I know it was put on the application even though now you have changed her referral code! That's crappy because I typed in her card number and ** came up.

I've been a RushCard holder since 2009 and mostly do the direct deposits with it. The representatives handled business well and were nice.

I am so ready to get my credit union account back open, RushCard is horrible, wouldn't recommend them to my dog. I'm always being lied to and it's funny they will tie your $ up but seem to not resolve any issues. I hate them!

I find the RushCard very useful for my needs at this time. My only complaint is the availability of approved ATM sites. So far all of my attempts to withdraw cash from an approved location have failed, either the location was not approved after-all or the building was not even there. In Atlantic City NJ I walked within a 2 mile area to 3 locations confirmed on the list from the website, that ended up being empty lots, frustrating to say the least. Now I just go to the closest ATM and pay the exorbitant fees for non approved ATM's and move on. Thank you.

I love my RushCard, it's a great way to charge items that I don't want to use my bank card for. I can give my RushCard to my son to pay a bill, when I'M not able to do so. Trying to upload a payroll check has been a terrible experience. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

Y'all said we get paid 2 days early but I was getting on Thursday. That was fine but that stop now - it be 7 Friday. I don't like that.

I was outraged when I went to get gas and you put a 75.00 hold on my account. That was all the money I had and then you said it will be on for up to 10 days.

I've been a RushCard member for seven years. Someone I know had one and recommended it to me and at the time it was the only one that I really liked. The rates were okay, they offered direct deposit and all those positive things that I was looking for. It's convenient and a good deal. The only thing I don't like are the fees because I don't always have direct deposit going on. But I've never had problem loading money onto it or using it. Nobody ever turned it down. When I had direct deposit, it didn't cost me anything. And every time I call them, I've gotten immediate responses. I've spoken with very intelligent, knowledgeable and kind people. I've never had a bad experience with them. I have recommended RushCard to quite a few friends already.

Made two Lord and Taylor purchases. Had no idea they do not accept prepaid cards. Waiting for my money back, stuck in pending.

Withdrawal amount for ATM should be whatever amount customer desire. Really surprise about convenience of location of the MoneyPass ATMs in my area, good job. Change withdrawal limit on ATM and I would rate a 10.

Ok on the commercials you said you would never be charged for overdraft because you only can take off the card with what you put on the card and one time they let me take more off my card than what I had on it and it put me in a negative $100. I didn't think that was right. You should stick by your word.

I am extremely satisfied with my RushCard! I love the features and benefits it offers. I have had my card now for about 5 years and I never had a bad experience. The only factor that I am not happy with is that you are charged a $5.00 fee to reload your card at the register. Thank you Rushcard!

I have to say I like the card and would definitely recommend this to anyone. It's has helped manage my money better. But the only thing is that customer service sometimes has a language issue but still worth getting the card.

I keep getting discount codes for depositing a check through Ingo. I don't do it often, but even today when I did and tried to use the discount code, it would not work. I was charged $26 to deposit a payroll/advance check from my boss written out off her personal account because she forgot to run the payroll through ADP as normal. And when she brought me a paper check, she grabbed her wrong checkbook, so instead of writing it out off the business account it came out off her personal. I have been using RushCard for quite some time now, the fees for certain things seem to change, getting higher. Granted her forgetting is on her, but $26 to deposit a $650 check is a bit much. I pay less than that just to cash it.

I have had my RushCard for some years now. Overall I'm satisfied with the customer service that they provide whenever I have a problem and can pretty much use my card anywhere I shop. I've now downloaded the app and have the SMS coming to my phone so I get my balance every time I use my card which is very helpful. So I would like to thank you all for my card and account. The only problem I'm having is not being able to add more than one card on the mobile app... My previous card was stolen and the app never gave me an option to change card info.

I've been a RushCard member for a little over a year. My daughter told me about it and the fact that I can transfer money from one RushCard to another makes it easier to transfer money to my children out of town. I get paid cash for a job that I do so I load it and then for the other job that I do, I get paid by check, it's loaded on my card. I like having a card because if I don't have cash, then I don't spend it as easily and fast.

I have a hard time saying what I like about my RushCard. I have been able to do anything with it. I use it for shopping online to going to stores. Using this card is great for planning trips. With this card I can plan travels in advance. Thanks to my RushCard I have been traveling without overspending. I also like the fact that I can check everything online.

I have had my RushCard for some years now & I love it. The only thing that I dislike about it is it only lets you get a certain amount when your paycheck is deposited onto it, but I would strongly recommend it to people.

Great company. Just wish you didn't have to pay to add money to your account. They need a place so you can have a small overdraft fee and also a way to transfer money to other accounts other than RushCard.

One of my friends had a Rushcard and she suggested I use it, so I figured I'd try it out. I have a bit of financial problems right now so I can't get a bank account. Since I started working, I can deposit checks right to it, which is cool. That's the main thing I use it for - for my direct deposit. Yesterday, I also used my Rushcard to pay bills and make online purchases. Everything is easy. I've never had a problem using it.

First of all, y'all never pursuits the case with Boost mobile about my $56.91 and now I'm having the same problem with my $127.99 at Walmart. As soon as RushCard put my $127.99 back on my card I will be looking for someone else to bank with. I'm not satisfy at all anymore with RushCard.

I've been with your company on and off over the years and besides you taking too long to send the cards in the mail and not being able to understand some of the foreigners at customer service you're ok. I like being able to get paid a couple days earlier and your fees are reasonable compared to other debit card companies. Thank you.

I opened my RushCard account back in April and I fell in love instantly, however that quickly changed. I disputed a transaction for 80$ but come to find out the money was stolen from someone I knew so the dispute was denied. I sucked that up because I could somewhat understand why they would do such. Fast forward to today. I disputed a transaction for a overcharge on my account. This was week ending in 8/7/15. Was told my credit would be posted on 8/18. When that date came my credit never posted. I contacted customer service only to be disrespected by a very nasty agent and hung up on. Now I work for a call center myself. Rule 1, shut up while customer is talking. They have the floor, you don't. 2, You never release a call on your customer. Under certain conditions it may be necessary to escalate the call but you do not hang up, ok?

I love my RushCard account. I have always received the best service. Whenever I call in about a problem, it is always solved when I hang up. I never worry about my money because I know where it is and I know it is safe. Thank you RushCard.

Your load fee is a little high. I enjoy that it is accepted everywhere as a Visa. It is good to use for savings.

The referral bonus wasn't paid. I referred 2 people who used my referral code. I called and corporate was emailed only to say I didn't qualify with no reason as to why. I asked for the reason and was told they can't email corporate to get the reason. They send me emails and text messages all the time to refer friends but when I do refer people who sign up and use their RushCard I never receive the $20 refer a friend bonus they are offering.

In December of 2014, I was at Greenbriar Mall and went to get money out of the ATM. The machine did not disburse any money but the money was taken from my account. After many, many request to return the money to my account the $100 was returned to my account. Only the next month, January 2015, the $100 was taken from my account again. I submitted the form to reopen the investigation.

I love my RushCard. It's easy to use. It's not complicated. You don't have so many accounts like PayPal. I hate PayPal. I'll recommend RushCard to everyone. It's the best & a cheaper fee. Love it. I couldn't have picked a better card than this one. I told all my family & friends about Rush.

I absolutely love RushCard. I've had it for two years and it's one of the best cards I've ever had. I like the colors of the card, different types or varieties of cards that you can get. I could check my savings online and see how much I'm spending. It tells me when I get my direct deposit hit early. I use direct deposit more frequently than just reload and have the text messages keeping me up with my balance so I won't overspend. RushCard has made paying bills very convenient. Furthermore, every time I had to call regarding my card, everybody that I spoke to is always nice. They always answer my every question accurately, always wanting to help. They are sweet, so I really like that experience.

My card was compromised. I contacted RushCard customer service and explained to them the bank activities on my account in fact was not made by myself. The company stated to me that I would need to fill out a dispute form and which I did. The customer service Representative stated that once everything was sent back to them it could take up to 90 days to investigate. I sent my paper work in on Friday by Monday morning they made their decisions to not refund me my money. RushCard didn't perform a full investigation as they stated. I feel like a decision was made based off assumption and not logic.

I have a real good experience with the RushCard. One example of excellent customer service is when my original card was compromised they immediately caught the compromisation and immediately notified me to call and get a new card issued and blocked my original card. I would definitely recommend the RushCard to my friends.

I like it better than my local banks! There is no fees and my direct deposits are the best with RushCard line getting my pay a day earlier. The only problem is there is no ATM machine in Hawaii. Got to the ATM high fees.

The new automated phone system is a downgrade! I've sent in a dispute form over a week ago and haven't heard anything about any progress!!!

I really like having the RushCard. My fiancee has had one for years and she enjoyed getting paid early (who wouldn't). I finally decided to get one after she sent me a referral in which we both got a little bit of cash. I really enjoy getting part of my paycheck early since I get paid nowhere near the weekend and also helps when you're on E and you ain't getting paid till a couple days later. All in all it's great to have and would tell anybody it's worth it.

I have been very please with the services. The only thing I see need to improve is the waiting time when you call to speak to someone. The waiting time is very long and I waited for at least 45 minutes to speak to someone when my card was lost. Everything else I am very please. Thank you very much.

Getting text when my rush card has deposit's made on it help. So far I do like RushCard.

I really enjoy the RushCard and I really like it that my direct deposit are in my account a few days before payday. Although I don't understand why my text alert stop coming on my phone. I really liked that because it always let me know how much funds are in my account. Please tell me how I can get the text message by typing BAL again so that it will let me know what my availability of funds are in my account. I really like having a RushCard!

After being a customer of RushCard for over 5 years. I am DONE with this scam!! The final strike was last week, I tried to purchase airline tickets for my two minor children to come visit me from Seattle to Los Angeles. Some type of computer error occurred and the result was my money ($612) was taken out of my account; however my ticket were not paid for. After Rush demanded SWA send over a letter RELEASING my funds (that they never received); Rush tell me after waiting the original 2-3 business days for it to be released, that I now have to wait for the transaction to expire an additional 10 days. My girls are suppose to leave out on Wednesday Aug 19th!! I am so upset after being told I would have my money back before Wednesday, I'm now being told I have to wait till Saturday.

I have been with RushCard for 4 years and I love it. I love the fact that my deposit gets loaded onto my card two days earlier before payday. And when I call with concerns, they are handled directly and immediately and there is no wait.

I like everything about the card but it says you get paid up to two days early but it's actually one day.

I applied for a RushCard because my oldest daughter had it, and a lot of times, the money's there earlier, so the bills are paid. It's been really easy with the direct deposit option, and the customer service has been wonderful with any issues I’ve had. I’ve always had a good experience with RushCard so I'd recommend them.

I went to the gas station and purchase 9.78 worth of stuff and charge me 75 dollars out my account, and this has happen more than once and it really not acceptable.

Only thing I like about this card is you get your pay sooner, but honestly I'll be switching Bluebird.

Why is every time you use it, it charges you 3.00 to 10.00 dollars?

RushCard give me a secure feeling because I know that I never have to carry cash on me. So I do not have to worry about being rob or losing money. I have also started shopping online. And with the RushCard, I do not have to use my major credit card. I just download a certain amount, and go from there.

I like RushCard and I would definitely recommend them. Their reps have been helpful but the ones I get a lot don't speak much clear English so it's hard to understand them sometimes. What I also don't like is how you can't go to the ATM and take this much money. Other than that, I use it to pay my bills and it's convenient. Also, their direct deposit feature is very easy.

My last two instances with calling the customer service line have been fantastic with RushCard. I have told coworkers about my great experiences. I really like the advice & the early deposits that I get out of being a RushCard holder. Many cards have been sent to me but Rushcard is my #1.

I find it very upsetting trying to get a RushCard for my 16yr. I have fax the required paper several time and there seem to have a problem with the paperwork. Very upset. Been a card member for years.

I will be leaving RushCard as soon as it can be arranged. I have been a loyal customer for many years, only to have a transaction declined for $0.23.

Problem is my girlfriend has a RushCard and used to get paid on Fridays. Now she gets paid on Wednesday. So I got a RushCard thinking the same would go for me but it doesnt. Old card I got paid Thursday and I still get paid on Thursday RushCard.

I love the RushCard because I get my paycheck quicker, no hidden fees, and all the texts alerts.

When I call in with an issue, customer service always handles it very quickly for me.

My daughter has a RushCard, so she also chose it for me because we send each other money. I am happy with their service. However, when I try to go online so I can check my stuff, it won't let me do it. It wants me to put in my information, which they should already have, since I brought it up from my email, but they don’t receive it.

I needed help to get into my account because I had forgotten my password. I needed to get into it to refer a friend for a RushCard. I love my card and told a friend how much I love it and highly recommend it. He wanted to sign up and I wanted to make sure he did it through "Refer A Friend" so both of us could benefit from the $20 that we both will receive. My son has the RushCard and I decided to get one, something other than my Chase card. This was an excellent choice. I wanted one for my other son, but I think he's too young.

My girlfriend has RushCard and recommended it to me. I've had it for over a year. The card makes a lot of things easier for me. Instead of having to cash a check, I can do direct deposit. It's better to have a card than always having cash on you and it helps out a lot as well when it comes to paying bills online. There were a couple of times that I locked myself out of my account online and I called to have them reset it for me. They came through every time with no problem. So I'm proud and happy with the service that I get from RushCard and I do recommend it to a lot of my friends.

Hello. I have been with this company for years and couldn't imagine leaving. However the 2 day early direct deposit I think having. It posted in the early morning time I think. Would be better.

I called because I was referred and we both was to get a bonus and it wasn't posted so I had to call to get it applied. As much as I've seen that advertised it should of just posted without call.

I've had RushCard for about eight years now and I like it. I use it for my job and when I want to deposit my check. I also set up a few of my bills to automatically come out off it and it was easy to do. If I had questions, I just call and they answer but they've made me verify a lot of information first which is good for me as well. All in all, it's great.

I have been an avid user of prepaid Visa debit card services. RushCard by far is the worst! None of their customer service team is in America. I had an unauthorized transaction on my account. When they called the phone number on the transaction, there is a weird noise and even the website link they provided was fake. RushCard still told me that I would have to wait 30-90 days to receive my money back because the dispute team has to investigate and blah blah blah. I am PISSED. It's been 40 days and I haven't heard any update. I feel like this is so unfair. This is my first dispute so I don't understand why this company doesn't have a proper way to deal with disputes to make the customer feel like the company feels some kind of remorse for you.

I love the fact that when my direct deposit hits my RushCard account that I am able to withdraw up to 2 days prior of my regular release date for my paycheck. That is a big plus in my book because not everyone is able to take care all bills on Fridays. When you get off work you find yourself scrambling trying to get things done but when you can receive it earlier you have more time to pay things. I really like that.

I have been a Rushcard member since 2005. I have always LOVED being a Rushcard member and using my Rushcard. I have never had problems with anyone accepting it for purchases and I get my Direct Deposit two days early as advertised! They allow me to have 3 different cards and I use them to pay particular bills and for an emergency fund. It is a GREAT Company and they will bend over backwards to make sure every customer gets WONDERFUL customer Service!

The customer service rep that I spoke with was very helpful and solved all of my concerns.

RushCard has the worst customer service. I call because my paycheck wasn't deposited onto my card and I never got to speak to anyone. I was on hold for over 17 minutes. My wife called and she was on hold for more than 10 minutes. No one answered.

I wanna say that since I've gotten my Rushcard, I'll never give it up. It's been the best debit card I've ever had. And because of your wonderful benefits you offer, I've referred several of my best friends and acquaintances to you. Here's a couple of them, Alexander **, Reylene **, Sheena **, Yvonne **, etc. Thank you so much for all the benefits and services you offer. I do not want to lose your services and benefits.

I have been a RushCard holder for some years now and have never been disappointed in the use and access of the card. It has never been rejected at any establishment and is very safe to use. The Customer Representatives are knowledgeable & pleasant, albeit sometimes you have to get past the accent barrier, you do get what you need accomplished. I introduced a couple of people to the RushCard and they were equally satisfied.

Anytime I call the reps always try to answer all my questions. They are very polite and never rude. All of this goes a long way to me.

I have been with RushCard for awhile now and I love my card. I use it for paying my bills, shopping, gas for my car, and other stuff as well.

For the company to be one of the best when it comes to flexibility and satisfaction with updates and friendly customer service, the email team is sub par. The generic responses and time frame of response is horrible. Fix that and we are golden.

I've been a RushCard holder for three years so I don't have to be walking around with cash on me. I could just get it off my card. I was able to pay my bills and make online purchase through the card and it's not difficult. It's good and I would recommend it.

Adheres misleading the disabled and low income clients, the out of country customer service, their barbaric service/lack of understanding English/their limited ability to performance any customer service, their nonperformance service allow the Rush Enterprise to lose millions of dollars in revenue and clients unnecessarily. Feedback! I'm making arrangement to transfer both of my direct deposit to another company. My account is $40.00 negative on a mistake RushCard made. Their response or tactics is to put customer on hold for at least 1:38 minutes or dropping the customer call, transfer you to a queue, meaning starting back in line to start over again. Feel free to call me for more detail. I only speak and understand English! Example customer with a disable income purchase a loaf of bread price is 89 cents. Rush charge and removed $1.89. Fees for use the RushCard was fee of a 1.00. Over a 100% in interests.

I have not received my direct deposit today! Where is my money!

The customer service is not 100%. Also the phone connections are not strong and the phone will suddenly hang up!! Other than that, everything is ok.

On July 9, 2015 I dropped my card. As soon as I noticed it missing I called RUSH CARD. I was on hold for about 12 minutes to report it lost, the whole time I am getting text messages from Rush Card as the people are spending my money... Filed a dispute which was denied because after on 12 hours RUSH CARD said I in fact had the card on my person, when asked how these findings were I could not get a direct answer... Will be looking in to taking further legal actions... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My friend said RushCard was good, so I picked it. Paying bills and buying things online with RushCard has been convenient. It just makes my life easier. I recommend it.

I give RushCard a 10+10 rating. I have been with RushCard for over 1 1/2 years and I love this card. They always post my account on time. I use it for everything from shopping to bill payments. It is so easy to load my card and it is accepted everywhere I do business. I'm proud to carry RushCard in my purse. Thank You RushCard.

I am very dissatisfied since you all make changes to your company. First time I didn't get my money. My job had to cut me a check 4 wks ago. 2 wks ago my money went on card the Wednesday like I am accustom to but this week I still don't have my money on my card. I am starting to let go of my RushCard. I been a customer for yrs. And I am not happy as of 4 wks ago.

I just love using my RushCard - really convenient and easy to load.

Better tracking of calls on the customer's accounts would be great.

I have been with RushCard for 15 years. Almost as soon as it came out. I was also fortunate enough to meet the legendary Russell Simmons. I always have my payroll check direct deposited and use it to pay all my bills as well as shopping.

I really like my RushCard. I believe it's the best decision I ever made. The service that come with card is great. I have recommended Rush to several people. Keep up the great service.
