    I find the RushCard very useful for my needs at this time. My only complaint is the availability of approved ATM sites. So far all of my attempts to withdraw cash from an approved location have failed, either the location was not approved after-all or the building was not even there. In Atlantic City NJ I walked within a 2 mile area to 3 locations confirmed on the list from the website, that ended up being empty lots, frustrating to say the least. Now I just go to the closest ATM and pay the exorbitant fees for non approved ATM's and move on. Thank you.

    I've been a RushCard member for seven years. Someone I know had one and recommended it to me and at the time it was the only one that I really liked. The rates were okay, they offered direct deposit and all those positive things that I was looking for. It's convenient and a good deal. The only thing I don't like are the fees because I don't always have direct deposit going on. But I've never had problem loading money onto it or using it. Nobody ever turned it down. When I had direct deposit, it didn't cost me anything. And every time I call them, I've gotten immediate responses. I've spoken with very intelligent, knowledgeable and kind people. I've never had a bad experience with them. I have recommended RushCard to quite a few friends already.

    I keep getting discount codes for depositing a check through Ingo. I don't do it often, but even today when I did and tried to use the discount code, it would not work. I was charged $26 to deposit a payroll/advance check from my boss written out off her personal account because she forgot to run the payroll through ADP as normal. And when she brought me a paper check, she grabbed her wrong checkbook, so instead of writing it out off the business account it came out off her personal. I have been using RushCard for quite some time now, the fees for certain things seem to change, getting higher. Granted her forgetting is on her, but $26 to deposit a $650 check is a bit much. I pay less than that just to cash it.

    I opened my RushCard account back in April and I fell in love instantly, however that quickly changed. I disputed a transaction for 80$ but come to find out the money was stolen from someone I knew so the dispute was denied. I sucked that up because I could somewhat understand why they would do such. Fast forward to today. I disputed a transaction for a overcharge on my account. This was week ending in 8/7/15. Was told my credit would be posted on 8/18. When that date came my credit never posted. I contacted customer service only to be disrespected by a very nasty agent and hung up on. Now I work for a call center myself. Rule 1, shut up while customer is talking. They have the floor, you don't. 2, You never release a call on your customer. Under certain conditions it may be necessary to escalate the call but you do not hang up, ok?

    Back to story. So my credit NEVER posted. I called back the next morning. All the supervisor could do was say, "I'm sorry, let me send a email to corporate. They will respond within 1 to 2 days..." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! That's all I get after inconveniencing me, after I've had to be late to work yesterday because I didn't have my money or how this will affect me today because I still don't have my money to get to work but RushCard sure as hell doesn't care about that. They just want hey petty little 6$ monthly fee and atm fees. That's what they care about. Oh and pissing their customers off!

    After this issue is resolved and my next deposit which is scheduled this week I will no longer be a RushCard customer. No bueno! And I will be making it publicly known to anyone who has a RushCard or is thinking about getting one my advice, RUN as long as everything is good. They seem great but when you need them or when it's a problem with something you see them for what they are. Nothing could. That's what they do, NOTHING! Real quick, is Russell Simmons still backed behind this (lol)?! RushCard is a joke and I'm not laughing anymore.

    The referral bonus wasn't paid. I referred 2 people who used my referral code. I called and corporate was emailed only to say I didn't qualify with no reason as to why. I asked for the reason and was told they can't email corporate to get the reason. They send me emails and text messages all the time to refer friends but when I do refer people who sign up and use their RushCard I never receive the $20 refer a friend bonus they are offering.

    In December of 2014, I was at Greenbriar Mall and went to get money out of the ATM. The machine did not disburse any money but the money was taken from my account. After many, many request to return the money to my account the $100 was returned to my account. Only the next month, January 2015, the $100 was taken from my account again. I submitted the form to reopen the investigation.

    When I originally requested my money be returned, I submitted the owner of the ATM machine stating that the machine wasn't disbursing any money. The money was taking off of my Baby Phat pink card. In the process that card expired and I now have the navy blue card ending in ** which is the card that my money was taken. I have called over and over again. Now my blue RushCard shows a negative balance. Can I please get someone to contact me by phone **? My name is Brenda **, SSN **.     I absolutely love RushCard. I've had it for two years and it's one of the best cards I've ever had. I like the colors of the card, different types or varieties of cards that you can get. I could check my savings online and see how much I'm spending. It tells me when I get my direct deposit hit early. I use direct deposit more frequently than just reload and have the text messages keeping me up with my balance so I won't overspend. RushCard has made paying bills very convenient. Furthermore, every time I had to call regarding my card, everybody that I spoke to is always nice. They always answer my every question accurately, always wanting to help.     My card was compromised. I contacted RushCard customer service and explained to them the bank activities on my account in fact was not made by myself. The company stated to me that I would need to fill out a dispute form and which I did. The customer service Representative stated that once everything was sent back to them it could take up to 90 days to investigate. I sent my paper work in on Friday by Monday morning they made their decisions to not refund me my money. RushCard didn't perform a full investigation as they stated. I feel like a decision was made based off assumption and not logic.

    I really like having the RushCard. My fiancee has had one for years and she enjoyed getting paid early (who wouldn't). I finally decided to get one after she sent me a referral in which we both got a little bit of cash.     After being a customer of RushCard for over 5 years. I am DONE with this scam!! The final strike was last week, I tried to purchase airline tickets for my two minor children to come visit me from Seattle to Los Angeles. Some type of computer error occurred and the result was my money ($612) was taken out of my account; however my ticket were not paid for. After Rush demanded SWA send over a letter RELEASING my funds (that they never received); Rush tell me after waiting the original 2-3 business days for it to be released, that I now have to wait for the transaction to expire an additional 10 days. My girls are suppose to leave out on Wednesday Aug 19th!! I am so upset after being told I would have my money back before Wednesday, I'm now being told I have to wait till Saturday.

    Don't play with my money or my children. I have been letting Rush rip me off for 5 years. Every transaction cost me an additional $1.00!! Each time a use any ATM Rush takes an additional $1.00 from me, now one of the most important transactions involving me spending time with my children is truly the last straw for me. I would not recommend anyone for sign up for a RushCard. The Rush is they Rush and take your money and they don't Rush to return it. I am going to a credit union as soon as I'm done with this review. I truly hope Russell Simmons sees this review. I think I may even hit up his Facebook and/or Twitter account. RushCard, I'm rushing to get the hell away from you scam artist and my next move will be the BBB.

    I have been an avid user of prepaid Visa debit card services. RushCard by far is the worst! None of their customer service team is in America. I had an unauthorized transaction on my account. When they called the phone number on the transaction, there is a weird noise and even the website link they provided was fake. RushCard still told me that I would have to wait 30-90 days to receive my money back because the dispute team has to investigate and blah blah blah. I am PISSED. It's been 40 days and I haven't heard any update. I feel like this is so unfair. This is my first dispute so I don't understand why this company doesn't have a proper way to deal with disputes to make the customer feel like the company feels some kind of remorse for you.

    I have been a RushCard holder for some years now and have never been disappointed in the use and access of the card. It has never been rejected at any establishment and is very safe to use. The Customer Representatives are knowledgeable & pleasant, albeit sometimes you have to get past the accent barrier, you do get what you need accomplished.     Adheres misleading the disabled and low income clients, the out of country customer service, their barbaric service/lack of understanding English/their limited ability to performance any customer service, their nonperformance service allow the Rush Enterprise to lose millions of dollars in revenue and clients unnecessarily. Feedback! I'm making arrangement to transfer both of my direct deposit to another company. My account is $40.00 negative on a mistake RushCard made. Their response or tactics is to put customer on hold for at least 1:38 minutes or dropping the customer call, transfer you to a queue, meaning starting back in line to start over again. Feel free to call me for more detail. I only speak and understand English! Example customer with a disable income purchase a loaf of bread price is 89 cents. Rush charge and removed $1.89. Fees for use the RushCard was fee of a 1.00. Over a 100% in interests.

    On July 9, 2015 I dropped my card. As soon as I noticed it missing I called RUSH CARD. I was on hold for about 12 minutes to report it lost, the whole time I am getting text messages from Rush Card as the people are spending my money... Filed a dispute which was denied because after on 12 hours RUSH CARD said I in fact had the card on my person, when asked how these findings were I could not get a direct answer... Will be looking in to taking further legal actions... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    I am very dissatisfied since you all make changes to your company. First time I didn't get my money.
