Switched to Rushcard because my Amex was not widely accepted in my area. Since day one I have been nothing but happy. Low fees and the referrals make the small fee worth it. My direct deposit is quicker than all my co-workers right now. Always ready when I need it. Non-existent ATM fees are a huge plus. The summer of rewards was really nice but just wish it lasted longer. What else can I say?

I love using this card. When I do feel the need to contact customer service, I am always treated honestly and with respect. The person on the other end of the line is always open and friendly. They genuinely want to help me with whatever problems I am having.

I love this means of banking. My money is always early and safe. The representatives are clear and knowledgeable. I have been recommending RushCard every chance I get. Some people lose patience but must remember RushCard can only post after the government or their job has distributed the payment. As soon as RushCard gets the benefits they post it. It truly is the way to go.

I have had no issues that couldn't be solved. When calling CS I get my concerns handled and the assistant is very respectful. My 3 daughters have a Rush Card. I love getting my money early and no fees with direct deposit. Thank you, Rush Card.

My RushCard is awesome! It works just like a bank card but without the hassle of having to deal with people and credit checks, and I just don't have time for that. I know with my RushCard and alerts that my money is safe and secure and I never have to worry.

Every time I get paid, I put the money on my RushCard because I haven't set up direct deposit yet. I was able to save money because the money is in the card instead of having it in my pocket. When I get gas, I don't have to go in the store. I can go right to the pump and use my card there. RushCard is a good card and company. I referred a couple of friends of mine.

I am totally satisfied with my RushCard membership. There is no need to be verbose. The only reason I will not give five stars is because RushCard does not have a overdraft feature. But I am generally HAPPY!

For 9 years I have had no issues whatsoever with Rushcard until now! While on vacation I decided to transfer my funds to my husband's card so we could have all of our money on one card to make things easier. I have done this countless times with no problem, but for whatever reason, this time they decide to block my card! I had no idea that this had happened until we were at a restaurant and went to pay and was declined! This was so humiliating, we sat in that restaurant for more than 5 hours trying to get to the bottom of this, as I sat crying, a sweet little man paid for our meal because he felt bad for us. He gave me some great advice "get your money and never use that card again".
It is now 3 days later. We are starving, stuck in our motel room, vacation ruined and nothing has been done to unblock my card. Not only that, I had to put an emergency stop on my paycheck so it would not be deposited on my card, so that will be delayed. This is the last night our room is paid for. All the money I have to get home is tied up in that card and Rushcard has not a care in the world! This is the way you treat longtime loyal customers?? No clue how am I will even get home yet, but once I do I will be hiring an attorney! I work all year long for my vacation and thanks to RUSHCARD it was ruined!!!

When I shop online with my RushCard, it helps a lot. I use the reload feature more often. I called the team at RushCard a couple of times when they offered to direct deposit $15 to me for a survey back in July. They told me a few times to call a few days later, so I didn't bother. I said, "Forget it."

I've been with RushCard for about three years now and it has been one of the best services I've ever enrolled in. I receive my money two days early every pay period and never had any issues with any of my deposits at all. The only thing that I've always had a question about is, where can I go to withdraw large amounts of cash at once?? Other than that RushCard has been an amazing alternative to not having an accessible bank account.

I enjoy my RushCard however access to free ATMs is far and few. This card is targeted toward people with low to moderate income and the fees are being taken out of paychecks needed to maintain their quality of life. As a suggestion, cardholders should be allowed a limited amount of out-of-network ATM transactions per month.

I have been a RushCard customer since 2009. I never had a problem with the service until they switched to MetaBank. Earlier this year, my direct deposit was denied. By the time my employer was notified, the next payment had already been sent. It took 4 weeks to have the first deposit to be returned to my employer. Nevertheless, I did not reinstate my direct deposit. I only keep the card because I have referred many people so that we had access to card to card transfers. Which leads me to my current situation...
I helped a friend cash a check using the new Ingo service. We paid for the instant check cashing because I needed them to transfer funds to me in a hurry. That went perfectly. When they transferred the money to me using the card to card transfer, it was transferred to an inactive card. I contacted RushCard to find out if they could transfer the funds to another card. To add insult to injury, I was charged my monthly maintenance fee for my other card. They advised me that the card that it was loaded to was on another account which was untrue. They insisted that I get a replacement card after I advised that I already had 2 cards and one was a replacement for the inactive card.
8 days later and I have spoken to 8 representatives, supervisors and managers - all overseas - 1 corporate escalation and emails to the board of directors, half of which returned unsent. I still have not received my money. I am being forced to get a third card. When I asked for the card to be expedited with the fee waived and the monthly charge credited for this month, you would have thought that I asked them to double my money. I was advised by a manager that the fees are automatically charged and that they cannot issue the credit. When I challenged him on the issue, I was advised that a corporate escalation was needed to request the credit. Day 8 for a transfer that should have taken 1 hour. And I am advised that it would be 2 more days. Unacceptable!!!

Being a RushCard member I personally have no worries. Ever since my first deposit I knew at that moment I was always going to be stress free. I went as far as getting 2 cards. RushCard is great, though I’m getting my deposit two hours later than when I normally get it. Before, it comes at 5:30 in the morning and now I receive it at 8:00 or 9:00 but that’s not a problem. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I got the RushCard because a friend referred me. They said upon loading money on the card I would receive a $20 referral credit. I did not receive my credit until almost three weeks later. The customer service associates, supervisors and managers were not helpful at all and ensured me it would be there and had me call back almost every two days within that time frame. Also I find it very residuals that there is no number to reach any corporate officials.

I received my rush card so that I could receive my direct deposit. I was supposed to get paid Friday - it's now Saturday and still have not gotten paid. I contacted the company I work for and ask them if they can show me proof that the money was deposited into the account. They did email me the statement that it was deposited Friday morning. It was approved yet it doesn't show on Rush Card's end. When I call to speak to a customer service representative, they don't even understand what I'm saying to them, they don't even speak English. He kept saying "check back in a couple minutes." He doesn't understand what I'm saying to him. I think they might be in the Philippines or something. Very frustrated that they can't assist me and I still don't have my money. So I HIGHLY don't recommend them because if you have an issue, it would be very difficult for you to resolve it with them.

With RushCard, I have been able to manage my finances better, as well as pay my bills using it. I mainly use nearby reload locations and have only called them for minor things like changing my PIN, but they have always been courteous and knowledgeable. I called in mid-August to request a new card. She stated two weeks and it never came in the mail. The representative spoke of no fee for the card. Once the two weeks passed and did not receive the card, I called back to inquire about the card. The representative stated I would be charged a $4.95 fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor, which was then put on hold multiple times, got disgusted and disconnected the call. But what got me is before we started she said "thank you for being a RushCard customer for two years." If that's how a valued customer is taken care of how is an unvalued customer is treated?

RushCard is an excellent prepaid card. I never had any issues with it. It has always been my concern about fraud and misposted payment transactions but with RushCard I never had to worry. The customer service representatives were friendly and offered their confidences regarding the accuracy of verifying and going through the transactions on my account. For this I can honestly state that Rush services is of the better cards in prepaid services. The quality of it displays by the various options available to its consumers. I highly recommend the card and lastly did not mind paying the unlimited monthly fee of 5.99. Kudos!

I called Speedway gas station to get a 75 dollar void credit back. They happily faxed the credit back 2 days later to MetaBank. It has been 7 days and I keep getting the run around from RushCard. They are telling me it will take 10 days to void something that is already done. I will be getting rid of my RushCard very soon!!!

I had originally bought the card to pay a car bill. When I went to load it I was aware of the fee to activate the card but was not aware of a 5-dollar fee to load it each time. My car payment was late therefore I would not recommend this card to anyone.

Rushcard is good to me. They're friendly people. It was easy to find out about them when I called. They made sure that I understood their policies and procedures and most of all, I agree with their service fees. They were economical. I use them for online purchases and direct deposit. It's very convenient and easy. I've had them for about four years and I have no complaints with them. They always answer my questions clearly and precisely, have a speedy response, and follow-up. They give me professional and timely service. They make sure that I understand everything before a call is ended.

I am a grateful RushCard holder and I am satisfied with the services I get to add to my card as well (rush goals, direct pay & returned taxes). Only thing that I would say that has to be worked on especially for us loyal clients/customers is that the customer service line should work on how long you are on hold before speaking with a representative and also the fees when using your card. However they are pretty awesome to me. =)

I had problem when 3 transactions were taken out my account from out of state and so they cancelled my card and then they told me they would not pay those charges. Any normal bank would refund those charges.

Well, was trying for weeks to apply for my son's card. Whom is under age. I faxed the necessary paperwork several times. Again faxing items are never guaranteed! Second time I faxed they couldn't read. Meaning printer was too low. Guy said to then email. And then was emailed back saying I couldn't do that. Really aggravated.

I decide to get a new debit card & I chose to try the RushCard. My card was delivered lightning fast. The activation process was easy. My first load was done at Wal-mart and the process was very simple. Then I start to receive text messages with each transaction showing my balance. I think that it's GREAT!

I love my RushCard. I chose them because they have better reviews than others. I use it strictly for bill paying and casual money spending. I like the idea of not giving my bank account information out to the company, and sometimes it comes really handy to get paid early. I’ve never had any problems with my RushCard. I've only had to make a couple of calls with them and one dispute. The guy was real good, handled the dispute immediately and had my money back in a couple of days. The only other time I've ever called was when they changed banking information and so there was a little bit delay on the pay, but there was never an issue. I still got my money early so I'm very pleased with the service. RushCard has been great and I've recommended them before.

I've honestly only had to contact customer service 3 times since I've been a member and all three times the customer service rep has been friendly, efficient, and apologetic, even though it wasn't anything that they did or had any control over. They always thank me for being a long term member and answer any questions I may have. I always recommend RushCard to my friends and family. I know that in this day and age, there are many options as to where I can do my banking, but I have always been treated with respect and courtesy, so you have a member for life. Thank you for hiring such good people who genuinely care about what you are going through when you're having an issue. You guys and gals are GREAT!!!

I've been with Rush for a while now. In all it's great but I'm not satisfied with the way you limit what I can withdraw daily. So when I use my card it declines when I know the funds are there. The purpose of getting this was to stray away from bank fees and limits. So I'm hoping this change you made will erase with time.

I have been with RushCard for a little over a year and never had any problems until now! I requested for RushCard to send me a new card. They told me it would take up 7 to 10 business. I STILL HAVE NOT received it. Now they are telling me that there is NO WAY I can get access to MY money until I get the card. I spoke to a supervisor which they said they can overnight me a card because I, like everyone else have bills to pay which are all late! But I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE $30 FEE! SMFH!
I called back today for the tracking number and come to find out they never processed it and had to do it again. Now I have to wait longer for my card and longer to get access to my money! This is such an inconvenience for me that once I get my card, I'm DONE with RushCard. I SHOULD NOT have to go thru hell and back to get to something that is MINE! I called RushCard 5 days in a row and each time they were unable to provide me with any help. Instead, I was left unsatisfied and with a major headache and still no access to my funds!

I was referred by a friend. They have yet to give her or I the money for the referral. When she asked why not, they stated I had not used the card yet. I had already went to the ATM before she called. Therefore, I purchased gas and still have not received the money.

There are far too many "debit" cards to choose from. What exactly is RUSH doing to separate itself from others. I have been a cardholder since 2001/2002. But with so many others to choose from, I'm starting to question why my dedication? It's not small business friendly.

I've been with Rushcard for forever. It's easier managing my finances with it. I like the fact that they don't charge too much for late and overdraft fees like other banks do. I also use direct deposit for my job so I don't have to get the paychecks. It's awesome that I get paid two days before payday. Recently, I called to change the plan that I had and representative I spoke with was friendly and very helpful.

The only concern I have is that when someone has their account compromised (someone other than yourself) attempting to use illegally, a person should not have to pay some $30 to have the card mailed next day delivery. Why should we be punished for someone else stealing our information and illegally use our card information. Other than this one issue I love my RushCard!

I've been a Rushcard holder for a year now. It's convenient, I don’t have to go to a bank and make certain deposits in order for me to receive my money. I can just deposit my money and have it available the same day. Since having the card, I'm able to prioritize better because when I have cash, it will probably burn a hole through the pocket. But one of the benefits I experienced was having money when I need it to pay for gas and other bills. Their process is convenient. I use if for reloading and direct deposit.

I really have enjoyed RushCard plan. It's worked well for me - someone with limited funds and really cannot have a bank, because of all the money they insist on taking out, not with RushCard. I pay my bills, shop, don't use atm machines only because it's not really safe too any more. I do hope they devise a plan to the pay bill section when you have paid a bill off you cannot delete or at least move it to another section to view when you want. It's all thrown together with current bills and sometimes that very confusing when you are paying your current bills. Would like to see another section where you can move a bill that has been paid off to that section - maybe label it "BILLS PAID OFF" or something like that. Thanks.

In the past, my experience with RUSHCARD has been 5 stars all the way. I had never had any problems whatsoever and then I had to move. I know there are guidelines that must be followed, but sometimes there are emergency situations in a person's life that warrant compassion and understanding. I had rented from a well known rental company but did not know they had put a "hold" on my RushCard. After finding out this info and how long it should take to get funds released, 3-5 business days, I am STILL WAITING for my funds to be released and it's been 12 days! I have had to call rental company myself and request a letter to be faxed to RUSHCARD with express permission to release funds.
The rental company has politely obliged by doing what was asked of them as soon as they received my request. RUSHCARD has another policy where it may take up to 45 days to receive my funds. I'm homeless now, there's no telling what will happen on 45 days. Whenever my funds get applied to my account, I have to say I think I will be looking into cf getting another prepaid card, if I need one and will be ditching my RUSHCARD. Too many policies, when it's my money to start with.

I am very happy with the level of professionalism from everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking with. My husband and I both have RushCards. We stopped using traditional bank card because of all the hidden and unjustified fees. In the past we had been doing all our personal business in cash, and that had become more and more difficult to do as technology has changed. Having the RushCards are a blessing.

I got my RushCard several years ago and has helped me with my credit card situation. I no longer use other cards and I don't have any interest charges because I'm using my own money. It takes discipline but it pays off. I highly recommend the card to all and there is only a small fee to load additional monies. I like the instant email that your account has been credited. I've been a member of RushCard before 2012 and I've had direct deposit since using it. With Rushcard, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. I had one bad experience with them when I called for a replacement card. They sent it to the wrong address and I had to wait so long to get it. My lights almost got turned off and there was no other way I could get money off my card. I was angry about it. They had to take $30 out my account to send me a new card which they were supposed to refund. Well I never got it yet.

There was a time when my card was compromised and I had to file a claim. I was a bit dismayed that the protocol was to wait 30+ days to get my funds returned. That was rectified though. When my replacement card arrived it was the pink babyphat card. I had previously had (and paid for) a more suiting design. That bothered me but I've dealt with it.

I'm retired and disabled. RushCard has my pension direct deposit and has not given me my money. I was told by several of their agent that they never received the funds. I confirmed with the Office of Personnel Management that the funds were originally wired on the 8/28 and then returned by RushCard, then sent back to RushCard on 9/3. No one there can tell me where my money is and at this point, I'm pissed because my rent was due no later than 9/5 and I don't have my money. I'm on a fixed income and don't have the resources to sustain myself without this money. It's now 9/5 and the holiday weekend and I have no money. This is beyond an inconvenience. It's completely ridiculous! Also, I was hung up on twice by the RushCard agents, who could barely speak English anyway. How unprofessional. They showed no sympathy and leave complete idiots to cover their phones. No one should have to go through this.

With Rushcard, my SSA and payroll comes two days early using the direct deposit feature, which is an added benefit. However, the reload locations charge you a fee which is something I don’t like. Another thing is that I loaded my telephone money into my card so I can pay my telephone bill and they took my money, so my cell phone got cut off for a whole day and I had to come up with the rest of the money. Other than that, I like Rushcard and would recommend it. It won’t make me go over my budget and it won’t make me go into overdraft.

My paycheck was deposited wed night 9-2-2015 and I just moved into my new place last weekend. My card was stolen and now because my proof of address is unacceptable I cannot pay my bills, feed my children nor go to work and I have spent over half my night last night and most of my day today try to send in what was needed and now they're telling me I cannot get my own money that I worked for. After over 3 years with this company there is nothing they can do so I can access my own paycheck or send my money back to my job so a check can be written.

Having RushCard is very convenient. I've had it for almost a year now and I've had a good experience with them. I use my RushCard to pay bills and make online purchases. I like their app because it lets me see what's pending, what I've used and how much money I have left in my card. The only thing I would add is one of those little chips so that when I demagnetize the strip, I can still use it. I've demagnetized my card a couple of times, but the people from RushCard have always gotten it back out easily and fast. It’s a great way to just have my paycheck put on there, keep track of everything and not have to worry about overdraft or bank fees. Overall, I love it and I'd recommend it to a lot of people.

For the past two years every time I use the ATM at 1400 Baltimore St. Hanover PA I get charged a $2.50 fee. I have reported this to RushCard several times in the past and it is still not corrected. I do get a refund for the $2.50 but it is an inconvenience to have to avoid this ATM when possible and having call to get my money back for something I should not have been charged for in the first place. This is my only issue. Otherwise everything is great!!

I am sure you do not handle these kinds of situations, however I am satisfied in trusting you will somehow get this to the appropriate party who does. First I would like to say, Calling Ingo Money’s customer service department was the worst experience of my entire life! Not only are they rude and disrespectful by hanging up on me but they are lazy workers as well as liars. Coming from someone like myself who has been in the Customer Service Call Centers for over 10 years, as a CSRI, CSRIII, Team Lead, Supervisor, and then call center Manager for different big name companies like Blue Cross and Blue Shield for an example. So I am completely aware of the good, the bad, and the ugly on the inside of a Call Center. Even through all of my years and knowing what truly goes on, I have never experienced such rude and tasteless service.
I requested for a 24 hour supervisor call back last Wednesday August 26, 2015 which I NEVER received. It was in regards to the rude rep that decided to hung up on me after giving me the complete run around for about 6 hours off and on. She said she couldn't help me any further and there was nothing else she could do which she decided for me and hung up on me. I believe it was because it was 11:55 pm and they close at 12 am EST. I submitted my check a total of 4 times for it to be denied each and every time for a different reason each time and was told to submit it again. Upon doing that over and over again I was finally told the check writer which is Fidelity Investments was closed and they couldn't get through. I then asked for the number that they called which the rep gave me.
I called Fidelity and asked what time they closed (I got through without any problem) and they told me 12 am EST - I then called Ingo on a conference call with the check writer (Fidelity) on the line to see if it could be resolved that way. I talked to the same representative (Serena I think her name was) with the Fidelity rep on the line. We verified that they indeed were open and they could verify the information as long as Ingo called with me on the line with them. The rep then claims she reached out to her verification dept. and they would contact Fidelity again but I had to resubmit the check AGAIN! So I did that again and called Ingo right back just to make sure that the information was received and I again did everything that I was supposed to do on my end.
I then got the same rep again and asked if she could contact the verification dept. while I held until we got an accurate answer (seeming I was lied to and given the run around again) upon her telling me she couldn't hold with me because she had to assist other customers apparently the verification dept. denied it again saying Fidelity was closed and it was nothing else she could help me with. I then asked to speak to someone different or even a Supervisor which I was told one was not available at that time and was told it was nothing else she could help me with and hung up the call. I then called the next morning and spoke with a different rep Diana and was told that she escalated my issue to a manager and even spoke with the verification department’s manager and to resubmit the check AGAIN and they will go ahead and approve it.
I still requested a supervisor to call me back within 24hrs because I was so upset due to the previous night’s events. I submitted my check again and found out about an hour and a half later that it denied again. I called your company again and spoke to someone who called himself a Senior Rep (which in call center lingo, only means he has been there longer than most of the reps already there.) Needless to say after all that I had been through I was told it was denied and that's it! No reason behind it, no explanation, no apology for my time being wasted or how I was treated as a customer. I asked him if I could speak to a supervisor at that time he said there isn't one available at the moment and even if there was one it would be nothing they could help me with or tell me different because he was a Senior Rep.
I again requested a supervisor call me back within 24 hrs which is their policy and I am sure you may be surprised but I NEVER RECEIVED ONE BACK! HA! This company is a joke! I called back yesterday August 31, 2015 and spoke with a rep who finally was able to have a Team Lead by the name of Wesley call me back. Now I must say out of this whole horrid situation Wesley was a breath of fresh air. He was the meaning of true Customer Service. He was not able to solve my issue but he did the best he could with what he could at the time. If Wesley worked under me when I was a call center Manager I would definitely be treating him to lunch today, and having him help out with future training on Call Center Etiquette. He went above and beyond and actually called me back when he said he would the same day.
Upon him calling me back he told me that he spoke with someone in the verification dept and upon doing some research and digging he did find there was a discrepancy in the denial of my check. He didn't have all of the answers for me at the time but he called his manager who was at home at the time and told her what was going on and she (Nikita) would be calling me sometime today Sept 1, 2015 (which I am still waiting on). He was extremely apologetic, and understood that the service that I was provided was disgusting. So please if anything at all comes out of this, make sure Wesley in the call center gets BIG KUDOS!
Needless to say I am so disgusted by your company. I am highly unsatisfied as a customer with Ingo but also as a loyal customer with RushCard for over 2 years that they would even have affiliations with a company like this. Not only have I posted this on Facebook. But I have posted this on Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, the BBB, Google Plus and will continue to post on any and every Social Media site I can (even RushCard) until I get not only the answers I deserve but also the treatment I deserve!

It’s been better getting the deposit early using my RushCard, and I'm able to separate my bills, because I’m getting paid, then I will have to rush and try to figure out to pay a bill by a certain time of the day, or to pay by certain dates. When we receive our income that day early, it meets my needs for gas and food. One time I used a reload location and got nervous because I didn’t know if I did it right. I went to ACE check cashing site and I had to put money on there to pay a bill, and it didn't show up right then and there, but it only took 30 to 45 minutes and it showed up in my account through an app in my iPhone, and then it sent me my text message. I get the daily text messages when money is deposited at it or withdrawn.

Since using RushCard I don't have to carry cash, I feel secure about my personal information, and I'm able to make online purchases. They help me better manage my money and it keeps the cash out of my pocket. I frequently use reload locations and I can easily find ones near me. I have recommended RushCard to my friends!

I pay bills through my account, have direct deposit from my work, can add to funds in various ways, have Goals that are automatically deducted as I choose - weekly, semi-weekly, monthly. I have been a customer for about 5 years and I love my RushCard. I get paid early, if there is a issue it's disputed ASAP, and I faithfully use the RushGoals. I admit I miss the plan where they took a dollar for each transaction, it assisted me with saving money. A good surprise on the 15th when I get a deposit of my money back but it was also 10$ a month on that plan vs. my 5.95 for this plan. Either way I plan to be a Rush customer longer.

The real benefit of having RushCard is that you get your money a little earlier. It used to be two days faster but now, it’s only a day faster. I use the direct deposit option and setting it up was the easiest process. But my experience with them was not so good so I am very dissatisfied.

Being a RushCard member since 2009, I love it. The ability to have access to my funds is necessary to stay on top of my bills. Any problems that I encounter are handled professionally and in a timely fashion. I would recommend RushCard to my friends.

My debit card got stolen and RushCard never returned my money or even a new debit card. It was more than a thousand dollars. When I called and spoke to them, they told me that I would be receiving an email with paperwork within one to three hours, and for me to fill it out and send it back in. I talked to them five different times and every time, they said the same thing but I never got any paperwork. I then reported my card, lost and stolen, and I still never got a new debit card. I went to a store that some of the stuff was purchased at and the guy there knows me and he said that he hasn't seen me in months. He gave me my money back.

When I put money on the card, I always put enough for what I need and more. But every time I go back to use it to spend the rest of it, it says 'Decline' and I know I have money on it. So tell me how that works.

I've had my Rushcard for a few years and it's my favorite and most used card in my wallet. I especially like the app that I use with my Kindle.

It takes too long for pending credits to fall off. Early deposit is too inconsistent in timing.

I'd like to say that I'd recommend RushCard to anyone. I've had pleasant experiences with RushCard & no complaints at all. I hope RushCard will find a way to eliminate transaction fees & I just wish there were more ATMs we could use for free.

It's been over a year since I've been a RushCard member. It's convenient given that my money is deposited into the card and most places honor it. It's a very good company and I like that Russell Simmons is out front with it. It really epitomizes what I think the type of person he is. And I advice or would suggest or recommend it if anyone's going to get a prepaid card, to get one.

I am happy with my RushCard. I wish there were Branches that you can go to to handle your questions or problem such as losing your card or fraud. However overall I like RushCard. Don't like the extra cost RushCard charges me when I use ATM machines but again I can't complain because the quality of care I receive from the operators is excellent. Thanks RushCard.

I love my RushCard and never had a problem. If I did they solve it immediately with customer service and I was with them about 5 years.
