    I've been with RushCard for several years now. I must I've had a very pleasurable experience. I'm very comfortable with my finances confiding in RushCard. My only complaint was the technical difficulties during a crucial holiday period this past year. It really set me back by not having the access to my account.     I have had RUSHCARD services for over five years now and customer service is horrible. First, a customer has to get past the broken English representative, then they don't listen to our needs & concerns & then have answers to questions I didn't ask, my needs NEVER get meet!! I honestly dislike RUSHCARD services. I wish I had never gotten involved with this company. I also noticed that the more money I have had the better my services were. The more I started to use my money the worst my services got. I really, really, really dislike RUSHCARD services but I'm now already involved in having 2 accounts. I would never recommend a friend or refer a friend to RUSHCARD.

    The first person I talked to was dumber than a box of rocks. She just kept repeating the same thing and wouldn't listen to me. I asked for a manager she sent me to someone that was not a manager - just another department. Both of their English was broken. I asked what country I was calling and was told she wasn't permitted to tell me. I got mad and hung up. I called back. Was told I called the Philippines. Had a nice rep with excellent English. She listened, found the issue, told me what was needed to be done to corrected. She apologized profusely for the other two. If you are going to outsource from the United States have employees that can speak and understand English fluently.

    RushCard has been good to me up until lately. RushCard has not sent me a copy of my transactions. I wanted to see the transactions so I would know if I can sue. I didn’t want to get on the internet because I can’t put my Social Security number out there. Somebody tried to apply for a job and they told me at the college that they already had my number. I asked how because I’ve never applied. This is crazy. I was told it'd be seven to ten days and it's been way longer than that. I haven't gotten anything to help me out. I haven't heard back. It's almost like it wasn't important to them.

    I don't think that RushCard should allow Admiral Gas Station to hold ALL the money I have on my RushCard for as long as they see fit. I am so disappointed with RushCard and Admiral Gas Station, that I will no longer be doing anymore business with either of you. I pumped $19.14 worth of gas, and you have allowed Admiral to hold $100 for the last 2 1/2 days. This is unacceptable and I don't like shady business. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

    I've had problems with other cards, but I haven't had any with Rushcard. They have better benefits, like when I deposit money on my card, I don't take a lot of money at one time. The other cardholders take out a lot and they charge a whole bunch of other fees that Rushcard doesn't even charge.

    I have been with Rushcard for a number of years and haven't really experience any issues except when they upgraded their systems. They worked as quickly as they could to resolve all issues, being a customer service manager myself I understand that the reps can do only so much with what they are given. I use their direct deposit feature, although I sometimes had to call their customer service about that when they were upgrading their system and my deposits were not getting on my account.     I have been a RushCard member for 6 years. Never have I experienced a issue up until recently it has me to the point of not wanting to continue to be a member. I tried for 3 days straight at numerous locations to load my card, something I have done thousands of times to pay my bills, to have my loads being rejected by RushCard. I called, they tell me must be the other party I am trying to load with. "No, not possible. They are trying to put load through you. RUSHCARD are rejecting it."

    Upon calling customer service and barely being able to understand the person on the other end I am told everything is fine on their end. I ask for corporate. Apparently they do not have a corporate office. Long story short I had to drive over an hour to pay a bill in person. Something I normally do online with my RushCard since there was no resolution.

    I've been with RushCard since 2011. I can check my balance over the phone without any fee. I've been able to use it to pay bills online and make online purchases, which are easy. When I did make a purchase one time, they took money but because something happened with it, they had to refund my money back on my card.

    Money has been taken out of my account twice now without me authorizing it. Once in Aug. and one just this past December. A little over 500 total between the two of them. I never received a provisional credit and STILL have not received my money from either of them after writing a letter. Also after my card was compromised the SECOND time, I needed a new card to be sent to a temp address while I was traveling for Christmas. The card never showed and it wasn't till a week later it was sent to my own address. I have opened a new account with BOA and today, have stopped my direct deposits going into RushCard. Once my money is refunded to me I will be closing my RushCard and will never recommend this company to anyone.

    RushCard should do some changing. I had about four friends who signed up for RushCard and we're supposed to get $20 apiece but they never gave it to us. They said that they didn't use my password which they did because I went online and did the poll. I kept calling and one woman said it would be on there while another person said no because they didn't use my password which is a bunch of crap because I did it myself and I know what I put in there. But they didn't want to give us the $20 which I thought was wrong. In return, the people got rid of the RushCard and told me not to recommend another card like that because it was unfair. It made me look bad.

    Having RushCard is convenient and I’m very satisfied with it. It’s best that I have my own money and not a regular credit card that I can spend for my needs. Using direct deposit online, I could see where my money is going. I really like that I can keep track of where my money is being spent. I also use the reload locations to fill up the card and I am able to find locations near me. However, I had an issue with a gas station company. With prepaid cards, some gas stations will hold a certain amount. I didn’t understand why and how long they will hold a certain amount. They will release it but it takes forever. I had to call Rushcard customer service for that and now, I do understand why.

    This company is terrible. This morning I got a text from them telling me to contact them because they blocked my card. Mind you I'm supposed to have my money direct deposited today. I called them and nobody over there knew why my card was blocked. They don't have a fraud department, they don't have a corporate office number, nobody could tell me why my card was blocked, and they could not fix it. Thankfully my work is reversing the funds for the direct deposit and they cannot steal my money.

    I've been with RushCard for 6 years. I've felt with issues from time to time however this most current problem leads me to look at retaining a lawyer. For several days now my account is being charged twice for all my transactions. Although I was originally told this was an isolated merchant issue, it's now evident it's a RushCard problem as I have duplicate charges for all 5 locations I used my card at today alone. Rush is not accepting any calls today. I am owed back about $100. Several months ago we experienced our cards being eaten by ATMs when they claimed that there was an isolated issue by a few ATMs which turned out to be an internal issue that affected more than a million of their customers. They are violating several FDIC and CFPB regulations. I would simply just like to have my money returned and the issue fixed. After all they receive my VA and SSI deposits without issue. I'd like to see the same for my transactions.

    Updated on 01/23/2016: Only after ConsumerAffairs helped me with my first post about the fraudulent charges by RushCard did I actually get someone from their corporate office to call me and basically state I must have viewed my account wrong because it appeared all my charges had been miraculously fixed. I was told to check carefully next time (although I had snapshots of my account and text messages to prove I clearly did my homework on my own account). I was told also that it must be a technical error. When I reminded her that not only do I work with merchant complaints on a daily basis AND answer rigorous CFPB complaints regarding institutions such as theirs, she said she would speak to the customer service reps about how to review accounts properly. I was reassured this was simply multiple mistakes on behalf of the merchants.

    So tell me why just now I receive a 3rd charge for the same transaction she claimed was nothing more than my miscalculations? I can clearly read the "charge of 29.35" was made on January 12th yet shows posted today, giving me an incorrect balance higher than that Which appeared before that charge. When I called, I was told that it was a merchant error, then the 2nd rep said it was going to have to be felt with by the merchant department, and the 3rd rep said "yes I see you made that charge today...The 12th." This is out of control. No one should have to go through this let alone a disabled female veteran. Can anyone actually help me with this or do I have to just continue to have funds taken over and over and over again?

    I’m not very pleased with my latest experience. My daughter's going away and I wanted her to have a prepaid visa, and it's been two months to get my daughter a card in her name. I sent over her ID, my ID, and her social security card. I did this email back and forth and followed every step that they required. I’ve been with Rushcard for so long, so why is it taking so long? They said it went to corporate and they’re waiting, and then they say, “Okay, we keep seeing it.” Why even offer that on the website if it can’t be done? I’ve always liked Rushcard, but that last experience was horrible. That's the worst, but as far as everything else it's been positive.

    I've been a Rushcard member since 2008. I like the different variety of cards that I can get from them. However, I have had interaction with customer service and it's been 60/40 - 60 being bad, 40 being good. Most of the time I get disconnected or they always act like they can't solve my issue. But since using it, I receive my benefits like my payroll two days before. I also use it to pay bills and make online purchases, which is convenient.

    I’ve had a good experience with Rushcard, although I am having trouble getting two transactions credited back to my account. They said it may take longer - up to 90 days. What happened was, I went to a local store here. The first attempt was declined so I tried it again. Then the second attempt was declined, too. They told me that they just put in some new registers. If I would, I could try it that time. I did and the payment went through but the other two transactions were not taken out of my account. I was going to get $20 over the purchased amount with the service charge which was about $53.28.

    My neighbor told me that it was a good card, and to try it out and see how I liked it. I am able to make online purchases but I stopped using the card after a while because my dad had a bad experience with it. He had reloaded $150 and end up not reloading the money on there. So he tried to make an online transaction and he had jumped through so many hoops. He had to go through giving the receipt number and all that, and it took them 24 hours to give his money back when they basically took his money off the card. And then when I did research about the owner of the card, they were saying they were having technical issues so it was discouraging.

    We have had this card for 3 years and never had a problem until it came time for our card to renew. The expiration date on the card came and went without a new replacement card showing up. We called and they reported a no-show. They said they were sending us a new one. A week later we got a card, but found out we couldn't use it because it was the one we had never received, not the new one. Funny because in the 28 days since it's the only one we have received and we got the exact same card twice. No card with a different expiration date and security code has ever come.

    We have had no access to our money in a month. We have had 2 payroll deposits and a state refund sitting on this card. We haven't been able to pay our bills, buy groceries or get our kids Christmas. This is all because this company cannot manage to send us just one valid replacement card. I have to contact a lawyer at this point. We are extremely upset and disappointed.

    I changed over my direct deposit over two week ago to RushCard considering the fact that I would get my deposit 2 days early. Well guess what my money hasn't been deposited into my account - wow the day before Christmas. So of course I called over and over still no deposit. Then they say "well it takes up to three days"!     I had been getting these little cards with my check each month saying, "Time to stop the paper check." Because of divorce and whatnot, I was unable to get a bank account. So I did a lot of research and decided on the RushCard because it seemed pretty reputable. Also, Russell Simmons stands by his stuff and I had never really heard anything bad. I called them and they were awesome. The poor guy on the phone never missed a beat with my questions and so they sold me. I was very apprehensive and nervous that this isn't gonna work because I heard a lot of things about Green Dot but they actually worked out to my advantage. My card is loaded a couple of days sooner than if I would have to fill out and cash my check. I can also just pick up the phone and pay all my bills.     So, I was usually pretty happy with RushCard since 2013, but this past almost 2 months, I'm about to say ADIOS and go back to a REAL bank. I called in a dispute on 11/6/2015 for a substantial amount of money that Directv debited from my account without my authorization. On 11/24/15, as said on my Directv statement, that the payment was reversed. So I sent that document to RC. In my mind, this would be a clear cut that the money that wasn't authorized to be debited, was being sent back to my account. Well per the dispute departments "policy", it would take up to 45 days to get this resolved. It has now been 47 days since I disputed the unauthorized charge. HOWEVER, now they are saying 90 days and I'm not allowed to have their provisional credit because of the type of dispute.

    Again, I have a statement from Directv that they sent the money back to my account however RC wants to take up to 90 days to finalize the dispute. I know from past banking experience and past disputing actions with REAL banks, that it doesn't take this long and isn't this difficult to acquire MY MONEY!!! I agree with many people that ever since RC switched to MetaBank, everything has gone downhill. How can we trust a banking establishment if the service is sub-par and the WANT to help a customer receive funds wrongfully debited isn't present??? I'm going to start looking at an actual banking establishment.

    I referred a friend to sign up for a Rush Card over 2 months ago. When the first load was made for $20 we did not receive our payment. We called 8 times or more and was told that the load has to be $40 or more (which was not in the promo on the website nor the frequent e-mail we both receive). So we test the second theory of loading $40 to the card. Now all the representatives are telling us is that our issue is being escalated and we will recive a payment within 24 - 48 hours. 2 weeks since the $40 load and 4 calls later we are still in the same predicament.     Literally days before Christmas I received an email saying that I was missing over $700. I called RushCard and they basically told me that it was an error on their end and that it would take 1-3 business days for me to get MY money back. Now I have to go without any money for the next couple of days. I can't finish my Christmas shopping at all! I would not recommend RushCard to anyone.

    UPDATED ON 12/30/2015: Dealing with RushCard has absolutely been the worst experience I have ever dealt with concerning any business. I haven't been able to access my money since December 22, 2015, I've literally called every day since. The initial reason I wasn't able to access my money was because it was a glitch with the system on their part and it would take 1 to 2 business days in order to fix it. They assured me they would put a "rush" on it and that my money would be available the following day, of course I was upset due to it being right before Christmas.

    Two days later once I assumed my account was active I tried to use my card where I was declined at a store and told that my account was inactive, and I would have to send in 3 documents in order to reactivate my card. Extremely upset by this time, I did so sending a state issued drivers license, social security and lease agreement which I checked and confirmed with a RushCard supervisor that they would be acceptable. Once the documents were received I spoke with a representative who told me all documents were received and I was fine but they would have to send me a new card which should take 1 to 2 businesses days. At this point it was December 24, 2015, I waited the time frame given and called to do a follow up on December 28, 2015, that's when I was informed that the documents were deemed invalid because a lease agreement is not considered "good" proof of residency.

    At this point I'm extremely frustrated I asked why was I not contacted and made aware of this. The response I received was "we don't call our card holders when something is wrong with their account. It is their responsibility to call us", which I can understand if I wasn't told that everything was "OK" regarding my account by a RushCard rep. So at this point I ask what would be proper proof of residence, they tell me and I send those documents. On December 30 I call in order to find out what the next step in order to have access to my funds and I'm told that they have sent out a card and I won't be receiving or have access to my funds until at earliest Monday January 4. Which at this point I've missed Christmas, all the holidays, not to mention not being able to pay my bills which at this point I have accumulated so many late fees due to not having access to my money that I worked for.

    Throughout this process agents have been rude by hanging up on me or not caring at all, and the most that I would get would be "sorry for the inconvenience." I asked several time to speak with someone at corporate and was told corporate doesn't speak with customers at all and I would have to email and hope they respond. The highest person up I was able to speak with was a customer service supervisor. This was a complete nightmare. One of the worst experiences ever and I WOULD STRONGLY discourage ANYONE TO GET A RUSHCARD BECAUSE IT IS MORE OF A INCONVENIENCE THAN IT IS ANYTHING else. As a "financial institution" it is one of the worst period and not worth the headache or hassle. I would strongly advise against it

    I have been a member since 2010. Before the updated system I was a big fan. Now its not worth it. Since October I was not able to access my account online or on the app. Nobody was able to help me get in. Don't tell me to click forgot username/password. That doesn't work. I have tried to re-register and that didn't work. I just want to look at my account and transfer funds. Yall don't have a transfer option on the phone when you call. I can't do anything. And I do not receive my funds 2 days before the payday anymore. I get it the day before and the day of. I just load funds on the card. It usually take 15mins now its 45mins, this is beyond sad. I know yall trying to make changes and all but yall should have did a test with a dummy account but instead we are the test dummies. My account still says its suspended.     Since MetaBank took over the RushCard, the whole user experience has gone downhill. First and biggest complaint is the limits on withdrawing my own money. Does not allow more than 500.00 at ATM in a day. Unfortunately, MetaBank has taken over many other cards, and the options are limited then figure in the lockout, the incorrect charges (which were finally corrected) and the difficulties using the website. I liked this card far better before MetaBank took over. I probably won't be here much longer.

    The card offers all the advantages of the traditional bank debit card save one, deposits. The company does provide a variety of ways to make deposits, but all have the same troubling issue. When you deposit cash, you are charged for it. Even a small charge, when applied repeatedly over time, can represent a significant expense. I understand the dilemma though. There is no physical bank where a deposit can be made. That means an involvement of a third party, and that means a fee. It's too bad cash deposits can't be made at bank ATMs and the fee avoided.

    My experience with Rushcard has been awful. They said that they have a lot of good things going on with their card. I called the bank and I talked to a lady about it. I told her that I'm on a disability and I can't afford to do all of ATM transactions to pay my bills. That's a whole lot of money to add up to. I also have to wait from month to month for my money. To them, it didn't matter but to me it did. I'm very dissatisfied. I had just a gotten a new card from NetSpend. I want to switch over to them and see if they will do a bit better.

    I have been having an ongoing problem with RushCard's financial dispute department. I had tried to make a withdraw of funds when I was at a local grocery store. That grocery store did not allow more than a 100 to be withdrawn from their self-check out ATM's. I have provided RushCard with supporting documents that I did not receive the amount that was taken out of my account. I have been back and forth with RushCard, getting the runaround and bottom line they do not want to give me my money back. Russell Simmons your company's customer service sucks, they do not know how to handle anything. I am very upset about this ordeal and I plan on suing RushCard because of this. I advise anyone and everyone not to use RushCard. They are terrible.

    My husband and I recently went on a cruise and used our RushCard (5-year customer). All charges on board have already posted to our account, however the same amount that we have paid and has posted to our account is also showing as pending as well. The bank said it is the cruise ship to speak to them. They are saying it is the bank. Cruise line says 5 days we should have money back, call RushCard back and they say 35 days. It is almost Christmas and my account is at 0 for a hold that is unnecessary because everything has already been paid and posted! If this isn't rectified in the next 24 hours I will no longer be a customer with RushCard! If you see that we have already paid and that it has posted to our account there should be no pending charges concerning that trip!

    I like the way RushCard has my money two days prior, and I can use it like any other card. The only problem I had with them is that when I had my wife apply for one, in the message that they sent me, they were supposed to put $20 on my card and $20 on her card.     I have been calling this company since 11/4 with an ongoing issue. The ongoing issue is unauthorized charges every week. When calling in I am put on hold for a hour or more and transferred. This happen at least 6 times since this date. I just received a card from them yesterday which I am not able to receive my funds because they had to redo my application and get me a new card since the replacement cards that were sent out 5 times have yet made it here. Each time I get a balance on the card another unauthorized charge goes through. I am also having to print the email and then fax which costs me an additional $4 each time.

    I always get my money off my card on Wednesday when it posts to my account. Last Wednesday I did the same. When I got my check this Wednesday and checked my account I'm $703 short. The transaction from December 2 was mysteriously ran again on the 4th and the one for the 4th is settled but the one for the 2nd is pending! Don't understand but getting the run around about getting my money back. I have been with rushcard since 2009 no problems but this problem is big enough for me to say goodbye! I don't recommend it for anybody! $703 just out there!

    I’ve been with RushCard for so long now. At the time that I chose RushCard, it didn’t require me to have to go to an institutional bank, and it was a 2-day ahead payday. At first, I was using the dollar-per-transaction not knowing the full details of the monthly paying, so that benefit is a plus for me. The $5.95 with direct deposit of the monthly fee is an awesome benefit as well. And then of course, there’s also the free moneypass ATM that I find in my area. I use a little bit of both of these. It was pretty easy until the system update and the glitch in the system. It began to put some things on hold for me because they had to put my check behind some days when I had needed to pay some bills. So I pray everything gets back to normal sooner than later. But other than that, RushCard hasn’t been bad for me at all.

    RushCard has been holding my money for nearly a month now. They asked me to identify myself by sending in a copy of my SS#, I.D. card, copy of my Rushcard expired one and new one and proof of address. I sent all these things in and I am still getting the runaround. Russell, I am a single mother who work hard for my money and you have 2 paychecks holding from me and my children. I am behind on bills to the extent that I am going to be homeless and without a car soon because I can not catch up. You make it very hard for people. I call your customer service and they been telling me the same line as this will be expedited. Your customer service team sent me to Western Union with a bogus reference number -- how embarrassing was this.

    It has been a month now and no access to my funds. Me and my children went without Thanksgiving and my son birthday was a disaster because I could not afford to give him a party of anything. Help Lawyer please, someone help. My family is falling apart over this and now I have to see my psychologist because I am under emotional distress with the pain and suffering this has caused.     RUSHCARD has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting since 11/11/15 to have money transferred from my old card that was lost to my new card that I finally received 3 weeks later after reporting my card lost. I have now been waiting 8 days for them to transfer my money to my new card. I'm sorry but with today's technology it does not take 8 days to complete this request. I would like to find out what can be done about these practices that RushCard is doing to millions of customers. It's not right. They should not be allowed to hold hostage our money. I think there should be some Class Action Law Suit filed again this horrible business. Maybe one day soon I shall get my money. Once that happens I will no longer continue to use RushCard.

    I'm a RushCard holder since 2005. I never imagined I would be going through this sorta disrespect ever with any form of financial market. I had to literally beg for my dispute form from RushCard via email because when calling, I would get transferred to the "dispute" department, and there, no one speaks English and can't understand any either. I documented everything. Here we are week 4. Still waiting for my provisional credit or something that shows it’s being worked on. I have already made the decision to leave this scam card company alone and that is why I have gotten a bank account with Wells Fargo and prepaid card with Amex. I unfortunately still have a few direct deposits going onto this RushCard but I will be taking it right to the legitimate financial institutions. I will let you all know how long it actually takes. Still no word from these ignorant money handlers.

    I heard about RushCard three years ago. A good thing with them is that I am able to pay my rent and bills ahead of time so I don't have to worry when payments were due which helps me a lot. I just got a direct deposit with my RushCard. Also, I have submitted a dispute because I had went to ATM in August and I took out $40. I got back that I had $40 left in my account which is wrong so I called the ATM and they told me that I had to go and submit it to Rushcard but I haven't heard anything yet so I'm looking at a $190 something that is owned back to me. That's the only qualm that I got with them right now. I'm going to stick with RushCard for it's convenient and comfortable for me.

    I have had RushCard for about 4 years now. I have NEVER had a problem with them until this stupid computer thing happened. Due to the computer issue and me not getting my check on my normal days as usual I was late paying my rent and got charged $40 late fee. Which of course they won't pay for me so I'm stuck with that.

    Then I referred a friend from work who was tired of getting paper checks. I logged into my account and sent her the link for the web page right off my account to get the refer a friend bonus. Now every time I've referred a friend and they used my code it showed on my account and as soon as they got money on their card we each got the $20 referral credit. Well this time since her info wasn't showing on my account I started calling. Only to be advised since she did it through the link and RushCard didn't send the invitation it wouldn't show until money was loaded and her card was fully activated. SO when we got our paycheck and we didn't get the referral credit I started calling. First call I made was on 11/12/15 where I was assured that the would be there by 11/13/15. Which was fine cause I wanted to use the money for a bill that was due Friday night.

    So basing off the customer service I experienced before with this company and things actually happening like they had said, I budgeted the money before I had it (BIG MISTAKE!!! But since I had never gotten incorrect info I thought it was valid). Well come Friday no money so I had to short gas money for this bill. Well I call in only to be told they have to escalate it to Corporate b/c they are the only ones who can add this credit. And will take 1-2 business days. I didn't like it but I guess that's all that can be done. Come Tuesday 11/ 17/15 still nothing so I call back in get to a really nice supervisor who stated after holding almost an hour with him that he spoke with the dept that does the credits and the $20 will be in my account within 24 hours and issues me a $5 courtesy credit which helped to get to and from work that day.

    Well come Wednesday the 18th still nothing. SO I call back and get another supervisor who says we have to escalate again and will take 1-2 business days, at this point I'm livid. Every call I made I have held for at least an hour. And every call has been at least a 2 hour call! So I wait then comes Friday 11/20/15 still nothing so I call back again and get a supervisor who guess what says the same thing we have to escalate this and will take 1-2 business days. Of course I kinda flipped out but said ok whatever guess I'll wait so here we are Tuesday 11/24 and guess what still nothing. I'm literally on hold right now with a supervisor as I type this who stated he is walking over to the account specialists (which apparently are the people who put the funds on cards! Not corporate as I was told before). At this point this call has been 45 minutes.

    Now I have worked in call centers for 12+ years and I do customer service myself. At my job after the 1st escalation and the 1-2 business days time frame passing, we have to escalate to our supervisor who gets the issue resolved that day in most cases. Which has been the procedure for most of my jobs I've worked. I guess I'm mostly writing this b/c frankly I'm tired of talking to the (pardon me for saying) incompetent idiots on the phone, I understand they have policies and procedures to follow, but at some point someone needs to take some initiative. And I guess I'm hoping someone from RushCard will see this and get it resolved.

    I thought this system switch was supposed to make it better for us not worse which is all that has seemed to happen. Like it makes RushCard and myself look stupid when I'm sitting there saying "Oh this is great." I've had for years and then this happens right away with her first deposit... All I want is the $20 I was guaranteed 12 days ago. Also would like the $40 late fee as well but I'm not holding my breath for that one!!!

    Initially this card was the best thing! Can't beat getting paid prior to your regular pay date however that is the ONLY thing this card has going for itself!!! I call customer service at least 3 times a day in regards to funds that were to be in my account almost THREE WEEKS AGO!! I keep getting emails telling me to wait 2-3 business days, then 1-2 business days. I call call call and get hung up on or they say that it's under investigation! How is it under investigation when YOU emailed ME to say that it will be there. Since using the card, I get my check usually a day earlier, which is nice. Their reps are friendly, except for this last time. A few weeks ago, I was running out and I called RushCard because my deposit hasn't been posted to my card yet. I was trying to see what was going on in my card because I need to get my money.     When the RushCard made changes to its service to make our experience better. It has been terrible! I'm unable to log on to the app or website to my account and what's worse is I call in to the customer service department for assistance and there's no one to answer the phone. It connects me to an operator and within minutes the call drops. I have tried to reach them over a 100 times to no avail. Please fix this problem! I have had to manually enter my information on most of my bills, due to not being in the drop down menu, and recurring payments have to be re-enter each month, because the system does not retain the information, for some reason. It's easier just to call creditors and pay with the debit card by phone, which more often than not... generates a fee to use this option.
