My tax refund was loaded to my RushCard and with the promotion you guys was running to give - $30 if it was over $3000, you would deposit to the account. Well I never got because they wanted me to send in documents...I felt like it was a big scam.

My experience with RushCard has been awesome. Outstanding customer service. When I called problem was resolved quickly. Most of all having direct deposit, RushCard stays on top with notifications letting you know your money is in, in a rush. Keep up the good work RushCard.

I've been with RushCard for over 10 yrs since 2004 and they have been awesome getting my payroll 2 days earlier but these last 2 yrs has no been the best as far as when they were having tech issue. The hold times were 2 hours long and most recently I've used an atm that I've been using since I had RushCard which is in network and that charged me. I've been calling RushCard about this issue and it's still not resolved.

I ordered a replacement card on March 29. It took until April 14th. I couldn't pay my bills on time and it's all your fault and we need to fix this pronto. Your company owes me and my family. 85 dollars for late fee on my rent or I'll sue.

I've been a member since about 2008. I've only had two issues since then and only one was major. One was the maximum daily limit they leave out until you reach it. The other is trying to get a new card because my last name changed. The process is a headache and it's still not done. Le sigh.

Had a few incidents that took a little while to handle but it was and I stayed with RushCard for the convenience of loading and the many money pass ATM's. I receive my funds a few days early and my fees are reasonable.

Early load is helpful for me, to make sure my bills get paid. Most of my bills are due the 1st of the month. With early load dates I'm never late.

I love my RushCard due to when I have a problem they solve it on the dot but one thing that got me that I've been with RushCard since 2011 and I never got 25 dollar loyalty credit but people around me that been with RushCard for a year got it.

I don't like that I have to pay a fee even though my direct deposit goes in this account every month. It's a high fee too. I've had several mistakes with my account being charged twice and for things it shouldn't be charged (hotel holds, etc.) where if I hadn't been paying really close attention, I would've been out that money. They should also honor the commercial that says every new account gets a $10 credit. I didn't get mine and I actually had two new accounts.

Employees are always polite and knowledgeable. They are willing to help and do so quickly. You are not on the phone for a long time waiting for help or waiting for someone to come on the line. The automated system is easy to use. RushCard has the best customer service around.

I got RushCard because of their two days early pay. I also utilize the card for my online transactions and it's an easy process. Moreover, every time I’ve called customer service, it’s always been a good experience getting any issues resolved. Anytime I have a friend that’s wanting to know what card to get, I will recommend RushCard for them.

It has become customary for my card to be charged more than my purchase as a "hold" to ensure the funds are available. This is something new to me and it causes me to think I'm being overcharged. It would help if cardholders are warned before a new practice is enforced.

I have had a great experience with RushCard. My only thing is that when your card needs renewed they wait till the second week of the month it's going to run out to send you another one. If something would happen that you don't get it you cannot use your card.

I have the RushCard app and it has me blocked out of it for the past 6 months. I have contacted RushCard several times with no success. They tell me to uninstall then reinstall but it has not worked once... I been a member for ten years. This is horrible...

My overall experience has been fair. It was great to have a few months fee free but the dispute process doesn't resolve any soaps issues. Customer Service is overseas so they never understand you. The Mobile app is beneficial. What would be great if teenie customer head a small overdraft amount. It can be as little as $100. When you bank with a bank you get more perks like overdraft amounts, etc.

I have been with RushCard for a very long time and I must say I am very much satisfied and will continue to bank with them. Customer service is excellent. Any question I have gets answered and the wait on the phone is never long. My paycheck comes earlier than my coworkers, which is lovely! You can also set up to get messages every time your card is swiped along with a balance. Can't beat that! I will continue to bank with RushCard!

I've had RushCard for a few months now, maybe even a year or two and so far so good. Besides the glitch that happened a few months back everything has been normal. I would recommend it to my friend especially because we get paid two days earlier, comes in handy.

I had a issues with my new RushCard and I called customer service and the man who helped me was amazing... He got me a new card sent out and for it to me in two days before I got my paycheck. And since then I have been very very pleased. If you're thinking about getting a prepaid visa RUSHCARD is the only way to go...

RushCard worked for me when I applied for it so I stayed with it. I like the direct deposit and how I get to pay a day or two earlier. The customer service is good, too. Anytime I have an issue and I give them a call, they're very thorough. They provide great service.

I've had my RushCard card since 2004, and I get my paycheck quicker. However, somebody obtained information, and stole my card. I don't know how they did it because I had the card on me, but somebody used it the day after Christmas. I've been waiting with Rush to reimburse my money, which they said they were going to do. That's my only problem with them right now, and they haven't done anything yet. They say that it takes 90 days. I've always been satisfied with them, but not with the experience that I'm going through now.

Back in 2007, prepaid debit cards was a new service that RushCard was offering. I like that by using RushCard I'm getting my check two days early. RushCard is convenient for paying or buying things online. I utilize RushCard's direct deposit feature and load money using reload locations near me. Customer service is always good when I call to see if I have a pending deposit.

I loaded money in my card at a local Walmart on 4/9/16 and the money has yet to post on my account. 5 days later and both parties are saying there is nothing they can do. I have proof of the transaction through my receipt. I load money on this card every week at Walmart and this has never happened. I called RushCard and gave them my reference number and all they keep telling me is that it was sent to escalation and I have to wait for a response. I've gotten two responses and they told me my reference number is not valid. What do I do it was $500 and I have the receipt?

A relative had used RushCard and gave me some good feedback, so I decided to try it. Having the early deposit for my check and being able to transfer money to my daughter, who's in a different location, easily and quickly are the biggest benefits for me. I have used the reload locations on several occasions and it's very convenient. However, I had a little going back and forth with the RushCard team when they had that breakdown and I was trying to call them to find out about my direct deposit. But overall, I've been enjoying my RushCard and I've referred them to my co-workers who seem to enjoy it too in terms of the early deposit as well.

After asking for a supervisor, the "supervisor" informed me (for 30 minutes by the way because he refused to transfer me to someone else who was willing to help) that he has the ability to transfer my funds but would not. He informed me that even though he could transfer my funds I no longer "qualified" for a funds transfer and so he would not do it.
I have been a loyal RushCard customer for over 3 years (I have two RushCards); and, I'm the kind of person that understands that mistakes happen. In October (before the system crashed and no one was able to get their funds for food, rent, gas and other basic life needs) I lost my RushCard. I have requested multiple RushCards over the last 6 months. Though I was frustrated with my experience, I was always able to transfer my funds from my lost RushCard to my secondary card while waiting for my replacement. Well, the replacement card never came which left me with one usable card.
Today 4/13/16, I received my direct deposit. I called in to have my funds transferred to my secondary card and to once again request a replacement card. Today I was informed that they would finally be able to process my replacement card (I even immediately saw the last 4 digits of my card change on my online account). This was FANTASTIC NEWS!!! Until it wasn't.
I was on the phone with this "supervisor" for over 30 minutes requesting to be transferred to someone who would assist me. He continued to say that he was going to be my last point of contact on the matter. I am hurt by the disregard this "supervisor" offered me during this time. I would like answers as to why someone who had the power to assist a loyal customer did not. I have never been as hurt and disgusted with my lack of assistance as I am now. Google, Apple, and Amazon have never given me these kinds of issues (heck Amazon even credits your account back before you return their products). Maybe RushCard should take a tip in hiring supervisors from one of these great companies.

I've been with RushCard for seven years. At one time they were giving money back on the 18th when you spend money, and they charge you, but I don't know why they stopped. But that was one of the reasons why I chose them over another debit card. With RushCard, I'm glad I get my money on Wednesday at two o'clock. However, I found out I get double charges. If I go to the ATM, they can't charge me double off the ATM. So I don't know if that's because of Rushcard or what. But I like it because I can use it anywhere and everywhere.

I like my RushCard because I can only spend what I have, and I like the fact that I don't have cash on me. I usually use the direct deposit. Although I have had to put money on it, it was really easy. I simply went to Walmart and it was done. I recommend it as often as I can.

I spoke to RushCard in regard to my unauthorized transactions. I was assured I would receive provisional credit on the tenth business day. I was ran around and lied to several times by this company. I finally contacted an account manager named Ivan, who claimed he was the only disputes department manager, which also turned out to be a lie as I'm speaking to another now, who just hung up when caught in several lies. All I want is my provisional credit I'm entitled to. I have all my documentation and I'm going to pursue the matter until they do their job.

I've been with RushCard for about 10 years now. I use it to pay bills and make online purchases. It's very convenient and I do direct deposits through it. I had a good interaction with their team, but I had one major problem once. They told me that my check had posted, but when I went to withdraw some money, it wasn't there. It said I had insufficient funds. But that issue got resolved.

A friend of mine had a positive experience with RushCard and she was telling me how I can get my check deposited a few days earlier, so I decided to sign up also for the card. I had to call them to sign up because I thought I have not received it, and the team was helpful, polite, and I had a good experience with them. I usually do the direct deposit which is the easiest thing for me, and I have an allotment that goes to my RushCard and I get money in about two days earlier which helps a lot. I enjoy the card. It's like any other debit card and I'm able to use it. I'm not really a cash person so I rely on my card and it's convenient. I use my RushCard more than I use any of my regular debit cards or credit cards.

First off my card was stolen...not RushCard's fault. Okay, so I call Rush to get a replacement card, also place a block on my account. Mind you, I've supported Rush since 2010. First she tells me she already put a hold on my account so I had to call back later to un-hold the block on my card if I find it... I said "Well I already told you to BLOCK MY CARD AND REISSUE A NEW ONE." SHE SAYS "I CAN'T NOW. THE HOLD IS ON THERE." HUH? I SAY "BUT WHAT DID I ASK FOR???" Call back 20 mins later. With the hold being taken off, and my new card being issued.
Okay...here's where the problem come in and I hope someone in charge can read this. I paid 30 for express delivery...5 for my card. No problem. "But we don't deliver over the weekend." (I ordered on Friday.) I get that FedEx nor UPS deliver on weekends, but why take my money for express if I'm getting it the following Tuesday...4 days away? Led along still no tracking number...2nd day. Ughhh. I'm irritated to hear people who can hardly speak English get irritated with me because you don't know exactly what's going on with my card. SMH. Oh I was told to call 3 hours later for my tracking number. I call the next day. So my question that continues to get ignored is: If you have no tracking number yet, how can you guarantee me that it's even coming by Tuesday???
I paid for my card to be express 1-2 days and that's what I expect. You took the money. Wheres my loyal customer guarantee??? I've referred multiple people...never asked for a dime!!! Just take care of my dime. I feel let down by Rush. Russell you got way too much money to be having people that's not repping your company right. Cheaper I understand, but cheaper will soon cost your company money that's not necessary to lose. I'm all for supporting Kimora and Russell...but your reps and whatever they got going is NOT COOL. Mind you, I spoke to multiple reps... Attitude from 2 of them. 2 out 4 isn't bad huh?! There shouldn't even be 2!

Getting a RushCard is easier as compared to any other prepaid debit cards. It's very convenient to pay bills or make purchases online, and I also get early direct deposits through it. I load it sometimes and their ad shows me where I can load it, so I haven’t had any problems.

My husband had an account with RushCard and having it made paying the bills online easy as well as when getting a load on. With the card, I do the direct deposit feature more often. The RushCard team has been awesome, too. One issue is that I didn't like it when I used my card at a gas pump as they held $100 for a $10 transaction and took them around three weeks for my money to go back to my card. But other than that, I've been happy with their service.

This is the worst prepaid card out here. The reason I say this when you get a debit charge on your card they hold it for over 10 days. They tell you to have a form faxed in then tell you their fax is down when you have a debit on your card and it's not yours. You file a claim and they tell you 60 days then you wait past 90 days to find out they been playing games with you. Call in 24 times to get info on claim no one speaks English. Ask for a supervisor and they laugh at you hang up on you and they give you another employee there acting like a manager. Then after you go through everything again with them they laugh and say "Oh I am just a sale rep."
RushCard loves to steal your money. After banking with them since 2010 until 2016 I put in a new claim and they closed my account for no reason then say my money that was in there is going to have to go through bill pay to me. WTF. How can I do bill pay when the account is closed. Stay far away from RushCard. Bad business practice. And by the way they don't have to follow none of the federal banking comm laws so there's no protection.

On 3/31 I made 2 deposits of $500. On 4/1, I realized that only 1 deposit had posted. I went to Dollar General where I loaded the money, they said their system was showing that both deposits went through. I then called RushCard, they had me fax them both receipts and assured me this would be taken care of immediately. Now, 4 days later, I'm still on the phone, trying to get my money back, only to be told that this matter hadn't even been escalated to the next level yet and that the only way to speak to someone other than one of the operators that answer the phone is through email. I am at a loss, I don't know what else to do. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau in the morning and hopefully they can help. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD TO ANYONE!!

I've been using RushCard since 2011 and the good thing about it is I get my direct deposit a little early. However, the bad thing is whenever their system is down. I also don't like that they charge my card whenever I use it. Nevertheless, using RushCard to pay or make purchases online is convenient for me.

I liked the Baby Phat RushCard. It's easier for me to make online purchases with it and I'm also able to pay my bills on time. I have spoken to their customer service team because of people that went and took more money off the card than what they’re supposed to, and my interactions with them have been good.

It was a relative of mine who told me about RushCard and how he liked it. I was having a problem misusing my bank card and I don’t have that problem anymore with RushCard. It’s the same with any regular credit or debit card. It’s very convenient. The only thing is that I could only withdraw up to $1,500. It could be a small problem as far as not having checks but I worked through it. It’s a great experience and I recommend RushCard.

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and currently do not feel valued! Tried to refer my closest family member to Russell Simmons' RushCard and became extremely depressed and hassled because of so. The "Referral Program", I believe it to be a money scheme and nothing more or less than that! In order for my family to set up an account they had to #1. pay for a debit/visa card, #2. pay a monthly fee, #3. deposit their own money into the account, #4. spend part of their own money, #5. then get the said "$" for the referral.
In other words the money they would have spent setting up the account and any money to deposit into it would have been about equal to the referral "$". After hanging up with RushCard, we went to PNC and was welcomed and felt valued even though they were closing in 5 minutes. We stayed for about a hour with the representative. It was hassle free and everything if not more was explained to us. I've outgrown RushCard. It's time to move on.

With RushCard, my money is loaded two days early. They also help me get my money back if I do a refund. I use my Rushcard to pay bills or make purchases online all the time and it's convenient. However, when their system was updating, I couldn’t get my money out and it cost me an inconvenience. They were able to take care of everything eventually though.

My sister had RushCard, so I started using it too. I wanted to have my checks onto my card two days early, and once I started to get it on my own, I kept using it ever since and that's been for years. I have it on direct deposit for my job, and because of the early deposit that goes onto the card, I’ve been able to pay my bills at a decent time or even on time. I keep on my card what I don’t need to use, knowing that nobody's going to have access to it except me, as far as cash-wise. And that has been very convenient for me. Also, overdraft wasn't possible because of the card. Ordering items offline is also convenient. I have the card on hand and that I’m able to keep track of my balance. Their team is very supportive as far as if I have a question or concern with the card or any other situation like a deposit not being on the card at a certain time. I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend them to other people.

RushCard, being a different prepaid provider, get my payments earlier than normal. I normally get them on the first but with them, I get them a week in advance. I also didn't have any problems setting up a direct deposit. Some people don't take Visa and some do when using the card. Like how you have to do an ATM fee is not that much. I use it to pay bills and make online purchases. It's very convenient. I can also look up what was taken off the card from their app. However, I don't know how to use it. I don't know if I can connect this card to another card -- like a bank to another bank. If I want someone to transfer me money, I don't know if they have it or if I still have to ask them to use it.

A friend first told me about Rushcard and because of the service that it provides and the business of texting to and selecting, got me to Rushcard. I get my pay a little earlier, which is good so it allows me to pay ahead of my responsibilities, which are two great advantages in their sales books. Direct deposits is a good process. It's excellent to have.

Hello. I would like to say that the online account is very user friendly and I have no problem using my card anywhere. However, as far as text messages, I keep getting knocked off for some reason or another and have to keep requesting to receive text message concerning my balance.

Since using RushCard, I know where I was spending my money at and what I'm spending my money on. I like the RushCard gold star. I can now make some major purchases and stuff like that coming up. I'm able to chuck the money in there and not worry about spending it while I'm out using the card for other purchases. Also, if I have issues with a traditional bank I can always have certain deposits by using RushCard. In addition, it's convenient to use it to pay bills or make online purchases, and the direct deposit process is very easy.

I have RushCard for almost a year now and they are great. I only use direct deposit in reloading and I have better money management now. It helps that they let me know how much money I've got since they send me text messages. I always use the card to pay bills or make online purchases and it worked fine every time.

Visa RushCard has been a pleasant one. I have been a RushCard customer since 2012. They are there for you 24/7. I can always speak to a real person. When I was with other banks, they were always taking my money out and they wouldn’t tell me why so I went to prepaid. RushCard's team was very good. They answer all my questions when I call and try to help me out a lot. I know how much I have when I'm at a store because they always send me text messages and let me know what I have in my account so I won’t spend over. I also use it to pay bills and that way, I don’t have to have my checks with my mail. I pay my bills with my credit card and I found out if I want to put the money in my card, I can go to a Walmart or some other stores and it's easy. However, I ordered my card with RushCard a couple of months ago. They kept saying they had sent it but I had not received it. It was a new card and I kept calling them and they said it was on its way. And every time the week begun, I had to call it again. It took them almost a month to finally get it.

My coworker at my new job said RushCard is pretty good so I decided to try it out, and so far, paying bills and making online purchases have been easy. I have access to it anytime and not write any checks or mess with any banks. Everyone I've talked to have been decent, took care of stuff quickly and answered questions that I had. It was nice that through Christmas, I wasn't charged to take out on the debit. That was helpful during that time.

I've been with Rushcard for a while, and my wife told me about it. I got it pay bills. And then once I got it, I liked the style of it. It's easy to manage finances over the phone and make payments online. I'd rather carry a card than cash so it's great. On the app, it tells you every payment. And the name that they have on there might not be the exact name of the company. So I'm like, “Who is this?” and I'll call them and they’ll let me know who it is. It's been real good. However, I ordered a new card, and it's been a month now and I still haven't received it. I called and they kept saying that I should have gotten it, but I haven't. When I ordered it, the activation fee was still free, but now I have to pay to get it activated.

Apart from the switch over fiasco of last winter I have always been pleased with RushCard services. All issues I've had were always resolved except for when I divorced and needed to change name on my cards - which to this day has not been resolved. Other than that I love and depend on my RushCard.

My experience with RushCard has been very good and I would recommend them to a friend because of their early paydays and helpful customer service. I also like the fact that they do not charge for checking my balance whenever I decide I would like to know the amount I have on my RushCard when other cards will and do so often. Also it is very easy to put money on my card at many different places around town and I find that very, very convenient.

I have my work check deposited monthly, I get funds a day early. I've been using this card or Rushcard for a few years now. I'm working in a cryptocurrency or digital currency as a marketer. I just find that banks have too many fees attached to a checking account when you need to send money. I like it better than that other green company!

I am displeased with the RushCard company. I have had the card for over a year and every time I call customer service department about where my direct deposit is they tell me that my company has not direct deposited the funds. Yet my company pays out every Wednesday at 2 pm. My deposit comes later and later one time I wait 2 weeks to get my pay check. That's not right. I will not recommend this card to no one. They are not consistent and customer service representative are rude.

I work and I don't have an active bank account, and so I like getting my direct deposit on my RushCard. I picked out the card and they sent it, then I took it into my employer and started using it that way and have been using it for the last five years. I get my direct deposit two days earlier than my co-workers and I can roll over on payday and immediately begin swiping my card because it's already there. I like to shop online like any moms, and it's good with that too. And, putting money on my card through Western Union has always been easy. I swipe my card, put the amount and it's on there. I've never had a problem with RushCard and I love it.

I have been with RushCard for 7 years and I was one of the first customers to take a chance with them. And the only complaint I have is too many fees when I need money from the ATM. My suggestion is after a customer has been loyal to a bank for 5 years, there should not be any fees towards that customer.

Been with RushCard since 2010. I have never had any problems with RushCard until now. It won't change anything but I need my money back on my card. Matter of fact RushCard is the best card I used in years. My check comes early, I can back bills. They even help you budget yourself. Text you when your balance is low. I love it.

I have been with RushCard for about 8 years now I believe and other than the issues when the system was changed over by you guys back in like Oct or Nov I have had a great experience with everything. Only thing I wish is that we could withdraw larger amounts than 500 dollars from an ATM in 24 hours. I like to be able to pay multiple bills at once and the limit can be tough sometimes. Otherwise I am happy with things.

I was amazed that I was able to come to RushCard and express how I felt regarding, only allowed to withdrawal 500 dollars. I really cried about that inconvenient change. My experience with RushCard has been absolutely wonderful. If I have a question, I can call customer service and know my wait time to speak with a representative is minimal. Every RushCard customer service representative I have spoken with has been very professional, and I can tell they genuinely want to help me. I have never had any problems with RushCard services. I love my RushCard and I've been a cardholder for about four years. I love the good part about getting paid two days in advance and I get my alerts for every time I use my card so that's how I keep up with everything. I use the direct deposit option more frequently and I've no problem at all in setting it up. Anytime I've had a problem, I've called them and all representatives have been very nice and resolved the issues so it’s been positive interactions.

I have no problems with the accuracy of maintaining my direct deposit and money. My issue is each time I try to access my account online, I have to wait 24 hours and change my password to get into my account online. Irritating.

I received a text stating my account was blocked please call so I did. When I called they informed me that there was suspicious activity in my account and when I asked what it was they informed me that I needed to talk to corporate. When I explained that it's probably just Netflix trying to run my card but I don't have the funds. I was then informed they needed to send me a whole new card and I was mad. I get paid bi-weekly. That is my life. All my money is on there and I have obligations to pay bills and now I can't. But wait if I pay $30 I can get my card in 1 to 2 business days. Now I am even more upset so I will be writing to the BBB because what happened today was wrong.

Yes, it sucked. I was charged multiple times for one charge. Took weeks to get back. No one answered the phone listed on the website. I was extremely frustrated. But, I hung in there, and Russell Simmons made it right again like a boss. So, things have smoothed out, and I'm glad I stuck it out.

I get my checks days before payday and when you refer a friend they give you a fee and what's even better is that every time I make a atm transaction I am notified through an SMS message to have that kind of freedom and know that all the money on my card is my money. I got the card BC it's supposed to load your paycheck faster. So for me it's Tues by 3. It's very inconsistent when they do their loading of funds. It's a great card but don't rely or depend on having your money when they say. And when it does post early they send a message saying they did you a favor and posted it early. Not a favor. That's when it should be posted. Other than this is a great card.

This is my second time having RushCard. This time the service is horrible... It takes 3 months to dispute charges. I send an email for a simple question then I'm told to call. Customer service doesn't listen, just a scripted conversation. Disappointed.

My sister had a RushCard, so I got online and filled the application to get one. We decided to have a prepaid card and to get money faster. RushCard is better than check because whenever I use the card, I get a notification on my phone. It shows me how much I got in my balance right there and then so I will never overspend. I can always check my balance. I don’t have to call or go to an ATM. I can just click balance on my phone and it would tell me. I love my card. I’ve been able to do things earlier than having to wait two days. Getting paid earlier is the greatest thing. It's also convenient to use the card to pay bills or buy things online.

I needed a company to go with my direct deposit and heard that RushCard was pretty good in regards to that so I went from there. Since using the card, managing my finances has been easy. I know where to go to reload the card, and my direct deposit goes straight to it, too. The only thing is that the company was supposed to add $30 to my account once I loaded my income tax on there but that didn't happen. I spoke to someone since then and it still hasn't been placed. But for the most part, everything's been good and I have no issues with the card.

RushCard is good. I can use it mainly anywhere and I do get my money a few days faster than other folks through direct deposit. The only downside is because it is a prepaid card, I'm unable to use it for some of my favorite spots like Uber and sometimes with PayPal. Also customer service is good and attentive. There when you need them.

I really don't care for the appearance of your cards now. When they first came out they were so pretty and you had a very nice choice whereas to the cards now are basically plain and boring. I really wish you would change them back to the Diamonds or something else more lively and appealing please. Other than that I have no problems with Rush. I Love my experience with them. I will make this short, I have the card for a month or so and it's been easy to load. One thing I do like when I put money on the card it's on my RushCard fast and I can use it for any store, online whatever. I want to say Thank You to all at RushCard for making the card do what a card is there for and no wait time and no questions from anywhere I've used it. I did have a question when I first got the card and the customer service was really good and they were nice and fast to answer me. I thought I would let you know how the RushCard works with me. I started using Rush card in 2013 and have been using it constantly since then. I love that there are so many ATM locations to withdraw/deposit cash. I use it for my direct deposit and ALWAYS receive my money on time. I sometimes even get paid sooner than some colleagues who use more traditional banking. Being prepaid, I am able to check on my spending and think twice about impulse buying. Rushcard is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I felt like Rushcard would be more convenient and it has no bank fees so I went with it. It's easy and simple. You can spend no more than what you got, and I don't have to worry about going over. With RushCard, I get faster payment and I like its availability. I have used it to pay bills and make online purchases often and it's very convenient. I like mostly everything about RushCard. It's easy to use and they deposit checks which can be accessed two days early. Sometimes I could just go directly to them, call someone and pay my bills over the phone or over the internet which is convenient. Their reps were able to help me with whatever I called for and I haven't had any problems with any of those I've spoken with. Although they had an issue for late deposits back in September or October, they ended up waiving the fees from November to March.

I want express my feelings on the customer care operators on the phone. I called several times and was placed on hold for a very long time. I'm talking 25-40 mins waiting to talk to someone. I think that is totally unreasonable amount of time. I think if there are too many calls then more representatives should hired to ease the wait time. Thank you.

The problem I always have is inconsistent information. In my over 10 year membership relationship with Rush I have a hard time understanding the different languages and I am left not knowing what was said or done.
