The person I talk with. He was awesome. He help me even more than I called for. I was very happy with my call. I would get my friends to do this, get a RushCard. I never had a problem with RushCard customer services at all.

I have been pleasantly surprised since the update to the service. The fee-free holiday was also a great way to make up to those of us that were inconvenienced due to the downtime. The only complaint I have is that you cannot use the RushCard for autopay. No other complaints and keep up the good work.

Customer service is horrible!! They are from different countries like always, when you call they can never help do anything, they are there to just answer the phone and apologize 50 times. Ever since they did a system update back in September, which was a huge problem, couldn't access my money for days, my online account app hasn't worked because of their system suspending my account. I've called at least 15 times in the last 9 months now and they keep telling me they have to send it upstairs for them to fix and I will receive a call to resolve the issue! 9 months later and I'm still waiting, haven't received a call from no one! So yes they suck!! Use American call services so we can understand them and they can understand us and actually resolve issues!!

There should be more money to refer friends to RushCard. Like refer friends and both get $40 added to their card. When they join for free and activates their cards. I promote RushCard on Facebook with over 3,000 friends and I need a way to refer them so I can get paid. Thank you.

I've been a RushCard holder since 2004. I get a direct deposit and I like the fact that I get my check deposit into my account two days before. It's convenient for me and it's an easy process. Also, my interactions with their reps were friendly.

I called in about the numbers on my card not being readable... the customer service rep got me the assistance I needed and handled my concerns with care. They not only answered my concerns but also took responsibility for their part and corrected the issues!! Great job!

I have been a customer of RushCard for many years. I have never had any issues dealing with them. I have also referred my friends to this company. I do however like the old system of returning the 1.00 service charge back to customer after 10 transactions. Other than that I am completely satisfied.

So far I have not had any problems with RushCard. The customer service is good and they are friendly. Fees could be lower but they are a good company to do business with. If I had a complaint it would be that your account is not considered a bank account like regular banks so you are not able to get a loan which if you don't have a regular income then it would pose a problem when trying to pay back through your account. Great company!

I have been with RushCard for about 2 years now. They had one major glitch that affected me getting my money for about 3 days. The CEO made a worldwide apology and also made some monetary compensation with fees (None for about 4 months). Which I feel was adequate. My direct deposit is always on time and early! I am very happy with my RushCard and would recommend it to all!

I only use my Rushcard to pay my bills instead of going to the store and waiting in line, and I've been able to do it real good. It's very convenient. I don't have to carry cash or worry about anyone. The direct deposit is very easy. Customer service has been friendly. I love RushCard.

I've been with RushCard since 2010. I've been paying a rough percentage so I know they are not going to play games with my money. They give it to me all the time and I get my money early. They also got nice deals and plans. Then if I have a problem with something, they answer all my questions. When I asked them about when my deposit would be there, they sent me the email in a timely fashion so it's less stressful. I pay my bills with it, take my money off that I get, then I'd be through with it for the month.

I have been with Rush since 2008. That is roughly 8 years of loyal service I have been with them. To be truly honest, had I just open this account maybe 2 years ago, I would have left. Time and time again, I am constantly having issues with direct deposit. The customer service is often lousy. I think I get 3 good reps out the whole year.

After calling twice been put on hold for over half an hour each time. Then I was asked a series of questions from 8 years ago that had nothing to relate to me just to get into my account. I got off the phone and burned my RushCard after I politely told them what I thought on the recorded line. I will never use your services again. Last time I use my card to this problems. This is a nail in the coffin for Rush.

With Rushcard I don't have to cash a check anymore. It's pretty easy to reload the card through direct deposit but loading money onto the card is difficult because I can't go to the ATM and deposit money on it. I still have to go to a Moneygram to do that and that has costs.

I've been with RushCard for three years and my experience with them is great. I really like that they paid me my check two days earlier and now they pay a day early. But it works out great and it comes in handy just to get my money deposited. The RushCard guys are great, too. I'm very satisfied.

I have called in 3 times. Every time I was hung up on. No call back. No supervisor. The level of service horrible. The agents has no knowledge of what's going on. Just answering a pH, reading a script, not concerned about the customer's concerns. I will never recommend this bootleg company to anyone to be disappointed like I have. Would rate a negative 10 if it was possible.

On a Friday morning I've tried withdrawing cash from an ATM. No cash dispensed after the transaction was complete but $200 was withdrawn from my account. It's been weeks and I'm still fighting to retrieve my money back. The customer service personnel within the company are a joke and have zero answers for their customers. If this incident happened with my Chase card I would of had this resolved with 24 hours, which I explained to one of their customer service reps and all I received was a smart-** response "well we are not a bank, you have to wait 45 to 90 days." I would recommend for people to stay far away from this company, avoid like the plague.

Well to start I've been on hold for 3 1/2 hours for one question. So to be fair I understand high call volume but when it on hold for that long you kinda forget what you call for and you start getting mad. Well I've been a loyal card member for 2 years and I have never had this happen when I have call your service so I'm kinda think this could have been handled better.

I'm disabled and have several health issues that prevent me from venturing out of my home at a whim to do any kind of shopping. The RushCard gives me the freedom to shop online (almost anywhere); it's like having a real Visa! No missed sales! And, having direct deposit, I don't worry about my SS ea month!

Never any problems, when there is they always make it right. Only problem I had was lost my card. I have direct deposit. My card was getting to be late, So I called them two days before my deposit was to hit. They sent me one overnight and waived all fees that month.

Went with RushCard because I get my deposit in two days sooner. I also get text alerts whenever my account balance goes low, and their app is handy. RushCard is good for prepaid which is what I basically use it for. The direct deposit is easy and convenient, and I use it often. However, there was one time when a place didn't accept my RushCard when I was trying to purchase a bed on payments because they don't consider it a bank and that's really the only downfall on it. I also didn't like the time when we weren't allowed to take money out. On the other hand, whenever there's a dispute on my account, I call their customer service right away and I get it fixed.

I have been a RushCard member for over 8 years. My deposits are always posted on time and accurate and when I call customer service the representatives are always nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.

When I first joined almost 5 years ago, I had full access to take out up to at least $1,400 a day, maybe more. When they decided to switch banks, everything changed. You're now only allowed a $500 ATM withdrawal which isn't true even though they state that is the max amount. RushCard charges $2.50 per withdrawal so that right there puts you at $502.50, plus the ATM usually has a $3.00-$5.00 charge so in reality you can only withdrawal of $480.00. They also used to do an early direct deposit that went in almost on time every deposit day at 4 pm. Now it ranges anywhere from 8 pm until 1 am the following morning. It's ridiculous. Just opened a new bank account so definitely plan to stop using this service, they just have gone downhill!

I have nothing but good things to say about my RushCard. I got the card when I didn't have many options for checking accounts in my life. Even though that has changed I continue to keep my RushCard. I realized that I don't need a checking account to handle my money. I have my paycheck Direct Deposited and it works out just fine.

Name has been changed on card for three years but account name has not changed. Does not keep you up to date on progress of a claim. Cap on withdrawal amount. Unable to complete some transactions. Have to pay atm fee twice.

I've been with this company for years and when they started there wasn't all these fees and charges just to get your money off your card. Now it's ridiculous. I think I'll be cancelling my account. Too many fees are adding up to a lot each month.

I like that I get my money on time with RushCard. My pay is deposited three days faster and they send me the balance text to help me manage my finances. I usually use the card for expense report for my company. I've also used it to pay bills and purchase online, and it's convenient for me. With RushCard, everything's on time and no problems with the balances.

I have always had a pleasant experience with customer support. I felt they went beyond their needs to meet my financial situation at the moment. The online service and app is helpful with very little crashes. I highly recommend this card to anyone as bank card to avoid bank fees or for people who suffer from bad credit.

I have been with RushCard since 2004. I have been satisfied every step. If ever there was a problem it was solved immediately. I just wish they would bring back the reimbursements that they had. When you did over 10 transactions in a month, every transaction fee after that was returned. Loved that. RushCard has been good to me and my family. Thank you RushCard. I had to call because lost my card. Fast, nice and easy to do. Received my card and haven't had issue since. And love the text notifications. I recommend the RushCard to all my friends and family members. Also getting the balance with an easy text helps also. Love my RushCard.

Now, when I try to log in, I find my account is blocked. I don't know why. This happens too often and it's a pain in the ** to regain access. Right now I'm upset about how long it's going to take me to check my account, which is what I like about Rush, that is, my ability to learn my account activity and my balance at any moment, except when my account is mysteriously blocked.

I'm not getting my direct deposit two days early like you advertise...and I think the 1.00 charge is ridiculous every time I swipe my card. And why did you guys stop giving the 1.00 per swipe back? When I first started rush card, if I swiped my card 15 times and you guys charged me 1.00 to swipe...I would get those dollars back.

Can't find the bank to take my money off the card. Too many bank fees. When you speak to customer service, nobody that I can understand - all foreign - and never can get a bank statement requested months ago. Very, very unsatisfied!!!

Six plus years with RushCard - loved it. My first card was awesome with the purple design, but the service with my RushCard is always on-time. I wouldn't change anything about my RushCard. So except thank you, this is the best card invention ever.

I have been very happy with my RushCard. I had lost my card, called Customer Service to have it replace. I had just been paid. The agent I spoke with was very helpful. I received a new card in just a couple of days - he was very helpful. The only thing that was bad is I found my old card a few days later, which was pretty funny where I found it...my luck. But I personal experience was great. Thank you.

I love that I get my check on the 27th - to have to wait all the way 'til the first of the month. Sometimes it comes much earlier, like you say. You can only estimate when we will get our check. As soon as they send it you, send it out. I'd like that it helps me in the hard times of the month. Thank you.

I keep my RushCard for emergencies and really don't use it every day. I load it up most of the time by going to a location and using the MoneyGram but I haven't used it yet to pay bills online. Their customer service has been great and I've had no problems with RushCard.

I just want to be able to log in on my mobile phone to check my balance but cannot access it. I talk to over 20 people and no one seems to not be able to help me by logging into my account. I have proven all of my information that they can't belong to me and no one still did not help me get it unlocked. It's been like this for about 5 to 6 months now. I just want to be able to log in on my mobile app and control my money better but I cannot if I'm locked out. Someone please help me. I am a big fan of RushCard but I'm starting to think twice if I can't get a easy simple thing like mobile app unlocked??

It is a decent company. I called two weeks ago for a new debit card, because my chip is all scratched up and won't read. I am getting aggravated because I am getting the runaround about where my new card is. I asked for 2 cards they won't send me one.

Last Friday I paid a bill, before I went to work in the morning. At around 9am I received a text stating that my card was blocked. I received another one shortly after that stating that my card which should have had over $500 dollars had $13.75 remaining. Upon break I called Rush customer service to find out what happened. There was a ton of unauthorized activity and I informed staff that this was the case. After going through my account and pinpointing the crimes, I was told that in order to clear up the matter I would have to fill out paperwork and also a new card would be sent to me. It has been a week now and I have not yet received paperwork or said card and really need my funds that were stolen. I was also informed that the process would take 45 to 90 days. This is unacceptable. The paperwork should have been emailed to me so that this could be handled in a timely manner. In the meantime I am financially crippled.

Since I have no cash on me and it's all added to the card I don't spend as much I think. Before I buy with money. I just take out, hand over. But with card I have to show Id, put a pin number in so that makes me think before I buy. Do I want to do all that?

I've been with RushCard for a couple of months. It's a great way to keep up with your money, even receive your direct deposit up to 3 days before your pay day. The only problem I have is when I refer a friend, and I don't get my promised $20.

I've had this card for many years and love it. Customer service reps are always helpful and knowledgeable. I never have to be on hold for long periods of times to get to a rep. I like that the card offer money management services. The card is great.

I recently disputed a charge on my RushCard and the process of that is really inconvenient and makes no sense. It takes a week to get the new card and all my finances are blocked until then. I have been unable to pay for any of my bills since I reported it. This has caused me to accrue late fees. I wasn't even able to log on to my account and transfer my own money from one rushcard to another so that I wouldn't be in a bind.
This is the most ridiculous process I've ever heard of and it needs to be amended immediately! Rushcard is inconveniencing their already inconvenienced customer. The card should not take that long and if it does a way needs to be made where the non disputed monies are made available to the customer. Rushcard should not block an ENTIRE account for one disputed charge. That is insane! Rushcard will lose me as a dedicated customer of almost 7 years because of this; however, something needs to change on this. Holding customers' money hostage is not good for business.

My strip on the back of my card would not register in any machine. I called to get a replacement card. I have been with this company for years and have never had to get a replacement card. The representative volunteered waived the fee. That was a very loyal representation of RushCard, since I have been a loyal customer. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you RushCard.

I have been with RushCard since 2009 and I have my SSI funds direct deposited to my card. I have NEVER experienced any problems or delays with my funds - actually my funds post really early which gives me the assurance of knowing that my important bills, such as my mortgage, which is drafted from that same account, will be paid on time as well. Whenever I've had a transaction that is in dispute, RushCard has always been there to help me get my funds back. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my RushCard and I have referred most of my family and friends so that they too can experience the piece of mind and convenience that I have. And the pink Baby Phat card I have is also a plus because I think it makes me one of their original customers because I haven't seen anyone else with it!

Right now, I’m in college and I signed up for RushCard's direct deposit so I don’t have to wait for them to send me a check to get my refund back. They send my financial aid through my card and it’s much more convenient. It's easy to use, it doesn’t cost that much to reload and there isn’t a whole bunch of fees. I also use it to pay my bills and utilize the reload location more frequently. Their customer service has been so helpful and very informative. If I have a question about a charge or my account, they'd definitely explain it to me in its entirety and I’m always satisfied once I hang up. I hope the fees continuously remain the same and the convenience. It was easy to sign up and a fantastic card overall. I love it.

I have been a loyal RushCard customer since 2009. With all their mistakes, hard to understand representatives and the debacle of a system upgrade, I stuck with Rush. But to be told that the money they removed for a pending, that didn't exist, wouldn't be put back for 9 days and then being told it's not their problem. To be told that my sick child's medicine payment, which is why money was transferred to the card to begin with, was not their problem was my last straw with RushCard and their representatives. I will be deactivating my RushCard in the very near future. I'm so dissatisfied with this company.

I have been a valued customer for 5 years. I always been completely satisfied with the services. YESTERDAY (5/18/2016 ) I purchased flights tickets and I was charged twice so all together was $1,300. I called the airline, spoke with customer relations to get this matter taken care of. The agent advised me they're not showing 2 transactions and advised me to call my bank. Next I call my bank and spoke to a very nice agent who called the airline on a 3-way. Check back every 3 mins to advised me of the wait. After 2 HOURS of going back and forth RushCard agent rest assured me I will be credited within a few hours, and I was very pleased.
Today (5/19/2016) I check my balance and nothing has been credit to my acct which at this point I'm piss. I'm very frustrated so this morning I'm calling my bank. I speak to an agent who advised me because of their system I won't be able to get my money back within 3-5 business or if the airline doesn't release their hold it would take longer. So once again I'm flip flopping back and forth. So I calls the airline, give them my confirmation # and once again the airline did not double charged me but was very generous to fax a release letter advising they're not holding or pending anything, charges on their behalf. So I called my bank on a conference call so we all can be on the same page. So come to find out RUSHCARD is pending the second charged and for whatever reason I still can not come to terms and I still don't have my money.
I truly believe RushCard is a big scam. There's no way RushCard is pending a double charge on my account and will not release my funds. I have to pay off my bedroom set by tomorrow or else I will get hit with a lot of interest rate, like RushCard thinks money grows on trees... Just wait 3-5 business days if not 10 days, like WTF. I beg, cried and plead. I can't afford to pay for daycare. My car will be shut off so therefore I'm not able to work!!! I am very piss and I'm done doing business with RushCard. I never been this piss in my life. Y'all system sucks and y'all are nothing but big scammers. I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO CORPORATE TO EXPEDITE MY REQUEST - ASAP!!!

I am so very happy that I am a member of a card that really looks out for the old and elderly and how we are so worried about our money falling in the wrong hands. I and my roommate have been with you all for quite some time now and we are very happy we only had a little problem in the time period when you were changing over to this new system. Overall I'm happy with RushCard. I like getting my check earlier, and the low monthly fees. Just wish there were more free ATMs in or around South Haven area. Closest one to my house is in West Memphis Ark. Even the ATMS in Wal-Mart charge.

I had to file a dispute because I paid about $23 to a company that has no phone number and I never received the item. They originally told me after 10 business days I would get a temporary credit and update but that did not happen. No one tells me anything and I still have nothing. I have another prepaid debit and they do not take 90 days like you have. I had throws card for 4 years and every time I do anything customer service related I disappointed. I am going to be cancelling my direct deposit immediately to this card.

I'm very happy with RushCard. They stay on top of account activity. Let you know if something isn't right. I had a situation where someone tried to access my account. They suspended card and issued me a new one. Also they do a very good job with direct deposit. Been with RushCard for 3 plus years.

RushCard has pretty good cards. Their fees are a little higher than others. They offer text alerts (when they work), e-mail alerts. They do send a lot of spam though.

Everything has been great with RushCard for me. My direct deposit is actually hitting a lot quicker than it normally does. I like the way how they return some fees in the middle of the next month and stuff. It comes in out of nowhere when you least expect it. Their representatives are really good. They've all been awesome and very professional.

I've had RushCard for four years now and it's been very good. I've had really good luck with it and I manage my finances better because as soon as I make a purchase, the purchase pops up on my telephone telling me it was made. It also tells me when my balance is low. I can change what I want it to tell me. I always know what's going on, so I'm not doing the bouncing checks anymore. I now pay bills and make online purchases. However, somebody used my identity recently and took $246.99 out of my account. I had to do the whole bank process to have them reimburse me, and they had to do the investigations and get the money back. But that's not Rushcard's fault. It's just that somebody was able to do the identity theft. I would continue to use them.

Getting the direct deposit set up through RushCard wasn't hard at all. I've spoken to their reps and I haven't had problems with them. And when you run out of funds and you've been a customer for so long, you get a $10 cushion. It's been a pretty good experience overall.

I like the fact I get my money two days early with RushCard. I can rely on it. However, I didn’t like the fact that a couple of months ago, there was a problem where the money wasn’t showing up in the account. There was a lot of stuff going on back then and I couldn’t keep track of how much money I had. But other than that, it’s been an overall better experience.

Been going in circles trying to request a refund and they can't give me a straight answer. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! I still have an amount of $33.80 sitting on my account which has not dropped off for a week! RushCard keeps me from overspending and since I've had it, different types of business have been calling me so maybe my credit increased a little bit. I use them to pay bills or make online purchases. I had little problems with online purchases but it works now. I also use their direct deposit all the time. I like that they load up the money two days early. In fact, sometimes I get mine real early like four or five days ahead of time and that helped a lot. Though it's a little hard to get a hold of their team sometimes, it has been a very good experience with Rushcard overall.

On April 27th there was a purchase made with an error and I was out of $375. I call the company. They tell me I need to have the company FAX over the information about the charge. So I send the first fax. Come to find out everything was OK but they needed a physical signature and a personal contact number for who sent the fax. That is the dumbest process I can even think of. I spoke with a manager and he said that my 375 was a high amount and he cannot clear it. Isn't this a million dollar company? I have friends with other pay cards and they told me it would have been taken care of within 1-2 business days. I had to wait 10 days while I had bills to pay with that.

When I first started using RushCard it was great. I would get my deposit 2 early. Then it started to be one day early and now they claim they can't see my deposit from my employer which I called and verified that my employer did send my direct deposit. I've been dealing with RushCard for year but I am tired of the customer service. It's freakin' terrible and I wish I could talk to someone that is not overseas. Just not a happy customer.

I have had this card since I was 18, I am now 32. I must say their customer service is by far the worst out there and cannot speak English. I also recommend that no one do the refer a friend. It's a waste of time and your friend and you will not receive the referral bonus. We have both been waiting for almost a year to receive ours. We have called and emailed customer service so many times for them to tell give it 24 hrs. and it will be fixed... As you can see we still are waiting about a year later... We are both switching our accounts on 5/16... HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I've been with RushCard for ten years and they've been the bomb. I get money faster than before and it's very easy to make online purchases. As long as there's money in there, the bills are paid. It's also instant to get the direct deposit lined up. Plus the representatives are so cordial, articulate, helpful, and beneficial. There was once a problem where money was credited to my account, and it was questionable, but RushCard serviced it. My experience with them has been excellent.

I like RushCard a lot. I keep having other people to tell me to switch to a different card, but I’d stick it out with this one for as long as I can. I've been with them since 2011 and it has worked out good with them. It’s nice that I get off quickly from a bank with the pay and getting the pay a couple of days earlier really does help. They have some fee-free ATMs that I’ve tried a couple of times. They gave extra money one time where they paid the fees for a certain long time. Online purchases are just as easy as any other card. Also, I’ve called their team a few different times and they try to answer the questions as best as they can. I haven’t gotten into any arguments with anybody on the phone. They’re respectable. I’ve recommended RushCard to a friend and I got another one to start using it.

My RushCard card stolen. I called to cancel it. Was given security questions. I answered. Customer service telling me I didn't pass and to send in verifications of my identity. I did so. Account still blocked a week later. Can't access my money. My Bills are due and they keep giving me the runaround about 1 to 2 business days to unblock it. All of this after last year's glitch where I had to come out of pocket to pay late charges on my Bills because they had a glitch. RushCard didn't pay one dime. I'm fed up. My card was stolen and they holding my money and my bills are due!! Very unhappy customer!!

I was on vacation when a hotel overcharged me after clearing the hotel. RushCard had a hold on my account for no reason. They claim they count refund due to hotel hold however Holiday Inn faxed cleared paperwork stating they have no hold!! Needless to say RushCard has held my deposit for days claiming there is no corporate office number to confirm false hold!! Do not put your hard earned money in these thieves' hands!

I requested a replacement card because I lost mine. I've been waiting 7 business days now. No card. I have not had access to my money in over a week. I have no money to feed my kids, pay my bills or gas for work. I've been lied to by Supervisors so many times. I have over $900 on my card with another deposit to come on Thursday. I am so pissed right now and feel so helpless because I can't get an answer from anyone there and I need my money.

I went with NetSpend and they took out more money than what the paper informed me so I had RushCard. I use RushCard for taxes and for direct deposit. I also make online purchases whenever I pay my bills and it's convenient.

I applied for Rushcard and didn't get approved for it when they were doing a credit check then I applied for it again and got approved. I get my paycheck early using the card. It's also very convenient to use it for purchases online. They have good customer support.

With my RushCard, I don’t have to carry any cash and I get my check early, and it's a bonus doing both. I just purchased two Falcons jerseys using it, and I also paid for my condo and insurance. It's very convenient for me. My only interaction with their customer service team was when the RushCard that I received wasn’t reading when I swiped it, and in two days I had a brand new one. They apologized and everything has been perfect since then. It's a great thing for anyone to have, and I'm actually trying to get some people signed up to it now.

10 days ago a hotel pre-authorized my card twice each for $129.95. After fighting with RushCard and the hotel, RushCard told me I would receive my money from both pre-authorizations. I look today and I received 1 so I called RushCard of course... Argue some more. They then ask me when the transactions were done because they don't see them... RushCard literally deleted both transactions. Then after the rep continued to speak over me I demanded to speak with a manager.
Finally the arrogant manager (had a HUGE attitude) came on the line and explained that they could see the transactions but it was never debited from my card so I should've had access to that money... umm no! If I would've had access to that $ why on earth would RushCard credit back my account and why would I call multiple times a day for 10 days??? Anyways... RushCard is a JOKE. They are great for loading money, receiving direct deposit and using to buy everyday needs but if it so happens that you need a refund back on your card... kiss that money goodbye because they will require you to jump through impossible hoops.

When filing a claim, no one gives you correct information. Everyone I spoke with gave me different answers and different expectations on time frame. They also tried to educate me on their job. Paperwork process is too long and inconvenient. I had to fax my paperwork on a dispute 5 times in 3 days to a fax number that didn't work. I had even spoke with a rep earlier that day that claimed he did see my paperwork I sent.
After speaking to a supervisor, which I had requested various times after 45 minutes on phone with reps with various hang ups with no callbacks, he provided an alternate toll free number to fax to. He made promises of giving me courtesy credits for my bad experience, time and cost for the various faxes I sent to them, that I have the confirmations for as sent. Had to call back the next day and was given a credit of $5, which was not what we spoke about. 4 days later, they have finally gotten my paperwork for my claim. To this day I still have not been given my $400 that the atm never disbursed, due to atm itself cancelled my transaction.

I informed RushCard last week that I will be in Canada 4/21 to 4/26 and then in Paris from then to May 7, you guys said ok. 4/22 I realize I cannot use my debit card at any atm machine in town. I used it at 8 machines and my card was rejected each time for 20 dollars. Then I received a text from you telling me my card was blocked for too many failed attempts! Then you removed the block, but guess what? I still could not use my debit card. So I called RushCard again, and each time I called, I was put on hold at least 20 minutes. And passed from person to person who didn't even know why the call was transferred to them so I had to introduce myself each time! Mind you, these roaming charges add up.
I was asked to use an atm machine while a service rep was on the phone. The machine rejected my card. Keep in mind, I am in Toronto Ontario on vacation. I used at least 12 different atm machines. Walking around for about 4 miles downtown, trying to get access to my money and it wasn't until about 3 more tries when I called RushCard (keep in mind the terminal hold with each call) and was told my card will not work in Canada. I don't have access to my money. I can use it at retail establishments but I cannot get cash. I was then told to look for stores in the city that allows for cash back, but guess what? I went to 4, and they will only allow cash back from Canadian debit cards!!! I am in Canada without access to my money! Had I been told I would not be able to use my debit card when I first told you guys I would be in Canada, I would have had my money exchanged at the currency exchange before I left the United States.
There is no excuse for incompetence, I am furious and I promise you I will close both accounts the minute I am able to get my money, and I will let everyone know about my experience via Facebook, Twitter, my blogs, and every social media that is available. Imagine being in another country with no access to your money! Then a rep said she will escalate it to corporate and she will call within 30 minutes to an hour. I wanted 90 minutes at least. Guess what? She never called back. So I called, and spoke to someone who put me on about a 20-minute hold and explained my card cannot be used in Canada. I'm sure you can tell I am pissed. And I will let everyone know about my experience with RushCard.

RushCard gets me paid two days early. I do online transactions which is convenient because I don’t have to go to a store. I also don't have to send the money or a check, I got all my bills through automatic pay. I sometimes go to Walmart and reload my card if I needed to. The last couple of times that I called due to lost card, they gave me the runaround for a week. I asked to speak to all the supervisors but they laughed at me and said that they'd just give me a call, which they never did. I was so offended. They should have handled this particular call differently. They couldn’t even give me the tracking number of the new card they sent me. Finally, the card came three days later but I was without it for a week, which I didn’t like. But overall, they're a good company.

Direct deposit is not "2 days sooner". It's the day of at midnight. The card is made poorly. My name & numbers have already faded and it's a new card. I have to tilt my card and show my ID every time I use my card now. Then they update the app late so you never know how much money is left until the next day. Definitely not a reliable source to keep track of spending. I'm pretty sure I'll be switching soon. I'm tired of going through unnecessary stuff for this card. Definitely not worth it.

On cancelled both of my card accts after 10 years with RushCard. Due to the horrible outsourced cst svc. A representative actually laughed when a discrepancy at the pump left me with a $0 balance. 5 phone calls over 4 days and I still didn't get my money back after 2 supervisors so-called released my funds back into my acct. They released them long enough for me to log in and see them and when we hang up the phone the money disappeared. I still want my money back!!

On 4/14/16, I received a direct deposit to my account. I purchased gas and cigarettes in the amount of 23.93 by swiping the card and entering my PIN code. This showed on my account twice. I called that Thursday and was told it would be refunded by Saturday. Nope, it wasn't but I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited until the next business day, Monday, 4/18/16 when I called again. I was told they would enter the request which made me think the original operator did not enter it initially. I was told this would be resolved by EOD. Nope, not even a little bit. I saw the second transaction was gone but did not see the funds returned to my account.
I called again and was told the accounting they can see is correct and what I was viewing on their App was not. Of course, that is irrelevant because the math being done by their system was incorrect. I work with finance all day every day and I know that math is black and white no gray areas! I closed my account today. I don't care... But if they are screwing each customer out of a minimal sum I can only imagine how nice their profit margin is. Keep the money, my time is more valuable than that! I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this card to anyone I consider a viable being!

I did not like the fact of paying 6 or 7 dollars every time I needed to put money on the card or understand why I need to pay monthly on top of that. Also having to pay a monthly fee after my direct deposit is applied is something I don't want to do on top of paying every time I pay a bill or remove money to pay a bill!!

I recently had my tax refund loaded to my card. The very next day I lost my card... I immediately called customer service and was given the runaround... I needed to at least be able to access some of the money until I could get another card... I ended up having to pay $60 to access my own money... very dissatisfied seeing that I have been a member for well over 10 years.

I had my RushCard account number stolen from a gas pump. It was used at several gas pumps. Within 2 days my paycheck is now gone and RushCard is telling me it's going to take 45 to 90 to get my money back. Poor customer support.

I have been a loyal card holder for 3 years and I must say, I have never ever had a problem. Customer Service Representatives are always very polite and helpful. Thank you RushCard.

I love getting text updates on my phone with account activity and available balances. I've always received excellent service when I call with questions or problems. The only challenge I continue having is my passcode is always showing invalid when I try to log on through my computer; however I am always able call in and get necessary account information.

I feel like RushCard is doing a good job most of the time. The only problem that I have is this. They keep changing the days when our checks are going to be put on our cards. I would like them to be consistent each month. Most of us have gotten used to getting our money around the 26th so our bills are due around that day and when they change our check day most of us are facing disconnect notices for our bills. Please try to take this into consideration so that we don't have to come up with extra money to reconnect our utilities from being late on our bills.

I use RushCard for my check and income tax as well. I like the fact that I can get my check faster. I've had to call customer service a few times and it's kind of hard to understand their representatives which was very frustrating. Other than that, my interactions with them have been fine.

I been with Rush for a few years and had no issues until a few months ago. I can go weeks without using my card and it will tell me I have exceeded my daily amount which is a real inconvenience. I get so frustrated. I'm considering another form of direct deposit.

I love RushCard being I get paid a day or 2 earlier... But it would be excellent if it featured OVERDRAFT FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT CUSTOMERS!!

Since 2009 I've been nothing but pleased with my RushCard experience. Security is optimal (at least in my experience); I have had unusual activity on my card that I'd not noticed but RushCard security brought it to my attention and the problem was solved quickly. Customer Service is excellent; always courteous, professional and thorough. I'd definitely recommend RushCard to friends and family.

The dispute process you have is wrong. You should be able to download the form online or have the rep fill it out for you. 90 days is too long of a process. Wait times were terrible. On hold for an hour the first time for that department, I hung up.

When I first got the RushCard, it was nice...but now, it has some issues!! I don't get alerts any more, it never tells me when my paycheck is deposit, balances might come though. Only good thing I do get paid 2 days early... That I like!! And that glitch they had...OMG!

I like RushCard and I will be staying with RushCard. Yet I did like it better when I used my card to buy something, and I only had to pay the dollar fee, instead of the dollar fee plus another $2.50. I never mind paying the $2.50 fee when I use the ATM. Now when I want cash back I have to buy something plus pay the dollar fee and $2.50 that's then $3.50 plus whatever I bought. Thank the Lord.

Comes near end of month getting your money before others, should help get new customers for that fact alone. Word and bragging about I got my money for the month and do not have to wait to the due date. I always let people know mostly seniors citizens that need their money. They always thank me. The best card I have ever had. Even back when RushCard had problems I still got my money before others.
