Customer service is always very helpful and polite and the updates I get sent to my phone about the balance and when my card is used is just awesome. I always know what's up with my account ! GOOD JOB NETSPEND!!!

I love netspend. I've used you for over 6 years. But the last three months I have had a serious problem with you. I was affected due to the target breach. I had to be sent a new card, which was returned undeliverable for some reason or another. Card finally arrived and said that the fee advantage plan could be reduced to 5 dollars instead of 9.95, which I have paid for the longest. The customer service rep, Rex said that I would need to cancel the plan, then reactivate it at the new amount at a later date. I advised that it should be changed since I'm calling in. He verified he changed the amount, but he actually cancelled me out of the fee advantage plan. I was the charged a pin fee. I called to see why and that's when I found out I was canceled. I requested to speak with a supervisor, that left me on hold and was very unhelpful. I called again to have it corrected and the rep said she would make the plan the new fee amount of 5 dollars because she couldn't get a supervisor back to the phone. It would be charged but reimbursed in 24 hours because I just paid the 9.95 less than a week prior. I have yet to be reimbursed. This is truly the first time I am unhappy with the service due to poor customer service from other fabulous relationship I've had with netspend.

They often are good to pay bills or whatever you want to pay or buy with it. I love it. Hope to keep it forever. thank you.

I must say I have been searching for a prepaid card for many years that offered you the benefits of a checking account but without all the higher fees. But were able to get your deposits immediately share with a college student when they need money ASAP for emergencies or find themselves short of cash. You have so many options to reload and pay bills. I guess my only complaint is that they don't use MoneyPaks for reloads because they are much easier to find and I feel the overdraft needs to be reconfigured somewhat. Thanks for the chance to let me express my opinion.

Called in to check the status of my income tax refund...whether or not there was an attempt. Also to change my notifications...the agent was very nice and helpful, knew exactly what I was talking about, no repeating myself! Thanks netspend :)

Netspend has been the best thing to happen to me. I can keep a record of everything that I spend, even down to the penny - plus my payroll check usually goes in 1-2 days earlier than when it was going to the bank. I would highly recommend Netspend to everyone..... Love them....

I like my Ace Net card for one reason only and that is payday is two days earlier from my normal pay date. I am not too happy about the fee to withdrawal my own money when I am at an Ace checking store. I will rate my experience at a 4.

I have had Netspend for more than 10 years and I really enjoy the having direct deposit. I always get my pay at least 2 days sooner than the rest of my company. I also love the fact that as soon as the money is loaded I get a text message telling me how much is loaded and from whom. Each time I swipe that card I get a text about my balance and where I spent my money so when I go to the next store I'm never embarrassed at the checkout in going over my balance and have to put something back... Thank you, Netspend, for keeping me in control of my finances.

I went to the store and bought a netSpend card. Ever since I did that, I liked it. My favorite thing about it is it's not that much to put money on the card. Like some cards, it's a lot to load money on them. And the people with netSpend will get the job done. I've been using them for some years and I have recommended them to some friends.

I have been a member for a very long time. I enjoy all the benefits of having these cards. Everyone in my family has one! The cards are easy to use, convenient and safe. I love the ease of being able to check my balance online. The text messages for a load and spend makes life easier. I will continue to use my cards and definitely recommend!

I've had netSpend for about six years more or less. The people at netSpend are always friendly and courteous. Everything’s fine, I have no problem. I use the direct deposit and so far it’s been great.

NetSpend has been great since I can't get a bank account.

During the time that Target had the credit/ Debit Card scam. They gave please notice right away. They cancel the old card. Gave me a new card. I was so happy because my SSI Check is deposited on this. They handle everything. My check was there the 31st. The other thing is every time the card is used I get a message on my cell phone. They have done a GREAT job for me.

This is the most awesome card I have ever used. When they say I have overdraft, I do. Is cheaper than having money in a local bank and I get my check early enough that I don't go hungry at the end of the month.

I started in New Orleans with a small amount of money and my last semester University Federal reimbursement check. I discovered ACE check cashing and brought the Ace Elite prepaid with me until my family managed to get me more money through NetSpend card purchased in their home state. I still have my card and am waiting to learn more about how it can be used in similar emergencies in my new city.

NetSpend is very good. I recommend it to everyone that don't have a debit card. NetSpend is very good with depositing your money to your account. I would always use NetSpend. Customer Services is very helpful in answering questions and etc. They also very patient with their customers. Netspend continues to provide a modern alternative to traditional banking. As a young professional, I don't have to wait in lines at some brick-and-mortar bank to make deposits or order debit cards. I can customize the design of my debit card, send money using flashpay in an instant, and Netspend savings accounts offer much higher yields! Why do I have to pay $2.50 every time I go to the ATM machine.

I am very happy with NetSpend as I receive my first of the month check early plus I have a son in prison and I use it to put money on his books and buy the stamps with to email him. I have had no problems with them and am so glad my one son convinced me to go with NetSpend.

My total experience has not been great. I stayed with netspend because they are convenient. Formal banks have too many fees and stipulations that netspend does not have.

I love my NetSpend debit cards. It allows me to have the advantages of a respected card without being able to rack up unwanted purchases. Because I load my card, I know exactly what's available, therefore I don't have to worry about overspending. I have cut up my credit cards, after paying them off, so I don't have to worry about those asinine rates that come with them. It's a great way to watch my money.

I have been with them awhile and I have had so far a terrific experience. There isn't another card that offers what they do and once your deposit is there so is your money. And if you also go over what you have you are kept from getting embarrassed and they help you with the overage if it's not a whole lot. No other card offers you this. We've had netSpend since 2006. Back then that was the only one and they've always given good service, so I’m still with them. I use the reload centers and the direct deposit and it’s great. Overall, my experience was excellent.

Recently my financial status was threatened and nearly jeopardized in the recent issues at my local Target store. I was worried and boy I had every reason to be. A few weeks later my finances were attacked. I received notice of this by text and my account was frozen and secured immediately. Netspend anticipated the attack, protected my finances and informed me immediately. The communication with me was awesome. The representative who guided me was knowledgeable and reassuring. He seemed to be on my side. I only wish I could remember his name. Thanks from the ** family.

I recently become eligible to receive retirement benefits and with these benefits included a debit card that did not have the option to load money or other funds onto the account. This is the main reason I decided to switch to the NETSPEND debit card. This makes my financial transactions simpler and easier.

I'm very happy with my card.

I have been a customer for many years and I am on a very fixed income. NetSpend's early deposits allow me to budget my money and allow it to stretch longer. The ten dollar overdraft has saved me hundreds in fees that a national or local bank would charge.

While Netspend is a decent company if you don't actually need to call them, they are atrocious at customer service since it is obvious they outsource their work and don't have the most dedicated workers. My accounts with netspend were compromised and a ton of charges were put onto it. I filed claims and did everything they asked and when VISA deemed that I was correctly defrauded of my money and won my dispute - netspend decided to close my account and keep the money without giving me a definite time frame as to when I will receive a check with my account balance.

This card is so good to have because it doesn't charge the outrageous fees like other banks.

I enjoy having this card for myself and my college age son. I travel a lot for business and cannot send money home very often. By both of us having a card I can monitor his purchases as well as making sure it is available when he needs it. I don't have to worry about him going to my bank and overspending either. This gives him freedom to be an adult and gives me peace of mind. I also enjoy getting the automatic deposit 2 days ahead of my regular paycheck, at no extra charge.

I have had a great experience with NetSpend. I am so glad I changed to it and closed my regular checking account. The difference is no overdraft fees, if I don't have the funds it won't go through. My husband and I both have direct deposit and we have been able to balance our budget a lot better without having to worry about overspending. Sometimes we go a little overboard and NetSpend helps keep us inline!

I have had my netspend account for over a year now, and I am extremely happy with it. I get my paycheck direct deposited to my account, which makes my life much easier. (I don't currently qualify for a bank account because of a past credit issue) I like my Netspend account better than the bank account I used to have, because there are never any overdraft fees. If funds are low, the card simply declines the purchase.

I love my Netspend prepaid card. It is accepted everywhere I have used it. I am easily able to pay my bills and shop in major department stores and and on the internet. Best of all I can get money added almost anywhere even at the dollar general store with ease.

In all the years that I have been with NetSpend, we have only have one issue and they were prompt and courteous to find a resolution. I have had several family and non family members join NetSpend over the years. There is a program "card" for everyone out there.

I have used the card as my primary financial account for direct deposit and savings for five years now. I love it and definitely do not miss the bureaucracy and extortion I used to endure from regular banks. The savings account feature is top notch and pays a much higher interest rate than anywhere else.

I have been a member for years. Netspend allow me to receive my payroll 2-days early. I am able to transfer emergency funds to my husband, children and siblings. Netspend has been there for me when I was unemployed for a year and had to close my high rate checking accounts. I have been back at work for over 8-years now and have re-established my checking account, but would never give up my dependable, affordable Netspend account!

Twice now, I was fraudulently charged a few hundred dollars from not so reputable websites! The process to have my money returned was completely quick and painless. The money was quickly returned to my account. Once the money was returned even before Netspend had finished their investigation! I now ALWAYS use my Ace Elite account online and for in-store purchases. I prefer it even over my credit card.

Great for online purchases, travel, direct deposit and everyday shopping. Just as good as a bank debit card or credit card, but no interest or monthly bill!

Netspend is a good service to use because of the early availability of deposited payroll checks. I like the ease of going over available credit each month and having the month automatically withdrawn from my direct deposit payroll check. One dislike I have is the numerous fees billed by Netspend. Mainly the 50 cent charge for balance inquiries by phone. Also, a big disappointment is the amount allowed to go over your available credit. I typically have over 2000 dollars deposited each month but can only go over 80 dollars plus the 15 dollar service fee.

A few years ago I lost my traditional bank account and was not allowed to open another one. Needless to say it created a big problem. I heard about NetSpend through a check cashing facility that I used. I got a NetSpend ATM card and it instantly made life easier and I didn't have to carry a lot of cash around. As time went on I upgraded to NetSpend Premier. When I started getting Social Security and a Government Pension the NetSpend Direct Deposit service became available which has saved me both time and expense. I have only had a couple of disputes over merchant charge errors and they have been resolved quickly. In short, I am very thankful for NetSpend taking the worry about where my money is and I'm one satisfied customer.

I think the card has helped in many ways when I could not get a credit card and I have never had any issue in all the years I have used the card. I feel it's safe and when you do not have all the funds the charges still go through which is a blessing in the world how it is today. Thank you for being the bridge to life for me anyway. I have had my account with NetSpend for years now and I have not yet been disappointed. It is so easy to use and easy to get started. It is efficient because the bank doesn't hold onto your direct deposits until the pay date but rather as soon as they receive the deposit. I love my NetSpend account and card.

I've had my NetSpend account since 2009 and it works better than my ordinary bank account. It has so many features that I don't mind the small fees. Especially since the interest I earn on savings is double that. And NetSpend will bend over backwards to fix any problem I've ever asked about.

I have been a Netspend cardholder for many years and have seen many changes that the card has gone through. Unlike many other prepaid cards whose products/services can vary greatly, the basic core offerings that Netspend has remained stable and has offered superb Customer Service that I've not found with huge mega-corporations. A huge benefit with Netspend is having direct deposit funds available up to 2 days faster than its competitors. Since my disability check direct deposit is on the 3rd day of the month, I had been consistently 2 days late on payments until Netspend rolled out the up to 2 days faster program. My mortgage pay record was always spotted with late pays, and had late fees applied... Well, it is clear now and I am closer to getting a 2nd mortgage for remodeling. I am always telling folks about Netspend, have a smile on my face when I'm talking about getting my direct deposit 2 days faster and basically starting my month with my money on the first of the month rather than the 3rd.

I was having a terrible time with my traditional bank when due to a small error I would be charged for several fees amounting to hundreds of dollars. They had an unfair system of paying my checks according to the largest amount going through first, regardless of the order they were presented for payment, and then charging me for several very small checks that should have cleared days earlier. The Netspend card enabled me to avoid these unfair charges and have control over what I paid from my account. If I didn't have enough in my account for a payment I had authorized due to some mistake on my part, there would simply be a decline to pay without an overdraft charge.

Netspend is the best! I love getting my balance every time my card is used, that's one of my favorite features. It makes me feel safe!

I am a member of what is gently called the "undeserved banking population." Working poor and I walked away from banks and credit unions 15 years ago. I have used a Netspend card for the past 10 years, perhaps longer. Their customer service reps have been courteous and helpful on the rare occasions I have had to contact them. Before I retired, there were a couple of occasions when I was working temporary jobs, going to an Ace location and depositing my check on my card was far cheaper than using check cashing services.

I love my card!! I had it since 2009 & it's very handy. I hardly carry cash & direct deposit is even more awesome. I get paychecks & refunds a day early. I don't have to worry about checks being lost. Also text alerts on balances after purchasing is very helpful!! Keep up the great work!!!

I have never had a problem with Netspend. They credit deposits very quickly and allow you 24 hours before they charge overdraft fees. I have wondered about some of the charges, but they are never enough to cause me to think of changing. I love that I can go and put money on card and it appears immediately.

This card does everything that they say. I get my text fast. Paychecks earlier. I am very happy with Netspend.

The Difference between a Bank Debit Card and a NetSpend card is the bank lets others go into your account without letting you know. Until you see your bank statement. Visa Netspend gets your direct deposit (two) days before others get their pay and the most important part one can go into their account and see what and how much money he or she are spending. I just wish for Netspend to have two cards, one for bill payments and the other for personal use, without having to deal with one account.

Like it so much that I've been a customer for 5 years and counting...

I was recommended the card by a coworker so I could get direct deposit. I get my checks earlier than anyone else with direct deposit. I get text alerts when the deposit is made. My only complaint would be the online - it wouldn't accept my password and customer service would never help me in resetting it, other than that it's a great card.

I love my NetSpend card account. Actually this is the first debit card with a savings account I have owned. I use it when I shop and pay bills and it so easy, no switching between accounts. I have recommended it to all of my friends. Thank you.

I love this card, it lets me have a debit card when most banks wouldn't give me one or they would make me be on a waiting period. But with this card I can load money and only spend what I put on it so no bank fees or anything!! Plus I get paid early and I really love that.

I enjoyed using Netspend for my direct deposit. The fees are reasonable. I like it better than any bank. I get my funds 1-2 days earlier. I can pay my bills online without any security threats. I can monitor my spending monthly. Netspend has great features and it is very easy to use.

I love my Ace card but I can't Never overdraft all my money & I wonder why. I UNDERSTAND THE OVERDRAFT FEE.

I've been with NetSpend since 2009 and they have always met my needs without all the fees brick and mortar banks try to beat you out of. A flat $5 a month and no overdraft fees since it's prepaid. Any question I've had they always answer quickly and politely. This is honestly the first bank that has not made me mad one time or another and I've been banking over 35 years. They are doing something right!

My husband was on business in Hawaii. He had his prepaid Netspend card. The trip went over, so he needed more funds. Normally I would have Western Unioned it to him, costing me money. I put money on my Netspend card, then came home and transferred it to his card. Took all of 5 minutes. Saved my sanity and his. No Charge for transfer. Thanks, Netspend.

I'm able to receive my deposits a lot soon. Have direct deposits I never have to worry about banking problems. Able to internet banking watching where my money is at. And have over draft when needed, which I really try not to use unless it's a must. I'm very happy my acct with Meta Bank.

I got my Netspend card when I filed for my tax refund last year. I love it! I immediately enrolled in Direct Deposit with it, and I get my paycheck 2 days early! And, when I did so, I got a reward of $100 restaurant certificates! Netspend is so much better than having a checking account through a regular bank. The NetSpend card is easy and convenient and the alerts are very useful especially the purchases. You can know immediately if some unauthorized has used your card and the balance helps prevent overdrafts.

Since I have gotten my Netspend card and account my ice is much easier. They don't hold on to any money that is yours. It is deposited to you as they get it. I would get my pay checks a day before the rest of the people I worked with. I look forward to using my Netpsend account to get my tax returns this year. Thank you Netspend.

I was notified by Netspend customer service to call them about my account. I do this and get charged 50 cents to an account I can't even use as it is locked. I wanted to get my direct deposit info and can not access that either. I like Netspend but am having to resort to another card from someone else to get my check direct deposited. If Netspend figures this out I will gladly have my check deposited on my next payday.

Netspend has been very good to me. I have had a few experiences where I was unable to regain money I had spent but I would not allow a few bad experiences to prejudice the excellent customer service and experience that I have had overall.

It has help me in so many ways from helping my family when they needed it most, I enjoy the card specially when I have a question that need a response, put it in box and I get the answer. Extremely easy to do personal banking, transfer money from account to account and low cost for the member. I like the convenience of the card and as a busy mom with a houseful of teens and college age kids, it was easy to ensure the kids had money for expenses when they are far from home. I wish all online banking was so simple!

Let me start w/ my exp. w/ insights card, got talked into it @ check cntr., they charged me $1- for every debit card trans., a co. from Facebook used my card for $450- unauthorized, I pleaded for my $$ back, can't tell you how much they could care less @ me as a cust., took those ** to Dept of Justice. You guys have been so good to me, no fees, except monthly, very professional, easy to load & manage, great job!! Didn't know how good I had until I got hosed, thanks again for everything. I have tried other card services, banks, but Netspend has been beyond fair and knowing that I am on a very fixed income and on SSDI having the overdraft protection helps so much. It is hard after paying all the bills, then you think of eating and you find yourself in the store counting days when you buy food. This package of meat is for day 1 & 2, then you go to the next least expensive package of meat of other groc item and when you get to check out and you are short putting something back could leave you with 5 to 6 days of not eating because you are buying for day by day. And then even if you apply for assistance from the county state program and get only $14.00 from Calfresh, not good.

I started with Netspend 3 years ago. Netspend has the most features out of any prepaid company out there. Not only is my government checks deposited, my wife's payroll and our tax returns are deposited onto our card. The BEST feature Netspend has to offer is the fact you get your money deposited earlier then any bank on the market. My wife, daughter, and I all have personalized cards to use. We can control how much our daughter can spend too. Every time a transaction is made I'm alerted immediately. That's peace of mind folks. The more you use your card the more the rewards you get. The customer service is outstanding. I was notified and sent a new card when a scam took place at a nationwide store. I didn't have to do anything. The easy website and apps are so easy to use. I have my direct deposit posted every month and I have electronic payments handled by netspend. I use many of their features. Can't think of anything that Netspend can't handle. I've been a Netspend user since 2004. I initially purchased the card so that I could have direct deposit at a former employer. I must admit I was leery at first but after my experiences, I ended up referring Netspend to my family and any of my friends who didn't have a traditional bank account. I must say it "works" for me. It's easy to use, works just like a traditional bank account and more importantly won't allow you to spend money that you don't have. There are fee plans that allow you to pay according to your usage or you can pay the monthly maintenance fee, which is under $10. It's been a life saver for me. There are no tricks. It actually does work just like a regular checking account (without the fees!).

I can't imagine NOT being without Netspend. I have records each month of my bill payments, doesn't matter what year I can count on them. Each time I use my card, I get a text of where it was used and balance. I trust them completely and I couldn't be without it. Thank you for all you have done to make it easier for me.

I love having my Netspend card. I got myself in a lot of trouble with banking at a big bank before I canceled my accounts and switched to Netspend. All the fees I paid at the big bank were taking half my paycheck and I would overdraft constantly. By using Netspend, I pay little in fees and I can feel confident making my purchases. A couple of years ago, my card was compromised and Netspend caught it IMMEDIATELY. They take security of my account very seriously and because of that, I did not have to go through the hassle of disputing fraudulent charges. There was another time when my wife was far from home and running low on gas and because of the overdraft feature she was able to refuel and make it home safely. So of all the prepaid debit cards out there, the ONLY one I would recommend is Netspend. I also like the fact that I receive my gov. benefits up to 4 days early.

I hate "regular" banks and using this card has been a good substitute for dealing with their endless nonsense! The few times I have encountered problems they have fixed them quickly. Their Direct deposit always grabs deposits faster than all my friends with their "regular" bank accounts.

This is the card everyone should have. I needed a dependable card with low fees for my direct deposits. I came across this card on the internet and it sounded very good. I got it and arranged for my direct deposits. I've never been sorry once. The website is impeccable. You do not get lost in it. That's very important. The money is always on time, in fact, early. I can see they continually try to make it better. You can't tamper with perfection!!!! What can I say, with this level of fine service, I doubt I would ever change cards! I love this card. I use it to deposit monies into to pay items that I do not want to be taken out of my bank acct. I have them paid from my Netspend. I recommend it to my friends and I use it often. Very pleased.

The best thing about this card is the deposit capacity. Whether it's receiving my paycheck 2 days early, a cardholder transfer, or some sort of refund, I always get instant notification of the deposit and have access to my funds immediately. This is so much better than any bank or credit card that usually will make you wait anywhere from 3-5 business days!

The only good thing about Netspend, you get your money early. Other than that, the customer service is HORRIBLE. Netspend needs some improvements. They need to add more and better programs.

I have used Netspend for over 6 years. I do not trust the banking industry and Netspend gave me a way around having a true checking account. I have never had a problem with accessing my money with Netspend. I even receive my paycheck deposit a day sooner than I would thru a traditional account. Any issues I have had in the past with payments have been resolved in a timely manner and with great professionalism. They needed to track of all monies since my husband was on Supplemental Security. Netspend was a way I did not have to disclose my salary and the extra monies that I earn thru my other job. With the card I cash my check and deposited there and used my check stub for his supplemental activities. I enjoy my card. I recommend it to my family. And if I need to know what I paid with it I can print it out. It was a safe haven for my income tax. That way, it was not counted as asset for my husband.

I have found this card to be extremely helpful with monitoring my spending. Their direct deposit works well, I have always had my money a few days early. Their customer service is very helpful. It's a way for me to not have to deal with the banks. There has been a couple times where I had to use overdraft. Netspend contacted me right away so I could get a deposit made within 24 hours so I would not be charged the fee. I have been able to use my card everywhere that credit cards are used with never having any issues. I highly recommend Net Spend.

I love my netspend because it is great. I love the customer service at the location where I received my card and all the knowledge they know about the card. I love it because it's like a drive thru bank no long lines and complaints just in and out from what I have experience. Also the customer service at the location always point out the customer service number behind the card and to go to the website. It's the knowledge, skill, experience behind the card and I never been turn down or decline because of the features and apps that is attach to the card. Plus the design but I really recommend your own atms instead of others that will always make it a plus.
