Customer service is often very bad, hold times are ridiculous, and employee knowledge needs improving. I don't like how long it takes to receive my money after an issue. Troubleshooting/problem solving abilities need to greatly improve.

I have had the best experience with Green Dot. Especially with the direct deposit and the no fee ATMs. The no fee ATMs have saved me lots of money when going to the ATM. And I am on Disability, so the direct deposit is the best. And I get my money 2 days before payday.

This card is very useful! I have used it so much that I need a new one xD! Maybe a different color would be nice but I never had any problems with it! Really easy to use and my money from work always hit on time! Thank you very much Green Dot bank!!!

I found some unauthorized transactions on my card. When I called customer service to rectify situation, I was told I had to fill out a form and either email or mail it in. Fine. Next day, my card wouldn't even work. I was told there was a hold on my account, and we could not have access to our own money until a new card came in, which could take up to seven days. So, in the meantime, we can't put gas in our cars, or feed our children. They had absolutely no answer to that. Customer service is horrible. How and why are we being punished because someone else hacked our account? Absolutely DONE with this company. The worst company I have EVER dealt with. I will tell EVERYONE to run - far away from this company!

I love my GeenDot account But I Feel it's Time for an Upgrade. Where is The Overdraft or transaction history when you text your account? I feel as though they need a little upgrade improvement and well be good To go. And one more thing. When it says you're Getting paid two days Early that we actually get paid two days early.

I would highly recommend this card. It's very easy to maintain. It provides you with a transaction statement. It's accurate with your direct deposit, as long as whomever you are receiving your pay from submit it @ the right time. The only thing I dislike is how long it takes for a payment to be reapplied to your card. Other than that... I Love My Green Dot Card. Thanks.

I have been with Green Dot for the last 5 years and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend anyone to use Green Dot. Your money is safe and secure and it's very easy to use. You don't have to worry about late fees, overdrafts fees, and your money is available asap on the date your money is put in your account.

I am so glad that you now have the MoneyPaks again. They make it easier to reload money to my daughter and other friends and family in other states. I can't swipe their cards from here. I thought that was the "dumbest" idea ever.

I am happy with the experience. I like this card. I get my pay days in advance. My direct deposit was easy, the use of the card is easy, and everyone accepts this card. I can view my itemize statement online. I get text messages to my phone with my balance and when my direct deposit hits my account. This card is great.

I love my Green Dot account! It is convenient, I get my check from work a day early, and I don't get outrageous charges when I use my card for gas or other purchases. I would definitely refer this account to a friend or family member. Vector's been the best account for me!

I am completely satisfied with my Green Dot card. I can use it anywhere and I can access my transactions online and by mobile. My only dissatisfaction is that the monthly fee keeps increasing. I don't understand why this is happening.

I love the card. Great timing with direct deposits. Great customer service skills email contact. Love the fact I deposit my tax return on my card. The only issue I have is using it for gas. It doesn't always scan.

I do not like the fees when the card is not used. If you do not use the card for 3 months, when you make a deposit, some of the funds are taken. I will use the card more often now that I realized this happens.

I have used a lot of prepaid cards before I started using Green Dot. I am very satisfied with Green Dot. I've been using this card for almost a year. With the amount of money I make monthly, I am not charged another fee. That is a great thing for me.

I really like Green Dot. I never had any problems with anything at all and I do recommend to friends and family. Since being with Green Dot I handle all my bill paying with it, and also has direct deposit with them. I like that.

I purchased this card so that I could use it for a bimonthly account payment. However, every time I tried to pay the card was declined. Customer service was no assistance and advised me that I might not be able to get my entire balance back unless I waited 2+ weeks.

Never had an issue with online, over the phone or swipe purchases. Withdrawals and deposits are constantly on point. If I need a refund from a purchase, don't wait 3-5 days like normal. Longest wait for me was 4 hours.

With the direct deposit I feel loading fees should not exceed two dollars. I enjoy my card, sometimes it's a need for extra cash, a cash advances should be available. I would love to have the opportunity to use this card for everything I do financially, loans payments and with my check deposit biweekly, at least up to a 1500.00 loan should be an option with a 200.00 dollar biweekly payback. It helps to have business all in one place, it's an opportunity to rebuild damaged credit. I would love to get back good standings.

Used for direct deposit, money comes early. I'm the only person at my employment that uses card - and the only one who receives check early, no fees. Used this card for almost three years, and never had any problems. Would recommend.

I'm pleased with the service, and for the time being I don't feel that I need to shop around for a different card. The first year was a little bit tough, customer service needed a lot of improvement, and every year since, the whole Green Dot experience improves, new cards arrive before expiring, communication has come a long way, account information is easily accessible and constantly updated and accurate: getting paid up to 2 days early is great, most any questions or issues that I may have are easily resolved.

I have had this card for about 4 yrs now, and I have absolutely recommended this to friends. My deposits are always on time. There have never been any surprise charges/fees. I am able to use it like any other credit/debit card such as paying bills, using an ATM, or getting cash back on purchases. I have no problem paying the small monthly fee, because I know I am getting quality, hassle free banking.

I have contacted customer service in regards to getting a second card issued with same account number for my wife and was instructed to proceed with my request online with my greendot.com account... However I have made several attempts and I see nothing at all on there to add a second card to my account for my wife and it is getting rather frustrating... I would like a second card issued in my wife's name ASAP. Thank you.

I have been saying since 2010 that you need to upgrade your ATM locator. I used PNC ATM's in the past and now it doesn't accept my card. But my daughter has a Green Dot card but takes hers. Then I use it at Citibank ATM and it only works in some, not all. Makes no sense. Then I can't use Green Dot at gas stations. I'm tired of paying bank fees and your fee. Using too much money. Fix this please.

I've had a great experience with my Green Dot card! Love it! My deposit comes 2 days early. And I can direct deposit my tax refund too! No more overdraft fees and helps me keep my money straight! I would recommend Green Dot to anyone trying to get a handle on their money!

I don't like calling customer service because 9 out of 10 times the reps don't understand me and cannot help me or give me the wrong answers. Sometimes you cannot even understand what they are saying. I like the convenience of the Green Dot card and that is why I have not changed my card to another carrier. I once had a problem, it took almost a year to resolve the problem which to me is too long to take to resolve an issue. As a matter of fact, part of the problem still exist but I can no longer deal with the issue, so I just ignore it.

Overall the card has been good. I think the fees are a bit much as you no longer offer monthly fee free cards like my friend has. It is also TERRIBLE customer service when you call. It seems everyone that answers does not speak English well at all and does not truly UNDERSTAND, rather recites verbiage they are provided.

I would highly recommend your Green Dot card to anyone! I have never had any type of problem with my card! I got one for my daughter so I could easily send her money whenever she needs it. It's so easy to pay my bills and purchase things online.

I have used GD for many years now and I absolutely love it. My payroll actually is posted a day earlier than usual. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I was unpleasantly surprised when I could not use my card outside of USA. Otherwise, this card has been great and customer service is helpful.

My experience with Green Dot has been positive. Even though I have a bank account I still feel your company is an alternative solution to normal banking. I would also like to say my bank fee days, overdraft fee days are long gone. I would recommend this card to our President of the United States if I could meet him.

You sent me passwords don't match up. One time said card ending in ** doesn't exist, very frustrated with online services, on getting information on my card. If I cannot get information on my own card might switch to another bank. This right here is ridiculous.

This card is great. I like to use it most when making online purchases. It's very convenient for my use. I have never had any problems while using it. It's so easy to check your balance and purchases. Love it!

I love the card. Very convenient, nice look. Cash back would be OK if you didn't have to wait a year and also the reload fees are horrible. If one of those issues were better I would give this card six stars at least for a loyal customer.

Never had a problem with using my Green Dot; easy to load & money is there as soon as you load the card. Thanks Green Dot!!!! Direct deposit is on there 2 days before pay day; words can't explain how happy using Green Dot Card has made me. Last but not least, I would have never known someone was trying to steal my card information but Green Dot alerted me & I had nothing to stress about. Green Dot took care of everything.

I don't like that you have to wait so long to earn my cash back. I should be able to get it as soon as it's available. If I can't shouldn't even change to look like I am able to. I want my cash back rewards.

Where we live there are several options for "prepaid" debit cards. When I chose Green Dot for my money solutions several years ago I didn't shop around and didn't realize how many different solutions there really are. And with each card, I have found each one has very different fee. I have found several that have no fees as long as my money is direct deposited, which it is. I found one that has no fees at all, no ATM fees, no monthly fees, and my plan is to switch to this card but I have been a bit too lazy to do it. I wanted to give you my opinion and to let you know that I am switching cards. Thank you for being there when I needed you!!

A surprisingly good card. It is all they say it is, direct deposit... But I can't get Uber. Or some things don't validate the card if it's over the phone or internet. There are 2 kinds MasterCard and visa??? Maybe one is good for something the other is not??

I am very grateful for this service as I have been underemployed after I lost a full-time job, and am able to use direct deposit for my part-time work through you. If I could use my debit card through Green Dot with a PayPal account, that would help my work increase. I do freelance work as an independent contractor, and if people could pay me $50, $100, small amounts like that through PayPal, it would really help grow my work and not have hassles of them sending paper checks in the mail.

I have had no problems as of now. I don't expect any. I dislike that I can only withdraw $2000 at a time and per day. Especially during income tax time. Makes it hard when trying to buy a car that is $3000. And then go to pay groceries and card is over daily limit.

Green Dot is a great company, and any issues I have had the representatives were always knowledgeable. The fees are reasonable, and I love the waive fee when you deposit a certain amount. I have been with Green Dot for 3 years & would recommend them.

The max daily amount you are allowed to take out of the ATM is too low. My rent is 450 and I can only draw 300 a day. It is hard to pay my rent on time when I have to wait another day to withdraw another 150 to pay my bills. It should at least be 500 allowed daily ATM withdraw. Other than that I like the card. But right now it's a pain in my ass.

I have enjoyed having my card and being able to have simple access to my money. I like the mobile app and the fact that I never overdraft and any fees can be waived with a certain amount of money or purchases deposited. My only problem is the lack of access to ATMs to easily get out money since I live in a rural area.

I love my Green Dot card. I was so tired of fees from the banks. So I closed my bank account down and found out about Green Dot cards. Went and got one and have not looked back since. I love Green Dot. It makes it very easy to get direct deposit and when I decide to get rewards by playing games on Google Play... I LOVE GREEN DOT. I can't picture life without it. It makes my life easier and it's awesome. Low monthly balance, no overdraft fee. It's great.

I am very frustrated because I cannot log into my Green Dot app. I have never been able to reset my login code because I do not have access to a computer other than my smartphone. As a consequence, I cannot review my purchases online. I called customer service weeks ago and was not provided with an alternative process. I'm sure you ready will be that similar cards have the same policies but I'm not happy, at all. : ~{

It would be nice if you could do more than a $400.00 cash deposit add to your card, also still having found a way to deposit check that you received for birthdays, Christmas etc. and to be able to speak to a rep for some question you need answered at time and they CAN SPEAK ENGLISH!!! My dealings in the past is that get mad at you because you can't understand them.

I will have to order a new card once again due to the short lifespan of the magnetic strip. Very big inconvenience because I use this card for direct deposit and all of my household needs. Green Dot is becoming less usable in gas stations when you pay at the pump as it says "unrecognized card". Will you be offering a chip card in the future?

Great service. Love my card, love the service. Love the feedback, the freedom of use, and the speed of the transaction. I love how it is accepted by everyone and the freedom the card gives me. Easy to use and being able to monitor everything online. Fast updates.

I'm disappointed that I can not use my card to make a purchase, or make a donation to overseas sites or charities. It makes it a bit limiting to say the least. The second issue I have is with the live chat. Either they're not helpful at all, rude, or when it's quitting time, they're out-the-door and are suddenly no longer "available". Other than these 2 issues, I have been very happy with my card.

I like the card; it has given me what I need. Direct deposit, convenience. However, I do believe that the fees are high. There are very few places where fees don't apply. I am a long time customer. How about a loyalty bonus? A reduction in fees, for example? Thank you.

Having the Green Dot card has been so useful and very helpful to since I started using it. To where I can't receive a credit card, the Green Dot card allows me to buy and pay for things through the Internet and pay bills even pay at restaurants. I am just loving the Green Dot card for about 3 years now. But the only thing that bothers me is that I can't use my card at the post office in my town. I used to be able to use it, but now I can't, and it's annoying that I have to go to an ATM to get my money out to get a money order. So is there any way that you can try and fix that for me.

Sometime I'm ok with how Green Dot does but the customer service can be very hard to talk to when you need your card fixed or get money from ATM when it tell you card error and all they tell you is your account is ok.

I like the services I have with Green Dot and the Checking Account fee is fine as long as it never increases. There should be rewards to be redeemed for waived account fees. I know I am going to try the source card once my funds agree. My only issue is I use Green Dot as if it was a traditional bank so often times when I am handling financial business Green Dot Bank is not recognized as a reputable Bank. For example, financing and leasing, things that are used to get ahead get puts on hold for me as I rely on Green Dot Bank to be my financial institution to carrier my funds.

I am very happy with my Green Dot card. I can use it just about anywhere. I love that the monthly fee is waived when you load 1k or more over the course of a month. Receiving and transferring money is easy. I have my payroll check deposited on my card each week without issue.

I had charges on my card that were not mine, my card was lost. $200 was charged that Green Dot accepted and did not send me any documents that I requested. I can not afford this, Green Dot did not respond to my appeal at all.

I had an issue a few months back with my card and Green Dot reps really didn't seem to want to handle the situation. Money had been taken from my account without my authorization and basically I got the runaround about it. I was even told the funds removed from my account were accurate which they were not. I soon learned it was a glitch error with a computer with a business I usually made online payments with. But other than that I've never had an issue with GREEN DOT of the sort.

The monthly fee used to be cheaper and was waived if you had $1000 or more deposited into your account. Now I get charged $9.95 a month. Also when I look up atms that don't charge to withdrawal I get charged from that atm and get a charge from you all as well. Very disappointed.

It can become costly to reload the card when vendors limit you to the increment reload amounts causing multiple reloads to get the desired amount needed on the card. On top of that then the monthly fee is deducted. There are other cards with less costly fees.

Too difficult to actually speak with a person. When one connects sometimes it is difficult to understand them because English is not their language of choice. Also the services rep just read a script and do not listen to the question. They instead relied too much on the script.

Love to use it but need to get updates sooner than I get them. I get them late. Need to get what I have on day I ask for it. Always get what I had a day before not what it is when I get it but love having it.

I have been with Green Dot for about 6 years and have been very satisfied. When I did have an issue with my card they helped me immediately and took good care of me. The card is easy to reload and Green Dot personnel were very helpful when I needed to go direct deposit.

Hello, My experience with Green Dot has not been the best. It is very difficult to monitor your account information due to the website being down 95% of the time. It is not user friendly. If there was an area for improvement it would definitely be making it more simple to access the website.

Green Dot make it seen if you reach a certain amount you can redeem your rewards points but as soon as you call to redeem green dot tells you something totally different to keep from giving you your own rewards money.

I tried to enroll in the system to deposit checks in my account and I couldn't finish. Then I called to ask for help and nobody answers. I need a rep to call me and help me with this matter or can you guys give me a good number when an actual person answers please? Thank you.

The green dot card is a great card. I love how it is easy to access how I can manage my money. I would recommend this card to everyone that I know. It is better than a bank account because there are no overage fees and I can get paid up to a day or two earlier.

I really have enjoyed my Green Dot card. The only thing I don't like is getting charged a fee when I go to Green Dot ATM's. Other than that, I have told a lot of people about my Green Dot card, I get paid a day early, and they should really try it out.

I'll start out by saying I'm very happy with the direct deposit feature. My money is available as soon as payroll sends it to Green Dot. Unlike other banks that make you wait a day or so to release the funds. My problem is with the VIP service I pay extra for. My atm fees that Green Dot charges for withdrawals are suppose to be waived. However due to a glitch I have to call Green Dot every few months to get them refunded manually. They submitted a ticket to have this fixed but that was almost a year ago and still no resolution.

Unable to make transactions. Unable to get proper routing number for Social Security to update with them (** is incorrect to them). They say there are two routing numbers and I am submitting the wrong one to them, which is the only one I have. And unable to use Green Dot for my PayPal account. Also does not accept acct./routing numbers.

ATM fees are high. I would save money if I spent three dollars to cash a check than $5 to get cash out of the ATM. If I get cash back from a store that's a dollar and a limited liability amount, that adds up. My card is great for gas and debit. Not so good for cash.

My experience with Green Dot has been great. I use it for all of my transactions without any complications. Setting up direct deposit was easy. And, I love how easy and convenient reloading my card is. I never have to worry about NSF or additional bank fees. I do wish there were more options of using an ATM without added fees.

I have noticed that I only have a $500 max on deposits to my card. Sometimes that causes inconveniences. Especially when I have to deposit refunds on my student loans. Also my employer tried to deposit $500 and it was denied. It came from the same accountant as my payroll.

I've had no bad experiences, except trouble using the green dot app on my cell phone. I hope this will change in the near future and can be corrected so that I won't have any more issues with this.

I absolutely love this card. I'm able to avoid fees that usually have with pay cards for jobs. I'm also able to deposit my checks. I get paid early from both jobs. Now it's fair, convenient and manageable without overdraft... I even enjoy calling my card just hear Steve Harvey loud energetic voice lol. Outstanding idea!

I like the ease of loading the card, the low reload fee and the low monthly fee. I like not having to worry about overdrafts. Getting balances daily via text message is a great way to help me keep check on my balances. My only suggesting is to please make it easier to get cash from more ATMs.

Green Dot has been a good experience for me. It works for me well. I will recommend it to anyone. Customer service is good. They come on the phone right away, they resolve any problem that I have and when it's my birthday they always wishes me one. My money always goes in my account on time.

I think the fees are getting a little too high. My monthly charge was raised after one month of carrying the Green Dot card. Tried to get a loan, but they said I couldn't use Bonneville bank as a true bank?

Cannot access my funds. Unable to use card. Every day I called different information given. No resolution. I am really disgusted with your company. Going to cancel my card after my money is released. This has happened numerous times. No one seemed to know what they were doing.

I call to dispute a transaction. When the representative called me about the dispute I was at work. Unfortunately couldn't talk. I then received a email saying my dispute has been closed. Very poor customer service. I had to call back and go through the process all over again.

I am able to check on my account everyday to see balance and deposit which I like about Green Dot. Even tells me if there is going to fee paid that month or not. Gives me map reloading and atms where if I need to get cash immediately on hand.

I've had my card for 3 or 4 years now and I have had no problems with it. Only thing I don't understand that I thought I was gonna get paid two days earlier but I was getting paid on thursday's but now on Friday's. I don't have a problem with it, I'm just wanted to point that out. I'm proud to be a user of Green Dot. I would refer my friends to green dot.

I have been locked out of my mobile account for months. Every time I get a temp password it says I used it already. I called once to get it unlocked and the person who answered did not help. I would like this issue resolved. I do not like paying $7.95 a month for service fees when other pre-paid cards are only $4.95. I do not get my paycheck 2 days early, but I get my check early on other pre-paid cards. I'm very close to cancelling this card.

My card number was stolen and my account drained. No help from Green Dot. No security with GD account. If green dot could limit use of my account to my state I would risk using it again. Otherwise, I won't throw my money away again.

I love that I receive all of my direct deposits 1 to 3 days early! I'm a single mom of twin boys. This is often times very helpful! Customer service is helpful. Now if I could just win the $5,000 on fridays that would be great!

I love my card and the process. However the over the phone experience is not the best. Skill your representatives up. I shouldn't call and get different answers for the same question. Makes me question if I'm being told the truth.

I have to say the customer service is awesome! I noticed that my account had some suspicious activity and they shut my account down immediately. They also waived fees for my new cards and expedited them to me free of charge. I have to say they have been far better than any bank I have had in the past and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

Never had any problems in using this card. Better than the RushCard, easy to load at many places, can be use everywhere. It keeps my account info [BAL] UP TO DATE THROUGH TEXT AND EMAIL, IT WILL ACCEPT MY TAX REFUND. The app help me pay all my bills.

I use my Green Dot Card too like a regular Visa for what I my money I get from the Federal Government in the form of SSI payments. I've mess up my credit when I was younger and dumber. And I really like getting it early (Two Days earlier). Your service has been great although I am wanting to get deposit alerts to my phone. Have changed phone but not phone number.

I truly hate your staff. They are terrible. Everyone I spoke to spoke in broken English! One of the staff canceled my card without my permission! I recommend some English speaking operators! If I didn't have both my direct deposit linked to this account I would not keep using Green Dot. This operator that canceled my caused me a lot of problems.

I absolutely love my Green Dot card. I love shopping and using my card. I'm so happy that I am a Green Dot card user. I currently use my Green Dot card for online purchases, gas, food/groceries, online payments, billing inquiries and last but not least direct deposits.

I just felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone. I was calling up to let them know that I no longer have Enterprise on my account but they have a copy of my card and was wondering if there was any way to block them from taking money because I'm in a current lawsuit against them. I was basically told "no you have to wait until they take all your money and then dispute it." That's why as soon as I get my money off this card I am done with Green Dot.

So far no problems. Love the text options. And I have recommended it to all of my friends and family. If it helped my credit then that would be so much better. I rather deal with Green Dot than having to deal with a bank. I wait tables so very easy to load my card whenever.

Never can make new password. I don't like that I can't get online see anything. I do the one use password sent to my email... That have 8 hours to use and still doesn't go thru. Wish could talk to person about this matter. Would be some helpful.

Great alternative to getting bank account and paying fees. With direct deposit it's basically free of fees. Just wish there more ATM's available to withdrawal free of charge and the current app is not working. Who needs a bank when Green Dot is an option.

Love the service techs - very helpful. The card has made my credit score go up and will recommend to all my friends and family. If I had to choose Green Dot's #1. Also is there some way to do checks? Can you all make it possible to deposit more than 1500 dollars? Other than that I'm very happy.

I love my Green Dot card. I have had it for several years now and I use it every day. I even have my check going direct deposit to it and I get my check 3 days before everyone else. I absolutely love, love that. Then on top of that I got a paper check in my name and I was able to login to my account and take a picture of the check and it was deposited into my account the next day. I love that feature. If I need more money to pay a bill I go to the store and load money onto it and it's very simple and easy. I consider this as my bank account.

Really there is nothing to complain about with the Green Dot card. Every time I go to use it it works just like it's supposed to. The online app works really good. It is easy to use and tell you everything you need to know about your account and how much money is in there.

I love the service they give when it comes to getting paid before my payday... I also like the fact that I can withdraw my money. I just wish the limit was raised. Overcharged service. No benefit from having the card for a long time. You can reload it at most of the places you can and only certain PNC you can use. It's a big inconvenience. I thought it would help and then maybe be beneficial later down the line but it's not.

This card is a replacement after I disputed an unauthorized charge by "Digtracks.com". They continued to bill my card even though I've never given them authorization or the card's info/ccv. Green Dot lacks in cardholder's protection against fraudulent charges. This is a debit card account, yet Green Dot continues to allow digtracks.com charges to accumulate like a charge account.

I am very pleased with my Green Dot card. I have had no issues with this card. It's easy to use. More so than having to carry cash. The features with the app on my phone and email keep me updated 24/7.

I love using the card to shop online and I like the fact that I don't have to wait in line at the bank to deposit my check. I have never had to pay the monthly fee because of how useful the payment counter is. Either make a deposit or spend so much money.

Chose this card because it boasts the ease of use and minimal fees. Couldn't be further from the truth. Unacceptable amount of fees $8/month and stores listed as having non-fee ATM's is a load of bull!! I am charged about $5 each transaction at any store. I am looking for another card or bank as soon as possible.

Would like to talk to someone in the U.S. The run-around I was given when reporting on authorized use of my card was unacceptable. Had the card blocked and transactions still went through. When asking how this happened there was no answer.

I like the card, I haven't had any problems with the card. My wife wants a card; now she likes the fact that you get your money a few days early, I use to have a Rush Card but after using this and doing a direct deposit I canceled the Rush Card.

I am having a very hard time logging in. I have tried to reset my password and I am not able to. Using the reset option online will not work. I do not like The 1-800 number to call and check my balance. It's too time-consuming. I would rather be able to use the app and get logged in to view my balance.

Y'ALL HAVE a PROBLEM WITH ADDING CASH ONTO the CARD. I went to Walmart thinking that I can PUT 1,500 on the card. NO. I had to do it three separate times and that ain't good, so y'all need to fix that!

I have been with Green Dot for some time now and I honestly love the account. Oh love the fact I get my direct deposit 2 to 3 days early, which is very convenient to me. I will continue my services with Green Dot. I would like to recommend that for a certain amount deposit monthly we get reward with a cash prize of like $10/$20. That would be nice.

I hate that you charge that much for the card a month. I'm thinking about cancelling my card. Other than charging I've no complaints with the card. Maybe this year you can lower the card charges. It's ridiculous to pay 7 or 8 bucks a month just to use your card.

The money was not credited back to my card like I was told it would be. The email I received the other day said that the money would be credited back and it was never received in my account. I would appreciate it if it was credited like I was told.

This card is convenient, easy to use. I like that it has the ability to pay bills, using this card, should after a while of having should move you to a unsecured debit card, or honor the reward offered with the debit card.

My experience has been great, the only things I have troubles with is: The daily limits the reload locations have. IE: limit of $500 or $1000 so that when I bring all the cash to pay my bills with I have to go super early in the morning to beat every other potential customer who might be taking away from the limit. My request - lift the limits... Most of the time I also give said reload location business while I'm there reloading. Some businesses/establishments do not recognize this account as valid, ie: I cannot use this card as a good standing account in order to open a bank account - their systems don't acknowledge it.

I really enjoy the convenience of the card. It does stink that you have to put a minimum of $20. And the monthly charge is like $8. And in order to get it waived you have to make 30 qualifying purchases which is hard when you're on a fixed income. If they could lower it to 15 or 20 that would be better.

I love my card. I can get on the website and check my account. The only thing is my slide to check my balance doesn't work. I have to sign in every time. Please fix this. Otherwise it's a great card and account.

I've never had a problem using this card and my direct deposits are a day earlier than everyone else. The card works at every location aside from Redbox movie rentals, where it worked at first, but I changed my address and it quit working. I believe it is because of the change in ZIP code.

The ease that I can use this card is great. The only issue I have is the charge amount for withdrawals but other than that, it's good.

I am very pleased with my Green Dot visa card. I've had it for over 5 years. One of the best things about it is that if anyone goes to your account to withdraw and you don't have the money in your account, they will deny them and not charge you an outrageous fee.

Monthly charge is getting too high. Now live on a fixed income and every penny counts. Did work for me years ago when I was working and I think it was only $5.95 a month. I bought a lot of things online and card only had x amount of dollars so if it was breached. I wouldn't lose as much as a credit card. Now home on disability I need every penny I can get just to get by every month. Thinking about cancelling card, and changing to debit card from bank.

My Green Dot service and experience has been GREAT. It allowed me to pay bills, order family gifts without a hitch. It has been great since the first time I used my card. Its very easy and most helpful. Also I order parts for my custom car without my wife yelling about amount I'm spending.

Lately it's been taking Green Dot way too long to post paychecks and online payments. I'm about ready to cancel this card out and go with an actual bank. I was happy with this card until this month. I'm supposed to get paycheck one day earlier. This week that did not happen. Took close to an hour before my upload showed up when I added money, and took 5 days for an online payment to show.

I think the monthly Fee is way too High for as much as I use my card. You guys should lower your monthly Quota or at least be sympathetic from time to time. I have direct deposit set up with you guys as well as bill pay. A pass on the monthly Fee would be nice!

I lost my card a couple months ago. I informed you several times about replacement and was virtually ignored. I give you no stars and told you to keep the damn money. I will tell everyone I know if they use your service they better not lose their card or they will end up forfeiting their money left on it!

I've attempted to go online and I'm unable to do so. I've called customer service numerous times speaking to somebody overseas which is no problem but nobody can give me any help in this matter. I've been told more than 3 times that I will be contacted to alleviate the problem with password and username.

I have enjoyed my Green Dot experience. The best decision I've made. It would be great to rent cars without the huge deposit on my account. The card is great. I have access to my account all the time. Using the mobile app is great.

They charge me monthly even when I surpass load amount or purchase quantity. They allow people to double charge my card and when you report it they ignore you. The account is always screwed up. Either too much money or money missing.

It's been a lot better than I expected. If a bank/business takes a long-term approach, customers always get treated right. BUT, if you take the every 3 months quarterly Wall Street view, then we'll (customer) get the shaft. I'm in a Startup business now, so I'll be watching my dollars & cents.

Called because I wasn't familiar with a charge. So when I spoke the representative she reminded me of the time and location so that I could recall the transaction. She was polite and very helpful. She assured me that the transaction was pending and the funds available was correct.

I think the monthly fee should go back down because I am on a fixed income and was using my card for internet shopping and paying bills online when your company hiked the prices for things I was already doing. How is it fair? I realize that this will fall on deaf ears but you wanted my opinion.

The only option I would like to have improved by Green Dot is the mobile app. I wish you can do what you can do on the website on the mobile app. Otherwise I have zero issues with green dot. It is a great service and I see myself using it for a while.

I'd like to see the minimum for reloads increased. Only being able to load $500 means several trips and several fees if I want to use this card to book trips or make a larger purchase. Please consider raising the minimum to $1,000.00. It would be helpful.

I have been very satisfied with my Green Dot card. I can do almost anything with it except rent a car. I was able to reserve a car but when I went to pick it up, they would not rent it to me. Otherwise I am very satisfied.

The card/account is convenient. The app is smart, concise and I even like the cheerful green color scheme. I feel that my funds are secure, and I especially feel most secure that there are no overdraft fees or surprise fees.

I can only load 500.00 on my card at a time. Thats my only issue. My check I'd usually around 1500.00 and I would like to load it all. My bills are deducted automatically. It is a perfect setup for someone who forgets. I have truthfully never had any other issues.

I have been a member of Green Dot for five years and have never had a problem with using my card or money being deposited on my card. I don't like the monthly fee increase but can live with it for now, and never call customer service.

First of all, I'd like to say I love using the Green Dot card. No overdraft fees, I can use this card at every location that take debit/credit cards, and to reload at many locations. Now, the reasons I have a few problems. Before I updated my app, I never had a monthly fee because my check was direct deposited from the government. Now since the update, I have had a maintenance fee for the past few months. I have been using a Green Dot card for over 2 years.

Very easy access to account balance and low fees on atm withdrawals. I appreciate receiving my direct deposits early. If and when I have to call customer service they are friendly and precise in resolving any issues that may be occurring with my account. Green Dot has a great spokesperson as their celebrity endorser which was influential when I was selecting what debit card to use.

Green Dot is excellent. No problems with anything. This the best card I have used in years. I wouldn't change anything except maybe put a chip in the card. Other than that excellent work. Keep up all the hard work. I have no issues with the card or company. Everything is good.

I always get paid 6 days before normal payday. Can't do without it. Would be nice to have a couple paper checks available to use as checking acct. I feel safer with green dot than going physically into traditional banks. My only complaint when a place says I can't use Green Dot for my deposit. Really do love green dot.

Since I've been a Green Dot cardholder for almost two years now, I hope my feedback is effective and valued as a cardholder. There are times I'm unable to retrieve my account information when I call the automatic service system, and I am not able to access my account online for some eccentric reason; even after setting up my account online. So that's a bit of an inconvenience. In addition, it would be nice to have an upgrade for the decorations of the cards. Thanks in advance!

I use your card all the time. I love it. It is so easy and when I have a problem I talk to real people so thank you so much. It works anywhere and I don't have to deal with hassles of other cards and I don't have to pay interest on anything. The only thing I would say negative is that if you don't use a ATM that they use it charges a little too much to take out your money.

I called on January 9th to ask about a transaction I did not recognize. Come to find out it was fraud and they deactivated both of my accounts. I have two cards, use them very very often and he said he would mail me a new card within 7 business days. I explained to them I have all my money tied up with Green Dot and I need to pay bills and put food in the house for my family. They froze my account until I recover the new card in the mail.

Customer service needs to be localized and better than what it is! Having foreign country do your customer service makes it hard. You can't understand them most of the times. That discourages me from having a Green Dot card sometimes!

Thus far, I have had no complaints with Green Dot. I have part of my payroll check directly deposited into my card and I love It! Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend this card. The Green Dot website is very easy to use. Fast and convenient. Monthly charge should not be the basis to get your cash back. Also have more free ATMs because we get charged twice once from you and the other from the bank that controls the ATM. Money transfer to another person's account would also be great; it would help.

I have had a lot fun using my Green Dot card! I have no problems with it! I keep with me at all times. Wish they had a little green dot location you could walk into but for the time being I'll be good with what we have to work with! Like I said I really enjoy my green dot!

The only thing I don't like is even though you get paid 2 days faster you have to wait for the money to come after 12 pm and if you get more money than usual you have to wait until 5 and if you have a V.I.P. card you can't get the $4.95 waived but other than that I have no problem out of my card and I love it!

I really like having this card. I tend to use it for internet purchases. I was so happy when bank transfers became available, as it was an added convenience. Recently (about 6 months I think) the bank transfer amount was limited to $200.00. I'm not so happy about that.

The card services have made major improvements including check deposits. Is way better than before I complained and you listened. Money top up reloads can be improved by not charging a fee. Customer service still needs to improve but overall is better.

I love my Green Dot. At first I didn't like the monthly fee but I enrolled in direct deposit and I couldn't ask for a better card because my AMEX no one likes to take and I always end up in a bind. The only downside is the daily withdrawal limit.

The timing of my direct deposit is that I get it 2 days early. Even when I get my tax refund and also when I get paycheck every week. I had my fiance sign up for the Green Dot card and she loves it. She has her friends who have the Green Dot card. Account now can't compare.

Green Dot is convenient BUT my card was cancelled several times without my knowledge for suspicious activity. I highly appreciate that BUT I could have been given a heads up. It takes forever to receive a card once you have lost it, which is beyond irritating. I can hardly understand what the reps are saying.
